SureStay Studio by Best Western Paradise Lancaster County

I stay here every year I come to visit Paradise. This year I chose the Surestay hotel which is in the front parking lot in front of best western. It was very nice and affordable. I had a large refrigerator, kitchen sink, microwave and stove top. Made the trip very affordable so that I can cook some meals myself instead of eating out. Refrigerator was great for storing leftovers. Bed was comfortable, king. A chair to sit outside in front of the room. Gazebo in the front yard. Very quiet at night. Pool in the back. Vey short walk to the main best western for complimentary breakfast maybe 2 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

We had stayed at the sister hotel, Best Western Revere Inn last year but we wanted the option of a studio with a kitchenette, so we decided to try this property. The check in was quick and easy and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Check in is actually at the Revere Inn and you need to walk across the parking lot to the SureStay. When we walked over to our room, I became somewhat nervous because I noticed many cobwebs and peeling paint on some of the rooms. The outside of the building had a somewhat shabby and neglected feel to it. When we entered our room, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean and the room was spacious with two queen beds, a table and two chairs and a kitchen area with a two-burner electric stove, a sink and a full-size refrigerator with a freezer. I noticed that they provided dishes and flatware but no pots or cooking utensils. I was not planning on cooking so that was not a problem. The bathroom was sparkling clean. and there were plenty of fluffy towels. We encountered a problem in the morning when we went to shower and the water was barely warm even when we turned it to hot water only. We complained at the front desk and they apologized and promised to fix it. They offer a very nice breakfast with many options, both hot and cold and good coffee. and we took advantage of it. We went out for the day and when we returned our room had been made up which was a nice surprise since most hotels only make up your room if you request it. The hot water issue was corrected to a certain extent; the shower was now much warmer but not truly hot. Since the weather was incredibly hot on the days we were there, not having a really hot shower was not a problem. I have to compliment the staff at this property, everyone was very friendly, always greeting us with a smile. I would stay here again without hesitation.
