The Regency, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Just perfect from start to finish, we booked mainly for it's proximity to the Monza circuit, however biggest complement goes to the staff, specifically Veronica, Sebastian and Massimo, all who went above and beyond to give us first class service we couldn't have asked for anymore Thank you so much we will be returning next year for our trip to Marenello! From the time we made reservations until the time we checked out, we could not have been more pleased with the facilities, room, breakfast and especially the staff. We called before we arrived with questions and from the moment we were greeted by her, Veronica was beyond helpful and welcoming. All the staff went beyond to make sure our stay was great, even giving us to go coffee before we headed to the airport. We would highly recommend.

We booked the hotel due to its proximity to the Monza Race circuit where we were competing. Travel time to the track was considerably quicker than past trips when we've based ourselves in the city centre. Plentiful free parking was another factor in us choosing the hotel. It served our purposes fairly well, though I personally wouldn't choose the Regency if this was a holiday as the suburb of Lissone isn't particularly attractive, neighbours include large out of town showrooms and a hypermarket. It's also a bit of a trek to higher end restaurants - the best one we found nearby was Da Giulano, an upscale Italian around 23 minutes walking distance. Monza city centre is approximately 75 minutes on foot, though Lissone does have a train station. The hotel is functional and purpose built. The lobby/lounge feels rather old fashioned with its dark wood, old school furnishings, but it grew on us over time, and actually has some rather nice features (pristine, polished parquet floor). Bedrooms echo the classic look and ours was perfectly pleasant - quiet, and with plenty of natural light. Other factors to applaud include comfy bed, fridge, a kettle (only in non-standard rooms), and generous supply of decent bathroom products. Staff on reception were competent and helpful (though pre-stay emails remain unanswered). Housekeeping did a very commendable job too. The hotel offers breakfast but there is no restaurant. You can get a casual bite from the bar, which is serviced by reception staff as required. To conclude, the hotel did a good job for us and we would return for the purpose of visiting the circuit. It is immaculate and feels well managed, the only downside being the lack of appealing bars and restaurants within close, walking proximity.

We stayed here to attend the Monza F1 GP, the hotel was perfect, the staff were excellent, we have no problem recommending this property. While the location isn't in Monza it is very close and we walked to the track as quicker with the crowds.

Booked on their site and checked back shortly after to see the price lowered. Best Western would not honour it as their policy only matches the price of EXTERNAL sites. Not their own internal site which is ridiculous.

Nice Hotel should be more looked at as a good 3 stars not 4 The hotel is clean the service is good there is a parking outside and inside the rooms are good big enough a little bit old furniture but globally ok. Breakfast may need some enhancements specially the salty part

I stayed here for 3 nights after getting a great deal on hotels.com. Free secure parking and great wifi. The staff were very friendly and the maid was very helpful. There is a fridge in the room and to answer an earlier incorrect review, the window in the room does open! Breakfast caters mostly for European tastes but there was scrambled eggs and bacon which was very welcome. The bar menu offers a few dishes, mostly pasta based but appeared to be a microwaved meal, however it was not expensive The hotel is not dated but is decorated in a more classic fashion. The room and en suite had the feel of a much more expensive hotel. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would be pleased to visit again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic shower. Next door to a supermarket and a short walk from local restaurants. I'd definitely stay again if I visit Lissone in the future.

The location of this hotel is quite easy when you are traveling by car quick access to the autostrada. The beds are a bit hard and the air is quite dry. But if you are on the right side of the hotel you can open the window for fresh air. Rooms are decent with a small minibar and most importantly the rooms are clean. There is a A bar downstairs with nice personnel, breakfast is ok (a lot of sweets, fruits etc are a bit scarce) Good place to stay

First time in Lissone and first hotel to review. The place is easy to find as it is on the main road. The area is near to different supermarkets, restaurants and other establishments. It is also around 200m from the train station in Lissone. The hotel has its own classy look on its lobby and dining area and if you like old style setup, you will love this place. Room is spacious especially the toilet and overall very clean! There are a lot of TV channels to choose from, however almost all of them are not in English so I did not bother watching at all. Breakfast is good, though there weren't so much during the weekend (only few were there such as pastries, fruit and cereals). I was looking for eggs and bacon which were there during the weekdays but it was not there anymore. So i did not enjoy the weekend breakfast at all. Staff is very friendly and nice and always smiling and willing to help.

Hotel is located near a dual carriageway with a large supermarket next door and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable if a bit dated but the lounge, bar and restaurant were welcoming places to meet up with friends and colleagues. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fresh ingredients and although dinner had a limited menu the food was well cooked and very tasty.
