Georgian Court Hotel

This is our first time in this hotel. Wonderful service from the staff right moment we check in. They were professionals, pleasant and helpful. In addition, the hotel itself the lobby is amazing. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely be back again!

A few disappointing things to note. My room was prepaid on Expedia by my company and the hotel took a personal credit card on check-in for any “incidentals” (so far very standard). On checkout, they tell me they have charged my personal card (the one I left for incidentals) for a “mandatory” add-on destination marketing fee (granted “only” 1.5%) that isn't included in the taxes and fees paid on Expedia. What a scam. There is no mention of additional fees on Expedia that I could see. Tourism and destination fees are very standard — but I've never seen them added as a surprise bill as an incidental charge at checkout on a fully prepaid room. Not a big deal dollar-wise, but just seems like a cash grab. These fees should all be included in the advertised rate (inclusive of all taxes). Staff was completely dismissive that it wasn't a big deal. It is to me. They are also renovating the parking garage and the noise during the day is fairly intolerable (at least it was on the third floor - maybe this is better on higher floors). I went to the airport 5 hours early because there is no way to work while they are constantly hammer drilling. If you need to work in the room during your stay (daytime hours) then this is not the hotel for you until their repairs are done. Other than that, location is great, rooms are nice and clean, balcony would be amazing in the right weather, and there is a nice Nespresso machine in the room.

Walking distance to most attractions within the city . At one end of Robson street . Small rooms. Nice clean bathrooms. Almost no lobby. The picture posted on website was very misleading. We were there at the New Year's Eve and a rude hotel security asked us to stop having drinks that were bought from next door in the hotel. His behavior was not acceptable. Overall ok hotel for the price.

Here for a Canucks game tomorrow, a big one, came from Kelowna, and this hotel is top notch! Nice hot tub and sauna area and clean and friendly here! Tried the restaurant last time here and really enjoyed that too! Bit pricey but wow so close to Rogers Arena! Love it here. (Dec 13/23)

very nice Hotel and nice Staff, the room was great with no issues. The price was good compared to other Hotels of that statue and location. centrally located so walking to other sites and restaurants was easy to do.

A very comfortable room, with excellent access to Rogers Arena and restaurants. Reserve a table at Frankie's Jazz Club (next door) for a memorable night out. Mattress was very comfortable, and room amenities were plentiful.

Cancelled our trip, but was continuously notified as if we had been staying there. It was extremely tedious and flat out annoying. They should be revising their automated system for cancelled reservations so they are no longer harassing those who chose not to stay.

Great hotel and really well located to explore Vancouver. No need for a car as you can borrow the bikes to get around. José was a great host, very friendly, knowledgeable and always taking time to chat and provide helpful advice. Ate at Frankie's downstairs and can recommend. Wines were also delicious.

I arrived into the hotel very late having travelled all day, and thankfully my first impressions were great. Obviously the hotel is an ideal choice for the nearby arenas, but it's a good location even if you're not visiting them. When there isn't a concert on it's a quiet street, with a 7-11 nearby for buying essentials, and a Vancouver bike stand just down the street. My room was large and comfortable, with plenty of USB chargers (very handy). And Vancouver is a very nice place to be.

We spent two nights here as part of an organised bus tour. The room was comfy. The restaurant -- Frankies's -- has an extensive menu and, when we sat for dinner with a huge group of 20, pretty much everything was well-received. They did a nice job for us. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Vancouver football (soccer) team, so if you plan on going to a game, well, you're there.

The Georgian Court was a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful rooms with everything we needed. José D. of Guest Services was especially kind, gracious, and welcoming and made our visit really special.

Great hotel. Very clean. Wished the hot tub was working. Needed it to relax from long trip. Great staff. Very helpful since all plans had a glitch. We had to stay an extra night. They were very accommodating. The restaurant Frankie's is very good. Had breakfast & dinners there.

The wifi wasn't working in my partner's laptop due to which he had to miss a work meeting. The coffee machine wasn't working either. Tried to call front desk multiple times and no one picked up. When we informed about this during check out they were not apologetic and just said they were understaffed.

We arrived after two days on the Rocky Mountaineer train and were quickly assigned a lovely, well-equipped room. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Frankies, which was prompt and delicious. Today our plane is not leaving until 9 pm so we asked Ellen S if we could extend our stay until 5 pm. She said the hotel was fully booked, but went to ask her manager and they did extend our stay at a reaonnable fee which is much appreciated. It is pouring rain here in Vancouver and we are drenched from going out this morning, to we really appreciated the effot Ellen made to let us have the room to dry off and relax before the overnight flight home.

Was looking for a hotel in downtown Vancouver that had underground parking. That's how I came across this hotel. It has a great underground parking (6'6" vehicle height limit FYI). Rooms are clean, modern and very quiet. AC very efficient. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked good. Rooms have Nespresso and a fridge.

As much as this hotel is in a nice location, cannot give nearly full marks. The room was dusty as hell, the moment I left my mobile phone on anywhere in the room in five minutes it was full of dust. Usually this does not bother me, but this much really does. Air conditioning was very loud in our first room but worked ok on the second. You cannot get the curtains to fully block the light, a detail that should be well done in this price point. I know that some people won't mind it, but the room was cleaned even though we signaled that we don't want it cleaned every day, we don't need sheets changed and towels changed but they did it anyway... But the location is nice indeed, the hotel restaurant is good, service was on the front desk was ok, not great, shower was excellent. We did not have time to try the infrared sauna or the pool, but they looked nice also. This would have been easily four star review, if the price would not be so high, you have to get these things right.

Even we had only a couple of days left for Vancouver we really enjoyed our stay. Staff has been very friendly and helpful - especially Jose, thanks again and take care :). The hotel is offering free usage of bicycles we is definitely a great opportunity to visit Vancouver and it's environment. Bikes are on first come first serve so don't wait to long ;).

We stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel on Beatty. The hotel was perfect! So clean, up to date and very comfortable. We want to give a big KUDOS to JOSE at the front desk. He welcomed us as we arrived, was over the top helpful, and extremely cheerful. Jose assisted with all of our hospitality needs and offered assistance regarding our travel questions when they arose. All the staff we encountered here was wonderful! We had breakfast at Frankie's and that was perfect as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book!!!!

Very nice hotel The room was clean and tidy . And quite spacious. The staff are very professional and friendly. The location is good as there are food shops around the corner Also a few restaurants on location. An IGA and a 7 eleven are close by . The hotel is in a quiet location . Also walking distance to Gastown and shops

Nice hotel friendly staff. Check in was smooth and efficient. The room was bright and airy had all the amenities needed for a stay in Vancouver- two very comfortable beds, great coffee machine, these are also in the hotel lobby for your takeaway coffee, great shower and bathrobes. Always good to have an in room safe. The main windows were dirty and need cleaning but this was a minor point. The reception staff provided us with a map and informed us to not walk downtown vis the Chinatown area ( this hotel is near there) and we heeded that advice. Other that that the hotel is great

This hotel is modern, and clean. We had to wait in line to check in but our room was ready. The room was super clean, wood type floor, safe, fridge and an umbrella which we used in Vancouver. The attached restaurant was excellent. i would highly recommend this hotel. Plus sheets were great!

Parking was very useful as parking is limited in vancouver but I might add slightly pricy, this however is made up for with the direct elevator hotel access into a beautiful, clean and boutique styled hotel with very comfortable seating offered on all floors. The rooms were cosy and comfortable with tons of helpful amenities. Overall stay was very satisfactory.

Very nice place to stay. We visited as part of an organised tour and weren't disappointed. Hotel is well appointed and clean with good sized room and bathroom. Food in Frankie's was excellent including the cooked to order breakfasts.

This lovely hotel was a delight for us to stay in and right in the middle of lots of things to do..It is a classy place..all the hallways were clean and vacuumed often..I judge a hotel by how clean they keep the hallways..our room looked out onto the street and BC stadium. The beds gave us great uninterrupted nights sleep..and the restaurant downstairs, Frankie's was superb..Kyra at the front desk greeted as we checked in with loads of luggage and was helpful and kind to us each time we saw her.. Lastly bus tours stop out front to get a scenic tour and also the ferry bus dropped us off right at the door.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. The room was well appointed and the beds were super comfy and the pillows did not cause us sore necks a definite bonus. Perfect location, near Rogers arena and fun places to hang out. FYI the beer is cheaper at the eatery at the hotel than the Shark club haha Wish we could have stayed more than the 1 night

Had a couple of nights here. Really enjoyed it. An easy walk down to the creek. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Very pleasant staff. The rooms were spotless. The beds were comfy. I totally recommend this hotel. Very close to the Roger's arena

My family and I visited end of December/start of January and aside from this hotel being beautiful, Jose was INCREDIBLE. So helpful and nice that we booked for March. He had such a positive attitude everyday and helped us by giving us the best recommendations.All it takes is one person who cares to really a trip great and he did just that! Good location for walking anywhere in downtown Vancouver. Nice suite with amenities including a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers. We were on the third floor facing east, and actually had a patio! Views from this hotel are not great though. Underground parking was fine, 30 CAD/night. Did not try restaurant, as there are so many in the area. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Bed was SOFT & coffee horrible. Asked for other options - none. Maids & door Dood Jose are the best!! Espresso machine in room was SO loud & awful. $3+ for the decent coffee in the restaurant per cup. Great door man/ great maids/ crap coffee & no bottled water in rooms

Beautiful restored historic hotel next to stadium but easy access to Robson and Georgia St, shopping and restaurants. What really stood out though was the outstanding customer service. Staff was absolutely amazing. Shout outs in particular to Jose, Alex, Amir and Kevin for going above and beyond to give us an incredible stay. A great stay.

Location to BC Place was excellent. Made attending the show very easy Hotel was neat and clean. Staff were efficient polite and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality. It is easily accessed when coming from out of town.

Immaculate view of the stadium , nice location , jazz band spectacular at the Frankie's and y'all look for Paulo ! Easy check in , easy check out …Credit card are advised to be used , there's an extra charge of $400 on debit

Great value for hotel. Only complaint was our room had a door which attached to another room and we could hear the people through the door but other than that it was clean. The hot tub area was clean and the restaurant next-door Frankie's had delicious pizza and pasta.

Great place to stay and close to town walking and drive to fun adventures nearby. Great location to go anywhere in Canada. I love it they have a restaurant and entertainment and food drinks music and shopping, sight seeing and waterfront view.

We stayed two nights when the Canucks had back to back games at Roger's arena. Very convenient location for Rogers Arena or BC Place events. A short five minute walk to either. Comfortable, clean room and it was quiet, despite the fact that the hotel was full. Attached Italian restaurant was very good with good service.

Fantastic location in downtown Vancouver. BC Place Stadium a skip across the street. Rogers Arena around the corner. A 10 minute walk to the Fish Creek ferry docks and the water taxies that take you to Science World and of course, the ever popular Grandville Island. Rooms, common areas of the hotel and the hot tub/spa areas and change rooms are immaculate in their cleanliness. Could not ask for more in this regard. The staff are exceptional when it comes to customer service and ensuring your every need is met. This is a remarkable hotel in downtown Vancouver, BC.

This hotel is a good attempt at a luxury hotel however it's missing a the care for its guests. The looks of what I booked definitely deceived us. Best part was Jose our concierge he made us feel welcomed.

Hotel was recommended by a relative who also stayed there during our visit. It was very comfortable. Good size room. Staff accommodating. Close to restaurants and other attractions. Close to transit though we didn't use it.

Location was awesome. Had everything we needed in terms of amenities. It was a 10 minute walk to the city centre and close to any publice transit like nes to get where we wanted to go. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place is highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely be back. We came from WA state for an overnight stay and chose this place. AAA approved and diamond rated. Liked that an Italian restaurant and jazz club were attached.

For a good room price this hotel was worth it, clean rooms friendly staff and in a great location that is close to anything you need. Spa was also nice to use and clean. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Vancouver. Only downside is that parking was $39 a night after tax.

The doorman is especially friendly and a welcoming smile that brightens the entire space. Some staff seem quite the opposite. Not welcoming while others are good. The staff are always hidden behind a door and do not answer the phone. However, they do well via text and do seem to watch the cameras for folks arriving. There is a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel which offers some very good meals. We had the house made mushroom ravioli which was rich and delicious and the lamb shank which was also good. The rooms are fine except the bed was very uncomfortable for both myself and my spouse. The pillows too are awful. We had a king bed but the pillows were tiny overstuffed little sleep depriving beasts. It was the most uncomfortable sleep that I have ever had in a hotel. Usually the beds and pillows are quite adequate and often heavenly. The other issue was that when I booked this hotel I specifically called reservations to ask if they provided breakfast as it wasn't mentioned on the web. We were debating between this hotel and another that included breakfast so when I was told that YES they did, we decided that we would book it. NO BREAKFAST at this hotel. When I explained to the front desk they said they have never included breakfast and I would need to contact reservations about it. I did call reservations and they were very nice. They tried to contact the hotel but the hotel would not answer. They followed up contacting the hotel via email but I never heard anything from the hotel. Although, this hotel is very convenient to downtown, we likely won't stay here again simply due to the awful beds/pillows. There are many other hotels in the vicinity to choose from at similar prices.

I came to stay from have a procedure at the hospital and my partner was going to a Canucks game. They met us at the door with a wheel chair and were so very upscale. I will choose here again and again.

Lobby , hallways and rooms are maintained clean and decorated elegantly. Guests are welcomed with a hot coffee (Nespresso) and tea at the Lobby also in the guest rooms. Located at a walkable distance to other eateries. Great value for the price . Check in can be reduced instead of 4pm . If only they can delay the deactivation of the access cards by 15mins so we can access the lift and exit the property .

Spent 3 night here and room was not serviced once. Calling front desk or hotel reservations gets no one on the phone. Great location and comfortable beds though. But service leaves a lot to be desired. Will not be staying again.

The room was very clean, the staff friendly, and you can't beat the location if you are going to a concert or sporting event. Everything is walking distance so you can park in a secure underground garage and walk.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite, early December for a romantic weekend visiting friends. The room was fine; the bedroom is in an enclosed area within the suite, with no windows. I left a professional hair-curling iron in the bathroom suite and have had no luck getting it back despite 3 separate follow-up phone calls and an email to the hotel. We also booked with a 20% off dining voucher to Frankie's (hotel restaurant), but the discount was not applied and again, despite following up with the hotel, I've had no luck getting that corrected. Room service was not delivered to the room — we had to run down and get it — and it was served in all paper cutlery, but at regular room service prices. Overall, very odd! Location is quite good and room was very clean. But due to the above issues and lacklustre customer service, I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again nor recommend.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife at Georgian Court Best Western Premier hotel in their wheelchair accessible room. I have stayed in many Accessible rooms in Canada, USA, and Europe. This room was terrific on so many areas. The bed was just the right height for easy transfer. The mattress was comfortable but firm enough on the edge to allow safe transfer. The sink allowed me to slide totally underneath. I liked that it was separate from the shower (my wife did too!). The roll in shower was very good. Plenty of room to wheel around. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant and adjoining jazz club had great food. Great hotel for anyone but especially for wheelchair users. Right across from Football and hockey arena and downtown.

First time stay for a concert the hotel. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely plan on staying here on our concert trip. Thank you for a great stay

The breakfast wasn't included but I'm glad that it wasn't because I found this little place walking distance Footo Croissant for breakfast. Great place, great food, delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and this place for breakfast.

Great price, nice rooms, and great location. The shower leaks all over the floor when you shower, and the coffee maker makes hot water well. You pay extra for parking, sure, fine until you pull in expecting parking and they say "sorry it's full, We'll refund your parking". No apologies, no warning upfront on checkin. So, had to find and pay for public parking overnight. Beware of shady front end staff.

That hotel is excellent. The rooms are very spacious clean and comfortable. The staff are great. The housekeeping supervisor her name is Ramonita is the best. She is super professional. Thank you everyone. I give 20 the 10.

Excellent service, quiet gorgeous suites with amazingly comfy beds!! The locations is so central to all downtown Great views! Can't wait to come back and stay Pet friendly as well. The parking is reasonable and secure

I spent 4 nights at the Georgian Court and it was time and money well spent. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. And room was lovely and that bed...it was hard to get out of it...so comfy! No room service was really the only downside. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the concierge Jose D. What a gift that man is for every guest. I am fanatical about world cup and suddenly I had this friend to talk soccer with the whole time. His kind and helpful nature is a huge asset to the hotel. On the last night I lost my cell phone and he tracked it down for me which was the icing on the cake of a wonderful experience. It's very clear he loves taking care of people, and I'm so glad I had the absolute pleasure of meeting him! Highly recommend this hotel.

We only had the luxury of staying one night at this hotel. It's location is absolutely amazing right next to BC place and the Roger centre we came in to see a Canucks game. hotel is clean service is friendly. Frankie's restaurant that you can access from the lobby has a good breakfast also.

We have tried a couple of other hotels in the downtown area, but have found this hotel suits us the best. The location is great. It is close to the seawall. The complimentary bikes that you can book from the front desk are such a bonus. I went on a long bike ride with my kids twice when we stayed in the summer and recently. It would be even better if someone could show me how to adjust the handle bar and seats next time. I was most impressed with the service as well. It is hard to imagine how busy the hotel can get until you arrive there. So I was especially appreciative that Amir called me back twice when I was contemplating on my booking. He answered all my questions and provided solutions for our needs. Jose was always so helpful and friendly at the entrance. It was great to try learning some Spanish from him as I was leaving or coming back to the hotel. Virginia from housekeeping was so accommodating and gave us an extra blanket and bedsheet for the kids. She also gave me extra garbage bags. We look forward to our next stay at Georgian Court.

Nothing amazing about the rooms. Mostly clean- walls need spot washing and baseboards need cleaning. Hot tub is great. Location fantastic. You can basically walk out the front door to tons of food choices and shopping. Also- underground secured parking is a huge bonus for a fair price in downtown Vancouver.

There is nothing to like about this property other than the location. Staff are horrible. The person I checked in with had no communication skill at all. We were not informed about how to connect to wifi or room upgrade or 20% off on food. We asked her to make the sofa bed for the kids, that too 3 times but she sent no one. When we came back at midnight after the show, we had to call someone again to get blankets to make the bed ourselves. Rooms are small and dirty. Horrible noise from the toilet of water running through the pipes. There is no way anyone can sleep at night with that noise! I am sure other guests must have complained about it and they still decided to assign this room to another guest. When I complained about it at night, they said they will look into it which I highly doubt. I had just one night stay because of a Vancouver downtown show and I am glad I didn't have to spend another night in that property. Avoid it if you can!

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of a 2-week Western Canada trip. It was a perfect, smooth start and a very comfortable stay. Upon arrival we got to check in early without any extra fees, which was very much appreciated after a long flight. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything one might need, including a Nespresso machine. Checkout at 3 a.m. in order to catch an early flight was smooth as well. The hotel is perfectly located near Downtown, Chinatown, Yaletown, Rogers Arena (6 minutes walk) and BC Place Stadium (just across the street). We have found the location very convenient for everything we needed. It was a very relaxing stay and I would choose this hotel again when returning to Vancouver.

Great location and easy access to puplic transportation! Walking distance from Yaletown and many other cool spots to enjoy Very clean and friendly staff. Offers many amenities. Highly recommend Frank's restaurant.

Location is close to everything, hotel is top notch. People were extremely friendly. Great sleep! Wish parking spots were a bit wider but great secure parking overall. Will definitely stay here again!

We were warmly welcomed and checked in even though we arrived early. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was pretty and had everything you could need. The front desk personnel also acted as concierge and would gladly look up information on events for you and give recommendations on where to go and what to see. They even offered us water each time we came back from going for walks around the city. The attached restuarant, Frankie's (Italian), has some really good food and eqully great service. On the weekends, there is also a Jazz Bar with live music. Every single interaction with had with front desk, housekeeping, or reataurant servers was an example of true hospitality. The comfort of the rooms made our stay restful. The location of the hotel a short walk from the train station and right next to the stadium made us central to eveything in the city which is perfect if you are exploring on foot. It was easy to catch a cab in the evening. If you are looking for a pretty hotel with service, location, comfort, and food...and all for a reasonable price, look no furtherr.

Comfortable property, nicely decorated and well maintained. Felt safe and secure as elevator requires room key to operate. Ice machines on every floor, all offering filtered water. Staff pleasant and professional. Will definitely stay there again.

My stay was really nice. The location was convenient to nice areas without having to take out the car much. The service was good and the staff were all friendly. I like the convenience of the express checkout.

I stayed here with my family during a short overnight trip to Vancouver. We enjoyed a great, relaxing, and quiet stay at the Georgian Court Hotel. This hotel has a great location in downtown Vancouver and is very quiet despite its being across the street from BC Place Stadium. Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

José from Guest Services is the sweetest man with the best sense of humour. He always made us feel welcomed and greeted us with a smile and a new story every time we walked in the lobby. He would always check in with us and make sure we were good. Directed us where to go for dinner and how to get there. He was the highlight of our stay, my daughter and I enjoyed him and the staff very much. Rooms are very clean, comfy beds and the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Great location with fantastic staff and very clean rooms. Beds are very comfortable and the furniture made the small amount of remote work I needed to do quite comfortable. Looking forward to the next time we travel to Vancouver.

The room was very comfortable, my wife and I slept great! The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Service was great and all in all we had a great time during our stay!

From the moment we checked in to checkout the staff were very accommodating. The premises and our hotel room was clean, and the location was close to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

This was our first Hotel we stayed at on our Globus Tour. It was lovely! The room was spacious and very clean. Lovely King size bed and large flat screen t.v. There was no carpet in the room, rather a nice laminate floor. The bathroom was spacious and modern. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker as well. Our room faced B.C. Place. Very pretty lit up at night. Close to many restaurants or use adjoining Frankie's restaurant. Staff were friendly and checked us in quickly! Very nice place to stay!

Excellent stay! The staff was so very helpful! Especially Yurii and Jose. Wonderful bed...great location and the restaurant ,Frankies, is worth a visit to. Close enough to walk to the waterfront and catch a boat ride to Granville Island.

Talk about a great location for a hotel in Vancouver. So close to the stadiums and Science World. Grandville Island is a water-taxi ride away. So many attractions close enough that you can park your vehicle and not worry about negotiating Vancouver traffic. The room was immaculately clean along with the whirlpool area and change room. All of the staff were so kind, courteous and very helpful. Going back to be sure!!

Had an excellent stay here in August. Location of the hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more! We made use of the complimentary bicycles on one of our days there - only downside was that we couldn't prebook these and when we used them we were limited to 3 hours use, but it was enough for us to get a good taste of cycling round Vancouver and we made it up to Stanley park, all the way around and back again within the 3 hours (and this is from a couple who haven't cycled in 15 years!).

The entire experience from check in to check out was excellent. Our room was very clean and quiet, with a lot of sunlight and comfortable beds. The bathroom was super clean with plenty of water pressure.

We stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel September 11-12 and enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, especially, Riley who gave us directions and helped us through the Covid protocols. The location was also excellent within walking distance of Gastown, the BC Lions stadium, and other downtown destinations. The only drawback was that breakfast was not included. There is a restaurant on-site so it would be easy to include a breakfast at no extra cost. It is also quite a distance from Granville Island which was a bit unfortunate. Overall, this Hotel is a great choice when visiting Vancouver.

Our stay was exceptionally enjoyable, from our room, our meals and the amazing Jazz Quartet we had the pleasure of listening to. Couldn't have been better. Not only that, the location couldn't be better for accessing a lot of amazing venues. We'll be back.

Room and reception staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice, traditional with a good choice and/or continental with good choice from cereals, fruit pastries, and cheese etc. or any combination. All food was very fresh. Staff quick and efficient at getting one seated and in table clearing. Very hygienic and covid aware. Bar and restaurant attached is called Franky's. First class menu with strong italian flavour. Had 3 meals here. All were very good and the service excellent.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel for three night after being on the Rocky Mountaineer. The location is great only a short walk (about 10 mins) to Gas Town,shops and the water front. We had a room facing the stadium which was spotless , lovely bed and a good shower, one evening we were even traded to a concert at the stadium and yeas we could here it,but also enjoyed the music. Front desk were very helpful, and booked tickets for the Hop on Hop off bus. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is also very good. We would definatly recomend this hotel.

So many exta touches. Starting with contact by text message so staff could help us with needs even before arrival. Greyson at the desk was so helpful and gave us a perfect checkin experience. We love the modern renovated room. It's very clean and posh. The bed is a dream and I love the smart TV. Convenient checkout options completed an exceptional stay. I highly recommend.

This hotel is situated in a great position to sporting venues even if it's to enjoy a drink outside and listen to the roar of the crowd, and to get down to the water front. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. There were coffee making facilities although this wasn't a plus for me, may be take your own blend.

Without any exaggeration, everyone working at the Georgian Court Hotel during my 2 night stay exceeded my expectation ... And 100% Anna Shin went above and beyond ....AGAIN ... to meet my disability accommodation needs with so much care for my dignity. It is very embarrassing for me to explain my sleep disability and that I was visiting Vancouver for critical medical assessment but she made arrangements to ensure best possible sleep. I had not visited this hotel in over 1 year but I was extremely touched to be remembered by name ... even with HouseKeeping team. New to me team members were also amazing like Jose who was so gracious and conscientious to inform me about bike lane bylaws to avoid parking ticket. Everyone was highly courteous, organized and absolutely driven to serve. I feel deeply blessed and grateful.

We enjoyed our visit and would stay at the Georgian Hotel again. Our room was clean and comfortable and in a great location. An added bonus was Jose who was helpful, hospitable and fun. The Italian restaurant, Frankies, was wonderful.

Very convenient location! There are many shops and venues nearby. They have great parking for a downtown hotel! The parking lot was very clean and it's very secure! Super clean and staff are very helpful!

Stayed at the Georgian Court September 6-8 and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was clean, in an excellent location, and with terrific staff. I particularly want to recognize Jose from the front desk. When I asked for some additional towels he quickly delivered them himself. We also had a good conversation about our favorite gelato flavors. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again on any future trips to Vancouver.

In the two months that I have been travelling in Canada and the USA, I have stayed in many Best Western hotels. This is by far the most pleasant one I have stayed in. This hotel sets a standard to which the others can only hope to aspire.

Great hotel to stay in , close to all shopping downtown Vancouver close to BC Place and Rogers arena. Rooms are very clean great restaurant and hospitality. Going to see a hockey game or concert this is the place to be, 2 min walk and your there.

The hotel was clean, is in a prefect location and the rooms are very quiet. We did experience some issues with service. Our reservation said check in 3 and out at 12. I phoned mid week to confirm as I got an email reminder saying check in 4 and check out 12. They confirmed 3 was our check in. The day of I got a text saying check in 4 and i replied and again was told we had a 3 check in though on July it was changed to 4 so the auto emails say 4. When we went to check in we were told we had to wait as check in was 4. When I showed my communications and reservation confirmation they were able to get us in at 3. Then all was good until next morning. House keeping walked in our room with no announcement as we were showering etc and getting ready. They told us check out was 11 am and it was 11:15. I told them it was 12 and she argued it was 11. I showed her our texts and confirmations it was 12 and while she did leave she again said it's 11. We quickly checked out after this. While the hotel is apologetic the whole process did dampen the stay.

When my previously booked Hotel canceled on me the day before travel, the Georgian Court Hotel came to the rescue in the last hours before my trip. Service was outstanding. Can see the concert venue from our window. Bed comfortable, quiet.

Our stay at the Georgian Court was very nice. The location is perfect and the employees were great to deal with. The rooms were clean. We had 4 adults staying in a 1 bedroom, with pull-out; which was fine... but the bathroom was in the bedroom area, so it made it a little awkward. My only complaint would be, that for the price, they should have offered free breakfast.

It is the people who make a hotel we stayed 4 nights from 22 aug on 8th floor over looking rodgers stadium our beautiful room was clean comfortable cleaned to perfection every day as requsted the lady who cleaned our room is a credi to your company and alway had time to talk to you a really lovley person the reception staff were great and even the manager held the lift door open for as all i can say is it was great from top to bottom loccatoin is good for large city

Last time I stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago is was excellent. Now it was a disappointment. Room had a "tired" and dated appearance; nowhere to sit comfortably and no room cleaning (unless requested with 24 hour notice!). Services provided are limited and unimpressive--hotel seems seems overpriced for what it offers.

Clean, convenient to downtown, good restaurant downstairs. Also, right across the street from soccer and football games. Parking in the building for an extra fee. Family friendly and accommodating young children.

This hotel is clean, well maintained and located close to public transportation. They also have a restaurant attached that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was very good and the staff was friendly. We were helped on a daily basis by an extremely friendly and helpful employee named Jose. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything to make our stay a positive experience.

Clean and updated hotel with friendly staff at reception. Stayed before boarding the Rocky Mountainer train. Across from Rogers Centre and BC place so great for concerts or sporting events too! The Weekend and Back Street Boys were playing the last two days. Robson, a lovely tree lined street with lots of stores/restaurants ends at Beatty Street. Also surprised to find a Costco 5 mins away! Walking distance to Gas town and China Town. Annie , guest services mgr. was helpful in letting me know if you use a 3rd party like expedia you don't get the best western points! So its best to book directly with the hotel. They also offer complimentary bikes to use first come first served. Enjoyed our stay with them and would recommend.

The Georgian Court is lovely hotel to stay in. The decor is smart and classy. The bedroom size is good although the bathroom was a little small. Everything was clean and they were still following strict Covid protocols. This included no daily house keeping, which was a little disappointing. You could request housekeeping 24 hours in advance and you had to be clear of your room for 3 hours. This felt a little extreme, especially since other hotels we visited in Canada were offering daily housekeeping. Nevertheless we had an enjoyable stay here and would happily stay again.

The room and the bathroom are a good size. Walk in shower although there is no handle to hold on to in the shower. Rooms are currently not being serviced. We had breakfast vouchers for the buffet in Frankie's restaurant. The staff there were not friendly and treated us as second class citizens as we had a voucher. The choice was very limited and the same very day. They really do let the rest of the hotel down.

We enjoyed one night stay for family event at BC place. And our room was just front of the BC place we could see from the window. My son was so excited and he also slept well all night without any noise. Room was so clean and front desk was amazing. Overall I recommend this hotel for all ages.

It was nice but we ordered doordash and then called them and said theyre gonna go to our room and give it to us but then it arrived they didnt do it and during that time we were already on our night clothes and we had to go down to get it which is really not a problem and they have a gym and sauna and we went there too which was nice

One of the cleanest and friendliest accommodations one could hope for anywhere. The location is perfect…central and within walking distance to most venues. Anna on the front desk and her associates were terrific. Loraine in Frankie's Restaurant was incredible and most accommodating…nothing our friend asked for beyond the norm was an issue. We had a great stay here at the Georgian Court. The staff are super nice and the rooms are very cozy. It's located in a great spot downtown close to a lot of shops and restaurants. I definitely would recommend staying here especially for a sporting event.

Everything is great about this property. Most sites are within 15-30 min walking distance. ride share is easy to find. Rooms are large and comfortable. There is a restaurant in the lobby which is pretty good otherwise many other choices within minutes. The one downside is that breakfast is not provided other one is that they need to service their HVAC everything was dusty. We asked for housekeeping midway thru and by the evening there was dust everywhere again.

This hotel was one of the best hotels that we've ever stayed in. The location was perfect in that we were close to the best of what Vancouver had to offer. The hotel was clean and the staff were all friendly. One staff member in particular was amazing, Jose Diaz went above and beyond to help us and he gave us amazing advice about Chinatown. He really is the best employee in that hotel!

All the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and worked hard to meet my requests! I did not get the chance to get any names, but they were all wonderful. The staff who were training also did a great job to note. The room was perfectly spotless and the view from the room was incredible. Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to use the amenities but I'm sure they would have exceeded my expectations. Overall a GREAT experience and would love the chance to come back again! :)

We stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel for our trip for its proximity to Rogers Arena for the Machine Gun Kelly concert. The service was excellent, attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Vancouver.

I came here for a business trip, and it was the worst experience ever. My hotel room was dirty upon arrival (I have photos). There is a film of dust on the floor that collected on my feet. House keeping did not clean my room and I stayed for 3 days. Would never stay here again.

Arrived after a long flight from London, Booked 2 rooms for my Wife , Myself & Son. “Checked In “ Can you get our bags to our rooms please ? Blunt answer NO ! Do you require Maid service ??? Decent Hotel , I EXPECT Maid Service . Only once in 3 Night stay was our room cleaned ! Our Son' room NOT at all. Next Night, loud knocking noise from the Air Conditioning system. Reported it early next morning. Out all day, returned, just the same ! Unacceptable ! Reported again to reception, sorry Maintenance has gone Home. Really ! At least the Guest Services Manager had the decency to come and apologise, as I said , I appreciate your offer to make amends, BUT this was totally unacceptable. To be quite honest this Property is a 3 Star Hotel at best ! Would I stay here and recommend, sadly NO !

Stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel after our Rocky Mountaineer trip. Absolutely loved the hotel and found it exceeded our expectations. The view from our 12th floor room was incredible. Huge comfy kind bed and excellent bathroom with huge walk in rain shower. Front-desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel location is very central, easy to walk to the waterfront, downtown and right next to the Rogers Arena sports complex.

By far the best TV i have experienced in any hotel. Room was well appointed with office area, etc. I really don't have much more to say. I have to use 200 characters. 35 left. now 25. now 18. now 9. I can now say good bye

Loved the location, hotel was clean, staff was excellent. We were here for a few days and found it very comfortable and quiet. Room was a good size, bathroom was clean and spacious. Loved the shower. With no carpets, the floor was dusty. That was a minor thing. Definitely would stay here again!

Clean, comfortable room. Great walking access to downtown Vancouver, and it's right across the street from the stadium. No complaints at all. Be sure to visit Frankie's Jazz Club downstairs when it's open.

I was in this hotel for two days. Everything was perfect and easy to follow. The staffs are so helpful and nice. Jose served us in an amazing way. He carried our suitcases to pur room. Give us a good advice considering the things we should do in our staying and he accompanied us as well while we were leaving. what a nice and warm welcome and goodbye. I am super happy in my staying in this hotel and I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Nice hotel in a great spot walking distance to pacific centre, bc place and rogers. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Nice and clean. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the mattress was hard, the coffee maker was frustrating and the toilet paper was that cheap rough kind. The layout was great and everything else lovely. We ate at the hot restaurant which was delicious with great service

Just went into Vancouver for one night to meet up with friends. Prices for hotels in Vancouver are super expensive so I was happy to find I had some points I could use for the Georgian Court Hotel. The price was reasonable and the location is great, right across from Rogers Arena and close to amenities. We had to wait for our room to be ready so the very friendly front desk staff comped our parking. They also gave us a lovely room with a balcony that looked right onto Rogers. Surprisingly the area is pretty quiet at night and our room was lovely and clean with a king sized bed and huge shower. The only thing that I would say (it's minor) is that the pillows could be better quality. Other than that small point well done Best Western!

Excellent Customer Service, close to everything in the downtown. Well maintained, very clean. Our flight got got delayed in Toronto and missed the connecting flight, they refunded us that night money when we called and requested. Highly recommended this place.

Wish there was more control over in room temperature, but otherwise awesome trip. Would definitely book again especially for going to BC place or Queen E theatre. Great access to walking distract, bus service etc. Very friendly

Stayed in a Deluxe King Room and it was spacious, comfortable bed, had tea/coffee facilities, fridge and a large desk and chaise lounge. The bathroom was a little small but shower was big enough and clean and well finished. We asked for a high floor and at the front of the hotel which was great as got great view of the stadium. It also wasn't noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whirlpool/hot tub was really nice and gym was small but not too badly equipped. The location was great, easy walking distance to downtown and gastown.

Amazing hotel, staff and amenities. Close to everything. Great restaurant. Stay there every time I go to Vancouver. Our suite was beautiful and perfectly outfitted to meet our needs, even down to umbrellas in the room which were required when we visited.

Enjoyed the hotel, missing a few items in rooms, but I'm sure front desk could help. Location perfect for concerts and sporting events at Rogers and BC Place - lots of eats around the area too. Close to downtown shopping

I booked this hotel for the location & because the reviews seem pretty good. While it wasn't a bad stay I expected more from a 4 star hotel. The floor of the room entrance was damaged, chipped dish in the bathroom, floor seemed as though it wasn't swept or not properly at least. For the price I was a little disappointed.

The hotel is in Downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to most favorite places like Gastown, waterfront, Canada place and shopping centers. There were so many nice restaurants in walking distance too. The hotel room nice big and clean. The on-site restaurant was my favor too. The staff at front desk were very nice, patient and very informative. Especially the young lady Riley, she was so kind answering all my questions, offering lots of useful suggestions. I will definitely stay this hotel next time and refer to all my friends.

This hotel has been consistently excellent every time that I have stayed there. The Staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and have been thoroughly cleaned. I will definitely stay here again.

Its located quite central and directly across from the stadium. Room was nice and comfortable. Needed more pillow choices though. I was very impresses with the shower; beautiful, modern and the water pressure was on point! It was kind of disappointing that you had to ask 24 hours in advanced to get your room cleaned. We weren't told that on check-in and by the time we figured it out, there no point.

First time to Vancouver BC and highly recommend. Beautiful view, clean rooms, the jacuzzi was clean and stocked with towels, staff was friendly and helpful on all accounts. Our favorite part was the location. It's located right downtown and you can walk and explore so much from this vantage point. Our top favorites is Frankie's the Italian restaurant next door which was amazing and the proximity to rogers arena and a little casino. Our first time here and we had a great time!

I choose this hotel because It was a Best Western. Unfortunately the quality of the bed is not what I would expect from this chain. It was rock hard and the pillows were flat and should be tossed. We stayed 2 nights and slept terribly because of the bed. However, other than that it is a lovely clean hotel with friendly curteous staff.

We stayed for 3 nights the staff were very accommodating letting us check in early and sending texts to ensure our stay was going well. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed that they had a hot tub we could use after spending long days sightseeing and walking.

I booked this hotel because it was close to BC Place as I was attending a game there. The hotel was easy to get to by public transport from the airport (one sky train and then a few blocks walk down one road). My view wasn't the greatest (an alleyway) but I wasn't in my room long enough to care. The shower was excellent and the room was quiet despite being in a busy location. I appreciated the safety of needing a room key to get up to the rooms. The staff was great and was able to get me in early (an hour or two) despite being booked up. They were able to keep my luggage secure until check in a well - great when your flight gets in before check in! I will definitely be back.

Given the price that I paid and that this property is a BW Premier, I had higher expectations. Check in and out was very good and the front desk staff were attentive. Overall the room was fine but it was noticeable that the furniture was old and chipped. The sliding door to the closest would not stay closed. The sheets and towels were good but the mattress protector would bunch up under the sheets causing uncomfortable ridges. Maybe a touchy subject but the toilet paper was very cheap and not the standard that I expected. I did appreciate the yoga mat in the room and the pillows. I did have my room serviced once during my stay and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning and restocking my room. I would stay here again only if a more reasonable price - hence my rating of "average."

When we arrived the computers were down and despite already being fully paid we had to shower in the small shower by their hot tub. The peloton bike was going to be a highlight to f my stay as I am at competitive cyclist but despite several in person and phone requests no one was able to provide the 6 digit key to get me into the bike. Despite promises no one followed up and I was unable to use this amenity. All else was good including room and cleanliness. I used the complimentary bicycles as well which was nice

This hotel was amazing ! Very friendly staff and the room was very clean. It's in a great location downtown east to walk everywhere or it's close to lots of sky train stations and busses! Overall was really good and I would stay here again and recommend it !

Great experience overall. Room was very clean & well stocked. Appreciated the view out the balcony; very close to BC Place if looking for a place to stay for any sporting event/concert held there. Close to Skytrain stations & downtown for any food or necessities. Staff were amazing and communication was stellar. Highly recommend and will likely return here for future trips to Vancouver.

Overall, a very nice stay. The room was decent. The location of the hotel is quite nice. Very close to good food and shopping. A couple minutes walk from costco, which apparently l, has some very good poutine. I would stay here again

Good hotel, reasonable price. No fan in the bathroom did not make sense. Customer service in the restaurant/bar was bad. Say there for 15 minutes because the bartender was also the sound guy and none of the waiters could pour a beer

Right across rogers arena and the restaurant downstairs is delicious. Rooms and hotels have been nicely updated. Would definitely stay here again. Parking spaces are very small so it's a little difficult if you have an SUV or a truck but overall a very nice hotel

Lovely hotel right across from BC Place. Walk to Gastown, Yaletown and the waterfront. Great restaurant onsite for breakfast and dinner with many others nearby. Very polite helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!

Be prepared to pay 30.00 per day for parking and being told that "it is what it is" when you ask why it was not communicated to you before or at the time of booking. That aside the rooms are decent and clean.

The hotel is very beautiful love the room and the amenities. It's also in a great location. It's walking distance from a lot. What caused me to leave 3 stars was how fealty it was and the fact the guest service person was nonchalant like she didn't care and tried to rush me out when I initial told her I wanted to express concerns. The day we checked out, we wanted to go to the whirlpool. Once the jets stopped we noticed there was a dirt ring around the pool and clumps of hair. The bathrooms in the pool area, one of the toilets was full of feces and when I tried to full it, the water rose up. Also the room remote was full of dust and crumbs between buttons. The floor had visible dust and some hair along the wall edges. For Canada itself to be so concerned with COVID with all the temp checks, vaccination card checks, and wearing mask, I expected to cleanliness of a “premium” hotel to be a little better.

We stayed at Georgian Court Originally because of its proximity to VGH as well as shopping etc. My wife had stayed here for Business previously and loved it. Excellent Hotel and having a wonderful Italian Restaurant like Frankie's is just wonderful.

We love The Georgian Court - our Vancouver home away from home! As former Vancouver/Yaletown residents, we often need a "Vancouver Fix" in our old neighbourhood. The Georgian Court is perfectly located downtown to spend a day shopping, take in an event, dine at amazing restaurants ... and is just steps to the seawall for a morning walk or run. The rooms are beautifully renovated and the beds are luxurious and comfortable. It's the perfect spot to get away and relax. All staff are outstanding - the Team is so friendly, always professional and happy, making it such a great place to be. We travel with our dog and are beyond thankful to have such a beautiful, comfortable place to check in with our pet too. The Georgian Court is close to an off-leash dog park that our guy loves so much. Beds, bowls and treats are provided! We give 5 stars! Two paws up! Two thumbs up! Thank you for having us - and see you again soon!

I enjoyed the room a lot, I found it to be very private and comforting. The room was also very modern and clean. The hotel had all the amenities I needed and the location was great. I would rebook again.

Walked everywhere in the downtown area and Yaletown, then easily walked to our show at Rogers arena. A comfortable bed, walk in shower with great toiletries. Coffee maker for the first coffee of the day Covid safety rules and hygiene in place. Will be returning.

Great hotel. Updated rooms are really well done and gives you bang for buck. However, bedding and sleep comfort not the greatest. Lots of outside noise makes it into the room as well..overall great hotel with great location!

Very clean and updated room with all the comforts needed. No complaints with the room except fridge and heating was a little bit on the noisy side. Nice staff at reception and the location is pretty good / central for the east end, GAs Town and False Creek of a sporting event at BC place or Rogers. Maybe a bit far if you want to focus on the west end. Very good place to be located and no complaints with the room. Elevator was a bit slow but it was a busy holiday weekend.

I booked this hotel for February 7th, 2022 to February 12th, 2022. I found this place because I was originally living in a dump of a hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel sent me a text informing me of my reservation, check-in and check-out times, and the hotel amenities. I was greeted with a hello and a smile. Because I checked in at 11am with a request for the highest floor to avoid noises, I had to wait 10 minutes for my room. The lobby was nice, my room was well cleaned and my room view was of the British Columbia Place Stadium. Besides the sirens, the noise was to a minimum. I found the area safe and there were restaurants within walking distance. There were also taxis parked outside the hotel for convenience. They allowed me to checkout early (4am) for my 6am flight which was great. I definitely will be staying at this hotel again during my next Vancouver visit and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Spent the new year here with my family and we had a blast. The room is clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy and the staff are great at assisting you with any request. Would love to come back.

My room was truly lovely for my stay at Christmas. Very generous room size, I will recommend this hotel for that alone! The bed was great, lots of storage in the room and the bar fridge is a great amenity. The room was clean and everyone on property wore masks while I stayed. The hot tub was such a treat after similar facilities being closed for so long. The bathroom was well appointed and the rainshower head made for an indulgently long hotel shower experience. Hotel has great access to downtown with all the shops and services a global city like Vancouver provides. Definitely will stay here again!

Came for a weekend getaway and loved this place! Easy check in, room is spotless and what a great suite. Frankie's Italian Kitchen was a pleasant surprise! Delicious food and impeccable service. It truly was a treat. We will definitely come again!

What a fantastic nights stay at Georgian Court. Great location, a very short walk to Rogers Arena. And with Frankie's attached, a great place for dinner or breakfast. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was wonderful. Free bike rentals, spa. Exercise room. Nothing more was needed. And a Nespresso machine for a great start to our day.

Ocerall our 2 day stay was gud at this hotel. Staff and front desk was helpful. However they forgot to mention that there will be no housekeeping unless requested. With two kids , was not happy to come back to an untidied room.

Location is the best. You have access to lots of tourist attractions with max 20 min walk. Parking is available on site which brings peace of mind. Rooms are renovated but the building is old. Amir from the guest services was very helpful.

I was so excited to try their hot tub and that was the biggest reasons why we decided to stay at this hotel. I also double checked with the hotel whether they are still offering the service or not during the covid season. They told me that it's available via phone call. However, because of technical issues or whatever, we finally couldn't use it at all during our stay. It would be appreciate if you can't offer any hotel amenities you should mention it on your website, or highlight the info on any other social media platforms so your future customers don't get the same feelings that I felt this time. It was so uncomfortable, disappointed, and unsatisfied

We don't have a bad thing to say about this hotel or even a suggestion! Staff were kind, rooms were very clean, location is great! We would definitely stay here again, especially given its proximity to Rogers Arena and BC Place.

This was my third time staying here and was not disappointed. The beds were comfortable as always and we got to see all the downtown sights and attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful and they made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!

Very well managed hotel. Extremely clean, very attentive team…they pay attention to detail. Excellent customer service My room was spot on…good water pressure in the shower. WIFI very stable. The parking was easy and well lit. Definitely coming back next spring!

Loved everything about the experience. Location was great, staff were awesome, room was beautiful and affordable. Had all the amenities you could ask for and then some. To have a straightener and curler in the room as a girl, amazing. The umbrella came in very handy. We loved having the bikes available to us. And then hot tub and sauna after. Beds were comfy. Choice of soft or firm pillows. Very clean. Couldn't hear any neighbours. The only minor thing for us, we were in a suite and there was only air conditioning in the living room. Even having the air con blasting all day at 16 with the bedroom doors open the bedroom sleeping part was still warm (while the living room was ice cold). Would have been nice if there was a vent in the bedroom part but other than that we had a perfect say.

Very clean room n nice location very close to Rogers arena n Costco,BC place is just across the hotel nice view from our room and just walking distance to most of the amenities we wanted..we'll definitely go back to this hotel If there's deal again for next time,

From the helpfulness of the front desk, to the automated guest services (which you can opt in for) to the room size and amenities, this hotel had it all. We were in town for the game and the hotel is perfectly situated for events. I am fortunate enough to be able to travel a fair amount, and this room and hotel rose to the top of recent experiences, especially as I am usually looking for value for money, and this hotel was reasonably priced!

Came for a mixed business and pleasure trip with my friend. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The bed is especially important to me due to arthritis. The beds in this hotel are exceptionally comfortable with the pillow tops. Frankies Restaurant in the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere. The food is great there too. Great location. Filtered water machine on each floor. Top notch service from staff. I will definitely be coming back!

Went out for a concert downtown. The hotel is located so close to all that we needed. Beautiful room and amazing restaurant Frankie's. Such amazing Italian food, we wanted to order more! Will come back again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The entire experience was great. Check in was super easy and quick, staff was amazingly courteous and knowledgeable. We didn't use any hotel amenities besides our room, but the room was great. Bed, pillows and linens were good quality, clean and fresh. The room was also nicely decorated and quiet. And you can NOT beat the location. Central to literally everything in downtown Vancouver. Highly recommend.

We booked for a total duration of 6 days, good and efficient service, professional and nice reception staffs. whenever we made a request to the front desk through a phone call, the hotel always responded promptly. Rooms are big, clean and tidy. This is also a cats/dogs friendly hotel and it is very nice that our friends living in Vancouver can bring their doggy with them when visiting us in our room. It is very conveniently located at the heart of downtown Vancouver. Vancouver City Centre light rail (Skytrain) station is within walking distance (approx. <10min). Rooms located on the South-Eastern side have stadium view (BC Place). Rooms located on the North-Western side have city skyline view (New Vancouver public library under construction, and the CBC radio broadcasting office building can be seen from this side). Drinking water and ice supplied for free at the self service kiosk on every floor, which is located at the left side of the corridor. Pizza dine-in and take-away nearby, nice Italian café-restaurant on the G/F of the hotel offering very nice breakfast. Café/restaurant staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Smoking is prohibited in all room types. Email the hotel directly to get special rates. Good overall impression.

Clean rooms coffee maker and fridge. Located across street from BC Place. Lots of easy accessible plugs and USB ports fir easy charging your electronics. No ratting table or chairs in room more like an business set up with desk and rolling chair.

Staffs are helpful and nice, the room is spacious and bright, but the room are very dusty, it made me keep sneezing during my stay, if anyone has an allergy to dust, you better avoid this hotel. There's plenty of hotels that have a similar rate you can choose instead of this hotel, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to room cleanliness and location.

Nice hotel. Rooms are very clean, bathroom is nice with a great shower, good amenities like a mini fridge and in room coffee maker. Maybe it was just the weekend I was there, but seemed like a party hotel though, the hallways were so loud I got almost no sleep.

This hotel has been around for many years - the BW title is newish. They have completed some very good upgrades. We were upgraded to an Executive King Bedroom Suite with a sofa bed which was perfect for our group of 3 women. The suite has the bedroom completely separate and there was an added table and 4 chairs which provided additional seating while in the suite. The suite also is large being a corner unit so again, helpful when we had large suitcases. The hotel staff responded to every request we had including extra towels. I highly recommend this hotel when in Vancouver

Overall a good stay at the Georgian Court Hotel. Thought it was very central and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great little things like umbrellas in the rooms, as well as additional toiletries like make up remover and nail polish remover. Some surfaces were slightly dusty when we checked in but this could have been because they vacate rooms for a period between stays. So only minor point. No housekeeping unless booked which is fine and advised when checking in. We only had 2 coffee capsules in room but asked for more the next day and this was no problem. Personally I would still like a kettle as well as coffee machines just dont get water hot enough for tea, but the coffee was good. Only main negative for me was the style of sheets and duvet. So duvet sandwiched between 2 sheets rather than an actual duvet cover. Dont know if that's the style in Canada but I personally hate it as no way sheet stays covering duvet. We ended up just sleeping with sheets and discarding duvet. Otherwise though everything was very comfortable. We bid for an upgrade and room was spacious and well appointed. Would definitely stay again if back in Vancouver.

This is a very well located hotel for exploring around Vancouver. A short walk from gas-town and Stanley park. It was really clean and the staff were extremely friendly. We had a great view of the stadium out the window! The jacuzzi area is lovely with change rooms (although we did go once and there were not towels). It would be nice for the attached restaurant to have some vegan options to cater for all guests.

Room was small but clean. Nothing really special about the hotel. I called once looking for help with getting to Bouchard gardens, they said they would check and get back to me - never happened. My travel agent contacted the desk while I was there requesting they pass information on to me - never happened.

Very accommodating, friendly people and very nice place to stay. The place is in downtown very accessible to all establishment. Room service are exceptional. Feels like home. Definitely be back again and will recommend it to our friends

Excellent service! Staff was very helpful. They helped book a great whale watching trip. I had to extend my stay and buy a few things and they gave me great ideas and direction on where to go. I will definitely return.

This hotel was misrepresented and the room did not look like the pictures. The room was quite small and they just updated a few things so it looked more modern but overall still very old and outdated from the exterior to the lobby. The gym was small and a joke and I would never stay in this place if I knew how small the rooms were. Also the room was quite dirty when we got there. Dust and hair were everywhere and even the remote control was not cleaned properly. Also the walls are super thin and you can hear everything even tv shows from all your neighbors and the door was terrible and couldn't keep the hallway noise out. The only good thing about this hotel was the housekeeping department was very attentive and got me whatever I needed during the 4 night stay so kudos to them for that. But they really need to step up the cleaning for the rooms. The bathtub drain was clogged on the last day too and we just powered through it instead of calling someone to get it fixed so just an old hotel that needed a complete overhaul. When i checked in, it was promised that I would get a late checkout at 2 pm. I called the night before the checkout date and they did not have any records of this and it took awhile before they finally agreed to let me check out at 2 pm. We left at 1 pm anyway but that was not professional. Lastly, they need to be transparent about their parking fee. The parking per day was already outrageous but they forgot to mention that they would charge a $5 fee for the facility since they do not own the parking garage. This is not a tax, it's a fee and it should be included and listed. So be aware that you are paying about 36-37 dollars per day for parking. $30 + tax is not correct, should be listed as $30 + $5 transit fee plus tax. I would not stay here again.

Great location. The room was really dusty, even after a room cleaning service was completed. The window's top latch was broken so it was hard to close. Overall, it was enjoyable besides the dust and window issue. View was fantastic.

Choose to redeem some points for once while staying with Best Western. Glad we choose this location as the area was perfect for the pleasure purpose of our trip. Staff was great and responded immediately to any requests and questions we had during our stay. Easy to get around the area and felt safe the entire time either walking or taking Uber.

A very nice hotel in a great location in downtown Vancouver. Close to wonderful shopping (Robson St, Gastown, Pacific Centre) and sightseeing (Granville Island). We used the hotel's complimentary bike rental to ride around the Stanley Park Sea Wall - a must do when in Vancouver!

Had a mini staycation with some friends over the weekend. We had a great time with our overnight stay, using the amenities and enjoying the view from our room! Everything was walking distance from the hotel which was really nice. AC was great and easy to adjust if it got too cold for us. The only things were noticed was that a used toothbrush was left in the washroom when we arrived, some towels looked/smelled unclean, and the complimentary straightening iron (that came with getting a room on the Orchid Floor) was not working. Pillows could also be a little bigger as one of the beds had pillows for children. Also, the TV signal kept cutting out every few minutes --- not that we used it that much but it was annoying when we did. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Express checkout allowed us to leave without having to physically check out at the front desk. We would definitely come back again!

My home A/C was broken and this staycation with my son saved me from a heatwave with no A/C; but this hotel exceeded expectation. Beautifully decorated, clean, friendly/helpful staff, and walking distance to many local services. Would recommend and would book again! Kris S. in Vancouver

The check-in process was easy and the staff were all incredibly friendly! The room was in pristine condition and the bed was very comfortable. Great location as it's walking distance to all the restaurants and bars downtown. Would recommend to anyone!

I stayed here during Vancouver's heat wave to escape the blistering weather with my newborn baby. The Front Desk staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my babe which I sincerely appreciated. Overnight every hotel in the City went from 10% occupancy to sold out - thank you Georgian Court for being there for us! We ordered take-out from Frankie's which is always a delight. Similarly, the staff there were very helpful and kind.

We checked in to the Georgian Court Hotel with our two senior dogs, to escape the heat and the staff was super. The hotel is not dog-tolerant. They're dog friendly. We decided to extend our stay by one night and despite being very busy, they were able to accommodate us without any hiccups. I will definitely stay with them again. 5 stars.

If I could give cleanliness an 11/10 I would! Funny story... we liberally sprayed on sunscreen on our feet, legs, arms and neck before heading out for a long walk around False Creek. We realized when we put our shoes on that we had made the laminate flooring very slippery from the sunscreen that hit the floor. I was quite concerned that the unsuspecting housekeeping staff might fall and so we wet a facecloth with water and soap and washed the floor everywhere that we had over-sprayed (it was easy to see). We ended up washing about 1/4 of the room floor and then dried it with the bathmat. What was amazing was that the facecloth was still almost white when we were done which meant that our flooring was basically spotless when we checked in. I could have eaten off it! We always stay in Best Western properties worldwide when we can and this reassures us of the cleanliness at the properties.

First, a big thank you to Amy for sorting out our failed groupon booking. Shes great and wonderfull to chat with. We also upgraded to the suite during the "no dine in" period. Room was spacious, comfortable and updated with fairly modern decor. Business Nespresso machine with hot water, microwave and mini fridge was used everyday. Secured parking was included with our stay with late car checkout - great bonus for a Saturday. This is the hotel to stay at when in Downtown Vancouver. Will be back in the fall. Thank you.

This place is a thousand thumbs up! Beautiful, safe and clean! The room was sparkling, the bed was a comfortable dream, it was quiet. Underground parking was secure and the manager was delightful. I highly recommend it for anyone staying in the city

Near the BCE place and convenient to downtown. The suite we stayed in was spacious, with a bedroom that was separated with a doorway. This resulted in a more peaceful rest compared to most rooms where noise is noticeable through the windows. The living area had a sofa and table for four. Everything was upscale and new. Enjoyable 4 night stay.

We stayed in Georgian Court for one night. Apparently we are still here - we will check out in a couple of hours, yet I want to share how pleased I am with this stay. We are from Victoria, Vancouver Island and currently cannot travel anywhere out of province due to COVID times. Our little getaway included two-way ferry and one night stay at Georgian Court. I am pleased with everything - convenient underground parking, time of check-in and check-out (3 pm and 12 pm), warm welcoming from Lobby employee and view of BC Place from our window. Room is clean, with comfortable bed, beddings and nice coffee maker, mini-fridge and good quality towels and amenities in the bathroom. Price is also not "biting") Result - we definitely recommend this cozy and hospitable hotel and be back again. Mike and Elena Soderberg, February 28, 2021. One more thing - location is a bonus!

This luxury boutique hotel across from BC Place is a great place to stay! It is very clean the staff are wonderful nothing is too much trouble! Next time you come to Vancouver stay at the Georgian Court Hotel you will not be disappointed. Try Frankie's Restaurant too the food is great!

I've stayed at Georgian Court several times over this Covid year and each time I felt safe and well cared for. Housekeeping even made an effort to phone and greet me even though they will not be entering my room during my stay. Staff are always friendly and up-spirit during this harsh time. If I have to visit Vancouver again Georgian Court will be my only choice.

Have stayed at this hotel in January a few times now for a staycation. Excellent service and rooms are updated. Amy at front desk was very friendly and professional. Get to book the hot tub for myself every time. LIke that they have 45 minute time slots and that the hot tub has very warm water and strong jets. The suite is huge and well-stocked. Nespresso and nice teas along with great bathroom amenties. Comfortable bed. Ordered take-out from Frankie's italian kitchen downstairs and the food was really good. Hotel is well located with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Already booked my next stay.

Had a family weekend stay in this lovely hotel. Beautiful, clean room and their covid protocols are well in place. They have a hot tub with sauna that you can use exclusively by booking a session. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back

Hubby and I needed a change of scenery so decided to head downtown for a couple night. We booked the suite as we liked that it had some extra space with the king bed separate. It was nice to have the table/couch and fridge/microwave in the room. We were on the 8th floor with a nice view of the lit up stadium! It was nice that everything has been updated. Hardwood floors throughout the room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were friendly and got back to us on our requests. We were able to book a couple times for hot tub/infrared sauna and it is just us during a 45 min time and they clean in between. The restaurant/jazz club was a nice time. Great food and some good live music It was a nice local getaway

Always clean, everything works, and has a great location. Room decor is nice, and the rooms seem to be of high quality. Staff are always friendly and offer quick and easy check in and out. Secure parking is also a bonus, though it does come at an added cost.

The hotel is very well located. I had room facing BC Place amazing view. It was very clean, up to my standards. Staff here is fantastic checked in& out by Lisa who was excellent. I had a great relaxed weekend away stay and i will most certainly be back, thank you again

We phoned the day of that we were arriving early and would it be okay to park our car there until check in. Not only did they welcome us early, but we were allowed to check in early and park. The hotel was clean and practiced all Covid protocols. Location is walking distance to Chinatown, Yaletown and Vancouver shopping. The front desk was friendly and made us feel welcome. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I visited this hotel due to an urgent surgery she required in Vancouver. We were greatly impressed with the friendly staff, excellent service, and our well furnished, clean room. We felt very lucky to stay at such an amazing property despite the circumstances for which we travelled. Highly recommended!

Great location, hotel was quiet due to Covid but staff did their best to be friendly and accommodating. Outside windows were very dirty so made trying to enjoy the city views difficult at best. A great dog friendly hotel in the city.

There were no bath robes, slippers, shoehorn, papers, pen, iron, ironing board, complimentary mineral water and etc... placed in the hotel room. Reception service and the restaurant was awesome. Access to underground parking was a bit inconvenient.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is modern and clean, and the location is great! I also really appreciated that parking was complimentary. The majority of hotels in Vancouver charge extra for parking, so this was very helpful!

Had a one bedroom for 2 nights celebrating my 70th. Everything about this hotel worked well. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean with a notable covid protocol in place. The bed was super comfortable and bedding of superior quality. Reception very efficient and friendly and again covid precautions very evident. Location is excellent and we were fortunate enough to have parking included. The onsite restaurant also does a very good job but I will review this separately. This hotel is highly recommended and will definitely be a first choice for us in the future.

The service was outstanding! The front desk staff was so considerate and very quick in responding. Room was very clean and they had everything we needed. We had to stay inside due to the pandemic but had so much fun and were feeling very safe. Thank you so do much!

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Vancouver, is very clean, comfortable and friendly and efficient staff. They have an Italian restaurant on site which is nice if you don't want to venture out.

Whether you are visiting Vancouver for pleasure or to see a game (when that is possible), the Georgian Court is a great place to stay. Centrally located, virtually across from B.C. Place, near great restaurants and bars, and a short walk from downtown, this is a modern, comfortable hotel with a range of options. Our room was pretty, well, roomy, and had two comfortable queen beds, a lovely bathroom, and a pleasant view over the neighborhood. It was very clean and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This hotel was very impressive. The front staff was so pleasant. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. Our room was clean and extremely comfortable. The underground parking was so convenient. I refuse to stay anywhere else from now on when in Vancouver.

The location is great. It's easy to walk to many different shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Our hotel room was quiet which was a real plus for a light sleeper! The rooms are eloquent and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We had booked a room for a last minute staycation through HotelTonight for a great price, and stayed in room 1108 on Saturday, July 19th. After receiving very little value for our money recently at a $500/night hotel in Osoyoos, we were so pleasantly surprised by how far our money took us at this hotel. The gentleman that we dealt with at check-in was great, and he allowed us to get into our room several hours early, which is always a plus when you have 2 young kids. The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor, a great walk-in shower, and it had a wonderful city view, which reminded us of our first condo when we lived in downtown Vancouver. The location was also great, and it was much quieter that many of the other hotels that we've stayed at downtown. We will definitely be back!

This was a very different experience for us due to Corvid-19 the hotel was really locked down except for a minimum (less then a handful) crew but still managed to make this very comfortable for us. We unfortunately went because of a death in the family so a bitter sweet. We stayed here the first night and the last night of our Canadian Rockies tour. We were very pleased with the Hotel and Frankie's Italian Restaurant. Breakfast was included each morning and was delicious. The location worked out wonderfully..great restaurants, bars and shopping in the area.

You should stay away. These people are very dishonest and robbed me of almost 500.00. Due to a glitch in the order system I was double charged for a groupon. This was pointed out when I arrived at the hotel. Counter staff assured me that this would be made right with a refund as this had happened before and there was no issue in renting the unused room. Unfortunately only a manager was authorized to truly correct the simple misunderstanding. During my stay I was never able to contact a manager but was told daily not to be concerned as the Georgian Court Hotel would do the right thing. After may phone calls I contacted the front desk manager but she was quite rude and not understanding of the situation. I even offer to have them keep the money and take a credit for a future stay but was declined as this was my problem. I had friends staying in town at the same time and offered to have them stay in the mistakenly booked room but the front office staff said that was not necessary as a refund would not be a problem. I left the hotel after my stay with no refund for the unused second room. I called and emailed their head office but did not even get a reply. Obviously too uncaring or possibly financially strapped to help customers honestly. This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Stay away as these people are dishonest and shameful. Stay away

I recently stayed at the Georgian Court for the Vancouver Sevens in March 2020. I came in a night early for some meetings, and the hotel met my needs for business as well. It's a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cab to the main business district of Vancouver, so close enough if you have meetings closer to the water. The check-in was quick and friendly. My room was on the 8th floor, decent size and the room was clean. The hotel overall was convenient, clean and quiet. It worked out well for us as it was right across the street from BC Place, which was great for the Sevens tournament. We also ate in the restaurant one day, and the service was great and the food was good. My only complaint is housekeeping didn't get to the room until later in the afternoon; after 2 pm. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is grand and comfortable and it's located near Queen Elizabeth theatre of Vancouver city and Robson street, just few street away. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. In the room, the double beds are cosy and comfortable. I like the toilet amenities, not only hair dryer, but also the equipments for curly and straight hair, very considerable.

This was our second visit to this hotel. Excellent value for money. Quality hotel with great staff engagement. Good location, super clean with good quality fixtures and features. Bed super comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

I travel to BC 16 weeks out of the year for business. The Georgian Court Hotel is my go to hotel in Vancouver where I stay 10 days at a time. The staff is super super friendly and helpful. For instance one morning my coffee maker wasn't working and within 5 minutes someone from the front desk was at my door surprising me with a fresh cup of coffee! The rooms are clean and freshly updated, the sheets are high quality, the shower is beautiful and there is central a/c instead of those annoying window units. There isn't a free breakfast but the restaurant downstairs is quite good and breakfast is very quick or there is always room service which is also speedy. The feel of the hotel is definitely upscale compared to Best Western Plus. They provide special amenities for women, bathrobes, slippers, yoga mat, flat irons, mirrors, etc. The location can't be beat. One block from SkyTrain and two of the bridges, 7 minutes from Lions Gate Bridge and 5 minutes from the Granville Bridge. It's like being in the center of a wagon wheel. The area is also very clean and safe so walking isn't a problem. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The restaurant was good and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was very good and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on. I will definately stay at this hotel again

Great rooms and amenities within and around the hotel! The location is awesome if you are there for a sporting event. And if not there doe that Robson qnd the shopping district are just around the corner. Great restaurant adjacent and super friendly staff!

Came in to the city to meet up with friends and to go to a hockey game. Unfortunately the game was cancelled so we decided to get a Suite so we'd have a place to hang out. Great location if you're going to go to a game. Amazing room, amazing Hotel, it's fit the bill for the weekend. Staff were helpful, always there if you needed anything. Will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Georgian Court Hotel! We used the Gym facility and the Hot tub and room service from Frankie's was EXCELLENT! Paulo was excellent at the front desk! Guest Services checked in to see we had everything we needed and gave us an Anniversary gift basket! It was wonderful! Hopefully we will be back again in another 5 or 10 years:)

You would think being located steps from Rogers Arena that this hotel would be used to having a full house as result of a hockey game. Arrived to a full lobby and front desk staff that were struggling to check everyone in. Checked in a proceeded to my room, only to find that it was not the King room that I had booked. Back to the front desk and was told that they were sorry but had no King rooms to move me to as it was a full house due to the game but would not charge me for parking. Hardly compensation. Back to my room, and start to unpack, immediately notice that the floor seems gritty, upon inspection there was sand or grit all over the floor, and next to the coffee maker was a cleaning rag a lot scrunched up. This definitely had me thinking of the overall cleanliness of the room. Overall, the was a good size, but faced the back and was on a lower floor where you will hear fans running and the noises from the alley.

I've stayed multiple times now at the Georgian Court Hotel and have always had a great experience. I'm usually here on business, and it's quite close to my office - which is the primary reason for the stay here. That being said, it's always clean, and the showers work well for those of us taller than normal - which is a pet peeve I have in some hotels. In the Georgian Court there is NEVER a need to crouch to shower. :) Best hotel internet I've experienced, also! Staff are always friendly and service is excellent!

I recently stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel in downtown Vancouver for a business trip in February 2020. I was very pleased by the location of the hotel to downtown venues and my meeting location. The hotel was very cleanly and the surrounding area was safe for late night travel by foot. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would choose this hotel for my next trip.

The location is awesome, great restaurants and transit close by. We needed a one bedroom and our room had the bed in its own room without windows which made getting over jet lag great! The Nespresso coffee maker was perfect...and basically there wasn't anything missing, from wine glasses, to a curling iron, to bathrobes, great WiFi, super comfy bedding and pillows. Room service even supplied nightly chocolates; all the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna each night. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the noisy rattle of the heating vent. However we didn't mention it because we didn't want maintenance people in since we were there to mostly just stay in and rest from jet lag. But since we wore earplugs while sleeping and the doors to the bedroom closed, it didn't bother our sleep. But it should be fixed as I've read other reviews that mention it too.

I always stay at the Georgian Court in Vancouver. The rooms are lovely and new with nice bathrooms, comfy beds and laminate flooring (I love that there are no rugs)! The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful.

No complaints, rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Restaurant downstairs was good with lots of other options near by. Very close to the water front pathways for walking/running, BC Place and Rogers Arena.

Can't say enough about this hotel. Truly a great value. It's not often you find such a nice hotel under $200/night in downtown Vancouver. Very central location, close to transit, stadiums, Parq casino, restaurants, etc. Front desk staff was very friendly. They were especially helpful as I forgot my phone charger and they were able to lend me one for the evening. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, even had a Nespresso machine in the room! (coffee lovers will understand ha!). Hotel was also surprisingly quiet considering it's so close to both stadiums, which was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend the Georgian Court Hotel for anyone travelling to downtown Vancouver.

A quiet and nice hotel located downtown. Walking distance to Yaletown and restaurants. Coffee shops, grocery stores and nightlife within 10 minutes. Hotel is clean, comfortable and has fridge and coffee machine.

Our daughters bought us Canuck tickets for our birthdays, then a friend recommended the Georgian Court. What a great experience, we met up with family and enjoyed a few hours of appy's and visiting family in the restaurant to which they were happy to indulge us. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We would definitely stay there again.

Location, Location. Short walk to BC Place, Rogers Arena, Sky Train connections (airport), and restaurants: point made. We actually enjoy returning to our comfortable room after a busy day in and around Vancouver. What can I say? We will be back at some point in time.

Spent 5 days / nights here whilst on our first vacation in Canada. The hotel was spotless, our executive corner suite was a great size and the separate bedroom meant that we were oblivious to any road noise from outside. Staff were always helpful, pleasant and attentive. The only minor gripe was that, although the hotel site stated that the room had '.......dining area for up to four' - it failed to state that there were no plates, knifes, forks or any other cutlery available. We had to ring down to reception for a bottle opener one night and on another evening were supplied with a small plastic fork and spoon, when we had brought in a pizza to eat in the room. As I say, a minor drawback, but if you are providing a dining area for four people, as well as a fridge and a microwave in the room, I would suggest that a basic level of eating utensils would probably be of more use than a yoga mat?

We had a lovely stay at Georgian Court Hotel. Room was clean, beds were super comfy and the mattresses great quality. I also appreciated the refillable water bottles instead of plastic bottles. There are many great restaurants around the hotel and the central station is in walking distance. The gym was small but well-appointed.

Found this hotel by accident when we had dinner a previous time at Frankie's restaurant so decided next time in Vancouver we would stay there. Our room was clean the bed was very comfy best sleep I've had and it was also quiet. Definitely will stay there again. I liked all the little things that were in the room like the water bottles and the yoga mat, but the floor needed a good wiping as it was quite dusty.

This was my first time at this hotel and it was great! The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. There also wasn't alot of noise at night. It is right arcross from BC Place at the base of Robson with good shopping and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend!

Good hotel in Vancouver , this was our first visit to Vancouver so it turned out to be a good choice, the hotel is located within easy reach of most of the areas that you can reach by foot, The hotel also accommodated my request of a high floor and king size bed , got a great view of the stadium which changed colour everyday! The staff are all very friendly , nothing is too much trouble , they even offer a free shuttle to anywhere you ask locally for free which is great! . The rooms are very spacious , clean and plenty of tea and coffee available , water is available on every floor and the rooms have a glass bottle to refill which is a great idea . We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Overall I cannot find anything negative with this hotel and would recommend .

This hotel is in downtown Vancouver, great location close to many shops, restaurants, and sporting venues. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We often stay here when visiting Vancouver. Breakfast is not included.

Have been here a few times. Located in a relatively fine area of downtown, walking distance to many places including skytrain station. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and secure. Would recommend trying when visiting Vancouver downtown area.

We stayed overnight for a hockey game, and it was all we hoped for. The staff were all very personable, and the room was clean, nicely appointed and quiet. We enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel - the food was tasty and reasonably priced. We would certainly stay here again!

I have been dealing with the Georgian Court for 13 years and the staff and the facilities are amazing! if you are thinking of staying here l would for sure!!! Even though it down the other end of town near BC Place Stadium there is a lot to do in the area. Restaurants, pubs, shopping.

We went over for my birthday in beginning of January. Fast check in. Clean rooms. Complimentary umbrellas in each room. Reusable glass water bottles to use during your stay. Excellent restaurant on site. Good wifi. We didn't use parking facilities but nice size loading zone out front. Nice staff. Will stay again. Our favorite hotel while visiting Vancouver! Had the most romantic and delicious meal at Frankie's Restaurant. Pure love! Our room was upgraded to the penthouse suite facing the BC Stadium which was a beautiful room with a view of all the amazing lighting during WinterFest! Used the hot tub in the Mezzanine area but it was really HOT!! We enjoyed a Japanese style soak in our in-room tub instead. Would definitely stay here on our return. Thank you Georgian Court Hotel for your amazing hospitality!

Good location. Clean, well furnished, comfy beds, very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Free downtown one way shuttle is a plus. Would highly recommend this hotel. Expensive parking, but it is underground.

We came to Vancouver to walk around and have dinner at Boston's Pizza (my kids were craving it). We found this to be the perfect spot, and it was! We were able to safely leave our car and walk around the city. The next day at check out we asked the front desk if we could continue leaving our car after checkout. They said we just needed a parking card. This was perfect for us.

We have stayed here many times but not over New Years and for 3 nights. It was fantastic. Close to everything. Friendly staff and clean upgraded rooms. Booked on Expedia and was still treated very well by all. Room service if you need it.

Can't say enough good things about our stay at Georgian Court Hotel. Our plans were changed last minute due to a mudslide and train was canceled so we rented a car and drove 8 hours in the pouring rain to make sure my son's 18th birthday trip to see the Canucks and Penguins happened. The Georgian Court was the perfect location and the staff was so gracious - all frustrations melted away with their warm greeting and amazing service. Food and service in Frankie's was top notch and the room was just perfect with modern touches - the Nespresso machine was a welcome addition. Thank you Georgian Court family - we will be back.

This is a nice, upscale hotel, right across the street from the BC Place stadium. We also found it to be convenient walking distance to Gastown, the Vancouver Public Library, and a number of other sites and attractions. The rooms are done in a very modern, white, gray, and black style (take a look at the photos on the site) which is kind of cool. The bathroom was great with fantastic accoutrements and fixtures. I also enjoyed having a chaise lounge in the room, which seems to be trendy right now. The service was good. Parking is an extra $30 a night at the underground garage, but again - location. You're near so many things. The only place we drove to was Stanley Park. The one surprise for me with this hotel was how few common areas there were. There is not a large lobby and few other gathering spaces outside of the room.

I had an amazing time staying at the Georgian Court! It's in a good location right in between Downtown, Chinatown and Gastown. I was actually planning on walking over to Granville Island too during my stay which I was told that it's not that bad of a walk but decided on driving since it was raining that day. However, I did walk to Gastown and through Downtown which was nice. There are a lot of good restaurants you can walk to around the area and I felt pretty safe walking at night. The rooms at the hotel were very nice and comfortable. I love that it comes with a small fridge and they give you these empty bottles/carafes that you can fill up with filtered water at the ice machine! I wish more hotels would do that. It was a nice surprise. Also, I liked that they provided slippers along with their robes. There is a small couch as well as a desk in your room so it's great for both leisure and business. I used their self-parking which was very convenient since I could go in and out whenever I needed. It was perfect for my first time and short stay in Vancouver.

We are looking forward to staying here again! From the moment we arrived the front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Genesis was so accommodating and pleasant to deal with along with all the staff we encountered during our wonderful stay at this bright and clean hotel. Our room was well appointed and the gym and jacuzzi were great. The proximity to BC place is unbeatable.

The rooms are comfortable. The hard surface flooring, slippers and robes are a very nice touch. On sight parking under the hotel was easy and has in and out privileges, but it is at a cost of $30 Canadian a day. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also very good. The location was very convenient and an easy walk to many areas of Vancouver.

Answer: If you stay here, you will have all stayed at the same hotel! The hotel lobby has dozens of autographed photos of famous people who are past guests. The hotel rooms are modern, up to date, and meticulously maintained. The hotel's whirlpool room, adjacent to the sauna, is the nicest I have ever seen. Check out photos of it on the hotel's website. I have not even described the best part of the hotel yet, which is the hotel staff. From the moment you walk through the front doors, you are greeted in a personal and warm way. Pedro and the front desk staff learn your name and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. To return to the hotel after being out feels a little like coming back home to a place where people know you and care about you. Thanks to Pedro and all the hotel staff including housekeeping and the person who keeps the whirlpool room so perfect.

The rooms are awesome and very well equipped. Modern and had great views. Also cannot beat the accessibility to everything around you! The check-in/out process was easy and simple. We brought our dog which was also a hassle free process. We were happy to have a really nice dog friendly accommodation.

This is a very nice Best Western. I loved the wood/laminate floor in the room! The room was great and well decorated. The attached restaurant had delicious food. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. I personally wouldn't recommend a room with the balcony as there is a lot of bird crap. The hotel is close to Gas town so we were able to walk there. There is a top rated breakfast place called Jam that is close by. The water taxi is close as is the casino. I don't feel like the staff was all that friendly but they weren't rude either. They are helpful in giving you information about areas to avoid that are a bit unsavory. There is parking but it cost per night. We will be back again!

The Georgian court Hotel ticks all the boxes. I took a grand daughter for a Christmas treat downtown. This hotel is on a quiet clean street with no street people just a few short blocks from Granville and Georgia. The hotel is quiet newly renovated and has really well trained front desk personal who make you feel like a valued guest. This was all the more impressive as I was using my free night voucher. We even stored our luggage after check out to go shopping. It is literally steps to the dome and a block and a half to sky train. Will use again with pleasure.

I've stayed here once before and loved it! I was finally able to get back in at my works approved rate. It was still very good. I noticed a bit more hallway noise this time but overall the staff were great, very helpful and I love that the rooms don't have carpet. I will be back!

Very nice, quiet rooms stocked with all the essentials. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jaun at the front desk. We arrived about an hour before check in and were checked in immediately. We were able to walk to the Cirque de Soliel venue plus BC Place and Rogers Arena are just across the street. The on site Italian restaurant went out of their way to accommodate us for dinner since we didn't call down until 2:30 and there was a hockey game on that evening. She fit us in a little earlier than we requested but we were thankful to get in. A lovely way to spend our anniversary.

Good place to stay if you're not looking for a massive corporate hotel in downtown Vancouver, it has 180 bedroom. Adjacent BC Place stadium and easy walking distance of False Creek, the hotel is in a modern building. Small size check in desk but the service was quick. Bedroom was excellent with modern furniture and décor. Would use again and has my recommendation.

This was our second time staying at the Georgian Court, and this is by far my favorite hotel to stay at in Vancouver. I called ahead to request a room away from the elevators (as our first stay we were kept up most of the night due to noise) and the woman on the phone was friendly and accommodating. When we arrived around 10pm the front desk staff were warm, inviting and efficient. We were given a beautiful room on the top floor, furthest from the elevator which ended up being incredibly quiet. Our room was bright and clean, the king size bed was comfortable, and you can't beat a noon checkout! The location of the hotel is also fantastic. We were in the city to see friends and go to a concert at the Commodore- everything was walking distance and we didn't move our car once from the well secured parkade. The first night, we went down to the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel just as they were about to close. They were kind enough to still let us come in and order appetizers from the kitchen if we ordered right away. The wings and calamari were delicious. We were the only two people in the restaurant, and the bartender was extremely friendly and didn't seem bothered in the least that he was probably just about to go home when we showed up. He chatted with us, kept us laughing, and made one of the best Moscow Mule's I've ever had. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Truly a 5 star stay. I booked our room through Chase points (Expedia) and didn't notice it was an "accessible" room. Not a big deal, usually, and I've stayed in them before. But this room was on the hotel Mezzanine, a floor shared with the fitness and business centers, but no other rooms. Again, not a big deal. However, the room had no outlets - zero - located near the bed. The closest power outlet was at the desk about 10 feet away (where, unhelpfully, the clock radio sat so you couldn't even see it from bed), so no way to charge a phone or other device by your bed, which makes one wonder what if you had a medical device you needed to use and keep charged by the bed? In addition, the button for the reading lights over the bed was broken, and didn't get fixed even after I reported it to the front desk. The location is great, and the bed was very comfy. Assuming the "regular" rooms do not have similar layout and design, I'd stay again.

Lovely hotel, large rooms, great staff, secure parking and decent restaurant on property. The hotel is just few blocks from downtown, Yaletown, Gastown, but all is walkable. Loved the settee in the room for lounging. Night view of stadium was fun.

I have just had a truly amazing experience at The Georgian Court Hotel in Vancouver. On checking in the staff were so gracious, friendly and knowledgeable. The room had everything I needed and Frankies Restaurant was a a delight. A perfect location for any visit to Vancouver.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights while attending a conference. The room is fabulous. The bed is very very comfortable. The staff were very good, though I only dealt with them on check in and on check out. There are restaurants in the area, though some are a bit of a walk. This would be. great place to stay if you want to go to BC Place or Rogers Arena as both are about a two minute walk away from the hotel.

We had a nice room on the 11th floor so we also had a nice view of Vancouver. We ate at the restaurant, Frankie's, once for breakfast and three times for dinner. Breakfast was good but the Italian cuisine they have for dinner is really good. I had the lasagnia and other pastas. Really good minestrone. The hotel is well-located and we walked everywhere. The library is just 2 blocks away and they were having a great book sale. My husband had never been to Vancouver so he really enjoyed it. He kept saying that it was so beautiful.

Based on its location nearer the water, there is significantly less traffic near the hotel. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. All I could ask for in accommodations. Have stayed here in the past, and will definitely be staying here again

I just stayed here on business for the first time and I liked a lot about this hotel. The location is fantastic, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, there is a nice big rain shower in the bathroom and there is a whirlpool and an infrared sauna on the 2nd floor and a nice restaurant attached on the 1st floor. If you are lucky enough to get a third floor east facing room, which I was, you even get a great little deck with a table and chairs facing BC Place. The staff were also very nice and helpful. There is one thing that bothered me though - and it might make me seem overly harsh, but it was just really really bad and I had to knock a whole star off this review for it - the facial tissues and the toilet paper in the rooms were SO rough and horrible. They were physically uncomfortable to use. This is a pretty fancy hotel, so I was surprised about how cheap/bad quality their tissues and toilet paper were. I would suggest to this hotel to find other ways to save money and up the quality of their bathroom paper products. I've stayed at a lot less fancy hotels in Vancouver and elsewhere and never had this issue. Everything else was so nice about this place, so this was the one thing that just bugged me about it. Especially because I caught a cold while I was there, so having rough thin tissues in the bathroom was extra annoying. Other than that one complaint, it's a really great place to stay. I just had to say something so that maybe management will see and fix it.

We have stayed in many hotels over the years and this was our favourite. Beautiful room, great stay who were very professional, courteous and helpful. Have already told many friends about this hotel, locations and the staff being over the top in terms of service.

We arrived early in the morning from a long train ride, and by the time we had a good breakfast in the restaurant, a room was ready for us. The staff was very helpful, and we were very pleased with all our interactions. The hotel is across the street from the sports arena, and about a 10 minute walk down Robson to the main shopping area. We ate three meals in the restaurant, and all were very good. Would definitely stay there again when in Vancouver!

We went for a football game, location is excellent, right across the street from BC Place. Room was very clean and comfortable, will be back again. Access to restaurants and shopping was also excellent.

Stayed for one night in September 2019. Check in was very efficient and the room itself was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. We did not dine here but breakfast was very good and varied. Nor did we use the pool etc. The hotel itself is ideally situated for getting around Vancouver.

My husband and I stayed here for a night and it was very clean and nice. We were in the prime location to walk to everywhere we needed to go. We would definetly say here again. The staff were very helpful and accommodating!

I recommend Georgian Court to everyone and plan on returning myself; our stay was quite a pleasant experience. Pros: I booked through Groupon and the check-in process was extremely smooth. I wish I remember the front desk agent's name, he was extremely helpful and gave us suggestions for our planned activities. (Richmond Night Market) Upon arrival to our [upgraded] room, we discovered a bottle of wine and a note wishing us a happy anniversary. Cons: Our room was nice but it was a tiny bit dusty, it may have been vacant for a while. We forgot our toothbrush and luckily the hotel offers some. However, these are the worst toothbrushes I've ever used, extremely flimsy and coarse.

We stay at the Georgian Court at least once a year and we have never been disappointed. The service is excellent, The staff are very friendly. The recent renovations to the rooms have made them even more comfortable. Very clean.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of our holiday.The hotel was very good indeed.In the room there was infact two double beds ,which seems to be the norm.Why do i say this,because in three other hotels in Canada it was just the same.The room was clean and attended to each morning.The hotel staff could not do any more, they were plainly excellent.There is a resturant in the same building called Frankies Italian Kitchen and Bar.You would need to reserve a table,because the food is very good The position of the hotel is quite good and they do run a shuttle bus to the main docks where the cruise ships come in,you would need to book this with the reception.All in all if we were to go to Vancouver again ,we would stay here once more.

This was our second stay here, and it was as good as we remembered. The location is great, within walking distance from lots of restaurants and shopping. The employees are absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They are a fountain of information, and know the area really well. There is a free shuttle that will take you to a number of locations, and that is really helpful, as we were going on a cruise, and they took us to the pier. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the price is among the best in the area. No negatives at all!

My husband and I choose this hotel again to celebrate our wedding anniversary and attend the BC Lions game . You cannot beat the location of this hotel !! As soon as we checked in we were blown away again by the friendly front desk staff, our room was perfect , updated , spacious and the view could not be beat. We truly felt as if the staff cared about us and even tho we only spent one night we felt special and truly appreciated . We will be staying here again as soon as possible and can not wait to book our next staycation . Keep up the excellent work !!!

Pleasant modern hotel with convenient central location within easy reach of most attractions, mainly within walking distance (Gastown, Waterfront Granville Island etc). Vancouver Whitecaps stadium is immediately opposite but caused no disturbance despite 2 major hockey matches being played while we were in the city. Room was large, clean, airy and fully equipped Beds were comfortable, noise minimal and sleep restful. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining Frankies restaurant and was rather uninspiring - the toaster was a constant source of amazement being the slowest device I have ever encountered (and I have been to sub-saharan Africa!). The place is transformed in the evening - see separate review of some of the best dinners we ate in Canada. However the staff were good and very helpful, always on hand with advice or directions when asked. Hotel also keeps a few well-maintained bicycles in the parking basement and we borrowed a couple for a half day cycle tour of Stanley Park. Overall a positive experience and I would happily return

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were nicely appointed, clean and quiet. We slept very well very nice...comfy beds! HopOn HopOff bus stop is just around the corner (P17) which made it easy to explore Stanley Park and Granville Island. GasTown, YaleTown and Chinatown all within short walk.

Lovely hotel comfortable beds, and lots of pillows super toiletries. and the staff are friendly too, are room was spotless, even had umberella,s in the room ,my only criticism was lots of lamps in the room but still quite dark ...had to go into bathroom to read any paperwork

The Georgian Court was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Service was exceptional, room was roomy and modern,the facilities were top drawer. Georgian Court is close to everywhere we wanted to go in town. The restaurant attached to the hotel had a wonderful dinner but the breakfast was a let down. I will be staying there next time I'm in Vancouver BC.

Very enjoyable stay. Great location to stadium, restaurants, theater, Gastown, Stanley Park. Room was updated and loved the wood floor over carpet. Great amenities and great staff and service. Would definitely book here again!

All the hotels in downtown Vancouver were full, but I managed to get a reservation at the BW +. Much to my pleasant surprise, the hotel and the room were excellent and surpassed all my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. I am glad I stayed and have booked here again in December. It is now my hotel of choice in Vancouver.

A very good hotel in downtown Vancouver, lovely large rooms and free water and ice and tea and coffee. Nice staff, clean rooms and public areas. Fresh fruit available in reception. Would definitely stay again if in Vancouver.

We stayed for one night in the Georgian Court Vancouver. It is a very fine BW Premier hotel where we had a king room facing the Vancouver Stadium. It is a bit on the fringe of downtown Vancouver but you can be in Canada Place within 20 minutes on foot. This room was well equipped and comfortable with all the items (fridge, netpresso machine, safe, etc.) that you can expect from this level of hotel. Efficient and friendly staff.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel located conveniently near downtown. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The only weak area is to do with the food and the staff associated with it. The breakfast / dinner are uninspiring and the staff not quite as cheerful. Hence, I would stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere.

I came to the hotel because of the conference I was going to in town. The hotel and room was decorated nicely and very clean. The staff had great customer service. I plan on using it again when I return to Vancouver.

Besides of having had a nice room with absolutely nothing to complain about, it was the staff that we kept in our memory as highlight: so much help to organise a free shuttle to the cruise ship terminal and as the shuttle didn't make it on time, they cared and organised us a taxi. Using the hotel's bikes to discover Stanley park was a good idea although one bike wasn't in the best possible shape.

We stayed at the Georgian Court for one night only before joining our cruise ship. The hotel is well located and we could walk to Gastown, Yaletown and Canada Place. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity too. Room was very nice and spacious. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is amazing! We loved it! Huge rooms, bathroom I would love at home and comfy large beds! I also loved that there are 2 refillable glass bottles that can be refilled from the filtered water and ice stations located on each floor.......great sustainability initiative from the hotel! Staff were friendly and efficient and appeared genuinely interested that thier guests. Thankyou for making our stay in Vancouver so enjoyable, we will be back!

Prior to arriving at the Georgian Court Hotel, I communicated with Martin. Since this was our first time in Vancouver I needed some assistance in planning our visit. Martin was awesome and very helpful. All of the staff were personable and professional. Our trip was in conjunction with Rocky Mountaineer. The staff was so knowledgeable about all of our arrangements. They had an answer for every question. Effie was wonderful in helping us plan our trip to Victoria and Butchart Gardens. I would definitely stay at the Georgian Court Hotel on a return visit to Vancouver. Also, you must grab a bite to eat at Frankie's Italian Kitchen - it was yummy. Thanks Martin and to all the staff.

What a great place from when we entered the building. Check in with the lady at the front desk was great she was very friendly and helpful. The rooms where very classy. Will stay again for sure. You know the in house restaurant is excellent when it was recommended by another hotel concierge and a waiter from another restaurant.

Stayed 2 nights at the beginning of a cross Canada tour. Hotel was conveniently located to the waterfront and good restaurants. Staff exceptional, from the bell staff, reception, and other staff. Upgraded room with a balcony. Free wifi and able to exchange US money into Canadian. Free hotel shuttle available all day.

My buddy and I stayed here on Sept 3rd as we were in town for the Iron Maiden concert at the arena next door. I'm a BW diamond select rewards member so I had the room for free booked with some points. That didn't stop the staff from making my experience awesome! The offered to upgrade us to the penthouse suite but sadly that didn't work because there was only one king bed and we didn't feel like spooning!! LOL. However as we were in the room preparing for the show, a lady came to the door and gave me a little gift basket with a hand written note thanking me for being a BW diamond select member. I thought that was a very nice touch and I was really impressed. The hotel location is as good as it gets for an event at either arena. And the hotel itself is very nice. I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights before travelling on to Alaska. The room was a good size for us and our adult daughter as it had 2 large beds. The room overlooked the back of the hotel which was quiet. We also hired a car which we could park in the hotel's underground car park for a daily fee. Breakfast is taken in the restaurant on the ground floor. It wasn't the biggest choice I have seen in a hotel but it was adequate and bearing in mind we couldn't find many breakfast eateries within walking distance of the hotel it was convenient and not over-priced. You could walk to Gastown & Chinatown although the latter we found very disappointing - full of homeless people lying on the pavements and we saw addicts shooting up. Best to be avoided. Nothing seemed to be open anyway of an evening. Gastown was much nicer and a good choice of bars and restaurants.

Not the first time we've booked here on BW points and were again impressed. Clean, professional, working amenities and courteous housekeeping and front desk staff. They seem to have ‘upgraded' the steam room to a dry sauna since we were there last. Free bikes to use for a few hours to zip around town too! We'll be back!

I spent 3 nights here while traveling with my 11 year old grandson. Jeremy greeted us on arrival and seemed to be there every time we passed the front desk. He was very helpful providing directions, arranging transportation and excursions. He became a friend to Danny, who enthusiastically reported back each time we returned. Thanks for adding a personal touch to his travel experience.

We were in Vancouver for the weekend helping our son move into his apartment nearby. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite and can state without hesitation, the suite was hands down the most amazing I had ever seen. The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa with an assortment of comfy pillows, large screen TV, a decorative desk as a sofa table and a beautiful bar and coffee station built in to the flanking wall. The dining area features a full size glass dining table with 4 full size luxurious chairs, amazing art work, stylish chrome side tables and a Bose sound system to set the mood. The bedroom and en-suite are very spacious with a walk in shower and jetted soaker tub. The bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable. Overall, the decor and furnishings made you immediately realize you were in an exceptionally well designed and maintained property. This is the best of the best! While at the Georgian Court we had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant “Frankie's” and let me simply say, there is never a reason to leave the building at meal time. Food, service and value is second to none. We intend to visit Vancouver often and the Georgian Court will be our home away from home, I highly recommend this fine property.

My friend and I stayed at the Georgian Court to celebrate her Birthday. We were greeted by Paulo, who is without a word of a lie, the nicest and most welcoming front desk representative I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I booked a King suite and even though the room was super clean and a nice size, I was very disappointed with the view, or lack of. Our windows opened out to construction next door. The hotel is just a few steps away from Robson St., so a pretty good location. We ate at Frankie's Restaurant in the hotel and were very disappointed with our salmon salads, just a tiny piece of salmon with a bed of arugula.

Very central to river and can catch Aqua taxi to anywhere you want to go. Rooms standard but lovely and clean and came with a cooked buffet breakfast which was nice. Had travel desk which was very helpful in showing you how to get around the city

The hotel was very nice. Excellent quality price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. it's perfectly located near the stadium if you are attending a concert or sport event. In case you need to visit stanley park then you will have around 30 minutes walk. The hotel does offer shuttle service there but you need to book everything in advance which did not work for us. The food from room service was all right. Not the best considering all the nice restaurants they have nearby.

My choice of hotels for each vacation is strictly based on my wife's criteria: location, service and price. After searching and comparing, I decided to use Georgian Court Hotel for our one-night stay in Vancouver for our Alaska cruise tour the next day. The hotel service was beyond my expectation from its front desk reception to the room service. We had a very fast check-in at an earlier time than we expected. The way the front desk communicated with us was pleasant and comfortable. Especially the front desk mamager Mr. Pedro went well out of his way in guiding me about the city layout on the map, and patiently answered some of my "silly questions". At night I had to work till mid-night with my laptop for some urgent matters. . But I didn't want to disturb my wife by making noises in our room since she has a habit of going to bed at a fixed time. I talked to Mr.Pedro to the effect that if the hotel could have a place for me to work at night with a table and a socket for my laptop. He was very kind and helpful. After reporting to and communicated with his boss, he told me that they were going to arrange a meeting room for me. I was really moved! A very big thanks for Mr. Pedro and Georgian Court Hotel! Georgian Court Hotel is just next to the east tip of Robinson Street, the number one shopping street in Vancouver. Walking to many other city attractions including the waterfront Canada Place is just a breeze. I liked the complimentary coffee in our room very much. We were also very much satisfied with the room facilities and the room style. Definitely, we will choose Georgian Court Hotel on our next trip and recommend it to our friends.

Our TA organised this hotel for us after a cruise. What a brilliant place. Centrally located. The rooms are lovely, the shower awesome. The front desk were extremely helpful in helping us with maps and suggestions on tours. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is terrific. It sparkles every where, the lobby, the elevator and the room. The bed was divine and the room was spotless. Loved the shower and the amenities were first class. The service could not have been better. I look forward to coming back.

my wife and I spent two nights here as part of rocky mountain tour. We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the location is good since you can walk to the False Creek Ferry in about 10 minutes.

My wife and I stayed at the Georgian Court for 3 nights following a cruise. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, as were the housekeeping staff. Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking the stadium. It was very clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. We had breakfast in the hotel's Frankies restaurant, which was hot and good value.

Located in one of the most trendy parts of the city, Yale Town, plenty of restaurant options, best public transportation I've ever experienced, walking distance to most City landmarks or to free shuttle services to most tourist attractions like: Mount Capilano,Standley Park etc.

In the heart of downtown Vancouver with access to great restaurants. Gas Town ; Yale Town all walking distance. Service is great, a little wait for the elevator, but worth it. The rooms are a good size and very clean

Personal service and extra attention only a small boutique hotel can give. Went the extra distance to make my birthday special and were very helpful in providing information for first time visitors to Vancouver. Large rooms, comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Not much of a view (across from the sports arena) but convenient to easy public transportation. The restaurant “Frankies” was also very good - Italian fare but offered good selections and an excellent breakfast.

After our cruise, we wanted a place to explore Vancouver & just relax... what a great find! Room was huge, with great WiFi, huge walk-in shower, comfy bed and everything er needed. Our room was ready at 9am .... when does that happen? We dined at Frankie's 2x & it was also great. We explored Vancouver by on & off bus and bussed to Whistler. Thanks to Vancouver & the GC... our three days were awesome!

We enjoyed three nights at the Georgian Court prior to starting our vacation on the Rocky Mountaineer Railroad. The rooms are very nice and clean. Water bottles were provided in the rooms and were much appreciated, better than a plastic bottle of water. The ice and water machine was close to our room. Breakfast buffet was excellent and dinner was also excellent. We had great service from the bellmen and the front desk staff. They were extremely helpful with directions. The hotel was within walking distance to the water taxi that provided a cheap fare and easy access around the city. In fact the hotel location was close to the Gastown restaurants and sights. Within walking distance for us. I would like to thank the staff for providing a great stay prior to starting our trip.

Excellent arrival,experience. Super location in Vancouver....close to a hop on hop off stop. Next door to BC place and the Rogers center. Walking distance to Canada Place for ship cruising. Walking distance to Yaletown with fabulous restaurants. Close to Yaletown Roundhouse metro station for the Metro/Vancouver airport link. Room was very comfortable.

Visited in June 2019 and stayed a few nights while working. First, lets tackle the construction happening in the street - didn't effect me one bit. I was up and about at 8am as it started, and by the time I returned it was silent. Secondly, location. The location is ideal to get pretty much anywhere downtown. BUT, if you are visiting UBC or need to be near the universities, not the ideal hotel. Rooms; I had a king, super comfy bed, no noisy air conditioner or loud fridges. Was close to the elevators but really no noise. The bathroom ameinities were plenty with a great sized, powerful shower. The blackout curtains work, the layout of the room worked and plenty of storage for a few days. Staff were friendly and very helpful - no complaints at all. Enjoyed my stay and would return

This hotel is by far the best hotel in Vancouver. The service from check in to check out and everything inbewteen is 1st Class all the way. All renovated rooms and suites. This is our 3rd stay this year alone and for anyone wanting a wonderful safe hotel this is the place. You are located right across from BC Place, Rogers around the corner, Robson Street, Pacific Center BUT the Man behind it all Mr Martin Wright...what can we say. Location was fantastic. We came for the Paul McCartney concert and we were able to just walk across the street to the concert! The room was very nice with lots of great amenities: 2 robes & slippers, additional to the hair dryer was a curling iron and a flat iron. There was an umbrella provided in the closet and even a yoga mat!!!! Beautiful glass bottles to fill with filtered water by the ice machine.

Stayed in Vancouver for a couple of days and this hotel had excellent service, great rooms, and welcoming staff! We ate at the hotel and it was delicious! I would recommend this hotel, which is located in the downtown area.

Very good hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Right across from BC place and around the corner from Rogers Arena. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Front desk directed us to the water taxis to visit Granville Island - a must see! Visit Tony at the bar - very cool guy! A few more items on the breakfast menu would be great!

Stayed in Vancouver for 2 days after ab Alaska cruise. Hotel was conveniently located. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Good in-room coffee and other amenities, comfortable bed. Filtered drinking water at Vince machine. Very nice property within walking distance of restaurants and attractions.

We had a lovely room and they do a great buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A free shuttle bus took us to the Cruise terminal, the driver was very friendly. It was in a great area and not far to walk to the shopping area. There was a coffee machine in the room.

Great hotel , would've had full stars if it weren't for the price. I cannot say that it was definitely worth $480 US for the night ( it could've been raised due to a close by event that weekend), however somehow I still left happy. I'd stay here again actually. Great location, terrific staff, wonderful attached restaurant. We loved borrowing the bicycles , it really added to our experience. The offered shuttle and driver was terrific that took us to port for our cruise. Just a great hotel!

We stayed here for one night with a friend in a double queen room. The room was Moden and comfortable and roomy enough for three people. Bathroom was nice and updated. Staff were friendly. Lots around the hotel. Just across from some huge stadium.

We had two separate stays at this fine hotel and both times the staff went out of their way to ensure our time spent with them went well. May we thank the friendly, cheerful reception staff in particular- you are the first people guests meet and your thoughtfulness and sense of humour will be fond memories for us. Nothing was too much trouble for you. The rooms are spotless and there's a good restaurant called Frankie's where you can have a delicious Italian meal. The hotel is well located within walking distance of Robson Street. What's not to like? Thank you to the staff of The Georgian Court for making both our stays so enjoyable.

Stopped for two nights at the beginning of our self drive holiday. Very nice hotel, well located, friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was large, at the rear of the hotel and very quiet except for nearby builders who are quite noisy. Large comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, TV and good WiFi. We thought parking to be expensive at $30 plus taxes per night! There is a complementary shuttle bus which can be prebooked to take you anywhere locally with a very helpful driver. We ate the first night in Frankies Bar but it was too noisy for us even though we asked for the background music to be turned down - minor point really, this is a very good hotel.

Stayed here 3 nights in a deluxe room. Large with small bathroom but clean and shower was good. The bathroom had a nightlight, great for when you wake up in the middle of the night and need to see! Food is available in the Italian restaurant next door. We did the buffet breakfast for $17 pp. hot and cold options available, it was decent. Staff were always friendly and helpful! Their is a small gym onsite and a hotub and sauna. I would stay here again

The hotel has good sized, well appointed, comfortable rooms as expected for its category. However, the best part of my brief stay was a receptionist named Riley. My sister and I were in Vancouver just for an afternoon and evening in order to board the Rocky Mountaineer train to Banff the next morning. Riley showed us how to walk to the Lookout and then to a restaurant that I had researched on the internet. She also discussed alternative restaurants. She provided a marked up street map. She assured us that the walks were reasonable in distance, and urged us to take a cab back from the restaurant (farthest point and after dark). Her friendly assistance made our short time in Vancouver enjoyable.

You have to park in the parking garage BEFORE you check-in, which seems backwards, but there really isn't any street parking available so it makes sense after the fact. And if you stay here you don't need Roger's Arena parking since you are literally 1/2 to 3/4 of a block away, a very Easy walk, even at night. And who needs T.V. (there is one) when you get to watch the light show of GM place which is literally across the street. The security and feeling of security is off-the charts awesome as were the employees across the board. We weren't too thrilled with the restaurant, we ate on the "veranda" and service seemed slow and the food seemed average, but there are a lot of food services (and variety) within easy walking distance. An easy (and relatively safe feeling) two blocks or so walk (straight thru GM Place) to the water taxis that take you all over Vancouver. There are two services but only one sells a day pass, which we bought, which made a great deal as we probably traveled to all their destinations and just had fun riding around! We definitely will use Georgian Court again if we need to stay in this area of Vancouver.

My husband and I were belatedly celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary with a two night stay at this hotel. Management sent a beautiful card and gift basket to our room and made our two day stay one to remember!

The hotel was very nice clean, and the customer service was exceptional. I accidentally left my phone in the shuttle bus when they dropped us off at the Cruise Port Terminal. I called the hotel and they reached the driver, who found it and brought it to me in less than half an hour. So very thankful!!! Highly recommend staying here!

Only had one night there and would have liked longer. Public areas are good, room was fine and staff generally polite. On lady on reception was a bit snappy. Just for us something was missing. Had to describe but just that people did their job and no more. Lack of atmosphere. But then we only had the one night there.

This is a great location, lots of local restaurants and the hotel's own restaurant is pretty good. The staff were all very professional, friendly, and efficient. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I stayed here for 4 nights and have absolutely no complaints, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. I especially appreciated the sustainability touches: glass water carafes in the room to get filtered water from the ice machine, and bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower instead of the extremely wasteful mini plastic bottles at most hotels.

The service was great. The room was very clean and the bed cosy and comfortable.. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant downstairs. In all it was a superb experience. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and quick to help.

Stayed overnight before cruise. Top service by staff, free shuttle to ship, very acceptable room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to other travellers. Very comfortable beds, great location.

Nice boutique hotel in central Vancouver right opposite White Caps sports stadium which looks similar to O2 it was all lit up at night with lovely subtle colours and what looked like stars very pretty from our room window. Breakfast lovely staff all very obliging. Only negative is the cycle lane right outside main door so when getting off coach needed to be extremely careful.

We stopped here for only one night , and enjoyed our stay, we ate in the on site restaurant which was good . Our only niggle was the lobby was small and very noisy. We could not hear the staff at check in for the noise and chatter from hotel guests sitting in the lobby.

Stayed four nights after an Alaskan cruise. Front desk can be very good and helpful and dismissive and disinterested, depending on the individual. Some will call a cab, others suggest waiting for one to pull up. Rooms are clean and comfortable but like most Canadian hotels you have a coffee maker not a kettle, coffee makers do not make a good cup of tea. The restaurant attached is average in choice of food and price, it's main attraction is simply convenience. The location is opposite the BC Stadium at the end of Robson Street. It takes less than 15 mins walk. to downtown Vancouver to the Art Gallery but the 250 bus takes you there and the hop on hop off stops onlya few minutes walk away. They do have a courtesy bus that takes you one way downtown .

I recently stayed at the Georgian Court hotel, it was an interesting experience to say the least the rooms are very clean spacious and modern but the service lacks any detail and the staff are a bit arrogant.

Very friendly staff and smooth check in process. They are even pet friendly and offer pet beds if required. Rooms are modern and clean, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location for walking to restaurants and bars is excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Great value property across from BC Place Stadium, and only a few minutes walk to downtown, Parq Casino and many restaurants. Hotel itself has a solid restaurant (Italian) and a Live Music Jazz Supper Club. Room was newly updated with hardwood flooring (instead of carpet - I liked it!) Not a flashy hotel, just a solid place to stay in the heart of Vancouver at less cost than many similar hotels.

The location of the hotel is great, close to Gastown and downtown. Though there was quite a bit of construction noise outside our room. We booked on the day of our stay, so that may be why we were placed in a room on the mezzanine floor that looked like it was usually used for meetings. The space was large, but not very welcoming. The bed was a murphy style bed and very firm. I did not like the layout of the bathroom/vanity area. The vanity was in the room and quite small, impossible for two people to use. The staff was okay, not very friendly. There was no one at the front desk when we returned to the hotel around midnight. When we attempted to check out bikes the next day the man that helped us began the paperwork and then asked us how many bikes we wanted. We said two, as there were two of us, and he said they only had one. Why even begin the paperwork if he knew they didn't have the bikes available? Overall I would not stay in this hotel again as there are better options in Vancouver.

The staff are very helpful. The complimentary umbrellas in the room and at the desk are an excellent idea. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very convenient. Although the hotel room cost more than I expected it is probably because of the season and the higher cost of real estate in Vancouver.

perfect location. 10 min walk to gastown, 10 minute walk to yaletown, 30 min walk to stanley park, and a 5 min walk to a ferry pick up for granville island. the service here was great. every day i'd leave to get two coffees (coffee in the hotel restaurant is terrible), employee in the lobby would see me coming back and rush over to the elevator, call it for me, and press my number. king suite was worth the upgrade. big room. only real negative was that the toilet paper that they use is garbage. so incredibly cheap. it was so bad, that its getting a mention in my overall summary of the place. other than that......great hotel.

very good hotel well placed for sites to visit shops bars etc. staff knowledgeable and friendly clean and spacious rooms, we would happily return to this hotel. Breakfast in the hotel is a bit pricy there are plenty of places nearby were you can get a full breakfast much cheaper than in the hotels Italian restaurant stroke jazz bar evening meal is also best eaten out try gas town for varied good value eateries.

Just off a cruise ship for 15 days and appreciated the large room which was clean a comfortable and check in was seamless and staff very friendly and attentive to assist. Italian restaurant downstairs for breakfast had huge serves and again staff were great.

Fairly convenient hotel for the city just a short distance from the port and major city activities. A large room and bathroom with very pleasant staff throughout. The adjacent restaurant was also convenient for meals.

Relaxing stay at the Georgian Court. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious. The king bed was comfortable. The welcome gift was a nice bonus. Easy walking distance to most areas of downtown Vancouver.

Great location slightly away from downtown with plenty to see and do. Close to the sporting/event's venues and restaurants. Property was warm and friendly with a staff to match. While I am not sure of the total number of languages spoken by the staff, I heard at least 7 spoken. The Jewell of my stay was a super problem solver named Efe. She was so far ahead of me in figuring out what to do to correct my issue that I just sat back and watched perfection happening!

We stayed here as part of a Rocky Mountaineer tour, what a lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was super. The bed was bliss, the pillows were also great. The only thing was the noisy air con which switched on and off every 5 minutes....grrrrrrr! The staff were absolutely great. I dislike the habit of putting a charge on my visa, well not so much putting the charge on but the delay in repaying it, it should be done the day that you leave, or day after max! Especially when your bank is in another currency and rates change but mostly I object to the delay.

THANK YOU for not putting PLASTIC water bottles in our room!! The chilled water was a very nice touch as was having access to ice. The room was beautiful and clean! The staff were lovely :-) highly recommend

Myself and my dad had a great stay in Georgian Court Hotel. The hotel is ideally located between Yaletown & gastown, close to fun, restaurants & bars. The room was amazing very freshly renovated and never in a 1000 stay in hotels did I find a hair iron, curling wand placed in every room! The breakfast was great, eggwhite mushroom omelette was a perfect start of the day. All restaurant team is very kind and genuine, franco, Laurie and Colleen were great! everyone was, as I stayed there for hours doing my work!

My hubby and I stayed here one night we here taking a cruise from Vancouver to Hawaii we like to come in the day before leaving so you aren't so stressed out trying to sail out. We were both very happy with our stay. The hotel was very clean, our king bed comfortable and everyone we came in contact with were very nice from the front desk staff to the restaurant hostess next door. We got an excellent recommendation for dinner that was around the corner. Shuttle service was provided to the cruise ship port. We would certainly stay here again.

2 nights here in early May, pleasant staff, very clean environment, well placed for strolling to local shops and bars, large rooms, comfortable beds, didn't try the attached Italian restaurant, definitely stay again.

We stayed at Georgian court hotel for 3 nights lovely room very helpful staff on the reception desk particularly Riley very helpful friendly pleasant and informative young women. Quality of the Hotel very good. They have a Jazz club next door so if you eat in adjoining restaurant called Frankish kitchen you have to listen to Jazz on a Friday Saturday or Sunday evening not being a Jazz fan I found it painful on the first evening so did not eat there again plus service was slow and my soup was Luke warm.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The 2 queen bed room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate, the hotel was casually elegant, and the location was perfect for us (easy to walk up Robson Street). But what stood out most was the outstanding service. Every employee we encountered was personable, professional, helpful and truly caring. I know what to look for since much of my professional life was in training customer service staff, and it's clear that this hotel has gotten hiring and training right. We will stay here again if we're lucky enough to visit Vancouver in the future.

Very lovely hotel just a few blocks from City Centre. We rode the Canada Line, exited at City Centre, walked a little of the mal, then down Georgia Street to the hotel. Darling room with robes, slippers, great variety of teas and coffees in the room. Firm mattress with soft sheets.

Really.nice hotel, staff were really friendly. Had no issues checking in or out. Restaurant downstairs was great as well. Would definitely stay again and recommend you stay at this hotel as it is close to everything in downtown Vancouver

After spending several days at Vancouver's Pan Pacific Hotel for a trade show, my handicapped sister and I moved over to the more economical Georgian Court for a few days of holiday. Of course, timing between hotels can be tricky - no matter how late you leave one, you're probably going to be too early to check into the other. Nevertheless we left the Pan Pacific by 9 am. The cab driver who picked us up probably expected we would be heading to the airport rather than another hotel just a couple of km away. He was not happy. In fact, he literally let us off in the middle of the road in front of the Georgian Court. He dropped our luggage in the road. Dumped my sister's walker in the road. I struggled to help her up onto the safety of the sidewalk and then raced to drag our luggage out of the traffic. This is when the front desk staff person - I'm sorry I've forgotten his name - Daniel? Zachary? - came right outside and asked if we were planning to check in. When we said we were, he raced back in and brought a luggage trolley right out to the road and helped me load up our bags. Once we were all indoors, he proceeded to check us in and - lo and behold - he offered us a room facing BC Place that was available immediately. This was so far and away beyond what we expected we were speechless. The rest of our four days went without a hitch, but that kindness when we arrived will not be forgotten.

Great value all around. The location is great in that wandering around (as we are prone to do) one can usually get a bearing on BC Place which is just across the street ( note: this MAY not be what you want during a rowdy football match or other event) . Easy walk from City Centre on the Canada Line in from YVR. Easy walk to Gastown and Robson St. Chinatown and other points of interest. The room was excellent. Very nice with lots of room. Nespresso coffee and a small fridge (there is a liquor store 2 blocks up Robson!) Robes! Posh!

We stayed three days at the end of. Rocky Mountaineer tour, and this hotel was a delight. The front desk staff, especially Daniel, were friendly, professional and full of good suggestions. The general manager and staff have outdone themselves with well appointed rooms with upscale decor and high end touches. You even get an umbrella and yoga mat in your room. This is also a pet friendly hotel! Housekeeping was exceptionally good and attentive to detail and there was virtually no noise treasfer from the street, other rooms, or the hallway. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent facility and service at this hotel. We stay here whenever we get a chance when visiting Vancouver. Love the Nespresso machines and the quality of the bed and linens. Frankie's Lounge is always a fun time with great cocktails and service.

I stayed for one night after a flight into Vancouver. The hotel is within walking distance of the City Centre station of the Canada Line from the Airport, or just 2 blocks from the Stadium station of the Skytrain. However, the location is far enough away from the busier sections of downtown so there is less traffic and street noise. There is a higher end restaurant attached to the hotel, but there are also are many small coffee shops and restaurants with a block or two all along Robson street. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated, with hard surface flooring instead of carpet. Bathroom was very clean, bright, and modern. Beds were very comfortable with good quality mattresses. Heating/cooling was quiet and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and attentive; check-in and out very quick and efficient. Staff are very quick to help with any needs or requests. Overall this was a very pleasant place to stay and I would happily stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for just one night, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is luxurious and they even let us check in early. It's right next to downtown Vancouver and across from BC Place. We will definitely stay here again.

Ok - I'm still in my room but this is my second stay in this hotel and I am 100 percent pleased. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room - the suites are LOVELY. It's a corner room that looks over BC Place which is right across the street. I'm on the 5th floor and it's quite quiet! I have nothing on in the room and I can barely hear the traffic. There's a mini fridge, a nespresso machine, a 4 person table, a large tv, and a couch in the living room. There are double doors into the bedroom and it has its own dresser and a second large tv. Beside it is the closet (two housecoats, slippers and extra female amenities should they be required) and a nice bath with a large walk-in shower. No tub but none needed. I prefer the large shower! The hotel also had glass bottles that you can use for chilled water instead of plastic disposables which I think is awesome. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.
