What a superb location and hotel, its ideally placed with a 5 minute walk to all the restaurant's and fantastic beach. Its clean well maintained and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast is really good, can be a bit samey but its plentiful and very fresh. Great bar area, the gym is fantastic and we had a really good evening meal there. We would have eaten more but the restaurant's are to good not to visit. I will single out two members of staff, Sarah is brilliant friendly, helpful full of knowledge a lovely person. Hassen who runs the breakfast and lots of other things again friendly and very helpful. It has a little private beach and you have one of the best views ever for all meals, I dare you to find a better sunset. Fantastic experience we had two weeks and it was a delight!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Bianca and would happily return. The location is excellent, just at the entrance to Calvi and within easy walking distance of the town centre, restaurants, and the harbour. The hotel also offers its own parking, which is a real advantage in Calvi. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As I had recently undergone surgery and should not carry heavy luggage, they kindly upgraded us to a room in the annexe, which has an elevator. They even brought our luggage to the room, a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool, pleasantly shaded during the hottest part of the day, making it a perfect place to relax. Breakfast was generous, varied, and of good quality, providing an excellent start to the day. Overall, Casa Bianca offers excellent value, attentive service, and a very convenient location. We can highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Calvi.

We initially booked a suite at this hotel for our first night in Corsica and loved it so much that we reserved another room for our final night as well. When our travel plans changed and we returned to Bastia a day earlier than expected, we decided to book an additional night. However, with separate reservations, we were hoping to avoid the hassle of switching rooms and having to check in and out. Exhausted and a bit on edge, we arrived at the hotel — and that's when Rares stepped in. He quickly understood the situation, managed to secure the same room for the entire stay, and followed up over the next few days to ensure everything went smoothly. His professionalism and attentiveness truly made a difference; he is a real asset to the hotel. We highly recommend staying here. After enjoying delicious meals in the city center and by the port, we didn't mind the uphill walk back — it was a perfect way to end the evenings.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Premier Santa Maria in Ile Rousse! The location is absolutely amazing — right next to Ile de la Pietra, where you can walk out to the lighthouse and enjoy stunning views of the ocean and the natural beauty of Ile Rousse. The hotel itself is beautifully set by the water. We loved spending time by the pool and hot tub with ocean views, as well as relaxing on the small private beach with crystal-clear water. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. Dining was another highlight. The restaurant has a charming outdoor terrace overlooking Ile de la Pietra and the beach — a perfect spot for meals. We especially enjoyed a wonderful evening BBQ prepared by the chef, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with plenty of options, all in the same gorgeous setting. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a king-size bed and a small terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, great service, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended if you want to experience Ile Rousse at its best!

We enjoyed our stay here. One of the reasons for picking it was the easy and secure onsite car parking, but that did mean we were situated a longer walk from the port and old town than we might otherwise have preferred (but we knew that when we booked it). That aside, the hotel itself is good quality, with an imaginative and refreshing decor, nicely furnished and friendly staff. We were upgraded to a large room on the 4th floor with a huge balcony with views of the town and sea so were very happy with that. Although the hotel is positioned by a busy junction, there was no disturbance from the traffic. All in all, a good hotel at a reasonable price.

We stayed one night and were very impressed by this hotel, especially as it is a 3* establishment. I've rarely had such a consistently excellent experience even in 4 & 5 star hotels. We had a welcome email before checking to check our room preferences, all of which were met. The hotel seems almost new, decor etc to a high standard throughout and our room was very quiet. Staff were consistently lovely and very helpful. We hadn't planned to have dinner at the hotel but there was a severe rainstorm so we couldn't go out. Food and service were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding. There is a small parking garage for €8 per night, well worth it as the nearby street parking gets full. Be aware hotel is at the top of a hill - it's only 20-25mins walk to centre of the city but it's steeply uphill on the return. 20-25 min drive to the airport. Highly recommended

The hotel was pleasant, rooms good and staff helpful. However the bar wasn't well stocked, no gin, and food offered at breakfast and evenings was uninspired, basic. As a result we ate elsewhere for 8 of our 9 day stay.

We arrived with a bit af a drama - an electric car that wouldn't start and reported a fault after we'd stopped briefly to confirm where to park. The receptionist was an absolute star, calling the local Hertz office for us. The service from Hertz was beneath contempt, but fortunately the car restarted successfully after a pause. Like some other Corsica hotels, there's no lift, so some suitcase hauling is needed. Room was big, with an effective bedroom and lounge. Breakfast could be a shade better - rather dried-up cooked slices of ham as an apparent bacon substitute didn't work well. And the bathroom sink plug was pretty leaky, though that's not uncommon.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, first all the staff, absolutely top notch will totally make you feel home. The room with the sea view is amazing, flawlessly clean with a super comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was delicious with local product and a stunning view right in front of the sea. Wherever you are you can breathe and smell the sea breeze. Amazing hotel

I am a Best Western Gold loyalty member, and I have never experienced such an unprofessional situation in any hotel. My booking (via Booking.com, Best Western Montecristo-Bastia, 16–17 August 2025) was cancelled 24 hours before arrival. The reception contacted me by phone asking for my email to send an external payment link. I insisted that I had already provided all required details through the official Best Western e-concierge system. At first they denied receiving any messages, but later Pier-Luis admitted they had simply missed them. Still, he told me that “anyway it is too late, we already have no rooms left.” The interaction with Pier-Luis was very unpleasant, defensive, and dismissive. What frustrates me even more is that the reception seems very active in replying to online reviews about this cancellation but not in actually resolving the issue when it mattered. This was the first time in my long experience with Best Western that a reservation was cancelled in such a way, and I was forced to book last-minute at another chain. I sincerely hope Best Western will take action, because this type of treatment damages the reputation of the brand. My advice: avoid this hotel, even if you have had good experiences with other Best Western properties
