The hotel and room are well kept. Everyone was nice. Our room was smaller than I expected but it was clean, bed was comfortable, refrigerator worked well and was midsize. Our only dislike was the air conditioner didn't stay at a constant temperature. Breakfast was the usual hot breakfast foods, juices, coffee and cereal.
Wonderful place. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Love that breakfast is included! Fridge and microwave in the rooms perfect for leftovers or chilling beverages. Hair dryer with shampoo and conditioner available in the washroom if you have forgotten yours.
Sangeeta, she was so kind to us. She went over and above to make our stay so pleasant. My husband and I love her. She is an asset to your Hotel. Thank you so much you very comfortable and clean hotel Thanks to sure stay.we definitely come back in stay here i recommend my friends and family
This hotel is an $80 a night hotel - it is overpriced. If you can get it for $80 then book it. It is not in walking distance to the falls so I'm not sure why its so pricey. No pool. Breakfast was ok - best part was the vinyl plank flooring instead of gross carpeting.
Outmost professional service and attention! Exceeded our expectations! We were impressed with their level of attention to us and our dog companions that we consider part of our extended family. The enviroment was clean and quite, indeed a very rewrading experience! Very grateful to the staff.
I was a little worried after seeing reviews that said the rooms were too small. We were delighted upon check in to see the rooms are indeed spacious and renovated. We brought our dog with us and he was quite settled in the room and that is not always the case! We felt safe taking him out for walks (sometimes with his stroller) it was well lite and clean landscape area for dogs. The room was clean, the staff were so friendly- I was almost sad to leave! The hotel itself is close to all major shopping and yet in a quiet area for a good nights sleep. Thank you so much for making our getaway a memorable one!!
My flight out of Niagara falls Airport was cancelled and I had ubered an hour and a half from home. I met a nice gentleman named Dave at a Tim Hortons near this hotel. He recommended SureStay and even called Manager/owner to see if a room was available. This Hotel was my saving grace from being stuck at airport for next flight ( next day by the way) The Owner/Manager was the nicest person and very accommodating . I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel.
After choosing this hotel we would never choose this one again; it was not very clean and the breakfast was vey limited and overcrowded
They have one of the best customer service. They made me feel so at ease and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was able to get everything I asked for and as soon as I asked. I'll definitely recommend this particular hotel to anyone going to that area.
The place is nice and cozy in a quiet neighborhood near a freeway. The restaurant has ample sitting and lots of food and beverages to choose. Overall the hotel is clean. The management upgraded my room and the front desk granted my request for a 1st floor room facing the parking lot.
The staff is amazing! If you have any problems they immediately work to fix them, they are kind with a joyful attitude! I really enjoyed visiting with them each day. The facility is comfortable with soft beds and a clean fridge. There is a wonderful breakfast and the dining area is kept clean.
The first desk customer service give us an upgrade for the room. We are three adults and it was originally 1 bed but he upgraded us to 2 beds without extra charge. Then there was the breakfast. You can make your own waffles. There is egg and sausages, coffee, cereal, orange juice, apple juice and etc. There is a worker that cleans the table once you are done eating. It was a great stay.
Very good services. Excellent staff nice and clean hotel. We definitely come back this hotel definitely I recommend my friend and family. Staff always help any time they ready for us excellent job and breakfast is good they provide all the fruits bread sausages juice and eveything we enjoyed a lot.
Had a great time at SureStay. The rooms were clean and tidy. It has a big parking place too. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommended. the breakfast was so tasty. The staff made me feel at home, Definitely coming back!
On May 19th at 8:30 AM, I went to the breakfast, completely out of coffee, and they said they will not refill it then informed me there is a Dukin Donuts nearby! I went to the front desk asked to speak to the manger Ricky called Sangeetha stating she is the Manger. I explained to Sangeetha how my room was not cleaned, and this is where I got extremely annoyed. She began to yell at me stating the room was cleaned. Then said I left my dog in the room; Sangeetha stated she knows because while I was gone, she went in my room 217 and saw my dog that started to bark when she illegally entered my room. This matter needs to be addressed ASAP! This is unacceptable that STAFF WOULD GO INTO MY ROOMM WHILE I WAS NOT THERE! I addressed this concern and informed Sangeetha I was going to contact Corporate she started to yell at me stating that she was going to call Corporate on me. Sangeetha picked up her cell phone; I have no idea who she called. I am extremely upset with this behavior and concerned that Staff thinks they can enter a room without a valid reason while the guest is not there. I need to talk to someone about these concerns.
The desk manager and lead house keeper sangeeta is a wonderful person and such a hard worker. Someday she does the front desk and cleans the rooms by herself. Always asks if you need anything. She has a heart of gold if you are down on your luck and need a hand with payments on a room. She is a jack of all trades that have to do with the hotel business. She is such a a valuable asset to surestay business.
Owner lady is rude, very rude, she was yelling at me like a lunatic, when I went to report a problem to her about how her housekeeping staff trashed my bag of groceries that was kept on top of the table
We stayed 2 nights in adjoining rooms 303 and 305 while visiting the Falls and solar eclips. The room were very clean and spotless.Bed was comfortable.Floor very clean.Breakfast was delicious. Hot breakfast eggs and sausages and waffle .Front desk lady very helpfull. Look like she was manager but she do everythigs.God bless her.We come back and stay this hotel.
Great location, affordable rates, clean rooms, professional staff, free breakfast, wifi, pet friendly, restaurants, laundrymat and convenient store close by. I highly recommend staying here, excellent management very attentive assisting guests. Excellent customer service they truly care about their customers.
I came down from Canada to spend three days at this hotel, and It was a good stay in this hotel, rooms were clean and cozy and everything is just minutes away!! Will definitely be back to stay with them! Great staff, with a fast and easy check in!!
At first glance, a fairly unassuming hotel, and so I assumed little. Wrong idea. The service at this establishment was second to none. Cleaning staff? Super. Maintenance? (we had a light bulb issue) Superb. Breakfast Attendant? Outstanding. All of this spearheaded by the Front Desk Manager, Sangeeta. She was everywhere, laundry, breakfast, the halls. She was so friendly and inviting! Thanks to all for a great first visit to Niagara Falls. Downside? Not really, could explain that t.v. a bit better but that's a drip in the bucket stuff.
Very clean hotel.Breakfast was hot and fresh with plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Located literally a way from Niagara falls state park. Morning employees i think she was manager very helpfull and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommended staying at this hotel.
The accommodations were perfect for what I needed. Definitely a good bang for your buck here. The manager, Sangeeta, Was extremely helpful anytime I needed anything and the rest of the staff was very polite and helpful as well. I actually stayed here for multiple weeks and once I had been there a few days, they were very laid-back. One time I accidentally had my payment method locked around check out time when they would charge me for another day and there was no problem at all when I walked in around 6 pm after work. Staff politely let me know about the situation. I unlocked my card and paid what I owed, and when I went back to my room, it didn't even look like anybody had even come in. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is a great place to stay staff is great I stayed here just about every weekend they make you feel at home the owner could smile a little more when he's around but the front desk manager makes up for that so make sure you stay here when you in Niagara falls
Often work out this way and is just far enough from home for me that I need a place to stay occasionally. I have stayed at this location about once a month or so, over past couple years. Nice size rooms and always clean. Large parking lot and well lite at night.
Had to spend 2 weeks due to unfortunate events at home waiting for home repairs had our 2 dogs with us. The staff was awesome and went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as they could. Breakfast was delicious every morning.. The one lady at the front desk was always kind and had some very nice conversations with me..I am very great full they accomadeted us in our time of need..we will definitely come back even for a night to vist.. thank you very much..best wishes from Rm 114
The staff is really friendly to me and my dog. They'll have fresh breakfast for free. They.Room very clean and organized.i have never problem any time I checking this hotel all ways clean and fresh smells in room fantastic job.all staff is very nice and friendly so I recommend strongly for sure stay hotel.
The hotel was very clean. All the workers were very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to help you with whatever you needed. The breakfast was delicious! Their location is close to stores, aquarium and casino. I will definitely stay here again
It is not much I can say about sure stay but the staff is phenomenal especially the front desk manager sangerta Patel when I say she greets you with a smile on her face all the time very helpful very concerning I would recommend this place to anybody I'm not a big breakfast fan so I don't know about the breakfast but other than that rooms are clean cleaning staff is great keep up the good work and service
Such a great place to stay.we were warmly welcomed by the staff members we met super friendly.Breakfast was so good!we are all fresh and tasted good. The bed was very comfortable the heat worked great.clean ,quiet and comfortable.Such a great place to stay.
It's very pleasant and very nice accommodations I'm very happy and very pleased to stay very thankful for the wonderful service the breakfast is always ready on time everything is always fresh my towels are always fresh and clean I'm very very excited every time I have to come to the area I would recommend this to anyone especially my family
Super clean rooms and friendly staff.Good breakfast choices including hot waffels.Eggs and sausage.yogurt. Bed very comfy. Most important 10 minutes far in my work area.couple miles far Niagara Falls .Hotel very clean.
Nice and clean hotel.staff very friendly and helpful.next day we are going to check out but my family decided we stay one more night. I asked Front Desk girl (Indian girl)she said no problem you stay yesterday night so I give second night discount rate and she give me very good rate. This hotel room and all area very clean.we come back again this hotel and I recommend for my friends and family also.
I had a really good experience here. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly making sure I had gotten my military discount when I checked in. Sangreeta always greeted me when I would walk through the doors. When I upgraded my room the gentlemen helped me with my belongings to my room. The staff made sure that my dog was welcome as well. They also kept the property well maintained and well lit. For what it's worth, the included breakfast was good and on time. I left for work each morning with something hot in my stomach
We have stayed at SureStay hotel. This is definitely one of the most places to be.Front desk staff very friendly and nice with us.check in too fast when we enter in room is clean and after two minutes front desk check us on phone we are ok for room this phone call make me very impressed.Breakfast was a good and mix -with scrambled eggs sausage and bread butter and muffins.we're 100%coming back.
Night staff was friendly. Room was clean but small. Breakfast not edible. I am not a picky eater and can usually eat most anything. I have never had scrambled eggs that were so rubbery and hard to chew. I settled for toast even though the toaster had not been cleaned in who knows how long.
We were very pleased with this hotel. We were taking an extended trip and SureStay was a very pleasant place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The self serve laundry was handy since we were about to start our 2nd week on the road. The washer and dryer were reasonably priced and the front desk kept change on hand. The breakfast was good and offered various choices each day.
Very good hotel, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good.it is close to store like Tj maxx, samaclub.walmart and outlet mall.Main things Front desk indian girl i forgate her name but she allways helpfull and knowledgeble.god bless her.and i come back again with my family.
The rooms were filthy By far the worst. Paint chipped off the wall, hair all over the towels, door looks like it was kicked in, no lock on the bathroom door, every channel on the TV doesn't work, there was mouse droppings on the floor mold under the sink and the staff were some of the rudest people I've met in all my life traveling. I reserved 1 room for two nights, ended up getting a total of about 5 hours worth of sleep and asked to check out on the morning of the first night around 8am. Was told I couldn't and had to suck it up. After a bit of arguing and convincing. I was finally told I'd be getting a refund. Have not gotten it yet
Clean room, friendly, helpful staff, convenient location, good wifi, breakfast unfortunately is not good, rooms do have a strong perfumed cleaning product smell but was not an issue, tjey do permit pets so that can be good or bad for you.
booked this hotel 2 1/2 months ago (direct) and were bit hesitant even till last day of starting journey. It was never a regret and can say it was a good decision to keep things under budget. We travelled as extended Family and requested for a connecting room which was fulfilled.
The hotel is very nice, the people are very friendly, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is wonderful. I would definitely recommend!! It has a very friendly quiet and peaceful feeling. Enjoyed my stay very much.
Even know there were less expensive properties for our weekend getaway, we chose this location because of an outstanding, amazing individual who assists in running this property. Sangeeta is an individual with exceptional customer service skills and her personality shines. When we first arrive, we ask if she is on property and go to say hello every visit. The breakfast is also excellent.
I went there in this property for my summer vacation with my family and pet as well. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. I don't understand why people don't see their hardwork and every time they only want is refund. They even have the pet policy which states that you cannot let your pet be alone in the room. Even their breakfast was very delicious and with many options. Thank you very much for making my stay memorable.
I reviewed this property online with Trip Advisor it looked nice and clean and reviews were good. Nothing real negative. When we got there, the property was nothing like their pictures or reviews it was so dirty/ filthy. I was shown 3 rooms and couldn't stay in any of them. We just want a clean room. We stay at I decided not to stay, they still charged me more than half.
AVOID! Our room was disgusting! We stayed 2 nights. The first night we realized one of the beds was full of hair, obviously from a previous guest. I called the front desk to report it, and their response was that we could come get new bedding from them, and then we had to change it ourselves. Upon doing do, we saw the mattress pad beneath it had runs of some kind of dried on brown liquid on it as well. It obviously hadn't been changed for some time. By the second day, the shower drain was plugged and barely draining, so we had to stand in dirty water and with accumulating sludge on the tub's bottom. We reported this as well, but nothing was done except to say they would pass it along to management. I took pictures of much of this “disgustingness.” We ate breakfast the first morning, but the eggs were horribly watery, so we didn't eat there the next day. When our toilet also became unusable the last morning, and some members of our party couldn't use the main one in the lobby area instead because it too was out of order, some were just unable to go. Internet is very slow, and the sofa bed is just a pull-down sofa. There is no mattress for it, and we were given one blanket to choose to either put over the top of it as a barrier or for warmth. I asked for enough towels since the room didn't have enough for the 4 of us, and I could tell they didn't want to give us more. I did not receive a receipt at checkout as the clerk was supposed to show management the things I'd jotted down about many issues with our room, and then hopefully receive some type of response and likely at least partial refund for our trouble. Days later, I've yet to hear anything. I am not holding my breath waiting. Oh, and the hotel is about 14 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park. I thought it was closer, but that part was my mistake. I thought others may want to know, though.
My room was dirty upon checkin, bed and bathroom floor. Staff was nice. They were accommodating.and brought us a set of sheets to change the one bed. Breakfast was okay. But two out of the three juices were out of order.
I was treated with kind and respect. The front desk clerk remembered my name from a year a go. During breakfast time they had several choices to choose and everything was clean and organized. I was very please to return since I had a great experience as well last year.
We needed additional towels, we were accused by lana at the front deak for attempting to steal their budget towels. Middle of summer hot humid day, seriously?! Subsequent retaliation by claiming someone complained of our pet. We were rudely asked to leave, attempted to contact owner to no avail, called local police. Left the premises with no alternate accommodations. Worst treatment ever by a hotel employee, EVER.
We went to take our luggage to the room and pulled the comforter down—- there were tons of long black hair on the sheets. Front desk did not want pictures— said I believe it. Evidently sheets had not been changed or washed. She must have known. Customer service was negligible and didn't really apologize for the problem. NEVER AGAIN— went down the road to HOLIDAY INN :)
We went to Niagara Falls finally after not having been able to take time off as a family in a while. We were able to book a 2 day state at this hotel with not hight expectations since the price was so affortable. It was the best desicion. It was clean breakfast was great and pillows and and bed the best Thank you
We chose this hotel as it looked a little newer and the price was right for New Years Eve. The breakfast was OK but was missing a few items that we are used to when staying at other hotels. Internet service was good. Overall, our stay was what we needed for the night.
Great staff at this location, front desk clerks are all very friendly, accommodating and down-to-earth but still professional. This was our 1st time using Sure Stay, and will definitely seek out more reservations with Best Western franchises for our get-aways. The rooms were all clean, organized, and neutral-scented. We are also pleased that this location is truly pet-friendly with our toy chihuahua.
This is the second visit to the hotel in recent weeks. Sangeeta, at the front desk is amazing and so obliging. The hotel is clean and provides a nice breakfast in the morning. Gotta love those waffles! Lots of parking and easy access to rooms and the lobby as there are no curbs or barriers for those with mobility issues. Located near to lots of shopping, restaurant and a main thoroughfare to get you were you need to go
The manager Sangeeta went above and beyond what she was supposed to do been here for a month and I would gladly say another month rooms were fine had no problem with anything at all and all the stuff were friendly and help you out with any questions or problems that you had. She is not only a great manager she is now a very good friend
We had stayed at the Best Western before, but it apperas this particular one was in a bad shape. Room smelled moldy and there was banging from the pipes all night. Breakfast was horrible some old egg that was disgusting and some sausages not very appealing. The only good thing was the fruit and the waffle I made myself with syrup. Coffee was poor and serive at thec check in desk was poor. No one was at the desk. We had to call some number to get help.
My husband and I recently stayed at SureStay Plus hotel by Best Western and it was a pleasant experience! The hotel was dog friendly which made the stay even better since we traveled with our two dogs. The room was very clean and quiet and it was a bonus that it had wood floors rather than carpeting. It had all of the extras we enjoy having in a hotel room such as a smart tv, microwave and mini fridge with a freezer. They had good wifi and plenty of on-site parking. The room came with complimentary breakfast and it was the perfect way to start our day every morning. The hotel was in a good location around plenty of stores and Resturant's for lunch and dinner options. Only 9 minutes from Niagara Falls which made visiting them easy and convenient every day of our stay. This was our first time at this hotel but it won't be the last. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. From getting extra towels, to even adding more nights to our stay. We were very happy with everything and will definitely come back in the future!!
"Good place, well clenliness, free parking,me and my wife went yesterday to this hotel and had good experience.Room are good size .I will stay it good one of the best hotel i have visited in niagara falls. My Favorite was marriot but now this is my favorite.becouse who cheked me arround 5.30 Front desk girl Sangeeta she is very friendly and professional.she went out of her way to make me comfortable.and my wife so impress for her best service and we stay here again good Luck for all staff.see you soon.
I've been to many hotels but this one is far my favorite the staff are so friendly. I've been here almost a month and I love it. It's always very clean. The breakfast is good. 10/10 recommend this hotel!
The minus: Handicapped room fell short. Yes, there were bars beside the toilet and shower, and the sink was low. All wheelchair accessible. However…we couldn't even figure out how to use the shower without flooding the bathroom, as the shower curtain was about 6”too short. Unless you took the shower stool into the shower, there was no place to put soap or washcloths. The biggest failure was, however, THE BED! I'm about 5'4”, and the bed was so high, it came almost to my waist! We had to use the rolling room chair, get my feet on it (I have severe back trouble, this wasn't easy…get my bottom on the bed, and then my husband had to let go of the chair long enough to swing my legs onto the bed.)It would be impossible to transfer from a wheelchair to that bed, unless a partner or parent is capable of totally lifting the disabled person…or if it was an electric wheelchair capable of rising up. However, there was limited space in the room with one queen bed. Having only one chair wasn't an issue until the second day when it was pouring rain, and we were confined to the room for 1/2 day. The plus: Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was OK, just about average for motel breakfasts. The bedside lamps had built in plug-in's for our CPAP machines and our phone chargers! And the PRICE WAS RIGHT. WE DO recommend this place to anyone visiting Niagara Falls on a budget. IF they don't need wheelchair access to the bed, or are limited in their mobility. (PS: we pointed out to the manager that there was poison ivy in the flower bed out front. He had never dealt with it. It was gone the next morning. Hopefully, carefully pulled up…if the groundskeepers used a weed whacker, then some of the pieces may be under the watering hose. (This would be a potential nasty shock to an ungloved unsuspecting person handling the hose!) But as we drove out, we saw more in front of the evergreen bushes in the parking lot. Hope this helps. )
We have received excellent services from Sangita and her team. Excellent breakfast, very clean, excellent customer service, guest laundry. Value for money. Also very close to Niagara Falls. We visited as family and everyone likes this hotel and service. Thanks Sangita, Hotel Manager for your excellent service
Stayed overnight while on Niagara Falls trip. Easy to locate and with lots of on-site parking. Front desk staff was not friendly nor helpful. Didn't seem to know what to do and even asked me to use my mobile to call the management which room I should be given. Was given a mobility room which was big and comfortable and the cleaning staff had just finished cleaning as we arrived. At least the room was OK, comfortable and quiet. Good WiFi coverage. The only problem was the tap was detached from the sink which caused some inconvenience pulling the handle to turn the tap on/off. There's an elevator in the hotel. Breakfast was provided and with hot food.
The toilet was not bolted to the floor. When I told the front desk at check out in the morning she was only concerned that it flushed and said the toilet would last 7-10 yrs and being unbolted didn't matter. There was also no toilet paper in the room and she didn't care about that either saying we shouldn't expect there to be tp and to call the front desk if we needed something.
I have had positive experiences in the past with BW hotels so decided to give this a try. I purposely was looking for a budget hotel since I all I wanted was a clean and convenient so, based on reviews, this seemed would fit my needs for a two night stay. The hotel appearance was basically the Motel 6 and that's s okay. Check-in and check out were easy. On arrival there was no one at the check-in and I had to ring a bell. Apparently there is only one person to manage, do laundry, etc., answer phone, and assist guests. She was very pleasant. At the elevator, you stood next the open door into the laundry room. My room was on the second floor at the very end of the hall that was next to the roadway. It was a single bed room so small but fine for me. It was noisy and loud at times late at night. The main thing I look for is cleanliness. Though the bed did indeed appear to be fresh and clean, there could have been more attention to other aspects of the room. It looked like it could have used a good washing; I found some long brown hair on several surfaces in the bathroom (my hair is not long and mostly gray); there is a full length mirror that appeared to have something that has run down it. There were some other issues I noticed but this can give you a good idea. No luxury or frills expected but what is provided should be in good working order. The ac worked fine but the unit made a constant sound like hard plastic being crumpled. The refrigerator did not make or keep anything cold. The coffee pot in the room was filled with water for some reason and no way to know how long it was in there or if the pot was ever cleaned. The TV was not user friendly and despite asking how to use it, I could not figure out how to locate a station to watch. Keep expectations low for “breakfast” - selections very limited and the only fruit I saw was green bananas. I looked at the offerings, tried one item, threw it away, and left. I did not bother the second morning.
When we arrived at the hotel around 10 pm .. we were greeted by the 2 beautiful staff who showed us our room.. we stayed there for 2 nights and i can say i will highly recommend this hotel.. their staff are very helpful, kind and really treat you like a family. i am very thankful to them for watching over my 2 little furbabies when we went to watch a show… you are simply the BEST STAFF.. i will surely go back and stay there and will recommend to our friends and family❤️❤️❤️❤️
The staff was extremely nice. Ample parking and fast food restaurants close by. The breakfast is always a great addition and this location was well taken care of. I liked that it was not directly located to Niagara Falls , this is a much quieter location.
This is our 4th stay at this hotel! The price is right and the hotel is wonderful! If you are in Niagara Falls, you will find many places to stay. If you stay here, you will never be sorry! The manager is a beautiful caring person. The staff members are all helpful. To us, it is like coming home to family! Sangheta is not only a friend. She is like family. (I hope I spelled it correctly). We would never stay anywhere else. It is like we come from Iowa to heaven. You will never regret your stay!
The lady in the front was incredibly helpful and professional, she is a hard working person. She did not only was doing front desk, but also helping in the breakfast and housekeeping, she deserve a raise. In overall was a great experience, 10 mins in car to Niagara Falls Park!
We stayed 2 nights and with our small dog and were vey happy with our stay ! Staff are very helpful and want your stay to be enjoyable ! We will returning to this Best Western !! There is no swimming pool at this Best Western !!
"We always stay here", you'll hear that alot around this place. Alot of regulars, like us! You're a couple of miles from the Falls, the Casino, Canada, Niagara Gorge, the Wine Trail, etc. Under the watchful eyes of Sangeeta, a welcoming clean room,50"flat TV,mini fridge, micro, etc. There, I've said it. My secret is out. Join the Best Western Rewards Program.
"Best hotel to stay at when visiting niagara.Frontdesk lady i think she was manager but she very hospitable.Very well maintain hotel.Clean room and bathrooms.Definietly staying here when vissiting niagara falls again.
Great location for a visit to the US side of the falls, good value. Nice room, helpful staff. Food options were poor. Burger grill posted hours open to 8:30, but no one there at 7:45, and no sign saying closed. Bartender couldn't find tonic water. Eating area was chilly and poorly lit. Breakfast was good and well-tended. We'd stay there again.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.customer service was extremely great.especially the service I received from ms.sangeeta Patel the front desk manager.she is very friendly and very professional.she went out of her way to make me comfortable.most definitely 100 percent will stay there again.the room was very clean and comfortable as well.the breakfast was also good.different breakfast options are available.
Breakfast left something to be desired, but I slept great and left refreshed for the road. Nice job overall, I will stay again in the future. Contact center person who sold me the room was fantastic. Helpful and Kind.
Budget friendly hotel close to attractions! This stay was for my husbands and I 20th wedding anniversary. It was a last minute trip. Felt very safe! Room was on the 2nd floor and very clean. Hardwood floors in room. Queen size bed. Mini fridge and microwave. Hotel employees were very friendly and accommodating. While a big fancy hotel with a few would have been great we were on a budget. This hotel was perfect for us! The breakfast was great and plentiful. Would definitely stay again!
I really cannot explain how much I love this spot! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always so clean and the beds are so so comfy! The rate is extremely low compared to other hotels in Niagara Falls as well. Great price, great location, great rooms. I come to visit Niagara Falls very often, and since August 2021 I have been staying here at least once a month. 10/10 recommend!
We love this hotel. Services r very excellent. The Front Desk Manager Mrs. Sangeeta….. she is just Awesome. This is my Permanent hotel when I visit Niagara. Breakfast r good too. This is my 4th time here in this hotel. Wish them very good luck.
The hotel is clean. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. Pet friendly. Close to everything food was warm. The beds are very comfortable. They had plenty of parking and handicap parking. Had a place for me to walk my dog. The falls are close and shopping close by as well as restaurants.
Very clean organized budget hotel to stay in niagara falls ny. Free breakfast served on time. Very good hospitality. Visiting Niagara falls NY , I recommend sure stay by best western for affordable clean visit. Friendly staff. Thumbs up
This stay was fantastic! The frontdesk Indian girl was wonderful.she helpfull and made the stay even better than it was. Also a very resonable price, especially for the room you get! The room was very clean with miceowave and fridge.everythings is perfact.
Called the hotel to confirm it is pet-friendly, assured them I never leave my pet alone in the room unless its just to get coffee/water or a quick trip to get some stuffs from my car. They told me it'll be fine as long as my dog are not those with separation anxiety. I assure them she's mellow and even when i stay in hotel that allows dog alone, my girl never had a soiling incident (she doesn't do it at home either) bec we always ensure her biz are done b4 we go. Chk-in was brisk, nearby exit for dogs to go out for their potty. Walls are thin, but we aren't the type who mind and our neighbors have been as considerate as they can. Though my dog dun bark much, i understand others might bec of strange envt. Advice to non-pet customers, trying requesting to be away fr pet-owners. I love staying near pet owners even when my dog can't come along on my trips, i appreciate some doggie live when away from mine. Staffs are very friendly and kind. Some absolutely love animals too. Its wonderful to see. They clean as best as they can, and i am happy with everything. Water pressure, hear in room, drainage speed etc did not use TV so cannot comment. Surprise B'fast with coffee, waffles etc v much appreciated! Lemon infused water available thr'out the day. Will high recommend tis place.
''By looking at reviews online you have to be carefulll. Some pepole are just negative. We were greated so wonderfully at the chekin Front desk, our room was spacious.Clean and had everything we needed.5 star for a great hot breakfast too.the room smell very good.all enterance to hallway nive and clean.Front desk lady i see her name Sangeeta hats off her.she so kind with us, walm welcoming and smaily face.i enjoy my niagara trip and next time also i stay this hotel.
I really enjoyed my visit in Niagara Falls & this hotel was the icing on the cake. Very clean, accomdating & amazing customer service. I absolutely love Sangeeta manager) & Lana at the front desk. 10/10 recommended
I booked this hotel room on Dec 16 at 1am. The hotel was called to confirm the booking before I got charged for the room. As it was 1am the hotel requested the booking be done on Dec 15, which was fine as I wanted a place to sleep till 9 am. I took a cab from Buffalo International Airport to the SureStay Plus Hotel and arrived there at 1:50 am. There was a sign with a number to call for service. I did and the number wasn't accepting calls. There was a sign to ring a bell for service and again no one showed up And finally there was a reservations number at the front door and I called and left several messages but nobody came to check me in. After doing the above for more than 3 hours (1.50 am to 5 am) I managed to find a cab and left. This place is very unprofessional, they agreed to take me and wasted my time ( more than 4 hours on the property), my money ( cab, long distance calls, roaming charges, etc) and there was nobdy to check you in. As a person who has been on planes and in hotels since I was 6 months old, round the world, this is one of the worst experiences I have had. Can't check in a room that was confirmed and paid for, no place to even sit down , lots of frustration and stress that was not needed and no service what so ever. Disgusting !!! STAY AWAY ! Even If they give you money to stay there.
Trip to see family in Niagara Falls NY. We made our reservations by telephone and found Ms Patel very helpful with all of our questions. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, Ms Patel took my husband down to the room so that he could see it before checking in. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and Ms Patel made us feel like special guests. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast especially the waffles. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We will be visiting here again.
Comfortable beds and clean room. Close to the falls and very nice staff. Sagena at front fest very courteous. Close to restaurants and pet friendly. Breakfast is going. The casino is close by and shopping is close. Lots of parking and bus is close by
This was my first time staying at this hotel and I stayed 5 nights. From the time I checked in the service was excellent and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel and rooms were very clean. I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely be back.
Great location. Comfortable bedding. Excellent customer service especially by Sangeeta. We've stayed here multiple times and each time the experience has been good. The price is the most reasonable in the area.
This hotel is located in central Niagara Falls and is convenient for all shops and tourist attractions. It is very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The best part is the staff. We felt loved and cared for during our entire stay. We look forward, very much, to coming back
My family & I really enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. Sangeeta was very friendly & helpful throughout our entire stay. She always made sure we felt welcomed & was more than accommodating. I read a couple negative reviews & while this is not a 5 star hotel, it is VERY clean, well kept & gives a homey feeling. If you are looking for 5 star treatment, you need to stay at a 5 star hotel & expect to pay for that. I just needed a hotel room for my family & I while we were there to see the Niagara Falls. It is important for people to remember that because of Covid, business's are still very much understaffed & fighting through the same pandemic as the rest of us. I feel this hotel did an amazing job given the circumstances & I would absolutely stay there again. The staff was exceptional & the service was great! Thank you Sangeeta & staff for a wonderful time & allowing my family the comforts of home.
We stayed in about 5 Best Westerns on our trip. This was one of the two worst. Room was dirty ( lots of debris under TV stand and phone stand). Laundry room dirty. No vending room even though signs says it's there. There is about 7 inches between bed and closet, so you have to scoot, sideways to get to closet. Awful. We were there two nights. This place needs a thorough deep clean of every room and pull out furniture to clean under it. No excuse for this filth
PROS: Queen sized bed, desk fridge, microwave, USB ports, WiFi, clean bathroom, no carpet in room, elevator, working key cards, aarp discount, breakfast, well lit area for parking, ac/heat, nice staff. CONS: Noise in water pipe, barking dog,
We had a reservation. When we checked in we were told that they had one room. It wasn't the room we booked because they overbooked the hotel. I had to sleep on the floor. They were calling the other people at 9:30pm to cancel their reservations. There were no other hotels in the area that weekend on such short notice.
This hotel is close enough to Niagara Falls, and to restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel itself is small but very clean in the hallway and in the room. The front desk manager, Sangeeta, is very pleasant and helpful. She has this very big smile in her face that truly welcomes you. The hallway of the hotel appears and smells very clean. I have no complaint inside the room as it appears very clean and smells good as well. I wish they provide lotion though as this is the only hotel we stayed that does not provide one. They have a full sit down breakfast but the choices are very limited, and the room is small so it hets very crowded. But for its price and cleanliness, I'm rating this hotel a 5.
The staff was awesome the room was very clean the shower had great water pressure the bed was very comfortable great for someone with back issues…the breakfast was good .. coffee was delicious and there is a 7-11 right across the street!!
Sangeeta is the wonderful employee I've ever had at a hotel. She is so kind courteous and helpful. She is always busy. Such a hard worker. Goes out of her way to help you. The rooms are clean and neat. She should be paid double her salary. Rest of the employees are nice too. I know I'll be back. I'll always reco.mend this place.
We were just spending one night, so were looking for a clean room with comfortable beds. We got that. I was never able to connect to the hotel WiFi which was annoying. The breakfast room was very crowded when we left, so we just grabbed some fruit and yogurt to go, but they did have the standard waffle maker available.
Got to the hotel and the front desk agent wasn't there. I rang the bell for service he came out and I gave him the necessary info to check us in. He couldn't find my name and then he finally did and then he asked for the card used to book reservation. I wanted to make sure he wasn't charging me twice so I had to log in to my bank account. In the mean time he looks at me and tells me to let him know when I was done and he turned around and went in the back. Seems like I bothered him while he was eating his lunch since he came back out with a mouth full of food. Finally got to our room and the key wouldn't work. Front desk agent gave us a new room number and came up to make sure it would work. It did thankfully. That night the TV wouldn't work properly. TV lost signal multiple times, the cable kept cutting in and out. We didn't report it until the 2nd night and he came up to check it out. He unplugged everything and then got a phone call and had to leave. Said he would come back and didn't so my husband an I plugged everything back in and the TV went back to working.
We received a warm genuine welcome and were checked on by staff to make sure all was well. The beds are comfy, rooms clean, nice hot showers with great pressure. The breakfast seemed luxurious compared to all the continental or non-existent breakfasts common at the expensive locations - real food! Close to food and shopping, quick access to the freeway, quiet. Definitely worth it for your vacation or whatever travel needs you have. Was very happy with our stay and plan to book here again next time!
This trip was a long stay (over a week) to visit with family in the area. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection, I especially appreciated that the coffee dispenser allows you to choose your roast choice - light, medium, dark. The manager, Sangeeta (sp?) was a kind lovely person who made me feel welcome and like my needs mattered to her as a person, not just as a customer. The property was bright and clean. I would stay here the next time I am visiting family.
Nice, very ciean hotel and price are affordable for whole family vacation.room are nice and clean.Staff was very help full. specilly Frontdesk lady sangeeta allways smilley face and make sure customer happy.she was such a wonderfull person in hotel.definiteiy igo there again and i recommend my friends and family.
The rooms were small. The hotel smelled funny throughout The staff was decent but couldn't answer mask mandates for state. Glad I only booked for one night. I definetly would not go back to this hotel.
Hotel was clean and its near to Niagara falls..Good place to stay. Staff was helpful. Price of the accommodation was nominal. Full Breakfast was good.Room were clean. Location was it approachable from falls.
Not sure if the folks who put in other reviews here stayed at the same place, my experience was very different. We got 2 rooms for 2 nights. 1. The hotel is dimly lit, so walking in … you dont get a good feel. 2. My room had this weird smell. At first we thought it was because the room was locked up with no circulation. So we turned the AC on high, came back a few hours later and the smell wouldn't go away. We somehow spent the first night in that room and asked to change rooms the next night. 3. The rooms were not cleaned well, my (new) room, had cobwebs hanging off the walls. Breakfast is at most average. I usually stay at Marriott properties and wanted to try Best Westerns, as my points are running low. If this one is a Best Western representative, I will happily pay the extra $50 - $100 for Marriott properties and stay there. All of the ‘great' reviews that are on this board … I would highly question the credibility of those reviews. I went by those, and I guess got duped. The only good point about the place, the lady who was at the dont desk, Sangita … was very nice and helpful. But I felt bad that she had to deal with the crap the property owners were having her deal with.
Room was clean. Hot breakfast served. No outdoor seating, but, owner brought out chairs and a table so we could sit outside to enjoy fresh air nice evening weather. We brought our fur baby but was not able to do dinner without him, since hotel doesn't allow you to leave dog in room alone., Which I prefer not to do anyway. Location very convenient to shops, food, and downtown.
Rooms are very small - we didn't mind but would be horrible if had children with us. Hotel not secured - anyone can walk in as front desk wasn't manned at all times. If you don't plan on spending time in room it is fine but for price should be a bit more secure and spacious.
Very dirty room. The floor was not clean, towels were stained, shower was very dirty, blood or poop sprayed behind toilet not really sure:/ room had a smell to it as well. Will not stay their again that is for sure!
The bed in room 226 was too soft & the pillows too firm (sounds like Goldie locs & the 3 bears, lol) but the front desk agent at the time did supply me w/a softer pillow which helped. Overall if I find an occasion to return to Niagara Falls, I wld probably stay there again.
I loved stay in this hotel. Room was clean and cozy. Service was excellent - very helpful and friendly, especially Sangeeta Patel. I wish we could stay over there longer. Thank you! Would recommend to a friends!
Reviews are things that I normally skip because I hate to do them. Being an optimistic person, I usually chalk things up as minor oversights. However, the Surestay Plus Niagara Falls East was missing some basic things that you would expect at even the cheapest most dumpy hotels/motels. First, there should be more than 1 of each towel when you check into a room. Next, the toilet seat should be completely attached to the toilet. Also, an extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice. When we checked in there was less than half of a roll in the bathroom. All of these are basic expectations to guests… how cheap can one be to provide them? Our room also smelled like an animal was living in it, covered up with some strong smelling air freshener. It doesn't really cover up the odor, it just makes it smell like an animal with air freshener on it. Much like covering up the smell of number 2 in the bathroom with air freshener, it just doesn't work well. Also had to kill about 6 flies that were living in the room. A final thought, if there is a TV provided with a remote to control it, the remote should probably work too. Ours did not turn the TV on. Besides that, the room was relatively tidy. Sheets, floors, tub, toilet, and the few towels we had were clean. As well as the microwave and mini fridge worked and were not dirty. We picked this hotel because of reviews and pricing on TripAdvisor. Its not the cheapest place, but not the most expensive place either. I'm not too sure why the Surestay Plus is so highly rated here. I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family to stay there. If I wanted to stay in a dump, there were plenty of other lower costing places that would have provided equal accommodations. Hotel management shouldn't be so cheap.
Relocating to the Niagara falls area we stayed at multiple hotels , ranging from 4 to 2 star hotels. Hands down this one was the cleanest , affordable choice. when I say clean I mean clean to my standards which means I couldn't find any dust ( allergic) NO HAIR IN SINK OR TUB! THAT ONE IS A BIG ONE FOR ME....As soon as I opened the door to my room I knew I was in the right place. Also this establishment is pet friendly! Sangee ( DAYTIME FRONT DESK) GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE HER GUEST HAVE EVERYTHING THEY NEED. Furthermore they're laundry room second floor for the guest this also was a big one for me for when you are traveling laundry adds up. Sangee is always available to give change and detergent and snacks are available to purchase. So if you find yourself in the Niagara are this is the place to be HANDS DOWN!
Absolutely horrible experience. My wife and I just visited pretty much all of New England on a crazy vacation. Niagara Falls was a good halfway point for us on the way home to stop so we figured we'd stay two nights and have some fun while we were there. We get to the hotel and check in. Room smells like they literally just let off a bug bomb in there or sprayed a whole can of raid. So I go back to the front desk. Not 10 minutes after we checked in. There's a sign with a number that says we will return in 15 minutes. Call the number no answer. Then I see the manager pull up in his truck after I stood there for 10 minutes waiting. So therefore he left the property unattended which is totally unacceptable. Then he gives me a different room on the top floor. Go there. Room still stinks but I could tolerate it. There's no do not disturb sign. The tv is bolted to the wall pointing up! Lol. Can't even see it from the bed. There's an inch thick sheet of dust on the back of the tv. Don't even get me started about the cable. Didn't even work half of the time. There was actual pee on the wall in the bathroom. On the main floor there was leaking pipes and a mop bucket to catch the water from the ceiling. I have photos and would be happy to share these with someone who oversees these places. Anyways I was so uncomfortable my wife and I left a day early and didn't even bother to say anything. It was 2pm so I know they weren't going to give me my money back and I didn't want them knowing I was leaving early so they couldn't double rent the room. So anyways I'm going to be staying with a whole different company next time. 2 poor experiences in one week.
At the last minute we had to bring our dogs to Niagara Falls and had to find a new place to stay for our trip as Resorts does not take pets. We found Surestay . The hotel is very clean as was our room. There is an area to walk your dogs. The hotel has a gem in Sangeeta Patel, who treats guests more like family. Sangeeta is the Front Desk Manager and was made for her job. She genuinely cares that you have everything you need to make your stay a positive experience. This may not be a five star hotel but Sangeeta makes it a 5 Star stay in my opinion. I would stay here again even without the dogs. Our stay was surprisingly nice.
Ive rarely stayed anywhere around here because we just love this hotel so much as well as its fantastic staff. Im nota big site seer. I enjoy being in my room in the quiet and its always that. Its never loud in here, even being right on the strip. So quiet. The restaurant choices around are perfect. Theres a gas station directly across the street so I didnt need to worry about that. The shopping is fantastic. I just love this hotel!
All the interactions I had with hotel staff was positive. They really seemed dedicated to making me comfortable and making sure they could help in any way they could. The rooms are on the smaller side but with the breakfast included and the proximity to restaurants in the area, you can't get a better bang for your buck.
it was great place to stay. everything was good. room was very clean.in morning shift lady very sweet she was very helpfull people. hope i see her again. i hardly recommended to my friends and family best place for staying.
Sangeeta treats customers like royalty. One of the kindest and hard-working people I've ever met. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and every detail was tended to with thoughtfulness and care. The young man who worked in the evenings was respectful and gracious. The beds were so comfortable. Just excellence all the way around! Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay there the next time we visit the area.
Stayed multiple times owner's are very hospitality. Clean and sanitry. Always come back. And affordable 5 Stars. The host is always nice and always available. So clean I definitely would recommend for others...
I absolutely recommended it! The reception was awesome as we arrived at 3:00 am and we got attended and with special service. Everybody was accommodating. Super clean smells amazing. Parking is included.
This hotel is a hidden gem. The facility is clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and their service was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's convenient to Niagara Falls and Buffalo!
My family & I stayed at the Sure stay hotel for an overnight trip to Niagara Falls, the location of the hotel is within walking distance to many eateries, stores, etc & about a 10 to 15-minute drive to the falls. Surestay has a huge free self-parking lot, the lobby was very clean & check-in was quick, the front desk assistant was very nice. The rooms were clean & although they aren't big they somehow arranged it to make the room feel like we were in a huge suite, the bathroom was small but adequate. My only very minor complaint was that the tub drain plug didn't work but when I mentioned it to Sangeeta Patel (I think she's the manager) she offered to come up & fix it right away, she was very sweet to me & my Daughter, she gave us take away breakfast for the family. The best thing about Surestay Niagara Falls is that it's pet friendly (I always travel with my 6 lb Morkie- Lilac. OVERALL--- The hotel is clean quiet & pet-friendly with a friendly staff. I will definitely return to Surestay Hotel Niagara falls.
This Surestay is an old Motel 6. The upgrades are excellent and the Front Desk manager is amazing. The beds are super comfy and clean. New mattresses are going to have you sleeping in. Responsive staff and clean rooms.
The staff alone were the most kind, helpful people. The stay was nothing less than exceptional and I would 100% stay here again! My fiancé and I were superbly pleased and enjoyed our stay. We also were able to bring our little furry kid!
It was really good place to stay, we really like here we'd like to come back, the hotel has such a nice stability to stay , the service is great, we really enjoyed our trip, we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
I've had the good fortune to travel extensively. I was initially wary about the low the price for this hotel. After reading the reviews and checking validity of pics, I decided to go ahead as we had multiple pets traveling with us and this was a good location and overall option as headed across country. We booked two rooms. I honestly can't think of a better place for the value anywhere I've travelled before (in the country and out). It's not fancy, but it IS nice. It's clean and comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. The elevator is great for anyone with mobility issues who desires the security of a higher floor. And the staff was truly delightful. Don't hesitate to book this place.
Thanks we enjoyed our stay..see you next time..rooms are big and spacious and the bathroom is also big ..need a good place to relax and do a little site seeing this is the place for you..and they welcomed our fur babies
All the staff are nice, polite, respectful and accommodating. They always greet us with a welcoming smile. They always are making sure we have everything we need. My family and I couldn't be happier with our experiences. This year alone we have stayed with them at this location several times and look forward to doing so in the near future.
very cleen and most importent morning frunt desk lady very helpful and smily face she was wounderful. defenetly we come stay again and i recommend my friends and familly they have hot breakfast but now covid -19 no more serve but stll hotel deserv excellant
Nice quiet hotel with a warm welcome at check in. Lots of eateries of all types within a couple of miles of the hotel. There is even a handy convenience store right across the street from the hotel...
We travelled to Niagara Falls for my 7 year old son's hockey tournament and our whole team stayed there. The Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure our team had a great time and was comfortable. They even bought hockey nets and set them up in an empty room in the basement so all of the kids could play hockey! It was really great. The pool was clean and all of the rooms while no frills, were all clean and recently renovated. The mattresses were very comfortable.
The low price is justified. Friendly check in, and then, the room. Another reviewer has described it as Spartan, and that is being kind. Bright colors; no rug; bed that was clean. No blanket on the bed; couldn't find one in the room; heating system not really adequate. Bathroom had the bare necessities. The place was Loud, which didn't matter all that much as the cold in the room was keeping me awake anyway. There is no breakfast; the lady at check out seemed surprised to know there had been a guest in the room.
At check in the man at the front desk did not know how to use the "computer" and was fumbling until another employee came in and got us checked in. Gave us rooms on the third floor. When we went to the rooms they clearly had not been touched by housekeeping and we had to go back to the front desk and start over so we could get new rooms. A bit pricey for the chain, but it is in one of the most touristy areas in the nation. For one night it was ok.
Clean, simple, easily accessible, and budget friendly motel. Front desk clerk was very helpful with guiding us to plenty of parking near the falls. Location near many restaurants that were budget friendly. Would definitely stay at this particular hotel again if in the area.
I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. I checked in for a two night stay and dutifully paid over $170 for the two nights. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the air conditioning did not work and there was no coffee in the morning. The highlight was that the next morning I received a phone call that my wife had been in a car accident back home. I called the front desk and told the gentleman that we would need to check out but would not be getting back until after the 11AM check out time. He said no problem. We were finally able to check out at about 1PM. When I called the manager (who was never available), he said he would check with the front desk clerk and get back to me. The front desk clerk denied receiving my phone call. The manager never did get back to me and when I called the next day the front desk girl told me no refund would be allowed. Fortunately my credit card company believed me and credited me.
