Best Western Colmar Expo

Good value for the money, across the Exposition Park. We came for a wine festival and the location was extremely convenient. The staff at the reception was outstanding. Great service with big smiles. Much more pleasant than in many fancier hotels

One overnight stay on our way to the French Riveria. Nice modern Hotel with good service. We appreciated the bar and snacks meny. Good secure parking and After a nights silent sleep a more than decent breakfast.

The room with 2 single beds adequate cleaned by daily maids . The position of hotel along a main road . You must have a car its better and leon and Wok food place nearby however the walk to it across main roads bit ify. But The reception staff amazing helpful always have a smile friendly informative no matter if busy they always make you feel like you are a special customer. And thats all of them. We loved the hotel as it was easy to into central colmar old village bit can go round outskirts road and 2 main car parks that way for either side of city. Tge room views not great but we came to stay as a central place to see colmar and the wine route. However I would say stay in it for good breakfast good sleep and amazing reception staff. Its good base fir Colmar . Loved our stay

What a l9vely surprise, th two receptionists on duty when we arrived at 4.00 were exceptionally professional, very smart and very very helpful. A swify efficient check in. Lovely clean rooms. If anyting a fridge would gave been nice We asked if they had any fridge facilties. Not in the room they explained, but had facilties in their offices. Job done. The four of us came back down at 7.00. The same young ladies looked after us with drinks.vthey had great sense of humour and still professional. Very impressed with everything.

Booked one night at Best Western on our way home from Italy. As we were 5 (2 adults 2 teenagers and 1 4 year old) we booked 2 rooms because Hotel policy is no more than 4 people per room. Upon arrival, we were given 1 familyroom with an extra cot for our 4 year old. When we inquired as to the second room, they said "not necessary, the 4 year old can stay in your room". Excellent, this saves us 200 euros we thought. WRONG, these crooks made us pay for the room and the next day withdrew a cancellation fee of 200 euros from my credit card. Because the second room was booked, but cancelled. After repeated calls and demands to refund the money, they remain adamant that "the cannot help due to a strict cancellation policy." I did not cancel the room. I was there and it wasn't offered despite me asking for it. They charge you for a service that I did not receive! CRIMINALS

It is not a hotel to stay with a family. A bed in the form of an opened sofa for two childrens to sleep was presented. Not suitable. The receptionist and the hotel manager are disinterested. They do not care about guest customer satisfaction. It is not a quality hotel that should not be preferred.

at 11 p.m. when I arrived at the hotel with an 8-year-old child and a paid room, they sent us to another hotel to pay again because they had no possibility to accommodate us in a double room. I asked for an extra bed or another room, nothing. unfriendly and heartless is exactly how I would describe this hotel

very good facilities big king size bed, modern decor and a very good bathroom, with walk in shower. has a bar and the breakfast was a good buffet. they do not have a restaurant as such, but do bar snacks and pizza, in the evenings, from the bar. there are other limited restaurants within a 10 min walk. the hotel is about 1/2 a mile from the center of town, where there is everything you expect. Good secure parking facilities.

Clean room and great service at reception. The receptionist helped us planning our tour and suggested great places for parking, visiting and eating. Recommended. I stayed for just a night but the hotel definitely worth the price, anyway cheaper than similar solutions.

Modern, business-like hotel on the outskirts of Colmar close to Expo, shopping and industry. Friendly staff provided us with safe storage for our e-bikes. Very clean, quiet rooms. Easy to get to downtown.
