Best Western Air Hotel Linate

A large, 3 room party below us stared up at 9PM, with loud music pounding below us. The concierge seem unwilling to do anything about it. If you're cooking for a peaceful place to stay , go elsewhere.

Great location, close to the airport but also a nice garden.. metro to Milan in 60 seconds and off in 10 minutes to the center of Milan. Crazy, super cool and fast. In the evening you eat in the hotel if you are Tired of excellent Milanese cuisine or a nice spritz

Unfortunately, my stay was a very disappointing experience, particularly given the price of the hotel. There were air conditioning units just outside my bedroom window which were extremely noisy, at more than 50 dB, and repeatedly switched on and off every 10 minutes throughout the night. The intermittent noise made it very difficult to sleep. I asked to change rooms, but was told that the hotel was fully booked. I appreciate that this meant they could not move me, but it was nevertheless a very uncomfortable night. The dinner was even more disappointing. I ordered the gluten-free cannelloni with ricotta and herbs from the restaurant menu, expecting a dish prepared and cooked by the restaurant. Instead, it arrived in what appeared to be a ready-made frozen meal container, with the sealed lid still on it. It had clearly not been heated for long enough, as it was still cold in the middle. The accompanying bread was also served still sealed in its plastic wrapper and, frankly, was not edible. I was particularly disappointed because I had just arrived from Australia and was exhausted, so I did not have the energy at the time to complain or ask for the meal to be replaced. I was nevertheless charged €16 for the cannelloni, €3 for the bread and €3 for a glass of water, making €22 for what was one of the worst restaurant meals I have had. I have photographs of the meal and its presentation, which unfortunately confirm what I experienced. Overall, the combination of the very noisy room and the extremely disappointing dinner made for a very unpleasant stay. I would expect considerably better from a hotel of this standard and at these prices.

Excellent customer service! Our room was clean and attended to daily. Breakfast was very good with many options. Dinner was good as well. Free shuttle to the Linate airport and metro station. We would stay here again!

Perfect stay at the Best Western in every way. Very modern, immaculately kept and friendly staff.

The shower head in room 311 needs to be replaced with a new one. It has obviously been in disrepair for a long time. Most of the spray nozzles are plugged up or worn causing a painful and incomplete water spray. This type of problem takes months to occur on a shower head so I imagine that many of your customers have put up with taking an uncomfortable shower. The maintenance man took it off and tried to clean it but it didn't help much. This is a good Hotel so it is sad to see that you are not willing to buy new shower heads for your rooms. An otherwise pleasant stay was ruined by the obvious choice to go cheap on your bathroom fixtures.

Hotel is in a good location BUT we could not ring the hotel for a airport pick-up as there was a problem with my phone so we eventually got a service bus that dropped us half way but then google maps directed to the rear gate of the hotel which was locked and the intercom didn't work ie was in a state of disrepair. We had to walk for another 10-15 minutes to get to the reception… with two suitcases over uneven pavements etc - this was a nightmare There was a problem with the air con… engineer visited and managed to fix on the second visit (and in the process provided a fan!) No other bedrooms available to relocate to. Rooms are rather dated and certain aspects could do with a refurbishment There was a warm welcome on arrival Food in the restaurant was good, and the service was also good. Hotel is somewhat dated and for some reason all the doors open “outwards” ie bedroom door opens outward into the corridor, the en-suite door opens outwards into the bedroom Airport Shuttle from the hotel to the airport was good, taking only a matter of a few minutes

Booked this hotel because it was the only one at Linate which has an airport shuttle. Getting the shuttle is not easy, you need to call the hotel, and get upstairs. It's a short ride to the hotel. Checking easy. Our room was small, modern, double bed, which had a firm mattress, too firm for us, hard to sleep. We did hear some planes taking off, not too bad. Breakfast was on the main floor, plenty of options and complete. The staff spoke English well. We took the shuttle back to the airport the next morning.

Nice hotel with very comfortable beds. Close to the airport. I am not a light sleeper, I have to say, but I was not disturbed. Breakfast was the best I got sogar in Italy.

Our experience with this hotel was mixed - both good AND bad ! The "good" part was the extreme proximity and frequent free shuttle services between the hotel and the airport - also, the front desk person during check-in (Matteo) was very friendly and helpful - however; not so much at check-out early the next morning - I didn't get the person's name and he obviously wasn't as friendly and warm with us as Matteo was on the previous evening when we checked in ! The room itself (to accommodate the 4 of us) was nice and very acceptable. Now, for the "bad" part - the RESTAURANT - very pricy with just barely (pass-able) mediocre (taste-wise) food and absolutely ATROCIOUS "service" - the staff (barely 2 persons) on the evening that we dined there were absolutely inattentive and distant and did NOT care to attend to us - knowing that we had children - I had to wait for well over 15 minutes just to get some ice that I had requested for my drink - the lady who "attended" to us - by the name of IRINA - was cold and distant and seemingly apathetic to our needs, queries, etc. - it almost seemed like she didn't or couldn't care less whether we were tired, hungry, just needed some help to order our dishes, etc. Yes - it seemed to us as though she DIDN't really care nor want to attend to us and "serve" us in any half-way acceptable way ! So - all in all, my family and I have decided that we will NEVER again patronize this establishment and we know that we will NOT be poorer for this decision of ours based on our stay there from just a few days earlier. I hope this review does indeed "help" someone !

We are very happy we chose Best Western Air Hotel Linate for the last night in Italy. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was great and we appreciated the shuttle to the airport. And we are truly grateful to the kind and empathetic lady in charge of the restaurant orders who assisted us on the 19th. God bless her.

5/5 Excellent The front desk attendants (who seemed to work around the clock since the same two gentlemen were there for our late afternoon check-in and the following morning when we left) were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They answered our questions before we could ask them. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There was an electric kettle and complimentary tea/coffee supplies, snacks, and bottled water in the room. One minor issue was that the shower stall is tiny and the water leaked out onto the bathroom floor though the shower door was fully closed. At the in-house restaurant, we enjoyed a delicious pizza after checking in and a lovely breakfast the next morning with all of the staples. The hotel is very close to Linate airport and provides free parking at the hotel and convenient, free shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk staff provided us with a map and instructions for taking the metro from the airport to Milan's commercial center (about a 10-minute ride on subway line 4 toward San Cristoforo, stop at San Babila. Purchase tickets from the machine at the station) Our only suggestion would be that the outside of the hotel could be made more attractive. When we first arrived, we thought we had made a mistake in choosing this hotel looking at the external appearance. Happily, that thought disappeared the moment we stepped inside.

In many ways this hotel is very good indeed. It is minutes by hotel shuttle from Linate airport. Our room was a decent size, fresh and spotlessly clean. The en suite was very good and the shower excellent. The shuttle service to the airport works perfectly. Dinner in the restaurant could be described as average (being kind) and is very expensive for what you get. I suppose however that is par for the course in an airport hotel. Breakfast was better but still expensive. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The problem I had with this hotel was the low, bass, repeating thumping sound coming from a distant source of music. It sounded as if there is a night club somewhere in the vicinity. It was not loud enough for me to make out any music. All I heard was a repeating thumping noise. While it was not very loud, it was loud enough to keep this slightly deaf and reasonably sound sleeper awake until it stopped some time after 3 in the morning. This is not ideal if you are catching an early flight. I have no idea where the noise was coming from. I have come across another review of this hotel which mentions the same problem. That reviewer stayed in the hotel on a Saturday as did we. Perhaps the problem is confined to weekends. We had a room facing out of the back of the building on the first floor. There may not be a problem in other parts of the hotel. Had it not been for this problem I would have rated this hotel very highly.

Although conveniently located near Linate airport to which a free shuttle service was offered, this is not a good hotel. I didn't feel particularly welcomed upon arrival by the reception team, food in the restaurant was of average quality yet over-priced and although restaurant was not full, the waitering staff blamed lack of attentiveness on being busy. I also found the waiter at breakfast to be largely unhelpful and in fact pretty rude. Although room had probably best shower I've experienced at a hotel, it was fairly dated and I could not open the shutters to the window which, although seemed to keep aircraft noise out fairly effectively, prevented the option of natural sunlight. Worst aspect of my stay however was the poor cleanliness of the bedding and in particular a nasty yellow stain on the pillow. I was disgusted. Why would any hotel staff expect this to be acceptable?

The hotel is clean with no frills or view. Very convenient to Milan Linate Airport with a short 5 minute free shuttle to airport.

Our room reeked of sewage and harsh chemical smells, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep. To make matters worse, the hotel is wedged between two loud nightclubs that kept us up until 4am! Never again—absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Our flights were canceled twice, and we were completely exhausted, especially since we were traveling with a 3-year-old child. We booked this room and called the hotel reception to ask if early check-in was possible. They kindly prepared the room for us within an hour and arranged the bed exactly as we requested. I unfortunately forgot the name of the young man who helped us, but I'm very grateful for his excellent service. He also arranged the airport pick-up for us, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Truly appreciated!

We stayed here after arriving from the airport. The hotel is close to the airport, a short taxi ride although the hotel does offer a shuttle. Check in was friendly and our room was comfortable for the one night stay although it did smell a bit musty. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you.

This is the kind of hotel that I want to stay at! From the shuttle, to the check-in, to the management, to the cleanliness of the room. To the staff and management, to the breakfast, appearance and so on. When I come to this area, I will always stay here.n In fact I have to go back again and I already made reservations.

This hotel is pretty average with clean but dated rooms and teeny tiny elevators. It's well staffed and has a pretty good restaurant & breakfast. The main reason to stay here is it is very close to LIN airport with a nice and reliable shuttle service.

Super convenient for Linate with a very handy complimentary shuttle service. Nice restaurant and professional front desk staff. Clean, quiet and spacious room with good wifi. Only 24 minutes from the terminals. I would book again. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and the bathroom brand new and comfortable. Bed was comfortable as well. The restaurant is excellent! We loved the shuttle service to the airport, very convenient and free starting at 4:30 am in the morning. We found the elevator entrance a bit too tight.

Great hotel. very close to the airport. Room was very clean. We were only there one night and got in very late. The kitchen was closed when we got in, but they had a vending machine with sandwiches that were pretty tasty. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety to choose from.

Great experience, even though I actually only slept and had breakfast in the hotel, but I had no problems, the area was quite quiet despite the proximity to the airport, the first night I had dinner at the internal restaurant, excellent cuisine indeed. Friendly and helpful staff, very professional. Hotel to recommend.

UNSLEEPABLE. There are two (2) discos right outside the hotel. You will NOT sleep. You would think that an airport hotel has sound-proof windows. right? NO. The sound of the disco and the airplanes disturbs you. Disco closes at 4 AM. The hall way noise also come in. Very small room. Even smaller showers. Very basic amenities. NOt a good place to sleep before your flight. It's 2 Stars at best.

We booked this hotel last minute as BA had cancelled our flight home from Verona and told us we had to fly from Milan the next day. It was a very stressful situation and somehow I accidently booked the wrong dates. I realised immediately and we contacted the hotel online and by phone and through Booking.com but the hotel refused even a partial refund and so we are now £300 out of pocket. Very disappointed and the hotel made a stressful situation even worse

We stayed one night in this hotel. The shuttle is a welcome service and punctual. The room was spaciaus with fast internet. The bathroom was a bit narrow so one would bumb into the shower handles. Placing the controls at the end of the showerroom would work better. Well insolated room and comfortable bed made for a good nights rest. We did not have breakfast as had planned to take that in the airport lounge. Would stay here again.

Very efficient and friendly service in every department - front desk, restaurant, shuttle service, housekeeping. Good communication prior to arrival regarding airport shuttle. Clean and quiet room and hotel, well priced, 10-minute drive max, to Linate Airport.

Do NOT stay here Friday or Saturday there is an outdoor nightclub and the whole room was vibrating. We chose this due to location convenience to the proximity of the airport for one night so we can return the car and proceed to our flight. Also the staff was rude did not offer another room when I called at 146 am he said should be done by 2 then I called at 344 am to the front desk and was informed of the same thing soon they will be done maybe 4 am he said followed by “it's not my fault” which my reply was all I am asking is the time it's done since this happens every weekend. He replied I am not sure I am sorry madam and that was the end of the conversation. The music ended around 430 am and it wasn't just music the whole room went around and vibrated. Also this room has no curtains or ability to open the window or see saylight. It's completely pitch black. Their ac also is very bad and rude front desk at check in and the other shift at night as well and not accommodating. It seems personal to them instead of just being professional.

The room is decent as is typical of most Best Westerns around the world (basic amenities, western style service). It was easy to call the hotel for a pick up from Linate airport and check-in/check-out was fast. I appreciated the shuttle service as the surrounding area is questionable. What I did not enjoy was the noise level. I did see mention of an all-night disco in the area causing noise but I wasn't prepared for how terrible it would be. Heavy bass thumping lasted all night, keeping me from my much needed sleep prior to my 6am flight. I would honestly like to rate the hotel better than a 2 but I cannot due to the horrific noise.

After a long journey from Tokyo to Milan, we stayed at the Air hotel. The shuttle driver was very friendly and communicated well. Also, the hotel was quiet, even near the airport.

This hotel met all our needs perfectly. Very close to Linate Airport with easy access via hotel shuttle. The shuttle was available for our early morning flight from Linate Airport. The breakfast was outstanding. We also used the new Metro into Milan from the airport.

This is a great option for an early morning flight. Not sure what time the shuttle starts, but we took it at about 5am and were at the airport 6 minutes later. The hotel was a 20E taxi ride from Milan Centrale train station. Shower was very good and heard no sounds from the hall or other rooms. Appreciated the cold filtered water in the lobby. Served our needs perfectly.

We needed a hotel close to Linate Airport. This hotel was efficient and had a free shuttle service. Restaurant was okay. We had an early flight and we're not able to eat the breakfast, so we can not give a proper review for that.

Don't believe the reviews. There is literally a rave /club outside the hotel and it is 4am on Sunday and there is literally music still blasting. It's unclear if the hotel itself owns it or not. But I guess based on how you look/maybe color of your skin they decide how close to the music they put you. They know about this as evidenced by the ear plugs they put in the bathroom. Worst hotel ever.

One can use this hotel in two different ways: as an airport hotel very close to Milano Linate, or as a hotel to visit Milano on a budget. Either way, it offers good accomodations for a VERY reasonable price. And a free shuttle to Linate or to public transportantion. And a good and reasonably priced inside restaurant. In other words, they are not exploiting their site nor the proximity to Milan to take advantage of their customers. For the second use, it is true that the hotel is isolated and only close to the airport. But one can get by taxi to the center of Milan for about twenty bucks. And there is now a super subway cnnection that brings you anywere in Milano for a few coins. Compare to the outrageous prices of a typical hotel in Milano and you realize what is the smart choice....

We stayed as a family before an early flight (which then got cancelled, but that's another story). The shuttle turned up within 5 minutes of our call and took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. Don't event think about walking, it might be close but it is impossible, at least at night. The family suite is ideally designed to allow all to sleep (eg bathroom with two doors, one from the kids' room and one from the master bedroom). Very comfortable beds and excellent sleep, aircraft noise was not noticeable. The only downside is that breakfast is fine, as long as you have no special needs. In our family we have two people with life-threatening nut and peanut allergies and it was tricky to find sweet things to eat. The staff were clearly not trained in the way that they are in other countries or even bigger hotels in Italy, and while kind and willing to help, their ignorance was dangerous. In the end, being told “not sure, best avoid it” just means having to make choices in the dark, when it takes so little to check the packaging in which good comes, or ensuring that there are some safe packaged foods set aside (especially when the allergy was clearly flagged at the time of making the reservation several days in advance).

I had a 6:50AM flight and had no problems! a little tip - don't go TOO early, the people in line with me had a flight at 9:30 (it was a little after 6am) and they (AirFrance) would not let them checkin! The hotel was spotless and comfortable. Lots of nice touches like a toothbrush and shaving kit and even earplugs which came in handy because it sounds like there is a dance club close by. Love that they are ECO conscious!

Clean and basic and should have been ideal for a one night stop after a late flight. Unfortunately, incredibly noisy from night club until about 2.30 -3.00am - even the ear plugs supplied in the room did little to block out the throbbing of the base vibrations. Might be different on a weekday (we stopped on a Saturday night).

A very serviceable airport hotel. I only don't give it 5 stars because of the hallway noise (see below). First the good. It is very convenient to Linate Airport. If you feel like walking, it's about a 10 minute walk. I had a 6:40am flight and the desk agent informed me the night before that starting at 4:30am the shuttle "pretty much runs nonstop between 4:30 and 8" since most people are using this hotel due to early morning departures. I got on the shuttle at about 5am and had completely ample time at the airport to check in, use the lounge (luckily I had access) and board. The staff was very friendly and informative. They spoke fluent English. The room was comfortable. Not luxurious, but like the hotel in general it had a somewhat cool 60's Euro streamline design. The bed was comfortable. Now the unfortunate. The noise from the hallway easily enters the room. Part of this is because there's a noticeable gap between the door bottom and the floor. My room was just across from the elevator and I heard everyone enter and exit almost as if there was no door separating us. Down the hallway was an employee making a bunch of racket in an open utility closet for a couple of hours doing something and that was loud in my room. I presume anyone outside can hear anything in your room - If you and your partner get amorous, you won't have audible privacy. Luckily for me I was able to sleep from midnight until my alarm woke me up at 4:30. I'd stay here again if the price is right, but I'd make sure to get a room away from the elevators.

The hotel has a free Shuttle bus to/from Linate airport - but you can walk if you prefer, approx 15 min. Very good sized room, good bed, nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room had all I needed, plus a good breakfast.

We selected the hotel for the night before an early departure from Linate Airport to the US. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff -- in particular Leonarde who was very helpful. Our room was small, but exceptionally clean and functional. The bathroom looked like it had recently been renovated, and was sparkling clean. The shower was one of the best we experienced in all of Italy... great water pressure and unquestionably clean. Although we didn't sleep great due to our anticipation regarding waking up at 3:45AM to get to the hotel's 4:30AM complimentary shuttle, the bed was extremely comfortable. We also ate dinner in the hotel's restaurant, which was surprisingly good. Our server, Marina, was very friendly and attentive. The food quality was definitely above average, and the convenience of not needing to leave the hotel for our short stay was appreciated.

In my opinion the most important benefit is that you can reach the hotel by walk and shuttle bus on call (free) to and from airport. Hotel Rooms are nice and clean, staff is even nicer. I got offered for free the breakfast, thanks for that, Breakfast buffet was normal standard. This hotel is good for stopover waiting another flight but also to visit Milan if you want to stay out of the city center, it's easily reachable with the bus from Airport to Duomo. So really a good deal.

Air France shifted our flight from Malpesa to Linate, an airport we had never heard of us before. It resulted in loss of money for another Malpesa hotel because we had booked it prepaid guaranteed. (How many times have you heard of an airline shifting airports on you versus just flight times!) That said, I will try and fly from Linate again so that I can stay at this hotel. Grrrrrrrrrreat service and staff there, and I was surprised by how good the dinner was at their restaurant. Highly recommended and quire reasonably-priced.

Very close to airport, clean and spacious family room. Separate bath and WC. Comfortable bed, clean, though next to airport but quite. Breakfast extra pay but nice. We had a family room. They let us have late check out free of charge. Hotel has shuttle bus to airport free of charge. Fridge, TV, safe and bid wardrobe

We were very pleased with this hotel. Very convenient to the Milan Linate Airport, but in an industrial type area. The free shuttle was very helpful to and from flights and also picking up and dropping off the rental car. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. They also had a good dinner menu.

Great place to stay if you need to return a rental car, visit Milano (25 min by bus) and fly out. The hotel has shuttles to the airport and back so it is very comfortable. They picked us up after dropping the car, any time we went to Milan and back, we had a ride to the bus and to the flight.

This hotel is much better on the inside than it looks on the outside! The shuttle service was great, and the rooms were clean and modern. The price was reasonable so it was perfect for us to stay before we left early in the morning from Linate. AC was pretty good.

I couldn't find a train or bus to make the almost 2-hour trip to the hotel from Recco on the night of my reservation, and the hotel wouldn't allow me to cancel my reservation. I ended up paying for a room and services that I never got to use. I've had experiences inthe past where I wasn't going to be able to keep a reservation, and didn't have any problems canceling them and not being charged.

Best hotel to stay at for Linate Airport due to the on demand shuttle service that only takes 5 minutes starting at 0500. We left expecting it to be busy at 0530 but were the only ones in the shuttle. Every staff member we met during our stay said hello and were all friendly. The room was nice. A clean heated bathroom. We had a Pizza in our room from the restaurant downstairs which was very tasty. We would definitely stay here again.

When we got to the hotel the greeting was great and the check in really fast. The place was clean and spacious. The room had lots of add ons with coffees , tea etc The reason for the low score is due to the noise The walls are paper thin!! The people either side sounded like they were dying! Coughing all night The people above sounded like they were racing their cases round their room all night There must have been a club or party in the hotel which went on until 4am!!! The noise was awful and barely had any sleep Such a shame The view from the window was jail like I would stay next door if I came again

Very friendly staff and service. Very bright rooms and well designed floors. The only minus is the location. It's quite locked in within an industrial area you can reach not so good by foot and also taxi drivers sometimes can't find it that easy.

1. False advertising: No fitness room, they used it as a conference room instead 2. Heating: In room 407 the heating is permanently on full (can only be completely switched off since the thermostat was broken) 3. Noise: The stairway's door bangs and shakes the walls of room 407 3.1 The cleaners bag and make a racket with their equipment right outside room 407 5. Breakfast Waitering: Forget being asked if you want coffee for breakfast, even if you hunt down a waiter, they will not bother to ask you if you want milk with your tea or coffee 5.2 Breakfast Cutlery: You are given one starter size plate which is ridiculous for the buffet, so the waiter has to serve you more times which doesn't make sense. 6. Restaurant temperature: The restaurant is freezing cold, has old windows that do not seal correctly 6.1. Restaurant Menus: No illustrations on the menus 6.2. Restaurant Food: The food nothing exceptional for the price, menu is very limited, esp. for pizza 6.3. Restaurant Service: The service charge of 6€ is overrated based on the received service in the restaurant. 7. Room 423: I changed rooms, in room 423 there is a 3cm hole on the window's frame going straight outside!!!! So heating is up at the maximum!!! 7.1 heating: Impossible to sleep with the heating on, since the metallic vent bangs and bounces as it closes every 10 minutes. 8. Covid best practices: 8.1 Hypocritical anti-covid practices, our so called "vaccin green passes" were not asked for nor was a PCR test result asked for upon check-in but you cannot serve yourself at the buffet because of anti-covid restrictions... 8.2 restaurant placing: We were placed at the entrance of the restaurant where people would all enter the restaurant area, brush up upon us, talk without masks above our food, yelling out to other people across the room and all without masks. Here the social distancing was not respected nor an adequate protection scheme for people who sit at the entrance en endure this, yet you still cannot serve yourself at the buffet where everyone is wearing a mask because if covid...ridiculous. We will not be back and we strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Clean, quiet, very close to Linate airport, very comfortable bed. Checked all the boxes for what I needed. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and there was an easy (free) shuttle to the airport. Nice to have a green park area right outside.

This is the first time we flew out of Linate, so we were not quite sure what to expect. We were very happy with the airport and this hotel. We used the hotel's shuttle service from the airport after dropping off our rental car and again the next morning when returning for our flight. The drivers were extremely courteous and helpful with our bags. Reception staff were fast and efficient at both check-in and check-out. The room was very comfortable and much larger than we expected. Dinner far exceeded our expectations. The Veal Milanese was better than some I have had near the Galleria.

The Hotel is conveniently located to Milano Linate Airport. The hotel restaurant and Hotel Staff were professional and helpful. Make sure you have enough time for airport with new rules you could miss your flight because of long lines and filling out two Self Declarations.

Great hotel for a stop over between flights, landed at 22:00 and rang the hotel for the shuttle bus which arrived promptly. Helpful reception staff, very clean and comfortable room, i was too late for the restaurant. It bought a beer from reception and turned in for the night, I slept like a log! The room had coffee making facilities, a fridge with complimentary water and a snack. In the morning after a few minutes wait at reception the shuttle bus took me the short journey back to the airport. Highly recommended.

Hello together, The people of the booking service of this hotel are not friendly and not helpful as well. I will never book again there for sure. And I do recommend to anyone else to never book there. Never ever!

The staff are so nice and accommodating, I'm sad I forgot the name of the receptionist who I had a best help ever! I was new in the area and he has given me tips that were helpful. Even the driver was so nice and everyone! Superb!

Stayed at the Moxy on the way out and this place on the way back and it's much better and cheaper than the Moxy. Nice staff, good breakfast and lovely rooms (by airport standards) with comfortable beds, and very quiet. They have garden and a gym. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. The staff are very nice. Don't hesitate!

Not much has changed since I last had gone there 2 years ago if not that there are more problems now: very unstable internet connection, no room service available since last month already apparently (!) and for breakfast you can drink your industrial (only 50% juice) orange juice in plastic glasses.

Lovely decor, comfortable bed and good restaurant on site. My husband had great pasta and it was a nice end to a 2 week Italy vacation. The rooms are modern with good showers and enough plugs to charge various devices.

We had an overall good experience at this hotel, the room was comfortable, that staff was helpful and the shuttle was very convenient. However, the restaurant was not good so I'd recommend eating before you arrive. We didn't have breakfast because we left too early but it was not free like I had thought.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to assist us We stayed one night and the left out car parked for 7 days, as we returned today we had a flat.... it's also an Italian holiday so the staff. Hi aged my tires to the spare and called around to find an open tire store no success.. we felt safe the whole time there and SO MUCG appreciation for their assistance

Excellent staff. They were always willing to deal with any requests. There is free parking available. The breakfast was more than complete including a full automatic espresso machine with Very nice coffee. After my checkout I contacted via email for acrequest and they responded in seconds! Fully satisfied. Well done!

It did not start well... After a 40 minute wait in about 37 C of heat and dust, and called again and again... The supposed “ 5 minute shuttle” still was not appearing. We should have given up then... Disorganized to the max, they at first could not find the reservation ( which, by the way, was pre-paid). The restaurant was nice, but, since they “ had a big group coming” ... We were denied access to patio and garden and relegated inside in the sweltering heat. The food was ok but the waiter messed up the bill and it took another 20 minutes to straighten that out. The room appeared ok but the nasty surprise came when the the Air Conditioning turned out not to be working and leaking instead on our suitcases..After having notified Guest Services and waited and waited... we gave up. Imagine spending a night in sweltering heat and humidity...having prepaid for an air conditioned room...Opening the tiny window was also not an option due to the “ king size mosquitoes “ that infested the area... And... before I forget... Nobody cared!!! They already had the money of the pre-payment... so why bother?!? It ranks among the worst hotel experiences I ever had Avoid if you can....

Ok, so its an Airport Hotel but it extremely convenient, offers a great onsite restaurant, staff very accommodating and rooms clean and modern all for a very reasonable price. Super quick ride over from the airport and back.

Next to Linate airport and with parking ! Some of the rooms have been refurbished! If you are flying out early then this place is perfect ! A transfer service and the restaurant is reasonable ! We had the Cotoletta Milanese with a glass of wine and was great ! Then off to bed ! If we need it , we will return !

Positive: - friendly staff - free parking - okay rooms Negative: - was 2 spiders in our room and didnt get new room, but they cleaned it - was noisy outside with a party, but quiet after around 23 - a bit noisy all around - aircondition was really cold even though we took it on max heat - tv made a irritating sound, needed to turn it off manually and not by the control Too expensive for what you get, but still okay. Dont think I would stay there again.

The hotel had a Nice reception and very Nice staff. The rooms were okay, but the handsoap was empty in our room. My friends came to a room with 2 spiderwebs and two spiders, they did not get a new room but They cleaned it out. In the night it was quite noicy in the halls, witch was annoying.

the most convenient option for those who will get an early flight at Milan Linate Airport. The hotel provides a shuttle service 24 x 24, 7 x 7, which takes less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the airport. good food and VERY good services at the restaurant. We really enjoy a lot our experience!

Beyond being comfortably sharp, good food and bar, this hotel provided excellent service. The setting provided an outdoor park like setting where the greenery soothed our airport weary eyes. We would highly recommend Air Hotel Linate.

Only about 10 mins from the airport. Upon arrival, just call the hotel, they will pick you up from departures, exit 4 within 10 minutes or less. Hotel is old but well maintained. The furniture in the rooms are also a little outdated. But clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. No restaurants. No shopping. No convinience stores within walking distance. Hotel staff, espcially William was very helpful. Picked me up in the airport and made sure i could check in early, which is priceless after a longhaul flight. Breakfast selection is great and full spread buffet.

There is TERRIBLE sounded insulation. I heard nightclub music pounding through the entire place. Totally ruined our sleep before a flight. Do not sleep on the 2nd floor. The front desk person was friendly however.

The hotel is very conveniently located from the Linate airport , less than 5 minutes from the airport to the hotel check in with the hotel's own shuttle bus. The room was very comfortable, recently refurbished and met all of our needs. The buffet breakfast was really great with a lot of choice and excellent coffee. The hotel has a restaurant with a nice relaxing ambience, perfect for the end of day after visiting the sights of wonderful Milan.

I have stayed at the hotel one night. The hotel is very close to the Linate airport and very conveniently connected with a free shuttle from the hotel that runs approximately every 10 minutes. The room is a bit outdated but clean, the restroom relatively new. Definitely a good value for the money I spent (65 Eur for one night). I did not get breakfast because my flight left quite early, however breakfast was included in the price.
