The location is convenient on the outskirts of Monza. Immense parking facility. Very clean and decent room. Big room size. Very friendly staff. Good at the restaurant is also good. outside the city thus neither hustle bustle of traffic nor parking issues.

"Good hotel"

This hotel is easy to find, as right beside a highway, so ask for a room at the back. I had a quiet and confortabel room. Breakfast was ok, enough to start the day. They have a small free wellness zone in the basement. I had some problems with the connection for the wifi, but maybe connected with my PC.

The staff are very friendly, excellent manners, really do care to make sure you have a very good stay, I have to say that I have stayed about a week and I have never seen any unprofessionalism between the Receptionists or the Restaurant staff - all have excellent manners and really know how to make you feel important. Additionally I had an accident and when I got back to the Hotel I asked for some help with a first aid kit, the reception staff immediately helped me and sent the Chef to get me ice, which was really appreciated, then I had phone calls later on to let me know that if I needed anything, someone would be on call all night in case I needed an ambulance or anything. Wow, I never expected anyone to be so helpful, I was very impressed! - Other than that, each morning, the breakfast was an experience all on its own. You enter the restaurant and you're immediately greeted with smiling serving staff, who bring you coffee - just like YOU like it... and the selection of food was better that any Hotel I have ever been to, really, I was gobsmacked. It had everything from scramble eggs, bacon sausages (English style) to Italian cakes of various sizes and tastes, lots of fruit, you could even make your own healthy smoothy shake! It was pure bliss! Now, I dont't remember the names of the waitresses, they were all great, but one in particular, a young lady from Argentina, stood out the most for me, she was super friendly and really a caring person, thank you very much to the whole team. xxx

"Modern, efficient stay"

Pleasant business hotel. Close to highway and not too far from Linate airport. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. Decent breakfast and diner but not very special. Wifi included and also fitness present

"Well run and immacukate"

Decor rather brown, but rooms are immaculate, with excellent bathrooms, fluffy towels, bidet, shaving mirror, decent linen, though I could have done with an extra pillow. Good big desk and plenty of power sockets. WiFi involves that irritating special code process and didn't work first time. Then sorted by calling reception on 151 (took 10 mins to find out how to call down, buried in the depths of the user guide.)

"Friendly staff, very clean, but come with a car"

The staff in Best Western is extremely friendly, and probably have some of the best customer service I have witnessed. Also the hotel is very clean, and every day we found our room extremely well cleaned. The staff in the restaurant, in particular Giuseppe, are really nice and offer top service. I would 100% recommend this hotel, but make sure that you have a car. Public transport from the hotel is difficult, and if you get in the wrong taxi then you may be a bit overcharged.

"Best Western @ cinesello, Milan"

The hotel is 55 km away from the Milan MXP airport and cabs charge you nearly 100 Euros. It is in a remote place and if you are coming for tourism refrain from staying in this hotel. Even to get a underground train you need to travel 5 KM either by a bus or by a cab. Very difficult connectivity to any part of Milan. Also there are no shops nearby to by anything you may need at times. Not a good place to stay.

"Very nice hotel"

My stay at this hotel was an immense pleasure. I would rank the room service, the room cleanliness and the bed one of the best I have ever experienced! The bed was firm and I had no issues with my back. The room service was impeccable. The people at the check in as well as at the restaurant were very welcoming. If I have to provide constructive criticism, I would say - keep some variety at breakfast. I stayed for 10 days and it became repetitive. Addition of English/American channels would be bonus. I stayed for business, so if you are traveling to Milan for site seeing, you have to ride a bus (1 hour frequency) and then take a train to Duomo. Overall, an excellent experience and I would stay there again.

"Does what it says on the tin"

Spent one night here when visiting a client. The hotel is right on a main road so first impressions are not great, although inside it's nice enough The bar staff were lovely and although I arrived late, they did offer that I could get a drink however I couldn't drink in the bar but in reception ( which I thought a bit odd) The rooms are very basic but clean.. I was booked into a 'lady room!' Which by all accounts means you can get hair straighteners if you ask! Room was very hot and temperature couldn't be changed, so not the best night sleep Breakfast was very basic but as like everything else.. it was ok!

"A great Hotel in a not so great Area"

Stayed here for one night. It's a business style hotel situated on a busy six lane ring road. The views from the front facing windows are uninspiring and, when the windows are open, the traffic noise can be loud (drowning out the TV). Having said that, with the windows closed the traffic noise is virtually unnoticeable. The room I stayed in was a decent size with a nice bathroom and a hot, powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. A flat screen TV was on the wall, with the added advantage of being able to switch to native language for some films and programmes. There is a “Pillow Menu” in operation at this hotel meaning that you can pick and choose a selection of pillows to help you get as comfortable as possible. Wi-Fi connection details are given to you at check in and I found the free coverage and speed to be great in the main reception, bedroom and bar areas. The bar and restaurant area is nicely laid out and, whilst some of the drinks were expensive (€5 for a 33cl bottle of beer), it was relaxing enough. Drinks were served with a small selection of crisps and I was also offered some small taster bites with each drink I ordered. I assume that happens to everyone but as I was the only one in the bar at the time I couldn't say for sure. The food in the restaurant was very good quality and, to be fair, good value for money. I had the pasta with tomato and basil followed by the beef medallions with parmesan and artichokes – a brand new experience for me and one I would readily repeat. The staff I encountered at the main reception - for check in and for check out – and the bar staff were all polite and attentive and they were all perfectly capable of understanding me using English (always a bonus for those of us that are linguistically challenged). There is a car park to the rear although it didn't strike me as being particularly large for the size of hotel. This location has a wellbeing area (Spa, Massage and Sauna) and guests are welcome to use this facility. So, in summary, the hotel was great inside but in a less than appealing location and the food was definitely worth staying in for. Breakfast was offered to me for €10 at check in with the advice that if I decided to wait until the morning to decide it would cost €15. I didn't partake so cannot comment on it. If I was in the area, again, I would definitely consider staying here.

"Business travel"

Best Western is a nice, comfortable,a rather conviniently located hotel in Cinisello Balsamo especially for those who are travelling for busienss purpose in the area. Rooms were clean, EXCELLENT bathroom size and amenities, warm, windows could be opened (something very important for me) for fresh air. WiFi excellent. Personel very polite. Breakfast was ok, could be better. Restaurant for an "in-house" dinner was very good. If you do not have a car you are a bit isolated there becasue of the location of the property.

"Good quality and friendly staff"

Originally looking for a place near Como with spa but most were sold out and I happened to find this hotel. The location was not an issue for us as it is not too far from Como and quite close to Milan (by car). We stayed for 2 nights. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room with good mattresses (that is very important for me). Excellent stuff, variety breakfast buffet and dinner was good too. I made a last minute booking directly through the hotel website and saw last minute promotion include free access to wellness centre. At the hotel we were told that there was a charge if we wanted to gain access to the centre. It was just 5 euro per person during the stay so not a big deal. But disappointment was that water in the hydro massage tub was cold...not heated. We called receptionist but since it was weekend there was no technician available... too bad...Other than that everything else was great.

"Very good staff"

I stayed there for 2 separate nights in 2 different rooms. I have managed to meet many of the staff. Staff is excellent from reception to the restaurant. Hotel rooms are very nice, some of them bigger than other. This hotel is very good if you have business in Monza, otherwise it would be pretty tricky as the traffic to Milan is rough. I recommend the rooms facing the internal courtyard because it is more quiet. One inconvenience for person who doesnt like noise are the rooms facing the highway. For me,no issue, cause I slept like a baby. All in all, very good hotel with good pricing and excellent service.

"Decent hotel, surprisingly good dinner"

Stayed for 2 nights. Reception is friendly and quick. Room is spacious and with a door to the hall surprisingly silent. A desk and good chair are suitable for working. Bathroom spacious too. Bed of good quality and types of pillows to select a preference. Had dinner with a good pasta and a great tagliate di manzo.

A wonderful hotel. Great rooms and the staff are so friendly. Probably my favourite hotel in Italy so far. The food is of a good standard. Parking is huge and free. WiFi is extremely quick. Helpful staff. Decent food. Huge clean comfortable rooms.

"Very nice hotel"

This is a very nice hotel. It is modern, clean, and the bed is really comfortable. There is so much space in the room. However the wifi was really slow and the breakfast wasn't great - coffee had a funny taste (kind of like gravy) and the bread was was hard and chewy.

This hotel is very well located, next to the motorway. We stop there each time. We have a dog and they accept dog. So, this is perfect for us. The service is very good. The rooms are big. There are a parking and a restaurant. This is practical.

"Very good hotel"

This is a very good hotel. A typical hotel for business trips. Very comfortable, staff is very kind and proactive. Rooms are very nice, tidy and clean. Breakfast is very good (a plus for me). The only reason why I do not give 5 stars is that the rooms are very hot (23 C). Maybe a plus for someone but too hot for me. I've asked the staff to reduce the temperature but I guess it was to late to see some results... Next time I'll call prior to my arrival.

"Good Business Hotel - Rooms to backside!"

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Value for Money is good, breakfast good for Italy. MAke sure you have a room on the backside, there is a main road in the front and in the evening some strange People walk around in the neighborhood. However, Hotel is good and being in the area I would choose this place again,

This was a great hotel. Very fast, no problem check in. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I was by the busy main road though, so was kept awake by the traffic noise throughout the night. Other than that, a good hotel.

"Very bad wifi connection "

The hotel is standard, great rooms and service, the location is bad and the wifi is very slow and has bad connectivity, breakfast is nice, and general services are good, everyone is very nice, they should add an option for transportation to the city or to the metro , you have to use taxi.

About two problems indicated: sometimes, the wi-fi connection could be slow, as everywhere, cause the signal from the provider not at maximum level, but it's not our responsibility. We are not so isolated…there is a bus stop in front of us to go to Monza and Milano and to Metro Station in Sesto S. "Pretty Average"

First of all this is located such that you will regret if you do not have your own car. Secondly I arrived on a Saturday afternoon from Rome and was seriously disappointed to know that there nothing to eat available in the hotel and also the nearby restaurants were also closed (as told by the staff). So basically stuck without any food. Then I asked about laundry as I had to give some stuff for ironing and got the same response that sorry not available. I would expect that a hotel as poorly located as this will have these amenities available at least during the day time (at least). Rooms are nice and restaurant that we used for breakfast was nice as well. Overall an average property mainly due to service issues mentioned above and location.

Dear Sir, Thank you so much for your survey regarding your recent stay in our hotel. Very sorry for the restaurant, but during the week-end it is open only when there is a minimum of the occupancy and sorry for the laundry too, but we haven't an internal service, so it is necessary to require an external service, which is not open on Sunday. For the customers without a car, there is a Bus Stop in front of the hotel, to arrive in Monza and Milano. "Next to the highway"

We got the hotel booked by our business partners because it was nearby. Due to the upcoming Formula 1 weekend a couple of days later the price of our rooms was doubled compared to the standard price. The hotel is actually located parallel to the highway! It's not the nicest neighborhood and not a silent place. Make sure that you get the confirmation for a room to the rear side. The rooms itself are big enough, modern and clean. The breakfast is good. If you don't find a better alternative you can book it.

In the period you overnighted there was not only the Formula 1 GP, but also Expo and lots of other exhibitions too, so the prices are higher because of the limited availability of rooms, as for all the hotels in Monza and Milan too. If you prefer next time a room on the back don't hesitate to ask us, also if all our rooms are soundproof Our position is strategic for a business hotel, as we are: near to the principal way to Milano (15 minutes by car !) and the highways, near to the most important industries in the area, near to two big shopping centers, beautiful centre city of Monza is at five minutes by car…so we hope that during your next stay, you'll see our location under a different point of view. "Perfect hotel for staying"

We stayed for 2 nights. First it was problem to turn on proper exit on highway, but later was ok. Room was clean with big bathroom. Staff in hotel are very friendly. Wi-fi in hotel is working fine. Breakfast in nice and you can find everything.

"very good Hotel"

Very close to the World Expo Area, this is a very nice Hotel, although next to a very busy main road and hence there is noise. The surrounding is also not particulary nice - we did not see any restaurants for example. BUT the Hotel itself is really nice and staff is very helpful and friendly.

"Great Rooms, hotel lacks atmosphere"

This is very much in the functional category of business travel hotels. The rooms are very large with a good working area, note he bed is not that comfortable. The rest of the hotel caters very well in a functional way.....good breakfast etc. the point is if you are looking to do something interesting at night then this is probably not the place for you. Everything works well and very good for overnight business traveler.

"clean and comfortable"

It was my very first time in a Best Western hotel. For some odd reason Best Western hotels never appeal to me so i never choose them. Perhaps it is just the cheap looking logo (am I a snob for saying that?), or maybe I am just generally put off by the looks of the interiors. In this case I did like the modern look of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable light and clean. There is also a decent restaurant and gym with a spa with Jacuzzi that free for guests. Internet is also free, which in my opinion should be as standard as a TV in the room. Hotels that still charge the equivalent of 20 USD per day for internet should be boycotted. My only improvement points would be that the lights are too bright in the restaurant , the timer on the lights in the corridors too slow and the temperature in the gym too high. Overall, a positive experience for a first time. I might be back Best Western!
