Hotels in Lot

We arrived hoping for an early check in. The receptionist was most helpful and friendly and we were checked in in minutes. The staff are really great and made us feel welcome. I wished we had booked for a longer stay and we will definitely be back. We booked a room that looked out to the river and the bridge and the extra fee was worth it for the view.

The hotel is in a quiet area of town, about 10 minutes' walk from the centre. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. You can order food to eat in the dining room, on the terrace or in your room at most times of day, unusual in our experience of France. The menu could be a bit more restricted depending on the time, possibly less choice for room service.

An excellent hotel in a great location with views of the Pont Valentre. Our room was spacious and clean and a lovely balcony with great view of the Lot river and 'Pont'. Breakfast was wonderful and they had a super gadget for making your own boiled egg - never seen this before! The outside areas were great and there is an indoor pool - good for exercise or just splashing about. The staff were absolutely brilliant and made our stay very easy. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Terrific hotel. The building is new, everything is modern. Great location on the river bank with a view of Pont Valentré and about 10 minutes to the old town. We didn't try their restaurants but the locals come here for drinks. Excellent front desk staff. On-site parking is very convenient.

This hotel has the perfect city location on the river and stunning view of the bridge. We found the beds to be very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, the peppery and room very clean and modern and the staff very welcoming and professional. It's not a luxury hotel, but rather it is exceptionally well executed and the staff will make sure you have a great stay. The property also has free onsite parking. We would definitely return.

Reception welcoming and easy check in. Parking instructions simple. Bar service friendly and great choice. Food menu a little limited but the chicken Ceasar salad about the best I have ever had. Room comfortable with all needed and small balcony with river and bridge views.

A comfortable hotel within walking distance to the centre of town and the train station. Both our rooms were clean, in good condition and had a great view of the Lot River. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. We were given good local advice by one of them on things to do while cruising on the river. We would stay here again if back in Cahors.

What a great hotel, we had a junior suite for our 6 night stay and could not fault it, great view of the bridge and river, balcony to sit on, very spacious room with lounge area, plenty of storage space, very comfortable bed and due to extreme heat very welcome efficient air con. The breakfasts were eaten on the terrace overlooking the river with a great choice of food. We also ate here on 3 nights, it does not have a ‘dinner menu' if you want ‘proper dinners' there are many restaurants close by , one just few yards away, but if you just want a light meal it is perfect, we had the meat and cheese platter and the home made quiche is delicious. Food was really lovely with good choice of wines. Staff were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Added bonus was underground parking, need to book this. All areas of Cahor were easily walkable as were many restaurants if you want to go out.

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Divona and we really enjoyed our stay. We had an amazing view on the Valentré Bridge. We had a Privilege room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom and very quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. They also have a lounge bar with terrasse. Iron with ironing board was very appreciated.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The room was comfortable with a small balcony looking to the river and the ancient bridge. Breakfast was rich and tasty, although, there are no vegetables. Adding tomatoes or other fresh vegetables can enrich the meal. The hotel has a free parking space outside the garage, and a payable indoor one. We use the hotel as a base for hiking in the Lot valley. It's great location for such an activity.
