Best Western Plus Soho Hotel

Parents and two daughters invaded the shopping district of SoHo. The Best Western Plus SoHo was clean and ample space for the four of us. The included breakfast and the fitness center were added bonuses. We walked out of the hotel and we were near trendy shops in SoHo along Broadway and very close to multiple subway stations. The proximity of the subway stations allowed us quick and easy access to explore the city. We went to the High Line, then took the subway up to Central Park. Then back down to Canal St. The lower Manhattan location was great for exploring off the beaten path adventures like the Old Friend's Photo Booth and the Little Cupcake Bake Shop. We had a quick and wonderful visit.

The room was clean and had great A/C, and the bed was nice and comfortable. The room was also equipped with everything that I needed for business travel. One thing that stood out was how nice the staff was. For both check in and check out, everyone that I interacted with was lovely!

Amber is the best! We were talking as I was checking in and I was explaining how basically I was there by myself because I was stood up, and she left me the SWEETEST note with a cupcake and sparkling cider when I got back to the hotel. Literally teared up, such a thoughtful gesture to make my stay so great.

I'll definitely use this hotel again, no question. Great rate, amazing room, super comfy bed. Unbelievably quiet, high pressure shower, free coffee in room. Room was twice the size of most NYC hotel rooms. Also pet friendly! What's not to love?!?! One tiny point: the location is just south of Canal, so is slightly sketchy.

This was my first time staying here. The team here is so welcoming, helpful and kind. I was traveling for business with a tight schedule and Amber, Reuben and Tom made my stay here seamless. They were so friendly and helpful, it made a huge impact. The hotel was clean, room was spotless and breakfast was fast and easy. The location is right by the office. And they are animal friendly! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming as this is a dying trait and really is most impactful to others.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Picked the hotel because it was near a subway stop for the Q train, which we needed to take to get to a venue. The hotel worked perfectly for this. We arrived late on a Friday night. The guy behind the desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and looked like it had been newly renovated. For New York, the room was a good size and it had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was good. If I had complaint it would be that they need to put quiet closes on the room doors, you can hear the doors slamming when people leave their rooms. But we didn't hear the people in adjoining rooms at all. The hotel is in a bustling but dirty-looking neighborhood. There are lots of people sleeping rough. There were also notices warning you to watch out for pickpockets on the street near the hotel. There is a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is useful.

Basic but very comfortable and well-designed hotel in SoHo/Chinatown that was perfectly located close to my conference venue, subway stations, and lots of good restaurants. Amber and the two other front desk staff I encountered at the reception were super helpful and friendly - my first room faced the street and was noisy so they moved me to a high floor room in the back promptly for the next two nights. Simple but good breakfast. Reasonably fast elevators. Good deal overall!

Staff is very friendly, property clean, and breakfast was very tasty. Was looking for a reasonably priced but clean place to stay when visiting Manhattan, so took decided to go with this property, and was very happy I did! Highly recommend.

We booked a room few hours before the check in because our flight to Toronto had been canceled earlier in the morning. When we arrived we explained our issue and the fact that we had to go to Toronto the day after. We met Kaina at the reception desk. She was WONDERFUL. Indeed she understood and tried to help us to find a solution. Finally she found a bus at night to Toronto. She even prepaid the bill for us with her crédit card as mine was not working and I paid her back later in cash. She finally did not charge the room for the night. What to say except that she has the volontee to help and only to help, More than a chance to have met Kaina during our stay in NY. I cannot say a word on the hotel to be honest but you can count on her to help you for your journey in NY. Thanks a lot again Kaina for your help and support. 😉

Some of the staff, the staff who "welcomed" me (a girl and a guy) was really unfriendly. I felt really uncomfortable. At first I was given a dirty room but also the second one smelled funny I did not feel complaining about it as when I first reported the issue with the first room I was given a weird look (I was asked whether I wanted to have the room cleaned or a new room, I opted to have a new room but the looks I got were not really happy). Further I know it is a small thing but when I asked the guy at the reception for the WIFI password (I couldn't find it) I was told "it's on the card I gave you when you checked in". That was it, fullstop, end of story. I found him to be totally unfriendly and unwilling to help me. Let me point out though that not all the staff was unfriendly, some of them were really nice and helpful (unfortunately I do not remember their names) all I can say about them is one is the guy with glasses and short hair that on the sunday afternoon gave me the antiseptic tissue for my foot and the girl who helped me with checkout on the tuesday morning. You were BOTH lovely, thank you! Room door did not close properly, I had to slam it everytime I left the room. Badge did not always work with lift, sometimes it took a few attempts to have it work. Housekeeping was ok not excellent, I sometimes found towels in the bathromm with stains on them. Further no fresh fruit for breakfast and breakfast room was not cleaned up after guests finished breakfast, strange as it was not really never full. Once again this is my personal opinion but yeah I would not go back for the price I paid. I really do not understand the excellent score.

The hotel is very well connected through the subway, which is one block away. Chinatown is very close and nice to visit. Staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are small but good for a short visit and nicely decorated. I would stay again in this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the Best Western Plus SoHo. Our room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast has been upgraded. A very grateful thank you to Claudia who straightened out a booking error I made on my reservation. She did a great job. Also thanks to Kaina who is always lovely . We especially like the close location to the Canal Street subway. We will return to this great property.

The hotel was pretty good in terms of amenities, especially the breakfast was superb. Claudia was very helpful. considerate and accommodating to make our stay comfortable. They also have a nice quality coffee vending machine available.

The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone was warm and welcoming to us and our dog, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable. We will absolutely be returning here for our next stay and highly recommend it to anyone. Also!! The shower pressure is fantastic.

Great service from every person we encountered. Easy to miss the doors when you first arrive, but the perfect hidden gem once you know where you're going. Convenient location, correct billing, great breakfast spread. Locked lobby doors at night gave us a great feeling of safety. If all you need is a bed, a bathroom, and service with a smile - this is the NYC hotel for you!

This is a beautiful safe hotel. Love the nice sized rooms and the front desk staff and breakfast staff were so accommodating. Claudia at the front desk is great. If you desire somewhere clean, affordable, and a great location go with BWP SoHo!

Check in was easy. Took the early check in for an extra $50. Terrific deal! Everything was fresh and clean. Like new! All the front desk staff were engaging and knowledgeable. Cleaning staff made extra towels available for us. And the location was unbeatable. Steps to two subway lines, China Town, little Italy. We will come back and also recommend this to our friends.

A Nice hotel room with a Good comfy bed. No complaints about the bathroom. Friendly staff on reception, we mainly dealt with Rueben during our stay he was very helpful . A comfy company car ride to the airport at 5am which was no problem for them. Cheers

I think it would have been a nice hotel if we weren't disappointed right off the bat by not being able to watch the final game of the NBA Championship. The clerk referred us to an area nearby to watch the game. We got to see how rough and sketchy a neighborhood was only 2 blocks down. Otherwise, the room probably would have been ok

We stayed for 1 night only in our farewell to NY and we wish we stayed longer, or that we had chosen this hotel for our full 5 days stay. The location in Soho is perfect, around the corner there's Chinatown, with lots of yummy places to eat, markets, and liquor shops. Walkable distance from downtown main attractions. The hotel is very cozy, and the staff at reception are so nice. Kaina was so attentive, a very nice human being, and very professional. We stayed in a suite, very spacious, and the bathroom was huge. There were two smart TVs, one in the bedroom, and the other one in a small living room. The microwave was perfect to re-heat the leftovers we brought from a Chinese restaurant. Very comfy beds, and pillows, too. It was a lovely stay, and we loved the coziness of this hotel compared to the other bigger ones we stayed at.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic one-night stay at the Best Western Soho in NYC. Nestled near numerous subway stations, it offered unparalleled convenience for accessing the best parts of the city and easy travel to both Newark Airport and JFK. The rooms were impressively spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with fast internet, a fridge, HBO, and ample space for two suitcases. The front desk staff were exceptional, ensuring my stay was perfect. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in NYC, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city.

Fantastic Hotel. Nichole with the front desk was top-notch you should promote her. My only complaint is that you really need some feather pillows could not use the ones in the room. The location is perfect for access to state and federal courts and the prices are reasonable. Definitely use this if you're involved in a legal case.

The room was modern, clean and efficient. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great (not those fiber filled huge pillows the size of walruses). It was NYC so there was some outside noise but not bad at all. We had a huge picture window so we had plenty of light and morning sun. The provided breakfast was good with bagels, fresh fruit and other hot food options. The staff were very nice and helpful. I'd stay there again and recommend others to consider it if it fit your needs.

yes very good stay , only problem our sink was stopped up , but I had a good time there and will be back again. I like this hotel a lot and will be back I will try a new location next time but over all my stay was very very good. review was a 9.5/10 and I would like a better view

This hotel has a great location a few blocks from the Federal Plaza and Courthouse, City Hall, etc- but is nestled between Soho, of Chinatown and Little Italy. Canal Street subway station is one block away, allowed for a quick and inexpensive ride uptown to the theatre district for the evening. Staff greeted us every time we entered the front door. Staff member at check-in was extremely helpful and friendly. You should know that the rooms are very small. The amenities are all there- a small desk, ironing board, hooks and hangers (no closet), charging ports, comfortable bed and pillows, well appointed but small bathroom with stocked soap, shampoo, etc. Breakfast room was clean and pretty well stocked- but preferred the continental items (yogurt, fruit, etc) to the "hot" items. This is a small hotel, it is modern, and has everything you really need at a good value and great location.

On my last two trips to the city I've stayed at the Intercontinental and The W hotel in NYC, this time I needed to be in Chinatown and my budget was $280/$300 a night, not much considering how prices are now higher. For the price, this hotel was PERFECT, the rooms are rather small but you're able to walk around the bed, it has a small fridge and two desk like nightstands with a drawer each were to store small stuff, there's cabinets under each side of the bed, one of them has a safe. Bed and pillows were super comfortable, and also it's surprisingly quiet at night! The room had a small bathroom with a shower, towels were thick and good quality too. Breakfast was free and for being free it was great and way more than basic: Fruits, juices, coffee, tea, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, chicken or veggie patties, sometimes French toast, bagels, croissants and white bread. You can request to get your room done every day or as many days you want. Staff was always nice and helpful. Location couldn't be better (one quick block to Canal St and a block away from Broadway). I had a great stay overall and I'd stay here again any, anytime!

The hotel was wonderful. Good location in soho close to restaurants safe and staff was incredible from front desk (shout out to Marcus!) to cleaning staff to management … kind knowledgeable helpful above and beyond!! Room and furnishings exceptional for location. Breakfast was good and uniquely tasty …. definitely not run of the mill standard hotel fair! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends

Great location very close to subway stations but also plenty to do within walking distance, very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful - would recommend :) Reception area has a complimentary coffee machine which was a great bonus! Thank you for a lovely stay!

I'm not a high maintenance traveler and city noise at all hours does not bother me.... That said, my stay (3 nights) at the BWP Soho was great!!! Very convenient location. Lobby water and coffee station FTW! Room was spotless, staff (esp Reuben!) was above and beyond amazing. I'm a sucker for a hotel waffle maker and breakfast and theirs did not disappoint. Pro tip....take the stairs down to the breakfast room and you'll see the cleanest floor (on the C level stairwell landing) you'll ever see. I had to do a double take before stepping down because I thought it was SO SHINY I thought it was wet. Nope...just super clean.

The Best Western SoHo was sooo perfect. Not only was the entire hotel experience spotlessly clean, the service was exceptional. On the first day of our stay we did not anticipate that it would rain and the front desk kindly offered the let us borrow umbrella. At every turn the met our needs and more. We will definitely stay here again.

Location at the intersection of SoHo and Chinatown is prime for all the dumplings on one side, galleries on the other. 8 floors, so not super tall, but we heard zero street noise. Get the 3 person room for extra sq. footage, it's worth it. The actual pull-out bed is only suitable for a small person with a younger body; so know that going in. Do not put grandma on the pull-out. The front desk staff, the housekeepers, the breakfast staff: AMAZING. Every. Single. Person. So hospitable, so accommodating, so welcoming. They all deserve raises. We felt cared for, safe, seen, and appreciated as customers.

Room - it was a small without a wardrobe. We stayed 406 which is at the front of the hotel and was therefore nosey hence them providing ear plugs for guests. Bathroom again small without bath (which I knew when booking) Breakfast - fine, no complaints. Not a massive selection but likewise not small either. Expect toast pastries, egg, yoghurt. Staff - very friendly and helpful. Location - not the best location I've stayed in New York but it does have quick access to Canal Street station so you can get most places quickly. It's not in the part of SoHo I would want to stay. There are some things the hotel staff and management can't change to make this a five star review but it is still a decent stay.

Great hotel to stay at while I am in the area for business/meetings! Clean spacious rooms, great breakfast, and I loved the coffee station in the lobby! The staff is amazing, everyone is friendly and accommodating. I will plan to stay there in the future.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Transportation- NYC subway are close by and sight seeing are all walkable. Most of all, their staff is professional and very helpful. The amenities offer are great from their free cappuccino to the daily breakfast. Highly recommended.

I work in upstate NY and every 6 months or so like to visit the city to recharge and sneak in some R&R. This was my second time staying at this Best Western due to the great location near lots of great amenities and very affordable price for the area! I had arrived much earlier than expected (around 10am when check-in is at 3pm) and the manager on duty Kaina was able to check me in early with no issues at all. She even recognized me from my last stay 6 months ago which was really special considering how much foot traffic the hotel must see everyday! The room was spotless with a smart TV for entertainment and a great high-pressure shower with plenty of clean towels available. Bed was nice and soft and the room had multiple lighting options and great sound insulation from the busy city below. The staff was kind enough even to keep my bags safe after I checked out when I wanted to grab brunch before returning home. I want to compliment Kiana, Reuben, and the other staff for making me feel welcome and adding some warmth to the big city. I hope to be back in 6 months!

Overall nice hotel. Rooms a little small bit ok. Breakfast decent. Location in SoHo good but closer to Chinatown. Not a lot of shopping nearby. No valet parking so park on street if you can find otherwise have to park in nearby garages. Plus for us hotel was dog friendly. Overall though would recommend based on value for the cost

The staff is very, very friendly and helpful from the time you enter the door. There is a coffee machine in the lobby which we definitely took advantage of. The rooms are clean and modern and I love that there is no carpet. They are smaller rooms which is common for New York. The location is not in the heart of things but there is a subway stop very close by that takes you right up to to Times Square in a matter of minutes. There is a new Eataly in SOHO a couple blocks away where we ate. The 9/11 memorial is walkable. The only change to the room I would like is the ability to control the room temperature even by a few degrees. It was a little warm. The breakfast is standard at all best westerns. I wish they could bump up the coffee quality but otherwise it was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Of all the Best Western properties we've stayed at the BW+ Soho puts them all to shame! Just an incredible property in an incredible city!! We loved the appointments and the bed was very comfortable. Extremely clean and again one of the best we've ever stayed at

Agency Travel office messed up my reservation, there was nothing for me in their system Rubin, the desk clerk took care of getting me a room and got me Checked in fast !! Great room, great location I will stay here again And thank you again Rubin!!

The hotel is small, very well appointed and cosy. Perfect hotel if you want to be in a quiet part of town. Soho is great and the hotel is situated on a side road, so limited noise at night. We didn't hear anything in five nights. hotel staff are very helpful, esp Tom. You will not find a better hotel for a peaceful stay after a busy day sight seeing.

The Best Western Soho Plus was a perfect hotel! Newly built so the rooms were modern and spacious! Perfect location, short walk to china town, little Italy and Nolita! All staff were very accommodating and lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Room heater worked perfectly as we visited mid January. Loved everything about this hotel

The night we checked in, the front desk (Nichole) did an excellent accommodations especially with my adult autistic son.She made us very comfortable after the long travel we had.She is very loving.She put us to the room I wanted near elevator and a great view. I also met other hotel employees and they are also accommodating and friendly ( Kaina, Gio, Cristina,Delcy and Evan. The hotel is super clean and still new. We are looking forward to go back to NYC in 2024

The Best Western Plus Soho is a good property. The staff is outstanding. A shout out to Kaina, Nichole, Thomas and Sasha at the front des for making us feel welcomed. The room was immaculate Breakfast was convenient and great There is a subway stop very close and in Chinatown we enjoyed Shsnghi 21 Little Italy is a short walk away. I recommend the Best Western Plus Soho

The location might not fit everyone, the rooms are not the biggest, and definitely not fency, but we loved it! A minute walk from the subway, Chinatown, little Italy, the village. And most important: the friendliest team, mainly Nichole and Ray, folks that it feels that they're enjoying what they do.

I received a warm welcome. The room is large for this category of hotel. The room smells of wood with wood floors and walls. Nice modern bathroom. The hotel is brand new. USB sockets on the walls and very good free wifi. The best hotel I had had in Manhattan

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel while visiting NYC. The rooms were very clean, nicely accented and worked well for our visit. The hotel lobby was very nicely decorated and the free breakfast was very satisfactory. The location is an easy walk to the financial district and Chinatown and is close to the subway. Our flight didn't depart until evening, but the hotel manager, Tom, took our bags and offered to let us use the breakfast area to relax before heading to the airport later that evening. Thanks again Tom!

My stay at the Best Western Plus Soho was as good as I could have hoped for. The customer service is top of the line. The service started before I even arrived, as they made sure I was all set prior to coming and that I knew what to expect. I stayed one night, and was given an early check in (or I could have left my bags with the staff). The room was very clean and comfortable and the night's sleep was perfect. Couldn't hear any outside noise. After checkout, I was able to leave my bags at the front desk for a couple of hours as I tended to business and then came back to get them. Would highly recommend and if I'm back in the area and need a hotel, I will be staying here again.

Great location, we liked closeness to Tribeca and Piers for a walk in the sun. The Hotel was Fantastic, the breakfast exceeded our expectations, the hotel was kept very clean and all the team we met were super friendly and helpful. Rooms great.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, the breakfast was decent, and the room was clean. Everyone that worked there was so polite and helpful. The only thing I can say that was unsatisfying was the sink water was brown anytime I turned it on. And they have a gym but I didn't use it.

Super clean, staff, front desk, management, all were extremely kind, helpful, accommodating, super helpful, fast, efficient, just all around amazing. Especially Gio and I forgot the female manager/front desk associate.

The stay was totally perfect, in every aspect ! Service providers, from the workers at the reception desk to the workers in the dining room and the room attendants, were very helpful and nice! The location of the hotel is excellent, close to all the surrounding neighborhoods within walking distance! The free breakfast was absolutely fine, and the coffee machine in the lobby is amazing and very high quality! And most importantly, we mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary and they prepared us a romantic and charming surprise in the room, including complimentary drinks and snacks!

Staff was so friendly and helpful even with our middle of the night arrival! Everyone was very accommodating. Location was good as it was also important that we were able to find parking within walking distance. Lots of shops and food in the area. We were also accommodated with a late checkout.

The bed is comfortable and the pillows soft and fluffy. The shower felt very nice, as well. The housekeeper did a great job cleaning and tidying the room every day, and the front office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was small for a Queen but super comfy. I love a walk in shower and water got really hot. Kinda hot in the room the first night, not sure why we were so uncomfortable but the second night we slept more comfortable and the AC felt so nice. Breakfast was a nice surprise, didn't expect so many options. Thankful that we were able to drop off our luggage and Sasha at the front desk was sooo nice! The whole staff really, even in the morning during breakfast some of the staff came by to say good morning and kitchen staff was really nice too, always had a smile :) We knew we weren't getting housekeeping since we stayed two nights but they still knocked to offer towels. Everything was beyond expectation. Area feels safe coming in late night. So close to multiple trains. 99cent pizza across the street. I only gave 4 starts bc the bed felt a lot smaller than a queen size.

The best water pressure in shower on a hospitality property I've seen, and I have been to many over the years! Nicole is amazing! She is friendly, listens to guests, knowledgeable, gentle and efficient. Professional! Had similar experience with Delcy this morning despite our brief interaction. Hot, free breakfast with great variety. Short walking distance to Canal street subway stop. Walking distance to Little Italy for dining and other options. Very clean. Modern finishes. Firm comfortable bed. Smaller room but space used well. Would return. Would recommend!

10/10 would recommend! The staff is beyond accommodating, friendly and professional. They let me know when my room was available early, before check in, so I could rest before a reservation. They offered complimentary breakfast! The room was spotless and the overall hotel was clean. The general vibe was chill and quiet. It is in a good location, walking distance to cool museums and food spots. Will definitely be staying here again!

Everything in New York is expensive, for a small room at almost $300… i am unsure about how i feel. Room was spotless and quiet. We stayed on the 6th floor. They dont have body washes but soap. The soap leaves a feeling behind after using it, i only used it for my hands because of that. The staff are always corteous and friendly. Kaina was very welcoming and so was the other hostess. The guy who handled luggages was also helpful. There are three subway stations near the hotel which is good and we felt safe while we walked around. Liked the idea of making your own waffle. Breakfast was ok, it was enough. It made up for the price point ;p Might think twice about staying again. I may need to research more about other areas and other hotels.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bedding was heavenly. Hotel safe and secure. Only admittance after 9pm is with your room key. Rooms were spotless and new. Entire hotel was spotless. Bathrooms lovely and small yet plenty of storage and shelves to put products. Great selection of in-room shampoo, soaps, etc. On the first night we were delivered a lovely little snack basket for our stay with a hand written thank you note. I live in the NY Metro area and work in NYC. This trip was so my daughter could get to her ballet intensive around the corner. She's 14 and I felt very comfortable with her being alone coming/going mid-day with the staff present while I was at work. They continually asked her if she needed anything. Also included with our stay was a lovely breakfast of eggs, meats, veggies, potatoes daily with other quick options line yogurts, cereals, fresh muffins and pastries, juices, etc. Highly recommend the Soho Best Western Plus.

Very clean, free hot breakfast, room was comfortable, good water pressure in shower. They provide ear plugs, because it is loud, request room not street facing if you can. Close to canal st and little Italy.

Excellent hotel. It's new and immaculate. Our room had a very comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure. We loved the breakfast buffet that is served until 10 am. The hotel is situated in a perfect place where you can go to Chinatown or little Italy jump on the subway to go to time square or the Bronx. The hotel was clean the beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing. Always willing to assist. I will definitely come back and stay at Best Western Plus Soho.

We were in NYC for our honeymoon and we loved our stay at Best Western. The staff was very professional and incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Nichole, Deky and the rest of the staff which welcomed us during our stay. Breakfast was good, but I personally did not like the coffee (maybe the only improvement point). Overall I strongly recommend the hotel also for his convenient location, next to many subway stations.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a small, QUIET, clean room here. Great location, plenty of restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Great hotel just in the middle of Chinatown and only like 3 minutes away from Canal Street subway station. Breakfast could offer a little bit more choice, but besides this everything was perfect. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and supportive.

The front desk and breakfast room staff members were helpful and friendly. I use a mobility scooter and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Isaac carried my coffee, made delicious waffles for me and delivered them to my table when he noticed that it was challenging for me to navigate the breakfast buffet. Kaina who works at the front desk was friendly and warm, helping to make my visit to NYC a positive experience. Thank you!

Oh I almost hate to leave a review cause it will sell out-lol!! This property is like coming home for me and for someone who travels constantly, that's a big deal. I absolutely love this space and it certainly rivals the boutique hotels in the city. The decor is absolute stunning, cleanliness is beyond excellent, service is impeccable (thank you Tom, Nichole, Kaina, Zendalye and Rayonce), the amenities come in handy and the area is so convenient. I can walk almost anywhere and if it's too hot to do that, the trains, buses, ferry are all close by. I truly appreciate the dedication to customer satisfaction and precise attention to detail. It makes a huge difference in the experience guests have.

It was clean, well managed and extremely comfortable. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good too. Everyone was welcoming and efficient. We also want to give a special shout out to Nicole for giving us a beautiful anniversary basket in our room with snacks and drinks. It was a very sweet surprise. We will definitely be staying here again in your next trip into the city.

Second time for me, great hotel, good location, very nice breakfast buffet. Clean and well equipped room but above all - great customer service, staff is always very nice and courteous. Specifically Zandalee (Sasha) went above and beyond and was extremely helpful during my stay. Definitely coming back!

I stayed at this hotel for one night in March-23. Very clean and fresh hotel with a very good location if you like the neighborhoods around SoHo and Greenwich Village etc. Quite small rooms but that is also the case in most hotels in NYC. Good breakfast buffet. Very reasonably priced unlike most things in Manhattan. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely return.

Everyone at the front desk were so kind & extremely helpful. I cannot thank them enough! I just had leg surgery a few days earlier & ran out of chux (waterproof bed pads). I told the woman at the front7 desk & she told me not to worry! Within an hour, she contacted me to let me know that she was able to obtain some chux for the duration of my stay! Impeccable customer service & beautiful, very clean hotel. Thanks to everyone one there, so kind! Jason T.

Good points: - modern and clean - price - size of room (we stayed in a suite) - fast internet - 2 large tvs (but only 1 remote) - very friendly check-in staff at reception - close to subway Room for improvement: - the sofa bed for our daughter was noisy, lumpy and uncomfortable. It needs a mattress topper otherwise the springs can be felt when sleeping ( and she doesn't weigh much). - 3 of us in the room but towels for only 2 people were supplied. Asked for more towels but only supplied extra towels for 2 more days (we were staying 3 more). - we could not change the air conditioning as the control unit is locked behind a Perspex box. The room was really cold when we first arrived and the thankfully the box was unlocked so we could set it to heat and 70. The next day the box was locked and set to 74 and cool which was ok. - breakfast buffet was very hit and miss. First day was good with plenty of food. The next day there was 1 bottle of fresh milk left, no fruit yoghurts and no more available as apparently they were waiting on a delivery. One cereal container had run out and was not replenished. The next day we could see the milk delivery on the floor and we waited for it to be made available for guests to use but it never was. I had to ask for 2 bottles but none was ever put out for the other guests. The last day was fantastic - change of personnel and suddenly there was an abundance of food again - lots of milk and the cereal was replenished.

AMAZING HOTEL!! Opened just a month ago! Breakfast, Housekeeping, Reception staff are all super stars! No matter the time of the day you will always see the staff with a smile on their face which is just such a refreshing feeling in such a big city like New York. My favorite park of this hotel beside the staff is their fitness center, very well circulated, equipped to be able to get a full body work out. All rooms only have queen beds which is great! Rooms are so nice and clean, size is expected for a hotel in the big apple. Once this hotel opens up their Bar/Restaurant it will 1000% be a GEM in the lower Manhattan area.
