Great sleep! Friendly, courteous staff from checkin to the maintenance team ! All happy to help! All Smiling!! I had an issue but was taken care of immediately! Remember to contact staff while onsite if you have an issue.....they'll do the best to resolve. Keep up the great work!!

The hallways were dirty/things coming off the ceiling.. broken/old looking. Ordered a cot and smelled like cigarette smoke. The beds were comfortable and able to have a decent sleep. Ordered a hospitality room and paid extra for a bigger one and they ended up putting us in the wrong room which was smaller so we overpaid for what it was.

Excellent value, good clear well appointed rooms, friendly and extremely helpful staff. The location is stellar and the value in comparison to other similar hotels is first rate, I would highly recommend.

Great pricing and awesome amenities. I loved their indoor pool, restaurant, location and overall service. TV streaming was not the best but everything else was great. The early breakfast and late checkout worked well for me. Free massive parking area was also a plus.

The Best Western Parkway offers multiple discounts, including for the Shouldice. Even without this discount, the hotel would provide excellent value for money, with its nice rooms, useful gadgets like the coffeemaker, superb cleanliness, and very friendly, efficient, super staff. The link to the Sheraton means lots of great public washrooms and public spaces, too. There are multiple bus routes stopping right outside the BW, as well as good taxi service, and the Times Square shopping centre next door is very convenient for restaurants and pharmacy.

Unfortunately the keycard reader on the hotel room door was not working. I was travelling with my family for a hockey tournament. We had 15 different cards programmed and the batteries were replaced in the device over the course of a 3 night stay, however the issues continued. We were not pleased but we understand these things happen and cannot be controlled. It was the hotel staffs response that turned the situation sour! The lady at the front desk was rude, implied it was our fault and the manager said “sorry but…” there was nothing that could be done. He offered his card and 20% discount for our next visit. We said we would not be back. He then accused me of misusing the govt discount even though the hotel offers the discount to govt staff on personal travel. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the front desk and management staff at the Best Western Parkway Toronto North

The hotel really exceeded my expectations because of the pricing and its location. Room was very clean and beds were well made and the room heating system worked really well. Will definitely be coming back again the next time i visit Toronto.

Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean. This hotel is situated very close to the 407, making it for easy access to get on off the major highways. Another excellent point is that it has free parking which makes the stay here more economical. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good location because is located at the center of the Markham and that are lots of good restaurants around by. The hotel price changes a lot so if you plan to go please book early. Sometime the front desk agent will look at your note and give you what you expect, but sometimes they just ignore it so that is annoying.

Location is relatively central to many Toronto attractions such as Toronto Zoo. There is a Vistors Information area that highlights sights and attractions. Pamphlets are available highlighting activities and sites to visit with discount coupons

We only stayed for 1 night but had a great stay. The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel employees were SUPER friendly; everywhere you turn, there is always an employee greeting you and sharing a bright friendly smile. The check-in and check out process were smooth. My fiancé had left his suit in one of the hotel rooms but the team was SO helpful in helping us find and retrieve it so we can pick it up from the property before we left town. We are so grateful for the staff working there on Sept 16&17 weekend. Highly recommend this place for the great costumer service and overall location, cleanliness and services they offer.

The outside of the building and the hallway looks a bit weird but the room was clean and cute, exactly like the pictures I saw on the website. My coworkers didn't like the place and didn't feel safe in their room but it wasn't the same for me.

I stayed for 3 nights, on the 3rd day, my door did not close well after the hotel cleaning, I left the hotel since early morning & I returned to hotel at 9pm, not acceptable. On 2nd day, the hotel didn't tidy my room, toilet, everything except folded the bedding. Overall, not a good experience stayed in the hotel.

We had an amazing stay here. Indoor/outdoor pool, a great restaurant and Starbucks onsite ( just a short walk down the hall into the neighbouring Sheraton hotel) Clean and comfy beds/pillows. Updated rooms.

Furniture in lobby badly worn, room door would not close without applying full body weight, breakfast not included in cost of room. We checked in online and chose arrival time 2-4 pm. When we arrived at 2:30 we were told that really meant our arrival was scheduled for 3:00 pm and had to wait 40 minutes for our room to be made ready.

Only stayed for 2 nights, but really enjoyed our room and the amenities. The staff was great. Excellent food at Craves restaurant. Wished we could have stayed longer to have enjoyed more of the amenities. Will return for sure at a time when we can stay longer.

August 4/23..Check in was 3:00. I arrived at 3:20…..had to wait for 45 minutes to get into my room. I had a dog with me….we sat in the lobby waiting. Received 2 bottles of water for the inconvenience! Lol There were food scraps under the bed! At checkout next morning, desk attendant waved me off saying he'd email me my receipt. Still nothing. I have a charge of $25 on my credit card…don't know why…no receipt. Have been calling for 2 hours, trying to speak with someone today….on hold for 1/2. Calls not returned by Mitchell…the manager. $350.00 I spent.

I was with Grand Lodge of Canada. As I had missed the dates for booking with them so I had to book it via Expedia. I was facing troubles at the time of check-in. Pranay at the desk was very helpful. He had gone above and beyond to help me with my booking. There were so many people in the lobby who were checking in and I could see he was the only person working at the desk looking after everyone. I was impressed by the way this young guy was dealing with everyone. For work purposes I have to travel and have stayed at multiple hotels. This was my best experience. Cheers

The main lobby is not accessible; we had to go in a side entrance. We specifically reserved a room with kitchenette, but at check in found out there were no kitchenettes available on a floor with elevator access. The front dest manager did his best to find a room on the main floor, but not having the kitchenette as planned made our stay more difficult as I was recovering from surgery and was limited in food choices. Also, my husband had to speak to management in order to bring a breakfast tray to me in the room. It all just seemed burdensome at a time we didn't need complications. Despite the manager's attempts to find us an alternate room, we were not recognized at Best Western Rewards members nor were we addressed at all by name. However, the room was comfortable and clean and modern.

How this hotel has gotten a four star rating is beyond me. We stayed here for 6 nights this June 2023, Although we checked and confirmed and double checked with them, they never got our booking right and screwed it up from the get go. We showed the confirmation email sent by corporate HQ and the staff told us. that it was "Our Problem" not theirs.. This is not ok.. and horrible customer service. They kept knocking on our door asking us when we were going to check out when we still had another 2 days booked. We were forced to get Corporate involved and they apologized and admitted that it was their issue. "Of course it was .. we knew that" Another problem was the condition of the room and the hotel itself. Our ceilings had brown stains on them.. the air conditioner would not even power up. The lobby has only two luggage carts so at check out and check in.. you have to wait around for a cart or get there very early to procure one. We will not stay here again.. We will likely stay in the same complex at the Sheraton.. but not here..

This was a very nice hotel. It is adjoined and shares services with a Sheraton. My husband checked out the services but didn't have time to use them. The room was clean and well laid out. We had a small balcony that we also didn't use. Two queen beds, a microwave, and a fridge gave us all we needed to stay self sufficient. Housekeeping came in about every two days and replenished our towels etc. We stayed for 7 days so this was OK for us. Checkin was done quickly and efficiently. We had trouble with our keys after a few days but a quick visit to the front desk cleared that up. The services looked like an outdoor pool, Games room with snacks and a bar , raquetball courts, weight room anda message area. I don't know if there was an additional charge to use these. The location was a bit far from all the attractions we wanted to see but we would have had to stay right downtown to be closer. All in all we really enjoyed staying here.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently co-located to the Sheratin Convention Hotel and Convention sentre where I was attending a conferences. I certainly got my steps in at the hotel as the rooms are down a very long hallway.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Temperature was a little warm, and we were unable to cool our room sufficiently, however it was very quiet at night and we slept well. Pools were clean and fun, and staff was friendly

We had to get our fridge, replaced three times, and the last two times the fridge wasn't even inspected before it was brought to our room. All the motors were seized. the bed was very uncomfortable and the day that we left, we checked under the bed to make sure nothing was forgotten, and found that the bedframe was broken. when we arrived one of the comforters had stains on it but luckily, my daughter had brought her own blanket, so we just took the blanket off the bed

Check your billing. They will double book your reservation and not tell you about it. It will hit your credit card and you won't know. They don't give you a hard copy receipt and say the will email it and don't. They are not understanding to you needs or concerns.

Staff were good, and the location. Rooms were dirty, exposed wiring by HVAC, reeked of tar. They were doing major roof repairs using gravel and tar. Couldn't escape the smell. Gave us headaches the first night. Chairs in the room had white stains. Curtain had a brown chunky stain in room#2. We had changed rooms since the first one was by the tar boiler and workers dragging gravel up to the roof.

Friendly, clean and affordable place to stay,Not much else to add to this review since we were looking for a place pretty close to North York General Hospital where I had appointments since the beginning of my journey to have a knee replacement.

Hotel has many basement unit that have no windows, and are dreary, be sure to ask not to be stuck in their dungeon. HVAC is loud, hot water is hit and miss. You may or may not get to interact with a human for check in/out as the sign at desk directs you to a computer terminal. On the plus side, parking is free.

We were impressed with the hotel. Staff were friendly and informative. The halls to our room were clean and smelt of fresh shampooing. The room was great and beds were comfy. Even the pull out couch was comfy. There was no breakfast with the hotel, so the pics online gave a false sense that there was. We will stay here again if we visit Toronto again.

Front desk staff very friendly to check in . Very convenient location to reach any place I plan to visit. . Got this under their previous promotion with free reward night stay for free. Excellent experienced stay with this hotel .

I been coming here for almost 2 years alway amazing service. Most of time I travel with my service dog. They always accommodate me specially When traffic is bad.my overall experience is always the best take it from me who been coming to best western .

Check in was easy and hassle free. Parking was a disaster. parking lot is shared with other businesses leaving few spaces for guests. No trollies were offered for our luggage which was an inconvenience as the only elevator was at the end of a very long hallway. Signs say " vending machine " but the only vending machine that was found was broke. Rooms are nice but the washrooms need to be cleaned better. Shower was full of hair. Room and washroom were not accessible. No shower safety bars. No extra blankets in rooms. Had a balcony. Balcony wasn't even big enough for one person and a chair. Checking out was a bit of an inconvenience. You had to go to the connecting hotel to check out which left us once again carrying many bags a long distance. We were woken up both days by a garbage truck emptying a dumpster on-site. First morning was 4am. Second morning was 5:30am. Hotel has a Tims close by which was great and a Star Bucks on-site.

Annual trip to Canada's Wonderland generally enjoyable as this specific hotel has great amenities it's just this past year that was not up to expectations! Sorry BW but you should do better, there's lots of competition.

Great location and service. Purpose of our trip was to relax and have some good Chinese food. Hotel is right on Highway 7, walking distance to several malls with many restaurants. Short driving to more restaurants and shopping. Best Western is connected to Sheraton and we had to check in at the Sheraton desk. Tiffany was awesome. Her sunshine smile made us feel very welcome. Check-in was quick and she's attentive to our questions. We're happy that we asked her about nearby restaurants because those she recommended were all good. Staff at the gym were friendly and helpful too. Our room has 2 queen size beds and pretty roomy. We like the white sheets so we can tell they're very clean. The only not as good experience is about the parking lot. The Leslie Street exit near Tim Hortons is a dangerous spot for pedestrians. Cars merge from 3 directions to exit + cars pulling into the lot. We had to dodge cars a few times. A couple STOP signs to direct traffic within the lot may help.

We chose this hotel because of the price. We were just staying one night, and were just using it for the bed so we didn't want to pay a bunch of money. That said, the hotel still went above and beyond our expectations. The room was standard, and we were happy with the cleanliness. The real value was from the staff. I was genuinely blown away by how kind and helpful they were. When you're tired from travelling, and me with a new baby and a sore back (which of course they don't know) I just have no patience, and very little common sense which currently has me really anxious about social situations. The staff was super kind and gentle, were proactive about our needs and were just genuinely enjoyable to deal with. We will 100% be returning, hopefully for a longer stay where we get to enjoy the amenities the hotel has to offer.

When I first walked into the reception area, there is a sign saying you have to go to the Sheraton to check in. With my fiancé having a broken leg, maybe they should have a big sign outside mentioning to go to the Sheraton first. It also makes you feel like you're going to the second class option of hotels since they can't even have someone at the Best Western desk. When I checked in, the lady booked us in the room furthest away from everything (so my fiancé had to walk that far distance). It's fine if that was the only room available, but it seemed like she didn't care. I had asked to pay the security deposit by debit and didn't mind paying extra so I didn't have to use my credit card. She said it had to be paid by credit card (even though over the phone I confirmed this was allowed). She seemed annoyed that I even asked for the option. I ended up paying by credit card, fine. I also asked if I could have a late check out due to my meetings the next day. I find that $50 is a large fee considering the price paid for the room in general, but fine since they at least have the option. I didn't find the place very welcoming and the surrounding area had a sketchy massage place and homeless people walking around the parking lots at night.

We stayed in a two queen bed with balcony. We had a great experience. The only thing was we had to wait a bit for our room to be ready but they offered us the pool in the mean time. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Access to two indoor pools and one outdoor pool as two hotels in this building with shared amenities.

Worst hotel ive stayed at out of 20 plus ive stayed at in the gta. Extremely arragont and smug management that basically harrassed my family to the point of coming to my room for an apparent noice complaint when my 3 kids were sleeping at 11:30 at night. I let the manager know the whole thing was ridiculous and we somehow got banned. Watch out. BEWARE! Could ruin a nice trip.

The room was excellent - clean, good scent, comfy beds and pillows, and a clean, sleek, modern bathroom. Good price. Only drawback was the distance to downtown Toronto, that was on me. Once I learned how to get downtown without using the highways it was much easier! Great experience!

Every night, there was someone partying at 11:00 pm or so. There were people playing the drums, they were yelling, pounding on the floor, etc. We couldn't sleep at all, we had to call the front desk over and over again, but they nothing about it. We had to keep trying until the noise stopped. It already happened two nights, we're not sure what we're going to do next. Please review my comments and do something about the noise. I am sure I am not the only person being affected by this.

No staff at front desk. Sheraton hotel which was connected thankfully helped, but I am paying best western not Sheraton. Did not see someone there for checkin or checkout. Cleaning staff was great. Rooms small but decent value, close enough to canada's wonderland

We stay at Best Western for the great service we receive and the reward points. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto/Richmond Hill! The restaurants are close by if you choose to leave the hotel (Crave Restaurant is amazing as well...the service is impeccable).

Hotel was okay. Good location for wonderland. It is two hotels combined I guess, the Sheraton and the best western. I assume being the “lower end hotel” and the Sheraton being the “priority” there is no one ever at the front desk of the best western. Booked rooms together on the same reservation and bill, yet the rooms were 2 floors and a maze apart? Absolute silliness for a family staying together. Outside pool was gross and dirty, needed a good cleaning, full of hair. Beds were comfy, suite was big.

Hotel is in a convenient location near 404 and 407, bars,restaurants, cinema and shopping. Clean and well managed with fast and efficient check in. AC didnt work but service appeared within 15 minutes of notification. He returned later with replacement part and repaired within 15 minutes. Bravo

I stayed here for one night while visiting family in Toronto area because of a service for a family member. It was good comfortable and clean. No issues at all and the location was fine. Friendly Staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Guest room was clean, and great for attending my conference! Super friendly staff too! I would return and I recommend, please stay here it was great! Next years conference - I am booking at the Best Western!

Hotel feels shady, no parking, share a parking lot with a rub and tug. hotel is a maze. not even a check in clerk at the actual best western, you have to go check in at sheridan then walk through a maze to find your room. would not even entertain the possibility of a late check out. called for an extra blanket , waited 2 hours no blanket. food left in the fridge when we checked in our room. Best western section appears to cater to long term worker stays at this location. lot of people putting obnoxious notes on the doors saying "worked night shift, trying to sleep during day, keep noise down" you ask yourself, why would the hotel book a block of rooms to a youth hockey team if this is the scenario? the best western hotel feels like a "pay by hour" motel. Just pony up the extra 25-40 bucks and stay at the sheridan (which is connected)

We stayed as a group for a hockey tournament. The hotel was extremely accommodating for our group. There was only one issue of someone walking in off the street and knocking on doors. Police were called and the issue was resolved but our girls were very spooked by this. Perhaps better security for outdoor entrances being locked. We noticed when entering from a side parking lot that doors are left unlocked. Staff were very pleasant and our room was clean and comfortable.

Room was nice. People were super friendly. Had to check in at next door hotel but that wasn't too inconvenient. Breakfast was good. Nice to see the buffet back! Gym closes at 10 but has lots of equipment

The staff is friendly and helpful, the ambience is fresh and hospitality is great. The food is also good and just incase you don't want to eat from the hotel there are several other different restaurant new by.

Room was a good set up. King room with full bath. The main room was 2 doubles and a kitchenette. Could have used a 2nd bathroom but bang for the buck is outstanding if $149 is the regular rate. Basement unit no windows but again great work with light boxes to simulate window that work very well. Not like this area has scenery to look at anyways.

Keep looking, recent renovations, sub standard work. It's already falling apart. Free parking, decent wifi. When you come in to the entrance to the BW you have to drag your stuff down to the Sheraton which is joined with a long hallway just to check in and drag your stuff back up and downstairs, struggling. I paid 132$ with tax non refundable rm 7229. Dbl queen, the mounted table between the beds is ready to fall off so when you put stuff on it all falls off, fairly clean room. Decent staff , I wouldn't stay again you can do better, meh.

All staffs are friendly and very helpful in resolving problem. However, there is some issues in hardware itself. Power plug location is not enough and user friendly. Bed headboard is misplaced and need repair. Bed cabinet is not flat and not stable. Mattress is too soft. Hallway is full of weed odour. Room ceiling is leaking during our stay but problem resolved in acceptable speed.

The manager and staff were awesome! Very knowledgable and helpful! Room was bright and very comfortable. Quick and easy to get to the restaurant and bar. Having Starbucks on site was also a plus. Room service was fast. The food is excellent, large portions and served on white china. The bartender, great personality and quick! My experience here? It was like a mini vacation. I highly recommend your stay at this clean, friendly hotel.

My wife and I drove 6 hours from Montreal to this hotel not knowing what to expect, what a pleasant surprise, clean rooms with balcony and kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ice machine downstairs, clean and comfortable beds, flat screen TV, friendly and helpful staff, lots of parking, very reasonable prices, large walk in shower. We will definitely be back here again. Thank you for staff and management for making our stay trouble free, we will be back.

The hotel just feels like the lesser side of the Sheraton as there is no best western front desk. We were on the 1st floor the hotel was connected to the Sheraton and there lobby just wished I had stayed on that side if I realized it was essentially the same hotel. Our room was a good size pretty modern I noticed a few things that could of been cleaned better good basic room met My needs the hotel had lots of amenities which was nice the oasis club outdoor pool there was a couple different indoor pools also . Fitness club spas pool table and more Starbucks in the Sheraton side lobby restaurant and bar on site lots of parking overall a good stay met My Needs just if I were to stay again I'd stay on the Sheraton side just My Opinion but nothing wrong with the best western side .

3 pools, drinks by the pool, hot tub working, rooms clean, lots of nearby restaurants- will stay again. Only complaint is beds are quite hard. Mostly loved the pool options, drinks from bar were good, will make it an annual trip and choose this hotel.

A clean and very well-managed hotel, which has a great pool and gym, and super service from the staff. I find the atmosphere to be very relaxed and accepting, and also a lot of fun and fun people around.

The room smelled bad. The room we stayed in non smoking but the room smelled smoke. The washroom has no lock in the door. The door is sliding door and we did not like this. The room smelled heavy smoke smell. .

The hotel smelt terrible. There was a lack of sanitization available compared to other hotels. Room cleanliness was low. All rooms AC units full of dirt, friends left the hotel because the amount of dirtiness and allergens. Dirty sticky fridge. Garbage on the floor and hair on everything when entered the room. Pillows looked fluffy but went flat when used, very uncomfortable. There was a weird smell in my cupboard where the fridge was, had to have the fridge replaced because it didnt work. When it was pulled out you could smell and see the beer spilt all inside that was never cleaned... even when the fridge was replaced. The room door stuck and wouldnt close or open properly, you needed to use force. Beds were hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. The call centre was terrible for customer service.

We were having trouble finding affordable room's in the GTA. This was affordable. Has big truck parking and the room was huge. Definitely would stay here again. Had some trouble with the booking service we use, but the front desk was patient and worked it out for us.

My husband and I took Grandkids (8 and 11) to Toronto after Covid lock down and before the 4 wave hits. We wanted it to be fun, adventurous, and more like before Covid. We picked this hotel for the proximity to Canada's Wonderland, and other tourist spots, as well as two pools, one outdoor and one indoor. It was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and pools were a hit. After a day out we could comeback to hotel and just relax around the pool. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Traveled to go to wonderland and stayed here. The room was massive and comfortable. The restaurant and staff was exceptional. We used the indoor and outdoor pools and had a great time. Will be back for sure!

This BW site is up to date and very clean. The price paid was very affordable. The sounds of the busy area are not heard from the room. The pools are great, clean and large. The staff were friendly and efficient making the check in and out painless.

The location it's perfect on Hwy 7 and near 404. The price it's excellent at 99$ but when book later in day it's jump at 114$. The lobby are renovated and looks very nice, check in are on the Sheraton side. Fast quick and efficient. On the website they mentionned that the breakfast vary from location. In the lobby they there's a sign that they can provide a breakfast in doggy bags for pickup. NO breakfast and doggy bag at all!!! dissapointing at the price we paid. Gym or pool need to be reserve. The room are well renovated and looks very nice. The sliding door to close the bathroom are very hard to close, the mini fridge are not working and there's a fork left inside!!!! I had drink and food to need cold, i had to buy some ice and use my portable cooler in car. At first i want to make a call to the reception but it's late and don't want to wait someone come in. Hopefully i don't stay in room for a long period, just need a room for a shower and sleep. The climatisation seem weak because i can't go below 20 celsius and seems have a little bit of humidity. The pillow are too high and hard, try all 3 it's the same, matress are excellent. The bathroom very clean and have a good fan who dissipate well the humidity after shower. Check out in the morning are fast and efficient, the personel are very kind. Excellent service. This not the first we stay here but this time it's not enjoyable like before. PRO: Location, renovated, check in/out easy, excellent personel at the reception CON: Fridge not working, sliding door jam a little bit, fork left in fridge, NO breakfast, need reservation for amenities, price should be lower in time COVID because less service.

Friendly staff and offered best suggestion to the problem we encountered. Stable and speedy free internet. Happy stay with my pet dog for there was balcony opening for fresh air and beautiful sunset. Room was newly renovated and cozy.

The parking lot is full of potholes, there are benches where people smoke outside, this area was very dirty, with trash and cigarette butts. There is no staff at the Best Western, you need to walk to the Sheraton next door to check-in. The pool situation is very annoying, we did get a time slot but the pool was filles with unsupervised kids 12 or 13 year olds) who were screaming and jumping, so we left.Outside pool was too cold once the sun set. I expected breakfast, as this site mentions there is a free breakfast, but they have done away with it, with 4 people in our family it was disappointing (and expensive ). We could hear the guest next door talk until 4 AM, our balcony door was close but his open. The bathroom door situation has been mentioned many times for good reason, it's a barn door that dsoesn't fully close, so you get the unexpected bonus of hearing your family member's trip to the bathroom, in full. Even with the door closed, the bathroom light lights up the whole room, if someone uses it at night. So I paid with points and I'm disappointed, next time we'll pay more and stay somewhere else.

We've stayed here before. This is our first post COVID outing. The room was fine well cleaned and it was quiet so we slept well. However the bathroom door was so hard to move our kids (teenagers) couldn't move it alone. Also they've done away with breakfast. That was a huge disappointment. I know some changes would be needed to manage but this was part of what used to make this hotel a great value. We were very disappointed.

Amenities were clean and up to date. The room was comfy and clean and the walk-in shower was a nice touch. Shanata in the restaurant/lounge made you feel welcome and at home. The atmosphere and food were great!

From the outside it wasn't impressive but the rooms were nice and clean. The lost star is from from the bathroom/closet door. They are both in one and was very difficult to make it shut on the bathroom side and when you got it most the way shut you had to muscle it open which I was only one that could open it. I was going to lose a star because there was no grab and go and the indoor pool wasn't opened. I understand that with COVID rules the pool couldn't be open and this wasn't the only best western location that didn't warn us about this. Some places we have stayed at you would book 30 minute intervals to swim in the pool with only your family which worked well. It should advertised on the website or on your reservation the pool with be closed. It's frustrating when you pack your swimming gear to find out you can use the pool or hot tube. At Least the outdoor pool was open and that was a nice plus which put my rating back to 4 stars. Grab and go should be the same thing. I know the website says varies by hotel but list the hotels that will not honour this program because that is a big reason why I will or will not pick the location.

Hotel is fully renovated , dog friendly hotel with a 25$ fee, which is very. Swimming was nice and a little bit to crowded for COVID for our taste. The rest of amenities where close du to COVID , but took a look and all was in very good shape. Would return for my next stay in Toronto.

I am not the kind of person who writes reviews but I really had a bad experience yesterday and I feel like sharing it in case someone has same expectations than me. Two weeks ago I booked my 2 day staycation (the experience making the reservation was great and I was looking forward to relax and spend a good family time… But… 1- As soon as we got there I saw some guys loitering & smoking in the stairs of the front door hotel (ok this is not the hotel's fault but It wasn't a good first impression -I found out some other guests also complained because I heard they will call police). I entered and no-one was in front desk… Then realized I was supposed to check in at Sheraton's front desk (waste of time) that's when I realized why people were loitering there… there is no supervision. I also did the online pre registered to be proactive and no one mentioned the check in will be at Sheraton's front desk. (I understand the covid precautions and the idea of merging one front desk, but the sign should be bigger to avoid confusions) 2- Finally I got my room at the ground floor, as soon as I got to the elevator it wasn't working… really?? not the best welcoming! (I have a double stroller and a toddler plus bags, so very inconvenient!! 3- I decided to go first and do the inspection of the room without kids and husband to avoid any inconvenience. The room looks good and clean, so I decided to text my husband to let him know the room was fine so they can join me, then on my way out I realized the door latch lock from inside the room was damaged… looks like some one brake it … cannot believe no-one from the hotel report it and/or fix it… (for me is unacceptable… I felt I couldn't sleep in a room that I cannot lock from the inside (picture attached) and didn't feel comfortable looking at strange people -non-guest getting in and out the hotel without supervision… because no-one was in front desk. My husband also saw some people getting in the hotel with a box of bottles of alcohol, I know it was “Canada day” but obviously was not my “family picture vacation”. 4- I showed the picture of the damage latch to the front desk lady, she apologized and told me nothing else was available… after 10 more minutes she offered me another room (smaller, same floor -so still no elevator- and obviously too small for a family of 5)… this was so frustrating. Even though the lady from front desk (I think her name was Pearl) was very nice, she apologized and tried to accommodate me, but seriously I didn't feel comfortable… the inside of the hotel looks nice.. but outside and the people around doesn't seem family/kids oriented. Now I understand the good deal (Sheraton looks nicer, I guess it worth to pay more for a better experience). it is sad that after all the plans in advanced I couldn't enjoy it and Obviously all the other hotels around were completely booked, so I had to return home with 3 upset little kids. Expectations vs reality!! ….End of my staycation! (Plus I will need to wait 3-5 days to make sure my credit card is no charged). Another point is the confusion situation about the pool… it is a share pool (sheraton+best western+Parkway fitness and raquet club) so expect too many people or waiting time … over all I didn't have a happy Canada day!

Air conditioning was refreshing and whisper quiet. The pool just reopened with a new resurfacing and new pool tiles. Water was so warm so we were happy that we pre-booked our 30 minute swim time then stayed for tanning on the spacious enclosure. Front desk Staff was amazing and accommodating. Spotless clean throughout. Gourmet food was sumptuous. Beds were both very comfy. Large glass enclosure shower... powerful shower stream toasty warm. Will be back soon...Samantha at Oasis was Spectacular.

Come here every other week for past year.It's a descent hotel for sure and the location is great. The staff is pretty quick on responding To any issues. I would definetly recommend coming for a stay if your in the Richmond area.

The suites are very spacious and ideal for a young family or someone with pets. There are few amenities in the vicinity therefore you must rely on the hotel facilities. Under normal circumstances this would be fine but during the COVID lockdown you become very isolated.

Stayed at the best western parkway this past Thursday - Friday. The service was amazing. Welcoming front desk host who waived my late check out fee as I was staying until 4pm the next day while my dog my spayed. So kind of him to do. Great wifi, worked from my room while I waited for her. Quiet hotel. Good cleaning procedures/cleanliness. New updated modern rooms. Followed COVID-19 restrictions and protocols. The Crave restaurant had amazing food and quick service. As well as great prices. Check out was quick and easy with deposit returned. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable guest rooms, lovely staff and overall wonderful experience as always! We always choose Best Western for a weekend getaway and it never disappoint! The lady at check-in is my favorite and the only one I would want to deal with as I had unpleasant experience with others. Other than that, I definitely recommend!

Staffs are nice and helpful. Provides extra high standard value of service to every customer. Unlimited to refill room amenities. Overall is like living at a 5 stars hotel. Hope to stay the hotel soon.

Well received upon check in and asked about room service meal. Front desk agent recommended the prime rib burger... it sure was good. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast at Starbucks was good and efficient lady working on her own did a good job. Check out was nice and easy and was able to get a personal document printed without any hesitation.

Happy with the staff and new renovation. Great amenities. Wifi is fast af. First day of breakfast had a chef prepare your meal personally. Very cool. Even has a badminton court. Parking was easy and hotel is close to the highway.

1. POOL is shared with a public health club. My children hardly used the pool due to overcrowding with swimming lessons. When they did, they were encroached upon and stared at as if they were bothering the lesson goers. Website and front desk never advised us of this. My kids were very disappointed. 2. ROOM has a sliding door over washroom. Unacceptable. No privacy for anyone in room, especially when I had my young male children with me. This is the weirdest invention for a hotel room I have ever seen and it does not afford anyone in room proper privacy. 3. SMELL. Room smelled like weed. People beside us smoking weed on their balcony. Advised front desk. They did nothing. Non smoking policy evidently not being enforced as ground outside our room and trees littered with fresh cig butts. 4. BREAKFAST is good. Not free. Expected gratuity left on your table with expectation of certain amount to be left. Honestly, just take the Starbucks in the hotel and go. Better deal and better coffee. 5. NOISY because of highway 7 right there. Sirens all night. I'd recommend staying off the highway for more noise reduction.

for some reason, breakfast isnt included anymore. i used to rate the hotel as 10 because it was perfect for my family nights in toronto. other than that, it is as usual.. clean, good service, comfortable.

We stayed here for a night while in town for a sports competition. Centrally located and recently renovated. 3.5/5 for cleanliness. The room felt really dark and we couldn't open the curtains in the morning because there were people and cars directly in front of the door. I also didn't really care for the barn door style sliding bathroom door. When you're already squishing you're family all into one room with one bathroom you require more privacy than that... The desk in the room almost collapsed on my husband when he set his laptop on it because it was only being held by a couple screws that had all come out of the wood. Staff were friendly and if your stay is short it's worth the price.

Free parking, great price, good food - just 15 minutes away from downtown ... I stay here regularly .. friendly staff .. clean renovated rooms .. a place well worth the trip ... I stay there for conferences and then drive downtown - parking is the same price whether I stay downtown or not ... this is a great place to stay!

Most recently stayed at The Best Western. As usual the staff are very friendly and addressing your every need with a smile and no problem attitude. My friend and I forgot our breakfast buffet vouchers which always comes with your stay. Our Waitres came to the front and she whispered to the host that " don't worry they are " VIP's . Well I will tell you something, we felt just that !!

We traveled here for a kids basketball tournament. The hotel was very close to a lot of restaurants. The people working there were all very nice. The front desk attendant had mentioned that renovations had been done over the past few years, and it truly showed. The lobby was clean and the rooms were also very clean and updated. The breakfast was great. I would suggest this hotel to family and friends, and would also stay again myself.

This location has recently been renovated and the rooms are beautifully furnished and plenty of lighting. This location shares a recreation facility and restaurant with the Sheraton hotel next door. Although it's a bit tricky to locate the recreation facility on your own, the facility is too notch. A complete fitness room with plenty of equipment, indoor and out door salt water heated pools, hot tub and racquet ball courts. Large change rooms with lockers, washrooms and showers. They even have a refreshment bar an lounge in the lobby of the fitness centre

in a convenient location, had an excellent restaurant (attached to another chain hotel), many breakfast options. was greeted by a basket of goodies in my room with a hand written note to me thanking me for my stay, a very nice touch.

We've been here a couple of times before so we knew what we were expecting when we arrived. This is definitely one of our favourite hotels - and we love going here. Overall: The hotel has been renovated recently and it has done a great job! Everything is new and updated. The rooms look great and the lobby looks great too. They don't have coffee available in the lobby unfortunately, but they do have a apple cider available which was nice. Check in/out: The check in and our process was very quick - no issues. Room: As stated - the renovated rooms look great. They smelled great and you could tell it was clean. We had one main issue listed below. Breakfast: The included breakfast is the best we've ever had at any hotel. You have breakfast at the Crave restaurant attached to the Sheraton. The food is amazing: Sasuages, eggs, congee, oatmeal, cereal, danishes, bacon, pancakes, waffles etc. The servers were really courteous and polite and always had a great attitude. Pool: We tried out both the indoor pool and the fitness center pool - both were nice and warm - no complaints! The hot tub was really hot too. Areas of Improvement: This is by far our favourite hotel and we will definitely be back - but I just wanted to address some concerns we had which will hopefully be helpful. 1. The room had white dog hair all over the rug and the chair - so I'm wondering if it was vacuumed before we arrived. Mind you - the room was definitely clean, but there was just so much dog hair on the rug. Due to all of the white dog hair, it's all over our clothes now too which is very annoying. 2. The bathroom door is not your standard door where you can lock it - this one slides like a barn door. I love the design of it - but the only problem is that you can't lock it from the inside unfortunately. Overall - a great stay at one of our favourite hotels. I'm hoping the above recommendations/observations will be helpful to the hotel. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Excellent Overnight Stay - Customer Service was Excellent We were in the quiet wing and had a comfortable sleep. Check-in and Check-out were done courteously and promptly. We would recommend this hotel.

Firstly the newly renovated hotel, has clean and fresh rooms, with comfortable beds. Secondly, the buffet breakfast associated with the hotel is superb. But the best part is the people working at the hotel and restaurant. Alyssa, on the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful. Eric, Lillia, Anton and others at the restaurant looked after us exceeding well, they are so pleasant and helpful. And Rose and Emily who cleaned our rooms were also great. Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the two pools. All in all a very enjoyable Christmas stay.

While this place was a long way from the airport we found it to be very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning is maybe the best we have had at a restaurant that included it in the price. The hotel is clean with plenty of places to go to in the surrounding area i f you need food or shopping. The breakfast is served at the Sheraton next door and the employees there were very polite and efficient.

We picked this hotel as it was in proximity to the offices we were visiting for our business trip. Overall a good experience, rooms are clean and spacious, nice comfortable bed. Breakfast is served at the adjacent Sheraton Hotel and is quite tasty and includes a lot of options. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fact that the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants (short 10 min walk) is a big plus as it opens a lot of options food wise. Our short stay of 4 nights was as per expectations.

Good location and great friendly staff. When she found out that Air Canada delay our luggage, she gave us a toothbrush and other necessary items together with a small basket of snacks with a cheerful note. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and it brightens our day especially the hard time I had to deal with Air Canada for the missing bags.

We checked-in late night and rain is pouring out but we are thankful as it is very close to restaurants. Inside the room, you can hear the flashing of toilets above us and you can hear every noise inside the wash room.

Woman at front desk didn't even crack a smile upon check-in. Felt as though I was inconveniencing her. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Took my child to the recreation area to see the pool. Since he is only 9 years old, I had him come with me through the ladies change room. We were approached by a man who had been playing Squash (didn't appear to be an employee) gave me trouble for taking my son through the ladies change room. I told him that he's only 9 and I will not allow him to go through the men's change room unaccompanied. He told me that all children over the age of 5 are to go to the appropriate change rooms. I was terribly upset with this rule, as with the amount of Human Trafficking occurring throughout the world (including Canada), I will not allow my child to go through the change room on his own!!!! Furthermore, we were only allowed to swim in 1 lane, as there were swimming lessons being held. Personally, having swimming lessons on a Saturday evening when the hotel is likely to be busy doesn't make much sense to me. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Excellent hotel we booked on a Sunday night at much better roon rate. The booking included a free buffet breakfast next door (adjoining the Sheraton. The breakfast food selection and service was 5/5 stars. Our room was very clean and comfortable with 2 queens All amenities like a mini fridge,microwave,coffee maker and in room safe.

Great breakfast on site cooked to your desire in the buffet, lounge service prompt and good atmosphere. Hotel is newly renovated with excellent decor and gym amenities are top notch. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of local food choices as well

My wife and I were just stopping one night in TO on our way to a weekend event in Brantford. This best Western was very reasonably priced and conveniently located for our planned activity in Toronto. We were very happy with our single night stay and will definitely keep this hotel on our list of places to stay in future visits to Toronto.

We enjoyed our stay, staff and the whole experience. The entire staff was amazing and went above and beyong to make sure our staff was wonderful. Our trip from Nova Scotia was long and finally getting to our destination the Best Western was totally comfortabe.

My wife and I stayed here on our way through the area. The hotel has just gone through a renovation and looks amazing. The rooms are clean and a good value. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great, they had a lot to choose from to eat. The only issue we had while staying here was the night stand attached tot he wall fell off. I reported this to the front desk and the lady there was more concerned that I wasn't hurt then the nightstand being broke. This was very much appreciated. If in the area, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The room and bathroom was perfect! There was plenty of space and a fridge and microwave. Location was excellent...3 major highways within 1 to 2 minutes of the hotel. Easy access to the heart of Toronto! Breakfast was a great bonus and had everything you wanted. Walking distance to great restaurants. Would definitely stay here whenever visiting Toronto and/or the Markham area!

My wife, son and I booked a room for 2 nights at this place with Travelocity. We arrived at almost 4 in the afternoon. We were told there was a technical issue with our reservation . I do not know what the issue was, as they knew I booked it and for how long. They also knew the price and that there were 3 of us. They got us a room at the Sheraton Parkway hotel. Things did not go good there ether , Look at the review of it.

Reception was able to get us an early check in as we had a wedding to get to by 2:30pm. The hotel is very clean and well appointed with the renovations done. Large room, pet friendly and one of the better hotels we've been in. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best ever! The only negative was the parking availability is horrendous. FYI to the hotel, you could probably save significant $ if your staff didn't set the AC at 19 degrees. We had to turn it off and open the patio doors to get warm up on a hot, humid day.

All in all this was a very good hotel a couple of minor glitches will not stop us from staying here again, Very friendly staff and rooms are very clean. This hotel was recently renovated so it will be a good place to stay for years.

This hotel was nice. The room were clean, the buffet was good and had a lot of options. The staff of the buffet area, one in particular that i can't remember her name, was really nice and made us feel welcomed!

Used this property as our base for a day at Wonderland. 20 minutes away if you choose to use the 407 toll road. Everything is fine with this hotel. Clean and quiet. They have a deal with the connected Sheraton hotel to provide breakfast. A step up from the usual hotel breakfast options. Will definitely return in the future if I need a hotel in this area.

We were a family ,and we were really happy ,especially the kids. What a wonderful breakfast . Staff very nice. The check in was very fast and the girl has explained every thing,the checkout was so fast like a flash. Sure I will be back .

Convenient place to stop over for travel to points in and around Toronto. Easy to access from nearby highways. Free parking (though it can be full at times). Room was very clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. We were fortunate to have a ground floor room so it was easy to bring things from the car. The breakfast buffet was in the adjoining hotel. It was not exactly extravagant but had a good variety from straight up bacon and eggs to congee. There was fruit and baked goods too. Walking distance to several good restaurants for this area including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indian.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed at this hotel for our annual trip to Wonderland. It was good in 2018 but great in 2019. The lobby and rooms have been renovated. The bathroom of our room was brand new with a fantastic shower. Slept great and even though the hotel was very full it was reasonably quiet in the halls. Breakfast was fantastic. Would fully recommend this BW If you need to stay in the area!

Service, cleanliness, breakfast were excellent. Parking can be a challenge, but we always found a space. Easy access to the Sheraton where you have a lobby, a bar and the breakfast restaurant. No noise. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommanded.

I'm quite satisfied with two nights stay at the Best Western Parkway Hotel. The room I stayed in was renovated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is still going through renovation and once that's complete, it would look more attractive.

The room is newly remodel. It is clean and modernized. The staffs were very friendly. They just opened the newly remodel lobby the day I left. It was very nice. The only thing I had to complain was the bathroom door. They used a rolling barn door design but it was so heavy, I had a hard time to open and close the door.

Family vacation for the summer and stayed over. Excellent service provided by the staff. The room was clean and warm to come in. Full amentities provided, including Internet service, cable TV and breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended place to stay.

This hotel is undergoing a remodel. The new interior decor is beautiful. My room was very nice. Only problem was that this hotel is very loud. You can hear everything going on in the hallways and rooms next door. Very little privacy as you could hear everything. Made sleeping very difficult!

Just back home from a 1 night stay at this hotel. The room was wonderful: clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and the included breakfast at the next door Sheraton was excellent - make sure you go hungry :> The hotel is undergoing renovation but that wasn't any inconvenience. Parking was no problem and access off Highway 7 was both easy and convenient. In the minor issues category: (1) the sliding door into the bathroom was very difficult to move. (2) The bill for the stay included an additional charge for a "Common Facility Fee" which the folks at check-out couldn't explain, and this charge isn't listed when one books a room. It may be for use of the fitness facility but if so that should be made clear when one books a room.

Have previously stayed at this property and was pleasantly surprised by the great new room decor! The beds, bedding and pillows were comfortable! Just wish beds were queens not doubles. The hotel is still under renovation but it did not interrupt our stay. Had breakfast next door at Sheraton which was good. Attentive staff. Parking was busy but we always found a spot. Would recommend Best Western

I will probably never stay at another Best Western again. This hotel is the final straw for several bad US/Canada stays. The location is good -it's easy to get to off the expressway, in an area that feels safe. The hotel shares the parking lot with the Sheraton next door and something else so we drove around the parking lot for about 10 minutes before we found a spot to park. Check-in was easy and friendly, no issues. Our room was basic and clean, basic enough for the price which is cheapest of all the hotels in the area. BUT: the low cost is the reason for the other reviews that talk about ladies who hang around outside. Surely that's everywhere, right, I thought? Just after checking into our room, one of our group went out for a snack. Coming out of the room next to us was a man, pulling and zipping up his pants and checking his watch. He left without saying a word. That put us on edge and we were never comfortable after that. My advice is that the hotel is nice enough, basic amenities. Breakfast is a pass to the Sheraton's breakfast next door. Our AC was off when we arrived in the room and maintenance was quick to respond and turn it back on. So, if you must stay here, put your blinders on and don't look at what anyone else might possible be doing.

Site close to 494 and 407 so access to wherever you are going. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Service fast. Restaurant in hotel very good. Complimentary breakfast wonderful! Have stayed there before and will return.

We stayed at the BW Parkway Toronto North for 3 days in early May. The second floor, including our room had recently been renovated and was quite nice. The decor was modern and tasteful. One quirk is the sliding door at the bathroom is very heavy and awkward to use. Renovations to the first floor were underway and so extensive that this floor was not open. The common rooms of the hotel have not been renovated yet but really need it. Breakfast was in the restaurant in the adjacent Sheraton hotel. It was ok, but here too they were doing renovations to the floor. When complete this will be a nice hotel but right now it is a mixed bag.

Spacious and clean room. friendy staffs at the front desk. The price was reasonable and it included hot breakfast and parking. It was a very pleasant stay, i will for sure book my next trip to Toronto with BW.

Our stay was above average because we asked to be far from the elevator and any rooms with sports teams. The pool areas were well maintained, but due to construction the change rooms were a bit of a mess. Staff were friendly, and it was a relaxing weekend.

This is a review I wrote a while ago on Google but I recently joined the TripAdvisor site and figured it would fit right in. I love this Best Western location. I've stayed in plenty of other hotels and other Best Westerns and this one is hands down my favourite. The front desk staff is amazing, shout out to Justin, he's always welcoming and responds to your needs but the entire staff makes you feel at home. My number one place to stay when going to the GTA. Thank you guys for helping to make our family vacations awesome every time! Edit: March 2019 Stay- Another fantastic stay here at the Parkway! You brought a smile to my son's eyes when we were told for being regulars we were getting upgraded for free! The breakfast is fantastic as always. I'm not sure who takes care of the pools, but if it's the Sheraton, please let them know the hot tub is getting less effective. Time to do some maintenance!

Great Service and Excellent Staff make stays away from home just like you never left. BW is always a great stay for our family. There was no problems with check-in and the room was great. We didnt have time to use the breakfast on this one though.

Hotel was in a great location. Check in and out was fast and easy. Staff were amazing. Ordered room service and it was delivered with a smile. Food was great. I don't have one complaint. We will stay here again. Second year in a row for us.

I highly recommend this little heaven. My family really had a wonderful stay and we couldn't ask for better service. Unlike other hotels with just a simple breakfast, Best Western gave us the best breakfast ever.

After many years of holding an annual convention at the Royal York - this location was definitely a good choice. Pricing of the rooms were very affordable compared to the old location, which meant we could afford to send more delegates. Front desk staff were very helpful in arranging for a late night shuttle to get me over to the airport. Glad to hear we have booked next year's convention at the same location

No complaints other than being in the room furthest from everything. Room was quiet even while I was told about ongoing renovations. I spent a few hours in the bar which was very busy. Also deafeningly loud. Drink prices were reasonable. Free buffet breakfast was average. Good service. The girl at reception had a European accent and hard to understand a few words. Other than that she was friendly. I would return

Excellent experience from all..front desk to cleaning staff. Everyone friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the pool area with Nice clean change room and showers. The breakfast was a great start to the day with hot and cold choices and didn't end till 1030 a great bonus when you wish to sleep in while on a mini vacay. Close to shopping and good restaurants. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I have stayed numerous times at this particular Best Western and I am always satisfied. The rooms are clean the staff are great I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the breakfast there are awesome with so many choices.

Room was filthy (hair in bathroom) and even after a "thorough cleaning" the hair was still there. There is not enough parking available on site to handle the two hotels and conference centre so had to spend 30+ mins driving around and finally parked in what looked like employee parking around back.Found staff not helpful on either item above to resolve anything which was disappointing

I tried this hotel since my usual was sold out and the others were double the price. I was nicely surprised how quiet and comfortable this hotel is and the free buffet breakfast I received as well. The BW is owned by the same person who owns the Sheraton it is connected to and you get free buffet breakfast there. The beds were comfortable, engineering was quick to respond to a minor issue I had and housekeeping did a great job. There is also a Tim Horton's a few feet away and they have great coffee. The hotel was sold out when I was there but it was so quiet I thought I was the only guest there. This place is my backup hotel now when in Richmond Hill.

I PLAN TO RETURN! It was a friendly, clean, well located hotel. The price was great. Food was delicious. I always ask a lot of questions when I travel and staff were cordial and helpful when I did.One of the desks was a bit larger than I would have chosen for that particular room. Overall, furnishings were quite nice.

We are so happy with this place that we look forward to coming back to Toronto. Our experience at this place has been an overwhelming experience and everyone should come and experience it for themselves. Enjoy a great stay and enjoy the Crave restaurant while you are here you will not be pisappointed.

Not much more I can say. Everything was mediocre... overall nothing glaringly terrible and nothing that left me overly impressed. Lobby: disappointing, Amenities: don't know if there is a gym/pool, In room internet was very good, beds were good, rooms were gloomy, cleanliness was average, sink was clogged and a light bulb in the bathroom needed to be changed. Parking spaces were at a premium (shared parking area with the Sheraton next door), young man at check-in being trained was very friendly.

Had a wonderful visit , very clean room and friendly employees- grand kids loved the pool - enjoyed our visit and will now make “ best Western hotels our family holiday hotel “ to use, thank you very much

We were moving from NB to ON. Was able to book my room in advance, online with no difficulties. I received exactly what I expected on check in, the service was quick and I was in my rooms right away. The continental breakfast was fantastic and easy to access with high chairs for the little ones. The cleaning staff was friendly and greeted us in the hallway. Many amenities were close, we were able to go out for supper without travelling far. All around it was a fantastic stay.

Opted to stay here for a 3 day continuing education course. Rather than driving 30 kms during rush hour each way, for 3 days. The hotel sits right beside Sheraton and both hotels have lobby access which was great for copious reason. The customer service experience we had was top notched. Even though the hotel brand is rated 2 to 3 stars albeit the customer service experience pushed it a notched higher. Amenities were plenty to choose from: Badminton, basketball, racquet ball, weights room (that has free weights, elliptical machines in a huge room) and billiards beside a bar to unwind. A couple of hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor swimming pools. Hot buffet breakfast started at 6:30 to 10:30 daily that includes an omelette station to make it more enticing. Our room was on the main floor. Which we had no issues. Pillow top mattresses for the double beds. The washroom was way bigger than the average hotel washrooms I've stayed at. We would stay here again, primarily because of the customer service that these people give their customers. I would advice that you guys check this place out and experienced it yourself.

We stayed at the hotel after a 1500 km drive to attend a family funeral, so we were tired and not wanting to leave the hotel until check out time which the clerk at the front desk said was 11:00 am. The maid was at our door before we went down for breakfast, after we returned and again before 10:00am so we decided to leave. Being hassled to leave by the maid made for a rough start of the day. My advise is bring your own do not disturb card, because the hotel room did not have one, and maybe that will keep the maid from annoying you before the hotels policy of check out at 11:00 am!

Overall we had a nice stay. People at the athletic club think they own the pool as they asked my 3 yr old and myself to swim on the other side of the outdoor pool. Not impressed! Also, Best Western claims that the breakfast buffet is free and part of the cost yet I had to tip everyday because 1 buffet was worth 17.95. 3 buffets @ 17.95, I felt obligated to tip otherwise I would have looked very cheap. So breakfast was still expensive. It was good but some of the waiters weren't worth the 10 tip to bring you orange juice.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was very good. The staff was always friendly and helpful from the time that we arrived at check-in until our departure six days later. Complimentary breakfast is very good and much appreciated. It's definitely one of the reasons why we always choose to stay at your hotel. We defiinitely would stay at your hotel the next time we are visiting the Toronto area.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel for a night as a mini vacation. The Best Western is very clean and the staff and cleaners are incredibly nice. They offered us water and freezies upon check in and check out - hotels don't normally do that! Although the thermostat wasn't working in our room, they did replace the AC very quickly - amazing service! Regarding the pools, there was an indoor and outdoor pool -- both were very clean and well kept. There is a third pool that was closed during our stay, however. For breakfast, they had pretty much everything you could imagine including congee which was a nice bonus. One issue was that the ketchup bottle was empty - very minor issue. There was a lot to choose from including fruit, cereal, oatmeal and a variety of toppings, cheese, ham, cheese omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, muffins and bagels (to name a few). There is a starbucks located in the lobby of the Sheraton (which is joined to the Best Western) and there is a Tim Hortons right outside the hotel - so although there is no free coffee in the lobby, there are are two great places to buy it from. I did really hurt my foot by scraping it on a metal piece under the bed - so just be careful with that. Overall it was an amazing stay. The workers were all amazing and very caring. Really enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely return!

I generally try to stay at best western hotels when I travel. I picked this one for price and based on previous reviews. I found the staff to be efficient and helpful. Check in was fast. As others have noted this is an older hotel attached to the Sheraton. I found the quality of the mattresses not as good as other BW I've stayed at. Noise from the hall was loud in the room. For me the biggest disappointment was breakfast. This was shared with the Sheraton. The benefit of this was lots of seating. Overall though the food quality was decidedly average and compared to other BW I found the expectation of a tip for the included breakfast irritating especially given the level of service provided both at the table and to refill items. Lastly I tried to call the front desk numerous times during and immediately after my stay and in most cases nobody picked up. All in all the cost for this hotel was low and I would suggest you get what you pay for.

We stayed here as family of three . The rooms were excellent and so was the breakfast.It is Very conveniently located near shopping areas where you can almost anything ranging from diapers to medicine to coffee and bagels !!.

From the moment you arrive to the time you leave the staff could not have done anymore to make this a great place to stay. The best surprise was breakfast from the service to the quality of food everyone at your establishment must truly love the job they do because it shows when they see you and help you.

We stayed for the Ad Astra convention. The room was larger then I expected. Nothing super fancy but I satisfied. We did have a slight problem with the HVAC but the reception desk sent a staff person to our room promply and he sort the issue to our satisfaction.

The room was extremely clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Bed was comfortable. Micro and fridge. My 10 year old loved the choice of pools, the ping pong and pool tables. My husband and I loved the gym, the convenience store, the Starbucks inside the hotel and the Tim Horton's 10 feet away! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Food was limitless, abundant and fresh and hot! Great deal! Hotel was well kept, clean and safe.

A free upgrade to a beautiful suite, as well as arranged a beautiful tray of goodies for our son's celebration. Thank you Justin for your amazing service and extra special treatment. In my many years of hotel staying, never have I've been privy to this kind of professionalism and kindness. I guarantee Best Western will always be my first choice from now on. Don't think twice about Richmond Hill best western.

No complaints about the hotel but nothing special that will make me want to continue visiting. Hotel pools are great there is one inside and out outside. Buffet breakfast was really good and parking was not an issue. Rooms were clean but small and a little old, our "patio door" was just a window that did not open. Room service book has lots of options for local food spots and there is a time Hortons in the same parking lot. Overall good experience however I would prefer to stay right in Vaughn for the same price.

The hotel is a 2 floor building, very clean. Our room was clean , the beds were comfortable , and breakfast was good. the staff were good and warm. In general, it's a good place to stay while visiting Toronto . This is the second time that I choose Best Western. And always happy .

A few days ago I posted a review on the site. I would like more than anything to be able to take it off as it was done before I had a chance to speak with the people that value the customer service there. Yes, I had issues, but I was granted the opportunity to speak with someone on a higher level when I returned home from our trip. she and the night manager did all they could do to ensure that we had the opportunity to have things righted and to have us return which we are doing. I should have spoken to her before posting the negative review and for that I do apologize.

Sometimes it was very difficult to find a place to park. They share parking with the attached Sheraton, a nearby convention center and many small businesses. The in-room HVAC "control" allowed for OFF or full-bore ON. Noise abatement from adjoining rooms and the hallway were very poor.

Great hotel and breakfast and fitness facilites but not accessible Just one elevator which is under construction and poorly placed in hotel regardless. Accessible people need first floor only. Great breakfast though just fab!!

I was staying two nights at this hotel and i have never been so disappointed. We were in the basement room 7136. There was mold behind the toilet in the bathroom. The coffee machine wasn't working. The hallways of the hotel were dirty and the wall was peeling off when you first entered. This is not what you would typically expect from a Best Western hotel. The lobby was small and uncomfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was okay and the beds were semi-comfortable. Wifi was very slow. The pool area was okay, the lockeroom was disgusting and very small. Will not visit again...

Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. My room had plenty of space and the bed was very comfy. For a hotel that is located on quite a busy street, it was extremely quiet. Breakfast had a large selection to choose from. Staff at front desk, housekeeping and breakfast were very friendly and approachable.

We chose this hotel based on location and price. The rooms are larger than those in more modern hotels. They are clean and serviceable. The housekeeping staff are friendly, courteous, and caring. The staff in the breakfast could not have been better, especially "Peter". He made our trip memorable simply by being the caring person that he is. The food at the breakfast bar cannot be beat.

We always stay at Best Western when we go for swim meets. They usually can get us in early for a nap in the afternoon to rest for evening races. They usually (but not always) accommodate an early breakfast for swimmers in the morning when there are multiple swimmers staying at the hotel. Great hotels to stay at.

The rooms were clean and large, we had a balcony with a private view. The service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The walls seem a little thin as we were kept awake by loud voices in the room above. The breakfast was hearty and the quality of food was great. Hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again.

Bed extremely uncomfortable and room smelled musty no water pressure in shower didn't even have shampoo to wash my hair in the morning worst sleep ever staff was nice but didn't really do anything about my issues I won't be staying here again

Hotel is average at best...front desk/check in area is so small...can get very uncomfortable quickly, if a line forms....rooms were average....I had a 1st floor, ground level room, with two large windows, rather than patio doors. Would've been much easier to off-load and load the vehicle with patio doors. Breakfast was decent, and is at the attached Sheraton Hotel, which appears to be a much nicer hotel at the same price. No issues with staff - they do the best with what they have. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Overall I've stayed at this location a bunch of times throughout the years, This time I wanted to pay the deposit via cash but the person ta the counter unfiormed me this policy no lonegr exist. That fair but my wide had my credit card so I was stuck. he made me feel small saying he is putting a note on my profile saying this is the last time this accommodation can be made for this customer. - I get it about the new policy but don't make me feel like a kid by saying this is it - no more and I am putting it on your file.... The hotel and price/location is great but to have this happen and then to have a knock on my door at 9am from house cleaning - - woke us up....This experience was not great

Great place to stay in Richmond Hill at Highway 404 and Highway 7 for convienience with a Tim Hortons next door. This is my second time staying here, and plan on staying here again when I am near the area

Great location, friendly staff, courteous and helpful service, good breakfast included. Pleasantly shares the buildings with Sheraton and a small plaza, so without leaving the house you can go to gym, Starbucks and the Host Indian Restaurant.

We had used our Airmiles to book a room with a queen bed at this property. Upon arrival, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a room with two queen beds and a kitchen. With a late arrival and a one night stay, the kitchen was not much use to us. The disappointment was to find that the two beds were doubles, not queens. We do not sleep well in a double and had to use both beds. On the positive side, the room was very spacious as was the bathroom. It was also quite quiet. The bathroom was a funny design in that it was large, yet the toilet was mounted very close to the vanity, causing you to bang your elbow in the vanity as you tried to reach the toilet paper. To combat that anomaly, we took the toilet paper off the hanger and just placed it on top of the vanity. Breakfast is included and they give you tickets to redeem at the next hotel. The two properties are connected, so crossing over was convenient. The breakfast is the high point of the stay. It's a buffet with excellent and generous choices. You have a choice of hardboiled eggs, scrambled eggs and a cheese omelette, for example. Do you prefer bacon or sausages? Both are available. In addition, there are traditional cereals as well as fresh fruit. Tea, coffee and several juices are available, too. If I were rating this property for the room itself, I would have given it a 3. The quality of the breakfast brought the score up to 4.

While I was at the front desk, my husband was approached by a woman who was offering illegal services in the parking lot. But they refused to rent me a room for the night because I didn't have a credit card. they value prostitutes but not normal people without a credit card. Very disgusted.

Free parking, great service at check in & out, friendly hotel staff, clean rooms & comfortable beds, AMAZING breakfasts (resort-style continental hot breakfast...with an omelette station, waffles, various meats, eggs, fruits, cereals, muffins, etc)! Coffee is excellent & orange juice too! The dining staff is just as amazing as the food-shout out to Peter who went out of his way to occupy our son while letting is have a minute to finish our food. Just an all round excellent experience!! If there were any feed back or cons with our stay it would be that the heating system & piping/water pressure were too loud!! Otherwise, pretty sound proofed and quiet hotel! Definitely will come back & highly recommend to our friends!

Nicely located right off the highway, it is the same complex with the Sheraton Parkway. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and has a good variety of food. The rooms are well kept but could use some renovation. It is located in the middle of main attractions and restaurants in Richmond Hill area. Lots of parking indoors and outdoors. Great place for events and conferences. The Best Western has no elevator, so the ground floor is the best option

This hotel provides a good place to stay at reasonable prices. We used it for New Years Eve with our venue close by which made it very convenient. If you are looking for somewhere to stay and don't want to pay a lot, this is a good value for money.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Would definitely go back!!. The breakfast was the best out of any other hotel that has breakfast included that I have stayed at. Appreciated the optional free underground parking as we had about 7 inches of snow fall one night.

I had to stay in town for two nights because of the weather. I parked outside the first night, not really being able to see the exact parking spot. When I went out to my car at 6 in the next morning, a car parked in front of me, another behind! Merry Christmas! I ran inside letting "Flora" know my predicament. I told her I really needed to get to work, and she not only arranged a cab for me, she made sure the Best Western paid for it. She really made my day! When I returned, the Best Western staff put a pylon in front of my car, so no one could block me in again. I found out after that that free indoor parking is offered, so I parked inside with no issues. Thank you Flora for for making what could have been a really bad experience into a great one! I will stay again next snow storm!

The property is great with breakfast at the Sheraton next door. Its accessible by public transportation if you're a visitor and close to shops and restaurants. The room cleaning crew was great and went out of their way to make us comfortable! Special mention to Malika who made sure we had everything we needed in our room.

You get access to the Sheraton-they are connected so you can use both hotels pools and fitness areas. The free breakfast buffet is in the Sheraton restaurant and it is so good-table service for drinks and you can sign for at tip to be billed to you room-bacon, ham sausage,made to order egg/omelet station, cheese,yogurt even vegan options not the average free buffet. The bed was comfy, wifi great, nice staff!

Hotel is handy to the north part of Toronto, right on Highway 7 and 407. Rooms are nice. Restaurant is good, with excellent breakfasts. Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

low cost hotel, room was very noisy both from outside noise and noisy heating unit. If you are a light sleeper stay away, if you're slightly hard of hearing its not a bad deal. Free breakfast was ok, supplied by adjoining hotel.

Very helpful and mature, experienced staff. Check-in was very quick even though encoder was not working well, employee easily handled the issue without missing a beat. Breakfast was a very nice spread and the staff handling beverage service table side was very tentative.

The hotel is average. There is a handi-capped ramp on the side of the building, but there is no signage to indicate this. There is no handi-capped button to open the door on that side of the building. There is a ramp, but what good is it if you can still not get the door open. The dinner in the adjoining restaurant is very good. There service during breakfast is abysmal. I was yelled at when I wanted to do "take-out". When I put the tiny portion of food I was allowed to take on a plate, the plate was snatched out of my hand causing food to fall to the floor. There is absolutely no care for those with health issues making eating in the dining room less preferable to eating in one's room. The bathroom was dirty when I arrived, and was cleaned with a vacuum, no water. BUT the cleaning was excellent during the rest of my stay.

We went to this hotel as part of a group for a hockey tournament. While sending an email the previous day to ask if we wanted to check in online ahead of time, it was really a waste of time, as the room was not ready at the time I indicated. I don't mind waiting til the actual check-in time, but then don't give me the option to check-in early if the room won't be ready. And many of our group did not have a room at the offical check-in time of 3 o'clock. As we were traveling back and forth to an arena in Newmarket, it was tricky to leave our luggage in a over-stuffed wait room while left for a hockey game. Since the hotel knew they would be booked full for the hockey tournament, it would have been in their best interest to have extra cleaning staff on hand to make sure that the rooms were ready and available. As well, parking at this location was really difficult. Small lot, small parking spaces for bigger vehicles.

rooms were nice, room attendants were great,parking was a free for all but if staying in the area we had a good commute to downtown daily...a straight shot down 404/don valley/bloor. the breakfast was great, would watch youngsters outside at night-lots of massage parlours in the area.

Oddly enough this is our second stay at this property but only the first time we were offered a complimentary breakfast the next day. Our friends stayed the same night as us and were quoted a fee of $17.95 each for the breakfast buffet so they went elsewhere.

Overall a good place to stay with a reasonable price point. I would encourage travellers to ask about the buffet breakfast available. We stayed one night and attended a Christmas function in the ballroom (adjoining property).

I have been staying at Best Western hotels all over the world. I choose to stay at BW hotels because of their consistent high quality. I never have to wonder about what my room might look like. I always know ahead of time that I will stay at a comfortable and very clean place with great beds.

Great location, great breakfast and clean rooms. What more do you want. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Flew from Edmonton and got in at 3pm, was a quick check in. Room had a good temperature and bedding was clean. Will stay here again if can.

Location was ideal for our purposes. The staff were helpful and polite. The bed was really comfortable, and the in-room coffee pot was appreciated in the morning. The restaurant staff were also very pleasant and helpful....great breakfast buffet! The parking was a bit sticky as 2 hotels and a convention center share the same lot. The front desk did offer a problem solver for the parking issue. I would stay here again.

This hotel was very clean, large and the staff were very friendly. It is within walking distance to a large number of restaurants and the free breakfast provided was very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the décor was slightly outdated. The fitness facility was very nice and had all of the equipment you could need.

My stay at the Best Western Hotel was overall very good. I would recommend it for anyone, therefore the price is pretty reasonable. They offer free parking services to guests and also a free included breakfast, which was nice. At check-in the hotel clerk offered me an extra free hour to stay for the next day which was much appreciated. The rooms are very clean and have good furniture. Free wi-fi and cable. The washrooms were also nice, with a lot of towels included. I was really pleased with the service here and definitely will be coming back!

Clean comfortable room. Nice patio doors make it convient to get our to the car. Close to hwy and easy to find. Lots of parking with safe walkways. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Jug of refreshing flavoured ice water in the lobby.

I attend a conference every year at the Sheraton next door and always stay at the Sheraton. Unfortunately for me, I didn't book in time this year so I had to stay at the Best Western next door. The staff was very friendly but that was the only positive. The room was dated and in dire need of upgrading. There was some construction going on at the hotel which normally wouldn't bother me except that work began before 8 am in a utility room directly beside my room. I wasn't told that would be the case and it would have been nice to know.

The hotel is close to the 407 highway, which is why we picked it. Older building, but the room we stayed in was updated. We got lucky and found a place to park near the front door. Parking could be a problem since the lot is shared with another hotel, and several retail establishments. Noisy parking lot late at night as other establishments close. Breakfast was superb. Located in the adjoining hotel. Selection,service,and quality was excellent.

very noisy when they host junior sports teams and no effort to control them. no apologies were made and frankly that is very off putting. the breakfast buffet quality has deterioated since we first started goiing there 2 years ago

An error on my on line booking was missed by me when I read the booking confirmation. When I arrived at the htoel I had no reservation. Once the front desk rep. Justin took me in hand he found me a room, contacted his manager, explained the situation and the corrective actions were set in motion. When I checkedout next morning all was resolved. Most appreciated

I was staying for 6 nights while my husband was in the hospital. Best Western provided shuttle service to the hospital, discounted rates, and they have an amazing fitness facility. I did not have a rental car so I mainly stayed at the hotel when I was not visiting my husband. The weather was very hot so the outdoor pool was great! I had food options, coffee options, Tim's next door, Starbucks within, and I loved that I could participate in the fitness classes, yoga, strength building, and more.

The room they gave us was very large but the room itself was not the best...very old/plain decor and very outdated with dirty walls. The surrounding area was ok with places to walk to, but I'm not sure I would stay there again!

was good on check in and the room on the 2nd floor was quite nice. Quiet during the evening until a larger group came to their rooms around 11 and made more noise in 25 minutes than the entire stay. Plain ignorant people who would not shut up, and normally they are loud anyway

overlook that the patio doors where really dirty, but the rest of the room was perfect. front desk staff and housekeeping staff where terrific. hotel is a little worn but still a really enjoyable stay

spent 4 days at this hotel prior to a family wedding. Large clean room with a microwave,clean linen and friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast at the Sheraton next door was plentiful and large choices. Staff although busy was attentive to our needs. Handy to have a Tim Horton next to the hotel. Shame about the bright lights opposite of the hotel I from the massage parlours... Early evening there was a sighting of a woman in a dressing gown entering from the side door and going into the room for some sort of services. Not so safe to be on the ground floor as the side door is always kept open. Bus stop is just opposite the hotel and within walking distance lots of nice Chinese restaurants.

The only rooms with balconies or walk outs are the two double bed rooms. All King bed rooms have sealed windows even on the ground floor. Staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

For visit to New York, a stay at Jersey makes sense since it's way more economical. It is a 20 minutes train ride to either the World Trade Centre or 33rd St. The breakfast which was included was ample. The room was a bit dated but nonetheless comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel many years ago. I would definitely stay here again when the location suited me. this hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was better than expected. I had to leave early in the morning and it was hot, fresh and ready for me. I really appreciated that!!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. My stay was quite busy as TIFF was in town so there were a lot of visitors. Noise levels were acceptable in the evenings but you can hear people talking in the halls. Rooms have a fridge and microwave so for longer stays it works out well. Staff are friendly. Location is close to the 404 and near restaurants and stores.

Definitely worth the money, out of the busy city and more relaxing but still have lots of choices for restaurants. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with everything from checking in, places to visit, and checking out

The rooms are outdated, dirty and have a musty odour. There was acts of prostitution occurring directly across the hotel parking lot and right next to my hotel room. Managers denied it yet side access door was open 24/7 providing them a way to access their consistent hotel room without passing front door staff.....convient!!!!! No staff would address issues or return phone calls. Totally disgraceful facility! Do not stay here especially with children or sports teams!!!

Was there this weekend with our hockey team. Rooms were terrible smelled like smoke and musty. Hair all over in bathroom rooms were not cleaned like they should be. Side door never locks always open. They share a parking lot with " Massage Parlours" and prostitutes going into a room 2 nights in a row walking in the main door down the hallway in there robes men knocking on there doors and In and out. All of these issues were brought to managements attention and nothing done about it. $130 a night for a dirty old hotel and unsafe doors. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

I have never been so impressed with the deal we received from this hotel from the breakfast feast to the cost of the room and all amenities included. We could not have asked for a better deal. The breakfast stands out as the best breakfast anywhere and the easy access to highways going downtown or to the airport or in any direction you want to travel is amazing. The surrounding restaurants and services are also very good and the three choices of pools to choose from is unheard of anywhere else I have been. Keep up the good work and I know I will be back on my next trip to Toronto or surrounding area.

Each summer season my crew and look forward to coming to Richmond Hill and the Best Western. The amenities are great and as always I find it like a mini vacation even if I am there for work. Keep up the great work!

When you first arrived it doesn't look very good but inside it is actually pretty good. good room, good Gym, good breakfast, not that noisy. If i have to go back i would stay there again without any problems

Reported the issue with the unit to the front desk no one bothered to look at it. Unplugged it the second night to try and get some sleep. Breakfast buffet had a soup kitchen quality to it and featured the most miserable group of servers I have ever encountered

Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North was an excellent place to stay for our family trip. Although it does need upgrades it is very clean and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is connected to another hotel which at times was slightly confusing (to get to our complimentary breakfast or the gym/pool) but staff were very helpful getting us to our destinations. The breakfast was delicious and they had something for everyone (including my picky eaters) Highly recommend!!!

We had an awful stay. Are room was in the basement. The whole hallway had an awful smell to. The room had only 2 small windows with no patio door. There was construction right out r window. We were traveling with a team and everyone else had a larger room with patio doors. We weren't even offered a choice in rooms when we called. An hour after we checked out we realized that we had left are daughters soccer cleats in the closet. I called the hotel and they said they would find them for me. Once I arrived at the hotel to pick them up I was given a bag of ALL the garbage and everything left in our room. I went through it and found no soccer cleats. I asked for a key to go check the room. Once I got there i checked the closet and there was no soccer cleats. I walked by the house keepers that had cleaned are room and i could hear them on there walkie talkies saying they had not seen our shoes. I went back to the front desk and said they aren't there anymore. He said the housekeeper said everything from r room was in the garbage bag. I said that there is garbage in that bag that isn't even from our room. He said that he had called twice to security and that nothing else was turned in except for the garbage bag. Also that security is getting mad because he called twice to ask. I left feeling upset and lied to. My husband called back to the hotel and spoke to security who was VERY rude. He didn't care and made it seem like we were bothering him. My husband threatened to call the police because we knew that someone there had taken them.. Then LIKE magic the shoes showed up! They said the found them on the housekeepers cart. IT is horrible and pathetic that housekeeping or security would steal soccer cleats. Your customer service was so POOR and not trust worthy.

We found our room was not clean. Beds seemed to be ok but the overall cleanliness was lacking. Found a wash cloth hanging over a lamp shade, dirt around the edge of the bed and toothpaste residue on the bathroom counter.

The rooms were dingy and dark. Upon arrival the beds were not made well. It looked like the steward was in a hurry to turn the room over. The beds were very small and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom fixtures were falling apart and the entire room felt unclean. The room, although non-smoking, smelled like smoke.

Stayed here during the tournament. Staff was great with the kids playing in the hallways. Put the whole team in the same area instead of different floors which has happened at other hotels. Very accommodating.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay for a family vacation! It is clean, comfortable, has friendly staff, affordable prices and great location to attractions such as Canada's Wonderland and the Toronto Zoo. At such a great price, my expectations were far exceeded!! My family enjoyed a beautiful complimentary hot breakfast buffet in the mornings and the kids especially loved the use of the pools. Not only does the hotel have their own workout room, pool and sauna, but you also get access to the attached Parkway Health Club, where there's another indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and steam rooms. My kids couldn't believe their luck and enjoyed every single one of them! I didn't have time for a workout, but the health club had a well-equipped fitness centre and several racquet courts. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip in the Toronto area!!!

No windows in room, no elevator, bad odor in room, defective air unit even after the maintenance guy "fixed" it, temp never went below 24.5deg. Ineternet speed was poor. Food included in breakfast buffet was food.

I try to stay at Best Western since they provide a great value. The Parkway was an exceptional value with the wonderful breakfast (at the Sheraton restaurant). They had an assortment of fresh fruit, eggs, muffins and so much more. The fitness center adjoining the hotel that guests were allowed to use was also excellent. The location (north of Toronto) was pretty good. We drove about 10 minutes to the subway station that took us to Union Station, where the CN Tower and Aquarium are. It was not too far from the zoo. It was an excellent value and would recommend it.

Pleasantly surprised upon check in that we had been upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and will do so if I am back in this area.

At first site, the Best Western seems very basic but your nightly room fee includes an excellent breakfast and access to large outdoor and indoor pool. The room was clean (cleaning staff were very friendly!), service was attentive. I really do have to highlight the breakfast - there were pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals, toast/englishmuffins/bagels, hardboiled eggs, bacon, sausage and other egg options - all very tasty. We also ate dinner at the same hotel restaurant and it was excellent and reasonably priced.

Very nice hotel, with an outstanding gym facility with large cardio, weight room and squash courts. Has both indoor and outdoor pools. In room alarm clock went of at 4:30 AM without me setting it. Not too impressed. Otherwise quite comfortable.

We stayed one night at this hotel, and it was better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome. The only thing we weren't keen on was the lobby - it looked more like a back entrance for employees than a main lobby. But other than that minor detail, everything was great.

We checked in late in the evening. Lady at the desk on Friday (July28) was very helpful. She was also a breakfast host morning of Saturday and Sunday morning. Always smiles and response with great attitude. Friday night we were out of water and she went out of her way and gave us full case of water with great smile on her face. We had 2 rooms and both rooms was clean. I will stay there again if I get an opportunity to visit Toronto in future.

The location of the Best Western Parkway Hotel in Toronto was ideal for our trip. Close to amenities, transportation, major roadways, food, shopping, and friends. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Rooms and beds were comfortable for 4 persons.

My family stayed at this hotel this past week while travelling to Canada's Wonderland. We arrived late and couldn't find the address with the GPS and had to stop by a near hotel to get directions. We were told that they weren't sure if the room was clean due to a problem with the housekeeping system. Then, when we got the room, we were told that we were upgraded to a bigger 3 bed room in the Basement! Musty, dingy and no windows! We had our 5 year old and I refused to stay in that rom as I felt it was unsafe. I asked to move rooms and the staff said there were no rooms with 2 beds like we had booked but they had over booked. I told him we would stay in a king bed room and we were moved up to the second floor. The wallpaper was yellowing and peeling, the carpet appeared dirty, the bathtub had hair in it and there was a weird alcove area with a fridge and microwave that was creepy. The room felt damp and there was a terrible smell of air freshener everywhere that was definitely trying to mask the awful smell. The only good part was the breakfast which was at the Sheraton. We only slept and got out of there as quickly as possible in the morning. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in was fast but girl at the front desk did not tell me about my free breakfast or give me a voucher. Went back and asked about this and they seemed annoyed that I mentioned that I did not receive a voucher. Room was clean and room was quiet. Breakfast the next morning was at the Sheraton next door. This was a busy buffet breakfast and one staff member was particularly rude. I wouldn't recommend taking advantage of the free breakfast unless you don't mind being humiliated in front of other guests.

Had a wonderful stay..good location.children loved the pool. Staff was very helpful with everything we needed. Room service was quick an there were several different options for breakfast buffet. The room we were moved to after our ant ordeal was perfect.

Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto was a good place to stay. Service was swift, accurate and helpful. The desk clerk was friendly. The room was convenient, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was much better that the usual complementary hotel breakfast.

Great experience, hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. On checking in on the afternoon of Saturday, July 15th we were greeted by Justin at the Front Desk. An awesome job!! Unfortunately another family was impatiently waiting to check in (their room wasn't ready) and was giving Justin an unwarranted hard time-honestly beyond his control. Despite this small group, Justin did a great job maintaining his composure and professionalism. People can be difficult sometimes and I appreciate the role of Front Desk is the first individual frustrations are directed at. Great job Justin and awesome smile. Keep up the great work!!

Room was dirty and staff was not helpful! There were noise and smoke issues with other guests during both of the nights we stayed. The breakfast staff were rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

The bed was confortable, the room clean, breakfast alright BUT we could hear the other people in the other rooms (I heared a kid crying, other takign a shower and people walking in the room above us) I felt like I was in my boyfriend's previous appartment. (which was cheap and could hear the other people...this is a big irritation point for me)I already stayend at better hotel

Our check in girl was fast, friendly and efficient. The hotel was very clean. My room was large with a good sized work area. Lots of electrical outlets. The Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom large, clean and the shower had great pressure and hot water. Lots of car parking outside. The breakfast area is in the adjoining Sheraton and was really fantastic. You get a coupon for this at check in. The buffet selection was huge and very varied and there was an attendant there all the time. The location of the hotel was good - not to far to the airport - not far to downtown. If there was a bad thing at this hotel it would be the Wi-Fi isn't very strong. Check out was fast and easy. There are many eating options in the next block - you can easily walk. A great hotel, great price and I will stay here again for sure!

Went to a Jays game, stayed at Best Western Parkway, went to Science Centre the next day. Hotel staff were very helpful, room a good and comfortable size. Included breakfast was amazing. Would stay here again, with out a doubt.

I'm always greeted by staff in a warm, friendly manner. The room is always clean and comfortable. I find the location central to many activities and it is a reasonably easy to get to downtown Toronto from the hotel.

had appointment in Toronto so booked because of location and price. was arriving later at night after driving 8 hours and could not find the hotel. out gps kept saying we were there but we were still on the highway. we pulled over and called the hotel and the lady that answered the phone, knew right away what the issue was and gave us the address that our gps could locate the hotel. this happens to people all the time with gps is what we are told. the hotel was loud, hockey teams were in town, and played in hallway through the night. the floor we stayed on smelled of weed. will never stay here again.

great hotel, great employees, everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. great amenities, including breakfast and fitness club with both indoor and outdoor pools. great onsite restaurant for quality dinners. convenient location to get around by car or public transportation.

We recently stayed at Best Western Parkway Hotel North for one night for a soccer tournament. The majority of the team stayed at this hotel. The check in and front lobby are very sketchy and made me very nervous as to what the rest of the hotel looked like. Check in was easy and we went to our room. Hallways have a musty smell and are outdated and dark. The room and washroom was outdated but clean. The soccer team decided to go for a swim...finding the pool area was a little bit of a maze. The indoor pool was a basic hotel pool with an outdoor pool right beside, along with a grassy area and numerous lounge chairs. The parents all attended the outdoor pool area and the patio area with the kids and were shocked when we were told no outside food or drinks are permitted in these areas as per policy. It's disappointing when attending a hotel outdoor pool to relax as a team when there are food and drink rules. When I asked if there was a community area we can attend where outside food and drinks are permitted we were told it's a $100.00 fee to rent the area but we can enjoy ourselves as a team in our room. Squishing over 25 people in a hotel room was not an effective solution as our neighboring room did complain about the noise (understandably). Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North is an okay place to lay your head as a quick hotel but not accommodating for teams. I suggest relaxing on the no food or drink policy in the outdoor pool and patio area.

Hotel was ok for the price. Room size for the suite was great, but decor and cleanliness was just ok. Breakfast was nice to have available, but food was so-so. Connection to Sheraton was nice (we were there with a sports group) with the lobby/bar area available to congregate.

Friendly and helpful check-in and check-out Beds very comfortable, Nice pillows, big rooms (2 double beds) Of course it's not a 5 star so it could always use some cosmetic improvement but very clean. Price reasonable. I booked it on Tuesday. Once in Toronto I checked the price and it had gone down by $10 - $15 dollars so I called and they adjusted the price very politely and efficiently.

During our stay the room was clean and very big got an upgrade as a BW rewards member. Friendly staff, good breakfast would recommend good value for your money. Would stay in this hotel again and recommend it

At very short notice, our 18 year old daughter in Richmond Hill informed us she was having friends over and how nice it would be if we could make ourselves scarce for the evening. We are Best Western Rewards members, and decided to use points for a stay at the local Best Western. We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and the warmth and professionalism of the staff. We enjoyed dinner and the included breakfast buffet in the restaurant Crave (that's actually located in the adjoining Sheraton). The meal quality was very good, and the cost was reasonable. The rooms are quiet and well-appointed. Highly recommended.

Terrible stay. Will never return. Sheraton next door was sold out so I got bumped to this one. Next time would spend whatever time it took to find another hotel in the area before spending one night here. First, no ramp to getting into the hotel or between floors, so you must lug your own luggage up/down. No help available, just one staff on front desk, who aren't too helpful. First gave me keys to a dank, mouldy smelling room in the lower level (instantly got a headache when I went in), moved to another room on main floor, small but seemed ok. However, toilet didn't flush properly and both sink and shower drained very slowly. Fridge was barely warm one day and everything frozen rock solid the next. Upstairs from 10pm on it sounded like a laundromat, with dryer doors slamming and out of balance loads thumping, for hours on end, No idea what was going on there but the sound really travels freely in this place so beware. Bathroom door not clean or properly painted, squeaked loudly when opened/closed. After first sleepless night I tried again to book into the Sheraton but there were no rooms available at any price. Best Western staff were completely disinterested in my desire to find another hotel and leave. Didn't try to address cause or display concern. After second sleepless night I left a note with the front desk staff about poorly flushing toilet, noise upstairs and squeaky door but staff was not concerned, said they only had one lower room available (the mouldy smelling one), so I stayed where I was. Nothing was fixed, no one responded to my note and I was delighted to finish my conference and leave. Don't know if it was quieter the third and last night or I just slept better from exhaustion. Will never stay here again.

The hotel is reasonably priced, staff very friendly and nice rooms. There are pools and a large fitness centre which we haven't used. This is our second time staying here when visiting family in the area. The rooms are fairly clean – I noticed a few cob webs so they could do with a good sweeping. Last time we were bothered by the noise in the hallway but this time we were closer to the back and the noise didn't bother us. We could here noise going on as there were a number of sports teams staying there but this room was well soundproofed.

Hotel staff was friendly and room was clean .The parking was a bite messy as it shares with other hotels. The breakfast was in another hotel food court but in a restaurant . The experience was very good.

Was staying for a conference with my sanity and had a great time. Lots of room in the hotel to explore for my baby and had very comfortable beds! I loved that it was connected to the Sheraton which was easy to get around. It was quiet and clean. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to someone with children because here are two pools to access.

Conveniently located near the 407 and 404, allows for easy access to downtown or the airport. Fully cooked breakfast offers many choices and is a great way to start the day. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Lots of shopping close to the hotel.

My comments have been expressed - the hotel did not meet my needs because of the amount of walking from the room to the conference center in the Sheraton, knowing that I would be attending. Hopefully a better experience next time.

I stayed on Best Western parkaway for two days on 18th and 22nd being a part of tour group.first time they gave me a smaller room and next time I got a bigger room.room was small first time but presence of coffee machine and tea bags helped.there was a vending machine at ground floor which had razor,advil,toothpaste,chocolate but it was out of order.the machine just returned 25 cents everytime i put a dollar coin.it is better to ask toothpaste and razor from reception as they give it for free.complimentary water bottles are also available at reception.there is atm near reception and a inhouse Starbucks near breakfast area.breakfast was ok because I think hotel shares it with Sheraton.the hotel had blocked 50$ for incidentals onmy credit card on both of my visits which was not removed even after two weeks.

This hotel is connected to a Sheriton. Both are excellent in amenities. Friendly staff are very helpful. Included buffet breakfast was excellent. The only negative was we could not find parking mid day Saturday. The lots were all full..had to park over by Jack Astors!

When you are accompanying a family member to Shouldice Hospital this hotel is farely close and easy to access. They even have a special price for family members. It has great amnieties and the staff is wonderful

Have stayed at this location several times in the past. Rooms have been renovated and are very nice and comfortable. The room had, 7316 had a balcony with was very nice. Check in was fast and friendly and upon getting situated in the room the front desk called to make sure everything was ok. I later contacted the front desk regarding a TV channel and programming question. They were helpful and then called later with further information to help out. Very helpful. Hint: if coming from Hwy 7 eastbound towards the hotel turn left(north) onto Leslie St and then into the hotel parking lot.

Have stayed here several times over the years, always good. Access to the attached fitness health club (squash courts, pool, etc), is nice. Great buffet breakfast included, plenty of chopped fruit along with the usual items. Nice bar there too, & more restaurants in the immediate vicinty, than I can believe. Mostly Asian, but lots of others too. City bus access, major highway a stone's throw away, theatre down the street, with an lcbo, etc. I never have a bad experience staying here.

My husband was at Shouldice Hospital for 1 week and I stayed at the BW. The staff were very considerate asked about my husband every day and how was I doing. We also had our breakfast included at the Crave Restaurant in the Sheraton. The staff there were excellent as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the experience at this Best Western. Best Western has always provided excellent services and amenities. The Best Western App is also convenient. If you have any questions for the staff they are always willing to help out.

I stayed at this hotel in April of 2017 for one night. The hotel is clean, the reception was cheerful, the room was well layed out and very clean. Most of all, the bed was very comfy! I had a great night's sleep! Breakfast was served in my room on time, although it was not piping hot, it was fine.

We chose this BW because of its location and that's not always the best criteria. We were very happy with your choice, excellent service, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Staff at reception offer bottled water at check in and out and that was a simple gesture that goes a long way.

This was a first for me as according to the front desk since I checked in late (shortly after 6 pm) the only rooms left were in the basement. When we did a reno on our basement, building code said at least 2 egress routes are required and a window is st not apply to hotels. Room itself was fine and met expectations. A group with 5 rooms and a ton of kids were loud and kids were in the hall until late and started again at 6 am. Multiple people instructed the kids to keep the noise down but the parents didn't seem to care. May be due to a budget type hotel and I am much more forgiving of kids behavior on weekends but not during the work week. Breakfast was also very good

We thoroughly enjoy staying here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is great. We especially enjoy the breakfast served at the adjoining Sheraton as well as the pool in the health club. The price is excellent for what you get.

I did not get the morning call on 4/10/2017 morning while other friends at the other rooms seemed got the morning calls OK. I only got the short 15 minutes to have my breakfast. The restaurant opened at 6:30 am, that was too late for our group bus schedule to leave at 7:00 am.

this hotel is brought up in quality as it is connected to s Sheraton so there are additional hidden facilities such as a pool, fitness centre and connected shopping and external restaurant options. The breakfasts are excellent. Free WiFi and parking make this an easy choice if it is in your area. - note this is nowhere near Pearson international airport!

Was on a business trip and this hotel was booked for me. I was quite surprised ! Everyone was quite cordial and very helpful, rooms were very clean and great area surrounding. Had an enjoyable stay for 19 days and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great value for what we paid. Rooms were clean and updated. The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast which was actually at the hotel next door and included in the price was excellent. We would stay here again

Our usúal Toronto BW hotel was full, so we gave this a try. The exterior is plain, and the lobby area is small and quite bland. The rooms were fine, clean, and adequately equipt, but we were disappointed that there were only double beds available in one. The hotel is layed out in almost a motel arrangement, with long hallway and parking right outside our room on the ground floor. The result was that it was somewhat noisy until other guests settled down for the evening. The WIFI service was fine except for email service which didn't seem to work reliably. The hotel is situated in an area with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and since it's adjacent to the Sheridan, there is easy access to bars and restaurants in that property. The breakfast service available with the room is provided in the Sheridan, and was excellent...well beyond what you would normally expect. We would stay at the property again, but ask for a second floor room and queen beds.

Paid $109+ great price but an amazing buffet breakfast!! (Breakfast is in next door hotel restaurant but amazing selection) Room - clean room - good condition - beds were firm but beds are pretty subjective. Would have liked a bit softer - lots of pillows Service - courteous and friendly Great price for a fairly well kept hotel.

Every thing was good until my daughters make up brushes went missing and we compliant to the front desk. And she couldn't help us to find out what happened to the brushes set and we asked to to manager. Manager showed up and she said that she will take care of it. She didn't call us while we were at best western for four days. When we checked out the front desk lady told us that they are not responsible for missing things. Thank you.

Stayed at the Best Western while in the Toronto area and cannot boast enough about the top notch hotel. The rooms were very clean, well equipped and plenty of space. On top of that Best Western which is attached to the Sheraton gives a breakfast chip to each person staying to enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast at the Sheraton. This is a great bonus given free. The buffet is filled with everything to please any appetite and endless juice and coffee. I was so pleased with my stay here that I encourage any traveller to give it a try. The staff in the Sheraton are so very attentive and made myself feel like a truly valued customer. I would say if taking taxis from one area to another Uber is quite a bit cheaper if you are on a budget. Plan to return to this hotel and enjoy the great service I had on this trip. I did possibly lose my digital in the lobby area and it may have been picked up. I would truly appreciate the photos being returned if the person who picked it up reads this. The camera is of no value to me, please keep it but the photos of family and pets are extremely important to me. Would like to have those back. It was a small digital camera, copper color in a black case with a tiny zipper pouch (red) which held all the past data of photos taken over the many years. Please contact me if you did fine the camera and return my photos on these chips would be appreciated.

Very pleased with my stay at the BW. Starting with checking, was smooth. My king size bed was comfortable. The room itself is very large and bright with plenty of lights and mirrors. It has a little counter top with a microwave/fridge and coffee maker etc. The bathroom was bright and clean with nice towel shelves with lights. It was quiet in the night, was staying on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was really enjoyable, variety and lots to choose. You were given two tokens when you check in and you go across to the Sheraton for breakfast you also has the choice to order from menu. You also have access to the indoor pool, hot tube and sauna etc. Note you will be sharing these amenities with public because it is a fitness club. I gave it 3 stars, because I notice corridor carpet was not that clean, guest left their garbage outside their room, few dents in the room etc. One thing to note, please walk with purses or very valuables even if you are going for a smoke. Next morning after breakfast we left the room for a swim, upon returned found our room door wide open. We checked around nothing were not missing, so I did not reported it.

We spent two nights here on Thanksgiving week-end (Saturday and Sunday nights). We didn't spend much time at the hotel, just to sleep and have breakfast. The room was nice except for a few minor repairs needed so it doesn't look run down. I am attaching photos. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker and coffee but no safe. The first two bath towels were decent quality but after that they were very thin and cheap looking. The main problem we had was the noise carries terribly from the adjoining room and from the hallway. The people in the hallways were walking around, talking loudly at 6:00am. At night security was called because the people next door were so loud plus had the T.V. really loud. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good selection. On Monday morning there was a chef making eggs. I used the pool and hot tub once (hot tub not very hot but nice). It seems that there are classes offered at the health club but none when we were there as it was a holiday. This is a very Chinese area and most of the staff and guests were Asian. There were signs everywhere (in English and Chinese) in the health club and dressing room asking people not to spit. Apparently it is a cultural thing. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant. We had requested a king bed and although it wasn't available at time of booking, the young lady at reception found one for us. If it wasn't for the noise and being woken up I would stay here again.

I stayed here on Sept 24th for one night. I believe room 7103 Reason for my stay here was that I was using my reward points and it was close to the venue I was attending. First time with Best western. Pro -friendly staff and included breakfast buffet. Con -limited parking spot Personal experience: The rate for that night is $155, I had rewards points so I paid nothing. The room I stayed at was semi-ground level. Im not sure about other floors, but this room was DINGY and gloomy. Dirty drapes with spider,Paint coming off doors and ceiling, stain or dirt from Ceiling. This did not affect my overall experience as I was only there to sleep for 1 night. However, I would not pay $155 for this ground level room. Conclusion: This room could be better with better attention from management

Quality Hotel with all the amenities. The hotel is close to all major highways so it is easy to go anywhere in Toronto from here. The hotel and rooms are always clean. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet. recommend this hotel to anyone. Book early as it is very popular and is frequently booked up.

We had three reservations at this hotel, second reservation, they couldn't find our reservation at the front desk. This young man named Justin went above and beyond trying to locate our reservation as it was booked through hotel.com He was very pleasant and calm, cool and collected as there were a huge line up of guests waiting to check in after a tour. We really appreciated his service. Our stay was enjoyable, the complimentary full breakfast buffet was good. It was more than our expectation. The room is dated but clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff are friendly and brought us extra towels, toletries when asked. We definitely will come back again. Thank you

Very well kept hotel,just check the side doors,need access with key card.Never seen a BW with breakfast which included an omelette station.Fantastic array of dishes for breakfast.Signage and accessabilty to hotel is great.

When we arrived, I noticed how nice the place smelled..very clean. The staff at the front desk was quite friendly and eager to help. We were given poker chips to pay for our breakfast the next day. Full buffett. Lots of variety. Our room was lovely with nice furniture, not your utilitarian dressers and tables. The TV remote in a cloth bag stating "Fresh Remote". Loved it. I also like the spotless bathroom with a shower that actually had some water pressure. My only complaint is the place doesn't have a lift. Our room was downstairs and we had to carry our luggage down a flight of stairs.

Booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms smelled heavy smoking room. Complained to front desk and Jay handled situation very well as he upgraded one of the rooms. Totally didn't know the other room smelled too so I didn't bother complaining. For the breakfast, not quite sure how I was charged. They gave us poker chips at check in so that we can present it for breakfast. Kids lost 3 chips out of 6 and they charged us breakfast...so be careful for chips. Check out was disaster...such a long line up at 12:00 with 2 people being very busy. One person seemed like he was pretty new so they should have had somebody there to help. There were literally 10 people waiting to check out.

Once you get past the lack of easy parking, the tiny reception area and the long, low corridors, this is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are large, comfortable & clean, the rates are reasonable and the breakfast is excellent.

Had a good experience at this hotel . Was clean, beds are comfortable . Breakfast is at the Sheraton next door but the hotels are joined together so that's not a problem . Breakfast is a full all you can eat buffet and we had the pleasure of being looked after by a lovely gentleman called Peter , he always had time for us , and brightened up our morning

Room was clean, spacious with a fridge, microwave and balcony. Staff very friendly. Buffet Breakfast well stocked and lots of variety. Remote for TV came in a cloth pouch that said 'Fresh Remote' yeah for us clean freaks!!

We return every year to attend a conference and the hotel just gets better every year. The breakfast is fantastic. All restaurants are within walking distance and good choices. Book early over the internet to get the best price. Seasoned traveler Sue.

parking is horrible, there is no elevator in the building. I asked the desk clerk what if he had a handicap person that could not go down the stairs he said they could get help. took 1 hour to get the maintenence person to get to my room to fix the vent system. coould not get on the internet till 2:30am. all that said the room was nice but anything else no way. to far from Toronto staff as helpful as chicken teeth

All good, but Breakfast, wake up for early breakfast (just before 7:00 am) there was a big line for people waiting to be attended to get breakfast) made the line, after 20 mins I have to quit I was still in the middle of the line, so I ended paying for breakfast and wasn't able to take it, I had been in other BW hotels and had no issues with the "Buffet style" breakfast other than that all was good

We stayed a week at the Best Western Parkway hotel with our two kids. The hotel is clean and it has three nice Pools. The included buffet was terrible. In a week, they never changed the menu. The ketchup bottle was left empty until someone complained to a manager. There were flies circulating on the pastries. The service was terrible. We got up three times on our own to get coffee. I got up and got the kids juice myself. The waiter stopped quickly and said "everything looks good" and he took off. Then, he tried to chase us down to get a tip when we were leaving! I told him that the service was horrible and he should not expect a tip when he ignored our table. We are so disgusted with this restaurant that we chose to eat elsewhere today. The hotel is good....I recommend a stay with no buffet included.

We are a family of 4 and we stay in this hotel for 2 nights. If you don't know yet, the Best Western share the installation with the Sheraton just beside. The check in was fast and efficient, the person in the front desk do a excellent job to inform us the direction for the room and the breakfast in the morning. The room was ok, it's clean but the restroom it's little bit small. After the night, the mattress are excellent end the pillows has a soft and hard. You can choose what ever you want ?? The breakfast was on the Sheraton side, everything you need to juice up your day are there. Oh I forget to say that on the first day we found the tour fridge are not working well so we go to the front desk and they send a repairman in few minutes!!! That's it's a service!!! The pool was very good, in the evening you can play pool. Everything it's free. You have a lots of parking, inside or outside. You are near the highway 404. For the first impression it's excellent you can book there !

We stayed at the Sheraton a couple of months back, so when we were planning a family trip, this location was perfect, central to all the activities we were doing. The rooms are really nice and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast (on the Sheraton side) is really good, with lots of options. The kids loved the pools (indoors and out). I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed in the Sheraton a couple of years ago but didn't realize that it is connected to the Best Western. Shared facilities. Breakfast is in the Sheraton for both. Best Western has an indoor pool, sauna and fitness room which were all empty because everyone was in the Sheraton, using their indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room. They also have badminton courts and squash courts. Be aware it can get a little busy as the fitness facilities are also open to local residents that live in the adjoining condos. As far as the rooms are concerned, usual Best Western standards. Breakfast is also good.

We stayed for 6 nights. Staff was good. Ms. Flora at check-in and Ms. Alma during entire stay. Positive: Rooms are extremely good. Staff good. HK good. Lots of eating places around. Access to public transportation Very far from main attractions. Need improvements: * Very dangerous situations: Your phones are not turned on even after many requests. A guest has no way to access emergency services because NO phones and NO elevators. Guest may DIE in the room and no one will ever know. * No elevators in spite of 3 story hotel. How can it be BestWestern? * No Guest laundry of this hotel. We have to share with Sheraton hotel. The washer and dryer takes 90 minutes per machine. and is always occupied. I spoke with Ms Nalini- Guest Relations manager. She had a excuse for NO PHONES. The Sheraton and Best Western shares the phone lines. )Not good excuse)

I enjoy coming to Best Western and rarely will consider staying anywhere else. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The rooms are clean. I have no complaints. I especially love the complimentary breakfast - there is so much selection and the quality of the food is great.

We stayed as a family fro 6 nights and had a great stay. Wonderful hotel with awesome breakfast buffet, pool, fitness, squash and more. The friendly and helpfull staff assisted us several times with recommendations and tips. Clean rooms and nice location with fine public transportation options nearby.

Good Location Superb Breakfast (served at Sheraton the same door). Big Rooms. Quiet. Parking. Direct connection to Town Hall (via walking within the same building). First time I had a full breakfast at a 3 stars hotel served at a connected 4 stars hotel.

Stayed for 1 night in this hotel. Good location for business in Toronto peripheral regions. Outstanding restaurants within walking distance - Beijing barbecue duck resturant, KEG steak, etc. Hotel resturant and breakfast shared with Sheraton. Actually there are in the same building.

I'm a big user of BW hotels. But this one fell very short if expectation. Main entrance not properly identified when first driving in. Old thin towels and skimp on replacement towels, soap etc. The breakfast however is great as it is in attached Sheraton Hotel lobby. Beautiful setting, buffet style with an amazing egg/omelet station Chef. Lots of tables and very pleasant staff.

Visiting Toronto for the Toronto Hakka (Chinese) Conference and staying for five days. The rooms are good sized and the staff is wonderfully accommodating. The hotel is connected to the Sheraton so their lobbies are connected via a walkway. They share a spa and restaurant too! Two indoor pools, gym, steam room and my convention rate is USD$89 daily!! Breakfast was included in the cost and it was really pretty good!!

It is very nice service there, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good quality of breakfast, and the area nearby is very convenience to / from the hwy. I'll be there again if I am coming back to this area. Thank you very much....

We chose this hotel a few years back and have been coming back to the same hotel any chance we are in Toronto. We are now familiar with the area and stay at least 3 or 4 times a year. We like the location, the hotel, the features(ie free breakfast, pool, gym, Tim Horton's right beside). We also like the fact that the Sheraton is attached as it has a little mall below. We always have a great stay and will come back again for sure!

Room was clean and ready for when I checked in. Best sleep- I want the mattress at my house :) Friendly staff and even asked if I needed help with bags and offered bottled water after a long drive. Look forward to staying next year!

Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything you could possibly want in terms of amenities at a very affordable price. Room and facilities were very clean but the lobby is a little tired and could use a makeover.

So glad we chose this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds. It has a health club attached and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor pool. Our rate plan came with a breakfast buffet which was very good - nice to have breakfast with cloth napkins and real cutlery! Service all round was excellent - even to giving us each a bottle of water as we left on a hot day.

Cons: sheet on one bed torn on the side, long hairs were all over the room floor, refrigerator was not working properly, Internet connection extremely slow, water was shot down at night leaving without any possibility to me or my children to take a shower or normally go to the washroom. Pros: Staff including manager was friendly, location of the hotel was good, and yes we were offered free bottled water.

A great stay at the Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North, in Richmond Hill, ONTARIO, Canada. I had a deep sleep in the very comfortable bed. Located in North East Toronto n an Asian Community. The hotel had a very nice indoor pool and sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I highly recommend this location.

Broken air/heat unit and closet doors, only good thing was the room was very clean.Front desk staff, not even said Hi! when checked in, just asked for how many room keys needed and gave them to you and told you where you go for breakfast and that was it, not even bothered to ask or gave it a local map or information for foreign visitor. It may be my bad day, front desk staff was not helpful, did not familiar with the local area.

This was an excellent hotel. For the price, I didn't expect too much, but it turns out I was pleasantly surprised. If I had to look for problems, I'd say there were a few "fit and finish" details (caulking, wallpaper) that could have used some attention, but that's it, and I've certainly paid more to stay in hotels in worse shape. That aside, the whole hotel was extremely clean, both inside and out of the rooms, and all the staff were cheerful, super-friendly and helpful. For example, I noted a sticking sink drain plug in the morning, and it was repaired by the time we returned in the afternoon. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends, or stay again myself. So to summarize: great location, great value and tremendous staff. 5 stars.

The Best Western Parkway Hotel in Richmond Hill, Ontario is the one of the finest hotels in the area. The staff are VERY accommodating (everyone from the cleaning staff, front desk to the waiters/waitresses at the hotel's restaurant) The staff make sure your stay is memorable and relaxing all the same. The hotel offers beautiful suites with an average 2 queen sized beds, as well as a comfortable futon. The Parkway hotel houses a large competition pool, multiple hot tubs and or whirlpools, saunas and squash courts. The staff at the Best Western devote their time to make sure you enjoy every second of your stay. We would like to especially acknowledge the staff at the hotel's restaurant, "Crave". Each morning we were warmly greeted by Eric. He would save us our table for us each morning and provide a welcoming and happy environment and started off each our days just right. We'd also like to note Lilia and Tony, two workers at "Crave" who also made our stay that much more enjoyable. The area is ideal too. Being so close to Canada's Wonderland, the Toronto Zoo and Downtown Toronto, this hotel is perfect for anyone planning on touring or enjoying Ontario. Everything from the friendly staff to the low rates, I encourage you strongly to stay at the Best Western Parkway Hotel if you're in the Richmond Hill or Vaughan area. Our stay was very pleasant and we hope yours may be as well.

It was a nice spacious king room. Hotel was quiet through the night. Didn't get a chance to use the buffet breakfast as we had to dash. Price was great and location was what we wanted. We Would stay again. Lots of things nearby within 10 mins to ikea.

The hotel's location is easy to access. The rooms and common areas are clean. The layout in the room and the bathroom fixtures and amenities are good. The bed was very comfortable. All the staff I had interactions with were top notch. AND the price was right. This was the perfect place to stay while attending my conference.

Unbeatable price for the quality of hotel ! It is very affordable, clean , great staff and service and has all the utilities and services you need .. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was amazing !!! Waffles , bagels croissants fresh fruit , omelette made by chef on the spot .. Impressing . Parking was also included in our stay which was fabulous . The location was great ! Highway 7 near 404 was easy for my boyfriend and I to travel to downtown . Honestly everything was good . We even had access to gym and sports which i have never seen in a hotel in my life . They have racquet ball , tennis , pool ,weight room etc etc . If you're on a business trip or just simply need an adorable convenient and clean place to sTay in Markham, I would highly recommend this hotel. We were expecting a motel from looking at the exterior of the building, but we got a very nice hotel room instead. The front desk staff are some of the very best & friendliest that I have ever seen, especially the young lady: Mary. The location is superb with restaurants, coffee shops and Hwy 404 so close by. The icing on the cake was getting access to the Parkway Health Club, which has hot tubs, saunas, pools, a workout gym, a basketball court, etc. The complimentary breakfast was also quite decent...there was lots of selection! The only minus was that our bed was soft and our backs hurt after sleeping. Make sure to ask for a bed with a new mattress.

My husband & Attended an event at the Sheraton (which is attached). We were able to go between the two hotels without going outside. The room was great. We had a king sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, 2 comfortable chairs. The room was spacious & not crowded. Tim Hortons was only a few steps away (right beside the hotel). Staff were friendly. Tons of restaurants around within walking distance. There were a lot of kids in the hotel for hockey tournaments & other events but we couldn't hear anything from inside our room. The bed was comfortable. No complaints.

I arrived on May second. I went to the room. I noticed I forgot my toothbrush at home. When I went to the front desk they gave me a complementary toothbrush. The beds were very comfortable and well kept and clean. The next day I went to get a complimentary food buffet with an omelette bar and the chefs name was Tony. He made the perfect omelette and made us feel very welcome. I truly recommend this hotel.

Good location, nice and professional staff. Clear, and rooms are comfortable, family style, and good quality of selection of breakfast to make your day. However, I came here for the good location of meeting my business trip there. good to check it out.

In order to have better understanding, I had to put in comparison with my stay with Travelers lodge Richmond Hill I had in March. For the similar price range of expense, Best western offered me a hotel with ZERO smoke odor corridor, a clean suite over 700 sq ft. A full buffet breakfast at restaurant in Sheraton; they had a chef making omelette at order. It was over my expectation considering for the similar room charge I had for the two stays. I even can access the indoor swimming pool in Sheraton. BTW staff over there were very professional and helpful.

Great location, nice room, friendly staff with a lot of extras. The hockey team really enjoyed the pool and all the fun they had playing in the hallways. Not once did any staff complain which happens quite quickly at other places we've stayed. The boys were left alone and because of that had fun and behaved.

We stayed at this location from April 22 to April 24 while attending a hockey tournament in the area. We were checked in very quickly and our room was down the main hall. Room was spacious and clean with lots of room for boys and their hockey bags, as well as an area to make light meals thanks to the mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows on the bed. The sitting area was also nice so you didn't have to sit on the bed to eat. Our group reservation included a full breakfast at the Crave restaurant and it was very good. The options were delicious and well prepared, Hockey tournaments are expensive enough for families and having a full breakfast included to fill our boys up before their games is an added value that will have us returning for every tournament we have in the area. The availability of a meeting room for our team to gather is a wonderful option especially since the meeting rooms are so far from the rooms that we don't have to worry about our kids and our group disturbing other guests. What a great idea to provide this as a meeting options for teams. It keeps the rest of the hotel quiet for others that are not part of the large groups. My only complaint was not being able to open the patio door. With a ground floor room it would have been nice to sit outside or open the patio for some fresh air. We were told it was an issue with guest leaving through the patio door after checking out and the rooms being unlocked but it would be nice to open the door even just to get some fresh air. Overall my family and I were very please with everything. We had great service, a great breakfast, and comfortable accommodations. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here last week for a funeral. Room was clean, hotel was updated and beds were comfy. Complimentary breakfast at adjoining Sheraton is excellent. This is a serious bonus. They also let us check out one hour later with no penalty, which was greatly appreciated.

Overall a nice clean hotel. We were not overly comfortable with a patio door opening to the parking lot as the locks were somewhat shabby. Also the rooms were incredibly hot. We had free wi-fi and free buffet breakfast next door at the Sheraton (connected) which was nice. Breakfast had a decent selection and the food was good. Customer service was also very good. We did not use the pool or any other recreation available.

I will not recommend this hotel to my friends because the cleaniness was poor. There was a weird musky smell in the basement. There should be more floors in the hotel, it feels like a motel instead of a hotel. The bathroom was slippery, almost causing a slip. That could be terrible if someone got hurt.

This is a moderately priced property near Toronto that includes Wi-Fi, parking and a very nice breakfast. It only took an hour to get back to the hotel from a Blue Jays game using the subway. Room is plain but worth staying here for value and breakfast.

Our family really enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet that was included in our stay. It included made to order eggs and waffles as well as fresh fruit, breakfast pastries, oatmeal with toppings, and other hot breakfast foods. We also spent a fair amount of time at the fitness center where we utilized the pool table, racket ball courts, pool and full gym.

Terrible! When I opened my door, I saw those pics! I cant believe that is my room they offered to a Diamond member. Nobody answered the phone at 8pm! The room was freezing whole night that I got the cold next day! I am still sick now.

The Best Western PLUS in Brampton, Ontario, Canada is a Great hotel to stay at! The Best Western Parkway Hotel North, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada is a great hotel to stay at. In the morning the hotel serves a huge breakfast buffet that gives one a lot of energy for the next day. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was awesome to stay at very modern rooms, very clean staff was very friendly free parking and short drive to downtown Toronto. breakfast was amazing with endless choices. Will defiantly be going back for another stay soon!

I question the activities that were going on in this hotel. Staff were very helpful in transferring our stay from the Best Western (Motel!) to the adjoining Sheraton Hotel when we were not happy with the location and view from our room in the Best Western. We were originally given a street level room with a bar on the door facing questionable businesses. Not a family location. We were also told not use the pool as the area was "more for adults..."

I stayed two night for business trip. The room is spacious, fairly clean. But the toilet was a little bit noisy and the bed was not comfortable, too soft. The breakfast was just okay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, however, I won't recommend to others. Sorry.

Visiting a big city like Toronto can make things difficult to choose a hotel with such a large selection around the the various regions! I learned this the hard way with my first selection at a property close by to the Best Western. But after one night of what I would describe as a less than satisfactory stay, I decided to check out and make my way to Richmond Hill and stay at the Best Western. Wow, am I ever glad I did. Where do I start?! It was a family trip where we had 3 to a room. As you can imagine, this can result in lack of personal space. But not here! These rooms were extraordinarily spacious. Instantly upon checking in, I was content with my decision to switch. It didn't end there! The hotel is connected to the Sheraton (a higher end hotel that is well regarded in the industry). I was lucky enough to come in contact with one of their employees - David Sawh. In my years and years of experience staying in various hotels around the world, nobody has come close to the genuine care of our comfort, passion for his profession and overall persona and attentiveness to ensuring all our needs were met. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay not only met our expectations but exceeded them as well. I encourage those looking for a very reasonably priced hotel with all the extra amenities of a 5 star hotel close by and exceptional customer service to choose this property. If David is any indication of how management trains their employees, then rest assured this hotel elevates itself into a class of its own. Thank you Best Western, Mr Sawh and the Sheraton for your overwhelming dedication to our stay and incredible ability to re-define hospitality. Our next stay in Toronto will most certainly be with you.

This was a good value for the price. The hotel and rooms were clean and although there were lots of people staying there was no concern with noise at all. The staff although friendly didn't really go out of their way to do anything special but they were not rude or uncaring either.

I found this hotel clean, quite and friendly. I decided to stay in TO at the last minute, the desk personal, got me in and out with a minimum of fuss. The room was clean, the restaurant service was , amazingly fast. The food was 1st class

always friendly and great rates i work for metrolinx and am in toronto all the time. i never know when im staying and the parkway best western is always accomodating for a room when available. they even gave me a room at the sheraton next door when they had some maintenance problems. my uncle always swore by BW being the best and so do i washago paul

Very good quality hotel. I have stayed here many, many times. Primarily for business but for personal as well on a few occasions. The staff are friendly and seem to do their best to be helpful. A very pleasant stay; which is what I have come to expect each visit.

Stayed at this hotel Feb 9/16 – Feb 13/16 – for Business On check-in, there were a few problems. The room I called to confirm the week before, was not available. Also was informed that the free breakfast that was also confirmed was not available to us. Director of Rooms was called and it a very short time, she made sure that we were made to feel comfortable with our stay. She walked us to our room and even carried our luggage up a flight of stairs! She also made sure that we received the free breakfast for our stay. We also had difficulty with logging on to the internet. A quick call to the front desk brought an IT specialist (do not know his name) to our room and the problem was solved! The measure of a good hotel is how they handle problems. There was no light on one side of the room, a pole lamp was brought up. The heat was also not working and an electrician came up, replaced the thermostat and we had lots of heat. These was done very quickly! The hotel staff were courteous, friendly and very accommodating and totally committed to making our stay a great one.. I would recommend going for the larger room. We enjoyed the extra space and large kitchen area with full size fridge and dishwasher. We are looking forward to our next stay at this Best Western. One person in our party had a difficult time figuring out how the shower worked in the early morning, so was disappointed with that, but otherwise, a wonderful stay, great breakfast included and lovely that it is attached to the Sheraton and several facilities are shared!

Great location off highway. Easy access from either highway 407 OR from Highway 400. Might be a little tricky getting into driveway. Rooms are nice and cozy. There are lots of restaurants in the area and a Tim Horton's coffee shop with in a 2 minute walk. Hotel is attached to Sheraton so you get to use the health club which is amazing. The Steam room is nice and relaxing and so is the pool. The room also includes a Mini Fridge and microwave + you have small tolietries in the washroom. The rooms are clean and neat. You are also attached to the small shopping mall so everything you need is close at hand.

A great location with nearby amenities. A good selection of room types. Easy accessibility to other forms of transportation. I enjoy coming here for the nearby amenities. Great selection of foods on-site.

When all major hotels were booked, there were there in a pinch. Next door to a bigger a hotel and right near of great authentic Chinese restaurants. Room was nothing to rave about, but the staff were great. Located near Beaver Creek area of Richmond Hill. Not a far drive to Pacific Mall. Close to highways and can get to just about anywhere. Rooms so so, but the staff helpfull, pumped up the rating.

Many perks to this hotel for us; complimentary team room for gathering, staff were good to clean around our coming and going for games, let us have rooms near teammates, pool big enough for everyone to swim together, lots of shopping nearby for between games, easy access to highways, fridges in rooms, chain restaurants nearby, Tim Hortons right there and big breakfast. The breakfast wasn't open early enough for our 8 am games but it was open until 10:30 so we ate after the games. Saturday there was a really long line for the buffet breakfast. They have an area set up with long tables so teams can eat together. It is an older hotel and signs of ware (broken dresser, one person had problems with toilet) but they have maintenence and housekeeping staff to address it.

-hotel is outdated and need of a refresh -pool and exercise although fully functioning was dark and gloomy, kids were scared of change rooms -security is poor, anyone at anytime can use any external doors without a card -parking was limited -our room smelled of smoke that was the biggest disappointment -no elevator -if you are in a pinch it will do

On highway 7 just off the 404 and close to Yonge Street. We arrived last and it was busy but they added another front desk person and check-in went smoothly. Although we didn't take advantage of the free breakfast it was available. The wifi worked well. No elevator, but we were able to get a ground floor room this stay. Very quiet and the room had 2 beds, 2 comfy lounge chairs and a desk and table, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. We were allowed a slightly extended check-out which was appreciated after arriving late.

I had booked using a credit card. When checking in I wanted to use my debit and the staff refused. I had to pay cash, but then he accepted my debit to cover incidentals!!!!!!! He gave me a hard time for not paying with the credit card I had booked the room, even though I had picture ID.

This was a very nice place that also offered breakfast vouchers for an adjoining Sheraton Motel restaurant which was great especially since breakfast at the Sheraton restaurant runs around 17 dollars plus. I thought the decor in the Best Western's rooms was fine-what I didn't expect was to see an entire medium sized shopping mall that was comprised of only Chinese owned and operated businesses just beside the Best Western/Sheraton complex which also had a corridor at the far end of it that led to another mall-this one below ground that also seemed to contain mostly if not exclusively Chinese owned and operated businesses. The complex is not close to much so a car is really mandatory for a stay in this particular area.

We stayed here for 1 night while visiting family in Richmond Hill. It has close access to Hwy 7 which was nice, but overall the hotel needs updating. It had decent beds and the room was ok but I would say for the name of Best western I would expect more. I would also suggest paying the extra $10-20 more and stay at the Sheraton which is right next door (they are connected )Staff is very nice here, the hotel is just very dated.

The hotel offers a great price and a fabulous location, but the high speed internet was constantly timing out and the room was in desperate need of upgrading. If you stay here, purchase the breakfast option. The breakfast is served at the Sheraton, next door, and it is incredible.

Just returned from this hotel for a hockey tournament. Thanks to Ben for his great service at the front desk! This is our second time reviewing and staying here and loved it's close proximity to the #404 Hwy and the #401 for our return home. - Well priced - Adjoined shared lobby with the Sheridan! Thus if you are travelling with a group, and can't find a room in one hotel, the other may be able to accommodate - The breakfast was excellent and affordable! The choice of a full breakfast OR a continental with different pricing options was nice! - The room was clean, spacious and had more features than expected. We liked the fast that is had a fridge (larger mini fridge) microwave as well as a small round table with two chairs, and a desk with office chair. - Bathroom nice and clean, bright and a well lit, with a recessed glass shelf unit for you toiletries. It's these things that add value to the stay in my opinion - No problem getting extra towels etc from staff - Pool was great for kids - Full sized iron board was a nice touch - Free Wi Fi worked well NOTE: Parking is tight here. There are many conference rooms in the basement of the attached Sheridan hotel. Thus wedding receptions, etc are common and there are frequent parking shortages. If you have a big vehicle, plan ahead and be prepared to walk a bit from your car as you may have to park a ways away... The Best Western only has a few floors....so no elevator! We had to drag all our bags up the stairs which was a bit of an inconvenience, but no big deal. But If don't do stairs well, book at the Sheridan as it has an elevator If you are told you have been put on a waiting list for a room, it's still best if you call daily to check for availability! We had a few of our group who were told they were on the waiting list weeks prior to our visit, and never got a call. However, they discovered that other people were simply walking in the day of arrival and asking for a room! I must assume the waiting list is a manual process and thus unreliable? The odd room in the Best Western has a bar and a larger "kitchen" area with countertop and bar sink. We LOVED this feature and used it to stay in and eat with friends. Pulled pork in a crock pot is a lot easier when you have the space! Made a huge difference in our stay! Tim Hortons is RIGHT beside the hotel, very close! Hope you enjoy this hotel as much as we did!

I am essentially writing this review because of the customer service we received by one outstanding staff member - Stephen. My friend's wedding had just completed and we were on our way to the hotel. Upon arrival, our rooms were unavailable due to a plumbing accident from the floor above our booked rooms. Stephen did all he could knowing that this was my friend's wedding and booked us into rooms next door at the Sheraton without incurring any additional charges. It did take some time to process and we had three rooms which had to be booked but Stephen worked as efficiently and quickly as he could given the circumstances. Thanks again for all your help and providing us with rooms. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

There is no elevator in this hotel. if you have luggage, it is better to choose Sheraton which is next door. It takes 25 min. to Toronto downtown by car, and nearly 2 hours to Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls is really impressive and you want to come here again. If you have time, you can go to the outlet in Ruffalo, New York.

This Best Western has extremely friendly helpful staff. The breakfast is very good and the breakfast staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this hotel a few times because of the great experience. Thank you

Considering the alternatives, especially in this area, this hotel provided excellent value for my dollar. A good night's sleep after a great workout at the adjoining fitness centre, with a clean room and courteous staff. That's all I'm looking for ;) ...

This is the best hotel in the Toronto area. Could not ask for better..staff are amazing, the pool is great and the room are extremely clean and very comfortable beds. When we go to Toronto, we only stay at this hotel and recommend it to everyone we know!! Keep up the good work and excellent service!!

We were visiting the Toronto area for a Blue Jays game and wanted a hotel room not far from the subway system. We were upgraded to a suite without asking and found the room to be huge with a full kitchen. The staff are very friendly and helpful including the chamber maids. Parking and Wi-Fi is included at no charge as was an excellent breakfast that even had a chef to prepare omelets. There were plenty of tables to sit at for breakfast unlike a lot of the hotels that offer breakfasts.

What a nice hotel with nice facilities as well. Our room was clean and looked recently renewed and the beds were very nice and comfortable, if I had one complaint it was a couple of hairs left in the bathroom which is a little disturbing and the cleaners need to be made aware of this. The breakfast was absolutely superb, it is shared with another hotel but the food and the service were both exceptional and most hotels in North America would be hard pressed to come close to the quality here for what we paid which was very reasonable. The indoor pool was nice and warm but the hot tub needs the jets repairing and could be a little warmer. I can see parking could be a problem as the lot was full when we got there and feel fortunate to have seen someone leaving so we could get a spot.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep and provides excellent value for the money this is the place. My room was clean, bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo, towels) were all available, bed was comfortable. There were definite signs of aging in the room similar to what other travelers reported desk lamps not working, having to force the door open/closed, discolouration on side skirts, ceiling. However, for me as long as the room was clean it wasn't a big deal. Only issue I had was the shower head wasn't adjustable and was set at a low height, being 6'2 I found it akward using the shower. When I booked I received a complimentary breakfast with my reservation which made staying here an excellent deal. The breakfast was a full buffet style, standard stuff, bacon, sausages, omlette bar, etc... With juice & coffee. If your package include a free breakfast then you will not beat this hotel for value. If value for the money isn't your primary concern and you would rather pay a little more for more modern rooms and a more sophisticated feel then there are better options in the area.

I was very happy with my stay here except that there were a lot of late travelers banging around in the early morning hours. God, cant anyone close a door softly at 3 am? Not the fault of the hotel. But really, get a life and remember your fellow travellers

excellent customer service .always my choice for stay in toroto My family has season passes to Canada"s Wonderlad and the location, service and comfort is always to satisfaction. Enjoy the complimentary brakfast in the morning to kick start the day. love the pools and the access to starbucks or Tim Horton"s. Clean and fresh smelling as soon as u walk into the hotel

When we first arrived air conditioning was broken ( they fixed it) Room on entry. light plate falling off, valance falling down, lamp shade broken and ripped, over head light falling apart. Stains on ceiling, chairs, duvet cover, decorative pillow, and curtains. Hair in our sheets and the tub(Had them clean and change sheets) Smelled moldy tried to covered up by the overdose of air freshener in the hallway. Pool area dirty. Had to drive for a half hour to find a parking spot when we returned each night. Parking lot was filled. Last night had to park illegally and wake up each hour to see if a spot was available so we wouldn't get towed. One opened at 2 am lol. Still enjoyed our trip to Toronto but would never go there again.
