San Severino Park Hotel & SPA, BW Signature Collection

Great service in the SPA specially from Arianna Pia y Enza, very good massages and specially all the attentions. Strongly recommend for a relaxing day and close to many interesting and beautiful places and ceramic.

We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. The hotel is immaculate, the air-conditioned rooms are spacious and comfortable and cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The pool and gardens are gorgeous and well maintained with the addition of a pool bar which came in really handy. Good choice at the buffet breakfast and fresh coffee served by the staff. All the staff were lovely, helpful and catered for all our needs. The icing on the cake was the beauty and spa facilities at the hotel with a fabulous heated pool, well worth a visit, we would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

We stayed just for the night on our way back to Rome (and the back to Sweden). This is a perfect hotel to stay at and their staff were amazing with our 10 month year old child. During dinner two of the staff played around with here and we had a really nice meal. Comfy rooms, relaxing pool and a friendly place. Recommended!

I liked the hotel - the gardens were beautiful. Our room was immaculately clean, functional and had great air conditioning. Breakfast was good and we had an evening meal which was really good (though limited choice). This was all the good! The but was that on both days that we stayed the pool closed early for private functions and all the guests from the hotel were told to leave!!! I really didn't think this was appropriate. It was hot and some guests had been out sightseeing most of the day or travelling and just wanted to chill out by the pool and cool down but were chased away by the pool attendant. This would put me off going back which was a shame because otherwise the hotel was good. The location isn't the greatest but this suited us as we had a hire car so used it as a base to potter about the Amalfi coast and then onwards to Naples for our flight home.

While having lunch, the dj was playing music and my group and other guests were dancing . Suddenly, one of the receptionists came into the restaurant room and ,in a very angry way, ordered to stop music immediately, because she was working and did not want to be disturbed. She was very rude and discourteous. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: ZERO!!!!
