The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and is beautifully decorated, with spacious and comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast on the outdoor terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the Puy-de-Dôme mountains.

Stayed here for four days in October 2024. Very clean and tidy hotel. Good sized rooms with all the usual amenities plus a small balcony complete with table and chairs. Breakfast was typical continental style with a wide range of fruits, nuts, cereal, oats, jams, juices , breads, etc etc all beautifully presented. In fact I don't think I have seen a better presentation of a breakfast. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful when you need them but otherwise unobtrusive. Pretty much a faultless hotel really. Happily stay here again should I be in this area of France.

Excellent hotel. Great rooms. Nice breakfast. Near highway. Lots of parking space. The staff is very helpful. We had diner in the hotel and it was delicious. We were travelling to Spain and had an overnight. I recommend this facility to anyone.

THEY CANCEL RESERVATIONS WITHOUT MAKING SURE YOU KNOW. Booked on Best Western website 21 January for 26 February.. We had been looking forward to this trip after cancer surgery. As a disabled person I had checked the hotel and room for disabilities and it looked perfect. Arrived at 5.00pm and was told our reservation had been cancelled by the hotel on 27 January, by an email that never reached me - even though the hotel had by telephone number as well. Future Best Western bookings will be cancelled, won't book with this group again. What a way to treat people with disabilities, and those fighting illness.

This Best Western hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The location is great, just of A75. They have ample parking space. The front desk was super, fastest check-in ever. Just by stating my name I got the key to my room👍🏻 The room itself was also a very pleasant surprise. It was roomy, clean and cosy. Same for the bathroom. The room even had a balcony with two chairs and a small table. There was also a minibar and a water boiler so you could make tea or (instant)coffee Staff was very friendly to , so what else can you wish for if you have to spend a night in a hotel on your way south?

"Good hotel close to the highway"

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and has a free parking. Nice also to have a balcony. The room was quite big with water and coffee. The beds were too soft for us, but that's a personal critic as some other guests may like that. Good idea to have the WC separated from the bathroom. I personnally did not like the Italian shower as it was large and I got cold in it. Well sound-proofed as we did not hear any noise from the road at night. We had dinner at the restaurant (luckily we had booked our table), it was quite good and for a decent price. We did not have breakfast there as it was not included in our room rate. Very nice staff who seem to be multitasking between the reception desk and the restaurant.

"Great Place to Stop Over"

This is conveniently located next to the autoroute leading to the south of France or (as in our case) the east coast of Spain. The hotel is very fresh and the rooms are spacious and have big, comfortable beds. There is also a minibar in the room. It was good to sit outside on our balcony with a drink and enjoy the evening. As others have already mentioned, we found it a small inconvenience that at the weekend the restaurant was closed for anything other than breakfast. Incidentally, the breakfast was a reasonable price and there was a good selection of items. We have put this place on our list so hope to be able to stay there again.

Having booked through Best Western central reservations for Sunday Night requesting evening meal, disabled car park, room near lift received, room furthest from lift, yes disabled car parking, but no evening meal, we had booked for two nights for our return trip on a Friday and Saturday when we arrived on the Friday we asked to change reservations to just one night due to lack of evening meal, oh dear oh dear you booked online so they could not change the booking had to ask to speak to central reservation to change it, these self opinionated central reservations should listen not dictate they never get it right think again head office watchout when you book they don't inform you or answer your queries, the staff at the hotel were very helpful, except they are not allowed to change online booking strange.

We stayed here one night on our way from Geneva to San Sebastian and had an excellent dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. We left early in the morning and appreciated that we could make a cup of coffea in the room before taking off. The restaurant and reception staff were very friendly with big smiles. A hotel well worth staying at.
