One of the better hotels we have ever stayed at - clean, quiet, abd a perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast very - of expensive. Room #101 is the best - four big windows overlooking the river.

We spent two nights at this hotel. It is very well located - close to the station but an easy walk into the city. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We thought the quality of the breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Very happy to recommend this hotel.

We had an executive room that was on the top floor and was really lovely. Nice and central and near train station. Great bathroom, free bottle of water. Had partial view which was good. Staff were excellent with great restaurant recommendation. Wish we had stayed longer.

Fabulous location very close to the train station and the old town, all easy walking distance. Hotel is lovely and comfortable, rooms cosy and breakfast extremely good, absolutely nothing to fault at all. Unfortunately I was ill during my stay and the staff couldn't have been kinder or helped us more. A massive shout out to Maria who definitely went above and beyond and to all the staff for being so kind and compassionate, asking after me whilst I was in hospital and helped my husband immensely during a very difficult time. We cannot praise or thank you enough, you are a very special team and I hope that this review will enable the powers that be to recognise your exceptional customer service and kindness.

Location: Excellent, near to everything- train station, main sights Petite France, the Cathedral area, shopping , restaurants. Atmosphere: Mix of old and new, the hotel was newly renovated esp the bathrooms and yet retaining the beautiful exterior of the building and the decorations in the breakfast room and lounge . Rooms: Comfortable and Clean. Quite neighbourhood with supermarts and shops , restaurants all within walking distance Extremely helpful and kind warm staff members, providing good restaurant recommendations nearby and with directions . Breakfast is wonderful, good variety and particularly impressed with the efficiency of the staff members and the old fashioned fresh orange juicer Good value for the price considering the location and the comfort of the rooms

Basin in the Bathroom was stuck causing water to stand and not drained making it very difficult to use if not impossible to use. Shower was with curtain - so all water ran out during the shower making bathroom impossible to use after the shower. Receptionist was highly rude and unprofessional. This is not the standard and professional service you expect from this quality of Hotel and the price they charge.

Our stay in Strasbourg was greatly enhanced by our time at Regent Petite France hotel, located right in the heart of the picturesque historic district. From the moment we arrived, Giada at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and graciously accommodated our request for a quiet room overlooking the canal. Every staff member we encountered—from the concierge to housekeeping—was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location is perfect, just steps away from all the major attractions. Room 221 was ideal for our needs; tucked away in a peaceful spot, it offered beautiful canal views, and the comfortable bed and soft pillows gave us a deep, restful sleep after long days of walking. We highly recommend this hotel!
