Beautiful hotel, very comfortable with a very good service at the right price in a very nice area. Only doubt was about the breakfast, not really impressive and can definitely get better. Overall amazing experience considering we were there for our wedding and booked 15 rooms, all happy and satisfied. I suggest to try a restaurant just at the hotel corner, Decimo : super !
A.modern hotel . The breakfast us Good and with a chiuse of local.and internationational foods. The room.are large.with all.you need. In front 2 restaurant with fish meat and pizza. Close to.it the center of town
Don't hesitate to pick this hotel if you need to pass the night or more. The interiors are all updated, clean and spotless. The staff is welcoming, polite and smiling. We had a very good breakfast accompanied with very good Italian coffee. We also liked the restaurant across the street. Good quality food and service too.
Stayed for one night stop-over with family. They added two beds for the kids to a room that with the king size bed only would have been very spacious. With the four beds it was a bit cramped but it was expected. Clean, comfortable, nice finishes. The breakfast was a nice surprise, as in Italy breakfast tends to be on the smaller size, while this was a true continental buffet-style breakfast. Only negative note, we went for breakfast quite late (after a long trip with two kids they needed to rest) and at exactly 10 when breakfast time ended I was expecting the buffet to close, but wasn't expecting to have all the plates and cups in front of me (with still food and drinks in it) to be removed at 10:01..I understand they were closing but they could have let me finish my coffee in peace for another 5 minutes. Other than that, the staff was friendly and professional.
Good room with very large and comfortable bed. I had to sleep with the window open as the climate control does not seem to work and the room was too hot. However as there was little noise outside that was OK. Adequate breakfast.
I like this hotel and keep coming back. Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet but could be bigger. Breakfast is okay, cakes, great, great Salami and cheese gut cold eggs. I've had better... and much worse. Service is friendly and supportive.
This accomodation was a surprise! It was a fresh hotel with a spacious room. The bathroom was a bit updated but nevertheless it was a good stay. The breakfast room was ok but a little incomplete. There were some public parking spaces but none specific for the hotel
We stayed here for 1 night and booked 2 rooms for family of 5 after traveling from US on way to Zurich. Nice quiet location with clean rooms. Short distance by car to Monza for shopping.. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast included.
had lower expectations for this hotel because some of the best western hotels i have stayed in have been little tired and need of refurbishment but not this one it looked very new the staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent value for money at only €5 ranging from your usual continental breakfast but also had scrambled eggs bacon an frankfurter sausages and always the mark of a good breakfast for me freshly squeezed orange juice
Very pleasant hotel with very pleasant staff. I stayed a few times during autumn 2016 at this hotel. The rooms are pleasant and very clean, maybe a bit small, but also with a pleasant individual touch (all rooms being slightly different). Personally I prefer those on the 2nd floor which have a bit more cachet. There is parking space in front of the hotel (unfotunately only a few places that are usually taken), and also has a garage. Maybe it would be good to render the access to the garage a bit more visible and pleasant, but it is convenient. Otherwise there is also a parking behind the hotel, but it is not free during the day, being a regular pay-zone (also in front of the hotel across the road). Generally speaking a very nice place to stay when on business in the area. A word of advise for those travelling to and from Vimercate - the best road is passing a railway line and the crossing, when closed for a train passing, takes ages to open again. Better take another route avoiding this level crossing, even if you end up driving a couple of miles more.
Great value for money, central in Arcore. We never used the restaurant but the rooms were spotlessly clean and service was excellent at reception. The shower is tiny but this is common in Italy. Parking is free around the hotel. There's a huge supermarket along the road too which is handy. Rooms are true to hotel website photos.
Clean, convenient for travel to and from the Autodrome even on race weekend, and courteous, supportive staff. Example: I initially paid for breakfast for tow and, when one of us did not eat, they refunded the price upon checkout. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Moderate traffic to get to hotel from Malpensa Airport on a Friday midday. Very heavy traffic to return to airport on Monday morning. If you rent a car, be sure to rent a gps with speed limit and speed limit enforcing camera indicators...the devices are all over the place including along the route from Arcore to Monza. Hotel is walking distance to quality dining options. Hotel is an excellent option if you choose to stay outside of Monza or Milan to attend the race. Finally, the breakfast was better than expected...lots of fruit, cereal, and pastry choices. Fresh squeezed OJ had almost too much pulp when the pitcher near the bottom. I'd definite stay here again if headed to The track.
The Hotel is a transformed former factory and came out quite well. Nice modern rooms with everything you need, good beds, good breakfast. Free WLan also in the adjecent Restaurants (not belonging to the Hotel, but in the same Building). Nice Food.
Stayed one night on business, staff very friendly. Room spacious and clean, could not fault the accommodation very clean and tidy, overall value for money. Basic breakfast but adequate, bar facilities OK again basic and no restaurant
My husband chose this hotel as he wanted to see the circuit and we have stayed in Best Western's before. Free parking outside or €5 underground parking. No separate entrance for pedestrians and cars to the underground parking which is a bit odd. Room big enough for four people as it was only for two nights. Cot wasn't available on the first night (they only have one for the whole hotel) so our youngest had to sleep on our bed as we didn't want him to use the other single bed in case he fell off. Free bottle of water upon arrival. Shower instead of a bath (well, I wouldn't call it a shower as there was hardly any water pressure-you would have a better shower standing under a dripping sponge). Shower gel was provided though! There wasn't an iron in the room but you could request one. There was a safe and a fridge (not much room to put your own drinks in due to minibar). The big disappointment was the breakfast-we stayed in nearly 10 different hotels during this trip and I classify this one as our worst breakfast. Food was cold, scrambled eggs dry and there wasn't much to choose that was worthy to eat. I doubt we will be returning to this Best Western, as having stayed at other Best Western hotels and know the quality we receive, this just wasn't the same for us. It's ok if you are on business I guess but not as a family holiday destination. However, there is a tv channel that had 'Peppa Pig' on in Italian constantly which made our boys very happy!
Great hotel with the latest in technology in the room. Great service, very clean! It is close enough to Milan and had all the amenities that we needed. Very quiet area and good space in one room for family of 4.
We booked to stay here for the WSBK at Monza Autodroma. It was disappointing to learn that the stage had been cancelled but I am so pleased that we didn't cancel our trip! The hotel was fantastic and deserves a higher star rating. Our room, a family suite with terrace was so good we didn't want to leave during the day time! The staff were all welcoming, polite and friendly. They went out of their way to accomadate us, including printing off a voucher from my email. Breakfast was delicious. A fab base to visit Gardaland, Sea Life and of course, the race track. We will be returning here!
we have stay 10 night in your hotel check in 09th November 2015 check out 20th November we come with rainbow tours form ,india FOR ITMA MILAN we would say thanks very much for everything, we like your hotel very very much reception staff was so nice also breakfast and breckfast room staff wonderful, rooms to good ,your staff never say no any kind of thing we ask, we never find such fantastic staff specialty in europ we travel a lot in europ.once again thanks very much for making our stay comfortable and nice.
We booked this hotel in Arcore because it is close to the Monza F1 racing track. We went to Monza to support a friend who was racing at the track the weekend. So Arcore wasn't on our list as a sight seeing town at all. It was merely a two day stop over. This hotel is great for it. They serve a really good breakfast in the breakfast room, but unfortunately no dinner. We arrived very late at the hotel on a Saturday night. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She told us to try and get a table at the restaurant situated next door to the hotel but when we got there they were fully booked. So we opted for take away pizza. We paid and went back to the hotel. A few minutes later our warm delicious pizzas arrived. The hotel has a lounge area where one can sit and order drinks and snacks. The receptionist serves you and just add it to your bill. We booked a junior suite which was big enough for two adults and two teenagers. The hotel has a great homely feeling to it. The owner spend some time there watching football on the television with his beautiful Labrador dog following him everywhere. We only stayed two nights but it was a great experience
Service: incredible - front desk staff were very helpful ("we are at your disposal" was their wording); knowledgeable (knew about the area); there was an issue with payment and they didn't make me wait around to figure it out - they just handled it and called my room later Room: recently updated - everything felt quite new; bed was comfortable; halls quiet; the shower only had half walls - not a problem but be aware Location: this is located in a suburb of Milan about 25 minutes by train (S8 line) to the downtown (train comes every 30 minutes off-peak, and every 10 peak); there's a big grocery 5 minute walk down the road; smattering of restaurants and bars along the road; SAFE; but very limited nightlife if that's what you're into
Having a wedding close by, we opted to sleep at this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Staff at the check in was friendly. But weren't sure if our room was ready. Breakfast room is nude and in need of enchancment. Very poor quality in choice both for sweet and savory food. But what left us speechless was the fact of the presence of the staff in the breakfast room together with the rest of the guests. Chatting loudly and helping themselves from what was left of the breakfast. Very unprofesional!
The hotel stuff was always super kind and nice. Breakfast is definitely rich and above average. Rooms are super clean and spacious with a comfortable king size bed. Location is convenient from Bergamo airport and to reach Milan for shopping. The hotel is rated as a 3-star one but its standard are definitely close to a 4-star hotel.
I stay in this hotel couple of months ago and initially I was worried about the quality. Once I arrived I realize that was nothing to worry, the hotel is beyond the rating, totally renewed and in a very good location. The staff is very nice and helpful. Recommended.
Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Friday and Saturday. The hotel is great. Rooms are large for Europe, the hotel had great facilities, it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. They did everything to assist us, even ringing around trying to find us a restaurant at 3pm when they had all closed. We stayed because we were attending a wedding close by. It was convenient for us and suited us perfectly. The only thing is that the rest of the neighbourhood wasn't overly appealing. There were some interesting places a drive away but in close proximity there was not much on offer. But the hotel itself was great. Also....they had the best block out curtains I've ever seen. We actually slept in til 9am and it felt like it was midnight.....might be useful information for you...
