From our friendly welcome to a great nights sleep it's a hotel we'd use again. We paid €13 for garage parking but there was free street parking alongside the hotel. The hotel is tastefully decorated, in fact quite quirky. There wasn't a mini bar, but they'd left a complementary large bottle of water for us. There was a fridge for our use, a kettle with teas and coffee. A safe and hairdryer. Everything was spotlessly clean. The air-con was great and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we had a fantastic nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and gain with friendly staff who greeted us and said goodbye. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. We didn't get to use the facilities like jacuzzi or gym. Maybe next time!

Fantastic hotel and spa with outstanding service from start to finish. I travelled with my Beagle puppy and the hotel even provided him with a dog bed and bowls, and fresh water was always available at reception. I also received a complimentary glass of champagne and one hour of access to the spa included in the stay, which was especially appreciated after a long journey. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, only about 5 minutes from Rennes train station and the metro, and around 6 minutes from nearby shops. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and if I return to Rennes in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

Well placed hotel, (use Waze rather than Google maps to find them as they are on a one way road). We mistakenly booked for the next day but the staff especially Lucianne arranged to swap the booking which was greatly appreciated. Great to have parking at the hotel via an elaborate lift system. Great central market in Rennes on Saturday. Hotel rooms were modern and the bed comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very disappointing. At face value the hotel is great but just under the surface there are problems everywhere. We stayed for 24 hours with no key card. Staff were simply unable to supply a working card so we were escorted back to our room when we returned. Also, the aircon was ineffective and the wifi didn't work. After one day we were moved to a room with a key and working aircon. The wifi was still rubbish, unfortunately. We asked to speak to a manager but no one came. The bar is run by reception staff so if reception is busy, forget about getting a drink. We've never stayed in a hotel where you are allocated 1 hour per day to use the pool and have to make a booking... The staff were all nice and friendly but the hotel itself is shambolic and devoid of any "Premier" features. Expensive and not recommended

"Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping, Indifferent Service, and Maintenance Issues"

I was genuinely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. According to the hotel's own policy, rooms were supposed to be cleaned daily, with complimentary tea and coffee provided. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff failed to clean my room for two consecutive days. I reported this twice to the reception, but their only response was to offer vague apologies with no real effort to address the issue. There were also visible spiderwebs in the room upon my arrival, which made it clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned before I checked in. To make matters worse, a patch of dry, flaking paint on the ceiling—directly above the bed—looked like it could fall at any moment. This was not only unpleasant but also a potential safety concern. Overall, the lack of basic cleanliness, poor maintenance, and the staff's indifferent attitude left a very negative impression. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to others unless they seriously improve their housekeeping standards, customer service, and general upkeep.

Deluxe room was very comfortable and clean with separate toilet and bathroom. beds were good. We had a nice internal balcony. breakfast had a wide choice and quality. bar was a bit sparse, but okay for us. I reported the internal toilet door, which had to be slammed shut really hard, but nothing was done about it, so I have deducted a point for this. Nevertheless, we would recommend . Easy for the station and not far to centre of town

Super nice hotel close to the station in Rennes. I was able to check in early which was very nice after a very long flight. The front office staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and very clean as well. Breakfast was a buffet with a good range of tasty food. Very hard to go past French baguette and French jam!!!

My elderly mother and I stayed here while picking up my daughter who had been studying abroad for the past 3 months. From the moment we arrived, Sarah, at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and a desire to make things perfect for us. She even went so far as to walk upstairs with us to see if our room could accommodate one more person so our daughter could spend the night with us in the hotel. We found the room to be very clean and the breakfast buffet to be yummy with lots of choices. It was a great stay but I commend Sarah in particular for being so friendly, warm, and eager to please.

The hotel has a very convenient location near the train station and close to the city center. Our room was fine, quite small though. From this point of view not that comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the service very good. We did not use the wellness center so I can't say anything about it. Not a bad experience…
