Devero Hotel & Spa, BW Signature Collection

Misleading info… where do I even start. First of all there is no outdoor POOL! It's only for decoration purpose, indoor pool was not open but they didn't state this. Bathroom was ok however there's mould and unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I travelled with my child and we got bitten every night (bed bugs) despite requesting for the sheets to be changed every morning we experienced the same thing meaning the mattress was probably full of bugs or god knows what. Most terrible experience for me and my child. AVOID!! Bad location as well.

Booked direct the day before for just over £100 for one night. This is excellent value for money. There are two restaurants. I used the Bistro one as I didn't want anything too elaborate. I ordered pizza and was very impressed. This is proper pizza with a light flaky crust you only get in Italy. It was quiet and confortable. The lobby has plenty of modern seating. Like a lot of European hotels there is an underground car park. Access from there to reception via a lift. WiFi was easy to connect to although speed was much slower in the lobby compared to the room. I will definitely stay here again when I'm working in the area. Recommended.

There are two bus stops available to Milan or Bergamo virtually adjacent to the hotel as-well-as Uber and taxis on si I've given 4/5 as the sheets smelt damp (as if the room had been left a long time) and there was a yellow stain on one towel and the toothbrush cup was cracked. Additionally, though soaps and accessories were mostly provided, a toothbrush was missing from the choices, which I actually needed. The breakfast was good and the staff were professional, so I think 4.3/5 is fair given the location and my experience

Came to Italy for a business trip of 2 months. I've brought my bikes over to the hotel, usually kept them inside my car, one night I had to make room in my car, so I chained them on a metal rod & removed the front wheel, and left them in the hotel's underground parking lot. 11:30pm -> bikes are there. 11:30am the next day -> no sign of them. Shocked and frankly sad, I tried my luck at the reception, where I received a "It is what it is" kind of response, which honestly I get. With my riding plan ruined I went to my room, ~15 minutes later I get a call to my room "We've f o u n d your bikes", (Awesome! but wait a minute, what does it.. mean?), went to the lobby, I asked the same guy at the reception "Hey what's up?" and he responded "I have no idea, but wait a few minutes". After a few minutes a manager comes out and trying to explain that "italy's streets are dangerous and I should be careful with my bikes" etc. etc., which I don't get, until I just ask "Do you have my bikes?" - "Yes." - "Did YOU take my bikes?" - "Yes - to protect you" - "in order to not get stolen by a thief that will enter your parking lot, you broke a heavy metal chain and stole my one-cycle-bike?" She then switched to: "Well we didn't know who was the owner" What. "The bikes are clearly someone's in a HOTEL TIED WITH A CHAIN". Anyways, it was clear an employee tried to steal them. (But she thought it's a better way to handle it by presenting that it's a "policy" to break customers property where it's supposed to be???) I received: - NO APOLOGY. - A ruined lock-chain that I bought at the same week. - A smashed wheel cover (like someone tried to smack it with a door to fit it somewhere. Really left a sour taste, definitely will notify my workplace & co-workers (that regularly book in this area) to avoid this hotel. The barista guys are really nice & breakfast is adequate+

we stayed there for one night on our way, 2 adults 2 kids. I booked the suite on 2 floors. At first the room was good and clean but we quickly noticed that the air co was not working, the temperature in the room kept going up. I informed the reception and they said that they will fix it. When we get back to the room after dinner it was even worse, the temparature was higher. I inspected the room and noticed that the windows (that cannot be opened) were open and could not be closed. They could not accommodate another same room for us but 2 of us moved to another double room. The air co is difficult to manage and we were very cold in that room. All in all I cannot recommend that hotel as it has to go through maintenance, and next time we will stay somewhere else.

Very good price for what you get. It was very cleanand I liked that there were bo carpets in the rooms. Unfortunately, there was mold around the bathtub. Instead of removing it they painted over it. Also the Spa was closed during COVID so we can't review that. We missed it but could make use of the bath tub, mold didn't bother too much. Breakfast is basic but ok, service is ok, isolation of walls is ok. Bed is comfortable and AC/heating works great. The dinner at the 24 restaurant was good. But I missed a little tea corner in the room and a bath robe with slippers, but maybe that would be too much to ask for for this price. In general, for a few nights, this is a good option.

I have never experienced such a terrible organization before First dish served together with appetizer and main dish all at once Waitress not specking one English Word not having an idea of what the menu “a la carte” offers Wine selection limited to ONE! (in Italia!!!!) One of the guests left without dinner Dessert coming after 30 minutes while dirty dishes where still on the table Incredible

A fantastic hotel and staff. This hotel was perfectly placed for my business needs. Great staff could not do enough for you. The rooms and bathrooms we spacious and I had a great nights sleep in the very comfortable beds. I was here for 7 nights and would highly recommend.

Visited here while visiting Milan, hotel had a robust safety measures dealing with Covid, not many people were in the hotel so it helped out , if you are visiting Milan city this is not the best hotel due to the distance but if you travelling out of Milan then you can pick up the auto route, no local transport around so you may have to pay for a taxi if you need to commute, overall service is good, not many choice at the breakfast but it was responsible. Please look at the location clearly before travelling.

We had to be in the neighbourhood and stayed 2 nights. 2 rooms, we, our son and our two dogs. Excellent and clean rooms with a lovely bathroom, friendly service. Definitely a hotel we will consider to return to.

this hotel is in the middle of nowhere so if you need to be there for any reason then is conveniently located by the autostrada . is a new building with a free parking . hotel is new but rooms have no amenities very basic breakfast was very good.

I stayed here for a business trip in November. There is not much within walking distance so pretty limited in the local area. However, the on-site restaurants are very good. The hotel gym was very rudimentary and in need of updating. Rooms are big and clean

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights for a short break. The front desk staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and evening meal was superb. The bar was made even better by a barman called Moreno who was extremely friendly and pleasant. If you can be bothered get public transport as taxis are expensive. Expect £60-80 for a 1 way trip to Milan centre. Overall we loved it.

The breakfast was great. The front desk was helpful. Customer service at the bar is slow. Had two people pop thru and not ask me if I wanted anything. My glass would be empty for 10 min and no one would ask if I wanted a refill. Is this a cultural dif between the USA and Italy? Room ac did not work for 3 nights. Loose connection with the thermostat and the key card. Rooms near the front lobby are noisy. People stand outside talking at midnight. Menu at restaurant limited but good. Take a night and walk the 10 min to La Giara instead. Shuttle was early for morning pickup. At least 10 min late for 3 out of 5 returns. Room had a chaise lounge which was nice. Fitness room needs an elliptical.

We stayed here on our first day (roadtrip through Italy), this hotel immediately set the bar high for us, as few other hotels could tip the comfort (and price) that this hotel has offered us. The staff were nice, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were amazing. This is definatelty a good example as how all hotels should be. The interior design of the hotel is wondefrul.

Nice staff, comfortable beds, variety in the breakfast and the room was very clean. Very good hotel in general. The restaurant is very good and all for very good value. I'd definitely recommend. The spa is also very good

Can't miss it as it stands out like the proverbial bull with a ring! The room was adequate and not served by a decent range of English tv programs. Good if you want to learn Italian, German and French. Lobby in state of decay and needs a booster. Staff overworked but friendly and good with the non speaking Italian Aussies. Very tolerant. Okay for a overnighter. The surrounds are positively rancid with dangerous roads, dirty gardens and unhappy local yokels. Glad to leave really after a tolerably slightly ever so little better free breakfast minus fried eggs but reasonable bacon.

My wife & I were part of an organised bus tour, and stayed at Hotel Devero overnight. The hotel is situated outside of Central Milano, & is close to motorways & the autosradas. The hotel is clean, staff friendly. Most Rooms are just shy of being full size, but are comfortable. Facility's such as off street parking, pool etc are available. Breakfast is of a buffet style, and has a generous layout, with wide choices of hot/cold meals. Our stay was all too brief, but happy to recommend. Ciao!

Not my first time in this hotel, I have to come here for work. However, several dis functions will make me stay away from it in the future. Ordered room service with sparkling water and was delivered still water. On the last night I was woken up at 7am by sledgehammers and stonecutters. When I complained at reception it was all blah blah blah and the noise did not stop. Cherry on the cake: reception had a “coming back soon” sign on the desk! Never ever seen something like this. Sorry to not come back, but this property does not deserve its 4 stars. Its customer service is not at all at the level of 4 stars

Good sized rooms and clean. No tissues. Was there on group booking. Very little of interest within walking distance of hotel. Dreadful soup in restaurant. Poor service. Breakfast was ok. The good side was we had a good nights sleep.

Ridiculously slow and inefficient ineffective checkin. We were too tired to be mucked around for hours. Would have gone elsewhere but had prepaid. Eventually given a room. Excellent and comfortable plus good amenities. Nearby coop and gigante. No tissues in room and very small fridge.

I stayed at the Hotel Devero on a business trip. The hotel was suitable for a stay in the area but there is very little near the hotel within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was very good and the rooms were a good size.

I could not ask for better service from warm, kind, professional personnel. Very clean hotel, with excellent service, and great food. Staff will bring anything you need to the room. Lounge, the wine is excellent. Bistro restaurant has excellent ham and cheese plate, minestrone style soup, tortellini, and the best chocolate desert.

Quite good hotel, with couple of services, access to the pool is expensive. Good quality food at the restaurant. Hotel is located on the motorway but fr from Milano center. Design Hotel. underground garage for free is a good avantage.

This hotel has a beautiful modern design. The staff was extremely friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. The restaurant is also very convenient in the hotel so there is no need to drive somewhere else. The location is perfect - easy to get in and out.

We stayed there for one night , location is perfect if you need to be out of Milan but near . Hotel is great , facilities are lovely . Delicious breakfast. Room in 7th floor was big and had everything, one thing that wasn't good that water in shower was barely warm . Near a nice village with great places to eat dinner

Wonderful atmosphere, classy, beautiful, great food, friendly staff, bathroom has an enormous rain shower and tons of counter space, great nights sleep, very quiet area of town. They work with a taxi service also and help coordinate travel around the area and downtown Milano. I have stayed here probably 20 times with varying lengths since this hotel opened.

Booked this hotel as a convenient stop over on our way back from a vacation in the Chianti region. It turned out to be too bad for us that it was only a stop over because the hotel was really great. Rooms were large, clean and had very good beds. We used the spa and had a short massage and I can recommend both. We had dinner which was excellent - really great food, very good wines and excellent service. Breakfast buffet was extensive and of a high quality. Next time it will definitely be more than just a stop over. Stefano at the reception deserves a special mention for his excellent manner and help! It's presented as a business hotel which I can appreciate but I would certainly visit again for leisure. Also plenty of very convenient parking under the hotel.

Located in north of city near monza huge parking which is free extremely efficient and friendly staff very clean rooms and alfresco dining With pool feature just a really pleasant and great value for money

Very classy business hotel with smart rooms, nice restaurant and a superb coffee bar at breakfast that is just what you need to brace you for a busy day. Only one minor gripe was that the gym is extremely small for the size of the hotel, I wanted to spend some time in the morning but three people were already in and that was it, no more exercise machines available.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in May 2017 and November 2017. Mr. Stefano Benazzi, the Front Office Manager, was very helpful in our accommodating our special request and is genuinely attentive to guests' welfare. We strongly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Milan and it surroundings.

I visited for the first time and it was recommended by a business colleague. On arrival I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a loft suite which has definitely set the bar very high. The room was on two floors and incredibly spacious with a jacuzzi bath in the main bathroom there was also a shower room on the ground floor. I ate in the restaurant where the food was delicious and staff were very attentive. WIFI was ok but did drop out from time to time. All in all a great stay.

Very comfortable and well priced hotel outside Milano. Worked as a good base for the business trip I was on because it was central to my needs but was a hike from central Milano. Rooms were reasonably appointed but should note that temperature control was managed from the front desk (I found the room a little cool to start). Breakfast buffet was not extravagant but more than adequate.

Staff is fiendly and helpful, but some issues are out of their control. To use the Spa for 3 hours you have to pay min. 18 Euros.Heating was not working well either in the room nor in the seminar. Long way from Milano airport Malpensa to the hotel. You have to rent a car, because it is cheaper then a taxi. Depending on the traffic it takes min. 60 minutes to the hotel from airport.

Very clean, very friendly staff, renovated hotel. Food there is good also the breakfast buffet was good. They have free parking, if you want to use the indoor swimming pool there you have to pay 18 or 15 euros per person.

With friendly staff, good food and business facilities, this hotel makes an excellent venue for those wanting business meetings near Milan but not wanting to pay central Milan prices. The staff could not do more for you and the Negroni Sbagliato in the bar is a joy!
