"Good stay - pictures show everything bigger than it is. "
Very clean well-appointed room. The coffee machine didn't work, and the machine downstairs made terrible coffee, undrinkable! The pillows were very uncomfortable, need rectangular pillows. Friendly service. Pictures show everything bigger than it is. Very slow wifi. Great parking.
"Nice, new, hotel, friendly service"
Nice, new, hotel, friendly service, very accommodating for upcoming visit with group of 50 friends. Very varied and good breakfast, rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. Thematic rooms make you think about the importance of humanism ! (Every room dedicated to a famous humanist)
"Nice hotell and exellent restaurant"
I stayed one night here and had prebooked a table in the restaurant. Really nice rooms and staff. The restaurant was exellent with really good food, competent servers and cosy atmosphere. The restaurant is worth a visit on its own.
"Amazing hotel!"
Fun Fact first: lying down the pool on a sunny day, it could also be somewhere in Italy, Spain, Greece - quiet, clean, cozy, comfortable. However, this is a perfect hotel for an overnight stay on your trip to somewhere else. Close to the highway it is perfectly located. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable. All you can expect for this money is available including that nice pool, a perfectly working Wi-Fi, a quiet and well working air-condition, an excellent breakfast and a modern and stylish interior. The staff is attentive and helpful. There is nothing we could complain about. We strongly recommend that hotel for sure.

Dear Martin-Lauer-1970, Thank you very much for your feedback and your positive comments. Your encouragement gives us all the energy we need to continue to offer our customers a high quality stay. We look forward to welcoming you again! NB: it is quite possible to stay more than only one night... some customers this summer spent a full week there :-))
"disappointing on a few levels..."
After a very long drive that day we reached the hotel and parked the car. Reception was not particularly welcoming, and we were immediately told there was no availability for an evening meal. We offered to eat early or late… No was the reply. Disappointing. in the room we tried to make a coffee, and the coffee machine leaked. In itself a minor inconvenience, and I'm sure they would've fixed it quickly… but after a long day all I wanted was a coffee…As we had to go out for dinner we tried to lock our valuables in the safe, the safe didn't work. Again not a big issue but all of the small things add up to make an irritating stay. Next morning and the service at breakfast was shocking. I was actually grunted at by a sour faced member of staff! Does any of the staff in this hotel smile? All in all not a good nights stay.
"Not customer-oriented and agreed provision not provided"
We contacted the hotel in advance for an extra bed, information about surrounding restaurants and the option to check in early. We got answers to English questions in French, agree provisions were not to be found and an early check-in would've cost extra. There was no kettle in the room, the bathroom was tiny and although the hotel was scarcely occupied we got a room with view to the parking lot. The booking via secret escapes seemed to be unwelcome (although not that cheap for the hotel equipment and especially location). The customer seemed to be a disturbance. The breakfast buffet staff lady was however very friendly and very customer oriented.
"Nice new hotel"
Very nice rooms, although the WIFI was scketchy at best. I constantly lost my connection. Friendly staff and very nice restaurant. On the outskirts of town. It has a nice pool and lounge. Breakfast was nice also.
"Very good hotel for Alsace region"
Great place to stay. Hotel relatively new, well decorated. Good breakfast. Swimmingpool (not used in October), free parking and a great central place to go around in the Alsace region. Restaurant is looking very good and quality food is good. Friendly staff throughout the hotel.
"Close to motorway "
The hotel is easy to find and close to the motorway. The exterior is not beautiful but the interior is spacious and calming with beautiful views towards the hills. The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable (we paid extra for a super king bed). Dinner (Sunday evening) was delightful and adapted to be gluten free for me. Breakfast was really good; lots of choice with bacon and scrambled eggs, cold meats and cheeses, fruits, breads etc and very good machine coffee. The reception, bar/restaurant staff were really welcoming and helpful and the chef came out after service to say hello to the diners. A sauna was available and a pool. The pool was covered because of thunderstorms and heavy rain but was uncovered before we left in the morning and looked most inviting. Next time we hope to stay longer and explore the local area.
"Should be the Worst Western"
. It was a plain brown rectangular hotel, almost Brutalistic in design. While the rooms were clean, the wifi was either weak or literally non existent and when I asked for a spare blanket I was told they didn’t have any! Oh yes, the shower had no curtain or glass that separated it from the rest of the bathroom so when you shower the bathroom floor became wet and slippery.
"Perfect!"
Great accommodation, excellent restaurant, local food as well as traditional, good choice if local wines, friendly staff. The only point I could find that is little bit disappointing: the swimming is small. Very quiet surrounding.
"Some days in Alsace"
Very nice hotel with friendly staff, Mathieu the barman was outstanding smart Weak point is internet connection, this one is at that slow level as almost not existing !! If you want be lonely in a nice calm environment, with good breakfast!
"New confortable hotel"
Modern hotel, the cubic outside architechture lacks charm. The hotel is a bit outside the city, which means you need a car to stroll in the old city. Nice breackfast and friendly staff. The rooms are confortable.
"From A to B or an alternative stay"
Traveling is going from A to B. But now and then you'll need some sleep and food. Colmar is too obvious, so take the exit Sélestat (15' from Colmar) and enjoy a room with a view on the most important and impressive castle in the region. Nearby the highway but a b s o l u t l y quiet. The Parking is in a fenced and controlled area around the hotel. Spacious and modern rooms with a painting of a humanist leader. The bar and restaurant are cosy... one could label it as a boutique hotel. A new hidden gem with gentle personnel looking to help you . Unfortunately we had no time for the Spa. We‘ll be back :-)

"1 night stay in very new hotel"
Great hotel that is really new. Just opened last month. Consequently, a few things still need to happen, like removing tape in some corners of the room, or clean a bit of concrete on the floor. But globally very good hotel, perfectly located and close to the speedway.
