Best Western Marseille Aeroport

We stayed for one night on Saturday 15th August after arriving late on the Heathrow flight, and everything was seamless from start to finish. Check‑in was quick and efficient, and the same smooth experience continued at check‑out. We had a drink at the bar when we arrived, and the bartender was genuinely lovely and very accommodating given the late hour. A really comfortable, easy stay — we'd happily return.

We had a great one night stay before our international flight the next day. Clean, comfortable, small room. The king bed was excellent. Very small bathroom with excellent shower. We had grilled octopus for dinner which was very good. I booked with breakfast included and it was very good. The desk people were very nice. The pool is beautiful. I wish all the hotels we stayed at in France were this nice!

Excellent hotel close to the Marseille airport. Very convenient with a hotel shuttle to and from the terminal. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant was above average.

The best thing about this hotel is it's convenient location near the airport terminal. A path from the hotel leads directly to Terminal 1. The walk takes seven minutes. the hotel is a typical Best Western, no surprises. All satisfactory.

Everything about my stay at Marseille Best Western was fantastic, from room service to check-in, and I am incredibly grateful to the staff for their assistance. The room was cozy and tastefully furnished. I had requested an accessible room because I was experiencing back problems. The service even supplied a shower bench, and the bathroom was immaculate.

Room was twin, requested double, aircon very noisy. Doors didn't work with key card. Soundproofing in room was excellent, good shower, friendly hotel staff BUT huge downfall was the food in restaurant was absolutely awful. Tiny portion, it was warm not hot, staff not very pleasant, service very poor.

Airport hotels are places to stay enroute to somewhere else and this one serves that purpose adequately. The hotel's decorative theme – vintage airline posters – are a telling sign that this is a veteran of many campaigns which has kept in touch with the market with makeovers. Whatever, it is not a place that will linger in memory. The good: the front desk staff were polite and efficient, and English is readily accessible. Our standard double room #431 was clean, quiet, in good repair and reasonably comfortable. The décor and appointments are a cross-section of chain hotel vanilla of varying vintages from across the last several decades – the peak expression of which is reached in the bathroom. Everything expected of three stars was provided and most of it worked as expected. The queen bed was passably comfortable, the linens crisp and clean and we were each able to find a favourite pillow. We took dinner – only after 19:30 – in the hotel's Restaurant l'Olivier which satisfied our needs. The €17 per person breakfast also taken in l'Olivier, was a well-stocked and serviced buffet that pleasantly exceeded typical three-star expectations. The not so good: by modern standards, the guest rooms are small, as are the bathrooms – in which the lighting is adequate for everything except shaving and, I assume, making up. The bad: the included Wifi signal was very weak and connection unstable in our guest room, so we gave up and used our mobile data.

I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst training at Helisim (transport to/from provided by hotel). The room was comfortable with the usual amenities. Breakfast was plentiful and we had dinner there a few times, both were good. Didn't use the outside pool as it's January. There is also a well equipped gym. The hotel is only a 7 minute walk from the terminal or there is the courtesy bus too. Overall it's a pleasant place to stay and very convenient for the airport/Airbus/Helisim etc

Generally good all around, would stay here again if if needed for the MRS airport. A 3 minute shuttle ride (call the hotel when you get there and they will send the driver) and all the staff are super quick, friendly, and efficient. . Free parking, plus a pool, gym (lots of equipment, mostly new), restaurant and bar. I liked how dark and quiet it was, beds were comfortable, overall good night.

Have stayed here before and would not hesitate to recommend it. Excellent location, quiet rooms, friendly staff, airport shuttle and excellent breakfast. Room was spotless and found nothing lacking. Great value for an airport hotel!

Stayed here on a business trip in late September. The first thing to say is that it's in a great location literally across the road from the airport, from where they offer a shuttle bus if required. The reception area was well manned and they were very helpful too, with all of the ones that I spoke to speaking very good English. The rooms themselves are fairly standard but everything worked, so no complaints on that score. The restaurant offered a very tasty evening menu and there was plenty of choice at breakfast too. Unusually for an airport hotel, it also has an outdoor pool and tennis courts for the more active guest (not me by way!), which looked well maintained. If I had the opportunity to return to the area, I'd certainly have no complaints about staying here again.

We had an early morning flight so this was the perfect place to stay. I sent several emails with questions that were answered promptly and clearly. On arrival, the reception staff was excellent. The hotel is new and spotless. Our room, 301, overlooked the pool and was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom had space to lay things out. Coffee and tea and an electric teapot were in the room, as well as a minibar/ frig. There is a restaurant but we didn't use it so I can't report on that. There is a free shuttle to the airport, starting at 5 am, but it is only a 7 minute easy walk if you have a flight requiring an earlier arrival. One note: there is a gate to enter the hotel grounds that does not open automatically. Look for a post on the left side if the driveway, with a small button that must be firmly pressed to get the gate to open. This hotel is not close to town but if you need to be near the airport you, it is a very good option.

All was clean, new, nicely appointed. Internet was fast. Quiet. Free shuttle. Helpful (English-speaking) staff. You can walk to airport if need be. Pool and fitness center are good. Dining room not great but works in a pinch.

We booked this as a pre cruise stop and it gave us almost everything we wanted[ Swimming Pool was under refurbishment]. Courtesy Bus turned up within minutes to take us the short distance from airport to hotel. Check In was easy, staff were wonderful and very helpful, good sized room with nice view, with lots of USB points round the desk,nice lighting and kettle with tea, coffee & chocolate. Free safe, Good Free WiFi. We took the offer of discounted dinner which was OK, But breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under refurbishment , but the hotel does have a small fitness room on the top floor. Checkout was easy & quick and minibus took us to our cruise meeting point. Overall a very nice experience.

We arrived at the hotel at 1 am in the morning, i had inadvertently booked the wrong month for my booking. However the staff member on that night (Idim ) was fantastic and booked us in for the night. thanks so much. They provide a shuttle to the airport, great service and thanks for cancelling the booking when I made the error. If we ever are back your way, we will definitely come and stay here

Very convenient to catch an early morning flight. A standard hotel - nice bar area. Enjoyed being able to sit outside to have my last supper in France, which I made sure I would really enjoy. I was disappointed that the pool was under construction.

I spent an overnight in this oddly tranquil airport hotel and I truly appreciated the service and amenities which were on offer. Due to airline delays, my traveling party didn't show up until the following morning, and I desperately needed a late checkout so we could get ourselves in order before moving on. The front desk folks and especially the hotel sales manager were so helpful and accommodating; I truly did not expect to have such consideration in what is an airport hotel. I think the staff here deserves a lot of credit, and I would happily stay here next time I'm flying into Marseille. Also, the pool area while still under construction is now open again for swimming. It's pretty awesome! And a final word about breakfast - it's not inexpensive but it is probably the nicest hotel breakfast selection I've had outside of a 4-star hotel. The French, it goes without saying, know how to cook. If you've ever had rubbery scrambled eggs out of a pan in a hotel lobby, you are rightly skeptical about hotel breakfasts. I know I was. This one was delicious and absolutely worth it, especially as a traveler on the road.

Stayed one night at this hotel en route to Avignon. I thought it would be nice to have a swim so chose this particular hotel as the pool looked great. Unfortunately we found out in the morning that the pool was closed for refurbishment. No mention of this had been made on the website, even though it was obvious it would take quite some time and was a big job. We had booked our hire car later than planned to fit in the swim. When I complained the manager said he wouldn't charge us the tax which was only around 6 euros anyway. I'm sure the pool will be splendid when it is finished. The room was comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast okay. Decor a bit tired.

It's a clever trick because you do not notice the hotel staff have stolen from you until several days later. If you pay the tax sejour by cash (as I did), hey, it's goes straight into their pocket and the day after you leave they charge the card you used with the 1.65 Euros which you paid but which they stole. Clever! Let's say a third of the customers pay the tax sejour with leftover coins, I estimate the reception staff are making 80+ euros per day. Pays for the drinks on the way home. I TRAVEL ALL OVER THE WORLD AND I SWEAR I WILL NEVER USE BEST WESTERN AGAIN. I recommend you avoid this hotel chain.

Great staff, English speaking and very helpful. Free shuttle to terminal, easy, convenient parking. Desk can give directions to very nearby Total gas station and rental car return: we returned the car after arrival and took the shuttle in the morning: very convenient. Nice room, great pillows and linens, good A/C, safe in room, coffee in room, refrigerator, magnifying mirror in bathroom. Quiet and comfortable, an ideal place to stay the night before your flight. We would certainly stay here again.

We had booked this hotel because of the closeness to the airport where you could walk there if needed. We had an early flight before the shuttle would have been available. As it turns out our original flight out got canceled so we were able to take the shuttle. The shuttle is by Hall A on the other side of the bus stops. There's a call button to the hotel, you just press it and they come within 10 minutes. The room is spacious and comfortable. It is by a freeway and not close to town so we ate at the hotel restaurant. We weren't that hungry so we just ordered a croque-madam and a black burger with fries and it was very good.

We checked in mid morning for a flight the next day and were most pleased our room was available. The super friendly desk staff patiently described where we could gas up at the Total station, return car to Hertz and walk back. It is only a few minutes by a footpath. We were offered the shuttle in case we did not want to walk - we walked. We ate at the hotel as it actually quite isolated from the surroundings. The menu is simple while the food is good quality, The rooms were quiet, of reasonable size with a good bed. The on-demand shuttle took us to airport in the morning though if we just had carry-ons we could have easily walked. You cannot be closer unless you overnight in the departure lounge. We would come back.

Located just off the the major roundabout at the entrance to Marselle Airport. A short walk from the Terminal thru the parking lot. We had an early morning flight so we returned our rental car the night before.The staff were very friendly explaining how to return the rented car and the short walk back to the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel which we enjoyed. The breakfast was good and starts very early in the morning. The room was very comfortable and clean.

This full-service hotel is on the edge of the airport but I did not hear one aircraft (or any road noise) from my room which was at the back of the building. There is a free, on-demand shuttle to and from the hotel from the airport terminals - from terminal Hall A, exit the terminal, turn right and you will come to a pillar marked with "Appel" on which there are call buttons for the local hotel shuttles, mine turned up in about 10 minutes with a very helpful driver. (The shuttle from the hotel will also take you to other local places and major businesses.) There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. The reception staff always had a smile on their faces and were efficient, speaking excellent English (thankfully). The staff in the restaurant were equally friendly and good at their jobs. My room had everything I needed - a comfy bed, immaculately clean bathroom, free, good wifif, two chairs at a small table and a small fridge. My single, small complaint is that the space between the bed and the desk was narrow so a normal chair didn't fit - there was a small and rather uncomfortable chair provided instead. You could work at the table but then you can't easily access the power sockets. The restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus providing room service. Dinner had a limited menu and was OK but not great - service was fine, and costs were reasonable. Very happy to return next time I need a hotel in the area.

The Best Western Marseille Airport Hotel is conveniently located near the Marseille Provence Airport. It is placed just behind a major car park, on a cul-de-sac and along the main road leading in to the airport. Strangely enough, there is no pavement or walking track from the hotel to the airport - and vice versa. This means that you - provided you're walking - has to walk along the road and cross the traffic at odd places. The hotel is quite decent - check-in is fast - even though they gave me a smokers room first, despite the fact that my BW profile clearly states no-smoking. This was, however quickly fixed, but could have been prevented by the concierge, simply by asking - after all it is the majority of people preferring a no-smoking room. The room was adequately sized with a nice bathroom and the aircon/heating was very quiet. Sleep quality was excellent. The bar was a nice place to hang out - waiting for dinner. Breakfast I did not try, as it starts later than I had to leave, as I was catching one of the very first flights out of Marseille. It would have been nice, if the bar had the possibility to serve a cup of coffee and a croissant for the very early birds. I was not the only one. There is a curtesy shuttle running between the hotel and the terminals, but as it was one of the very first flights - I did not dare to rely on it, but walked (5-7 minutes), as it started the service just in the nick of time for my temper. All in all a reasonably good experience for an Airport hotel.

This is a good and clean hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. The only downside is the food was not the greatest. The proximity to the airport was a great advantage and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We flew from the USA thru Heathrow and finally to Marseille. After a tiring full 10 hours of flight, spent the night at this Hotel just minutes from the Airport and they provide pickup service. It was clean, nice rooms and despite being near the airport, VERY QUIET. Went downstairs to a great evening French meal and next day had wonderful full breakfast as part of their room plan. Excellent way to start a trip to Provence or anywhere near this large City and Southern France.

Judge not a book by its cover. What seems dull looking on the BW hotel exterior is actually well packed with hidden gems, which deserves a good shout-out. Located right across the Aeroport Marseille-Provence, all you needed to do is to press the button for BW at the hotel shuttle dial-out stand, located right outside the airport terminal. A shuttle comes within the next 10 minutes, and you'll be assisted by a friendly driver. And within minutes, you'll reach BW. Quite a no-frills hotel, the lobby is rather small yet cozy. I was immediately served by Imad, the front office guy who attended to my check-in swiftly and professionally. When asked about directions to the city center etc, he gladly helped with the information. Room size is decent. What's worthy of mention is that it's very clean and tidy, as compared with a horrendous stay experience I had at Pullman airport hotel (dirty and musky smelling room, creaky bed, grouts and lines of crawling ants in the room and toilet). The room was well made-up every day, which really made a wonderful stay for me. The daily shuttle service to my workplace was ever pleasant, especially helped by warm friendly drivers who remember where I would need to drop off and be picked up everyday. I consider the breakfast spread decent although some may think it's limited in choice. It has all that's needed although nothing too fanciful - cold cuts, cheeses, bread, yoghurt, milk, juices, gourmet coffee and tea, cereal, fruits etc. I must say I didn't try their dinner, so wouldn't be able to comment on that. Check-out was as hassle free as check-in, and the front office immediately arranged the airport shuttle without me having to request for it. That's called great hospitality. I would certainly consider BW for my next visit at Marseille. Well done BW!

Great value for modern airy hotel. Ideal location. We arrived the day before our flight just to enjoy the amenities. Lunch and dinner offered at restaurant on site. Rooms include an electric kettle, and rapid internet. Very clean ...we also had a bath tub! This is our fourth stay in four years...we will be back.

We spent a night here before an early flight. Very convenient location for rental car return - we just had a short walk back to the hotel after dropping off at Hertz. Restaurant is okay; not much gluten free available.

I woke up after a one night stay to bug bites up my left arm. After inspecting the bed I found 3 small dead bugs. When I reported this to the front desk, writing a note to describe where they were on the bed,(I had to run to catch a flight). The madam said they would contact me about this matter. In a day I received an email stating they found no bugs in the room and dismissed me. I have photos of the bugs and the bites on my arm so I'm not pleased with this treatment. I told them this in another email and said I'd be contacting Trip Advisor about this matter. Another madam replied and said how dare I threaten them. Well I'm not imagining these bites or the rude treatment by them. I'd like to know what bit me and if I carried it on to my boat river cruise. I should be compensated for such a disgusting experience.

We stayed 3 nights , as we were invited to a wedding to a nearby location. Very clean , very comfortable bed and quiet considering the airport is next door.The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport or vice versa, on demand which is very good. Breakfast was excellent, catered for every taste. The staff was very attentive and helpful.It was definitely a good choice.

There are several hotels at the Marseille Airport - which is actually in Marignane, about 30km from Marseille - so it's far more convenient to stay at the airport, especially if you have an early morning flight and/or a rental car to return. The Best Western is the closest of them all and so very convenient. We were able to fuel up our rental car, return it, and walk to the Best Western right from the rental office - literally on the other side of a large parking lot - all within a small area in a very short period of time. You could walk to the airport as well, but the hotel does offer on-demand shuttle service. Our room was surprisingly spacious for a European hotel, nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens soft and inviting. There is a mini-bar in the room, a small desk to work at if needed and television reception was excellent on the nicely sized TV. (They also have a computer right adjacent to the front desk to handle your airline check-in and printing of boarding passes.) My only complaint was the restaurant. The food was good, but it took over an hour to get our meal during a lunch period that wasn't very busy. We watched as every table around us was slowly but surely served and when we finally asked about our food, the woman who was obviously in charge of the dining room got right on our waiter and we had our food within minutes - delivered by a very surly waiter at that point - I don't think she was too happy that her boss got on her about our meal.

We needed a hotel at Marseille airport as we had an early flight the next day. The hotel was ideal. We had a good dinner in the restaurant. The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size, and they had tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Superb location to airport and train station. Free shuttle to airport can be arranged fairly close to your own needs, but if you are going to train station, ask the staff to call a cab for you. The hotel is closer to the train station than the airport is, and you only have 1 bag drag instead of 3. There is a heated pool and a lovely restaurant on site, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I had a great night's rest

We booked this hotel close to the airport which it was 5 minutes away which was the main reason we stayed there instead of down Marseille. The basic accommodations were to be expected-there is nothing to stay there for since there are no restaurants close by or anything else, but the worst part was the food. The dinner was lifeless and terrible, but we didn't expect our daughter would have food poisoning due to the Moroccan chicken which she selected-the vomited four times during the night not the best to go on an overseas fight the next day. The manager did take off her food off the bill, but not too compassionate. I would definitely eat prior to staying there or select another place.

We stayed in a pleasant room with a surprisingly good view, and were welcomed to eat, even though it was very late. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a good night before travelling onwards. A word of advice - despite the proximity to the airport DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WALK to this or any other venue from the terminals, as there are works in progress and no proper walkways. Go out of the terminal building and across the road to the bus platform, then cross again, near the information kiosk on that platform. On the next island you will find a push-button call system for summoning shuttle service to hotels - which receives a very prompt response.

We stayed overnight at the end of our holiday and we're very pleased with the hotel standard and ideal location. Within walking distance of terminal and hirecar drop off albeit we crook the free hotel shuttle. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent and large outdoor pool. Good restaurant. Just very good all round.

Stopped one night before a morning flight. Room perfectly adequate and clean. Pool area fantastic with sun beds & pool towels freely available. Pool beautifully clean. Free shuttles to & from airport. Good continental breakfast. Staff efficient.

Great location if you need to stay near the airport. As others have noted the shuttles run often and are very convenient. Room was clean, quiet, and the AC worked well, as did the WiFi. Small menu at the restaurant, but diverse enough for a 3-night stay. I would stay again.

Stayed overnight prior to next morning departure. checked in and deposited luggage and with excellent instructions from desk staff, returned rental car to Europcar after filling fuel tank. There is also a very convenient walkway from the rental facility back to the hotel. Very accommodating shuttle service (plan on 15 minutes). Restaurant was more than acceptable with good service.

It's at the airport. Convenient. Hotel pretty good. Friendly service. Not expensive. Fairly good food for dinner, but crowded, understaffed, and long waits for table and service. Rooms were clean, large enough, comfortable. Shuttle to and from airport was fine. Would stay there again.

We stayed at this BW for one night before leaving from MRS airport. It's a nice hotel but based on our BW experiences throughout France, it's a perfect example why the BW chain needs to categorize their hotels here so you know what to expect. This hotel was modern, had shuttle service to/from the airport, a very nice restaurant and a huge swimming pool. Very different from some very old BWs we recently experienced. It was hot in Marseille during our stay and the air conditioning in our room didn't work very well. In fact no matter how it was adjusted it wouldn't blow cold air. We lived with it and slept with the window open. There are a lot of business travelers at this hotel so the standards are very high. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we could get a room with a/c.

Quiet sleeping rooms. Good HVAC. Helpful front desk staff. Shuttle every 5 minutes to terminals. Wireless intermittent in our room. Buffet breakfast decent and opens very early for travelers. Quiet for airport hotel-you can walk to terminal it is that close.

Stayed overnight before early morning flight connecting to our flight home to the USA. Good service -- airport shuttle, helpful desk personnel and pleasant lobby bar. The dining room was booked solid so we didn't get a chance to try it.

Very clean and well appointed rooms within minutes of the airport. Beautiful pool and outdoor lounge area. Staff are very friendly and a shuttle to the airport is provided on a as need basis. Great place to stay for an early morning flight. Rooms with a view of the pool are the best.

This was the 2nd trip we stayed here. We had two nights a week apart. They stored bags for us while we were on a cruise. Then we got an early check-in so we were able to rent a car and do some exploring on our last day. Walking distance to airport rental cars, a short cab ride to the cruise terminal - great location. Quiet despite the proximity to the airport. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Stopped overnight here on route to another destination, I got a friendly welcome. I thought the room was quite nice with comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was very nice with nice yoghurt and pots of jam. I'd definitely stay again.

Booking this hotel was one of the best things we did on our trip. The reception staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and answered all our questions patiently. Easy to find since it is literally near the airport entrance. I was returning a rental car at the airport and was able to walk back to the hotel.... through the airport parking lots and a paved sidewalk, an easy quarter mile walk. The rooms are modern and clean. If you need a place close to the airport and want an affordable clean room this is your place. Free shuttle runs continuously to airport through the day.

I have arrived to the airport few hours prior to my departure. Called the reception @ the airport if they will allow me to have a lunch there. Wow. They have send a chauffeur, who picked me up from the airport, I had an excellent lunch and I have spent my time having superb espresso at the hotel pool. Really amazing and hospitable hotel employees- I would strongly recommend a super bonus to them. Thank you Best Western. John

I booked this room because I had to be at the airport early and it's very close. My stay here was far better than at any Best Western in the States. The service at the front desk was spotless, the free shuttle to the airport was quick and readily available. But the biggest and best surprise of my stay was the restaurant! I never thought I would wax poetic about the food at a Best Western but the roasted monkfish was among the best meals I had during my time all over Provence! It may not be the fanciest hotel in Marseilles but I'll stay there again. Well done, Best Western.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you have an early flight. The shuttle is quick and the hotel was clean and convenient. We ate dinner there and had a good burger. The staff was helpful with directions. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Best Western near the Marseille Aeroport and felt it was a nice hotel for the price. The room was comfortable and clean and a nice sized bathroom. The hotel also provides a nice shuttle to the airport which is very close by.

So happy to have pre-booked this hotel located conveniently within walkable distance next to the airport! The hotel is newly renovated, modern, clean, spacious room with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. My high expectations were met upon arrival with a smooth, fast check-in, and very accommodating reception who granted us a smoke-free room by request, even though we reserved a smoking room by error. Thank you! Everything I fully appreciated: The hotel has a restaurant, complimentary Continental breakfast/in room breakfast (pre-ordered evening prior) of hot beverage, juice and crossiants. Spacious, clean and modern room and equally awesome bathroom. In room tea kettle for hot beverages (and not your typical plastic low quality kettle - nice tea kettle + adequate mugs). The hotel also has a fitness center + outdoor heated pool!! We wish we knew about the hidden path from the airport terminal as we walked around the giant parking lot to get to the hotel. There is a shuttle service on demand that loops about every ten min. We will definitely book this hotel again when flying out of Marseille!!

Stayed here on business, in between flights. This is not a destination hotel, it has allot of amenities of a destination hotel, but it is clearly run as a functional hotel close to a major transportation hub. Everything is clean and works well. Rooms are generously sized and all fixtures are of high quality. I did find the internal noises in the hotel disruptive, the corridor for example is not carpeted, which means you hear all foot traffic going past. Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant staff were willing but language was a barrier. Free WiFi, airport noises were negligible. Free 2 min shuttle to the airport and also easily reachable if you use a car.

The location of the hotel cannot be beat. You can walk to the terminal or car rental locations. There is a hidden path through the parking lot. Although with bags or bad weather the shuttle is quick and convenient as well. The hotel bar and restaurant were pleasant. If I return for work I will be sure to stay here again.

Room tidy and clean with comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool out the back for some R&R after a busy day. Small bar area for drinks. Enjoyable dinner and breakfast with a good variety. Hotel do a free pick up from the airport which is handy. Just give them a call from one of the free phones doted about the airport terminal and they give you a pick up destination. Nice touch. No hesitation to book here again if back in the area for a night or two.

We stayed at this airport hotel upon arrival in Marseille, and two weeks later before we flew back home. We were extremely impressed with the facilities and the staff. They allowed us to have a late checkout due to picking up a family member flying in later in the afternoon. As well, we were able to use their shuttle to get back and forth, even though it was a very short walk from the hotel to the airport. The dining room was excellent value (although breakfast was a little pricey) and the food was delicious. We will definitely recommend this BW Hotel for airport convenience and friendly helpful staff.

Only stayed for one night, but the staff were helpful and friendly, check-in was quick and easy, room was large, clean and comfortable, restaurant was acceptable, breakfast the next morning was adequate. efficient free transport to and from the hotel and also the Airbus site. It's all about expectations, and this one met mine.

I had to spend one night near the airport as I was between flights and the Best western was excellent. The only downside was that the restaurant did not open until 8pm; an earlier time would have suited me and most of the others as we were lined up and ready to go in long before that. The food, once ordered was good.

I have stayed in many airport hotels but this one has to be one of the best. The hotel sent a shuttle within five minutes of me calling. The welcome at the front desk first class. The room was extremely comfortable and the food in the restaurant was a real surprise as usually hotel food is bland and boring. The food here was very tasty, and extremely good value . There's even a very nice outside pool that I only wish I had time to use. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. I hope my company book me here again only maybe next time I will spend a little longer in the area.

Drop off the the luggage and the girls and returned the rental car. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us back to the hotel. The room as clean and so was the bath and it suited us fine. The pool is nice and the outside area as well. .We had a nice dinner in the resturant and went to bed early. In the morning the free shuttle runs smoothly and is only 5 minutes to the airport. Could not ask for more.

Our flight arrived late evening and we didn't want to search for our destination in the dark, so we stayed here for our first night in France. Super close to the airport. Hotel is located just outside of the airport parking area, just 400 meters so you can walk or call for the free hotel shuttle. We also stayed at this location the last 2 nights of our trip. Returned the rental car early so we didn't have to bother with it the morning of our departure flight. Room is small but clean. Comfy bed, black out blinds, and instant coffee/tee with a kettle in room. Desk clerk the 1st night was not very friendly but everyone we interacted with at the desk after that, were very accommodating and did their best to provide answers to our questions in English. Hotel restaurant decent food, limited selection. Breakfast buffet is available for 14 Euro. Not a bad selection but steep price for what you get. Being close to the airport, (it is a short 10-15 min walk) you will find a larger selection of fast food or fine dining. Bonus is the transit buses in front of the terminals. We hopped on an Express bus that was direct to Marseille city centre. Spent our last day exploring the old port and city.

Thanks to a cancellation of our late evening flight, we were looking for something close to the airport with not much time to research anything! This hotel is pretty much the closest to the airport - we walked over (though you could not have done this with luggage) and were fortunate to get a room. The hotel feels very modern, and the rooms - although a little small, were well appointed. Very comfortable beds. The food in the restaurant was great - even though they were accommodating a lot of guests, once the order was taken (which took a little while) the service was quick. Interesting concept of a single price for each course, whichever item you chose. I had the squid, and it was perfectly cooked. Shuttle bus from 5am back to the airport. Nice service on the front desk. Good to find such a nice refuge in an emergency.

We stayed here for one night before our flight to the USA. The location is perfect - less than 5 minutes from the airport. There is a free shuttle to the airport that begins at 5 AM which was perfect for our 6:30 AM flight. Front desk, staff, restaurant, bar all courtesy and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here last night as we were on an early flight. The room was small but clean and nice. Bed was comfortable, staff at desk were helpful. We had everything we needed. They have an airport shuttle which starts about 5.30am. It is 5 mins to the airport. Tea and instant coffee available in the room. Has a kettle and hairdryer.

The air conditioning either didn't work, or I'm more used to colder rooms being from Canada. I opened the window (because outdoors was cooler) and had to listen to garbage trucks pick up and loud motors. The shower would run hot, then turn cold, then turn hot - when the lever wasn't touched....so it made for a very uncomfortable showering experience. On a positive note, breakfast was only 31 Euros for two ($45.70 CAD) , and Uber responded quick to the area...The staff there were also very nice.

Very well placed hotel, just had to walk across to the airport to meet a plane. Quietest airport hotel I've stayed in. Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room. The food was good and so was the service

Very nice stay, very close to the airport which we liked, especially as we had a hire car. One man on the front desk was a bit misable in the morning as we left, after paying our bill the night before,(with a lady) he told us that we hadnt paid the tax and we owed him, shouldn't we have been told the night before!?! Not that we mind paying, but think thought it should have been added on the bill the night before!! But saying that we would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here after traveling for 10 days in France. The location is perfect as it is literally right across from the airport. It is very quiet and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was an additional charge so we did not eat there. The only minus was while the room was clean the bathroom had a piece missing off the sink and looked unclean. Other than that it was fine. Oh and the airport shuttle is free and that is appreciated.

This hotel is perfect for a nights sleep before traveling. The breakfast is typical european and there is a pool. The rooms are spacious and quiet with a large TV and air conditioning. Be warned the beer is very expensive!

We had a morning flight booked out of Marignane, and rather than deal with driving and car rental return on the day of our flight, we decided to head to the airport the evening before, drop off the car, and stay locally overnight. There were a few more expensive options, but since we figured we'd just be sleeping there, we went for the BW. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice a hotel it was. The pool allowed us to have a delicious swim and enjoy a bit of the last warmth of the sun. We had dinner on the outdoor patio, which was quite good and reasonably priced. In the morning we walked the 500m to the terminal (though we could have waited for the van/shuttle, we figured we'd be sitting all day as it was). Overall it was an excellent option and I'm glad we did it. The room was modern and comfortable, staff were very helpful, and the bar and restaurant are excellent. Rather than rush to or from the airport, consider this option of starting out or finishing up your time in Provence on a nice easy pace.

We had a single stay here (4 men) for the Euros and choose the hotel due to its close proximity to the airport. The reception staff were very friendly and the rooms were perfect for what we needed. Decent sized rooms, clean and good shower / bath area. We had a quick drink at the pool area (where you have to order food too but they told us not too worry if we we're leaving shortly). The walk to the airport is 30 mins (Google maps) and a taxi only takes 5 mins but taxi's WON'T pick up from the hotel, instead you have to use the hotel shuttle (runs every 10/15 mins). Journey time is 5 mins to Marseille airport.

I had a requirement on business to stay near the airport, I do not normally choose the Best Western hotel chain as I use a different global chain that I earn loyalty points for but for this trip this hotel seemed like a convenient choice as it advertised a courtesy bus service to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is conveniently situated for the airport. I had a nice check in experience, the reception area was really nice, please don't be concerned about the exterior appearance of the hotel, inside it's really nice. My room was very nice, very clean everywhere, including the bathroom, comfortable bed, the A/C (this is so important to me) was excellent. One slight compliant would be the shower, this was poor, a simple bath tap attachment & the water control, both temperature & flow was poor. The free shuttle bus to the airport was excellent.

A very clean and welcoming hotel, right at the airport. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and keen to help in any way. The rooms are very quiet and beds very comfortable. The wifi is free and very robust. It is within a very short walk of the terminal and the hire car companies.

Very convenient Airport Hotel surprisingly quiet being so close to the Airport. Very comfortable outdoor eating area next to the pool. I really enjoyed eating outside at the end of June 2016. The weather was cool and pleasant. Good Internet. Very little English Language TV options. There is a computer next to the front desk with a printer for any documents that need to be printed during your stay. Standing up makes most guests limit their time on the computer so that is not a bad thing if you have to wait.

This was our second stay here. It is 2 minutes from the airport and as the Easyjet from Manchester gets in at 9 pm it is good to stay here and set off fresh the next day. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Just ring the freephone from outside the exit and the bus comes in minutes. Next day the driver dropped us off at the car hire depot. Rooms are what you would expect of this kind of chain hotel. Large and clean with comfortable beds. On site restaurant reasonable with friendly staff here and on reception. Good selection at breakfast. Would not look anywhere else if flying here again. Absolutely no noise despite proximity to airport.

We had an excellent one night stay at the Best Western Vitrolles Aeroport hotel. Their free shuttle to/from the airport made it perfect. We took the train from Avignon, caught the free Navette to the airport. You just get off the bus and press the call button for the Best Western. They pick you up within 5-10 minutes. To go back to the airport, they shuttle leaves at 5 am promptly. We were able to catch a 6:20 flight to Munich with no problems. Their Internet is good, not as slow as some of the descriptions I have read. They do have a restaurant, although for a vegan, the options are somewhat limited.

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to the Marseille Airport and offered a shuttle service. What a delight! We were collected from the Car Rental depot within 10 Minutes, our check in was seamless by helpful polite staff, the room was clean, comfortable with a good size bathroom - with a bath! The meal in the restaurant was good. Check out the next morning (early) was smooth, the shuttle to the Airport was waiting ... a pleasant stay.

My wife and I stayed here unexpectedly last night after our airline flight was cancelled. We had stayed here last year and were able to obtain one of their last available rooms. They are very convenient to Marseille airport and their shuttle bus begins at 5 AM in the morning. This hotel is so close to the airport that you can walk across the airport parking lot and be at the hotel in 5 minutes. This makes it very convenient for turning in your rental car after checking in, walking to the airport terminal to print your boarding pass and then walking back to the hotel.

We were only at this hotel for one night as our flight was leaving at 7:00 am. We arrived and our room was ready! The front desk was very helpful in giving us directions to go into Marseille for sightseeing on our last afternoon of the trip. you can walk to the airport from the hotel to catch a bus or the train into the city. Very easy. The room was clean and comfortable; the best bed we sleep on the whole trip. The free shuttle not only took us to the airport for our flight but also picked us up after we returned our rental car the day of check in. It was a carefree last night.I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling in or out of the Marseille Airport.

A very comfortable hotel, with everything you need, including a decent shower. Staff is friendly and helpful--the shuttle arrived at the airport to pick me up surprisingly quickly--and everyone at the hotel was nice. I spent only one night there, but I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nice enough room and staff; not the prettiest BW we have stayed in on the exterior but the interior isn't bad. After checkout, we should have reviewed our bill: while heading to the airport we noticed extra charges for breakfast, which we did not have. We didn't even know they served breakfast! Check your bill before leaving! Because of being overcharged (assuming we had breakfast) my value and service ratings for this BW is 'poor".

Airport hotels generally are what they are but the Best Western at the Marseilles Provence airport was a pleasant surprise. Super convenient location. Shuttle on Demand which was really handy for dropping off a rental car and getting too and from airport locations. Decent restaurant pool and bar too. Solid three star business hotel with friendly staff. With a general strike snarling the roads, being at the airport a night before an early connection was a big plus. Clean, contemporary, modern rooms and facilities. Still an airport hotel but quite a pleasant one.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They answer any questions I have and are genuinely pleased when I enjoy my meal and overnight stay. I always look forward to their friendly greetings and helpfulness after a long week of hard work on my business trips.

We fly to and from Marseille regularly and the BW has a lot going for it. If you're dropping off a rental car, it's a nice leg-stretching walk - maybe 10 minutes - just keep your eyes open! The shuttle takes no time to reach the terminal halls, and the traffic flow at the airport has improved enormously in the last year, making the BW location even more attractive. Staff are attentive, rooms and beds are comfortable, and our dinner experiences have been consistently good. We've tried one other nearby, but it was not within walking distance and the food wasn't as good, although it was marginally cheaper. Since we're only ever here for one night to catch a plane the next morning, it's the most convenient and comfortable transit overnighter for us.

My wife, daughter and I stayed here since we were flying out of Marseille very early in the morning. Our triple room was very crowded but the room and bathroom were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We turned our rental car in at the airport and caught the bus to the train station and then the metro to Vieux Port with no issues. On our return we could not find the shuttle back to the hotel and since our phones were "dead" we could not call or locate anyone at the airport to help us. The hotel is not that far but there are no sidewalks and it was a cold, windy night. A "miserable, tired walk at 10:30 PM. We should have asked but the desk staff might hand out the info on catching the shuttle back. The check out was smooth and the shuttle ran as expected at 5:00 AM.

Well as the title says, we arrived early for our reservation and were given our room key. Great now we have the afternoon to explore Marseille. With great advice on how to get into Marseille from the fellow on front desk staff (sorry don't have the name), away we went. Hotel is perfectly located for the airport via the shuttle, clean with a pool if that is what you want. What lets this property down is the restaurant. The hotel restaurant was very busy but the food took forever to arrive and arrived, in our case, lukewarm. I know other people waited even longer than we did. The next morning we tried the breakfast and frankly for the cost, it wasn't worth it. Very slim offerings.

We landed from Sicily just before 11:00 pm and after asking, found the button to call the Best Western's shuttle bus which then came really quickly. We were then in our room within a couple of minutes of arriving at the hotel. Best Western have set out to provide all that you need from an airport hotel and they have succeeded. We particularly welcomed the tea and coffee maker. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the breakfast and the efficiency of the supervisor running it. Including breakfast, we paid £98 and considered this very good value for money. The shuttle bus took us back to the airport and left us, as requested, near the car hire offices. Well done Best Western, thank you.

Great location 300 yards from the Airport - Rooms are small compared to North America, but well equipped and clean - Breakfast at 15 Euros was fine. Pool area was basic and clean, but I did not use it. Very easy airport transfer to hotel. Overall I would have no problems suggesting this to clients ( I am a travel consultant. ) who require an airport hotel for a night or two.

We found the staff extremely helpful, and the restaurant excellent (but the week day chef is better than the weekend chef). The hotel website says "8 minutes walk from the terminal", it's possible but the roads aren't set up for pedestrians and with luggage it would not be safe. Not to worry if you arrive at the Marseille airport go out of the terminal and find the covered waiting area near the bus station, it has a 3 or 4 on top. At the back wall are a series of buttons you use to tell them to pick you up and also to let them know where you are located. There is one button per hotel. It's a free shuttle service at Best Western.

Everything was wonderful about this hotel, especially compared to a few other places at Marseille airport we have tried which, are either way overpriced or so spartan you feel you're spending the night in jail . Our room was spacious, clean, and attractive. The shuttle service was perfect and the restaurant, where we ate twice, was excellent. They even had a kettle so you could have coffee or tea in the room. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. There was just one issue. The bathtub was very deep and a bit hard to climb into if you're over a certain age. So we requested to change to a room with just a shower and were moved immediately, very graciously. But the second bathroom was evidently built to accommodate a person in a wheelchair who requires assistance with bathing. There was no shower curtain and the water splashed all over the floor and a bit into the hall. I think with an assistant standing by, there would be more control over the water. We had to use several towels to sop up the water. What's more, the sliding doors to the bathroom did not meet the door jambs in the room. There was a space of at least 1 1/2 inches on the top and sides between the glass doors and the opening to the room, so privacy was sorely lacking. (To accommodate the larger bathroom, the bedroom was smaller and bit cramped, but that's understandable and a fair trade-off to allow comfort for a person with disabilities) We didn't request another room change, but I did ask the next day if there were rooms with just ordinary shower stalls, and were told that there are not. The manager responded in a way that indicated he had heard the question before. This was a remodeling project that was surely made with good intentions but has some design flaws. Nevertheless, we like the hotel so much we will return and take our chances with the tub/ shower combination.

I needed a hotel close to the Marseilles airport to spend the night, and picked the Best Western Aeroport. They have a courtesy shuttle that will pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel - very convenient. The room was comfortable, clean ad quiet. The restaurant at the Hotel has very good food - I had the Chicken salad. They also have a complementary breakfast buffet which is very good. The only problems I had were (1) the internet is not very fast - but it's adequate, and (2) the room was a couple of degrees cool for my taste, and I couldn't get the thermostat to produce heat - a fan blew air but not warmed air. On balance, I was very satisfied with my stay, and would recommend it to anyone needing to stay for the night close to the airport.

Only 300m from Arrivals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet room. Food was good and the ambience very pleasant. If you have business in and around Marseille and need the convenience of the airport and its connections, this is a good one to choose.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay at the Marignane airport in Marseilles. The service is excellent and the staff very dedicated and professional. We had a perfect room with all amenities, very quiet and comfortable. We can only recommend it as everything you hope to expect from a hotel is there. We will return every time we pass through this airport.

I stayed an overnight at the hotel at easter day services was very good the room fresh clean the food real very well cooked.The only negative thing was the English language of the staff but not a problem to communicate for sure this issue needs improvement. By the way I am working in 6 star Hotel and I recommend this Hotel for you!

As a frequent traveler to Marseilles and the Best Western at the Airport, I always look forward to the friendly staff at check in. They welcome me my name, answer any questions, and help me with issues that arise. The restaurant is very good also with efficient staff. I look forward to my one nigh staff at the Airport after a long week of work in France.

Just a very quick review to highly recommend this hotel, which has a cooling, large swimming pool, and higher than average (for French standards) breakfast spread. All was delicious especially consumed by the pool, under the parasol, in sunny weather. We arrived very late, but the greeting was warm and our room was adequate. Swimming pool was an additional bonus, as my kids loved it before we could hit the road and catch a ferry to Corsica. Massive, gated secure parking and cleanliness was also appreciated. Thanks guys for giving us a good start to our 2 weeks holiday.

We travelled from the US to Frankfurt to Marseille with a toddler and were exhausted! BEST WESTERN Marseille Aeroport was JUST what we needed to recharge and finish our travels to Corsica. The first room we went in smelled like smoke but they quickly changed it for us. Our room was comfortable (although a little small), we swam in the pool, and had a WONDERFUL dinner at the restaurant with our toddler who had a kids meal with REAL food (aka NOT nuggets) and slept well. The staff was courteous and friendly. We will be back!

If you are traveling in the south of France, considering staying at the Best Western at the Marseilles Airport. I stay there to facilitate my departure and enjoy being greeted by the friendly and helpful staff.

Probably the largest room we had in a week in southern France! Well appointed, an on-call, free shuttle service to and from the airport, large outdoor pool, and all the conveniences one needs for an overnight near the airport. We would definitely stay there again if traveling through Marseille Airport.

It's a great place, on the entrance round about (circle) to the airport. If you need to fuel a rent a car, there is a petrol station toward the terminal (exiting the circle before before the hotel), but you must then drive through the terminal area and back out again to access the fuel pumps. It may be slightly shorter to exit the circle toward the Best Western, slightly past and follow signs (turning right) to the rent a car return near the terminal and back out again to fuel up. In any case, the hotel is convenient for morning departures. If you like breakfast, I think the 14 euro buffet gets your day started.

it seems strange to place ashtrays in the hallways and the rooms of non-smoking wings of the hotel. Why have ashtrays in non-smoking areas? The ashtray in our room had a card placed in it stating that this was a non-smoking room. However, it was obvious that the previous guest had smoked in the room. Fortunately by spraying all of the soft surfaces in the room using a deodorizer spray from the housekeeping cart, then opening the window for an hour, it was tolerable (except for the pillows, which we didn't discover until trying to sleep). We've been in many hotels around the world that have a stated no-smoking policy that guests sign at check-in. The policy states that if a guest smokes in a non-smoking room, a 100-200€ cleaning charge will be posted to their credit card (even if the smoking is discovered after the guest checks out). This seems to work well as a good deterrence. Suggest inspecting the room first. Other than the smoke issue, the rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. The Resaurant l'Oliver has decent food (for a hotel restaurant) although the service is terribly slow. Friendly and professional front desk and housekeeping staff. Location is perfect for easy access to airport and car rental offices. Would have given higher score if not for the smoke issue.

A 5 minute shuttle to the Hotel from the airport. You ring from inside the bus shelter. Everything you need for a short stay including a dining room that stays open late with very reasonable food.Breakfast is adequate. They even have a swimming pool and gym. The shuttle will drop you off at the car rental if required the next day. Clean efficient and very convenient.

Stayed here once again to facilitate an early departure from the airport. Reception was impeccable and every assistance offered. The room was, as before, very comfortable although the TV reception was awful and actually prevented your viewing it. We dined in the restaurant where as before, three or four members of staff attempted to serve around sixty plus diners. Organisation was minimal although the individuals serving were very pleasant. We were in the dining room for two and a quarter hours and had a fairly mediocre meal. Unfortunately without a car, there is nowhere else to go. I have commented on the inadequate staffing levels in the dining room here on at least three previous visits but it does not seem to bother the management.

Right inside the airport, close to the area of rental car return. Cozy rooms - spacious and clean. The service is good. Dinner was very good. The breakfast was also fine. If you land in the evening, it's a great place to spend the first night before starting your trip. If your flight departs in the morning, it's a great place to spend the night before the flight. We'd love to come back to this hotel.

We stayed here one night before an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport and car rentals; it's an easy walk. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, giving us advice on where to eat, and printing a local map and highlighting directions for us. They also allowed us an early check-in. The rooms are extremely quiet even though the airport is very close.

This hotel is perfect for a one-night stay at the Marseille Airport. The hotel was easy to get to with out rental car, unload our bags, check-in and take the rental car to the Return area, walk across the road to the airport terminal and check in at a kiosk, get our boarding pass and walk back to the hotel, a very short distance away. Rooms are spacious and we slept well. Wi-Fi quality was excellent. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

They have a coach service from the marseille airport which takes you to and fro as required. The hotel is very clean and adequately maintained. They have a terrace restaurant with a good variety of food, a gym at an adequate price. Recommended for that overnight traveller stay

Spent a night there before an early flight. The room was spacious and so the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and so the other furniture in the room. Room was very quiet and sleep quality is excellent. It is a very clean and well maintained hotel, with a pool, a restaurant and a large parking lot. Parking is free, unlike many other airport hotel and so is the wifi. We ate dinner at hotel's restaurant and enjoyed very much the quality of the food. Breakfast is also delicious and plenty. Hotel is very close to the terminal. Check out is a breeze so it took us less than ten minutes from leaving the room to get there.

Nothing special but nice and clean, comfy bed, free wifi, and very close to the airport. Perfect for my 7 hour layover. I called the shuttle but they had some kind of issue with it and said to wait, so I just decided to walk, and it's very close indeed - probably about 300m.

I hate Airport Hotels. Most are zoos and are run down. This is the exception. It has a great shuttle service. Ask in the Airport how to find the shuttle - they will send you to the right door. There is a phone that you use to call the hotel. The shuttle came in 5 min.Super staff. New clean rooms. WiFi and all the other stuff you want. Dinner in their restaurant was very good.

Nice and easy to get to and from the airport in their courtesy shuttle bus. The staff are friendly and professional and very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean with good wifi and TV. The restaurant was ok, but grateful it was there and open late. The food was good if not remarkable. Great place to stay if you are flying in or out of Marseille.

It's my second review and I am not disappointed at all to stay at this hotel . Rooms were clean and spacious . Though they don't have large menu for food choice but they tried hard to fulfil your expectations and also we have to understand its near to airport hotel not a five star hotel caters and have 10-12 restaurants . So in short food was nice and up to the mark. Pool was always clean seats just next to it is one of the best place to relax and enjoy. They provided free shuttle to airport . I have stayed quite long and daily was giving laundry. So can say laundry service was really good and they delivered your clothes in time just keep in mind they are not working on weekends so beware and not give any thing for wash on those days . Cleaning staff , reception staff and staff at restaurant all were well mannered and always ready to help you. I am strongly recommended this property to stay near marseille airport.

This is a very good hotel, clean, everything works, good hotel service, location to airport and shuttle to airport. Restaurant meals - main course- are only average. Starter plates such as salads are good but main in plates are only average. Go for the local (Provence) jug of wine at $8E versus $20-28E for 50cl. Would stay here again.

I've stayed here twice already and will return whenever I have an early morning flight leaving from Marseille. Everything needed is here for the weary traveller: They also have a 5am free shuttle to the airport that is punctual. Everything was perfect.

Stayed here New Year's Eve because I had a 7A flight New Years morning. Perfect place to stay. Very close, very quiet, well managed. Close to rental car return with quick van service pickup. Did not eat dinner since I went to sleep early.

Great staff and being minutes from the airport was priceless. The shuttle service was perfect. The hotel service made dropping of your car and getting to the hotel worry free. The rooms were clean and internet easily available. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Gave us great directions to downtown Marseille. We ate at the restaurant there and the food was good and service very good. We would definitely recommend this for your last night if flying out of Marseille.

I stop over at this hotel for a night whenever I fly in or out of Marseille. Nice staff, good swimming pool, high quality silent rooms, and very convenient for airport and car rental (shuttle or 10 min walk). Breakfast and restaurants are fine. Wifi works well. The main improvement would be to install safes in the rooms.

Great location right across the street from the Marseilles airport.., swimming pool, free shuttle, restaurant on premises, staff attentive and friendly. Clean. Air conditioning on a hot day is a bit sluggish but eventually cools a bit. Accomodating.

The hotel is close to the airport and good place to stay while in tranist after a long international flight or to catch the early flight out - staff is helpful and polite - not impressed with the resturant offering for dinner - it was poor selection and the food was too salty

Great location only 300 meters from the airport with free shuttle service, nice restaurant and a beautiful relaxing out door swimming pool. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Also, could not hear any airplanes. Another nice service was a free computer in lobby to print out boarding passes. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value for money. Large rooms for Europe, very very clean, excellent, efficient and friendly staff. Free shuttle (to and from Marseilles Provence airport). Good restaurant. Beautiful pool and deck.

Appreciated the quick service of the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.. Great place to recoup before moving on with our travel. Nice room, quiet location with great breakfast. Would stay here again and recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel. Close to the airport with a responsive and quick free shuttle. Nice swimming pool and exercise room which I didn't have time to use, but they looked great. Indoor and outdoor dining during restaurant hours. Breakfast available early: 5:30 for early morning flights, but be aware the restaurant operates on European dinner hour time and doesn't open for dinner till 7:30. The menu was great though. All the employees were very helpful. I was really glad to be staying there and got a great night's sleep before my early morning flight.

Location was walkable from airport. The staff was very very courteous and helpful. The restaurant service and food was great. I must say that the staff was always available to answer questions and guide us in the right direction. For a short stay in Marseille I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel and taking the airport shuttle into Marseille. I am a retired road warrior and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. For the money, location, convenience, food and especially the staff, this is one of the best hotel experiences I have had and my wife agrees with me ( not often the case)

Shuttle pick-up from airport, breakfast included. excellent value and cost benefit, staff very friendly and helpful, ultra clean room, good size for Europe, outdoor pool and deck, surprisingly good restaurant for an airport hotel.

I was very pleased with the comfort and convenience of the hotel. staff very friendly and bar/restaurant good. They were particualalry busy and there was a slight delay but the staff continued to be pleasant.
