This hotel was a disappointment. While the front desk staff was great,the room was filthy. Shower had not been cleaned properly and we found washed out pieces of gum in the sheets on the pull our sofa. The king suite is nothing like in the pictures. Breakfast is ok..not much selection. Walls are paper thin.

Hotel was very clean and very modern! Loved the fact the rooms didnt have carpet! Breakfast was descent, staff were pleasant and the gym was nice! Overall descent prices compared to other hotels in the area! My only complaint was the sides or the pool and liner looked dirty and we had to leave the pool area due to a large group of girls screaming at the top of their lungs intentionally trying to irritated people while the two moms who I guess were responsible to watch them sat there and did nothing! I have a 6 year old daughter so I understand kids get loud and excited but this was something else! I couldn't talk to my partner whom was right beside me due to the high pitch constant yelling. But in my opinion that isnt a hotel issue but more of a parenting thing! Lol oh and the low flying jets landing nearby were cool to watch but noisy at times

GLO Mississauga is a lot of hype that doesn't deliver. The rooms don't have all the amenities they market and the walls are paper thin. You will hear everything your neighbours say and do. And the planes - the never ending jets that fly directly over the property at all hours. And the elevators - that give you 5 seconds before they close on you and don't appear to have sensors to stop you from being crushed. This place is not worth the money or the sleepless nights.

PRO: Great hotel and location for my needs. Front desk was friendly at check in. Room was larger than I thought, very spacious. Shower had full pressure which was fantastic. Nice amenities, shower gel hair conditioner and shampoo on the wall left my hair nice and soft. Cleaning staff came and cleaned daily, they were friendly and did a good job. Replaced towels and cleaned the floor. Facilities: swam in the pool, a bit on the small side, but was quite nice. Used the fitness centre, machines were adequate. No complaints, other than one time a mom and 6 children came and ran around for a bit. CONS: Breakfast was alright, there was enough food, but as I stayed for 8 days, it got to be a bit repetitive. The scrambled eggs were always cold, no matter when I came. The staff did not wipe down the tables nor bus the tables. I did like the waffle maker. OVERALL: Good value, clean. Breakfast is filling even if repetitive.

We stayed at GLō Best Western Mississauga Corporate Centre for six nights in May 2026 while visiting Toronto and Niagara Falls, and we had a very positive experience throughout our stay. The hotel is modern, clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, the beds were great, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and welcoming. The location worked very well for our plans, especially for driving into Toronto, visiting Niagara Falls, and accessing Pearson Airport. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. We also had the opportunity to meet the manager, who was very kind and clearly takes pride in running the hotel well. That positive attitude really reflected throughout the property. Breakfast was convenient and appreciated every morning, and the hotel overall offered an excellent balance of comfort, quality, and value. We would absolutely stay here again and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the Toronto area.

When I arrived at the hotel, the room had a very strong chemical odor that honestly smelled toxic. The mirror was also filthy and covered in fingerprints, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned before I checked in. To make matters worse, the view from the window overlooked the garbage and dumpsters. I brought the issue to staff's attention and left the room for a while hoping it would be taken care of. When I returned, the smell was still just as strong and nothing had been cleaned. I reported it again, but no one came to check the room and it did not seem like the concern was being taken seriously. After dealing with the smell for a while longer, I finally went down to the front desk in person to get someone's attention. Once staff came up and smelled the room themselves, they agreed something was wrong and moved me to a different room. While the issue was eventually resolved with a room change, the initial condition of the room and the lack of urgency in addressing the problem made the experience very frustrating. The front staff was not kind to us. The housekeeper tried to help the best she could

Stayed two nights with my family. The facility is very clean and we had no issues with the room. The facility is in an airport flight path so if you are easily bothered by planes going by it might not be the place for you. I was with a bunch of kids who loved watching them go over us. The pool is quite deep after the stairs so if you have very young kids you should bring a floaty/be prepared to hold them. My kids are 9,7,6,3 - the 3 year old couldn't touch after the stairs. The only issue we had was that there was a REALLY long wait at breakfast for the waffles so if you want those you may have to get up early. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again in the future.

1. Staff: staff is very short and not friendly 2. Breakfast: small and undercooked. If you like cooked food, not here 3. Cost: somehow expensive 4. Sleep: kids ran around screaming from 1am-4am both nights. Loud music and lot's of yelling. Did not sleep at all during those times 5. Shower: low water pressure so you have to straddle the faucet just to get any water 6. Safety: saw a drug deal in the parking lot when moving my car (you cant leave your car to charge, you have to move it within 10 minutes or face huge charges). The then tried to follow me into the hotel when I was getting back in. Staff did not care 7. Airport: being near to the airport means loud planes landing all the time. Not the hotels fault but something to think about 8. Fridge: stank and had old cheese in it. Talk about not clean 🤮

We stayed at the hotel for few days,the third day our kids went to swim and discovered that there was pieces of poop in the swimming pool,we went and asked about the manager,he was not there but his solution was that they will close the swimming pool and in the morning it will be clean,of course we didn't want to get in that pool again ,so we asked for a refund ,because we booked 2 more days before the incident happened the manager's response was they can't give us our money back,and the only reason why we choose that hotel is because if the swimming pool,so after a few calls he decided to give us our money back ,he was so unprofessional and doesn't know how to deal with customers.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding. We were traveling with a youth hockey team, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Whether it was helping with extra towels, giving directions, or even providing special accommodations for the team's schedule, they were always quick to help and do so with a smile. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable everyone was, not just at the front desk, but across the whole hotel. The cleaning staff was warm and courteous, and we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. It's rare to experience such consistent, top-notch service from every team member. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was perfect for our needs after a long day of hockey. Nothing extravagant, but exactly what we needed for a restful stay. If you're looking for a hotel that treats you like family, this is the place to stay. I highly recommend it for teams, families, or anyone wanting an enjoyable and stress-free experience. We'll definitely be back!

Staff was over the top helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. Went for a hockey tournament with my son's U 14 AAA team. We were more than pleased with how the staff treated us. There was another team of younger hockey players in the hotel and you honestly would not have known it. Everybody was polite, cordial, and friendly. Housekeeping checked in every day to see if we needed service although we declined it. Pool and workout area were clean and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Very impressed.

There was big yellow stain on the bed sheet and I complained next day because we were so tired at the moment. Next day when I mentioned it at the front desk the only thing that receptionist said was sorry. The hotel is quite new but I wont recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly, always greeted etc. Hotel room was clean and you couldn't hear other customers from the hallway/outside. Breakfast buffet was great. Parking was free which was really nice. Laundryroom available, staff helped with how it works and changed our bills to coins. You also can buy laundry detergent from the reception. However only thing that disappointed us was the hotel rooms air conditioning. Sometimes it went really cold and sometimes really hot. In the mornings our windows were steamy and wet from the inside. Even thought we said about this in the reception and a housekeeping lady came to check on it we couldn't find a perfect way to use the AC.

I've seen quite a few negative reviews about this hotel, and it seems like many guests may have been expecting luxury accommodations. In reality, this hotel is simple, clean, and offers the basic amenities you'd expect. The breakfast wasn't as bad as others have said—it included essentials like toast, waffles, coffee, and scrambled eggs. While a little more variety could be nice, it's important to remember this isn't a high-end or all-inclusive resort. The pool was nice, and overall, it's a good place to enjoy some quiet time or stay if you have commitments in the area. All in all, a pleasant stay, and that's all I'm going to say! stay on the second floor.

We chose this hotel mainly because they offered breakfast, which was convenient since we had to leave early each morning to explore. However, the breakfast was disappointing—just bread and cheap butter. On the first day, the waffle machines were broken, and there was no cream cheese available during our entire stay. When we asked about it at the reception, the staff member responded rudely, saying it wasn't their fault the waffle machine was broken and blaming the lack of cream cheese on supplier issues. Her attitude throughout the conversation was extremely rude, and I couldn't help but feel it was because of our Indian origin, even though she was Indian herself. It seemed like she assumed we didn't know how to behave in hotels. You'll likely find similar complaints from other guests who stayed at the hotel during the same period.

We stayed at the Glo for a tournament in the area. The beds were like sleeping on plywood. The common areas were uncomfortably hot. 2 out of the 3 ice makers were broken. The elevator broke while we were staying and no discount or reimbursements were offered. Asked for a cot for our youngest and they couldn't accommodate that at all. They offered a crib which he couldn't fit in. Overall most disappointing by hotel we've stayed at in a while. Would not recommend.

Found 2 alive cockroaches and dead bugs in microwave when we came back in room at 10 p.m. Reported issue to manager Ms. Anshu, who clearly said she did not care if we stayed or leave but would not refund the night. Finally reimburse after saying we took pictures .

Rooms were clean and updated. Only real complaint was the hot breakfast. Food was not very good and there were some odd things like cut up chicken patties and beans for breakfast. The breakfast buffet area was congested leading to people leaning over other people's food as they were serving themselves.

Very good experience, friendly staff, good and helpful service, nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast and amenities like the pool and the gym. I will very recommended. Will be great if they have a shuttle to the airport... Location is not bad, close to some restaurants and shopping.

Overall the stay was very nice and pleasant. Room and bathroom were clean, well lit and everything worked. There were two minor issues which didn't merit notifying the staff. One of the bedsheets was a little worn and the shower head was too big which dropped the pressure.

My room was very dirty and the toilet was broken. The floor was dirty and covered in grit. The bedding was dirty and had multiple stains on the sheets and pillows. This was the second room because my initial room was extremely dirty and smelled like someone had been chain smoking in it just before I got there. My colleague had similar experiences. IN his room the floor was dirty and the bedding was dirty and stained. We travel to Mississauga from the US for work about 1 week per month. We both agreed we would never even consider booking this hotel again. We are not picky nor complainers...if we had not arrived so late in the evening we would have cancelled and gone to a different hotel.

Sheets were not clean at all, as well as the room carpet . Fridge was not working in this summer time too . So disappointing.

1) One time house keeping person comes in the room without giving us notice which is embarrassing 2) There should be room service for food which is why I will never come back in this hotel 3) The internet services is very poor as the WIFI disconnects too often 4) We ask for house keeping of room and they kept old wet towels which I replaced it myself 5) Overall experience is not good at all and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel is filthy and needs upkeep. The room has roaches, the toilet seat is falling apart, there are no extra bed covers, etc. The breakfast is nothing to talk about. It would be better to book a better hotel without breakfast at a cheaper rate and then buy breakfast outside. Anyway, book at YMMV

The staff were friendly, especially the frond end staff and room service. The room was clean and beyond comfortable.

Pros: Check in was easy. Staff were nice. Pool was very clean and kids loved the dumping bucket. Beds were confortable. We heard nothing from the next room wich was also occupied. It was super quiet. And we've been upgraded in a suite for our three nights stay. Included breakfast is convenient. Not the best but you have everything you need. Cereals, toast, bagel, muffins, yogurt, beans, potatoes, scrambled eggs, coffee and tea. Cons: It was so humid. The first morning I had to wipe down all the windows to remove excess moisture. Looks like there is no air vent and you can't open the windows. We turned on the air conditioning and after that it was better. Overall, for the price and what you get, i would recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. A bright welcoming lobby. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not really good, but filled its need. Waffle iron sticks and spray was not available. Coffee, muffins, yogurt, cereal, toast all good. There are many restaurants in the area, some even in walking distance. Beds comfortable. Staff were amazing! very cordial and helpful.

Beautiful, modern, newly renovated hotel. Friendly and efficient staff.Large walk-in shower. Well equipped fitness centre and a good-sized pool. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay in this nice, comfortable hotel. Asked for later check out (12pm) so we could use the pool and it was no problem.

Business trip I travelled from Alberta to Toronto to assist in assembling automotive lifts. I arrived in on thanksgiving day to find that nothing was open for door or drink except fast food places so was disappointed at the start.

The bedding had questionable things on it when we checked in. When notifing the front desk, he immediately gave us a new room. The second room was clean and had no other issues the rest of the stay. Good breakfast and friendly staff. I'd stay again!

Tried to check in at 1130. Person behind the dest was completely incomplete to perform the task. No knowledge of check in procedures. Refused to take cash payment but after over an hour of talking to him he finally realized that the hotel does accept cash as form of payment.

Booked an upgraded suite as was supposed to be taking my teenage sons friend with us, but at the last minute ended up just being our family of three. Pre-arranged for oxygen delivery (Pro-Resp) to deliver to the room as my husband requires medical oxygen to survive 24/7. Pros: Nice, spacious room. Loved the pillows and beds. included breakfast Decent internet. Loved the USB access ports in the lamps, alarm clock, etc. Cons: Did not let proresp drop off the oxygen or have access to the room. Refused service even though it was pre-arranged. Shower had mildew along half the bottom edge. SHower had dirt/grime build up. Some furniture obviously not moved for cleaning, as used cutlery and food items were found when making the pull out bed. Staff unimpressed they had to deal with oxygen requirements at all - including allowing Proresp to pick up their items at the end of our stay. Three towels, when booked for 4 people, in a room that sleeps 6. While we intended to use the pool, we did not get that far, so I cannot speak on it.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and well-stocked with a good selection. The location of the hotel was easy to find and close to attractions and main roads.

Do not book this hotel! They had a power outage during our stay and hotel does not have a generator. Manager was never on duty and staff was poorly trained and rude. My Dad needed to use his cpap machine to sleep and staff told us to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The rooms were never cleaned during our 3 night stay even after we put the clean room sign out on the door and complained to the staff. The bathroom ceiling was leaking. The rooms have paper thin walls, with noisy guests that were verbally/physically fighting the whole night. Will never stay in this hotel located Missisuaga, Ontario.

A little too off the beaten track. Room was nice enough but the cleanliness had to be dealt with at the front desk which is never a good thing. Staff tried to help but shouldn't have had to. Not sure why the noise was so bad. Place was probably just not built well. Loved the shower but the rest…

Very nice experienced with family, we enjoy our stay. The place was nice and the staff is kind and helpful. The food was good. The pool was nice. Kids love it. The gym was clean. The room was good :).

Except for the ongoing renovation, everything was great! Guest room with shampoo, hair conditioner & body soap all in the shower. Quiet place to stay, free parking & most of all… very professional staff from the front desk, housekeeping & breakfast lounge.

At 8:30pm my wife called the front desk and voiced a complaint about noise(music) from a close by room. After 15 minutes and the noise level did not change she called again. In our third call the overnight front desk representative said he would not deal with the complaint and asked if we wanted to move. We had already been in bed for over an hour, so we did not want this option. Around 9:30 I called the front desk and it seemed I got a little more response being the husband, but still no change. We laid in bed trying to fall asleep for another hour and a half until the noisy party either moved their party to a different venue of finally went to sleep themselves. Additionally I called and left a message for the manager stating my room number. The manager never did call me to discuss or deal with my frustration and disappointment. I will not recommend any Best Western property to anyone after this experience.

Great overall experience. Helpful staff. Local amenities and resources close by. Saadia and staff were very cordial. Clean up and housekeeping was great staff. Property has renovations going on but it doesn't matter to me. Superb service even still.

Spotlessly clean. All staff we encountered were polite and friendly. Love the retro decor and the rooms are EXACTLY as shown on their website with the yellow and blue accents. Yes they are renovating but the rooms were quiet on the Friday evening we were there. Actually truly enjoyable with just one noticeable:no outlet to plug in your device on the one side of the bed. I was glad I noticed and charged my phone at the desk.

Decent 3 star hotel. Rooms are comfortable but bathroom toiletteries were negligible. Hotel is conveniently located and is near a few eating joints. Breakfast has very limited choices but then it is the same breakfast at every hotel all over Canada so can't complain too much

I checked in around 3 am. But they are doing work in the hotel and the banging sounds woke me up really early. It was ok the first night because I had to get up early. The rooms weren't too clean. Alot if dust. Floors should be mopped.

House keeping need quite a bit improvement. Room will not be made until you ask for it physically, putting a sign up will not work. Be ready to see dirty towels and left over food in corridors. Don't expect cleanliness in dinning room.

New hotel. Friendly staff. Everything we needed was available. We didn't visit the restaurant on site...but menu and prices looked fair. Near the airport, but didn't find the flight noise bothersome at all. Will stay again if we need a room in the area.

Hope by my next visit there is no construction and repair activities in the hotel. Outside garbage carrier to be removed from the vicinity of the rooms' windows. In hot seasons the gym and pool should be fully functioning.

Do Not Judge A Book By Its Cover, or in this case a hotel. The pictures of outside the hotel must have been a rendering. The outside is not pretty but the inside is good. They are in the midst of rebranding. The pool was not open. The breakfast was good and good selection. The desk staff was helpful. The room was spacious and smelled good. Felt clean. The location was good for us. We were visiting Toronto and didn't want to pay the high cost of a hotel in Toronto. We had about a 30 minute drive in. The parking and check in was really easy.

We booked online, being given 3 hotels to book from at a discounted rate, I asked for wifi, breakfast, and a pool. It showed me three, and after I paid they gave you the one they picked for you. We get there, there was no pool! The wifi does NOT work well, we used our own data to be able to use the wifi. Place looked clean, but we found garbage under the pull out couch, and when we moved furniture a bit to plug in phones, there were spiders and webs everywhere. They also changed our room to a junior suite so all we got was the pull out instead of two beds which wasn't overly comfortable. We had to beg for bedding for the couch, they brought us all sheets, and I asked for a comforter and pillows and she had to come back a bunch because she wasn't bringing back the right things. I would not recommend this hotel!

Stayed overnight at the GLO Best Western Mississauga during a recent visit to the Toronto area. The hotel is undergoing renovations to modernize the facility. Note there isn't any signage quite yet except for a small banner at the front of the building and it appears to be a nondescript property in a business district as its title would allude. Front desk check in was great and the attendant was pleasant. Because the property is currently being renovated, there was construction throughout, and we were located on the first floor behind a wooden door. There was a printed sign posted indicating no access to rooms which was confusing at first, but was removed later by staff. We are fundamentally reasonable people, so this was something we could work around. Where there were shortcomings was with the room itself. It was a room that was renovated, which was not the issue. The style of renovation (blue and yellow highlights) is niche, not a problem. It was a bit smaller, again we can tolerate. However, the cleanliness and attention-to-detail standard is seriously not up to par. Among the problems we encountered: one of the mattress cover sheets had blood/stains on it; the mattress cover itself was not rotated (stay was in July 2022 – the mattress cover was for a April-June and October-December rotation); the desk chair was soiled; there was long hair unswept on the bathroom floor; the ceiling was still water-stained (on a renovated room no less); and to top it all off, there was a used dried soap bar behind the sink! Where this gets even more crazy is when we walked by a maintenance/cleaning room, we noticed staff lounging around there as well as if they didn't have work to do. Breakfast was your standard Best Western offering and did the trick, with a few hot items (sausage, eggs, beans, DIY waffles), beverages, grains, etc. offered that day. There is no point in facelifting a property if the cleanliness and standards do not follow suit. For the cost of weekend accommodation, we realize the GTA area is not a cheap outing, however we still felt with the premium that the value proposition of this property was somewhat lacking. The front desk and breakfast were the saving grace here for a stay that could have been better with a bit more care, especially given we are still in pandemic times. Room was immaculate, looked like it was brand new, good quality air conditioner kept the room nice and cool during very hot days, Just a few minutes away from square one and relatively close to other malls and restaurants

The stay was relaxing, the hot breakfast was nice but not many choices, they didn't have hot chocolate as a hot beverage which would have been great for kids and some amenities were not available like shower caps.

Very convenient location for a peaceful night stay with all kinds of amenities and facilities around the corner. Close to the highways, college, ethnic supermarket, shopping center for your convenience.

We had no choice but to find last second accommodations for two nights due to missed connecting flight. Booking was easy, staff was helpful and room was clean with comfortable queen sized beds so all four of us could rest well. The room was recently renovated however the hotel was still only partially refurbished. Location was strange, in a sort of industrial area that one cab driver said he didn't even know how to find. Walking distance to some restaurants so not bad. Breakfast was included which was good.

The front desk lady was really helpful, even we have a little issue with the room she was so helpful she moved us to other room the microwave was broken but they changed next morning, all the staff was nice and helpful

Although the hotel was under renovation we were not affected by it. The room was new, clean and quiet. The staff were so friendly and the we were not affected by it. The hotel room was new and fresh and clean. The value was great. We plan to return again, and most definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern and comfortable guest room. In-room Keurig coffee machine. Comfortable bed and pillows. Thick, plush towels. Nice having the in-room fridge and microwave as well. Complimentary breakfast was simple but good. Would definitely stay here again when in the Toronto area. Very easy access from the major highways.

Loved their super comfy king size beds. Rooms are really nice too everything you need for a weekend stay. Hotel is average with a decent continental breakfast with hot food items. No nice views however since you're right off the highway. Staff were nice
