Great quality rooms, though small. The spa area is small but clean and well equipped, we had a lovely sauna. Due to a change in our booking we had no choice but to rebook a very expensive executive room, which still did not include breakfast. Breakfast in the cellar was nice, but quite crowded and somewhat difficult to get to the food and drink. Staff were absolutely excellent and overall it was a really nice stay. Kaysersberg is astounding and worth visiting again.

Great location close to train and transit station. Walking distance to main part of city. Hotel safe, clean comfortable rooms and staff friendly, helpful and professional.

Found by chance but such a beautiful quiet place and fantastic price point for the luxury. Helpful staff, very comfy bed, fabulous spa with pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Excellent evening menu and great brekkie options. Definitely planned for another visit.

Booked a room 3 weeks in advance. Received phone call 1 hour before check in informing us room was unavailable. No explanation, no compensation. Offered room in alternative hotel which was in a noisier location and further from the train station. Both contrary to our requirements .

One of the better hotels we have ever stayed at - clean, quiet, abd a perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast very - of expensive. Room #101 is the best - four big windows overlooking the river.

We spent two nights at this hotel. It is very well located - close to the station but an easy walk into the city. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We thought the quality of the breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Very happy to recommend this hotel.

We had an executive room that was on the top floor and was really lovely. Nice and central and near train station. Great bathroom, free bottle of water. Had partial view which was good. Staff were excellent with great restaurant recommendation. Wish we had stayed longer.

Fabulous location very close to the train station and the old town, all easy walking distance. Hotel is lovely and comfortable, rooms cosy and breakfast extremely good, absolutely nothing to fault at all. Unfortunately I was ill during my stay and the staff couldn't have been kinder or helped us more. A massive shout out to Maria who definitely went above and beyond and to all the staff for being so kind and compassionate, asking after me whilst I was in hospital and helped my husband immensely during a very difficult time. We cannot praise or thank you enough, you are a very special team and I hope that this review will enable the powers that be to recognise your exceptional customer service and kindness.
