A wonderful stay. Although the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, its proximity to the metro station (Line 13) and bus network made it easy to reach any place we wanted to visit. There's also a supermarket, café, and restaurant nearby. The staff was extremely professional, especially Mr. Jouthson, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He prepared our room according to our requests , thanks to his extensive experience, resolved some issues we encountered in the room within minutes. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, which is rare in European countries. And also the room has espresso machine, a kittle and fridge . All the staff were kind and friendly, and gave us a warm welcome. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Apart from that, it was a fantastic stay, and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Good value for the money, close to shops and restaurants

We booked via the Best Western (UK) website over a month before our planned arrival. We're members of the BW loyalty scheme and familiar with their hotels. I was very concerned to start receiving pestering WhatsApp messages a week after booking, demanding I follow a link to reconfirm my card details before arrival - bearing in mind I'd provided them directly to BW as part of the booking process. On following the link, the system then asked for my actual bank details and not my card, a red flag to me. As a result, I've cancelled the reservation as the pre-arrival experience is not what I'm used to or would expect. Be warned!

Our greeting on arrival was very nice. Our room was pleasant and clean. Our sleep was uninterrupted. We went into Asnières-sur-Seine for dinner and returned easily. It was difficult to know where to park but the parking was convenient. We chose this hotel because the Paris air show was coinciding and airport hotels were either full or exorbitant. This proved to be a good alternative.

As far as budget hotels go, this is a relatively safe bet. We were welcomed by Walid who was exceptionally helpful. The room was a little tired and rather basic, but this is reflected in the price and if you're in Paris, you probably aren't spending much time in the room anyway. The bed was comfortable and we had a great view from room 303 and watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle from our window on the first night which was magical. The only actual complaint about the room was that the shower temperature is very inconsistent so you are either freezing or being scalded. The neighbourhood is really clean and safe, and is well connected via the bus network. There are some great bakeries and places to eat just a short walk away but it's also easy to jump on the bus and be at Grand Palais in 30 minutes or so!

Lovely hotel. Gracious, efficient and knowledgeable staff. High end design and amenities. Most welcome and hospitable. Convenient location to Paris and local services as well as bonus setting next to forest.

Good service, good location if you come by car, but sometime a lack of maintenance: especially on air ventilation in the bathrooms (awfull smells of ....).

I stayed at this beautiful hotel located in the heart of La Défense, a modern, charming, and very clean area. As for the hotel itself, I immediately felt safe: the Best Western brand is, in my experience, a guarantee of quality, cleanliness, and friendly service—and it did not disappoint this time either. During my two-day stay, the staff was always present, helpful, and professional. The room (303) was impeccable: very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I especially appreciated the coffee machine and kettle in the room, thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also excellent—plentiful and varied, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options. The only downside was the deposit required at check-in, but aside from that, the experience was absolutely positive. A hotel I highly recommend—I will definitely return! Hotel situated 8 mins train drive north of Gare St Lazare. Very helpful, kind staff. Rooms spotless. Breakfast good. Quiet. Great Italian restaurant & also wonderful boulangerie/patisserie. Although not in centre of Paris there are frequent trains so a good base.

It was our first experience in staying in a 3 star hotel , and in fact in a BW hotel. We had to be in Courveboie for an event and this hotel was the closest to the venue. We booked their largest king room. It was one of the smallest rooms we have stayed anywhere in the world. But it is ok for a couple of days and with max 1 piece of luggage. The room itself (except for the size) was good : newly renovated, with a beautiful view of Seine and Eiffel Tower. I must say a big thank you to Walid who allocated us this room. He was extremely helpful and nice. Actually everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful - I didn't expect this kind of attitude from a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was nice too: everything was fresh and tasty, though the closing time is too early (10 am). In terms of the location , it is on a quiet street but very close to the center of the town. 15 minutes walk takes you to the rail station and from there it is only 10 ride to Gare St Lazare, very close to Opera and other attractions. La Defense is about 30 minutes walk . All in all it was a nice stay thanks to the staff and the location.
