Best Western Premier Herald Square

My stay was so wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, incredible staff (special shout out to Chandu who was so helpful and kind throughout my stay). 24/7 tea, coffee and lemon water in the lobby which was nice. Highly recommend. Great price, great location, great stay!

We stayed for several nights, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower had a glass door and no curtain! We stayed on the top floor and the view was so nice, especially with the city lights all around us at night. The rooms are pretty small. There aren't many amenities, but the location is central to where we wanted to be. They definitely need a laundry room. When we went to the lounge, it was hit or miss if there was someone to pour drinks. The venting machine was out of order. Coffee, tea, and water are available at all times in the lobby.

I spent 6 nights with my daughter, setting all up for her move-in day in college. I could not expect such a great experience with the service, attention and empathy from Ghehad, Pathik, Patel and Faizana. They made us feel like home, making our life so easy. Hotel is located in great area, near everything, with awesome access to metro and train. It was very clean and well maintained. Great beds and pillows. All you need after long hours of walking the city

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was ideal - a very close walk to the subway. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious for NYC. Any (minor) problems were resolved immediately. Overall, great value for money ☺️

The hotel was remodeled just a few months ago and it is amazing! Everything is fresh, new, clean, and the bed super comfortable. I would for sure stay here again as I was quite surprised at how well the remodeling went. A PLUS!!!! Special shout out to the front desk supervisor Pathik Patel. From the first moment we walked in Pathik made us feel special. Super warm smile, friendly as can be, and always greeted us kindly when we walked in or out. But, is wasn't just us, it was everyone that came in or out. Pathik could teach everyone how to treat customers. We really enjoyed this Best Western, in fact it's probably the VERY Best Western.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, clean comfortable, economically priced rooms in the heart of New York. The neighborhood felt very safe and we had such a lovely view of the Empire state building from our room. The cherry on top? It was right next to a place that sells the best bagels in town and near a 24 hour taco bell. I loved this place!

Location is good, we just used the rooms to sleep in a little small, the bathroom toilet is convenient, the elevator is enough, the noise is a little too much because the hotel's location is very central. thanks to recp guys chandu and farzana

Our recent stay at Best western herlad sq was absolutely delightful and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the Yousuf at the front desk make us feel welcome and comfortable. The family-friendly atmosphere was evident throughout our stay.

He was exceptionally helpful and made the check-in process swift and efficient, ensuring that we received our room without any hassle. Upon entering our hotel room, we were pleased to find that it was immaculate and well-maintained, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. However, one aspect that I found disappointing was the absence of breakfast services. For travelers, having breakfast available can significantly enhance the stay, as it saves time and adds convenience to the morning routine. While this was a drawback, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of our visit. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is conveniently situated near all the major attractions, making it easy for guests to explore the surrounding area without the need for extensive travel. This accessibility is a major plus for anyone looking to make the most of their time in the city. In conclusion, despite the lack of breakfast options, my experience at the hotel was largely positive, thanks to the excellent service from Yousuf khan and staff the cleanliness of the room. I would recommend this hotel to others, especially for those who prioritize a good location and friendly staff when choosing their accommodations. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay, and I would consider returning in the future.

Yousuf was amazing and the whole rest of the staff here too. So friendly and very accommodating, and hospitable, the way a hospitality establishment should be. I was locked out of my bank account during check in, and where normally any hotel would simply make no exception and not allow you to check in, this hotel took a human approach and worked with me to get me checked in. It's a Situation like this that would make me decide whether to return or not ever book at a hotel again, and in this case, they played their cards right, because I stay at hotels extremely frequently and I definitely will be back.

I recently stayed at this toel had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. Yousuf was friendly and welcoming.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Showed up and it was some location for luggage check and looked like a hostel. Told they moved us to a different hotel. We booked because of location convenience and love to stay in this location. We were moved over a mile away. The hotel is nice but when you look up the rates at the new hotel they are half of what we booked and everyone says they can't do anything about the price. We even called customer service and they asked us what can we do? We will never stay at a BW again.

Booked a room five months in advance but got a mail one week from our trip to say they wouldnt honour the booking (claiming some guests already in the hotel were going to overstay) and offered me a fake booking at The Draper hotel nearby instead. Thankfully I was able to cancel the booking for free but would never use this Best Western hotel again.
