Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura

So, for their benefit, we were going into this property on the coat-tail end of a disastrous trip to the Deerfield Beach area. We got duped by the La Quinta by Wyndham folks into staying at a horribly managed property, which turned out to be a nightmare of its own. The folks at Best Western took us in, and by far we were happy with the quality of the staff, the clean facilities and well kept rooms. It was favorable for us as we were 10 minutes out from Hard Rock Live so were close to the activity we were bound to go to that day, and overall the breakfast was decent. A solid place for our next shopping trip to the area.

We stayed in out first Best Western Plus in Texas and it was a newer version of what this one was but this place was clean and a nice place to stay. Best Western Plus has really came up from what I remember them to be and is one of the top 3/4 brands that I look for when we go on vacations and need to stay over for the night.

Stayed there twice, a week apart; would go back. Friendly and efficient staff. Well prepared and hot breakfast; clean breakfast area. The mattress and pillows were exceptional. The room was a bit musty, but nothing that good ventilation could not take care of. Good fitness room.

Mildew smell throughout the hotel. Thought I could quickly check in and head out but was ignored by staff. When I finally was acknowledged, they tried to charge a deposit that wasn't mentioned on Booking instead of just letting me pay the entire amount which caused my card to decline. Tried my debit and they did it again (deposit on top of total amount). Never had this issue with Hotwire or other hotels I've booked with Booking. They held my money up for two days in checking and took the charge off my debit card only to charge it AGAIN. And the first charge on my credit card is STILL pending. This has been a nightmare to deal with for such a subpar hotel. And I wasn't the only person complaining at the desk about this. The only thing nice about it were the housekeeping staff.

The workers here are fantastic...they work incredibly hard and were VERY friendly. The room smelled musty/mildewy and like urine. This is definitely an older hotel that needs some remodeling. The tv didn't work initially on our arrival, but the front desk attendant called housekeeping who came to the room and loaded channels. Once the channels were loaded, it worked. The mini fridge made a ton of noise. We ended up unplugging it for our stay so that I could get some sleep. My significant other liked the noise, he said it was like white noise and would help him relax. Overall, I would say a 5/10.

Would come back the rooms was very clean front desk was so nice just a little pricey for the rooms but the lady at the front desk was very welcoming I enjoy my stay good job to all the employees that work there

I paid extra for a room with whirlpool tub. It had one but with black stains all over the bottom. I had to wear shower shoes just to shower no way I was going to soak in it. It is just a couple of hundred feet from a strip club which I would normally not be bothered by but the cops were there often. It is built right on I-95 almost so the racing from the club was very loud so you couldn't sleep particularly on the first floor. The breakfast was good but didn't start till 7:30 so it was an hour less than usual. If this place was upgraded it still needs work. The cops were all over the strip club that was only a few hundred feet from the main entrance. They don't even give you a channel card so you can know what's on TV. The guide on the tv had two channels on it and they told you nothing.

The hotel team are really dedicated and taking care of this hotel. All was clean fresh and good vibe the front and clean team. Rooms are will cleaned tide up fresh and breakfast was good the manger are very helpful and know how what they're doing. Best value for money at this Hotel I will definitely come back!

Very nice hotel. I would recommend it. The issues that should be looked into are: the rugs smell musty. Even with carpet deodorant, it still smells. Need deep steaming. Issues with remote for tv. Not all the buttons work. Annoying. Breakfast needs to be improved. It's not that cheap to stay there so a good breakfast would make a guest feel good. Need separate coffee makers for different coffee. Not a multiple coffee maker. I like fresh waffles. you don't have waffles at all. The pancakes and French toast are horrible. By that I mean rubbery. I threw mine away. Need to make better home fries. I love them but these weren't that good. Hope this helps out everyone. Thank you

As a DIAMOND member of BestWestern, I will never stay at this property again. During the time of check-in, I was notified that there would be an additional charge and or hold in total of $100.00 and would be deposited back onto my card at the end of my stay if everything was ok after check-out. Later that day of checking out of my hotel room, I discovered that I was charged $395.00 for incidentals which is $295.00 more than I had originally agreed upon at the time of check-in on my original date of stay. I called around several establishments to ensure that the charge on my card wasn't due to some fraudulent activity from some outside party without me knowing. After further investigation, I learned that the extra charge came from the hotel I made an agreement with to stay on their property for a certain number of days. Therefore, I am not happy with the service, due to the fact that this inaccurate charge could have damaged my good standing banking with the institution of my choosing that houses my finance. What if I didn't have sufficient funds to cover the overcharge your hotel basically stole (removed without another party knowing) from my account? Not to mention the mental stress and fear the transaction placed on my family. I am not pleased with this stay and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The tub did not drain properly leaving evidence of dirt, hair and other stuff that comes along with washing your body. The room and or hotel smelled like smoke. The lobby had several persons that could have been of the less fortunate community. Also discarded, used toilet paper aka dingle berry seen on the floor next the check-in/ out counter.

I always stay at the Hallandale location on my frequent trips to Fla. It's a convenient distance from Fort Lauderdale International. Rooms are always clean & well maintained. Staff is friendly & responsive to any issues that may arise. Great value.

First of all, we got into town a little early, so we decided to see if our room was ready. The person at the desk said there was only a double bed room available and told us to check back at 4:00 if we wanted a king which is what we reserved. We returned at 3:00 during a shift change. The lady told us that there was a King room available when we first inquired and that happens a lot with the man at the desk. He apparently tells people to come back instead of checking people in early. The hotel is dated and our room had a musty smell. The bathroom cabinet was not in good shape, and the toilet was not anchored in correctly. There was dust on the ceiling in the room. The rooms need to be remodeled. The carpet in the hallway need to be replaced as it was filthy. The elevator was in pretty bad shape. The rail on one of them was broken which seems like an easy repair. The area around the hotel is pretty stretchy and needless to say, we will not stay there again.

I return often to this location because the beds are some of the nicest you can find on the road and a nice breakfast; too many hotels serve junk just to say they include breakfast. A bonus is a decent gym and friendly staff.

I traveled on vacation with my wife, the stay was very good and especially the service and treatment we received from the staff was fantastic, especially Mr Diego, Mr Juan, Mrs Dolores and Mrs Maribel. All very polite, kind and always willing to help.

One of the best place to stay in South Florida I will always stay here when I come to hallandale they treat you like a king at this hotel Best Western Hollywood Aventura be there if you're on vacation I love this place I wish everybody in the world can experience the pleasure at this Best Western wonderful atmosphere love staying here

The staff is outstanding in every department shoutout to Eduardo, Diego, Roselande and Jennifer. Everything was perfect due to this extraordinary team that made my stay so pleasant. Definitely, going back!

The hotel is right off 95. There are food places all around. Maybe 15 minutes to the beach which is not bad. The price is really good and breakfast is very good. The staff is very wonderful and listen to your needs.

Wonderful hotel and staff, HEAVENLY BEDS made it amazing nights of sleep!! Stqff were so helpful with all questions asked. Breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the past .. AND it was complimentary

Loved my 5 night stay. The staff is wonderful in this hotel. The breakfast & staff really made my stay enjoyable. The room was impeccable. The internet worked fine. The pool has a waterfall and was nice for my short afternoon nap at the pool.

Darker guest room carpet & furniture gives an impression that it has not properly vacuumed or cleaned. Mattress perhaps need to be changed, since they were too soft. Breakfast food options were good. Elevator was a bit noisy.

Overall very satisfying with our stay. Perfect location with many attractions to visit within a 70 miles ratios from the hotel. Beautiful beaches only miles away with many shopping and dining facilities available within the area. The hotel itself has an amazing pool and fitness area and overall a very nice location.

The rooms were dirty, carpets had stains and needed to be shampooed. The sheets were dirty and stains on them as well as the mattress. Toilet was broken and had to be repaired twice. We left early and didn't even stay our whole visit

I tend to stay here a lot. It is always up to my expectations. The location is convenient since it is close to the highway, staff is attentive and friendly, close to restaurants and 2 beaches. Rooms are clean smoke and smoke free. I never had a problem staying here.

Sadly this hotel did not meet expectations. Upon arrival my family and I became aware that we were next to a strip club. The lobby was highly scented, which I liked but people with sensitivities surely would not. We came to understand why there was cologne everywhere when we got to the room. The first room we were offered had a horrible wet musty smell. I refused to stay in there. The front desk staff was very nice, helpful and understanding offering us another room. That room had a portable dehumidifier in it. Clearly this hotel has water damage that is not being fixed. I booked through a 3rd party and notified them and the front desk I would not be staying here and was informed by both the third party and the front desk that a refund would be issued when the manager, Juan, was back on property on Monday. Juan gave the 3rd party the run around and made it very difficult to connect with him. I then called personally. No response. Finally after much persistence on my end, that I just wanted a refund due to the fact we did not actually stay on the premises, it was resolved. But NOT in a professional, timely manner. Very disappointed.

Easy parking, clean rooms, good breakfast, polite and very pleasant staff. Very clean kitchen! Pleasant interior. Uncomfortable pillows!!! Bed comfort 4 out of 5. Slightly old smell. There were 3 days.

A solid mid level hotel covering the basics of a home away from home for us road warriors....An added bonus convenience feature that I noticed upon arrival was the close proximity to Cheetahs ! Right across the street

Save yourself money it is overpriced, it needs remodeling and I mean the staff as well. If we could give 0 would do so. The room was not clean, you will cry, it is not a Best Western plus standard.. :(

My stay was good but the evening front desk staff did not accommodate me when asked for a clean sheet. She totally ignored my request and I asked twice hours apart and my air conditioning barely worked

Hair in beds, dirty floors, strange odor, clogged bath drain. Slept in my clothes in chair and could not shower. Staff somewhat helpful but without resolution of issues. New sheets still had hair. Bad area that doesn't feel safe. Limited eating options.

For the price and location I was very satisfied with all the amenities you need and want including a microwave that you don't get at some of the finer hotels. And it's the little things like having a towel bar in front of the bathroom sink. And it's nice to be able to open the window especially when you're from Chicago visiting in Feb! From the moment I entered the hotel I was greeted by lovely warm staff like Chanae and Chantel. They even lent me an iPhone cord because I forgot mine and directed me to conveniently across the driveway to purchase a new one. Another plus is it's a 24/7 gas station/minimart/liquor Was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the expensive breakfast selections: Fresh hot delicious French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage links, Canadian bacon, muffins, yogurt, cereal, bread, make your own pancake machine! Let's keep the fun going with hot and cold drinks including 100% orange juice and some of the best strong coffee I've tasted anywhere./smoke shop if that appeals to you. Was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the expensive breakfast selections: Fresh hot delicious French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage links, Canadian bacon, muffins, yogurt, cereal, bread, make your own pancake machine! If you get the the side facing interstate traffic noise makes sleeping hard .It is a older hotel ,side door was broken elevators noisy when used. Check in not what you get at other best western hotels.

The staff name “Marcella” Reception is being very rude and said that my English accent is very bad. I feel so bad when she spoke this word like this. She should try to understand everyone as they come from many countries and they have different accent. Please guide her to not be so rude as she worked with hospitality industry.

The service at this hotel is excellent: the general manager and Milton are both wonderful. Milton in particular made our stay great (he deserves a promotion). The complimentary hot breakfast was also nice. Aside from that, the rooms of this hotel are in dire need of renovation, as they don't match the updated lobby at all. The carpet in the rooms (and hallways) is gross and felt damp from the humidity. The AC didn't cool well, smelled, and also contributed to the damp humid feeling. The rooms and hallways are also very dark and could use better lighting. There were also balls of hair on the bathroom floor. Despite the 5 star service from the staff, the condition of the rooms affected our stay. As for the comments about a strip club across the street, we didn't notice it at all and couldn't even say where it was. The hotel and area were very quiet.

This is not your typical Best Western Plus Hotel. Tamara at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, but that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The area is dark and across the street from a strip club. Breakfast was not good and no one working to refill the area. Our room had a humidifier on in the corner and the mustiest smell I have ever smelled. It was like mold was growing in the room. We could not wait to check out in the morning. Had we not arrived so late, we would have moved. This hotel needs some serious attention.

This was our second stay at this hotel in the past three years. Rooms are clean, spacious and are reasonably up to date as far as decor and washroom facilities are concerned. Staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. We also enjoyed the pool area three times during our two night pre cruise stay. Great location with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Less costly than a pre cruise stay in Miami or Port Everglades. Definitely recommend.

Awesome property and extremely helpful and personable staff and management. The general manager went above and beyond the call of duty. We loved the buffet breakfast and the fact that the hotel had a washer and dryer.

Great, clean, friendly accommodating staff. Several visits here to the Hallandale beach area and always prefer to stay at this location. Staff always welcoming and helpful. Clean, and a good fitness room, pool area too.

The staff was very wonderful. Lucy and Icell are very professional in their knowledge of the hotel and willing to help when needed. The rooms were clean and when half the room lost electricity they were there to help and worked on getting service restored. Thank you so much

Be careful !!! I would have thought twice whether to come to this hotel again or not. I had to call the police to have my groceries returned in packages from the refrigerator. After the checkout, after 5 minutes I called back that I had forgotten the food purchased for the child for more than $ 30. The front desk informed me that they would gladly give me my products downstairs in the lobby. Arriving at the hotel, they got me nasty, humiliated me publicly and said that there was nothing like that in the room, and after calling the police, after 1.5 hours of persuasion they brought me my products in my bags cold ... a check in order to return the products back to the store was inside. This is the situation for an ordinary person who decided to spend the night in this hotel. Hope the Management thinks about it. But it is my duty as a citizen to warn all citizens of the country that this is happening in this hotel.

This is one of the nicer Best Western hotels. The staff is friendly and smile when you check in. All was well with the room. The only complaint was my water for the shower was very low and would change from cold to hot.

price and location is a factor. This hotel is very clean, pretty nice for the price. Location is perfect especially when making those casino visits as well as beach and making a Miami and Ft Lauderdale visit. We like to travel around, eat good food, gamble at the casinos as well as a little night life. The location is great, easy access to the main Highway as well as back roads to get anywhere. The place was surprisingly quiet. We had a great time.

Very good hotel, very clean, nice rooms, clean bathroom, they offer breakfast but not buffet, of course, due to pandemic situation... Ladies at the Front Desk very very kind and polite! Very helpful, always greet you with a kind smile and politeness!!

Helpful staff they recommended places to eat and explained every detail about their COVID modifications. Great prices. South Fl is expensive and the closer you get to Miami or the beaches the worse the prices get. But this is 15 minutes away from Hollywood Beach boardwalk and 15 minutes from Aventura Mall. So there's plenty to do. The staff is also more than happy to give recommendations, they gave me great local places to eat and have a drink. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to I-95, on a sidestreet that has no traffic light where it encounters the major road. Access during rush hour is difficult. The hotel itself has no provision for on-site dining (breakfast is to-go only pending pandemic resolution), an inconvenience for weary travelers though several inexpensive restaurants are within walking distance. Billing angered me. The morning of my arrival, I was called and asked for my credit-card number after reserving online (seemed suspicious due to identity-theft issues). Soon convinced that the request was genuine (the receptionist whom I reached should have but did not have my reservation number, which I insisted on before providing the credit-card information), I did provide that number and was temporarily charged (hold/pending) for one night. So far, so good; but I discovered after my arrival a hold/pending for two additional nights plus $100 damage deposit. That means I had lost three days plus $100 of credit available though I was to stay only two nights. This wasn't a hardship for me, but for travelers who manage their money closely it could be catastrophic. The baseboard in the room was rubber and had conspicuously started to peel away from the wall. The toilet flapper did not flap down properly consistently, so running water from the tank occurred from time to time. Breakfast was marred by a lobby coffee machine that had run out of coffee twice during official breakfast hours during my stay of only two days. Advantages are that the bed was unusually comfortable and the staff, though inept regarding coffee and billing, was totally courteous and respectful. Temperature control worked well, too.

The place is right off 95 South. Perfect location. Easy to get to. The staff is wonderful and professional. They will help out anyway they can. The lobby is set up very nice. The room is very comfortable.

When it comes to politeness this hotel takes the cake. From the time your there until you leave no matter who is waiting on you they have a smile. Even through this Pandemic they are always happy to supply your needs and make sure you have everything to make your stay a pleasant one.

After a routine security check from my bank. This staff went ballistic with accusations their solution _ cancel_ my booking. The fact that i have stayed 100 of nights was irrelevent. Further more the Best Western Customer service provided no support over this local management.

1 foot long rusty crack at the bottom of the tub covered up with a Mat, No TV service on the first night, no internet service during second day. Hallways not Airconditioned with a strong musty smell. The property is simply not maintained properly. On the positive side the staff is superb, friendly, attentive, efficient, and professional

The hotel room REEKS and stinks horribly of smoke after I specifically asked for a non smoking room no manager on site the front desk attendant very rude would not change my room would not give me a solution or alternstive! Do not stay here

staff was not wearing masks except the young black haired lady when we checked in. Other guests in the hotel were not wearing masks and the staff said nothing. I work at a hotel. I came here as a favor to check out this property for a friend of mine and i was severely disappointed. I would not stay here it is going to be a covid breeding ground

Nice rooms, clean and quite. Just passing through. Staff was helpful. Grab and go wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Room was a bit dated but I would stay here again. Very high traffic area so I think if our room had faced the front it would have been a bit noisy.

Room wasn't clean, sheets had stain, bathroom had hair, room had bad odor, one of the bed in the room belly was sink in, hallway smell like weed and cigarettes. Service was great, check in was fast. Had to ask for another room which was better but not perfect.

Located in a central location just between Ft Lauderdale and Miami. Traffic is a little hectic especially on rush hour. You have many choices to eat / grab a bite. Area seems to be fairly safe. Overall, a great place to stay.

We use this hotel often as a quick stopover on our way to the Keys. Always a clean and comfortable stay. Really the only downside is the strip club on the other side of the parking lot... ;-). Right off the freeway with plenty of food, gas and shopping.

I always have a great experience at this hotel. It is very clean hotel and check in is always very prompt and organized. Laura & Brittany are awesome always very friendly and do a great job. The pool and fitness area is very clean. Houskeeping does a great job.

When I arrived at hotel the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful to provide me with local menus for restaurants in the area. He told me my best bet unless I had a car was to Uber East of Delivery and avoid the hassle with the local homeless in the area. When I got on the elevator, the laminate flooring was cracked and warped like it got really wet and was deteriorating. I got in the room and it was clean , AC worked good etc. Did not have any issues with the room except the amount of marijuana smell that was in the hallway etc. Across the street in a closed Gentleman's club where every night of my stay homeless were sleeping on the sidewalk and in parking lot of the club. Again room was clean but will not be going back and would suggest anyone with kids etc to seek somewhere else to stay .

The staff was friendly. They were sociable. I enjoyed waking up and looking forward to breakfast because of their hospitality. The hotel lobby was nice and clean. I loved all of the amenities.Awesome!

Two couples stayed four nights at this Best Western during February 2020. Our reservations were made online and we had no problem checking in. The staff were always helpful with directions or questions. They even printed out our airline boarding passes when we checked out. Breakfast was included and was ample with some things changing from day to day. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean (maybe a little updating needed in some areas). Refrigerators were provided. There was a nice exercise room off the lobby. Ice and vending machines on some floors only. We would stay again.

There was a leak in our bathroom and were forced to relocate to a different room the last night of our stay. We had a very short window to pack our things and switch rooms. It was incredibly stressful and the staff was not accommodating. Upon our return home, we spoke to Leena, the hotel manager, and she was rude and condescending. I would not recommend this hotel based on Leena's horrible customer service.

Visit every year for the pleasure of visiting Gulfstream Park and haven't been left down yet. Will return in 2021 for the next Pegasus.Staff was exceptional, breakfast was great, love poolside, and look forward to the return.

We just loved this B W Hotel. The location is so ideal. So many eateries & stores in the area. Also, I-95 is conveniently at the back of our hotel, didn't have to go looking for it when it was time to drive up to West Palm Beach. Saved us a lot of time.

We loved this hotel, the location was easy to get to and easy to get to restaurants. The rooms were large and newly renovated very clean,very comfortable and stylish. The internet is fast with no hitches. Breakfast was presented nicely with lost of choices from eggs,bacon,fruit different kinds of breads,muffins,etc...yogurt and juices along with coffee and different kinds of tea.Staff are more than helpful and friendly!

The bathroom was shabby; paint was peeling and the hot water suddenly got VERY hot while showering. One day, my room was not cleaned. The cloth bag that contained the hair dryer had stains on it, so I put it on the floor to be laundered with the towels. Housekeeper just put it back on the hair dryer. I requested the side of the building that faces the strip club to avoid the noise from I-95, which is very near the other side. I recommend that others make a similar request. Breakfast is pretty standard for an inexpensive hotel. Decent. Upon departure, I asked for my receipt to be emailed. Clerk said she would do so. It didn't happen.

We ended up here after a terrible "you don't have a reservation and the hotel is full" moment in Miami. The hotel is nicely appointed, has an excellent breakfast, and efficient and friendly staff. We slept well and enjoyed a morning walk down the street (10 more mins and we might have made it to the beach) before heading off to our cruise. Thanks for being a great back-up and for welcoming us so efficiently at 3:30 am when we really needed it.

Great location , nice rooms , very convenient breakfast , friendly staff , amenities, free parking , sometimes pricey Each time we stay there they do their best ... never been disappointed, breakfast room staff and house keeping are very attentive

You are family here, every staff member treats you like family and makes sure you are happy every minute of your visit. The morning breakfast is awesome, the rooms are perfect and the staff all are graded with an A+

Friendly, helpful staff. Front desk was amazing. Rooms very clean and the king size bed was the best I ever slept in. Breakfast was good everday and pool was relaxing. The location was just a little noisy because it was close to the interstate on ramp, but the waterfall at the pool blocked some of it.

Catching up with family . Have a couple of thing going on with family so when took some time to go down and check on some family member . It alway better to go when you can then to wait and go when you have to . Most want check on / visit family until they die so we chose to check on them while their living .

The hotel was moderately priced, clean and of average quality. Easy to book online. Rooms were clean and of moderate quality; the bedding was good. The location was close to shopping and restaurants, and had easy access to the highway. The one negative for families is that this hotel is right next door to an adult nightclub, however the nightclub is low key and without any outdoor adult advertising.I can recommend this hotel.

The check in was quick but couldn't get a king single. Still got a good price for what I was expecting. It was pretty decent and clean. Bathrooms could of used a better vent system because all of the nice instant hot water and pressure. Overall it was worth the choice.

Geat location for airport. It is right at I95. Well worth it for the location. Cost is reasonable and the only place we got free parking and breakfast our entire week in Florida. Staff is great. The guy at the front desk called to see if we were satisfied with our room. Never had that happen before at any hotel.

Spent 3 nights here while visiting friends in the Aventura area and loved it - first time at this property. Heated pool made evening swimming a delight and staff were incredible, couldn't do enough for us! Love this place

We just loved this hotel from the minute we walked in. We abruptly left a roach hotel prior so we arrived there at midnight. Thank Goodness there was room. The minute we walked in we knew we were in a clean and safe environment. The room was clean and so was the whole hotel. I kept on seeing many employees keeping up to clean the whole hotel. You can tell they care about the place. We really felt great there and so thankful for a wonderful staff.

This place had comfortable rooms, ample parking, and was in a great location. We were a little disappointed that a lot of the spaces smelled like people had been smoking. Awesome breakfast but no coffee.

The staff was beyond welcoming and friendly the entire stay. ALL THE STAFF! The breakfast was great and everything was very clean. The only thing I wish is that I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Location is not great as mentioned, next to i-95 makes it very loud at night, plus side by side with strip club doesnt give the best vibe when arriving late. not the easiest check out as i was over charged and front desk agent was annoyed that i asked for a correction in the amount overbilled.

We had a lovely couple days with my husband and our 16 years old daughter. The staff were very helpful, the meals were delicious and the most important for us was the beds and pillows that were super comfortable. Our room bathroom was very clean. The common areas like laundry and the pool too. A big thank to all the staff at the Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura that saved our daughters stuff toy!!! You guys were amazing!!

Beautiful place, small but with everything you need. Nice pool with waterfall, fitness center, dining area. It's conveniently located, close to highways, stores and restaurants, Hollywood beach and FLL airport. Room was pretty clean and nicely designed. Staff was kind and helpful, especially Bianca at the front desk. I would definitely go back.

I was staying because my home was under construction and I live close .I ended up staying 2 weeks. It was very clean, looked new and modern. Everyone was just so pleasant Really made me feel welcome. Can't say enough good things about it It made that part of my construction project one less worry and that much better

I really have nothing to complain about regarding this hotel and I complain about everything. Only compliments in this case. The hotel is in good location right off i95. The area is safe and I didn't feel like I was going to be robbed or the room broken into. Every brand store and restaurant is in very close proximity. A Burger King, Winn Dixie and convenience store 1 min away walking. The hotel is super clean as was the room. Quick and easy check in. The room was so clean, comfortable there was a mini fridge. The tv had basic channels adequate. The bed was really comfortable, nice pillows, and the mattress was not those cheap spring type. I slept really well. There is a pool although i didn't use it due to time constraints. This hotel was really good and I stress the cleanliness, comfort and location. Lastly, the breakfast was fabulous. Hot food included omelets, sausage, bacon, juices, cereals, fruits, yogurts, bagels, and a whole lot more. It's was a really good breakfast and probably one of the best setups I've seen in a while.

Booked via booking.com all ok they took the money out of my travel MasterCard, arrived and the Best Western hotel receptionist asked for ID and credit card which is fine but then their system didn't accept our MasterCard. Tried multiple times but didn't work told we needed to draw money out of the ATM to pay for the hotel room again! The card works fine at theme parks, gas stations and convenience stores so it's not the card but their system. This has ruined our vacation and been hugely stressful fore and my girlfriend as we have basically paid twice for the hotel room which has left little funds for activities and food.. we are still waiting for the initial booking funds to be returned 7 days on. Avoid Best Western Hotels!!!

We stayed here after a long flight from Europe, so my experience consists of 1 night. The room was very clean and the bed was comforatable. Towels were plush and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was adequate but could use some work. Plenty of offering; however, we found the eggs to be a bit too salty and the danish cold and "not fresh tasting". They had obviously been frozen. In all I would recommend this hotel for stop over stays such as ours. Access to the airports and cruise terminals is quite easy.

Good staff, helpful, clean rooms, general appearance good, diligent security staff, good internet, could have used a few more tv channels, but room was very functional, would stay at this location again, not too far to either MIA or FLL.

The room was large and clean. We had an issue with the air con which was rectified quickly. The breakfast was adequate, seating was an issue but we used a meeting room. The staff were attentive and friendly. The noise was not too bad despite being close to the freeway.

We stayed at this hotel for one night because we were on our way to someplace else. I booked this hotel because of the reasonable rates and the cleanliness rating. Those ratings didn't disappoint, even though there was some remodeling going on outside. This hotel is located next to I-95, so it is very convenient for those passing thru. We checked in late, but we got in rather quickly. Once we got into our room I was surprised by how clean and tidy the room was. Even in the bathroom nooks and crannies where it is often easy to miss something. I was impressed. I have been in costlier hotels that weren't so clean. The next morning we had breakfast which included the standard fare for free hotel breakfasts. This hotel is now on my list of "go-to" hotels when staying in the area. You won't be let down staying here. I recommend it.

Hotel was suitable for business trip in terms of quite comfortable and breakfast included. The location however is not the best and the lack of a restaurant at the hotel makes it difficult to find meals if you don't have a car. the food available for delivery from the pizza place was not good at all.Only food options in the vicinity of the hotel are fast food options. Hotel Breakfast very limited in food content and it doesn't change day after day.

Stayed there for few days, it was a good experience to live there. Room was clean and people who work there were very friendly. And the building just sits next to I-95, very easy to find. Over all, it is a good place to stay.

Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful front desk. They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. Full complimentary breakfast was filling & provided a variety of food items each day. The cooked food was tasty & kept nice & warm. Beds were comfortable especially after being at the Miami Open all day.

It was fast check in convenient location but I stayed here before the room was a bit pricy other than that ever thing was ok I found a roach in my room and there was also hair in my bed. I was moved to another room that was much better.

This was perfect for what we needed it for. It is right off the highway making it easy to get from place to place. Also the free parking and breakfast was a real treat! In addition the pool and surrounding area is so pretty to just lounge around. I would definitely recommend this!

Great food, friendly and helpful staff. really good breakfast. Grocery store and a few restaurants including the screaming carrot- a great vegetarian restaurant. Very busy area and not overly pleasant for those who love walking and don't have a car. Pool is nice. Hotel very clean. Would recommend it for those with a car. If you want to avoid the noise of the traffic request a ground floor room facing their parking lot. Higher floors will be above the noise barrier and get more noise. Our groundroom floor was relatively quiet. Bed comfortable

Room was good — nice relatively new "modular" furniture and a nice love seat. Nice artwork and lighting in the room and very good TV picture. Lobby is spacious and well appointed. Very nice exercise room. There is some freeway noise in rooms on that side of the building but they provide earplugs in the room. The pool area is nice considering it is located next to a freeway on ramp. Complimentary breakfast is good. Pancake machine, a hot meat everyday/eggs/fruit/juices, etc. everyday. The shower would sometimes get very hot spontaneously (unacceptable in a hotel) probably because of an adjoining room flushing the toilet? I complained about it and some hotel employee basically showed me how to use the shower. LOL The parking lot is patrolled and isn't a huge lot but is adequate. There's a Winn-Dixie and a lot of fast food arounds there plus a IHOP pretty close. Traffic can be very bad on Hallandale Blvd.

Wonderful, i definitely recomend this place, everyone was nice. The customer service from all the staff was amazing The room was very comfortable. Loved the breakfast. Front desk was also very helpful.

I choose B.W., because I always have an enjoyable stay and there's usually one close to where I'm going. Enjoy there breakfast and courteous staff. I primarily travel to different horse tracks for the big races such as the Pegasus and Saratoga meets. The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be a shuttle service to these tracks since they're normally within a mile or two.

This hotel was a good value with its newly renovated rooms, free breakfast and free parking. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pool area is beautiful, only issue is that pool is not heated so we couldn't enjoy it in January. Elevators are ancient and do not work properly. If that is remedied, it would be a great hotel. Only other issue is that the area is a bit sketchy with some homeless camping out relatively nearby. But I guess this is the trade-off between other hotels which would be much pricier. Tip: ask for a room on the parking lot side. Apparently they provide free earplugs on the highway side due to constant traffic at same height of rooms.

Breakfast was great! 24 hour coffee and water was a definate plus! Very clean breakfast area! Restaurants very close many options! Too cold for the pool but pool looked very nice! We hope to get back soon to enjoy our lovely stay!

We stayed in this hotel for the value and quality of stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay here before and after our cruise. Rooms were inviting and clean. Breakfast was more then ample and included in the price of the stay. Amenities close by plentiful and were quite useful. Gulfstream Park is very close as well. Yes, it is right beside the highway, but we never noticed any noise from the extra traffic. Parking was ample, safe and free. Since we had a baby with us, we required a crib. We were provided with a good quality play pen. Safety never came to mind the whole time we stayed here. We rented our vehicle from an airport location so when we returned the vehicle, we took the free airport shuttle to the pier for our cruise. I would highly recommend this location. It is close enough to Miami to be convenient and far enough away to offer good value.

Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff was very friendly. Convenient to all areas of broward and dade counties. I would stay here again and recommend it highly to friends and family. I hope to stay here again.

This hotel is modern, clean and inviting. The room was spacious, everything was clean and working and the bed was super comfy. There was a good choice of foods for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect place to stop before cruising out of Miami. Will definitely use them again.

We have stayed several times at this hotel and find like the location for sporting events at HardRock Stadium. The Rooms have always been clean and the staff friendly.I enjoyed the gym and the internet.

The room was inviting, attractive and clean, but the best part was the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the staff! Also, the breakfast provided is very extensive. Parking is convenient, and the building is quiet even though located right next to the highway.

Stayed here for one night. The check in was fast. The room was clean and so was the bathroom, The breakfast in the morning was good though the seating was a bit crowded.Requested a late checkout for about an hour and was told it was no problem.

Hotel overall is nice. Parking is a little limited, and some of the hotel appears older, but the lobby was nice, room was clean and breakfast was good! Had some cool lobby displays, and location is great right off of the interstate.

The best western plus hollywood/aventura was a comfortable place to stay. The hotel was recently renovated and is very appealing. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only remark we had was the hotel is located right next door to a gentlemens club. Although we didnt have any issues I would just mention this to others just in case it would bother them.

It is a great hotel. I have stayed here many times. The pool is great. Workout room is very nice as well. Not the easiest to get in and out of the hotel. The rooms are clean and quite. I have not had the breakfast but it looked good.

Stay here for one night after a cruise. Not the best location, and the breakfast was not my idea of a breakfast being English, (but didnt starve) which is the reason for the 4 but everything else was good, especially the ladies on the reception desk.

I went to this hotel last year with my family, I loved the location. It is really close to the beach. There was an easy access to the highway right next to the hotel, and places to go eat around like IHOP, Taco Bell and Denny's; they are walking distance for late night snacking. The area to get to the property felt a bit gloomy, with vehicle lots and a gentleman's lounge near by but worth it, once you can ignore those aesthetics. The hotel seems to have been tastefully renovated with beautiful decor and comfortable breakfast area with lots of fresh fruits and breakfast variety. The gym area is quite functional, which allowed me to maintain my routine. I loved the fact that the rooms are equipped with both mini refrigerator and microwave as reheating leftovers, after a long day on the road and being doing some tourism. Overall, loved my experience. Would choose them again for my family trips.

Even though my trip was a quick one this was a great find. The hotel is in a central location which is great. The breakfast was great, there are many options to choose from. Staff is nice. There's a vending machine right by the elevators

The young woman at the front desk was the most helpful person I have ever had the opportunity to deal with at a hotel. She probably just felt sorry for an old man but she went above and beyond to help me figure out something with my rental car and moved the cleaning crew around to be able to get me into my room way before check in time.

The beauty of this older hotel is shown by the complete remodeling. The check in and check out was tremendous,and the staff excellent. Elevators fast. The breakfast area is very nice and the selection of breakfast items really good. The location of the hotel is very convenient to Gulfstream Race Track and Casino and the Adventuta area.. Easy entry and exit from Interstate 95. The one drawback is that you are charged for using the safe even if you do not use. All in all a very nice hotel for the money!

Every time I come to Florida I stay at the Best Western Plus. I live this place. It's my 2nd home. The staff are like the family members you rush to see. Thank you for the service and hospitality that one needs while working.

I was only one night because i would go to Orlando, the hotel in general is very good, very cleaned, the attention of clerks was excellent, the room was cleaned, the breakfast had variety . i recommend this hotel for vacations or short trip.

We had a great stay once again. Front desk always helpful and welcoming. Loven, is very helpful and always greets us with a smile. Service is excellent. Housekeeping courteous and accommodating. Diana from housekeeping is very kind, and professional. Truly the staff is greatly trained in customer service. Keep it up and we will keep coming back.

Great Location, however, i wish I would have researched this hotel a bit more before making a reservation. i take full responsibility. Typically i do not give a 1 star to anyone or anyplace that tried. First impressions are lasting. Pictures on internet are overstated. Front desk personnel disrespectful. Buyer beware..........watch your credit card and make sure your reservation is correct. Charges may appear that are unauthorized and you have no recourse because it will be the Big Corporation against little you! The entire Best Western chain is now "off my radar for good" Florida's economy depends of tourism to feed the mouths of many. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to serve and respect tourists.

Stayed here two nights while in South Florida on a work trip. I thought the hotel itself was pretty nice and a good value for the price. Nice room, decent breakfast. The front staff was excellent; friendly and quickly able to solve a minor problem with my bill. The location was...interesting. Loved that it was so convenient to I-95 and that the area had a few dining choices (and convenience store) within walking distance. However, the hotel was located between two "gentleman's clubs" and there were some "sketchy" looking people hanging out in the general area. My coworker (man in his 60s) said he put a heavy cart in front of his room door just in case. But I (woman in 30s) never felt unsafe inside the hotel at all.

Place is clean and that's a must also beds are perfect staff is friendly and eager to please all around I would come back anytime the pool is awesome and also the hot breakfast was great ihop is on the next corner and Denny's is too!!

The whole experience was great. Pool was beautiful, clean. Bianca was our girl! She took such great care of us. From the time i called her in the morning for an early check in until we called her about our room key not working and she sent a staff member up to save us, instantly. The entire staff was very professional and accommodating. Only issue we had was our Air conditioner in our room. took a very long time to get cold. If we knew that would have been the case we would have left it on a lower temp while we were out for the night. Either way, it was a great stay. Thank you again! Thank Bianca for us again! She has a great attitude!!! Don't see associates like that anywhere anymore.

Easy access to 95 highway and I really recommend to stay in this hotel, just for couple nights. Brittney and Humberto (front desk agents) are incredible and very helpful. Both are very professionals and answered all of my questions. The breakfast is really good and the room is very nice. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, great breakfast, large, beautiful and clean room, large and clean bathroom, very nice non-exterior outdoor pool. The bad thing is a very loud air conditioning device in the rooms.

Easy access to 95, very clean, quiet room. Staff attentive and pleasant. Never had a free breakfast attended by staff in the dining room before. Best free breakfast ever! Will definately be returning!

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. There was a slight mix-up at check in. I had requested a King room with a jetted tub. The clerk told me that the tub was broken in the room that they assigned us but that I could change rooms the next day (if another room became available). The next day when I called the front desk, another clerk told me that the jetted tub wan not broken in the room. I checked out the tub and the jets were fine. No harm done. The hotel is located in an older building directly adjacent to the interstate. It has been nicely renovated and the decor looks really nice. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were great. I could hear some traffic noise but not bad enough to disturb my rest. The pool area was nice and we really enjoyed it! Nice water feature, plenty of seating and loungers. The breakfast area is also nice and there was plenty of seating. The food was well stocked and the breakfast ladies were friendly. We even used the laundry room on our last day and it was well kept but a little costly. They have change at the front desk and washing powder, etc can be purchased via vending machine. We were continually asked how our stay was and any concerns were promptly handled. The customer service is great at this hotel! Finally, when we checked out, the clerk was unable to print the receipt (some issue with a night audit running on the system). We had an early flight and it was a bit irritating having to wait, but sometimes crap happens. Overall, I had a nice stay. Everything was fine and I have no major complaints. I would definitely stay again and do recommend this hotel for anyone needed a comfortable clean room and great customer service.

Clean, good value. Not too excited about the location across from a strip joint. Access to freeway, shopping, restaurants and airport. I usually stay in Hampton, Holiday Inn Express or the Marriott properties. Very friendly staff. Check in and check out process was seamless.

Very nice hotel, with great breakfast and a nice pool which is always ready to be used. From counter employees were very friendly and helpful. One issue I had is that the key from our room was not functioning every time we were returning at night back to the hotel. Overall it was a great experience at a reasonable price, thank you for the stay.

Friendly staff, clean room the breakfast crew was the best and made sure your start to the morning was the BEST. Near shopping and restraints. In Miami you have to have seafood and go to the beach. Was a good stay!!!

The floor that my room was on reeked of marijuana and old hotel smell. It was so much water one the lobby floor from the pool and my guest who is an amputee told front desk staff that there was a lot of water in the hall and he almost feel. Well instead of them coming to mop the water up they told him “be careful “ so UNPROFESSIONAL. So if you have a handicap person be advise to “BE CAREFUL “

I checked in on July 4- 7. This hotel is located in the perfect area near to shopping and an abundance of dining options (we had a rental). Once again the lady (do not remember her name) at the reception desk was so rude and does not know how to speak to guests. She was charging me a $3 fee (on top of what i was quoted for he entire stay) for a safe use. I only asked what the additional fee was for and she was upset about that. Anyone would ask if it's an additional charge that you was not aware of, right? Jeez these front desk agents need to understand that you can make or break your hotel. Anyways, the head housekeeper (don't remember her name) was the only pleasant employee we came in contact with. Always greeted us when she saw us. I would stay here again only because of the location.

I always enjoy coming to this location. Its nearby so many shops and restaurants. The hallandale beache is very close by. The highway is right next to the hotel. The amenities are great...my husband loved the gym and the kids and I enjoyed the pool area with great the waterfall!

I enjoyed a 7 days stay at this property in June with my family and this place was very nice, quiet and comfortable and we enjoyed especially the breakfast. The staff was very wonderful especially Britany and we can't wait to be back in the near future.??

Brittney, Jynio, Sinia and Aicha all at the front desk demonstrated professionalism plus. Having been there in April, May, June and July of this year they remembered my name. Each one appreciated that we also remembered theirs from the previous visit. Ericka and Diana in housekeeping gave us smiles each day, as well as recommendations to areas to visit, restaurants to try. Everyone at this Best Western made the difference for us as we appreciated the feeling of being part of a family not just anyone. Lina Royal the assistant manager also contributed to each of our visits be a wonderful experience. My husband and I want you to know that if all Best Westerns had a staff like this one then Best Western would be number one in the USA.

Great hotel, nice and friendly staff. Close to restaurants and the highway. The lobby was nice and modern looking. The room was nice and spacious. I never ate breakfast, bit on the day of my departure it looks as if they have a variety of things to choose from.

Don't let the picture fool you , if I had options for no star I would give zero to this hotel,we have been in so many hotels even other best western with very good memories but in this hotel I woke up with very bad headache room smells like mold and urine , air conditioning made a lot of noises even I saw a bug on the pillow. We had two rooms both the same condition. Rooms was nothing like the pictures at all.

I had been in the hospital for a few days. In the past 3 years I developed some bad health issues. I thought i was getting out on Saturday. My wife and I just wanted a little break and gettaway to the ocean.So I booked 2 nights that morning. But my levels went back up nd i had to stay a few more days. I called and explained what happened. The girl told me she would try to wave 1st night. Of course they didn't cause your money driven. I was even charged for the 2nd day after i had cancelled. The 2nd day I got refunded finally but not the first day. So i am telling everyone on Facebook and Instagram not to use you or booking.com because you have no heart. Your money driven and dont care about your customers. All over 143 dollars which is nothing to you. But it's a lot to me for not working for the past 8 months because of my health. We will never use you again. And ill share my story with as many as possible.

The carpet in the room required cleaning. It was very dusty and my allergies flared up whenever I was in the room. The breakfast was excellent; wide variety and fresh. The gym was adequate for a hotel.

If I could could give this hotel a 6 star rating I would, unfortunately only 5 is allowed. I can't say enough good things about this hotel without sounding biased. Our stay was amazing and memorable for all the right reasons. I have to start off with the staff - Pratima, Front Desk, Diana, Housekeeping and Carmen, at the full all-you-can-eat breakfast. These three people were exceptional, they all had friendly and cheerful personalities, always very helpful and courteous, offered incredible customer service and greeted you with a friendly smile every time. All the other staff we came into contact with were also very attentive and congenial. The hotel was spotless and smelled fresh, we continually saw the staff sweeping, wiping, washing the floors and vacuuming. All the amenities including the gym (very well equipped), the pool and the breakfast available from 6:30am to 9:30am were exceptional. I guarantee you will not leave the breakfast hungry - juice, coffee, all sort of bread and bagels, cereals, pancakes, omelettes, bacon, sausages, yogurt, fresh fruit and more … Now for the room, very clean, fresh smelling, well appointed, extremely comfortable bed, shower with lots of pressure, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker - wow, all the conveniences of home. Lastly - the location. The hotel is one block away from I95 and minutes from Route 1 and A1A. We were very close to 2 major malls, restaurants, fast food outlets, a Casino, beaches as well as to Hollywood, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. I hope you took the time to read this all, but it all had to be said to really tell you how amazing this place was and how it added to the great vacation my Wife and I had. To sum this all up - why would you not want to stay there?

I stayed here on a last minute business trip. The hotel staff was extremely polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. If I ever have to stay in this area again for work I would stay here again.

It's a good place to stay. Make sure you find out about any fees that you might have to pay before you get there. Other than the fees it a very comfortable place to stay. Bed are extremely soft and the amenities are great.

Pluses include nicely furnished clean rooms, quiet, very friendly and attentive staff - especially in the breakfast room, free non-valet parking, and nice choice of complementary, breakfast items. We were very pleased with our 3 day stay here. Potential negatives are location alongside I-95 (not a problem if you get a room on the opposite side) and pool (which we did not use) is within earshot of the highway.

My wife and I stay here when we go to Miami to hang out do some business and see friends. We live two hours north but it's nice to stay over and drive home in the morning. We're going back to this hotel this weekend.

Did not receive important wake up call and was late for my meeting, asked front desk for email of my receipt and have not received it yet. Incompetent staff wish I had time for the free breakfast staff poorly trained

The facility appears to be well maintained and generally attractive. It's not a real big place — there are 5 floors and it's fairly compact. Service was good and price competitive. The good: - The room was nice with a comfortable bed; big high def TV and nice lighting in the room. - Room had a fridge and adequate storage - Bathroom is attractive and has an exhaust fan which is a nice touch in this humid locale - Lobby is nicely decorated - Hallway\\common areas looked current and well kept. There was artwork on the walls in the hallways with "pin" lighting. - Housekeeping staff was very friendly and quiet - Pool area is nice with fountain - Breakfast has hot and cold selection including a pancake machine which is kind of slow and makes maybe 3" diameter pancakes The not as good: - The facility is right next to 95 and Hallandale Beach Blvd which has some advanantages and disadvantages. It's on essentially a 3-way intersection so if you want to head east toward the beach you have to turn right and go under 95 and make a U-turm; If you're approaching the hotel from the west you have to overshoot it and make a U-turn and head back west. Traffic can be pretty beastly on Hallandale Beach blvd. - There is only one entrance to the hotel that I could see; which is somewhat of an inconvenience - maybe it's for security reasons. However you can exit and multiple locations in the hotel. - I had internet problems and the front desk staff was very helpful and got it fixed in a short time. He was very busy but still managed to assist me in a timely manner. - One of the elevators and one stairwell had a smell like a skunk. I know it seems weird but it did. - Parking isn't super plentiful as the facility sits on a fairly small lot. Overall it was a nice stay without breaking the bank and that's hard to find in Miami.

I stayed three weeks for work in this hotel. While some staff members are casual and careless, others are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are quite big and comfortable but the carpets need a good cleaning, and the air con is extremely noisy. Rooms that give on the highway are also very noisy so I strongly recommend you to request a room on the parking lot. While the pool is very pretty, the highway is right behind it and kills the charm. The location of the hotel is great, as there is everything right next to it (including the highway). You're minutes away from a supermarket, and all fast food chains you can think of. I found it quite expensive for what it was, however in the area every hotel was overpriced...

when we arrived we had a difficult time entering the room due to the door being jammed after going back to the front desk a long distance away two times she finally sent a employee who pushed and freed the door with strong force . Inside the room was horrible very very strong odor of cigarette smoke. we had to go back to the front desk again to get another room the staff at the front desk was not very helpful accept to send the other employee again. This was not a good experience with staff or facility at a Best Western.

Very clean well appointed hotel with excellent friendly staff! The room was spacious and well equipped. The continental breakfast was very good with lots of hot food and seating. The front desk staff were very friendly and eager to please.

I was very impressed by how the staff was always inquiring what they could do to make our stay better. We asked for an extra luggage rack and it appeared very quickly. It was refreshing to stay at a hotel that was so anxious to make your stay a pleasant one.

Right off 95. Easy access to many places due to that. Very nice fitness center. Laundry on site too. Have to pay with quarters. Beautiful downstairs bathrooms. I used the stairs a few times. It stinks the one stairwell will take you into the hotel still, other is only to the outside. The breakfast is really good. All you can eat- pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, French toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, juice, coffee, etc. No waffles :( During breakfast, head house keeper and her other house keepers walk around to make sure hotel is good and breakfast needs are met. The are extremely nice and helpful. There is always someone seen cleaning up the hotel, painting, helping or being nice. They made sure you were always the priority. The room was very comfy. Thick beds, and updated bathroom. Constant dingy smell though but we bought and air freshener. The pool is beautiful but is was freezing cold like ice cubes. The beach water was warming actually. I'm sure the pool would be great during the summer. Everything was easy at the hotel and will definitely consider going back to this place.

Can't say enough about the friendly hotel staff. Excellent and friendly. Had a slight problem which was taken care of immediately. Only 'issue' was the noise from the interstate. If not accustom to noise, ask for a room in the back away from road.

took trip to ft. Lauderdale, to catch the ferry over to the Bahamas, stayed at Best Western plus, it was great, they suggest a shuttle and Mr. Renoldo Joseph was awesome. taking me over to the port everglad and the rest is woe.

My wife and I along with another couple recently stayed at the Best Western Plus for one evening prior to a cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. The service was very good and the room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was great! I would recommend and stay again. One of my favorite Best Westerns to date. One thing I did miss was the luggage caddy, but thank goodness we did not have a lot go luggage.

Best Western has really improved its image and reputation with this PLUS property! Very comfortable, clean, well-kept and nice decor. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly, helpful and spoke when they passed you. The Manager (Lina) was very professional, proactive and constantly overseeing all the operation of the hotel. Good options for a free, hot breakfast. Right off the highway and convenient to stores, some restaurants and 10 minutes from Hollywood Beach. We will be back!

No frills hotel with relatively good amenities for the price. Breakfast was very basic but achieved the objective of getting you set for the day. Good location in near proximity to other fast food options that's your fancy.

Staff were very helpful from the time I checked in to the very moment I was walking out the door. Nice pool with 6th depth. Only bad comment is that the smell in the halls suggests the need for a good carpet cleaning. Really detracts from an otherwise nice property.

We just stayed here for one night before a cruise. The rooms were clean. The pool is outdoors, so the water was a bit cold for the kids, but they still had fun. The location is great if you have a rental car and want to go to any dining locations at night!

When I arrived the room was not fully prepared, the windows were ooen and the room smelled like urine. The faucet in the bathroom was loose, the toilet handle was broken and I found the staff to be less than accommodating.

First impressions sometimes don't always work. Very easy to find this hotel sitting next to I-95 so got there easily. Check -in took about 10 minutes. Staff very friendly at check-in. Went straight to room to take a much needed shower after a 24 hour drive. Then went out to dinner. Its when I came back to the room the fun began. I entered the room and my wife went into the bathroom and found the first of the cockroaches, me being a guy thought OK its only one no big deal. So now in the morning, I go to the bathroom and was greeted so kindly by another one. So now i know this is a problem that I can't stay here because these things will go home with you. So I call the travel company that I booked this through and they had to call the front desk for a refund of the next night. That was arranged after the hotel tried to move me to another room 1st WHAT? So I go check out and only get a 10% discount with these as the final words from front desk "well, it is florida". Stayed in many a hotel around the country without cockroaches. You can stay here just be careful not to take home guests

We just spent one night after returning from Key West. Getting off I-95 Northbound and to the hotel front door was not simple. Check-in was pleasant but we would have liked a drink before we went to bed and were surprised the girls could only suggest a gentlemans club or a 'distant' sports bar. Similarly on check-out I needed to put gas in the car. The girl described a complicated route containing 2 u-turns, whereas right next to the hotel entrance (by the gentleman's club) we found an Exxon station!! The King room was on the first floor at the very end of a long corridor. It was very pleasant and large despite smell of smoke as you walked the corridor and some outside noise from cars entering the freeway. We were told to park the car near the front entrance and walk our bags down the long corridors to the room. When we got to the room we were right opposite an exit door to the parking lot, however it was an 'exit only' door and could not be opened by the room key. We found the breakfast to be very average with limited seating space but a very nice lady keeping the place clean and tidy.

Very nice and clean. Modern and a very nice hot breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. A bit pricey though. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. We heard nothing but peace and quiet. The walls defend the noise from other rooms.

I rarely give 5 star ratings, but this place deserves it. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel looked like a higher end hotel with a reasonable rate. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Yes there was a bit of noise on the freeway side, but it was manageable. The breakfast was excellent, with a pancake maker, bacon, scrambled eggs and more. Unfortunately we arrived late in the day, so didn't have time to try the beautiful pool, but hope to next time! This will be our new go-to place for cruises from Fort Lauderdale.

Aircon could not be switched off overnight making it very difficult to sleep. Apart from that hotel was ok walking distance to ihop & dennys plenty of parking. Breakfast was good & complementary coffee was available.

Wished a manager contacted me about waking up at 11pm to hear water pouring out of my bathroom light and also the night I checked in I let them know about the crack in the tub. Told them I'll be working the next day so they could fix it and nothing was done, so who knows where that water was going. Hotel and everything was nice just check your room better upon checking in.

First off I would like to say the staff here are amazing ! The property is very modern and clean ! The rooms were spacious and looked like they were newly renovated ! The beds and pillows were so comfy ! The breakfast buffet was always being filled with fresh hot food I can't say enough about the ladies who ran constantly filling things up! They had coffee and cold water always in the lobby as well as a small food section of grocery type items ! The pool area although next to the highway was great we hardly noticed the traffic . Beautiful lounge chairs and tables, nice water feature at the end of the pool . The only thing the pool wasn't heated and it was hey cool but being from Canada we braved it anyway ! The only negative was being checked in late although check in was at 4pm we didn't get our rooms until 5 . We were a group of 3 rooms, we requested to stay together on the same floor so it took longer the staff did offer us rooms on separate floors but we said we would wait until we could be together ! But in all fairness I booked these rooms a few months before our stay so my point being they should have been ready before 5 pm . All in all a great hotel with a very attentive staff ! Thanks for a nice place to start our vacation !

I heard everything in my room every water every door slammed the bathroom was dirty hair was still in the bathroom when we enter the room the mirror was dirty I think the person that said they clean the room never did

Hotel overall looks good outside and in lobb. Breakfast could be kept hotter. Hallway on the 4th floor smelled like mildew so did the room.I even asked the maid which was outside the room with cart to give me room freshener but that didn't last to long. Room was facing highway which was loud. AC in room was very loud but you can still hear traffic. Room was clean overall. But bathroom tub had cracks. I thought it was hairs so I complained. Housekeeping came and ck it and told me it was the tub and that they were still remodeling but that room was already remodeled....Pilllows smelled of sweat and hair products. I just splet without. Make sure you understand that some states charge you extra fees. I didn't know this. I had called the hotel 3 times to comfirm the price I was booking online. The young lady at hotel told me it didin't matter if you booked with them or online and she gave me a price which was a few dollars more then online so I booked online. My last call I asked again if the price I had booked was the whole total. She confirmed that no other fees were going to be added which when I checked out was not true. I was not happy. Plenty of restaurants around and casino nearby also beach not to far.

Place looks recently updated. From the beds to the service, the food... Everything was spectacular! We will use this when we fly in for cruising again! Only 3 miles from beach and shopping. Such great tips and service at front desk also

My husband and I flew into Ft. Lauderdale from Chicago late on a Wednesday evening. We needed somewhere to sleep and have breakfast the next morning before heading to the Florida Keys. The Best Western Plus was perfect. It was very clean and right off of the highway. Breakfast was good-cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, oatmeal, bagels, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, apples and bananas-plus pancakes-something for everyone. The pool was good size and had a lot of chairs for lounging and a lot of sunlight. The staff was very friendly.

We chose this Best Western based on previous stays at other BW properties. We loved the included breakfast. This hotel is very close to Port Miami so it was perfect for a night before our cruise. The hotel had an excellent, friendly staff. Everything was beautifully appointed, clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable (which is usually a problem at most hotels). There are a few restaurants within walking distance so that's good too. We will definitely stay again before a cruise fro Miami.

This hotel was recommended to us by family members whom have stayed here often. We met up with them there during our visit in early January. The hotel provides easy access to I-95, the Aventura area where we were visiting other family, and restaurants. The room was reasonably priced. It was attractive, well-appointed, clean and comfortable as were the lobby and other public areas. The staff was amazing - housekeeping to front desk, Lena and Katherine. We will recommend the Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura to others and we'll return ourselves soon. Special thanks to Lena for a very pleasant stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. I thought the price was a bit much. But I looked at all tou guys have to do and decided it's reasonable. It's still a bit much (for a single parent) but I plan on there again, if need be.

The hotel was great. People were nice and breakfast was good. Served it purpose as a stop over before getting on our cruise. Not a lot of choices for dinner but a quick Uber drive and we found lots of places to eat. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 2 days for our January vacation. We go to Gulf Stream Park every year and this was a good location . Close enough to Uber. Our room was just fine. In the morning it was refreshing with such great friendly service from Ms Carmen in the breakfast area. She makes you feel at home. She will bring you coffee or whatever you need to get started for the day! We would stay here again. Although there is a strip club next door! it gave us not problems though.

The people of Best Western gave me a true "TV Commercial" experience! I was treated like star! Giuliana at the desk was simply wonderful! And the housekeeper, Diana was the best I've ever seen! It could be better and no one comes close to hospitality I received at BW! 2 thumbs up!

Conveniently located close to I95. Was also within minutes of the ocean and many other attractions. Even though we were close to I95 and our room was on that side of the building we did not hear the traffic at night and slept very well.

We made a last minute reservation online to this Best Western to attend the Orange Bowl. Located right off 95 convenient to attractions. We were promptly checked in Katherine and Laura were both friendly and attentive and thanked us for being part of the Best Western Rewards program. The hotel has been recently renovated and looks amazing. We headed up to our room. Two double beds with plenty of outlets for technology recharging, something we found lacking in other hotels we have stayed in. We were on the highway side but the hotel is well insulated and didn't bother us at all. They have a beautiful pool with a waterfall and a new fitness center which we didn't have time to use. In the morning they offered a wonderful full breakfast, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, cereals, muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee. It was well maintained by Carmen and Cynthia were both friendly and welcoming. As we left, Eduardo was keeping the outside pristine. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Not a luxury hotel by any means, but our stay was ok and the hotel met our needs. Could have a been a tad cleaner. The staff are extra friendly and the breakfast is good.The pool was nice to have too even though it was a bit cold.

First of all "Hollywood-Aventura" are two cities that are not close enough to each other to label a hotel this way (I am a local). This hotel is in Hollywood and not a good area. It's run down, old and has some vagrants hanging around. We needed 1 quick night between moving so went here. When we got here they were replacing carpets and it was extremely noisy and dusty, you would think there would be some kinda cost adjustment for the inconvenience but it was much too high considering. We still went up to the room but it was stuffy and smelled moldy. They would be starting up the noise again at 7am according the the front desk lady. With all of that considered, we decided to go to a different hotel. Will not recommend!

The hotel is in a great location, close to just about everything you'd need but not many fine dining near by. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good and it has something for everyone. Pool area, extremely nice. Room, perfect...took a minute to figure the shower but I got it. Nothing is as easy as home. I was down on a mini vacation, would I come back again, I believe so.

We were here for one evening. The Hotel had an independent convenient shuttle operator for the NFL Game at the Hard Rock Stadium. I would stay here again if need be. The Hotel itself is tired. Our room was adequate. Not clean by my standards. Comfortable bed. Bathroom toilet was not sturdy. Never used the shower. The bathroom was not somewhere I would want to spend a lot of time. The sheers on the windows definitely were in need of cleaning. Breakfast was what my husband and I would classify as filler. Ok The staff make this hotel. They are professional and exceptionally friendly. Great customer service.

Stayed here on way from Port Everglades to Miami airport. Chose it for convenience just off i95. We were here at 9.30 a.m. as we got off the ship early thought we'd secure our room and head for the Mall. The welcome at the hotel was amazing. The room not surprisingly wasn't ready but we were invited to have breakfast and use the WiFi facility! Did both and by the time we were ready to leave for the Mall reception told us they had a room for us. In the evening when I was printing our boarding passes the printer jammed but reception again came to the rescue. Can't speak highly enough of the staff or hotel. Some reviews suggest noise is an issue near 95 but I'm a light sleeper and had no problem! The hotel did provide earplugs in the room but we didn't need them.

I needed a place to stay close to the Interstate, between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale while I visited relatives. The Best Western was in a good location close to a few food options. Checking into the hotel went well - no issues. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was friendly and accommodating.

My sister and I were in town unexpectedly for family emergency with nowhere to stay. Laura and Britney were friendly, patient and helpful duing the booking and check in process and throughout our stay. Carmen who works at breakfast was friendly and attentive, refilling our drinks , etc.

Great facility albeit adjacent to a freeway, which didn't have to much of an effect, marred by a clerical error on check out. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean and apart from the location was excellent, breakfast was adequate and exactly what you should expect at a BW.

This hotel have to be one of my favourite Best Western Hotel. The staff is amazing and really friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is clean and spacious just the right size. The pool is perfect. The rooms are very confortable and super clean. The breakfast complimentary is exceptionally good. The coffee is my favourite they gave a machine that Made the coffee perfect. Very accessible to everything, and close to the beach.

Stayed here 4 nights and the hotel itself was very good. Breakfast was usual self service fare, whilst internet speed was very good. The only downside to our stay, was the location to I95, which meant the rooms facing this were had traffic noise.

I chose this hotel based on reviews and ratings posted in the internet. Also, the location was very convenient for my needs. The hotel is a bit dated although generally in good condition. I imagine it's of better quality of other hotels in the area based on reviews. The cost was also a factor as it fell in the middle between the cheaper and more expensive offerings in the area. The plusses were general location, price and acceptably comfortable accommodations. The minuses were the difficult access from the road (if you approach from the West, you must do a U turn in a very busy street. Also, the hotel is a bit dated and could use a good renovation. The toilet did not flush the last time I used it, but the staff were quite concerned about it and as I checked out they gave me a 15% discount.

We are happy to say that we enjoyed all aspects of staying at your Hotel. Especially how quiet it was in hotel. We could hear traffic but you have to expect that being so close to entrance ramp to 95 & 95 itself traffic.

We recently stayed here for a 3 night stay. The location is great, very close on and off freeway access. It does take a little bit of effort to find a way into the place since it is so close to freeway. Ask for a room that overlooks the parking lot if you want a quieter room. Everyone of the staff we came in contact with was helpful. The free breakfast was what you would expect. The staff there was always making sure everything was cleaned up and filled up. That was nice.

A good choice to make to recharge and rest on your travels. Attentive and courteous staff, a good selection for breakfast. Has a work out section and a good pool area. The only downside of the pool area is that there's a on ramp to the highway.

This hotel is in a great location for anyone visiting Miami or seeking an overnight stop on the way to the Keys.Although adjacent to the motorway noise from the road is not a problem.Hotel has a swimming pool which looks very good but noise could be a little intrusive here.

The purpose of my visit to Hollywood, FL (Nov 02-04,2017) was to attend a conference at the Marriott Hollywood Beach. I decided to stay at Best Western because of the location, and affordability. The overall experience was good, and I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, great beds and breakfast. Linens were nice, room was clean and had everything you would expect. Pool and pool area seemed newer and was nice as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place. Great value

Very good value for money. No restaurant but many fast food places nearby in walking distance. Free parking, free good working WiFi and free breakfast. The coffee is, however, not very good. Relatively big swimming pool.

Nice Hotel - clean rooms and love the Jacuzzi tub. In room Wi-Fi a plus. Breakfast was satisfying and staff friendly. Not really in the best part of town with the men's club next door and quite a few homeless sleeping around the gas station across the street. Regardless, I actually felt safe and walked over to the Burger King and Taco Bell with no issues.

After a very busy time we want to make a trip through Florida again and recover a few days before. The BW Hallandale is perfect for this. The staff is very friendly, the hotel very well-kept and clean. The breakfast under the management of Carmen is more than rich for a BW. Carmen is an excellent hostess. However, that must be mentioned here, the coffee could (much) be better. Hazelnut flavor is not our favorite. We liked it so much that at the end of our trip we spent a few more nights at BW Hallandale recovering from the trip.

I recommend the Best Western Hollywood in Fort Lauderdale 100 percent, is nice, quite and clean. If I work the same area again I would not hesitate to go back there even if I have to drive more miles. OVERALL IS GREAT...!

The hotel is in a good location, minutes away from a variety of stores and restaurants. The hotel is clean, Wifi worked fast on my laptop. The room was clean, there was a funny smell that was hard to get used to, we just kept our AC running to try to avoid that. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The service is friendly check in and out was fast. Overall, it was a good stay.

We enjoyed the king size bed and breakfast was super. The rooms were very clean. We liked the location close to Mardi Gras Casino and the Gulfstream Race way. Everything else close by for all shopping you need. This is our 2nd time here. We will return.

BW Plus was right On Time for what I needed. Checked into The Link Hotel on Oct 6 checked out Oct 7th (because it was HORRIBLE) right into BW Plus Thank God you was there. AWESOME Hotel. You will see me again. You just became my GO TO spot!!

Had funeral to attend and needed to be not far from Fort Lauderdale airport and within 45 minutes from Miami. Just off I 95, a bit tricky to get to; adj to gas station. Friendly staff, clean facilities and desent breakfast and comfy bed.

We stayed for 4 nights after hurricane Irma hit the state of Florida. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We did not have wifi for the first two days but that was understandable. Even still the Manager gave us 25% off out bill for the inconvenience of no wifi and the room safe and phone were not operational.

This is a older hotel but they are keeping it updated! They were painting the hallway when I was there. Room was comfortable. The breakfast bar was wonderful! Air conditioner worked great Nice and cold! I would stay again

The room was really nice and front desk was really friendly, bed was real comfy, great location...close to the Gulf Stream Park...wish I we were there for recreational but unfortunately we were there for a funeral...but maybe next time we'll be there for fun.

I used to live in Aventura Florida. And I constantly rented in Best Western. ... love the services and the housekeepers. The pool is the best. And rhe stuff . Rooms extra cleans . Planning to go again. .... obviously!

Just try to find a hotel closer to Dolphin Stadium that is this nice and this much of a value. Perhaps a shuttle to events at the stadium would have made the value that much more. Pool waterfall area is very pretty and refreshing. Lobby is amazing. Breakfast is made by a pancake robot! Super quiet--we never heard a thing and we were right next to the dryers for the hotel linens.

We stayed here for the night after our cruise and loved it! Staff was great, hotel was very nice and clean and it was really close to the airport and lots of shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean with wonderful staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The guest room was clean and well decorated. The breakfast was also good. We enjoyed the swimming pool which has a nice waterfall.

We stayed here three nights while in town for job related test. Every member of the staff whom we encountered was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast excellent, the wifi worked flawlessly, and the design of the pool allows you to forget that you are next to a major roadway. Our bathroom was very small and the door made it difficult to move in there. A minor suggestion. It would be good to offer plain ice water at the breakfast for those of us who do not like lemon. We would definitely stay here again.

I visit the miami area every year and always stay at this property no matter how far the commute! It's is always clean, quiet, and updated! There is a small $50 deposit required at the time Check in but the accommodations are well worth the money. Thank you for always giving guests a warm welcome & departure. See you guys next year!!!

Very friendly and accomodating customer service. Free parking and breakfast. The hotel has been completely remodeled from the rooms, to pool and gym. It is right off of I95 and about a 3.5 mile drive to the beach. Highly recommend

Very attractive facility, friendly staff, clean room, cozy beds. Located close enough to whatever you want. The free parking and free REAL breakfast make it a total bargain at 100 a night. I'll definitely stay again. I'd have given 5 stars, if not for the overwhelming smell of weed in the air. That was very disappointing.

Hotel is clean and close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The breakfast is good for families and the staff is excellent. I always choose this hotel when Im in the Hallandale Are, its right off the Interstate and close to the Ft Lauderdale airport.

Staff very helpful and friendly, however, the music throughout property and at pool is too loud and the type of music not appropriate (nightclub, dance music.) Also, room seemed a little damp, wet spots on carpet . Perhaps dehumidifiers would help.

Besides the funny smell in room (that was constant), A/C sometimes not cooling like it should (specially at night) and lint balls on sheets (my husband helped me turn sheet inside out) our stay and breakfast was good.

Although the facility is average outside, it has benefitted from a very thorough remodel inside. It is modern and comfortable. My room was more than adequate. Although the room was small, the remodel kept the layout open and efficient. The bed was WONDERFUL. I did not expect comfort like this at this price. The staff was helpful and upbeat. I usually stay at Choice Hotels when traveling for business but this Best Western made a believer out of me.

The morning breakfast had more than I expected. The staff was friendly. Well lit parking and plenty near the door. Very close to 95 on ramp. Priced right especially if you use the BW Reward membership. Don't forget your senior discount.

We were in town and needed a place to stay near the hopital. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and stay again. Only complaint was the people on our floor decided to have a party in the hall all night and it was hard to stay asleep.

Best Western has reached another level. This particular hotel is beautiful and clean. Check in was super easy, everyone was absolutely nice and informative. My king size room was absolutely beautiful, on the same level as Hilton, for the fraction of the cost. Super clean, I had no issues at all. The bed was comfortable, pool is clean and beautiful. I will be returning, and this will be my main hotel when I'm in town.

Easy reservation through easy check out and everything in between. I'll be looking at Best Western for my next trip! My room even had a Jacuzzi tub! My first room was a little smokey so they put me in a different room within 5 minutes.

We have visited this hotel many times over 5 years. The last two times we have seen a decline in cleanliness. The last time we had to kill several roaches. Front desk didn't appear to care either. When reported, they didn't seem surprised.

Front desk staff was great. The breakfast was put in together beautifully. Housekeeping was very respectful and nice. Maintenance was very helpful and I thank them very much. Everything is very close within walking distance. The pool was nice as well. And check out went very well too.

My stay was nice the only thing that I personally had problem with was we had a small problem with roachs in the bathroom. The other problem was with parking people were parking in the stripped area next to the handy cap spaces which had a person in a wheelchair unable to get into his van because he didn't have room for his lift to open. That vehicle was parked in that striped no parking zone from about 5:00am Saturday and it was still there when I left Sunday at 11:00am it should have been towed after three or four hour max but nothing was done. I blame management for not taking this problem serious

Not a five-star cleanliness but very clean for its category. Friendly staff, always ready to help with a smile, which is the best garment one can wear. And the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of things to keep you full for many hours.

We are not tourists in the area so we are not interested in the expensive parking fees, valet, room service... concierge etc. We are in need of a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to get a good nights sleep and relax. This Place is just that.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel before taking our southern Caribbeans cruise. it was a good choice that we found at Hotwire.com. the rooms are spacious and clean. the breakfast is good and served till 9AM. everyday there was a different variety of eggs plus other dishes.

The hotel was very nice, friendly staff and very clean. Free parking and free continental breakfast. That makes a huge difference when I am booking a hotel. Although I did not have time to enjoy the breakfast area, I knew it was available if we needed it. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a pool however, I did not get time to utilize it as I spent the majority of my time at the college. The price is also very reasonable.

Better variety Breakfast than most, parking is free. Conveniently located next to 95. Rooms are normal, beds comfortable. Internet is free and consistent. The only downside is next to an adult club - or possibly a plus depending on your needs.

I've been going to this hotel for years, this was by far one of the worst experiences. The AC until seemed to create a damp clammy wet feeling on the bed and under the sheets. The sheets were old and needed to be replaced. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt and got my room changed, found the same problem in the new room, I won't be back.

I found the hotel really clean and accommodating to my family's requests. We were all extremely pleased. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There are many restaurants available in the immediate area, even walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to any family that would like to stay in an affordable hotel. They have a nice pool for relaxing after a day at the local attractions.

Shower didn't run cold water I had to take cold showers it was very uncomfortable and weed smoking was on my floor it was hard for me to breath the air in the hall way however the beds where very comfortable everything else in the room was nice just the smoking and shower wasn't working well

The facilities were freat. The pool wan really nice as well as the gym. Very good breakfast. I liked the automated pancake maker. The best part was the staff. Very friendly and willing to help any chance they got. Mrs Carmen was the best.

The hotel staff was ok, breakfast was very good, but hotel had a lot of issues Ac in room was horrible,room smelled musky, one of the elevator didn't work,wifi was poor. I probably won't be staying at this location again.

Place ain't bad at all, it definitely exceeded my expectations, the entrance is a little wired and the gym don't open until 6am.... why I have no idea. The pool is pretty nice with a water fall on 1 side. Parking can get very crowded at night and they want you to place a paper on your dash to display you staying there.

I was a little underwhelmed with my over all experience not bad but not great just ok. Staff was friendly very nice. My main issue was the rooms Cleanliness, the bathtub had soap scum and stains, for the price I paid I expected a little more... they also put a 50 hold on your card that the 3rd party booking site didn't mention. I've experienced more for less at other hotels. Not impressed with my overall experience.

The stay would of been great if it wasn't for the torrential rain. Even though we cannot control the weather we can control how we address issues when the ceiling falls in the lobby and the internet/cable is more often off and than usable.

Hotel was very clean and staff was nice. Hotel located right off of I-95 but the u-turn you have to make to get to hotel is difficulty because of heavy traffic especially during rush hours. Breakfast was very good with a lots of items to choose from.

Selected this hotel because it appeared to be close to the beach. It was convenient to I-95. We stayed on the first floor and thehotel hallways smelled of mildew. They are also located next to a Gentleman's club and not close to the beach. Overall, not the best Best Western I've stayed in.

This Best Western was very convenient to where I had to go for the weekend. Besides the one roach crawling on my bed my second day there the overall experience was very good. And the staff members were very friendly while I was there.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. My boyfriend and I selected this hotel at the last minute and they were available. We enjoyed our king size bed, clean bathroom, pool fun, and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was not that amazing, but I can't complain because it was free. There were also other options available across the street, such as Denny's, ihop, and other fast food chains.

Used this hotel for night before cruise --flew into FLL and cruise left out of Miami. Convenienent in between spot. Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. We love BW hotels because of ones like this one.

I was not happy with the location of the hotel at first, but the hotel is nice, clean, and the staff was great. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds I have slept in in quite awhile. I would recommend this hotel.

Be sure to stay on car park side as adjacent highway too noisy. But excellent value. Great beds. Excellent breakfast included. Very caring and considerate staff. Ideal for overnight stay or long term vacation. Not far from great beaches.

The bed was the best I have ever slept in. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the airport or the port. It is in a neighborhood that is partly residential and small businesses, so there are only a few restaurants - but lots of fast food places of quality. Service was friendly and professional.

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Got there early in the morning with our vehicle and asked if we could leave it in the parking while someone picked us up to take us somewhere and they said it was no problem at all which we appreciated. When we checked in after 3pm the check in process was speedy and efficient. The room was very nice; clean and very comfortable beds. The staff in general were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. The location was perfect for us as it was right off the I95 which meant a speedy embark on the highway the next morning.

There was a security guard on site which is a plus. The Gentlemans club nearby posed no issues or problems to us. That part of town is very busy with traffic but the hotel is next to the entrance ramp for I95. Convenient.

Staff and outside building are the pros things. Even though quick check inn , very attentive staff at reception and breakfast , our expectations of the hotel' reviews were completely destroyed by the noisy AC in our room (305). Avoid this one, room is clean but stinks humidity, restroom is too tinny and outside I-95 is too close to the window . Honestly I cannot recommend this hotel due to my experience , I couldnt rest properly as the AC noise was too loud, I mean extremely loud. I took a video just to figure out if decibels are according to law's limits. Obviously I will write to managment hotel to let them know but I guess some clients should be complaining about same thing before . As said, nice staff, breakfast is correct as location, but noise ruined my stay. PS room fridge did not work either.

Staff was exceptionally courteous and very accommodating they did a great job. Hotel was very clean. Downside a little difficult to access because of the roadways.Rooms were spacious and comfortable!!

The room decor was great and the Conciergie made check in and out easy. Would recommend. Close to the highway. The facility was very clean and adequate parking. The continental breakfast was a nice touch.

The best thing was anything you needed was right there and the breakfast was awesome. The front desk was so nice and polite not to mention they help us with some information about getting around. I forgot to mention we were from Houston Texas this was our first time in Fort Lauderdale .

We travelled with 2 children and stayed 3 nights. Property was convenient to both highway and beach. Lobby is modern, room was as expected for this type of property. Pool was clean and attractive. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety. Carmen in the breakfast area was so kind and welcoming - a real positive to the hotel. We experienced a billing error at check-out but Faith at the front desk was very patient and understanding and resolved the issue quickly.

The room was spacious and comfy. Although I was there for business and not in the room much, it was as comfortable as a hotel should be. Staff was nice and the breakfast was better than just a "Continental" breakfast.

Recently remodeled, comfortable bed, great shower, excellent breakfast, convenient location, lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff, fast internet connection, beautiful lobby - we really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is old and outdated. Our first room has a weird smell and we switched to a different room the next day. Breakfast is average, nothing special. I got a very good deal for the room rate, which is still $150/day. Given the value of what you get, I don't quite recommend it.

Just outside of South Beach, close enough but far enough away! Very well appointed rooms and friendly staff. Didn't use the pool but looked as though it was very clean and well maintained! Ample free parking, nice breakfast in the mornings.

Staff at front desk was fabulous, checkin and departure was smooth. The evening of our arrival a list of restaurants and suggestions was provided to us without us asking. took the Mexican restaurant suggestion Los Lolos food was great nice and cozy. This was our second time stay at this hotel, room was very comfortable and clean.

From the time I called the night before to confirm the booking.com reservation until the time I checked out there was always a pleasant voice and nice smile from the staff. This is an extremely clean and friendly Hotel, the rooms was great with microwave and mini fridge, I was unable to hear any noise from the outside traffic from in my room. I had no issue with the free breakfast, there was enough variety to suffice. If your driving remember that after 9pm parking is a bit tight as that when the parking lot becomes full. There is are plenty of places to eat within walking distance (IHOP, Dennys Wendys etc). My trip was about shopping so this is a nice central location to everything as I was driving. Would definitely stay here again.

Was a bit a wary considering this was not 5star as we usually use when u come for a conference. But the room turned out equally good and the service was fantastic -they also allowed an early checkin. The location is very convenient closer to the beaches and aventura mall. The room had all the amenities which a 5star would have. Microwave was a big plus and certain practical fittings such as multiple USB sockets on the table made things easier. Yes it did not have certain luxuries like a 5star such as huge lobbies, huge breakfast spreads etc but do you need it? Big thumbs up for this property at a price they offer

Hotel exceeded my expectations as far as comfort, cleanliness and staff. Just off I95, convenient to Miami and Ft. Laud, plus grocery stores close. I highly recommend to other business travelers. Only negative - it is a busy hotel - seems like a lot of families from overseas but it could be just when I was there. I do plan on staying again.

This is an average place in not a great location. Strip club next door and highway with lots of noise. The room was okay but noise from highway cars was bad news! Very thin walls. When you check in here you will be charged $50 security fee. You will also see a security guard in the evening inside. Makes you wonder.

It's been a very difficult review to write for this hotel as the main positives for the hotel could also be classed as negatives. The location is just off i95 which for travellers would be excellent however we stayed for three nights in room 423 which had only a view of this very busy and loud road!! As well as the interstate on one side there is a very large gentleman's club which again could have a positive side but not for us. The nearest bar and restaurant we found was over 40 mins walk away so needed a taxi to get anywhere. However we did find the staff to be very helpful and the hotel rooms to be a a good standard.

The hotel is very clean from the parking lot to the bedroom. Breakfest has a lot of varieties to choose from. Every one that works here greats you with a good morning and a smile. Very friendly hotel.

The hotel staff is in a convenient location near restaurants, the airport and beach. The continental breakfast includes a wide variety of foods, including hot items. Rooms have microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Wi-Fi is dependable. Hotel is well maintained. Staff is friendly and professional.

Very pretty hotel, seems new!!! The lobby smell good. Nice breakfast. Convenient location, next to the Interstate and to the #1 avenue next to the beach. 15 minutes drive to airport. Very near the mall, the Dolphins stadium and Miami. Stayed with my daughter to go to a concert and we had fun. I felt pretty safed around. The guy in the front desk was very polite. It has free parking. The only bad thing is a gentleman club right in front the hotel, but is not their fault who there neighbors are. Definetely going back!

I arrived late on a business trip. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety with plenty of seating. The fitness center was large and the overall appearance with nice.

Clean, comfortable room, great staff. We frequent this hotel on a regular basis and are never disappointed. We currently stay at this hotel during football season six or eight times a year. Close to the stadium, easy access to highways, beaches, and shopping.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this hotel and were very pleased with staff on check in, the breakfast crew who were so helpful and kind. Our room on the top (5th) floor was comfortable and we slept well. Internet was so-so. Each morning they presented a hot breakfast with many items so you could always find something to eat. Options of eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes (you make yourself), yogurt and the normal breads, pastries, cold cereals and instant oatmeal. There was fresh fruit, too. Pool was beautiful but for me one evening it was tooooo cold. Probably because we had 2 days of rain. Gym was so-so but usable.

The hotel was clean and inviting. Thank you, Ciara and Chloe, for your professional and friendly reception when we arrived! And for the recommendation of Flanigans Seafood Bar and Grill for dinner! The location made it easy to drive to the Hard Rock Stadium and there is easy access to I95 just around the corner. We enjoyed our 2 day stay!

Stayed at this facility in October 2016, for 4 days and 3 nights. Front desk personnel very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning crew pleasant and helped with any thing requested. Couple chain food restaurants within a block of the facility i.e IHOP and Dennys. Pleasant stay.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Staff keeps the breakfast area very clean. Close to restaurants, Gulf Stream Park and Hard Rock Stadium. Directly off I-95 with easy access to restaurants, shopping and sporting events.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the checking in procedure was pleasant and time taken to ensure we understood the policies, room location and facilities provided at the hotel. The overall view of the hotel was good, premises was very clean, the rooms were spacious and well lit. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were exceptional, ensuring that your every need was taken care of. The reception staff were very friendly always greeting you with a smile and taking time out to explain how to get around the area, which buses to take and the good restaurants located near to the hotel. The catering staff greeted you with a smile and made it their point of duty to ensure you were well taken care of. One bus from the hotel took you into the main town. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Hollywood Aventura.

Room was nice, location was great. Not too far from the beach. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional(front desk and housekeeping). Job well done to the staff. Will return to this hotel in the near future.

They cartered to my every need and made sure they kept a smile on my face while I stayed with them I will sure be back.... but most importantly they we're very polite and kind. They location was great too it was close to 95 highway also they has a lot of restaurants in the area... the breakfast was great

My roommate and I went to the best western during the hurricane and there were a large group of people in the lobby but the guy at the front desk made my check-in flawless. He did everything with a smile. Then we got to the room, the bed one of the best I ever encountered. A little bit of a smell in the room not horrible but still noticeable. I definitely will return.

Clean hotel and very nice staff. Easy location to get to from Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Not bad driving distance to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk or Hallendale Beach. I also liked a the number of restaurants and convenience stores within a mile of the hotel. One word of caution though. If staying on the side of the hotel that is facing the freeway/on ramp is can get noisy. It wasn't really the freeway as much as the long on ramp to get on the freeway. I felt like I was listening to Fast and Furious at times because people would go full throttle to get onto the freeway. Especially the motorcycles in the morning. So if your a light sleeper you might want to stay on other side.

I came to this hotel just because of Damion, Cierra and Fred. They showed me how crazy the service can be (in a good sense). I wish those guys were in my life so I could give them show them all my gratitude.

The hotel was great (room) however it was difficult to get to and we were going on a cruise the following day so asked directions to the Miami Port the young lady told us to go to I95 North when it was actually South. They offered breakfast which wasn't great. The hotel was close to restaurants and there was actually a strip mall within walking distance. Hotel was quiet which we loved.

Very clean and quiet for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. A nice size refrigerator that kept our drinks really cold. Swimming pool area was kept organized and looked nice. The water was crystal clear and the pool was spotless. The breakfast was fantastic with a pancake machine, good sausage omelets and various muffins, rolls, bagels, white of wheat bread for toast. There was extra cheese and salsa for your eggs and a microwave to heat it perfect. The women working in the breakfast area kept it spotless and always available to help or get you anything.

Just when my wife and I checked in everything went great. The Clerk greeted us like family. I asked for a first floor room. No problem. The morning breakfast was perfect. The location of hotel next to 95 was super.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We would do it again.The staff was very friendly and helpful and made you feel welcomed. We've felt like we were interrupting the staff behind the desk sometimes at other hotels. Needless to say, we will never use those "unfriendly" hotels again.

My experience was an excellent one in a time where customer service is normally overlooked the front desk reception and staff members made sure that i felt welcomed. My room was very comfortable very inviting overall it was a great experience and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

We had arrived late, but the employees were very helpful with getting a cot for my grandson. The next day at breakfast everything was warm and full. Each and everyone of the employees were polite and helpful. I will definately stay there again when I visit my sister. Thank-you

My stay overall was very good. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The location was good as well. I was close to everything, dining entertainment and the beach.

We were planning a trip with another couple to see the area. The other couple had booked at a different hotel and by the time we booked there were no vacancies. Looking for an alternative, we both booked rooms at this hotel and ended up being very impressed. This hotel was convenient to the highway, very clean, friendly and helpful employees, comfortable beds, good breakfast and very economical. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The service was Devine and the rooms were absolutely delightful. Everything was very clean and not a thing out of place. Amazing. I woukd totally come back here again. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice staff and clean room . Room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. Didn't have the chance to visit the pool area but did excercise the excercise facility. Their is a big percentage that I will use an other Hotel cold breakfast very close to the Highway 95. very fare from the beach quality price versus quality stay the price is to high. over all satisfaction. i'm not satisfied

close to gulfstream park and village, smooth checking in. very cheerful reception, room was clean, quiet and comfortable, (maids?) were very thoughtful, checking out very easy also, will stay there when in town for dolphins game

We really had a good time there. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was so nice and we really enjoyed the stay there. We're thinking in come back soon. I hight recomend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a good time or a nice vacation. Thanks for everything.

Great time at the hotel will be new customer. Excellent staff , Fred the night guy always with a smile and a joke. My room was clean I had extra sheets and towels in the room in minutes even though it was well past 2am. Gentleman indeed

After WONDERFUL NIGHTS, it is delicious to have an EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. We could go to endless meetings with out starving. Clean quiet rooms. Conveniently located close to I-95 and so many restaurants, Race Track/Casino. We highly recommend it.

The only thing that concerned us was the adjoining room door. If I knew that this hotel had adjoining rooms. We would have looked for a different hotel.This are good for those families with extended families, not go couples.

First of all the rooms are pretty big, i Stayed here for A month and everything went smooth, nice and with 0 main issues The breakfast is ok...its free and have A nice selection every day i had something to eat (i dont eat sugar or grains) It also have A self service laundry room that work and maintened regularly The front desk is helpfull ( thank you for helping me figure out the laundry mechine lol) and nice...not in A freaky fake way, they just help you the best they can Around the hotle there is a wiky dixy, ihop, dennis, but most of the good stuff are pretty far i had to rent A car The only issue i did had the gym's door was broken and it took A while to fix it but every maintnens problems i did had it was ok

In this hotel you can relax and enjoy the city, the location is close to 95 and it's very easy and fast move between places, the hotel is clean, the room it's dark and quiet. Close to a shopping mall and close diferente restaurants

Stayed for 3 nights and found hotel and staff very good. Our room was immaculate and kept so during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with so much choice. Would definitely stay again if in this area.

I was in this hotel for 3 weeks it was always clean, very nice but specially has a good service; Is near lots of restaurants very good location, nice place i recommend this place 100% ..... Breakfast is nice it changes every day the people that work their are very nice

The staff here is beyond accomodating!! Always smiling and courteous. They make you feel as if you are in a 5 star property! This is my second stay in two weeks!! Thank you Chloe, Fred, Faith and Jinyo! Breakfast is great and parking is free! No hidden fees. You get that you pay for!

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus. I particularly loved the cleanliness and breakfast. The hotel also offered other amenities that I really appreciated. There was a guest laundry and free parking and wifi. I am glad I was able to enjoy my vacation with my family without any concerns about the hotel.

Staff is excellent. Room and property is well kept and clean. Included breakfast is heavy on carbs, but, well presented. Needs more fruit and protein choices. Easy parking with well lit lot. Pool is clean with sun bathing boarder.

Great place, the rooms are spacious and very well equipped , big pool . Excellent breakfast , and the staff service is top class and very attentive and friendly. Love this place will be back again for sure.

Stayed at the Hotel with family and friends for 3 days; we had a good experience especially with friendly staff; loved the room, was clean and fresh; the breakfast was particularly nice with all sorts of varieties; all for the reasonably priced rate. Overall, I will recommend it.

The property is really nice, I was told that my credit card was to hold my reservation and they ran my card the day prior to my arrival, they had one staff who acted as if she did not want to be there and the breakfast meat was next to being uncooked.

We were in the area to look at colleges, so our trip was semi-business and pleasure. We liked that we had easy access to the highway and a direct 3 mile drive to the beach. The hotel is very clean and the staff was generally seemed to care about their guest. The pool area was also very inviting & relaxing with the huge waterfall!

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was close to the Aventura mall and to friends house/condo (Hollywood and Aventura). The best thing was the variety of breakfast items and the courtesy of the staff. Specially Carmen, one of the ladies working in the breakfast buffet. She was courteous and friendly!

We stayed here for 4 nights. We would have given this hotel 5 circles if not for the unstable wifi & being next to a strip club. If that does not matter, book it you will be happy. Great staff, clean property, nice pool, nice gym, ample parking. Good hot breakfast with fresh made pancakes & eggs & other stuff on rotation, and free hot coffee in lobby anytime. Location is good next to highway, TacoBell, BurgerKing, gas station next door, windixie across the street, but Cheetah strip club also next door. Fridge, microwave, in room, my kid was sad that the tv didn't allow her Xbox to connect. 10mins to beach.

Good solid hotel with great location. Excellent service. Comfortable beds. Only negative was the breakfast, This could be improved but it was free.Also the breakfast staff were exemplary, I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was quite disappointing. Not for the room or amenities but mostly for the staff that do not care about making things right with a customer or going out of there way in any instance to fix things that they had done wrong. Lovely place but I do not like being treated like a fool for something that was completely their fault. Beware! If you are overcharged they will do nothing to rectify the situation. I would not come back to this hotel.

We had a great stay . The staff were friendly , the rooms were clean . The breakfast was fine . The pool is nice . The noise of the highway did not bother us . It was a nice vacation. Look forward to next time.
