Economy rate conditions

The economy rate allows you to benefit from free cancellation and deferred payment, according to the conditions specific to each property.
The free cancellation period varies according to the hotel and the stay period: it may be 7, 14 or 30 days before the arrival date. After this period, payment of the stay is immediately due.
As long as the cancellation period is ongoing, no charge is made. Payment occurs only at the expiry of this period.

French members of the Best Western Rewards® loyalty programme who
(a) register for the promotion « Earn double points in certain new Best Western hotels in France. » on bestwestern.fr (via the dedicated page, or in Mon Compte then Mes Offres), bestwestern.com or by any other authorised means (for example, at the reception of any BWH Hotels brand hotel),
(b) complete an eligible stay* between 15 July 2026 and 15 October 2026 (« Promotional period ») in one of the following hotels:

will earn double Best Western Rewards® bonus points for any eligible stay completed.
A Best Western Rewards® member may take advantage of this offer only once, in a single hotel, during the promotional period. Eligible stays made before registration for the promotion and membership of the loyalty Club will not be taken into account to meet the conditions of the promotion. Points are automatically credited to the member's account at the end of the stay in the chosen destination.

* An « eligible stay » is defined as a stay in one of the hotels listed above, at a rate that earns points, except stays booked via an online travel agency, via a tour operator or at a special reduced rate (see the Best Western Rewards® programme rules for more information on eligibility criteria). Eligible stays made during the promotional period must be completed by 15 October 2026 at the latest to count under the promotion.

(a) register for the promotion (whose code is FALL26) on bestwestern.fr, bestwestern.com or by any other authorised means (for example, at the reception of any BWH Hotels brand hotel),
(b) complete an eligible stay* between 8 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 (« Promotional period ») in any participating BWH Hotels brand hotel in France or Morocco,

will see their points doubled, i.e. they will receive a points bonus equal to the number of base Best Western Rewards® points earned during the qualifying stay made in any Best Western® Hotels & Resorts brand hotel worldwide.

There is no bonus limit over the offer period. Eligible stays* made before registration for the promotion and registration/membership of Best Western Rewards® will not be taken into account. Points credited 2 weeks after the eligible stay. Eligible stays made before registration for the promotion and membership of the loyalty Club will not be taken into account to meet the conditions of the promotion.

Best Western Rewards® members must have set their preference to « Points » to earn double Best Western Rewards® bonus points for the eligible stay made during the promotional period. No extension, substitution or replacement is possible. The promotion is not transferable. The promotion may be cancelled or modified without notice. All Best Western Rewards® programme rules apply.
