"Exceptional Hotel."

We spent a week at this wonderful hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. We stayed in a family room with our dog and had plenty of space. The pool and terrace were spacious and well kept and the location was ideal; close to the beaches, restaurants, laundrette and a short walk from a large Carrefour. We look forward to visiting Sainte Maxime soon.

A fantastic hotel, well decorated, modern surroundings and a lovely pool with plenty of comfortable loungers. Breakfast can be taken on the terrace and it has everything that anyone would want. A bonus is that if you don't get your room cleaned you are given 5 Euros to go towards breakfast etc. The staff were excellent and very helpful when I had a question. Most speak good English but it's better to attempt French.

Wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend the hotel. The staff were super at all times. All of them (!) but a special mention needs to be said about the delightful Maida on reception who went above and beyond for our group of 15. The pool area is nice and tranquil. The hotel is close to the sea and a 10 minute walk to the port and town - just perfect.

We were four and had a family room. Not very large, but it was clean and worked well for us. The pool area is small but quiet and nice, no stress about sunbeds even though the hotel was fully booked. The lunch and breakfast was OK but quite average. They stopped service coffee half an hour before breakfast closing time which was strange and not so service minded. But overall - a small and nice hotel but nothing special.

We have just spent a superb week at the Hotel Montfleuri, having first stayed at the hotel in July 2015. The rooms are clean and well appointed. We made good use of the pool area. We had dinner in the hotel which was excellent and the à la carte menu offers a good variety of dishes. The staff are superb. I would namecheck Maida on reception, Sébastien the bar / restaurant manager, the waitresses Zaineb and Sophia, as well as Juliette who helped us when we first stayed at the hotel in 2015. It was also good to speak to Quentin the director / owner. He is proud of his hotel and staff and rightly so. We will definitely be returning soon. The hotel conveniently is only a short walking distance from the town centre of Sainte Maxime.

Nice and cosy hotel, near to the city center of Sainte - Maxime, close to to the beach and to the port. The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. They gave us some useful advices concerning beach clubs, taxis, … We enjoyed also the relaxing atmosphere in the breakfast room (no stress).

This hotel was a real find! Delightful welcoming staff, full of helpful information. Too early in the season to use the pool, but it looked good, and the outside area was well cared for. The room was extremely comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and view over the bay. Good shower, all equipment in perfect order. Buffet breakfast was copious and of good quality. Safe off-street parking. A five minute walk from the centre of St Maxime. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well located right across the beach area. It's centrally located. The hotel has an arrangement with the car parking next-door, which is well worth it. We really enjoyed our stay as the room was pleasant clean and with good amenities. I really enjoyed the kindness of the staff. That was very helpful. Also, we enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Everything is in the details in the team strive to make people happy.

"Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth the Price"

I had a very poor experience at this hotel and unfortunately cannot recommend it. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of urine, which had been masked with some kind of perfume after I raised the issue with staff. It was an unpleasant first impression that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The shower was another major disappointment — there was no hot water for my first shower, and when it finally worked, the water pressure was so low that the showerhead wouldn't stay in position. To make matters worse, a cleaning staff member entered my room at 8:30 AM on a Sunday, even though I hadn't yet checked out. This was a clear invasion of privacy and completely inappropriate. The room itself was very noisy, with almost no soundproofing. I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms, making it hard to get a decent night's sleep. The air conditioning system was outdated, and the overall room decor and furnishings felt old and worn out. All of this might have been somewhat forgivable if the price reflected the quality — but this hotel charges far more than what it's worth. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable, frustrating, and certainly not worth the money.
