Currently on an extended business trip. I use this hotel each and every time. The staff are really friendly and well versed, as well as helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. You're within minutes to several restaurants and other small town interests. Highly recommend staying at this local anytime you're in town.
This Best Western is nice, clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were more than enough. They accommodated our request to check in early to get ready for a wedding at Hidden Hollow in Reedley. My only complaint is the bed is a spring mattress and it was noisy.
Our room was upgraded to a beautifully appointed King Suite. We had two TV's and a kitchenette. We really enjoyed the extra room. The breakfast had lots of selections and the coffee was good! The staff was very nice and courteous.
great small hotel, very kind staff l give them a 10 good breakfast clean rooms convenient location and reasonably priced very nice owner clean comfortable bed keep up the good work and the great service
Very great experience her. Stayed from 10/5 to 10/7 and really enjoyed my time. Rooms were huge, clean, and up to date; breakfast was always fresh, good, and well put together; and the staff are very nice and helpful. The parking is easy and the location is convenient. They also have a pool but did not use it. WiFi is also good. Met the owner and he was very nice also. Will be using them more in the future.
Very hospitable staff and management. They make you feel like you're at home. They even accommodate for my crew who starts work before their breakfast hours. Rooms are excellent. Daryl is very helpful.
At a glance the hotel appears to be “ok” however the rooms are dated and our bathroom toilet leaked all night. We thought house keeping would notice and report it (so we didn't) however housekeeping never came to clout room. Breakfast was a joke, the fruit was old and they had 1 waffle maker for all the guests to share.
Stayed here for three nights on family trip. Room was situated along highway and traffic noise was atrocious. Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was sufficient. Breakfast area was. neat and tidy. Housekeeping staff was very kind and accommodating. Nice location close to Reedley and surrounding attractions. Good family hotel.
Make sure when you're in town to stay at this location. Continental breakfast daily. Rooms freshened daily. An extremely competent staff willing to go above and beyond ,ensuring you stay is enjoyable.
Staff was friendly and rooms were cleanly. No issues, check in process was smooth as well. They also had a solid option for breakfast. I went with a group of friends and they also loved it. Definitely will be coming back when I'm in the area!
This hotel was simply the best. First and foremost the location is perfect. The parking lot well lit, which made us feel secure since we arrived very late in the evening. Check in was simple and fast. The room was clean and had a fresh scent. We've been to other hotels and the musty odor was bad. Not here! They offer breakfast and it's a good variety. Eggs, sausage, tater tots, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, breakfast bars, mini donuts just to name a few. Bananas and apples as well. If you are unable to do stairs, be sure to let the hotel know as there is no elevator. When I made my reservation there was a space to put in any comments or concerns and I'm pretty sure they will do their best to accommodate. The staff was friendly and that also makes a great impression. All in all this was a great experience.
Nice new vinyl floor as opposed to old carpet. Clean! I liked the availability of the microwave in the room and a larger in room refrigerator. The "ice box" was large enough to fit 3 of our "ice blocks" we used to transport cold things in our car ice box.
Hotel is a good stop for exploring Sequoia and Kings NP. Drive to park entrances less than an hour drive. Hotel room was quiet and comfortable and very clean. Nice helpful staff. Breakfast had adequate offerings with fresh fruit too lots of tea and attentive staff making sure it was always clean and attended to.
All 13 of us stayed here on our Harley road trip & the hotel was the best, the staff were extremely welcoming & nothing was too much trouble.Great pool for a cool off with towels supplied & breakfast all included in the price. Would definitely stay again.
13 of us stayed here for one night on our 2000 mile around trip on Harley Davidson's. Out of all the places we stayed we found this to be the friendliest, very comfortable, clean nice pool and good value for money. When one of the bikes had a flat battery in the morning they went out of there way to help us get it going again. Thoroughly recommend it.
The BW Americana was an excellent option for our family to see both Sequoia and Kings Canyon, as it was an hour drive to each park. The city of Dinuba is lacking in some options but the larger city of Visalia is only 20 minutes away. The value of the hotel was exceptional as they offered a hot breakfast buffet each morning. We enjoyed the clean jacuzzi each evening after hiking on the trails. The staff was very friendly and our room was cleaned each day with a fresh set of towels. The beds were comfortable and the noise was at a minimum. We would stay at this location again when visiting the area. The one complaint would be that the water pressure in the shower / tub was low and it could use an updated shower head.
The room overall was pretty clean. It was obvious the room had been updated, as it is an old hotel, but it could still use a bit more attention. The smell of mildew coming out of the AC was awful. It seems a possible health issue. The shower head sprayed random directions and the toilet ran constantly. The pillows were awful, hard, lumpy blobs and the bed had a dip in it and has seen better days. The lack of an elevator was an inconvenience with luggage. Breakfast was good. The hall and stairway carpet could use a cleaning.
Fridge and microwave available. Fast check-in and check-out. Very clean room. Free coffy at the reception the whole day. Very friendly and helpful staff. We got a good tip from the owner for the steakhouse in the evening. 1 hr driving from Sequia National park. Too small breakfast room but we could sit at the outside pool for breakfast.
We had a nice stay in the hotel. It met most of our expectations. Breakfast was good. Parking was easily accessible. Not too far from the downtown. Altogether a good experience. Next time when I visit, planning to stay in the same hotel.
resendable price, room is clean, bedding is comfortable. compare with other best western hotel we stayed, this one is much newer. hotel is at a good location if you plan to visit sequoia/kings canyon national park. hotel close to restaurant, Walmart etc..
The hotel met all of our needs. The staff was super friendly and helpful. If I was in the area again I would definitely stay here. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel looks like it has had a recent upgrade which was nice. The outside pool was very nice.
We stayed two nights in this small Best Western Hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is taking care for everything. Its extremly clean. The pool is big ,warm and the sunloungers are new. Breakfast with fresh fruit higher than standart. Really a gem!
Great room, very clean and surprisingly great breakfast.I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express or the Marriott in Visalia, but this hotel blows them away. Probably the best Best Western I've ever had my stay.
A nice little hotel in Dinuba, CA. Very clean rooms, nice working AC, great pool. If you want fast Internet, be sure to request a room near the lobby, down towards the 110 wing, the WiFi is a bit spotty. Helpful, friendly staff. Oh, let the waffles cook longer than the displayed timer.
I chose this location because it was far enough from the railroad tracks and off the freeway, it is near a park and some farmland. The hotel was very clean microwave, fridge and very nice pool area. There are stairs to upper level and nice windows. The only noise you will hear is the A/C if a warm night. Beds are very comfortable and there is a coffee/light breakfast in AM. There is a Wal-mart, Subway, Starbucks and Panda express nearby. I highly suggest if you want to get a good sleep to chose this hotel, the trains come through town all hours and blow there horn about 5 times. You can pleasantly enjoy the sound of the train still if you listen closely from this location.
We were exploring the national parks and this Best Western in Dinuba is perfectly located between Kings Canyon NP and Sequoia NP. Either of the national parks are only just over an hour away, either via CA 180 to Kings Canyon or via 198 through Three Rivers to Sequoia NP. The hotel is also next to grocery stores and restaurants in downtown Dinuba, which made it convenient was we shopped for supplies. Moreover, this BW is way more than just having a great location. The hotel manager Reda was super helpful, professional and accommodating. The facilities were clean, modern and well maintained. The breakfast had such a great variety of choices - sausage, scrambled egg, fruits, yogurt, pastries, waffle... It certainly made our trip much more comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this BW if you are in this neighborhood!
If your travels take you to this neck of the woods these accommodations will not disappoint. Excellently maintained with all the amenities for a restful and peaceful night(s) stay. Reda and his staff are very helpful and personable eagerly welcoming you and attentive to your needs helping making your stay away from home comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Reda
The general manager, Seda, greeted us upon check-in and upgraded our room to a suite across the hall from the other people with whom we were travelling. The suite had a wet bar, microwave, fridge, table and couch and it worked out well for pre-dinner snacks for 4 people. The rooms were very clean - cleanest that I had seen on our trip to California, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool looked very clean and inviting, so it would make a good stop for kids. Seda gave us restaurant recommendations and we chose Safari, just a few blocks away. The Mexican food was excellent (they have other food too but we did not try it) and the atmosphere was lively. The breakfast area is very small but we were able to take things back to our suite and have breakfast for 4 in there.
The Best Western in Dinuba is a great stopping point just outside Grant Grove- Sequoia National Forest. The host is welcoming and very helpful. The site is well-cared for and very clean. A Continental breakfast is promised and that's well provided.
The customer service at this location is great. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful. The room was always clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
Reda is a very friendly and accommodating host. Facility is well maintained and provides everything it promises. It looked like the best place to stay at the best value for my needs and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you Reda, rrz
Great stay, and really nice area, would highly recommend for others to stay as there passing through, the price of the room was great; good stay for people with kids also; and the rooms were very spacious
We visit family in this small town several times a year and our family has outgrown the size of my parents home whom we usually stay with, so the last trips to Dinuba we have stayed at the BW Americana because it close, clean and quiet and we always receive great service from the staff. We will continue to stay here in the future
Very surprised to find a Best Western in Dinuba CA on the way to Kings Canyon. Friendly and helpful staff plus a good buffet breakfast in the morning. Most impressive to me (besides the buffet) was the shower head. It's a goose neck so it's probably 7' at the head. I'm not tall, 6'2”, but most hotel shower heads hit me right about in the throat.
I checked in to our local Best Western and was offered a promotional of $20 off per night on any subsequent stay. Since I needed to return in a week I gladly signed up but when I went to make my next reservation the customer service refused to honor it saying that I was never signed up. Since the hotel itself was the one who signed me up explain to them that it could not of been my error and that I was sure that they could make it right. The representative was curt and disrespectful and would still not honor the promotion it was obviously did not want my business so I changed to another motel I do not feel I need to stay at Best Western ever again.
I was very impressed by the great experience the Best Western Americana hotel offered on site during the pandemic. Here are some reasons why I'm going to visit and stay there after the pandemic and this explains why you should choose this hotel too! The room I stayed in (one of the suites) was spectacularly clean and very comfortable with a big bathroom, great and modern interior design. Room has everything you need and maybe beyond: towels, water, and even a mini-kitchen which was very helpful. It was an AMAZING view. Ground floor. Sunset with the swimming pool view simply just outside of the floor to ceiling window in your room. The bed! It was very like at home, sleeping on it was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Relaxing and nice atmosphere. Again, the SERVICE at the front desk was excellent. Couldn't ask for more. Great service is hotel's trademark! Would like to highlight the general manager (Reda Bennani) who showed what a profession should be at this job. Great location + quality of service + modern rooms + the pool. Just because of the combination of those key facts I'd definitely book our next stay at Best Western Americana again.
Awesome place and very helpful/nice staff! No noise and a big plus with the free continental breakfast and the pool! Location isn't far out from Sequoia and was close to restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place if you plan on going to Sequoia or visit the area
First off, we were just glad to get a hotel room at the last minute. My daughter and I hadn't planned on needing to stop and we had her 2 little ones with us. We were beyond tired when we checked in. Shoutout and huge thanks to Reda who checked us in. He helped sort out the reservation, credit card and even my Best Western Rewards. The room was clean and very nice. A/C worked great and the kids loved the deep bathtub. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. We left there refreshed! Thanks, Reda!
Have stayed here before and will again. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. Staff are helpful from making reservations to checking in. Beds are comfortable, makes for a good night sleep.
The manager was very polite and professional. Helped us book for 2 nights when we walked in at 3am! The whole hotel was spotless, super clean as soon as you walked in the lobby, hallways, and room it smelled amazing! The custodian team was a great help as well. Asked them questions pertaining to my surrounding areas and where I may find certain stores and were quick to give me correct detailed directions. The free breakfast was also good and the beds were just so comfortable felt like I was sleeping on a comfy cloud. Everything about Best Western Americana in Dinuba was just like it's name the Best! Will definitely book another stay there! Thank you for everything -A.R
My family and I stayed here for 2 nights for our daughters golf tournament in the area. We booked the 2 king bed and balcony room. It was great, lots of room and very clean. We felt extremely comfortable staying here during this time of covid. The lobby was not accessible to guest for safety reasons but check in and check out at the front window was quick and easy. The only issue was on the last night there was arguing down the hallway in the middle of the night around 2am. It didn't last long but it was pretty loud for a minute or 2. Other than that, this is a great hotel overall.
Aj was awesome he greeted us and was very friendly! We booked kind of late but yet he was very accommodating! The rooms had lots of space and windows! The entire experience was excellent! The rooms were very clean and comfortable! Definitely recommend!
Room VERY clean. Had HOT water and good water pressure to take a shower. Breakfast in a bag had a variety of items - ample amount of food. If ever back in the area will definitely make the reservations for this hotel.
Came up to Dinuba to visit family for the weekend. There are only 2 options if you want to stay in Dinuba. We choose Best Western cause it was a few dollars cheaper. Both hotels looked about the same. My only real compliant is that the AC wouldn't go lower than 70 degrees. Manager said there was nothing he could do about it. His suggestion was to open the window.
The staff at Best Western made it easy to book a room for all our family traveling from Arizona. The hotel in Dinuba, CA was very quiet and clean. They had plenty of parking close to our room and I appreciate that they were conscientious of the fact that we had little ones traveling with us so they booked a room for us down stairs. This was done for the comfort of others in the hotel so they wouldn't have to hear the jumping and running around from the little ones from. Very thoughtful. I will continue to use this hotel for any future trips.
If you want a Clean room at a reasonable price than this is your place. Nothing fancy, just a clean room to sleep, take a nice shower and relax. Beds are new and clean. A/C works well, direct tv, wifi, mini fridge, iron and tiny coffee maker.
Office not accessable, I and others were kept waiting outside for the person to come out from the back to help us. One person took 40 minutes to check-in. I had ask for ground floor in my reservation but was told that they were busy and didn't have a room down stairs. When I showed my frustration they instatnly found one. It was amazing. I ask if the pool was open and was told yes but you have to make a reservation for it and only got one hour. I booked my hour and come back when my time was open. That was nice. So I tried to book the same time for the next night and was told that the pool was reserved from 7 - 8 and it closed at 8. I took the 6 - 7 time. I went down for my time and when the person opened the pool for me there were others there. He told me they could have 10 in there so they were to stay. I said I only wanted the hot tub. I and the others started talking and I finally left at 11:45pm. So what they say and what they do are two different things. The front desk personel were not that available or courtious, where the maids were wonderful. When I was leaving I wanted some ice for a 6 pack cooler but the machine was not working. I ask the management about it and they pointed to an old van out front and told me that the guy in it took all the ice in the machine. All the ice? All the ice in the machine? REALLY!
We arrived fairly late in the evening and the check in process was a bit slow but no biggie. When we got to the room we noticed that the beds were on the hard side and not to comfy. I then tried to turn on the tv but all it keep doing was show a starting up screen. It never started I finally just unplugged and replugged it and after about an additional 5 min it finally worked. The next morning I get up and get ready and head to the lobby to grab food and check out. No food. Main lobby was closed with no sign saying breakfast was canceled I get it as Covid-19 is going on but at least post a sign. There was actually no one at the desk so I rang the bell and waited for a good 5-6 min ringing the bell multiple times and then finally someone showed up. Overall this was not the best experience but it provided what I needed.
We enjoyed the stay even with the restrictions for protection due too Covid19. Be prepared for challenges for cleaning rooms, requesting Go bags in advance, requesting extra towels and amenities. The pool is available with appointment.
This property pleasantly surprised me on how nice it was! The rooms had hardwood floor, rooms had very nice amenities, the common area carpeting appeared to be new, the outside in landscaped nicely and the pool area was better then some resorts that I have stayed at. As a business traveler that stays in hotels 150+ nights per year, I will be staying here again. I titled this review "Central California Detour", as I do not have customers in Dinuba, but I do have some family there. This was a great property!
To start this hotel takes cleaning and everything with COVID seriously which is not bad at all. The hotel smells like cleaner and they only do check in through the night window. The pool/hot tub as of review is closed, which is standard in California right now. I think this is a safe place to satay in this aspect. The room we were given was nice and appeared very clean. It was a corner room along the road which had a decent amount of road noise. The bed was comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. One thing that was a pet peeve of mine as it drives decisions on hotels was the bath tub. The tub had no drain plug so we called the desk and where explained they removed it for covid. I have traveled a lot during this time and this was the first time I had seen this done. I personally think they should be open when amenities especially in the room you expect to be there are removed. The hotel was around $100 for the night so it was not very cheap. Overall the hotel was ok and staff was friendly. Dinuba is a hidden town not to far from Sequoia so if your travels take you to the area it is an ok choice.
Owner/manager was the absolute best I have ever encountered. Any little issue he tried to help as best as possible, also provided knowledge about the area we didn't know but appreciated. The location was great for what we needed.
We enjoyed everything about this hotel and it's amazing, friendly staff from walking into reception and leaving 4 days later. Reda (hotel manager and front desk) is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. His local knowledge is excellent and his attention to detail ensures a great experience here. Also worthy of note was Myrera (apologies if wrong spelling) who again was so cheerful, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean, the housekeeping excellent. Within a couple of hours drive of Yosemite and Sequoia making this hotel a great base. We just wished we were coming again in March/April to see all the blossom that is just coming out and goes on for miles and miles around.
I was trying to go online to check on my emails and play some online games. The internet experienced some sort of malfunction, it worked ok when I first logged in then it stopped working. Other then that Delia was awesome at check in. She is the reason I will be coming back! Thanks again!
Stayed two nights for family event. Clean, comfortable accomodation. Passed my "litmus" test by not having a clogged shower! Great provisions for breakfast to get us off on a good visit and return trip home. Outstanding and personable staff headed by proprietor Reda!
Hotel was clean and the rooms were pleasant. Service by a gentleman named Rada was outstanding and he made sure we were fully taken care of during our 2 breakfast days. Breakfast was quite good with a decent variety. We decided wewill be visiting this motel again next time in town.
Staff was extremely nice gentleman at the front desk was very helpful very polite the rooms were very clean the water pressure in the shower was on point breakfast in the morning was great I can't complain and I will definitely be back
We arrived at the hotel at night. Because its in farmland, everything around it is pitch black, but as you come up to the hotel, the walls are bathed in blue lights. It make it look super cool. The staff was super friendly (thanks Reda0, and the rooms were nice and clean. The price was the best option around too. I would without hesitation stay here again.
The location is clean, service is excellent, and the staff incredibly attentive. My stay here is always pleasant. I consider myself a regular business traveler and this location is a pleasure to stay here. I feel safe, the parking lot is well lit and for the price, you can't beat it! Win-win all the way!
I wish we had time to spend 2 nights here. The room was excellent and breakfast was terrific. Good location to stay at before you visit the Sierra National Park/ Forest. More than reasonably priced with 5 star service.
This place is a 5 star Kempinski Hotel experience at a 2 star price. The Manager Reda is simply one of a kind! His attention to detail and to the experience of the client is unparalleled. I travel for work and leisure extensively and this Best Western is a unique experience. Reda knows his customers, goes above and beyond for each client, whether they stay frequently or only once. This is his place, he is in charge, proud of it and you as a traveler reap the results. He delivers with pleasure, enthusiasm and rock solid consistency. I stay at this hotel once a month. There are many alternatives, but nothing comes close to this regardless of price. Book the room, ask for Reda and enjoy your stay!
Maybe one of the best hotel services we have ever experienced, and I can say we have gone to MANY. The hotel is well located in Dinuba and close to Kingsburg. If you want to visit Kings Canyon or Sequoia it's also close. The rooms are comfortable with all what you need. Has a an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Points to observe: it has a first floor but no elevator, suitcases go up the stairs. Also it does not have a safe in the room. The service of the staff and SPECIALLY the Manager makes the difference and puts this Hotel in my top 5 ranking. A must if you want to stay at in the area.
If you are traveling and need to stop around Dinuba, this is an excellent option. Very good breakfast, the rooms are cozy, beds comfortable, quiet, clean. They have also a small swimming pool. All the staff is extremely kind. We used as base for visiting Sequoia Park, if you do not want to stay inside, this option may be good.
everything was great the only thing I didn't enjoy was every time I went for breakfast the manager would just look and watched I felt like I was going to take something other than that the rooms were clean staff were friendly
My family and I have been staying at this BW Americana, Dinuba, CA for many, many years. We have family in the area, so this hotel is the closest to them, plus a good deal! A long time ago, we stayed at other locations, but always come back to this BW... The Manager and his team do an excellent job of keeping this hotel clean, safe and up-to-date, great breakfast as well.
I was just passing through town. What a great stop for the night! The hotel was immaculate, and breakfast was satisfying, but the hospitality! The owner/host Reda was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, friendly. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.
I recently visited Sequoia National Park with my family. What I can say is that I had an extraordinary experience related with the hotel. First of all, the location of the hotel is not far from Sequoia National Park. Second, the breakfast is rich and diversified. Third, the room is very clean, and the service offered is 5 stars. In all, it is a very quiet, clean hotel. I was impressed at the cleanliness of my bedroom and bathroom (there was no dust on the nightstand or the TV ) I liked that there were 3-4 sets of towels in the bathroom, so I don't have to request additional towels from housekeeping All these tiny details made my stay so much more enjoyable. Housekeeping staffs were approachable and pleasant. Manager Rada is always present in the hotel, interacting with all the guests , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, oriented to detail. Highly recommend, you won't be disappoint. Sequoia National Park is a must see .
My sister and I stayed here recently when visiting some of the nearby National Parks, and were bowled over by the hospitality shown to us by Reda, the owner/host. It came innately to him, as he genuinely welcomed us, took care of special meal time needs, answered questions and made suggestions about local venues to visit and/or routes to take. His personally-made Moroccan potatoes at the breakfast buffet were super-delicious. The site is well cared for, clean, comfortable, and easy to access. The value more than lived up to Best Western's commitment to provde the best possible hospitality. Thank you, Reda and Best Western!
Its relatively near location to Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks made it the ideal place for my sister and I to stay during our recent trip. The manager, Reda, is the soul of hospitality, going out of his way from check-in to check-out to make our multi-night stay as pleasant as possible. Our only regret was being too tired to use the lovely outdoor pool when we returned in the evenings after FULL days of exploring the National Parks. If you're looking for lodging anywhere in this area, I highly recommend Dinuba's Best Western Americana.
We stayed here for 4 nights and this hotel was impressively clean and the staff was great! So much attention to detail. The entire place was spotless and well maintained including the pool area. Breakfast was a nice variety including eggs, potatoes and sausage option. Also, they kept breakfast stocked fresh even up until the end of breakfast time.
We arrived at this hotel hot and tired from a very long 600 mile journey on motorcycles. The host greeted us and was very happy to see us. He was very accommodating and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel has been recently renovated. It is clean and bright. The swimming pool and the hot tub are also very clean. It was a joy to stay here!
I drove from southern California to go to the park (sequoias) , This hotel seemed to be the closest one to the entrance. This place is impeccable, You kind of have an idea that the hotel is nice when you 1st pull in and the landscaping is beautiful and the parking lot is clean. The way i was greeted by the front desk made me feel so welcomed, These people were sincerely happy to see me and eager to make my experience one that i couldn't forget . There was a young man Adam that checked us in, He looked new but on point , he explained everything in detail, times and all. Than this very sophisticated man shows up (owner) and also greeted us with a big smile. We checked in our room , Nice newer furniture and plenty of amenities , A lot of TV channels, and the room was spotless. The best part of our stay was morning time when we went to have breakfast and the owner or maybe manager asked us if he could customize an omelette for us, We accepted the offer, It was by far the best omelette that i ever had , These guys probably have an amazing chef in their kitchen, the spread was nice and plenty-full. Boiled eggs , Cheese waffles , sausage and scrambled eggs. We couldn't try everything . The kindness , professionalism and top of the line service that this hotel offers makes me want to come back again with my friends and family. LOVED LOVED the attention and their staff!
While staying at a lodge within Sequoia/Kings Canyon National park would offer the best options to discover the vast preserve, staying at this Inn is the next best option. It is a little over an hour's drive to the visitors' Center at Sequoia/Kings Canyon Visitors, Center. The hotel is updated and the breakfast above average.
Overall it was very clean and comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave, and fairly large TV if you're into that. Plenty of space in the room. The breakfast was great for getting the day started right. There were eggs, sausages, potatoes, and make your own waffles. There was also fresh fruit, cereal and milk, and an assortment of other choices. We did not have a chance to check out the pool but there were a few people taking advantage of it. The property was clean and well kept. The very best part of the stay was the inn keeper, Reda! I booked a smoking room when I was trying to book a nonsmoking room. When we arrived Reda informed us that the place was all booked up and there were no other rooms. He then worked some magic and we ended up in a nonsmoking room. (someone had left without checking out and he called them to verify that they really weren't returning). Anyway, he made our stay enjoyable by going above and beyond to make things work out for us. We really appreciate it, thank you Reda!

Me + friends were headed to redding and our car broke down on Sunday evening. We couldn't get it fixed until the next day. Rena (man @ front desk) took really good care of us, struck a bit of a deal for us. Rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast @ 9am.
Best western Americana in Dinuba,Calif. Is a very comfortable place to stay,Decor is up to date very clean ,and the staff is friendly .I would definitely recommend any one to stay there . I felt very safe
I had the pleasure of traveling through California & staying at a true gem of a property. Having spent nearly 250 nights in hotels last year I can tell you that I've seen properties ranging from amazing to pitiful. While in a big city I'll always search for a full service Hyatt property, but in small towns I'll look for something similar to a courtyard by Marriott or doubletree by Hilton. Having said that, there aren't many options in the smallest of towns, so I found myself here at the Americana Inn for a 1 night stay. Let me tell you that at check in I was sincerely greeted by Monica, and checked in promptly and professionally. The room was very clean and quite spacious. There were ample toiletries as we'll as towels. The room had both a microwave and mini fridge, though I didn't use either it was nice to have them both available. Coffee is available 24 hours in the lobby. They also have a guest laundry which I did utilize. It is rather inexpensive to do so, the washing machine is $1.50 per load & the dryer is $1.00 per load. If you find yourself at this property try to avoid staying in either of the 2 rooms adjacent to the laundry as the machines are quite loud. The continental breakfast is typical of what you'd find at a Hampton inn or holiday inn express. While having breakfast I had the pleasure of speaking with the Reda, the front desk morning man, he was absolutely wonderful in offering to make a goodie bag for me as a I had a long drive ahead of me. He went above and beyond any expectations I had when I inquired about a late checkout & really impressed me with his sincerity about how my stay was. If you ever find yourself in the greater Visalia area I highly encourage you to stay here. It was a wonderful stay which is not an easy thing to accomplish on a badic 1 night stay. They actually care about hospitality which is rare these days.
This Best Western was pristine. Super clean and neat!! The hotel manager was incredibly personable and considerate!! Reda, thank you!! The rooms were great, again super clean and neat - and breakfast was fantastic -but Reda was the best!!!
Have stayed at this BW Americana 15 times over the past 4 years and it has been Excellent during that entire time. There is not one thing I can point to that was a disappointment. You will enjoy the professional, helpful, friendly staff; the sparkling rooms; the well stocked, adequate free breakfast; and the competitive rates.
This hotel shows some wear on the outside but the interior is well kept and clean. Large rooms. The manager Reda couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Breakfast area was very small which could be a problem if hotel was fully booked. Breakfast food selection was average at best. I thought the hotel was a real value overall. Sent from my iPhone
We stayed here while we spent four days exploring Kings Canyon National Park and Sequoia National Park. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We slept well and after a nice continental breakfast we were on our way in a Grand Sport Corvette. From check in to check out the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great time and when we are in this area again, this is where we will stay.
What a great hotel! We were looking for a hotel close to the entrance to Kings Canyon National Park. The hotel was well kept, had an outdoor pool, our room was super comfortable and the staff was excellent. The free breakfast was more than waffles and cold cereal--had bread rolls, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Excellent! Highly recommend.
I had booked a room a day prior to a business trip, but later that day I learned that I would not be making the trip. I had tried calling the front desk of the Best Western, but they were unwilling to budge in regards to cancelling the room and refunding me. I was willing to to pay some sort of amount, but the manager was not going to budge on her stance. I will not be using a Best Western for my future business trips sadly.
very nice and clean rooms and extremely quiet location. Perfect to catch up on your sleep after a night out on the town. Service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very central location with plenty of places to shop and eat within walking distance..
Thanks to trip advisor we picked this hotel. It is a small extremely clean place. The pillows and mattresses were great. It is easy to find and has a clean pool. There is a usual breakfast setup and pleasant staff.
Have stayed at this Best Western numerous times, very nice and always clean. Great pool area to relax around. Owners are pleasant, helpful and share information with you of area restaurants and places of interest to visit
We stayed here for one night during Feb 2018 on our flower blossom viewing tour to Fresno area. The motel located in a calm and peaceful area just next to fruit orchard. Outside was very clean so the very tiny front lobby. Room is average size clean and good linen. Bathroom also very clean, well kept. Breakfast area was so small and nothing much to talk about the food as it was much below the normal BW. There was a large swimming pool outdoor, seems very clean. We did not use it as it was a windy day. Staff was good, friendly. The flower blossom in almond and fruit orchards located in the vicinity was awesome. There were few eateries within walking distance. We like staying if we go again during the fruit season.
Very attentive staff along with clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms. The staff remembered personally my last stay and that impressed me and made me feel valued. I would not even consider staying at any other location when visiting this area of the country!
Great service and hotel. Will continue to stay here when we come in to town to visit family. The room was clean, with a comfy bed, and DirectTV channels. The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was boiled eggs, English muffins, cold and hot cereals, hot tea, coffee, orange juice, agave juice, muffins...etc.
iam very satisfied with this hotel and staff is very good i enjoy a lot. very good service next time. iam prefer to stay in this hotel. price is average. as a bussiness person i travel a lot. but this is my first experince to stay in this hotel
we changed two rooms to try to get the bathtub can be used for bubble bath for kids, both of the bathtub can not keep the water, the manager said if housekeeper doesn't report to him, he even don't know it should be fixed by somebody. by the way, don't think about breakfast !
I have family in the Dinuba, CA area and usually my husband and I stay at this Best Western Americana hotel when we visit. We have been staying there for many years and are never disappointed. The inside and outside of the hotel are ALWAYS super clean. The food area is open on time and provides a good variety of breakfast food items. The rooms are in excellent condition and the housekeeping personnel are only a phone call away if you need anything. The manager AJ is very accommodating and willing to help our stay be a good one. I recommend you stay at this hotel next time you are in the Dinuba, CA area, you won't be disappointed. Thank You AJ and your hard working team. We appreciate you!
Very warm and friendly hotel I will always choose Best Western hotel to stay in the future. I loved how clean and beautiful the place. I felt safe and at home. The hotel is very close to restaurants and cute shopping stores and minutes from a major city Fresno California. Thank you again.
I needed to stay near Fresno, CA. Other hotels were full and I was able to get a room in this Best Western in Dinuba. It is not a large hotel, but it was very clean and comfortable. A nice hotel if you need one near the central area of California.
My stay at this location has always been great. The staff is very helpful. Every time I ran into one of the staff members they asked if they could help me with anything. I would absolutely stay at this location the next time I'm in town!!!
The staff is so friendly and accommodating here and it seems that every time we visit they have improved the exterior or rooms in some way. We always enjoy stay! Request a room farther from the road if you're concerned about any possible road noise.
Great Hotel, Nice staff,Comfortable room ,Excellent Breakfast.I will definitely be back and recommend it highly to any visitors. Dinuba is a nice town in the central valley. Your gateway to the Sierra Nevada.
Big and clean rooms, very nice breakfast to start the day. Made sure someone will be there to except us in the middle of the night. Great location to start early in sequoia national park. Will be back there.
Used as a pitstop on the way to Sequoia National Park (still an hour's drive away). Dinuba has nothing to commend it (even the few restaurants shut at 8pm) but this hotel was comfortable, quiet and convenient. The pool was very welcome in the late afternoon after a long drive and the small laundry very useful for catching up on some washing during our long road trip. Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast ample unless you're used to large, traditional american breakfast. The waffle maker was particularly liked by the kids. The man on reception was very helpful with all our questions.
great pool ,nice rooms and great cable selection, not so good breakfast, would definitely stay again, Dinuba grows on you, very quiet, friendly staff, was able to get early sign in and beat the heat.....
Clean Beautiful rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean breakfast area with lots of yummy options. More than attentive Staff to help with all of my business needs. Very happy with Best Western and will be staying with this franchise for all of my overnight stays whenever possible.
this is an obvious pit stop if you are about to enter or leave the adjacent national parks.. very nice place the bestwestern way.. spacious rooms and clean bedding/amenities, hot showers and a pool.. One less star, because the breakfast place and options are limited (not the bestwestern way i expected, lets say, you won't see omlets, potato fries or bacon) but of course the fruit options, waffles, cornflakes, milk/yogurts, coffee and others would never disappoint you either.. Overall a good place to stay and hit the road again after a quick breakfast.. Ajit in the reception was super friendly.
Everything was excellent ! Friendly staff & good breakfast & Delicious Coffee !! Peacefully and Quiet location !! My kids & I slept super comfortable knowing we're safe and our room was excellent in cleanliness !
Very attentive staff, the room was clean, and the pool was always immaculate. The hotel is in a great location south of the city of Dinuba. The breakfast nook, although small was efficient and constantly stocked with breakfast goodies in the morning.
So for starters this hotel offered a nights stay at a reasonable rate. For it being 100 plus degrees to have the pool close at 9 pm when the sun sets at 830 seemed a bit unreasonable but we followed the rules and left on time even though there was a pool full of people trying to enjoy the refreshing water. The continental breakfast was well stocked and appreciated; However the fact that there was 2 or 3 tables for an entire hotel seems like design set to frustrate as going outside to eat in the heat is unrealistic. I also believe that the breakfast should start at 6 am rather than 7...again its hot out and people want to enjoy their trip by getting an early start. The room was clean and the ac worked, but that is where the pleasant experience ended. For starters the hallway and stairwell was ridiculously hot and the fact that there was no ac and no elevator seems like bad planning. Almost un-Best Western like expectation like. This Hotel felt like an easy 8 or private hotel that was converted. The shower head in room 205 is way off center causing us to have to hug the shower wall to get wet! The towels looked like they went through a meat grinder! I could not believe someone washed, folded, and placed that rag in the restroom for their customers but there it was proudly on display!
This best western had the standard so so breakfast, the rooms were large and well kept, as was the bathroom. The cell phone reception was goodThe grounds we're well well kept. It's good hotel to stay the night on the way to Yosemite
I had never been to this town before but because of business we decided to stay at a local BW like we usually do. The staff was accommodating and the room clean, large and comfortable. There were limited number of items on the breakfast bar and the coffee was great.
I appreciate having a hotel that will accommodate me with a smoking room. I travel for work and my hotel is my home away from home. This hotel lets me be comfortable without treating me like a criminal because I smoke. Every hotel should be as accommodating! This owner does NOT discriminate against me. THANK YOU!!! I wish there were more owners like this!
Family owned very nice place to dtsy. Clean friendly good location. Breakfast is fantastic I will always stay here. Not like usual chain they really care. Comp happy hour too breakfast is cooked to order and room is large
We stayed at the Best Western Dinuba while visiting my aunt who is in a nursing home in Fresno. Unfortunately, the first night we had to stay in a room on the second floor because they missed our first-floor room request. Without an elevator, it would have been impossible for my aunt to make it to the room. Luckily, we didn't pick her up until the next day when they moved us to the first floor. They made the transition very easy for us. The hotel was a bit out of the way, but the price was right and the drive wasn't bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. The only down to the visit was the lobby area. It was very small and the breakfast area only has three tables in it. That made it impossible for our group of three to sit down for breakfast. Also, the breakfast selection was very limited. We ended up going out to breakfast every day.
The reception girls were great! Alicia in the morning, and lovely girl in evening: sorry can't remember name. Ask for a room as far east as possible to be away from the road noise. Good price! We took a walk in the orchards across the street. The blooms were gorgeous. Drive to Centerville and stop at the fruit stand: taste and buy various orange types, buy homemade soap and jams.
Nice, quiet hotel with clean rooms, free WiFi, free breakfast and free parking. Very lovely neighborhood, with lots of plantations and estates. Several restaurants and shops located near the hotel. Only complaint would be that breakfast was only until 9.
The Gentleman that runs this Best Western is very nice and helpful. He gave me a choice of places that were close so I could get something to eat after I checked in. The room is nice sized, clean and comfortable. There was a desk and chair set and an extra chair, the TV was a medium flat screen and the fridge was a little bigger. I have stayed here before and have enjoyed it and will stay again but I did notice as the owners children grow, they tend to be loud and noisy in the halls. I imagine it would be hard to grow up in a hotel. Anyway, the room was under $100 so I will stay here again next time I am in the area.
Stayed here for two nights for a friend's wedding. The hotel is much better looking than the photos provided here. Great breakfast options, though the breakfast room isn't really a room, just a few tables next to the front desk. The room is very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. It is also very spacious. The room also has a microwave and a refrigerator. The only downside was the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom. So inside the bathroom there was only a toilet and shower, but it wasn't a big deal at all. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay here again.
Staff was super nice and the room was cute and really clean.! I would definitely recommend to others who intend on staying here, I never have anything negative to say, and I really enjoy how it didn't take too long to check in and out.
This hotel is an older Best Western, not fancy but comfortable and very convenient to the parks we wanted to visit. Breakfast is fine. We were in a mini-suite so lots of room and comfortable. This is a hotel is not a resort property, and I don't judge it as one. We would stay again; the staff is very nice. Dinuba has very limited restaurants nearby, however unless you love fast food or Mexican. The Mexican food available is good.
The hotel is clean and modern with nice spacious rooms. The bed was soft and comfortable and we got 3 good nights sleep. There were a few problems however being we were locked out of our room as the door would not work due to a faulty lock which the hotel knew about but did not fix it. We had to wait for a "manager" to show up to use a key to unlock the door. This occurred late night and we were not impressed. The WiFi said that it was unsafe to use as the security certificate was out of date. Lucky for us we had our own dongle. The cleaning staff ignored us completely even though we spoke to them as none of them could speak English...I thought the USA's language was English!!!! Even though the hotel had inside corridors the rear door is always left open which was a bit of a worry.
This is a nice, quiet, friendly, and clean small hotel. I saw the complaints about no elevators but, it's only two floors. No big deal. I need the exercise. I will definitely stay here again when I have to travel to the area for work. I liked the small friendly atmosphere.
Showed up on spec. Very positive and professional greeting. Shown room prior to booking. Large room, comfortable bed, and a very efficient self service breakfast. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, lovely thick white fluffy towels too. All the staff friendly and helpful. Good location for accessing Kings Canyon. Wish we hadn't booked ahead, as would have happily returned for several nights.
Newer Hotel with a great Staff. Clean, with wonderful new HD Samsung flat screen televisions with many channels. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy access and parking. Breakfast, though light is included. Wish I had more business in town so I could extend my stay
no elevator for upper floors, no help with luggage, no real breakfast, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, friends or family. We all make frequent trips to this area but from now on will stay at the holiday inn express, same price different experience
I was experiencing some inexplicable charm. We loved the hotel so much that it made us agree to stay one more night. There was something special about the place. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. A pool area was a very pleasant place too. We had to occupy different rooms during our stay and both were very nice and sizeable! They were furnished in a pretty exquisite manner. Bathrooms were very light and clean. There was a plenty of bathroom amenities and accessories as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast and lunch area was small but cozy with limited kinds of meal though. In a word, we had a great stay in the hotel and didn't want to leave it.
This hotel is placed just outside of town, surrounded by orchards. The atmosphere is quite and relaxed. Gas and groceries are located a short drive away.We were there for 4 nights and had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing. This is a great hotel to stay at if your coming to visit the Sequoia Natioal Forest area.
This hotel is about 45 minutes from Kings Canyon National Park. I stayed her on a trip to visit the Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Parks. The hotel is not close to Sequoia National Park so that next night I stayed at a hotel in Three Rivers, CA. This hotel didn't have an elevator. If you don't want to carry your luggage up stairs, request a room on the first floor when you make your reservation. The check in and check out at the hotel was quick. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom area with the toilet and tub in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. There was a breakfast in the morning. There were hot waffles. The other foods (juice, milk, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs) were cold. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
Average place to stay the hallways have a cheap smelling air freshener breakfast was ok... the high point was the TV it had over 50 movie channels & many others. The price was kind of high for the location it was in
On the way out of king's canyon i decided to try this place. It was great! It was clean and all of the employees were all friendly. We did not use the pool but some people were using it while we were there and people really seemed to enjoy it. The breakfast area is small but they have a decent selection to get you going in the morning. There is not much in town but if you are looking for a clean place to stay this is it.
Woke up to a loud fire alarm blaring throughout the hotel at 6:10 a.m. Called the front desk to see why and was told there is no problem and the fire department is on the way. The alarm continued for 20 minutes. Sleep is the only reason we stopped for the night here and the hotel was not able to provide an environment conducive to that thus zero stars.
I was traveling with my two teenage daughters... On a trip from northern Cali to Orosi ca.. We stopped off at this hotel and during check in, the manager and the front desk girl get into an argument... I wait until they are done and get checked in... In the morning we decided to go to the pool... There were so many dead bugs resting at the bottom of the pool, I originally thought it was rocks... Until I looked closer... So no swimming... We get packed up and do the search for items that my get left behind... I find dirty socks under my bed... That's was enough to make me never want to stay here again...
Clean hotel. Dont know if its newly built or recently remodeled but it looks crisp and clean. No elevator, just stairs on each end of building. Outdoor pool. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Microwave and small fridge in room. Small but adequate breakfast area. In a neat little farming area. Not a lot to do in town. There are a few restaurants and a big Walmart. Took a little over an hour to get to Sequoia NP. Great value for the price.
Where is Dinuba, Ca.? I was quite surprise to find this gem. Tucked backed in the grape fields of Kerr County in the middle of no where popped up Dinuba. I work for the State of California and was dispatched to perform some air sampling in the area. I only stay at Best Westerns when traveling on business trips and this was the nearest hotel to my assigned job location. Room and hotel was clean and refreshing. There must have been a recent remodel in that the tags were still attached to the furniture!
Great location on our way to Sequoia National Park. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was a good place for our group to plan for the days ride. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for our route.
Good place to stay to see both Sequoia National Forest and Kings Canyon. Dinuba has a good variety of stores and restaurants for before or after your day at the park. Major state roads are nearby. There are also farm markets in and around Dinuba.
Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Standard BestWestern breakfast. Arrived late at the hotel and owner let us use the hot tub one hour longer! Very clean water in the pool and hot tub. We'll stay there again on the way to Kings Canyon.
This hotel was clean nicely decorated, had a nice bathroom, free breakfast typical continental, pool and jacuzzi, flat screen tv and they were very accommodating for our service dogs, it's a bit out there where the all the agriculture is but very good value!
Not particularly a very good stay this time. Came away with bed bugs, service not that great and the breakfast (continental or not) was not all that great. Would not recommend staying here again without there being a whole lot of improvements.
Not impressed by the service of this hotel. Staff does not go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. I will stay somewhere else in my next stay. The rooms are cleaned, but the breakfast they offer has very little choices.
Kudos to the man at the check in because I couldn't find my reservation confirmation but he helped me and got me checked in. I had chosen a king suite even though I was only there for one night. The suite was very roomy and clean. If there were someone that gets up early and one that sleeps in, it would be great. The living area, bathroom and bedroom are separated into three areas. The living area has a loveseat, end table, coffee table, desk, chair, table with two chairs, a wet bar with a small fridge, small flat screen TV and a sink and single coffee maker. The vanity is has a single sink, the bathroom area is large. The bedroom has a door to set it apart from the rest of the suite so you can have privacy if you need it. The bed is okay and there is a larger flat screen TV. There is a pool and hot tub. My room was 118 which is by the pool so it can be noisy until the pool area closes. My only complaint was the patron above me. When he walked around it was really loud. I even asked if he could walk a little quieter because it was so loud. I would have taken a top floor room but the don't have an elevator and I didn't want to have to carry everything up a flight of stairs. The rate was very reasonable for a suite. (not all rooms are suites) The free WIFI wasn't very good.
all good ( service and all ) breakfast , personal everything , every room is clean , smell nice , the location just what we need close to the job site , they offer the best option the beds are conformable simply the best we like Best Western
There are not many places to stay in Dinuba California but this hotel could not be better. Clean, well maintained and quiet. It is a small hotel, only two stories. The bed was excellent, many pillows and nice towels. We would stay here again.
This hotel is great. The price is good, very clean and fully stocked rooms. The staff is friendly and always helpful. For continental breakfast very good. Will definitely stay again. Its just 2 floors so need to worry about stairs or elevators.
We were visiting family in Reedley and this is a good value. The hotel is very clean. When we checked in at 9:00 pm we were offered the last non-smoking room but it was surrounded by smoking rooms. The smoke smell was bad in the hallway but not too bad in the room. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I could hear the street noise but it died down turning the night. Good selection for breakfast.
We were there for a funeral! This place was priced reasonably. We were well treated! The staff were helpful and always asked if they could help in anyway! I would stay at this hotel in the future. Very clean. Very comfortable. Close to all.
The town of Dinuba is where the closest BW is located if you want to visit Kings Canyon National Park, which brought us to the area. We were happy to find that the BW in Dinuba was modern and clean and convienently located to town and the park.
The room appeared to have been remodeled recently and was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were in the middle of redoing the exterior facade but did not work on the weekends.
All I can say is this is the best hotel I have stayed at to date. Clean rooms, friendly staff. And more importantly you leave feeling like you are disease free unlike the motel 6 in kingsburg, ca. It was worse than sleeping in a garbage can.
It was a great experience to stay this property second time. The owner was there at the time of check in, very nice and helpful guy. We booked two queen bedroom, clean and well maintained.we were at the first floor, not at all noisy. Morning breakfast was as usual ok.We like our stay at this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
Very nicely remodeled. Clean well appointed room with a comfy bed. Great location and stop on the way to Kings Canyon National Park. Near restaurants that are walking distance. Pool and hot tub are clean. Well managed and maintained. Slept well. Highly recommend.
We took 2 rooms for a 2-nights stay with the family. Very comfortable rooms, bathroom, warm and friendly staff. Special thanks and appreciation to Alicia and another colleague who looked after the Reception, breakfast and cleaning of the guest rooms. Multi-tasking hotel staff. Highly recommended!
Only stayed one night. Room was great nice and clean. The hotel was under some kind of construction but looked good. This hotel is a bit out of the way but nice. I did not use any of the services because I arrived very late and left very early in the morning.
Great place, very good service and care by the owner. The owner listened to our issues regarding our reservations and made the proper adjustments. Staff was gracious, kind and very helpful. Would stay here, over and over again.
It was an OK experience, the room itself is nice but the beds and pillow are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I had a sore neck for the entirety of my trip. The hotel lobby and hallways reek of cigarette smoke. The smell about knocks you over the moment you open the door to the building, however, our non-smoking room didn't smell. The A/C unit in our room didn't work the first night, but after we notified the staff of the issue they quickly fixed the problem so the rest of our stay was quite comfortable. The hotel staff is nice and very friendly, however they are very noisy. Our room was next to the supply closet and in the morning around 8 am the cleaning staff starts working. The door was slamming closed, they were speaking very loudly in the hallway outside our room, and were even vacuuming at 8 am! I opened the door and asked them to quiet down which worked for about 5 minutes and then they continued being loud. My biggest concern with the hotel is the security. The hotel has two side entrances and the entrance closest to our room wasn't secure. I could open the door without swiping my room key. Overall it was an OK experience. I don't know if I would opt to stay at this hotel again considering the uncomfortable beds and lack of security.
We arrived late at night after a long drive. We checked in, unloaded our stuff and opened the door to walk into the hotel and was hit with a THICK smell of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. Our room was better but you could still smell it in the room. If you are a smoker, great hotel for you. If you would like to preserve your lungs, stay away.
i really enjoyed my stay here at BWAmericana, room service was awesome, breakfast was fresh and the people were so so friendly, staff presantation was good. overall i give this hotel a 10/10 because i have never stayed in a hotel as clean anf friendly as BWA in Dinuba, and its so peacefull here so thumbs up Aj and Alecia used did a awesome job running this hotel. all credit goes to use and your staff. well done.
This trip to California was the first time I have stayed at a Best Western Inn (we usually stay at Hampton Inn). We stayed here in July and loved it! The room was extra large, the fridge was super cold, the AC was the coldest on our entire trip. I paid well over twice as much for a Best Western Plus in San Diego (Comic-Con) and this room (and breakfast) in Dinuba was far superior. We arrived a day earlier due to bad planning on my part. But AJ at the front desk was WONDERFUL. He gave us a quiet room, and took care of canceling out the wrong reservation (we were not charged!). The site proved to be perfect stop on our way to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park. Also, our daughter left a library book in the lobby, we called over a week later and AJ mailed it us at no charge. What a great guy! He checked us in, answered our questions about the park and suggested a place to eat, he then checked us out in the morning. We have traveled all over the world, and this little gem of a Best Western stands out-and it was well under $100. FYI-super clean inside and out, and nice towels also.
