Hotels in Côtes d'Armor

A very friendly welcome and a bright room looking out over the ferry that runs between the mainland and the Ile de Brehat. I was fascinated by how many people were queuing to get out there and wished we had had more time to explore it ourselves. Service in the restaurant was rather lacking in charm, unlike in reception, and the meal was rather disappointing. I had fish with a lot of different purees which meant the tastes were a bit muddled (though the leek and ?mint one was delicious). My partner had an unappetising lamb shank, with quite a lot of fat and gelatinous meat, but on a nice bed of ratatouille. So not awful, but not nearly as good as we had expected either, and a shame given the hotel's lovely setting.

Clean and comfortable. A good location. Good value for money. On site parking was much appreciated. Disappointed that their website talks about a chef and a restaurant, but they have neither (other than a breakfast rooom). The bar is just a few drinks in a cupboard and uninviting. The so-called room mini-bars are empty and, upon querying this with Reception, I was told they are for us to use for our own drinks.

The great location is really the only positive, how this is a 4 star hotel is beyond me. The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival, then we were shown to our room. The room was equivalent standard to a dated Ibis, fine if that's what you are expecting and paying for. The pool is small with a very poorly fitting and dirty liner. The jacuzzi was cold and overlooking the car park. The bar and restaurant were both closed - these were a key reason for booking this hotel. Breakfast was adequate, but as noted on other reviews the room and some of the crockery was dirty. Overall the hotel is very tired and nowhere near what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Do not recommend.

To b e avoided -impossible to sleep due to street noise (the sdf gathering point is under the room of the hotel).Which gives drunken people, fights, screaming in the middle of the night... Breakfast was in a bunker, a room with no window ...

I booked an apartment which, as it turned out, was not located in the Best Western hotel building itself but in a separate residence adjacent to the hotel. This residence is not managed by the hotel. The apartment was nicely decorated, recently renovated, and featured a pleasant terrace. I also appreciated the generous supply of complimentary coffee and tea provided in the room. However, the building in which the apartment is situated is somewhat run down and poorly maintained. If I return to Perros‑Guirec, I will definitely choose to stay in the hotel's main building, which was modern, clean, and far better maintained. Breakfast was excellent, offering high‑quality products, including regional pastries such as the famous "phare breton". I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the lady at the reception and her colleague who accompanied us to the other building to show us where the apartment was located.

On a corner, opposite a large buildimg site, but we were not disturbed by the activity. The hotel car park is in the basement via a steep ramp and quite reasonably is full of columns. Getting in is not too bad, Getting out is a nightmare, it via a circular tour of all the columns then the steep ramp, a gate to open by zapper then the footway to cross with care. It cost 10 Euro for the privilege. After the first night we parked in a nearby car park. This worked in June but the hotel car park is probably a blessing durimg July and August. Our room was a good size and well furnished, we appreciated having two tub chairs and csrpet on the floor. Our view was of a children's play ground and beautiful houses on the hillside. (Room 304). The TV was not easy to use since it was via the internet and the controller was diifficult to fathom out. The bathroom was a good size, well equiped and servicable. The staff were pleasant and hepful. The breakfast was interesting, a good sign was the bowls ot dates, prunes, apricots, etc.. The only minor negative was the small pots of scrambled egg which continued to self cook and congealed. The tables were close together making access difficult when busy. Well worth 15 Euros

Surprising huge bedroom which, I guess I had booked as such, but was still very comfortable for the two of us. It was also warm!!! Which, after few days of cold bedrooms, we both appreciated A LOT!!! No restaurant for dinner but presence of many restaurants 10min around. Breakfast buffet was ok, but nothing to shout about. The coffee machine was not working well, the scrambled eggs were in mini mini pots… the sausages were cut in mini mini sizes… The buffet at Josselin Best Western was much better, as a comparaison…. I want to make a note here that the corridors leading to the parking were pretty obstructed, when we passed by with our luggage. I wonder if this is “fire exit” proof…. Just for you guys to take note. But, I want to finish on a positive note with the smiles and the service of the 3 ladies we encountered at reception hall. :-) Very nice and helpful ladies. TQ.

A few yards away from the Trestaou beach and its restaurants and bars, l'Hotel Les Bains in Perros-Guirec is a great place to stay at. The venue is clean, service is good and the staff very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have the chance to, but they run their own spa too!

Recommended! Clean, quiet, updated rooms, professional staff, excellent buffet breakfast!!. A short walk to the beach and tourist shops. Underground parking.

It was great, loved the rooms and all the amenities like having the gym so close by, the café for a quick coffee break, the pool area to relax and every staff was so kind and helpful. I would love to bring my family along with me in my following trip here.
