Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel & Suites

Place nice and clean. Breakfast great. Only fault, we asked 3 times for extra towel and never received. A/C works great, not too noisy. Bed was comfortable but pillows a little “lumpy). Close to a great restaurant, El Floridito Seafood Restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was fine. The gentleman was not overly friendly, but got the job done. Big, clean rooms. Could use some touch ups around the building and room. Breakfast was chaotic, and cold. Great coffee maker, though. Fine for a quick stay. It was very clean!

Skip this hotel. We are Platinum BW customers on a long road trip. Room not ready upon arrival. No perks offered to Platinum customers as per BW marketing BS. We are world travelers BTW. Breakfast consisted of omelets harder than the tires on my car. Internet is highly variable or non-existent. If you are a former exec like myself and flying into Miami Exec airport, avoid this airport. Getting on the internet or conducting business via hotel internet is not reliable. Yoou woud have better luck with internet on a cruise ship in the middle of the Atlantic. God forbid you are just a normal traveler and encountering this Best Western. The first floor bar with appetizers is unattended by staff leaving folks sitting there with nothing. Front desk staff more interested in talking amongst themselves vs communicating with customers. Where is the management. If you are flying in via the Exec Airport avoid this as a base of operations. Room, food, bar, internet all at Motel 6 level, maybe.

This place was a real let down, chosen mostly for its convenient location to where we needed to be. On the pluses, the queen beds were comfortable, decent pillows. The room was spacious, easy to place our things and luggage. It's a quiet area, because the Tamiami Executive airport isn't busy or seeing large jet traffic. On the minuses, the AC unit was annoyingly loud, made banging noises like it was about to break down. If we set it on low fan, it would barely turn on, but on high, the loud noises made it tough to sleep. The room safe was broken, wouldn't lock. The lights on each side of the bathroom mirror were dim. one of them was nearly burnt out. There were only 2 bath size towels, so if we took more than one shower in a day, they weren't yet very dry. The worst part of the bathroom was the shower control. It was extremely hot on every position, and only lukewarm at the very last portion, where only a trickle of water came out. People stay in a hotel expecting a reasonable degree of comfort and convenience, this room lacked both. The TV remote was a simplified, limited features clunker that didn't control the set well. I had to go to the front desk and borrow the remote that actually goes with the TV set. The problems we saw were are easily fixable, but ignored by a combination of unconcerned staff who won't report them and/or a manager who won't bother to deal with it. We were very busy and couldn't wait around for it to be solved. There's no way I'd ever stay here again!

This hotel is really nice. Quiet area (especially nice in Miami), seemed very safe, friendly staff check in, nice lobby, nice breakfast. Rooms were clean and well appointed. As a Best Western Diamond Rewards member, this hotel gets a solid A.

Stayed at the facility as we were traveling to both the south entrance of the Everglades, as well as the east entrance at Shark Valley. Parking was free and it was a fairly easy area to navigate. Not much around in the way of restaurants or things to do. About a half hour to 40 minutes to each of the entrances from this location. Breakfast was included each morning and was adequate. We did not find the staff to be overly friendly or helpful. The room was clean, and a good size. Linens appeared to need to be replaced as they had pilling on the sheets. Odd shower set up that promotes water on the floor of the bathroom. Despite being near a small airport, the room was quiet and dark and promoted good sleep.

The hotel was super clean and in a nice area. Rooms were a little on the older side but kept real clean with everything working. Breakfast was good and hot while the fruit was fresh. The people in the cafeteria were real nice and helpful. My one problem was their internet. It was almost non-existent. It was about the speed of an old dialup system using a 14.4k modem. I was not able to stream anything from Netflix, Prime, Hulu nor Apple.

The service was really good and I had a pleasant stay overall. Yareni helped me out a lot and she was so kind! This place exceeded my expectations for a Best Western. The room was clean and a fair price for the Miami area. Taking off one star for couch stains, pumps for shampoo and body wash not working in the shower, slight rug odor and crowded breakfast (I went during the holidays though)

Very clean, safe and organized hotel. The stuff extremely helpful. Breakfast has many choices, plenty of free parking. I will come back next time to this establishment. Highly recommend to anyone even for business or with family.

The HVAC unit did not go into heat mode. Maintenance was only on duty 9-5. Our 1st night we froze and noone offered us a space heater or anything. The next day after a second call--Maintenance came up and the issue was unresolved. They made two attempts to switch rooms. Room 210 had black mold at the lower left corner of the HVAC unit--that's a NO!!!. The next room the HVAC unit was no working at all. We were stick in room 215 since the front desk said there were no available rooms. We continued to see check-ins but no help for us. We suffered through the three days. Day number two at 8:26 we were awakened by a loud noise. It was house keeping attempting to enter the room. Two minutes later--a second attempt. We answered the door and a lady/house keeping stated that the front desk told her we checked out. That was not the case. The front desk called right after the major morning interruption to see if we were in the room. They said they thought we were in room 410. On our last and final day--check was at noon but our key was already disabled first thing in the morning. We were unable to enter and exit without one of us staying in the room. We were made to feel unwelcomed and just needed to shower, pack, get dressed and exit the hotel. Yes-this has damaged our entire thought process about BW and its chain especially since they were quick to tell us that this is NOT a corporate hotel but a franchise! We will not need to stay at a BW again! We did not participate in breakfast due to our initial experience--we didn't use any of the amenities either. Also--there seemed to be an elevator issue. A sign was posted that the right elevator was broken, but everytime we pushed the button--we couldn't get the left to come or open and right in front of our eyes--people hopped on and the front desk assistant kept saying--dont use this elevator. There was a sign posted on the 2nd floor on the left elevator stating--not more than five people at a time. Wow!!! This was unforgettable hotel stay to say the least. It has definitely damaged your reputation.

I had to be changed to 3 different rooms during my initial check-in due to severe lack of cleanliness. The toilets were disgusting with hair and when the toilet seat was wiped - there was black dirt that came off of it, there was food and crumps on the floor, the fridge was dirty and had crumbs all in it and the bed sheets did not appear to be changed as there was hair all of of the bed when pulling back the comforter

The only plus to this place is the location. The customer service was dispicable. Maintenance sucked. The room was musty and the laundry rooms were all out of service. The gym was dirty and no towels available. The pool was dirty and garbage cans throughout the hotel were always full of trash. While maintenance slept in the front lobby.

Great hotel for a Miami visit. Great location, walk to restaurants, shops and movies. Hotel is super clean, very quiet. Nice pool. Free parking. Did not have the breakfast but it looked good. Will definitely be back!

Thank you to all the amazing staff members. This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in Miami. The bar is nice to relax at for a relaxing drink. The staff are very helpful even when I lost my room key twice. No complaints and I'm already booking my next stay there

Rooms are spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers a free hot breakfast with different options. Has a bar and dinning room with food option and happy hour.

The location is great and the hotel is clean. The people are friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again. I wish the showers had shower doors. It gets a little chilly especially since our water was not coming out hot. Maybe it was an off weekend.

I'm staying at the hotel and at midnight a guest arrives at the room and then the receptionist and says that my room appears vacan, when I did my check-in early,what a bad organization, make sure yours reservations

We stayed here for a few days prior to a cruise. The large room was very dark and the furniture was showing signs of wear and tear. They didn't clean every day which didn't bother us but you could ask for your waste bin to be emptied and get clean towels from reception when you wanted. The room had a fridge and a safe. The bed was comfortable. If you went down to breakfast early you got a much better choice of food. It was okay for this type of hotel. Parking was fine. The roads surrounding the area do get very busy on weekdays so allow plenty of time if you are visiting different parts of Miami. For the money we paid it was fine but don't expect luxury.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. It was excellent the breakfast was good,the pool is clean,the gym is nice and the rooms are very well maintained and clean. They also have a laundry room which we appreciate alot since we were in vacation for 2 weeeks. They also had a bar service in the afternoon,very good. There was enough parking never struggled with parking.

I enjoyed my day here at the Best Western Plus Miami. This is a clean hotel and the staff is especially nice. The warm cookies baked in the evening is the best. Aixa is very professional and so so nice. If you need anything look for her name tag. Merry Christmas.

Everyone (staff), was genuinely friendly and polite. The complimentary breakfast was different everyday and had plenty of options. When I'm in Miami, this is where I can be found. If a hotel gym is important to you, the one at this location is basic.

Nicole is always willing to go above and beyond to help me with my stay . Linnette always smiles and makes sure to put a smile on guest face by making sure I have a comfortable stay . Geo is friendly and helpful also . These three employees need to be recognized for their excellent customer guest services .

Buyer beware: No room cleaning for 3 days. This is not revealed to you while making the booking. Notified only at check in that there will be extra $20 charge for room cleaning! Other facilities including breakfast were decent. Had a shower problem which was fixed a day later.

I've been staying in this hotel since 2016 on a fairly regular basis. My last visit before this one was in May 2022. I noticed things were starting to go down hill then, but it has gotten much worse. They rope off the breakfast area so that the homeless don't walk in and get the free breakfast. I didn't feel comfortable eating there, so I ate breakfast elsewhere. The bathroom floor in my room had spots, stains, and a large blop of something sticky - clearly hadn't been mopped for a while. The entry way floor to my room needed sweeping. The room needed vacuuming. The bar was closed due to a "system error". They only clean rooms once every 3 days. They only leave 1 washcloth, 1 face towel, and one bath towel. I have always felt the bathroom lighting was insufficient and the shower configuration is stylish, but not functional. I don't plan to stay here in the future.

I was very impressed by the excellent customer service that I received while staying at this hotel. Linette A. (desk clerk) allowed me to check in early, I was very happy because I explained to her that my brother enjoys doing a staycation and he has autism, and it is a little hard at times to take him to new surroundings. Her professionalism and true kindness are greatly appreciated. She needs to be recognized for her time and effort and patience in dealing with adults with special needs, and with any hotel guest. I also want Nicolle who is the (Assistant Manager) to be recognized, for her effort, in contacting me in a timely matter, for getting an amount of credit returned, since the pool was closed due to maintenance issues, which my brother wanted to swim there. Nicole and Linette went Above and Beyond with their customer service skills to make our stay comfortable. I want to Thank these ladies they were very hospitable. I will return to this location, in a few months. I do appreciate our wonderful experience. The breakfast is well worth the stay, and the cleaning staff were delightful, and the kitchen staff also. Everything was very clean, the beds were huge and very spacious as well as the room. Lots of room to move around and not feel cluttered. The pillows and linens were very fresh and soft . Breakfast was great as well. Will definitely be back on business !

Nice place and not too bad of a stay at the beginning. Most of the staff is rude and not helpful. The hotel is in a very quiet area. There are stores and things lose by. But due to everything that transpired I will never stay again.

Great place to stay on a quite and secure zone specially. The breakfast options are great but they do run fast so make sure you wake up early. The rooms are clean and super quite. The hotel is perfect to visit Miami with family, the Miami Zoo is close by, as well as restaurants and places to shop.

It is about 20 minutes from Miami Airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Outside of the 1/2 glass shower which results in a wet floor I had no complaints about the room. The bath has complimentary lotions, shower cap, soap, shampoo etc. The bottles say they are vegan and cruelty free. There is a bar but I didn't try the food there. There was a buffet breakfast which included waffles, eggs, coffee, tea and bacon. There is no airport shuffle but the staff can assist with arranging same.

I recommend, excellent cost benefit. Clean, good for shopping around. Parking free and good. Neighborhood quiet. About 28 minutes from Miami international airport, if heavy traffic for the time consider 45 minutes.

Reception and bar staff were lovely however: 1) Nobody cleaned our rooms and when we asked for new towels they didn't take the old ones away 2) Wi-Fi is terrible, could not use basic apps 3) Breakfast was very basic 4) Rooms are quite old fashioned A positive was the washing machine and dryer on site and parking was good

We stayed here for what we thought was ease of access to the Everglades visitor's centers. Not really all that accessible to the major highways but that is our fault not the hotels. The hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained. We arrived late, 11:00 pm, and were met with a sign reading, "Back in 5 minutes." We waited for 15 to find the front desk person was there the entire time and looked like he had just woken up. The breakfast was very good and the guy who serves you is a gem. You must go and see him at breakfast. The rooms are big and clean and I would stay again.

Traveling back from my country so we stayed in Miami for one night to take our kids to the beach . I was really tired that night and the receptionist was very kind she helped in everything I needed for that night .

Location was convenient for passing through area. Newer decor. Pleasant. Our check in was a breeze by a very efficient lady. But the bathroom was a disappointment. The shower was only a half glass affair(no door- just open) so it was cold. But the aggravating part was the shower head. It was in the ceiling and had NO pressure. Just a light, light rain. You could barely get wet and could not wash any soap out of your hair. And I was cold! If you didn't want to get your hair wet you had to be very careful. We were on the 5th floor in a 2 queen room. Beds were on the firmer side. Not soft at all. Breakfast was served to you so there could be some lines and backup. Just not a comfortable stay for us.

The room we got was a wheelchair access room for my 80 yr old mother and the bed was full of bed bugs crawling accross the bed at night. we took pictures and videos of the nasty crawlies and bite marks on our body. t The front dek when contacted at night had nothing to say and were rather nonchalant as if it was normal . All they said was we dont have room and you can contact the manager tomorrow morning for a change, We had to spend a sleepless night after a long drive sitting on the chairs in the room. I have never ever seen this nasty insects in a hotel room. i am disgusted and more upset with the unapologetic reaction of the hotel / front desk/ manager.

Beautiful hotel. I stayed here for 2 days because I needed a place to study and take an exam and my place was too crowded lol. It was perfect and quiet, and all the amenities were great. Everyone was very nice, yet when I checked out the person at the front desk that day didn't even look at me in the eye so I thought that was weird and kind of rude, but everyone else was really great, and provided me with basic toiletries that I had forgotten to bring as well as some sticky notes and tape that I desperately needed for my studies. The hotel is also beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend.

I primarily chose this hotel for its competitive value, cleanliness, and safe feeling location. The distance to everything we've done were in downtown Miami and Miami Beach which was about 30 minutes or more. If you don't mind the drive, then this is a great spot. We didn't do anything else at the hotel. We just needed a place to sleep. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it checked everything we need for a two night stay. The value, breakfast, quietness, cleanliness, and ample amount of parking. My only recommendation is add a few more EV charging/making it free.

Nice hotel clean and comfortable. Easy access to the Everglades airboat tours didn't hear the airplanes next door at all. The area had everything we needed We didn't use the bar but it looked nice and had daily specials they also had a small appetizer menu

The saying you get what you pay for is true honestly the hotel was amazing clean and everyone here is friendly and will go out there way to make sure your accommodated and safe the pool area is clean and they have a shower out there it's quiet here

The service for this hotel could have been better. First of all before we stayed, I had to call 3 different days to find out if they offered a discount for the zoo as they were listed as a partner hotel. When we arrived there were no clean towels or rags available so my family of 4 had to share. They didn't have them ready until mid day the next day. Also, after arriving back at the hotel late night our keys had been deactivated. No apologies given just oh I'll reactivate them. Front desk staff need better customer service training.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to Southwest Miami/Homestead. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the a/c worked well! The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The breakfast was the normal free breakfast you'd receive at most hotels, with many choices I did not eat the same thing in the 3 days I was there. I recommend this hotel and it's my choice every time I am visiting that area. Oh, and coffee is hot and available 24 hours!

I booked this room for a conference stay, as it was the best price, value, and location to my destiny at King Jesus ministries. Delighted to learn upon check-in that breakfast was included. Disappointed that the hotel was sold out so that friends could not reserve rooms - so don't delay, book early!

Duty, insects everywhere in the room, expensive for what you pay and the service very poor. The lack of maintenance at the hotel is incredibly noticeable. And the preparation of their staffing is incredible

Just wanted to shout out a few things that are perfect about this hotel. The hotel location is good and it is fairly new. I love the rooms with the jetted tubs on the sixthe floor. They also are quiet featuring soundproffing. The best thin about the hotel is a member of the front desk team named Eric. He is alwaye ready to help and cares about his Guest. I truly believe he will shine in anything he undertakes, he is a true hospitality expert.

the hotel is clean and well kept. staff were nice and friendly. breakfast is delicious. love the all day free coffee/tea. the only thing that we can say that we like the least is the slow internet access.

This place was located by tons of local places to eat. The staff were super nice and friendly. We needed extra towels and sheets for the sofa bed. The gentleman delivered them promptly. The check-in and check-out process was super smooth. The only con would be that the pool and pool area is small. Being right by the beach negates that con though.

Don't be fooled by the glamor shot photos used in their marketing. The property is older than it appears, it's so unclean that it's hard to see out of the room windows. The elevator floor was sticky throughout our 4 night stay. Lobby and dining areas desperately need cleaning, not just sweeping. The breakfast is horrible, compared to the average best western. We realize the pandemic changed things, but food quality hasn't. Half of the amenities that should be available to paying guests are actually hidden away, and if we hadn't seen a ton of food behind a door that a staffing member went through, we wouldn't have even known about it. We asked, and were then begrudgingly given bagels and muffins. The coffee was like sludge, and we wondered when the pots were last cleaned. The AC units in rooms are shockingly loud. The commercial zone that the hotel is in has trucks backing up at all hours, so the beeping goes on 24-7. The sheets and towels are all in need of replacing. These are only a few issues. Believe me, better hotels are available.

We needed a night between flights and didn't have time to visit Miami. I thought this hotel was near the international airport but I was mistaken. After a $60 taxi we arrived here, right next to the executive airport! In hindsight I see it now. Luckily our lift ride back was only $35. Our hotel room was spacious and clean and we found plenty of options at breakfast. It was nice that breakfast began at 6:00 (during the week) as we had to depart so early. I hope this review was helpful.

Hi I stayed there on Thursday December the 9th, in room 210, unfortunately I left a grey jacket on the closet and have been calling trying to recover it without success, could you please help me? On the other side the hotel was clean and confortable, nicely decorated rooms.

Oh man, where to start…. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was horrible. My shoes stuck to all the tile floors. There were marks all over the elevators exposing that they were never cleaned, there was a clump of pubic hair in my shower upon check in as well as tons of hair all over the floor in my room. I really doubt any thorough cleaning ever occurs here. The walls are extremely thin and I could hear anything and everything that my neighbors were doing. The pillows have no substance to them and basically became mush under my head and provided zero support. The last day/night of my stay there was a horrid, putrid smell in the room. It smelled like an animal had died. I could never attribute to where the smell was coming from but the next morning they kicked on the air and it smelled like they had put a deodorizer or something in the vents and it was much more tolerable. The smell had been so horrible though, than I felt ill and could hardly sleep. The staff is very apathetic. I only complained once about the noise of the neighbors because I very quickly realized that any complaints would go no where due to the fact that the front desk girl was checking her Instagram when I was talking to her. I will have to come back to the area for work and refuse to come anywhere near this place again. The only redeeming factor of the place was the size of the room and the fridge and microwave.

Everything seemed nice at first, but it all fell apart quickly. Our room was good enough, except for a dirty fitted sheet on the bed. It was probably just stained, and had been washed, but it was pretty bad. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean, though it needed some work. I decided that I would just go ask for a new sheet, and went downstairs to do so. I hate inconveniencing employees anywhere unless they've gone out of their way to be awful to me. I just went down there, and asked for a clean fitted sheet for the bed. She asked what size, and I said I think king, but wasn't sure, but told her which room I was in. She came back with a comforter and a mattress cover, saying she didn't know which sheet I meant. Well, neither of those are sheets. I explained to her it was the bottom sheet, hoping that would work. She returned with what seemed like could be right, I took it upstairs, and it was actually a mattress cover (they apparently use two different mattress covers). So, back downstairs to get a fitted sheet; she managed to figure out what that is (I was starting to wonder if I was crazy), and handed me one after waiting another 5-10 minutes while she searched. Got upstairs, and it was for maybe a full, and the bed was a king. So, back downstairs. She says "that was the only one we have, you want me to move you into a different room?" Fine. She does, and the new room smells like smoke and needs more maintenance than the last. Through all of that, even though I don't know how she got through life not knowing the different types of sheets, I don't blame her. She had a name tag that said she is a trainee, and she seemed to be the only one there. It's another case of a business not being willing to pay enough to get decent workers, and then leaving those that are incompetent in charge. It is clear they aren't doing much to maintain their hotel, and they aren't investing in staff, which is either an owner or a manager issue, and not something that will be fixed without turnover of the right people. Here are my typical details: Comparison to others in chain: Worse Internet: 57/22, decent, but may not have been stable Breakfast: Missed it (it ends early), but free Room: Standard layout, sink very cracked, bare minimum towel supply, poor bathroom lighting, bad maintenance Cleanliness: Overall okay, but dirty sheet Bed: Very uncomfortable, springy Bedding: Thin Shower: No door, low pressure, sprays everywhere, towels very small Hard water: No HVAC: First room - very loud; second room - much better, but low fan actually means off, wouldn't start or stop when it should Location: Average, near secondary airport Noise: Average Staff: Not good Cost/value: At least it wasn't terribly expensive Would stay again: No

Stayed at this property for 7days 6 nights. I was a little worried at first because the floor behind the front counter isn't the cleanest but my room was great! Refrigerator was cold upon arrival. Carpet in room was clean. No spots on bed or pillow cases. Would stay again and I do recommend.

Had a great time! Gino the bartender at night and breakfast guy during the day was awesome! He was attentive and such a great guy! Will be back to see him again soon! He had that sparkle! Thank you! We will definitely be back and hope he will be there! He works are and should be recognized I saw him personally getting stuff done and the fact that he could make you forget the items not in stock at the bar was such a plus! He's definitely an asset! It's hard to find people who are not just there for the money and actually have a personality and show it! Thank you for making the best of my rainy birthday stay! You will be missed!

Clean, friendly, reasonable rates, accessible to where I needed to go. Breakfast was hot and good. Staff took care of all our needs during our stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I should return.

The hotel was very accommodating. Some family members greatly enjoyed the bar area, however, we skipped that feature. The room was spotless and had a great setup for electronics on both sides of the be which was greatly appreciated.

This is probably my seventh stay at this BW. It is clean, quiet, safe and affordable. The breakfast is great as is the staff. This hotel is spotless! A little West of Miami, but worth the hassle of traffic to stay there. I'll never stay anywhere else but here!

The hotel was clean and customer service was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good considering COVID. The coffee was very good. One recommendation I have would be to retrofit the rooms with some newer power outlets that have the USB charging ports built-in. I'm seeing this at more and more properties and I like the convenience. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Employees all extremely helpful. Very quick check in process. Very clean, and comfortable place to stay. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids and would highly recommend this hotel

If you are studying entomology and are curious about cockroaches then your stay may be educational. The first room I was given had a strong urine odor in the bathroom and I supposed the blasting of the air conditioner was supposed to mask the smell. The room change is where the mature cockroach appeared on the wall near the desk by then it was simply time for a hotel change.

Truthfully, i'm not a picky person however this hotel was really something else. Although the decor was nice, our room had a drawer that never closed, our tv would overhead, our fridge leaked water everywhere, the sheets on the bed were itchy and rough like sandpaper, the door to the bathroom was so big that i would have a small space to walk in and then have to stand in between the toilet and sink on the other side just to close the door, there's no door or shower curtain on the shower so water sprays all over the bathroom, no bathroom amenities, we asked for extra towels 3 different times and nobody ever came to bring them to us so we had to deal with soaking wet towels, the pool was small but nice, the breakfast was good, overall it was a meh experience compared to other hotels i've stayed at and for about $200 a night i expected more for my stay.

Mattress is not as comfortable as it should be it sinks in. The internet speed fluctuations in and out, not very good. Toilet seat cover is loud need a self closing cover. Check in a bit slow. Should not have to wait if you reserve weeks beforehand.

We came down to Miami to bring our kids to the zoo and decided to book a room so we didn't have to make the 2½ hour drive early in the morning. Check in was smooth and at first glance everything seems great. One elevator was out of order and the other didn't seem to be in great condition. When getting off at our floor I immediately realized what all the reviews meant about the dirty carpets. The same dirty, sticky carpet continued into the room. The room was very humid so we turned the ac on and got to settling in. We got in about 8pm and needed to get dinner before getting the kids to bed. The pull out couch mattress was covered in rust and VERY thin. There was also a hair in between the sheets of the main bed and several in the tub and sink. After about 30 minutes of being in the room it was still the same temperature. It was at 75 when we got in and I set it to 64 and it hadn't budged. When heading down to leave to get food my husband went to the desk to let them know the ac was not working. We were told they were fully booked and the best they could do was give us and oscillating fan. It was a miserable night of sleep for this pregnant mom and the rest of the family. In the morning my husband and I showered and we got packed up and headed down for breakfast. The night desk attendant had specifically told my husband breakfast was until 10am so we didn't rush. When we got down to the lobby around 9:20am we found that breakfast had mostly been put away and actually ended at 9am that day (friday). We then had to go find a restaurant to eat breakfast when that was one of the perks of getting a room at this location. All in all it was a frustrating experience. If you stay at this hotel (especially room 609) I highly suggest you check your ac before you get settled in and it's too late at night to drag your family to a different hotel.

The room is very big and the bed too! People were so friendly, sweet, lovely and very respectful! The hotel is located 15 minutes from the place of my conference. I could walk to my appointment or I could get a ride when I ask for.

We stayed in a 2 queen bed room with a mini fridge, microwave area and it included a desk. The hotel was visually appealing and the room was adequate, definitely cleaner than other hotels I've stayed at in the past but could have been cleaned better. There were a few cleanliness things one could complain about but you'd have to be very particular. Overall the hotel was nice, had a small bar with a couple of tv's (I didn't visit it), pool was ok (sat out there but didn't swim), had free breakfast, elevators and everything in the room worked, and it was in a good location across from the formerly known as Tamiami Airport :) and I did not hear a single plane or helicopter from inside the room. I'd stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Everyone is always to help when I come into town. The breakfast was prepared while I waited and they were very accommodating. The front desk ladies were extremely pleasant and professional. Nice to come to a Best Western like this one which I visit about 3 times a year.

Front desk agent told me there were no available rooms as I waited almost 2hrs. Yet she checked in 2 other guests who arrived well after me. After addressing my issue with this did she sudden she found a room for me. When another agent was coming in to start her shift.

There's not much to say about this hotel, except that it is your typical hotel near the airport. You should consider only if you need to be close to this area. Other than that, I see no point on staying here. The staff is courteous and cooperative. Also, the free breakfast has a lot of options and hot meals, which is something really nice since because of the COVID pandemic, most hotels are just offering bags with a fruit and a granola bar, or something like that. That was definitely a very good plus.

Great lobby, room, layout, and bathroom. Just with the free wifi were faster and the TV not so dated. Easily running 10+ year old tech. No ability to cast or 1080p and quite small. Easily only 32" and can't be seen from bed.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly! We were a wedding party and they accommodated us very nicely and made sure our rooms were all next to each other. I didn't like the idea of no doors on the showers and it had a tendency to flood the floor of the bathroom but overall I would return! Great rates and service

We stayed here 2 nights & it was very nice. Check in was quick & the room was clean & a decent size. There was also a mini fridge. The bathroom also had enough space where I didn't feel cramped. There is a hotel bar- it was closed the first night we were there but opened the 2nd. It had a great happy hour. The gym was super tiny so I opted for just going for a run. The outdoor pool was small but fine. We spent an hour or 2 hanging out there. The breakfast was comparable to other hotel breakfasts. However due to covid 19 you had to order what you want at the counter instead of it being a self service meal. That was fine. We got hot scrambled eggs, hash browns & an assortment of cold foods. You could have as much as you wanted. If i am in the area again I would stay here.

The staff is beyond amazing! Dameris, Emily, Raquel, Jenny, and Kat at the front desk are all awesome. Natalie who does the breakfast service was wonderful. All of them went above and beyond for us including the housekeeping staff. Beds were super comfortable. Everything was great. We have already booked another stay just because of the service we received. They were all welcoming, friendly, and beyond accommodating.

At first I was a little worried but to my surprise I was blown away... first observation there is a bit of construction on going entry to the hotel was easy... Lobby clean spacious eye catching waterfall bar and TV... front desk all protective options available... staff quick knowledgeable no hassle check in room was on the 4th floor right by the elevator never heard it once or other guest... this room to brag a bit was really nice spacious gave an executive feel with all the wood finish.. lights every where bathroom not big enough but doable as the shower head is like the rain fall type straight down no adjustable attachments and one half glass door no full show cover TV decent couch and chair clean I wasn't scared to sit on it like some places the carpet clean still had fluff to it not hard and ran over bed was heavenly every night numerous pillows only thing blanket could have been a lil thicker this stay was beyond my expectations as my second choice hotel Candlewood suites was my first choice which is next door to this Best western but they only accept cards with a chip in them no swiping or pay cash...Best western room me right in provided me with a great clean stay I will be returning thanks...room type was a king suit..no separate room studio style

Last minute booking. Super satisfied. It started with my home ac breaking. This was the nearest hotel. Booked on the spot everyone was friendly respectful from front desk to the cleaning staff. Next morning went down to breakfast where Natalie served us. Super nice. Very sweet to my little boy accommodating him to his like in food. Felt like I was at home. Just because I would so stay here again. A get away from life. With all this vivid. Felt good staying here. Thank you all in staff for making use feel safe and welcome. Natalie thank you for making us breakfast and feeling welcome hope to see you again

Nathalie kitchen Manager did a very good job service food and taking care of every individual. The front desk guys are super helpful and friendly. Room are very clean and service at the best! I highly recommend this place!

LAn ok stay here this time. This place sells its self as a Best Western Plus. Not sure what this mean but my thoughts would be it would be a cut above those who are not a Plus and bout doubt an additional cost of levied due to the Plus rating. I'm that case I would expect the hotel to be a lot more diligent in looking after the surroundings. There was a bin spilling out of itself on arrival midday and still spilling out the next day on departure. Surely Managet ement or the person responsible for the bins should have seen this and made it presentable for when guests arrive. The pool is nice yet two out of its three sun loungers re ripped rendering them unusable. It would take s lot of money to either repair them or buy new recliners. This shocked me. What with the corona virus issues at present I saw one of the kitchen people find an empty unused coffee cup and place it back into the place where customers get their cups from to drink coffee. Surely there needs to be a policy not to do this and throw them away. At the best of times for germs and especially now for the virus. This is not a good practice. There is s duty of care here. I can see the cup dispenser dispenses two cups at a time, i would respectfully suggest this is fixed rather than recycle possible germs or worst case viruses. Oh by the way. The hotel also needs to change the clocks on the in room microwave as it is still at the old pre daylight time!

My stay experience was great. Check I'm not too bad front desk had everything ready for me during check in and the process was a breeze. Breakfast was good especially for the price I paid for 4 nights.

Stayed here with my wife and a baby! As we arrived I told Raquelle that we have a 2 month old baby with and since they had room, she upgraded us to a king suite from our king room! Breakfast was very good and plenty of it! Pool and exercise rooms were a nice plus! Free parking is always big plus! Definitely well return when in the area next!

This place was exceptional, the staff was so inviting and the rooms were wonderful. Non of us could beleive it was a Best Western. A definite must stay if you are in the area. They also have a shuttle but it onlys runs until 8 PM. More than satisfied with this stay!!

Our current stay at Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport has been a wonderful experience partially because of Shanelle Moreno the Front Office Manager. As a Front Desk Agent she was friendly, personable and welcoming. She always had a beautiful smile and a kind word to pay to us as we went about our day. As time went on, we got to see how she grew and matured into the job and took on more responsibility with poise and ease. When she was promoted to Front Office Manager we witnessed her take charge, managerial skills came to life. Ms.Moreno retained her graciousness and hospitable skills while now exhibiting great superior and diplomatic skills as she grew into her new role as Front Office Manager. We feel she has done a seamless, outstanding job as Front Office Manager and is a welcomed, valuable asset to any managerial team. She will be greatly missed and we wish her all the best.

Daniel at the front desk upon our arrival went out of his way to expedite our early check-in request, pointed the way to some shopping while we waited and called us when the room was ready. He also was successful in applying our recently awarded free night voucher to our reservation. We had just returned from a cruise and only discovered among the numerous unchecked emails. He definitely exhibited all the qualities of a caring customer service rep. He is an asset to the hotel and ranks as one of the best if not the best front desk person that I have ever dealt with during our decades of traveling and staying at hotels.

The scented room spray hit me as soon as I walked into the guest room. I don't deal well with odors especially during the night. It prevents my use of medical devices I need and I always wonder how much filth is covered by this scent which seems to linger sometimes for days. The overhead rainfall shower was obviously someone's wacky idea of luxury. Yes, the rainfall shower is a touch of luxury when you ALSO have a conventional wall mounted shower head. When the conventional shower head is lacking then all you have is something that looks cool but does not do the job. It was very awkward trying to maneuver around to get wet and rinsed off. This hotel is across the street from the Executive Airport, but there were no airport sounds. The breakfast was pretty complete with typical fare and the breakfast area was large enough so seating was available most of the time. Parking is on site and free. If you want to visit the zoo this is an excellent choice as far as location is concerned. The zoo is very close by.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed at on my trip. The hotel was clean and up to date. Rooms were clean and up to date. Close to all kinds of amenities and a great breakfast in the morning. The only problem I had was upon check in I was told that the pool was open until 10pm. But after changing and heading to the pool it was closed. At 8pm. Disappointing.

This Best Western Plus Hotel is easily one of the Best of the Chain in South Florida, and the very fact that I will go so far South, on the very outskirts of civilization, in order to experience a top quality, peaceful hotel experience is the most telling!

Nice hotel. If you have allergies and or chemical sensitivities I would avoid, as they use strong fragrances and cleaners. Room was very clean. Breakfast was adequate with choices. It is very well located for any activities.

Comfortable hospitality and most especially warm, great and responsive services were rendered most especially from Ms Carmen. Mr room was super clean and very comfortable too, kindly maintain these great services of yours continuously.

Although we are a big group, check in was really smooth and quick, thanks to Jenni. Breakfast was ok but Service is superb. Natalia was very helpful and made sure we are ok and have everything we need.

I came to Miami for a few days for a conference and after a long trip and many issues to get to the hotel I was greeted by the most happy person I have ever met in the situation she was in, not only did she handle the huge line she had at check in but she was also answering many phone calls at once, dealing with whomever came to the front desk and taking care of whomever went to the little store they had in the property. This girl is amazing but also over worked. Whoever did this to her tonight should be fired I didn't mind much the line because I saw she was very busy but it's not fair for just one person to deal with the type of craziness that was going on at this hotel tonight. It is a very nice property in a very calm area but she is the only reason why I will come back next time I'm in Florida. Gold star for her.

Do not stay at this hotel on the weekend unless you are drunk. If you have a family, I strongly consider staying anywhere else. This hotel allowed parties on the second and third floor all saturday night. During the weekdays it was fine. Weekend was a nightmare. People in the floor above you sound like they are jumping when they walk.

Great place to stay for everybody. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Nice and secure location. You can go shopping. Malls very near. Also there are lots of places to eat. Have a nice pool, fitness facilities , speedy internet.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for about 8 days. I must say that we just had a great service, starting with Shanelle at the Front Desk, Ana from the breakfast buffet and two spectacular ladies Nyesha & Blanca from house keeping. They all made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Shanelle at front desk has always been extremely helpful with reservations and so polite and easy to talk with. The hotel is very well staffed and has a nice breakfast complimentary. The rooms are appointed very nicely!

The bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and nicely decorated and had a large screen television. There's was plenty of parking. I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel.

Generally, the longer you stay somewhere the more the flaws of a place become apparent. On a two week business trip, the opposite happened: a pleasant stay became an outstanding one due to the consistent efforts of the Best Western staff. The facility is clean and pleasant, with a truly amazing complimentary breakfast as well as a small but functional gym. At the convenient lobby bar, Gabriel greeted me every time I passed, and made me feel welcome. In my room, the cleaning staff noticed the way I arranged the room and placed things as I preferred, as opposed to by rote. The front desk was uniformly friendly and cheerful, chatting with me and handling issues such as receiving packages smoothly. The breakfast deserves special mention, because it is well beyond what anyone would expect in the price range: freshly cooked eggs, a variety of meats and fruits, waffles and pastries, and the selection varied by day, so breakfast stayed interesting. The three ladies who run the breakfast, Natalie, Rosaria, and Ana, did much more than just prepare food - they talked with the guests, helped the diners, and on my last day when I had to leave unusually early, actually came in ahead of time and fixed me a hot breakfast for the road. Natalie handed me my complete meal and coffee, wished me safe travels, and made me feel more appreciated and welcomed than I have in many vastly-more expensive hotels. In two weeks things happen. The air conditioning in my room became very loud, and one of the maintenance staff, Luis, made a point of fixing it at the times when I would not be inconvenienced. As I walked by him in the lobby several days later, he stopped to ask if it was still working well and if he needed to check on it. That attention to detail and care was reflected throughout my stay. One item that is a little annoying: the showers are laid out such that it's hard to turn on the water without getting soaked. There are rooms with good jacuzzi tubs, however, and those are well worth the slightly higher price.

The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. She explained the hotel amenities and offered prompt professional service. The rooms and lobby area are very nice and have up to date decor. Shopping is a short drive away from the hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the beds were comfy. Kissed having a tub, but understood since this was mostly a business hotel. However, i spent 45 minutes trying to find restaurant for dinner, before check-in, after driving all day with my 95 yr old Dad. I even called and asked if there were restaurants close by and was told yes. Ended up at Denny's.

From the profesionalism, smile and courtesy of the staff, to the ambience and welcoming environment of the front lobby, as well as free upgrade from king bedroom to king suite to accommodate my daughter who visited me, I give this 5 stars. Oh!, Breakfast was totally on point! I have stayed with BW in the past when I lived in NY area and on several family trips while raising my children. BREAKFAST and free parking are amenities that mean more to me. I previously stayed at hotel next door few months ago because I enjoy seeing planes take off and land, a passion developed as a child when living with my grandmother in Liberia. Though it cost more to stay there, they do not offer the amenity of HOT BREAKFAST! So on this trip, I just had to stay at BW! Thank you for the feeling of home!

Chose this place on a whim our second day in Miami after the first place turned out to be sketchy af!! Glad we made the switch. Reasonably priced, clean rooms, safe area (It seemed), comfy bed, and breakfast included. All you need. Only suggestion is to make the glass shower enclosures wider. Water got everywhere.

Spacious, comfy rooms and Excellent hot Breakfast with everything you could possibly want! Natalia, the hostess, even made us a delicious strawberry waffle with whipped cream and powdered sugar!!! She and the waffle were both great!

My wife and I have stayed here at the Best Western Plus Miami Executive for quiet some time now, about 2 years or so. Housekeepers Ana,Betty,Nuiska, Tammy,Clary, Miriam, Blanca and so on they've all made us feel as close to home as possible with their service. Our receptionist misses Ginna,Cat, Damaris, and Jenni are all the sweetest front desk agents you may ever come across. The most accommodating of them all Natalie, Ana, and Rosario. These woman work hard to prepare the best complimentary breakfast every morning. They have even taken the time to separate a portion for my wife when she is unable to make it due to her ongoing recovery. THAT is great service. Most importantly I must recognize misses Greycy, Katherine, Shanelle and Maria. A great staff only stems from great leaders such as these women.Thank you for all you have done. Please know you are ALL appreciated. Without a doubt this is the hotel you must choose to visit if you wish to feel at home when visiting Miami.

This hotel is very clean and family oriented!! Everyone met our needs and were kind, especially Natalie in the dining area, she's helped us with getting our breakfast and was just very nice overall ! Thank you!

Free breakfast buffet only had pork (bacon, sausage, ham) and no other choices of meats types (turkey bacon, turkey sausage, etc.). For people who prioritize cultural or spiritual beliefs in their eating habits, there should be more choices.

Front Desk Staff was very capable and professional whether of the daytime shift (Shanelle & Liseth), the afternoon and night shift. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the rooms straight and clean, as did the breakfast area staff to make sure food area was clean and food items always full. Parking is ample. For local travelers, be forewarned that local main streets and especially the nearby highway can be extremely congested to the point that even patience can be strained.

Front desk Staff whether morning (Shanelle, Liseth), of in the evenings were most professional and accomplished. Housekeeping staff attentive and did a good job. Breakfast items were the usual and the morning staff attending the breakfast area made sure that the area was clean and the food items replenished. Parking was easy. During peak hours, be forewarned that local roads are surrounding this establishment are jammed, so be patient.

I love BW for the great breakfast. They have awesome customer service. The rooms were nice and dark, great for getting rest. The quality of the shampoo and body wash was great. The king size bed I had was so comfortable. I recommend for family vacations.

Guest beware, housekeeping is thief's, Housekeeping stole items from my room. Management stands behind thief by their staff. I was told by Giselle, I have filed a police report, and they are an independent hotel of Best Western “we have been there before and we not afraid police department” Giselle statement solidified this is not an isolated issue and have happened before. Unprofessional management!!

The people at this Hotel is extremely nice, especially the Kitchen Staff. My daughter and I missed breakfast by 30min, but Nathalia in the Kitchen went above and beyond to allow us to have breakfast anyway. Although she had shut everything down and cleaned up, she took the time to make us to hot fluffy waffles and asked if we needed anything else. Also her assistant..I would certainly recommend this place for family. I give them 10********* Cape Cod Massachusetts

Our first time staying at a Best Western Plus hotel what a pleasant surprise. Truthfully at first a bit apprehensive --but all went so well. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very cordial and professional. The breakfast bar was very complete - -not deceptive like other places I have stayed. Price was reasonable --on point. GREAT STAY!!

Shanelle the front desk agent very patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. I was even acknowledged with eye contact and a warm smile from the agent prior to asking for help. This is what good hospitality is all about. Thank you. Also, the hotel is super clean, plenty of restaurants near by and even good food trucks as well. I would visit this hotel again. Bartender was very friendly! Gabriel was excellent! He was personable and very helpful. The hotel is clean and front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel is fairly priced and has a nice pool. Most importantly the bar is clutch, Gabriel is the man!

Staff lovely, room comfortable, so shocked at breakfast to find single use plastic plates, cutlery, coffee cups, syrup, jam etc. I try not to make plastic waste but this was unavoidable. Please consider the environment more and ban single use plastic.

The rooms were beautiful, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the office was perfect for our business needs. Katherine in particular was very accomodating! Additionally, they provided late check out with no hassle. Highly recommend!

I am sincerely enjoying this hotel, especially the staff. They are all so very friendly and helpful. I can't give them enough praise as they go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasant and you have everything you may need at your disposal. Shout outs to the following staff: My van drivers, Oscar and Hugo. Great guys offering great service within a 5 mile radius. Rosario and Nathalia are also sweet ladies who make my early morning breakfast routine nice, ensuring their food is fresh and well stocked. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and sweet. They smile and greet me everyday and offer a Grab and Go lunch or breakfast snack for FREE if needed. The only gripe I may have of the hotels are the bar prices, especially for using well alcohol for specialty drinks and pricey on well drinks after Happy Hour. Other than that, I would say the staff and room attendants have been nothing but extraordinary. Thank you all for your Hospitality!

We only stayed one night as we were in town for a graduation but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Very clean property, well kept pool, and a decent breakfast! Would def stay again!

Excellent hotel in its category, for business travelers. Clean, modern, quiet. Nothing fancy but more than adequate. Water pressure in the shower is a bit low. Will use again . I actually liked the not so quiet AC. Covers any potential sounds!

I called the front desk 3 time to report to them about the party in the next room between 1am and 4am and the person at the front desk wouldn't move us or could stop the party, the person at the front desk sounded like she was sleep and I disturbed her!

Wonderful experience at the hotel and in the area. Great and friendly Staff and amenities. Everything was near the hotel. Had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We travel a lot throughout the year and this was by far the best experience at a hotel we have ever had. Will be staying again soon!

The hotel is fine. The elevator buttons are in a somewhat unusual location. They DO NOT have two king size beds. Only two queens. The air conditioning units are rather loud. The later check-out time is nice. The staff was courteous but I ended up having to pay for a second room in the end, adding ~$130 to my trip which was unfortunate, frustrating, and costly. :(

Not only do they have German roaches, you know the ones that are impossible to get rid of and hide in your bags then infest your house and car, but they also charged me $63 because i used a towel to clean my service pet's pee after they refused to accommodate me by denying my request for the 1st floor and refusing to bring me anything to clean it up, I don't know what else o was supposed to do, leave it on the floor?

Beautiful place , reception and lobby area are great. Breakfast is awesome. There was a bfunky smell in the room's carpet and it was very noisy during the night. We dont know if there were planes or what bt definetely something to keep you awake.

The hotel and the room were clean and it was a great place in this price range. The location allowed us to get to where we wanted to go fairly easily. The highlight for this location was the employees who were accommodating and helpful. The front desk was friendly and made wonderful recommendations for restaurants. Natheihle (I think that was her name) in the breakfast area, was exceptional, greeting customers as they came for breakfast and ensuring food trays were full. She took great care of customers and even fulfilled our request for sturdy plates we could borrow and use in our room and did so with a beautiful smile. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here!

hotel was comparatively good for the price you paid in this area but a few things to consider: 1. the receptionist who was in hotel in morning of March 30th was very rude and unprofessional by all means. after waiting for a while waiting for her to finish handling a phone call, she hung up, turn back and left without saying a word although i was just standing in front of her a few feet away waiting politely (it's hard to miss a 6.2 feet tall guy like me!). i therefore called her and exchanged words with her why she ignored me. she was unapologetic and refused to admit what she did was wrong. she also did not answer my questions but tried to finish the conversation as promptly and unprofessionally as possible. i turned back and walked away. i felt very annoyed and keep in mind that i was in my annual vacation with my family! it did not feel good... the last day when i checked out, i asked her to give me a copy of the receipt. she did not. she said i should get it from cheapoair since i made the reservation with them. i was annoyed and frankly speaking it annoyed me big time. 2. breakfast ends at 9am. i think they better make it last till 10am like most hotels do. 3. cleaners were doing their job but i think they could have done better.

The receptionist was a pleasant young lady who took the time out to make sure that everyone was taken care of. She was working by herself and there were numerous guests as well as delivery people that kept coming. She handled herself and the customers quite well. In addition to that, she had phone calls from customers and each of them she patiently answered. The property is clean as is the service. I would definitely recommend this place. Its always nice to see a smiling face when you walk in even though they are inundated with work.

This is quite a nice Best Western. Nice rooms, good beds, friendly staff. When booked it, I assumed it was near the Miami international airport. When I phoned the hotel for a pickup, they said they didn't pick up there. So I rented a car. I then realized that it was a long drive. Silly me. At the hotel, it is called Kendall airport hotel. Apparently a lot of people made my mistake. The only other negative was the adjoining room to us had people who like to get up at 5:00 am. While the door between the rooms is soundproof but there are gaps around the door which lets the conversations be heard. They need to put some weather stripping around the door to complete the sound proofing.

Friendly and accommodating Breakfast Mgmt. I am on a special diet and Natalie went above and beyond to meet our needs. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again while visiting family.

The breakfast service was great, very friendly and attentive. The food was great and had a good variety. I will definitely recommend staying here just because of the service. The rooms are nice a clean as well.

Our room was clean and nicely appointed. The only thing we didn't care for was the rain showerhead. Though very trendy and contemporary, it is not practical. However, it worked perfectly, this is a personal preference. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there is a full breakfast offering, well prepared.

All was going really well until there was a new day shift and the kitchen breakfast staff turned up. For the positives, a really nice welcome from the young lady on the reception desk. She said she had only be working at the hotel for 2 weeks. I couldn't see her name on her badge but someone needs to tell the new young lady she did a fantastic job and she needs to be praised. The room was ok. Tidy and comfortable, the only issue was there was no pen or pad to write on. A call was made to my room at 11.35 pm telling me they had my pillows and blanket. I didn't ask for any and I really didn't appreciate a call at that time of night. Please take better notes as to who wants what. The next day breakfast and new staff. It was 7am and the breakfast food had run out and no one was around to ask for a top up. As the kitchen is only feet away why don't the staff check and inform the kitchen? I found a hotel worker who didn't want to get involved. She was a tall youngish lady with long black hair (I noticed afterwards she was working on reception) When I asked her is there was more food coming she said it “should be”. After advising the word “should “ means nothing, I realised she was more interested in cooking her own waffle and not having it burn rather than sorting out issues for the customers. Really!! Should staff be allowed to cook their food and make customers wait? Why don't they have a facility out of sight? Also why didn't this person take a positive attitude and say I'll go to the kitchen to let them know. And then tell me afterwards it was sorted rather than worry about her waffle? When a very grumpy kitchen person came around she noticed there was no food and instructed someone to have it replenished. How do they do this, after the food was in place it was stone cold. Well done that has to be hard to achieve. Very messy tables not wiped after other diners had finished eating. Not very nice. All in all an ok hotel. Shame the morning shift and kitchen staff ruined a really good experience set up by the young lady the day before. The morning shift need to learn from this young lady as to how to deliver customer service.

Spent a week there with my 10 year old son and eight year old daughter. Rosita and Natalie ensured they had all the toppings for their waffles. Breakfast had a big selection. The pool is nice and we weren't far from all of the sites of Miami.

First the good: - Interior Design was very good, especially considering it is a Best Western. I would compare it to a Marriott. - For a hotel buffet breakfast it was above average. - The bed was very comfortable Now the bad: I don't think housekeeping finished the job in my room. Bed was made bust the bathtub was filthy, hair, yellow slash of something on the outside of the tub. No towels in the room and when we asked for them they insisted we come down to front desk to get them. The electrical and AC was a mess. Either all the lights were on or none. The bedside lights never came on. I could not figure out how to turn on the stand alone lamp or table lamp next to the couch. The thermostat on the wall did not control the AC under the window. To make matters worse there was only one font desk person on checkout. Took forever to check as she kept have to answer the phone. Also on Saturday there was no manager on duty to complain to ... Really????

Clean, modern, new, great breakfast. The breakfast selection was an array of things- no matter what your diet you'll be happy with something. The location isn't far from shopping or restaurants and in a good neighborhood. I love the decor and the bed sleeps well. I appreciate the late check out as we had a late flight. I recommend this hotel and will patronize again.

I had a reservation with this hotel from 2/16/2019 to 2/18/2019 (President day long weekend) through booking.com. I arrive to the hotel around 11pm to realize that my booking was cancelled by the hotel. Apparently, the hotel tried to hold my booking money on my credit card but it was declined. They tried contacting me but couldn't reach me so they cancelled my booking. The girl at the front desk (Leslie) was extremely mean and kept on telling me that it was a hotel policy and that they are overbooked. There is nothing of such policy in the hotel agreement. The real reason is that I had booked this hotel well in advance at a good rate and they just wanted to rebook it at a higher rate because of the business of that weekend. When I faced the front desk lady (Leslie) with that fact, she bluntly told me that "if you know that this is the real reason, you should've made sure that your credit card was working." The fact is booking.com guarantees a late cancellation as well as a no-show fees to the hotel and such the hotel need not to cancel a booking because the customer didn't pay, show-up or cancelled at the last minute. I contacted booking.com and they told me that the hotel should've not cancelled your booking and rebooked at much more expensive hotel for the same rate I had booked this hotel at. What pissed me off is that because it was president's day weekend, it took us (booking.com and myself) 3 hours to find an available room that night. I would've given this review zero if it was possible. Leslie at the front desk should be fired for the way she dealt with the situation. She didn't even try to look for another room at a near by hotel or another best western to help me out.

We were traveling with my wife from Key West to Orlando, while we stopped by at BW+ near the Executive Airport. The rooms were clean, service kind and attentive, and we found there much needed rest. We reccomend it for those who are looking for decent and not expensive place to stay for a night or two.

We were traveling with a group of friends and stayed at this location for 1 night before our cruise out of the Port of Miami. Checking in was quite easy, we were offered citrus water and delicious cookies. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Shopping and restaurants are a safe and easy walk from the hotel. Breakfast was provided the next morning. It was more than just coffee and pastries--not as elaborate as I've had at other chains though. Still, a nice start to the day.

I am staying here for the second time and as always, the room is large, clean and well appointed. I especially want to give a shout-out to Rosario and Natalie who, even though I arrived 15 minutes late for breakfast cutoff this morning, they graciously provided me with a bagel to toast, two small muffins and a yogurt. Above and beyond I'd say. Most hotel kitchens would just shoo you off. I was pleasantly surprised!

No knock against Best Westerns, but this hotel was nicer than we expected. We needed to stay within a semi-reasonable distance from the Shark Valley Visitors Center at Everglades National Park. (Anywhere you stay is going to be kind of far from there unless you stay at the Miccosukee Casino/Hotel, which has NOT received generally positive reviews here). Anyway, impressive lobby, very helpful folks at the front desk. The room/suite we had was quite spacious, extremely comfy, firm king bed (and I'm picky about that). Very good breakfast. Far enough from the main road to be quiet, but close enough to easily access restaurants, Publix, Walgreen's, etc etc. Don't let the "airport" fool you - it's a small plane airport, and we heard NO noise even though it's across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had to book our room at the last minute. However the employees was very accommodating . They have Great prices, Great rooms, Great breakfast and most of all Great employees. Especially Ms Natalie and Ms Anna. They were very helpful.

What a gem that we came across. We were traveling four hours on road to see Thomas the Train; myself, my fiance, our 3yo and the grandparents. We reserved two separate rooms, both king suites to ensure we had enough room to make everyone comfortable and keep little toes enough space to play and keep busy. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, the furniture, design and scheme were lovely and elegant, we simply loved the property, our rooms and the stay. If we have to venture back down to Miami (not south beach) we will be back here. Lovely, lovely, lovely! The view from outside the hotel is not too scenic, but the rooms are lovely, the area outside is not polluted with road noise or overall heavy traffic.

This hotel was the best as far as we stayed in 14 days . The rooms were very clean . The breakfast was great . The stuff really nice . I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And I would definitely say if I'm back in this era.

I have stayed here before to visit family and it was great service but this stay was disappointing. The breakfast was great as always. The service at the bar was good. the room smelled like mold. The AC was loud. The staff is not helpful. I reported the AC to this young girl and nothing was done. Management is the worse, no one called to see if it was fixed. I have stayed here before and was treated good by the supervisor Cathie and new agent Shanelle and agent alex. This is disappointing. Not worth coming back.

Rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I will be back at this hotel. Natalie from the kitchen area was always very helpful in the mornings for breakfast. The hotel includes breakfast and it is very good. They have excellent options. The coffee is really good.

From check in to check out the experience was wonderful. Staff is very well trained and kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet was the best we ever experienced, very nice selection. Hotel is very clean, in a nice area and quite new. Rooms very well decorated and also very clean. Would highly recommend!

Room was very good as usual. Hotel is clean. On this stay the bar was not open. Unknown if this is a permanent situation. At breakfast, the serving of ham was simply thin slices of ham cold cuts warmed up in a chafing dish. All other items were good as usual.

Working at a hotel myself, I appreciate the small things when I stay at one. Clean and quiet! I loved it. Jonathan made checking in a breeze and he was very informative. Only thing I would criticize would be the towels in the bathroom, they weren't soft but now worth taking a star off this review. Breakfast was on point! Room was clean, spacious, and with complete services.

I really enjoyed the hotel bar and all the hotel had to offer. Room was always spotless when I came back to it. Not that important to me, but they did a great job. Jenny was funny and provided good service at the bar. The breakfast was good and service from Nathalie was great.

My family of 7 stayed here. Great price, great service, great rooms. We will definitely be staying here again. The only problem we had was that our iron did not work in our room, not a big problem we borrowed the one from our other room.

Breakfast was amazing! The salsa eggs were great! Nattalie was a wonderful server very attentive and kind! The interior was beautifully decorated and clean the Halloween decoration was such a nice touch!

Wasn't expecting this hotel to be as nice as it was. We've always stayed at Hilton hotels. For being as budget friendly as it is it's an extremely clean and well taken care of hotel! The bartender Gabby was excellent and treated us like friends rather than patrons.

10/10.. the hotel was clean, gym was nice and had all I needed to get a workout in, breakfast was better than any other hotel breakfast ive ever had (and in my opinion better than most local breakfast like IHOP or Denny's). And there was a young lady named Nathalie down in the breakfast area that was going above and beyond to help the customers. Great overall.

My husband and I were surprisingly amazed by the modern decor; cleanliness, friendly staff and overall experience. It is located in the perfect spot and easily accessible to shopping malls and restaurants within 20 minutes tops! The hot breakfast bar was well stocked and service by Nathalie was exceptional!! This hotel is amazing. I stayed for 5 days and it felt like home. The Manager Ketherine Lopez helped us with everything we needed it. Great customer service ever! The rooms are comfortable and cozy. Everything is clean , towels, sheets and the the people that work there are really nice.

Nathalie Rosario from the cafeteria area made me special food during my stay. Nice person. The only concern that I have was when I went to check out at on September 24th at 4:15AM the front desk person was not there and we had to wait about 15 minutes when a lady came. I think a front dest person should be at the front dest all the time.

Naty was very helpful. I was alone with my two kids (4 and 6 years old) and she vas very kind. She helped me a lot during breaskfast time. Great service from all other employees as well. Nice hotel, everything is fantastic. Recommended 100%.

I came with friends for the weekend hoping for a nice night.... boy was this hotel crazy busy. I did my check in with the supervisor Katie, Awesome personality! Sarcastic and funny. Aly was great. She told us the bar was open late and that was a PLUS!! we went and that was such poor experience the bartender was slammed pack. Lady looked like she couldn't handle it.. why bartend? Then some other lady came I guess to help her but they both look like lost dogs behind that bar. Both had such mean faces and no personality behind that bar. I ordered a drink from the lady that came to help but she had a nasty look and attitude. It was so whack I don't know why they work there if they have such horrible customer service. Breakfast was awesome and pool was warm. Place was good but replace those 2 ladies. Get out if you can't handle the pressure of the hotel.

CathyE and Odalys made this stay very calming. I had to visit family in the hospital and the check in with Ms.Cathy was just great, Some people are nice and then they forget who you are especially seeing so many people through out the day but Ms.Cathy remembered and asked how my family member was doing. She is a Jem. These two ladies were so busy Friday but they kept a smile. The bar was super busy but my drink was worth the wait, It was so good I would have gone for seconds but the poor lady was so busy I came back the next day. First time in this hotel and won't be the last thank you ladies for making it such a great weekend.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Miami! Ive stayed here twice within two months and will be back soon enough. Best by far! Clean, friendly service, amazing beds, complimentary breakfast, and my absolute favorite THE SHOWERS!! Everything and more that you hope for in a hotel!

Anna and Natalie were amazing during breakfast. They're costumer service was exceptional ! It's a little challenging putting up with four preteens ??. Very patient with our girls. Hotel rooms are very clean.

I was very stressed out by the time I arrived at the hotel since when I went to get my luggage it did not arrive with me. I hadn't eaten all day and was exhausted. I stopped at the bar to get something to eat and was greeted Jenni. Jenni went over and above the call of duty to help me in anyway that she could. She is truly a very kind and sweet young lady and I hope that she is as valued by her employer as she is by me. It is a blessing when you have had a rough day of traveling to encounter Jenni who brightened my day! I also had a fantastic shuttle driver who took me to my office each morning I was here and helped me with my briefcase daily and with my luggage my last day here. I will be back frequently and look forward to seeing Jenni and my shuttle driver again, Thank you all for your hospitality and kindness!

I had some issues in the beginning of my stay, Dirty Bathroom and spoke to the Manager at the front desk, Her agents have better customer service. After a few days I came back to the front and spoke to the CathyE and issues were resolved, Alex, Maria and Jenny from the Bar were all amazing making this long stay a great experience. I would definitely stay here again. My wife felt safe and was very happy with the housekeepers, They are very patient. The breakfast was delicious.

Recently stayed the weekend at this hotel while visiting friends. The hotel lobby is very large and clean. plenty of seating area with a large breakfast area and a small bar/lounge area. Check in was fast and easy. Our room on the 5th floor was very nice and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There does not appear to be daily room service as our room was not serviced on Saturday. The breakfast wait staff was superb, especially Nathalie who went out of her way to be sure we had a nice breakfast. The pool is small but clean and nice on a hot day. The bartender we had Saturday night was not the most pleasant or happy person. Everything said it was a nice stay at a nice hotel.

I was on a business trip to Miami and stayed here as it was close to my client's office. These trips often get extended by an extra day at the last minute, and Joel allowed me to keep the room booked for an optional extra day without cancellation penalty, in the event I needed to use it. Was cautious about the Best Western brand when I booked here. I had not stayed at a Best Western in years. But this hotel was beautiful in every way. Exceeded expectations. Rooms are modern in design, spacious, well lit, clean. Extra room to sit, read. Movable work table that allowed viewing TV and working, then became place to eat some takeout. Gorgeous bathroom. Shower is richly tiled. Lobby is pleasant, colorful. Morning breakfast was quality. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Less than a mile from tons of food and shops. An amazing bargain for the price. Definitely coming back if in this area again.

I had canceled another reservation for this one and was nervous. I was pleasantly surprised about how nice and clean the room were and how good the breakfast was. During breakfast Natheilla, and Anna were also very helpful and very friendly.

I stayed there for 3 nights. Jenny from the bar has such a great personality and the drinks were amazing. KathyE was a delight. She is such a kind soul. She is funny and a big help when i questions about the area. I will return back to these 2 ladies again

We have stayed here twice in the last year and love the location. My mother lives in the Hammocks area, which is a 10 minute drive and this location is spot on for us. This hotel is far enough away from the Crazy hustle & bustle of Miami but with TONS of shopping and dining options within a 5-10 drive! The rooms are VERY spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are VERY nice and modern. Front desk staff are nice. My only complaint would have to be the hot breakfast items. They were a total disappointment and absolutely awful! I know it is included in the room rate, and you should never look a gift horse in the mouth,however, the hot breakfast items were inedible! The sausages tasted like they had been in the freezer for a very long time and then microwaved too long, the biscuits had definitely been microwaved too long and were hard and the Belgium waffle mix was so runny that every single waffle that was made, fell apart. We had to go out for breakfast. Not sure I would stay here again.

I have been staying here for almost a year and everything about this hotel is excellent. The rooms are very spacious and very modern. The staff is very good to me and my wife. We love everything about the hotel including the breakfast, which has many options.

I have stayed in several Best Western hotels, they are one of my favorite to stay at and I have to say my previous visit to this one in particular was 10/10. While the lobby and rooms were very clean it was the customer service that made the visit really great! I spoke several times with Kathy E in the front desk and she made the visit really simple and answered any questions I had. The rates on the rooms were also very reasonably priced for the location. I'm very pleased and look forward to my next stay.

We have stayed here 2 different times in the last few months and can't express enough how great this place is.... The staff was probably some of the nicest people we have encountered at any hotel and the breakfast.. well you can't beat the breakfast offered there. I missed breakfast one morning and they had bown bags set up with a breakfast to go for me and my kids... all day coffee, great happy hour prices, very welcoming to family and friends who joined us for lunches and dinners in the dining area tables, even put cartoons on for kiddos. The pool is small, but perfectly fine for the kids to play in- nice clean area. Nathalie was extremely awesome, both stays there :-)

I have visited a few hotels, but I have to give a special shout out to the bartender and front desk trainee, Jenni, at the Best Western Plus Kendall airport. What a wonderful person, entertaining personality, exciting stories. After 2 days at the hotel, they make you feel welcome. Definitely take advantage of the happy hour deals there. Ask for Jenni, you won't regret it. Be ready for some exciting conversations.

My stay was fantastic!! Never had a better experience with any other hotel. Stayed 2 nights and never wanted to leave! The room was very clean and very cozy. The bed was comfortable, coffee was great and the hot shower made the long trip even better. The breakfast was delicious. Not to mention how wonderful the staff was! Everyone was cheerful and happy to help in any way. Thank you for making my day so wonderful, I'll definitely be back too stay again!!!

Privately owned, mismanaged, nightmare! Bedbug and hair in my bed and shower, along with the scum and mold. Don't let the 5 star ratings fool you, something is very suspicious with that, no way ever!!! I have traveled domestic and abroad for all my life, lovely large hotels and small b&b's and this was hands down the most misrepresented hotel I have ever stayed at, by far! The lobby looks typical, but once you enter your room, it's all down hill. Welcome to Dirty World. Run!!!.. don't walk from this place!

My Stay here has always been very good. I always book for my staff from out of town and the service is great. Two service staff members are always very helpful and offer great customer service are Natalie Nieto and Carmen Marte. They are breakfast wait staff in the mornings and already happy and cheerful. I would recommend his hotel.

In the breakfast area there is a lovely lady named Nathalie who always take care of guest at the dining area. Very welcoming and friendly. I came to this hotel without any expectations and it turned out better than I thought.

After a very very long and exhausted airport conundrum, the Hotel gave me a great relief, super polite staff, very helplful, rooms were nice and tidy. Wi-Fi was very reliable so I was able to do some work, Breakfast was nice, Lovely Hotel!

My parents stayed in this hotel and they had a good experience. The hotel is clean, the rooms are very comfortable and staff is polite. Near executive airport and a small shopping center. Good parking and breakfast included.

We only stayed one night as we were boarding a cruise ship the next morning, we live in Orlando and wanted that extra day. We loved the hotel we checked in at 11 pm and the service desk people, 3 were fun and friendly. They had coffee and water available at check in, our room and bed were so cozy and comfortable. My husband forgot his razor so they provided one, Breakfast consisted of eggs of many choices and styles, fresh waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal and yogurts, even had almond chocolate milk.

Nathalie was very attentive since the moment we stepped in for breakfast. Helped us with our needs and created conversation with us. Making the feel of the room a lot warmer and kinder. It would definitely make me want to come back.

The staff is great, very professional and attentive. I usually stay between 2-3 nights and it's a nice quiet environment. They have a small bar which makes it convenient if you don't want to go out for drinks. Breakfast is great. I definitely recommend this venue.

Excellent value. This was a last minute reservation and they were awesome. The bar was unexpectedly closed, but the clerk helped us find a grocery store. We were exhausted, but able to relax, get our laundry done, and get a great night's sleep.

I stay at this hotel every few weeks and have been very satisfied from the beginning. I was very disappointed that there was no staff available to open the lounge as I usually enjoy watching tv and having a drink after work. I hope this is available on my next trip.

Very new, a small bar, a wide breakfast selections, and a lot of available parking no matter what time of day.. The only issue is there is no coin operated laundry room. Sometimes while on long trips clothes may need to be laundered to recycle so having a coin operated laundry room would assist greatly. I have no complaints I will stay here again, I stayed in the suite. The service at breakfast was by far better than any other Best Western I have stayed at, the attendants will ask if they can assist you with anything and are by far more attentive than I have ever seen.

I dont know why I never stayed in this hotel before. I always come to this area but I had stayed in the other properties in the area. This hotel is so beautiful and modern. The staff is so welcoming and polite, the breakfast is outstanding. I am definetaly making this hotel my new home.

My company frequently books hotels in this area for work projects and whenever possible we choose to stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet great. The staff is very accommodating and friendly!!!!!

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and even recommended that my family stay there during a visit for the Christmas/New Year holiday. I do not recall staying at a Best Western prior to my stay at Best Western Plus Kendall Airport Hotel but I now consider staying at their hotels after my experience at the Kendall Airport Hotel. Their rooms are modern, clean, they offer a great breakfast, have a nice bar and their staff is very professional. I am not sure if the woman I witnessed assisting a fellow colleague was the general manager but whomever she was, she was very professional and accommodating. I believe her name was Ms. Lopez. A guest in front of me needed help with something and Ms. Lopez quickly advised her colleague on how to accommodate said request of the guest and provided a clear understanding of all the amenities the hotel has to offer. This Best Western is my go-to whenever I am in Miami (at least 1x a month). Thank you for your service; you have certainly set the bar high!

Very friendly staff! Hotel had a really good breakfast as well. Not too far from FIU and other spots in Miami. Will definitely stop by again. Wish I had enough time to stop by the pool and to chill at the bar.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently-located hotel with all basic amenities. Would definitely come back. The staff was very friendly, although sometimes I had to go and find help. Much of the wing of my hotel floor (including hallway at all hours) was occupied by some law enforcement agency officials on assignment for most of my stay. I support our law enforcement, but not sure I would have booked a guest in the middle of their business block, and I think I might have mentioned it to the guest before he got into the elevator to his room!

I stayed at this hotel because my friend had stayed here previously and recommended it to me. I ended up staying at the hotel several times and love it!! The entire staff, from front desk to kitchen to cleaning goes above and beyond to ensure that you are absolutely happy during your stay. I had many requests during my stay, and no matter which staff member I spoke to, they were always friendly and did the best they could to accommodate the requests. The hotel is newer, so things are very modern and clean. I am very picky about cleanliness and this hotel is a 10/10 clean! They have a nice pool, gym, and bar. The breakfast is amazing and a great selection! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future!

The room was very clean upon entry. Breakfast included eggs and bacon. There was also cheese omlettes. The problems with the shower other than low water pressure are that it was an open shower with half door. Obviously the other glass door had been removed sometime in the past. It is too cold to have a door there that is that short. No heat lamp in ceiling either. Ameneties are attached to the wall. The soap dispenser didn't work. They gave the two of us exactly 2 towels. There was a sign that said to call if you needed additional towels. For the cost of this hotel they were chincy with the amenities. The bed was saggy in the middle. The desk furniture didn't seem to fit the area well. WIFI and cable was fine. Rating a 3 because the amount we paid was way too high for all of these issues.

This was the first time we have stayed at this BW in Kendall. We usually stay at the one on Kendall Drive and 122nd Avenue, but they were booked. The hotel is fairly new and modern. It's across from the Miami Executive Airport. The hotel is quiet and you can't hear the airplanes....just in case you are concerned about noise. The area is under a lot of construction with other hotels going up around it. There are a lot of industrial buildings around the hotel as well. It seems like it's out in the middle of nowhere but easy access to other areas like Pinecrest, Kendall, turnpike, etc. Rooms were nice (except needed serious vacuuming), but bathroom was a little cramped. The free breakfast was good...lots of choices as with any BW. Nice workout facility. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the dining area had trash (used utensils/napkins) behind plants and lamps (and breakfast hadn't started yet), and the lobby bathroom was disgusting (according to my husband who isn't picky...wanted to use it prior to our departure for home)....toilets backed up and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Staff is not as friendly as we are use to at the BW Plus Kendall Hotel and Suites. We will stay here again only if the other one is booked.

30 minutes from Miami International but worth staying here and had many restaurants and shopping within a mile. We were traveling up from the Keys so staying at this hotel was not out of our way to the airport.

On the last day of our stay the entire hotel was out of hot water. The overnight manager had told us that we would receive a 20% refund on each of our rooms upon check out. The night manager had left before we checked out and left all of his un-solved issues and very unhappy customers to the day manager. The day manager would not do anything since we booked with Expedia and gave us the number for the Director of Sales and Marketing (Grayce Lopez). After a very irritating phone call with her, her solution was for us to create a rewards account with them and she would award points. After finding out that is no interest to us, she no longer wanted to assist. I called Expedia which of course has to call the hotel and verify, as well as come up with a percentage to offer, they came back with 10% per room instead of the 20% we were promised. So instead of a $305 refund we were given only $152.52, this does not even cover 1 night for 1 room of our 2 night/3 room stay. The hotel did not care that the manager had promised 20% or the fact that they were leaving a customer unhappy and losing our business in the future.

Natalie was very helpful during breakfast. She deserves her gift card. Overall nice place. Great service. The bathroom style is unique. It takes time getting used to it. Extra towels perhaps. Enjoyed my stay.

My Fiancee, myself, and my 6 ft teddy bear consistenly stay at this location not only because of its proximity to my parents but because of the great staff that works throughout. Michelle at the bar is fantastic and the front desk was great suggesting delicious food nearby and a store to purchase a shirt that says Miami

I am a frequent traveler and I've been to many hotels. This hotel is clean, beds are comfy, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever seen. The associates are so pleasant, accommodating and friendly. The facility is located quite a distance from the bustling part of Miami but it's worth the distance. I would stay here every time I come to Miami.

Hotel on surface looks great, new and modern. Comes with little bar and restaurant because its in the middle of nowhere. The room was nice, bed comfy. The shower and bathroom designer needs to be swatted. The shower is a stand alone stall with a glass partition, not a door. The rain forest style shower head hangs over head almost mid way and at edge of glass. I was in the shower longer than normal because the water pressure was insanely low. Not having a curtain or door on the stall water went onto floor. It was quite a surprise when I stepped out onto bath mat and damn near went on my behind due to the slippery, very wet floor. We used most of our towels to sop up the water that sprayed out of the shower. Two things: water savings is important, but if you use the shower twice-three times as longer than usual and cant get shampoo and soap off, what is the point in ticking off the customer who will never come back? Two: why would someone approved the shower design that gets the floor wet and could cause potential harm.

This hotel is perfect for our company's needs. It's convenient, the rooms are nice and always clean. The staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. We use this hotel at least twice a week and we have never had any issues. I highly recommend staying here for business or with your family.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast menu had a good variety and was delicious. The fitness center gave me an opportunity to get a good workout. Overall I was very pleased!

My family and I were very happy with our stay here at the Best Western PLus Kendall. The staff were very helpful and went way beyond what they had to. Natalie who works in the kitchen and Anna at the front desk always looked after us, and always had smiles on their face. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed overnight to be closer to the venue for my cousin's wedding. The next morning, we went to breakfast and really liked the menu selections; the family had a great time. The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Nathalie, Ana, and Rosario (made breakfast more !). I would refer this place to friends and family. Definitely, will do it again in the future.

I stayed at this Best Western recently, everything was great, awesome complimentary breakfast, clean room great hospitality. All in all it was a great experience until.... UNTIL I met Michelle! Now I know what you're thinking, what can this Michelle of done, that is so drastic to change my whole experience? To change my outlook, not only about the hotel but of MY ENTIRE LIFE!? To make me NEVER be the same again!? Be the most amazing person EVER that's what. From her amazing red hair, to her delicious milk shakes, purse candy and loving chicken wings, she changed my entire outlook on life. I will never be the same, she touched me..... not literally, but a guy can wish right? I would of recommended staying here, but now I MUST INSIST. At least as long as Michelle works here. Hopefully one day they will promote her to the CEO of best Western, but for now she will have to settle for the title of the best bartender I ever met in my life!

Stephanie checked me in at 3 am, I was so exhausted and she gave me a wonderful room and was very friendly and helpful.the room was nice and the breakfast was fine as well. The breakfast ladies Rosario and naty were very sweet as well.

This hotel does not care about it guests I have a sick baby and asked if we could check in early they told me to come in at 1 we were not let into the room until 3 had to spend 2 hrs with my sick baby in the lobby. I cannot believe that they did not have 1 room available. There were like 6 cars in the parking lot.

When I was told I was staying at the BW Kendall I was a little disappointed. When I actually arrived, the girls on the front desk were polite, funny and accomodating. The room was spacious had everything I needed, including a microwave and a good sized fridge, and the bathroom was surprisingly big and luxurious! There is a as small bar but every night I was there, there was a different character to chat to and happy hour from 5-7 was amazing with half price beers and cocktails etc..I have to mention Michelle behind the bar who was very friendly, knowledgeablenot only about drinks, but the area too. She had a real top hotel concierge feel to her service and it was really appreciated throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely come again when in the area. Keyla too was excellent and memorable. Thanks again guys. I look forward to comong back.

The Staff here were very courteous and responsive to our every request. We actually stayed there for close to a 3+ weeks, and the hotel became like a home to us. My family had 2 connected rooms, and the staff would ensure that both rooms were cleaned to our specifications, and at times that were convenient for us. The breakfast staff were also very courteous, as were the front desk staff. Staff I would like to specifically mention because of exceptional service are:Natalie (kitchen), Yanasy (front desk), Kayla (front desk), Fiorella (front desk), and Betty (manager of cleaning staff). Modern hotel overlooking the runway (and another hotel being built next door). Well designed room with power sockets everywhere, including just below the full length mirror. Nice walk-in shower though my other half didn't like the ceiling showerhead. Fluffy towels. Nice breakfast but could do with more fruit options. Not many people about in the evening by the bar - we saw just one guest and the barman. Overly cold aircon in the business centre - must be like that to stop you lingering too long! No restaurants withing walking distance, but they can deliver. We found a good Peruvian restaurant at intersection of SW 88 St and SW 137 Ave. Would stay here again if in the area.

Check In Staff gave me views to choose from. No smoke or musty smell anywhere. Room is spacious,can use some USB Ports near the beds and pillows could be more firm, bathroom is fine, venting can be stronger, and the breakfast choices is on the excellent side. Carmen on the dinning staff is a breath of sunshine with smiles and keeps things clean and running like clockwork with her staff. Minutes from West Kendall Baptist Hospital, shopping and eateries. Last night there was an awful humming sound on and off every few seconds. Other than that, Yes...I would stay there again, maybe on the opposite side of the building.

Great staff, clean rooms (Windows on 4th floor could use some washing though), excellent breakfast choices (yougart, carbs, eggs, home fries, waffles, apples and other healthy choices too). The bed and pillows were AMAZING!! Walking distance to restaurants and movie theaters. Duffy's was where we ate...walking distance and affordable. Also has a jacuzzi along with nice pool.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Two adults and three kids. We took the room with the king bed and sofa bed. We fitted pretty well.The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious.. We have no complaints...

The door to my room would not lock. I had an event to go to and was delayed because of this. I attempted to call the front desk and the phone in the room was not working. The A/C was not working in the room either. When I went downstairs the rep told me it would take more than 20 minutes to call maintenance and have him come out. She gave me another room which was nicer but I feel such lack of concern for the safety of guests is unacceptable. Not being able to lock the door and then to not be able to access the front desk via phone is certainly a liability for Best Western. Upon check out the rep told me she spoke to the General Manager who stated no discount or compensation could be given due to the fact I booked online. The reservation was booked through hotels.com. The General Manager is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should take responsibility for the condition of the room. . As in any business customer safety and satisfaction should be their main concern. Upon check out the rep gave me her card and offered a minimal discount on a future visit. No Thanks!!!. I will take my business elsewhere. I need a door that locks, a phone that works and air condition.

I just love this place, is like home away from home, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and good value for your money. make the reservation in a hurry and staff was willing to accommodate me and my family.

I have family in the area. When their house gets too crowded during the holidays, I escape to this hotel. Done it for about 5 years. It's modern, clean, has nice rooms, good breakfast. It is, however, very far from the most Miami tourist attractions. For my needs, location is top notch. Safe area. Close to numerous shops including food, gifts, and liquor. Parking is plentiful and free. Modern clean lobby. Friendly and very helpful staff. A bottle of water, popcorn, and candy bar on check-in. Rooms are large, clean, modern. Large TV, comfortable bed and bedding, safe, microwave, fridge. Air Conditioner was a bit loud. Large bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries. Free fast WiFi internet. Solid breakfast each morning. Few hot dishes, fruit, waffles, eggs, pastries, coffee. Plenty of food for all the guests. Large sitting area. In the evening, they open a nice bar with a happy hour. Great place to mingle with fellow guests. Though I never used it, the hotel does have a gym and a pool. If you need to stay in Kendall, yu would be hard pressed to find a better hotel.

Outside and lobby were attractive. This is our third stay here, as there are few hotels in the immediate area. Other than the broken toilet, and noisy a/c unit, the room was fine. Beds were good. Breakfast was standard, although eggs were cold despite sterno. All in all ok considering it was Christmas eve

This is a pretty hotel with friendly staff. However, if you need a good hot shower, this may not be the best option. The showers are a bit of a disappointment. The water here is luke warm, at best. The design is a rain shower, but the stall is not big enough to accomodate a rain shower and water fills the bathroom floor. In addition, there is no shower curtain, only a half door. This means that you will be cold during your lukewarm shower, and a good shave is nearly impossible. The staff is great, btw... and the in house bar is quite nice. The breakfast is marginal, but the place is clean and pretty. In the Kendall area, this is the best hotel... Hopefully, they will fix the showers and it will be an excellent hotel.

Loved my experience at this hotel. BEDROOMS: The room was clean, well designed, with super comfty bed. Just like the picture i saw on the internet. Loved that they thought of every detail as -a little kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. -A "L" type desk designed to have a good work station with it's own work chair. -One reading corner with side table and table lamp. - And One separate dresser with drawers. -Also a small bench for luggage support. The lighting design is excellent. You can use general or spotted without a party of shadows. It's flexible. Not a tiny room. Good space for 3 people at the room, even 4. The bathroom also is generous and without safety risks at the shower. We requested a silence room on our reservation and we slept like babies for 10 days. Very quiet room. They have an app that let's you request towels or any other service though your smartphone o tablet. On the same floor they had beverages machines and a laundry station!!!! COMMON AREAS: The hotel is modern and comfortable everywhere. Nice front desk with great service 24/7. Clean pool area and gym. Beautiful and private business center with printer. A bar, a small shop open 24/7 and a breakfast area with a lot of variety. The breakfast is fresh and with many options. The ladies are always smiling and willing to serve you, specially Nathalie that makes you feel at home. My only observation is that the coffee they serve it's very light roast, almost doesn't taste like coffee at all. It's a brand dispenser so they couldn't do much about it. I was delighted at the personal for they enthusiasm and spirit of servers. They were working really hard to make everything just perfect.

Great place, always have breakfast refilled, and great service. Nathalie helped out very much. The only thing is A/C might need some maintenance but other than that, amazing service and always prompt .

The staffs is great Customer Service, great experience. Starting with the people at front super friendly and professional. The batterder so lovely person, and a big Wow for Nathalie and her staff in the Breakfast area, Excellent Service. The rooms are clean, all the lady's in charge are super dedicated. I love it all. I didn't know what to do with the dirty clothes, I asked, is 2 floor with washer and Dryer, the Reception area help me getting everything done. I save a trip to the laundry place.

I get an email that they need to speak to me, I call the hotel and they said that they had to give my room away as my credit card (which I just used at a convience store) did not work and they could not gaurentee my room and they could not reach me by phone. They offered me another room that was smaller and I had no choice but to take it. When I arrive at the hotel my card works and the phone number I gave them worked as well. We take the room with two queens instead of the King room with pull out sofa. We had planned for my two older children to sleep on the sofa and the youngest to sleep between us on the king. Now we had my one son sleeping in a chair with a bench seat in the room for his feet and the other two in the other queen as they do not offer rollaway beds. Now that we checked out 4 days I find multiple holds on my credit card. They could not explain why they could not reach me and may have transposed a number. A family that was sitting in the lounge area overheard my conversation and approached me later to say that they were the ones that got the room and found out that they sold the room to them at a much higher rate than I was quoted. So they choose profit over good customer service.

This hotel is awesome!!! Perfect location The property is clean and new. Very large and inviting lobby area. The front desk and dining room staff were excellent!! I originally booked for one night & ended booking a 2nd night! That's how pleased I was. Anna at the front desk made sure I got my stay extended for another night. Natalie and her dining room staff crew were fantastic. Natalie came around several times to make sure we were ok. This hotel serves a FULL breakfast!!!

Very clean and new. Efficient, pleasant staff. The breakfast was very nice and the breakfast staff very helpful. I was traveling with a special needs child and the breakfast servers, especially Nathalie made sure he had everything he needed and were very kind to us.

This hotel seems to be a newer location, but it definitely has been well maintained. The staff is friendly and the amenities are nice. This was a great value for what you receive in a hotel of this type.

Awesome service. They don't quit until they get you want you want and need. It is very quiet with laundry facilities on every floor. They also include vending machines on every floor just in case you don't feel like going downstairs for snacks. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely come back.

This is a nice newer hotel with great service and friendly staff. The breakfast is good with excellent kitchen staff. We had a small issue with our first room and they moved us to a new room right next door.

Nathulie in the kitchen was very hospitable. She made the visit a pleasant experience. She made sure we had drinks and was eager to clean up. She checked back multiple times and assisted other guests pleasantly. We would definitely go back.

Nice small hotel near Miami Zoo and Kendal executive airport. Near many restaurants. Went with 3 small children to visit Zoo which is around the corner. The staff was friendly and hotel very clean. Didn't use any amenities. My son left his favorite toy. I called and housekeeping was able to find it and hold it for us. I went back a few days later to get it and staff was very sweet. Will definitely stay here again.

First time staying at a Best Western -- it was the closest hotel to where my husband was working. While the size of the suite was somewhat smaller than other suites we have stayed in, it worked for us and everything was fine

This Best Western Plus hotel is excellent, It's our second visit and we enjoyed our stay as much as the previous stay. The check in and check out was easy and with a very friendly staff. Ana and Keyla are very personable and are a PLUS to the Best Western name. We will definitely stay here upon our next visit.

We stayed 2 nights. Great staff. Rooms were very clean and comfy. We even had a jacuzzi tub. What a plus. I definitely recommmend this Best Western! Breakfast set up was nice. The bar was nice. We would definitely stay again.

Our valuable were stolen our first night here and we were completely avoided by hotel staff and management once they were informed that we filed a police report. Conflicting reports about the events leading up to this from hotel staff occurred prior to the arrival of the police which only raised our suspicions.

Augustos, at check in, and Michelle, at the bar, were both fantastic. They were pleasant, helpful, and professional. They made us feel welcome, adding to the experience of a relaxing evening, and a great nights sleep. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very nice, too. Our stay was only one night for business. I've stayed at this hotel twice and we will continue to come back. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is close by grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you may need.

I'm truly disappointed with how the situation went. Greycy the sales manager is not reliable or competent. Aside from that, the rooms themselves were not up to par to our basic expectations. Examples are the loud HVAC units in multiple rooms that were in the block or the lack of room services during after hours for amenities. I would recommend another hotel in the area, if possible considering there are not many hotels in the immediate area.

First off the facilities are excellent. The staff is very helpful and polite. My issue is with the obsolete handling of the customer's credit card. That is the reason for the low overall rating. When you check in the make a hard copy of your credit card. What happens to that copy afterwards??? I asked why they did that considering that they already have an electronic reservation with all the credit card info, and they also swipe the card upon check in. The front desk clerk tried to explain but there is no valid reason. In this era of fraud and identity theft the Hotel should understand this and be proactive protecting their customers. I stay at many hotels around the country and this is practice was eliminated long ago.

The staff was very welcoming Eric, Ana and Keyla were kind and helpful throughout my wife and I's stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. They have happy hour at the bar and Michelle makes an amazing mojito. Will recommend to friends when they come down to Miami

I have been staying at this hotel since it opened, by far its the nicest and cleanest BW. The staff at breakfast, Natalie are great . Would definitely recommend this hotel always. It has lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

A very nice, clean, and quiet hotel. We had to leave very early in the morning so we can't evaluate the breakfast. Very nice staff. No bugs in our room. We would definitely stay there again. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Nice bar.

Within 10-15 minutes of walking in and checking the room out, I encountered close to 10 cockroaches, I immediately went down to the front office and since all rooms were booked she offered to spray the room and when someone checked out in the morning I can then transfer rooms. By 12 the next day I still wasn't moved from the room I had to bring all my bags to my car and leave the hotel with all my things instead of being able to unwind and leave my belongings. Finally when I came back they had another room for me which had no bugs. But when I inquired about how we are going to justify the fact that A. I got no sleep because I hate bugs. B. I was extremely inconvenienced by the situation C. did not think it was fair to spend over 130.00 on a room that was filled with bugs. They offered me a whole 15.00 dollars of my first night so i still paid 120.00 for a night in a room i literally couldn't even relax in

If you stay here you will be pleasantly surprised in the quality of this particular hotel. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Well decorated and bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent and it was nice to have a lounge to go to.

They cancelled our reservation without contacting us even though check-in is until 12am! Hotels in the area completely booked. So it seems they cancelled it for an immediate sale! So annoyed!! Unhelpful reception.

We have some friends that live in the area so we decided to book this hotel. It was really nice. The room was very clean and the bed is super comfy!! There was also breakfast included and a very competitive rate. We were really pleased with not having to drive 40 miles back home.

This a very good place to have your wedding party stay. They have all the ammenities for a super low price. They have an awesome full breakfast with great staff to help start your day. I love the waffle maker. It is a great added touch. Overall, the value for the stay is great and we were very comfortable here.

Great stay, every day housekeeping, full breakfast, from yogurt to eggs, sausage, toast, good breakfast. Free parking. Staff is so nice. Clean rooms. Clean sheets!!!! Highly recommend. It is so close from Miami Zoo.

Great stay. Wanted to be in Kendall, near family for an event and this was a great choice. It was fully booked but still quiet. Rooms really spacious and comfortable and everything looks new. The shower as stated in other reviews is kind of weird but no big deal. Small pool but my kids enjoyed even with the rain. Breakfast is varied and pretty good. Lots of choices. Water and hot coffee/tea available all day.

Visited last weekend and reserved over 9 rooms. Management did not work with us and mistreated us. Complained to corporate and no word... Very bad chain of Hotel in customer service. Won't be staying in best western's ever again.

I passed by the area and needed 2 nights, I was checked in by STEPHANIE!!! and she was awesome, she checked me in into a wonderful clean room and gave me all the info and service I needed. Michelle the bar tender was great as well and very attentive. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.

I was just visiting the area, and stopped in to have a couple of drinks. The bartender, Michelle, was really attentive, and very helpful. I have been back a few times when she works and she always has a smile on her face, and she always goes out of her way to make all of the others at the bar happy as well. Hotel is nice, from what I saw, but Michelle will be the reason I will be back. Always love a good bartender. Thanks BW and thanks Michelle.

my husband and I were looking to have a vacation that we could relax and stay away from home and coming to this hotel was the best decision ever. we slept like babies and by the time our vacation was over we were so relax neither one wanted to leave. but for sure this will be our hotel to run to if we need to relax.

when to the hotel on august 20, 2017 and my daugther forgot her iphone on the room. and cleaning crew got inside the room after we left and when we asked for the iphone hotel front desk cover the crew saying there was no iphone there. but my daugther had it on the night table.

2nd visit to this hotel. First room I was given had a noisy air conditioner but the staff promptly changed us to another room. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, bathroom very clean and room overall very nice, beds are very comfortable slept very deep. Morning they have breakfast and also A bar at night in the lobby with happy hour!!!

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and the facilities are excellent as well as the staff. The breakfast is SUPER!! and the attention from the staff in charge of the breakfast is outstanding. Especially, Natalie makes sure that everyone has what they need and offered her assistance to all of us. Definitely I'll keep coming back.

This is a safe, clean convenient place for me to stay whenever I come to Miami to visit my daughter. Good service and a good breakfast for free is also an enticement and added bonus. I also enjoy the clean swimming pool and relaxation area.

This was our first time at the new brand of Best Western. I was very impressed with the décor of the lobby and rooms ... the breakfast was more than expected. Service was GREAT. The bed was extremely comfortable - I especially liked the blanket that was used. If this room cost 2X as much ... we still would have been impressed.

Great palace to stay, clean and good value. Location was nice out in the country of Kendal, FL. Lot's of place to eat and grab supplies, we drove down to Key West and back on the same day. Newer hotel lot's of detail in the room's, great place.

This hotel was wonderful. It was clean and the staff was wonderful. It is in an quiet area off the main road which was relaxing. The breakfast was great and so much better than the traditional waffles and cereal, but the waffles were great if that is your preference. Pool was a little small, but it isn't a deal breaker for me. The property was well maintained and we felt safe. Rooms were beautiful with rainfall shower heads coming out of the ceiling and super comfy beds that you just sink to sleep in. Definitely will be staying here again for sure.

I knew someday we would be staying in the western Kendall area and want ed to stay here. So glad we did. From the easy check in to the wonderful room to their great breakfast, our stay could not have been better. The hotel appeared to be close to fully booked and even so was very quiet. Our king bed was very comfortable as was the seating area in the room. The only weird quirk was that shower did was open to the room with a door which allowed the floor to get wet some. That is just a design question but other than that the room was awesome and what one would expect in a higher end property. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area.

This hotel seems brand new. The lobby is very appealing, has a bar and lots of seating for the free breakfast. The breakfast was nice with a variety of choices. The rooms have plenty of space and have awesome lighting including neat little reading lamp thingy on the wall on each side of the bed. The bathrooms are nice too, the showerhead is nice (rain-type). Only having a half shower door is kinda weird at first but surprisingly doesn't make a mess in the bathroom. The location is away from lots of traffic which is how we like it. A short drive to restaurants and shopping. The staff is very friendly and this will be our new go-to Miami hotel when we make trips to the mainland from the Keys.

We had a great stay. We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, rooms were very clean. It's in a great location with shopping, restaurant's, and any other type of store you would need very near by. I would definitely stay there again with my family.

We stayed one night and the hotel is central to many restaurants. It was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and the lobby had 24 hour cool water and hot beverages. The breakfast was one of the better that I have seen. I travel weekly on business and would definitely recommend.

We only stayed here for one night as we had a day trip to the Zoological Foundation planned and this hotel was one of the closest. I can honestly say this bed was one of the comfiest beds I've slept in! The room was spotless and the staff were so helpful, I missed breakfast the next morning so they helped me order food in from a local cafe. Would 100% recommend

Short and sweet, I would give this hotel 5 Stars if not for the AC situation. My son and I got in late and the AC unit smelled like a locker room! Damp, wet, moldy, musty, it was terrible. We were too tired to change rooms plus we were only in one night. Other than this issue, everything was perfect. The room and hotel were well decorated. The breakfast was filling. The price was excellent. Location south of the city was okay. I would stay again, but ask to change rooms if the AC situation is the same.

This hotel was awesome.....but it has gone down the drain!!!! The A/C had to be fixed....the refrigerator did not work and had to be fixed....the water pressure of the shower was bad....There is a Holiday Inn across the street from this hotel on the other side of 137th and we will try it for our next trip. It is a shame because we had stayed there like six times:(

We really appreciate that even though I came to the hotel earlier than the check in time the girl at the Reception contacted housekeeping and the Housekeeping Supervisor to confirm the availability of room for us to be able to get drees to attend the wedding we were attend. The quality and freshness of the Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Plus the friendliness and exceptional customer service of the staff.

Front desk was always excellent. The only incident I had was with the breakfast manager. About not being able to take my children's breakfast to their room. The other incident was with the housekeeper partiality cleaning the room and barging in while we were taking a nap. Even when I had the sign saying "Please do not disturb". Overall they weren't disrespectful. They were kind and helpful.

Very satisfied with service, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from, my grandson loved it. The room was spacious and modern. Wifi worked extremely well!

The only negative thing is breakfast was too early 6-9 and i didn't like that the bathroom didn't have a door just half of a glass....Everything else was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful and I was also able to take breakfast to my room.

This is not my first stay at this BW, in the past it's been great this time I was very pleased with the room but the staff needs to be adjusted nighttime staff to be specific. I arrived to my room after spending the day in key largo on the water to find ants all over my bar area, I sprayed it with off and wiped down the bar with some washcloths they supplied in the room. When done I called downstairs to the front desk and asked the gentleman for some more washcloths because I had used mine to wipe ants crawling on my bar. He said oh we don't have any more washcloths I'm sorry, I'll send you some hand towels, (idiot) I explained to him why I needed some more washcloths because I wiped down ants crawling all over the place and he said oh that's not good I'm sorry and that was the end of the conversation, I had to go buy some dang washcloths just so my family could shower. The next evening upon walking into the hotel I stopped at the front desk because I needed quarters to do laundry. I asked the girl and she said sorry I don't have quarters, I said it's for me to do laundry at your machines, she said umm yea we don't have any. The sign on the washer wall clearly states they do. What the hell would they have done if I needed to buy something that required quarters in return. Considering the lack of customer service I received and that there is also a hotel being built right in front of this one that blocks the view of the airport I don't see myself staying here again. There's a design flaw with the shower doors for sure, it's 1/2 a glass on the shower and you flood the bathroom along with entrance to the room when you shower. The rooms and the grounds are good but the staff spoils it all. I hope this is seen by management and addressed so these things can be fixed. I hate that this occurred because I thought I had a gem of a place to stay when down visiting family but now I will have to find a new place to stay.

I stay in this Hotel over and over again, I feel very safe even if I travel alone. They have a shuttle within a 3-4 mile range where they take you and pick you up. The Staff in Reception are always willing to give the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is more then a Continental Breakfast , very complete in all aspects for a good breakfast. The House Keeping Personnel are also very attentive and helpful if you should need anything. The Hotel complete staff has a 10 . I highly recommend this Hotel in this area, I have tried two different ones in that area, but this one is the best by far.

I checked in very late and Stephanie was very helpful and very sweet. Check in was fast, the room was nice, breakfast was very pleasant. would definitely will be coming back again. The hotel is very quiet which I like but if you are trying to go to the beach you are a bit far.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. A few minor problems but nothing which will stop me from staying at Best Western Inn at Kendall Airport Florida location. The staff at the desk was great, excellent rooms and great breakfast. I will stay at this place always when I need to stay near Kendall Airport.

This is a very beautiful 3 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I liked the beds, they were comfortable enough where my back didn't hurt the next morning. One piece of advice for people who are thinking of booking here is that the bathrooms may look nice but the shower has no door; it's a tall piece of glass that covers half the shower from top to bottom and the other half of the shower is wide open. Due to half the shower being open, I found that every time I took a shower a lot of water ended up splashing out onto the bathroom floor. I'm not a fan of this modern doorless shower. On a completely separate note, many of the hotel rooms have that connecting door to another hotel room located right next door. This door is not very sound proof, so if someone is staying next door you can easily hear them talking, watching tv, and et cetera. Unfortunately, after staying at this hotel for almost two weeks, I frequently heard the people next door making "woohoo", or as most people say in positive way, making love. This is expected from hotels, but because the door is not thick you may hear people messing around in bed. Here are some other slightly annoying experiences from my stay: -The cleaning chemicals or what not used by housekeeping are quite overpowering. I got quite a few headaches from the smell. -The breakfast is okay, not anything special. Includes typical breakfast foods. -The hotel is located next to a car mechanics store. Pretty much every night around 9-10 pm I heard a sports car from this mechanic store speeding down the road.

I work very close to this Hotel, actually I saw the construction of it from early stage since I drove by it on a daily basis to go to work. I never thought I would be staying here until this situation in my life came about. I came to rent a room with my son very late one night feeling deeply sad, stressed, anxious and the nice young gentleman at the front desk called Abraham was so courteous and nice. That attitude and the smile in his face and well wishes to me and my son made me say Thank you God for bringing me here!! Thank you Abraham for making me feel at home. I have stayed here now one month, and I will tell you that never crossed my mind that so many nice, professional and courteous people could be working all under the same roof. I have met many employees at the Hotel, but the ones that already have a piece of my heart is the sweetest of all Fiorella,(front desk), OMG!!! she is Gods gift to me, Ana (front desk sup.) Catherine (mgr), Marilyn (housekeeping), Tania(housekeeping), and last but not least Johnny and Rosario from the kitchen, they both are excellent, pleasant and courteous, and the breakfast is always EXCELLENT. Thank you ALL for making me feel like home and making my stay in this Hotel a very pleasant and happy experience that I will never forget. God Bless You All!!!! This best Westrin was really nice to stay at. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and convenient. The hotels location allowed me to experience Miami the Florida Keys and Everglades because of It's convenient location. The place was clean and had all the amenities she would need forest day. Definitely would return in the future.

We live close by this hotel and just needed a place away from home to celebrate our 32nd anniversary earlier this month. We couldn't have picked a better place! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was that of a luxury hotel but without the luxury price. Will definitely be going back (maybe next anniversary) and would certainly recommend it to anyone else - whether traveling or local.

Great pool and hot tub. Room very nice. Walking distance to several stores. Was a great stay. Would highly recommend this place would stay here again ifif ever in area again. Breakfast was very good. Dining room was nice and clean.

By far the most modern, elegant and well-appointed rooms I have ever enjoyed at any Best Western. Rooms were spacious, well equipped for business and pleasure travel (ergonomic office chair & desk, large TV, additional table on wheels, armchair, decent sized fridge). Every staff member we came across, except the barman, was extremely helpful. Front desk & housekeeping went out of their way to help us, as did the courtesy shuttle drivers. The barman, however, felt like he was the cat's whiskers and was running the most pretentious bar in Miami. He told us about all the training he had received …but then questioned another guest when he ordered red vermouth on the rocks, arguing that it was only meant to be had as part of a cocktail. An ignorant but modest barman would have served the guest without questioning his choice; an educated barman would've known that vermouth on the rocks is a popular choice in Europe. On a side note, posters in the elevator boasted about beer pitchers being available at the bar, but the bar was out of all 3 or 4 kinds of draft they usually stocked for our entire 3 night stay. Other than the bar, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something in Kendall; it is far better than the other Best Western in the area (and about 4 others I have visited in Miami) and is definitely exceptional value for money as far as Miami hotels go. ...one must keep in mind that most hotels in this price range do not have bars, so having one with a pretentious barman is much better than not having one at all.

Friendly staff! Great breakfast choices! Wasn't too expensive. The shower pressure was really nice. The one thing I didn't like was, 8 felt like the hotel was in the middle of no where. But other than that it was a great stay!

Estuardo, Keyla, Abraham, Lewis, were Amazing. THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD STAY AT IN KENDALL, PERIOD... Service on point, the whole staff were polite and the room very very clean. I plain on another business trip soon. Now I actually look forward to it...

This hotel is very confortable for business, clean, excellent hotal staff and services, the only draw back, is there are not restaurants or stores near by, need to have a car to go out. if you are on business and have transportation will do very well, has a small airport near by and excellent to comute from out state.

Close to the Miami Executive Airport. There is more than enough Shopping in the area. If you need to be in the area this hotel is the one. Shopping and Restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Hotel is relatively new and super clean. Excellent and friendly staff.

Perfect stay at Best Western Plus Kendall Miami. It's not close to MIA Airport but it's worthy. Good services, kind attendants and full breakfast (lot of options). Clean rooms and silenced place. Hope to be there again. I certainly recommend.

My husband travels to Miami often (2-3 times a month) and stays at this hotel. We came along with him and stayed on our first night and last night of our trip to Florida (we went to key west for the other part of the trip) The hotel is very clean and nice. The amenities are excellent and staff is very friendly. They have a pool, great exercise room and a bar. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The pillows are super and the beds very comfy. This hotel is very clean and updated.

The lobby looks beautiful but the rooms I can't say the same the staff is nice but I wish the rooms were a little better and location there's no scenery! To me it wasnt definitely not worth the price. Usually when you go to a best Western is a better hotel this location in particular did not spirk me.

I had to try three different rooms and none of them smelled fresh and clean. Hotel is located next to a regional airport and noise level is above average considering the conditions. Staff could be friendlier.

Cheff is excellent. Kitchen staff is polite and efficient and good servers. All the Staff at the reception, Shuttle Bus person is very friendly and polite. We have been leaving here for 3 months and no complains about any thing. It feel like home.

The hotel is awesome. My only complaint is the wall unit A/C and the pressure of the shower head is lousy. You can not shut the shower so you're freezing during the shower. It was very clean and the staff is extremely nice.

Very nice property. Decent size room, comfortable bed, quite location, 5 minutes or so off of I 95. The property was booked solid the night we arrived and parking was a minor issue. Nice staff, a bit above normal breakfast selection that was very well staffed. No problem recommending.

Have used this hotel numerous times. Yudi and Fiorella were very professional and paid attention to details. I/family have been to this hotel several times and we have never been let down. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are modern and always kept clean. Compared to other options in the immediate area, this hotel is competitively priced and a good value for the service you receive.

We were warmly greeted and welcomed by Yudy, at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is among the best, with Mariaelena and Maria Fernanda serving and maintaining it well...The hotel is clean and quite modern which was the cause of some minor irritations. We were told that no rooms feature a bathtub, which my wife prefers, just showers. Also the bathroom lighting at the mirror is modern, but not bright enough. The most irritating part of our stay, in room 617, was no WiFi. I informed the front desk twice, then again at checkout. The first response was the modem needed resetting. The second was that WiFi was working throughout the hotel and that we could relocate to a new room. We declined as were settled in to 617.

I enjoyed the hotel but the breakfast was horrible. I think you need to review your breakfast items. The sausage was like rubber and the eggs were always cold. The beds were comfortable and I think the hotel is very clean and very good location for the race I did for Miami Man

I was in town for a triathlon and this hotel was fantastic. Super clean. Very modern. Excellent staff. I'll definitely return. My only disappointment was that I had to leave so early in the morning for the race that I was not able to enjoy the free breakfast.

We have been going to Miami for several years for the Miami Man triathlon and every time we've stayed somewhere different because we could never find a hotel we liked. I'm happy to say that this has changed! This hotel is inexpensive, clean, attractive and was very convenient for our destination. They offered a nice breakfast and even had a bar if you were inclined to have a drink and a bite to eat in the lobby. They do have a pool and fitness center, though small. I would have liked a water cooler in the fitness center, but there were only water fountains. The room was comfortable and had nice decor. The shower in the bathroom, however, was quite unusual. There is no shower door, so the bathroom floor gets wet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will almost certainly return. It was an excellent value for the money.

Had a parking issue, the front desk solved it immediately. The folks that cleaned the room, did a top notcj job. breakfast buffet area was very clean, organized and comfortable. good job Maria and Mariaelena

Marialena and Maria Fernanda did an excellent job with the breakfast buffet. They both worked hard restocking the food and keeping everything clean. You could see they cared about keeping their guest comfortable and happy.

This is a nice hotel, convenient to Jackson South Hospital which was the purpose of the trip. The room and property was clean. Everything worked. Breakfast buffet was fine. It was quiet. Would stay there again.

We have stayed in this hotel on several other occasions. It's off the beaten path but it's a great value. For those interested in amenities, the pool and the work out room are small. The breakfast was good although it ends at 9:00 am during weekdays. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was generally courteous. We will be back.

We came for a wedding. The hotel was beautiful. Very clean and quiet.We flew into Tamiami executive airport. The hotel sent a car for us and also took us back to the airport. We grabbed an Uber around town. We were able to get an early check in which made the whole trip less stressful. We used to live in Miami and if we have to go back we would stay here again.

I have been staying at this property for over 2 months . I consider this my home away from home , this property is new , exquisitely clean and the best part is the staff . I experienced a Very pleasant stay here at the Best Western Plus Hotel. the staff specially were excellent with customers service. Several of your employee Abraham, and Jose at the front desk, and Maria Fernanda, were outstanding with their service. they went out of her way serving and being very helpful. Stayed here for a business meeting nearby. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast was ready on time, and provided good variety.

We went to this hotel when it was open 2 days and have come several times since. It is clean, comfortable and convenient to Fairchild Gardens, which is our destination. The breakfast is good with many choices. I like having the refrigerator and coffee maker in the rooms. The "rain" shower is also a nice feature!

The wedding party and its guess stayed at this wonderful hotel for the weekend. The staff was very courteous , helpful, and professional. The grounds and rooms etc was clean and the atmosphere was great. The price was reasonable. Great place to bring the entire family.

I am in my room as I write this. This hotel is fairly new. Everything is exceptionally clean. Room is excellent. Beautiful shower, two comfortable queen beds. Close to a bunch of restaurants and strip malls. They offer full breakfast with your stay and free happy hour. Very accommodating staff. Love the area. Right next to Kendall airport.

The Rooms and Lobby were super clean and everything was nice and like new. The bar within the venue was great to relax after a long drive and the staff was great! We left early, but breakfast looked like it was good and a large selection.

I checked in late & asked about restaurants within walking distance, oh there really isn't anything but we have places that deliver. Disappointing as in one place I looked it said they were close to shops & restaurants. I go to my room & there is a loud annoying noise, turns out it was the AC unit BUT there was no one available to look at it & well they didn't have another equivalent room & no way to give me a refund if I moved to a smaller room. They would have someone look at it the next day. I took a smaller room no refund. I then decided I would see what the delivery options were, the amenities book in your room tells you to check with the front desk for full menus. Most of the ones they provided either weren't open on Monday or already closed for the day. One didn't speak English so that was my fault. The convenience market had really nothing to offer in the way of food. Snack items or pre-made tuna sandwich. The front desk person suggested appetizers from the bar. I went over but didn't see anything or a bartender to ask. I thought being right next to the Executive Airport they would cater to the business traveler. The front desk clerk was friendly enough & tried. Like when I asked for the shuttle to get me to the office (2.5 miles away) for a 7:30 meeting the next day, oh it runs from 9-4:30, but he would check. No one answered the number he tried. I'll be spending money on cabs.

We usually stay at this Hotel when we visit Miami, and for good reason as it doesn't disappoint. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We like the free parking and the complementary breakfast in the morning is very tasty with lots of different options. The staff is friendly and checking in and out is a breeze.

I stayed here for 1 night on 9/22 during a business trip. When you walk into the lobby it is spacious and beautiful, with a restaurant/bar. Upon check-in I asked for a room upgrade, since Diamond members are supposed to get an upgrade if available. I didn't get one, nor did I receive a welcome gift. Basically no acknowledgment for my Diamond status. When I got to the room the first thing I did was connected my laptop, as I was under a time restraint for completion of a project. I was up on the 6th floor and got very poor wireless connectivity. It kept bouncing me off the internet and off of my VPN, which meant reconnecting every few minutes. This was frustrating so I called the front desk, told them that I was having connectivity issues and asked to change rooms. They apparently did not want me to change rooms and instead offered to bring me a cable. About 10 minutes later someone came up with a cable. That's fine but the problem with the cable is that it is only a few feet long, so I was stuck at the desk while I worked. When I'm working in a hotel room I like to be comfortable, either on the couch or bed, not confined to the desk. As for the room itself, it was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. I don't particularly care for the pump soap and shampoo though. Overall it was an adequate stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, and we loved it. We had a wonderful time in Best Western. The location is perfect close to many good restaurants. Our room and the hotel was very clean. The bed, the pillows, the shower and everything else in our room were great. The staff I mean everybody with no exception were friendly, helpful and trustworthy. One day we forgot to close our safe, everything was there, nothing was touched. The receptionist Fiorella was extremly helpful and friendly. We had a few guests one night and Esty the bartender gave an excellent service. We will definitely stay there again!

You self park, carry your own luggage, nice girl behind the counter gives you the key. Room is newer than most, no view, bathroom is small, shower has NO DOOR or shower curtain, water pressure is low, push pump shampoo, conditioner and soap are a chore, pump, pump, pump barely anything comes out. Towels are absorbent but definitely not luxurious. Bed and pillow are COMFY but sheet are scratchy, low thread count. Breakfast was OK, eggs and ham are put in a tray with a cover but they are not kept warm -- the usual cereal, bagels, toast and croissants are normal quality. The waffle makers are good especially when you want something HOT to eat. Small Pool area is in the parking lot with a tall wall and glass blocks kept clean but NOT attractive at all. I would stay 1 or 2 nights for business but this place is not for leisure. Bar is empty, pool is empty -- the only time you see the other guests is at breakfast. Next to Tamiami Airport but I did not here 1 plane.

Staff is excellent and the hotel is extremely clean. Would recommend to anyone. Great place to stay! I have stayed here several nights and couldn't complain about anything. The pool is a bit small and closes too early but the breakfast is hot and always well stocked. There is a lounge bar that is friendly with cucumber water always available for free which is nice and healthy,

We got two nights' sleep that were absolutely blissful. The beds are very very comfortable - and the pillows are wonderful, too. The hotel is fairly new (3 years) and, even though it is across the street from the Tamiami Executive Airport, it was very quiet. We never heard a thing. The hotel is very clean and the staff that checked us in and out were very polite, helpful, and efficient. Our safe needed to be reprogrammed, but that was just a slight inconvenience. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. It was also beautiful and very sleek. The bathroom was very impressive and with modern fixtures that made us feel like we were at a more upscale hotel. Breakfast was standard and didn't stand out, but otherwise I have no complaints. It definitely surpassed our expectations. The next time we are in Miami, we will definitely stay here!

I enjoyed my stay here. They have exceptionallyclean rooms. They offer free internet. There is complimentary breakfast - lots of variety. My room had an awesome bathroom. Here they have friendly staff. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is good and the price is right. I highly recommended this hotel.

We spent a night in Miami for my birthday. This hotel was really superior. The decor was classy, everything was immaculate, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet and the view of Tamiami Airport was surprisingly pleasant. Breakfast was superior also. We also felt safe here, a plus in Miami. Great staff - we will be back next time!

The room was unacceptable. The AC had a loud whistle when it was on. The safe in the room did not work. There was no water pressure to take a bath or shower. The knob to turn on the water was almost falling off and I was afraid if it came off the I would not be able to turn off the water. Housekeeping did not change the sheets from the guests before me. The reason I know this is because when I went to crawl into bed the entire bed sheets were covered with long black hairs and there was make up all over the sheets. Also, there was previously used bar of soap left in the soap dish. This dirty room gave me and my wife the creeps. I left my business card for the General Manager with a note to call me. 4 days later and I am still waiting on a phone call.

This hotel is a nice property and is fairly new. For the money it is an excellent value! Nice comfortable rooms and they even have a bar in the lobby downstairs. There is a fitness center and a pool also available. The breakfast items served are also nice. There is even a business center as well. You can even use their APP to check in. The hotel is adjacent to the Miami Executive Airport.

Stayed only one night but will stay here again. Very clean hotel, good breakfast and friendly service. Room was very clean and all seemed very new. Breakfast had lots of choices and the location was better than some of the other hotels we could have stayed at.

Room was clean, it had a bit of a smell, but after running the AC for an hour it disappeared. Beds and pillows made for one of the best nights rest I've had. Close to the zoo, which was a plus for our trip as it was only a 10 minute drive.

Everything is brand new in this hotel. The design is very modern . It has a comfortable layout with everything we needed. I expected some noise from the airport, but there was none. We were up before 6 but breakfast was ready!

We had 20 rooms, for a wedding weekend. Even though we did not get a group rate, we had a rate that the 800-number offered us that was good. The spacious lobby was laid out beautifully for groups of us to meet and socialize. The property was very modern and clean.

Another great stay for me! This was my second stay at this Best Western location. Once again, I was wowed by the friendly staff and comfortable room. The staff is very welcoming and nice. I walked into another fantastic room. Clean bathroom, clean rugs, furniture, and beds, a nice flatscreen TV. This stay was very nice and won me over as my usual go-to property when I am in the Kendall/Miami area of Florida. Thank you for another great stay!

The accommodations and staff were great. It is a nice bonus to have a hot breakfast in the am. The rooms are clean the decor is pretty. This time we also enjoyed the pool. They have a bar and appetizers which is a nice amenity for the evenings. We will definitely return.

We chose this hotel initially b/c of the proximity to family but the next time we are in Miami we are going to choose this hotel based on our guest experience. Great staff, the property is in excellent condition, the wifi is fast, you name it, everything met or exceeded our needs.

This specific hotel was great. The rooms were modern, there was plenty of complimentary items such as mouthwash and body wash, and breakfast was included which had a wide variety of food to pick from. This place was a lot less greedy than other hotels.

I'm hard-pressed to remember a better stay at any hotel in this price range. The accommodations (both the room and the common areas) were clean and new, the staff and management were friendly, everything was in perfect order. Our room was on the fourth floor and faced the airport across the street but we had no problems with noise. Be aware that the airport is an executive airport, meaning it is home to small general aviation planes and corporate jets, and the hotel is situated across from a point where east-bound departures are well-airborne. So in the mornings, there can be some jet noise. The sound is well-damped in the room though. A problem developed with a loud, late night disagreement among guests in the room next to ours. I waited a few minutes for the discussion to quiet down, but when it continued, I contacted the front desk and they handled it in a timely manner. Noisy guests are not the hotel's provision, but when guests do get out of line, then it's the hotel's problem, and it is nice to see things dealt with properly and quickly - this hotel staff did just fine in that regard. One minor issue... it's easy to drive past the side-street leading to the parking lot. There needs to be better signage on the road indicating where the hotel is, as it's back away from the main road about 250 feet.

Great hotel with very nice rooms with micro wave and good fridge. Very clean and comfortable. Nice pool with good towel and access. Although close to the airport, very quiet. Good breakfast with clean tables. The only negative is paper cups in the room. Need a glass or two. Note my GPS would recognise Address in Kendall, use Miami.

This was an unplanned stay after my flight was cancelled. This hotel is either new, or newly rehabbed. Very clean, with modern and comfortable furnishing. At check-in, the attendant was very friendly and helpful, knowing why I was there and recognizing I needed help with transportation the next day.

Room was very clean, beds very comfortable. The only con to the room is that we did not have enough towels and it was quite a few of us staying in two rooms. 6 people and only 4 bath towels and 2 wash cloths for both rooms. We had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels. Other than that; everything else was exceptional.

Beginning with the check-in, it was simple and quick. The folks working were respectful and efficient. There wasn't an overwhelming sense of comfort or warmth in them, but then again, it's a Best Western. They were what you'd expect the room was large and inviting, as we paid for the king sized bed in a suite. Large, comfortable, very accommodating for the price. The breakfast selection was impressive, even if the quality was, again, as you'd expect at a Best Western. But compared to most hotels I've been to, the spread was better than average. Overall, my girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would stay again if in the same area.

When American Airlines screwed up my flight and then gave me a voucher for this hotel for a night, my heart sank. I hadn't stayed in a Best Western in years, and my impression wasn't good. We arrived at 3am, and even at that ungodly hour, the front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. The lobby was large, clean and modern. Our room was clean and quiet. It was a much nicer hotel than I envisioned. The water pressure in our shower was not good, but as we left early the next morning I can't comment on many other features! For a budget chain hotel, this is a very good one.

Loved our stay at Best western. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to everyone else. The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. The was room really nice and the bed was comfortable. Wished we could've stayed longer :)

Check in and out was a breeze as were making reservations. Staff was wonderful, helpful and funny. It seemed the staff actually liked their jobs and working with each other and don't mind helping the guests or each other which is rare these days. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Beds and seating was comfortable and enough for our family of four. They also had a bar, food, pool and a little store where we could get snacks or anything we forgot. We enjoyed our stay at the best western plus kendall airport hotel & suites, Miami.

I love Best Westerns and this one by far surpasses all expectations. At this location The Decor, cleanliness, gorgeous welcoming lobby, state-of-the-art fitness center, sparkling pool with a comfortable seating area and friendly staff who make it all happen are definitely the best. This is my third over night stay here and I will be back next week. I use to stay at the near by Best Western for years until I noticed a change. The staff wasn't as friendly, the hotel was very noisy and the breakfast had lost its appeal. I am a woman traveling alone. Feeling safe is major for me. At this location I sleep soundly and feel very safe. I know I can count on Fiorella and Olivia to give me the best service at the front desk and for Giovanni to go over and above to make sure the breakfast is just not good but outstanding in presentation and taste. I do have one suggestion. Besides keeping up with the greatness of this hotel it would be nice to have a few benches right outside the door as people sit and wait for their rides to come to pick them up. The staff is excellent, breakfast was excellent, the rooms were large, bathrooms very nice. Beds very comfortable. Very quiet and comfortable. Pool was very clean and private. Security and safety high priority. would stay there again.

Clean hotel. Great service. Breakfast "crew" was on top of everything. Excellent. Food was replenished very quick, staff was courteous and attentive. I had to compliment the manager on my way out. Usually you do not get service like this in South Florida. Thank you!

Clean rooms, good decor, excellent staffs. Amenities like lounge bar and fitness center were add ons. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Close to all freeways and lot of shops in the area. So it is located in a very convenient location.

The best "Best Western" I stay in so far. It is clean, the staff is ready to help with what ever question or problem you may have. The rooms are very modern and makes you feel conferrable. I do witch I had stayed in this hotel the passed 4 trips I made to Florida.

I was in town for a weekend workshop and choose to stay here because it was close to where I needed to be. Check in went great. The room was very clean and very nice. I had a suite with a small refrigerator and microwave and living room area. I found the hotel to be comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was decent, standard fare. Nothing special, but not bad at all. The air conditioning was wonderful. Being in Miami with the heat and humidity I've found some hotels will limit how cold you can make your room, this was not the case here and I was able to keep the room comfortably cool. Check out was a breeze and I had no problems or complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel and breakfast. Room seemed cleaned but I woke up to 15 or so flea bites all over my legs! Also the walls are super thin. Heard people getting ice from the ice machine at night and our neighbor clearing his throat like he was throwing up.

Excellent stay at Best western, room was clean, bed comfortable, WiFi and breakfast was great , both check in and check out processes was great overall a great experience and i would recommend this hotel to friends and family
