We really enjoyed our over night stay at the Sure Hotel on our way south. It is a very clean and well maintained hotel with cleverly well designed bedrooms with nice touches. We took our evening meal in the hotel which was lovely . All the staff we met were welcoming and helpful without fail. Our only slight disappointment was the breakfast offering , as we up late and in the restaurant at around 08:30h there were less options than you might expect. Other than that an an easy hotel to recommend

We stayed one night at this hotel, and we had lunch at their restaurant; great staff, very friendly and helpful, good rooms with good airco system, good lunch for a reasonable price at their restaurant; there is even a small swimming pool with some lounge chairs, very convenient when the weather is warm, parking behing the hotel (free); I recommend the restaurant called "acte 21" for the dinner, 10mns walk from the hotel.

Very good hotel in a quiet location! Staff is really friendly and super helpful! Easy to park (they have EV chargers, even if we didn't use it). Rooms are very clean and practical. Special mention to the bed: it was SO comfortable!!!

Smart modern hotel easily accessible from the motorway. Plenty of well lit parking front and rear. We had a dog and was able to take her into the restarant both for dinner and breakfast. Menus choice was excellent for each. Would stop again at this Hotel.

My wife and I stopped here while travelling through France with our dog (greyhound). It really does cater well for dogs and we were able to eat our dinner and breakfast with him (both meals were lovely). The location is also great for taking dogs for a walk with a small wood behind the hotel and a nice housing estate next to it. We would have no hesitation staying here again with or without our dog. Highly recommended.

We had a comfortable night in a family room. Clean and quiet. Special thanks to Elisa on reception who helped us make a booking after we were let down by another hotel. Elisa was very helpful and spoke excellent English.

My Email to the hotel's General Manger which we never received a response from. In regards to our stay the evening of June 19th and checking out Friday June 20, 2025. The outrageous abusive behavior by their assistant manager (tall man-name?) His attitude and behavior towards us was quite alarming to the three of us - myself, my wife and our friend Kathy. *** I will note a wonderful receptionist named Caroline first checked us in and was exceptional.*** When we were checking in with Caroline, Thursday around 4:45 pm, the asst manager came from behind us and made a rude, sarcastic comment he thought was funny with us having to move and now staying at his hotel, the BW Adagio. I can assure you after a long hot day of biking to a hotel that was no longer available to us, and being greeted in this way from your staff was not appreciated. We asked Caroline if it would be ok for us to extend our stay the next morning until 12:00 noon in room 105, where my wife and I stayed. She said absolutely fine to 12:00. Now to the next morning, The asst manager apparently LIED to the bike company when they came to pick up our 3 bikes ( the end of our 9 day bike journey of the Loire River Valley). He told them we took our bikes out and rode them into the city Friday morning so the bikes weren't on the property, per him. He knows we didn't take the bikes. We would have needed to request the key from the front desk to get the cage unlocked. Being responsible people, we would not even consider that knowing the bike company was coming Friday morning to pick them up. He was obviously too lazy to look and confirm the bikes were still in his cage. This now created a big commotion with our bike tour agency as I saw an email Friday morning from a representative of Le Velo Voyager telling us what we supposedly did wrong; and that I needed to return the bikes at once. All this because the asst manager did not take the time to confirm the bikes were still in place and chose to cause trouble for us instead. Back to our room situation, At 11:05 I got a call from the asst manager stating we had to leave the room at once as he needed it. I told him what Caroline had agreed to - that we could stay in room 105 until 12:00 noon. He said he didn't care and we were to vacate. I told him we would not be able to leave right away as my wife was in the shower at the time of the phone call. I repeated to him that it was approved by Caroline before. He then abruptly hung up on me. We then went to the hotel common area to eat our lunch before departing the hotel. This is when the asst manager GOT EXTREMELY RUDE AND DEGRADING. After eating for about 10 minutes, the asst manager reached across me and grabbed a coffee cup from Kathy that was sitting on a table in front of her while stating at the same time, "this belongs to the hotel right"? What kind of ridiculous question was that? He knew it was the hotel's cup. He was just trying to get in our face and likely hoping we would just leave. A couple short minutes later he shoved a small garbage pail in between my wife and I into the middle of the table of all 3 of us and then started grabbing garbage off our table and throwing it into the pail right in front of our faces. He was downright abusive and rude in all that he could do. We all felt extremely uncomfortable. In addition, we felt he was treating us this rudely as we were Americans. *** I will note a wonderful receptionist named Caroline first checked us in and was exceptional.***

We stayed for three nights in a bedroom on the second floor overlooking the river which was very quiet. We were made welcome on arrival by a friendly lady on reception who was very helpful with restaurants recommendations, with numerous eating places close by some with a short walk over the bridge. We had breakfast on our stay which was also very efficient with plenty of choice. We would stay again if in the area, parking is free in the street adjacent the hotel.

We were very happy with this hotel- friendly helpful staff with ebike charging and safe storage. We arrived a bit before the check in time but the room was ready so they let us in early. Room really nice and amazing breakfast ready for a day of cycling. Would recommend.

I would really like to have given this place a three but our sleep experience was terrible. It's well situated and we made use of a space in the parking garage (10 euro). We were given a room that overlooked the road and yes, we found the translucent blue bathroom door a little unusual to say the least. Safe didn't work. Only one mug and one teabag for two of us! Our bigger issue was a nightclub just down the street. Despite the double glazing, the noise made by groups of clubbers leaving the place between 12pm and 4pm was horrendous. It appeared a good few had their cars parked opposite the hotel and decided to have long and loud conversations with each other despite the time. Traffic noise was pretty constant as well. Two very tired and irritable customers and yes, we still got charged for the parking! Our advice? If you are staying here, make sure you avoid the rooms at the front!
