Best Western Hotel & SPA Coeur De Cassis

A really well-located, well-run, affordable option on a quieter street in the port. The room was a little bit small, but had a balcony with a view of the Calanques and a mini-fridge, so I was happy to spend time there at the end of the day. There is also a pool, jacuzzi, and some spa services like massage. While not a luxury option, I was totally pleased with everything -- a very good value. The only thing that was tricky was parking in Cassis. If you are waffling about renting a car, you really don't need one, and the town lots fill up.

Amazing customer service, location is superb, rooms are clean. Cannot ask for more. Amazing value.

A nice basic hotel with no services to expect but very friendly staff

Great location, the spa was a nice add to our trip. Rooms were clean and the reception was always very kind and helpful. Next to the police station but not noisy.

(+) Great location in one of the side streets of the city centre of Cassis. It was easy to get there by public transport from Marseille. With your stay, one hour of Spa is included per day. We really enjoyed it. View from balcony was nice :) (-) The room was very small (although we picked a higher category already). There was no real wardrobe and no hooks to hang jackets or other clothing items.

No hot water. At all. Initially told 20 minutes. Then told 2 hours. Paid a fortune for cold showers. Not acceptable. No offer of tariff reduction. I would not stay here EVER again. Website claims staff speak English. Their English dramatically disappears when there's a problem.

Great location, 2 minute walk to all amenities, beach, local market. Quick check in, friendly staff. Rooms so small despite it being “superior”, dangerously small bathroom and shower, broken fixtures, temperamental air con, door to balcony unable to lock. Excellent breakfasts. For short stay only with one small piece of luggage!

The hotel was in a superb location just up from the harbour and next to all the shops, bars and cafes. Situated down a back street, it was also quite. The price paid was extremely good compared to others in the town, especially in August. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

I spent two night at BW cassis.We really enjoyed the location in the heart of the city but the overall experience was not outstanding. Room was small and humide ( not suitable for a beachy destination) and cleaning staff was very noisy. Spa is ok but less then expected . i do recommand this hotel but only for a short break.
