Hotel situated 8 mins train drive north of Gare St Lazare. Very helpful, kind staff. Rooms spotless. Breakfast good. Quiet. Great Italian restaurant & also wonderful boulangerie/patisserie. Although not in centre of Paris there are frequent trains so a good base.

Very satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast. The hotel is managed superbly. You feel at home while you receive a four stars treatment. Conveniently located (5 mins walk to reach Bois Colombe train station and 7 minutes from Paris Gare Saint Lazaire), this cozy place has become my favourite hotel to visit Paris.

"Unhelpful and far out of Paris"

Hotel is no where near Paris in fact when we asked for a map of Paris the receptionist told us ‘this is not Paris'. Staff very unhelpful except for night reception. We had booked 2 rooms but when we got there they insisted only one was booked and other had been cancelled, we had to make 3 phone calls to Easyjet ourselves without staff helping and they had not cancelled a room. We did not get room sorted properly until next day, hotel made us pay for one of the rooms even though Easyjet had told them they would sort out. No tourist information in hotel Room was tiny, horrible arrangement of toilet separate from shower so had to use toilet and then walk around room to shower room to wash hands, weren't even next to each other. Was twin beds and on one the mattress protector and sheets were too short for the bed. They took the dirty towels but didn't replace them. Never a four star hotel not even a 3 star

Lovely hotel only 12 euro in uber to centre of Paris rooms are very clean would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I could pick a fault it would only be they didn't give us some more tea bags when cleaned the room but not really a problem at all :)

"Fabulous hotel with easy access to city"

I stayed here recently with my mum and daughter.. since arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who offered to look after out suitcases as we areived quite eaely before the room was ready. During this time we took a walk in the area where we found gorgeous pattiseries and boutique shops. When we got back to the hotel we were delighted by the size of our room and the cleanliness! The rooms are very modern and have all amenities you need, if you need an iron you can request this at the desk. The train station is 5 minute walk from the hotel and only 1 or two stops until Gare Saint-Lazarre. I would definitely recommend this hotel and thank you to all the wonderful staff, especially the gent who saw us off on the last day as we had an early flight and offered us a hot drink.. merci beaucoup!

Lovely hotel with a great station into Saint Lazare just down the road so in the centre in 10 minutes. Beds on the small side, and Aircon not on, but could open the windows. Breakfast was good and a supermarket next door so can get nice food for evenings. Very enjoyable

Very helpful staff not too far from city centre. We stayed for 3 days and the hotel offers convenient access to the city. We mainly take the uber to travel although I thinks bus and metro is also an option within walking distance from the hotels.

"Good value for the price"

The hotel has all the amenities you can expect from an American hotel; perfect waterfall-like shower, delicious breakfast with variety, a room provided with an espresso machine , a kettle and a microwave. The refrigerator is on demand for 10€ per day. There is also a city Carrefour next door. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Everything was perfect until the last moment. We were waiting for the taxi that front-desk reserved. Another taxi arrived with new customers. The taxi driver noticed us waiting. He asked one of the staff if he could take us to the airport. We told we already reserved a taxi. However, the staff member insisted we go with him and she could cancel the reserved car. We accepted and got into the taxi. To our surprise the driver quoted a fair of 70€ for the airport. Thinking it was a mistake, we stated it was Orly, not CDG. We told him that we paid 43€ on arrival from the Orly airport. He started to argue with us while driving. We wanted to get off. He continued arguing and tried to negotiate the price: first reduced to 60 and then to 50. We lost our trust and temper, even scared for our safety. My wife started crying. At last, we were able to get off the car. We walked back 10 min with our luggage to the hotel. The driver followed us into the hotel. He kept yelling at the front-desk. The hotel security took him out. The recommending staff member was astonished and upset. She tried to make up for this incident. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They called their contracted taxi again. Finally, we had a very comfortable trip to the airport and the taximeter charged 43 € as before. Obviously, this was an honest mistake. However, we would like to warn the hotel and the potential customers for taxi companies that do not have agreement with the hotel. Enjoy your stay.

We really like this hotel, we stayed for 6 nights. I liked that the hotel it was a little close to metro station 3 minutes away. We didn't buy the breakfast it seem ok but little pricey for me. The room was spacious and really clean. The bed was really good, we really enjoyed our stay
