Fabulous location - Spotless rooms nice linen - the staff were so lovely and very very helpful . The food in their restaurant was stunning - the steak was the best I have eaten for a long time.

From our friendly welcome to a great nights sleep it's a hotel we'd use again. We paid €13 for garage parking but there was free street parking alongside the hotel. The hotel is tastefully decorated, in fact quite quirky. There wasn't a mini bar, but they'd left a complementary large bottle of water for us. There was a fridge for our use, a kettle with teas and coffee. A safe and hairdryer. Everything was spotlessly clean. The air-con was great and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we had a fantastic nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and gain with friendly staff who greeted us and said goodbye. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. We didn't get to use the facilities like jacuzzi or gym. Maybe next time!

This hotel was a delightful surprise, and the nicest hotel I stayed in on my trip to Brittany. It's a sprawling hotel right next to the beach, with special Beach access by its own elevator. One of the best parts about this room was the huge balcony that came attached to my room. It was a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and watch the colors of the sky. The hotel room itself was not huge but it was very clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed and everything I could need. There was plenty of light from large windows and the balcony. It was an extremely comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also large with lots of local specialty pastries to try. The staff were really helpful and there to answer any questions you have. I highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic hotel and spa with outstanding service from start to finish. I travelled with my Beagle puppy and the hotel even provided him with a dog bed and bowls, and fresh water was always available at reception. I also received a complimentary glass of champagne and one hour of access to the spa included in the stay, which was especially appreciated after a long journey. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, only about 5 minutes from Rennes train station and the metro, and around 6 minutes from nearby shops. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and if I return to Rennes in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other travelers. This hotel was an enormous disappointment. We visited during a major heat wave, and there was no air conditioning. Far worse, is that this was not clearly disclosed when we booked nor was it communicated to us as it became known there was a major heat wave going through France (one that has killed several hundreds across Europe). The room felt over 100°F (38°C) and completely unbearable. A family member has a condition that makes them prone to fainting and this was just not going to work for us. It would be impossible to sleep or even comfortably stay in the room to relax . To make matters worse, our sauna of a room didn't have TOILET PAPER when we checked in. The parking situation was also frustrating. It was difficult to find (with again no advance warning that there is construction around the property), and we later learned that the garage closes at 10:00 p.m. with no access to your vehicle afterward. We were in town for a wedding that would end much later, making this completely impractical. This restriction was never made clear before our arrival. Given all of these issues, we kindly asked to be refunded so we could comfortably stay elsewhere, but the hotel refused. We ultimately chose to leave anyway and accept the financial penalty because staying simply wasn't an option. I understand that older hotels may not have air conditioning, but that information should be made unmistakably clear—especially during a heat wave. At least open a window before our arrival and let in some fresh air! It would have been nice to receive some sort of communication in advance to prepare us for our stay (there was none - not even a “your stay is coming up” type email). Transparency would have allowed us to book somewhere else. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've ever had.

This hotel is fine for a stopover but it's not as attractive as it looks in the photos. There is no bar or comfortable lounge area to relax in and the room was very small. Perfectly fine but nothing more than that. Very limited parking so make sure you book ahead if you need it.

Well placed hotel, (use Waze rather than Google maps to find them as they are on a one way road). We mistakenly booked for the next day but the staff especially Lucianne arranged to swap the booking which was greatly appreciated. Great to have parking at the hotel via an elaborate lift system. Great central market in Rennes on Saturday. Hotel rooms were modern and the bed comfortable.

This a lovely hotel in a perfect location for visiting the sights and restaurants. All within walking distance. Clean and great size bedrooms. Lovely breakfast. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Would go back again and recommend.

The room is plain and one night was plenty. The bathroom was clean but had an odd smell. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the dining room looked stark.

Excellent room service, professional staff, courteous and respectful reception team; very polite and so supportive. Spacious cozy room. Very calm and quiet neighborhood . Good location.
