Horrible place to Stay! Not only is the staff Julian & Heta rude and unhelpful. GM does not care! The place is rundown and they only care about taking your money. No room service while staying here so make sure you bring your own stuff. They don't tell you about this when you book.

We love this BW hotel. The staff is just so friendly and amazing with any requests you may have. We love them!! And for the price you're paying you really can't beat it, especially when you realize you're only about a 10-15 minute drive to the Walt Disney World property. The pool and hot tub outside were a favorite for our son, as well as the game room. We also liked that compared to other hotels we've stayed in nearby on previous trips the game rooms he loves so much were a much cheaper cost and better value here. The laundry room provided was nice as well to do laundry for our longer stay instead of having to overpack for the stay. And it's CHEAP! Able to do a full load for less than some of these hotels charge for a wash. The rooms were nicely sized and never had a complaint about cleanliness or the furniture. We've stayed in other hotels charging more that were definitely not as clean and well maintained. Now housekeeping is done by request during your stay but that never bothered us and we were informed of that at check-in. There was also a local fee we were informed of at check-in we noticed was not listed on the website or booking (but it did say other fees may apply and vary by location so I guess this was one of them. But it wasn't expensive. Only a few dollars a night, which we didn't mind as we'd seen other hotels in the area during our search that charged resort fees and nightly fees sometimes totaling more than the rooms nightly charge would've been. There is also a $75 deposit at check-in, but again cheaper than the other local hotels we've stayed in and called around too. Being on a budget we always checked these things beforehand so as not to be surprised at check-in and loved that we saved so much staying at such a nice hotel. There are several restaurants, stores, and activites nearby, a lot of which were within walking distance let alone maybe a 10-20 minute drive depending on what you were looking for. Honestly in my opinion this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in, and the cheapest, and the staff is just above and beyond to the point we will definitely be staying again.

plenty of close restaurants and shops close/walking distance from the hotel there is a supermarket Walmart next to the hotel also. The hotel has a bus that will bring you to Disney parks, the bus is at 9:15 in the morning, only one per day and one return bus in the evening

The hotel purposefully overcharged me be assessing a service fee which was not on the reservation. When I saw the overcharge on my credit card, I called and the rep told me they add this previously undisclosed service fee to all customers and they could not defend why the fee was not disclosed on the reservation terms. The rep I spoke to said she was not empowered to help me but would have the manager call me back. Not surprisingly, the manager did not call me back nor issue a credit. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the fee. Management is obviously very unethical.

Hotel: Facility is large, but has seen better days. A little bit worn and run down, but overall middle of the road clean. Only 1 elevator ever worked for a building with 4 floors of rooms, which made it very frustrating at times since the elevator size itself was small and barely fit 2 people with a luggage cart. Disney signage was ripping off the elevator door. Room: Like the hotel itself, a bit worn and run down. Did look like it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as there were evident marks on the doors and spots on the capet. Room itself definitely had seen better days, but was mostly clean. Furniture has taken a beating (one of the bedside table supports was haphazardly reattached at an angle). Phone was very dirty with poked out quick dial buttons. Also, as noted below, he housekeeping, guest services, and front desk buttons all went to busy signals when pressed, so essentially of no use. Fridge and microwave were nice amentities (freezer portion was useless as it was in dire need of a defrost). Safe did not have power, so was not able to use it. Ironing board not provided. Sink and countertops needed recaulking, especially between the top of the sink and bottom of the countertop). Walls are paper-thin and we could hear conversations and doors slamming throughout the night. A couple of times, I thought someone was trying to open our door when it was really the room next door. Housekeeping: This was really the headscratcher for me. I'm used to housekeeping every other day post-COVID, but no housekeeping service was offered during our stay until I approached the front desk on 3rd night about it and inquired. I was told that they do not provide housekeeping normally during your stay, but that they would do 1 housekeeping service for us since we were staying for 4 nights. I was told that I would have to request in the morning before 11AM because the night clerk could not request it. On top of that, he could only provide me with 1 towel because they had none left. Came back in the AM to request housekeeping and was told that they may not get to it because they only had 2 housekeepers. Thankfully, they did get to it by the time we got back that evening. I would really have liked them to explain this during the check-in process. Additionally, because of this policy, there was often garbage and towels outside the rooms for collection. Internet: In a word - sucked. WiFi signal on second floor was subpar, and even when connected, you barely had any bandwidth. I ended up having to use my mobile hotspot most of the trip to do any work. Forget streaming on this connection. Food & Drink: There is a marketplace with overpriced food and drink (but that's the same of most hotels with a marketplace like this). Breakfast buffet is 6:30AM to 9:30AM, but the seating is limited and the room itself is small. One pancake machine and one 4 slot toaster makes for long lines on busy mornings. Rotating hot options during our stay were biscuits and gravy, sausage links, bacon, scrambled eggs, and home fries. No yogurt cups, but there was a plain yogurt machine. Coffee was decent, creamer and sweetener choices were limited. Parking: Big plus is that parking is free, which is rarer in the Orlando resort area. Location: Fairly easy to get to, within 15-20 minutes of all WDW resorts. Easy driving access across the street to stores, including a Publix grocery store. Guest Services/Front Desk: Friendly staff, but only one person ever seemed to be on duty, so they were always busy. When I went down to ask about the housekeeping, I waited about 25 minutes to speak to the on-duty front desk person. Even more frustrating, the housekeeping, guest services, and front desk buttons on the room phone all went to busy signals when pressed (I tried multiple times over multiple days). Overall Impressions: Overall, if you're on a tight budget this isn't a bad hotel, but definitely seems to be on the low end of the the BW Western Plus franchised hotels and odd that it's a WDW Good Neighbor hotel considering the shape it's in.

1st room that I was given didn't look like it was cleaned in a long time. Globs of hair and dirt in the sink. Stains on desk, terrible odor. Was given another room and really wasn't very much better. Veey noisy as well.

My room was infested with bed bugs and roaches!! When I told the front desk at checkout he said he could not do anything about it! My room had a very strong mold smell to it aswell. These were the only pics I got of the bugs. I saw 3 bed bugs and 5 roaches.

Regular maintenance checks on HVAC would be helpful. Our room had HVAC problems and as soon as we reported this they moved us to a new room. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy. Our stay was still exceptional,

Terrible stay at Best Western Plus ay 3484 Polynesian Blvd, Kissimmee, Florida. When making reservation and at check in we were not told that we would not have any house keeping services for the two nights that were stayed. When returning to the room after the first day out, we discovered the room just as we left it. No fresh towels, beds unmade, bathroom dirty. Then, at check out we were charged an additional hotel fee that had never been disclosed either at time of making the on-line reservation or at check-in. Our bill was hire than expected. Finally, the breakfast was awful. MY OPINION, DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THERE ARE MANY OTHER QUALITY HOTELS IN KISSIMMEE TO STAY IN FOR A DISNEY WORLD VACATION.

We stayed here one night on our way down to Ft Lauderdale for our cruise. We weren't expecting to stop but there was bad weather south of Orlando so we decided to call it a night. If I taken the time to read reviews, I would have been more prepared for the extra fees charged at check-out. I booked the room through the Best Western website (where they state No Resort Fees) and knew the total including taxes and fees ahead of time, but when I went to check-out, the total was not the same. When I questioned this, the clerk explained it was a local charge for the hotel, that they don't charge a resort fee like all the other hotels around there, but this is their "local hotel charge". They are not at all forthcoming with this info when you check-in and I find that very deceiving and disappointing for the Best western brand. We usually have great experiences with Best Western, so this was surprising. Also it upset me because while the customer ahead of me was able to argue her way out of extra fees on her bill, the same was not offered to me. I think the reviews would be much better for this hotel if they were transparent with this or did away with it all together. I also find it interesting that I didn't get an email from Best Western to review my stay the next day, although I did get one for our stay the night before at the Best Western in Daphne, AL (very nice hotel). With all that aside, we did enjoy our room, it was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was as expected from a hotel. I will say that the front desk clerk in the morning was very professional and courteous. She had a line of upset customers checking out and the phone ringing off the hook, but stayed calm and collected. She's a great asset to the hotel. I would stay here again if not for the extra fee situation.

Charge 75$ for early arrival rooms are out dated tv has very limited stations no guide room service only on request I have stayed at other hotels in this area and they were much better and about the same price

The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. Check in and out were both easy The breakfast was just okay, but pretty standard for a free breakfast. The shuttle to Disney stops at SEVERAL other hotels so it takes about an hour to actually get to Disney.

First the staffs I interacted are good and helpful. The location was also good for my trip and the shuttle service was very helpful. I am disappointed on following services. 1. There shouldn't be any hidden fee. I got to know that there are additional fees added to my account just before check-in. I know about deposit but don't know about amenities fee. 2. No water bottle given on my arrival and all the vending machines at this hotel are broken or not working. The tap water drinking area was also not working. 3. The game room was locked and when I check with staff they said it's not working. 4. The assigned room has broken bathtub and broken tap where water was leaking all day and it makes a noise during my night sleep. Anyway thanks for the hospitality.

Even when I've read all the negative comments - i've just said - is just people overacting. Then I spent 6 nights in this terrible hotel and everything they said is true and more. old and bad odor carpet, I've changed three rooms because a dirt/old A/C leaking water in the carpet, two old elevators with one broken all the time during my stay, poor breakfast items, staff at front desk very rude.

I was booked for family trip via Booking than freely canceled before time limit but they were take all fees even my cancellation. Also couldn't find anybody for speak about this. I strongly suggest you never visit this hotel you couldn't find anybody for fixing such a this problem

1. The phone didn't work 2. Not enough towels were in our room 3. We didn't have a luggage rack holder 4. We were told due to the “hurricane” we wouldn't have a full breakfast so at 9:20am we came down & the cereal had already been put up!!! 5. Ice machine was broken on our floor The location was close to Disney if you are going there but may not be worth the front desk attitude, side door entrance broken (one way in/out), and other dis functional issues.

If you want to have a great time, this is the best place. When you arrive the person in front desk is very qualified to take care of you. The cleanness of the hotel, the pool area and all the hotel is really good.I am well pleased with my stay.

I've visited 40+ Best Western hotels in multiple states. I keep coming back because their staff are always friendly and welcoming. And the rooms are constantly clean and good quality. I just waisted money staying at the Don Cesar…. 5x the cost… and I know the Best Western hotels in the area are better. Won't make that mistake again. Heading back to a Best Western tomorrow.

What a black eye for Best Western. Walking in the hallways especially on the fourth floor felt as though i was dodging potholes covered by carpet. Same for my room #416. Stay away from the fourth floor especially Room 416. And I'm a Platinum member. Gee whiz.

It's ok. The hotel seem to be run by one staff member Julian who is very very nice and helpful. Pool ok. Breakfast decent. No housekeeper unless you ask for it two days in advance. You have to get your own towels and toilet tissue, etc. If you want more choose another place. If you just want a place to sleep this is the place. There is a $5:00 or less charge per night that is not mentioned until you get there. My compliments to Julian for doing the job of several people.

Stayed here for a team event with my two young kids. PROS - Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and looks nice from the outside… that's about it. CONS - Location is iffy… near a Publix and a surprisingly nice Walmart if you need anything, but lots of homeless people outside the gas station across the street. Walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin (it sounded like elephants stomping around the room above us and like the people in the room next door were having conversations with us). One of the elevators had very rough starts and stops our first two days and then stopped working altogether for the remaining three days we were there. The bathroom/water in both rooms we were in smelled terrible (we had to switch rooms because our first room smelled like stale cigarette smoke that someone tried to cover up with a terrible fragrance). The pool is tiny, it's not very clean, and there are no lounge chairs. They charge a $50 early check-in fee even if you're only a couple hours early and the room you're going to stay in is clean and ready. This hotel is clearly understaffed and not well- maintained. Would definitely NOT stay here again. Very disappointing, especially for a Best Western Plus.

My family has stayed at this location multiple times over several years when visiting the Disney parks. The fact that this location has a family room (1 queen and 2 twin beds) available is perfect for our family of four. The staff has always been very helpful when we have had an issue with our room (only happened once) or needed extra towels. The breakfast is good and a hit with the kids as they have fresh scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon (or both), biscuits & gravy, assorted breads and muffins, cereal, yogurt and the automatic pancake maker (which always has a line), with coffee, tea, milk, and orange, apple and cranberry juices available.

Fantastic location, very close to all the parks. They have a free shuttle which drops you to Epcot, from where you can take the train to other parks. The same shuttle brings you back in the evening. We stayed with two teenage kids in a family room. The room was very clean and well equipped. There's Premium outlets, ton of eateries, Walmart, pharmacy, all in walkable distance. The only minus is their complimentary breakfast, We ate the same things for all the three days that we stayed. No variety. It's near Disneyland and so one can assume that most of their guests will be children, but they had no special menu/ warm milk nothing for their little guests.

No housekeeping (unless you request it two days in advance). I had to go fetch towels, toilet paper, trash bags, on my own. No other employees except the one person at front desk. Ever.(not including breakfast) Pool area was nasty.

Room was clean , staff was friendly. Did not eat breakfast but they had sausage, eggs, potatoes and pancakes for hot foods. Yogurt came in a large weird thing that you pressed down to fill bowl..did not try that as I was not sure what kind it was as it was just labeled Yogurt.. Check out was easy. Not a bad place for the cost and we would stay there again!

Friendly staff and clean hotel. We had a king room on the upper floor. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and served hot and plentiful. Julian was quick to get us checked in and answer any questions. Overall we had a great stay.

when you book online with the number from there site they give you options between 1. 2 bottles of wine 2. golfing discounts 3. movie discounts 4. a gift Suprise box my family never received any and it was a disgusting experience roaches were in the room the hallways smelled awful the walls thin neighbors loud we told the front desk they were no help they stole an extra $50 when we got there the hotel was a total catfish it appears beautiful online but when you arrive its not pretty it looks old I do not recommend this hotel to anyone if they want a good relaxing vacation

This hotel was perfect for our family vacation. This hotel is a great value. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. We were minutes from Disney, and it allowed us to take a mid-day swimming break before returning to the parks during our trip. The hotel was clean, and modern. Rooms were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great value, and my kiddos loved the selections. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

We stayed at this hotel during a recent Disney World trip. The price was good, but you definitely get what you pay for. There were also extra fees ($5 night) to have the safe, which was locked the entire time and inaccessible to us. These fees are not included, even when you book directly with Best Western. The hotel wasn't very clean, the public floors were often dirty and the tables were not cleaned between guests in the dining room. The trash cans were overflowing in the breakfast area. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We visited Orlando, Florida as a family, to participate in support of one family member whose desire was to visit. Due to her situation and the time that she has left on this earth, everything that she had did and now wants to do, is what we are doing with Her. We are all blessed to have Her in our lives. She loved this trip. She stayed in one of the Florida Resorts.

I was in accessible room. There was no shower chair. The staff at check in looked for one. The third shift lady looked for one. The first shift person totally different. He didn't look for one didn't care I couldn't take a shower.

Good location, about 15-20 minutes by car to any Disney World park. Restaurants, Walmart, supermarket and shopping within walking distance. Free shuttle to Magic Kingdom (only 1 shuttle around 8 am and return shuttle around 7 pm). Friendly and helpful staff, especially Paulette at the front desk. At check-in I had mistakenly thought my ID was not given back to me, and for 15 minutes, Paulette looked high and low, everywhere she could think of and beyond, to look for my driver's license. Then we found it in my wallet where I had accidentally slipped it with my credit card behind another card where I couldn't see it. Paulette was so nice about everything, even though it was my mistake, and she was cheerful and helpful throughout our whole stay. The only negative about the hotel is the thin walls of the room, so you can hear people in next room if they're talking loudly. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Unprofessional staff. Dirty rooms that have no hot water! Informed the manager, no apology, he just said someone would come check it and if it couldn't be fixed, we would be moved to a different room. We booked through Priceline and paid in advance. We checked in around 6 in the evening and a new employee was being trained, which wasn't a problem, I've been a new employee before, I understood the slowness. The new employee continually had the manager come to help with policy and computer questions. Again, no problem I get it. However…it seems the new employee and the manager couldn't get the communication from Priceline about payment. The manager made the comment to let us go and they would work it out with Priceline. We were checked in and given the key to our room. The following morning, while eating breakfast, the manager came and asked me to call Priceline because they couldn't get payment. I was curious why he could not call Priceline, he said he didn't have a number to call. Ok, no worries, I called and gave Priceline the message to call the hotel. Did my part, continued with my day. Next day, manager approached me again and said Priceline called but they were disconnected and asked me to call them again. At this point I am a little perturbed and the manager saw it. He proceeds to tell me that the only reason I am still there is because I was tired from my travels and he allowed me to check in but he shouldn't have allowed it since they have not received their money from Priceline. I proceed to chat with Priceline to see if I can get this hotel their funds from Priceline so I don't feel like a squatter. I took screenshots of the conversation and have attached them for all to view. The Priceline agent was appalled that the hotel had me, the paid quest handle their business for them. The same afternoon, the manager tells me that Priceline can't find our payment info. What a huge mess this has been. I gave the manager every bit of information I have about our reservation and alerted him to the fact that we have not had hot water the past two days. I told the manager that I figured the first night being late when I checked in that probably all the other guests showers used up the hot water. There was no concern on his part. Up to this point I have been more than nice. I paid for three nights and expect to be able to take a hot shower. I ended up checking out a day early and going to another hotel. When checking out, the manager said “you know you have to pay for all three nights, right?” We just said yeah and left. If you can avoid this motel, do so!

Bait and switch to say the least. This hotel listed their amenities as pet friendly several months ago when I booked this hotel. I arrived after traveling three hours with two small children to check-in and was informed that the hotel was in fact not pet-friendly. I then scrambled to find a place for my family to stay - not the end of the world. The problem lies in that the hotel manager was unwilling to refund ANY part of the several hundred dollars I had spent. I cancelled upon arrival and had planned for a four night stay. Absolutely unforgiving and unprofessional. You may have gotten away with my $400+ dollars but you hopefully will not do this to another family not will you get any of this Disney Annual Passholders money again. This place should be removed from the Disney Good Neighbor list.

This hotel is in an ideal location if you are going to the Disney area. The suite rooms are a great size for a family of 4. It also has free breakfast. It does show wear and is in need of carpet cleaning and other repairs. If those were done it would again be our favorite destination for a reasonable hotel in the area.

If you book on line, don't expect your checkout price to be the same.....it will be higher, some kind of additional fees and taxes. Breakfast was descent. Don't expect to get the three major TV channels...we never had an ABC station because whoever was suppose to call to have that fixed didn't..

We did not have issues with the actual hotel. Location was good, the price was right, and we felt safe. Our main complaints were no maid service unless you requested it so there was poles of towels and bags of garbage all in the hallways. 2 of 3 employees at the front desk were not friendly. But overall for the price and location we would stay there again.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! My husband and I were recently there about a month ago. We checked in on September 15th. the night we checked in we were told they have no hot water, to bare with them they are getting it resolved. We decided to "bare" with them, unfortunately. The 3 days we did stay there, we had no hot or even Luke warm water, we got woken up nightly (to the point of pounding on walls) because of how thin it was we heard other couples throughout the hotel! on top of that, everywhere besides the lobby looked disgusting and smelled and was so outdated. They also say they are affiliated with Disney, which they are not! After 3 days of no hot water or again even luke warm water, we decided to check out and find another hotel to finally enjoy our honeymoon. We didn't even leave out of the parking lot and I was already on the phone with Expedia starting our ticket for a refund. I called the hotel which seemed like daily to talk to the manager, Heta. Well needless to say, everytime I called, Heta, had a family emergency. She denied my refund and her excuse was that we lied! they had warm water. This went on for a month. During this month of trying to get ahold of her, the front desk could never give me an email or send me to her voicemail so she could call me back. Until just the other day! After I finally lost my cool, I was given an email address. I was again told to call back the next day, that she would be in from 10am to 2pm. I called at 10:15am and she wasn't in yet. I called back around 2:30pm and was told she's there and they sent me to a voicemail that was full! I had to call back 5 times to which they are screening my number because they didnt answer until the 6th time to which I was put on hold for ten minutes for her to answer and instantly hang up. I then called back once again to be sent to a non-full voicemail! I still have yet to hear back! Horrible service, horrible management, and horrible establishment.

Elevators were rough and ugly. Nothing smooth about operation. 1 elevator service sheet showed inspection expired August 2021. They bounced and sounded like the were rubbing the walls of elevator shaft. When doors open/close both elevators would shutter and bounce. Felt like a roller coaster ride. Lobby was nice but everything else was nasty. We had to change rooms as soon as getting there after driving 15hrs. 1st room ac didn't work and had missing tile on floor. Ripped carpet along edge. Hallways were nasty looking and felt like a sauna. Rooms were dated. Stains on floors. Loose tiles in bathroom. Flooring was uneven and u felt like u would fall thru in hallway.

This hotel is very outdated. Apparently they need good reviews because the manager lies about if you give all 10"s on the survey you will get 10,000 bonus points but corporate says there is no such promotion, therefore, that alone tells you a lot about the hotel and the manager. it has an old mildew smell in the carpet and stains in the commode. The breakfast is ridiculous with such a small selection. It's not safe here, a customer had their catalytic converter stolen while staying at this hotel. I'm still trying to figure out how Disney would be affiliated with such a place!

Avoid this sad old hotel. A new paint job can't disguise the flaws in this one. I complained about the lack of hot water and was told the part was on order. The staff didn't care. Had to ask front desk for fresh towels since they were short housekeeping staff. AC sounded like a jalopy engine. Grounds keeper was out at 8 am on Sunday with a leaf blower. Terrible breakfast. Poorly run. Staff doesn't care.

We stay at this location recently and had our catylict converter stolen out of our vehicle. When we went to get some help from the front desk the gentlemen was standoffish and didn't want to help.He informed us that they didn't have cameras because it was a "public parking lot." They also did not help us contact the sheriff's department and we were on our own. I tried to speak to a manger multiple times when I was there and each time same response she's not here. I left my name and number but you bet your pants that I will be following up. The rooms were dated and paint was chipping in the hallways. The free breakfast was crap with little to no offerings. For the price we paid and the best western name attached as well as the Disney Good neighbor seel of approval, I was expecting so much more. This hotel should be ashamed of how they conduct themselves and needs to be stripped of it's good neighborhood affiliation with Disney World. I would no recommend to anyone staying here.

We were pleasantly surprised that this hotel got back on its feet fast with quality service and friendly, helpful staff. Our special thanks to Julian at the Front Desk, who was always available for our questions and always super friendly.

This outside of this hotel is much nicer than the inside. The downstairs lobby area is updated and clean. The staff was not helpful in resolving a water heater issue and we spent five nights with no hot water and no offered resolution. The manager was "not available" during our entire stay. We had no housekeeping services at all. The rooms were very outdated and not clean. The AC was very weak. We had to turn it down to 64 degrees for it to even feel like 70-72. I would not stay here again.

Hi everyone, I was thinking whether to leave this review. but I have to do it for the good of all people. THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I use to travel 5-7 times a year to different parts of the world, I love Disney and Universal Studios. I have a 7 year old daughter and we have already visited orlando 9 times, staying in different hotels in the area, Spring Hill, Embassy Suites, Holliday, The Grove, Universal Endless, Margarita and most… Thank God I couldn't stay in this hotel because THE SERVICE from the MANAGER is the WORST SERVICE A person CAN RECEIVE. The manager is DISRESPECTFUL AND ARROGANT. Situation: I made a reservation with this hotel, but seeing the number of negative reviews I decided to cancel the stay since I did not feel confident. I made the cancellation at 1:00 p.m. after confirming the reservation. The reservation was made “Pay at the hotel”. my reservation was for September 8 -12th with FREE cancellation before September 6. I MADE THE RESERVATION AUGUST 24, 2022 and I MADE THE CANCELLATION August 25, 2022… COMPLETELY FREE. The thing is that when September 8 arrives I see that the hotel charges me in full for the stay, I call the hotel and tell them that the reservation was canceled more than 14 days ago and that it was within the cancellation policy, the front desk accepts the error since they had an email indicating the cancellation and they tell me that they will return the money ($409.18) in 5-7 business days. At that moment I was calm, a mistake can be made by anyone. but what happens, on September 12 they charged me the same amount $409.38 again. when I call the hotel I ask to speak to the General Manager ERIC MILLER when I start to explain the situation to him, he rudely replied, “SIR I CAN'T HELP YOU, CALL BOOKING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK” “THE HOTEL HAS NO RELATIONSHIP WITH IT'S". I was surprised. I tried to explain to him that the charge was made twice, which is not normal, and that the hotel itself is responsible for the charge. The bank says that BEST WESTERN were the ones who made the charge. THE GENERAL MANAGER with an arrogant tone, yells at me that he has many things to do and that he cannot attend to me, to call booking. Currently I just had $819.00 dollars STOLEN from my card without authorization. AND I HAVE NO one to ask for my money back since the "most qualified" person in the hotel, Mr. Eric Miller is ARROGANT. I need my money back as soon as possible because after I didn't stay at the hotel, they charged my room twice. I need someone, some hotel owner to contact me. This ARROGANT MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED, I own 10 short term rental properties and have never, ever treated a client like this guy treated me. It's a shame for the Best Western family!!!! great location maybe only 10 minutes from Epcot, 12 from the other parks. the receptionist Paulette was more than hospitable made checking in a breeze, explained all the amenities. it is kind of hidden from site because of the storage unit in front of it but other than that it was a great experience., Julian made Checking out a breeze as well the rooms were perfect for what we used it for, which was sleep after 12 hours at epcot, clean, cold, nice size tv. everything worked not like another hotel we styed at before. no names, i give this place a 10/10 to be honest. will def book again when we go back to Orlando

The female hotel manager is a liar. The hotel carpet is dirty with an odor. Small elevator with no air. The lobby and hallways were extremely hot with no air. Sleeping on the sofa bed is like sleeping on plywood. This hotel is outdated and the price you when you make your reservations will be different when you check out without any explanation. Trust me, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Julian was amazing (front desk)! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our DisneyWorld/Orlando stay. This hotel is clean, close to all the parks, close to the city of Orlando. There is food and grocery right next by. The breakfast was average but we are thankful (pancake machine, breads, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, cereals). Highly recommend!

Beware! They are liars and thieves! This BW manager has lied to us and wont refund the room we did not stay in due to insect infestation we experienced! I have pics that show cockroaches, centipedes and others. We were told the room would be refunded. The manager Patel has been hiding and refusing to talk to us. This is outrageous! We stay at BWs all over the US, to be treated this way, will change our mind for all future stays! Shame on you BW for letting this horrible franchise treat customers this way!!! Will never stay at another BW hotel or affiliate! I have dozens of photos showing centipedes, roaches… room was also filthy! Was told they would refund us and that they didnt have another room by the person working the nite. The manager hid from us for the next 3 days and wouldnt speak with us!

The Best Western Plus Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South Inn & Suites (3484 Polynesian Isles Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL 34746) is the WORST HOTEL I've ever stayed at my whole entire life! I had to give it 1 star to be able to write this review. It's godly terrible enough for me to have to make a compliant to Best Western Corporate, to which I don't think they will do anything ! For starters, the hotel room is dirty, the wifi doesn't work, the water knob for bathtub doesn't work well, there are NO cold water from the sink - to which are things I understand I can't control. But, the air conditioning generator (and people in next rooms) are super loud that you can't sleep. What did it for us is their walls are super thin, so you can vividly hear people in the next room. We were sandwiched in between two rooms who were making loud noises as late as 11pm into the night. This along with their generator, we could NOT get a ounce of sleep! So, the next morning I called the front desk and speak with JULIEN who said he'll see what can be done and will call back in 30 minutes. Never Happened! So, I directly went down to the front desk 1 hour later and met him. He lied and said the rooms are all sold out but wouldn't give us a credit back for our last night, so we can go somewhere else? 10 minutes later and after speaking Spanish to someone on his cell phone (the staff are rude like that and unprofessionally speaks Spanish in front of you like you're not there) Then, he said they magically have a room available for us to move to the third floor. Little did we know that spending our last night in this new room was worst than hell compare to the last room. He put us next to a group of LOUD Party animals who was essentially screaming through our walls all night into the next morning until we checked out! Throughout this night, I've made 3 complaint calls to the front desk but they didn't do enough as you can see! I don't know if Julien did this on purpose to take revenge on me being fussy about his rooms, but we essentially could NOT get an ounce of sleep during the 3 nights we stayed here!! Like everyone else, we come here to relax and exhausted ourselves all day at Universal Studio Parks that a night's rest is essential for us. Is that so much to ask? That's not all folks! Before we checked out, Julien charged us $14.94 for some safe deposit box fees that we DON'T even use in the room , when I explicitly, conveniently heard him waive this fee for the gentlemen in front of me ( whose apparently is happier with Julien and must had a few great, restful nights of sleep!) Mind you, I paid 127.92/night (including all taxes and fees) to stay here. So, we more than deserve our restful nights of sleep! So it's not the monetary aspect of this fee, but the principle of it! I can't believe he actually has a nerve to ask me to write a nice review for his hotel before I heatedly left the hotel?! Well Julien, here is your REVIEW!! I hope you and your hotel thoroughly read it and try harder.

The hotel staff was amazing. Julian at front seat was very attentive and I was there with a large party. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very kind even though my party was a little busy (small children) The house keeping were friendly The food was hot… sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy…. Everything was good. The pool was also heated 10/10

My family and I had a great time. My child is special needs and we had a bit of a situation and Julian was so understanding and helpful. He even sent someone in to clean. He and his staff were awesome!! Thank you

Wonderful experience traveling with wife, son, daughter, and 5 grand kids. Amazing breakfast and first rate accommodations. Staff from checkin to checkout were first rate. Loved how nice the rooms were for large families.

They will not adjust the rate of your room. The rooms were dirty, no hand soap was available for the bathroom. The pool was super tiny, the walls are paper thin so I could not sleep. Not worth what I paid for it.

Location is only 3 and a half miles from all the Disney stuff. I was here because the Convention I attended in a Lake Buena Vista hotel was ridiculously expensive and had terrible parking. This place is clean, quiet, and has a nice pool area, easy and close in parking and is close to main highways. The staff is very nice and the free breakfast is more than adequate to get you started on your day. My only comment would be, the hotel lights shine into the room making it difficult to stay asleep. (Room 401)

Customer service did not accommodate to make a date change due to an error. Bestwestern Customer relations had to get this done. Also, the AC did not work properly in either room we had and did not get cold only cool. Not a great experience. Only plus was its close to Disneyland.

The bed was comfortable and the location was very close to Disney properties and restaurants. But the property was a little worn out looking. Staff was fine. Everything seemed clean. Our room at the end of the hall was also very quiet.

This hotel is not keeping up with general maintenance and cleaning. The carpets are filthy, lights are burnt out and it just needs some general TLC in all areas. The pool was filthy with leaves, bugs and general filth in the water. The chairs in the breakfast area are all stained from food or drinks and the rooms need a good deep clean on a regular basis. There are homeless people living nearby and it seems they let them stay in the hotel on a regular basis as we were accosted by a homeless person moving in on the 4th floor. There was also a family in the room next door that had some children that they yelled at until 1am in the morning. When reported to the front desk, they advised they would speak to them however this did not help. The next night I asked to be moved and the front desk person said they had no clean rooms for us to move into so we were up until 2am listening to children running around fighting and screaming while the parents were yelling at them. Unfortunately it seems the standards are dropping at the Best Westerns. I am a Diamond Select member and am probably finished staying at the Best Western hotel chain in the future.

This is a clean hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel is close to everything without being noisy. You can get to all the amusement parks with 10 to 20 minutes. It is close to International Drive, 192,I4 and 95. It is off of 535 so there are plenty of places to eat and shop.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I wasn't expecting much. However, that immediately changed because of Julian! What an AMAZING person who took great pride in his work. He was not only welcoming but was totally focused with all his customers. He was wearing many hats between the phones, guests requests and the front desk duties. He did everything with such professionalism and never lost his composure nor got impatient! I have stayed at MANY hotels in the Kissimmee and Orlando area throughout the year, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. On the 1st night of my stay, after showering, the bottom part of the bathtub/shower flip broke and the shower did not function. I went downstairs to inform Julian and he went into action. However, he was concerned that when I got back to the hotel that night after a long day doing the 'tourists' fun things in Orlando/Kissimmee, that the shower would not be fixed on time, so he moved us to another suite and was kind enough to do this switch before his shift ended! That's what I call 5 STAR customer experience! Thank you Julian! You are the perfect example of how customers should be treated!! All the best to you in your future career!!!

Do not waste your time or money! Hotel room was dirty upon arrival. Hair all over the bed and under the sheets. Asked if wecould change rooms and was told that no rooms were available and also that housekeeping wasn't available to clean the room.

First time staying here. We were excited because this hotel advertised a one bedroom suite. We thought it would be more up to date. The building and lobby looked refurbished. The room had been given some updates but overall still seemed dated. Shower head was too low for me (I'm 6'2”) and the water temperature in shower got semi-hot when we found the right spot on the handle. They were definitely understaffed, which we understand during these times. The staff tried to accommodate everyone but it was a struggle for them. We had to go down to front desk twice for items because no one answered the front desk phone. Breakfast was adequate for an included amenity. We would stay here again, but wouldn't be our first choice.

This is the fourth or fifth time we've stayed at this hotel. It's a hidden gem in the Disney area. Julian at the front desk who was there alot was very welcoming and very attentive to any and every need. From check in to check out he was so very pleasant and actually looked happy to see us return. The rooms aren't as sound proof as I'd like, but it's a great place to stay off the beaten path! We will be back, hope Julian is there! Thank you Julian for making our stay so warm and welcoming!

Hotel staff was friendly, but the rooms are not kept up and serviced or cleaned at all. I stayed 6 nights, and never not one time was my room serviced, trash taken out, fresh towels restocked or anything of that nature. I had to request towels at the front desk, and put my fresh and used towels outside my door. It would've been nice to have had a made bed each day...

Stayed at the property in March and a few interactions ruined the stay. Initial check in was fine but the room we were assigned had a strong smell of cigarette butts and sweet smell likely from flavored vape smoke. Immediately after checking the room we returned to the front desk to ask to be moved. They initially refused saying we had already stayed in the room and the hotel was full so there was no way they could move us. We were confused because we had just checked in with them literally 2 minutes ago there really wasnt any other guests for them to confuse us for. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager after the conversation was going no where, but the front desk staff said that they were the manager. After some discussion they agreed that stepping into the room for 30 seconds did not equate to staying in it already and rooms became magically available, so they agreed to give us a new room. The two front desk staff lacked common sense and the ability to problem solve defaulting to just saying no rather than trying to find a solution. We checked in and everything seemed alright so we dropped off our stuff and headed to the theme parks for the day. The next morning we woke up and with the bright sun lighting the room we were disgusted to see semen stains sprayed on the wall next to the bed and all over the headboard. Having slept in the bed and not noticing it the night before it was pretty unsettling. I went to the front desk and when i told the staff (different staff from the previous day) they seemed unsurprised and unapologetic. I was shocked and asked if someone could be sent to the room to clean it they said they would send someone immediately. No one ever came to clean and i ended up cleaning the semen off the walls myself. I mentioned this to the front desk again and they didnt really seem to care and said they could not provide any sort of compensation. Not wanting to deal with it anymore i waited to contact best western when i arrived home after the vacation to request a refund. They contacted the property and the property claimed that after i changed rooms i never phoned the front desk about any issues. I suppose since i spoke to them in person rather then phoning this wasn't an outright lie but it was very frustrating at their lack of accountability. As gross as it is, i can understand missing semen stains on the walls when cleaning a room, what i can't get my head around is why when a guest identifies such a thing you wouldn't do everything to remedy the situation, i.e. clean it up or offer a different room. A very simple solution in my opinion. I have stayed 100's of nights at best westerns and am a Diamond Select BW member. Usually the front desk are very accommodating, perhaps things have changed these days.

Very impressed with Julian and the service received. He was extremely attentive and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with our stay. Clean, good food, and short drive to Disney World made this a great value. Automatic pancake maker was fun for the kids. Would come again.

Hotel fully booked, and had previously requested first floor, was given 2nd floor. Desk advised me that was the only room he had available. Arrive at suite and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. We had no choice but to stay as we were too tired to start hotel jumping trying to find another room elsewhere. Very poorly cleaned room, sink drained slow. Very disappointed for a Best Western

I think it would be better to inform the guest that there is no housekeeping daily at the property. Anyway I understand the issues from the COVID so I appreciate the good staff inside, Lucas was very helpful and friendly with us.

While the lady at the front desk was checking us in she was on her personal phone talking through her air pods and also answered the hotel phone three different times which made us feel like we weren't very valued as guests. The next day we were out all morning and came back to the hotel to change clothes when we noticed some housekeeping staff cleaning some rooms on our floor. It was late in the afternoon and our room hadn't been cleaned yet or even had fresh towels brought in. We stopped by the front desk on our way out and asked if we could get some fresh towels before we came back and were assured it would be done. When we arrived later that night there were bags of trash, towels, and linens still in the hallway from that afternoon that were left from the housekeeping staff. The room hadn't been cleaned and no towels had been brought to the room. There was no way to dial the front desk from the hotel phone (line always had busy signal) to ask for towels so we had to call the hotel number to reach the front desk. We were told to come downstairs and get the towels. We went downstairs and the lady who checked us in was at the desk. She said she wasn't sure who checked us in but they should have told us there was no housekeeping and we were responsible for getting our own stuff. We were befuddled that she didn't even recognize us from the night before when we checked in. Just bad customer service.

I would rather have slept on the floor that is how uncomfortable the hotel beds were. I even tried to use one of the child's beds and they were SUPER uncomfortable as well! And the front desk clerk just laughed and said they'll inform management!?!

This hotel was 10-20 minutes from Disney depending on traffic. We received a great weekend deal and with breakfast included/no parking fee it was a no brainer. The hotel was sufficient. We did run into an issue with our floor seem to have missed housekeeping that day, but it was all cleaned up by the next day.. Our bath was slow to drain but for the price we paid, I would probably book again. Wi-Fi service worked very well and we had no trouble logging in the morning to book rides.

Personnel messed up several times. Bus only to magic kingdom. One time a day. That was misleading. Rooms are in need of sprucing up. Some kind of smell. Dirty couch and pillows, paper thin sheets, stained blanket. It just wasn't a good experience

We stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping did not clean our room the entire time we were there. By the end, we had no clean towels, dirty sheets, and garbage piled up everywhere. Disgusting! Not offering housekeeping is completely unacceptable.

I had a good stay at this property. The room itself was in good order and not as many of the negative reviews stated. The walls and floors were a bit thin but standard for a hotel. The lobby and other common areas were clean and maintained.

Service lacking. Would have overlooked the moldy smell in the bathroom if Customer Service had been better. Check in and check out were difficult and prolonged. Not enough desk service staff and manager was not on site the next morning as promised. Had challenges with the Bill and still pending resolution from Best Western customer service.

Nasty bathroom in guest room, brown crust and. Debris on faucet handles and hair In sink . The previous guests soap was left in the shower. I had the front desk reps to come and take a look. They said nothing they could do housekeeping was gone and the manager didn't call or make contact at all. We couldn't get another room because hotel was full that night. And no ironing board in room. At this point I want my money back. I have pics of the bathroom to show.

Rooms were to be desired. First room was not cleaned so they quickly moved us to another room. Second room the shower would not drain. The location was good and the front desk was wonderful, they were quick to get me in another room, and so kind.

This place is absolutely horrible. It will let you down on every level. I requested our rooms to be booked next to each other and we were on different floors which actually turned out to be a blessing because where my children were booked over a machine room and the entire room vibrated nobody could've slept in that room so I had the kids up in my room on the third floor. We were disappointed in every aspect the rooms were dirty the noise was unbearable screaming people

Great location, updated rooms, but very thin walls! Breakfast was hot and fresh with several different options. Hotel Manager was very friendly and accommodating. Some of the staff could use some additional Customer Service Training.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit worried about booking a room here. I will say this, I had no issues with the rooms cleanliness or any other issues. Staff was friendly and our checkin was quick. The walls between the rooms are thin and you can hear the other room next to you, but it wasn't too big of a deal. The bed was comfortable and and the room was fairly large. Shower worked great with good water pressure and tub drained quickly. The breakfast was decent. Plenty of eggs, and they tasted fine. Friday there was biscuits and gravy along with sausage links. Saturday instead of biscuits there where potatoes. I didn't care for them, but there was bacon served that day along with sausage links. Sunday was the same as Fridays breakfast. Each day has eggs. There was also a pancake machine that made two pancakes after you waved your hand over a sensor. My wife used the hot tub on Thursday night. The pool says heated, but it surely is not. Kind of disappointed to not use the pool, but the water was ice cold. That was my only issue with the hotel. Don't say it's a heated pool when it clearly isn't. Other than that the hotel was nice. Only about 10-15 minutes from Disney parking and we used a rental car so we had more options getting around. There was a sign for a shuttle to a Disney park but we didn't use it. It just had one pick up time in the morning and two times coming back in the early evening. Not sure if it was free or if you had to pay to use it. I would recommend this hotel if you want a reasonably priced room and a decent place to sleep and eat.

4th time we've stayed at this motel over the past 5 or 6 years. First was ok, second there was a problem, third the room wasn't clean. After a couple years we hoped the place had got better, but it was worse. Floor wasn't swept - white threads lint, etc. on the dark carpet made it obvious. Candy in the sitting chair, crumbs all over the desk chair. A T shirt from a previous occupant left next to the chair. Surfaces didn't look clean. Glasses weren't wrapped like other BWs - they were actually juice glasses from the breakfast area. Dark curly hair on the soap holder by the bathtub - not ours and gross. One washcloth for two people? Same in both rooms. Front desk just said no don't have any more. Breakfast wasn't terrible but no orange juice in the machine all three mornings. Out of coffee one morning. When I let them know the pancake machine was empty and no pancakes came out, the attendant said it wasn't. Just another example of the attitude of all the staff here. Got an extra $5 added per night at checkout - resort fee? Front desk person says well you initialed the fine print that disclosed this. How many people read that stuff? Never get this charge anywhere else! Good way to make people madder when they leave! Customer service and housekeeping are terrible here. Too bad it's a great location. Never again though, we'll pay more and drive further to avoid the bad experience this place is sure to provide.

The hotel room was dirty. Someone else's hair in the shower. Dust every where and stains on the bed frame. Front desk and housekeeping were made aware and when we got back to the room the hair was still there as well as dust. Completed the survey and received a response sorry we didn't meet your expectations a hotel room especially during covid should be cleaned and at the price we paid per night that is the least you should expect.

Blood stained comforter and dirty sheets. Dirt stained shower floor with hair on the shower walls and floor. Dust on tables. No daily cleaning service. Must take out your own trash, get your own towels. Smelled of marijuana, right next door to a bar and a smoke shop. Not family friendly at all! Stay somewhere else.

Kissimmee was a wonderful place to stay. everything is close by, weather was perfect. even though it was a holiday week, traffic was not a problem. the hotel was in a area where you did not hear any background traffic noise.

My experience at this hotel was horrible first room wet and strong mold smell reeks when enter the room the room was not cleaned before my arrival. Go down stairs to let them know the conditions so I tired a second room get to the second room the room smells like mold and bathroom stinks. Wall outlets were broken and fire hazard open exposure. Me and my family could have been hurt. Like what is the process to make sure these rooms are up to code and safe for guest to stay in. Go back down stairs tell them what was wrong the second room. This time the manager says I'm sorry would you like to try a third room. She said I will go up and inspect the 3rd room before we go in. The manager took twenty minutes to come back down with one of her staff. The only thing they did was sprayed air freshener in the room, nothing was wiped down or disinfected prior to us entering. The fridge was dirty and beer was in the fridge when we came into the to check the room conditions. Microwave was dirty food build up on the inside floor was not vacuumed. Me and family had move stuff multiple times. I've been a best western member for years and have use them out of state but my Florida stay was horrible and make me want no longer be a member. Horrible management and service across the board.

Poor quality for such a price ! The breakfast is really bad and in a gloomy room. No towels for the pool (which is cold). No cleaning at all of the rooms with COVID as an excuse (not seen that in any other hotel in Florida). Very very expensive for such an hotel !

Nice location nearest to all major attractions and shopping centers, affordable motel rates, best services, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful Staff and good Cleanliness. No nuisance around this area...

Let me start by saying it is an okay place to stay. Not good or great just okay. If you're expecting the usual “plus” experience then stay elsewhere. Having stayed at many BW plus and just regular BW properties this one ranks somewhere below the middle of the pack. While it looks pretty in the pictures and the main areas are fairly clean the rooms are in need of attention. Hair, food crumbs and dirt are present in rooms due to lack of staff. No housekeeping staff on-site as per the front desk and as evidenced by the lack of cleanliness of the rooms. In the days we've been here so far we've seen one housekeeper cleaning rooms of people who checked out. Thats it! We've got to change our own beds, towels and put garbage bags in the hallways all while paying the same price as before they went “self service”. Yeah, yeah I know, it sounds like a 1st world problem but we/you are PAYING for full service and not getting it. That's just wrong. They should be very clear about what you're getting (or not) when you make your reservation. Sadly, in my opinion it seems they've figured out they can use Covid to save big money on staff and other amenities.

Loved everything about this hotel , will come back to stay here . Super clean hotel . Near to Disney and enjoyed hot breakfast . Was reading the reviews people needs to understand the situation of inflammation , it's not a joke .

This property is very cheaply run. Our group of 5 with a family suite were only given 2 bath towels. Some of the beds were not made at all. Had to go to front desk to get sheets and make the bed myself. No breakfast. Not one worth waiting for. 1 staff taking orders for simple eggs and sausage then taking an hr to fulfill order. Our group ultimately went to another hotel to eat. Front desk refused to accept out Best Western gift card even after customer service called them to accept the gift card. And at checkout wouldn't even provide me with a print out receipt. Couldn't even email it to me as promised.

Don't waste a second thinking about staying here. There must be new management, as my family and I used to love staying here pre-pandemic. Upon checking in, we walked in and the bathtub water was still running and one of the queen beds was covered in dirt. We did not unpack and immediately went downstairs to report the unkept room, thinking it hadn't been cleaned prior to us checking into it. The representative apologized saying they have a new room service crew and it might have been overlooked. I also asked if the hotel was being renovated as the was not as nice as we remembered (we were booked in a first floor room opposed to second or third like we were used to). The representative stated they recently had a pipe burst and the rooms were having some maintenance issues. We checked into our second room, on the fourth floor and it was even worse than before - the bed had a piece of bacon on it and shower/bathroom floors were covered in hair. I went downstairs again and advised the same representative this was unacceptable and showed her the pictures I took. I asked if the hotel was under new management and she completely dismissed my question. She was training another employee and made him go inspect the second room for issues and to give us another room down the hall. I said if we had an issue with the third room, we would be leaving and needing compensation. The third room was semi clean, still run down and random hair everywhere. I'm not sure if this has new management after the pandemic but I would stay at a Howard Johnson before ever booking here again. Please do yourself a favor and save your time and money.

If you get suite 401 don't take it. AC will stop working at night and get extremely hot at night. Tried talking to the front desk when we went to disney after the 1st night. They didn't do anything about it

Hotel literally stole from us. Our rate was 352 originally, was raised to 375 at check in because of some hotel fee that was not mentioned anywhere on the website during reservation or on the confirmation email. We provided 4 100usd gift cards to the front desk agent and ask him to redeem them while we where there, he refused and said he would do it later. After a day we check the balance of our gift cards and see that the full amount of all of them as taken. That is 400usd were taken from the gift cards, while the reservation price updated at check in was 375usd. We spoke with the agent that checked us in, we spoke with the general manager, none of them gave a us a solution after 5 days. They did not accept the blame, and they didn't even apologize. Only FD Agent apologized after a heated discussion at check out. The hotel kept 25usd~ from our gift cards (that were purchased by us, not promotional), so is fair to say that the hotel stole money from us. We have a case for this already, and will be following up with BW Corporate to reclaim the money owed by the hotel, and hopefully get some compensation for the unethical way this hotel manages it's business.

I paid extra money for earl y check in and the process was about 45 minutes long. The room had no wash clothes and the phone did not work. The beds had not been changed but I did not report it to the front desk. I also forgot my brand new shoes and they tell me they did not find them but I know they were there but it is ok. All I really wanted was my breast cancer shirt.

Best western was a great hotel. From hotel lobby to rooms everything was clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Great room size and comfortable beds. Quiet location, WiFi and breakfast included. Plus location of hotel is short drive to any of the Orlando theme parks. Also located close to Vineland outlet stores.

No maid service was provided during a 5 night stay. No clean towels or bedding provided. No cleaning or trash removal. Was promised airport shuttle when in fact there was none. Resulted in extra transportation expense

The issue was not with being recognized; the issue was the cavalier attitude when my card was declined. I contacted my bank and found there was no issue with my corporate credit card, they trouble shot the matter and found the issue was with your card reader. Unfortunately, 1) your staff was untrained on how to handle such and issue, 2) your hotel had no back up measure in place when your equipment fails, 3) I know the card was still valid as it functioned hours earlier for a purchase and after checking in at the restaurant for dinner, 4) your hotels ineptitude now has my personal money tied up until my company reimburses me in 30-45 days, 5) my room was stocked with only one bath towel and it was soiled, 6) there was a Brocken bolt from the toilet bowl on the vanity, 7) the walls were so thin I could hear the conversation and intercourse of the couple in the room next to me… …Hence, your Kissimmee best western will never be an option for my business travel in the area again, nor would I wish your lack of customer service on anyone else.

This hotel which used to be great is now a huge disappointment. While they almost doubled their rates from last year, their breakfast consists of oatmeal, yogurt and an apple. Couldn't even get a teabag! Any other BW I've stayed at recently is back to a hot breakfast so no excuse. Outside the back door was literally garbage and long wig hair all over the place. Disgusting! STAY AWAY.

Needed a place to stay for one night near the airport. This Best Western was a perfect location for us. Gentleman at check-in barely spoke. Made zero mention of availability of breakfast and my Rewards member status. Usually they offer something to Rewards members at check-in. Family in our 2nd room ordered a wake-up call and they never received it. Went downstairs the next morning to see if a breakfast was available. There wasn't anyone at the desk to ask and the breakfast area was empty except for cold items. An employee did come out of the back and asked how many breakfasts I wanted. I said 4, she gave me 3. Took them upstairs and they were disgusting. Bean burrito, cold omelet shells, and nasty potatoes. Not much else was available. Drink selection wasn't very good either. During check-out, the lady behind the counter was more concerned with typing her text message than she was with helping me, the guest. We had two rooms, neither had any washcloths in them. The rooms were very clean and comfortable though. So we slept well. But unfortunately, it may be a while before we stay at this location again.

Guest room and bath room are very clean. Hotel location is quiet and great for our purpose. Many restaurants and shops nearby just walking distance. We will recommend this hotel if visiting Orlando area. Breakfast should has more variety.

I will stay again in this hotel the location is good , is very close to Disney, and stores, I recommend it for families with kids and visiting the parks in Orlando , close to freeways, staff are very professional and friendly

My room was not ready and they gave me a new room got to the room and there was another guest in the room sleeping THANK GOD THEY DIDNT SHOOT ME AND MY SON they were very scared and upset. went back to the front desk and she said she did not know what to do and made us wait 2 hours for another room that was VERY DIRTY AND NO TOWELS JUST A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Was not communicated about anything about the hotel. Upon check in door was left unsecure, bath tub had a continuous drip and filled up tub. On the second day when return we noticed no service to room when we talked to the front desk they explained no Hsk due to COVID which we understood but would have been nice to have known that so we can take proper action. When we mentioned to desk they had a non caring attitude and said sorry just come down and get what you need and start leaving trash and linen outside of room. Very poor customer service. Then when we check out they say everything is taken care of come to find out their is a “resort fee” that was never mentioned anywhere or by anyone when I tried to call back and speak to front desk again a non caring attitude and pretty much said sorry tuff it should have been told to you and did a non authorized charge on my card. Again poor customer service. I asked for the manager to call back and they said they didn't have one on duty I said for them to call me back and no call back. Again poor service. They charge a resort fee but didn't have anything to offer me didn't even have a shuttle to any parks because they said it's not running so I don't understand resort fee. The internet was ok but it did go in and out. Over all the room served its purpose. I have stayed in many hotel and usual like bestwestern but this has pushed me away next time I'll find a hotel with better customer service.

This is a great location if you want to stay near Disney but not at a Disney resort. It was super easy to get to Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Disney Springs. The beds and pillows were great after a long day at the park. Most of the staff I dealt with (2 out of 3) were super friendly and helpful. It does seem the walls are paper thin because we could hear our very loud talking neighbors. Not good at 11:30 pm after a hot day at the park when all we wanted to do was fall asleep. Due to Covid....breakfast was a big issue (yuck) ....but can be forgiven while things still aren't back to normal. However, I still think they could make it better than what they were serving. There was a laundry snafu (again...maybe short staffed due to Covid?) so thank goodness I had my own beach towels I could use. Overall, the location and comfy beds outweighed the negatives, so I would definitely consider staying here again if I caught a discounted price (like I did this trip) and needed/wanted to stay off resort.

!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This hotel was a HUGE disappointment and the customer service was non existant. We booked this hotel for 6 nights while we visited Disney but once given our room we knew immediately that this hotel was a mistake. The floors had not been cleaned and the bins had not been emptied - there was a USED sanitary pad in the bathroom which by anyone's standard is just unacceptable. We went to the front desk and got given another room but again upon entering saw that it seemed to be a theme where the rooms were not cleaned to a satisfactory level, let alone properly. This time we found another guests used socks on the floor and again the bathroom had not been cleaned properly with hairs everywhere and rubbish under the counter. There were also ring marks on the sideboards from previous guests drinks etc. These came off easily when we wiped over them with a wet wipe so we knew that this had not been done by the cleaning staff. We were also informed that there would be no maid service during our stay and that all rubbish should be left outside the door. This was not made clear upon booking and it made the corridors look like one big trash pile. We unfortunately were left with no choice but to stay the one night in the second room as they apparently had no other rooms available and by the time we had been messed around changing rooms etc, it was 1am. With 2 small children, waiting longer was much more inconvenient and booking another hotel at that point would have been futile. Just as a small disclaimer, the walls of this hotel are PAPER THIN, like literally as if the neighbours are in the same room. Ive never experienced anything like it while staying at a hotel! Luckily my children fell straight to sleep so they were were spared the sounds of our neighbours 'enjoying' themselves which i assume they believed was a private moment between them both. We were told a manager was not available until the next morning so i went straight down at 6.30am to deal with checking out and what we assumed would be a reasonable request for a refund based on our experience. However, a manager was not available and the lady at the front desk was unable to assist me other than to give me another room for the remainder of our stay. This was no longer an option for us and we booked with a different hotel, which by the way has been fantastic thankfully. We were told a manager would have a decision on authorising a refund later that day and we would be contacted. Suprise, we were NOT so i rang again that evening to be told yet again a manager was unavailable until the next morning. I rang AGAIN the next morning at the time they suggested to be told we could only be given a partial refund which was unacceptable. Again the 'manager' was unavailable and the lady at the front desk was unable to authorise or give me any further help. I repeatedly asked to be able to speak to the manager directly but was sent to a voicemail number. To this date i have recieved no return call from this 'manager' to attempt to resolve this issue. After 4 days of constantly being messed around by this ridiculous hotel i unfortunately had to go through head office who were very apologetic and granted my refund, something even they admitted should have been resolved with much better customer service by the so called manager from the Kissimmee hotel. Being in the millitary i have travelled extensively and stayed at many hotels with many different star ratings. My families stay at this hotel has been awful due to the complete lack of customer service hidden behind a false smile and the lack of communication with anyone who can actually help deal with the issues we had. Had they have been better at placating our situation i no doubt things could have been rectified so much more easily. If you are thinking of booking a hotel in this area i honestly urge you to AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

Very dirty, stained carpets and chairs, stuff splattered on walls. Hot breakfast was cold and few breakfast options as a whole. Cigarette butts everywhere. No cancellation if you've already checked in.

Friends down to visit from up north so we stayed here for 1 night. A nice clean place to stay and fairly quiet. My complaints were we had a suite and the room with the thermostat was cool but we had to crank the A/C down all the way to get the bedroom cool. It ran most of the night. Also the plastic and styrofoam cups they left had no plastic around them. I would think with Covid still a concern they would have been wrapped. Overall a god place.I would stay again.

This was a one-night stay as part of a packaged deal thought a 3rd-party travel company. It was a great deal to bundle the hotel in the package and this one was on the list. The pictures provided by the hotel are nice. Make sure to look at the traveler's photos as well. When we pulled up to the hotel, it looks really nice. As though all the money for the refurbishment went to the outside. When you walk inside, it's clear that it's a Disney-focused hotel. It may even be a Good Neighbor hotel. Be aware though, Disney doesn't inspect these hotels and they are not of the same quality if you're expecting Disney. They just provide some Disney-centric services. We knew this and accepted it. The lobby was clean enough, but you could tell right away it was an older hotel. It also looks like the interior was refurbished. It does look really nice, but there were some issues. The paint was bubbling in the bathroom, the tubs are old and stained. The room is damp (which isn't unheard of in Florida), and the AC was a very loud wall unit. There was hair on the floor. The beds were fairly comfortable, but the pillows were tiny, like kid-sized tiny. A ton of pillows on the bed do not make up for 1 normal-sized pillow. We had a view of the pool and it looked really nice. It seems to be one of the better features of the hotel. Overall, it was fine for one night, but that's it. The damp rooms, loud AC, and the lack of a thorough cleaning, especially when pretty much everyone expects a higher standard of cleaning, is unacceptable.

I went just for 3 days. The hotel was ok, but they have a really bad wifi, its super slow and stop working several times. And also they havent work well the new way to serve breakfast because of COVID-19. The first day we got it cold and coffee wasnt ready, so we had to wait a lot and the second day we didnt even get breakfast because they run out of this. I think its incredible because we all know that they know how many people is staying every single day in their hotel, and even that they got run out of breakfast.

During our 3 night stay the police were on premises twice. I know it's not the staffs fault but we did not feel safe as you could actually hear the brawling from the 2nd floor. Hotel staff called the police saying please hurry someone is going to die!! Also, shady characters walking around the outside of the hotel.

When we got to our $570 BW hotel room. It was midnight. I should add it was the only hotel available in the area. It was FILTHY AND HOT! The AC wasn't working and we had to go get our own towels. It already smelled awful but I told myself we can make this work. So, we pull out the sleep sofa and a sheet was already on it...covered in blood. Can you say, EWWWWWW! Not only is it gross, but in times of COVID, it's alarming. Did I mentioned they inflated the price to $570 for a total of $646.95. Shame on BW. I will never stay in one of those hotels again. Neither should you. It was a dirty and appalling experience. Never again. This hotel definitely gives a new definition to Bloody Mary. Ew. :(

My experience was great. I had some problems with my rooms AC Not working but it was taken care of right away and I was out into another room. Friendly staff and awesome service!! 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Room smelt like mildew and smoke. A plastic spoon was stuck in the AC unit. Towel racks were falling down and not able to use as well as the leaking water in the bathroom that also had a bad odor. Almost everything I touch was sticky and I had to clean myself.

Upon arrival staff was very friendly. I got there too early and they allowed me to leave my bags so I could go explore the area. Great decor in the rooms. Only issue was the machines at the arcade take your coins or don't work. Other than that no issues!

Stayed here before pool area nice we were upgraded to suite as door would not lock. Problem handled immediately thanks to Heta who managed everything herself with out waiting for maintenance. Coffee was excellent G

Pre-Covid we enjoyed this friendly conveniently located hotel. However our first repeat visit since Covid started last year. We have also experienced different service due to Covid, but this hotel was disappointing and one gets a sense that Covid is being used as an excuse to provide inexpensive shoddy service with few staff, who seemed to work very long hours.

If you are looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, affordable and conveniently located , then you've made the right choice! Veronica and Heta at the front desk are very courteous and friendly. They really go above and beyond to make guests happy. Can't wait to go back.

Pre covid the room was have been considered dirty. Upon arrival found fries on floor, hair and pee stain around toliet and bugs. Now you add that they should be doing extra cleaning measure due to covid, by the state of the room they obviously not going beyond and rooms are not inspected before guest. Night clerk did not offer to give us a different room, ended up cleaning myself. Worst experience every and management didn't care and didn't seem to understand offering for housekeeping to come back in my room does nothing for me when I essential cleaned the room myself. Would give zero stars if I could.

The hotel had great service, was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The showers also had great water pressure and temperature. There were only a couple things we wished were better, the lighting in the room was poor and it was a small room. The two beds and a chair and desk barely seemed to fit. Also, we could hear people in the room next to us really well which was pretty annoying. But really we were just in the room to sleep so none of these were a big deal.

My mom and I stayed in this hotel. We checked out the next day, but then we had to check in again due to an emergency. We brought clothes for 2 or 3 days only. The 2nd day, we left andI told the front desk that I was coming back. When we came back and got to our room all our clothes, luggage, and personal belongings were gone. I went to the front desk and asked what happen. They thought we checked out. I told them " Who is going to check out and NOT taking their luggage, clothes, and personal belongings. They even open my luggage to put the clothes that was in the closet to put it in my luggage. The only reason we stayed there is because my mom house has been damaged with a water leak and developed mold. Her house is two blocks from the hotel and was convenient to us to meet with Insurance adjuster, Damage Control and the company who is going to do the restoration. We have been with a lot of stressed and then when we get to the hotel, our clothes were gone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Took the family on vacation. We had a very nice stay. The kids enjoyed the pool area and game room. Breakfast and shuttles to area parks were limited due to Covid. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were pretty clean. I actually slept pretty good on the beds.

After a long day at one of Disney's park, my family and I were looking forward for a good night rest. We got our money's worth for rest. However, I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Hopefully, the housekeeper does a better job for the next guest.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was very quiet so it was easy to fall asleep. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. We've stayed at several hotels during covid and a few let their standards for cleaning slip and the grab and go breakfasts were less than stellar. This was not the case here. There were better options included in these bags. If I had one complaint it was that in a room for 4 there were only 3 bath towels, but that is easily remedied.

I stayed for 5 nights and never had any hot water. After the 3 night finally got my room changed and I had tepid water. The room was not clean. My mattress was pushed off the bed about 6 inches and there were a lot of crumbs on the box spring and floor.

Short stay 3 nights. Hotel very well maintained. Very limited staff during virus. Breakfast was bagged. water, cheese bagel, muffin, yogurt, coffee. Room service only on request. building, grounds, public areas clean well maintained room. everything in working condition. management very accommodating. This BW close enough to All main roads, and attractions. All of this would not be our review, however understand that we are in a COVID state. This BW has been our GOTO for several years when in the area

For the last 2 months, I have been going through a separation, job changes, and medical problems with my health. This has been my go-to hotel. They have always had a room for me. They even sometimes give me their best room since they know that I am treating it like a 1 bedroom apartment if I stay more than 1 night. The staff is so friendly and understanding of all my life circumstances right now. Because of them and this home away from home, my life has been easier and tolerable. We've developed a friendship to where we even talk about our families and help each other out. God has been so good in putting these people and this place in my life for this season of my life. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a 1 night stay or a long term stay. You won't regret the choice to stay with them. Even if something breaks or is wrong with your room, they will take care of the issue or give you a different room. Even the married couple who manages the hotel, is there all the time. This hotel has my vote for the best Best Western in central Florida, and it is connected with all the Disney hot spots. Don't waste another minute booking through 3rd parties. Call them directly and book your room to be sure you get the one you want and need.

This is a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. They are always so nice and ready to serve you. Before Covid they had one if the best breakfasts. Its close to many restaurants and close to a Walmart and Publix.

I booked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle to the Disney parks, but when I checked in, the rude Indian man that was on the front desk, said that the service was temporarily unavailable due to covid 19. This ruined my vacations because I had to make adjustments to be able to go to the parks on my own. When I entered the room's bathroom, it was disgusting; the toilet was horrible and various things looked used. It seemed as if the housekeeper had just made the bed and vacuumed the carpet and left everything else unclean or unchanged. I cleaned some things myself and I didn't complain because I wanted to focus on getting transportation to the parks since I had already bought the tickets. As I was not counting on the hotel shuttle been cancelled (because they did not notify it on their webpage) I couldn't use two of the tickets to the parks, which was a big waste of money. I asked if I could extend my stay (because I wanted to buy new tickets to go to the parks whose tickets I couldn't use) and the white woman at the front desk kindly extended my stay. However, a few days later I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning service, and instead of sending someone to clean my room, the Indian man told me with a bad attitude that I should have left the hotel on Nov 4. I told him that my stay had been extended until Nov 7, and he said that this could not be done because according to him, the Florida's law doesn't allow to stay in the state more than a week. I told him that he had to tell the other employee, because she had not notified me of anything and had extended my stay. I also told him that it was fine, that I would leave before the agreed date but only when he changed the dates in the system, because it was clear that if I left before Nov 7, but in the system was appearing that the check out was on Nov 7, I would be charged those days that I wouldn't be in the hotel. Then the Indian man stopped fighting, and started saying that he was going to talk with I don't know who, to check if I could stay, but until Nov 6. As in my best western account my check out was appearing on the 7th, I didn't leave the hotel until that date, because it was clear that they were going to charge until that date even if I left earlier. I talked to other hotel employees and an Indian woman told me that the Indian man was right, that I had to leave before Nov 7. Fortunately, the white woman at the front desk who had extended my stay, intervened and explained to the other woman that I had the right to stay until the 7th because the Florida's law allows a month and I only would be there for 17 days. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Before having an account with the best western hotels, I had stayed in several of their hotels in different states and had never had problems like the ones I had here. I am a diamond client, which means that I must have certain privileges and in this place they have treated me not only worse than other guests, but I have been treated as a criminal, as if I were an immigrant that can't stay more than a week in the country.

This hotel is located in a quiet area and offers a lot of value. The pool is big and it offers a hot tub. It is always my personal go to whenever I want to travel to the park. Breakfast offer has been greatly impacted due to COVID 19 but the selection of items for the grab and go option was actually good.

Very affordable & it was nice, clean, very helpful staff & 2 miles from Disney. Nearly perfect stay. Due to covid- I brought my own trash bag, I've a 3yr old & knew their cleaning service would be limited. Worked great. Only complaint 1 k-cup of caffeine coffee for 2 adults, for 2 days... if there's no comp breakfast & coffee they have to do better than that.

Check- in was quick and smooth. The room was well appointed for a BW including a fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, large screen TV, and excellent free WiFi; there was a room safe as well but it was inoperative. There's a small pantry available but there's plenty of eating and shopping opportunities nearby. I'd like to say the room was quiet but unfortunately there was loud late night noise from the above floor(s). Need to improve sound building sound suppression or enforce quiet hours. Overall though and given the low price, I'd certainly recommend this property if you need to stay in Kissimmee.

Ordinarily, I'd give this place four stars. However, they advertise breakfast. I understand hotels feel compelled to cut back because of COVID. But here is what this place gave me: A paper bag. A bottle of water A small chocolate granola bar A small container of yogurt One 1 oz. bag of peanuts. Let's be clear: This is not breakfast. It is an insult. The clerk gave me that paper bag, and I thought I was trick-or-treating. And God help you if you were allergic to peanuts. Your alleged breakfast would have been yogurt and water. I'm sure senior management at hotels all over have wanted to get out of the free breakfast business. COVID gave them the perfect opportunity. They say they offer breakfast, and if a human being can consume what they offer, it's breakfast. COVID requires that people not sit close together, so hotels like this one can't use their "breakfast room." No one expects the hotel to hire staff to cook and serve hot food. But they could serve reasonably nutritious foods to consume back in their rooms or on the road. That is, if they care. Why not let people pick an apple or an orange? How about packaged blueberry muffins? Or cereal and a carton of milk. The rest of the hotel deserves better. Corridors and rooms are spacious. The property is well-landscaped. The pool and "hot" tub were sparkling. The whirlpool had perhaps the strongest jets of any I've sat in, which is good, but it would have been better if the water was warmer than air temperature.

I love this hotel, front desk is great specially Veronica, she's very helpful, efficient, and always provides excellent customer service. The rooms are nice, the bed is comfortable, very clean. It is my 3rd time this year in this hotel and I love it! Close to the parks, just 20 min from universal. I definitely recommend it, and I will definitely be back. For COVID-19 the breakfast changed and mask required in hallway, elevator, lobby.

07/20 - between 10:05- 10:25, front desk, if this is the case the President of Best Western who sent an email would like to check if my review is reliable. My wife gets into the front desk, doesn't find staff. Suddenly one staff (I will not expose her name here), comes talking to someone in the phone, my wife waits and then the staff does not give a proper attention to my wife, and my kids. I was parking two cars outside. My wife tells me what happened, and I go inside just to check in because I received a pre-register e-mail. I can't find the staff, and suddenly she comes from a open door office talking to someone in the phone. She barely speaks to me and I say thank you, she said sorry, but her sorry was to the person in the phone. And what makes me spend a while doing a review is for that. She was saying “sorry, I was in the work, you can keep talking”. The sorry I thought it was for me, and I said “no problem”, but in fact she was still talking to someone else. In the midst of a crises you should not treat customer like this. Families, we could have a decent breakfast next morning, the same lady gave me a bag with one water and one yogurt, I had to ask something more for my family. I understand the Covid and everything related to this situation, but I'm very aware of disrespect and customer relationships. You can find other Best Western around, remember each BW has independent manager. So sad, but it is the truth. Find a place where people are doing their best to their customers. Any crises should improve at least the care for customers.

During Covid it was hard to trust anything. I was disappointed in no breakfast. But understand. Went to the pool that was nice we had it to ourself. I would like if there could be a way to do breakfast in the future.

We needed a room very last minute, and this place was perfect. The price was excellent for how nice the rooms are, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and was an enjoyable brief stay!

The hotel location is perfect for shopping. It's across the street from a shopping center and also 3 miles to the theme parks. The service is great and the hotel is very clean. The pool and spa was in pristine condition. We will be back again!!

Check in and check out was a pain...took them so long to find me in the system to check in and check out was even more annoying said I needed to pay I told them I paid for 15 nights and I need to leave only 5 nights in. She was rude and not helpful

Location is great. Hotel has been refurbished so looks great but is still an older facility. We stayed 6 nights. By the third day, we noticed musty smell in room. Walls are very thin but hotel was not full so we rarely had people staying close to us. Purposely booked the hotel as website stated a heated pool. Pool is not heated. It is freezing cold. I am from Canada and can swim in colder water. I did go in the pool but I can tell you it is not heated. Another couple staying at the hotel agreed there was no way the pool was heated. I asked at the front desk on two different days about the pool being heated. I commented that is was cold. They said it was heated but that the weather was not that warm. It was 29 and 32 degrees Celsius on the days we spent at the pool. This was probably the biggest disappointment for me. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew the pool would not be heated. And they should not advertise that the pool is heated as it is not at a temperature that an average person would be able to use it.

Great hotel, spacious clean rooms, large beds and a hot breakfast provided free. Staff very helpful. The hotel provides a shuttle for guests to the Disney attractions and collection - major saving on parking costs. Plenty of food outlets nearby and a Walmart walking distance away.

Miriam at the front desk was great! She accommodated my large family and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. I was very grateful. My room was across from the laundry room, which was perfect for me because I had several loads to do. Laundry never ends, even on vacation.

We spent two nights here while visiting in the Orlando area, not for parks. This was a lovely BW Plus, attractive outside and in. We were checked in by the lovely Miryam who surprised us by upgrading us to a suite because we were Diamond Club members; she was pleasant and efficient. Our room, actually the whole hotel, was very modernistic in decor, and the bathroom was sparkling clean with nice fluffy absorbent towels. I had trouble figuring out the tub's hot water but my husband did it for me. The bed was very comfy, and we had a quiet night's sleep. Appreciated the in-room safe; very few BW's have them. The business center worked great, and Heta at desk pleasantly lent me her stapler, and noted our green initiative so we got 500 pts for declining housekeeping. Did not use the pool or gym. The breakfast was average for a BW, but I appreciate it being complimentary. Also appreciated Shelton at checkout who was pleasant, efficient, and just as welcoming as everyone on the team I met. I look forward to returning here next year! Great job!

Hotel was in good location for vacation parks and outlet shopping. Hotel and grounds were very clean and decorated nicely. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. staff helpful. would stay here again if in the area.

I have to say my stay was amazing and I am sure glad that we had excellent staff right from the moment we walked in. I am super glad that we were able to have nice clean rooms and I would like to suggest though that next time we have housekeeping please ensure both beds are made but otherwise great food and great staff. I can not wait to come back to stay there again.

As a Good Neighbor hotel to Disney, this hotel was quite disappointing. As communicated by the night desk person, there was no shuttle service to the parks, as indicated, but you could get an Uber--well, duh. You can do that from any hotel, which does not make this one special. The next morning, I saw a schedule propped up on the front desk with limited times to limited places. Still don't know what that was about--Uber, again? I was disappointed and disgusted at that point, and didn't care. The cleanliness of the room was far below expectations--hair clumps and lint in the corners of the bathroom, hair in the shower. Ugh. The internet went down on the second day and was down for several hours. The staff did not seem to communicate with each other, so getting something you wanted or needed was challenging, at times. For the price of $150+ per night, I expected better.

Let me start out with the hotel is very clean from top to bottom. The staff we came across was friendly and helpful. The room aesthetics and design were very good and up to standards. My complaints: We're from Florida so we may be a little critical of room temperature. When we entered the room on check in the thermostat was set on 60° and the room was 61°. We were freezing. We immediately shut it off and put the heat on. It took almost 4 hours to get it to a cozy 72°. The other knock was breakfast. No waffle machine only a pancake machine and the eggs were terrible.

This Best Western is in a good location for Disney and other attractions in the area. We were welcomed by a friendly front desk (Miriam). Lobby and breakfast eating area where refurbished and attractive. Breakfast was basic fair but maintained by friendly hard working staff. Our room was on an upper floor so most nights were quiet but I agree with some comments that the walls are not particularly sound proof. The rooms and hallways are somewhat dated but relatively clean. There are plenty of restaurants in the area including a Walmart. The swimming pool was not always heated which was somewhat disappointing. The hot tub was working and pool area was very quiet which was probably due to cold pool.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. They have a shuttle to Walt Disney World so that you don't have to drive there. Very convenient, but make sure to check times and pickup/dropoff locations!

We stayed here seven nghts in February and it was one of the very best hotels we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend the King Suite. Very large separate bedroom and large bathroom. Living room/kitchenette very nice. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. Staff was exceptionally nice. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

I never got to stay here. At first, I wasn't going to make a bad review, but the more issues that have come from this, due to their manager Heather, the more I felt I needed to say something. We were all set to go on the road to stay here, when my 5 month old got bronchitis. He was strapped to a machine and myself and my husband were home bound for over a week. Luckily Disney let us pick a different date for our tickets, so I tried to cancel my reservation with this best western. I called and was told by a man that I could not cancel, but when I told him my issue, he told me he was sorry and he'd cancel it free of charge because it was an emergency. I was driving, so I was unable to write a cancellation number down. I was being trusting. Fast forward to the day of my supposed checkout, and the money for my stay was taken out of my account. I called the hotel and spoke to Victoria who stated that the man I spoke to was their night auditor and he never put notes in the account for our conversation. She told me to call back when their manager was available. So I called heather the next day, and boy did she not care. She tried to tell me they didn't have a man who worked there, that I lied about calling because she was the only one working the time I claimed to call, and then decided to acknowledge the fact that I called and state that she couldn't refund me because it wasn't within their refund policy. I told her that she needed to talk to her night audit because even though I called 24 hours before, it was up to his discretion due to the situation, to allow me to cancel free of charge. Then she decided to back track and say that there is no man and that I never called. I tried calling corporate, I tried calling my bank, but because the calls at the hotel aren't recorded, it's my word against hers and she's the manager. And I've read all the negative reviews and most are based around management and front desk, and I see why now. So if I can't get my money back even though I was promised it, I'll make sure I find every way I can leave a poor review for this location. If I were originally told I could not have a refund, I would have accepted that fact. But I was, and here we are

Hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was really a good selection. Only down heart was not being told how the free shuttle worked from the hotel to SeaWorld kind of wasted a couple hours. We could have been at SeaWorld other words. It's a good place to stay.

Hotel is only about a year old and in great condition. Staff is attentive and the location is great with easy access to all theme parks, shopping and restaurants. This is a gem of a property. I will be back on my next trip to Orlando.

This has been our home hotel when traveling to Orlando. It's an excellent location close to theme parks and the outlets. The service is great and the staff is always wonderful to us. We love staying here.

I love that this hotel is a Disney partner. The lobby was absolutely beautiful! All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and bigger than I had anticipated. And its a great location!!

Staff was rude. Beds are 4 feet high. If you are physically handicapped, you need help getting into the bed. When bending over to tie your shoes sitting in the easy chair, your head hits the bed. Breakfast was cold.

Clean rooms, pleasant decor, exceptional staff always welcoming and going above and beyond to make guest experience wonderful. I love the location so close to Disney with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

This hotel looks recently renovated.Pleasing amenities and very up to date facilities.I would rate this top notch as a convenient location to stay in the Disney World vicinity.I definitely will look no where else when travelling to this area.

Stayed for three nights. The location of the hotel is very good. 12 minutes drive to the parks. There is a shuttle to the parks but not to all of them. This is off season and I asked for a late check out but was told that they can't because it's low season which doesn't make any sense. Miryam at the reception was very nice and helpful.

One of best values in Kissimmee! Super clean, comfortable rooms, excellent lobby w/ nice decor, great staff & service... Good standard hot breakfast... Solid internet but I would've have preferred logging in with my room # & name. There was a great option for the business center w/ printers for my needs but we were unable to troubleshoot in time for my meeting.

We were very happy staying here and plan on staying here in about 5 weeks. Location is good for Disney and restaurants close by and shopping as well close by. Safely lit all around. parking is also spaced apart good.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lady at the concierge was very helpful and patient with us deciding which tickets to buy. There is coffee in the lobby all day and they have a laundry room. The kids enjoyed the pool and the arcade. The location is great near Walmart, publix, restaurants and the outlet, all walking distance. They also have a shuttle to the attractions. All in all was worth the price.

We picked this Hotel for the location kids planned to go to Disney Springs for New year's eve. The kids went to Magic Kingdom New Year's day. The location was great beds very comfortable. Room very clean. Breakfast was great. Only issue having a toddler the room door were to easy for the baby to open. Put the extra lock on so he couldn't open the door to get out, but it still opened a little and the baby could have smashed his fingers easy. Staff was very friendly. Very nice hotel just needs to be a little more little people safe.

Overall a very nice hotel with attentive staff. Breakfest was good, although it didn't start until 6:30AM, but there is something for everyone. Rooms and entire property is kept very clean. Plenty of parking and a nice pool and hot tub. Close to shopping, resturaunts and activities. We are well seasoned travelers who will stay at this location again.

Great location to both Universal and Disney. Guest rooms are super small, especially when travelling with small children, but overall a good stay. Breakfast provided plenty of options for all ages, including fresh hot items and fruits.

The hotel was ok, but we expected a little more from a BW+, the pull out bed that my son slept on was horrible and uncomfortable, there were small bugs maybe ants in the bathroom especially the first night we got there. The towels were worn, and there were stains on the drapes that I did not want to know what it was. It just didn't feel as clean as I anticipated it would. The breakfast was not up to what I expect at at best western. The shuttle service offered to get to the Disney parks is awful and a waste of time you could be at the park, highly recommend using Lyft if you stay here.

Great and friendly staff, hot breakfast was good, rooms great, etc. Only complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to you, regardless of how loud or quiet. Did not report because it was not excessively loud shouting or partying, just talking/snoring/playing videos/etc and we were able to sleep ok, but something for future guests to be aware of when planning

Overall an okay experience. The hotel is in a good location. Easy commute to parks. Breakfast stayed stocked and was fresh. This hotel did not offer dairy milk alternatives like soy or almond. Cleanliness in the room is lacking- I won't give specifics. I didn't have time to use the heated pool but the pool area looked nice! The game room was not used but also looked fun for the kids. None of the floor staff said hello when passing by- a housekeeper had her phone conversation while waiting on an elevator with me and breakfast staff wasn't as sociable as I am used to but still did a good job keeping it clean and stocked. I'd still stay again hoping for some friendlier staff and attention to housekeeping in the rooms.

We had pre booked and fully paid for a one night stay at this hotel for our first night on a Florida vacation. First impressions were very good. The hotel was clean, brightly decorated and check in was quick and friendly. We liked our room. It was fresh and clean and again brightly decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and there was a good selection of hot and cold items. The pool area looked very nice and inviting. Check out again was quick, confirming with us that there were no charges on our credit card. It was a great surprise then on our arrival home to discover a small charge on our card from this hotel. What was even more disappointing was that it took three emails over a period of two weeks before we received an email reply, informing us that the charge was in fact a city tax which was collected by the hotel. We can accept that, but believe we should have been informed of this at check in, not just on the registration card. In addition, we should have received a receipt for this payment at check out. All in all, it was quite a disappointing experience and left us with a poor impression of this hotel after a good one night stay.

When there's a problem and management ignores it, it's definitely a disappointment. Plus there were only two shuttles in the morning and two at night. And it's about a 15 minute to Disney. I checked out a day early.

Disney World was easy to get to. It was only 6 miles to Epcot parking. Cleanliness of the room was very good and Amenities of hotel were excellent. Will definitely stay at this Hotel on our next visit to Disney.

The outside of this hotel is immaculate. Getting booked in was quick and easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. One downside is, I had read in another review that the walls were paper thin. Sadly I have to agree. We woke one morning to the next door alarm going off. We could hear ALL of their conversations. When no one is next to your room it's great, but when people are next to you it's terrible. This hotel is great but really needs to do something about the sound issue.

The location and service here are excellent! Our room had a musty smell when we first walked in. It eventually went away but was a little off putting as a first impression. The room also had a dip in the floor between the beds and the tv. We got used to it but it was surprising at first. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very close to the theme parks and shopping.

Drove to Kissimmee after a cruise and stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Greeted warmly on arrival and given a room. The room was big and the bed comfortable. Hotel was off the main road so very quiet. Very close to Disney World and only about a 10 minute drive to International Dr.. Breakfast was included and it was very plentiful. All in all a great hotel to stay at.

Worst Best Western I've ever stayed in. Crowded Rooms, Limited Breakfast with burnt Bacon. Appliances that did not work or malfunctioned. Walls so thin you can hear the conversations of the guest on both sides of the room.

My wife and I spend 8 nights here. The hotel was easy to find with the help of the gps. The rooms where clean and did have an odd smell when we first entered, but after the first day it seemed to go away. The bathrooms where a tad bit outdated but worked fine. Rooms had a fridge and microwave also had a laundry room that cost 2.00 per wash, The walls are paper thing you could hear the people next door all night long laughing and talking that did get a bit annoying but most nights after being at a park all day long you got to sleep pretty fast. Hotel was close to all the parks, there was lots of places to eat close by and even a huge Walmart. The hotel also had a pool and hot tub which was nice and clean. Plenty of parking at the hotel as well which was a very nice bonus.. if I would go back again I would stay here for sure.

This hotel has a great location to the Disney Universal attractions. The hotel is far enough away to get a good night rest. The hotel needs a better sign to make it easy to spot off the highway. The parking lot has enough spot to park your vehicle close to the door.

Hotel itself is very clean and interior and exterior well maintained. Larger size Best Western with ample free parking within a short driving distance to parks. Pool, fairly large breakfast area, game room and conference room. Near grocery store and Walmart. Staff were courteous and accommodating. Felt very safe, as all rooms face indoors and cameras were in hallways. Average size Double queen room with small closet, safe, microwave, desk, Keurig and small refrigerator. Drawers in room very small, not deep at all. A/C worked well and was quiet. Beds firm with ample pillows. TV with HBO. WiFi dependable. Bathroom with tub, plenty of hot water, fluffy towels. Toiletries in room were soap, shampoo and conditioner (lacked lotion and shower cap normally offered at BW hotels). Toilet had a surprisingly loud flush which can be startling in the middle of the night. Will agree with other reviews that walls are paper thin. Could hear entire conversation of neighbors. Had room on 4th floor and can't imagine what it must sound like with someone above. I wore earbuds at night to ensure a sound sleep. Our room oddly had a dip in the floor, like a bowling ball sized indentation where something was probably dropped and floor was damaged. Every time you walked in that spot, your foot sunk a little. I reported it to front desk. One last issue, really wanted to sleep in the first morning but was phoned just after 7 in the morning by the front desk who asked if I had switched rooms and what our name was. It was followed by an apology, but after that couldn't go back to sleep. Couldn't figure out why that call couldn't wait. Overall, I would recommend for family trip. Just a few minor tweaks and it could be better than average.

Charter bus pick up about 25 minutes to Magic Kingdom. The pick up to return required 2 bus rides. The breakfast was nice. The hotel was quiet. Issues with plumbing, room odor, and whole in floor. Not as updated as I had read.

My daughter and I recently spent one week at this well located and meticulously clean hotel. The location could not have been any better from Epcot as well as the other Disney World Parks! There was even a Walmart along with many other stores and restaurants not even a five minute walk away. This made it so easy to buy any needed groceries for lunches and much cheaper Disney souvenirs! We stayed in a very quiet room on the fourth floor with two very comfortable queen sized beds. The free WiFi always worked great from our phones and my lap tap that I had to bring in order to work on-line. This room also had a refrigerator, microwave, safe and a large flat screened colour TV. Our room was cleaned every day exceptionally well by some very kind housekeeping staff. The included breakfast had many terrific and healthy choices such as oatmeal, cereals, yummy yogurt, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, apples and oranges as well as bacon, sausage, pancakes and lots of pastries. I only wish that there had been more fruit such as bananas although I did appreciate their choice of cereal/yogurt toppings such a dried cranberries, coconut, almonds, raisins, etc. I also feel that they should allow time for their very frozen strawberries to thaw out before putting them out in the morning. An ice pick was definitely the only way that you could pry them out of their container! Their coffee which they served all day long was surprisingly good as was their fruit infused drinking water! We even filled our water bottles with their water every morning before we headed off to the parks. The pool and hot tub were awesome and a great way to relax after a long day of walking around.This was also a wonderful place to meet other hotel guests. I cannot attest to their shuttle bus service as we had rented a car. There were no resort fees charged or parking fees either, although there is a $1.50 per day charge when you check out. Customer service here was also top notch with lots of friendly smiling faces to help you out in any way! In conclusion, my daughter and I strongly recommend a stay at this hotel as a most economical and well located place to stay!

Horrible experience. The staff was great but the rooms have ZERO noise isolation which means we could here the next rooms like they were in our room. The neighbors didn't scream or made noise and still it was horrible. We never had such a poor experience and we will definitely won't return.

We decided to stay off property for a weekend trip to Disney. We found this Best Western right outside of the theme park area and what a gem! It is in a great location and a fabulous hotel! I would highly recommend everyone to stay here at this hotel. There is no bar or restauraunt but there is plenty of places nearby to eat. They do offer a complimentary breakfast each morning which we did not take advantage of. We went to Sea World the following day and it was just a hop, skip and a jump to get there as well! Price was fantastic too! This hotel does have a swimming pool and spa which is nice but again, we did not take advantage of it on this trip. We stayed in the King Suite (we got upgraded when we checked in) and it was a beautiful room. Well decorated and well kept hotel! You should certainly give it a try!

Me and my dughters family stayed here for 2 weeks would not reccomend washers never worked housekeeping was not good very rude service not enough towels and blankets and had to go to laundry mat to have clean was very inconvienent for 6 people

As always we are greeted and acknowledged by Myriam and Veronica every time we check-in. We are well known as we drive from Miami on our motorcycles. This is what makes our experience so unique. Rooms are always clean and staff is very polite and always available to help. This is a perfect location for our Disney trips.

My dd and I stayed here for the RunDisney 10k. Absolutely perfect location for the early am call time. Very clean and well appointed hotel that was quiet and easily accessible. Nice breakfast and well-lit parking.

Had good expectations from hotel near to Disney for a long awaited vacation. But did not feel like recommendable hotel after the stay. It was of very much OK types ordinary facilities and services. To start with, the smell from the AC air was filthy and stinking smell. Not sure if it was maintained frequently. This was first thing noticed in room. Next, the water tap inside the bath tub was horribly tight and never closed fully and water was dripping continuously always! I expected house keeping to see this and have it fixed especially when they noticed it every day. Next, one of the primary reasons we choose this hotel was to avail the shuttle services to parks. But we could not use it because of the terrible timings they had! They had trips like 11:30am only one trip to Universal which doesn't make any sense when the park was opening at 8am and closed at 5pm. And almost it was similar types for Disney too but they had couple of shuttles. For Disney they had pick up at 8am and we tried them on first day. Here the catch was it took almost 45 minutes as they had many other hotel guests on the way to pick up!! Thats it and we never looked at shuttles and stuck to Uber. Another issue, kind of trivial but we noticed that one day house keeping had not kept bath towels and shockingly our room door was not completely closed! Thankfully nothing was lost but it surely shocked us. And for their mistake we were asked to go all the way to front desk and collect towels which I was not at all expecting to do after a tiring long day at Disney! So, overall.. I would not recommend this. But you can go here only if you don't have any better options.

The front desk lady was very nice and answered our questions. The hotel was clean along with our room. We asked for a quiet room and she gave us the 4th floor in back of building was very quiet. Check in and check out was very speedy. Would stay again.

Hotel is well situated in the Kissimmee area. I was close to the Disney attractions, places to eat and go shopping. The entire place was super clean and well taken care of. The breakfast had a very good variety of food and well presented. The staff was amazing from the time we checked in to the time we check out. Over all the hotel is good to stay.

Being greeted and acknowledged each and every time we walked into this hotel is what made our experience so pleasurable. Clean rooms, well maintained property, great staff and perfect location are why made this hotel the perfect choice for our trip.

We stayed in a king suite for our visit to Epcot/Food and Wine Festival. This hotel is a short, easy distance away from the Disney complex. What a wonderful accommodation! Separate bedroom and “living area” with microwave, fridge, Keurig coffeemaker in room! Very clean bathroom, even the corners! Loved every minute of our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Late night check in was easy. Not much in the way of food within walking distance, we arrived via Uber. Front desk recommended restaurants in the area open until 2am. Room was as expected from the pictures online, roomy and comfortable bed. Shuttle to disney is approximately 1 hour. Best Western is the first stop to the park in a line up of hotel pick ups. Only drops off at Hollywood Studios then you transfer by bus to the park of your choice. Breakfast was very good, big selection. My only recommendation to the hotel is that they need additional toasters and a variety of meets from day to day would be nice if you are staying for multiple days. Over all, the hotel was clean, comfortable and friendly and helpful staff. We would stay here again.

This hotel is new and it has awesome decor. Your first impression driving up lets you know it is going to be a good hotel. The breakfast was great and everything else was very comfortable. Only problem we had was getting into the internet. This is the second time staying at a Best Western and have decided to use this brand as our hotel when we travel. We have been members of Choice brand for many years and we think it is time to change. Very satisfied.

The facilities were clean and very well kept. Front desk staff was very helpful and check-in was quick. The breakfast is probably one of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel in a long time. It has very easy access to everything.

We were only at the hotel for one night, so do not have in depth knowledge of the place. But it appeared to be quite newly renovated. The lobby and room were both very clean and had new furnishings. We only interacted with one employee, but he was friendly and helpful. The only reason for the lower rating is that when I looked at my receipt, it seemed a small bit off from what I was expecting. Later, after returning home, I pulled it out and saw that the difference was a "Local Fee" of $1.50. Now that's not a lot, and I did not bother to even question it. The Best Western booking site actually warns that " Best Western does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the displayed amount. Please note that the hotel may also charge for other items not included in the quoted price or Taxes and Fees, such as resort fees, parking fees, and incidental charges (e.g. mini-bar). The amounts, if applicable, will be collected from you directly by the hotel. If you have any questions about these charges, please contact the hotel for details before booking." But I'm not going to contact the hotel directly to ask for all the details. I expect what is shown to be what is charged. I've never run into secret fees with any of the other major chains (nor in a few other Best Westerns I was at earlier this year). Would I stay here again over $1.50. Of course I would, but my fear is that it's not the $1.50, it's the unknown. Perhaps I'll just be wary of Best Westerns in the future, and stick with companies that guarantee their rates.

We were in this establishment for 10 days and the staff were very accomodating. When travelling to the establishment some of us were delayed and the staff made every attempt to settle the younger member of our group into the accomodation the day ahead of us. The staff did their best to ensure we had a good stay. The rooms were comfortable and the beds very good. The servicing of the rooms was excellent. Breakfast provided a good array of choices and the only complaint was that when they were busy sometimes you had to wait for the cooked dishes to be replenished. On the down side the rooms were not as soundproof as some would like, particularly if a light sleeper. Our neighbour played their TV loudly till 3am and when mentioned to reception appropriate action was taken. The shuttle to Disney and Universal was perhhaps the biggest negative with a 10 minute Uber ride taking 1.5hours in the shuttle as it went to a myriad of other stops. If you are going to either destination take an Uber and maximise your time at the location.

Everything was great except for the mattress in the room. It was very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly. The pancake machine at breakfast produced raw pancakes. Other breakfast items were good. Other than that everything was good!

We love staying at this BW it's very close Disney and the front desk staff is amazing. The breakfast is always is great too. NO PARKING FEES EITHER AND NO RESORT FEES. We will be back in October 2 more times.

I asked 2 thinks to fix inside door that doesn't close and the safe has problem and it gives error even when I follow the instructions moreover I had to change my room late night because the AC stop working and there inst any staff maintenance at that time

We had a great stay, nice rooms, pool and hot tub were perfect temps and the cleanest water we have ever seen at hotel pools. Located in heart of theme park country. We wold definitely come back. Nice entry to hotel that is covered, rained every day so that was helpful.

The hotel and our room were very clean and spacious. Maryan, the Front Desk Clerk, was a wonderful resource and handled our reservation beautifully. When she found out that it was our anniversary she upgraded us to a King Suite. There was also some confusion about our Travelocity booking and she made sure to take care of us first, and then she reassured us that she would follow up with the travel site in the morning. My husband and I are pleased to see that this hotel has the Disney Magic that we have come to know and love!

We were in town for 24 hours, needed a night to stay with good average price. Our family is very easy going and we dont cry over spilled milk. So, the wet towel smell was kind of icky but we just blasted the air and cracked open a window and sprayed some perfume. The breakfast is great and many options. the kids will love the pancake machine. Did not hear my neighbors but hallway conversations were heard. not that big of a deal. you get what you pay for. Its a great hotel for pit stops or simple trips. the kids loved the pool which is open til 11pm and the arcade was so fun for them. as long as the kids were happy we were too. also tip, bring your own toiletries - the ones given are very very tiny.

This is my second time staying at this property, and just like the first, it far exceeded my expectations. This property is perfect for anyone on business or leisure trips to the Orlando area. It's location is near many shops/stores while also being close to Disney and major roadways to get you wherever you need to be in the Orlando area. The staff both times were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Both stays I was offered a free upgrade to a suite, which was a very good deal. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

We planned the trip for a year, and we read the reviews of the hotel before choosing to stay there. The front desk staff was pleasant, but the housekeeping was horrible. The room was never vacuumed, the desk wasn't cleaned, the toilet paper wasn't restocked, and the tub wasn't cleaned. I complained about the issue on 07/04/2019 and the next day, the house keeper neglected the room again.

It's a nice and clean hotel with hot breakfast. Located just a few miles from Disney world attractions in Orlando. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily. Room comes with frig and safe. The pool and spa looked nice but we were too busy visiting theme parks so we did not use the facilities. Shuttle buses are available to and from several locations of the Disney world or Universal Studio and Sea world. Hot breakfast was good but fruits were limited to apples and oranges. An outlet mall and a super Walmart was just across the street. Very convenient to get to the nearby restaurants. The hotel WiFi needs improvement which was free but with weak signals and slow. Overall, I recommend it as a moderately priced hotel with all necessities.

The hotel was in great shape (recently renovated), very clean, and staff was very attentive. perfect location near any kind of restaurant that you can think of, and within 5 minutes of two of the best golf courses in the area

We visit Orlando alot and this is the first time at this BW. For some reason, did not see it before - maybe it is relatively new - it looks like it is. It will be our "go to" place for the future. Staff was great at check in and check out; breakfast was good, pool and spa were popular, and room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting attractions and there is even a shuttle (did not use it this time) In fact our stay was so good that it prompted us to change our reservations in the fall to a BW Plus in Europe. Yes, you can enjoy the same good service abroad and use your points too! Stayed at over 10 BWs in the last year, all over the country and were super happy with all of them.

Our kids were visiting us and were planning a few days at Disney. They stayed here and it worked very well for them. Hotel was easy to find and many eating places nearby. Short drive to the parks. We checked them in early and they had no issues when they arrived in the early morning hours.

Everywhere I travel, I plan to stay at a Best Western hotel even when on official orders. My family calls me the Best Western Queen. I have stayed at some lot so great location but most of my encounters with Best Western has been wonderful. This location at Buena Vista was great. The exterior was beautiful and the interior great for the price. Breakfast was an anticipated added bonus!!!!! Thank you BW.

Everything you need - clean, quiet, easy access, free breakfast, free wifi, microwave and fridge in the room. Good towels. Pretty comfortable bed. The ONLY issue I had was that when I checked in after a very long business day, I was handed a piece of paper that I was told needed to be put on the dash of my car. So my choice was to drag my suitcase back to my car or take everything up to my room and then come back down. This was annoying. I had already given my make, model and tag number. Why the need for this? But other than that, I'm happy with my stay!

One of the Best Western I stayed in. Very nice hotel, clean and you can really say you are close to Disney. Service was great, specially the kitchen crew during breakfast. They were very patient and they maintain the food area clean and stocked. Highly recommend.

This hotel is conveniently located to anything and everything in the Orlando area. Very clean rooms and lobby area. Free parking. Nice breakfast included. Front desk receptionist was very accommodating. Great value for the money.

I would've given it a 4 or higher but the late clerk Veronica was so dull and unpleasant, didn't even smile and did not even recognize my status as a platinum member (as a GOOD Best Western staff would) but on the other hand the room and breakfast was great! The rooms have been updated and modernized. Very clean. The location is near all the hot spots. The staff is very helpful and friendly with all your questions. The free breakfast is pretty standard but is free.

Had no problems with check in, Alex was great. The room was okay for the price and we were only staying a night. The problem that makes my rating so low, is the fact in the middle of the night I woke up to a GIANT ROACH CRAWLING ON ME! A ROACH! DISGUSTING! I woke my boyfriend and we tried to find it and kill it to show the front desk people. The next morning I went downstairs to checkout and told the girl at the front desk about my problem and the only thing she did was say she would tell her manager about it. I'm sorry but that's not enough in my opinion. I had a 2 inch long Floridian Roach (Palmetto Bug) crawling on me and my boyfriend for God knows how long. I'm very disappointed in the staffs lack of care to our situation and didnt even attempt to help us in anyway shape or form. I will never be staying here again.

Overnight stay, flew into Orlando Sanford was headed to Sarasota for daughter's wedding. Love eating at Landry's seafood which is just 5 minutes from hotel. The hotel is located within minutes to Disney World!

Overall our accomodations were nice. Breakfast was very good. Just wish the shuttle service was better. The pickup times are unrealistic and they do not shuttle to all 5 of the Disney parks as we were led to believe.

Ive stayed at other Best Western before. But this Best Western gave me and my family the best experience. From the hostess Katerina i believe is the name if i got it or spelled it right, she made us feel like family. This best western accomidated my family request put us in a floor we like and room was great the view was great and most importantly piece and quiet. I will definitely will be staying at this location again. Besides universal resort this best western was great.

The outside is very pretty, the lobby is modern and nice but the room it self is only ok. We stayed there 8 nights and each night after being out all day and having room service make up the room, we always had to get more towels. They were always shorting us. One day we had to get more Kleenex because they didn't refill it. It was frustrating. The shuttle was a nice amenity but it had its down falls too. We took it 6 days in a row to Disneyworld. It picked up at 8:10 am at the hotel and you are the first of 7 pickups. Which it is good to be the first pickup because you get a seat, the bus gets full. It is suppose to drop you off at Epcot but only one of the 6 days did we actually get dropped off there. All the other days we got dropped off at Hollywood Studios which is harder to transfer from. Because you can only take a Disney bus from there, which comes every 20 min. So, because of all the other hotel pickups the shuttle does, you don't usually get to Hollywood studios until at least 9:10ish. Then since you have to transfer from Hollywood studios it makes you even later getting to the parks. I asked why they didn't drop us off at Epcot but they had no answer. Ugh..frustrating. They only pick up twice from the hotel at 8:10am&11:30am. They pick up from the transportation center at 7:55pm&11:00pm and Epcot at 9:00pm. Expect to leave a tip for the drivers because they have signs posted all around the bus wanting them. So, if you want to be at the park before they open or even when they open, don't stay here and take the shuttle. Transportation around Disney is very aggravating as is without them making you late and not dropping you off where you are suppose to be. I would not stay here again if I needed a shuttle I would stay at a place with a one hotel shuttle with more pick up times. Now back to the hotel. Their continental breakfast was good the first few days, with pancakes, potatoes, eggs, sausage and the normal stuff. Unfortunately, they served the EXACT same thing every day and we got very tired of it. The best thing about the room was the bed and pillows they were very comfortable! The air conditioner worked well too. There is a Walmart 5 to 10 minute walk away. There is also a few fast food restaurants a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The neighborhood is a little shady so if you are a single female I probably wouldn't feel comfortable walking there by yourself.

We found this Best Western by accident, because we were very dissatisfied with a vacation home we rented and had to move out right away. We had stayed in the area before, but did not know this property. It is just off a main road, but extremely close to shopping and restaurants. Extremely friendly staff and the double queen room was very clean and comfortable. We will certainly return to this hotel and have put it on our favorites list as a Diamond member.

HiI'm a Elite Diamond member and have stayed at the Best Western Plus Kissimmee Lake Buena Vista South Inn and Suites for a little over a week and I have had the best help. First off my check in was very good even though it was not thru Best Western and then I was surprised to be upgraded to a very nice suit by the Manager on my second day. The staff was and is very respectful especially the young lady that is German I finally got her name and it's Katharina. M she went out of her way to make sure everytime myself or my boyfriend came in to say hi ask how are day or night is. Never did she have any problems with multi tasking with the phone ringing or having 10 people waiting for her. She NEVER got stressed out at least she never let it show. When you asked for something she didn't make you wait around you could go to your room and it was brought right up. I travel a lot due to my boyfriends job and I have to say. Anytime he works in this area I will be staying at this hotel. Not just because of the service also because it is very clean updated friendly atmosphere and they really try to make you feel like your at home. The two rooms I was in was very nice, breakfast was good and housekeeping staff are very sweet and nice as well. The manager her is a very sweet young lady and goes out of her way to help as well she doesn't just stay in her office and not help. I forgot about the young lady that has only been here a few months and she is very nice and helpful to she is just getting used to the Best Western way since she has worked for other places. But I just wanted to take a little time and let you know that this Hotel is a home away from home and I really enjoyed my stay and many more to come. Very nice little pool . Just across the street we found a great bar called Cheers. Spent a few entertaining hours there. It's only about 200 steps away, very friendly place.also a market a stones throw from that.

I thought Best Western was a basic chain of hotels but to my surpirse the hotel had everything I needed and more!. Children under 18 are free, I went with 3, so I took a room with 2 queen beds, very big and comfortable. the toilet was a bit old, but rest of hotel was very good, with gym, gaming room, swimming pool and jacuzzi. kids loved it, and breakfast was a very complete buffet with pan cakes, bagels, scrambled eggs, fruit... as I said, really suprised of the good quality, I strongle recommend it. My teenage kids loved it.

This hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was friendly. The pool area is beautiful with nice landscaping. The water in the pool and hot tub was very clean (and I am picky with hot tubs). The property is also very well kept up with. The breakfast was nice. Overall, very happy with our stay. It's nothing super "fancy", but for the price, I have no major complaints. The only negative thing I have to say is the breakfast was not ready by 6:30am. It was only a problem on our check out day. I wanted to have a chance to eat quick and leave to drop off our rental car, but the food was not out until 6:40/6:45. I know it's only 15 minutes, but when every second counts, it's kind of a big deal. I did enjoy my stay and would still highly recommend this property! Would stay there again, but just plan accordingly with breakfast time.

The hotel was clean, accessible, easy to find, and large. I'd read complaints about the breakfast not being ready on time and assumed they were by fussier travelers than us- but alas this was also true in our case. The yogurt and oatmeal should have been ready by the promised start time and not later. And a little variety in the eggs department- bacon or turkey sausage or grits- versus just sausage would've been nice. otherwise fine. i'd go back.

Have to be honest that after the first 2 legs of our holiday my hotel choice in Florida was price driven. The hotel itself is clean and in a good location to travel to any of the parks and if that's what you're looking for it's perfect. Unfortunately there are no extras here, with the advertised free breakfast being very poor quality and choice. We ended up there once and didn't go back. The pool is quite small and seemed to always be full of leaves or rubbish and the number of sun beds is around 10, so even a semi busy day and it's full. I also found the staff quite dismissive. Overall this was a real disappointment and I wish I'd paid a little more for a different hotel

The hotel is nice. The rooms are very small. The place is clean. They have 2 elevators and the hotel is very big. We ended up taking the stairs. The elevator also took a long time to open. The hallways were very warm like they had no AC on

I booked this hotel for a trip to the parks to celebrate my birthday. At first I was a bit nervous about staying in this hotel since I hadn't stayed at a Best Western before. The reviews were positive, but I was still a bit anxious, because on previous Orlando trips I've visited hotels with positive reviews that were actually lacking in a lot of areas. Thankfully, this was not the case with this property. I believe this is a newer hotel and it definitely shows. The hotel is modern and the lobby is stylish and clean. They placed us in a room near the elevators, which made me nervous at first, but thankfully, there wasn't a lot of hallway noise during our stay and I don't recall hearing the elevators either. This could have been because of the time of year so it may be a different story during the summer. The hotel is also located close to a lot of fast food restaurants as well as a Publix and a Walmart. Our drive to Disney was usually about 11-15 minutes depending on the traffic. There was some construction going on around the hotel, but I didn't hear it. The room was comfortable and had the features I enjoy at a hotel (mini-fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, and a coffee maker). The breakfast was also pretty good, but I was disappointed that they had a pancake maker instead of waffles. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd probably stay here again for the right price.

We stayed for 3 nights and thought it was a great place. Restaurants, Walmart, and factory outlets stores all within a 5 minute walk. The staff from the cleaning crew to the front desk to the people making the breakfast were very friendly. Breakfast for us was around 9:10 am every morning and we really enjoyed it, the only issue we had was left side of the toaster did not work. The pancakes, bagels, and eggs were delicious. We swam in the pool every night and found it, along with the hot tub, to be very clean and relaxing. The rooms were made up and cleaned everyday without any issues.

We enjoyed our family stay at this Best Western. Everything was spotless and near everything you could want or need. The breakfast was wonderful. This was the largest dining area in a Best Western we've been in.

The desk clerk was friendly and awesome made checking easy. Room was clean and nice. Great value for money. Good breakfast choices. Lobby clean. Location very convenient to Disney parks. This was my second stay there in three months and definitely go back

The room was a little dusty on the tables and desk as if it hadn't been occupied for a few days but the bed and bathroom were neat and clean. If I had stayed longer I wouldve addressed it but I checked in late in the evening and left early in the morning so it sufficed. The location was great to Walmart, other outlets and some eateries. I would revisit again if ever in the area.

The worst thing about our stay was the paper thin walls which was a surprise to a supposedly newer hotel. Very cheap thin walls which you would not expect. You could hear all of next door conversations, TV and kids crying or yelling. The King Suite was adequate size for 2, clean and the hotel was in a good proximity to all of the Disney World Resorts. plus had a larger than normal mini refrigerator that kept drinks very cold. The complementary breakfast was inadequate due in part to the laziness of the girls trying to set everything up who in our 3 day stay could never have everything ready by 6:30am which was the time we were told for breakfast. Two of the breakfast warmers trays were empty on our third day. The staff seem to bumble around with no structure from management. There was no "Express check-in"; we had to wait a long time for the family in front of us to get checked out instead of the desk manager quickly checking us in and giving us a key since we were pre-paid. The Tuesday early afternoon check-in desk manager didn't seem to understand that we were already checked in and we responded to numerous texts doing so and she just repeated everything that we had already done. I think she needs to be retrained on how the system should work. We got the luggage cart ourselves since some of the employees seemed to be on a smoke break outside when we arrived then after we have it all loaded someone appears to take it to our room. If you want a good nights sleep avoid this hotel at all costs due to the very thin paper walls. We thought Best Western would be a good choice but discovered it didn't compare to other similar brand hotels we had stayed at before. The Best Western Plus Kissimmee-Lake Bueno Vista South Inn & Suites needs the management to step up and start managing the hotel for a much needed better customer experience atleast for breakfast and check-in.

This is nice hotel clean but smells humidity breackfast ok no for the price need more breakfast ,service ok no clean Sunday because is busy i no like this is i paid like complete services recommended no 100% but acceptable.

My husband and I stayed here for a trip to Epcot.It was a 10 minute drive to Disney.Hotel was clean.Had decent breakfast.Family friendly.Close to restaurants and shopping.Our room was clean.It is an newly renovated hotel.I will stay here again.

I was asked to sign the typical registration form but not made aware that this location added a $1.50 fee per day for a safe! When we inquired into it after the charge showed up on our bill they said it was in the fine print. Buyer beware! I am VERY disappointed in the property management at this location. Up until now we only stayed at Best Western but that may change quickly!

Loved staying at Best Western was made welcome at check in staff very friendly, our room was very clean and comfy, ok walls were very thin but it didn't spoil our stay, breakfast was very good always plenty available again staff very helpful, pool area was great a bit cold but hot tub was brilliant, maybe a few more umbrellas does get very hot, snack shop was very handy overall very good quality hotel close to all parks also Walmart will definitely return again

No consideration with disable guest.I requested a king suite as close as possible to the elevator due to pulmonary condition whatever floor. Was given the farthest room to the elevator. After complaint was told it was the only room available. And the hotel is empty.

Loved staying at the hotel. Decor- beautiful. Modern. Cleanliness- very clean. But room attendant forgot turn down service. Only changed towels Breakfast- pretty good but needs a few improvements ie bacon more often/ preference. Apple juice a little watered down. Location- great. We have stayed closer to Disney parks and farther. This one is perfect with Walmart next door! Only negative is there is construction of two buildings close by so it is not pleasant to look at. But the hotel itself is beautiful! Staff- wonderful. Very friendly Shower/bathroom- perfect no issues hot water and soaps and toiletries offered if left at home.

My sister had booked a hotel in Tampa and did not look at the reviews. She just booked it because it was only $55. It was not clean at all and very gross. :(Anyway we were scrambling to try to get another hotel and they were all over $200 which was definitely not in our budget.We came upon your hotel and saw the great price! :) Staff was so helpful! Will definitely b coming back to stay there again. Thank u! :)

My stay was well worth the drive in from Texas. The room was nice and welcoming. The beds were comfortable as ever and the bathroom exceeded my expectations. My A/C cool my room. The tv and microwave worked. I recommend this hotel for your trip to disney world

The rooms were recently updated with paint and carpet. The cleanliness and quietness of the rooms is very good and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast selection and temperature of food is fair and very crowded. The landscaping is pretty and nicely maintained. The pool area is very nice. The location of this hotel is close and convenient to Disney and Universal parks, restaurants, and shopping.

Nice hotel close to all attractions. Check-in was pleasant and quick. Room was super clean and modern. Comfortable bed and quiet. Parking was free and easy. Included breakfast was typical, although the pancakes were very good.

Front desk staff were great (Miriam and Giselle). They acknowledged my best western member status and called up to our room to follow up on inputting a Best Western gift card we had and to make sure we were happy with the room (wow). Hotel is modern and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a little chaotic, but I think you see that at every hotel in this area, even on Disney property. The staff working the breakfast were very attentive. We also enjoyed a few hours at the pool, which was very relaxing. We felt very comfortable there and would definitely stay again.

We're always skeptical about the cleanliness of hotels but this was probably the neat and cleanest hotel we've stayed in. We drive back and forth from Canada to Florida every year and stay in many hotels and were so pleased with this one. Every staff member was helpful and the full Breakfast( including bacon) was exceptional. The outlet malls are within walking distance and there are free shuttles to the theme parks all for a competitive hotel fee. Definitely would stay here again.

Very good check-in. Hotel has a small marketplace room with goodies to buy. Room was a little cramped. Bathroom was clean and large. Breakfast could have been hotter. They had bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, etc. Noise is a problem as walls and doors are not soundproof.

This hotel was by far the best. Our family stayed for 5 nights for our spring break. We normally stay with family on the Atlantic coast but this time we wanted to do Universal Studios and more touristy things. The location is great 5 mins from Disney and about 30 mins with traffic to Universal. The front desk area is inviting and clean. We chose this hotel for the type of room. I have 2 kids 6 and 9 and we stayed in a king suite with a separate area for the kids. It has 2 twin beds and a TV for the kids with ample storage for clothes and toys. The bathroom was perfect for what we needed. It had a large mini fridge microwave and coffee maker (kurig ). The room was spotless and cleaned everyday while we were out. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have an on site person from 7 am to noon to help purchase park tickets from Disney to universal to anything in the area. We had breakfast every morning and there was something for everyone including 2 picky eaters. I tried to find something negative but just couldn't. Our stay exceeded our expectations and will definitely be back. This hotel was full every night and didn't have any problems with "thin" walls. Water pressure was great in the showers. We didn't use the wifi we have unlimited data so there is no need. It was chilli and didn't use the pool but we did notice how nice it was out back. I didn't feel cramped with both kids and my wife and I in the room. I would give it 6 stars if I had the chance. The kids are sad to leave and they are normally ready to go home by the 2nd or 3rd night when we leave for a week. We normally only stay in Best Westerns while we travel bc they are fair priced and offer a hot breakfast. This was the first BW we stayed in for an extended period of time and couldn't be happier. I hope this helps with your decision of where to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable hotel. Pool area is nicely landscaped and very pretty. Nice variety of food for breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby and a Wal-Mart is less than a half mile away.

This property is either a new construction or completely newly renovated. The staff were helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. The problem is that the furniture, while modern and new is cheap and the WiFi was slow to the point of being useless, and that is a major sin in 2019.

Pros: We stayed here on a recent trip to WDW. The location was great, just a few minutes to the parks and easy access to shopping, food, etc. The hotel itself is nice and well kept. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was great after a long day walking at the parks - we used both pool and hot tub every day. Cons: The staff was not very pleasant, and the breakfast was just ok. Internet is spotty.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good-no weird smells or mold anywhere. The location can't be beat for the price. Very close to Disney parks. The pillows were too hard and the paint was peeling in the bathroom but everything seemed clean and the cleaning staff did a great job with our room after my 2 children got hold of it. TV channels sucked but if you're there to go to the attractions it won't matter. Staff at the hotel were very friendly. Great value being so close to Disney for the low price. I didn't feel like we were staying in a gross no tell motel.

This Best Western Plus was a great choice for my best friend and I or staying just for one night after being at the park all day. We were able to sleep in and have breakfast for a reasonable price with our stay. The rooms were very clean and I did not find any evidence of bugs including bed bugs. Staff was courteous and the property is beautiful.

Really thin walls. Can hear snoring, talking, and noises that should not have to be explained to anyone. Dips / soft spots in the hallway floor and room floor. A very worn out hotel. Not recommended and will not stay at this Best Western again. Shuttle to Epcot had multiple stops at other area hotels, U turns along the way including return trip. Not quite as advertised. Convenient enough but not adequately described. Did I mention thin walls? Can hear neighboring room clearly. Fellow on the phone, snoring, talking, clearing throat, laughing and well let's just say moaning. Not a great stay.

Overall stay was great good clean and comfortable worth the money only downfall I experienced was that the room wasn't ready for me to check into after driving 21 hrs so I was a little dissatisfied with that but overall everything else was great.

We would not hesitate to return. Only reason or no 5 star..and this might be considered weird. The internal lighting is largely cold bright !!! The upside--if it was dirty you'd see it. Just a tad visually uncomfortable. Tone it down and you got a 5 !!!!

Just renovated. One of the nicest placed we have stayed. Staff was great. But the best part is the Walmart located close enough to walk to. We always seem to forget things and we always need snacks. Close to all the fun things to do.

I messed up with the reservations but the lady at the desk was so helpful and we stayed the 5 nights as planned. She upgraded our room from a king to a king suite at no charge. Great room! And best of all they have a guest laundry! What a joy not to bring home dirty clothes......

Stayed there 4 nights in early Feb 2019. Overall high marks. Very comfortable beds, clean room, nice pillows. Good TV. Pool was maintained well and good overall breakfast. Lobby very nicely appointed. Those working the checkin/checkout were very considerate. Breakfast was better then most continental breakfast's by far. Lots of options to include sausage/eggs/bacon. Pancake machine. Oatmeal and pastries. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at down there. They also have towels at the pool for use by patrons. Only negative truly is the walls are thin and as such it can be noisy when kids are running up and down the hallways. We had a portable whitenoise machine with us and it was handy for masking some of the hallways noises.

My husband and I went for a 4 day trip to Disney world. It was a perfect location. Only about 5 miles away. Modern and clean hotel. Everyone was friendly. Loved having a microwave and fridge in the room. Breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

After being burned by airing we needed a place to stay on very short notice. Enter Best Western Plus I'm Kissimmee! We were very pleased with our stay. It is newly refurbished, very clean and bright.Good selection of hot and cold items for breakfast, oatmeal,cereal,eggs,pancakes,yogurt,fruit, and delicious biscuits and gravy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our bed was comfortable and our room was kept spotless by the very good cleaning staff.The pool is good sized, heated, with plenty of lounges , tables, and chairs. There is also a Jacuzzi. They have a small area that sells water, snacks, drinks, and Ice cream. We enjoyed the area very much, it's close to the attractions, restaurants, and stores.We will stay there again and will recommend it to our family and friends.

Very convenient, excellent location to all theme parks restaurants shopping stores and outlets. Close to the Disney Dorms, where the Interns will be staying , if your dropping off a family member. excellent price and very clean rooms and location.

This Best Western is very beautiful. The people working there go out of their way to make sure you are having a great experience at area resorts. It is decorated beautifully and has very modern amenities. We were welcomed every time we walked through the door. We were greeted with a smile. If you are looking for a nice hotel without having to pay super high resort prices, this is your place. Oh, and it is very close to all of the big resorts.

I have to be honest that I was scared to stay here after reading all the reviews. I am happy I went against the reviews and decided to stay here anyway. It was in a awesome location. It is a small distance from Orlando airport but the location is awesome for Disney. It was only 5 min away from Magic Kingdom, Universal studios and other amenities. Across the road is a Hugh Walmart that allowed us to get snacks. The hotel itself was very nice. The room was really big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It included a free continental breakfast. Front desk staff was very friendly. We did have to go a day without water has they were changing over the system but they informed us well in advanced and made sure they had bottles of water available. We weren't in the hotel all day so it didn't affect us. I am actually planning another Florida vacation for October 2019 and I already know that I am staying at this location. I cannot say enough good things about it.

This Best Western has down a complete Upgrade of the lounge area, breakfst area, Hallways, and rooms. It is beautiful inside and out. I have previously had stayed there three previous times. Was very surprised this time of all the remodel. Will definitely stay here the next time we plan a trip to Orlando Florida.

We were staying here while in town for the big auto auction at Osceola Heritage Park. My brother booked our rooms with points for one night. When we decided to stay for two nights, it was no problem to pay cash for them and to stay in the rooms we were already in. BIG plus. We were offered upgrades to suites as we checked in (my brother stays at Best Western when he travels, and is a Diamond member). The room was VERY nice. I didn't need the separate bedroom, but it was nice to have nonetheless. The room had large televisions in the bedroom and living room, a very comfortable king size bed, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the water got hot in no time. If I had to be critical of one thing it would be one of the bathroom doors. The door by the room entrance (room 400) didn't "click" shut when closed, but it's hardly something to make an issue out of. The door closed, you just didn't have to turn the handle to open it. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good, and the food (and here was plenty of it) was all served at an appropriate temperature. This property is further evidence that Best Western is upping their game considerably...

Overall a great one night stay before moving into our condo. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Family suite provided lots of room to relax. Breakfast was hot and filling. Would definitely stay again.

We are Diamond BW members and typically seek them out when travelling. BW has ramped up their game the past few years in changing the overall ambiance and experience (in our opinion). We have found the “Plus” BW have been the best in value and amenities. We selected this BW because of te proximity to Magic Kingdom and the hot breakfast is always a plus too. Immediately upon arrival we were impressed with the appearance of the hotel especially considering the price we paid. It only got better from there. Miriam chcked us in and was beyond friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to be sure to cover everything including upgrading our room because of our diamond status. The kids were excited as we had a family suite. Perfect for traveling with 2 small children (or teens). The room was spacious with a king and 2 twins in a smaller room (within the main room) with its own tv. The room was immaculate and had a small fridge, microwave and keurig (yippeee). The hot breakfast buffet (included with your stay) was perfect! The kids were happy with the pancake machine alone. There were hot items such as bacon and even biscuits and gravy. It is so convenient to have an above adequately selection right on property and not waste time (and money) stopping for breakfast on the way to the park. We will only be staying here for all future theme park trips. We are so glad to have found a new gem in thr BW family of hotels. By the way, we didn't use it but there was a larger than usual pool for a BW and a hot tub. Pool area was very clean.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location. It was clean and quiet The lobby is always bright and welcoming This stay the mattress in our room was not comfortable as has been in other rooms in the past. .I would have to consider another stay here until they replace the mattresses. It could have just been that particular room.

Our room was very clean, that is most important to me. Having refrigerator and microwave appreciated. Mariyam checked us in, she and staff were nice and helpful. The location worked great for us, going to Disney. Area was quiet, Walmart and shopping close by. We enjoyed our 3 nights and would chose this location again.

Clean, comfortable, & accommodating! Highly recommend staying there! Area seemed safe, Walmart and other shopping for common needs are close by. Driving in and out of was easy. Hotel staff was very curtious and responsive. The breakfast was more then adequate.

The hotel located in very busy area was a lot of constructions make your asleep very hard during the early morning there's no air condition at the front desk breakfast is very poor specially when there is a lot of guests Don't ever think to go there you will have a very bad experience it may ruin your trip

we checked in relatively late and to my surprise there was a young female maning the front desk. catalina was amazing during check-in (we needed somehwere to grab a bite and gave us clear instructions where to go). she even told us the best parking closest to our room and directed us the right way to our room. we stayed for 3 nights and all 3 nights were super awesome with help from her. breakfast ladies were amazing and very attentive. the only issue we faced was one of our nights coming into the main entrance one of the front desk agents was being very very rude to the other girl with black hair. i feel as if, if there was any issues it should not have been handled where guests aren't able to see and hear. which is why given 4 stars because that was very unprofessional of the rude front desk agent, i didnt catch her name but she had light brown / dirty blonde hair with glasses, and she was arguing with a girl with black hair and glasses. we checked out roughly 6:30am and catalina was the one who checked us out, once again she was awesome! had our receipt emailed to us instead of printing and wished us safe travels. because of how awesome catalina was we will be coming back!

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel, and I must say I will keep coming back. We are lucky enough to live 4 hours away from Disney, and look for any chance to visit. We usually stay for 1 night stays and this hotel is just right for our family. Location: It is centrally located, 15 minute drive from the Disney Parks. 5 Minute drive to a Walmart and Publix Supermarket. 5 Minute drive to expressway. Staff: Mariyan (Front Desk Receptionist) was very helpful and nice. I was not feeling well and she was very empathetic. She offered the express checkout, let us know where breakfast would be held and the timeframe it is served. And lastly she upgraded us from a regular room to a Family Room (Yay! Best Western Reward Holders Perk). Room: Both times I've stayed at the hotel, I have loved how clean the rooms are. Beds are a little on the stiffer side ( I like it like that). The rooms have a microwave and good size mini fridge. AC unit is decent, but does take a little to get the room extra cold. We really liked the family room where it had a division between the kids twin beds and the king size bed. The kids section also had their own TV. The only thing I would like is better lighting. They have lots of little lights, but they are not strong enough to really light up the room at night. Breakfast: Is from 6:30am - 9:30am. Menu usually contains: Scrambled Eggs or Sunny side up egg and boiled eggs. Bacon or Sausage. Grits, Biscuits (YUM), White or Wheat Toast, Texas Toast, Bagels, Variety of Sweet Pastries, Oatmeal & Toppings, Yogurt & Toppings, Pancakes, Cream Cheese, Butter, Maple Syrup, Variety of Fruits, Cereal, Whole Milk, 2% Milk, Skim Milk, Variety of Juices in Dispensing Machine, Coffee (regular & decaf). Parking: Is free and plenty of it. Wifi: Had good signal, easy to log into

We stayed in an accessible room with King bed. My wife is a wheelchair user. We thought it could work so we did not ask about changing rooms; the hotel was very busy. BY bedtime I was sorry about that decision. The room design is poor for a wheelchair user. The presence of a sleeper sofa forced the right side of the bed (her side) too close to the wall, so we had to make due. We also found that there only enough space to move to/from the bathroom in a wheelchair if she crammed into the corner of the entryway so the door to the bath would just clear the chair. IMO a King room for a wheelchair should have perhaps a big chair instead of a sleeper sofa, and the bed centered on the wall for easier wheelchair access. I don't know what could be done about the bathroom door. The room is supposed to assist those with mobility limitations. We would have been as well off in a standard room. The bathroom itself was clean, wide, had a wall-mounted sink to pull up to, and appropriate grab bars in the tub and y the toilet. The room was nicely appointed, very clean, recently remodeled it appears. The TV needs a guide on screen or at least a channel guide in the hotel literature in the room; I had to slowly scroll through every channel to figure out what it was, and even local channels, usually grouped low in the queue for ease, were spread out across the list. Frustrating. Lobby was nice, plenty of space there and in the breakfast room, and the breakfast items provided were plentiful and acceptable for the price (free). I spoke to the desk and the clerk was very sympathetic to our issues, and recommended a room with queen beds next time. We will try again, because of the many positive attributes and the good location for our usual activities in the area.

Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming! Check in was quick & easy! Hotel was clean & comfortable! Amenities were great! Especially the pool! Breaks fast in the morning had a good selection! Server was super pleasant! Would highly recommend!

Made reservation on booking.com after looking at location photos and seeing a 9.6 rating of “Exceptional”. We were checked in by a nice young lady, Mariyam. She offered our party extra shampoos and conditioners as needed. The next morning at breakfast, I was horrified to find out NO BACON would be served during our stay, since pictures on the reservation site showed previous guests being served yummy bacon. When asked, Mariyam said visitors asked for a change to SAUSAGE, but what served was not even a “Meal Ready to Eat” breakfast link. So Sad.. Speaking of small things, there is no street sign on the short road accessing the property. Do not expect a view from your window, hotel is surrounded by trees and construction. The remote was very “laggy” and my roommates needed to make multiple attempts to change channels or volume on the TV. Lastly the sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced. All in all, a very ok stay, but using the term “Exceptional” on booking.com was a bit over enthusiastic. While here on tripadvisor.com pictures indicate this location was previously a HolidayInn Express and ratings are more in line with what I experienced.

when i arrived, Mariyam checked me in she was friendly and helpful she even upgraded my room i would stay at this best western any time i am in fl . the breakfast was perfect also. it was a good experience

I attempted to stay at this hotel in the beginning of October but I couldn't stay because the beds were to high for a quadriplegic to get in the bed, I didn't ask for an ADA room because of how many people were staying in the room with me. The bed was approximately 40-44 inches high which for even someone 5'3 inches had to jump to get the bed. We asked for a lower bed but the receptionist (who was not American) did not quite understand and she lowered our floor. Then after moving us to a lower floor and realizing that the bed was the same height we went back and explained it was the bed that was the problem, not the floor! We argued about getting our money back because I could not stay there at all. Luckily we managed to get our money back. Now even though the beds were high, the brief amount of time I was there I must say that the rooms seemed nice and clean. The lobby was inviting. It looked like a nice place to stay, but unfortunately we could not experience the hotel like we wanted to.

Excellent hotel, very clean and the staff works over time to help. The best hotel in the Best Western chain I have ever stayed in. Great pool and very new updated room. An incredible deal. Close to all the Disney attraction.

After our first night. When returning to room after a trip to Universal Our Hotel room door was found left open. And bed made but room never made up. So one should assume the housekeeping staff napped in my room in my bed while I was away. Strange the Do Not Disturb sign means nothing. Hotel first response was sorry. Not much help but after insisting on something I got credit for one night. I thought housekeeping manager should have spoke to me at the least. As a result we could never have room made up since we could not trust them to close the door.

One of the best place in Orlando to stay. We reached later in the night, and front desk helped check-in very quickly. Morning breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Place is super clean. Rooms are nice, mattresses are very comfy. Lots of parking spots. Outlet Mall and Shopping plaza nearby. Shuttle to Outlet Mall and to Disney is available. We stayed for 10 days and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for your trip to Orlando.

From the moment we parked to check out everything was a breeze! Everyone is exceptionally nice and friendly! The rooms and office looked brand new and in pristine condition. Other places we have stayed we have worried about our kid playing on the carpet but this place was so clean it made us comfortable having her play on the ground with her toys! It was so close to Disney without the crazy rush and the room size was perfect for a family.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable for our 2 night stay. It was very convenient to Epcot and that was very beneficial to us. The hot breakfast was also delicious. All staff were very helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.

At first I was apprehensive about staying at this hotel because there are not many current reviews online since their renovation, but I am glad I did as it fulfilled my hotel expectations. Things I Liked: • The overall hotel and rooms are clean and renovated with a more modern touch. • There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room to store and heat up leftovers. • The bed, comforter and pillows were comfortable. • Check-In staff was nice and accommodating. • It is not clustered in with a swarm of other hotels, and it's across from a Walmart. It gives the feeling of being on vacation, but not being surrounded by tourists. • They also offer a free shuttle service to most of the theme parks, which is very convenient, although I didn't use it, as I was not visiting any of the parks. Things I'd Change: • The breakfast. While I understand not keeping things too hot so people do not burn their tongues or mouths, having room temperature eggs, sausage, and gravy was dissatisfying. Not to mention the eggs were not very good at all. They were the type that is runny and in several little pieces, instead of thick and fluffy. There was an automatic pancake maker which was cool, but the pancakes themselves were so-so. Other than that they had the standard, cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, and coffee. • There is a $1.50 charge to use the in-room safe. • The wifi is very slow, so much so that I just went back to using my cell phone data. • They need to finalize the terms of their agreement with Best Western as it can be very confusing. The outside has the Best Western sign, but their website is holidayhotelorlando and they are not on the Best Western website. The document I signed at check-in regarding hotel policies etc. made no mention of Best Western, but the deposit hold on my credit card said Best Western. I'd recommend this hotel as it is checks off on most of the things I like to have in a budget hotel, and for the price (under $100) it is a great deal.
