Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites

Recently spent a long weekend here to view eclipse. (perfect location but weather did't cooperate) Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean, looks like new(ish) bathrooms - very large. The beds a little too firm for my taste. Nice selection at breakfast buffet with plenty of seating. Convenient location to get to both the US and Canadian side of Niagra Falls. I'd stay here again if in the area.

Do NOT stay here! Hotel is a n bad repair. Our toilet was not bolted to the floor. Our towels had multiple holes in them. Pool is closed for some odd reason, there's a ton of security in the hotel (due to the bus full of new immigrants that came in to the hotel loudly at 3 am) and no breakfast as advertised on their site. Just stay away.

Hotel rooms smell of cigarettes or pot, in this non smoking hotel. No amenities in rooms. Carpet had stains and tile was separated from tub area exposing dirty grout. No drinking glasses in the room. All rooms have windows lead to the hallway, preventing a sense of privacy and security, with no access to the outside world. When we requested a new room, the staff gave us one, which was only about 1 step cleaner than the previous room but still reeked of smoke staining our clothes and suitcases for the weekend.

Clean and good breakfast. Good mall nearby. Everyone was friendly. they searched for and found that I was a regular user of their franchise. The TV had some good shows. I wish the pool had been open. Otherwise nice stay.

Best western Minus. Night club next door and very rude neighboring room kept us up all night. Room was small, carpets stained, pool was not working, tub wouldn't drain. Breakfast was a joke. Save your money and stay at a Red Roof Inn. Same quality.

The condition of the building is unacceptable, and the pictures online were deceiving. If I were part of the Best Western management, I'd not offer this hotel to anyone. As a family, we would never again consider Staying at any of the Best Western groups hotels. We felt cheated.

Comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Can hear people in next room . The guests were friendly. Nice continental breakfast. Seating area was clean. Other juices were not available - out of order. I settled for orange juice which was excellent. More variety in the muffins.

A non smoking room shouldn't smell like cigarettes. The smoke detector is on the bedside table, not on the wall. A tile is missing in the nasty shower. Only one of the bedside table lamps worked. A dump. A very stinky, nostril burning dump. Next time I pass through the area, I will pass right on by this hell hole.

My weekend got cut short because my 84 yr old Dad had fallen an I had to leave. I was planning on meeting up with a old school classmate and go see the falls. like I said my stay had been cut short. I will come back the next time I come to town.

Check-in was a bit slow with several guests arriving most of the time. About every time I walked by the front Jessica was checking a guest in, she was holding her ground. The Buffalo/Niagara International Airport is just a short distance away, with shuttle service to & from the motel. That could be the reason for all the guest. Room 205. This B.W. is four story. On entering the first time the room apearing clean and was. Most of the floor is in/out door carpet, while the shower being tile. One comfortable Kingbed with five medium size pillows. Other furnishings include a writing desk, with the A/C being 18" away. Hsd no reason to turn on unit as August 13 was enjoyable. Facing the bed is a cabinet that contained a micro'/fridge & two drawers. Sitting on the cabinet is a medium flat screen with about 50 channels which I didn't have time to wait. Bathroom. Hot water never got hot, just luke warm, however temperature was not a problem. A combo tub/shower. Plenty of towels. Shower head was adjustable. Tub's floor appears to have a non-skid surface. On one wall is one safely hande. Bottles of shampoo, conditioner & lotion. A medium sink area with room's coffee maker next to the sink. A full length mirror covers the closet door, which has one metal luggage rack, iron & board and wooden hangers. In one corner is a floor lamp with a with mediun comfort chair. Breakfast. Hours start at 6:30. One waffle maker, streamers for sausage links & scambled eggs, pasties, three dry cereals, three types of coffee. Juices were orange, apple & cranberry. A large bowl for bananas & oranges. A cooler for yogourt. Setting is in two sections with square tables with four chairs each. Plenty of parking mostly in front & sides. Guests will be greeted by two automatic sliding doors, with two lugguge carts. The nearest restaurant is Denny's , just a 100 yard walk and across Genesee St, the Olympic Greek Restaurant. Denny's T.A.'s reviews were not very positive, so I walked over to Olympic. I want to thank Jessica for her front desk performance. On check-out thee was two men, however I didn't get their names. I recommend a stay for any length of time. Factors being the staff, location-this B.W. is close to being out in the country-parking & room's cleanness. I realize this review is long & detailed, however I want a future possible guest to know the good & bad

Breakfast: assorted breads, cereal, yogurt, microwaveable Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich, pancake machine, sunny d, juice machine broken. You are not allowed to take food into room and take 12 oz of juice and 2 sandwiches with you if your running late! However apparently you are allowed to get dropped off and eat, or have a car pull up get out and take breakfast and ride into the morning! Weird. So just don't pay for a room and get breakfast! Room: if you like stale smoke and burns in carpet you will love it! Used packets in coffee area they have those too! Set them out for housekeeping to see? Don't worry they will put them right back for ya! Do you like dirty moldy showers that smell like pee? They got ya covered there too! Dents in the walls really set the esthetic! Like guessing whether towels are stained or just dirty? Again this hotel has it all! Sticky floors down the hall for 5 days? Don't worry they will put a wet floor sign up to let you know they will eventually get to it. Ryder semi's conduct business out of parking lot, so if looking for a job ask for an app! Lastly if you are a pot enthusiast feel free to take a deep breath and get high for free! Truly this place has it all! I'm sure I could think of more, but I would rather not live through it again! I did buy my own cleaners to feel comfortable in the room. Did I say anything to the hotel. No, I was a single female traveler and didn't need attention brought to me. As the staff and other guests all seemed related and living there. DONT DO IT!!!!

bad bad stay,,,,had to cange rooms upon arrival...2nd room had no shower curtain....had fruit flies and marijuana coming out of ducts. i traveled for years and of all the places i've ever stayed...i could not wait to leave.

Do not stay here. Over priced This hotel is run down dirty mouldy and smells of cigarette smoke the couch was. Torn had cigarette burns. The carpet was damp. Left immediately in am didn't even use shower.

Water stained ceiling, old French fries left on nightstand, mold ring on tub,shower leaks, old coffee filter left in coffee pot from previous guest. Skip the breakfast. Stale bagels over ripe fruit, and blah blah pancakes. Will not go back.

We had ck'd into this hotel after an 8 hour long drive on our way home to Canada. When we opened the door and looked around, we were surprized by the condition we found the room in. It was listed as a non-smoking room, but reeked of tobacco. Looking at the carpet made us keep our shoes on until we ck'd the bed and crawled in. The bed was comfortable, but EVERYTHING else was disgusting! It was too late to walk all the way down to the desk (& the person there had told us the hotel was very full that night). Next morning, the other couple that were with us, had the same experience, and DID complain (as he had breathing issues)...they were offered another room. Upon ck'ing the bathroom, there was a VERY long black hair in the sink. The carpeted floor was dirty and had not been vacuumed. There were bits of white pieces on it (paper, lint?), as well as elastic bands, and MORE hair! We were surprized at our experience here AND at our previous stay in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The hotel room was also dark, dingy and unkept. Presently, as you can tell, we are feeling quite disillusioned with the brand 'BEST WESTERN'. In October, we are attending a family event and have booked rooms at 'EDEN RESORT & SUITES' BY BW. We are ONLY staying there because we visited once before & were happy with our stay at that time. Hopefully the establishment there has not let their premises decline as these past two places have. We would appreciate some kind of follow up to this report. Thanking you in advance.

Small, dingy room with 1970's decor. Bed linen made my skin itchy. Pillows were small and hard. Carpet was dirty - also from the 1970's/80's. Could hear voices from the room next door when in the bathroom. Bathroom had hardly any ammenities. Would not recommend this hotel.

Booked here for my boyfriend and my brother in law to stay the night after the Metallica concert. It was decently priced and only about 15 min from the concert. However, my boyfriend found bugs on the bed and made the might desk person aware of the situation and requested another room but was told there were not any rooms available. To me it didnt look like bed bugs but its still the point. Ok understandable but did not rectify the issue or offer to in any way. Upon checkout the manager was made aware of other issues with the room which includes dirty bathroom linens, yellow stains on bed linens, busted bathroom floor and tub and the manager could not be bothered and clearly did not want to hear any about concerns of the room. He offered him a 15% discount but would not provide him with a print out of his bill. Very disappointed in management and the condition of the room. Do not recommend! Owner: I hope your team would learn to take better pride in their job and the condition of this hotel.

Arriving at this humble hotel, I was gifted with a Suite upgrade given my membership card. An older property being updated, traces of the original hotel still peek through such as the plaid sofabed in the suite, but also the firehose pressure shower and large outdoor pool. The staff were great and I had four nights of very sound sleep. One oddity: Every room has a window... looking out into the hallway. I haven't seen that before. Something else I haven't seen before was the automatic pancake maker! They also have a toast conveyor, so no standing by for ten minutes waiting for someone else's toast to finish before you can start your own.

The hotel is in a residential area so it seemed like I wasn't going to find it. The hallways smelled musty, the room initially smelled musty but that left quickly. The room itself was a decent size, the bed was imo comfortable. The bathroom was okay. The shower was strange. There were some definite issues to the room/stay. One of the bedside lamps would not turn off after turning on. I called the front desk twice before anything was done to remedy it. The bathroom faucet tap broke off in my hand just prior to check out. The breakfast wasn't great, there weren't a lot of choices for protein and the pancake maker machine was not working properly. I felt safe in the room, didn't smell smoke, didn't really have issues with excess noise from neighbours and check in and check out were smooth.

This was the worst Best Western (PLUS) we ever checked into. We actually checked out approximately 45 minutes after checking in. The front desk person (that's another issue in it's self) never checked us as out. The place was absolutely deplorable. It was smelly, couch had holes, the bed was lets just questionable not to mention rust!!!. Best Western should be ashamed to have it's name on this place. We have never ever checked out of a hotel in our 30 years of travel, and we have traveled to many 3rd would countries. We could not get our money back as we paid with the option of "This reservation is non-refundable". We trusted the name BEST WESTERN. And we paid $154.47US$ which we lost and had to find another hotel in the area. We would appreciated a call from a top MANAGER of the Best Western.

I have stayed at numerous Best Westerns so I didn't bother to look at reviews for this place. I should have. Negative experience started at check in when I waited 10 minutes while the guy finished his smoke break outside. We went to our room and it smelled of mildew and looked dingy. My kid went to the washroom and a tile fell on her foot. The corners and edges of bathroom floor were filthy. The bed was comfortable though. We went for breakfast the next morning and it was very limited. There is a make yourself pancake machine, toast and cereal. There was only one caraf for milk so they had to keep refilling it while patrons waited. The next mornings breakfast was worse. It was packed and people were sitting anywhere they could find a spot. We had to carry everything back to our room to eat. Best part was we realized none of the exterior doors locked or even closed properly. So much for safety and security. Our bathroom lock had been drilled out and never replaced. Frankly we were surpirsed that when checked for bedbugs (as we usually do first thing) there were none ad this place is so bad. Even the directory had gross stuff smeared on it. No one ever came to our room to tidy or make the beds. There was a broken light and the fridge froze everything, even when turned down. It wasn't even the cheapest place to stay. Makes me question staying at a Best Western again anywhere else.

No variety day to day of breakfast. No extra towels for pool use. Minimal space in rooms. No microwave in rooms. Beds were very hard, and lack of space frustrating with 3 people in a room with 2 double beds

We came in to stay two nights for a concert and got to the hotel around 8. Waited 15 minutes to CHECK IN, because lady wasn't at the front. She came up and although she was nice, room she gave usSUCKED. smelled like pot and bathroom flooded.After waiting another 20 minutes, a worker came up and admitted to being high but didn't even come to help us. She came back 10 minutes later We asked for a different room. That one still smelled like pot AND a blood looking stain on the carpet and just overall dirty. We had to leave. She charged us for 1 night.

I would avoid this location. the back of the hotel is very dark, the doors are not locked. The room I was in was not in good repair. The couch was very uncomfortable. The internet was difficult to use, the breakfast had very little selection. The location is around a bar, and it was just not appealing at all. I only saw one staff member in the morning and night, and he was not very helpful.

I've read other reviews and looked at reviews from other people and think to myself WOW we must have got the end of the line rooms when we checked in. The hotel was not busy, maybe 10 cars in the parking lot and yet we got a horrible room. The room smelled of smoke even though it's a non smoking room - so like old stale smoke smell. When the AC/Heater was on it spewed out awful smells as well I would not use the shower at all. The bathroom floor had something splattered all over the floor, like sticky. The headboard of the bed >> you could see handprints from last guests. See pictures. There was very little sleep to be had I just couldn't wait to check out The best part of this hotel was the lobby and eating breakfast area. It seemed clean but really wasn't sure. I don't know how this is a Best Western "Plus". I wondered what a standard Best Western would look like We stayed here years ago and tried again but this will be our last.

Breakfast - Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich to be microwaved. The last 5 Best Western stays all had a hot breakfast. Good location off I90 and I190. I was there two nights but I had to have two reservations because one night was cash and the other I used reward points. After the first night, I went to the front desk to ensure I didn't need to move out. They said no and I had to sign the new reservation. A half hour later, the cleaning people entered my room thinking I had checked out.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Updates, like new carpet are needed. But, I would return. The staff is friendly & suggested nearby entertainment , which I appreciate. My room was clean & the bed gave me a great night's sleep. But, my favorite part is the shower. OMG, the water pressure & quick temperature is better than big name brands (Hyatt & Marriott) I've stayed in recently. This place is an underestimated gem. Ruth, at the front desk, was a joy! She accomodated my late checkout request & had a smile each time I saw her.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Given the restrictions caused by co vid this hotel still maintained a high standard. Close to the highway for both shopping malls and downtown. Definitely recommend.

Had never stayed here before but liked the location. We were very pleased with the entire experience and expect to stay there again next time we visit Buffalo. It is a good value for the price, has everything we need and is conveniently located. The staff is very friendly. Good place!

All of the employees I met were very friendly! I did not know the area well so the desk worker gave me some recommendations for places to eat. Dharmesh went out of his way to bring extra blankets to my room. Hotel was very clean. Thank you BW!

The room is clean staff is so good and helpful ambience was good, breakfast was good, checking was quick and easy, location is near downtown buffalo it just 5 minute drive, restaurant is right next door

Looks nice from outside and photos. I had high expectations. No sanitizer in the lobby. Terrible experience with anti-mask staff are check in. Mattress in my room was horrible. Room decor outdated. Exterior doors not secured at night.

Doors on the side are unlocked making easy for someone to come break in. Someone came in at 4AM and broke down the windows to the rooms waking me and my friend , and other guests up and terrifying us all. Below are pics of the aftermath. We were just a few rooms down and we could have been next. Will never stay here again or even another Best Western location again.

Major security issue! The side doors to the hotel cannot lock so anybody can walk through at any point. Someone came in the middle of the night and broke into rooms. See photos. Also terrible mould on the carpets and outdated rooms / hotel in general. Our room also smelled terrible like it hasnt been cleaned properly in days.

The staff are doing as much as they can with what they have. The ownership has obviously not invested in the hotel in years. The hallways are not really hallways, but rather unheated walkways that are enclosed by single plane windows up and down. The room decor looks like it was from the early 70s. There is a complete dive sports bar attached to the hotel which is not shown in any pictures shared on their website. Total eye soar, if I had brought my family there I would have felt like I let them down.

Great stay, had no issues at all! Staff was very accommodating, beds comfortable, and room was clean! What more could you want! Definitely recommend if you're in the buffalo/Cheektowaga area. Perfect place to stay to catch a Bills game!

Parking facilities was best. In addition, location of hotel is best and it is near town. Hotel's rooms has nice spacing and it gives feeling of sweet home. I will recommend to all my friends and relatives.

The free breakfast was poor. Had to go elsewhere for a hot breakfast. The toilet ran all night, the bathroom ceiling was damaged, the heat could not be lowered for sleeping. I've stayed at regular Best Westerns that were much better. Noticed the parking lot was near empty on the Friday night of my visit. Find another place if you can.

This place was disgusting, there was mold in the bathroom, holes in the walls. Our room was falling apart. The only thing that was decent was the young lady the checked us in. And the bar and restaurant next door.

Really dirty carpet, no windows to outside, no ventilation-bathroom fan did not work, ac/heat unit did not work, paint peeling from all over bathroom ceiling, smelled bad. Printer did not work so no receipt. No refund there, because booking.com was receiver. Hotel was rated 3.5, so much for trusting ratings or Best Western brand.Clerk was very nice.

We stayed overnight for a Billy Joel concert at Highmark Stadium at a fair price for a Saturday night. We were able to park right outside our room. We were lucky to get a single room, as only double rooms were available, later in the evening. The manager never sat down and ran every aspect of the operation and was around every corner. The hospitality and maintenance personnel could not be more helpful or kind. The Comfort Inn is on the same side and was filling up fast. The outdoor pool was sufficient for sunshine and chairs. The room was clean, large dresser and closet space, Queen beds comfortable, sheets were clean and bathroom was accessible for all. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint - especially above the shower - which showed some water damage. The mini-fridge and air conditioning was nice and cold for summer. The breakfast was okay with packaged breakfast sandwiches, muffins, fruit, cereal, milk, coffee and juice due to COVID. There a tavern next door with drinks and bar food, but nothing to eat within walking distance except a 7/11 quick mart. If going to Highmark Stadium, drive your own vehicle and park/tailgate for $40, you will never get a cab, Lyft or Uber around the stadium for 2 hours minimum after events due to gridlock.

The employees of this facility try hard. It's an out of date facility. the renovation that must have ocurred years ago was bungled. The rooms are from the 1950's, cramped, and the paint in the bathroom was peeling off because of poor ventilation. It's a deceit to call this a plus hotel. Simply not accurate.

The location of this hotel, and the Best Western name are why we made the choice to stay here. Unfortunately, we wish we'd chosen to stay somewhere else. There was water damage in the bathroom, so the whole room smelled of mold, and the AC unit was obnoxiously loud. They should definitely care of the issues before assigning this room to anyone else. If we'd stayed in a different room, the stay may have been perfect, and my review very different.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. My husband was waiting by the front desk for 10-15 minutes to check into our room on 7-23. There was no one at the front desk. I even called the front desk to see if someone would answer while he was standing there. It rang for 3-4 minutes until some woman finally answered the phone. I told her my husband was at the front desk waiting for a long time and her response was rude and she gave major attitude and then she finally came out to help him after I called. The hallways stunk of weed and cigarettes. We threw our bags in the room and went to dinner. We came back around 10 pm to see that there were MULTIPLE cigarette burns on the sheets with multiple stains! I took pictures of these on my phone. We called corporate and they were so helpful and nice to us. We stayed at a different best western that was so much cleaner and the staff was actually friendly. Out of respect, we called the woman at the front desk and let her know what was going on. She accused my husband of being “aggressive” when my husband asked her to please refrain from having such a hostile tone. She even hung up on us when my husband thanked her and told her to have a good night. We did our best and were nothing but polite to her and kept our composure. Stay at the best western by the airport in Buffalo. It's clean and the staff is very pleasant!

Not even close to being worth the money. Very disappointing, loud guests, small room and bathroom, 4 out of 10 on overall appearance and upkeep. Losy breakfast stained water as coffee, lack of checkout service.

Rooms were very small and not very clean. I did not expect a 5 star lavish property for what we paid per night but the hotel definitely is not a best western plus hotel like it is classified. The only plus was ease of access on and off the interstate

Property was filthy throughout with door handles, knobs, card readers, and windows obviously having gone without being wiped clean for months if not longer. Generally untidy and unkempt befitting a cheap inn in a developing country. More concerning is that the staff was inattentive, impolite, and unprofessional unbefitting of being in the hospitality business. Advertised full hot breakfast but no such thing was provided. Avoid at all costs.

I have stayed in many Best Westerns and this is by far the worst. The cleanliness is atrocious, no employee was wearing a mask. The place is not disinfected and to top it off at 1:45am some one sets the building on fire. No one comes to get us with smoke in the hallway, when I did find an employee they had no idea what rooms were occupied. A fireman said it appeared a woman was cooking her drugs and caught the place on fire. Please run people and save yourselves. I really can't believe this is in the Best Western chain.

I know due to covid things might be limited BUT this property was a joke. I called prior to booking and was told there was limited breakfast and they were waiting for the health department to give the ok for the pool & gym. The gentleman whom i spoke with said it should be open by June 27. Upon arrival on 7/28...there was no breakfast, not even coffee. The pool was drained and the grass & weeds made it look like a jungle. The gym has a sign saying closed due to repairs. Considering we were the only guests there the first night you'd think a lower rate would have occurred. Saying the health department needed to give the ok was just a lie.

This hotel is newly remodeled with very good room decor. Beds are comfy and location is very good. 10 minutes from downtown and located at the 90-190 interchange so travel is made very easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were in the area to visit the zoo and a few other places, though the weather altered our plans a bit. The hotel sits back from the road a bit, I believe it was behind a Denny's. Parking was all around the building. Check in went fine, as did check out, and the room was clean and very comfortable. I found the bed perfect for my preference. We were near the airport but I didn't hear anything, but honestly I was so tired I didn't hear much. The TV had so many channels I didn't know what to look for, I was mostly looking for weather which I did find. They also have Wi-Fi free, our room had a fridge and microwave. We only stayed one night and before leaving we checked out the free breakfast, I was not expecting much. I was surprised to see everything from mini muffins, bread to toast, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, and a few other things I know I missed. Most places I get a muffin, maybe toast and cereal. This was good and we had a nice breakfast before getting on the road. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. I am very pleased with our stay at this location and next time we are in the area will stay here again.

Was very disappointed several years ago I staying at this property. At that time I missed the NFC game becuese of no audio for the fox affiliate. Tryed staying at this property 3 months ago and still NO audio. Was told that the problum was fixed. Booked a 3 night stay this past weekend and I was onable to watch the NFC champinship game AGAIN. There way of fixing the problem was to eliminate all together.

A very nice and clean hotel the room was large and clean it had ever thing you would need for a short or long stay the staff was very friendly the women at the front desk help and the restaurant was good

Ok in general but don't have high expectation. Cold hallway. Ok room compare to other Best Western hotel I stayed. Close to the highway between KeyBank center and Galleria mall. Comfortable lobby and acceptable hot breakfast (scramble egg and sausage) and pancake.

We stayed here for one night while shopping in the area. This hotel is really large and is a maze of hallways. The design is unique in that it may have been a balconied motel at some point and they've glassed it in. The glassed hallway is not heated so walking to breakfast from our room was a chilly walk. We were placed quite far from the lobby (our choice we asked for a quiet area) The room was very clean. The bed was not very comfortable and I think it needs the mattress needs to be replaced. My back was quite stiff when I woke. The front desk clerks were very kind and helpful, I would say customer service and interaction were very good. The breakfast was really lacking. There were some pastries that were very stale and there was very little choice. I had packaged oatmeal, and my partner had a toasted bagel. He said bagel was ok but his pastries were too dry and stale to be edible. The coffee was good and the juice machine was in good working order. The shower in our room was odd. It was a small walled in space. My partner is 6 feet tall and about 220lbs. He banged is elbow so many times trying to turn in the small area. Also it was clear the water had to travel a long distance to get to our room as the time it took to heat up and cool down. Also during the late morning the pipes were banging as other people accessed their showers. The room was very quiet at night and we enjoyed a peaceful sleep. It would not have been so peaceful if we knew that the other access doors were broken so anyone could walk in to the hotel. Huge security issue that we discovered when we went down a back access door to pack our car. All outside access doors had the locks disengaged. The room had the standard turn lock deadbolt and the back up lock was a chain. The chain would be no match for a determined person looking to enter a room having gained full access to the hotel from the street on the sides and rear of the building. This is something to keep in mind if you stay here.

Our weekend trip to watch a football game in Buffalo was very enjoyable. The service we received at check-in was top-notch; very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, but very clean. The free hot breakfast was very good, with many choices.

At check-in, I had a request for something specific, and the clerk at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate me. The room was a bit of a walk from the nearest entrance, but it met our needs. Breakfast was fine, price was reasonable.

Stayed here during unexpected snowstorm. Room fine, place could use update though. Lobby and breakfast area subject to cold coming in entry doors. Clean and functional. Had 2 bath towels in room, could have used 1 extra. (That has been our experience at other BWP locations)

Clean modern and updated hotel with a hot breakfast and outdoor pool. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I stay here every time I'm in the area and they never disappoint. Restaurant and bar attached to the hotel also.

It is not like me to go without reservations & arrangements in place yet it was unavoidable this trip. I found a reasonably & competitively priced single room at the Best Western Galleria. It matched it's advertised picture. Was conveniently situated, quiet, well kept, very clean and competently staffed. Absolutely I will stay again; this time making reservations as next trip I will know if I am staying overnight ahead of time..

We reserves a single queen bed room. Pictures looked good, but you could hardly even walk around 3 sides of the bed the room was so small. Like staying in a dog kennel for the weekend, cramped conditions is an understatement. The exterior door to the parking lot wouldn't even close unless you really pulled on it, so much for security! Building is old and really needs a renovation of the building. Would not recommend staying at the location.

I travel for work and was working in the Buffalo area always try to stay at best western properties . I checked the reviews for this property and was a little unsure about staying at this location but after stopping to check the establishment for myself I realized the Poor reviews were just from people who wouldn't be happy wherever they stayed. Perfect for travel or business not a resort was very satisfied with my stay

My wife and I stayed here due to its proximity to New era Field to see a Buffalo Bills. Upon arrive, the person at the front desk did not welcome us or acknowledge me as a rewards Elite member. When we got to the room, there was hair in the soap dish in the bathroom, the switch on the light beside the bed was broken making the lamp unusable and the room was almost out of toilet paper. When we called the front desk about this they told us we had to come down and get more T.P. to have in the room. Otherwise, the room was ok, and the same for the breakfast.

I should have heeded previous poor reviews but the management kept saying they were looking into individual problems so we took a chance. Mistake. Dirty room carpet, loose taps, loose toilet seat and pot light in shower partially unattached from ceiling. People in halls and nearby rooms yelling profanities until just before 5 am. Need security patrolling halls. Bed comfortable enough but tv hissed, fuzzy picture and half the channels didn't work. Great staff at front desk tried to rectify problems but could only do so much. Poor value for money.

Upon arrival - the front desk person was sleeping. It took ringing the bell a few times to wake him up. Once coming to the desk, he was basically still asleep since he went back and forth with me about giving him the incorrect card. After going back and forth about the card, he realized he was holding it upside down! He never told us where our room was located therefore we ventured through the building to find where we needed to be. The bathroom drain was broken so nothing would go down the drain, I personally ended up trying to fix it. The shower was gross and the shower head was basically green. There were stains on our bed sheets, which was pretty gross. We slept for a few hours then ended up leaving. Waste of money. Disappointed.

Generally the hotel is just normal; room is ok and food is ok. Stuff is friendly. if there was no missing lock on washroom door and moving seat on water closet. I hope they can take action to make everything working fine.

We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the evening. The rooms were not very sound proof, and there were a lot of loud people in the hallways. Our bathroom drain in the tub didn't drain well so everyone showered in ankle deep water as the drain trickled water. The beds are doubles so be aware of that as they are small.

We've stayed in many, many Best Westerns all over the country and this was in the top 3 worst. Other than the young guy working the counter who was on his cell phone both times I had to speak to him, there wasn't anything overtly wrong, it just wasn't up to the usual standard. The toilet in the first room we were assigned wouldn't flush properly so our room was changed. For a brief stay - we were there 2 nights - it was fine. It was clean and convenient enough.

Good economy level stay. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. It was quiet, good wifi signal and free parking. Great for basic needs and would stay when passing through again. Couldn't ask for more in terms of a comfortable nights sleep.

Beware -- this hotel does not enforce their no-smoking policy. weed smokers will love it, but my children and their grandmother didn't. We were hot-boxed into out 4 rooms, and the hotel staff didn't care. No manager to help there either.

DO NOT FALL FOR PICTURES POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE! IT IS A LIE. DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. Black mold on the ceiling and in the shower. BROKEN LIGHTBULBS hanging off lamps. Old bottles of cheap wine half gone left in the cabinets. Housekeeping obviously doesn't clean. Dirty carpets, couch, and bed! MOST IMPORTANT FAULTY ELECTRIC! When stepping out of the shower I was literally SHOCKED when I touched the door handle! Outraged I went down to the front desk and the Staff (or lack there of) was TERRIBLE! Said there's nothing to be done. DISGRACE! So unprofessional said it was above their “pay grade” to deal with. STILL WAITING FOR A CALL ITS BEEN TWO DAYS. DO NOT STAY HERE

Run, run fast. WORST hotel experience I've ever had. If I could leave a negative 5 score I would. Dirty, moldy, run down, rude and uncaring staff. The tub in room 232 does not drain properly. If you are brave enough to venture into the mold infested tub you will be shin deep in water before you finish and when you do step out, dry off and try to open the bathroom door you will receive a very “shocking” volt of electricity. Literally, I was shocked by the door handle! The AC did not work, there was an active moldy spot on the ceiling and there were leftover open bottles of wine in one of the cabinets. I chose this hotel because of its proximity during a family emergency. Checked out after 1 night after bringing all of the above to the attention of the front desk staff who could not have cared less. I am still waiting for the call from the manager.

The place was very clean, and commune friendly. The swimming pool was excellent for out door. Hotel house keeping was awesome, got me extra soap and shampoo and lots of towel for my family. Over all it was a great experience.

Looks like an older hotel that has been semi remodelled. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The tub was huge in our room and had jets although I didnt use it as there was a crack in the tub floor they had been patched so I didnt feel comfortable. We only stayed for one night so I didnt get to really explore but I saw they had a gym and an outside pool that looked clean. Breakfast was standard fare, powdered eggs and sausage with cereals and pastries.

I don't recommend a room by the pool on the ground floor due to noise in the hall. Convenient though if you have kids and want to use the pool. Washing machine only took the "old" quarters, not the ones with the states on them. I had to trade them out to the front desk after spending several minute trying to figure out why it wasn't working, the friendly front desk agent had to assist me. She said the owner didn't want to spend the money to upgrade the machine. Breakfast was crowded the first morning, second was ok. We needed connecting rooms with double beds, but they were all out, so we had adjacent rooms and one bed with a pull out couch in each. Worked for us.

It was my annual Father/Son Bisons baseball game. Good value for room rate. Nothing glamorous but clean hotel & room. Room decor dated, TVs require an upgrade & no fan in bathroom (that I could find) but pleased overall. I don't think Mom would have enjoyed the stay though, lol.

Booked via Hotwire About 35 min before arriving as we were traveling E > W towards Chicago, and needed a place for the night. Check-in around 9:45p. Find out that pool is open from 9a-9p. So much for a relaxing dip after being on the road, or being able to use it before we leave. It's nice when the pool is open until 11pm for travelers like us. Clerk tells me the stairs up to the 2nd floor are easiest to get to our room. Where's the elevator? Oh, just a couple steps away from my room I find AFTER taking the stairs. Thanks. The stairs were SOOOO much more convenient. OK, so a shower might fell nice. Oh, look! TWO towels! For two adults! Glad I'm not washing my hair. Yes, that's how they were presented when I walked into the bathroom. I flip the shower curtain down to get it ready and I notice a LONG hair on the back wall. It's black. (See picture). I'm a redhead. It's definitely not mine, I haven't even gotten in there yet. Air conditioning works. Unfortunately, it blows down directly on one of the two double beds. Sigh. Let's hope the beds are comfortable. Three *s for now...

We booked this hotel for a shopping trip on the best western site and asked for a room on an upper level. When we checked in we were given a ground floor room which when we entered had a very unpleasant odour this may have been due to the fact it was next to the laundry room but I don't know for sure. After going back to reception we were given a much larger and nicer room on the second floor. The hotel is reasonably clean although the design of the rooms is a little odd, we slept well which is a bonus and for being next to a highway it was amazingly quiet. The breakfast was quite unappealing with minimal variety but the worst was the so called hot breakfast items that were stone cold both mornings we were there so to me it's not worth the bother your better off going to McDonald's or elsewhere. The spa/hot tub was being used for storage so that was a let down as this was not mentioned when booking. Overall if your staying short period and don't want to spend to much money then it's ok but personally I prefer something a bit better as this more like a motel trying to be a hotel and is not what I expect from a Best Western premier hotel.

I was in town for business and got a great rate. This is an interesting Best Western Plus. Public areas are clean well maintained and well done. Nice outdoor pool and for a hotel Best Western or other brands a great well equipped gym. Breakfast was typical hotel free breakfast, they do keep area well stocked and clean. Rooms are interesting for a plus brand. smaller than most but they are maintained well and mine was clean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean as well. One suggestions is kep bathroom door close because sound from neighboring bathroom carries through the walls. I thought someone was in my bathroom taking a shower at 5 am. For the price I paid I was satisfied with the whole experience and it is obvious the staff works hard to keep things up.

Had to go to a funeral in the area and chose this hotel for the proximity. The hotel needed to be dusted, my bathroom had work done on the towel bar and the sheetrock dust was never cleaned up and in the hallways the window ledges were dusty when you touched them. I had a vent in my bathroom that you could see the light in the room behind you and hear them too - which they partied until 3:30 in the morning. Breakfast buffet time limit was not good as the hotel was busy with several sports teams so the area which is small was packed the whole time and you had to wait for food multiple times. Served its purpose I guess but I would not return.

Me and my gf stayed in a king room. It was clean and well equipped. Bed was nice as were the pillows. Staff was very friendly. 2 downfalls. The jacuzzi tub didn't work and the outdoor pool wasn't open. They were filling it up.

Everything was great except the pool was not ready for the season and we had double beds instead of King size. In the website it only mentioned King size but once we got into the room there were 2 double beds.

I don't know where the other reviewers stayed or if they are legit reviews. This hotel is in an obviously sketchy area of town, not clean, food was not good, rooms were small and cramped with paper thin walls. It was very overcrowded, there were EIGHT people staying in the double room next to us. The breakfast buffet was so mobbed it was tough to get anything to eat. The coffee and 'maple' syrup were watered down at breakfast. Garbage was full at breakfast with plates overflowing. Kids were loudly running up and down the halls screeching and unsupervised at all hours of the night. The entire front wall of your room is a window that has a curtain so if you don't close it people can see right in. No fan in the musty and rundown bathroom. Staff children were behind the desk and running through the lobby. I was rather incredulous with all of it. If you have allergies I highly recommend avoiding this place I was sneezing all night from the mustiness. So were several people in the lobby. Perhaps most disturbing: we asked for an extra room key later in the evening and the desk staff never asked for our name or our ID and just printed extra keys. Not safe- you could get into any room! l could go on but I think you get the gist. Spend an extra $20-30 and go somewhere else.

I was extremely happy with the check in and check out process. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Also, there wasn't a lot of noise throughout the hotel during my stay. I will stay at this hotel again during a visit to Buffalo New York

The convenience of the location and the price was is all that possibly made staying here worth it. Everywhere i looked was dirty. There was a condom in our pull out bed and staff was missing when needed. Myself and another guest waited 10+ minutes at the front desk before anyone showed up. The pool was drained and disgusting. The continental breakfast was decent enough though we were given the incorrect times of when it was by the staff.

Hotel is unique in it's set up. It is like a hotel that once was a motel but the balcony and outdoor area is now glassed in. It was very good to stay at for a couple of days. Didn't try the outdoor pool. Breakfast is good and the eating area is nice.

The staff at this Best Western were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and configured in the best possible way. Just everything about this Best Western and it's staff will make it so that I will stay here again.

We stayed in the Executive King - which was roomy and nice. The toilet however moved when sat on - that was the only real issue we had. And there was no channel list. Other than that it was nice, quiet, clean - and located just where we needed.

This was the absolute worst hotel we have ever checked into. It was so bad that after being moved to a second room we checked out and drove on home. Both rooms were stale and musty, the heat didn't work, the tv reception was not good and the outside security door not only didn't lock it didn't even latch because it had been forced open. I have this hotel on my "never stay here again" list and will never forget this experience. The accomodations were so bad that other guests were checking out to move to a different hotel the same time as us.

Date of Visit: April 6, 2019 On the spur of the moment, we decided to visit Buffalo for a weekend getaway. We looked up hotels all over the city, and Best Western Plus Galleria came up at such a great price. We were shocked by how inexpensive this hotel was in comparison to every other hotel in Buffalo for the same night. This usually means negative things. We did a little more research, and found very little negative that would keep us from booking. When we arrived, the outside of the hotel was nice, attractive, well maintained. The Check in process was very good as well. The front desk person was very friendly, and talkative (in a good way), and very efficient. The Room - very spacious, clean, well maintained, and no odours. The Bed: very comfortable, clean, nice sheets, no hidden surprises. The bathroom: very clean, and fresh. All hard tiled surfaces for better cleanliness. The shower head was fairly high which is great for tall people. The water pressure is excellent. Wifi: Free with password. Good service, no connection issues whatsoever. Breakfast: There is a full breakfast every morning which includes eggs (bolied or scrambled) sausage (Pork only), breads and muffins, juices, yogurts, cold cereals, pancakes, and more. I have the same request for every hotel - to include non-pork options. Turkey sausage / bacon would be nice. This hotel is very easily accessible to all Buffalo attractions if you have a car. If you are there without transportation, that is the only time it will be a concern. There is a nice pool and gym as well. Next time we plan a weekend getaway to Buffalo, we definitely will book here. Great service, stay, and location. -- and PRICE.

Stayed at the Best Western Plus for my trip to the NCAA Frozen Four. had a great experience. Convenient location. Made use of Uber to quickly get downtown to the Key Bank Center. The room was great. Service was excellent. Amenities were just right!

When we got into our room (114) the fridge had old food in it. Some were plates from breakfast that were left in the fridge & a few other item, not sure what they were. Went to front desk & told the young lady there so was moved to next room. This room the remote channel up didn't work (not a big deal) the fan HVAC system ran all the time & was noisy.

Don't expect a 5 star hotel, just a simple motel with clean beds and free breakfast. Decors are a bit dated, but you get what you pay for. In my previous stay with Best Western, usually get scramble eggs, but no eggs for breakfast this time :( Location is a bit out of no where, but if you have a car, this is not a big problem

If traveling in the Buffalo area and you want to be mistreated, ignored and have a painful stay, this is your lodging facility! If you like cold water showers, this is your lodging facility! If you like your room ignored for a multiple day stay, this is your lodging facility! If you enjoy being talked down to as a customer by the staff, this is your lodging facility! If you like to be disrespected by the manager (Dakota) and staff, this is your lodging facility! If you like to get the "run around" with no positive action to address your issues, this is your lodging facility!

Got in at 3am. Was greeted by friendly staff member. That's where the good ends. The duvet cover on the bed had many weird stains on it so I put it on the floor to stop the freezing cold wind from coming in under the door. Tried to check the time but the clock wasn't working. Woke up and went into the bathroom to find a filthy shelf, broken towel holder, and dirty towel hanging on the hook on the door. Later the heater fan began to seize up and make an extremely loud noise and began to stink. The only way to get it to stop was to turn on the a/c and it was 25 degrees outside. I had enough and was getting out of there and found DIRTY UNDERWEAR BETWEEN THE BED AND THE HEADBOARD as I was getting all my stuff together. I told the front desk on my way out. They didn't care, only offered the standard “I'm sorry”. Well not as sorry as me. It's been over 48 hours since checkout and no one has contacted me to resolve the issues as was promised.

I had an issue with this property a few years ago and decided to give it another shot. My mistake! The room - clean on arrival, the toilet roll dispenser is falling out of the wall when you use it because it was not properly attached into the wall. The shower pressure is great but the shower head only sprays in an outside circle so the center of the spray is empty and nothing you can do to adjust it. The temperature was fine when we arrived. I hate a hot room, so I turned it down to 68 degrees to sleep. We left it at that for the day and when we came back I turned it up to 72 degrees as the room was chilly. The smell from the duct work was so bad - I don't think it has been cleaned in years - I had to turn the temperature back to 68 degrees as the smell was noxious. We went for breakfast the first day - neither one of us is a picky eater and can always find something to eat for breakfast. This was inedible. The only thing that was worth eating was the pancake and I only got 1 before the machine broke. Even though I told the staff, they didn't get to is so I barely ate anything. My husband threw out his food and only had the yogurt and toast. The 2nd morning we went to Bob Evans. This was the first time we have ever had to do that when we stayed at a BW. Before we left for the day, we made sure our DO NOT DISTURB sign was not on the door as we wanted the room to be made up and new towels. When we got back, looks like housekeeping put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door and nothing was done. We were going to call down for towels and to let them know what happened, but guess what - no phone in the room. Also, when I went to charge my phone, it didn't charge - the tip - charge it via USB rather than plug. The plug won't charge your phone. My husband when down the next morning and they gave him 2 bath towels that we used as hand towels as well. I guess that's how they save the environment - they don't clean and replace towels. I had a $25 gift card from BW that you get when you travel frequently. When I checked in the front desk - Kristin - didn't know how to handle it as she already checked me in - before I arrived for a 2 night stay. She told me to use it next time and I told her no, it expires at the end of February and I want to use it this time. It's e-mailed to me and I had it on hard copy paper - she called her manager who said that they will apply it in the morning. She told me to leave it with her and she put a blue sticky note on it. The manager did not show up in the morning. When I went to the front desk they did not apply the $25 credit nor could not find the hard copy e-mail I left with them the night before, looks like Kristin tossed it out. The kind young man on Saturday Morning was able to apply it without the e-mail. As en Elite BW member, I normally get a few perks everywhere I go. That's one of the reasons I stick with BW as they usually treat me well. I wasn't even acknowledged - not that I care about that, but a couple of bottles of water are usually included in the package. We went out to our car to get water. If you are an Elite Member- you won't get anything at this hotel. This was probably the worst stay I have had at a BW. I will never go back to this property again. There is no PLUS, they should call themselves Best Western Minus!

We booked two rooms and check in time was 3PM. We arrived at 4PM, and were told it would be an hour before one of the rooms was ready. When we finally got that room, there was NO shower curtain! When we asked for a shower curtain, we were told there weren't any!! So we asked for additional towels to put on the floor to catch the water from there being NO curtain...we AGAIN were told there were NONE available! We also found a dirty, smelly, dried up bath mat behind our bathroom door, that was apparently left from the last visitor. The hallways are FREEZING cold, as is the dining area. The general manager (Dakota) was rude, condescending, and had major attitude. We were offered $10 for our troubles, but at check out the manager was not at the desk. We asked to speak to him, but when the girl at the desk called him, he told her he was too busy, and consequently we never even got our measly $10 refund. We sent an email to the owner, who to this date (two weeks later) has not gotten back to us. We would NEVER stay here again.

Small room, freezing cold hallways, clean room, but small. Convenient location. Continental b'fast was just o.k. Check in and out were very efficient. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Close to Sabres game.

Staff super friendly. Conveniently located. Buffalo pizza next door a huge plus. Breakfast area very cool. Coffee and juices available 24:7 had to extend my stay and no problem at all. Loved it. ❤️ Will recommend to all my friends!!!

Prior to arriving at the hotel I booked two rooms on line and printed my confirmations. When we arrived at the hotel, John the manager, told us he could only find one reservation. I responded with I have both confirmation and showed him tthe printed copies. He responded with “I am not calling you a liar”. At that point I asked to book another room. The hotel is a low grade hotel and the halls were freezing. The week after staying at the hotel, I was reviewing my visa statement, I was charged for three rooms. I called the hotel to have them credit my visa for one room. John answer the phone, I indicated he was rude to me, he said he did call me a liar. I requested he credit my visa for one room. His response was you will have to call the visa company and have the room credited via that method and then he hung up on me. I called right back, when he heard my voice he hung up, I called right back, he hung up on me again. At that point I called the on line organization I used to book the two rooms with. The representative called John at the hotel. The end result is that my visa is going to be credited for one room. The worst hotel experience I have ever experienced, I travel a lot. If you have stayed at this hotel check your credit cards.

Needed a good clean hotel to stay at. We decided to stay at Best Western because we had gift cards. Honestly, this was not the best stay. The beds were awful and rooms smelled terrible. The hotel itself was a maze to get through. Would not stay here again.

This is a good inexpensive place to stay. Room was very small, but big enough for two. Decent hot breakfast, but nothing extraordinary.One weird thing, one day it looked like our room was cleaned, but the bed was not made. not sure why and not really a big deal.

I stayed two nights at the BW Plus hotel in Buffalo on a vacation trip to Niagara. Overall the hotel was good, but not exceptional. The location was close the Interstate and convenient for a trip to Buffalo or Niagara. The Galleria Mall is a 15 minutes drive from the hotel. The room was very clean, but small. Unfortunately it was on busy hallway on ground floor. Next time I would ask for a room on an upper floor. Breakfast was standard, but not very tasty.

Don't expect what you pay for!!!!! Late breakfast,toiletries on request, Marked our sheets to see if they were replaced as requested.Not! inattentive staff. Either on their phones or socializing with each other.Singing when you are trying to enjoy your breakfast.

Low price but out dated and loud.Large outdoor pool, which would be good in the summer.Not to far from shopping area. Close to the highway, but you cant hear the traffic.Would be a great place stop if you have kids in the summer.

The beds are great . Nice and firm mattress. The location is ideal The rooms are cleaned daily the staff are friendly and accomodating. Not too far from the main corridor leading to downtown Buffalo. Continental Breakfast is plentiful

Having stayed at several Best Westerns, I was a little disappointed with this one. The door was jammed, in order to close it, you needed to slam it hard... I will say that their breakfast buffet is one of the better ones at a Best Western. The staff very polite and helpful..

The room was clean. The desk staff and the breakfast staff did an excellent job. The hotel is located near an I-190 exit (S. Ogden St) and is a convenient ride to Buffalo, the south towns, and the north towns.

Great experience, the rooms are great and the service is nice. Definitely will come back in the future. Great employees and room service. Very well maintained and nice staff. Overall great experience.

Good visit a/c didn't work but still enjoyable. Good room service and hotel service.front desk did a excellent job very nice. Room was big and nice and shower and bathroom were very good. Had a couple ant problems though.

Stayed here with my husband to visit Niagara falls. Desk service is okay very easy to check-in and check-out. Our room and bath is very clean. In any case you would like to eat out they are very near (walking distance) to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again should we want to re-visit Niagara ????????????

Great place to grab a good nights sleep that's not far from downtown. It's about a $10 cab ride right to the riverfront and the hotel is nice because there is a restaurant attached that has good food and is open late.

The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and speedy about anything they were involved it. I was late for checkin, I pulled up to the hotel around 1am and I still had immediate service and was in my room within 5 minutes of getting out of my car. Checkout was also speedy, only took about 1 minute. It was as simple as handing my key over. Something that stood out to me was when I was walking back to my room with a binder of the local attractions, a worker walked up to me and asked if I needed help or had any questions. Just goes to show that they cared about my stay. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a concert. The lobby is well maintained however our room was smaller than i expected and outdated. Decent enough for how long we stayed though. We also felt distanced from the areas of attraction we wanted to visit and not many close restaurants. The pool did not look clean but we did not use. The continental breakfast is good. Would reccomend for a quick visit.

The hotel itself was fine, no complaints. However, my husband and I stayed for 2 nights along with 3 other couples. So, 4 different rooms. We all checked in at the same time each using our own credit cards. Just a few weeks later all 4 of us found that our credit cards had been hacked. And to make matters worse, the manager would not take responsibility or even say “I'm sorry “. I never expected to get anything free, just would have been nice for them to say they would look into it so it won't happen again. Never got anything close to that. We will never stay at this hotel again. They obviously cannot keep credit card info safe.

Our trip was due to an adult child in the hospital which was very stressful. Justin at the front desk was kind and caring making it possible for us to stay an extra night. And we left home in such a hurry we didn't even pack so they provide things our first night.

We were there for two days. Being a Best Western Rewards Member and this being our third time at this Hotel in the last year, we were given an upgrade that was much appreciated. The room was clean and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast each morning included eggs and sausages which both my wife and I enjoyed as we are both on a Keto diet and could not have anything with carbs or sugar. There were plenty of both for those not on the diet. We stayed with two friends who got a room right next to ours. Although we did not make use of the pool, we did spend time sitting at a table next to it and played board games and had drinks.(plastic cups only of course). Justin, at the front desk, went out of his way to provide extra service. Looking forward to our next stay there.

FRONT DESK - very accommodating, room was ready early allowed early check in ROOM - I give it a 3 out of 5 I washed down the head board, don't want to even guess what was splashed on there. Looked like soda pop but the staff should have seen this and cleaned it. Bed comfortable with 5 feather pillows, bring own pillows. These are just too flat. Sofa bed I would throw in garbage, very dated. When you sat on the sofa you sat on the boards No bathtub just shower, tidy with lots of towels, face cloths etc. POOL. - this needs work and lots of it. First it needs a good scrubbing, should be drained repainted and tiled. I would say dirty which was very disappointing as we booked specifically for the out door pool HOT TUB not working CONTENTIAL BREAKFAST - excellent, fabulous Overall I give this a 3 out of 5 rating. I'm not sure what the expectations are for a Best Western but this place needs some serious cleaning and updating

Stayed here for 4 nights in July. Room was weird,like 2 rooms turned into one. Couch felt dirty, I hated to sit on it. Breakfast was just ok, one morning we arrived at the eating area at 9:10 to find just crumbs in the hot food area. Others arrived after us got nothing that morning. Tables during breakfast needed to be wiped but no staff in that area. We came back after spending the day out and found that our room had not been made up, bed unmade, garbages full and no fresh towels. I called the front desk, spoke to Dakota-he had big attitude -who said because we were staying multiple nights that they didn't clean our room. What ? I have never heard of this in my life. He said I could go to the front desk and get towels,so I did, grudgingly. I think the towels should have been delivered to us, and if our room got missed, that's no big problem , no need to lie and say that is how they do business. For the money we spent to stay for 4 nights,I think could at least expect an apology and the truth. Pool area had no shade, water looked murky. I won't be back, and I would not recommend this place.

Near highway exit. 30 minutes away from the Falls. Cannot use pool, only old dirty water waiting to evaporate. Breakfast is so-so. Weird layout. The front corridor from front desk is a deadend. You have to use the back corridor to get to the upper floor. Fixed glass window is adjacent to front door. It feels like the building used to be a motel with open corridor and renovated later to enclose corridor in glass. Excellent shower water pressure.

Booked this after leaving Poland Ohio and heading up to Niagara Falls. Wanted something on route, and nice. However upon arrival at Reception it was a young gentleman whom looked a little flustered. We were eventually given a room, however when we got to it, it looked like the bed was slept in, and had a half eaten muffin on the table. We went back and complained and was moved to another room, it was better so we stayed. However, after being up all day, we wanted an early night so was bedded for 11 pm. We were awakened by someone trying the key in the door, Got up and it was a couple, no luggage or anything. We asked how they had a key, they said reception gave them it. after 20 mins on the phone to reception, they resolved the issue. Basically the young guy never sorted the rooms out after we were moved, hence the room still showed up empty!! Not happy at all, we complained and I sent an email to Best Western and yet to receive a reply. Dont let this put you of though as most Best Western Hotels are decent and well run.

He even falsified a police report claiming there was a domestic dispute between my husband and I to try to have us arrested! The staff and service is excellent. If you need anything like menus for delivery places late at night they will give it to you. I was there during their sold out nights and they made sure that breakfast never ran out. In conclusion I got an excellent service.

I live in Buffalo, but I love the place next door - Buffalo Pizza & Ale House and ROCKSTARZ. Every Wednesday is Open Mic night and I decided to have a blast and now worry about driving. I booked a room last minute with April, and she was so sweet giving me directions and was THE nicest and most helpful. The room was really clean, bed was very comfortable, and it was beyond my expectation. I'd definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at the Best Western on 601 Dingens St. We were well received at the front desk and all the attributes of the hotel were clearly explained. We stayed in a KIng Suite and it was a very large room, clean, and quiet. We were in the area to shop, so this location was central to other shopping areas 20 minutes either way whether you were hitting Transit, or Hamburg. The Galleria was a 7 minute drive, and this mall is huge. There is a continental breakfast available in the morning. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Visited here as we needed a place to stay. A few blocks to many local restaurants and seems to be off on its own. Need a car to get around but we enjoyed the adventure. Rooms were clean and warm. The staff were kind and helpful. Grateful they let me into my room early as I was extremely tired from the road.

Amazing front desk service, I believe her name was April. Caring staff, welcomed with a smile and prompt service! Atmosphere had a Christmas cheery feel. Definitely will be back for another stay in the near future!

Stayed at this hotel on 12/16/17 for one night. Room 133. At 9pm when my family and I settled in to sleep, there was a distinct smoke smell. I looked outside the door and saw no one smoking. It's suppose to be a 100% smoke free hotel. Mild smell so chucked it up to someone walking by that must of been smoking outdoors. Then at 4:30am we were all awoken by a heavy smell of smoke that make it difficult to breathe. I went to report this to the desk clerk, who walked over and was in disbelief of the smell also. She said she would investigate it. And? What do we do in the mean time, choke? She did not offer to move us to another room...We asked to be moved....She did oblige and we were thankful. The staff was very helpful, but the next day when we were checking out, no one apologized or updated us about what would happen next. We were given our bill and sent on our way. Not what we were expecting.

I was visiting Buffalo & Niagara Fall during weekend and stay at BW @ Cheektowage. Room is Clean and good deal. I have family of 4 stay in a 2 Full size beds room for $120.00 with breakfast, WIFI & parking included. Hotel is 20 minutes away from Canada border and Fall, it is very convenience.

I can't pinpoint it. Even though it is decent enough, there is something that makes it less comfortable. I did not realize that Best Western hotels are individually owned. I have been to some that have been really great and very comfortable. I think they give good value in general but something about this location makes it less comfortable, like only the minimum is offered.

Dirty sheets/room upon checkin during multiple stays. The problems have always been reported, but never fixed. I only stay here because my company has us stay at this hotel. A lot needs to change before I would ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked for two nights. The first night, the bathroom was so small you had to turn sideways to fit through the door and wall. The light fixture in the shower was hanging by its wires. The smoke alarm is placed right outside the bathroom door so after a shower it goes off and you have to disconnect it. The bed was comfy though. The next morning we brought all this to the front desk. The apologized and relocated us to a different room. What a difference. It had a nice sized bathroom, the smoke alarm was installed in a proper location and no lights hanging down. Here also the bed was quite comfy. It was like staying at two different hotels. I will say that the front desk was very accommodating, oh and the morning breakfasts where quite tasty with a very good selection.

I stayed at this hotel about five years ago and it was fine. This time the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in 5 years. The room smelled. The closet door was not on its runner. The bathroom faucet was not anchored. The outer backdoor safety swipe was just a box of wires so anyone can enter the building. We were supposed to stay a week. We checked out the next morning. She said we had been 'upgraded' to that room. I told her I had never left a hotel early before. I barely got an apology. I was charged a higher rate for the 1 night! Disgusting.

All employees who work there are not professional at all (so far I have only seen 1 person working all shifts. I feel very bad for her). No dress code, no recognition to my membership, have to wait at front desk for someone to come asssist after ringing a bell. Rooms was outdated not maintained at all. Room bed sheets were ripped and hair all over bad sheets and pillows. Taken pictures and videos as well. In morning I went down to room move and agent told me to come back later?... She literally help someone else even though we were their first and talking to her.It sure looked like she didn't know what she was doing and didn't care about us at all. I/we usually stay at this Best Western but no more. I almost forgot to mentioned that, there were charge in my credit card that I was not aware of. I called that Best Western and try to ask what this charges for? Person who answer the phone said I can't look it up please call tomorrow morning and speak with manager. I called next morning said same thing call back afternoon. Called back afternoon told me to call back in morning... finally I got hold of Manager and was explaining to him and he put me hold before I can even finish. Then he picked phon after few min and said sorry very busy today i will refund your money. While I try to ask him what's going on with your Angets he said very busy and disconnect the phone.

Looks like a modified motel from the past. Staff is great. Shower is really old style but has been modernized as best they can. It appears to be well maintained. It met our needs as we were traveling on I90. Close to highway and Buffalo.

Would stay again if we are in the area. Great breakfast as long as the weekend girl replenishes the items. The front desk manager, Dakota, was very helpful and made our stay a joy. Parking was good and the hotel was clean and well appointed. Hot tub was out of order the two days we were there. Missed that.

Greeted by a receptionist that literally burped apples... I expected the worse. Room smelled like marijuana, aside from that bed and bathroom were clean. I stayed one night, and probably wouldn't want to stay any longer. Air conditioning in room was not very effective which made it an uncomfortable stay. Staff in the morning were pleasant and helpful and despite how the girl working before them greeted me.. they did not burp at me (I thought it was Buffalos official greeting). Breakfast was eh.

We realize New York hotels are more expensive, but the value for the money of this hotel was not comparable. The hotel was clean, but it was older and definitely needs to be remodeled. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet and the hotel itself was run down. The outside was not kept up or clean.

First of all, there were evidently multiple events happening in the Buffalo NY, Niagra Falls area because hotel prices were more than doubled. I traveled with a group of friends for a weekend away being that were all caregivers and work full time jobs,etc and were in need of "me time". Between the group, we paid over $400 for a two night stay and the Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites and certainly did NOT get our moneys worth! The room and hotel was newly renovated and looks rather nice. The guest rooms are so small we felt like salmon in a fish tank! It's cool if you are alone or you and one guest, that's it ! Once we were in our room, we noticed the commode didn't flush. We reported it to front desk and Sasha who was very kind, nice and helpful moved us to another guest room where the commode worked fine. Hilarious because housekeeping would only give us one roll of extra bathroom tissue and a half roll was in the room already. Whaaaaat ! Now we are winding down for the evening, all women mind you, sitting/lounging around and low and behold a man unlocks our door and proceeds to come in our room, we scream, his eyes bulge and he apologizes over and over while trying to shut the door and run with his luggage. OMG. Breakfast was that of a 2 star. Yes, the hotel is about ten minutes from the mall which was great and area restaurants/shopping plaza's , etc. But, it's a shame you dread returning to your room after a great day out and about. We reported all of our issues and of course there was very little staff available and no management on duty the entire weekend. What the hay! The few/two staff persons on duty were not empowered to make any executive decisions to please guests like us and many others believe me who paid a lot of money to stay there. So needless to say, this hotel is off my list and I'm calling corporate office to complain. Sasha was great. Sorry everything else wasn't.

Hotel was very clean and staff that was there were excellent. Unfortunately they are very understaffed, in fact on one day there was no staff for more than 5 hours. Room was clean but air didn't work.

Decent amenities Hot tub was out of order Breakfast needs improvement There was no window in the hotel rooms that opened. Only window is to the hallway which was not air conditioned and people walking by.

It felt gross compared to the other best westerns I've stayed in. Staff was nice. The bathroom was falling apart. Couch was old and gross, I didn't want to sit on it. We stayed in a suite and the dishwasher and stove were really old, they didn't have any plates or silverware in the room, not sure why there was a stove or dishwasher. Room smelled like smoke.

We stayed for one night over the August long weekend. It feels like a basic hotel and it could certainly use some décor upgrades in the rooms but it felt safe and clean. I was really pleased to see that guests could get coffee, tea and hot water at any time in the breakfast area. This is a nice touch.

Did not sleep well due to the air conditioning not working. They had to reset the air handler to get it to work at all. Hard to find your self around the hotel. And no micro wave in the rooms. Desk help was good.

We just stayed here this past Friday and Saturday and our room was smokey. This is a "non-smoking hotel". They moved us to a king suite and that was also a smokey room. This is unacceptable for non-smokers to have to deal with this!! That was nice they moved us, but this room was even worse. Management is aware of the problem and are trying to fix it. It's still unnaceptable! A refund would have been appreciated! Instead, they offered us Febreeze and reward points. No thanks. They do not care about the customer!

The hotel is in a convenient location. The room was comfortable with a good breakfast. We always try to stay here when we're in the Buffalo area. While the bed was comfortable ,there was too much light in the room for us to get a good night's sleep. We like total darkness.

I checked into this Hotel based on the usage of my Best Western Card and the closeness of where I had to be, I looked at there web site and rooms and looked decent. When I got there and went to my room I was astonished what I got, very small room facing I90, so a lot of noise, no pictures on the wall, very sparse, no chair, no hair dryer. I booked for $89.09 and when received bill saw that each night the charge went up and was told is based on availability, so buyer beware.So for 4 nights in a little dumpy room I paid $500, I could have stayed at the Hyatt in downtown Buffalo for that.

Stayed at the hotel for the weekend to drop our daughter at college. The reception from the front desk clerk was stoic and unfriendly and gave me a hard time using my friends and family discount. I had to call for verification. SMH! The bathroom had a mildew stench and the beds were too hard. The staff member on duty at checkout was very pleasant. Breakfast area was nice and hotel exterior was clean. Hot tub was out of order.

I'm pretty easy going about hotels, but this stay wasn't good.they are obviously in the middle of remodeling each room and we were in a remodeled room but it just wasn't clean. Like there was a smear on the wall of something. We arrived after 5pm and our room wasn't ready. Which wasn't the biggest deal as it was ready by the time we parked and unloaded stuff. Very shortly after after arriving in the room, our daughter threw up (assuming car sickness). I was super apologetic to the front desk and just asked for some cleaning supplies and said that we'd clean up. We had used what we could already to get as much up as we could. I specifically asked if we could use a carpet cleaner. We took the kids to the lobby to wait and eat dinner. After like 45 minutes I asked the front desk staff again if they were able to get supplies. I was told that housekeeping had already been to our room and cleaned it up for us. We headed back to our room. The throw up was still there on the floor. I went back to the desk and told them it wasn't cleaned and I was really happy to do it myself but I wools need a carpet cleaner (and again was very apologetic that this had happened). After another 30-40 minutes a housekeeping person came to the room. She said the hotel didn't have a carpet cleaner. She vacuumed the area a bit and that was it. We had a big vomit wet area in the room and no way to clean it? She said it was ok bc the carpet was new (?). We stayed 3 nights. Day 2 we returned to the room to find our door open....like the cleaning staff had left it open. We were gone all day from the room. Day 3 we returned to the room to find that they had just missed cleaning our room completely. The breakfast was below average. Like weird egg discs. The pancake making machine was fun though. They don't leave the water or beverage machine on through the day though--turns off right after breakfast. The pool seemed a bit gross. Like foamy brown stuff floating in it. We were in it for a short time before deciding it didn't seem safe to swim. Big tour groups seem to stay there. Each morning at breakfast there was another large group w a tour bus out front. Made it hard to find seating to eat each morning. The room was size was good. I don't think I'd stay again though.

I stayed here for a work trip two consecutive nights and was happy with everything except the in room Internet . It was slow but most hotels I stay in are about par. The rooms were recently updated and very nice

This hotel has a TERRIBLE layout. It was difficult to get around, and not many exits; nothing near your vehicle for sure and very confusing. We stayed two days and they didn't even clean our room in between. The door to re-enter the pool was broken. There was stuff all over in the halls (vacuums with cords strung out, old and new furniture stacked up, a phone book propping up a 2x4?). Room smelled like smoke. Hot tub was broke down. The people at the front desk aren't very knowledgeable or helpful; they don't really care about all the things that are wrong. Breakfast was a joke. They have a pancake machine that doesn't work (didn't put a sign or care that it didn't either), opened a can of fruit cocktail, the attendant was just listening to her music didn't stock up on things or clean any tables. Overall, very unimpressed.

The hotel has gone way down hill in over the last year. The rooms are dirty, you cannot walk on the carpets with bare feet. Housekeeping banged on door at 8am when check out is 11am REALLY!!! Breakfast was empty, room did not have towels for showers and no blow dryer, when we asked for a blow dryer the front desk acted as if we stole their blow dryer, and sent someone to look for it in the room when we told them we looked everywhere. They stated they are remodeling (What)?? we DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Stay away!!

Great hotel, excellent amenities, fitness room is functional but needs new treadmills. Next door restaurant bar/grill and casino is within 5 miles. The hotel staff are very helpful and willing to assist.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. From the smoke smelling room to the brown pool to the over flowing toilets to the stains on the wall. I will never stay at a best western again!

The rooms smelled bad. Felt a lot of humidity in the room. The bathroom tile was broken. The staff did not refill the breakfast and people were waiting for someone to refill breakfast. I could even see the staff sitting and eating in pantry but would not respond to serving breakfast. Poorly planned. Also internet kept on getting disconnected with very poor speed. Completely useless.

15 minutes from the airport and from downtown and 30 minutes to the falls. Great location and great hotel. Tonya at the front desk was very helpful and nice! We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the breakfast and not being well stocked

This hotel met all of our expectations in terms of amenities and quality of room. We pick hotels on the basis of breakfast offered and availability of a business center. This fulfilled all of our expectations.

The missing ones show the leaking vending machines, the flooded hallways full of big flies, holes in the bedroom walls, wallpaper falling off. So as I said, you have been warned. This property advertises as being refurbished and when I was told I would have a suite I actually looked forward to my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel's marketing ploys are grossly misleading! The hotel is filthy and in total disrepair except for the lobby. My room had food encrusted on the tables, the phone did not work, cigarette burns permeated the comforter, there was only a stand up shower and none of the exercise equipment worked properly. The ceilings and walls throughout the hallways were crumbling and there was a rancid smell throughout the building.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small but everything was clean and in working order. The bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall quality fine. Breakfast too dry. Internet sign in difficult and complicated. Location fine. Eatery places far away. Value not excellent. Quality average. Services not bad. Internet is disappointing; very difficult to sign in. Either the signal coverage is inferior or weak. Perhaps the sign in procedure is made complicated.

Casual birthday trip. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Centrally located in a nice quiet area. Hotel Staff were kind, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, multiple choices and options, and different both days. Overall the experience was great.

Stayed there for a week end at the end of March. Prices jump depending if the hotel is booked full or not? (Price gouging) Stayed in a double room, felt dirty and dusty. Refrigerator won't work, found out it was unplugged from outlet behind the dresser? There were tiny mold spots in the fridge, probably due to not using it. I pulled the dresser away from the wall to plug in the fridge. Noise from room next door when anyone used the bath room, loud water noise. Small room and very out dated. Continental breakfast not much, there pancakes machine was out of order, and the hotel was full booked because of a basketball tournament. Wont stay there again, do yourself a favor a few block away check out the Hampton Inn or the Holiday Express. This hotel had ice machines leaking and hallway ceilings torn apart and contractors equipment sitting in the hall, waiting for some child to trip over!!! Stay away.

Overall looked clean until we went to our room. Hallways were dirty, and the ceiling tiles were down due to leaks. Bathroom had multiple areas of mold. When we were unable to get the television working, the hostess stated that there were several not working due to the cable company. Would have liked to know this when we arrived. The breakfast was decent, with fresh pancakes and waffles, omelets, bacon and sausage, along with the standard pastries and cereals. The price of the one night stay was too high (nearly $200) Will stay somewhere else next time

loved the staff for sure amazing, but room was dirty we felt, and gross air coming from vents, we all woke up sick the next morning, check in and check out was great. won't stay again. we were given an hour late check-out which was nice.

Always great deals and the indoor spa is a delight! It is clean and reliable plus located in a central area so travel is quite easy. I am a long time customer there. Rooms are large and added items if needed are available. Staff treat you like family and are very accommodating to your requests.

I have stayed twice in this hotel with my family. Very good accommodation, convenient driving distance location to shopping mall and Niagara Falls. Easy access to Canadian border (I visited from Toronto). Very good value for the money. I really did not have any complaints. It was an issue with the bathroom door- not locking, but did not bother me.

On a trip, to visit friends in Canada & needed to stay overnight, in the Buffalo area. Knew, from many past experiences, that I could trust BEST WESTERN! I, once again, was correct! Couldn't have asked for any more than we received!

Good location. Easy check-in. Nice looking room. Beds were softer than I would have liked, but that was the least of our issues. We could not control the heat in our room. It was too hot and uncomfortable to sleep. At one point we all considered going out to sleep in the car. And then there were the ants. Little tiny ants everywhere. Definitely will not be returning to this Best Western.

I arrived using a crutch & went to check-in & she immediately told me she was switching our room to ensure we were on the 1st floor & close by to prevent excess walking. Now that is great customer service all with a great smile on her face!!! Friendly staff who use initiative - wish more places were like this. Great work Elena!!

as above. breakfast isnt the strongest quality of this hotel. Otherwise, very clean, very professional, large rooms. Nice value too. The hotel staff was courteous. I was staying with the fmaily of two young kids and wife.

This property is located off the freeway in a more residential area. It is a short drive to nice shopping in the Walden Road area. It's about a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls as well. The restaurant/bar that is in the front of the property appears to be closed. I would not recommend this property to anyone that doesn't drive or have a rental car as there are no businesses nearby. Pros - Rooms were big and included a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Air worked well and kept us comfortable. Breakfast was nice and offered good choices for a hotel breakfast (eggs, sausage, pancakes - made my a cool machine), cereal, toast, danishes). Outdoor Pool looked really nice. Hot Tub had it's own room indoors and was nice. Small workout room onsite as well. Cons - Biggest problem is plumbing issues. I knew there was a problem when there was a plunger left in the bathroom. The toilet seat looked really cracked and broken. The shower had great water pressure but the tub barely drained. I took a super quick shower and there was probably 2-3 inches of water that hadn't drained. My husband tried plunging the drain to make it move faster but it wasn't making much of a difference. The caulking around the tub had mold around it. The TV channels had really poor reception and were fuzzy. Overall it did the job, but there probably could have been better options.

I'm a platinum member of Best Western and I was not impressed with my room #101. The rug wasn't vacuumed with potato chip crumbs, long hair and plastic cap found on the floor, air-conditioner was noisy and made the room feel damp. I would down grade this hotel and remove it from the Best Western franchise..... Totally not acceptable!!!

Our experience was a bit different than the rest. We travel a lot with our kid's hockey teams and this is not the worst hotel we've stayed in, by any means. Our room was small, but there was only two of us. It appeared clean, but not spotless. I guess you have to take the good with the bad. The bed was small, but comfy. The breakfast was pretty good (and I'm choosy). Location of the hotel to what we were doing there was good. Overall, a good value. Just don't have 4 star expectations for a 2 star hotel and you will be fine.

This hotel is not up to best western plus standards. It is very tired and needs many repair. The outside security doors either don't lock or if they lock they won't unlock. Several people tried their keys on the door when we were there and none worked. In our room, the fridge didn't work, the light in the shower was burned out and the toilet didn't flush properly. My husband went to the breakfast and had a couple of bites and threw it away, said it was terrible. Also way over priced for what you get. Will not stay there again as there are many other options in the area that look much better. The only positive was that it had a good bed.

Nice location and great staff. Very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and ready upon our arrival. Didn't get to use the pool due to the weather. The breakfast buffet which was included was something to make sure you woke up for. Will stay again.

What a smelly unclean seedy place. From the price I expected something else. Tv was 1990s that didn't work to boot. Ice machine broken. This place was purchased as a green card investment. Now it's being run into the ground. It fits the neighborhood frankly.

This was our second time to stay at the same place because our first stay was good for the value we paid. We booked the suite with the king-sized bed since we have 2 kids with us this time. However, we requested for a room change because the AC is not working, and the telephone to call the front desk is broken. We were told to wait for 30 mins for the room change. However, it took an hour and a couple of follow-ups for us to be transferred to another room. It seems like they were understaffed and the lady who we talked to was rude. And in the new room that we transferred to, we had to request for new linens/sheets for the sofa bed. The soiled/used linen were still crumpled up in the sofa bed when we set it up..

I stayed here for a trip to Canada and it was a pretty decent place. I usually stay at Best Westerns and this was an average hotel. The staff was nice and there's a lot of stuff nearby. The rooms are older and you can see the deterioration. But for the most part, I had no issues. I will probably give this place another chance

Very disappointed. It's not the standard Best Western quality. Staff is friendly but really doesn't "put themselves out" - minimal customer service. Rooms are cramped and bathroom ceiling leaked so bad we had to put a wastebasket out to catch the water. Hope it's fixed for the next visitors!

Old, tired, worn out, carpets dirty, a/c blowing over the beds and is very loud. Very basic. But cheap. Thou bathroom and linens were clean. Around there is nothing to do. There is a bar. Drinks and snacks from vending machines. Pass if you can! Breakfast basic in the lobby area.

This hotel was our 4th experience with Best Western. Unfortunately this was a very bad hotel. The other experiences were good. This hotel was not clean. When we walked to our room the hallways were dirty. When we entered the room this was not cleaned on the floor. There were hairs in the bathroom and stuff on the floor. I went to the reception to tell them about it and they gave me another room. When we went to our second room we noticed that the beds were not the same size as the first room. They were smaller. Again I went to the reception and there I was told that this was not true. I did not wanted this discussion and asked if there was another room. They told me that there were no rooms available anymore. The manager was called and when she came to the reception she talked to me with hands in her pockets. Totally not willing to treat me as a guest. I asked her if I could cancel my reservation. For her this was no problem, she did not try to think of solutions or be guest friendly. She told me to call booking.com and ask them to sent a fax to her with a confirmation of the cancellation. And I should do it myself. There I was standing at the reception counter for over an hour trying to cancel my reservation. Kids were waiting after a long day drive. Booking.com helped me in a good way and cancelled my reservation. At last I could go to a more guest friendly hotel were a feel like I am treated like a guest.

I've stay at many Hotels and Motels before with my family of four. But I guess Best Western is getting cheaper and can't afford two real beds. I was given a room with 1 king bed and a sofa couch. They can't use the excuse that the hotel was busy and that's all they have left. Because it was a Sunday night and there was hardly anybody staying. (Now I know why). The Room we stayed in was on the second floor. Both pop machine and ice machine were out of service so we had to go to the first floor. My wife wanted to take a hot bath and soak her feet from walking all day. Well we found out there was No bath tub only a shower. When the kids pulled the bed out we found food and other stuff inside. Also the sheets had some holes in it. I would not stay here again and this place is a disgrace to the Best Western name.

Agreed to $152/nite room on a friday and when i checked in they said my room was for sat and $205/Nite. Lady at desk offered my less of a room than I reserved at a higher price. I am diamond level with best western, stay at many for work and they didn't even acknowledge the loyalty.

The outside looked nice and even the lobby. It was deceiving once we got to the room. It was room with two double beds and very little room to walk. The bathroom ceiling needed repair. Overall the room just felt old and didn't seem clean. The beds were not comfortable. The bedfast next morning was not bad but the pancake machine was not working which disappointed my teenager.

Not what I expected from a Best Western. Rooms were tiny and beds were small. There was a cigarette butt in the hallway (the hotel is supposedly nonsmoking). The A/C did not work in the middle of July. We went down to the front desk to report it and the staff member reported that the entire 2nd floor was apparently having trouble. They reset it and it did finally cool off enough to go to sleep for a few hours, but it kicked off again around 4 AM and became miserably hot and stuffy. I calmly reported the next morning that we were not satisfied due to the A/C and the staff member gave me $20 of the rate. He did not apologize and seemed annoyed that I was reporting my dissatisfaction. Definitely NOT worth over $100/night. The very basics were okay but I would not have payed more than $60-$70 for this room if I had known ahead of time how lacking it was.

We had a great time at this hotel!!! Our grandkids loved the outdoor pool and yummy hot breakfast too!!! Our room was superb and very clean. We would definitely return to this hotel in the the next time we are in this area of Buffalo NY.

This is in reference to my complaint reference number 160708-4785. I booked a one day stay in this hotel on the phone around for my very early 2 A.M. July 03 arrival and checking out July 04, early morning. Said reservation was made towards the end of June this year 2016. The lady whom I spoke to on the phone from this Hotel told me my room rate is $102.36 since I am a Western Rewards member, on that day when I booked I also double checked with the hotel's website that the rate she gave me was right. To my surprise on July 05, I was following up with how much Western has charged me on my debit card, I was aghast they charged me $327.57, I was asking myself, had I been ripped off????.I am asking Best Western to be standing for their word of guaranty about the rate they gave me prior to my checking in. Even if they think I stayed for 2 nights which is untrue, for $102.36 per day it would still come out $204.72. And with this complaint, I demand Best Western to return some of my money back to my debit card.

I have three kids and spent one night at Buffalo area. They provided a convenient and plenty space room Everything was OK with low price. If possible, I would love to consider Best Western plus as my first choice in my future trip.

Not the best on the road. It was clean. The staff was friendly. The room door didn't fit the frame properly. It was loud, and had to be slammed to shut and lock. Breakfast was ok. Continental. Price was decent. I've stayed in better, and worse..

This hotel was very clean and welcoming. I love how the breakfast area is in the bright and large lobby area. They have the new fresh pancake machine which is great. My first time using. Staff very friendly and room and areas very clean. Nice outdoor pool and indoor spa next to it. I would return.

Great Hotel for the Dollar . Lady at front desk Ishani was amazing . We had a problem she handle it quickly . The Breakfast in the morning was so good , Bacon , Sausage Yum!! Cleaning staff very friendly .Place very clean , and they have this amazing large pool . You will not go wrong staying here.

I was very happy with the location and close it was to the American/Canadian border. It was very close to all the restaurants and bars that I went to that night, and easy to find. I would recommend anyone to stay there who doesn't want to go to deep into Buffalo and there is a great liquor store just up the road from it which is very handy as well.

Stayed here for our family trip to Niagara Falls. It is about a 40 min drive to Niagara Falls from here. This hotel is one of the cheapest that we found in the area. The staff was very Friendly during our 2 night stay. The rooms were very clean. There is a little bit of lack of lighting in the rooms but didnt bother us. The breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. But it was food and i didint have to find somewhere to eat for breakfast. The pool is outdoors and looked really nice, wish i would have been able to use it. I would stay here again and recommend others to stay here.

This is a nice place to stay. My wife, 2 children, and I stayed here for two nights. We were sightseeing around Niagara Falls. It is about 40 min drive to Niagara Falls but is one of the cheapest hotels I found in the area. The room was clean. Everything looked in good shape. The breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about but it was food. The pool is outdoors and looked really nice, wish i would have been able to use it. Staff was very friendly from the front desk, the lady setting up breakfast, to the people cleaning the rooms and washing the bedding. I would stay here in a heart beat again if I ever come back out to visit.

Hotel had bus tours every night. Guests were rude and dirty and completely took over the breakfast area. Hotel is worn out and needs an upgrade. We would never return. The location is fair...nothing really close for restaurants etc. Our first room had a hole in the carpet about twelve inches in diameter. The breakfast area had cheap canned fruit...sweet rolls seemed old but the coffee machine was great.

This hotel is in a bad area , uncomfortable to the point that i couldn't even sleep. no ac and rude staff. At fist they acted like I was crazy that there was no ac but everyone in this hotel was sweating, it was stuffy and unbearable. terrible spot, do not book here.

Flying out of buffalo and needed a place to stay so we chose this hotel because of its convenient location. Super close to the airport. The free doggy bag lunches (for early flights) was super sweet and free cookies in the lobby.. how can you really go wrong with that. Staff was super friendly and despite the hallways looking a bit dated the rooms were comfy and very quiet. Super convenient if you're flying out

We rented the King Suite w/Jacuzzi bathtub. Pros - spacious suite and clean. Cons - outdated décor & couch uncomfortable. But considering our AAA discount and the "off season" price of $116.99 the room was worth the price. Important Note: The Jacuzzi tub is the bathroom tub, not a stand alone unit as you will find in some Best Western Plus suites. Two people can still fit in it but...it's not a 2-man tub. :)

This was a nice stay for a business trip. Rooms were clean staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. No complains, will stay again when in the area. Close to highway, not too many dining choices in area.

This hotel is a little weird. First the good points. The staff is excellent. The hotel was very clean. My room was quiet. The breakfast was good and served in a nice room. Now for the weird. I don't know how they call themselves the Galleria Inn as the hotel is 5 miles away from the mall. The hotel is right on the side of the I-190 kinda with nothing else around. The hotel is obviously a very old building as my so called "Business Executive room was really too very small hotel rooms joined together. With two bathrooms. Both rooms were very small. I do give them credit for doing the best they could with this old property. However, I would not stay here again.

My overall experience with my stay at the Best Western was very pleasant. The front desk personnel were more than helpful and cheerful. I enjoy staying at the Best Western for the clean rooms and service that is provided.

The staff here is always helpful and welcoming. This hotel is close to restaurants and shopping malls and if you don't feel like venturing out there is a bar and grill on the property and you also have the free breakfast at the hotel to start your day.

Stayed at this location for special occasion. Platinum card holder Redeemed points for travel card to stay at a "Plus" facility. Poor decision as bedside carpet had toe nail clippings, no bathtub for my spouse only shower and a window that faces the outside hall covered by curtains-this room was to be an upgrade due to my request. Not what I expected from the BW Brand.

For the price I paid for the 2 rooms I had to stay in, my room was for the handicapped and overall was in poor condition. Ants were living in my bather room and even though they wee killed by an insecticide, they were never cleaned up and did come back at a later date.

Price is higher than reasonable. Location good but driving to is confusing, more direction or instructions will help. Breakfast is average; prefer to lower price while take away the breakfast offered.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. I stay at this hotel at least 12 nights a month for business. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The staff are always there to help you out with anything that you may need. They also have a pretty great breakfast in the morning.

Hotel staff was friendly, I would have liked more information on parking IE. I parked in the front, however my room was on the right side on 2nd floor. If I was told to park around the correct side entrance, that would have saved me from hauling my bags, which was not smart.

We stayed one night at the Best Western Plus Galleria in December while attending a nearby party. Our check-in was fast and efficient with very pleasant front desk staff. Parking was conveniently close by our guest room, which was clean and looked as though it had a considerable amount of recent upgraded items and fixtures. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The included self-serve hot and cold continental breakfast is available right off the main floor near the lobby. Dingens St. is very close to the highway, making driving to any location (Buffalo, Cheektowaga, West Seneca, etc.) quite convenient. Our stay was comfortable, quiet and pleasant. We'll keep this hotel in mind when returning to the area.

Close to shopping area and location is easy to access. The price is pretty reasonable and seems it's been renovated not long ago. Though you can tell the hotel is there for a long time. The guest room is a bit small but the furniture is new. The bed is comfortable and washroom is big. Pretty good for a short stay when you need rest for a long day.

Had two of the best sleeps ever in this amazingly quiet hotel room. As a platinum member I requested and received an upgrade.So thankful they gave us the suite. It was the quietest room I have ever experienced in a hotel.

Exactelly 39 min to Niagra falls. The hotel has big rooms and big bathrooms. It has a very affordable prices. Free wifi & free breakfast. I would recommend it if you gonna stay for transitional period only. Wendeys is near by and longhorn steakhouse is 10 min driving away.

Easy access to Rt. 90 NY but if you need to be on the road early be aware you will be caught in rush hour traffic. This is near Buffalo, NY. We were checking in late and leaving early so we did not use any of the facilities. What we needed was clean, quiet, comfortable, and a breakfast. They had all that. Our room was an economy room, it was small and no outside window. The bathroom was very small, long and narrow. The air conditioner was noisy and we were not so sure it was working. The room was a bit stuffy.I would not recommend the place If it had been very cold or very hot outside. The shower made up for any shortcomings. BEST shower ever, hot, powerful with adjustable settings. Mattress was reasonably comfortable but the pillows were way to flat. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. They did try to upgrade it with sausage and omelet but it was a steamed omelet and brown and serve sausage, very salty.

The layout of the rooms and hallways are odd. It almost feels like they put glass on an old motel. The common areas seem newer and are clean and the breakfast is about as good as you can expect from this type of self-serve continenta set-up. The rooms are nothing special but they decent sized. The furniture is pretty beat up and a little old looking. There did not seem to be a way to control the heat so we slept with the door open because the hallways were cold. The pool looked nice but being in Buffalo an outdoor pool seems strange. We were in town for the Buffalo Bills game and our room rate was $209 for what should have been about $129.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this hotel which offers a convenient location to find various shopping locations. Lots of parking and free Continental breakfasts. Lots of parking, free wi-fi, in-room fridge, computer/printer use for guests and friendly staff. Room 112: check first to see if they've fixed the bathroom ceiling as it appears there may be a water leak from 2nd floor. We told the desk staff about this when we checked out. There are no fans or windows in the bathroom for ventilation.

I had seen decent reviews for this hotel given my price range. I found myself paying $135 for a room that had many ants, didn't smell good, and a pool/hot tub that was out of service. The staff were very nice but it certainly was not worth the price. I would have expected this for a $50/$60 a night hotel. Additionally, the bedsheets were not big enough for the bed and the sheets kept pulling up off the bed leaving a completely exposed mattress - ew. They should atleast cover that with something!!

Overall, an acceptable mid-priced motel. We were there for a family wedding. Main disappointment was that TV was not as "advertised." No ESPN or ESPN2. Had to watch Ohio State football on ESPN3 on my laptop. They had ESPN News and ESPNU. Ugh. Thank goodness the free wi-fi was fast. Also, the pool and spa were "closed for maintenance." Since it was cool, could understand the pool, but not the indoor spa. No one had acceptable answers. Breakfast was okay. Adjacent pub was good.

This past weekend me and my boyfriend stayed with our friends for a concert on Saturday night. Room only costed the four of us like $45 each which isn't bad for what we got. There was a small fridge in the room and the beds were SUPER comfortable. Bathroom is really big and was more than enough room for four adults. This hotel is close to a Dollar General and gas stations so you don't have to travel too far if you forgot to pack something. The pub next door was a little sketchy, I didn't go because that isn't my scene but my friends mentioned it wasn't all that great. The front desk was AWESOME (3pm-11pm staff& 11pm-7am staff). They were very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. From recommending our taxi service to supplying snacks for us later in the evening, they were just great! Also, this hotel is like 35 miles from Niagara Falls so that's something to definitely do before heading home. All and all my friends and I had a great time and if we're ever in the Buffalo area we will definitely stay here again!

we had an excellent experience at Best Western except there were stains on the additional towels we requested, breakfast is decent, internet speed is good but need to ask reception for the password, good place for family trip.

We stayed here because other relatives were already booked at this hotel for a family wedding and the pictures online looked great. The rate is too high for the quality of hotel it is on the inside. We are a family of four (two adults and two 16 year old sons) and our room was very small for the four of us. The quality of the bedding (cigarette burns) and overall appearance of the room was not worth the money we were charged. The hotel looks great on the outside but the inside needs a lot of work.
