Excellent stay at the Georgian Court, great location in central Vancouver with great amenities and a great room. We stayed for 3 nights, Vancouver attractions were all close at hand, staff were there on hand with advice and were courteous at all times, we used the bar in Frankie's and enjoyed the laid back service, would recommend this hotel.

Customer service was exceptional. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel uses a security system that restricts access to the elevators and hotel rooms - a plus! Hotel staff friendly , respectful and helpful

We have been staying in Vancouver a week. We stayed in one of the rooms facing on BC Place and my daughter was sleeping in a couch bed and whatever but she couldn't sleep! It because the cricket game was going on! We all couldn't sleep the second night and on the first night I remember the people upstairs were talking loud and like jumping I don't know what they where doing! But, overall the cafe' downstairs in the lobby had great food and great service! But if you are okay with noise not sleeping good service with food and just checking in I think thisis the right place for you!:). ~(you could see the picture of the BC place to know)~

My mother and I had such a wonderful stay at the Georgian Court Hotel! Before our trip, I reached out to ask if an early check-in might be possible since we were arriving in Vancouver early and were also celebrating my mom's birthday. They were incredibly accommodating and had our room ready for us early, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the start of our trip so much easier and more special. From the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic and we slept so well! We stayed at several hotels during our trip through Canada, and the Georgian Court was easily our favorite hotel stay. The combination of wonderful service, comfortable accommodations, and genuine hospitality really stood out. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Vancouver. Highly recommend!

A great hotel in a perfect location, across the road from BC Place Stadium and a short walk to bars and restaurants in Gastown, plus nearby Robson Street for shopping. The hotel was comfortable and very clean, and having the two queen beds in our room was a bonus too. Overall a great place to stay and explore Vancouver, with the added bonus of having Frankie's bar and grill adjoined to the hotel for breakfast and daily meals should you need. The staff were all friendly - we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming place to stay during our time in Vancouver. I highly recommend.

I thought this was a fantastic hotel. The rooms are so clean and tasteful and modern. Everything smells clean looks clean, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. It is at a great location in Vancouver. It seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. We walked around a bit at night. The Italian restaurant next-door (attached) was very good for breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful I can't say enough about how pleased I was with our stay there.

A truly beautiful hotel with everything you could wish for. Extremely well appointed rooms with thoughtful extra touches. Very clean and wonderfully comfortable beds with crisp linen. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The ONLY downside for us was continual 24 /7 noise from a very loud extractor unit opposite our room. We reported it and changed rooms only to find that it was still audible. The staff did all they could to assist but with a full hotel our options were limited so we stayed put. Such a shame as we loved our stay here. An extra layer of double glazing would eliminate the problem.

This is our first trip to Vancouver, and we couldn't be more pleased with our selection of the Georgian Court hotel. We were greeted at the curb upon our arrival and our bags were immediately taken inside. We were early and knew our rooms were not available yet, but our bags were securely stored, and we were processed for check-in. We were told we would get a text message once our rooms were available. After discovering Vancouver for a couple of hours, we returned to the hotel and grabbed our keys. When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised. From the beds to the amenities provided, we knew we made the right decision on our hotel. The employees were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We were greeted upon arrival and leaving the hotel every day. We were asked if we needed anything or if they could provide any recommendations. The hotel is perfectly situated and within walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. We will be coming back to Vancouver and we know we will be staying at the Georgian Court Hotel.

Great location and reasonably well appointed. Two gigs: 1. No available electrical outlets or USB charging ports on end table between beds, BUT no end tables at sides of beds where electrical out resided; therefore, CPAP, phone, etc got to sit on floor. 2. Asked for clean towels - got clean bath towels, no fresh hand towels, and 1 fresh washcloth, but used washcloths left in shower. Great shower, though.

Nice Location. Across from stadium and near restaurants. Don't hear any noise in back of hotel. Small lobby, not conducive for gatherings. Italian restaurant connected with it was good for breakfast but as with all cities pricey. Room was clean and adequate for a couple nights stay.

Spotlessly clean & tidy room. Well stocked real coffee/tea machine,added to daily. Excellent bathroom with non-slip mat, hair dryer,slippers, face cloths, plenty of soft towels, an array of complimentary products as well as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in shower. Great desk with it's own light, plenty of sockets for charging phone/laptop. Well lit room, black out curtains, good size tv, loads of free channels., easy chair, bathrobes, iron & board, yoga mat, large umbrella. Hotel in good position of city, excellent bar/restaurant, all staff very pleasant & helpful. I'd choose this hotel every time. What more could you ask for?

Great location and excellent size rooms which were spotlessly clean. On 11 floor we were nice and quiet. Loads of restaurants and coffee bars nearby. Only negative is the food offer as we simply couldn't get a table at Frankie's on site.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean rooms, espresso machine and a great restaurant down stairs Frankie's. The only negative was the milk substitute or whitener has a strange flavour, can I recommend you use UHT milk

We stayed a the Georgian Court Hotel before we embarked on our Rocky Mountaineering journey. We had great stay. The hotel is located right across BC Place an a five minute walk from the arena. It is a great location since you can walk to Canada Place, Gas Town and Chinatown with in 15 minutes. If you feel adventurous you can walk to Stanley Park as well. The check-in was very efficient, the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. You have access to an Nespresso coffee machine in your room which we greatly appreciated. The staff members were very professional and helpful. You should be aware as well that within the confine of the hotel you have an excellent Italian restaurant “Frankie's Italian Kitchen” which is open for delicious breakfast as well. And if you stay at the Georgian Court Hotel check out Frankie's Jazz Club in advance to see who is featured. Reservations are needed in order to get tickets to attend a show. We would not have any problem to stay there again if we did go back to Vancouver.

The hotel was great. Staff and room were above average. Had breakfast at Frankies. The service was good but the server was a little inattentive due to a party of 10 in the next room. I had the Italian Sausage Hash and it was disappointing. The baby potatoes were not fresh and the only Italian Sausage that I could find were in the menu description. The eggs with the dish were perfect.

A Wonderful Stay at the Georgian Court Hotel Our six-night stay at the Georgian Court Hotel was a thoroughly pleasant and memorable experience. We were fortunate to be given a room on the 12th floor, overlooking the stadium, with a lovely city view. The room was comfortable, well-appointed and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a relaxed stay. Daily housekeeping was efficient and kept the room immaculate throughout. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The reception staff were warm, courteous and remarkably attentive, always going the extra mile to understand and meet our needs. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The hotel's location is another major advantage. Situated in downtown Vancouver, it is conveniently close to the city centre, the local markets and excellent ground transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Georgian Court Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience and warm Canadian hospitality in the heart of downtown Vancouver. We would certainly be delighted to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading our room. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt very comfortable and homey. Even though the hotel is in a busy downtown area, it was surprisingly quiet, making for a relaxing stay. We'd definitely stay here again!

If you are traveling to Vancouver, choosing the Georgian Hotel to stay is a must! Upon entering the hotel, you are immediately greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff. The lobby is on the smaller side but that adds to the charm of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and incredibly clean. There isn't carpet in the room which we prefer and definitely keeps the room looking and smelling fresh. The bathrobe and slippers provided are such a pleasant extra special touch. The hotel is in a great location. Restaurants, stores to shop, cafes, etc. are in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel sits across from the BC Center. The hotel has an Italian Restaurant, Frankie's, attached to it. Since we booked through Expedia, we received a 20% discount on all meals purchased at Frankie's. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Georgian Hotel and would highly recommend it!

Professional and organized. It was quite busy when we arrived but they were very efficient. I'm very pleased with the room and the amenities.

My family's recent stay at the hotel confirmed that all the positive reviews are accurate- wonderful hotel with exceptional staff, all the way from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Every single member seemed genuinely happy to assist with various requests. Thank you to Stephanie for all of her kind help during the stay as well as the helpful recommendations regarding activities during our visit to Vancouver. Also want to mention Bianca, Waleed, Madeline and Laurie. Rooms were spotless and comfortable with quiet A/C and even though the hotel was almost at capacity during the FIFA games, we didn't have any noise issues or waits at the elevator. Highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travelers.

We were greeted by Axel at the door ready to take our luggage. Ellen checked us in with a big smile and welcomed us! Our room was clean and comfortable. Through out our stay all the staff were eager to help us whether to recommend a restaurant, order a cab or just explain a few things with the area. We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again!

Only due to the room cleanliness, we rated our experience a ‘2'. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room, however, was unclean. The floors were sticky and surfaces had not been wiped down. Dust on chairs and other surfaces. No response from staff to at least wipe floors, even though we were told housekeeping would come and correct the issues

Staff were great. Good location. We were there right before the FIFA games started...and this is right across the street from the stadium. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

This is a really lovely hotel. Check in was efficient and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was on the top floor with nice views of the football stadium and the room itself was spacious and at a really comfortable temperature. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely with a powerful shower and great amenities. The sauna & jacuzzi was beside the gym on 2nd floor & while the space was very large and comfortable it was strangely set out. The jacuzzi was on when I arrived and no one else was in the area. The temperature was incredibly hot, you could literally boil an egg! I suspect that the previous user had set the timer to full & just left it running. While the hotel has a green policy of separating waste & reuse of towels why on earth does it not have short timers on its jacuzzi/sauna? The wasted energy of the unused jacuzzi made the heat in the room unbearable and subsequently unusable. The hotel has no restaurant it is just for sleeping/relaxing as there are numerous places beside it for breakfast or lunch & Freddie's next door is a beautiful place to have dinner & amazing wine or cocktails. Loved Vancouver, loved this location and loved that the hotel is right opposite the football stadium.

A friendly welcome from all the staff. Beautiful king size room. Comfortable bed, plenty of space and a beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Plenty of quality toiletries and a powerful hairdryer. We used the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It's a popular venue so best to make a reservation for evening meal, delicious food and a good choice on the menu. The staff are attentive without being imposing. Overall a good experience of the hotel.

I'm so glad we stayed here. This is an excellent hotel. It's in a great part of town, so easy to walk to many places. It's right across the street from the Roger's Center. The rooms are very nice and hotel super clean. I'll be looking for other locations when I travel in the future.

We love this hotel. Booking rooms at the Georgian Court for over 3 years multiple times a year. Great service, very nice people and beautiful clean rooms. Location is nearly perfect. Robson Street is literally around the corner offering many opportunities to browse and spend money in stores and restaurants. Also not too far away from the sky train if needed. If you don't like going far for breakfast or dinner, The Frankie's restaurant in the hotel is really great, offering delicious food and drinks.

The rooms are nice, it's the service that leaves to be desired. Our Nespresso machines didn't work in either rooms and we got no help from the front desk. For the price we paid for the room, I would have expected much better service.

No drawbacks, everything is great. The location across the stadium is very practical and Vancouver is a very walkable city so Stanley Park and Granville Island were nice walks. Parking is very easy and there's a load of options for food nearby. Definitely recommend it at their price

Very pleasant stay experience. Nice ambience, spacious and clean rooms, very friendly service. The location is excellent in downtown with lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed the previous night in an adjacent hotel and immediately observed the difference in quality in every aspect, from elevators, bathrooms, rooms. One minor opportunity would be to have SmartTVs in the rooms to provide more viewing options. Overall we found it good value for money. Great work and keep it up!

the overall hotel room was very nice but the beds had rough wrinkles on the sheets and was uncomfortable to sleep on. and i was awoken early to a vacuum

The Georgian is not only central to where I needed to be for work training but the staff from front desk to cleaning to overnight staff were amazing. One evening I asked the front desk staff to call me if the didn't see me by 8:30pm and the front desk female staff made sure to check in when she saw me later that evening (& before 8:30pm!). I asked for a couple of extra coffee packs and the one staff member gave me about 4! The hotel has been clean with no major issues or concerns.

Website is misleading. You will not have a tub in your room and the sauna/spa closes early. Room service too. Rooms are just ok. Very sterile & bright white lighting. Would've booked elsewhere if the website was more accurate to the experience.

Loved the place as an in visual hotel and not huge! People helpful ! Next to Frankie's for breakfast and dinner so not far to walk when on tight schedule! Place lovely and clean with all you could need ! Great bed!

My daughter and I stayed here as we were attending a concert at Rogers Arena. I must say this is one of the cleanest hotels that I've stayed at, the service was very friendly, and it is close to pretty much anything that you would need.

The property was conveniently located near stadiums, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Every touch made the experience delightful, especially the slippers and robe. I also appreciated the glass carafes and filtered water

Great welcome from start to finish with reception team. We were jet lagged when we arrived at 2pm. Our room was ready and after a shower we had an early dinner in the Italian restaurant downstairs and were literally blessed to have Megan look after us. We dined many nights in the restaurant and enjoyed every evening thanks to Megan. The breakfast ladies were equally professional in the mornings. Worth mentioning on our last morning the male waiter took my plate while we were still eating from them!?. The rooms are well appointed and many have amazing views of the BC Stadium across the road, overall, five stars for a lovely stay with excellent staff. Great location too!

Our stay at the Georgian Court Hotel in Vancouver was underwhelming. For a four star hotel, I feel it was overvalued for the price. Newly renovated? I think it's premature to make that claim in writing: there was construction in front of the hotel---not the hotel's doing, granted---but also we walked into the hotel lobby greeted by a wall of plywood to our left, and a large sign acknowledging and apologizing for construction. The amenities and service were very average, including 9/26 when we arrived back to our room at 3 pm, exhausted from a day of walking the city, to find out our room hadn't been serviced. (We remained in the room while the maid refreshed the towels and coffee supply.) Lastly, and I don't want to be too tough on the maintenance people, but it was hard to look out on Vancouver through that streaked window, during out four day stay there.

Stayed here 4 nights before boarding Rocky Mountaineer. Spacious well equipped room. Slept well. Staff friendly and helpful. Had 3 v reasonably priced generous breakfasts and two good dinners in Frankie's restaurant on ground floor. Housekeeping slightly iffy, but issues quickly sorted. Location is slightly away from centre (10 mins walk) but hop on/off bus stop v close

The hotel itself, the location, cleanliness, decor, comfort of the rooms, etc. is lovely and we couldn't fault it. Unfortunately it was the service received at the front desk and Frankie's restaurant that were so disappointing and let you down. We had a late flight and I'd asked on check in if we could arrange a late checkout, we'd be happy to pay for this service (didn't expect it for free) or even if we could book an extra night. Was told to check the next morning. Did that and was told ‘no can do', sorry, there were no rooms available. Fine, but why not just tell us that the day before then? When I asked to book another night (I could see there was availability on trivago and other booking sites) and could we either stay in the same room or move to another room, was told no, we would need to check out and then only recheck in again at 4pm. No attempt was made to help with various options/offer solutions or go the extra mile- just nope, sorry, move along. I worked in hospitality in guest relations for many years, so know what's possible/not possible. I would have said, yes please rebook and I'll contact housekeeping and see if they can get you into another room early, or at least tried to make a plan to keep my guests happy and try help where I could. Not the service I expected from a 4* hotel. Then we go to Frankie's for breakfast. The place is packed. Told we need to sit at the bar, but a whole section of restaurant is open and empty. When asked if we could sit there (not keen on the bar), told nope, that section is only available for dinner. Fine, go to the bar, only to see other diners in the section they say is closed, having their breakfast. apparently they can't reset those tables in time for dinner service at 6pm. To add to our overall irritation, the coffee machine is broken, so no coffee, besides filter, either. Completely irritated with the entire experience, we up and left and went to the Hilton hotel for breakfast, which was amazing and staff absolutely lovely. Wish we'd paid a bit more and stayed there instead.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights before a cruise, then three more nights on our return to Vancouver. On both occasions, we found staff very helpful - giving directions to places, telephoning prebooked excursions for details, storing luggage upon checkout. The two rooms were both clean and very comfortable. A good coffee making machine made for a good start to the day. The smart tv gave plenty of entertainment choices before bed! The hotel is situated very conveniently in the city, with many places within easy walking distance. The 'football' stadium is right across the road, and consequently, things can get busy. However, the rooms are well insulated from noise, and we were not disturbed on the match nights we stayed. If you want an early meal in the restaurant on match nights, you definitely need to book - it gets busy. We'd stay there again if we returned to Vancouver.

If anyone is attending some kind of event at BC Place or Rogers Arena, this is the hotel you should stay at, it's across the lane to BC Place and 5 minutes walking to the west entrance of Rogers Arena. The staff are friendly and very efficient, room is very clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities ( coffee machine, bar fridge, bath robes, hotel slippers ). Frankie's Restaurant is well run with very nice menu. Did not have a chance to use the exercise room or the hot tub but looked quite nice. Close to other great restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back!

Sterile room. Stinks of disinfectant. Way too many dollars. Sad. Ugly. Accidentally are ate a the restaurant for breakfast. 100% don't.

Had a great time here! Room was always spotless, always had fresh towels and glasses available. From housekeeping, Lea was super sweet and helpful. She always checked if there was anything we needed, and cleaned our room when it was most convenient for us. We stayed a week and were very comfortable here, would recommend!

Excellent position for a wonderful hotel. Spotless clean. Rooms huge. Bed so so comfy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was amazing. Good value for money. Food wonderful

Three rooms booked. One room not available at 4pm check-in. One room next to a very noisy ice making machine, no alternative offered even though the hotel website showed rooms available. One room had a serious leak from the a/c unit on the second night causing damage to shoes. No sign of remorse from the front staff or duty manager. I had to battle to get minimal compensation. Overall, a terrible experience and I will choose another hotel on my next visit to Vancouver. The only positive was the housekeeping staff, they were all very nice.

The lack of coordination between the front desk shifts caused major disruption and inconvenience, totally spoiling my stay at the hotel. Would strongly suggest that anyone hoping for a seamless experience and a reasonable meal in the restaurant should select another hotel.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location in Vancouver, with walking distance to lots of things. We were welcomed very warmly when we checked in and given a lovely room on the 11th floor with a great view of the stadium. The beds were super comfy, and good coffee was provided in the room which was great first thing in the morning. It has an Italian restaurant and Jazz club attached, also serving Italian food. We had booked tickets to the jazz club in advance and had a fabulous meal there. I would stay here again if returning to Vancouver.

I had a great stay here in July 25. Found the service excellent and the location was great for me with an easy to walk into centre of town. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The Jazz club next door is a big bonus with quality gigs on virtually every night. I would stay again.

Stayed here at the end of our trip having already visited two other hotels during our 10 days in Canada. It was about 15 minute walk from our drop off point. Was given the option of a room on a higher floor or lower floor, we selected the one on the higher floor. Robes provided and plenty of toiletries and towels. The shower was amazing and easy to set to the right temperature. As most hotels these days a coffee maker rather than a kettle, while we were able to heat water in the coffee machine it came out tasting of coffee. The staff at reception did provide us with a kettle when we asked. I'm only sorry I only had one night at this hotel.

Our family of four (16 & 19 y/o) stayed here two nights at the start of our Rocky Mountaineer train trip. The hotel was excellent. Front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We had two adjoining rooms, which worked very well for our family. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. I would 100% stay here again the next time I'm in Vancouver. Plus, the Italian restarant attached to the hotel (Frankie's) was also outstanding.

The room was clean, reasonably modern and reasonably quiet. It was well maintained by housekeeping folks. The most remarkable standout part of my experience at Georgian Court was the friendliness and outstanding service of everyone employed there.

The hotel is quite beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Ours has two king beds. It looked as though it had been remodeled recently. Our room faced an office building , there was no view of much else.The hotel is very close to the soccer stadium which obstructs any " water view". Not that we expected one. My only complaint was the shower floor. It was very slippery and had no grab bars to grab on to.

This hotel has a great location for downtown Vancouver. It is clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating. It has a hot tub too. Its biggest asset apart from its location is Frankie's Italian restaurant which is attached to it. The food is exceptional. This hotel room was not as good as we have experienced in Banff and the pan Pacific in Vancouver but having said that its location was pretty good for everything we wanted to do

We ended up staying here for 3 nights after our original accommodations failed, although the hotel was nearly completely full, the staff worked their magic and got us 3 rooms for our group. ALL of the staff have been top notch and so friendly and helpful. I strongly encourage staying here.

Great hotel in the centre of downtown Vancouver. Easy access to all areas via the extensive bus network. Next door to Frankie's restaurant which was excellent for breakfast but a special treat was the jazz night which occurs on Thursdays and Fridays. Room is spacious and comfortable with a nice sized bathroom

We stayed at The Georgian Court Hotel from April 23rd to April 25th, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Our trip to Vancouver started off rough due to some personal challenges, and my kids were upset and crying during the drive. However, the moment we checked in, Aijaz at the front desk completely changed the tone of our trip. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and his kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. Matthew and Sasha were also extremely helpful and courteous, taking time to explain the city to us and recommending places to visit. They truly gave us the best concierge experience we've had anywhere. One night, I had a last-minute work meeting and couldn't take it from my room. The night auditor (of Indian background, unfortunately, I didn't catch his name) was incredibly accommodating and set me up comfortably in the lobby at midnight so I could work peacefully. To top it all off, we were surprised with a suite upgrade during our stay — something we weren't expecting but greatly appreciated. It's rare to find hotel staff that make you feel truly cared for — but the team here made it happen. Congratulations to the Georgian Court team for running such an amazing property. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Bedding in super comfortable and rooms were very quiet. I loved the little touches, like reusable glass water bottles in every room and filtered water available on every floor. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I always prefer Best Western, but I think this is the nicest one I've ever stayed in. The only thing I didn't like was that the floor of the shower stall was slippery. It was textured but I felt it could have used a mat as well, as I did slip a few times.

Perfect boutique style hotel. Rooms were generously sized, not too big and not too compact. Everything was spotlessly cleaned. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room daily. Location is central to everything we wanted to do - plenty of options within walking distance. Other than the occasional siren or seagull rooms are very quiet and no noise could be heard from surrounding rooms. Italian restaurant within the hotel had very good food as well. Would definitely consider staying here again if visiting Vancouver.

This was a beautiful hotel. When we got there we were warmly greeted and welcomed. It is very easily accessible from the road and close to a grocery store which means that you can walk to it. The room was also beautiful, the bedding was nice, there was a safe, a yoga mat, a scale, and many more amenities. It is an amazing hotel.

We lost an item during our stay. It was just a piece of clothing that had great sentimental value, nothing expensive at all. They are not responding to my email and say that there's absolutely nothing they can do to help on the phone. A shame. It's not like we're asking for money or something, just some signs that you at least tried to help us find our stuff back.

We had fun and able to relax. We had a chance to use the hot tub and sauna. I believe cleanliness is one of their most priority because it's spotless everywhere you turn. Elevators and even our own room was kept clean. On our second day, housekeeping made sure our beds were straightened up and bathroom was spotless. They also made sure to refill our supplies. It was raining on those days too & there were no umbrellas on the rack in the lobby so I asked the desk person. She was so friendly and even asked how many do I need. We tried the Italian restaurant too. Foods were so good and service was excellent too. I highly recommend this hotel and we're for sure going back! What a wonderful experience we had. Excellent place, friendly people and close to a lot of other restaurants and venues!

Hotel conveniently placed in the city Italian restaurant attached was a bonus and food was incredible as we were only staying a night after a long haul flight before moving on We did manage to nab tickets to hockey and Rogers was only a 5 to 10 min safe walk Staff were accommodating and helpful Hotel rooms were nice and beds comfy

First time staying at the Georgian Court Hotel in downtown Vancouver and I must say, it's exceeded my expectations! Special thanks to the super pleasant lady working the front desk, as not only was she genuinely friendly, but she made check-in quick, hassle-free, and efficient. The hotel's common areas are stunning, likely due to a very recent extensive renovation. My 3d room was spacious, with premium bedding, air-conditioning, mini fridge/bar and ample storage space. Probably the best hotel bathroom I've seen in a very long time with a full size rain shower not to mention being adequately equipped with all of the necessities. Located right in the center of downtown, literally steps to BC Place/Rogers Arena and a 5-10 min walk to the financial district or Yaletown. Surrounded by other hotels/luxury condos and tons of locally owned restaurants, bars/bistros and a brand new Loblaws grocery store. Only "downfall", which I honestly can't blame the hotel for, is that of the hotel's ease of access. Due to the one-way streets, controversial bike lanes and near extinction of paid street parking, pickup/dropoff is unnecessarily stressful. That all said, this hotel offers legendary customer service, gorgeous spaces, and unbeatable comfort for great value. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Vancouver and hats off to management for a job well done.

Typical city hotel situated opposite to main sports stadium – no event there during our stay so it was a very quiet location. Central location, so easy to tour the main sights of the city and close to the ferry stops to go to Granville Island (go early to avoid the crowds). Nice quiet room with good amenities and comfortable bed. The hotel was very busy, so the lift service could be slow, but that's a minor point. Didn't use the dining room facilities as found an excellent café around the corner serving a lovely breakfast bagel. Nice décor throughout and helpful staff at reception. Good wheelchair access for our friend.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We had a suite with a living room area with a table and 4 chairs separate from the bedroom. It had a lot of perks- bathrobe and slippers, a fancy coffee maker, etc. The Italian restaurant downstairs is excellent, and all of the staff there and at the hotel itself are very personable and helpful. It's old-world charm with all the comforts of home.

Had four nights at The Georgian, room was good, very clean with all the amenities (shampoo etc are excellent!) Can get busy in the lobby but staff are helpful. The attached Frankies as many others have said is very convenient. Eggs Benedict are superb! Great location, I would definitely stay there again. As others have said, the hall carpet needs replacement, it's very rucked and a tripping hazard, so they need to sort that very quickly.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful spacious rooms, and impeccable service. Just wish we had longer to stay!!! Great location close to airport and downtown and tons of restaurants. We are at the Italian restaurant at the hotel and -oh my goodness-amazing! I wish I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Well, it was an event my daughter and I were sharing and we wanted it to be special so I splurged on a fancy Hotel. After research your hotel, I chose to be on the Orchid floor. At the time of reserving I also asked for an early check in. I was told that I needed to do that on the day of arrival. Day of arrival comes, I'm travelling down from Kamloops. I called at 9:30 am to make my request. I was told I was first on the early check in list. My daughter and I walked into the hotel at 2:45 - 3pm and were told our room was not ready? First issue. Then I was asked to pay for another $75.00 deposit for incidentals, I asked what that was for and I was given not much of an answer, I was not aware of that additional charge. Issue # 2. The Lady at the front desk goes on to say that we could have an ordinary room and I responded that I wanted to little female extras the Orchid floor rooms provided ( Magazines, Hair tools etc.) I was told that we could still have that in the ordinary room. I was not pleased because I still think that the price I was quoted and paid for was for the Orchid room. Issue # 3, anyway, we went out for a walk and as we were leaving my daughter stopped at the front desk to inquire about the extras and she was told they were on there way up to our room. When we came back there was nothing brought in other than a small box of tampons and sanitary pads??? ISSUE # 4. Your beds were like lying on concrete, we were both incredibly sore Friday morning when we woke. Not at all happy about this experience. I'm not the type to usually leave reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to.

Unfortunately this hotel needs a refresh as it's past its prime. Hallway carpet falling apart and trip hazards. Room was also not very clean. Bed was extremely uncomfortable… plastic protection on mattress was noisy. The scratchy sheets also smelled moldy and dank like they hadn't been dried properly. Just felt icky all around. Really had high hopes given what we paid, but we were sadly disappointed and will not stay here again.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Rogers Arena. We were seeing ELO and able to easily walk to the venue and back. The room was comfortable, clean and we felt very safe. There is a security system in place. You have to use your room key to access the elevator. We took advantage of happy hour and the drinks and appetizers were great.

Conveniently located near EVERYTHING ! Spacious room, great view, large bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Filtered water on each floor. Safe. Near a Costco. Orchid floor display beautiful orchids. Easy access to WiFi, several clothing hangers and drawers for your clothing

Great location, wonderful service, and Jose was a delight to work with, he made us laugh, feel welcomed, went above and beyond with things we forgot and made great dinner recommendations. The group all agreed that we would definitely stay again.

On arrival we met Greyson on the front desk, he was the most ignorant check in clerk I have ever met any where on my worldly travels, I thought Canadians were warm and inviting but not this guy. He didn't explain anything about the hotel asked for my ID and credit card, then passed me the room key, didn't tell me the room number said WiFi is inside the card holder. Absolutely shocking first impressions, he should not be in a customer facing role, once unpacked we wanted to explore,so i had to ask Greyson for a map, he didn't speak circled the hotel with his pen, I asked which way is North he gestured over his right shoulder with hus thumb and still didn't speak, he needs some training or putting into a none facing customer role. On day 2 the housekeeping had forgotten our room, we had no dry towels or coffee, they arrived at 6.45pm when we were wanting to get ready for the evening On our last night we were rudely awoken by a barking dog aroynd 2am, in an adjacent room, the following morning as we were leaving, the dog was at it agsin, as we opened our door. we had to step over and around the wallpaper which was being stripped by the workmen and dropped on to the fraying wrinkled carpets in the corridor. On a positive the food and service in Frankies restaurant was excellent,

We had a fantastic stay at the Georgian Court Hotel. The service was great, especially from Jose, the lobby ambassador, who was extremely attentive and went out of his way to provide us with tips and ensure we felt comfortable. The hotel has been nicely renovated, it offers a gym and sauna, which is very convenient when you are traveling. The location is excellent, with plenty of entertainment within walking distance, and a nice Restaurant and Bar downstairs/next door - Frankie's Jazz Club.

Yes, the hotel is nice, well located and the gym and fitness very convenient. So why not a better rating ? Because it is when problems arise that one can judge of a hotel's capacity to deal with it. My problem ? I forgot to empty the in room safe when I left for a 2 day train trip to Banff. Though they had my email adress and phone number, the hotel did not bother to inform me that they had retrieved what I had left. I only found the problem I had 2 days later, when I retrived my luggage after the train ride and realised I had forgotten to empty the safe. Living in Europe, phone calls to the hotel were rather expensive and all they offered were problems. They kept insisting they could not ship my documents, as there was also some cash in the safe (not a huge amount, and in foeign currency) because of money lkaudering regulations and other blablabla. I finally contacted Fedex and within 24 hours, the contents of my safe arrived at my next destination. When I emailed, asking why they had not bothered to inform me proacively, there was no answer. As a Diamond select Best Western member - as well as a simple human being - I find this absence of service hard to understand.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable, etc. I liked the restaurant and bar... The location worked well for us. I had trouble with the "in room" coffee maker but everything else worked well. I think they should put a shower mat in the room. The shower itself is a bit slippery.

Lovely hotel located in a great location close to restaurants and coffee spots. The ambiance is wonderful. The rooms are spotless and polished. We had a good night's rest and a great restaurant downstairs. I will come back again. Great price.

Stayed 8/4 to start our GLOBUS tour. Great hotel staff. Rooms very nice. Hot tub fantastic. Frankie's Italian awesome!!! Ask for Neil to be your server. We even had a scale brought to our room. Don't ask. Now to the "but." Wanted my morning coffee OK? Went to the room Kurig machine well it became an experience. Went to the lobby to get extra coffee bullets but that machine used different bullets. Tried to interpretate the bullet diagram and gave up. I think I am drinking very good decaffeinated coffee. I am an exception to the rule

Lovely hotel , our room was spacious and at the back of the building so very quiet. It's in a great location. We could walk to a few sights we wanted to see. Also the stop for Hop on Hop off is just around the corner. Quite a few tour companies use this hotel, so at times the foyer can be crowded. Love the fruit available all day. The restaurant next door was lovely and because of the tour groups can get busy.

Stayed last night for an overnight girls trip to the city. GREAT location, easy to get to wherever you need to go. The hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated! I love how there is no carpet in the rooms - this makes me feel wayyy better because hotel carpets can be gross! Beautiful bathroom. We were located on the 6th floor. Very comfortable beds and check out is noon which is a bonus for a hotel downtown!

Beware of add on taxes and fees. We reserved a King bed Suite on a Wednesday night July 2024 stay. Room rate was CAD 510.57 - on top of the room charge here are their fees added onto my folio: 6.43 - Destination marketing fee 41.36 - Provincial sales tax 15.51 - MRDT 12.93 - Major Events MRDT 29.34 - Room - GST 30.00 - Hotel Guest Parking 7.20 - Transit Levy - Parking 1.86 - Parking GST My math calculations reveal CAD add ons for taxes and fees to be 144.63 nightly. Outrageous! The room was refurbished in this older property, but not a luxury property to me by any stretch. Location downtown is great. Locked underground self-parking for the car. To me, this is a 3 star property. The eleventh floor corner room looked out at the roof of BC place. Any city scape views were mostly obstructed. The hallway carpeting is worn and bunched up/wrinkled in places. Laminate flooring in the room. AC worked good. However, the Sylvia Beach Hotel will get my future business. The hotel was clean and well organised. It is situated in a central location opposite the stadium. We had a view of the spectacular light show on the roof of the stadium from our room. Frankies restaurant is on site which is very convenient. We had 2 good meals there during our stay and the service was excellent especially from Neil from the Philippines who was our charming waiter last Thursday evening.

Day light robbery! They took 75 dollars from my bank account supposedly to be on hold for incidentals, but said that it never went through, and asked me for another card, which they took another 75 dollars on hold. I showed them the transaction on my bank account that it clearly has been taken out of my first account. They said it's been refunded. 24 days later, no refund, and no answer to any of my numerous emails. My bank wants a transaction number to track the supposed refund, but the hotel is refusing to acknowledge my emails. Sour taste to my holiday and the hotel does not care they have taken money from me that I have not spent.

From walking in the door mid-morning a warm welcome from all the staff. I arrived mid-morning from a cruise and expected the room not to be available and it wasn't but they stored my luggage until i returned. On my return earlier than expected 2.00 pm the room was available. Tenth floor beautiful room, decor, facilities spot on , The only thing is [it might be me] but the shower enclosure which was large two sliding doors. The base was a bit Slippy and there was no handrail. or i could not find a shower mat. Otherwise, tea, coffee machine bed linen spot on Breakfast served at Frankies adjacent to the hotel. Reasonable price. Ideal location i found for main street. But i was only there one and a half days. Staff, location, hotel, excellent.

BEST EXPERIENCE. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. In particular, Jose was always there with a smile and an offer to help. He hailed cabs, hauled luggage, suggested restaurants—you name it, he did it. In addition, the food at the restaurant was outstanding and every single server was kind. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The location was perfect. We parked our car and walked most places.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms, very spacious and robes and slippers provided Comfortable beds and loads of drawer space etc. MIni fridge Disappointing that the room wasnt serviced on our first night of 2 nights, the staff came into the room before I was ready so perhaps took it that I didnt want the room attended too but that wasnt the case, however that wouldnt stop me staying here again as it was a good location and a great hotel

Jose D Lobby Ambassador and all around good guy! Talk about feeling welcome and valued! He helped with a shower chair and made that happen! As well as a wheelchair experience. He was the best!! And talked to us about the area and places of note. Loved him!

This is an amazing hotel in Downtown Vancouver - the only place I would ever stay. I travel for Business frequently across Western Canada - and this is my all-time favorite hotel. The amenities are great, it is amazingly clean, and very quiet. Front desk staff are really helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant to meet with. Occasionally I have a issue with booking (from the Best Western Call Centre) and Susan at the hotel always understands and makes my stay amazing. Congrats to this facility for an outstanding operation. See you in a few weeks.

Stayed just 1 night before joining our cruise ship. Lovely room which was spacious and very clean. Large bed and very comfortable. Huge shower and plenty of shampoo shower gel and soap available. Free wi-fi. Free drinks station in lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful

This hotel didn't look like much when pulling up. Once inside the lobby was clean and bright. The staff were friendly and helped with storing luggage until room was ready as I had arrived much earlier. Once checked in the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Jose was lovely and helpful when any questions. The only complaint is the carpet in the hall way on level 4. It was very uneven and made pulling the suitcase very difficult. A great place to stay with easy access to transport and the main shopping/tourist areas.

A great hotel in a perfect location, short walks to bars and restaurants and a quick taxi ride to places like Stanley park (although it is still in walking distance should you prefer). The hotel was smart and very clean, and having the two queen beds in our room was a bonus too. The only thing I could say was an issue was the constant humming noise from the room, it may have been the ice machine that was near to us on the 12th floor. Overall a great place to stay to explore Vancouver, with the added bonus of having Frankie's bar and grill adjoined to the hotel for breakfast and daily meals should you wish. The staff were also all incredibly friendly and we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming place to stay during our time in Vancouver.

Clean rooms, staff were friendly and the housekeepers were very helpful. Would like to say huge thank you to our housekeeper from Fiji (on the 8th floor) who was a star!. The hotel is in a great location for all tourist attractions. Thank you for a great stay!

THANK YOU ALL FOR THIS GREAT HOSPITALITY.I FELT BACK HOME LIKE IN A FAMILY. ROOMS ARE SPACIES, CLEAN, CENTRAL LOCATED, AND CALM. NEXT TO HOTEL PLENTY OF DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS AS WELL AS POSSIBILITY TO HAVE A FINE BREAKFAST. CLOSE ALSO TO HIPON AND HOPOFF BUS STATION.

Really nice hotel - can walk all over town. Many places around with food/drinks. You can rent a car or bus it to the gondola or parks or market area.

Very friendly service staff. Fitness Centre tiny, very little equipment. Great location for Vancouver. Good sized room and proximity to restaurants and entertainment is a great bonus. 10 min walk from city centre Skytrain station. Chinatown was easily accessible as was Costco.

This is our first time in this hotel. Wonderful service from the staff right moment we check in. They were professionals, pleasant and helpful. In addition, the hotel itself the lobby is amazing. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely be back again!

A few disappointing things to note. My room was prepaid on Expedia by my company and the hotel took a personal credit card on check-in for any “incidentals” (so far very standard). On checkout, they tell me they have charged my personal card (the one I left for incidentals) for a “mandatory” add-on destination marketing fee (granted “only” 1.5%) that isn't included in the taxes and fees paid on Expedia. What a scam. There is no mention of additional fees on Expedia that I could see. Tourism and destination fees are very standard — but I've never seen them added as a surprise bill as an incidental charge at checkout on a fully prepaid room. Not a big deal dollar-wise, but just seems like a cash grab. These fees should all be included in the advertised rate (inclusive of all taxes). Staff was completely dismissive that it wasn't a big deal. It is to me. They are also renovating the parking garage and the noise during the day is fairly intolerable (at least it was on the third floor - maybe this is better on higher floors). I went to the airport 5 hours early because there is no way to work while they are constantly hammer drilling. If you need to work in the room during your stay (daytime hours) then this is not the hotel for you until their repairs are done. Other than that, location is great, rooms are nice and clean, balcony would be amazing in the right weather, and there is a nice Nespresso machine in the room.

Walking distance to most attractions within the city . At one end of Robson street . Small rooms. Nice clean bathrooms. Almost no lobby. The picture posted on website was very misleading. We were there at the New Year's Eve and a rude hotel security asked us to stop having drinks that were bought from next door in the hotel. His behavior was not acceptable. Overall ok hotel for the price.

Here for a Canucks game tomorrow, a big one, came from Kelowna, and this hotel is top notch! Nice hot tub and sauna area and clean and friendly here! Tried the restaurant last time here and really enjoyed that too! Bit pricey but wow so close to Rogers Arena! Love it here. (Dec 13/23)

very nice Hotel and nice Staff, the room was great with no issues. The price was good compared to other Hotels of that statue and location. centrally located so walking to other sites and restaurants was easy to do.

A very comfortable room, with excellent access to Rogers Arena and restaurants. Reserve a table at Frankie's Jazz Club (next door) for a memorable night out. Mattress was very comfortable, and room amenities were plentiful.

Cancelled our trip, but was continuously notified as if we had been staying there. It was extremely tedious and flat out annoying. They should be revising their automated system for cancelled reservations so they are no longer harassing those who chose not to stay.

Great hotel and really well located to explore Vancouver. No need for a car as you can borrow the bikes to get around. José was a great host, very friendly, knowledgeable and always taking time to chat and provide helpful advice. Ate at Frankie's downstairs and can recommend. Wines were also delicious.

I arrived into the hotel very late having travelled all day, and thankfully my first impressions were great. Obviously the hotel is an ideal choice for the nearby arenas, but it's a good location even if you're not visiting them. When there isn't a concert on it's a quiet street, with a 7-11 nearby for buying essentials, and a Vancouver bike stand just down the street. My room was large and comfortable, with plenty of USB chargers (very handy). And Vancouver is a very nice place to be.

We spent two nights here as part of an organised bus tour. The room was comfy. The restaurant -- Frankies's -- has an extensive menu and, when we sat for dinner with a huge group of 20, pretty much everything was well-received. They did a nice job for us. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Vancouver football (soccer) team, so if you plan on going to a game, well, you're there.

The Georgian Court was a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful rooms with everything we needed. José D. of Guest Services was especially kind, gracious, and welcoming and made our visit really special.

Great hotel. Very clean. Wished the hot tub was working. Needed it to relax from long trip. Great staff. Very helpful since all plans had a glitch. We had to stay an extra night. They were very accommodating. The restaurant Frankie's is very good. Had breakfast & dinners there.

The wifi wasn't working in my partner's laptop due to which he had to miss a work meeting. The coffee machine wasn't working either. Tried to call front desk multiple times and no one picked up. When we informed about this during check out they were not apologetic and just said they were understaffed.

We arrived after two days on the Rocky Mountaineer train and were quickly assigned a lovely, well-equipped room. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Frankies, which was prompt and delicious. Today our plane is not leaving until 9 pm so we asked Ellen S if we could extend our stay until 5 pm. She said the hotel was fully booked, but went to ask her manager and they did extend our stay at a reaonnable fee which is much appreciated. It is pouring rain here in Vancouver and we are drenched from going out this morning, to we really appreciated the effot Ellen made to let us have the room to dry off and relax before the overnight flight home.

Was looking for a hotel in downtown Vancouver that had underground parking. That's how I came across this hotel. It has a great underground parking (6'6" vehicle height limit FYI). Rooms are clean, modern and very quiet. AC very efficient. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked good. Rooms have Nespresso and a fridge.

As much as this hotel is in a nice location, cannot give nearly full marks. The room was dusty as hell, the moment I left my mobile phone on anywhere in the room in five minutes it was full of dust. Usually this does not bother me, but this much really does. Air conditioning was very loud in our first room but worked ok on the second. You cannot get the curtains to fully block the light, a detail that should be well done in this price point. I know that some people won't mind it, but the room was cleaned even though we signaled that we don't want it cleaned every day, we don't need sheets changed and towels changed but they did it anyway... But the location is nice indeed, the hotel restaurant is good, service was on the front desk was ok, not great, shower was excellent. We did not have time to try the infrared sauna or the pool, but they looked nice also. This would have been easily four star review, if the price would not be so high, you have to get these things right.

Even we had only a couple of days left for Vancouver we really enjoyed our stay. Staff has been very friendly and helpful - especially Jose, thanks again and take care :). The hotel is offering free usage of bicycles we is definitely a great opportunity to visit Vancouver and it's environment. Bikes are on first come first serve so don't wait to long ;).

We stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel on Beatty. The hotel was perfect! So clean, up to date and very comfortable. We want to give a big KUDOS to JOSE at the front desk. He welcomed us as we arrived, was over the top helpful, and extremely cheerful. Jose assisted with all of our hospitality needs and offered assistance regarding our travel questions when they arose. All the staff we encountered here was wonderful! We had breakfast at Frankie's and that was perfect as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book!!!!

Very nice hotel The room was clean and tidy . And quite spacious. The staff are very professional and friendly. The location is good as there are food shops around the corner Also a few restaurants on location. An IGA and a 7 eleven are close by . The hotel is in a quiet location . Also walking distance to Gastown and shops

Nice hotel friendly staff. Check in was smooth and efficient. The room was bright and airy had all the amenities needed for a stay in Vancouver- two very comfortable beds, great coffee machine, these are also in the hotel lobby for your takeaway coffee, great shower and bathrobes. Always good to have an in room safe. The main windows were dirty and need cleaning but this was a minor point. The reception staff provided us with a map and informed us to not walk downtown vis the Chinatown area ( this hotel is near there) and we heeded that advice. Other that that the hotel is great

This hotel is modern, and clean. We had to wait in line to check in but our room was ready. The room was super clean, wood type floor, safe, fridge and an umbrella which we used in Vancouver. The attached restaurant was excellent. i would highly recommend this hotel. Plus sheets were great!

Parking was very useful as parking is limited in vancouver but I might add slightly pricy, this however is made up for with the direct elevator hotel access into a beautiful, clean and boutique styled hotel with very comfortable seating offered on all floors. The rooms were cosy and comfortable with tons of helpful amenities. Overall stay was very satisfactory.

Very nice place to stay. We visited as part of an organised tour and weren't disappointed. Hotel is well appointed and clean with good sized room and bathroom. Food in Frankie's was excellent including the cooked to order breakfasts.

This lovely hotel was a delight for us to stay in and right in the middle of lots of things to do..It is a classy place..all the hallways were clean and vacuumed often..I judge a hotel by how clean they keep the hallways..our room looked out onto the street and BC stadium. The beds gave us great uninterrupted nights sleep..and the restaurant downstairs, Frankie's was superb..Kyra at the front desk greeted as we checked in with loads of luggage and was helpful and kind to us each time we saw her.. Lastly bus tours stop out front to get a scenic tour and also the ferry bus dropped us off right at the door.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. The room was well appointed and the beds were super comfy and the pillows did not cause us sore necks a definite bonus. Perfect location, near Rogers arena and fun places to hang out. FYI the beer is cheaper at the eatery at the hotel than the Shark club haha Wish we could have stayed more than the 1 night

Had a couple of nights here. Really enjoyed it. An easy walk down to the creek. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Very pleasant staff. The rooms were spotless. The beds were comfy. I totally recommend this hotel. Very close to the Roger's arena

My family and I visited end of December/start of January and aside from this hotel being beautiful, Jose was INCREDIBLE. So helpful and nice that we booked for March. He had such a positive attitude everyday and helped us by giving us the best recommendations.All it takes is one person who cares to really a trip great and he did just that! Good location for walking anywhere in downtown Vancouver. Nice suite with amenities including a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers. We were on the third floor facing east, and actually had a patio! Views from this hotel are not great though. Underground parking was fine, 30 CAD/night. Did not try restaurant, as there are so many in the area. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Bed was SOFT & coffee horrible. Asked for other options - none. Maids & door Dood Jose are the best!! Espresso machine in room was SO loud & awful. $3+ for the decent coffee in the restaurant per cup. Great door man/ great maids/ crap coffee & no bottled water in rooms

Beautiful restored historic hotel next to stadium but easy access to Robson and Georgia St, shopping and restaurants. What really stood out though was the outstanding customer service. Staff was absolutely amazing. Shout outs in particular to Jose, Alex, Amir and Kevin for going above and beyond to give us an incredible stay. A great stay.

Location to BC Place was excellent. Made attending the show very easy Hotel was neat and clean. Staff were efficient polite and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality. It is easily accessed when coming from out of town.

Great value for hotel. Only complaint was our room had a door which attached to another room and we could hear the people through the door but other than that it was clean. The hot tub area was clean and the restaurant next-door Frankie's had delicious pizza and pasta.

Great place to stay and close to town walking and drive to fun adventures nearby. Great location to go anywhere in Canada. I love it they have a restaurant and entertainment and food drinks music and shopping, sight seeing and waterfront view.

We stayed two nights when the Canucks had back to back games at Roger's arena. Very convenient location for Rogers Arena or BC Place events. A short five minute walk to either. Comfortable, clean room and it was quiet, despite the fact that the hotel was full. Attached Italian restaurant was very good with good service.

Fantastic location in downtown Vancouver. BC Place Stadium a skip across the street. Rogers Arena around the corner. A 10 minute walk to the Fish Creek ferry docks and the water taxies that take you to Science World and of course, the ever popular Grandville Island. Rooms, common areas of the hotel and the hot tub/spa areas and change rooms are immaculate in their cleanliness. Could not ask for more in this regard. The staff are exceptional when it comes to customer service and ensuring your every need is met. This is a remarkable hotel in downtown Vancouver, BC.

This hotel is a good attempt at a luxury hotel however it's missing a the care for its guests. The looks of what I booked definitely deceived us. Best part was Jose our concierge he made us feel welcomed.

Hotel was recommended by a relative who also stayed there during our visit. It was very comfortable. Good size room. Staff accommodating. Close to restaurants and other attractions. Close to transit though we didn't use it.

Location was awesome. Had everything we needed in terms of amenities. It was a 10 minute walk to the city centre and close to any publice transit like nes to get where we wanted to go. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place is highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely be back. We came from WA state for an overnight stay and chose this place. AAA approved and diamond rated. Liked that an Italian restaurant and jazz club were attached.

For a good room price this hotel was worth it, clean rooms friendly staff and in a great location that is close to anything you need. Spa was also nice to use and clean. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Vancouver. Only downside is that parking was $39 a night after tax.

The doorman is especially friendly and a welcoming smile that brightens the entire space. Some staff seem quite the opposite. Not welcoming while others are good. The staff are always hidden behind a door and do not answer the phone. However, they do well via text and do seem to watch the cameras for folks arriving. There is a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel which offers some very good meals. We had the house made mushroom ravioli which was rich and delicious and the lamb shank which was also good. The rooms are fine except the bed was very uncomfortable for both myself and my spouse. The pillows too are awful. We had a king bed but the pillows were tiny overstuffed little sleep depriving beasts. It was the most uncomfortable sleep that I have ever had in a hotel. Usually the beds and pillows are quite adequate and often heavenly. The other issue was that when I booked this hotel I specifically called reservations to ask if they provided breakfast as it wasn't mentioned on the web. We were debating between this hotel and another that included breakfast so when I was told that YES they did, we decided that we would book it. NO BREAKFAST at this hotel. When I explained to the front desk they said they have never included breakfast and I would need to contact reservations about it. I did call reservations and they were very nice. They tried to contact the hotel but the hotel would not answer. They followed up contacting the hotel via email but I never heard anything from the hotel. Although, this hotel is very convenient to downtown, we likely won't stay here again simply due to the awful beds/pillows. There are many other hotels in the vicinity to choose from at similar prices.

I came to stay from have a procedure at the hospital and my partner was going to a Canucks game. They met us at the door with a wheel chair and were so very upscale. I will choose here again and again.

Lobby , hallways and rooms are maintained clean and decorated elegantly. Guests are welcomed with a hot coffee (Nespresso) and tea at the Lobby also in the guest rooms. Located at a walkable distance to other eateries. Great value for the price . Check in can be reduced instead of 4pm . If only they can delay the deactivation of the access cards by 15mins so we can access the lift and exit the property .

Spent 3 night here and room was not serviced once. Calling front desk or hotel reservations gets no one on the phone. Great location and comfortable beds though. But service leaves a lot to be desired. Will not be staying again.

The room was very clean, the staff friendly, and you can't beat the location if you are going to a concert or sporting event. Everything is walking distance so you can park in a secure underground garage and walk.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite, early December for a romantic weekend visiting friends. The room was fine; the bedroom is in an enclosed area within the suite, with no windows. I left a professional hair-curling iron in the bathroom suite and have had no luck getting it back despite 3 separate follow-up phone calls and an email to the hotel. We also booked with a 20% off dining voucher to Frankie's (hotel restaurant), but the discount was not applied and again, despite following up with the hotel, I've had no luck getting that corrected. Room service was not delivered to the room — we had to run down and get it — and it was served in all paper cutlery, but at regular room service prices. Overall, very odd! Location is quite good and room was very clean. But due to the above issues and lacklustre customer service, I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again nor recommend.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife at Georgian Court Best Western Premier hotel in their wheelchair accessible room. I have stayed in many Accessible rooms in Canada, USA, and Europe. This room was terrific on so many areas. The bed was just the right height for easy transfer. The mattress was comfortable but firm enough on the edge to allow safe transfer. The sink allowed me to slide totally underneath. I liked that it was separate from the shower (my wife did too!). The roll in shower was very good. Plenty of room to wheel around. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant and adjoining jazz club had great food. Great hotel for anyone but especially for wheelchair users. Right across from Football and hockey arena and downtown.

First time stay for a concert the hotel. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely plan on staying here on our concert trip. Thank you for a great stay

The breakfast wasn't included but I'm glad that it wasn't because I found this little place walking distance Footo Croissant for breakfast. Great place, great food, delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and this place for breakfast.

Great price, nice rooms, and great location. The shower leaks all over the floor when you shower, and the coffee maker makes hot water well. You pay extra for parking, sure, fine until you pull in expecting parking and they say "sorry it's full, We'll refund your parking". No apologies, no warning upfront on checkin. So, had to find and pay for public parking overnight. Beware of shady front end staff.

Excellent service, quiet gorgeous suites with amazingly comfy beds!! The locations is so central to all downtown Great views! Can't wait to come back and stay Pet friendly as well. The parking is reasonable and secure

I spent 4 nights at the Georgian Court and it was time and money well spent. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. And room was lovely and that bed...it was hard to get out of it...so comfy! No room service was really the only downside. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the concierge Jose D. What a gift that man is for every guest. I am fanatical about world cup and suddenly I had this friend to talk soccer with the whole time. His kind and helpful nature is a huge asset to the hotel. On the last night I lost my cell phone and he tracked it down for me which was the icing on the cake of a wonderful experience. It's very clear he loves taking care of people, and I'm so glad I had the absolute pleasure of meeting him! Highly recommend this hotel.

We only had the luxury of staying one night at this hotel. It's location is absolutely amazing right next to BC place and the Roger centre we came in to see a Canucks game. hotel is clean service is friendly. Frankie's restaurant that you can access from the lobby has a good breakfast also.

We have tried a couple of other hotels in the downtown area, but have found this hotel suits us the best. The location is great. It is close to the seawall. The complimentary bikes that you can book from the front desk are such a bonus. I went on a long bike ride with my kids twice when we stayed in the summer and recently. It would be even better if someone could show me how to adjust the handle bar and seats next time. I was most impressed with the service as well. It is hard to imagine how busy the hotel can get until you arrive there. So I was especially appreciative that Amir called me back twice when I was contemplating on my booking. He answered all my questions and provided solutions for our needs. Jose was always so helpful and friendly at the entrance. It was great to try learning some Spanish from him as I was leaving or coming back to the hotel. Virginia from housekeeping was so accommodating and gave us an extra blanket and bedsheet for the kids. She also gave me extra garbage bags. We look forward to our next stay at Georgian Court.

Nothing amazing about the rooms. Mostly clean- walls need spot washing and baseboards need cleaning. Hot tub is great. Location fantastic. You can basically walk out the front door to tons of food choices and shopping. Also- underground secured parking is a huge bonus for a fair price in downtown Vancouver.

There is nothing to like about this property other than the location. Staff are horrible. The person I checked in with had no communication skill at all. We were not informed about how to connect to wifi or room upgrade or 20% off on food. We asked her to make the sofa bed for the kids, that too 3 times but she sent no one. When we came back at midnight after the show, we had to call someone again to get blankets to make the bed ourselves. Rooms are small and dirty. Horrible noise from the toilet of water running through the pipes. There is no way anyone can sleep at night with that noise! I am sure other guests must have complained about it and they still decided to assign this room to another guest. When I complained about it at night, they said they will look into it which I highly doubt. I had just one night stay because of a Vancouver downtown show and I am glad I didn't have to spend another night in that property. Avoid it if you can!

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of a 2-week Western Canada trip. It was a perfect, smooth start and a very comfortable stay. Upon arrival we got to check in early without any extra fees, which was very much appreciated after a long flight. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything one might need, including a Nespresso machine. Checkout at 3 a.m. in order to catch an early flight was smooth as well. The hotel is perfectly located near Downtown, Chinatown, Yaletown, Rogers Arena (6 minutes walk) and BC Place Stadium (just across the street). We have found the location very convenient for everything we needed. It was a very relaxing stay and I would choose this hotel again when returning to Vancouver.

Location is close to everything, hotel is top notch. People were extremely friendly. Great sleep! Wish parking spots were a bit wider but great secure parking overall. Will definitely stay here again!

We were warmly welcomed and checked in even though we arrived early. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was pretty and had everything you could need. The front desk personnel also acted as concierge and would gladly look up information on events for you and give recommendations on where to go and what to see. They even offered us water each time we came back from going for walks around the city. The attached restuarant, Frankie's (Italian), has some really good food and eqully great service. On the weekends, there is also a Jazz Bar with live music. Every single interaction with had with front desk, housekeeping, or reataurant servers was an example of true hospitality. The comfort of the rooms made our stay restful. The location of the hotel a short walk from the train station and right next to the stadium made us central to eveything in the city which is perfect if you are exploring on foot. It was easy to catch a cab in the evening. If you are looking for a pretty hotel with service, location, comfort, and food...and all for a reasonable price, look no furtherr.

Comfortable property, nicely decorated and well maintained. Felt safe and secure as elevator requires room key to operate. Ice machines on every floor, all offering filtered water. Staff pleasant and professional. Will definitely stay there again.

My stay was really nice. The location was convenient to nice areas without having to take out the car much. The service was good and the staff were all friendly. I like the convenience of the express checkout.

I stayed here with my family during a short overnight trip to Vancouver. We enjoyed a great, relaxing, and quiet stay at the Georgian Court Hotel. This hotel has a great location in downtown Vancouver and is very quiet despite its being across the street from BC Place Stadium. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

José from Guest Services is the sweetest man with the best sense of humour. He always made us feel welcomed and greeted us with a smile and a new story every time we walked in the lobby. He would always check in with us and make sure we were good. Directed us where to go for dinner and how to get there. He was the highlight of our stay, my daughter and I enjoyed him and the staff very much. Rooms are very clean, comfy beds and the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Great location with fantastic staff and very clean rooms. Beds are very comfortable and the furniture made the small amount of remote work I needed to do quite comfortable. Looking forward to the next time we travel to Vancouver.

This was our first Hotel we stayed at on our Globus Tour. It was lovely! The room was spacious and very clean. Lovely King size bed and large flat screen t.v. There was no carpet in the room, rather a nice laminate floor. The bathroom was spacious and modern. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker as well. Our room faced B.C. Place. Very pretty lit up at night. Close to many restaurants or use adjoining Frankie's restaurant. Staff were friendly and checked us in quickly! Very nice place to stay!

Talk about a great location for a hotel in Vancouver. So close to the stadiums and Science World. Grandville Island is a water-taxi ride away. So many attractions close enough that you can park your vehicle and not worry about negotiating Vancouver traffic. The room was immaculately clean along with the whirlpool area and change room. All of the staff were so kind, courteous and very helpful. Going back to be sure!!

Had an excellent stay here in August. Location of the hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more! We made use of the complimentary bicycles on one of our days there - only downside was that we couldn't prebook these and when we used them we were limited to 3 hours use, but it was enough for us to get a good taste of cycling round Vancouver and we made it up to Stanley park, all the way around and back again within the 3 hours (and this is from a couple who haven't cycled in 15 years!).

The entire experience from check in to check out was excellent. Our room was very clean and quiet, with a lot of sunlight and comfortable beds. The bathroom was super clean with plenty of water pressure.

We stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel September 11-12 and enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, especially, Riley who gave us directions and helped us through the Covid protocols. The location was also excellent within walking distance of Gastown, the BC Lions stadium, and other downtown destinations. The only drawback was that breakfast was not included. There is a restaurant on-site so it would be easy to include a breakfast at no extra cost. It is also quite a distance from Granville Island which was a bit unfortunate. Overall, this Hotel is a great choice when visiting Vancouver.

Our stay was exceptionally enjoyable, from our room, our meals and the amazing Jazz Quartet we had the pleasure of listening to. Couldn't have been better. Not only that, the location couldn't be better for accessing a lot of amazing venues. We'll be back.

Room and reception staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice, traditional with a good choice and/or continental with good choice from cereals, fruit pastries, and cheese etc. or any combination. All food was very fresh. Staff quick and efficient at getting one seated and in table clearing. Very hygienic and covid aware. Bar and restaurant attached is called Franky's. First class menu with strong italian flavour. Had 3 meals here. All were very good and the service excellent.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel for three night after being on the Rocky Mountaineer. The location is great only a short walk (about 10 mins) to Gas Town,shops and the water front. We had a room facing the stadium which was spotless , lovely bed and a good shower, one evening we were even traded to a concert at the stadium and yeas we could here it,but also enjoyed the music. Front desk were very helpful, and booked tickets for the Hop on Hop off bus. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is also very good. We would definatly recomend this hotel.

So many exta touches. Starting with contact by text message so staff could help us with needs even before arrival. Greyson at the desk was so helpful and gave us a perfect checkin experience. We love the modern renovated room. It's very clean and posh. The bed is a dream and I love the smart TV. Convenient checkout options completed an exceptional stay. I highly recommend.

This hotel is situated in a great position to sporting venues even if it's to enjoy a drink outside and listen to the roar of the crowd, and to get down to the water front. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. There were coffee making facilities although this wasn't a plus for me, may be take your own blend.

Without any exaggeration, everyone working at the Georgian Court Hotel during my 2 night stay exceeded my expectation ... And 100% Anna Shin went above and beyond ....AGAIN ... to meet my disability accommodation needs with so much care for my dignity. It is very embarrassing for me to explain my sleep disability and that I was visiting Vancouver for critical medical assessment but she made arrangements to ensure best possible sleep. I had not visited this hotel in over 1 year but I was extremely touched to be remembered by name ... even with HouseKeeping team. New to me team members were also amazing like Jose who was so gracious and conscientious to inform me about bike lane bylaws to avoid parking ticket. Everyone was highly courteous, organized and absolutely driven to serve. I feel deeply blessed and grateful.

Very convenient location! There are many shops and venues nearby. They have great parking for a downtown hotel! The parking lot was very clean and it's very secure! Super clean and staff are very helpful!

Stayed at the Georgian Court September 6-8 and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was clean, in an excellent location, and with terrific staff. I particularly want to recognize Jose from the front desk. When I asked for some additional towels he quickly delivered them himself. We also had a good conversation about our favorite gelato flavors. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again on any future trips to Vancouver.

In the two months that I have been travelling in Canada and the USA, I have stayed in many Best Western hotels. This is by far the most pleasant one I have stayed in. This hotel sets a standard to which the others can only hope to aspire.

Great hotel to stay in , close to all shopping downtown Vancouver close to BC Place and Rogers arena. Rooms are very clean great restaurant and hospitality. Going to see a hockey game or concert this is the place to be, 2 min walk and your there.

The hotel was clean, is in a prefect location and the rooms are very quiet. We did experience some issues with service. Our reservation said check in 3 and out at 12. I phoned mid week to confirm as I got an email reminder saying check in 4 and check out 12. They confirmed 3 was our check in. The day of I got a text saying check in 4 and i replied and again was told we had a 3 check in though on July it was changed to 4 so the auto emails say 4. When we went to check in we were told we had to wait as check in was 4. When I showed my communications and reservation confirmation they were able to get us in at 3. Then all was good until next morning. House keeping walked in our room with no announcement as we were showering etc and getting ready. They told us check out was 11 am and it was 11:15. I told them it was 12 and she argued it was 11. I showed her our texts and confirmations it was 12 and while she did leave she again said it's 11. We quickly checked out after this. While the hotel is apologetic the whole process did dampen the stay.

When my previously booked Hotel canceled on me the day before travel, the Georgian Court Hotel came to the rescue in the last hours before my trip. Service was outstanding. Can see the concert venue from our window. Bed comfortable, quiet.

Our stay at the Georgian Court was very nice. The location is perfect and the employees were great to deal with. The rooms were clean. We had 4 adults staying in a 1 bedroom, with pull-out; which was fine... but the bathroom was in the bedroom area, so it made it a little awkward. My only complaint would be, that for the price, they should have offered free breakfast.

It is the people who make a hotel we stayed 4 nights from 22 aug on 8th floor over looking rodgers stadium our beautiful room was clean comfortable cleaned to perfection every day as requsted the lady who cleaned our room is a credi to your company and alway had time to talk to you a really lovley person the reception staff were great and even the manager held the lift door open for as all i can say is it was great from top to bottom loccatoin is good for large city

Last time I stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago is was excellent. Now it was a disappointment. Room had a "tired" and dated appearance; nowhere to sit comfortably and no room cleaning (unless requested with 24 hour notice!). Services provided are limited and unimpressive--hotel seems seems overpriced for what it offers.

Clean, convenient to downtown, good restaurant downstairs. Also, right across the street from soccer and football games. Parking in the building for an extra fee. Family friendly and accommodating young children.

This hotel is clean, well maintained and located close to public transportation. They also have a restaurant attached that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was very good and the staff was friendly. We were helped on a daily basis by an extremely friendly and helpful employee named Jose. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything to make our stay a positive experience.

Clean and updated hotel with friendly staff at reception. Stayed before boarding the Rocky Mountainer train. Across from Rogers Centre and BC place so great for concerts or sporting events too! The Weekend and Back Street Boys were playing the last two days. Robson, a lovely tree lined street with lots of stores/restaurants ends at Beatty Street. Also surprised to find a Costco 5 mins away! Walking distance to Gas town and China Town. Annie , guest services mgr. was helpful in letting me know if you use a 3rd party like expedia you don't get the best western points! So its best to book directly with the hotel. They also offer complimentary bikes to use first come first served. Enjoyed our stay with them and would recommend.

The Georgian Court is lovely hotel to stay in. The decor is smart and classy. The bedroom size is good although the bathroom was a little small. Everything was clean and they were still following strict Covid protocols. This included no daily house keeping, which was a little disappointing. You could request housekeeping 24 hours in advance and you had to be clear of your room for 3 hours. This felt a little extreme, especially since other hotels we visited in Canada were offering daily housekeeping. Nevertheless we had an enjoyable stay here and would happily stay again.

The room and the bathroom are a good size. Walk in shower although there is no handle to hold on to in the shower. Rooms are currently not being serviced. We had breakfast vouchers for the buffet in Frankie's restaurant. The staff there were not friendly and treated us as second class citizens as we had a voucher. The choice was very limited and the same very day. They really do let the rest of the hotel down.

We enjoyed one night stay for family event at BC place. And our room was just front of the BC place we could see from the window. My son was so excited and he also slept well all night without any noise. Room was so clean and front desk was amazing. Overall I recommend this hotel for all ages.

It was nice but we ordered doordash and then called them and said theyre gonna go to our room and give it to us but then it arrived they didnt do it and during that time we were already on our night clothes and we had to go down to get it which is really not a problem and they have a gym and sauna and we went there too which was nice

One of the cleanest and friendliest accommodations one could hope for anywhere. The location is perfect…central and within walking distance to most venues. Anna on the front desk and her associates were terrific. Loraine in Frankie's Restaurant was incredible and most accommodating…nothing our friend asked for beyond the norm was an issue. Parking terrific as well. Enjoyed..Bob&Lois

We had a great stay here at the Georgian Court. The staff are super nice and the rooms are very cozy. It's located in a great spot downtown close to a lot of shops and restaurants. I definitely would recommend staying here especially for a sporting event.

Everything is great about this property. Most sites are within 15-30 min walking distance. ride share is easy to find. Rooms are large and comfortable. There is a restaurant in the lobby which is pretty good otherwise many other choices within minutes. The one downside is that breakfast is not provided other one is that they need to service their HVAC everything was dusty. We asked for housekeeping midway thru and by the evening there was dust everywhere again.

This hotel was one of the best hotels that we've ever stayed in. The location was perfect in that we were close to the best of what Vancouver had to offer. The hotel was clean and the staff were all friendly. One staff member in particular was amazing, Jose Diaz went above and beyond to help us and he gave us amazing advice about Chinatown. He really is the best employee in that hotel!

All the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and worked hard to meet my requests! I did not get the chance to get any names, but they were all wonderful. The staff who were training also did a great job to note. The room was perfectly spotless and the view from the room was incredible. Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to use the amenities but I'm sure they would have exceeded my expectations. Overall a GREAT experience and would love the chance to come back again! :)

We stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel for our trip for its proximity to Rogers Arena for the Machine Gun Kelly concert. The service was excellent, attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Vancouver.

I came here for a business trip, and it was the worst experience ever. My hotel room was dirty upon arrival (I have photos). There is a film of dust on the floor that collected on my feet. House keeping did not clean my room and I stayed for 3 days. Would never stay here again.

Arrived after a long flight from London, Booked 2 rooms for my Wife , Myself & Son. “Checked In “ Can you get our bags to our rooms please ? Blunt answer NO ! Do you require Maid service ??? Decent Hotel , I EXPECT Maid Service . Only once in 3 Night stay was our room cleaned ! Our Son' room NOT at all. Next Night, loud knocking noise from the Air Conditioning system. Reported it early next morning. Out all day, returned, just the same ! Unacceptable ! Reported again to reception, sorry Maintenance has gone Home. Really ! At least the Guest Services Manager had the decency to come and apologise, as I said , I appreciate your offer to make amends, BUT this was totally unacceptable. To be quite honest this Property is a 3 Star Hotel at best ! Would I stay here and recommend, sadly NO !

Stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel after our Rocky Mountaineer trip. Absolutely loved the hotel and found it exceeded our expectations. The view from our 12th floor room was incredible. Huge comfy kind bed and excellent bathroom with huge walk in rain shower. Front-desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel location is very central, easy to walk to the waterfront, downtown and right next to the Rogers Arena sports complex.

By far the best TV i have experienced in any hotel. Room was well appointed with office area, etc. I really don't have much more to say. I have to use 200 characters. 35 left. now 25. now 18. now 9. I can now say good bye

Loved the location, hotel was clean, staff was excellent. We were here for a few days and found it very comfortable and quiet. Room was a good size, bathroom was clean and spacious. Loved the shower. With no carpets, the floor was dusty. That was a minor thing. Definitely would stay here again!

Clean, comfortable room. Great walking access to downtown Vancouver, and it's right across the street from the stadium. No complaints at all. Be sure to visit Frankie's Jazz Club downstairs when it's open.

I was in this hotel for two days. Everything was perfect and easy to follow. The staffs are so helpful and nice. Jose served us in an amazing way. He carried our suitcases to pur room. Give us a good advice considering the things we should do in our staying and he accompanied us as well while we were leaving. what a nice and warm welcome and goodbye. I am super happy in my staying in this hotel and I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Nice hotel in a great spot walking distance to pacific centre, bc place and rogers. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Nice and clean. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the mattress was hard, the coffee maker was frustrating and the toilet paper was that cheap rough kind. The layout was great and everything else lovely. We ate at the hot restaurant which was delicious with great service

Just went into Vancouver for one night to meet up with friends. Prices for hotels in Vancouver are super expensive so I was happy to find I had some points I could use for the Georgian Court Hotel. The price was reasonable and the location is great, right across from Rogers Arena and close to amenities. We had to wait for our room to be ready so the very friendly front desk staff comped our parking. They also gave us a lovely room with a balcony that looked right onto Rogers. Surprisingly the area is pretty quiet at night and our room was lovely and clean with a king sized bed and huge shower. The only thing that I would say (it's minor) is that the pillows could be better quality. Other than that small point well done Best Western!

Excellent Customer Service, close to everything in the downtown. Well maintained, very clean. Our flight got got delayed in Toronto and missed the connecting flight, they refunded us that night money when we called and requested. Highly recommended this place.

Wish there was more control over in room temperature, but otherwise awesome trip. Would definitely book again especially for going to BC place or Queen E theatre. Great access to walking distract, bus service etc. Very friendly

Stayed in a Deluxe King Room and it was spacious, comfortable bed, had tea/coffee facilities, fridge and a large desk and chaise lounge. The bathroom was a little small but shower was big enough and clean and well finished. We asked for a high floor and at the front of the hotel which was great as got great view of the stadium. It also wasn't noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whirlpool/hot tub was really nice and gym was small but not too badly equipped. The location was great, easy walking distance to downtown and gastown.

Amazing hotel, staff and amenities. Close to everything. Great restaurant. Stay there every time I go to Vancouver. Our suite was beautiful and perfectly outfitted to meet our needs, even down to umbrellas in the room which were required when we visited.

Enjoyed the hotel, missing a few items in rooms, but I'm sure front desk could help. Location perfect for concerts and sporting events at Rogers and BC Place - lots of eats around the area too. Close to downtown shopping

I booked this hotel for the location & because the reviews seem pretty good. While it wasn't a bad stay I expected more from a 4 star hotel. The floor of the room entrance was damaged, chipped dish in the bathroom, floor seemed as though it wasn't swept or not properly at least. For the price I was a little disappointed.

The hotel is in Downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to most favorite places like Gastown, waterfront, Canada place and shopping centers. There were so many nice restaurants in walking distance too. The hotel room nice big and clean. The on-site restaurant was my favor too. The staff at front desk were very nice, patient and very informative. Especially the young lady Riley, she was so kind answering all my questions, offering lots of useful suggestions. I will definitely stay this hotel next time and refer to all my friends.

This hotel has been consistently excellent every time that I have stayed there. The Staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and have been thoroughly cleaned. I will definitely stay here again.

Its located quite central and directly across from the stadium. Room was nice and comfortable. Needed more pillow choices though. I was very impresses with the shower; beautiful, modern and the water pressure was on point! It was kind of disappointing that you had to ask 24 hours in advanced to get your room cleaned. We weren't told that on check-in and by the time we figured it out, there no point.

First time to Vancouver BC and highly recommend. Beautiful view, clean rooms, the jacuzzi was clean and stocked with towels, staff was friendly and helpful on all accounts. Our favorite part was the location. It's located right downtown and you can walk and explore so much from this vantage point. Our top favorites is Frankie's the Italian restaurant next door which was amazing and the proximity to rogers arena and a little casino. Our first time here and we had a great time!

I choose this hotel because It was a Best Western. Unfortunately the quality of the bed is not what I would expect from this chain. It was rock hard and the pillows were flat and should be tossed. We stayed 2 nights and slept terribly because of the bed. However, other than that it is a lovely clean hotel with friendly curteous staff.

We stayed for 3 nights the staff were very accommodating letting us check in early and sending texts to ensure our stay was going well. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed that they had a hot tub we could use after spending long days sightseeing and walking.

I booked this hotel because it was close to BC Place as I was attending a game there. The hotel was easy to get to by public transport from the airport (one sky train and then a few blocks walk down one road). My view wasn't the greatest (an alleyway) but I wasn't in my room long enough to care. The shower was excellent and the room was quiet despite being in a busy location. I appreciated the safety of needing a room key to get up to the rooms. The staff was great and was able to get me in early (an hour or two) despite being booked up. They were able to keep my luggage secure until check in a well - great when your flight gets in before check in! I will definitely be back.

Given the price that I paid and that this property is a BW Premier, I had higher expectations. Check in and out was very good and the front desk staff were attentive. Overall the room was fine but it was noticeable that the furniture was old and chipped. The sliding door to the closest would not stay closed. The sheets and towels were good but the mattress protector would bunch up under the sheets causing uncomfortable ridges. Maybe a touchy subject but the toilet paper was very cheap and not the standard that I expected. I did appreciate the yoga mat in the room and the pillows. I did have my room serviced once during my stay and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning and restocking my room. I would stay here again only if a more reasonable price - hence my rating of "average."

When we arrived the computers were down and despite already being fully paid we had to shower in the small shower by their hot tub. The peloton bike was going to be a highlight to f my stay as I am at competitive cyclist but despite several in person and phone requests no one was able to provide the 6 digit key to get me into the bike. Despite promises no one followed up and I was unable to use this amenity. All else was good including room and cleanliness. I used the complimentary bicycles as well which was nice

This hotel was amazing ! Very friendly staff and the room was very clean. It's in a great location downtown east to walk everywhere or it's close to lots of sky train stations and busses! Overall was really good and I would stay here again and recommend it !

Great experience overall. Room was very clean & well stocked. Appreciated the view out the balcony; very close to BC Place if looking for a place to stay for any sporting event/concert held there. Close to Skytrain stations & downtown for any food or necessities. Staff were amazing and communication was stellar. Highly recommend and will likely return here for future trips to Vancouver.

Overall, a very nice stay. The room was decent. The location of the hotel is quite nice. Very close to good food and shopping. A couple minutes walk from costco, which apparently l, has some very good poutine. I would stay here again

Amazing location, especially if you are going to Rogers Arena or BC Place. Staff is beyond fantastic and very helpful. Check in and check out was seamless. Restaurants in the area are great and many tourist attractions are within walking distances

Good hotel, reasonable price. No fan in the bathroom did not make sense. Customer service in the restaurant/bar was bad. Say there for 15 minutes because the bartender was also the sound guy and none of the waiters could pour a beer

Right across rogers arena and the restaurant downstairs is delicious. Rooms and hotels have been nicely updated. Would definitely stay here again. Parking spaces are very small so it's a little difficult if you have an SUV or a truck but overall a very nice hotel

Lovely hotel right across from BC Place. Walk to Gastown, Yaletown and the waterfront. Great restaurant onsite for breakfast and dinner with many others nearby. Very polite helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!

Be prepared to pay 30.00 per day for parking and being told that "it is what it is" when you ask why it was not communicated to you before or at the time of booking. That aside the rooms are decent and clean.

The hotel is very beautiful love the room and the amenities. It's also in a great location. It's walking distance from a lot. What caused me to leave 3 stars was how fealty it was and the fact the guest service person was nonchalant like she didn't care and tried to rush me out when I initial told her I wanted to express concerns. The day we checked out, we wanted to go to the whirlpool. Once the jets stopped we noticed there was a dirt ring around the pool and clumps of hair. The bathrooms in the pool area, one of the toilets was full of feces and when I tried to full it, the water rose up. Also the room remote was full of dust and crumbs between buttons. The floor had visible dust and some hair along the wall edges. For Canada itself to be so concerned with COVID with all the temp checks, vaccination card checks, and wearing mask, I expected to cleanliness of a “premium” hotel to be a little better.

We stayed at Georgian Court Originally because of its proximity to VGH as well as shopping etc. My wife had stayed here for Business previously and loved it. Excellent Hotel and having a wonderful Italian Restaurant like Frankie's is just wonderful.

We love The Georgian Court - our Vancouver home away from home! As former Vancouver/Yaletown residents, we often need a "Vancouver Fix" in our old neighbourhood. The Georgian Court is perfectly located downtown to spend a day shopping, take in an event, dine at amazing restaurants ... and is just steps to the seawall for a morning walk or run. The rooms are beautifully renovated and the beds are luxurious and comfortable. It's the perfect spot to get away and relax. All staff are outstanding - the Team is so friendly, always professional and happy, making it such a great place to be. We travel with our dog and are beyond thankful to have such a beautiful, comfortable place to check in with our pet too. The Georgian Court is close to an off-leash dog park that our guy loves so much. Beds, bowls and treats are provided! We give 5 stars! Two paws up! Two thumbs up! Thank you for having us - and see you again soon!

I enjoyed the room a lot, I found it to be very private and comforting. The room was also very modern and clean. The hotel had all the amenities I needed and the location was great. I would rebook again.

Walked everywhere in the downtown area and Yaletown, then easily walked to our show at Rogers arena. A comfortable bed, walk in shower with great toiletries. Coffee maker for the first coffee of the day Covid safety rules and hygiene in place. Will be returning.

Great hotel. Updated rooms are really well done and gives you bang for buck. However, bedding and sleep comfort not the greatest. Lots of outside noise makes it into the room as well..overall great hotel with great location!

Very clean and updated room with all the comforts needed. No complaints with the room except fridge and heating was a little bit on the noisy side. Nice staff at reception and the location is pretty good / central for the east end, GAs Town and False Creek of a sporting event at BC place or Rogers. Maybe a bit far if you want to focus on the west end. Very good place to be located and no complaints with the room. Elevator was a bit slow but it was a busy holiday weekend.

I booked this hotel for February 7th, 2022 to February 12th, 2022. I found this place because I was originally living in a dump of a hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel sent me a text informing me of my reservation, check-in and check-out times, and the hotel amenities. I was greeted with a hello and a smile. Because I checked in at 11am with a request for the highest floor to avoid noises, I had to wait 10 minutes for my room. The lobby was nice, my room was well cleaned and my room view was of the British Columbia Place Stadium. Besides the sirens, the noise was to a minimum. I found the area safe and there were restaurants within walking distance. There were also taxis parked outside the hotel for convenience. They allowed me to checkout early (4am) for my 6am flight which was great. I definitely will be staying at this hotel again during my next Vancouver visit and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Spent the new year here with my family and we had a blast. The room is clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy and the staff are great at assisting you with any request. Would love to come back.

My room was truly lovely for my stay at Christmas. Very generous room size, I will recommend this hotel for that alone! The bed was great, lots of storage in the room and the bar fridge is a great amenity. The room was clean and everyone on property wore masks while I stayed. The hot tub was such a treat after similar facilities being closed for so long. The bathroom was well appointed and the rainshower head made for an indulgently long hotel shower experience. Hotel has great access to downtown with all the shops and services a global city like Vancouver provides. Definitely will stay here again!

Came for a weekend getaway and loved this place! Easy check in, room is spotless and what a great suite. Frankie's Italian Kitchen was a pleasant surprise! Delicious food and impeccable service. It truly was a treat. We will definitely come again!

What a fantastic nights stay at Georgian Court. Great location, a very short walk to Rogers Arena. And with Frankie's attached, a great place for dinner or breakfast. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was wonderful. Free bike rentals, spa. Exercise room. Nothing more was needed. And a Nespresso machine for a great start to our day.

Ocerall our 2 day stay was gud at this hotel. Staff and front desk was helpful. However they forgot to mention that there will be no housekeeping unless requested. With two kids , was not happy to come back to an untidied room.

Location is the best. You have access to lots of tourist attractions with max 20 min walk. Parking is available on site which brings peace of mind. Rooms are renovated but the building is old. Amir from the guest services was very helpful.

I was so excited to try their hot tub and that was the biggest reasons why we decided to stay at this hotel. I also double checked with the hotel whether they are still offering the service or not during the covid season. They told me that it's available via phone call. However, because of technical issues or whatever, we finally couldn't use it at all during our stay. It would be appreciate if you can't offer any hotel amenities you should mention it on your website, or highlight the info on any other social media platforms so your future customers don't get the same feelings that I felt this time. It was so uncomfortable, disappointed, and unsatisfied

We don't have a bad thing to say about this hotel or even a suggestion! Staff were kind, rooms were very clean, location is great! We would definitely stay here again, especially given its proximity to Rogers Arena and BC Place.

This was my third time staying here and was not disappointed. The beds were comfortable as always and we got to see all the downtown sights and attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful and they made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!

From pre-arrival texts to confirm stay and offer support to excellent service at both dinner and breakfast, the food decent as well, to the post-departure text and follow-up, the service was great. The location decent and the rooms very nice.

Very well managed hotel. Extremely clean, very attentive team…they pay attention to detail. Excellent customer service My room was spot on…good water pressure in the shower. WIFI very stable. The parking was easy and well lit. Definitely coming back next spring!
