"Hotel is good. breakfast is monotonous . if you staying for more than 1 day"
My company gave me 15 days accommodation in this hotel. Goods: 1.Bus stops are near. 2.Hotel room were clean and staff is very helping. 3.internet service is good they also provide a option to print documents for free in business area. cons : 1. Breakfast is very monotonous 2. No near by grocery shopping.
"Don't book if travelling to the airport"
I booked this hotel as it was advertised to have access to free airport shuttle; however, upon arrival I was informed there is no shuttle available. This was highly disappointing as an “airport hotel”
"Terrible front desk/ Terrible manager service"
We booked our room based on the photos on the best Western website. When we arrived ,we checked in only to see that this wasn't the room we booked online. We tried to relay this information to the front desk person who looked like she didn't care. She said she would call her manager to see if the room could be changed? The manager on the phone, told her no and that we would have to pay for the increase if we wanted the room. Even though we showed the photos on the Best website. They made no attempt to resolve our issue, so we just left and decided to just move on. I'm really surprised that a manager or front desk person would be so lax to customer concerns. That was my first and last stay there.
"Bad experienced, and they have overcharged me."
When I checked in the hotel, the rooms were not ready and I wanted to go for the swimming pool and the swimming pool was under construction that did not update it anywhere so the reason I booked this so all I wanted to use the swimming pool and then after a couple of days of checking out, I found out they have overcharge me
"Disgusting - Avoid at all costs"
Disgusting hotel, avoid at all costs. We found blood stains on the bed sheets, yep, real blood stains. Reported to hotel staff and they simply did not care. They allow smoking inside the building, stinking out the corridors. This was reported to reception and again, they did not care and did nothing. The breakfast is terrible. We ended up driving down the road to get breakfast it was so bad.

"Don't waste your time"
Filthy room, terrible food, staff miserable. Hair and dirt on floors and in shower, dishwasher full of dishes, pool gross, food was awe full. Don't waste your time with this place. Go somewhere that knows how to clean a room and heat food to a proper temperature!
"Best Long Term Stay in Town"
Great place and great people I've enjoyed Best Western Says for years now but this is my first more than a month stay. It was great. Everthing I need in one space. I can cook my own supper, enjoy and free breakfast and enjoy a conversation with a stranger.
"On a scale 1 to 10, I'd give it 4. "
We got to our room and there was music playing. Nobody was in the room but it was really scary. We got another room, which was nice and clean. Breakfast was really awful. They use powdered eggs, burgers were tasteless, it was just disappointing. Guests pay a lot of money for their stay, the least the staff could do is provide a decent "real" breakfast.
"Nice staff with acceptable services"
The staff was so nice, and the room has good amenities but the breakfast had limited items and the swimming pool is small with non-functioning washroom. Onsite laundry was good. The location is near the bus stations.
"The smell of the furniture will make you want to throw up"
The whole room reeked of body odour. It's not noticeable at first, but when you sit or lay down, you're overcome with the stench of BO. It was on the couch, beds, and linens. We asked for a different room but said they were completely booked. Either way I don't think it would have helped because when they did offer and changed all the linens and wipe the couch, it didn't help. My family felt sick our entire stay. Cancelled the rest of our stay and found a different hotel thankfully. Apart from that, the floors weren't cleaned. We found broken fingernails on the carpet. Dishwasher was completely full from the last visitors. They were also repaving their entire parking lot which was a hassle, especially with 2 seniors. Which manager thought it was a good idea to do the entire lot instead of sections? We had to park, unload and load our luggage at the property next door. The only good part of the trip was the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately the smell was overwhelmingly bad. We couldn't get out soon enough. Book elsewhere. The rooms in this hotel are disgusting.
"family dew"
great place to stay close to everything you need salt water pool was a nice treat staff was very accommodating lots of free parking restaurant next to the hotel has great food. watch for construction on the street
"A fine hotel... just get breakfast at Tim Hortons"
Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are clean and well kept. Located close to major highways without it being overly loud. Access to a lot of food options and more. Truly the ONLY gripe I could make here is the paltry breakfast. 3 pans of never-changing options (powered scrambled eggs, mealy sausage, and beans (?!)), some pre-wrapped bagels, yogurt, cereal. It's all very "one literal step above some nutragrain bars and coffee".
"Excellent stay"
We stayed here for a quick stop after returning from the States. Courteous and efficient staff. Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. We got up late so unfortunately missed breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
"Not clean"
In general, not a bad hotel. It has been recently renovated, the rooms are pretty and well equipped. However, the main problem we experienced at this hotel is that the rooms are not clean. There were crumbs on the counter, hairs in the bathroom, and dust all over the place. When we arrived, I found that the alarm was set on the clock radio. As I didn't know which button to use to deactivate it, I took the radio in my hands. At that moment I thought the radio was fixed on the bedside table because I couldn't lift it. Suddenly, it took off and I then noticed that it was indeed stuck on the table but not on purpose but rather because liquid (possibly a soft drink) must have been spilled on the table. The person who cleaned the room probably never lifted the clock radio to wash underneath. Other details: We had reserved for 6 but only had 3 towels in the room when we arrived at no sheet for the sofa bed (It is a room with 2 beds + a sofa bed). Housekeeping was only done once in a week because the other days they went by before 9am and we weren't ready to leave. When they passed, they only emptied the garbage and changed the towels (and obviously only 3 towels). Good side: There is a laundromat in this hotel so for long family stays it's really useful. There is no ice machine on the floors but the larger rooms have an ice machine in the freezer. Lunch is included and correct (similar to other hotels offering free lunches) but the choice is limited.

"Pleasantly Surprised"
After booking our room, I read the reviews. I was very concerned after reading all the very bad reviews. However, our room was very big, nicely decorated and clean. There was an odour, as mentioned in prior reviews. I've smelled this same odour in other motels recently and believe it is disinfectant due to covid. The staff were fairly friendly and helpful. There is a language barrier with some staff, but they still tried to be accommodating. The only issue was the internet didn't always work well. Breakfast was typical of motels.
"Great, Spacious Rooms"
Very nice room. Definitely worth the cost. Good breakfast too. The pool was small but nice. Although, it was a bit too cold. Unfortunately, the staff closed the pool early one night. It is supposed to be open until 10 PM. The staff were very courteous, professional, and respectful, but they seem understaffed.
"Very dirty room"
When we arrived I saw a lot of long hairs on the bathroom´s floor. It was late at night and when I was preparing to sleep, a lot of hairs also on the sheets: long, short, curly, black, blond, all the types. I asked for new sheets with the staff and when the staff gave me new ones, it came with more hair!!! I coudnt believe! The staff was nice, but they couldnt do anything... apparently the hotel has a serious problem with cleaning. The hotel had a weird smell, but inside the room, not too much. The room service were terrible too, they only clean if you ask for it, so they wont clean the bathroom if you dont ask. They didnt take the trash away... you need to ask for this obvious thing. The ammenities of the little kitchen was grimy, and inside the drawers was dirty. The breakfast is horrible. Everything missing and the staff dont appear to replace anything. I travel a lot... I think I have never been in a hotel so dirty...

"The Hotel rooms are really nice"
I read the reviews on the hotel and was spectral about staying here because some of them were pretty bad. I however took a chance and I can say I it exceeded my expectations 10 fold. The rooms are spacious, modern and very nice. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The guest check in clerk Johnny was very polite and made sure we were satisfied. His customer service was excellent. We even stayed and extra night because we like it so much. I would defiantly stay here again.
"Family trip"
The journey at the hotel was excellent. The service was amazing. The hotel was located not far to our activities. The staff manager always want to know how they can make our stay more comfortable every day.
"HORRIBLE STAY"
I travel for business all the time and have never stayed at a Best Western. This was a family trip so I tried this hotel but this place fell below my expectations. One poor front desk person after 3 pm is what you get. The common areas were dirty and the pool was also dirty.
"Needs a good cleaning"
This hotel is really nice and new however it needs a very good deep cleaning they don't clean your rooms daily either. The front desk lady is confused; the hotel just needs a good deep cleaning. The guests washrooms on the main floor are dirty and disgusting they don't service your room daily
"Disapointment"
Disapointment from start to end wrong room asigned, missing remote , only took dirty towels out when cleaning room with no garbage changes or new towels left, had to clean up mess that was left from other guests at computer station, and to top it off daughter nearly cut foot on glass that was left in public bathroom as there was glass everywhere and cleaning staff had just been in (not seeming to care). Will never stay here again
"Exceeded expectations"
Based on the reviews read on google.. I wasn't really expecting too much from here, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff were friendly (contrary to most google reviews). Room could have been cleaner but was decent. Loved the layout - rooms are self contained (with pots, plates, cutlery, fridge, two-face stove, and dishwasher… ). There's a “living room” and the bedroom has doors that close separating it from the living room and kitchen. Breakfast could be better but decent! Overall good place to stay if you're in the area!
"Functional and clean"
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, Wifi is good and breakfast is decent quality. Work area in the room is fully functional with an ergonomic chair. The kitchen is stocked for 2 persons.
"HORRIBLE"
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It was the night before my wedding and I booked 5 rooms for the bridal party and parents. Insisted on charging all 5 rooms seperately with a separate 250$ deposit PER room which would have flagged my credit card and locked it. I had to ask friends and families to borrow their cards. General manager of the hotel was called mutliple times and was of 0 help. The rooms were not cleaned properly. There was one room with a USED DIAPER behind the couch when we moved it to find something. They were an added unnecessary stress to my wedding day. I also had to message all of the people to ensure that the deposits were refunded. I would NEVER stay here or recommend to stay here to anyone.

"Worst Western is not worth it"
Save your money, and go somewhere where they know how to provide customer service. They changed our accommodations on us day of, and moved us from one large suite, to two smaller suites, but did not accommodate me by keeping my older children in a room side by side, while I was with my younger children. The night staff was extremely rude. The quality of breakfast was very poor, and the cream and milk they set out for coffee was not kept on ice. Overall, not impressed.

"Do not come here with your family"
Denied access to our fully paid room because I did not have my RBC credit card on me to put the $250 security deposit on. 4 children waited for over an hour to sort it out and the management was completely inflexible. Finally gave up and spend money again on a different hotel. Don't let your family experience this.

Dear JenniferIJ316WS, Thanks for staying with us. We are sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced. The credit card policy is a mandatory and unfortunately our staff needs to follow the policy that is set by the management. Thanks.
"Great Clean facility! Customer Service is lacking"
The facility and the rooms are very clean. However, the staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed with their role, were very argumentative, and even told me to go to another hotel if I did not like their policy. I stayed because I did not have a choice to go to another hotel. I stayed because the facility is clean.
"Beautiful hotel"
Our stay was exceptional. The staff were so friendly, and helpful, I would come back for this wonderful service alone. The room was big and bright and clean. We stayed for 3 nights and will definitely return.
"Big rooms, big beds, small price"
Excellent staff. Location best if you have a car, but fine from/to YYZ or into Toronto. Under renovation set back by Covid, but nice rooms, big beds, great kitchen, very competitive price. Recommended fir business, overnight, longer once renovations are complete.
"Very poor experience"
To say this was a poor experience may still be generous. Upon arrival and trying to check-in, I felt like I might as well just worked the computer myself and it would have been easier. It would have been like going to a coffee shop and the staff member did not know how to make coffee. I was only person there and it still took 15-20 minutes to check-in and get a room. I was even asked if I was assigned a room when I booked my reservation...ummm, that's what check-in is for. This was an IHG points stay, yet he preauthorized my card for potential incidentals AND the room charge. He had no idea, and in the morning they slid a receipt under my door showing the room charge going onto my credit card. He also did not know how to make room keys, so he had to take me to my room and let me in with a master key, and then bring me up a room key later. What a disaster, like dealing with someone who had NEVER worked in a hotel, and rarely stayed at one. Once in the room, it was as expected - except for the stained bed sheets! In the morning I discussed the issues with the front desk. They told me that the charge to my credit card would not go through. There was no offer of any sort of compensation for the hassles of the stay, from the ridiculously long check-in, to bedsheet stains, to the credit card mess up, etc.
"Comfortable stay"
Room was neat and clean. Not a luxurious experience, but it was apt as an accomodation option. The Gym and Laundry services in house was very convenient. The place is a bit secluded, not walking distance to many Restaurants or shopping areas, but close to square one if you have your own transport or take the bus
"stayed for the entire week LOVED it"
we stayed here for a week on vacation .. we called it home and it was so very comfy we had a suite 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and living room style... they have clean rooms service was excellent when we needed anything the staff took care of us. you can do your own laundry in the laundry room for free 24/7 A C was a welcomed touch the room was nice and sunny and they even have dark curtains if you wanted to sleep in.... and breakfast that was include was super we never left hungry and the waffle maker is an added bonus... fruit eggs toast cereal bagles bacon sausage coffee milk pop juice my family of 4 want to thank staybridge it was our first time there and we plan on going back again. the location for our stay was good to as we did things in Toronto as well as Mississauga and Niagara falls.
"Save your money!"
I have written about my stay on as many platforms as possible because this place is not worth the money. I'm only able to speak about my personal experiences but upon check out the person ahead of me complained their room smelled of cigarette smoke. The desk clerk tried to blame them! The poor lady. My stay was horrible, I was met with access issues because I travel with a service dog. The hotel was not knowledgeable, I had to get the desk clerk to call the manager to ensure I wasn't charged the pet fee for my task trained service animal. Save your money
