all great and excellent. Staff sooo nice and helpful in all concerns+day and night staff. Room excellent, very well cleaned and very practical. Close to places by walking and as a plus as I am an amateur musician the place is close to music stores- instruments specialists and written music stores. We enjoyed the staying ! happy to return.

Warm welcoming immediately upon arrival from a very thoughtful and professional staff. The hotel is nicely located, close to the metro and nice restaurants. The rooms are small but everything is newly refurbished and very clean. I received an upgrade to a room with a balcony and lovely view. The street was surprisingly quiet, even for Paris! Also, bear in mind that this is a boutique hotel, which is quite different from large conventional hotels. I really enjoyed my stay, got a good relaxation and slept in a very comfortable bed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was broken and the window adjacent to the main road outside the front of the hotel did not shut, meaning that the room was incredibly noisy overnight. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This property just opened and all the hardware and facilities are new and clean. The location is unexpectedly convenient, in walking distance from the Gare Saint Lazare and 4 Metro lines. Restaurants, cafes and grocery shops are within one block of the front entrance. The hotel breakfast is good but you will have to pay somewhat. The rooms are adequate in size for Paris at this price. They are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The room, which faced inward was quiet. The only noise we encountered was from other guests in the hall as they talked and closed their doors. The bathroom was a good size, clean. The shower was comfortable, didn't leak, and had good hot water and pressure. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Speaking English was not a problem. The only difficulty one may encounter is with the elevator which stops between floors so there will always be a few stairs to climb. So elderly or frail guests may have some gripes.

This beautiful newly renovated hotel is stunning. The location is great, away from the noise and hustle of the center of Paris but walking distance to it. My room was perfect with a balcony giving me the iconic French architecture views. I loved it so much I'm already planning my next visit

First of all the hotel has been just renovated and everything is new!! It is VERY CLEAN (which is very important element to me) and is very close to 4 metro stations! Every day we had the best quality of sleep!! The area is perfect and safe. 20' walking distance to Opera and to gallery Lafayette and Printemps. There are a lot of bistros around us, boulangerie and super market. I will definitely return to this hotel! Not to mention the hospitality and the kindness of everyone and especially of the owner Julia! tAnd not to forget: the breakfast is of the best quality of food!
