Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel

We booked 2 rooms so that our family could get a good night sleep before an early morning flight. We have young kids. Unfortunately, we ended up on a party floor. There was a huge group of people who had booked a block of rooms on the floor. They partied very loud from 10pm until 3am. We tried talking to them, we called the front desk (and in fairness, they did try and address it), but unfortunately, it felt like a frat house until 3am. We got 2 hours of sleep and were completely exhausted the next day on our travel day. Not sure if this is just bad luck or happens frequently at this hotel, but it was a waste of money as we would have got the same amount of rest had we stayed at the airport.

We have been here many times. Amazing hotel, clean, super comfortable beds and pillows. Great prices, both restaurants are excellent. Samah the front desk manager is wonderful and very helpful with anything you need as well as the rest of the staff :)

Hotel confirms reservation for PARK STAY AND FLY. 2 months later when we arrived at hotel they say they have no parking left and that our reservation did not include parking. I showed the e-mail confirmation to the front desk and still no luck. They kept on saying they had No parking available. Had to pay for airport parking and that was the reason why we wanted to stay at this hotel. To avoid parking fees. Don't get caught like us… avoid this hotel

This was our fifth stay at this hotel and , once again, I have to say it was outstanding. The entire staff is friendly and polite and willing to go beyond their duties to make our stay perfect. The hotel is always clean and has very comfortable mattresses and pillows. As with our last stay, we left too early to enjoy the delicious breakfast, but did take advantage of the "Grab and Go" breakfast in the lobby. Thank you BW and we'll see you again.

Booked the room in hopes of a few hours sleep on an overnight layover after an already long travel day. It was late by the time we checked in, and the restaurant staff were so friendly and provided great service to our tired, hungry selves. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the price was reasonable. There was a shuttle back to the airport every 40 mins, but we took a $20 Uber instead so we could sleep an extra half hour.

Nice hotel had a pull out couch in the suite and the blankets were comfy we also had the pool to our self's the whole time we stayed it's not too big but it is in a nice room. The lobby as well as the gym are pretty nice maybe the gym could get more equipment but it was overall a good place.

Arrival check-in service was unfriendly and grudgingly helpful. Their return shuttle service was very tardy & the driver so lazy, he wanted us to cart all our luggage on board with us. When we refused to do this, he grudgingly got out & opened the rear door. A male passenger loaded & unloaded most of our luggage as he, along with the rest of us were tired and wanted to get going home. He even had the audacity to tell the man how to load our luggage!

The longest wait for airport pick up (35 mins) while other hotels' shuttles came round a couple of times. When trying to book airport shuttle for our early morning flight the next morning , reception told us that they run every 40 minutes but the 2 that would have worked for us were fully booked so we had to pay for a taxi, making it a similar price to the hotels that have a great shuttle service. Do yourself a favour- book somewhere else. The beds were so soft you almost needed a ladder to climb out of the middle. Never again Best Western. Never again.

This was our second stay here. The location is close to the airport, and to other amenities--restaurants, gas, etc, and the shuttle service to and from the airport works smoothly. The staff, though are all really lovely and helpful. I would go back whenever I fly out of Toronto because of the quality of the staff.

Utilized the hotel's parking package the night before our trip. Very friendly reception staff. We were treated to a free upgrade - it was amazing! Our room was upgraded to a two room, sauna suite. What a great way to start our holiday.

This is our "go to" hotel when leaving and returning from vacation. Excellent service throughout. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent small but comfortable Dining Room for dinner with great service, good and nicely presented food and reasonable prices. Breakfast Buffet was also very good with the same as above. Our car stays on THEIR lot at the Hotel. Very convenient. Shuttle to Airport is also prompt - leaving and returning. All aroung good experience.

Great option for an early flight & parking of your car. Easy to get to with multiple entrances. Shuttle runs regularly & is minutes away from airport. Close by to great selection of restaurants for a good hardy meal.

I booked airport shuttle service when I landed and called hotel staff to ask when the driver will be there. Staff said driver will come to pick me up in 15 mins. I waited 25 mins and called again and staff said driver already picked somebody else thinking it's me. But driver did not verify it was me and I had to take Uber to get to the hotel.

We stayed one night and parked our car while we were away. It's just a really basic room but is clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was no problem but the return shuttle back to the hotel was not. We waited ages to get picked up from the airport and the driver was horrible, he watched us struggle getting our bags on and again at the hotel. Also now there is an extra municipal tax on the bill. We probably won't stay here again it's not worth the price!

Shuttle driver was disgusting, couldn't even get a beer when we got to the hotel.., no one cared Shuttle driver didn't help, threw my bag which I personally carried from Greece with breakables. He left us the first time without opening shuttle doors. When we got to the hotel all we wanted was a cold beer.. you would think an easy request but not at this hotel. We complained and no one gave a damn

Nice comfortable hotel with exceptional customer service. Located close to Toronto Pearson international airport with reliable scheduled free shuttle service to and from the airport. Convenient location with many restaurants and coffee shops close by.

When we pulled up I was a bit worried but don't judge a book by it's cover! The exterior is very much just parking lot and looked a bit dreary however everything inside was clean, fresh and renovated. The staff at check in were very nice and efficient. The double Queen room was spacious. I love that it was keurig and not an old coffee pot. There was a mini fridge. The heating.cooling unit was very responsive when you needed it. The bathroom was spacious and clean and quite new. I didn't use the hairdryer but friends with us in another room did and she said it was a decent hair dryer. I didn't have any noise issues in the room. The bed and variety of pillows were extremely comfortable. We didn't have breakfast but took a peak and it looked nicely laid out and seemed to have a lot of variety. I'd definitely stay again if I needed to be in the area

I always use Best Western when possible. I find the staff are always very helpful and welcoming. I travel for work and stay in hotels every other week. The staff take the time to get to know me and what my employment is.

The hotel was just as we expected for an airport hotel. It was basic, but very clean and the staff were really friendly. We had a bite to eat at the bar/restaurant and that was good. Overall happy with our stay here.

This is a well located hotel for driving around the city. Traffic downtown can be an issue but we worked around it but that is a Toronto issue not the hotel's. We experienced some issues during the stay but the hotel manager stepped in and was amazing. We listened to each other and came up with the solution. That kind of service deserves applause and appreciation. We would stay again.

Not worse the mony paid Room not clean we found empty water bottles under the bed. for breakfast you have to pay extra. There is a coffee machine in lobby supposed to work 24 hours but most of items not working At the end was not a good experience. Will not try again

I have stayed a few times at this location and never have anything negative to say. Rooms are large and clean, staff are very friendly The breakfast buffet is very good for the price you pay, well worth it I only put the Value as average as I am still struggling with how high a 1 night stay for a hotel has become when it was less than 12 months ago that it didnt cost so much!!

I wound up stranded in Toronto after a certain airline canceled my flight out of Toronto at the last minute, and I'm glad I found this hotel. It seemed the best of the chain hotels (that I could afford), and the friendliness of the check-in staff made it warmer. The desk attendant was also well organized and had me sign up for the shuttle for my return to the airport: this convenient shuttle leaves even in the wee hours of the morning and has an excellent driver. It's just a quick cab ride from the airport. My room with two queens was spacious, clean, and quiet. The restaurant downstairs was pricey--there's a popular sports bar within walking distance that even includes some vegetarian options--, but I would recommend the salmon and especially the cheesecake with caramel. This hotel experience softened the blow of a canceled flight.

We arrived late at night and the bar staff was most helpful in providing a small meal which accommodated our special requests. Check in was quick and the room was spacious and comfortable. it was a very pleasant end to an extended holiday.

My friends I stayed at The Best Western Plus in Toronto by fluke! Because my flight to Chicago was canceled! But was i glad I picked this hotel. My friends the service,food,amenities, and price were simply out of this world! What you get for the amount you pay is ten fold! I recommend this hotel extremely for business, family,or a pleasure trip! The food for breakfast was mouth watering,the food for the restaurant was also mouth watering! Try the calamari, the taste is to die for! Lastly my friends I've always said to run a machine correctly you need a excellent mechanic! This hotel as a excellent manager! I stayed at the BW Plus near Pearson airport for one night. I got an upgrade , was a very nice room for the same price I booked! Staff was courteous and attending, all answers were quick and to the point. It was a great stay for a prince! The room was clean and spacious, amenities were in great odder. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Location is amazing just 9 minutes drive from airport. Free parking is included. Room is really clean and comfortable bed. They clean the room everyday and change the towels and facial bar shampoo and conditioner.

This hotel was ok overall. Some renovations are apparent - but some areas of the room are still old and in need of repair, replacements, painting, etc. - like the doors, baseboards and trim. BUT the elevator was out of service for most of our stay. We were on the 5th of 6 floors and thankfully we have no mobility issues. This could have been very problematic for other guests. Signage advising the elevators were out of service was slow to arrive - after waiting a while on the Saturday morning, we called down and confirmed - not working. This BW lost out on its opportunity to treat guests with top customer service in this situation. They should have automatically provided guests with a discount for the inconvenience. I purposely went to the desk to check out and hand in my keys - just to see if there would be an offer made -- there wasn't. I didn't ask for a discount - instead, I simply won't spend my money here again. When you miss out on a customer building opportunity like this - it speaks loudly to me and tells me - your guests overall experience isn't really that important to you. I hope this review helps management learn for future similar situations.

The elevator did not work for the entire weekend and we have to walk up and down 6 floors several times a day. We also had to haul heavy luggage without any offer of help from the hotel staff. The front desk worker at night was very rude. We also had an infant we had to carry up and down those stairs. Never stay here if you value your time and energy.

A great place to stay for a quick stopover in-between flights, or to help you get to your next travel destination. The staff were friendly, there was a free shuttle to/from Toronto Pearson, and a bonus was that I booked this hotel for a great price. I thought I would hear planes landing and taking off all night, but I didn't hear a single one, which might be because of the runways being used that specific day, but I was very happy about that. I would come back again without hesitation!

This is an excellent Best Western. The cleanliness and look of the room and bathroom makes a stay comfortable for me, and this Best Western was great. I chose the location because it was close to a Denny's Restaurant so I was happy. There were a lot of other restaurants in the area as well. It was a bit pricey for me as it didn't offer free breakfast, but I wanted Denny's anyway so I went with it. The check-in man was very unapproachable and unfriendly, which was the only negative I would say about this Best Western. As I didn't have to spend my evening with him, I just let that go and enjoyed the rest of my stay. I would definitely recommend this Best Western to others and I will definitely be back.

First on our start of Vacation we went to the shuttle and every other Hotel came a went. My husband finally called and they said they would be there soon. 40 minutes later they came. We were frozen. Next we we're traveling with our grandkids 14 boy and 10 girl. They wanted pillows so that no part of them had to touch. The girl travels all over the bed at night but pillows block her from traveling to grandson's side. The front staff argued we don't need the extra pillows there were enough in the room, but another staff said just give it to them. On the return trip we requested extra pillows again. When we got there the staff again said you don't need them you have enough. If there was a pillow shortage why not just say we don't have any spares, sorry. I could understand that. But to argue with the customer and tell them you have enough was weird and rude. I didn't mention that I also need extra as I have had several breaks including my arm and shoulder that I have to sleep with a pillow under that arm or I wake with pain. It was just weird that they argue about pillows and say no you have enough. I will also pick a hotel that has continues shuttle runs.

Excellent service. Front desk was very friendly. I like that there is park and fly with shuttle service to the airport. Hotel is clean and quiet. Beds are very comfortable. If you want a quick sandwich there is a Subway in the same parking lot.

I want to start by saying the front staff were excellent. Helpful and friendly and the restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful. 10/10 Unfortunately, the woman that came to talk us about the temperature of the pool was not. The pool amenities were very subpar. The hot tub was not operational and stunk because of the stagnant water that was left in it. The pool was freezing cold. So cold even my 3 year daughter wouldn't go in it. We asked one of the girls who brought towels into the pool area if there was someone we could talk to about the temperature. A woman came out a few minutes later and we expressed to her our frustration with how cold the pool was and that our kids wouldn't swim in it. (There were 2 other kids that wouldn't go in it either) Her response was to and I quote "Throw them in!" and proceeded to laugh. I was floored. I said that wasn't going to happen and she proceeded to fill me in with a bunch of excuses why it was so cold and that the pool was maintained daily and looked over multiple times a day. At that time, there was nothing anyone could say and she walked out. I didn't grab a name, but she was mid height and blond and this was around 4:00pm on Sunday February 6, 2023. So hopefully you can find out who she is and perhaps speak to her about her behaviour. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was for the pool so my 3 year old could swim and have some fun. So when it was freezing cold and hot tub was broken and stunk, we were very disappointed, not to mention the lousy service we got from, I'm assuming the Hotel Manager. There are a lot of other hotels in the area of the airport so one would think they would want this hotel to stand out from the rest. Sadly, it did not and we will be staying at another hotel next time we visit Toronto.

I have stayed for many years at this hotel. Shuttle has been good up till Feb 3. Driver would not open back of shuttle for luggage, had to pile on seats. Did not assist anyone. Shuttle was falling apart. Stairs were rusty with holes and unsafe. Transmission was so loud though we were going to break down on hwy. Luggage fell in door well due to no place to put. Driver did not wait for us to move it and door got stuck on it. Again driver didn't get out of drivers seat. Very unprofessional and poor service. Also over 1 hour to pick up and multiple calls due to delays at airport . Multiple calls to get a shuttle. Very disappointed.

shuttle picked us up fine and it was nice to not have to cab it. checked in was a little tense as we had never had a free night with Best western points before so the female staff made me feel a bit dumb. All in all we would stay there again.

Staff attitude was deplorable to numerous people checking in (raised voices, exaggerated rolling of eyes) and flippant advice that shuttle was "already spoken for" next a.m. and that we would have to use - and pay for - an outside taxi ride at a cost of $30.

We arrived for a one night stay before an early morning flight. Upon our arrival a man told us to watch our car as someone had stolen something from it overnight and the hotel didn't care. We didn't think twice about it. One issue was we went to the pool with our 2 year in our bathing suits and first touch into the water was ice cold. Nothing mentioned by staff or signs. When I called to front desk after the women who answered was rude when I said the pool isn't working as it's cold so really needs to be told to people. She said okay thanks and said she will mention it to the manager. Then called back and said the pool is working rudely. I said actually the heater isn't if you would go touch it and I would check the chemicals but thanks for calling back and I hung up. 530am we wake up check out and find that our catalytic converter was stolen 20 meters from the entrance. Apparently this is an issue if it happened the night before. As a park and fly hotel this is ridiculous imagine how many people come back to missing parts. The lack of security of our cars and the rude women at the front desk made this stay one of the worst and we travel a lot. I strongly recommend you choose elsewhere.

BW ON DIXIE rd is awesome. The lobby very inviting and smells like cinnamon. the pool and hot tub are awesome in the basement. REstaurant is great , Try the perogie poutine, and carrot cheesecake, highly reccomend both. Room was clean and nice. Also great to have Subway right across the street

The staff was consistently grumpy. I'm pretty sure I didn't see one smile. I called to ask how to order food for pickup. I asked if there was an online menu and the answer at the front desk was “probably”. That was the entirety of the answer.

BW has improved since our last stay, floors were clean, security was improved, ( not sure if security cameras work or not) This was a park and fly, we were nervous with the chance of coming back to a car missing its catalytic converter, but it didn't happen The early morning shuttle to the airport was prompt, clean and courteous These are all the positives, now for the details: Stuck in out Queen only option room, we experienced a clean accommodation, plenty of necessities, towels, wash cloths, TeePee, shampoo, soap, etc The shower was clean and strong, but the bed , yes the bed, what can I say ? Well it was worm out, we slept on it and both rolled into the middle, and it was not easy to crawl out, new mattress guys? Not a good night sleep Hey look up, what's that on the ceiling? That gold disc? Yup that is a old heat detector, my guess over 15 years old slightly out of date, look closely you will probably find “ not a life safety device” printed on it Not sure I can bet my life it would work, wait in the hall is fire bells, unfortunately they don't comply with ADA codes, if you are deaf , probably should ask for a designated handicapped room, Humm based on what I saw , not available (maybe?) Am I nit picky ?only if my life depends on life safety installed in the hotel to get me out safely , and I'm not open to being a statistic So that's it, sad mattress, poor fire protection ( in need of updates (replacement) Other than that, the rest is all good, check in, housekeeping, transportation, security it's all good Ps Much improved over our last stay

We had an early flight, needed a place close by to sleep and leaving car for the week was important. You never know what the drive would be like and did not want to miss our flight. There is a shuttle from hotel to airport.

My 2018 Honda CRV was stolen from the parking of the hotel. The hotel informed initially that they do park and fly service, however never notified about no security or liability during booking. My car was stolen the day after i left the car with the hotel, and the hotel did not inform me or the police unit i can back 6 days after to pick up my car.... Hotel said they are not responsible or do not have any liability. When I asked about the charge for park and fly they simplify said it is space in a highly risky area. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR under the hotels supervision... they will not watch your car... the deal is if the car is not stolen you pay 1$20 for parking if it is stolen... tuff luck for you. go to police.

I was pleased with the hotel, was very close to the airport (about 15 min on a free hotel shuttle - thank you for that as well). Check in was fast. The hotel provides free shuttle to and back from the hotel. No complimentary breakfast though. The room was clean and spacious. You will need to call the hotel about the shuttle service schedule.

We stay here frequently and it's allways a great experience. Outstanding staff allways a clean and comfortable room. Food in the bar as well as breakfast is good. They are very close to the 401 and Airport. Stay here

I spent a lot of time over 2 days trying numerous times to book 4 rooms at the BW Toronto Airport online from a cruise ship. Each time the BW booking system crashed at the credit card entry screen with a “pop up” to call customer service. I sent 2 emails to customer service but the responses were “to call customer service”. I eventually had staff on board the cruise ship call the Toronto Airport Hotel directly for me. I explained I need 3 rooms set up for 2 adults and 2 children per room and a 4th room for two adults only. I confirmed these rooms verbally with the staff member at least 3 times to ensure there wouldn't be any screw ups. The staff member was a newbie and had to put me on hold several times to confirm details with other staff but she did eventually confirm 3 rooms with queen bed and pull out sofa and one room king bed. She also confirmed shuttle service would be provided to and from the Toronto Airport. I provided our arrival details to the staff member and she advised “just call once we pick up our bags”. The evening we arrived at Toronto Airport I used the airport phone to call the hotel and advise them the 14 of us were at the airport and needed transport to the hotel. I was told the driver was en-route and would be there shortly. About 45 minutes later, not shortly, the driver landed with a small van almost fully loaded. He assured me he would be "right back" to get us so we waited. About another 45 minutes passed before he landed again with the van almost full. When I confronted him about the lack of available seats; the fact the children were tired, cold and hungry; and what he was going to do to get us to the hotel; he said there was nothing he could do. While awaiting another 45 minutes for the return of the shuttle, which arrived the third time with a different driver, we approached numerous other buses, vans and hotel shuttles to see if we could hire one to take us to the hotel. Unfortunately, we couldn't but all those we contacted acknowledged it was well known about the problems and delays with the BW shuttle service. When the shuttle arrived the third time, we actually had to load our own luggage because the new driver said he wouldn't do it. My sons and I loaded all the luggage and we crammed into the van to go to the hotel. By this time it was so late, and the kids were so hungry, we just wanted to get to the hotel. When we got to the front desk we were almost completely checked in, under my reservations, before the staff member advised the rooms she was putting us in had only a queen bed in each room. I specifically booked, and confirmed several times during the booking process, rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children per room. I asked to see the manager and she came out. The manager proceeded to tell us there were no rooms in the hotel, not that they weren't available, that had pull out sofa's and also that there were no cots, again not that they weren't available, in the hotel at all. When I demanded they honor the reservations I booked on the phone, the manager offered to upcharge us to suite's so we would have extra beds for the children. Again, I demanded she honor the reservations I made and provide rooms that would accommodate 2 kids & 2 adults. The manager finally agreed to provide 3 rooms with 2 queen beds to honor the reservation; but she neglected to tell us the rooms had not been cleaned and were filthy. Our room for two adults, my wife & I, was clean but the other three rooms had not been cleaned at all. My grandchildren were disgusted and couldn't stand to sleep in the filthy beds so they took the spare blankets from storage and wrapped themselves up and slept on top of the bed covers. It should also be noted that when we finally got to the hotel the restaurant's located nearby, one of the reasons we booked this BW, were all closed for the night so we eventually found an open pizzeria and ordered pizza that arrived around midnight. Some of the children were just too tired by this time and feel asleep without any supper. Having reflected considerably on this fiasco, I am really struggling to decide if this experience was just the worst customer service I have ever experienced or if was an actual con game to upcharge us once we got to the hotel and had little if any options available. Based on the initial incompetence with the shuttle I lean towards negligence. But to try an upcharge us after screwing up both our reservations and the shuttle service makes it appear the upcharge was the main intent all along. But then the missing and damaged ceiling tiles on the sixth floor, and the buckets in the hallways to catch the leaking water, seemed to verify the hotels quality and maintenance standards. Over all I think it may be the worst service I have ever experienced with a hotel and will certainly be our last with Best Western.

Arrived from Cuba early evening, shuttle picked us up, upon arrival we were upgraded to suite with king bed no double bed room. Staff friendly, hotel atmosphere nice, room was great. Very clean, bedding nice and had great sleep before leaving in morning go back home. Hotel was very nice will stay here whenever in Toronto again. We always stay at best western premiere back home just for a getaway. Thank you M. N. Initials who checked us in. Enjoyed the short stay, great hotel.

Despite being an airport hotel, the shuttle was a long drive. Check in at night was very long wait, and riddled with problems for each party checking in (which made check in proceed very long). After a long travel day, really just wanted to get a room!

Stayed the night after flying in late Getting the shuttle was a real challenge as the front desk kept trying to send me to departures instead of arrivals After 4 calls I told him where I was and to be picked up there Bed was extremely comfortable Room was very dull No tub just a shower Was under the impression there was a restaurant there for breakfast Even downloaded the menu Got downstairs to discover it was a buffet and that was it Dry scrambled eggs dried up sausage cold hashbrowns and they even had the nerve to charge for this The price I paid to sleep there that should have been complimentary

Super clean and spacious room. Restaurant on premise was very good. Shuttle to airport was well timed. We booked a King room and got upgraded to a kitchen room. So much space. I would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping was great - clean rooms, friendly HSKP team Breakfast wasn`t included and you could have it for $10 per person. Not much variety and not friendly staff...kind of take it or leave it. Not a great experience with front desk as well..no willigness to help despite the fact Central Reservation made a mistake (breakfast not included when I asked for a property in Mississauga with breakfast included)

My go-to location when in need of accommodation in the Toronto area. Convenient to the highways and all points east and west. Staff always helpful, accommodating and welcome you with a smile and thoughtful gesture

Hair in the shower and on the sheets. Coworker and I both had small patches of someone else's blood on our sheets. No gym weights available- only weighted machine was out of order. Internet was down. Almost impossible to get sent my bill as front desk staff didn't correct my email address. Called 3 times to get sent my bill. Instead, stay at a place that meets industry standards.

This is my go to hotel, I call the hotel direct to book my room and as a member of their rewards program get a decent price. Rooms are being updated and the ones that have, have better bathroom and showers.

The front counter reps were professional and so friendly - our check-in was enjoyable. They arranged a shuttle to the airport upon arrival and gave me a card to get the shuttle again upon our return. The shuttles were on time and a short drive to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable with updated decor. A very nice lobby and a comfortable vibe. I would stay here again :)

We left our car for the week and stayed overnight on return. shuttle was easy to find and came to airport quickly. Shuttle to airport was old and bumpy, but return shuttle was new and comfortable. Nothing big to complain about re room. A/C a bit noisy. check in was easy and quick ( late Sunday night). beds were comfortable, shower was great, but tub looked very old and stained, but was clean. Breakfast buffet ($10) was a nice surprise...scrambled eggs, sausage, large fresh croissants, pancakes, and fruit plus coffee.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and each stay I experienced a problem or two. My most recent stay was not a good one. I reserved a queen but was give a double size bed. The bed was not comfortable, some nights had back ache as a result. Room needed cleaning as the bathroom was very dirty with hair on the floor and very dirty bath tub. Reported this to front desk and requested a different room. The staff did not seem impressed with my request and did not apologize for the inconvenience of being given a dirty room and the hassle of having to move mt stuff to a different room. I was not acknowledged nor appreciated for choosing their property. After this, chances of me returning to this peroprty is very slim.

Airport shuttle begins at 3am which was convenient for an early flight. Hotel is clean and modern enough. Didn't use any of the amenities. Rooms had enough space for luggage. In walking distance of some restaurants and a gas station.

Room was clean but ac is nonexistent there was only fan and warm at that. Bathroom sink water very very hot, couldn't wash my sons hands there, had to use the tub to wash and brush his teeth. I wish we had a chance to use the pool but next time!

This hotel is excellent . Our room was lovely and very clean. We also visited the Hotel Restaurant which was very good. The server Maria, was wonderful and made our day. Excellent food. Would definitely recommend. There is a shuttle service to and from the airport which was fantastic as we were so tried upon arrival. Would definitely use this hotel again. Staff at the front desk were beyond excellent and helpful.

Brought 6 adults here for a stay before a flight, We had 1 room with 1 king and 2 queen beds. The room was really nice and comfortable, spacious with privacy door between rooms. great for family with kids. Good prices and the check in was easy. Staff were great.

Good place to stay. Easy to go anywhere. It is very close to Airport and also having airport shuttle as well. Hot tub is nice and pool is kind of cold bit. More parking space. There is no complimentary breakfast.

Horrible experience. Wasted hours because room wasn't ready. Terrible communication. Could've been avoided if they had just informed us but instead we were strung along for hours and hours. Missed blue jays game as a result. Will never stay here, or at any best western, again.

Slept well and the shower was nice and strong. The bed was comfortable and ac was plentiful as well. Bank of vending machines had lots of stuff. Fast check in and helpful front desk staff. Was courteous and friendly when I asked about the security deposit. Solid

Warning! We used sleep, park, fly to travel. Came back to our catalytic converter and O2 sensors stolen off our car. Be careful where you park. Had to pay $$$ for a tow home as we live several hours North and it may take weeks to get our car repaired, which is going to be extremely expensive. The hotel room stay the night before the trip was good, the airport shuttle was convenient, but the nightmare that began as soon as we tried to leave the parking lot- not worth it. Next time we will use an airport bus service and keep our car at home.

Stayed here overnight after a late arrival into Pearson. Shuttle arrived within 15 mins and driver friendly. Check in staff nice. Room very clean and what you would expect for the price point. We got shuttle again next morning with issues. Would stay here again and have in fact booked for a night in August.

We stayed here when we had an eleven hour layover at Pearson. We stayed here due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport and the free shuttle. The shuttles arrives at the airport every 40 minutes. Unfortunately, we missed the shuttle by a couple of minutes when we arrived so we ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for it to return. When you arrive at the hotel, book the shuttle for your return trip. It was perfectly ontime in the am. Overall, the room was clean and quiet. Since we just needed a place to sleep that's all we really wanted,

We have frequently stayed at this hotel on our trips to Toronto and flying out of Pearson. Hotel is updated staff is excellent. Great value for the price. It's just off the 401 and close to the airport. Consider it for all your travel plans you won't be disappointed

I always stay here it's close to the Toronto airport, has shuttle and it's very clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Staff are wonderful and so thoughtful at check in! I'm always greeted with a smile and always felt like family!

Nothing bad to say. All clean. Everything worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent location. Subway located right across the lane. That was convenient for us. :) We would definitely stay there again.

We have been staying at this hotel for over 25 years and have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. Our room has always been clean and comfortable. Any concerns we have are handled by their wonderful workers.

Almost immediately upon checking in we were surrounded by young men I thought were bell hops or transportation people. Instead one was attracting our attention while the other read my key fob and relayed it to a third person taking our car. It was never found. Couldnot get the Peel Police to answer the phone until early the next morning and they never did come, Went for breakfast and gathered a yogurt which was full of mold. Traveling friend turned her coffee mug over and it was cracked through to the inside of the mug. The assistant manager did rebate our car park but that was it. Because our car had been removed from the parking lot. No other response from the hotel. Another observation in the shuttle bus - the driver overloaded the bus to the extent that the isle was completely blocked by luggage.

Decent hotel overall. The room was clean and bed was larger than expected. Parking is a little complicated but they do have space. My only major flaw is the shower. It was a waterfall shower head, which looks fancy but isn't the most efficient.

Poor old hotel with rude check in staff, I feel like I give a honest review of my stays in hotels , this is my last review of my trip around Canada and the states , and I am very dissatisfied with this hotel , more like a motel Good point it's the shuttle arrived very quickly after 1am in the morning The twin queen bed is very comfortable The room itself needs a refit , very 1960's When we checked in the early hours of the morning I wanted to confirm I got a room far away from the lift , I was told this was the only room left in the building near a lift , the gentleman was very rude about it , when he double checked , it was end of the corridor , so why stand there disagreeing with me I had written to them . Be aware $150 deposit , did not see that on booking.com that's the most we have paid , and we have stayed in much nicer hotels then this No breakfast Subway outside the door , bus stop easy to get to the shopping mall near by Would I come again , no sorry , I can see my other hotel in the distance, much nicer , same price but was full up Pictures on web site not this room Swimming pool was full up with a group playing their music, so you could not get in No room service , every three days , lady in front of us came for clean towels and tipped for them , that's a new one .

Nice beds, nice bathroom, some outlets didn't work, but the worst part of the stay was checking-in. We were checkin under the wrong reservation. When we called to make the reservation we were ensured the correct dates were entered, but when got to the hotel and were checked in and settled into the room we were called and told we were checked in under the wrong reservation. We were told our reservation was for Friday thru Sunday and an additional day of Sunday to Monday was added. I tried to explain the front desk lady the issue - she was rude and not empathetic.

I used the park sleep fly option with this hotel when taking my mother to Vegas for the last thing on her bucket list. When she ended up in ICU in Vegas, the hotel assured me that my car would be there whenever we are able to return at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Told me that they send prayers for my mother and that's where my focus needed to be. I'm eternally grateful and 2 weeks later then planned my mother is healthy and home. Well done Best Western Plus!

Needs a sign out front the only sign is in the back leading you to the wrong parking lot Hotel looks from outside like the threes company apartments from the 70s i questioned whether i was in the right place I stay at alot of best westerns and other then its proximity to the airport the price point for whats on offer wouldnt have me return to this place Also they want to stick a few hundread on hold on your credit card on top of the bill in this place im not sure why as they have my card if i decide to abscond with the decor from my childhood and others in other cities have not done so didnt bother me but fyi Parking is free so that's a plus Staff are friendly Pool and hotub are small and very heavy chlorine and were outa towels when we went Curtains do not block the light and were useless example of form over function The shower looks nice but the water pressure was bad

Was there 6 hours for shuttle to airport. Room was clean and comfy. I would stay here again. Nice lobby area. Didn't have breakfast though as I left too early. Shuttle driver was really nice and on time.

Almost didnt get a room cause I didnt have a credit card but everything else was great even meeting the cleaner in the hallway.. wish I had stayed long but all in all in was a pretty good one night stay

Wished they had a restaurant or lounge open on site as ordered in and it took forever and was lukewarm. Not the hotels problem but would prefer the convenience of food onsite. Will stay again but take note of no food in the evening.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful! Don the bartender and Maria the hostess( sorry I didn't get the other hostess name) were so warm and easy to talk to. We had tons of laughs and shared stories. They definitely made our visit something to remember! Don makes the best Blue Hawaii drink!

This hotel is dated however under construction to fix it up The room was very large and had a microwave & fridge The shower was definitely newly renovated The staff were friendly and check in was speedy When we arrived it was nice to see the staff sanitizing the luggage trolley

The thermostat in our room was broken and it must have been at least 25 degrees in our room. I called front desk. A gentleman came up and said he could feel it was hot but the fan was blowing cold air so there was nothing he could do and walked out. It was midnight at this point and we had to catch the shuttle at 540. We tried to sleep but had a horrible sleep bc it was too hot. In the morning they called and asked if we were still taking the airport shuttle I told them we were on our way down (this was 535). They said ok we got down stairs and I looked around for a minute looking for the shuttle and asked the front desk agent where it was and he said it left. At this point it was 542! I said it told you we were on our way down he said yup but its 542. I complained about the heat he said nothing and ignored me. I told him the whole reason we booked this hotel was the shuttle and he continued to ignore me! Worst customer service experience ever!!! And the cab to the hotel was $26!

Have stayed here many times and never had a complaint. Staff is friendly rooms are clean. Great location just off of highway 401. Gas station and Subway restaurant in the same parking lot It has a nice swimming pool

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help make my stay as satisfying as possible. I only wish the refrigerator had freezer section. Also, if the shuttle and buses would not block the area in front of the lobby to allow for vehicles to go through to the parking lot.

Love this hotel ,great staff ,clean rooms and a free shuttle bus to and from YYZ. They are remodeling and have installed walk in shower to replace the old bath tubs .. what a great idea We always stay here on our travels

The hotel was exactly what we needed. It is on a par with most business grade hotels. Hotel is easy to access from Hwy 401 and close to the airport. There is some noise from planes landing, but that is to be expected at this sort of venue. Reasonable price, good restaurant, close to the airport by complimentary shuttle, and offered 7 day parking on their lot as part of the room and parking package.

Front desk clerk was condescending and dismissive. I was charged a much higher room rate when I checked in than when I booked online as I was misquoted on the phone for the price of parking. I was told on the phone it would be $10 per night ($30 total) and when I went to check in I was forced to pay a park and fly rate of almost $80 total for 3 nights. The front desk clerk told me I was completely wrong and there was no way I heard this correctly.

Quiet, clean room Front staff on check in was very friendly The shuttle driver was efficient and quick to get all of loaded on and he got me to the airport with plenty of time. NOTE Hotel is in an industrial area

My wife made a reservation here 3 weeks ago so we could leave our car and go on a holiday. ,so, my wife phoned the hotel the day before we were leaving to make sure everything was set for us ..Well! surprise surprise oh we had a reservation all right but there was no parking for us!!!This was the whole point of going there and my wife told the idiot that we will be leaving a car there. No I definitely do not recommend this place

Great rooms very clean and staff was excellent. The bar is great as well there are restaurants within walking distance. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel food was great. We also ate at the Sports bar which is a two minute walk! Perfect for everyone

Staff was very helpful and nice, they booked our shuttle and made sure we had # for our return. Rooms were clean and no issues. I would recommend Best Western as when I booked they were very kind to find good price for room.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have been pleased. Not this time……The hotel van driver who picked me up at the airport refused to help me load my luggage into the van. I am 70 years old and had 4 pieces of luggage. I had no choice but to struggle with each piece up the narrow van stairs and load it into the luggage rack myself. When I called the driver on it, he became verbally abusive. When we arrived at the hotel he made a point of watching me struggle to unload my luggage….three trips up and down the stairs. When I subsequently spoke with the manager, I was advised that assisting with luggage “was not part of the service”. Obviously this hotel has no interest in meeting the needs of senior travellers.

Great hotel near the airport, We came for work and I would stay again We check out the hotel pool and hot tub, it was super clean and towels nice touch We also got free parking which is hard to find in Toronto

The staff is one of the main reasons for writing this review as I normally don't review hotels. I couldn't resist praising the efforts this property has done for me. Aside from the cleanliness and well kept rooms, which were above my standard, I will certainly stay and recommend this property to anyone. It's a home away from home.

Older hotel outdated and not real clean. Breakfast was not available as stated on website and posters around the hotel, open for supper only. Friendly staff, allowed early check in and shuttle to airport.

Hotel has fallen off a cliff since 2019. Horror front desk staff, appalling service. Tough to list all the problems, but the most significant was the disinterested, unhelpful, unprofessional, sloppy, lazy front desk staff--the two males on at check-in were truly appalling, not even interested in refilling the hand-sanitizer that was empty at the desk for guest use.

This review is about the poor condition of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction. I checked in with my family on Feb 3rd between 10pm-11pm. The lady at desk was very rude, not welcoming.she didn't even thanked me being best western member .I asked her if I can add my husband's name in the reservation , her answer was in a very rude tone YOU CANNOT . I NEED YOUR CREDIT CARD. I felt embarrassed, there were people behind me. She didn't explain about property. I asked her, do you provide shuttle in the morning . She was quiet then said WHAT TIME YOU WANT . I said 04:20 then she said YOU HAVE TO HERE BY 04:10. She gave me registration card to sign AGAIN NO CHANGE in the voice. She asked ARE YOU USING POINTS . I said half point half paying . She ignored me . She gave me keys And I went in my room. She called me 10 minutes after check in and I answered the call . I said hello , her response was “YOU ARE PAYING $60 for your room .I was like Seriously? . I didn't say anything . Later, I went to reception to ask about water and breakfast . AGAIN She was there and said YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BREAKFAST. I said ok , where can I get the bottle water . She went in the back office and grabbed two bottle waters and put it on the counter. My question is why did she treat me like this? Didn't I pay for my room? Why why & why This is how bestwestern welcome their guests ?

this was a one night stay in order to catch a flight out the following day......when we (my wife and myself) arrived we were quickly greeted by the front desk staff and checked in by a very pleasant individual. good sized elevator for our luggage. excellent shower, however not self operational exhaust fan ( came on shortly after start of shower)

We needed a hotel just to stay a few hours before leaving at 3:30 in the morning to catch a flight. The shuttle bus is a bit of fiasco they don't run regularly you need to call and you can wait up to 40 45 minutes for the bus to arrive. The shuttle bus driver just sits in a seat doesn't do a whole lot doesn't load the luggage into the back so what happens is you have large pieces of luggage in the aisle ways which is just a disaster waiting to happen if anyone needs to exit the bus in an emergency. Be 5 minute ride turned out to be 20 minutes at about 9:00 in the evening on a very light traffic Highway. Check-in was okay and the person at the front desk was good there just seem to be a whole lot of paperwork to fill out to get a room given we had a reservation. We were giving room 118 which is as far away from the front desk as you can possibly get which was a bit of a disappointment as I had asked for an accessibility room and that seemed to be an awful long walk to get an accessibility room. I had to walk to the front desk to find out where to get ice and I was directed to go from the first to the 6th floor. I went to the 6th floor only to find that the ice machine wasn't working and then went to the fourth floor to find a machine that I could actually get ice from. The two room keys we were given only one work the other just wouldn't work. We were looking for a location where we could just get four five hours sleep unfortunately given the location of the room and the exit door that continually had traffic throughout the evening it was hard to get even an hour's worth of sleep. It's about 20 minutes till we get the shuttle bus it's 3:30 in the morning to get the shuttle bus again is on a schedule if I had to get a airport hotel I gain this wouldn't be my first choice. Overall rating would be poor.

I found a bed bug in my bed, squished it, and it exploded with blood. Went down to the front desk and told them what happened and they replied with “why are you telling me” and told me that I was causing them a problem by asking to move rooms and that they could just send someone up to change the sheets. As I'm sure most people who just found a bed bug full of blood would, I insisted on a new room. After transferring rooms, we asked to speak to the manager about the awful treatment from the night desk and he said thanks for telling me but we booked someone else in the room so we can't investigate it until after they check out but they'll call us. So they booked someone into the room after a bed bug complaint without investigating and on top of that they never called us to inform us of the situation. Complete disrespect and would never stay at this hotel

The hotel was clean and comftable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay before a 4am departure for the airport. The location is fab, just a few minutes from the car rental return there is a gas station right next door so we could fill up the vehicle the night before go save doing it so early in the next morning.

Staff were very friendly at check in and rooms very clean. Everything made me feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable and they have the best pillows!! Location us very close to the airport and highways so it is very convenient……When in the area next time I will definitely stay again!

Nice clean hotel room close to the airport with their own shuttle for transportation to & from the airport. Decor was very nice and the beds really comfortable with lots of pillows! Really good value for your money. Excellent quality room at a very reasonable price.

Arrived late at Pearson, due to many issues at the airport, we missed our connecting flight. Very exhausted and frazzled from a long stressful travel day, I called the BW and they were able to accommodate at a very reasonable rate for a last minute booking, plus they had no problem giving me a late checkout since my next flight was very late at night. Check in and shuttle pick up was very fast. All front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly. They have 2 different bag breakfast options to pick from at check in that you take to your room. Rooms have a fridge and microwave, beds are comfy. Also found this hotel very quite for a airport hotel. Hotel was very clean and had some nice updates. Would stay here again.

We only stayed for one night as we needed a hotel the night before our early flight. The hotel was clean, updated and modern. We were able to park our car on property for the duration of the trip and we're offered a shuttle to and from the airport. This made for a super easy experience. Checkin was quick and easy as was check out. Will certainly be staying again the next time we have an early flight.

Excellent stay, reception very positive made you feel welcomed assisted with shuttle service to and from airport, also offered with any other needs that we required. Room rates very affordable for over night stay.

Our entire stay start to finish was a nightmare. First off, we had paid for our room upfront online weeks ago, and when we got to the front desk we were charged a nearly $300 damage deposit on a room that was worth maybe $70. We then come to find out that the pool and hot tub, which were our main reasons for choosing this particular hotel, are closed until 2022. I understand that it's due to COVID but we're frequent travellers and other places that we've stayed have some sort of scheduling system/occupancy limit so that fully vaccinated guests can schedule their time slot. We should have left right there because it only got worse. We got to the room and were greeted with shoddy internet and a TV that seemed to be about the same age as me because half of the channels didn't even work. They were fuzzy static, so we needed to actually leave the hotel and go elsewhere to watch the football game we should have had access to. A cherry on top was the broken vending machine once we got back to the hotel, so we had to once again leave and walk to the gas station for a bottle of water. The next morning we phoned down for a shuttle to the airport. Come to find out they only leave once an hour.. at an airport hotel. You'd think you'd run a shuttle every 15-20 minutes or so considering the location, and that they're specifically advertised as an airport hotel. Nope. Gotta take an Uber to the airport. $300 surprise fee as insurance that you won't trash their already trash rooms, no pool/hot tub, bad internet, half a TV, can't even buy a bottle of water on-site and best of luck making it to the airport! I'd rate this place as less than 1 star if I could.

Everyone at this hotel is always so helpful to me. They always make me feel like family. Thank You to all the staff. I stay here often for work and they know what I need and help me. I could not ask for better staff.

Best place to stay by the airport. Room is very clean, large room, everything is accessible, good quality for your money. Very helpful check-in and check-out staff at the front desk. We'll definitely stay again.

Air Port Shuttle was good, short distance to airport, breakfast to go was not bad, older hotel, walls were thin. Location to restaurants was only a few minutes, as their restaurant was closed due to COVID,

I and we always have a great stay at Best Western, it's very clean and comfortable, and the pillows always give you a great sleep........Everyone at the front desk , knows us by name,,,,,, and are very helpful...... We enjoy staying there........

Believe it or not this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a hotel review. Our stay began on 2021/09/23 and we were greeted by an exceptionally defensive and confrontational night manager who was not able to process my Visa credit card for a security deposit, despite money being in the account. While this was not the biggest issue, another card was eventually used, his customer service was deplorable (i.e. "I know when something is wrong with the machine" - which I think speaks for itself), and looking at previous reviews this is clearly an issue management is aware of and has chosen not to resolve. We were also greeted by a puddle of urine in our shower, a room key which did not work and the smell of cannabis next door. Sufficed to say we will not be staying here again, and only chose to stay as we had pre-booked. Choose one of the other slightly pricier Best Western hotels in the airport area. - Chris R

Hotel staff did not advise that airport shuttle needs to be booked in advance, and I ended up having to pay for a cab despite having paid a premium to stay and take advantage of their shuttle service. Very disapointed.

I saw some bad reviews for this location and I can't imagine why. My room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were very cheerful. I stayed for the convenience of being close to the airport and being able to leave my car there. I will 100% be doing it again in the future .

Half the price of BW Premium hotel on Carlingview where I normally stay. Newly renovated, great airport shuttle and Subway within 100ft. Can't go wrong. Staff very friendly and go out of their way to please you.

I just needed a place to hang my hat for the night, so to speak, and friend recommended this spot. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. Check-in was great, very friendly and helpful. The room itself was what one would expect, neat, clean and well proportioned. The bed was wonderful - slept so well I missed the breakfast the next morning. When travel comes back, this will be my go to airport hotel at YYZ.

Very friendly staff, close to the airport. Great room amenities (internet, up to date air conditioning/ heating unit). Bathroom could use some updating but for the price this was a great stay. Front desk gentleman was one of the friendliest we've ever had, he was very welcoming.

Disgusting hotel. Looks like the room was not cleaned from the previous guest. Shaved hairs along with blood was left in the bathroom sink. Someone used the toilet and didn't flush it. Carpet was not vacuumed. Dirty Kleenex with blood in the garbage can. Blood on a pillow on the bed. And with COVID to boot!! Most disgusting place I've been at. The front desk didn't care I even showed pictures of the room

Always an enjoyable experience at Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel. I always chose this location when I fly out of Toronto Airport. I have scheduled two other Best Westerns for travel needs coming up based on my good experiences here and am hoping the experiences with them is comparable (one in Burlington Ontario and one in Houston).

Our family really enjoyed this hotel. Getting 2 adjoined rooms was definitely a good option. The rooms and the hotel as a whole was very clean and the staff were all friendly. The beds were very comfy, as well. We got our free water and bonus points by email for being a gold member, too. Sadly, the indoor pool wasn't open even when the Ontario government permits them to be open with 50% capacity. The hotel didn't seem too busy and it felt very open. Also, I prefer Keurig coffee makers but the ones in the room were fine.

Knowledgeable staff, helpful, friendly and welcoming. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, we were totally lost and stressed and the gentleman at the front desk made us feel safe and welcome. Thank you !

They do a great job of coping with COVID. Place is super clean. It's primary use is as an airport hotel, however it is just off the 401. Very close to everything you need and a short distance from Toronto. There are reasonable and friendly.

We were celebrating our anniversary so we booked a "Luxury Suite". Dont waste your money! Our room was less than par to say the least. We used the jacuzzi tub only to find shards of metal in the water from the pipes!!! The bed was very uncomfortable. Not a luxury matress, more like the ones you find in a cheap hotel. For $300 / night it is a huge rip off! Better off sataying at a Super 8!

The staff was very helpful went above and beyond my expectations I got to check in early and they let me check out later than the checkout time with no charge. The staff was very informative and and very helpful. The rooms were very clean the whole place was very clean.

The room needs some maintenance. Tap in bath dipping from I checked in.I needed toilet paper and was told to come to front desk for it.I could hear the other person in their room clearly and he was very loud.

The concierge was very polite and the lobby looked nice, however once you step into the room it's a whole different story. Dirty, old washroom with someone else's hair in the tub, broken deadbolt on door, stains on the bed spread and someone else lunch still in the fridge (we're in a pandemic... 100% not sanitized properly). Was offered $6 complimentary breakfast as a way to make up for the disgusting state of the room... shame on you #bestwestern.

Mattress was by far the firmest, sleeping on a king ,I felt like a princess, slept so well my first time in months. Definitely going back to that location, to rest relax and reguvenate. Closest friends are going to join me to experience the same great sleep I experienced. Thank you BW, for a great night

The hotel is a go to for airport visits. However that's no a go at present. They are doing an outstanding job in a difficult time period. Extra clean and following all the COVID protocol. Staff is outstanding friendly and doing everything they can to keep you safe. Super Clean stay here.

Wonderful experience. Excellent service. Left car for a week and used delivery and pickup to and from Pearson. Prompt. Felt safe and protected. Room was immaculate. We are at attached restaurant and service and food were superb!

The staff was great. They helped us to drive down to CN tower and told us parking was easy to find on the weekend. They were right and we enjoyed our trip up the tower. We could park close to doors and we were a 10 minute drive from airport.

I stayed here and it is a very good hotel the service from the staff is amazing they are super friendly and the rooms are extremely clean I will definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel for anyone

Don't book this place I was just rob by best western. I checked out on Monday 17 aug. I wake up this morning to use my card and they stole $116 from my account. This should have my info still buy w.e, I called them and they said a manager is not on duty till tomorrow. Is this unfair or what?!

This hotel is doing a great job following safety protocols during the covid pandemic. Hotel is very clean including all the common areas , the staff is friendly and helpful. The rates are great and location is great just off the 401 and close to anything you need. I cant say enough good things about this hotel

The hotel was noisy even in the quieter times of COVID-19. The bathroom was shabby and old. However the room is clean and the receptionists are great but there are no eating facilities on the site. A subway across the driveway is a welcome relief.

!5 or 20 minute drive from the airport. They were doing some upgrades when we were there. Workers started about 09:00.Room was dated but the beds were very comfortable.Very small bathroom. Dinner at the small restaurant was good as was the service. Good for a short stop before next day flights. Very good rate.

I had just been on 36 hours continuous travel time, incl about 23 hours flying time, when I arrived at Toronto Intl airport and I was looking forward to having day room to rest before I continued with a late evening flight to Newfoundland. I waited and waited for nearly 2 hours in freezing weather at the airport to get the Best Western Plus shuttle bus ...no identifiable bus was in sight. Finally I approached a bus driver who turned out to be from the Best Western Plus. This crazy man had covered up the name and logo of this hotel bus, he also tried to prevent me from taking pictures of his deeds. The bus interior was dirty and in poor quality. I am attaching a picture of the bath faucet ...quite unique ...but it presents the lousy standard of this place ...

Good Clean hotel. I like the big lobby and am looking forward to when the pool and breakfast will be open again. Internet was ok. There are some restaurants nearby, including Tim Hortons, Subway and some nicer ones. I think there was even a sushi bar but who knows whether any of these will survive the 'COVID-19' Shutdown

This hotel was a short 10" shuttle ride from Pearson Airport. It's not a new hotel but was refurbished and clean. The king room was well furnished. The rooms are not soundproofed as noise traveled easily from adjacent rooms. The restaurant in the hotel had excellent food. There is a pool and fitness center. It's a satisfactory place to stay overnight.

We have stayed several times at this location en route to family member, and continues to be a good option. We are never there very long as we usually arrive a bit late and leave after breakfast. Lobby renovations are complete and it is very nice. The rooms have always been nice and this was no exception with expected amenities in good working order. There were a number of children in the pool which and who were staying on our floor, but noise was not an issue. The attached restaurant was available till later evening for a drink (a bit pricey), and offered a nice menu which was very reasonably priced.

This location always has great service! I always enjoy myself and any issues that may arise are always immediately taken care of. Pool, and Hot tub is in good working condition and clean. Would reccomend!

This hotel was satisfactory for one night but we won't stay here again. When we landed, we were told the shuttle would pick us up in five minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I called the hotel again and they said it would be another 25 minutes. The lady who checked us in was efficient and friendly. The remainde of the evening desk staff was unengaging and sometimes rude. We often stay at Best Western Plus and have always enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee and more importantly an herbal tea in the evening. This location offered none (not a deal breaker for some but definitely for us). When I inquired about it, I was briskly told to go to the restaurant in the morning if I wanted food or drink. Also, the beds were spongy and soft, so if you like firm, this is not the place for you. The property seemed clean but overall it was just a mediocre experience. Will definitely try another hotel when flying to and through Toronto.

We stayed 2 nights last week. All was good , I like free overnight parking, clean rooms that are well appointed, have excellent service and good price. We had 1 breakfast in the Postcard Restaurant , it was fine., and a bit overpriced. The hotel is perfect for our needs and always worth returning to.

We stayed here prior to our recent trip to Cuba and on our return. It was reassuring that our vechicle was parked on site at the hotel. The shuttle was amazing and so quick to pick us up!! The rooms a very nice and clean and staff very accomodating. The restaurant attached to hotel was amazing for us to unwind at the start of our vacation and supper was very good!! Will definitely book in future for trips. I would reccomend calling and booking the hotel/park and fly directly from hotel for the best rate!!

This hotel was nice and was perfect for what we wanted it for which was a hotel to stay in before flying out the next morning. We needed to be able to park our vehicle and get a shuttle to the airport and both were provided. The hotel is very nice and clean and comfortable and worked great for what we needed. We will probably stay here again next year. Price was reasonable.

I usually don't write reviews but this experience has been one unforgettable one.We had stayed at this property a few times in the past as service in the hotel had always been a great but the shuttle service has always been horrible and the drivers have always been rude.We had an older gentle men who look like he may be Indian who would always beg us for tips before handling our luggage's which I thought was very rude.I decided to try this again after all the hotel experience was always great to my familybut this time I noticed one thing which really pleased me was the new drivers the Best western had placedIn instead of the old ones we had faced.Our trip going to the airport and back had been awesome as the driver they was right on time and taken us back to the hotel safely.We had issues previously with the older driver we met where they would come late and had no manners.I had a great experience with the new drivers named Sathies & Nate from what the front desk agents had mentioned that there names were.Great overall service and very efficient.This hotel will definitely be my second home and hope to have great services from humble people like them.

Easy check-in the person behind the desk was pleasant. The room we had was really tired the furniture was badly marked and scratched l see better at second hand stores. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was awful it requires all new fixtures the bathtub/shower tape had a steady leak and the faucet itself was cracked. Who ever cleaned the room forgot to clean the toilet seat it was dirty. Won't stay there again for what we paid there are plenty of other places in the area.

Stephenie is the best! Faboulous service and she makes you feel welcomed. She is so personable and kind! The service has always been great and it has a small boutique feeling to it! Truly is a home away from home!

As a platinum rewards member I have stayed at BW properties quite a bit - I was disappointed with this property. We needed shoes in the washroom when we woke in the middle of the night for a flight the bathroom was soaked. did not report as we left for flight at 4:00am. The tub was discovered due to what looked like soap scum. Noise was crazy! outside we could hear the base of music from somewhere. And the walls where supper thin we could hear the guy in the room next door coughing from what I can only assume was a deep chest cold! I normally am a very heavy sleeper but this was unbearable!

We booked a room with 2 queens for my family of 5. When we got there only 1 king and no other rooms available. We also booked the shuttle for a flight when time came for shuttle even tho we had a tag was full so had to pay $50 cab ride. My entire family started our dream vacation in the worst mood because of this poor hotel. Do yourself a favor spend $40.00 more and get a good hotel

Nice hotel with a nice pool and whirlpool. We stayed at the hotel for one night, then flew out on one week vacation early the next morning. Decent price for a Toronto hotel, however the fee for parking our car while on vacation was quite expensive compared to the park-and-fly at Pearson airport, (we were alerted to this by friends after we made our booking, but will look at other arrangements for our next vacation.

Check in system was down for days, took 1.5 hrs to stand in line to check in to our room manually, Door Key card would not work twice, both rooms requested not available, 2 cribs requested not in room upon check in ( required to visit to front desk while cutting in line of people checking in to obtain cribs), Airport shuttle not accommodating our group size as requested at booking and checking, Shuttle driver very rude... at all that is simply our check in and out to the airport. While waiting to check in, one lady requested to speak to a manager as there running boards of their vehicle was stolen while in the parking lot.

We stayed in this hotel during our stop over round trip from Punta Cana w/ my Family. Close to the airport and shops. Hotel staff is helpful. Our room is organized and clean. Affordable and a place to be recommended for customer.

Myself and my family use this hotel as a great place to stay the night before heading on vacation.Staff is great but the main reason is the awesome shuttle service they have there.I believe they have the best service out of the hotels I have stayed at the airport and one of the best drivers. There was one thing myself and my family did not find appropriate which was the verbal abuse the drivers go through when being told to pick up the guest baggage when realistically they don't need to has there just a driver.I had taken the shuttle every time I stayed over where I would see this happening and have left a comment to the front desk and letting them know this isn't correct.Last week we had gotten back fromvacation and as we were getting on there was a group of 12 that joined us and left there 13 extra large luggage's on the curb and mentioned to each other it's the drivers job to haul it in so we won't have to break our backs.We were extremely shocked with the abuse the employees go through that my husband mentioned to them it's your duty as they will assist but there was no way they are going to ruin there backs for things you packed to bring.We had gotten back to the hotel and we intentionally sat back to have them get out first.I had left a comment again and they mentioned they would let the manager know.Great hotel great service and this is what people expect but no to babysit. I work for a the labour board and this is not acceptable as I believe there should be something written out at the front desk to show customers they are responsible before giving anyone a hard time early morning before getting on the shuttle.

We stayed overnight before getting an early morning flight. Check in was friendly and efficient. The room is basic but is clean and does have a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. We have stayed here before and as it's conveniently close to the airport. It's our ‘go to' hotel when staying overnight in the area.

I have stayed here many times and have yet to be disappointed. The bed and the pillows super comfortable. A breakfast would be nice but it is not offered. Free airport shuttle is a bonus. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the restaurant.

The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. Staffs were friendly, in-room amenities were good ( coffee-regular, decaf, tea/microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, soaps and shampoo, conditioner). The room was well kept. Because of its location, if you want to go out for dining/coffee in the bad weather, it was not so convenient. Though Starbucks is in the 10 min walking distance.

Hotel is pleasant and clean, I do have safety concerns from a shuttle standpoint. Leaving the airport there were more people than seats available, luggage everywhere and people standing and holding on while travelling the 401 to the airport doesn't seem safe. It is a bit of a distance from the airport. Upon arrival back to the airport after my trip, I waited til my luggage arrived and called as laid out on the business card handed to me. Called twice and no answer?..exhausted I took a taxi and 40 dollars later I was at my car. I will not use this hotel again for future travels.

We ended up staying at this hotel due to a set of delayed flights. By the time we got to the hotel, it was around midnight, and we needed to be up by 5 am to get back to the airport for our delayed flight. When the shuttle finally arrived and we got to the hotel, it took the agent almost an hour to check us in, cutting down on our already limited sleep time. The representative sat there for 45 minutes fumbling around with the computer, clearly not familiar with the system. Another representative came up and checked in 5 groups in that same period of time, not offering any assistance to the employee that was fumbling around attempting to find our reservation. The room itself was fine, but the service here was quite lackluster and could use significant improvement. Especially considering it was an airport hotel, it seemed like the hotel had no value for guests' time late at night when it was just going to be a quick night's stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Plus for a night prior to flying to Florida. We booked the parking package which let us leave our car there while we were away. We had a 6:20 AM flight so we booked a 4:00 am shuttle. The bus was there on time and managed to accommodate all the guests needing to get to the airport that morning. Hotel had coffee in the lobby waiting for us before boarding the shuttle. Our room was on the first floor right at the end of the corridor. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for the night. Bed and pillows were comfortable. You could hear planes flying over however otherwise the hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful for a busy Friday night. The only one negative was the shower temperature. I had a shower before bed and the temperature was luke warm at best. My wife had a shower when we woke up at 330 and the temp was no better. I'm not sure what the issue was but I can tell you the shower wasn't very pleasant at all. The hotel also had a small charming and comfy restaurant (The Postcard) on site. You don't even need to go outside to eat there. Food and service was excellent. Highly recommended when staying at the hotel. Shuttle was right there when we returned. That was great timing. We were the only ones shuttled back to the hotel. Great service! We'll certainly book this hotel again when flying out early.

Stayed at this Best Western for the first time as I normally frequent Miami more than Toronto but it was like walking into one best western in to the same on i stayed at the last time. Had a thirteen hour lay over with the family.

This has had to be the worse service I've ever had. I had a book months in advance . I get to the motel and they inform me that there is no parking for long term. I informed them that I live 4 hours away and simply cannot leave my car. Many parking spots open. I offered to pay for parking yet I was laughed at by the front desk attendant and manager didn't seem to care. This used to be my hotel of choice when I travel. Now I stay at the Montee Carlo Inn. Manager waived my parking fee as issues I had with best western. Not an action that needed to be done. Amazing restaurant there as well. I've worked in the customer service field for over 6 years ; best western this is how you lose customers

After over an hours wait, in the cold, the shuttke finally arrived. During our wait we saw shuttles from other hotels come and go numerous times yet our shuttle arrived 1 hour andcten minutes after our call. Our room was very untidy, wet towels on the floor along with a dirty pair of socks, very gross. Our room was run down with a bit of of an odour, worst hotel stay ever.

Very handy to airport, shuttle bus runs every 40 min ., 24 hours, which was great as my plane was late and I arrived after midnight. Many shuttles in foreign countries end at 10 pm! Check in was friendly and speedy! Room clean and warm, in January, that was nice to walk into a cozy room. Internet worked well but cuts off early in morning which is not good for doing last minute checks. No mirror over desk was inconvenient for more than one person to prepare in the morning, if the other is in the bathroom. Standard hotel room with comfortable beds and pillows! Continental breakfast is a good start to the day, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast and coffee? I have stayed there 6 times in and out of country! Pool and hot tub good, but hot tub is on a five minute timer which is not convenient! Hot tub is important to me so happy it was running well! So many times times they are out of service, so it is my first question upon reserving.

Arriving from our trip at Pearson, we contacted the BW on Eglinton for pick up. We were told to watch for the shuttle and identify ourselves to the driver. We did so but were taken to the BW on Dixie road. We asked the driver if he could return us tot eh BW on Eglinton which was 5 mins away and were refused. We went to the front desk and were told, in essence, that it was not their issue. We contacted the BW on Eglinton and explained that we had followed their instructions and the driver had us board the shuttle. Neither hotel was willing to help us which resulted in a $25 taxi ride between the hotels to get to where our vehicle was parked. I see no reason why one of the two hotels could not have sent their shuttle a little out of the way (5 mins) to help us. Next time we will stay at a hotel with a little more concern for their customers.

For an airport hotel, you'd think soundproofing would be a given. Well, not here! The walls are paper thin and we could hear every word from the couple and their children staying in the room next to us. Given they didn't stop talking until after midnight and we needed to be up by 3am, it did not make for a particularly restful night. We'd have been better off sleeping in our own beds 90 minutes away and getting a better rest. And it wasn't just our room. My sister and her husband had the same problem in a different room. It wasn't that the people next door were particularly loud, it was just really bad soundproofing. This is something to know if you are thinking of staying here and value sleep! Apart from this the hotel is fine. The front desk staff were really helpful and this was a busy time of year. They were also very patient with my elderly and anxious father! The beds are comfortable as are the pillows. The Park and Stay option is excellent value for money. The shuttle is every 40 minutes. Overall - an okay stay. I'd have given it 4 stars if the rooms were better insulated.

This stay was better than I was expecting! It was gorgeous in the lobby - looked newly renovated, clean, and comfortable beds. The park, stay, fly option was perfect with no issues. We arrived late on our return flight and was offered a free no charge late check out. Amazing! We would stay again without question!

Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, by giving us an extended checkout time to coincide with our airport departure. The breakfrast, even though it was not free, was EXCELLENT and well worth every penny.

We stayed here before our trip to the airport. We stayed before and after our trip. We used the park and fly rate. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Rooms were clean. Prices a bit high. No breakfast available for free. Could not use wifi on our return.

We stayed overnight before our 2 week trip to Antigua. Comfortable room and a nice dining room with good food. We were able to park our car at the hotel for the 2 weeks. In addition, they have a shuttle service to the airport which only takes about 15 minutes. Would certainly stay here again.

Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only problem was we didn't receive our wake up call. The lobby was comfortable and clean where we waited for shuttle to the airport. This is an older hotel but is well looked after. Would stay here again.

Very good and location. Breakfast only thing, is a full fee, not nominal fee. They do have plenty of places to eat around area, location right next to hway. Otherwise everything was great at the hotel.

The hotel is average at best and the staff not so much. But the worst part was the shuttle. Had to wait more than 45 minutes for it to arrive at midnight. The bus was decrepit, dirty, worn out and had no seat belts. In the morning, even though there was a shuttle at 8:40 and 9:20, there was none at 10, as I had expected. The surly front desk staff said that I had to have made a reservation. Well no one said that at check in or check out. Had to take a taxi for $27. It isn't actually close to the airport either. Never again. The breakfast was good though.

Excellent helpful staff, quick check-in/out, clean, all around good experience. Breakfast was quite good in the morning, polite service, waitress was a little overworked. Limited selection on tap in the bar, but otherwise it was quite ok.

Over all ok for the price Rooms need revocations ASAP Bathroom is old style enclosure, the carpet was old and worn out windows were so dirty so barely see outside. The staff were very nice. the parking was overloaded and I could barely fit anywhere

This hotel is near the airport and is both clean an modern with an onsite restaurant and lounge. Guest Rooms are ample and clean. The major drawback of this particular hotel is that it is far less desirable to the week-long business traveller as there is no free breakfast or onsite laundry facilities. (There is a sit-down restaurant plus an offsite laundry service available)

This is a preferred hotel of the Mississauga Steelheads OHL team, and we stay here every time we come watch our son play. Free parking, wifi and a hot breakfast make this clean and stylish Best Western Plus hard to beat. Pleasant and helpful staff, amenities always in good condition.

Overall 4 stars. Just mostly TV Program system and choices of more dishes at restaurant. Very good location . Good comfortable beds. Very clean rooms.. only thing they could have more choices of fo9d at the restaurant and we found it a little over price.

Dirty, taps dripping, bath tub old, dirty, stained. Bathroom horrible odor. Beer caps on floor. Internet not working. Simply told to keep trying password. Failed on 4 devices. Single staff at front desk couldn't manage guest service.

Stayed one night here. The hotel is shabby and old. The shower did not work properly and the pillows were lumpy and had an odour. Worst of all they tried to overcharge me by 20 dollars and because I insisted on them correcting this I almost missed my ride to the airport as it took them about 20 minutes.

Although the hotel is aging, it's clean and mostly updated. The staff, in particular the shuttle driver and reception, were very pleasant. The shuttle arrived exactly when they said it would, after we called for pickup. The restaurant was closed for a private function, but there are other options within walking distance.

I have been staying at this BW Plus a couple of days per week for the last several weeks for business training. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and hotel is clean, and very convenient on/off Hwy 401. The pool & hot tub were clean and temp was comfortable. Luggage trolleys get scooped up early, so load up your vehicle early if you can, then enjoy breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel. JW - Kingston, ON

This was a very satisfactory place to stay for the night before an early morning flight. The beds were comfortable, the windows well soundproofed and the shuttle efficient - couldn't want for much more at this price. We also took advantage of the week long parking option at a competitive price.

Stayed at this hotel last night during transit. Hotel employee was very nice and gave us a free upgrade. The room incuded an indoor sauna and jacuzzi (which was dirty). Bed was very comfortable and room was extremely spacious. You can tell its an old hotel that is need of small touch up renovations, but highly recommend anyways.

A late rainy evening arrival and to a city I had not been before had me exhausted. Not quite sure what to expect with an unknown hotel, I was pleasently surprised. The front desk/check in was quick and efficient. I understood this hotel was in an 'industrial' area near the airport and had noticed that it did not provide the usual 'free breakfast' Best Western Hotels are known for but had a restaurant on the property. Not a problem---the room rate was good and I felt I could select from a well priced menu, which was true. All in all a great experience! I was automatically upgraded (because of my Reward status) to a premium room and enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant. ALL of the staff were helpful and professional and the property clean.

Hotel is amazing for staying over parking and delivery through a shuttle to hotel however if you are with a larger group the return pickup is horrible. The last 2 times we have ended up taking a 50 dollar cab back to hotel to pickup car

I had to book two rooms for elder and caretaker and early flight next morning. Very close to airport (10-15 minute shuttle). Good shuttle service. Nothing in the lounge in the early morning, not a single bun or piece of fruit or anything so I would encourage management to upscale the offerings for early morning travelers using this hotel. Value was otherwise excellent.

From the time I entered the Hotel until the time I left, I was treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, every step of the way. The front desk staff were warm,helpful,and accommodating. My room was super clean thanks to Valarie and Maxime. These two ladies are solid gold. Thanks to Anya in the lounge for serving me so fast as I was in a bit of a hurry.I will definitely stay here again.

I was so impressed by the service we received from an employee called Tania. She tried to accommodate our request for an accessible room but they were booked. So she reserved a room on the first floor close to the lobby, which was great for us. She emailed me prior to our arrival. Great service!

I have low expectations of an airport hotel - to me it's just a place to sleep. However this Best Western was beyond what was acceptable. The electrical outlet in the washroom didn't work, and the maintenance team was unable to fix it. The tap on the sink leaked and was difficult to turn off with a tap that wasn't secured properly. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and sagged which made it difficult to fall asleep. It was inexpensive but I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone

We were extremely disappointed that our hotel reservation did not include breakfast (or compensation) as we are accustomed to as faithful BW customers. We use Best Western exclusively in our travels. We have stayed at over 60 BW Hotels across the USA and in Rome Italy, because of the quality, amenities and included breakfast. Breakfast has always been included or compensated for in each of the BW Hotels we have stayed, with the exception of Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel, Mississauga, ONTARIO. We were not informed that breakfast was not included when we made the reservation, when we checked in , or when we asked when was breakfast served. I approached the desk about this discrepancy and was offered "sorry".

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The purpose of the stay was due to an early morning flight to Aruba. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The restaurant food was excellent and the restaurant staff was very friendly. They took the time to socialize with us, but were very attentive to other patrons. The location is very good if you are catching a plane at Pearson Airport. The shuttle was on time and picked us up from the airport on our return because we parked our vehicle at the hotel for a reasonable fee.

We did the park, fly, sleep option for our trip to Cuba. We were gone 11 days and when we got there late October 1st, check in was fast and staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. This hotel had one of the best rates for that many days for parking. We will definitely book here again in the future.

This is my go to hotel when flying out of Pearson Airport. Check in and out were quick and efficient. Received a complimentary upgrade on arrival...nice surprise. Room was spacious and furniture was clean and comfortable. Bed made for a good nights sleep. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. Internet was stable and fairly fast. Free parking was available if needed. Airport shuttle was on time and driver was polite and helpful with baggage. Another great stay.

Maxine who cleaned the rooms on the second floor was amazing. Personality and charm. Made our visit unforgettable. She was incredibly accommodating and got me more toilet paper without hesitation when asked. She has a light about her that shines bright. I give her two thumbs up!!! Thank you for your kindness!

I've stayed at this location a few times this year and not once have they not been able to accommodate my fear of elevators.. my colleagues get rooms on upper levels but the receptionist always manages to find me a room on a lower floor. I love that.. the location is easy to get to and there is room to park our semi. I always feel welcomed when we arrive. The local restaurants have great food. I enjoy staying here.

Service was good, excellent breakfast, good location next to Toronto International Airport with pick up at door 10. The driver was curtious, reception was quick and checkout was very efficient helpful desk service

This hotel is reasonably priced. It has a great breakfast in the morning which is included free and the staff is very friendly. They also have a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are very neat and very clean.

Very clean, restaurant on site was a bonus and Subway next door also handy. Got a great rate with my Best Western Rewards. Second time staying here and would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

Hotel and facilities are usual BW high quality, service was excellent, received a nice upgrade, location for airport transfer is convenient, airport noise was minimal, frequent free shuttle both ways but that shuttle van badly needs cleaning!

Booked room using CAA membership. Got an excellent room. Clean, comfortable, lots of room. Easy to book online. Quick check in and check out. Good parking. Did not eat there or use the pool so no comment.

Definitely a mixture of good and bad here. The good parts first - checkin staff were quick and efficient, the shuttle bus service to the airport worked well, and dinner at the Postcard restaurant was excellent. Now the not-so-good. When we opened the door to the room, the blackout curtains were shut, and the lightswitch by the door didn't work. As it happened, a hotel employee just happened to walk past, stuck his head in the door, and suggested there was a lampstand off to the right. I took one step in that direction (it was pitch black), and my shin crunched into a coffee table. One very loud expletive later (the hotel employee walked away without a word), I picked myself off the floor and gingerly located the lamp. I'd hit the coffee table hard enough to draw blood, and I can't help but wonder about the consequences of an elderly guest doing this. Later that evening, we found that the bath/shower was completely clogged, and wouldn't drain. To their credit, the call to reception got a response from their maintenance person within minutes (though I didn't appreciate reception asking me, "Have you pulled the plug out?"), and he had it fixed in short order. Thanks to my throbbing leg, I didn't sleep overly well. The forty-five minute wait between ordering breakfast in the restaurant, and it actually arriving at our table, didn't do much for my sense of humour either. Overall, an ok hotel, but I doubt I'll be back.

Excellent shuttle service. Hotel is lovely, very friendly staff, very organized. When we are in Toronto this is the only hotel we stay at. We can get a free shuttle to the airport and be in downtown Toronto in about 15 minutes without any traffic problems.

We loved our comfortable bed in this nicely decorated hotel. Restaurant in Hotel and 2 other options nearby. Used their park and fly option, which included a shuttle bus to/from the airport. This was our 2nd stay and enjoyed it very much.

We stayed five nights and made it our base for visiting the Toronto Metropolitan area. Check in was quick and easy and we were upgraded to a two room suite. One room had two queen beds, with upholstered arm chair and foot stool and a desk with an office chair, large screen TV, bureau, microwave and mini fridge. An open square arch leads to a second room with same setup except it had one King bed. The rooms were clean, large with ample space and the beds were comfortable.. The only issue is that the AC unit was somewhat loud during operation. All staff were courteous and helpful. Parking is complementary and location is easily accessible from highway and main roads. Hotel shares area with a restaurant and a car rental operation so ingress and egress can be challenging at times. It suited our requirements quite well.

The room was comfortable though bedroom is small and bed was not a king as we thought we had requested. Staff are not very outgoing but efficient. Hotel shuttle service is convenient but a bit of a wait on the return. Bus itself is pretty run down. Good for one night and park and fly.

We had a nice clean room and we have had breakfast at the Post Card Restaurant and had good service and the food was very good and generous. Subway right beside. Shuttle to airport. We only needed the room and did not use facilities. All we needed. Clean fresh bedding.

I have stayed at Best Western several times and always enjoyed. I had the family room this time to spend time with my grandchildren and daughter and mother this time. I feel the room was very expensive and unfortunately the pool was very cold to get into and not enjoyable. But overall the hotel is clean and service was satisfactory.

Was only in town for one night and chose this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be the next day. Easy to access from both the 403 and 401. Parking is very tight, appeared to be a lot of airport travelers there. Room was big with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast isn't free but there's a restaurant on site with good food and reasonable prices. Only downfall was that when I arrived around 10pm, my room door was propped open and absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. Front desk was quick to act and relocated me immediately.

This hotel is about 10-15 mins away from hotel but seems closer because everyone speeds like a bullet which makes you do the same LOL! I was upgraded upon check-in, and I'll tell ya...this is the room for you if you have family traveling with you - one king bed and two queens in an adjoining room with a separate door and separate thermostat and tv. Lots of room for sure. King bed was comfy and I like lots of pillows so I had four on there :) The lobby is nice and the hotel overall was clean. I didn't have to pay for parking at this hotel, which was nice, but they do have a pass you place on your dashboard. They have vending machines in the lobby and also a restaurant (It wasn't a great experience in there for me - fries were very dry I needed water after each one that I gave up eating them - and $15 for 6 pieces of wings which they say is 1 pound...it's not and take it from me .....I'm a wing night-out kinda girl so I know my wings lol!) I would recommend this hotel but I would not recommend the restaurant but there is a subway as soon as you walk out the door!

I was surprisingly shocked at how nice this hotel was when I arrived and was in the lobby checking in. I believe I got a great value for the rate charged for the night. I stayed in suite with a King sized bed and it was very comfy, spacious and quiet.

Our room was upgraded to a kitchen suite, a kitchenette with living room space, The whole unit is equipped with all the cooking essentials .The living room comes with a table, chesterfield, big tv screen - this would be considered a luxury for us home away from home.-very happy !!

Great overnight stop, if you're getting in late in the day, and simply want somewhere to crash out. Staff were helpful, and hotel clean and well kept. A bar and restaurant on site makes for a easy resting place.

A very efficient place to stay. Our 2nd stay was as good as our first. Service personnel were efficient, courteous, and friendly. Parking was easy, pickup even easier. Restaurant had great food and drinks for dinner. Never did breakfast. Rooms really neat and clean.Slept before and after our trip. Shuttle to the airport was on time and quick. Shuttle pick up was not. The promised 40 minute pick up shuttle service took 55 minutes for us and 70 minutes for others, and the calls to check on service giving us a 15 minute then a 10 minute wait never happened. All in all this is a great place to stay for park fly and sleep. Thjere is nothing else near it so enjoy the nice people working there, the easy parking, the efficient shuttle trip to the airport and maybe a decent pick-up unlike the glitch we encountered

I like this hotel for a staging night before an early morning flight. It's within 15M of the airport. Non-working wifi at first was just a hiccup. I like the toiletries. Didn't even mind the wee spider sharing the bathroom with me. What was an issue in the heat of late August was the air conditioning. It was set at 17C when I entered so I adjusted it upward to 21C for sleeping; no problem. I felt warm in the middle of the night so I dropped it down a degree. This is where the room sounded like a jet engine. It was so loud I simply raised the temperature to shut it off, enduring the warmish condition of the room for the next three hours or so. A good night's sleep before a flight is always welcome. To get one, I might have to have a new favourite airport staging hotel, at least for the summer months.

A nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Lots of extended parking available and no problems with vehicle upon return to Canada. Shuttle driver very friendly and sociable. Hotel was accommodating to us letting us have a later checkout enabling us to get some sleep after a very late return from our holiday.

A great hotel allways clean with ba great staff. The hotel is just off the 401 with easy access. We stay here when ever we are in town. Nice lounge and dining. There park and fly options are hard to beat if you are flying out of Toronto.

The Best Western Plus Toronto Airport in Mississauga is a functional hotel for those arriving at or departing from Pearson Airport an wanting a place to rest, with a complimentary airport shuttle and good free wifi. The room was clean, reasonably appointed and comfortable. The bedding was provided for a relaxing sleep with the only negative being the somewhat noisy air conditioning system. The staff were friendly and helpful. We have stayed there a number of times in the past and will likely stay there in the future. We typically rent a car at a very economical rate from Zoom Rent-a-Car and it is located only metres from the hotel and the juxtaposition of the two businesses is especially convenient (Zoom also provides free airport pick-ups and drop-offs.

We stayed here prior to a flight to NYC. We needed parking and shuttle to the airport and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. The room was exactly as pictured and we had a good night's sleep...even though we were up at 3am to catch our flight. I would definitely stay here again.

All was great room, check in and out, just no free breakfast at a BW+ I never asked anyone we were to much in a rush to get to the wedding but its strange that this best western plus does not offer its guest a free breakfast

Everything was great with our room. I wish breakfast was included. Staff is helpful and friendly. Hot tub, pool and sauna were nice. Everything looked nice in lobby and room. About 10 minutes from airport with free shuttle.

Our party of 8 stayed here the night before our vacation to get the one week free parking and free shuttle. The hotel is easy to get to off Highways 401 and 407. Rooms are a decent size, we had four to a room in double queen bed rooms. Good overall value.

Stay there two nights,5th floor had a foul smell,the hotel called in extra security for the night because there was a group of 60 teenagers partying on the 3rd floor and one of them pulled the fire alarm at 11:00pm..2nd night circus us.com was on site equipped with strippers and strobe light!! Never again will I stay at this hotel!

Was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was inside. Nice lobby & easy check in. Shuttle service to airport was quick & convenient. Although our room was clean there was an issue with our bathtub not draining so it was really gross. Spoke to front desk in the morning at check out about it. Was a given a quick apology & that's it.

Fast check in, Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again on my next trip. Beds are nice. Comfortable rooms. Free wifi was a bonus. Airport shuttle was on time and quick to hotel. Would recommend for a stop over stay.

Used the Best Western Plus as has the most affordable stay, park, fly package as we were flying out of Toronto Airport. Fast check-in and check-out. Their shuttle to the airport runs at least every 15 minutes, making it perfect for everyone's departure. Great restaurant/lounge, the food was very good and service was fast. I would use this property again if flying out of Toronto airport.

It was the best western hotel I stayed in a long time I would stay in this hotel in the near future .my wife and kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.I would recommend my relatives to use this place when they go to Cuba this fall.

Had booked Park, fly, sleep deal. When we arrived at the beginning of our trip excellent service. What went really wrong is at our return. Flight got delayed 2 hours so got in Toronto at 4:45 am. Called for the shuttle and was told be there at 5:00 am. NO SHOW. Called back at 5:10 am, shuttle was back at the hotel. Hmmm: 20 minutes drive, so no way that he was at the airport at 5:00. We were 2 couples waiting at the designated area. Said he would be coming. Called back at 5:45am, said would be here in 15 minutes since dropping people at another hotel. Got here at 6:20am. At least they let us checkout at 13:00. So I think the guy at the reception when we called never followed up with the driver because the driver told us he only got the call only at 5:45am.

We stayed here before and after a flight. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and the rooms are nice. I like that they have a fridge and microwave in each room. There is also a pool. We also paid a little extra to be able to leave the car parked fro the duration of our trip. The airport shuttle only services this hotel, so you're not making stops along the way. The shuttle runs every 40 minutes. We will definatley stay again the next time we fly.

Stayed there for two nights at start of trip flying out of Toronto. Prices not bad and we could park our car there for the duration of the trip. But the cleanliness and the service are really in need of improvement. Desk clerks not that friendly or helpful. Pool area badly in need of update, thorough cleaning. Meals not bad. Service in restaurant was just ok. In our room, the cleaner changed sheets and then left the dirty sheets in a pile in the room. Left used towels hanging on door, did not replenish shampoo/conditioner or clean the coffee area and resupply the coffee area. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned at all. We're usually pretty generous with the room tip, but not this time. Would look for a different place to stay for our next trip.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are flying out of Pearson Airport and need a good nights sleep before and after our travels. The hotel is clean, close to the airport, and reasonably priced with free parking and internet. As a card carrying member of the Best Western Rewards program we get a reduced rate as well. It is close to a few restaurants and the hotel serves breakfast starting at 6:30 am which is great for an early start. Recommended

Still upto Best Western standards but with alot of so called airport hotels they can tend to regards clients as captive business. Room were large and clean with plenty of towels but food and drink prices were expensive and breakfast service was exedingly slow, it took us 23 minutes to get our scrambled egg, bacon and toast. I booked the hotel with Booking.com and on my booking comf it said it included breakfast, but alas it didnt it included C$ 7 vouchure towards the breakfsat which cost about 18!

Very Clean , Staff was very helpful , Pool area was very clean . I would stay here again . Easy to find , Very good Breakfast , Very Quite for being so close to the Airport . Before I booked this Motel , searched about 15 places to stay at and I found this one the best to stay at , also Very Good Price.

We stayed as a family on the way to Detroit. Chose it because it was close to the highway. Check in was fine, but there was no coffee, fruit or snacks in the lobby. For a Best Western Plus, it was very disappointing. No free breakfast either, there is a restaurant on site and you have to pay for breakfast. The first room assigned had a stale, musty, unpleasant smell. After I objected, we were assigned a new room which was better but not great in terms of smell. Usual decor, usual toiletries but the room had a depressing and dark feeling to it. There was coffee and tea in the room, a fridge and a small microwave. Usual degree of cleanliness. We tried the pool and hot tub in the basement- they were ok - but the dingy, dark feeling was unpleasant. As others have said, lots of restaurants of all types around. We did not use the Park &Fly. It was ok for our quick overnight stay but I would NOT recommend.

The Front Desk woman that checked us in was rude and unhelpful. Not a good start to our stay! Their management should take note as this is not good representation of the brand. If she doesn't want to deal with guests directly, she should be moved to the back of the house. Disappointed.

Chose as had a shuttle from airport after midnight. We landed and called. 24:15 and told 3 mins away,. Unfortunately after 30 minutes I called again. 10 minutes away. The van arrived 2hrs after original call. After. 13 hr flight 2hr stop over 5 hrs flight, you can imagine we were pretty exhausted. Not a good start to our holiday. No apologies received driver apparently was on his break.!!! Service hotel was good, We did not eat at Hotel, although did have breakfast. Which was pretty substantial, waiter very helpful, 2nd morning offered an alternative menu to suit . Overall score. 6/10

Each time the staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was airport was always on time and did not have to wait long for return pickup at airport. My only issue is that there is always someone smoking outside the front doors even though there is a non smoking sign right beside them! As a non smoker this is particularly unpleasant as I have to walk though it and the smoke blows into the hotel lobby.

The beds were hard with not much padding. Bedding was good and pillows were plentiful with a lot of selection. The hotel staff was great and the room and hotel were nice and clean. The bathroom tub was a little outdated.

Always very impressed by first impressions of each location we've stayed at. Pool is great, nice and warm. Tidy, clean, well kept. I only look for BW Plus when I book a hotel now. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I am sorry to say there is little "Best" or "Plus" about this Hotel, rather "Minus" previously indicated in Trip-Adviser. It has a reasonable pool (with no towels and minimal facilities ) which is why I assume its been given a "Plus"? Things started badly with the Shuttle driver who was pretty blunt.(on every occasion we used it) good manners and politeness costs nothing! (he needs a paid 2 hour course on customer relations.) On arrrival we met other guests at the hotel, on chatting with them we were met with a a frown, an embarrassed laugh and a whispered " The Hotel is not great". Our room smelled++ of Musty towels when we arrived, and had to change rooms but the second room still had an odour issue -is it their air conditioning? 'Don' the manager in the bar/restaurant was charming and chirpy-despite an inadequate small restaurant and basic limited menu-he was the star of the hotel.Single handedly he cannot drag this hotel up to anything more than a poor /very below average.This was our 5th BW hotel, over a 3 week vacation. This Hotel really does not merit a "Plus. You get what you pay for, but we felt misled by its BW rating, lesson learnt, next time will use the BW Premier- we are now somewhat disillusioned with the BW Hotel brand, the BW and BW plus with odd exceptions are much more "down market" than we were led to believe. I feel many of the staff try very hard and they deserve better from BW- quite simply customers will vote with their feet which we intend to do.

Great hotel if you need to be near Toronto Pearson airport, without wanting to pay exorbitant airport hotel prices. Hotel has excellent shuttle service 15 mins journey. Very pleasant staff nothing too much trouble.

The shuttle - We had to stay overnight in Toronto on our way to Dominican and we chose this hotel because of its shuttle and proximity to airport. The only thing that was confusing is when you're at the airport you aren't sure where to grab the shuttle because there are 2 Best Westerns, wen you book take note of the street- I had to call and ask to find out we were on Dixie road, no problem. Our shuttle driver was a nice, clearly hard-working man who was the same person working VERY early the next morning (I hope he got some rest!). There was quite a crowd of us the morning returning to the airport but somehow we all fit with our luggage. The hotel- Checking in was a breeze and the young man at the front counter was super nice and friendly. Our room was good and we appreciated there was a restaurant in the same building. The food was good but the prices were too high for what you got (don't waste your money on the wings, there's like only 5 or 6 of them). Also we wanted to use the gym but it's very small and there isn't much equipment and someone was already in there- no problem-just a heads up if that's very important to you. Overall, good stay, would return.

Newer very clean place with easy check in & helpful staff. No complimentary breakfast which is a slight minus but still worth staying here.. Had a paid breakfast & it was OK. The room was very clean with comfortable beds. The TV & the plumbing worked well. Free shuttle to the airport which runs every 40 minutes. This gives you time to get your luggage & find the pickup location. We would probably stay here again.

Arrived from Mexico on a 4 hour flight, waited in the hotel shuttle area as directed by airport staff. Waited for over an hour, tried to flag down two best western shuttles neither of which even slowed down. Parking staff again said that is where we should wait. Called the number on reservation, phone rang for ten minutes. In frustration we got a $40 cab. The most frustrating was the condescending attitude of the young man at the front desk. He insisted we must have been in the wrong place despite staff confirming we were not. He was completely unapologetic and when I told him we called and no answer he smirked. The key card did not work to the room we were then given, and after finally getting in the room the I internet code had not been reset. When this was rectified the trip advisor site was blacklisted and blocked. Imagine! So I'm using my data because it's called freedom of information. Won't be returning and will be contacting Destination Experts. Lisa MacLeod

This is the second year that my friends and I have stayed here for the Anime North weekend. Both times we have been very satisfied with our stay! The hotel/room itself was very clean, the housekeeping staff is very friendly. The only quip I have is that check in took quite a long time, which isn't really the fault of the hotel, there's tons of people for the convention. But it's far enough away that traffic isn't too crazy, and there's tons of stuff around the hotel like groceries and fast food. We will definitely continue to come here in years to come!

it is a Best Western but is not a Plus by a long shot. I always stay in their Plus hotels, this was far from it. Good location from airport, but shuttle service is very slow and you must wait long periods of time.

The staff is great! Check-in was fast, they had all the details...no reconfirming shuttle details, check-in for the group, etc. The check-out was also great, and even though it was 3:30 am, there was fresh coffee offered.

I was given incorrect information regarding my checkout as well as treated very rudely by an employee at the front desk. I was told I was able to pay in cash but she insisted she needed to charge my card, I had purposely taken all of my money out to pay for the room as told so that wouldn't do of course. She then refused to help me in a friendly manner and treated me as a child (I am a full grown adult) by asking if I had a parent that I could call to use their card instead of my own. When I brought in another person who was staying with me to pay with her card, she asked for the situation to be explained so she could know how she is paying and the employee denied her and explanation by telling her that I was already told so she didn't need to tell her. Aside from the horrible service, the toilet in my room was dysfunctional and the air conditioner hardly did a thing leaving the room uncomfortably hot. I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel to anyone.

Staff inept. They carry on conversations about their personal life while you wait to check in. Give you keys that are not coded correctly so you cannot get in your room. Then check others into your room, giving them keyed access where they walk in....followed by a 4 am wake up call ....which I didn't ask for that was meant for another room. Want sleep, book another hotel.

We stayed here after a long flight, Room was nice and comfy, front desk staff were great the guy who checked us in was super helpful. We did have some issues at the resturant, food was good and everything but the waitress was terribly disorganized. She brought cream and sugar for coffee with the saucers then brought the coffee pot forgetting she actually hasn't brought us mugs. Then she brought out our food we were half done by the time she actually got us coffee. We were almost done our meal by the time I could wave her down to bring us water and we waited 20 min for the cheque before we just went to the bar and paid. Again the food was good and from what I could see other customers appeared to be getting good service from the other waitress but ours was just terrible. I did feel the pool and hot tub could have been cleaner but other than that nice hotel. We got a good deal with the park n fly so I'd stay again.

My wife and I stayed here on a layover and were not disappointed. Good sized rooms, well amenitized with extremely comfortable beds. Friendly staff and free shuttle to airport. Very good breakfast as well.

Recently stayed here for work for two nights. Got to Pearson late and the hotel was easy to find and not far away with a rental car. Parking was easy and free. Room was clean enough, quiet enough and had a small fridge. Service was minimal and prompt. A few options for food a short drive or walk away. Overall a perfectly pleasant and unmemorable stay.

This was a good hotel to stay at for a flight out. Only complaint is the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes. when we came back we had to wait 40 minutes for our shuttle to take us back to the hotel to get to our vehicle. The rooms are very clean and nice.

We have been in this place many times-good place to stay & leave our car there while we fly away for a holiday.The air port service is very efficient, waiting from the airport is minimum .We have to book the hotel as soon as we know our dates , or else there won't find a parking space for the car,

If I have an early morning flight ex YYZ [Toronto Pearson] this is a very decent option. On the down side, the price has gone up and my toilet seat would not stay up [room 203]. Not a big fan of a stationary shower nozzle but that is personal preference. The toilet bowl seemed unusually low. On the plus side, the room was quiet even though Dixie Road is a major road in Trawna. The room was of ample size. |There were enough tv stations to while away some time. I liked the lemon smell of the toiletries. Did not use them but a small microwave and a fridge could come in handy. The recycling bin in the bathroom was a sign of a good corporate citizen. The chap at check-in made me feel welcome. Many people use the hotel for its shuttle service to the airport. The hotel cannot be accessed heading eastbound on the 401 at Dixie Road but there is an on ramp from Dixie Road to the 401 when airport bound.

Bed comfortable, easy location to get on and off 401. Close to Toronto. Friendly staff. Curtains don't close right across windows, and that is a problem for early morning light waking you up VERY early. Lights in bathroom flashed on and off

We checked in later in the evening and the front desk staff were attentive courteous and made our check in quick. They were dealing with a challenging check in from another customer if which they handled it fantastically

Stayed here for one night before catching a flight the next morning. It looks a bit dated from the outside but the lobby and rooms have all been re done and look great. Staff were friendly and quick to get us checked in. Everything was clean, bed was comfy. Has free wifi, good for surfing, too slow to stream anything though. We used the park n fly package. Parking lot is on site which is nice. Only drawback, and its minor, is the bathroom still looks a bit dated and the if it was re finished the job was kind of sloppy, ie the grout/tile work. And the shower was pretty small. But! It was clean! So not really a big deal. Free shuttle to airport as well. About a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice. Clean. Nice restaurant. Friendly staff. What more could you ask for. Close to airport. We stayed here mainly for the Park and Fly. If we ever go back to the Toronto area we will definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the YYZ airport but without the noise of the flight path. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Love the stay and parking options for vacationing. Excellent value for the location.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Mississauga, Ontario on our way home from Barbados. It was a short ride from the airport, and hotel offers 24 hour shuttle service. Hotel is clean and bed was very comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was really good as well! I would recommend staying at this hotel; I will definitely book here again!

I liked the convenience of the park and fly service. We were able with ease to park the car in the lot just beside the hotel and take a shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant on site provided good food and good service. I also liked the fact that we had a microwave oven and fridge in our room. However, despite having requested a crib months ahead of our stay and 4 times upon arrival we never were provided with one. This is an inconvenience travelling with babies and infants.

Without a doubt 'The Best Western Plus' ranks high on my list based on the following reasons: * close location to YYZ * exceptional airport shuttle * well appointed, quiet rooms * wonderful onsite restaurant * affordable prices * friendly staff * hotel parking if needed, while you're away I would highly suggest staying here if you have a layover in Toronto.

Used for a Layover hotel,it was great, the good food, it was a good price, friendly courtesy staff. Hotel shuttle on time, we will use this hotel again while traveling through Toronto. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

I will never stay at this property again and would never recommend. We were stranded in Toronto and ended up here because I had points. Tried to book online but it wouldn't because it was for the same day so called the hotel directly and the guy said I had to go through the central reservations. Called them got it booked and I called the hotel back to ask about the shuttle and they said it would be a 40 minute wait which was disappointing. Got to the hotel and the girl had our reservation but had no rooms. I didn't accept that and she managed to find a room. The king size bed was terrible...big dip in the middle. The room was freezing cold so we had to dig out the extra blanket from the closet which stunk. The biggest disappointment was in the morning looking forward to a nice hot shower and we honestly couldn't get a drop of hot water. Not one drop. It wasn't even warm. The shuttle bus driver had very large suitcases piled on top of the first row of seats above the seat so if there had been an incident those bags would have slammed into the people behind very dangerous. Also he allowed a man to stand up. I have stayed at several other Toronto airport hotels but this one was by far the absolute worst.

I love staying at this hotel as it's close to the airport and everything else I need while visiting the area. The staff go above and beyond and treat me like royalty when I arrive! I'm never disappointed in my stay here.

We were met by a very friendly check-in staff who went out of their way to help with a car problem we were having. The room was large, immaculate, quiet and dark. The bed was so comfortable, the linens fresh and the towels so plush. It is a little farther from the airport than we usually stay and there was no breakfast included, but we knew that. Highly recommended.

Great hotel new and modern. Check in was fast despite the group ahead of us. Not great shuttle situation so I would not chose this location if you arrive late and leave early. You have to book in advance for the am shuttle. If you get in late, getting the time you need could be an issue

Booked to stay before our flight south. Easy check in, clean rooms and a nice stay. It's too bad there's not a few decent restaurants around. Our shuttle driver was courteous and quick, would definitely book again.

This hotel has lots of attractions. The elevator works perfectly. They have also a place to have exercise and we can swim in the swimming pool. We had a fridge, a microwave and a comfortable shower. We were tired and felt asleep. When the phone rang, we had to get ready to the airport. I liked that hotel. Very comfortable. A must see!

Hotel is in a great location. Was not overlea impressed with lady at check in when we arrived that night. Did not find her as pleasant as one would think someone should be for 1st contact. Maybe just having a bad day. Has a nice bar with a good variety of drinks and food. Breakfast in the morning was not included but the restaurant made a great breakfast.$$ I was only there for 1 night and I thought my room was little tired but clean. Tried to get my BW points but was informed that since the company I work for prepaid the room i was not entitled. Strange I have had rooms pre booked and paid by the company i work for a few times at Holiday Inns and they have ask for my points card everytime.

We booked a room a 90 days in advance while we checking out from the previous stay. Everything was good, the acknowledged me as a Best Western Platinum member and provided a good rate. They even offered up a suite to make our stay more comfortable for this stay as we would be travelling as a family. Arrived at the hotel on the date in question at 330pm. Although choice of room wouldn't be ready for about half an hour, we advised we understood and would go do some shopping. The counter staff checked us in and advised the room would be ready upon our return. We arrived back around 5pm, only to be told that the room still wasn't cleaned but they were working on it :( When I asked why, the assistant manager seemed not to care, nor did he offer to make it right. I tried to explain we were already checked in and were promissed the room was being worked on when we left the first time. He called someone on the radio and seemed to find out it still hadn't been started. We were tired and didn't feel like leaving AGAIN to come back, so we waited in the lobby - it seemed like we weren't the only ones waiting either. After another 40 minute wait, we finally had access to our room. Definately didn't spend a bunch of time cleaning - unswept bathroom floor hair behind the door, sink less than clean and doesn't seem like any vacuuming was done.

Stayed here before a flight. Pleasant check in experience. We were asked about shuttle time and wake up call. Clean spacious room. Excellent WIfi too. Had dinner in the restaurant which was quite good. Don was a terrific bartender/server. Shuttle was exactly on time and the driver was pleasant. Very good value.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is one of the better priced for Park & Fly packages but have stayed just for the night also. Clean enough & they found the boots I forgot & are holding onto them until I go back next month. Now we did have some weird electrical stuff going on with the lights in our bathroom, they would all randomly go on & off at different times, not loose bulbs either, reported it to the front desk on check out, hopefully they will take it seriously. I have slept on better pillows though.

Parked car for week and staff at front desk was friendly and checked my reservation and was told where to park. At this time a card was given with information at to where I should be for pickup at Terminal 3. Once arrived back in Canada and at Terminal 3 for pickup at Post 13 as instructed on the card I called the hotel for pickup at 5:11 a.m. I was told that he would tell the driver. At 6:02 am. I called once again and I was told to be at the post which I was from the first call. At 6:33 am. the driver finally came. Told me that call was not made to him until 6:05 am. Bad service for pickup.

We stayed here before our trip to Cuba. Shuttle took a while to pick us up from the airport; nevertheless, it did come. The food at the Postcard restaurant was a bit pricey for the average quality but the young waitress was pleasant. It was quiet so we got a decent night's stay before heading off to hellish Cuba. Over, this hotel did its job.

The staff were courteous and helpful. We were asked about wake up time, shuttle request times and any concerns that we had. The shuttle took us to the airport at the arranged time and picked us up quickly when we returned. The driver was courteous and a great driver.

We stayed one night to attend the Sportsman Show. It was last minute on a whim with two kids (5 & 7 months) I researched hotels that offered cribs and this particular Best Western did & we made the arrangements to have one in our room. Perhaps it's because I'm not experienced traveling with infants but the ‘crib' was a pack and play and I did not expect that. The base was not rigid and was wrapped (albeit tightly) in a sheet but still softer than I would like for my tummy sleeper. Lesson learned. Overall it was an okay stay, hotel was clean, pool looks better in pictures.

My husband and I stayed before and after our recent holiday. This hotel is easy to get to from the 401 and has a great restaurant in the hotel or a couple within walking distance just outside. The staff is very friendly and accommodating plus there is a shuttle to the airport. We have stayed here a few times before and will be back!

We found this BW hotel on the internet because we were flying from Toronto to Miami to go on a cruise holiday to the Caribbean. We had rapid check-in and stayed in a lovely room. They provided our wake-up call and the shuttle whisked us to Pearson Airport for an early departure to Miami. We started our cruise in Miami and spent a glorious week visiting 4 unforgetable stops at Grand Bahama, Key West, Stirrup Cay, and lastly fabulous Nassau. I would recommend the BW Park, Stay, and Fly program because you don't worry about parking when you are away. The hotel staff were friendly and helpul - leaving us the phone number for pick-up at Pearson when we returned to Toronto. The shuttle driver was helpful and we arrived at our gate (AIR CANADA) with time to spare. Thank you BW for helping us to enjoy our holiday worry free!

we booked this hotel for the free parking and shuttle. We were scammed, no free parking. They were many couples complaining about the same scam at the desk at the same time we were. The lady at the front desk was horriible. We had to get up at 2 am to go find a park and fly spot as did the other couples. And now there is a mysterious 50 charge on our credit card. Don't go any where near this hotel. Were not done fighting this yet

This is a great clean hotel that is close to the airport. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Airport transfer 24hrs a day. Very safe to leave your car there as well. The people here are amazing as well.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at and park your car if you are flying out of Toronto. It is a great location and has an excellent shuttle service. Always stay there when we travel. Very family friendly also. Great staff and good food.

Would recommend you stay at any other hotel than this one. Called in advance to ensure there was long-term parking, was told there was - which is the reason I booked with this location (others were booked). When I arrived I was told that not only was there no parking but I was lying about calling in advance and had never been told that parking was available. "It's been sold out for months" I was told. I found that to be interesting considering my best friend had secured parking there less than a week prior to my arrival. The "customer service" manager was beyond less than helpful and seemed to actually enjoy delivering bad news. Because of the lack of parking we had to drive to a park n' fly, take the shuttle to the airport and then take another shuttle BACK to the hotel. Not a huge deal if it wasn't already really late and we had an early flight the next day AND the entire point of booking that location WAS the parking.

Our shuttle from the airport was an experience!! Please note that in the late evening you may have to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle if it has just left!! Not so nice on a cold winter night. When we got on the shuttle and went to the next airport pick up there were some very angry clients waiting and a man got on the shuttle and told all of us to get off as he had booked the whole shuttle for his skiing party. Needless to say no one got off and he could not get all his friends on board with their skis and he was not a happy camper. Check in was smooth but the rooms, although clean, could do with some updating/repairs. This is obviously an older hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and the return shuttle was great.

On the date of Feb. 11. 2019, I had spent a night at the Best Western Plus located at Dixie Rd & Hwy 401. It to me...Is the most ideal Hotel to spend the night at if you have to fly out of Pearson the following day, for the price you pay and for the service you receive, it is both financially feasible and very customer friendly! I would stay at that Hotel again in a heart beat, should I ever need to!

Whole experience was awesome! Manager of hotel, Monika, was very friendly and personable. She and her staff went above and beyond in ensuring that we were well looked after. The shuttle bus drivers (both ways) were friendly and made small chit chat. They were very professional and cognizant of keeping to their timed schedules. I would definitely park here again and recommend this as an option to my family and friends.

Booked a room for an overnight stay as we had a very early flight out the next morning and wanted somewhere close to the airport but not something that cost also as much as a plane ticket and didn't charge you to park your car. Found the hotel to be clean and updated with a modern look. The king-sized bed was comfortable and hot tub tucked away in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was with being able to regulate the room temperature shorter curtains that didn't block the heating/ cooling would be helpful. The front desk staff were helpful checking in/out. The room was clean and comfortable and they offer a 24hr shuttle to the airport. It's hard to go wrong with a Best Western.

Room was fine, tidy and clean. Beds were comfie. Due to the recent snow storms their was a ton of snow in the parking lot but eventually found a spot and this is nothing to do with the hotel. Would have been nice if they provided breakfast.

I just used my membership for the first time.. Love the Best Western hotels . Definitely will be the place I stay World wide in my racing venue. I Have a fair amount of races this spring and Summer I'm hoping that the Best Western is close enough to the race venues

Our last plane home after a huge long trip from Saigon was delayed several times for several hours and finally at 1 am, disappeared from the board. As did all the gate attendants. Finally we found our way to the hotel list and phone where we contacted this hotel. We got the last room, and the desk person quickly arranged the shuttle pickup. On our arrival, checkin was very fast and we were able to get to bed quickly. Breakfast was very good. Shuttle back to airport was quick. We appreciated this thoughtful service so much in this stressful situation.

I didn't confirm the details of my booking. Room was great, restaurant was great, check-in was quick and painless but I didn't get the sleep, park and fly package that I thought I had booked. I was advised that there was no option to leave my car in their parking lot for the 7 days, as it was fully booked. No one checks the comments when you book online.

Stayed one night for air travel. Check in staff very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and updated. Shuttle service included to Pearson great rate for Saturday evening food options on site and other options within walking distance. Would stay here again

Room was large, clean, dated decor, but nothing to complain about. Check in was very quick, staff was friendly and efficient. Check out was just as quick. Only comment to make was how dim it was in the pool area. It could've been a lot brighter.

Hello we stayed at this hotel on Kan 21st we had booked for one night and parking when we arrived at the hotel we were told parking was booked and we would have to park else where... which then costed us another $130 to park elsewhere I was upset and was told my the staff I didn't book correctly for the parking for more then one night and it wasn't there problem but I could call their manager on Monday if I liked ... they were rude and very unhelpful. I travel quite often for business and will be leaving this hotel off my list for myself or fellow business members. I'm giving this a hotel a 2 due to the issue with the staff, otherwise it was clean and the room was very nice.

We had booked on bookings.com with free cancellation until 16:00 and no payment until arrival. Had an awful journey with a series of flight cancellations and despite trying to cancel in time, we were unable to due to system problems. We missed our booking because of these insinuating circumstances and to add insult to injury, Best Western refused to refund even though we never used the room. Will never be using this brand of hotel again!

Stayed overnight at the Best Western on Jan8/9.Was very pleased with everything. The staff at the desk were great. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and professional. Enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Had a great stay the night before our Cuba trip. On arrival, The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for the stay and fly package however I did not book Parking at the time of the reservation thinking there would be plenty of spots. Unfortunately all spots were booked. The front desk staff were apologetic and offered us a coupon for the park and fly lot saving us 15.00. We were staying with another couple and the front desk staff offered adjoining rooms which was a nice perk. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Rooms were a good size.

Everything worked fine, so far, large parking lot.Returning after going south. Room was nice temp, heater was not too loud, clean , shuttle was efficient , wake up call ,on time, didnt like to have to get up at 4:00AM though

Arrived during the January snow storm staff was excellent,friendly,knowledgeable all shifts and shuttle driver where great. Would highly recommend this Hotel. With the storm coming in and people and weddings going on all staff where friendly patient . THANK YOU. Will be back again.

We stayed on Jan 7 before our trip to Mexico. This is great value if you are sharing amongst a few people. We paid just slightly more than we would have paid for just parking. We were able to park for 8 nights (including the one we stayed) with no hassle. Parking was not huge, but they had plenty of room for their visitors. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only wish the bathroom had a fan! We were able to get the shuttle to the airport with no issues. They come every 40 minutes, and it was timed perfectly when we left and when we got back. It's about 15 minutes or so from the airport. The staff was even nice enough to call us when we left our timbits on the front desk, rather than just throw them out. Would stay again before a flight!

We stay here every time we travel out of country, before and after or when visiting the Toronto Area. Always clean, nice rooms, great staff. I was disappointed they removed the Lobby morning coffee service

Staff were friendly and approachable, they got us to the airport on time with no stress. The gentleman was happy to place our food order even though the kitchen was about to close. Very comfortable. We've used other girlho before our fights, this one surpassed all others.

Bonus: Having free access to computer/ printer in lobby, walking distance to a variety of food choices, hotel shuttle to airport, paid on site hotel parking to park & fly. Negative: shuttle Wait Time From airport to hotel extremely longer than promised.

I frequently stay at this hotel when I come to town on business. Although I did not eat here I was in the bar with colleagues for some beers and the atmosphere was good and the drinks weer reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I look forward each time to sleeping here.

The accommodations were basic, sometimes a bit noisy, but clean and comfortable. What we really appreciated about this hotel were the polite staff, the quick check-in even with a long line of guests and the ability to store baggage and park our car with them while we were away!

We stayed here at the end of October 2018 and also at the end of December 2018. Close to Pearson Airport in Toronto. Free shuttle service from the airport. Clean, comfortable rooms. "Postcards" restaurant has good food and very good service and is located in the hotel.

We always prefer to stay at a BW whenever possible. Everything was to our expectations until we stepped into the first room - there was a strong smell like perfume or strong cleaning solution. we immediately asked for a different room which was not problem. The staff was amazing but the second room we were given also had the same scent problem. I suspect they need to review their cleaning procedure or get different ventilation. The room was very clean though - lol

Stayed here for one night. Caught shuttle in the morning. Everything was great! Had a nice swim and hot tub...sauna took too long to heat up. Only complaint is that we could hear noise from the room above (running and squealing)

Stayed overnight prior to a trip with our family of 10 people. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good and prices fair. Shuttle was timely. Beds were comfortable. Parking was on site, extra cost but very convenient. Shuttle pick up coming back to hotel was timely as well. We will stay there again.

We originally started booking at the Best Western because of its proximity to the airport and our car rental company, but we keep going back because of the comfortable, clean rooms and great staff. We'll keep coming back!

Stayed there December 11th parked car in lot and it was stolen and used in criminal activity still have not found vehicle and no contact from hotel. Do not leave your automobile unattended there. Room wasn't bad but very upset that they do not have any security on the lot.

I booked my 2 night stay using an online site, and made a mistake to only book 1 night. I was unable to change my booking to 2 nights, so I booked a second night with a note stating that I was staying 2 nights in a row and did not want to change rooms. After checking in and confirming 2 nights stay, I found out that my Best Western Points card was not going to be accepted! I was told that since I transacted with another site, Best Western would not give me any credit on my points card. The room we were in was great, but, again, there was an issue. The heating fan did not stop running the entire time we were in the room. Sleep was constantly interrupted by this noisy fan. We checked out 6:30 am and simply drove home, rather than use the swimming pool facilities. After arriving home we had a message from the hotel that we had not checked out and were being billed another nights stay? It turned out that house keeping phoned us, and had not talked to the front desk. House keeping thought we should be there for 1 night only. That was a miscommunication between departments.

I came back to this establishment since I've had wonderful experiences in the past! It was a cold night and the room I got was quite chilly, so as I pasted the front desk I mentioned the cold room and was immediately told I could switch to a warmer room! Without even asking they switched me so that I would be more comfortable!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a business trip. When I entered the room I noticed the heat wasn't working, when I told the front desk they switched my room instantly. I found that the staff was extremely accommodating and made me feel at home during my stay. I checked out the pool, sauna and hot tub at this hotel and all were clean. Restaurant was also delicious. I'll be sure to stay at this hotel if I'm ever back in Toronto

I had zero issue with the hotel itself. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. My issue arose upon our return from holiday. We were told that the parking lots have security cameras and felt confident that all would be well while we were away for a week. The hotel does require you to leave a printed voucher on your dash....in hindsight, I am pretty sure this what criminals are looking for in order to know who's gone for awhile. Our window was smashed, glass everywhere (including all over the pavement in the lot), airbag stolen and car damaged. When we asked the hotel for the security camera footage, they claimed they did not catch whoever did this on tape. Makes me wonder if they are really monitoring what goes on in their lots. My advice...beware....if you have a nice car, this could happen to you to. I have not been offered anything other than a free nights stay from the hotel. My insurance deductible for all these repairs which are over $3400, comes out of my pocket.

We stayed here prior to a recent flight to Cuba. We took advantage of the Park, Sleep, Fly service. Hotel is very well maintained, staff was very helpful and shuttle service was great. It's a bit of a drive to the airport (20 minutes depending on traffic) but we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here a couple nights for work meetings held at the hotel. The hotel was average and the so was the food. Close to the airport and the shuttle was quick and efficient, no long waits to get picked up and or dropped back off at the airport. Staff were courteous and friendly. Rooms were a bit noisy, but I guess it is right next the airport and a fairly busy road (Dixie Road) in what looks like an truck stop / industrial warehousing area ... no place to walk outside the hotel. Just depends what you are looking for I guess. 3 stars out of 5.

We stayed for our first time Nov 19, before flight to Aruba. Parked our car for time away. Parking lot easily accessible. Hotel shuttle excellent too! Will certainly stay at Best Wester Plus again, and recommend.

We travelled with a group of 40 guests, and 20+ of us showed up together. The front desk staff did an excellent job of checking us all in quickly, and organizing the shuttle to make sure everyone got to the airport in the early AM. There was a nice big lounge area in the lobby, with refreshing cucumber water & computers for guests use. The location is okay, great value for an overnight stay before departing from YYZ. It's close enough to the airport but there isn't much within walking distance if you are hoping to go do something. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, plus a Subway, another restaurant & a pub in the same parking lot which was convenient to grab dinner.

This location is always wonderful, clean and great value. My family, friends and I always stay here prior to flight out and love the convenience of the stay, park and fly with shuttle service to and from the airport.

I stayed end of November at this best western near the toronto airport. The Hotel was well maintained, clean rooms, easy access, close to airport and comfortable beds. Many people in and out but the front desk was quick and easy to check in and out without a lot of waiting time. Easy parking and convenient to the conference center I had to go to.

This spot was not only a good price but a nice comfortable room. The dining area had a something for everyone, food was amazing and the young lady Natasha's service was second to none, friendly, knowledgeable, just made a good meal great.

BW staff is the best, great location.......Clean, comfortable and the food is great. always a pleasure , returning each week, its my home away from home .....you have all the luxuries, pool, hottub, bar/restaurant and curtious staff.... Thanks BW.

This is a fantastic hotel for an airport layover. The hotel is average but is clean and the beds are comfortable. The free wifi is appreciated. This hotel is a little farther away fro the airport than some but the shuttle runs as often as it can. Remember to call and boo your spot on the shuttle or you ay have to wait 20 for the next one. The standout feature of this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who answered all our questions with very pleasant attitudes. We would definitely stay here again and save some $.

The Best Western Plus is a good location to stay and park your car for a week. The reception staff are very friendly Their room are very clean ,bed very comfortable and lots a pillow very good night sleep . Their shuttle bus is no problem in hotel and went you call theme at the airport they are pretty fast. We will stay there again in February.

Upon arriving our first encounter was with Trish at the front desk. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. Two of the room attendants, Maxine and Yvette went above and beyond to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. We were beyond impressed with these staff members and have never encountered this type of service anywhere we've ever stayed previously. We will definitely recommend and we will be back.

I flew into Toronto Pearson on October 29th, 2018, had to wait about 35 minutes for the hotel shuttle bus to arrive. When I got onto the bus it was disgusting, the seats were dirty and I was actually afraid to sit down thinking I may catch some bug. The website states the hotel is within a couple of miles of the airport, this is not accurate it takes over 25 minutes to get from terminal 3 to the hotel. Once I arrived at the hotel I quickly discovered that the hotel is located in an industrial trucking warehouse area, yes trucks going by all night long. The next day went for breakfast, the cook didn't show up on time and had to resort to cold cereal at $13.00 which was credited back to me after lodging a complaint with the front desk. Got on the shuttle bus and the driver had foreign music blasting. I did make a formal complaint and have had no response. I can guarantee you that I will never stay there again.

The location was great. Only 15 minutes from the airport and lots of local and onsite restaurants, including a sports bar, subways. Our room was very comfortable and the staff very courteous and accommodating. We were pleased with the smoothness of the shuttle to and from the aiirport and look forward to our next stay later this month.

Booked based on price and previous comments. I found the room was good with a comfortable mattress and a special thanks as the front desk upgraded me to a suite and the price was less than the quote I received upon booking. The restaurant was ery good as I had wine an entire with a dessert with top under $40. I found the staff excellent and the shuttle to the airport was on time with a comfortable ride.

I had an unexpected extended layover in Toronto and opted to stay close to the airport until my next flight a few days later. The bed was super comfy, and the room had a fridge and microwave which are nice touches if you're staying longer than just a night. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect ways to pass some time. While the hotel is situated in an industrial park area (it is an airport hotel, after all) the hotel shuttle quickly brings you to terminal 1 at Pearson Airport where you can catch the UP Express train to downtown Toronto (only 25 minutes to get to Union Station.) Be sure to purchase the same-day return ticket at the UP Express desk right in Terminal 1 for only $12.50 total fare. I did this a couple of days, and brought treats back to the room. The on-site restaurant had enough variety to keep me happily fed, and for a quick snack, Subway Submarines is right by the front entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I was happy and well-rested for the next leg of my journey. I'll return if I ever have another Toronto layover.

We stayed here the night before our flight. The hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant. Service was excellent and the food was quite good. You book the shuttle so no worries as to whether you will get on or not. Located right at the 401 and Dixie so fairly quick ride even though not as close as others to the airport. Pick up on our return was prompt. Quick hop on the 402 for trip home. Would recommend for a stay and park package.

Drove from Michigan to Toronto and flew out the next day. We left our car at BW+ and flew to Antigua for two weeks. When we came back from vacation we spent another night at BW+. It was like coming home. clean comfortable and friendly. The hotel, the shuttle, everything went like clockwork. This is how we will start and end our vacations from now on. thank you BW+

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in many hotels throughout North America and abroad. The Best Western has earned my respect by there professional and attentive care. I will continue to make this location my "home" when I am in the Metro Toronto area. Thank you for your great care.

The lobby was was cozy comfy and well lit...Adequate couch,and desk with 2 computers with printer,water TV and fireplace for you convenience. The hotel provided gym on site, indoor swimming pool with sauna and shower. Vending and cash machine on site. They Front desk staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The room were nice and clean had 2 double beds with a mini fridge, Microwave, coffee maker, reading table, TV sofa chair with ottoman. Closet with Iron and Ironing board a small seat by the closet..The bathroom was well lit and clean with a shower and tub.. And the hotel off free Shuttle to and from the airport..I would definitely recommend

This is not your typical Best Western. No free breakfast...and the restaurant prices are insane. We were starved when we flew in .... a burger was $16! It was clean and yes wifi is free...but for $120 and the name best western, you'd expect your typical free small scale breakfast....even the coffee wasn't free once the restaurant opened at 6:30.

Very good value for money. Free parking, petrol station in the same parking spot, very close to airport and free WiFi. Large rooms with comfortable beds and provide mini fridge tv and everything you need. Great place to refresh before your flight or to recover from a long flight if you arrive late and need a place to stay. 5/5 from me. Would recommend staying here.

Very nice and helpful staff, helped when I needed assistance, rooms a bit dated but the beds are comfortable and slept well, good location if you are doing a layover or have a flight to catch, the good place for breakfast

My husband and I stayed here before our flight. The staff is super friendly, beds are comfy, and pillows are awesome. I actually left my carryon in the lobby and the hotel was kind enough to put it behind the counter and the shuttle driver took my husband back to grab it. Super awesome service.

Clean Room and Friendly Staff. Problem with Shower Drainage but am sure they took care of that by now. We couldn't avail ourselves of breakfast as we left very early in the morning for a flight. Shuttles were on time --both going and coming from the airport! Bonus!!!

We arrived to sample parking and although the area is very industrial, there's a wide variety of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very nice looking lobby and common space. Our check-in was done quickly and simply. Upon entering our room we were hit with the powerful smell of disinfectant. We made a complaint and we were able to change rooms very quickly and easily. The new room was satisfactory however, the heating/cooling unit was very loud and my 6 '6" husband could not comfortably fit in the shower. There was no functioning fan in the washroom which was surprising. The staff were exceptionally courteous.

Great value for stay and fly guests. We were only at the hotel one night, then flew out of Peasron the next day. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great. We returned one week later to find our car in perfect order. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

The best feature of the Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel is its location close to Pearson airport. Despite being close (so as to be able to see the ascending and descending aircraft ascending from the bedroom window it is not afflicted by obtrusive noise. The complimentary airport shuttle is appreciated particularly when one observes the clog that is the 401, which appears to pride itself in emulating a parking lot no matter the time of day. I realise that I am part contributor to the clog but such knowledge in no way assuages my negative views of it. The room is well-appointed featuring good storage and amenities and providing a clean and comfortable environment to afford a restful sleep. The free wifi is also appreciative. The hotel's reception staff were friendly, helpful and professional. There was a problem with our booking which was not of the hotel's making but it was effectively and satisfactorily resolved.

Not a good experience. Arrived late – there were two clerks and two groups checking in ahead of us. It seemed to be taking longer than normal. After group one checked in – clerk one disappeared – never to be seen again. Once the second group checked in, we waited to be acknowledged. Finally, I got his attention by speaking up – I said we had a reservation and gave him my name. He did all the usual check-in things but never asked if we preferred points or a welcome gift. We got our room and key. We were well unpacked when the door to the room opened and a couple stood there wondering why we were in their room. They had just checked in after us. The clerk had assigned our room to them as well. They left since we were already occupying the room. I'm sure their review of this Best Western will also be negative.On a positive note – the bed was comfortable.Breakfast in the morning – the service was extremely slow.When we returned to our room, neither key worked so we had to back down to the lobby and get our keys reprogrammed. We planned to use this Best Western twice more on our visit to Ontario, but based on this experience, we cancelled and booked elsewhere.

Conveniently located just outside Pearson airport, with shuttle bus running every 30 minutes, and with direct access to 401 freeway, going east or west, reaching out main destinations. Hotel is a bit dated, yet you can see that they strive to keep it up. Quiet location despite being aside of a traffic road. Own parking site, good for parking the rent a car spacious two king bedroom, a bit dull lighting, missing - thumb down - a desktop light. for business traveller it is a must having a desktop light. Bathroom ok, wifi ok. Breakfast and Restaurant: understaffed. One server can't reach out a population of group travelling people in the morning, mistakes and slips occur. Dinner experience troubled: ordered salmon with rice and steamed vegetables. Came salmon with fries and steamed vegetables. Restaurant almost empty, what was cook thinking about? and what about server that took my order and realised the mistake only when he got the plate at table? Management should get an immediate solution. Improve personnel count and the professionalism. Reception staff helpful, though. The "plus" award is not sticking to the name. Management should act with contingency plan at once.

I was very impressed with this hotel from the lobby to the hallways to the room. It was clean and very tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly and efficient. We had parking and airport shuttle included in our rate. Unfortunately we had to leave too early to have their breakfast.

I arrived very early in the day expecting a long wait for my room. The check in staff made a quick call to housekeeping to make sure my room was cleaned first. I was checked in by very polite, pleasant and efficient staff in about 30 minutes! The room was spotless with excellent amenities provided. The free wifi was strong (room 504) and fast. It was also quite good in the conference room we were using the next day. Although I didn't use it, the shuttle to the airport looked to be reliable and on time. Location is perfect for anyone travelling off the 401. About a quarter km on Dixie off the highway. Less than 10 km from Square One for the shoppers and it has several chain restaurants with walking or a very short drive away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well priced hotel with a central location in Toronto.

Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Check in was quick and efficient. We also used the shuttle to the AirPort which was good. A couple weeks prior I stayed at the Best Western Premier. Also next to the Airport. The Premier seems to be in a better location and have more amenities within walking distance. It was also less expensive. The Plus was good but next time visiting I'll be going back to the Premier.

We needed a hotel room close to the airport as we were leaving early the next morning. I reserved the room a few days earlier so the check in was very fast. The staff was very helpful and had the information we needed.

The hotel is very nice and I received an upgraded room through Best Western Rewards program (excellent suite). This is the first BW hotel where there is no free breakfast (in fact this is the first hotel out of approx. 100 this year where there is no free breakfast.) only a pay to eat restaurant; top price and average quality.

I loved the hotel, location, staff (could be a little friendlier) , and the food was good, but the jacuzzi spa suite was amazing! It was a reunion with my wife and we are Diamond select members. We loved the fact that the room has its own spa! Hope we can have this room when we stay here next time!

Food was great, too bad you can smell the chlorine from the pool. Staff are very courteous and we will be back. We had a great dinner, but the cheesecake was to die for. Chunks of cheese cake and carrot cake assembled into one. Magnifico

Clean, updated rooms. Great price. Close enough to the airport and great shuttle service. Free parking during our vacation was a plus. This is our go-to hotel when we have an early flight out of Pearson. Always reliable.

In a nutshell, staff at the desk and in the restaurant were great, but our room had many items that were in disrepair. Also, our room was not cleaned to my satisfaction. I am not fussy, but empty dirty cups were left, shampoo was not replenished, dirty hand towel was left, and dirty towels were taken, but not replaced. Not our best stay.

Long wait for shuttle bus from the airport then 2 came at once, apparently for 2 different Best Western locations. I wasn't positive which one to board but luckily picked the right one. Check in and check out staff were very welcoming and friendly. Free temporary parking while I checked out and picked up the rest of my family. Sizable room with all amenities. Quiet and clean. Remember Dixie Road for the Shuttle

The hotel is very clean and the service there is what they can do easily they won't go above and beyond. We asked for early check in (only 1 hour) as we had an infant needs to be breastfed , but no way we had to wait whole hour to get the room

This is an airport hotel and does offer a shuttle service to Pearson. However, it is not in really close proximity to the airport hotels along Dixon Road. This one is, instead, on Dixie Road. We arrived late in the evening, too late for the shuttle, so it cost a $35 cab ride to get there. The hotel itself is fine. We were upgraded to an executive suite with separate king bedroom which was a great start to our vacation. The room was comfortable and clean, with decent amenities. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive.

We chose this hotel as it had a Park Sleep and Fly option and we were flying to Europe and didn't want the hassle of parking the car at the airport. The hotel is in a very congested area - lots of traffic and not conducive to walking anywhere. There is a Subway very close (across the parking lot). The hotel has a restaurant with a limited menu and the food was average. There is also a bar. The rooms were fine and clean and quiet. The shuttle was great....you just tell the desk clerk what time you need a shuttle and they will set it up for you. We got to the airport in under 10 minutes.

This is my first trip advisor review, but travellers beware of this hotel. Although the rooms are stylish and clean in this hotel (worthy of 1 star only), NOTHING WORKS!! We are diamond members, so stay in BW Plus all over the US and Canada, and this hotel was absolutely horrendous. The air conditioner was noisy and didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush, the coffee maker kept shutting off half-way through brewing, there was no bathmat in the tub which made it very slippery when showering. Additionally, there was no compliemtary breakfast like every other BW Plus, the TV didn't even have NBC or ABC on it, and the hotel was so far away from the airport that the shuttle only came every 40 minutes!! For $10 more, we stayed our second night at the Doubletree Hilton, which is gorgeous, clean, with shuttles every 20 minutes and EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM WORKS. The front desk people at this BW were so rude, they wouldn't answer the phone (3 tries of 15 rings or more to get them to answer), and they handed my husband a plunger to fix the toilet himself instead of sending maintenance!!! I likely won't stay at any more BW Plus in the near future, although we have stayed in 4 different BW over the past two months alone.

Very firm pillow, mattress ok. Room was clean and ok. Small old-fashioned bathroom and old air conditioning system. It's a mid-range hotel but you can find better hotel price for same amenities in this area.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Shuttle was very handy to and from the airport. The service desk staff and housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean if a bit outdated. We enjoyed the hottub and pool and free parking as well when we rented a car.

We stayed just the one night as a stopover from Pearson airport. We were lucky to just catch the shuttle as we got out of the airport. Check in was easy and we booked an early shuttle for return to the airport next morning. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable and was reasonably quiet. We slept OK and the shuttle was on time in the morning. Breakfast was not included.

We asked for a quiet room, and were delighted to actually get one. We didn't hear the planes, though the airport is right there. We didn't hear the traffic, despite it being near a busy road. We barely heard anyone in the hallway. It was blissful. The beds were extremely comfy and I liked the towels. Overall the room and the hotel itself were neat and clean. It turns out that breakfast had a nominal fee attached, so we decided to eat elsewhere, but otherwise it was a great experience. We'll stay here again.

We needed a hotel where we could leave our vehicle for five days. And we needed to stay the night before leaving Toronto. Very pleased with the hotel, the convenient shuttle. Good restaurants close to the hotel as well. Needed help with directions on our return and the desk staff were very hlepful - printed maps etc. Very pleased with this hotel and plan to stay here again.

We do not usually leave negative reviews but this was a very frustrating experience. We stayed at the Best Western Plus before our honeymoon. We experienced very rude staff while checking in, equally rude staff later when we booked the shuttle and then again when we called to be picked up from the airport after 20 hours of travel. The shuttle left before the scheduled time, we waited more than 40 minutes for the next shuttle and watched as every other hotel shuttle came and went two or three times. We finally got a cab after waiting nearly an hour. We had a wonderful trip, this was the one sour note, bookending our vacation.

This was our second visit. We returned due to the convenience of their park and fly packages and reliable shuttle service. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The lobby has lots of seating so you can relax while you wait for your scheduled shuttle to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very quiet so we did not have any troubles sleeping. The pool area was clean and they have fresh towels there for guests to use. Checking in and out was very quick and easy too. We will return to this location again when flying out of Pearson airport.

Everything was great except for the shuttle service. Despite having a reserved space for an early morning departure, the shuttle was grossly overbooked. People who did not have a reservation were on the bus. Ultimately the driver got us there, but the fact we had to stand while travelling on the busy 401 is not only dangerous but probably illegal.
