Best Western Hotel Armor Park Dinan

I have been in France for many times an so far this is the best place I have ever been. The staff is very professional and always willing to help. The rooms are very cleaned, the personal is very professional, and the staff management is doing a great job. I love that place!

Really proper hotel, rooms, bed perfect. Restaurant perfect and personnel really nice and professional. First place that I had nothing to say except positive ! If you have to visit Dinan and its suburbs don't hesitate to have a rest in this hotel.

Very pleasant and clean hotel. Nicely located just outside of Dinan centre, plenty of car parking spaces. Walkable to the town at a pinch. Pleasant, friendly efficient staff in reception and restaurant. Very nice food.

I stayed with partner in September 2022. We used this hotel as a base to explore the area and the hotel did not disappoint. Room - very clean and well kept the basic rooms do the basics however there are better rooms which have a little more space and Air Con. The thing to be aware of there is no lift to the upper floors for the basic rooms which can be a major issue if you have mobility issues. Take a superior room and the problem is solved. Location - on the outskirts of Dinan with easy access to the road network and into the town (which is beautiful) The area is quiet and there is plenty of parking. Food - only eat breakfast which was very nice and a buffet style with continental and english additions. Leisure - There is a small pool and sauna available with shower facilities. There is no disability access and only a few chairs round the area. The negative is the lack of changing facilities, you are expected to use the single toilet or use the bath robes in the superior rooms to allow you to return to your room. Staff - very accommodating!!! The staff are very helpful and polite and have a very basic grasp of English. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is very friendly. In short a great hotel, great location, and great staff.

congratulations to all the staff for their kindness and availability. Good position to reach Dinan. Clean rooms and good breakfast. I recommend it and if I come back to these parts I will definitely come back.

We stayed in the Hotel for 2 nights the rooms are nice and big and clean. We styed in the disabled room which was very big for space could have done with a table and chairs as its plenty big enough. Breakfast was great lots to choose from. Indoor pool is nice after a hot day. Its only about 5min down the road and you are in centre of Dinan. The staff are lovely and go out their way to help in every way nothing is a problem at all. We definitely stay there again. Restaurant food was nice and so nice wine as well.

We stayed here for a couple of nights over Easter (dad, two teenage daughters and 11 year old son) having checked out of our original (terrible!) hotel in St Malo. We had a family room in the new wing and were SO impressed. Spotlessly clean, modern and large. Two bedrooms and large bathroom. Lots of windows and natural light. Staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Pool was brand new with great sauna. Small but fun for a splash and cool off. Great location for ease of access to other parts of Brittany. We went to Rennes, Dinard, St Malo and for some out of town shopping. No trip more than an hour on the excellent roads and motorways. Restaurant was nice. Great service. Good food. Children's portions really generous. Can't speak more highly of this hotel! Equally good for couples by the way.

I made a mistake in my previous review. I thought that the staff was very pleasant until my last encounter with what I assume was the owner or manager. She did not ask me to put on a mask which I would have done gladly she demanded that I put it on in such a tone that I was extremely offended

The people working here were really nice and tried to accomodate. It will get better once the construction work is done Pluses: A/C worked, but controller was erratic, very frustrating. Free parking, Clean, minibar, teapot, decent outlets for electronics Minuses: Tiny room, place was under construction 21/7/21, in the middle of an industrial park far from tourist destinations, pool was too cold. Expensive for the value.

Booked this hotel when St Malo accommodation was pretty much booked up (for the annual heritage weekend open day events) and glad we did as Dinan itself is such a great town and somewhere I'd love to revisit. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful (including showing me to the room) and I was upgraded to a better room (a duplex). The room itself was great and pretty impressive being across 2 floors. It seemed newly refurbished and was very clean. The only thing that let the hotel down was that the bed was too hard and I woke up with bad back ache, so I chose to stay elsewhere in Dinan the next night for this reason alone. Another minor note is that there was no light for the staircase leading down from the duplex (so within the room) which meant a light needed to be left on in the downstairs bathroom to avoid any risk of falling in the night. There was a junction box to allow a light to be fitted but this hadn't yet been done.

The location is great as a central point to explore Brittany. Easy access to the main road The hotel has recently been refurbished . The room was clean, and fair size. En suite was good excellent shower, free WiFi, .The bar and dining areas were clean and comfortable. The evening meal at restaurant was good. The staff were excellent, pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is out of the centre of Dinan which can be reached by car but parking in the centre can be a problem, or you can walk it in about 20 minutes, although I wouldn't do it in the night due to the lack of lighting in certain areas. On returning to Dinan in the evening we went to Port de Dinan Lanvallay parked here. There are numerous restaurants and if you want can walk up to the old centre ( up a very steep hill) you can do so where there are numerous restaurants and bars. We then returned to the hotel. If you ask at reception they will give you a map of Dinan which is useful. The cost of the room made this excellent value for money.

Had booked to stay for a week but when we arrived, the hotel was 1.5 k.m. from centre of Dinan, and in the middle of an industrial estate. Cancelled booking with Booking.com immediately (had only booked the day before) but rather than charging a cancellation fee the hotel charged us the full price for the week almost 900 euro. I have emailed hotel Manager who in fairness has been communicative and says I booked non refundable, however I never expected to be charged for a full week, a cancellation fee would have been more than acceptable but think this was a bit much.
