Great little break with the family stayed here for 2 nights, 1 day in paris and 1 day in disney, staff are friendly and welcoming. Just outside the hotel there is a little bakery, fresh croissants, breads and cakes, well worth a visit, there is a massive shopping centre near by where we parked to get the train into paris, loads of food places there its called Val'd europe

Really noisy music from surrounding club possibly. Paper thin walls that you can hear everything your neighbours are saying or doing if you're unlucky enough to be subjected so a couple getting busy at 1am when you have work the next day. Beds comfoy and towels clean but this place is best avoided. AC controls display is so bright and doesn't dim when it's on. Limited breakfast was OK. I would NEVER stay here again.

The whole team at the Faubourg 88 is really what makes the difference. Friendly, efficient and very attentionate. The hotel is very well located, in the new heart of Paris, steps from the subway and with many restauramts and cafés around. The only drawback is that the rooms are small!

This hotel has an amazing location that is matched by a great experience from check-in to check-out. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant was just right and also a nice place to sit down in the evening and get work done. The only downside is that my room was very small and did not have a desk. If you are going on business, be aware this could happen. It was very easy to work in the restaurant area with strong WiFi but it was not convenient to set up a laptop in the room if that is needed. I enjoyed the air conditioning and a really nice shower in the bathroom. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

Room was smaller compared to photos on the website. But hotel is ne at the opera metro station which helps when going out and about. Breakfast is just ok

Terrible treatment by the receptionist, rude and unpatiente for no reason

the room was really hot, even by switching AC on, no cooling air was flowing. Worst nights I ever had, as I couldn't open the window as the highway was just 30m next to it.

We highly recommend this hotel! We booked through the official Best Western website, and check-in went very smoothly. The room was clean and the hotel is well-maintained. The hotel staff and associates are courteous and welcoming. We were very satisfied with our stay, and we look forward to our next visit!

The flush of the toilet was broken, so the water kept running for hours. The bed was too soft, and I couldn't sleep well. The airco was leaking water, and I had left one of my trousers underneath it. It was wet when I woke up next morning.
