Best Western Plus North Miami/Bal Harbour

Booked the hotel for one night because it seemed a good price. The carpet in the room was sticky, the coffee maker didn't work. There is no room service as announced, you have to go and get it. Ordered breakfast but it wasn't ready on time, the food had no taste. The hotel says the restaurant is independent but there are menus in the rooms so there should be some responsibility for the terrible service. Got a lukewarm apology, they want a “second chance”. Well, unless it is a free night, no thanks. Why would I stay there just to make them feel better?

Arriving extremely tired I was greeted by the most amazing staff I have ever encountered. Ailyn Gonzalez and Aerienne greeted with smiles and professionalism. My hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was on the top floor and had a great view. Would definitely make this my go to stay while visiting Miami.

I loved staying at this hotel..absolutely amazing customer service. The esthetic was everything. Lobby was comfy and had options for coffee. My family and I will definitely be returning when we are back in town. The beds were comfortable and bathroom and room were clean and organized.

We love this hotel we are locals and have stayed ofter for one reason or another , You really cannot beat the price and location for the East side of town highly recommend! Its right next door to Whole Foods and they have excellent hot meals to go !

This is our ideal location to visit our college student during breaks and vacation. This visit really disappointed out family. The staff are always kind but that does not change the horrible time with had with our rooms during our first Spring break in Miami.

Family friendly quiet clean and great night sleep. Fresh breakfast and towels for the beach. North shore only about 3 miles away. I've been coming here for at least 10 years. Best western has only gotten better and better over the years.

The purpose of my trip was less than a happy one. It meant alot that this facility was well maintained, felt safe, secure, well maintained and clean. Each staffer I encountered greeted me with a hello and a smile. It was a very welcome respite from difficult days. My room was spacious and well stocked. Everything was replenished as needed without asking. This was my fourth visit in 6 mos and each time has been on point in every way.

The most enjoyable part of this stay was meeting Tangla. she is the front desk clerk. At first she seemed a bit grouchy Jejeje. However, as we concluded our check in I began to think she was not grouchy. she was VERY HELPFUL and considerate. she is thorough, PAITENT, warming and welcoming. she remembered from the first night that i needed extra blankets and on our last night she offered me blankets. i found that to be very thoughtful of her. Thank you very much Tangala for making our stay pleasant and stress free. hope to seen you again happy holidays to you and yours.

I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel recently and wanted to highlight the outstanding service provided by Ailyn and Daphne. They both demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and a genuine commitment to ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my experience memorable. They are a true asset to your team.

I used Booking.com and selected DOUBLE ROOMwith two double beds, which mean two. Now they should have said DOUBLE SIZE ROOM with two double beds. There was a party of three so I had to purchase an extra room. the parking lot was flooded the vanity in bathroom was not put together well and the bathroom toilet in the other room was facing the bathroom door.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in North Miami. The service and attitude of the staff was excellent. The property is clean and very safe. I was particularly impressed with Ailyn at check in. Very friendly and personable. She loves her job and it shows. I highly recommend anyone coming to Miami to stay at this hotel. It is very well located to restaurants and shopping as well.

Everything was fine and staff were very helpful and cordial. Quiet. However, their old public computers were up on and off for the internet. Cool pool. There is no business center. Hotel is located across the street from a large shopping center, extremely busy intersection with major traffic. Many restaurants. . Recommended, especially for Haulover beach, racetrack and close to Ft. Lauderdale.

Was very clean and well decorated however I felt it was a little outdated and boring. The staff and housekeepers are very polite and execute their job thoroughly. No disturbances inside or outside the hotel it felt safe.

It was a nice stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and no noise from the outside. I wish they provided a wrap to keep the cold out. Everything else was great. The grab and go would have been great if it had more healthier options.

It's a great location near the beach, however, for the same price, you can stay at a classier hotel. The air condition was subpar working in 100° heat. The balcony door would not lock and the air conditioner leaked on the floor. The bathtubs also are in desperate need of repair with cracks all around them.

Before Tangela at the front desk, I didn't realize how much of a difference experience you can have, when you are helped by an experienced professional. She is informative. Moreover, she's intuitive. She provided advice and service that I didn't realized I needed. I'm looking forward to visiting Miami again.

All very good other than no complimentary breakfast offered that I thought all Best Westerns provided to their patrons. Rooms were very clean, everything worked just fine and the location for our purposes was great

Asking for a quiet room seemed to produce the opposite affect...Ask for a room facing the pool! Not what I would call a Best Western 'Plus'. PROS: ~Complimentary outdoor parking in front and around the side in a large lot. ~Comfy bed ~Adequate amount of towels ~Across the street from Whole Foods, where we purchased breakfast items. ~Nearby stores and some restaurants within walking distance. ~Reasonably priced, but a bit of a drive to Miami Beach. ~Complimentary coffee machine off the lobby ~Attached restaurant (we didn't eat there). CONS: ~Upon check-in, we requested a QUIET ROOM. The seemingly nice guys on the front desk seemed to palm us off with quite the opposite. Our room was facing the street and near an elevator. We didn't realize HOW noisy it was until we tried to go to sleep. Noise traffic and a weird 'donging' in the walls (That turned out to be the elevator) kept us awake, despite using ear plugs. At 10:30pm we asked to change rooms and described the 'donging'. An employee came to our room to verify this -- honestly, I wouldn't have gotten out of bed at 10:30pm, dressed and wandered down to the lobby for nothing!!! We were then shown a few other rooms, but they didn't seem any better. (Near exit doors, etc.) We were told a quieter room would come available the next day. After only getting 3 hours sleep (This already on top of jet lag), we packed up and moved rooms, which was inconvenient and took time out of our busy sightseeing schedule. The new room was on the pool side of the building and while quieter, a light was out in the bathroom, the door stuck and the remote control was not working. ~Maid service upon request. ~No complimentary breakfast As frequent customers of Best Western, we find they vary greatly. I would not highly recommend Best Wester Plus Windsor Inn. It's definitely not a 'Plus'.

We arrived on an early flight, it was a red eye so we had been up for more than a day, when we arrived at the hotel we asked for early check in but our room we booked wasn't ready so they asked us if we wanted a room with a king size bed, since it was my wife and son with me I said that is fine as my son basically fell asleep in the lobby already. They were gracious enough to offer that later that day if we wanted to change to a two bed room they would move us we felt bad asking for that so we just kept our room it was fine. Staff was friendly and gave us a tip to take uber to the Marlins game instead of trying to find parking. Room was nice, clean quiet and AC worked great. Pool was nice, overall a pleasant stay

I was unpleasantly surprised staying at this property on business. I only require three things - quiet, comfort, and fast internet. This hotel had none of those. If you won't be spending any time in your room and just use it as a place to crash while you visit the beach, it's probably good enough. If you need internet for business (or streaming TV), like your space to be cool, or like your space to be quiet, this is not the place for you.

We are staying here in this hotel my brothers and I had a great time here tangela told us we're to go to have fun a bought a new car, went to south beach and eat over there thanks to tangela, thank you.

I have family nearby and I always choose this hotel when I come to visit. It has you close to all main places you want be in 30 min or less. Rooms/bed are always clean and I've always had pleasant greetings from the front desk. There is a restaurant/bar attached that has really good food. Some may think the food is pricey but it's reasonable considering where you're at. Rooms may not have the most updated look to it but let's be honest, you should only be using the room to sleep since you are in Miami with so much to do

The room was very hot upon my arrival. The AC was inadequate in cooling off the room. The shower was cold, even when turned completely to hot. The staff was very friendly. The balcony view was an alley.

Great every time, very polite, very helpful / understanding and friendly front desk personal. (All of them) But, Specifically Ailyn and Ismael. My review is base on many years, over 6 years, staying at this location for business. (Short stay) Improvement needed: AC units in rooms not efficient enough for south Florida.

Had a great experience at this hotel and definitely would love to think the staff especially Tangela that works at night she is an awesome person. He goes above and beyond her job and me and my husband really appreciate it her.

We were able to book very quickly after our accommodations fell through last minute! The front desk agent Tangela went out of her way to make sure we found what we needed and even checked in with us after we settled in. The beds were comfortable the the rooms are clean.

Easy check-in and Javier and Daphne working at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. I chose this hotel for the location, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for the money and I'm sure I'll be staying there again.

We arrived early in the morning from the local airport and stopped by to leave our luggage in storage but were told they would check us right in at no additional cost. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will stay there again!

Of the many Best Western and Best Western Plus hotels I've stayed at, this is the first one that does not offer any type of Breakfast, Continental or otherwise. Not even Coffee (except for the coffee maker in the room). Very disappointing!

I'd give it 4.5 stars but they don't provide for halves. Nice small room. Good for two of us, maybe not the best if traveling with family. Location near lots of places. Enjoyed sitting on our balcony overlooking very noisy street. Doesn't have a breakfast FYI. Good value in expensive area.

Visting for the weekend with friends to be welcomed be roaches (friends room). No thanks. Checked out. Rooms were basic. Small baby ants in the bathroom (those we didnt mind). A party of 10 all decided to leave.

We came there to actually meet a couple friend of whom we wanted to say bye before our trip back to NYC ad as we were informed our flight had canceled and had nowhere to stay for that evening we came downstairs to the lobby and simply inquired the Front Desk Agent (Tangela) if she had availability... Tangela was nothing bit welcoming and very easy going with such a great positive attitude never made us feel bad for not even having a reservation or anything, on the contrary she was sweet, profesional, very knowledgeable of what she was doing and even treated us with cake and candy! We are just glad the there's still people like that still around ...also a shout out to the housekeeping staff because the room was impeccable and overall hotel was kept very very clean and cozy.

I have been there for a couple of days in October 2022. The hotel has a large and comfortable room, that includes a refrigerator and also a microwave, which is very useful when you go with kids. It also has a restaurant which is very important when you arrive tired at the end of the day and you do not want to go out again to have dinner. It is also closed to many stores (Ross, TJ Maxx, Whole Foods, Walgreens, etc). The staff is very nice, and I would like to highlight mainly Nilza Hofler assistance which has always been extremely helpful and gentle with us trying to provide support on all our requests even on requests that exceeded her specific role. I am really grateful with her kind and helpful assistance during our stay. I strongly recommend to connect with her in case of any support, as she will try to provide a solution.

The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and very pleased that I choose the hotel. They greeted me by name as I came and went each day. I really appreciated their help and would like to thank them. I do not remember all their names except NIlza, Tangela and Denzell but all were very nice. One great things was the restaurant "Lo De Lea" in the hotel. In my opinion one of the best places to eat in the area if not all of Miami. The staff were also great, food was out standing as was the extensive wine list. Prices were very reasonable for such a good place.

Best Western Plus Windsor Inn, located at 12210 Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami, Florida, is one of my favorite hotel destinations when I visit my family and friends in the Miami area! The top reason I'm a repeat customer at this preferred location compared to other upscale hotels is the fact that this place and all their staff working here provide you with exceptional and personal customer service, which you cannot find in any other hotel in Miami, especially those upscaled one's located on Miami Beach. One person I wish to recognize is a front desk agent who goes by the name of Nilza; she always greets me with a smile and engages in friendly talk with me no matter how many times a day I pass the front desk and do such truly makes me happy even on those days you might benefit from an extra smile which reminds you that in this stressful world there still exists those who care and make a difference in one's life. The cleaning maids and staff are also very cheerful and always go out of their way to make sure that your stay here is remembered with a smile! I have been coming to stay at this location for the past three years. During that time frame, I enjoyed the service provided by the café at that time, which was titled “The Room,” and the excellent service Mable used to offer me; however, on this new outing for me, I discovered she was no longer here, and the café has been transformed into an Argentinian restaurant; which is reasonably priced and does provide an excellent selection on the menu from breakfast through dinner, and I most certainly will continue to support this establishment while I'm enjoying my routine stays here.

Nilza is the best recepcionist that I ever found . She gives you all the informations you need. She is the best of the best. I find this hotel to be very nice, everyone is fantastic . Best time ever. Will stay always in this hotel

It was about a week or so that I've already stayed and I extended another night. So during me doing my reservation online my phone saved info put my name in English rather than my government which is in Greek. I worked with the employee a couple times before so I didn't think it was a big deal but I guess it was . Luckily Azrienne came to the rescue and called Booking.com and resolved the situation and I was able to change the name on my reservation to my proper name and complete my check in!!!! Thank you Azrienne

The Hotel was very convenient, fair price for a short notice booking. The check in was on time and the front desk workers were amazing. Tangela was the sweetest. I was here in March as well as august and I'll be back again.

I only stay here for a night for rolling loud. And Daphne checked me in. She was really sweet and told me about herself and we discuss about runway modeling and Miami swim week and stuff. You should do it Daphne. Thank you for the warm welcome. I loved my room. And thank you for randomly giving me the room 508! (My birthday numbers that I see everywhere). Sorry this took so long to write lol

Excellent stay at best western plus window inn. I definitely will come back, it will be my second home in north miami sense my dad house is 11 minutes away from the hotel and you have all the stores within minutes away .

The hotel is adequate.A place to rest at night. Some of the quests looked a little shady. But overall felt safe on property. GOOD Hotel is older but clean. Location was good About 20-30 minutes from Miami by car. Whole foods, Walgreens, Ross just across the street. Pollo tropical about 5 minute walk. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Responded to my concerns promptly. The room was tidy but dated with visible repairs in bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Request extra blankets!!!. The AC worked great , kept the room cool. Had a microwave, fridge. Both worked great. The balcony was had a nice view of pool. Due to Covid, you have to request housekeeping daily. Washer and dryer on site, about $4 for each machine. Also a small gym for guests. Working ice machines on each floor. Complimentary toiletries provided in room and upon request. Complimentary grab and go breakfast offered each morning BAD There was a lizard in my room. Small one but still a lizard. This is suppose to be a non smoking property. The staff does not enforce this policy. Observed , guests smoking at pool , right next to no smoking sign. Guests smoking in parking lot next to entrance. The hallways and stairwell smell like smoke. Woke up to my room smelling like cigarette smoke. Whether sitting on my balcony at night or in the morning, the cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Guests were constantly smoking on their balconies. Not a bad place to stay. Especially if your not spending the day indoors. However Best Western needs to better enforce their no smoking policy. Unlikely to return due to smoking

Hotel has a great pool, rooms are very clean, easy parking, close to aventura. A Whole Foods right aside. Amazing experiencie Nilza and Ismael are super super helpful at the front desk and they are always smiling. Ask them anything and they will have the answer.

This is my first time traveling to Miami and Ms. Tangela and Ms. Nilza made my stay enjoyable. These ladies are, hands down the best! The service, hospitality and care excedes all my expectations. 10/10 definitely recommend!!! Dealing with flight delays and arriving in town at 2a, Ms. Tangela re-assured me that I would be able to check in and have a clean and comfortable room. I appreciate these ladies so much! I will definitely be staying here again <3

I stay here for 5 nights , the hotel is very nice and clean . Driving distance not to far from the beaches , lots of restaurants around the area to eat . The staffs very nice and friendly , when I check in Nifza at the front desk very nice and friendly , she answer all the questions I have , she also helped me to join the member rewards so I can earn points . Hello I had a very hospitable experience with nilza who worked at front desk. She was very outgoing and willing to make me feel comfortable at home at the best western Windsor inn. I also noticed her love for her coworker at the desk besides her they didn't seem uncomfortable being there

We needed an overnight to drop a family member to airport. It was nice to have time to take a dip in the pool and sleep comfortably after hours of driving into town. Wished complimentary breakfast was available full throttle but they still offered something. Overall. I would take my family back to this location. It is close to shopping and food as well.

The room was old and needed to be remodeled. However, it was clean on the first day. I had a hard time getting the room cleaned for the rest of a 3 night stay. The staff was very underwhelming. The breakfast was the same as what you get out of a vending machine.

Came in from the Keys for the Memorial day weekend on our way home. Room was clean, cool and spacious. Easy parking and great location. Anastasia at the desk was helpful and suggested Little Havana restaurant up the street, which proved to be our "go to" spot for the weekend. She's an asset to BW.

Reflecting on my family's visit during Mother's Day week. Being local and having my family in town the location could not have been better. When we had arrived and accompanied them to check-in, we were greeted by Nilza with a warm and friendly welcome. She was highly knowledgeable about the property and local area. I felt that my family was in great hands. The room was neat and clean. Pool area was very nice, although much time was not spent there being not far from the beach. Great value and pleasant staff!

My room was clean, odor free, and had everything I asked for. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the area is quiet. Local restaurants will deliver to your room many kinds of foods. I will stay there again when I travel for work.

The Windsor Inn is always on point. Staff has never disappointed and has gone above and beyond every single time. Traveling without our vehicle, we showed up to the hotel approximately 4 hours early and shortly after checking our bags, a very friendly front desk clerk quickly had a room cleaned and ready for us to use. The room was clean, orderly and comfortable and the pool was pleasant. On the following day, we had a later flight and the staff was more than accommodating in allowing us to check our bags again after checking out for convenience. It was overall a very pleasant stay and the staff exceeded our expectations….

The North Miami Best Western hospitality crew perform like a well trained team of professionals. Greetings, smiles and a willingness to help from every single employee I interacted with. Well Done. The Bed, Wow! Soft and fluffy made it hard to get out of. Seriously no joke the bed was insanely comfortable.

Front desk rude lied and accused me of my own belongings missing didn't know protocol now sympathy to customer that member didn't try no effort assure stay was pleasing, house keeper stole never reported belongings missing the front desk lied entire call. Front desk calls are not recorded terrible

I stayed here 4 nights (4/10-4/14/22) while trying to help my elderly mom in a nearby nursing facility (Villa Maria) which is about a 5 minute drive away from the hotel. THE GOOD: -Wonderful staff at this location, from check-in to check out they were all AMAZING! I can't remember all of their names, but considering every day was a stressful situation for me, they did their absolute best to help me as needed. Ismael, Denzell, Tangela, Azriane, Nirzle(?), and others were all courteous and hospitality driven. A late night conversation with maintenance/security staff "Ivan" was a way for me to talk about my situation. What a good guy! --There is ample free parking on the side/back of the hotel. -Free coffee was excellent--offers caf, decaf, or half-caf, 24 hours a day. -The bed was comfortable and the room and balcony was spacious for a solo traveler. -The shower pressure was excellent and the water was nice and hot! -Within walking distance there's shopping and a Whole Foods Market grocery right across the street. THE NOT SO GOOD: -Though they offer a free "grab and go" breakfast it was nothing substantial. Usually a bottle of water, a packaged juice, a packaged breakfast bar or muffin, and on a good day a piece of fruit like an apple or orange. I realize this was all Covid-related, so hopefully when the restaurant opens again, breakfast will be better. -Even though my balcony door was closed, the street noises at night were somewhat annoying. Lot's of loud motorcycle drivers in the night?! -Parking up front is limited. -Would be nice to have some sort of moveable tray table in the room.

Great staff, especially the night staff, including Tangela, I'm going to use Best Western from now on, I hope that all Best Westerns are at this level or above. The maintainance personnel was very professional and the night manager was the best

Lovely hotel, looked after by Daphne in a very professional way. Had a 9 hour journey to get to the hotel and the welcome and room were great. It was such a shame there was no breakfast and we had to go out to eat before our onward journey. Otherwise a lovely stay M Chester

Front Desk Agent, Nilza was fantastic. She gave me a nice room, called to make sure everything was smooth and granted me late check out. She was friendly, helpful and I even got to practice my Portuguese. She's bilingual. I was very impressed by the hospitality and service at this best western and would definitely stay again. It also has a nice pool area with a place to lounge! -Alastair

Experiencing some hardship and just really needing a goodnight rest and shower for me and my son. The young ladies at the front desk Daphne and her coworker were extremely welcoming and friendly. Kindness was needed in a time like this for me and my 3 year old and I'm so grateful for them both. I pray that our Heavenly Father repays them for their kindness.

We were pleased to stay in this hotel. All our needs were taken into consideration and the staff did everything to accommodate them. Special thanks to Denzell, Nilza and Azrieme for making our both visits very comfortable. Also, our rooms were clean and refreshing. All shopping is conveniently within walking distance.

Pros:This hotel is extremely easy to get to, located right on an intersection. It is extremely reasonably priced, and is a good budget alternative to staying in Miami Beach. It is about 20 minutes to the beach. You would definitely need a car if you stayed here. When you first pull in, there is a very small parking lot, but I was instructed that there was a big parking lot behind the swimming pool well. The room and the bed were very comfortable, The toiletries provided in the bathroom had a wonderful citrus scent. Laundry facilities are available to the guests for four dollars per load. They do not have complementary masks for their guests, I was told I could purchase one from them for 2.50. They provide free water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. The best thing about this hotel, are the employees, all of them were wonderful and kind. Also, right around the hotel, you have a Whole Foods supermarket, Starbucks, a Mexican takeout, a Denny's restaurant Walgreens and TJ Maxx. We found that very convenient, especially the supermarket. We loved the Denny's across the street for breakfast. we did not go in the swimming pool but it looked nice. Cons: The to go breakfast was not nutritious: An apple, apple juice, a muffin and a granola bar. No proteins whatsoever. Also, we had a balcony room. The view from the balcony was horrendous. It was the back of a Japanese restaurant along with the back of other stores and a storage pod. Disgusting. Why anyone would put a balcony in that location is beyond me. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, but request a room on the other side, that has a view of the supermarket, I think that one would be a little better!!

I enjoy my short stay I went swimming the 2 days I was here not many people used the pool the time I was here. The give you a box breakfast maybe soon the will go back to the non-box breakfast. I stayed here last year as well.

I lodged here during Miami Open and was pleasantly surprised. I wanted breakfast facilities included, but the hotel served breakfast in a bag. There was bottled water, a muffin, fruit and a fruit drink and. Nutrigrain bar Just enough to get you going. And if you want to eat something else, there is a plethora of restaurants including Panera, Starbucks and Whole Foods within walking distance. There is shopping within walking distance among others TJ Max and Ross. I ubered ti Hard Rock which was 30 min away. Late nights I returned to 24 hour tea and coffee. I chose a nightcap of tea. There was also secluded business facilities. Although I did not swim. There was a pool, ready for swimmers. The rooms were clean. In summery this hotel offered bang for the buck. And I felt safe. Downside the hotel is North and about 49 min from midtown. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Only 1 of the two elevators were working for a full 24 hours, but it was fixed before I left. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

Special shout out to Tangela and Denzell for making our reservation and check in go as smooth as it did. Hotel is very close to shops and restaurants. Overall, we were totally satisfied and would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. What really made this a 5-star experience, was the staff. We got off a cruise this morning, so we got to the hotel early because we don't have a car and had nowhere to go before we leave again tomorrow. When we got to the hotel, we were warmly welcomed. It was many hours before the check-in time so we didn't have a room available yet, but the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable while we waited. At the front desk, Denzell got us access the guest laundry so we could wash clothes while we waited. He also made sure we knew that we could use the pool and other facilities. He stored our luggage and printed our travel documents and covid test results for us. We waited comfortably and he let us know as soon as a room was available which was earlier than expected! As we waited for our room, we were able to observe the entire team at the front desk taking care of multiple guests. The staff consistently demonstrated warm, friendly courtesy to all guests and even had to handle a very disgruntled person, which they handled with patience and respect. I would definitely stay here again and have confidence that we'd be well taken care of!

Javier had great customer service and the general manager was very helpful. It was close to my grandma house and the Togo breakfast wasn't bad either. The location isn't bad either . Across the street there's a plaza with some stores and restaurants and there's a Starbucks adjacent from the parking lot.

This is the go to hotel for my family and I when we visit Miami. It's perfect for a short stay, the pool is always clean and the location is convenient because many restaurants and stores are near by.

I am currently staying at the hotel at the time of this review. This hotel is small, but perfect. It's clean and has excellent service. Miss Tangela checked me in and instantly made me feel welcome. This trip is a getaway trip so I could be alone for a while and away from stressors. And after all the delayed flights and car rental issues, I've managed to make it to the hotel. She turned my frown upside down. This is a excellent service in my book on any day. Now the breakfast isn't something worth mentioning here, because they could have easily not serve any. There's a WholeFoods store right across the from the hotel. So you can buy whatever you want for breakfast. Also there's a Wendy's, a McDonald's, a Denny's, and a BK not too far. So you have plenty options. The location of the hotel is excellent. You not far from any of the Beach attractions. Clubs, park, restaurants, etc are all nearby. The rooms are standard sizes. The rooms are cleaned, and equipped with a microwave oven, a flat tv, lamps with power outlets and USB ports, desks, and a chair. You have a large closet, and ironing board with iron. The pool area is also cleaned, but since it was raining i didn't get to enjoy it as much. As for the bads. Well, I haven't found it yet. If I do i will come back to add it.

We stayed downtown for a show Friday and Saturday night. Stopped here on our way out to spend our last night away from the hustle, bustle and noise. Great staff. Very welcoming and pleasant. Appreciate all they did to accommodate us. Recommended a great restaurant for us. The food was amazing, the seating was great and the staff were excellent at the Little Havana Restaurant. We are surely going back for lunch tomorrow before we head back home. Thank you Daphne and Azrienne for taking the time to make our visit and stay with you Great.

My family and I spent a good time at this Hotel, close to many restaurants and stores where to buy many things. The staff was incredible, specially Tangela, she was all you can expect from a person at front desk, she helped us with everything, gave great recommendations, thanks to her for everything, we were really please during our stay.

Just got here today (Sept 22) upon arrival, Ishmael & Daphney assisted me at the front desk. They were very accommodating! The check in process was seamless, they answered all of my questions and were extremely helpful with my questions. Room is spacious, and the hotel is convenient to alot of stores.

I got the room for my mother because he house was being tented. I always known about this hotel near by her home. I new my mother was safe there. The rooms where clean. Customer service very good they explain everything at the beginning and no hidden fees. Check in and check out was good. I will recommend.

Thought the visit was for only one day it was enough to discover the excellent service of the hotel. The rooms are pretty clean and neat with confortable beds. Special mention to the reception staff (Ailyn) for her support helping with an early check in and suggestions of thing to do closer to the hotel.

Ailyn was very sweet! And easy going my boyfriend and I were able to get another room (extra nights stay) with no hassle or inconvenience it was a very smooth and efficient process. Rooms are great we have a balcony she also was able to help assist me with getting more towels, trash bags, and toilet paper sent right up to my room moments after asking. Very safe & sanitary definitely would recommend to anyone looking to find a great place to stay for a cheap price in Miami.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Windsor Inn, after check-in while walking to my guest room, I noticed the hallway carpet was very dirty and smelly. I entered my guest room to also noticed the carpet was dirty and the smell of cigarette was very strong. Price is to high for the location.

This is our preferred hotel when staying in the area. It is on 10 min driving distance from the beach. There are many dining options around the hotel but the hotel restaurant is our preferred choice. The food that Mabel cooks is the best!

The check in was ok but the overall service with the problems I had was terrible they changed prices on me when I came down to pay for the room they said 304 then they went up buy 50$ said they computer had to update so I checked out let a Transmitter behind after they rushed me out they don't respect the do not Disturb sign on the door they just walk in and they tru my diabetic medical supply away

Stayed for a week and had a pleasant experience. Traveled with a colleague and enjoyed the week of relaxed activities. The environment and room was certainly appropriate for the occasion. Spent a quiet birthday...just the way I wanted it to be!

Good hotel to stay in.I loved the balcony and having beautiful view of the pool overlooking Miami. Great restaurants around the hotel, try Steve's Pizza and Evio's Pizza!! There was no free breakfast at the hotel which was the only downfall because we stayed 6 nights. This is the first Best Western I stayed in without free breakfast.

I had a reservation for this hotel during my visit to Miami. The initial reservation was for 7 days with rate of $195/per day, and total plus tax was $1545. When we got there, we found the bed was very small for two people, so I cancelled the reservation in early next morning, I agreed for extra charge of one day. However, after I received the bill, I found I was charged for three days of $645 for actually sleeping one night. I called them ask for explaining, they kept saying I checked out after slept two nights. Then they just hang up and refused to pick up my phone, when I tried to call them again many time.

I stayed here for a couple days, and only the night shift people i only seen the gentleman Alvin helped with me with a lot of amenities that were still open but not in north miami area. He gave excellent customer service and was very excited about whats in Miami.

I flew more than 9 hours and arrived in Miami very late, kind of 11pm, I was very tired, but since I arrive to the hotel, TANGELA improve my travel with her smile and very polite welcoming. First of all she explained me all the amenities and rules of the hotel. and help me when I did want to change my room to have a better view. The location of the hotel is excelent, walkable you have many restaurants, shopping and pharmacy. The relation beneficts/cost worth. Plenty space to parking, vending mashines and also I enjoyed a lot the balcony in my room.

Location: Whole Foods and Starbucks right next door! Service: Front desk agent, Robika, went above and beyond to help when I needed to run a training webinar near check-out time. She was very understanding and checked every option available. Also, the Restaurant Manager made everyone feel at home; she served a terrific breakfast at a great price.

Staff was very polite and courteous. Due to COVID rooms are cleaned only by request, which is ok, but I requested room service at 10:00 am and returned at 4:00 pm and room wasn't clean. Weather stripping on balcony was missing so a lot of noise from street. Also marijuana smokers on nearby rooms. Carpet on room hall access and inside rooms very wore down, needs replacement dry soon. Location is safe and a lot of places to eat and shop nearby. Parking was not a problem and is free

The hotel is located new Whole Foods Steve's pizza and many stores and relatively close to the beach. We love staying here, we feel like the gals at the front desk are family. They are very accommodating and truly make us feel like we valued.

This hotel has seen better days. While some of the staff is friendly and helpful, some of them seem to be there for what is likely a low paycheck. The entire place is in need of renovation, some of the fixtures move in the rooms (like the safety bar in the shower - not safe) and there is mold in the grout. The beds feel like elephants have been sleeping in them the week prior and even with the windows closed, the noise from outside (traffic, horns, trucks, motorcycles) is ridiculous. What makes it worse is the smell of marijuana permeating the hallways to the point of gagging. For the money, if you don't need to stay in this area, I would definitely go elsewhere. One front desk worker was very good, the rest left a lot to be desired.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Very important these days! The location is perfect too with restaurants and stores all within walking distance. Its great value for all it provides - so I just keep coming back!

I stayed here in 2010 and I thought it was an okay location, I returned back and there was some upgrades but the hot water take 5 minutes to start working, suck especially as a water conservationist that's upsetting. Tv and remote needs upgrade.

Window outside street and wind noise.window was shaking from the wind. Elevator passing noise felt like a metal knocked on my wall everytime it passed, lights flickered and kept turning off. Only one pillow smelled fresh the others smelled from sweat. Found a ripped condom and the rapper.

My 4th stay in a few months. Decent prices and clean, comfortable and quiet room. Everything that is needed for a 2 night stay. Breakfast has been the same bottle of water, fruit cup and 2 cereal bars for months. Would be nice to have a juice or some other options. But understand with current restrictions.

the room was dirty, the floor was disgusting literally left my socks black, the only breakfast available you had to pay for which tasted bad and the bed was wet. It was not only my room. My friends rooms were also the same way.

I have been at this hotel many times because of the location and great staff. The rooms get warm at times. The staff gives fans out. The rooms get clean every other day because of the low staffing. Small cockroaches and ants in some rooms. I contacted the corporate office many times and they never get back about the hotel issues. I made complaints to the hotel manager multiple times she only makes excuses. I taking pictures and videos. I will try to upload on here. The ants are small hard to see them on the by the room phone.

Staff especially Aylin and Maydeline Were so friendly, nice and helpful. Set up reservation.. I was a mess .. Maydeline was so patience and understanding at 1030pm. I can't even tell you how easy she made things for us. The second night we stayed .. there was an issue with the room, Aylin not only changed the room .. she brought us the keys to the new room!! it is located in a questionable nieghborhood and when we got off on our floor it smelled like marijuana and the room a/c was not efficient enough to keep room cool. the only good thing was the view from the balcony and the fireworks, vending area was nice and reasonably priced.

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I ask the front desk can I have a bottle of water as a one time courtesy. I was told no. My ac wasn't working properly that I went downstairs and there was another front desk receptionist. I told her my ac was not working but she make it seems as if that's not her problem. So I checked out early. This will be my first and last time,neither the less I was even give a credit.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good internet, air con and shower. Due to the COVID 19 situation, breakfast was a grab and go bag with water, a cereal bar, and fruit cup. Room couldn't be serviced daily, but front desk was good about giving me fresh towels and toiletries. Coffee in lobby very limited hours in lobby. Felt safe enough, but some of the other guests seemed questionable. Quiet hotel. It was way too hot to use the balcony, but it would have been nice.

Our 3 night stay at this hotel was peaceful and safe. The front desk required everyone to wear masks upon entry due to COVID-19. The hotel's atmosphere was very quiet as well. The price was very reasonable.

The night I checked in the hotel I went to use the bathroom and find out there was no toilet paper, I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, the front desk agent said there is no more toilet paper. I had to buy my own paper. The issue was never been handled it was a shame.

Everyone is Great Here. Been going for Years. They just need to get a active Lounge. But because of the Virus the Staff was working hard at keeping things wiped down. Front Desk Ladies were awesome! Will return to this location soon!!

During this unusual time and last minute preparations. They came thru , no problems with check in or out. Nice atmosphere, courteous staff. Very nice. Housekeepers were on top of things. Pool great...

Everything was going fine until I had to speak to the front desk personnel Simona Catellano. I have been staying there for approx. a week. Initially I was only supposed to be there for 2 nights. My boyfriend and I was visiting my mother to make sure she was ok during this covid-19 thing. Because we were not able to go home we would extend the hotel stay everyday. So this particular day I was extending It for another day and notice that it had a AAA discount. When I got to the lobby to sign the new reservation, there was Simona. I told her what I was there for and she asked for the AAA card. I told her it's not with me and asked can I give her the number to verify it. She said no. Fine I'll pay the price of my rewards. I've must have say that like 5 times literally. She kept talking about the AAA discount, then moved on to military discount which I NEVER mentioned. She was all over the place. I stated “maybe there is a miscommunication”, Simona loudly said “no there isn't” Then my bf came and was asking me what's going on. As I began to explained to him what's happening, this women had the audacity to say “you don't need to speak to him, You can talk to me”. I was so embarrassed and I simply walked away. I have never met this women in my life. She was extremely hostel and with no empathy for what's going on around her. Eventually she looks up the reward that I have been telling her for now maybe the 7th time and says I didn't know you had a reward. No apologies. Just nasty.

This hotel is in an excellent location for a family or business trip. The hotel is clean and there are lots of convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance. The reason I use this hotel is because Tangela, on the front desk, is super nice and thoughtful. The gentleman who does security, sorry I don't remember his name, is also excellent. I've seen him interact with customers, he is personable and professional. I will be back soon.

I stayed in 2017 for 3 nights then a night at the end of the holiday. Stayed this time as our flight got cancelled and moved to Miami not orlando. Hotel was clean but same as in 2017 nothing stood out to make it excellent but weals clean with easy parking and good staff.

Very clean, comfortable and safe. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient to stores and food. Not the greatest in terms of location to transportation to attractions. Overpriced for the value received - including breakfast would help improve this. Overall though, a good decent place to stay.

Nice clean hotel in a nice area. Midway between Hollywood Beach and South Beach location worked well for eveything we wanted to see. Nice clean pool and pool area. Whole Foods in next door which was very nice. Would stay here again

Great location with a lot of local restaurants, stores, Whole Foods; easy to get to local beaches. I wish there would be a small breakfast, yet at least they have coffee in the lobby. There are plenty of breakfast options in their area including their cafe

The hotel is great, very centrally located - you can walk to virtually everything you need. There's a Whole Foods next door, a Walgreens across the street, and several restaurants & cafes within walking distance. It's also on a major bus route that runs pretty frequently down Biscayne. Mabel in the restaurant was very sweet and accommodating of our large group, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. 5/5 would return!

What wonderful hospitality by Mabel! Every morning we were greeted with a smile and energy...and terrific service. Mabel and the team worked to accommodate every need at breakfast and helped start the day off right.

The hotel is really great, and the staff is amazing. I've never felt more at home than when I was in the restaurant. Mabel and the rest of the staff there was so welcoming and incredible. Will come back again.

Food was delicious at the this cafe restaurant. It's like home made food. Mabel is so friendly and always wants to provide the best service . She's the happiest person I ever met. Will definitely visit her restaurant when I'm back in this area. Try her hot wings. Soooo goood.

My stay was good EXCEPT when signing in, I was hit up for a $1 fee for the safe. I informed the clerk that I had no intention of using the safe and would like that fee waived. She was friendly and said "no problem" and would waive it. The next day it was still on the bill. Another clerk took 10+ minutes trying to figure out how to remove it. The $1 is not going to make a difference in my life but I don't want to be nickle and dimed for something that is already in the room and fairly standard. It I am paying $139 for a room, just simply add $1 to the room and skip the nonsense of an additional mandatory "convenience fee."

Excellent service from the ladies Ailyn and tangela they had a smile and very proactive workers assisting and helping my stay. Enjoyed the atmosphere.very clean rooms and answered all questions with a smile.

Average... nothing great or terrible, was a room to stay very close to where we needed to be. Staff was helpful and friendly. Biggest bonus was, right across the street from Whole Foods to pick up some hard to find Jenis Splended ice cream (brown butter almond brittle) and other flavors nightly made for the best amenity.

Just checked in with my husband and 2 small children. The first room they gave me had a bad smell and the closet door simply fell on my hands. Completely fell off. The second room was a little smaller but with a balcony. After 15 minutes without their shoes, my kids socks were extremely dirty. We've been on this trip for 15 days now and this is our fourth and last hotel. They've walked in their socks all day in other hotels and they never got half as dirty as in here. Seemed like they were walking on the mall or a party or something. Gave me a really bad impression. The beds are small. Booked through Hotwire and asked for a room for 4 people. My husband and I don't fit well in the bed. It is ok for 2 children to share but nos 2 adults. This is not a room for 4. For the same price our first days in Miami we got a Windham that was much better, all new with large beds and was really clean.

Had a pleasant stay it worked for what it was. Great value nice hotel better than we expected! Would stay again. Love the parking and overnight guard watching the cars and back entrance. Very safe! Easy check in and check out!

Checked into hotel to see doctors the next day, staff were so nice and accommodating from beginning to end of stay. Room was clean and bright. Just perfect for me. The cafe and employee were nice, all the staff were super sweet. Hotel was clean. I ended up staying longer to get some R&R.

If you are looking for a place with easy access to the Malls, shopping and dining or even just business, then this location would be ideal for you and your family. If you need a rental vehicle, you can get to one just a short walk from the hotel or if you just want to hop the bus, there is a Bus Stop just across the road. The staff will welcome you with a smile and you can seek their assistance for any information required and they will do their best to assist.

Poor internet, noisy, unhelpful front desk, great location (for my needs). I've stayed at this location before and was impressed but this experience was unsatisfying so I doubt I'll return which is unfortunate.

This Best Western ( Plus ) is a nice hotel with a pool and clean rooms, that have been somewhat updated, but it does miss the mark on a few key spots. There's not complementary breakfast, and the rooms have a few defects. The price for the room is at least 20% too high. We paid over $100.00 for 1 night. It should have been around $75 to $80 tops especially in this not near the beach neighborhood.

Had a good stay here. Been to this hotel lots of times over last few years. Front desk people are friendly and helpful. Price was good and there is a whole foods, pizza shop, Burger King ect, right next door or right across the street. Extremely convenient

OMG! After experiencing a very challenging day at the office, ending in an array of not so pleasant emotions, I called to make reservation/accommodations and I must say, after speaking with Ailyn my frown turned into a smile. She provided such care, concern and superb customer service until I almost burst into tears. I thank God for such an Angel!

Stayed here for the night while in the area, easy enough to find with free parking onsite. Be prepared to hear lots of the outside noises from the road and other rooms. I was on 4th floor and still heard a lot happening outside. Noise from other rooms travels well, from doors slamming and kids screaming. If you're a sound sleeper then you'll be fine, a lite sleeper may have issues. Bed was comfy and wifi was free and worked on, odd bit of buffering but nothing major. There was indication that breakfast was included ... nope had to buy that at their cafe. Was nice breakfast and cheap but there is mixed messages about what's included so check first so you're not surprised Staff friendly and helpful, room was very clean so that's the main thing

Ailyn and Destiny were wonderful and were a great help when checking in. I couldn't have asked for any better service. I have never been to Miami before they really set my mood for my first time. I will definitely be coming back!!!

My wife and i stayed 3 nights at the Best Western Windsor Inn, North Miami Beach prior to heading to the keys. The hotel was very clean. Our room was on the small side for a King bed, but was comfortable and well appointed. The microwave and small frig were nice.

Had to make an emergency trip, as my son needed surgery and I needed a property close to his school. This was an excellent choice, with the location and the staff was very helpful. One particular individual stood out. Tangela checked my son in first and I came in later that night. Very personable, helpful and thoughtful, as she asked about my son post surgery and how was my visit.

Tangela received us with a big smile and a warm welcome. Price and taxes where cristal clear since reservation (this is importan because most hotels in Miami charge a resort fee). Room was excellent and premises where safe and clean. Perfect location and free parking (this is important if traveling to Miami because most hotels charge for parking). Walked to Whole Foods from hotel parking in less than a minute. This will be my first option if I ever go back to Miami. A plus. Only thing that bothered me was some cable channels where blurry.

it was a very nice experience at best western hotel with Christina she was very helpful I wasn't never disappointed when ever she was around . she is so loving and caring .she always had the right option and a smile on her face to make us feel comfortable. ailyn and madylin was also very helpful these girls were awesome destini was amazing also. my only complaint is with the front desk manager she never give face to no guest for help.

First time being here and got welcomed by friendly young ladies. Room was very cozy and very spotless. Ailyn and Joana helped my family out with advice on where to go around the town to eat or sightsee.

I only stayed overnight on this trip for a doctors visit. Wish I had stayed there when I had my medical procedure. This hotel was a joy, staff is nice and It is modern with all of the amenities. It was heaven. I will go back again. Front Desk staff including Madeline was very helpful

Very comfortable and nice amenities for the price. Not too far from the beaches but far enough away from the main drag. So you don't have to deal with noise and excess traffic. Staff was also very friendly, especially Tangela; she was very helpful, considerate and always greeted me with a smile.

Got checked in very quickly by Ailyn. Great service! Also able to park a large truck. Nice plus. Very accommodating. Rooms are nice and cozy. Other staff very nice too. Overall better than I expected.

We have stayed here before and it just gets better, from the restaurant and bar owner Mabel to the wonderful front desk. Maydeline is so helpful and always kind, she is a great example of what customer service should be! The rooms are clean, the whole place is clean for that matter and the staff will try to accommodate whatever your needs are. Our last stay there when we left the staff hugged us and told us they hope to see us soon. WOW :)

This hotel is very pleasant and makes you feel at home. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the 24 hours a day coffee stand in the lobby. The pool and excercise area also very nice.

Kind and helpful staff. We did booking via Hotwire and we had reservation for room with one king bad (there were 3 of us). Lady at front desk changed the room with no problem and we stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious and very clean room.

Ailyn was a charm she helped beyond measures. She was very professional and accommodated me with every need that was available.only thing I would recommend is the free breakfast and everything else would be perfect

Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily.Our children enjoyed swimming, while I worked out in the gym.They have complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water to drink.They have computers and a printer for your use. There is a laundry room and it's reasonable too.If you want snacks, soda or candy they have vending machines. There is a daily newspaper to read and pamphlet was sitting in the lobby area. also there is free convenient parking.

The hotel room was small, decor out dated, smelled very musky and the A/C was very loud. I was surprised there was not a complimentary breakfast, although there was a small restaurant in the hotel to purchase breakfast. Food pricing was good but quality of food just average.

The young lady a the front desk, Ailyn, was very courteous. I was very tired and wanted to go straight to sleep, she quickly got me checked inn and that was awesome. Bed was very comfy and the food at the little restaurant in house was great.

Hotel room was very clean , beds very comfortable, staff very helpful and nice to talk with . It was a bit noisy due to traffic outside but this is not smth that the hotel management can improve. Great hotel value for the price. We looked for central location with safe parking option, close to a selection stores and we found it. Very nice and large room for 3, clean pool, very helpful staff. Absolutly recommended.

I enjoy booking my stays here when I travel to Miami, whether it be for business or vacation, even though they do not have complimentary breakfast. But thank goodness for the Denny's across the street and other restaurants close by. When we arrived for check in, Aylin if I remember correctly, was kind enough to provide us a free upgrade to have a balcony room. She made sure we felt satisfied with our room and that it was clean and cozy. It is this kind of service that keeps me returning!

I had a flight cancelled and after all the frustration was over I decided to drive down Biscayne Blvd and pick out a hotel by sight, not endless reviews. Best western fit the bill with a nice comfortable room and friendly staff. Happy to have doors on the inside of the building and not the outside in Miami. Destiny and Ailyn were super friendly and well above standard front desk customer service. They were awesome!

It truly is an excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful and did their jobs well. They were also the kind of people you want to be around, very likable staff. The rooms were so clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were hard to leave behind. We were there 3 nights and thankful we chose this hotel.

After waiting for my UBER that took 45min to pick my family and I up to finally from the air port to our hotel, the front desk associate had an amazing character at first glance, she did make us feel at home with exceptional customer service!, the rooms were very nice and cozy, excellent place to stay by the beach and by the mall. Would definitely be coming back.

My wife and I decided to try a hotel off the beach for our visit this year and were very pleased with the Best Western. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, the facility clean, and the pool was well maintained. We also found some great local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We had a few minor inconveniences (including a very strange orientation of the toilet that cut down space in the bathroom) during our stay that kept it from being a five star review, but nothing that would keep us from coming back again next time we visit. If you are looking for clean, affordable, and convenient to the great North Miami beaches this is a great option.

Everything about my visit was superb.From the front desk worker who assisted me and my boyfriend,Tangela. To the room and room service.The pool area is nice.There is even a laundry room that came to my advantage towards the end of our stay.

This Best Western Plus, located off of 122nd Street and Biscayne Blvd in N. Miami Beach Florida, fits the bill if you have mobility access needs. My dad and I stayed three days and two nights over the 2019 Memorial Day Weekend. My dad isn't in a wheelchair but can't walk long distances. He also has a fear about falling while getting in or out of a bath tub, so that's why we chose this Best Western with a Mobility Access room that had a roll in/walk in shower. This shower has the normal, fixed water shower head as well as a second, removable sprayer head. When we first arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by Carmen at the front desk who surprised us by bringing a luggage cart to us without having to ask for it. She also had genuine care for our well being as well as having a great attitude-thanks Carmen! Our room, which wasn't far from the front desk on the first floor, included an air conditioner with an option to run the fan all the time. We like this option because it helps to drown out noises like people conversing in the hallway or an occasional police/fire siren outside. The room faces the pool which can be seen if you have the curtain open. If there's kids playing and laughing in the pool, they'll be heard. The nice thing is, I believe the hotel has pool hours where it will be quiet during normal sleeping hours. The above mentioned curtain also blacks out about 99% of sunlight. Five blocks away is a Publix grocery store should you want or need items and the room is equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave. Fast food is also nearby like Pollo Tropical, Wendy's and Burger King. Slower food such as Boston Market, Panera Bread and Denny's is also nearby. Our bathroom door was hard to close but not a deal breaker. We reported this at checkout and hopefully they'll take care of it. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan so if you're staying in this room with someone, you may want to bring air freshener. This hotel has a restaurant but meals including breakfast must be paid for. We had breakfast each day of our stay and Mabel was a great cook! The pricing is reasonable such as a $8.95 Omelets and since she is the only cook as far as I know, give yourself extra time during peak times. Mabel who speaks both English & Spanish has a great personality! She made a steak dinner for my dad one evening and delivered it to our room when my dad wanted to stay in-Thanks Mabel! In closing, we would definitely stay here again-Happy Traveling!

Staff and hotel were great. Clean rooms and a bed so awesome I didn't want to leave it. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Check in/ check out was fast. Nice, clean pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful and housekeeping were very efficient. All staff went out of their way to help and the night security guard they have outside watching the vehicles was super nice.

I have stayed at the Best Western Plus Windsor Inn North Miami for at least 3 times in past 12 months. The key reason for picking this hotel is the incredible location on the Biscayne Blvd. The rooms are big, the view is good if you get front facing rooms on the third floor. Only thing that has consistently let me down is cleanliness - have found the bedsheets & linens not to be very clean. Had also provided the feedback online to the hotel previously as well during my previous stay in March 2019 mentioned it to the reception staff during the checkin. Also hotel not providing breakfast is a big let down. Lastly, they have ample parking space, which helps.

first of all this place is very nice and in a good area. i dealt with carmen and ailyn and they are the most pleasant ladies i've dealt with in any hotel. highly recommend! i will definitely be back here again.

beautiful decorated rooms, comfortable beds large balcony with pool and city view rooms are quite all amenities availble (fridge, hairdryer, micro wave, coffe/tea, Wif) Nice large and warm pool, I stayed 3 nights at an average rate of 91$/night and when I asked for an additional night they proposed me 500$ for 1 additional night due to graduation time, so I did not stay and went to South Beach .

Stayed here a week ago visiting from the UK, staff are lovely and very helpful. Very clean and comfortable room, Would stay again in a heartbeat. In particular, I would recommend The Room Cafe which is run by Mabel, a wonderful person.Our breakfast each day was lovely and she was so helpful to us,advising on things in the area, places to visit, and even advised us on how to get there.

This is my family and I second time at Best Western Plus Inn on Biscayne Blvd. We love staying at this hotel. This hotel/rooms are always clean, they have a laundry room, fitness room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The staff are also pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located across the street from a shopping center which has Ross, TJ Max, Walgreens, Whole Foods and other stores. The back parking lot has plenty of parking spaces

I spend one night at the hotel. Everything was great, only negative thing was that you could hear all the noises from outside and from the other rooms to the room. - wifi works well. - free parking works well. - room was clean. - pool was ok (not special but fine). ok value for your money.

I have stayed in Best Western Plus Windsor inn , north Miami and really enjoyed it . Not only the location is great but also stuff in the hotel are very helpful . I had several requests regarding my accommodation and the front desk supervisor Cameron De Faria went out of her way to help me and made sure that me and my family have a pleasant stay in the hotel .I would definitely stay here again.

Thank god for Tangela! After a very rough night, she made sure a got as much rest as possible and offered mean express checkout. She was very nice and plays her positon very well as a front desk agent.

I made a reservation over the phone the week prior to my stay. However, when I checked in there was no evidence of my reservation. Our family was in town for a funeral and my aunt created a group rate for those of us that travelled so I created it under that group. However, The front desk assistant, Ailyn, got me a room at a discounted price anyways and was very professional doing so. She was AWESOME!!! She ensured that we all got rooms. Great job Ailyn!!!

Best westerns are known for being clean and friendly. That's why when I ran into an issue of having rented a property for the weekend that turned up to be filthy, I ran right to Best Western where AILYN helped rescue me and get me all settled in to what turned out to be such a wonderful stay.

I travel frequently. I dread not being able to open windows. Not at this gem. Spic n span room with a sliding door leading out to a small balcony. Great place to sit with my tea from from either Star Bucks and /or Whole Foods - both just steps from my hotel. Front desk super helpful and friendly. Forget your jammies? No worries - TJ Maxx is right across the Street!

My very first time in Miami and the feont desk receptionist is phenomenal! She is kind, sweet, and most of all personable. She treated my boyfriend and I as if we were friends for years. She helped us with food recommendations as well. She is one of the sweetest people you will meet in Miami. If I ever find myself in Miami I would stay at this hotel because of Tangela's hospitality.

One of the best hotels in North Miami, perfectly located within reach of supermarkets shops and close to beaches. The hotel has a lovely pool and excersize room. There is ample free parking and great free WiFi.

Besides being a great location you will get outstanding service from the front desk and the rest of the staff. I've stayed at this location and have never had any problems. I would recommended this location to anyone.

Easy and plenty parking. Rooms, clean and spacey and quiet. Coffee maker in room and free coffee in lobby. Front desk friendly and helpful. Wall to wall carpeting, which I do not like in hotels, I prefer hard floors that can be cleaned well.

Lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile when we arrived. Check in was fast and easy. The entire staff especially Christina(front desk) and Ms Mabel(kitchen lady) and all the ladies(maids) were super nice and warm. I'd stay at this hotel again any day.

We booked our room several months prior to our stay via the hotel at a very nice rate. When we arrived we were informed that they could not honor our confirmed rate. They charged us over twice our confirmed rate and we had no choice but to stay and pay the new amount. Their explanation to us was that the reservation clerk was new and the reserved price was an error! BE VERY CAREFUL MAKING A RESERVATION WITH THEM - THEY MIGHT NOT HONOR YOUR CONFIRMED PRICE!

My husband and I spent one night here at the end of a ten day trip. The location is great - a short drive from Miami and the strip of 50's motels and a Whole Foods is right across the street. The front desk staff were friendly, the rooms were so clean, and the beds very comfortable. We couldn't hear a peep from outside or from our neighbours. Bonus: free on-site parking and a good, affordable breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay here if we find ourselves in the area again!

3 nights before and 2 nights after a cruise ---- older property that has been refurbished for the most part ---- sliding glass doors to the balcony are a ..... ---- we had other issues but was dealt with immediately ----- the Outstanding staff is what makes this place very good ( special shout out to Joana S. for all the extra effort, they are lucky to have her ) --- rooms are a fair size with small bathrooms BUT clean, Thanks to the staff ---- if you want less street noise take a room facing the pool ---- the hotel itself is quiet ---- pool is cold , but nice to sit around and tan/read, unless you like it cold ----- there is no shuttle service nor free breakfast , however there is a small restaurant on the property that serves great home made breakfast at extremely reasonable prices ---- many fine eating places within walking distance ---- public buses, with no need to transfer, that take you directly to downtown Miami ( about 40 min.)or the Surf side beach (about 18 min.) , very convenient for us because we did not have a car rental ----- Miami cruise port by cab about 35 min. and the same to the Fort -Lauderdale, - Hollywood International Airport ,depending traffic ------ did not like the letter from Windsor Inn suggesting how I should evaluate the stay

Weekend stay to Miami and this hotel was clean and very close to everything . It was quiet at night while sleeping and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. I will be staying here again without question

very accommodating, room staff was excellent. front desk was ready to help, serve, and please us. In the Hotel lobby is a separate dinning/restaurant ... EXCELLENT. The Hotel location was incredible. Absolutely anything and everything we needed was within walking distance, from across the street to just a mere few blocks away.

I'm currently checked in room 311 since monday around 4pm. I went to have a bite with my family for like 2 hours and when we got back to the room we didn't really check because we were so tired from our flight. The next morning we planned to go to the mall so we started looking for our gps ( from the car rental agency by the way) which we could find anywhere in the room. After that we obviously suspected something was wrong and we started to search for our money which we couldn't find anywhere. Next thing we go to the front desk agent which didn't show any empathy for our situation and just told us to do a police report. The manager didn't even want to talk to us in person. She just showed her face to police. As of now, The manager Simona hasn't even try to following up with the issue or contact us in any way showing the lowest hospitality service I've seen in my life which is why I'm going here to possibly receive a follow up conversation to come to resolution.

I had booked two rooms for 4 days. We arrived very late at night and was given one room we requested and one that we did not. I ask if we would be able to switch rooms the next morning for the one room. The front desk staff was SO accommodating and gave us a great room the next morning. The food in the restaurant was delicious all three mornings and was a great price. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Love this spot for a week or weekend trip! Great location and great staff- Tangela at the front desk is always a pleasure and goes above and beyond to make sure I have a fork or spoon! Clean and safe- across and near everything you need- we stay here every time (at least once a month).

It was my first time staying at the Windsor Inn, when we arrived we really liked how the property looked from the outside, our check-in was smooth and relatively easy, once we arrived to the room we really liked the way it looked and how spacious it was, my favorite part about the room was that we had our own balcony which was real nice, the staff is very personable and diligent.

Easy check in. Free parking. Great size room. Didn't use all the amenities, like the outdoor pool. There are a lot of shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Whole Foods is right across the street. Nice stay.

Front desk associate, SHARON "in training", hunged up the phone on me twice. When Sharon was asked why she hanged up the phone twice,  Sharon stated because I asked her for her name. To rewind, the moring of my check in I called to verify my reservation. Front desk supervisor and manger confirmed my reservation and the double bed requested. I got off work late (after 5pm), and called front desk stating that we are on our way, and to not place the reservation on no show no call status (the reservation was already paid for and there were no refund). When I called the hotel Sharon answered with an attitude, but I ignored it because she could be having a bad day. Sharon also confirmed  on the double bed. Once my mother arrived  to the hotel she was issued a key to a room with a king size bed. My mother proceed to the front desk and told Sharon there's some mistake we booked a double bed room. Sharon begin to explain to my mother that the hotel is doing construction on the second level and that is the only room available. When I called the front desk to accommodate to my reservation Sharon argued with me and hunged up the phone. When I called back asking for her name Sharon hunged up AGAIN. When I arrived to the hotel, Sharon began to explain to the other customers at the front desk the issue that was going on. I was also apporahed by another customer outside stating that Sharon should not have treated you guys that way.  After the debate, my family was issued a double bed room on the 2nd floor. While checking out I spoke with the front desk manager and supervisor and they confirmed that they did book my reservation for a double bed room , and do not know why Sharon changed the room. They also confirmed to me that there were no construction being done in the hotel. I've always stayed in Marriott property, and recently  stayed on Turnberry Isle for my wedding anniversary and got the utmost customer service. I worked in hospitality and customer service for a few years as well as my mother, and we were amazed that Best Western allows behavior like this towards any customer that come into their facility member or non-members. Anytime when you are booking hotel to stay at you're not just paying for the property you're also paying for the services, "GOOD SERVICES". When you do not get good customer service, you do not get a refund back so it is extremely important for this facility to keep that in mind when Sharon is giving out poor services. Unfortunately is extremely sad that these calls are not recorded.

I usually do not stay in Miami hotels as they are usually dirty and disgusting, but this is the FIRST time I truly enjoyed my stay at a hotel in Miami. It was affordable and clean. The front desk staff was extremely kind. The check-in process was smooth and quick. Our view from our balcony was beautiful. We walked to Whole Foods and other places which are conveniently located right next door or across the street. Everywhere we went (in the surrounding area) all of the workers were kind and we just had a good time all around. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Only problem is the shower was cold the next morning, but we let it run for a while and then it warmed up.

The facility and staff were very good but a sewer gas leak in the bathroom during the night had a very negative influence on our stay. We were awakened at about 2:00 a.m., felt ill and had to change rooms. Very disappointed that we were not offered a monetary refund for this troubling experience.

The entire team, from the front office to the back office, to the house keeping to the maintenance to the security and the decor managers; were on point and exceeded any expectation or need imagination could create!!!

this location works well when we visit family in N. Miami. was impressed to see the significant improvements they've made to the property. interior has expensive looking stone or tile added through out and the lobby area is upgraded and styled nicely too.

Best deal in North Miami.Clean hotel with efficient staff.Extremely comfortable bed, fresh clean white towels, large well maintained parking lot wit sufficient lighting. Great location with a delicious Wholefoods a 2 minute walk across the quite street.Drugstore, Dennis, Rossi, BK, Home Depot, LA fitness all 5 -10 minutes walk away.Publix, Costco, Target, Aldi, Banks etc 8 minute drive

Very economical hotel in a great location. Not far from the main roads for easy access to the sites. Reason for not giving excellent score is due to problems with poor air conditioning circulation in room. This was addressed with a fan from the maintenance staff after two calls. Loved conversing with Mabel in the Room Cafe and Bar. Food was great with good prices. The wait is a little long but it's worth it. There's a Denny's across the street if you can't wait. Would recommend this hotel if you're looking to save money on your stay. Wifi was a hit and miss.

When we checked in they will gave us a room next to the elevator. After I have complain and a little discussion we became a room with more distance to the elevators. The problem with the elevator is, when the door open your hear a loud „going up/down“. That sound you can hear in the whole floor. The new room was ok. A little bathroom, a microwave and a fridge. The Aircondition was very loud and we must pull the plug so the fan dont work. The street are very loud. Ok free parking outside. But 1 $ for the safe in the room ?? We planned another stay for end of November in this motel, but after this experience we canceld it.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival. It was a speedy check-in. The hotel had a quaint café for breakfast which we dine in daily. The food was made perfectly to order. I have severe sciatica issues which often aggravates during the night. Best Western beds were so comfortable I slept through the night and awoke devoid of pain. The pool on premise was clean and the entire staff was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely look for a Best Western for future stays.

It is the first time I use Best Western and I am very satisfied with the service, the comfort of the room and the cleanliness. excellent location and the personal. I recommend it, excellent stay for a business or vacation .

North Miami is expensive. If you're looking for decent accommodation without paying the big bucks then consider this place. Clean and friendly, very well kept with excellent staff then this is the place for you. A Whole Foods store is right across the road, there is free parking and a nice restaurant in the foyer. It was $9 for an UBER to the coast.

The location was close to amenities which makes it easy for anyone visiting Miami for the first time. Customer service helpful.l Box standard room. Staff very polite at all times. Not all chambermaids pay attention to detail when changing linen. Forget about taking a bath, plug hole didn't work.

Good location, beach isn't far, good restaurants within walking distance. Traffic noise is pretty bad, rooms are warm. It needs work but a decent place to base camp. The cafe owner is amazing! Best burger, and breakfast you could ask for.

It was an overall enjoyable experience at this hotel; but it was the staff that made it excellent. All of the staff were helpful and courteous but two particular individuals really went above and beyond to add to the stay. Tangela at the front desk was well informed, professional, and helpful with any and all inquiries. She made recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area and accommodated all my requests with a smile. Mabel, who operated the restaurant in the hotel was also a blessing during the stay. She is gracious and obliging, and cooks one hell of a breakfast. I love breakfast food, and enjoy trying as many new restaurants as possible when traveling; and with that being said I ate at her restaurant every day during my four day stay. If you want a phenomenal breakfast, at a solid price, GO; I will be going back when I return. Outside of all of that, the room was clean and comfortable, hotel was conveniently located, and the sun was shining.

Great hotel and service. We got in at 2am and needed the rest. The beds we comfortable and if you love to shower in hot water as I do, this is the best place. Breakfast was private but there are several restaurants in the area for great brunch.

The hotel location is good and its has free parking and laundry service also they have safe box in the room .. the carpet of the room need cleaning or replacement, I had to walk with socks all the time ,

Every time I check in its a great experience. For some reason I always check in when Tangela is working, she's very helpful and accomidating which is a breath of fresh air. Coustomer service is very important, they are the first people you see and hear when utilizing any company's services. Best western gets a thumbs up.

The hotel room I found spotless. The house keeper of my area was excellent ,She was very attentive to the needs of the room and always had a million dollar smile to great me in the morning. Marcia front desk is very helpful with all my questions about directions and would go the whole nine yards to show me how to get to places in area that would be helpful for what I needed to do. She step outside in front of lobby door to direct me by pointing out things since I am a disabled veteran I needed to be pointed in write directions and have land marks so I would not get lost. Then she would write the directions on paper in case I forgot my land marks. This is excellent service for me as a senior and disable veteran. In my experience in staying at hotels I rate this 5 star and would recommend Best Western Hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel was clean and was easy to get in and out of. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The remote control didn't work though. That sucked. There is a Denny's across the street so you can walk there for breakfast so that was very convenient.

As usual, my most recent visit at Best Western was quite pleasant. I called customer service and they were more than happy to help me with the reservation, and the rate was fair. The checking in was done expeditiously and the checking out was handled with great care. The room was well maintained and the place was quiet. Whenever I check in, I have a sense that I am home. I feel home because the people from the reception desk recognize me, and their professionalism is shown at all time and speaks volume about them.

Everything was excellent, room was nice and tidy great location you have whole foods right across from the hotel you have a shopping center also across the street you have Ross TJ Max. Also can't forget to mention Joana and iris because both were outstanding.

What can I say. This hotel is one of the best hotel so far I have stayed after long time. The rooms are adequate in size with all the amenities one could ask for. Rooms cleaned everyday with detail work with supervisor's observation to make sure not a little things left behind. Hallways are neat and clean, parking lot always clean and observed by a night time parking lot attendant (makes me feels safer for my car). The lobby looks mesmerizing after recent renovation. The staff...oh my god. Such an sweet, welcoming and caring folks from daytime to nighttime. I wonder where do they got trained from. Simona...the most charismatic supervisor who goes above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. Not forgetting maintenance staff who works efficiently to make sure my little request get attended. I was first skeptical about having breakfast at attached diner, but the manager Mabel cooked what I asked for with love and care. Upon checkout I met Sandra Griffin, I believe she is the general manager of the hotel. What a charming lady with abundant smile and caring attitude which nowadays hardly one can see. I strongly recommend this hotel to all my families and friends.

I was in Miami for medical reasons, and this hotel was a gem in the rough. I think everyone universally hates having to be away from home because of medical reasons. But this hotel makes your struggles easier to deal with. I was in a handicapped room, and the shower had lots of assistance bars that helped me feel stable. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to have tub mats/grips. The floor of the tub was quite slippery and I wouldn't have felt safe without the assistance bars. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful during my trip. I wish I could remember everyone's names! The location of the hotel is wonderful. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's a safe area to walk around, and it's not an overly noisy area. Also... their free coffee is addictive.?? I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay here for medical reasons. And it's definitely a nice area if you want to have a mini vacay without a rental car! I'm from overseas and it helped having so many stores and restaurants around. Every staff member that I came across was absolutely genuine and always willing to help in any way that they could. If I need to stay in Miami again any time soon, I will be staying here! Thank you to all the staff members who helped my Mom and I feel comfortable during our stay.??

This is our favorite hotel when we vacation in Miami. Close to the beach, shopping malls, and the night life. They have ample parking space, and the nigh-time guard. You got to have a car to be able to visit all the key places in the city. Once you have a car, 2 miles from the beach on a straight highway is a great advantage over other hotels that charge a premium. We enjoyed ordering in-room breakfast from the Restaurant. The food is delicious. Mabel does a great job!

This hotel was great in all aspects, however, to give it a fantastic or excellent rating I would have liked it a lot better if a complimentary was included for hotel guests. The rate fluctuated quite a bit.

Staff was very friendly and really helpful. Totally went out of their way to help me with a reservation I made through an outside provider. Stayed here while working for a week. The lobby was very nice and updated BUT our room always ALWAYS seemed damp! Although the room was clean the furniture was dated (total opposite from the lobby). The hotel was located by lots of food and shopping options which was a plus. There's a hotel bar and restaurant (I didn't try either but it was good to know they were available…...

Staffers; Jenifer, Joana and Iris made my stay very delightful, they made my check-in process easy and fast. I did not have to spend a lot of time at the front desk. they were very knowledgeable and helpful. As for the bar and restaurant, they need a better drinks and food selection also better hours. Good location

Room had odor and large wet spot on carpet. Took 15 minutes for hot water to come out of shower. Tubs were slippery and very dangerous. Food service was extremely slow. Staff was helpful, but could not correct problems I encountered.

My stay has been great. Tangela who works at the front desk is awesome. Every morning during your stay she has a morning grab bag ready when I'm leaving the hotel for work and makes sure everything is good during my stay. She is very nice and it's something I really appreciate especially being so far away from my family while I'm working.

Hotel staff could not have been nicer. They were very friendly and helpful, and the little cafe attached to the hotel was great for breakfast. Rooms were very clean, but air conditioner unit was too close to the bed and blew on the person sleeping on that side of the bed.

Stayed here for a few nights in April...wasn't sure what to expect. Other reviews were very good, so I took the chance. Very easy to find, as I had rented a car at the airport. Pleasantly surprised at the good location. It's an older property, that has been updated by Best Western. Staff at front desk were very nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was very relaxing. Didn't eat at the little onsite restaurant, so can't say what that was like. Property is good for business travelers, families and couples. There is lots of shopping next door and across the street, with lots of places to eat within a short distance. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

The room were very clean with comfortable bed, thanks to some Haitians(room service) who did an extremely good job to make my four nights over there as comfortable as possible. Also the tv is not good. If you're going there for business were you gonna need good internet (Wi-Fi) i would say be prepared on all my four nights I've stayed there the internet keeps on disconnected.

Great location; rooms are ok. The AC needs work. The staff was great. The security officer was professional and friendly. For some reason, it does not show up properly when you call Uber or Lyft, so contact your driver and let them know where you are.

Hi!! I was in this hotel last week. It's a nice hotel, next door to Wall Foods which is great :D. The bedroom was nice, but the space in the bathroom for the girls stuff as body cream, face cream, etc.. is a bit small; but besides that everything was fine. Cleaning was good and everyone at the reception were very nice, all of them, the italian girl, the man who speaks a bit of portuguese??and Iris and Amanda??sorry, I can't remember the name of the italian girl and the man who speaks Portuguese. They have helped always when I asked for advice. Iris and Amanda even helped with the app Lyft, thank youuu????and besides that I loved being in Miami??????

My stay at BW was good. I look forward to my next visit. My only regret was that I had a twenty dollar promotional gift card and it was expired. I wish that I could have used it. I would like to upgrade my membership with BW. I really want to become a regular.

At 3 am I was looking for a hotel Easter/spring break weekend and all hotels near MIA airport were completely sold out. I came across Best Western Plus Windsor Inn and talked to Tangela who was very nice. She reassured me that she would take care of me if I drove there and she's a woman of her word. I was checked in and in my clean and comfortable room in less than 10 mins. Shortly after arriving, she called to ask if my room was satisfactory and if I needed anything. I would definitely stay there again thanks to Tangela!

Last week, we stayed in the hotel. The beds were horrible, the carpet had an unpleasant smell and when we went to complain that we could not sleep a single minute for the inconvenience, the attendees were with a very bad character and they did not solve anything. It was really a very bad experience from beginning to end. I do not recommend it at all

My wife and I spent two weeks in the Miami area, first at South Beach then we moved to North Miami area, staying at the Best Western Windsor Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made our stay very easy. The rooms were very clean, beds and linens very comfortable. It's a great location to access North Beach area and Bal Harbour. Wifi and parking included, great value here!

The location is convenient but the property could use some maintenance. The rooms are decent but there are cosmetic issues that definitely could be better for a Best Western plus location. Rooms are small. Bed was comfortable, linens were clean. Jennifer the front desk supervisor was exceptionally friendly, very accommodating and helpful. Mabel from the Mabel Restaurant in the hotel is the sweetest lady ever. Restaurant was super clean and everything is cooked to order. Very good food, reasonable prices A+.

The room was fine the cleaning crew and staff were nice. But sadly I left a very expensive sweater in the room. We were an hour away when I went to reach for it and it was in not in the car. I called the hotel. I was told, after spending 6 nights there at the tune of not quite 2 grand they could not help me. I could have UPS ship them a box with a return label and they would then ship it to me. I called UPS. This was an extremely expensive option. The clerk at UPS said they can just put it in a box and we can pick it up with u already paying for the shipping label, Great I thought! Called the hotel back... answer still NO. We don't ship to clients. Over the years since I travel a lot I have left things in hotel rooms. Every hotel except this one was extremely helpful in returning my things. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All receptionist are very attentive, rooms are fairly priced, close to shops, restaurants, beaches. The rooms are spacious, offered lots of amenities, best of all free parking, and coffee. Hotel overall cleanliness was a 10. I only wish they had a hot tub. I stay here every business trip I'm in town.

CONs: The most horrendous noise from hooting at the nearby junction. Nobody there understands the turn filter lights so they sit there and HOOOOOT!!! The most horrendous noise from sirens. Police cars, ambulances and fire trucks day and night, incapable of driving alone to an incident and utterly oblivious of the time of day or night. The owners might consider soundproofing the windows and balcony doors.

Stayed here for one night and would not go back. The place is not very clean. The toilet looked like it had pee in it when I checked in or if that was not the case the water is yellow. The carpet was new a number of years ago but a it's in need of a solid cleaning. It's also not immediately clear where to park. There is a tiny lot up front so if you have a lot of luggage make certain you park there first, check in and then drive around to the back lot.

There is really good parking that is free on site. The rooms were recently renovated and the beds slept very well. The location of the Whole foods next door made for a great place to get snacks and beverages.

I stayed 3 nights(Sun-Wed) with my husband and 8 month old daughter. We had an enjoyable stay. The service was great... all the staff was eager to assist with smiling face, and our king room was clean and neat. The room service offered tasty options. The location of this hotel is convenient to shopping & eating. My only tidbit was it did not allow us to check in early(flight was early morning with an infant & check in was at 3pm) and the popcorn ceiling & walls is an eye sore. All in all we will be back to this hotel.

I must say that I don't usually write reviews , I'm usually a complainer but I've been frequenting this particular location for 2 1/2 years now . and it is because of the night auditor and front desk person Tangela that I continue to patronize this best Western in particular she is always lovely and pleasant and makes me feel at home away from home. maybe about three months ago I was about to discontinue patronizing this location ( the day time desk New young lady was extremely rude) it is only due to her warm and friendly demeanor that I decided to continue To spend money with this brand as a whole please don't ever allow her to leave because I will too. It was 3 AM-walking in, and this was a last minute confirmation. Tangela was welcoming, calm and put me at ease. I planned on staying only one night but ended up staying for six. My son loved that it was clean, happy and very comfortable. The rooms are kept very neat and comfortable. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to North Miami. The location is central to everything. Traveling with a youngster made this experience better because he felt safe here.

We have stayed twice using the hotel as a two day stay before our cruise. In October we met Jennifer and in January we got to meet Cindy and see Jennifer again. They were wonderful. Any questions were taken care of. We had no issues with anything at the hotel. The pool is a nice place to relax. The rooms were spotless with everything a guest would need. Both times Jennifer arranged for a taxi to take us to the Port of Miami. The Room Cafe off the lobby had hot and delicious breakfast. Dinners were also well prepared and hot. The owner Mabel makes you feel at home. My wife even got a hug when we returned in January. We are looking forward to retuning in October and again in December. We do many trips where we stay in hotels and this hotel is the best because of ALL the staff.

Front Desk does not know what the word no means ( as in too bad NO can do for you). Everyone is happy at what they are tasked to do and that is evident by the genuine greetings they all give. Treated like family here.

I stayed here to bring my daughter to university back in 2014 and I was impressed then. Fast forward 3 years and I see the place is still beautiful, still clean and even more environmentally friendly. I am huge on sustainability and when I see others are as conscious as I am, it really makes me proud. Other hotels, get your act together and follow suit. The world is all about organic, natural resources and environmental best practices. Kudos Best Western Windsor Place......your guests are watching!

1st, gave us a pass key into an occupied room,=- into which I walk, surprising its sleeping occupants. 2nd, then assigned us to a room which overwhelmingly stank of mildew. 3rd, moved us to a room which only slightly stank of mildew, and that has a doorway, the frame of which had been painted too much. Thus, I had to literally shoulder open the door to enter - each time. 4th, they closed off the 100-space parking lot, forcing serious competition for street parking.

Read some reviews and chose this property as it seemed to fit the bill. Decent price and highly recommend. The only downside is that there is no breakfast included but there is a coffee shop. They are located on a busy intersection and easily passed by. Traffic here borders on the unbelievable. The hotel itself is very clean inside and out. Pool area is nice but nothing like a beach resort. The staff is very nice here, friendly and helpful. I have no problem in recommending it to others. We just needed an overnighter before heading to the port.

Location, location, location! I find it extremely convenient to be so close to my seminar local, especially with a Whole Foods within walking distance for quick & easy meals after a long day! I appreciate the parking lot security, especially with the early hours I keep. Staff has always been top-notch, friendly & super accommodating! That's why I'm a repeat customer :) Suggestion: update mattresses, or flip 'em (last couple have had a bit of a "sink hole" feel, specifically nightstand side).

This hotel did not meet the standards that I usually experienced at other BW plus hotels. The carpet was in terrible condition, both in our room and in the hallway. It was worn out, stained and had a bad chemical smell. The air conditioner in the room was too loud.

The front desk staff welcomed me immediately. In particular, Cindy at the front desk was extremely helpful with directions to various locations. I had requested a quiet room, and it was perfect. My room was extraordinarily clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff is Exceptional! The entire staff was friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, helpful & friendly staff, nice rooms + amenities. We've stayed at other hotels in the area and this one is much better. Only thing I would have appreciated was a continental breakfast included. Otherwise, has coffee, cocoa and tea. In room coffee pot too and fridge and microwave. Pool and workout room too. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very nice!

This was a nice hotel to stay, bed comfortable, clean room. mini fridge, large screen tv. Bathroom nice. Front desk quick and helpful at check in. Close to many great places to eat and drug store etc. Lots of parking.

We stayed at this hotel for 13 nights. Nov 2-15, My partner and I had a fantastic time. CINDY checked us in and she is very polite and professional. Our room is clean, Bedding clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave in the room. It was so clean, The cleanest hotel I have stayed at and I travel 3-4 times a year, Every year. The pool, Corridors and hotel grounds are kept up to standards at all times. Free hot drinks and lemon water are provided in the lobby area, And ice machines and vending machines are available too. The restaurant serves breakfast and other meals with a lovely lady who works there and deliver the orders to our room. The hotel is in a good location with restaurants across the street and buses near too. I would rate this hotel and all the staff 10 out of 10. JENNIFER and AWANDA checked us out and they are polite and professional too. A matter of fact everyone was so nice and put the guests first. My only regret is not staying there longer. Thank you all very much. We will be back.

The Staff are friendly and helpful. Jennifer and others at the frontdesk knows their job verwell to satisfied the guests. We can count on the Room Maids. They also did a good job. We again had enjoyed our stay in this period.

Nice hotel in Miami by ochilink from Jamaica representing real estate, Tax, Internet, outer net from the west where the cess is the best. Stay bless, get that money and keep up with the times. Stayed here for an NFL Football game. Hotel is reasonably priced. older hotel, needs some maintenance. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous and friendly. It is across the street from a Whole Foods Market and other stores. Not in an area to be walking at night, car is a must. Lots of restaurants and shopping only a short drive, 15 minutes from the Miami Dolphins Hard Rock Stadium.

Very clean older hotel with a super friendly staff. This was a great location with a Whole Foods right across the street. It features a small fitness room and a nice pool and spa. Lobby has been upgraded. Rooms still feature "plaster style" textured walls and popcorn ceilings. Bedding is comfortable. Many hotels in this price point now feature free breakfast- this one did not.

This hotel was very conveniently located to Hard Rock Stadium for us. The price was appropriate for the location, and there are many restaurants and stores surrounding this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was just disappointed that it was not a buffet breakfast that was included. Other than that, I recommend this hotel to be close enough for the games, and many points of interest that surround this hotel.

I had the most terrific time at this Best Western Hotel in Biscayne bay, Fla. The accommodations were excellent and especially the kind courtesy of the helpful staff. The night security staff was extra vigilant and I felt secure with my vehicle and property. It was a truly excellent operation that made my stay extra special. Thank you BW!

Very basic hotel with thorough upgrades called for. Swimming pool doesn't look very clean. Bathroom size is quite small. Though bed sheets and towels are clean. Good part is they have free parking which is one of the primary reason for me to book this hotel. Beware if you are looking for early check in then this is definitely not your Hotel. They are not OK before 3 PM even if rooms are empty. I had reached around 11 AM & requested for early check in but they told rooms are not ready though I can see lot of people are checking out. I am sure they had one room at least ready because I went in the middle of the week & no way hotel looks to be completely occupied. Primarily I had booked this hotel for Free Parking & they have a big parking lot. If you don't have a car definitely this is a hotel which easily you can skip for.

My mother and I stayed at Best Western from 10/14/2017 to 10/23/2017 because our air conditioner was being repaired. The rooms were clean . The Staff were great and very helpful. We didn't know how long we would be there when we checked in and the worked with us to make our stay great.

Very nice location for North Miami and Jennifer was wonderful in accommodating a sudden change in our plans. Whole Foods nearby certainly a plus and nice adjacent restaurant. Room we were given was a bit tight but still clean and comfortable. Nice staff and walking distance to shopping plaza.

I visited Miami 2 times and I choose this hotel. Last time was in 2016 and we had a beautiful experience. The room was clean and with all amenities. Beds are very confortable and the view is beautiful. You can feel very safe in here, and there is a great supermarket just crossing the street. I will come back this November again and definetely we choose you again.

From the day I checked in until the sadly day I had to check out, this was one of the best hotel I stay at. Front desk have a super amazing nice service ( especially the trainee Amanda ) She is lovely and helpful.. can totally agree she choose a great job to work at. Housekeeping was friendly ( especially Bianca who went extra mile to make our stay enjoyable ) This hotel is across the street from Ross, BK, Denny's, T.J. Max, Walgreen's and walking distance to Wendy's, Ihop, CVS and much more. Since everything is nearby it makes your stay very easy, you don't even have to rent a car if you wanna do a cheap stay and use public transportation ( or Lyft/Uber) I really hope the hotel acknowledge the persons who was mention, cause I was really pleased with my stay and service. And for sure i'll come back to stay here when I come to Miami

The hotel was very clean, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hotel. The staff was excellent. I needed to stay an extra day and the staff was able to keep in the same room. They were great at suggesting places to eat. I will stay there next time I am in Miami.

So much included for the price. We had a balcony looking over the pool that was beautiful. Lots of shops within easy walking distance. The microwave and mini fridge were clean and useful for our trip. The WiFi password was given out during the quickest check in I've ever experienced. Best part was its across the street from Johnson and Wales college where our daughter is.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledge. The guest room was very clean and comfortable. The properly overall was lovely overall and in walking distance of restaurants and shopping centers.

I was visiting and dropping my son off at a near by college. The location was very convenient from his school, shopping, and dining. It was a little dated giving the price but I would stay their again anyway.

we came down her last month for orientation for my daughter and it is two minutes away from campus. we came back again and loved the staff just as much. The location to stores are great as well as close to many excellent restaurants. the restaurant on property is like eatingin your moms kitchen. s

My last visit was at best western in dolphin which was more affordable maybe because of location. This location was easy to find from where I was coming from. Overall I will book again in the near future.

We've stayed in a few Best Westerns over the years and this one is by far the nicest yet. Clean, well designed and very well run. Perfectly located in a happening area, with a host of amenities nearby: TJ Maxx, Whole Foods, Target, Cosco and a short drive down 123rd to Bal Harbour and the beach.

The staff was great Every single person I met ! This hotel is not one to ignore when traveling in Biscayne When thinking about BW , I go back to my childhood , a brand that is long standing with the reputation of a true leader in the hotel segment.

this was a family trip and the location was excellent. We were close to shopping, food , beaches and even the balcony were perfect overlooking the pool and shopping, we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay here.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Rooms were clean, pools were clean, elevator was quick. All the staff were very nice and helpful especially Tiffany, who left a wonderful hand written letter at our door. Location was a plus. Close to the beach and the mall. Will definitely stay there again!

No early checkin. Had to wait until last minute Arrived at 14:00 and no early checkin... People waiting as well and we had to wait until 15:00 to checkin. The staff are very friendly thought, very receptive. I believe it is the hotel politics to not allow early checkin Everyday the hotel leaves a note in your room offering points in Exchange of a good review Id trade my points for a 1h early checkin

You can't beat this price for a hotel in North Miami! The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking is free and the hotel is located within walking distance for shopping and eating.

This hotel is right down the street from the Aventura Mall .Great Shopping and Restaurants.Close to the beach and I-95.Easy to get into and out of. Safe and quiet place to stay. There's a Whole Foods across the street.

My stay was awesome! The rooms were spacious and clean. The employees were very friendly and polite. They were greeting us every time they saw us. They were also doing their best to accommodate us. We will definitively return to this hotel.

Room was grate, no problems with anything. Pool was really nice surcharge for breakfast. lots of places to eat a short drive or just a short walk, they will give you directions. a relaxing time for two night stay. Howard

The hotel is highly used and is dirty, it is not the normal quality of Best Western Plus. They leave a note on the pillow at check-in that if you give them a positive review they will reward you with 500 points, that is dishonest for people that rely on reviews.

Very nice staff (very nice!!). Easy check-in. Room was nice sized, clean, comfortable beds, nice balcony, more than adequate air conditioning, nicely decorated. Pool was huge, clean, well maintained and secluded from the street (not other guests on their balcony). The elevators were fast! Many other hotels I've stayed had the slowest elevators (for only 4-5 floors!). Good location...close to bus line, whole foods market, plenty of parking, very safe. One problem with noisy neighbors but staff took care of that promptly. I will return to this hotel in the future.

Great stay. I traveled for Business and Family vacation. My wife enjoyed the gym and my kids enjoyed the pool while I was away and also the proximity to shopping centers and restaurants. Staff is very nice and friendly. I enjoyed talking to the security guard at in the parking lot and the reception staff.

Came here with two friends. It's literally right on Biscayne, free parking. For $75/night, breakfast could have been included, but it's not. Lobby is being worked on. Temporary lobby is small but it works. Room was pretty clean. I haven't been in the pool yet but it seems nice and clean. I like the little porch. Got a double bed room. The beds are small and can't really fit two people each like they claim (although that wasn't necessary for us. Just FYI).

The hotel is near great convenient stores (Whole foods, walgreens, Vitamin World, etc) Walking distance. Our check in was conducted by Frances, her great smile and friendliness welcome us and provided us with a balcony room. Our overall experience was great. Only for a night as we had to hit the road but it was great! Thank you

Was very close to shops etc and I didn't have to do much driving. It was comfortable, nicely decorated and the pool was a treat. Enough floors to not be right next to people. The staff was wonderful!!

The only problem I had: I forgot my pais of snickers in the room, after the checkout. When I called the hotel... they were not there anymore...But the hotel is nice, close to the beaches, malls, restaurants and supermarkets. Nice.

Every employee I encountered was friendly and courteous. Beds were very comfy and rooms were very clean. The lobby is being remodeled, so check-in is in a little room, but other than that, it was a nice place...Convenient shopping, Whole Foods next door, a few quick food options within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and the room and bed were great. Hotel is in a great location. Close to I-95, downtown Miami, and North Miami. We would definitely stay there again. The king size bed was awsome.

My overall experience was great. The hotel was on the cheaper end for the area but the hotel staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and came with a patio, refrigerator, and microwave which was nice. Overall it was a great experience the only thing that could be better is the fitness center. It's a little out of date.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was conveniently located to restaurants, stores and freeway. The staff was great. Would definitely stay again. There was a restaurant attached and the food was good and reasonable priced.

The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to make sure you were happy. I really liked the lady who checked me in. She took the time to call the room and make sure that it was comfortable and offered me anything that I needed. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I travel to Miami. The location was also close to everything and every place we needed to go.

OMG!!! Tiffany was the front desk clerk when we checked in and she was very friendly & professional with our check-in process. When we woke up at 5am, there was a hand written personalized note under our door. We were literally blown away by the kindness that was shown by a staff member. However, when I left the hotel at 5:45am, there were grab-and-go bags on the counter and Tangela was very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. I was truly impressed by the hospitality of the employees that we encountered at this location. Customer services that are rendered in today's times are not very hospitable in businesses that I have encountered lately, but that is definitely not the case at this Best Western Plus location in North Miami, FL.

There are a few things I could say about our visit to Miami. We understood that the hotel is going through renovations...but the stay was WONDERFUL!!! WE definitely enjoyed the friendliness, the assistance and the kindness of your staff Tangela and Tiffany was exceptional!!!!!! Their service need's to be commended.

Amenities advertised this as a beachfront hotel on Priceline, but was far from being near a beach.Dirty, smelly, and approached by a man not employed by hotel who followed my onto the elevator to my hotel room door who tried to "assist" me with my luggage for money. Front desk customer service was horrible, as well as room accommodations. I left and now disputing charges by the hotel that they refused to refund.

The Location is great and opposite to this hotel is panera bread, Whole Food is next to this hotel. The Room was ok and try to get pool facing and top floor Clean, nice bathroom, fridge, microwave, balcony, good TV. Large swimming pool, coin laundry. Safe available at front desk. Cafeteria is good and reasonably priced. Large free parking area. there is one problem checkout is 11 am rest is perfect This is very close to haulover beach

Woke up with a strong back pain. Mattresses are extremely old and way overdue. They are remodeling the hotel which is great but you must start with the rooms. It is a shame because we really like best westerns as a safe choice. This one is perfectly located and has plenty of potential. But change your mattresses for Gods Sake!!!!

The service was perfect staff wonderful nice always smiling,the elevator is very fast.Love the area fully secure and you multiple store around you the view is beautiful,parking is very secured and quiet place.

Visiting Miami again in April 2018 for a Wedding. Will recommend other friends also to stay in this Hotel. Hope by that time your Restaurant and Bar will be ready. (Now it is on renovation.). I love the location also.
