This hotel is great for your Lancaster trip. It is close to all of the feature places, it's quiet, it has great amenities, and the value is great!

Great three day stay at Best Western Paradise, PA. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast area very large with cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows; breakfast set up the most organized I've experienced at a Best Western. Pool area and hot tub nice. It is located off a main thoroughfare a couple miles from a busy tourist area; however, the hotel is back off the road so that so don't hear the traffic. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends and family.

We went for a 2 day journey for a RV show and a mud sale so as in past years this hotel always works for us . The hotel staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and for the area a good value

stayed over the holidays myself and my daughter. We had a quiet time relaxing and shopping. Everything was great. The rooms were clean and everything was as it should be. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is great as always. Feels like our second home.

This is a horrible place. I am booked for a 6 day stay in late May, early June to attend the Womens US Open in Lancaster. Something came up and I cannot attend, yet this hotel tells me they cannot refund my money, even though I am canceling 3 1/2 months in advance. BTW, the USGA refunded my ticket costs in about five minutes.

Best hotel in the area in a great location near Amish Farms and beautiful countryside. Large and spacious well kept rooms and wonderful, friendly staff. Plenty of parking and you can pull up to unload your bags in a covered area near the front desk.

Outstanding hotel. Very clean, Great breakfast with lots of good choices. Menu is on a sign board so you know what you are getting for the main course. Room was clean and well appointed. Comfortable and quiet sleep. Internet worked great.

Visited for the second time this year to enjoy the many offerings Lancaster brings to the table. Once again we stayed at the Revere and we're not disappointed. Great breakfast included and the staff are very good. See you again in 2024!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and a very good breakfast in the morning I would recommend this place to anyone rooms are very clean. The whole building is very clean. The fitness center is clean. The pools are neat and clean and provide you with towels and everyone is very helpful.

We were staying originally at another area hotel which ended up being very unclean. At 10pm we got ahold of the front desk at the best western and I'm so happy we did! They were super accommodating even though we called so last minute. We ended up staying in their Annex area. It was so clean and quiet. The front desk was super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was very filling. 10/10! Will be staying at best westerns from here on out!

Just came back from an amazing 4 night stay in Lancaster. This has to be one of the greatest Best Western in the Lancaster area. Thank you Ed and Kim at the front desk for making us feel so welcome. I've never seen such a happy friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind. One of the best breakfast Ive ever experienced. food was tasty and they offered a great variety of eggs and waffles. The pools both indoor and out were well maintained. The property was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the BW Revere. We have stayed before, but it's been a while. It's a well kept hotel, and convenient to all there is to do . Rooms are well kept, clean, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the hot tub during our stay. Each day we came back to our room freshened up, something thankfully many hotels are going back to since the covid shut downs, and the BW Revere is one of them that has returned to that We didn't get our housekeepers name but she did a great job, and always greeted us with a smile in the hall when walking by. The whole staff was super friendly, and helpful. The free breakfast was above average for free hotel breakfast, and the attendant, Jennifer, was phenomenal...super friendly and kept the breakfast filled and neat each day even when it got busy. She is a real asset to the hotel, and helped make our stay a pleasure. We were sorry that the old Revere Tavern/Restaurant on property closed, but hopefully will soon be filled with another restaurant/pub. In any event, we really enjoyed our stay...We will definitely be back!

We had 3 rooms for a night. The facilities were fine. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There was plenty of parking. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. we had no problems.

We stayed in the English Air Bath Suite which is a separate building on the hotel grounds and we had stayed in that suite 30 years ago. This was a week stay for us as we enjoyed the Amish Craft Shops and the PA Renaissance Faire. The hot breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel and was better than some breakfasts we've paid for. Food variety, temperature and flavor was excellent. The staff was very helpful and we loved that Val, a housekeeper and the maintenance man always called out and waved to us as we walked back and forth to the hotel. Our room and the hotel was very clean and well stocked. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on a recommendation from a friend and we're very pleased with the friendly staff, how clean the room was and the wide choice of breakfast food. We definitely plan on returning. We had a great time.

Stayed 3 nights and we're very happy with the facility, staff, breakfast and services. They offer both hot and cold options for breakfast including 2 different waffle flavors, yum! Great helpful staff.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and grandson, the hotel is in a very convenient location to all the attractions. We brought him to Dutch Wonderland which he enjoyed but he really loved the pools at the hotel, we had a hard time getting him out. It's a very nice hotel very well maintained and spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

Very clean hotel. Great all around service by staff including the front desk. Multiple breakfast choices and good coffee. Good central location for multiple attractions in the area. Far enough off the highway.avoiding traffic noises. Plenty of free parking.

We originally wanted to stay here because it is right next to the Magic and Wonder theatre. But we loved this hotel! We will stay here any time we come to the Lancaster area. Ed at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The kids loved the indoor pool. The kids and the adults all had a great time!

Our 40 person church group stayed for 2 nights in May. From the 1st minute to the last, it was excellent! Clean lobby & rooms, nice place to meet & eat, super breakfast…Yolanda & Kelly went above & beyond. Asst GM Kim was great to deal with. A++++

We felt very welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The gentleman at the front desk got us checked in quickly and we really enjoyed our King size suite, which was equipped with 2 nice TVs, a Keurig coffee maker, several chairs and a sleeper sofa. The HVAC unit did a great job keeping the room exactly the temperature we set it for. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and allowed us to both get a good night's sleep each of the 3 days we were there.

Overall, the hotel was clean, but was just okay. Expected better for the money. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The decor was a bit dated. There was peeling wallpaper near the hot tub. The outside pool was not vacuumed during our 3 days there. We ended up emptying the intake baskets and skimming the pool ourselves. The breakfast was pretty good although the area was a bit tight. Nice outside sitting area. Parking was plentiful. Location was good for us. Probably wouldn't stay here again since better priced options are available.

It was easy to call and just talk with the front desk about reservations and rates. The staff is super customer oriented. Breakfast was different everyday, including eggs and bacon or sausage, sweet rolls, bagels, yogurt, waffles and more. The rooms were clean and well stocked. There are pools both inside and out. This must be either newly remodeled or a newer hotel; it is up to date and well kept. The property is pristinely manicured, the location convenient and quiet. We had no complaints about anything! This will be our hotel of choice on future stays in the Lancaster area. Al this and we were given a $50.00 gift card on our rewards card, too!!

The staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and the breakfast has a nice selection. Conveniently located to attractions. Have stayed at this location on 2 previous trips and have never had a problem. Looking forward to our next stay.

This is my family's favorite place to stay when visiting Lancaster,Pa. Lovely building, kind staff, and great amenities! Always a great time! We love the indoor pool and game room. We love eating breakfast there in the lobby. Enjoyed!

Staffing management could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. They actually went out of their way to make sure we were very comfortable which we were definitely welcome back place was extremely clean and well taken care of

Our check in was easy, the room was much larger than we anticipated. Very clean, quiet and well furnished. The breakfast was more than adequate, hot food and a good variety. We stayed two nights and loved it.

We try to stay at the best western plus Revere as often as possible. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub are always clean and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast options are good. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available all night.

We went to Lancaster to visit a College my daughter will be attending in the Fall. Very nice check in. Loved the hostess. The room was very clean. We will staying there again. The hotel is very closes to all attractions like Sight and Sound and outlets.

Hotel was ridiculously clean and had a very pleasant aroma and not a chemical smell. Staff was exceptional with service and attentiveness. Room was above expectation and facilities were perfect. Place looked brand new and we even asked how long they have been on the property. apparently they did a renovation during covid. You couldn't find even a small mark on the walls in the hallways. Again, place looked brand new.

The staff and cleanliness of this hotel is amazing! It is always clean and the staff has smiling faces . The breakfast is great and now they have a menu board to let what's for breakfast daily . I want to give a shout out to Kelly front desk she really helped us with future reservations. So yourself a favor and stay here you won't be disappointed

Friendly, courteous,helpful and hospitable staff, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast fabulous with several choices. Belgium waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon were my favorites but one will not go hungry. Great location and close to sight and sound theatre and even have a variety show on the property. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Paradise, PA with our grandkids. The location was excellent because we were taking them to the Magic & Wonder Theater which is next door within walking distance. The hotel staff were very accommodating because we asked for an early check-in and there was no problem with this request. The hotel inside pool was a plus for the kids. The rooms were nice and breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, everything is fresh, hot and well prepared. Parking lot is set back from main road so its quiet however a little difficult to exit the property. Check on status of restaurant.

This hotel is getting very run down. Updates needs to be made to the rooms. Couches are decades old and are sinking in. The hotel currently does not have housekeeping services. They ask that you place your used towels outside your room in a cloth lined basket and they will be replaced with clean ones. When I received my "clean" towels back they were in the same basket with the dirty lining that has been reused who knows how many times by previous guests. The toilets are also getting old and very loud when flushed. The internet is extremely slow. I am sad to write this review because I have stayed here many times over the past 20 years, but improvements need to be made before I will stay again.

The room received had worn and dirty sheets, bad smell in the room. The reception was terrible, later it got a little better. Clearly better and cleaner places in the changed room. The reception apologized for the situation after the exchange took place (? why was a weak and uncleaned room given, i.e. like coming from abroad - not back here to complain right away). Too soft beds and worn sheets.

Positive: friendly staff, clean rooms, great and quiet location close to major are attractions Negative: rooms are in need of renovation, warm breakfast was not good, room door was not sealed you saw the hallway light all around it and therefore it was very loud when people passed by. We've been traveling to Lancaster County for over 25 years and have chosen to stay in the Best Wetsern Revere Inn for most of them. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, breakfast is great & so are the amenities. Love Express Check-Out. We usually visit earlier in the year, but we had a wedding to attend in Lititz on 10/22, so we headed down a few days early to enjoy all Lancaster has to offer. Our in-laws came down, took our advice & booked a room & were assigned the room next door to us. Nice touch!

I love staying here, the staff is always friendly and polite. They help with any problem you have. The breakfast here is also great. Rooms always super clean. Indoor pool and hot tub is incredible, so great year round. Love it!

For a corporate brand hotel, with a corporate brand price tag, the quality was low. Peeling wallpaper, dirty room furniture, rippled carpet, TV with non working cable. A freezing cold breakfast room. Vending machines with low stock going into a weekend.

No - “Staff will not enter your room”, was pretty much one of the first things said to me. My logical retort was, “How will my bed get made”? They said that they are having problems hiring staff - the perfect knee-jerk, canned answer, to which I pointed out, “I see no ‘Help wanted' signs”. Wasn't mad at the desk clerk - but I paid around $150/night (for three nights), and had to make my own bed… at least my mom used to give me an allowance to do this - KIM, (the ms Agee), STOP BEING CHEAP!!!! This is shameful

We had no difficulties at all and were treated very nicely by all staff members. All our needs were met with a smile. The room was very clean and stocked with necessities. The pool was a little cold but we enjoyed the hot tub several times.

Best Western Plus Revere Inn & Suites is location just minutes from Sight & Sound, and American Music Theaters, as well as outlets, restaurants and Kitchen Kettle Village. It is set away from the road so there is very little noise from traffic. The continental breakfast is average and fine for a quick meal before heading out the door. There is an area on the side of the building with very nice chairs and tables, and plenty of parking.

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend in Lancaster county and our stay at BW added to the enjoyment. We have stayed there in the past and our return visit did not disappoint us. Staff member are polite, helpful and make sure your needs are met. The rooms and dining area are clean and the breakfast is excellent. We were in the annex because we reserved late and though the rooms are not as modern as the main building they are still clean and comfortable. You won't be disappointed.

My friend and I decided on a quick weekend trip to the Lancaster area and made reservations for this hotel through Expedia. The hotel is located along Route 30. The older part of the hotel faces the road. The newer part which includes the front desk is located further back from the road. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was on the first floor, down a long hallway. When we opened the door, we found the air conditioning was running so it wasn't stuffy at all. The room was very clean. We had two queen-sized beds which were very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom was small, but it wasn't a problem. Even though the hotel was relatively full the first night of our stay, we never heard any noise from other rooms or the hallway. Breakfast was offered every morning from 7 - 10 AM. There was a good variety of foods available, including eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, waffles, cereals, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, and pastries. The only problem was the crowd waiting to get some breakfast. The set-up is a little awkward and I had to keep dodging people trying to get to the toaster or milk. Maid service was not available for our stay. We were told to put our used towels in a basket kept under the sink and set the in the hallway. We could also bag up our garbage and set it outside. When we came back, we had a basket of clean towels along with empty garbage bags for our room. This was a good system since they gave us plenty of towels. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it for others.

We chose this hotel for our annual trip to the Bird-in-Hand area and we were so glad we did! The room was clean and comfortable, with a working refrigerator and air conditioner and a terrific bathroom! Ed at the front desk is particularly friendly and thoughtful, and the young woman taking care of the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. Can't wait to stay here again next year.

This was our second stay and this time, like before, it did not disappoint. All that was needed was present. The front desk personnel were friendly. It was a very quiet stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't use the pools because of our busyness. We will return.

Excellent, clean, quiet accommodations. Easy drive to all the best spots in Amish Country. We had a suite and loved all the extra space. I do wish the restaurant that is basically attached to the hotel, would offer guests of the hotel some sort of 10 or 15% discount. Overall though, this place is great!!

My Church returned after the pandemic to this hotel for the annual church retreat. As expected, the overall experience was great. They took care of us before and during our event. They place is great for families. Love it here!

Best Western Revere exceeded all expectations! Before I review my stay at this hotel, I thought I would give a little background that would give you an idea of my expectations. I haven't stayed at a Best Western in decades. I was never a fan of their brand and have been very loyal to Hilton/Hampton Inn, staying there whenever possible. However, when my girlfriend and I planned our two-night trip to Lancaster PA, we were intrigued by the Best Western PLUS hotels in the area and decided to try them. That being said, Revere was not my first choice. The Intercourse hotel only a few short miles away was more expensive, and we thought as such, we would have a much better experience there. However, the difference in price between the two hotels was pretty significant for two nights and we reluctantly settled on the Revere location. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that I was going to enjoy my stay. My first inclination that we were in for a very positive stay was when the hotel sent me a text message keeping me updated on the availability of my room. We arrived in town early, I put in a check-in request. Much to my surprise, I received a text that my room was ready and we headed to the hotel. Check-In at the front desk was an enjoyable experience thanks to the extremely friendly front desk staff. As rewards members, we were offered a coupon for two bottles of cold water during our stay, which I thought was very nice. The hotel was completely sold out for the two days we were there. I was told by the reservation agent that we got the very last room. It was a 2-bed Queen room which as a couple we did not need, but beggars can't be choosey. When we got to the room we found it to be very clean and inviting. The bathroom was nicely sized. There was a coffee maker and fridge. Wireless internet was complimentary. Presently, the hotel staff is only cleaning rooms for those checking out. I believe this is due to being short-staffed post-Covid. So, during our two-day stay, we were not offered a daily cleaning. However, we were instructed to put our dirty towels in a basket, put them outside our door, and they would be replaced. This worked out wonderfully and was rewarded with an ample amount of clean towels during our stay. Our bed was very comfortable. We didn't hear our neighbors, though as usual, parents allowed their kids to race the hallways late at night which was momentarily disrupting but not a huge issue. In all, we had a very pleasant rest. Breakfast is included with the stay between 7-10 am with coffee being available 24 hours. The breakfast was actually pretty good. It's slightly changed up from day to day but basically has hot eggs, sausage or Canadian bacon, yogurt, cereal, bagels, jelly, and muffins. There are two waffle machines with syrup, whip cream, and other toppings. We tried to beat the crowd and have breakfast around 7:45 am. However, when we came down it was already fairly crowded. The waffle makers were a bit difficult to get to, but we did find that if we hang out a bit the crowd levels would die down before starting another surge. In all, we thought that the offering was quite good. We did manage to use both the indoor and outdoor pools including the hot tub. The hot tub is more lukewarm than hot, but it was enjoyable. We lucked out and were able to find the pools empty during the late afternoon (when most people are sightseeing). We did talk to someone who said that we were really lucky to be able to enjoy the quiet time as he has seen screaming kids take over both pools for most of the time he was there. EXPRESS CHECKOUT made our final moments at the hotel very easy. When offered, you simply call an extension from the hotel room, leave your name and room number, and then your keys inside. You then have the convenience of bypassing the front desk. I must say, my girlfriend and I were extremely impressed with our stay at Best Western Plus Revere.

Grandchildren enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Staff throughout was pleasant, helpful, and prompt. Backed up toilet was fixed immediately. Eggs at breakfast were appreciated. Room was clean, large, and quiet.

Front desk staff was not friendly. Upon check in, very confrontational when there was a problem with our reservation and not very accommodating with changes. *The lady I had reserved with was very polite and helpful but according to the check in persons, she was no longer with them and they didn't know why she did what she did. **Not my problem. Don't take it out on us!! Afterwards, they never looked up from the computer or spoke to us as we traveled in and out the three days we were there. Not a friendly staff! The room (SUITE) was spacious but the furniture was very dated. No safe in the room. No microwave in the room. The wallpaper was peeling and the ceiling was in poor condition. It had been patched many times. The hallway was always very warm and "stuffy". Definitely in need of an upgrade. Not worth what we paid.

As an anxious traveler, I am not picky, but do need clean and comfortable. I recently stayed at this Best Western and was pleasantly surprised. I read through the reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. Pros: It is a decent sized hotel and grounds were kept well. On the main highway, but just a little bit past the busy area, which I liked. Every person at the front desk, no matter what shift, was personable. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool. We had some down time, so this was important to us, especially if it rained. The outdoor pool is open till dark. The indoor one is open till 11 pm, so we appreciated that as well. I liked that they had their own pool towels to use so I didn't have to use my own. Also a workout room and game room, as well as vending machine and ice. There is a coffee machine available 24/7 and it was actually not bad! Their shop included items we were in need of and it was nice not to have to go anywhere for those things. It had a very good breakfast and the 7-10 am hours worked well. I read complaints about it being crowded. I am guessing maybe if it was a busy week or weekend, but we were able to find ample tables to choose even though it was busy. They also have the TV on while you're eating (good for the news and weather!) They had a decent selection of food items and they changed it up each day. I really enjoyed the waffle iron and my kids liked the yogurt with multiple toppings. Elevator in building. It was very quiet in our hallway and the rooms are super dark at night or you can leave the bathroom door cracked open if you need some light. The room was clean, especially the bathroom (one of the first things I checked). Towels were big enough. They had a hair dryer, iron/board, and coffee machine. The A/C worked well and ran quiet. Spacious enough room for my family of four. Pretty decent channel selection on the TV. Clean linens, bed, and carpet. Cons: Nothing raised any red flags, but like I said, I am not super picky, just a germaphobe! The mattresses could have been a little more firm for my taste. The pillows were square, but plenty. Overall, I did not lose any sleep. The breakfast included one main meat each day and was switched, but if you didn't like what it was that day, there wasn't another. However, you could use the ham for the eggs to add some in. Like I said, there were many things from which to choose, so you don't go hungry. It's not really a complaint, but we aren't picky eaters. Overall, I am very happy with our choice and would return without hesitation. I cannot say anything bad about our experience. It was close to basically anything we wanted to do. You will not be disappointed here.

This venue is conveniently located right on Route 30 and nearby many restaurants. The hotel rooms are extremely ample in size and room enough for a 3rd bed. The hotel staff are more than helpful and so willing to assist with your questions. Please take the time and introduce yourself to this venue.

My wife and I have stayed at many Best Westerns but we both feel this is one of the best. We only stayed a night but it was comfortable and a great location. We attended Sight and Sound which turned out to be quite close. And we found an old diner which served great food at a reasonable price and played 60's music for us old timers!

We recently were privileged to stay at the wonderful Best Western Plus in Paradise ,PA. The staff, the amenities, the rooms, and the atmosphere were amazing and we hated to leave to go home! Breakfast was generous and delicious, the 2 pools were very well maintained, the grounds extremely beautiful. It is exceptional in every way.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. The staff was friendly- Ed was great. The breakfast each morning was delicious. We loved that the options changed a bit each day. The rooms were bigger than expected. Hotel was very clean. Loved having two pool options- very rare for this area. The location was also wonderful. It is very central to everything you would want to do in the area. We are already planning a trip back to the area for next year. We won't plan to look for another hotel. This will become our regular place to stay.

This was our first stay at this best Western. You won't disappointed with the free breakfast that was delicious and the menu changed every day. They have the softest towels I have ever had in any hotel. We used the pool and the hot tub. The grounds were impeccable and they had a nice place to sit outside and your morning coffee. The hotel sat off the street which made it quiet from the road noise.

Everything was better than average- from the room size, to the refreshing shower head, to the expanded breakfast bar, to the option of indoor or outdoor pool! Mike always handles our needs perfectly- and the Revere Tavern on premises truly was extraordinary!! Kudos!,!

Friendly check-in and check-out. Room was clean. Everything in the room was in working order. Shower head was a bit low for me and I'm only 5'7", but otherwise, the water pressure was very nice. And the toilet paper holder was in an awkward, hard to reach place, but overall, I appreciate that the bathroom was clean and well supplied with linens. Beds were fine; had lots of pillows. Wish there had been a microwave, but there was a fridge. Large TV if you needed it. Breakfast had a lot of options, although few for someone like me who follows a plant-based diet, but it was being enjoyed by many guests. The attendant to the breakfast area was on top of her game and doing a great job. Didn't see much of the rest of the property, but the indoor pool looks nice, there is a small gift shop and the grounds around the hotel look very clean and well-maintained. I would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

We have stayed here many times I know exactly what to expect. Rooms are comfy and clean. The staff is always friendly. We've never had a room by an elevator before. It would be my only complaint. There was a large family on my floor with a many children. The children were so loud and even leaned on our door early in the mornings. On my last day, I couldn't even come out of my room because they were blocking our room.

Made arrangements through Expedia. Everything was as planned and scheduled. Check in & check out were easy. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Location is close to everything but yet not in the rush of things. Breakfast had lots of options. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

There was ample parking and we didn't have far to walk to our room. The indoor and outdoor pools were a nice size and were not crowded. The proximity to other towns in the area was good. The Revere Tavern is on the premises, but it has limited hours and you need reservations. It was only a few minutes drive to Sight and Sound and the outlets from this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and will continue to stay here when I visit the Lancaster area.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Large clean room. Beautiful breakdast area with a well maintained hot and cold food. Indoor and outdoor pools with a nice patio. Second stay here and can't wait tio visit again. Best value in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was fantastic. we had a king size bed and a cozy sitting area. The breakfast was really nice. All the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ed at the front desk Something different was served every day. My husband loved the hot tub. This was our first visit but will not be our last.,

Staff nice, breakfast good, hotel appearance good, room gross. The carpet was way past due to be replaced. Rolled and stained. Room smelled musty and of nasty carpet. I was only staying one day so I put up with it. Had I been staying longer I would have looked for a nicer place.

After a horrible experience with another hotel, we booked Best Western last minute. The check in was easy, quick, and very friendly. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The room was clean and large. It was quiet and very relaxing. We have stayed her in the past and had the same experience. This is definitely my go to hotel.

Awesome property with clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Free breakfast was great with staff keeping items stocked on a busy Sunday morning. Great location to venture out into Amish country with a short drive to many attractions. Ended up staying two nights because it's so great.

For us when we travel to this part of PA the BW Revere is central to our families 12 miles to each of the families who live east and west of the hotel. Try the restaurant you will not be dissapointed.

Breakfast was superb all 3 days something different. Enjoyed the fresh fruit of pineapple, grapes, melons. Bed was comfortable as was pillows. Very clean and friendly staff. I stay here every year. Close to attraction. Nice patio outdoors.

Staff friendly, suite clean & appealing, atmosphere relaxed, breakfast surprisingly wonderful. Pool, spa & gym were a nice plus! The area outside of the room was bright and airy, with chairs & a lounge sofa. The lobby fireplace setup was very comfortable & inviting!

Pleasant stay for one night. Check in was a bit slow but efficient. Was given larger room on third floor. Rooms showing their age a bit, but location is very quiet and off the road. A little pricey this time, can't remember if I used my AAA discount or not. Would stay again.

I feel that if you are going to be working as a customer service person that you should make people feel welcomed however this person did not. I would have gone to another hotel had another one been available.

Stayed at the Best Western Revere Hotel for one night while on a short vacation. This hotel is very clean and comfortable and well-run. Our room was a King suite, which was very quiet. WiFi worked well, breakfast was hot with several options, and staff was very helpful. Had dinner at the adjoining Stone Tavern - highly recommended!

We have been staying at the BWRevere Inn for many years. It is always clean and friendly. Revere Tavern is a great restaurant on the premises. Very convenient for shopping in the area. We highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice stay. The room was pleasingly large, the beds comfortable. It was very clean and the recliner chair a definite plus. Everything worked well, the indoor pool and hot tub were particularly nice (a seasonal outdoor pool is also available). The breakfast was far above the new average with many choices and a very pleasant dining area. Definitely recommended!

Pros: Hotel is very clean Cons: Hotel has not been renovated in at least 20years. Anything you can physically lay your eyes on is clean….. but how deep the hotel has been cleaned, that I really don't know. Stayed here for a sporting event. About 25min from Spooky Nook and 15min from great stores and restaurants. Excellent location! This hotel is extremely dated, I think the carpet, furniture nor tiles have been changed in 20+ years. It honestly wasn't terrible, I just pretended I was spending the weekend at my grandparents house. But since I wasn't really there, I don't think I could return because of the different DNA and germs that could possibly be stuck in the very old carpet and furniture. PS: if you are someone that is still mad that there is no daily housekeeping due to COVID, GET OVER IT!!!!! If you are someone that doesn't care about how modern your room is you just won't clean, cozy, comfortable this place is for you. I honestly wouldn't pay more than $125-150 a night.

The staff was very friendly, and very helpful with all our needs Breakfast was sub par with powdered eggs and Canadian bacon instead of bacon or sausage.I didn't see any signs that the Hotel was under construction which it was.

We love staying here. Its clean and the restaurant is excellent. There is plenty to do and lots of shopping. The food at the Revere Tavern is delicious its my favorite restaurant. The hotel is clean and everything works in the room. I like swimming in the pool.

We stayed in the Revere Best Western Plus while visiting Lancaster, PA. The front desk staff was friendly and very professional. We were recognized in our welcome as Best Western members with 2 bottle of water. A very nice treat! It is a clean hotel offering 24/7 coffee, an array of hot and cold breakfast items, an indoor pool and more. They have rooms that are suites that made our stay even more comfortable. The Revere Inn restaurant which is a very short walk offers fair pricing and a delicious food.

Hotel service was excellent. It was near to Sight and Sound Theater so we could come back to the hotel and relax after watching "David". We were also able the Watch a magic show at Magic and Wonder which was next door to the hotel.

The hotel was nice for the area. The third-floor was being renovated during our stay I feel that they will be making modern upgrades. The room was grand with very high ceilings. The furnishings needed to be updated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We are quickly checked in (we were part of a large wedding block that was all checking in at the same time). Overall good but nothing special.

Quiet room, very large. Heat worked great. Bed comfy. There was even a recliner in the room. Fluffy white towels; decent bathroom amenities. Very good hot breakfast; had three servings of eggs and toast. Definitely would book again.

We always stay here when we are in Lancaster, PA . Normally I have no issues when we come here but this time my door key wouldn't work. The staff Michelle and Mike tried to remedy the situation as did maintenance. This has never happened ever before so this is like a rare thing. It kind of was frustrating not to be able to get in your room easily. I'm sure before the next guest arrives they wil have this issue fixed. NMy other issue was a toilet that made a whisiling noise when we flushed. It wasn't too loud so not really that bothersome and didn't even report it. As I said in the beginning the staff here is wonderful, they go out of your way to help you. We didn't use the pool or exercise room. Internet is great, no problems there. Breakfast is usual stuff bagels, cereal, waffles and one hot food. Adding more fresh fruit like strawberries and blueberries would be great. We love coming here and will be back soon.

This was my first time staying in a Best Western and I was very pleased. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Shower has great water pressure and actually gets hot although the shower would whistle depending on how hot the water was. The bathroom is cramped but there is separate are to do hair/ makeup so others can be using the bathroom while you get ready. Pool and hottub were nice and clean. Huttub jets had great pressure. They are open til 11 which allows you to enjoy your day and still be able to enjoy this when you get back. Pool was cold but this seems to be the case with most indoor pools since there is no sun to warm the water. Hot/cold breakfast is included, served til 10, a great pert for those that sleep-in or if you want a run back to get something a little later. Tea. coffee, and hot chocolate available all day although they could use some honey left out for the tea. For readers, the headboards have nightlights. A big plus. My only complaint was the pool temperature and the road signage. Especially at night,it is difficult to find the road to turn on due to poor signage. One night I missed the road but was able to quickly turn when I saw the sign for the Revere Tavern and then located where the parking lots connected. Overall it was a nice stay and I will be back.

Wonderful and enjoying place to stay! A guest is greeted by the front Desk Receptionist who would be Brenda on the AM shift, or Michelle on the PM Shift. Our room has been cleaned on several occasion by Val who has been a loyal employee of the Best Western for 13 years now. We were treated to a wonderful breakfast as part of the amenities by Yolanda who never quits moving and serves ones every needs. Guest also enjoy an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and a workout room. We really enjoyed our stay. The reason we stayed here was for the pool. Our grandchildren live 10 miles from here they were able to come visit an enjoy the pool , great memories Very welcoming when we got there, room was ready, very clean hotel an beautiful lobby. There is a tavern on property, we actually had a wedding there many years ago. The food at pub revere tavern is excellent. Hotel puts on an excellent breakfast well stock.

We have returned to this Best Western because of the spacious rooms and cleanliness of the hotel. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Will be back when staying in the area. Discovered Best Western when traveling about 10 years ago and they are our go to hotel.

We come here at least 3 times a year.. The hotel is spotless. I know they are in the process of updating, but it's been hard I'm sure with Covid and supply chains. Lobby and halls are done.. Rooms are next. They are not outdated, just in need for that new carpet, new decor thing that hotels do periodically. Full breakfast is back, and staff is great.

Mattress is just worn out, sheets thread bare, window hard to operate, carpet has large wrinkles, refrigerator sounds like old car running. Stains on chair fabric. Box elder bugs crawling on the walls. How long can you just keep beating a dead horse?

Revere Inn & Suites is my go-to place to stay in Amish Country, one of my favorite places in the world!!! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and fresh, and sanitized during these crazy times, and the included breakfast has lots of yummy choices to enjoy. The amenities are there for your use if you'd like to swim, etc. Overall, a great place to rest when your in the Plain Country.

My husband and I had wanted to go to Pennsylvania for a long time. The opportunity arose, so we finally went. It was an amazing trip from enjoying the scenery, the delicious meals, and wonderful lodging.

We used Priceline for this one night stay in the Lancaster area - we specifically wanted something close to a Sight and Sound performance the next morning, so this fit the bill. The gentleman checking us in was nice - accomodated my request for a room close to the elevator - and later raided the kitchen to get me a few plastic spoons that we needed as we were eating take out in our room. So, everything was basically good in the room. However, the bathroom is quite small and the toilet is very low. I do appreciate that it had a bath mat to prevent people from slipping in the tub (very unusual these days) and the tub/shower had a lot of great grab bars and a good powerful shower. The beds were comfortable and a normal height, not those really high beds that you find in a lot of places. I consider that a good thing. The chairs at the table in the room are also "low" and we found them hard to get in and out of. The complimentary breakfast is what distinguishes this hotel. They have a wonderful assortment of cold and hot items and enough room for people to sit down and not be crowded in. The woman who was in charge of the breakfast buffet was doing a fabulous job, replenishing items and sweeping crumbs off the floor, wiping counters, etc. We appreciate this and tipped for her great job. We did not use the pool or the restaurant. The Revere Restaurant is part of an older tavern type building that is not attached to the hotel and is only open certain days for dining. Wish more people would wear masks!

We had a wonderful stay here. Our room was immaculate and well appointed. We stayed in the annex and I wouldn't have known I wasn't staying in the more expensive rooms. One of my best hotel experiences ever. Breakfast had lots of options and staff was friendly and helpful. I'm coming back!!

Nice older hotel with an elegant ambiance. Nice buffet breakfast (rare in the days of Covid). Convenient to surrounding attractions, dining and shopping, but not in the middle of all the commercial sprawl down the road. Would definitely stay there again.

we had a quick and pleasant check in with staff at the front desk delightful and welcoming,,,,Everything quite close to our room which was clean and fresh with everything in place and even the small things in the bathroom were a welcomed surpise,little touches as such made us feel at home! Times have been hard on the hotel/motel and restaurant business during this pandemic. I must the owners and employees have really bent over backwards to keep this business a float. We always stay here as everyone is like family and they make you feel really welcome!

I stayed in the main building. The hotel was dated but not in a dingy, dirty way. It was very clean but not modern. It was very fitting for Lancaster though where you seem to step back in time a bit. The hotel had everything I want from a hotel. Decent pool with hot tub, coin laundry, spacious rooms, decent hot breakfast, sundry shop for things I forgot, nice staff, good water pressure in the shower, nice restaurant right on property (with to-go cocktails) and a little fridge in the room. The only thing I wish they had is a microwave in the room, although there was one in the breakfast area that anyone could use. The location was great too. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay again.

My husbnad and I recently stayed with our 4 year old daughter. It was her first hotel experience and she asks to go back all the time. We especially loved having an indoor pool(and it was open until 11pm) for those rainy days, or evenings after returning from a long hot day. We litterally used the pool every day of our stay. The breakfasts were really enjoyable and the staff was so nice, especially when my daughter spilled her juice, or made a mess. Our room was a king and sleeper sofa. The sofa was awful to sleep on(the mattress is not comfortable at all for an adult) but the 3 of us fit comforabley in the king. No complaints on anything, as we had no issues. The staff was super nice and we would totally stay here again. Hotel was a good location(about 10 -12 min drive to Dutch Wonderland) and lots of shopping. Cherry Crest Adventure( A MUST DO with kiddos under 12) was less than 3 min away.

Very clean, helpful staff and good breakfast! Nice area lots to do! We didn't use the pool but I saw others using it , looked nice. The check in process was quick and so was check out. Beds were very comfortable

This was our 4th time staying here and WONDERFUL! as usual. Ed is always so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Lots of pillows! No daily housekeeping services, but if you need towels just leave the used ones in a basket outside the door and they will be replaced. The pool was clean as well. Definitely would stay there again.

We stayed here one night to visit the Lancaster area and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are clean, amenities are good and front desk staff excellent. We also enjoyed the Revere Tavern right next door for dinner - really good food and service. Would stay again!

This place was very nice place to stay with kids. Indoor and outdoor pool was great. Location very good clove to everything. Employee very friendly. I think the only think would help if there was another person working at bar.

We loved staying at this Best Western Plus. The staff was wonderful, the warm breakfast was delicious, with different meat option everyday. It is not right by the road, there is a nice lawn outside and it contributed to the relaxing feel of our stay. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub quite a lot during our stay. Our room was nice and clean, the only downside was the damp feel in it, but we attribute that to guests drying their bathing suits in the room.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very impressed with the room and cleanliness of the hotel! The staff were pleasant and very helpful with any questions we had… check in and check out was fast! We requested an early check in and it was given to us no problem… housekeeping was limited due to covid but we enjoy it that way so no one enters our room during our stay but we had garbage taken away and fresh towels in a basket at our door every day! Very happy with this hotel and would stay again no question!!

This is a very nice property. Staff was very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The rooms were very clean. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet has just recently reopened so it was nice to have breakfast on site.

My wife and I loved this property and restaurant. The rooms were spacious and nice and had lots of nice touches. The restaurant was nice as well with great food. We told all of our Lancaster friends if they needed a hotel for guests, this is the place. Thanks a bunch for all you do!

We have stayed at this inn many times and have always had a great stay. We booked the 2 bedroom family suite. It was perfect. It had 11/2 baths, a living room and a kitchenette apart from the 2 bedrooms. Everything was clean and tidy as always.

My friend and I had a wonderful two night stay at The Best Western Plus Revere Inn. We were on the second floor and stayed on the odd numbered side of hallway, room 239. It was very quiet even though it is not far off route 30 which was very, very busy during our time there. It was so clean, and staff so friendly. They were not doing housekeeping daily, only checkouts, but housekeeping asked us every day while cleaning other rooms if we needed anything and they were so kind. If you wanted fresh towels all you did was place them in the little laundry basket provided and set them in the hall by your door and they collected them and brought fresh towels. The 24 hour coffee/tea in the lobby was a very nice touch. The hotel location was very convenient to touring the area as it is pretty centrally located. We did not dine at the Revere Inn restaurant this time, but, I may try it on my next visit. We did, however, go to the magic show at The Magic & Wonder Theater which is located on the grounds there and it made for a pleasant evening and you can even order food there & have it delivered to your table. I cannot give info on the swimming pools as we did not use either the indoor or outdoor pool, but, both looked nice. The hot breakfast was nice, enough to fuel you for a day of touting without being too much. There was also a small gift shop in the lobby. I just found this hotel so comfortable and relaxing.

The total experience was not a favorable one. The policy of the company is not well explained and is not customer favorable. They don't want to work with the patrons to take care of the problems. I have used them many times before but was very unhappy.

This location was away from the highway noise (main building). Staff was pleasant. Mike and Brenda at the front desk were wonderful. Even with some restrictions, the breakfast was adequate. We wished there was a folder with hotel info (pool hours, laundry room location, TV channels, etc) but maybe that isn't done now due to the pandemic. We loved the little lights fastened to the bed headboard which made it easy to read in bed without disturbing anyone who was sleeping. We noticed two issues in the room that were minor to us but may be more important to others. We reported them upon check-out and I believe this hotel will take care of those issues. We would stay here again.

This was our first stay at this hotel. We would stay there again. Hotel had two pools one indoor and one outdoor. We enjoyed using both. We had a suite, rooms were big and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big with jacuzzi tub and corner shower. Hotel Front desk staff were always polite, very friendly, and helpful.

This was our second time at the Paradise PA Best Western. This is an excellent hotel. Considerate staff, super clean room, clean pools, good breakfast, good location to touristy sights. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The room was very clean. The staff did not enter during my stay. I liked that. They were quick to get you anything to needed. Very central to everything we were interested in and reasonably priced. Continental breakfast had choices that were good and healthy. I liked the 24 hour coffee and the gym. The outdoor pool is in the sun most of the day too!

Hotel was really nice on the outside and inside. Check in was a breeze and we were in our room in less then 15 minutes. There was a slight musty smell to the room initially but we attributed it to covid and lack of people wanting to travel. Once the air kicked in it went away. Room was clean and spacious. LOVED the heated light in the bathroom to prevent cold feet on the tile. The shower was spacious and water pressure fantastic! Didn't find the mini fridge until the last day but it wasn't needed so no worries about that (just know there is one). There were only 2 pillows per bed so take note to ask for more if you are used to more then 1. The hotel is a short distance to Tanger and Rockvale (spelled wrong?) Outlets, The Strasburg railroad and Dutch wonderland amid MANY more attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a long weekend. Ask for the main building - we find it nicer with the interior corridors and doors. Due to post-Covid staffing shortages, there is currently no daily housekeeping though they will give you new towels if you leave yours in a basket outside your door in the morning. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Many were taking advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools, but we did not. Breakfast is limited, but ample. 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. Off the main road, so very quiet.

Despite being understaffed, the hotel workers were always pleasant and working to their fullest ability. (Looking at you, Ed! You were great!) The bed was a little soft for my taste and left me with back pain. (Not uncommon for me.) The 24 hour coffee in the lobby was a most welcome surprise. I loved the sturdy, textured cups that were provided.

Had a 2 queen room. Room was a nice size and had everything we needed. We even requested a microwave which was in the room when we arrived. Very accommodating to your needs. Staff also was very nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel to stay in, and it's not clearly visible from the street - it's tucked back in off the main road. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and out a breeze. Good sized room, smaller bathroom but with a full wall countertop, and a separate (well lighted) makeup countertop area. I've never seen that before! And the lamps in the room had good wattage bulbs - I know that is picky, but so many hotels these days install useless low wattage lights where you need to turn everyone of the lights on just to see in the room. So kudos to this Best Western for a bright room! This hotel has a HUGE outdoor entrance canopy which really comes in handy on the rainy day we had there and on the hot sunny day we had there. Kudos again. We will easily stay here again on our next visit to this Amish country!

The Best Western Plus Revere Inn is always our choice when staying in the Lancaster are. It is clean with personable, competent staff. The rooms are spacious and well stocked. Any requests are well met. The pool was comfortable and the hot tub was relaxing. We met some nice folks in there. This is a great family facility.

We have used this hotel for many years. We always enjoy the location and the cleanliness. The restaurant located on the property is also excellent! It is the Revere Inn. There is also a Magical show on the property. Everything thing is there to enjoy a stay!

Front desk very friendly and helpfull. Nice and quit considering the amount of tourists that come to Lancaster Pa.Very close to all tourist sites. You have to try the Reveere In n when you stay. Has been there for over 100 years.

It has been a while since our last visit, which was near the onset or the Covid rules, so we knew what to expect...We knew from the moment we set foot in the lobby what to expect. Absolutely nothing new Sanitize and really do a great cleaning job on the rooms?... That is standard operating procedures.at this hotel..Now that I have joined the ranks of frequent Tripadvisor reviewers I developed a habit of looking for deficiencies wherever I go.I can't recall finding anything out of place. The outdoor pool is as good as it gets at a four star country atmosphere hotel.. Now about the country atmosphere:If you like staying in an urban hustle bustle hotel.just off the highway do not, look at me, do not make a reservation at the Best Western Revere Inn and Suites. You will hate it.. But if you are like me and my wife and want a clean, comfortable place to rest your head at night we highly recommend The Revere Inn in Paradise PA. The front desk staff are always ready to help if needed.and if the time comes when something in your room needs fixing their "All around fix it expert will take care of business. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Paul Revere Best Western is the best hotel ever! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel is always very clean! The location is perfect and the Revere Tavern has the most delicious food I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Just the place to go for a quiet relaxing weekend. Enjoy dinner and drinks at the Tavern. Just a short walk back to the hotel. Plenty of shops in the area to visit. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Lancaster.

room was good and clean staff was great had no problems, did have to go to lobby for ice. wife and I did some shopping and have stayed at this Best Westerns in the past and will do the same in the future.

We love it here. We know all the staff. The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. My only issue on this trip, was not the hotel, but some of the guests.. It seems on the weekends, some locals like to pile into guest rooms to use the pool. They were noisy and rude.. Other then that, the hotel is great. We come here several times a year and we have tried other places, but we keep coming back here.

4 years ago My Uncle Suggested staying here since we love to come to Lancaster for long weekends. I will never not stay here. The place is beautiful, rooms are really nice, clean and comfy. The breakfast pre covid was top notch. I will say though now, with covid, they are one of the very few places still serving breakfast and I think it's very good considering. The staff. Amazing! All are so welcoming and acknowledge you no matter how many times you walk past them. The pool is a plus and always so clean. The Revere inn. Let me just tell you....we were exhausted, but needing to eat dinner still. We called To place a take out order and the young man that took the order says ok we will have it right up to you! Wait. What? Yes sir we will bring it right to your door. The food was amazing and the service was amazing. I got the crab cake sandwich and it was excellent. Barely any filler and full of fresh lump crab meat. My love got the prime rib sandwich and he said it was so full of flavor and was cooked Perfectly. We also order the corn crab risotto appetizer and that was like heaven in every bite! We are checking out this morning and I already can't wait to come back!

We spent two nights here celebrating my husband's birthday. The suite we stayed in was very comfortable. It had a nice fireplace and whirlpool tub. It is close to shopping and restaurants, although due to the Covid shutdown, many were just reopening and some not yet open. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully when things get back to normal.

It pains me to write a negative review of this hotel, where we have stayed many times before and always enjoyed it. But, we will not be returning until the COVID pandemic is under control and urge any others with similar concerns to be cautious. The hotel is lovely, the renovations in the past year are well done, but the staff is inconsistent in mask wearing. We encountered a number of housekeeping and maintenance staff not wearing their masks (or wearing them hanging off their chins) Some were even standing in the hallway speaking to passing guests without concern about social distance and possibly spreading the virus. This area has a high infection rate and we left from what should have been a relaxing stay for our family wondering if we may have brought the virus home with us. When I expressed these concerns to front desk personnel upon check out, no apology or promise to improve was offered. PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASKS ALL THE TIME. YOUR MASK PROTECTS ME AND MY MASK PROTECTS YOU. Maybe in a year or so we will come again but for the time being.... we won't risk it.

We have been coming to this same motel for many years because we know it's a very clean and lovely place to stay while visiting amish country. The staff are very friendly going out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. You are truly treated like family at this motel.

nice to know that safety and comfort can make customers feel relaxed during this "age". Service in the hotel and restaurant were both exceptional. Felt at home even though the breakfast selections were all prepackaged for safety during the pandemic. Happy to see that staff and customers alike are taking wearing masks seriously.

Tried a different hotel closer to where we were. Bad idea. So in the middle of our show we booked this hotel. Best decision of our trip. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times usually this time of year. We have never had any issues here. The front desk is friendly, the rooms are always clean and updated. The breakfast was limited due to Covid but still had a good selection. Excellent hotel and would recomend this hotel to everyone! Thanks again Best Western Plus Revere Inn!

When my mother and I go to Lancaster County, we always stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Close to the highway, but you can not hear the traffic. When friends and other family members ask where to stay, I always tell them Best Western Revere Inn.

We have been looking forward to staying in this hotel for a few years. We were able to stay this summer. Even with the COVID restrictions it was a great vacation. the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. We ride all day and it was nice having the Revere restaurant a short walk from the room. I have no complaints and will stay here again.

BW Plus Revere is always clean, comfortable and spacious. We were there for business and needed to print reports that we left behind, no problem. Ed the evening front desk clerk has always been a great help. A great place to stay.

Been here many times in fact the staff recognizes us when we come back. Rooms are great my only complaint is the lighting, it could be brighter. Beds are comfortable and we always sleep well. Breakfast consists of mostly bagels, Cereal and frozen omelets and a yogurt machine. I wish they could bring back the waffles and fresh fruit. You can bag the fruit just like they do in the schools. We didn't use the pool or fitness center this trip. Overall love it here and we will be back soon

Pleasantly surprised by the suite. The furniture was a bit dated but everything was clean and in working order. I wish they allowed pets. The staff was very friendly and accommodating . I would stay there again. A great value!

Rooms and hotel were very clean. The staff is very friendly and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed the pool each day. Breakfast could be a little better with more variety and hot foods but overall okay. Very accommodating to have multiple family rooms close together. Overall a very nice stay.

My husband and I are here for our anniversary -due to COVID had to switch to a "staycation" instead of our usual fall trip- so far everything has been great! I was able to use mobile pre check in, and revived a text when our room was available ( several hours early , yay!) . Mike the front desk agent was super helpful explaining breakfast , pool and housekeeping procedures in place due to COVID and he gave me some extra shampoo as requested so we were all set for a safe no contact stay . The lobby, room, grounds and pool were extremely clean, staff all wearing masks and COVID protocols followed. We feel very safe and clearly the staff takes it seriously. We have been able to enjoy a swim in the indoor pool and some time in the gazebo on the grounds as its a nice fall day. The room was in the 1790s house and despite restrictions due to Covid is lovely and very spacious. With an electric fire place, sitting area, comfy bed, TV and desk in the main room and a HUGE bathroom, which has a large double vanity, plenty of towels, soap, lotions, and thoughtful touches like make up remover and a shoe shine cloth. A microwave and fridge is tucked away in the corner. The best part is the enormous English air bath , in addition to separate tub and shower combo. As we are celebrating our anniversary I called a few weeks ago and Kim was nice enough to arrange for a bottle of something and some treats to be waiting for us in the room. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but what she set up far exceeded it! In the fridge was a large silver tray with veggies, dip, cheese , crackers , chocolate and 2 gourmet cupcakes in a separate box . On the fireplace mantle was the champagne chilling in ice, glasses and of course she thought to include napkins and such. To top off our experience she had a nice card waiting wishing us a happy anniversary❤❤❤. In these very challenging times for everyone, especially those in the service industry the folks here go above and beyond. We are looking forward to a relaxing time, including dinner at the Tavern and the Magic show. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

We have stayed in many Best Westerns all over the country and only a few we could call not comfortable, This one has a very polite staff that works there and the maids where just as friendly, The shower head was suppose to be a massage head but when you adjust it it went from a slow spray to a cut your skin pressure spray with no pulsating, The beds where not comfortable at all neither of the two queens had any back support and seemed to be what i call " soup dished " in the middle when you lay down they sink in the middle. We spent two night and either night I couldn't sleep and neither could my wife and she doesn't weigh any more than 100 pounds soaking wet! and she was uncomfortable as well, We have alway had hotel quality sleep from all other Best Westerns' but this and one other. You guys need to get with the program and up date those beds with more quality mattresses like the ones at North Myrtle beach and the ones out west up and down the coastline. I understand The Covid 19 thing has a lot of businesses down and hurting right now but for those of us who are " essentials " and are working every single day through out the covid epidemic when we finally get time to relax it would be nice knowing that our favored chain of hotels will have our backs in a relaxing night sleep. Sorry but we will scratch yours off our stay list.

My wife and I have been frequent visitors at this hotel for over 20 years. That's approximately 4 visits per year with a minimum of 4 nights per visit. To say we are familiar with that Best Western hotel would be a serious understatement. Last year we decided to check-out other hotels in that area. We visited a few good 4 star properties but before we completed our exploring the "Virus" changed all our lives. For 6 months there was zero travel to hotels. About 4 weeks ago the travel restrictions were removed at which time my wife said: "We must get away. lets go to Lancaster. Then she added make a reservation at the Revere Inn in Paradise. Last Sunday we returned to our favorite hotel in Lancaster. We were concerned with regard to the precautions made due to the virus. I won't go down the list but they did an exceptional job. We were not concerned. My review: The property was in excellent condition. Well maintained as always... The interior had been renovated during the lock down so everything was super clean and fresh. Our room, as all rooms, had been sanitized Truth be told I have never seen a room, lobby, grounds any area in that hotel that wasn't very clean. The staff: I know most of the front desk staff and they continue to be at the top of that field. Always available should a problem arise or a need for local information. There have been a few changes but my number one go to guy, Ed Clifford, is still on the job, Mike , another long time member of the staff was helpful, as always I met Autumn and Vidhee for the fist time. Both ladies made us feel comfortable...A little more about Vidhee:: There came a time early on our first afternoon when I tried to get on the Internet with my I Pad. I rarely have a problem but for some unknown reason their server was not working properly. "V" did her best. The problem was limited to the bedroom. We tried for about an hour before it became evident the issue was with the server. The deficiency was corrected the next day but V did her best. Breakfast: The one and only complaint we have during our five days was the breakfast. I know that hotel could have done better. Finally...Our first and second nights we couldn't get reservation at our favorite restaurants due to seating capacity so we got take away. On Wednesday I was talking to Ed about my problem getting reservations and he suggested their Revere Tavern. I told him the last time I dined there it was just Okay. Ed said Jack, they are usually very good give them another try. We did and you will need to check-it-out on my restaurant review for the Revere Tavern.

we had to wait for over an hour for the room. check is 3:00pm. we arrive @2:50pm. the attitude of staff and management was disgraceful. not all employees wore masks and the luggage carts were not wiped down after use. the management was fresh and did not care. Stayed here over 10 times without a problem until this stay. Might have to find new place.

The Best Western Revere Inn is our go to place when visiting Lancaster County. You have a choice of staying in the beautiful main building or the more rustic out building. The main building houses the indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center and continental breakfast area. There's also an outdoor pool on the property. We chose the out building since we were meeting other family members and wanted the ability to sit outside at night after our day's activities. When I called to make our reservations the clerk recognized the last name & asked if we'd like the rooms grouped together. That was a nice touch. The room was clean and had everything we needed. While the main building rooms seem to be a little more updated, the outbuilding rooms were fine (we've stayed in both). The hotel offers pre-check in and I received a text a good hour and a half before check in time to let me know our room was ready. That was also a nice touch and appreciated. You can also use rapid check out & don't have to go through the hassle of standing in line to check out. Every staff member we encountered was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast offerings were scaled back due to the COVID 19 pandemic but we were very happy with their offerings: bagels, muffins, yogurt, cheese omelets that took less than a minute to heat up and other items. I should add that housekeeping services were scaled back due to COVID, housekeeping didn't enter the room during our stay; used towels were left in a basket outside our door to be replaced. We didn't have a problem with that. Overall a great experience. We'll be back!

We just returned from a 2 night stay here and enjoyed it very much. Lancaster is a yearly trip for my family and I'm always open to trying out a different hotel - we've stayed at 6 other properties in the past. This was our first time at this property and I am very pleased with my choice. The location is perfect for us because I like to stay closer to the Amish experiences available in Lancaster. The option of both an indoor and outdoor pool is a real plus as well. The facilities were clean and all staff adhered to the mask wearing policy. Additionally, everyone we encountered were always very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely consider returning and recommending this property to friends/family.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while on a weekend getaway to the Lancaster area. Everything about our stay was great. It was a good location for us. The front desk staff members were helpful and professional (Mike was great!). Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and welcoming (the on-site pool towels at each pool were much appreciated). The breakfast offering was more limited than usual (due to the Covid pandemic), but there were still enough offerings to enjoy on the two mornings that we were there. And we always felt safe and welcomed as we came and went.

We come here often but this was the first time coming since they lifted the restrictions due to covid19. We were anxious to see the renovations that they had started long before this and it did not disappoint. The lobby construction was finished and looked fabulous. We were impressed with the improvements. Again due to covid-19 the breakfast menu was very limited. They had no hot food other then some jimmy dean sandwiches and burritos which we did not like. We ended up having bagels for two days straight. If you are only staying one day this won't be an issue but if you are staying multiple days you might want to get breakfast out. Our room was great and we had a comfortable stay. We went to the pool and that was really the only thing negative as there were leaves in the pool that hadn't been cleaned. Trimming the nearby trees might cut down on this problem. It was only leaves so we went in anyway. Overall we loved our stay and will return again soon!

Even under construction the hotel was still nice and clean. Whatever we needed we received right away. Breakfast was at the tavern which wasn't far and was good. Indoor pool was a lot of fun. Not far at all from many attractions

We have never had such genuine interest and care as we received from the Best Western, Paradise, PA, this past Valentine Day...The Revere Tavern was lovely...warm...fireplace aglow...food delicious...staff attentive...

Always a pleasure when we stay here. This is a very nice clean hotel, and we have a great relaxing time whenever we are here. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are awesome. The lobby is in work at this time, but we didn't mind, we can't wait to see it when it's finished.

We stayed at the Best Western in Lancaster. We often stay here because of the location. The hotel is close to the outlets and the shoppes that we like to visit. The hotel is quiet and we're always able to get a good night's sleep. Although the reception area was being remodeled, we still enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast in the morning at the Revere Inn.

We are reward members and prefer to stay at Best Western properties when we travel. We have learned that we can count on their consistant cleanliness, warmth and hospitality. Revere Inn did not disappoint, staff went overboard to accommodate, on-site restaurant was great, we stayed in the King Whirlpool suite - it was wonderful, fireplace, full kitchen and of course the whirlpool - all at very affordable rates. Highly reccommend Best Western Plus Revere Inn!

This Beat Western is in a convenient location to the area, but set back in a quiet area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and check out so easy. The Revere Tavern is on grounds and is a fantastic restaurant as well as having a quaint bar area. Would highly recommend!

This motel has a great staff that is always friendly and they answer any questions or concerns you may have. The rooms are clean and they provide little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotions in case you forgot to pack your own. There's a nice indoor pool to use in cold weather and an outdoor pool to enjoy in warm weather. They provide a really nice hot breakfast of eggs, bacon or sausage with fresh fruit and breakfast cakes. The food is always hot and the staff keeps the trays filled. There's even a fireplace in the dining area to enjoy your cup of coffee. They also have an outdoor patio if you want to sit outside in warm weather to enjoy your breakfast. I have stayed there several times a year with family when we visit the Lancaster Outlets. You have to stay more then one night! There's so much to see and do in the Lancaster area!

The BW in Paradise, PA is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is close to the shops, outlets and theater in Lancaster and close to the Amish shops in Bird in Hand and Intercourse. We always have at least one meal at the Paul Revere Tavern restaurant which is on the premises. We have stayed here for a girls getaway and we have stayed here with the grandchildren. It is always a pleasant place.

We have been staying at the Revere for 38 years. Always a great experience. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant work hard and do a great job!! The hotel & restaurant employees are true professionals. We will definitely be staying at the Revere again soon.

Stayed at BW Plus in Paradise. Everything was great. We will be staying here again. Room was comfortable and very clean; service and staff were helpful and courteous; continental breakfast had everything we needed.

There are three romantic style rooms in the Carriage House. If you're looking for peace & quiet, a romantic setting, electric fireplace, etc. this is where you want to request your room. Note: It is close to Route 30, which is very busy with lots of 18-wheelers and cars, at all hours, but it's worth it! Just bring a pair of earplugs!

Room was clean and quiet. The Lazy boy chair would not come down after reclining; handle broken it appears. Breakfast both days had some kind of omelet which wasn't very good. No potatoes for breakfast. Just so-so complementary breakfast. Parking plentiful and can walk to the Revere Tavern. Disappointed that the Rainbow dinner theatre is closed.

Visited Best Western Revere Inn for a anniversary getaway. We have stayed there numerous times and have never had a bad experience. Very personable front desk staff. Rooms clean and beds are really comfy. Excellent selection of breakfast foods. Pool area very clean and well maintained. Can't wait to visit again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year and have found it to be convenient, quiet and clean. The property is well maintained and set back from the busy highway. The Revere Inn on the property is excellent.

Wonderful from start to finish! All staff very helpful. Great breakfast. Delicious meals at the Revere. Convenient to outlet shopping and American Music Theater. Easy drive from NY. Several tourist spots nearby.

Very nice place. Early check in was very helpful and convenient. Room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good and plentiful. Express checkout was easy and we had a receipt with in minutes of doing the online check out.

We stayed here for a weekend in March and it was great. The rooms were immaculate, the complimentary breakfast was yummy and the rates were reasonable. We also went to the Paul Revere Tavern on-site and had a delicious steak for dinner. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Only complaint I had is the family above us had children that were constantly jumping off the bed and making so much noise it was hard to sleep. Management went up there but it still didn't stop.

Our church group comes every year to attend Sight and sound. Proximity to the theater is wonderful as well as closeness to all the best places to eat.Right in the middle of everything. Staff is very friendly. Check-in was a breeze.

The location is very quiet and the rooms are big and clean. The furniture is a little outdated and the breakfast should be improved. It's has a nice indoor pool and a small gym. A little overpriced for the services

My husband and I stayed here for the second time now. We really enjoyed the choices at breakfast as I am limited on what I can eat. The room was comfortable and will stay here again. It was a good choice to stay as we were close the Sight and Sound (the reason for our visit in the area).

Just stayed one night (Saturday), Check In was easy, allocated a large king room on the 3rd floor of main building, sofa, armchair, 2 TVs, nice bathroom, it was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual choice (good) plenty of seating. Enjoyed our stay

Nice facility that's near main road and easy accessible to many attractions and restaurants. Pool and hot tub was a great asset and hot breakfast was an option. Facility was clean and I would definitely stay here again!

This is our go to place when we visit PA, staff always helpful and friendly, above average breakfast buffet, Close to everything...Revere Tavern also great place to eat! Celebrated our anniversary, revived a cupcake to top off a Delois meal; Stay here you won't be sorry!

My check in was smooth and the man at the desk was very helpful. My room was great as usual, clean and comfortable. My two complaints were there was hardly any light over the kitchen area and it was very dark. It would be nice to have a lamp or some sort of light fixture in that area. No matter how many lights I had on in the room it was still dark in that area. The other complaint was that I could hear running water in the bedroom. Apparently you could hear the shower from above. Well the average shower is at least ten minutes or more. I found this to be frustrating as I was getting ready for bed. I've stayed st this Best Western many times and this was the first time I heard this. Don't know if it's just this room (153) or maybe it was the timing but I'm thinking very thin walls. The man at the desk cane but there was nothing he could do. Also there was a musty smell in my room. I did not say anything because what could they do but spray something. I stayed at a best western in Florida and they had a de-humidifier in the rooms. Made the world of difference. Only drawback is the guest will have to empty it. I love staying here but next time I will stay in a different room. Breakfast was just ok. Normal breakfast foods with the addition of a few hot foods. I didn't use anything else so can't comment. I will be back but as I said previously in a different room.

We've never stayed here while visiting the area before, but took a chance. We had a room in the main building which, in our opinion, looks a lot nice than the annex building (which looks older and has rooms that open to the outside - not my preference). Room was large with a fridge and coffee station, along with a recliner. Very spacious. Only "odd" thing was the low ceiling in the shower. My brother is 6' 6" and had trouble showering due to the ceiling/low shower head. Keep that in mind if you are taller. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked.

This place is is not up to the standard we have become accustomed to with BW +. We were assigned a room in their Annex in spite of the fact that we made reservations several months ago. The room seemed a little cramped, even with 2 double beds--we had requested king or 2 queens--and the bedspreads were both ripped and the carpet is actually dingy with ground in dirt. There is also a lot of dust on furniture. Counter space is lacking. Bathroom is very small however the shower is very good. Perhaps the main building is better, but we did not have the opportunity to find out. Also on the positive side, the complimentary breakfast was just fine. We used the guest laundry which only had one washer and one dryer. The dryer on the lowest setting practically scorched our clothes. Not happy.

First rate top to bottom! Minutes to Gettyburg central. Clean, clean, clean!!! Courteous professional and helpful staff. Great pool, and restaurant/lounge. Additionally, I left behind clothing, and it was promptly addressed by Vicki at the front desk. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN!!!

We stay at the Revere Inn by Best Western at least 5 -7 times a year. Sonny at the front desk always knows who we are and is so friendly. He makes us feel like we are visiting family. We love this hotel and recommend to all our family and friends to stay here when they come to Lancaster County.

Our reservation request was not done properly-and the room we were given was dirty with a disgusting chair in the corner. When they gave us a new room there were already people in it when we walked in. Not happy at all

This BW is one of the nicest I've stayed in. The location is close to attractions but off the highway so that when you are there, it is quiet and surrounded by trees so it doesn't feel like you are in a highly populated vacation area.

Spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, lovely area of Pennsylvania! Historic part of the inn is special, walls 3 feet thick. Two swimming pools, great breakfast. Great king size bed! This is our third couples weekend here, and will return!

Upon arrival we were barely greeted by the front desk staff member, when we were given our key, we were directed to go and stay in the Annex building which is adjacent to the main building & looks very much like a shabby motel in comparison to the main building. Because we didn't want to stay in the “motel” we were upcharged an extra $20.00+ per night... When we finally got to room 303, the beds were barely made properly when the top comforter was pulled back the sheets were visibly laid in and ruffled up. We were in town for a sight& sound theater show during labor day weekend & would've stayed elsewhere but the money was deducted from my account before we even arrived to the hotel! On the second evening that we stayed, the fire alarm went off & all the guests had to rush down to the lobby, not one staff member directed us, not one manager made an announcement- No one apologized for the inconvenience or anything, finally when a staff member did arrive he nonchalantly explained that a child may have pulled the fire alarm. We couldn't wait for the next day to come so we could leave. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this place you're probably better off at the Motel 6 down the road!

A very nice hotel. Luxury at mid-range pricing. Exceptional service. Breakfast was amazing. We had a very nice stay. Everything is well kept. Beds are soft, staff is attentive and there are plenty of nice small touches. Well equipped exercise room and nice indoor pool and whirlpool. The breakfast may as well have been in a higher end restaurant it was so good. Highly recommended!

Very accommodating ,clean, nice rooms , update, comfortable beds. Staff will take every step to help you. The facility and side well maintained. The continental breakfast is excelent. Family friendly hotel.

Everything from check in to check out was quick, pleasant and good! The rooms in the annex building where I stood are nice and the outside pool is heated and stocked with towels! Breakfast is awesome!

This was our second time to stay at this hotel. We enjoy the location and especially the Revere Tavern within walking distance. We stay in the annex and it is getting old and in need of repair. Our room was the king, upstairs corner and was good, clean and comfortable. You might consider staying in the main building rather than the annex. We like the annex as it is quieter. Hotel is close to the Amish Village and lots of other areas to visit.

Everything in this hotel is right: it is a beautiful property, right in Lancaster, with outside and inside pool, a nearby restaurant, free yummy breakfast, and impeccable large rooms. We stayed for a 2nd time (for 2 nights) and had a great time. We tried both pools and the girls had a blast. We like it here very much. The only downside (which is not a big deal) are the broken game machines, which need to be serviced. Overall, an amazing experience for a good price. We cannot wait to go back!

My husband and I made a quick getaway before the hectic fall schedule kicked in. We had never stayed at Best Western, but our usual hotel chain was not nearby. On the advice of friends, we choose Best Western Plus Revere. It was the best thing we could have done. The room was clean, the shower hot- and the shower head had different settings! The bed was comfortable and felt like luxury. The one drawback was that the table in the room was wobbly- but as soon as we told the staff upon our departure they wrote it down and were intent on having it tightened. I will stick to Best Western Plus- and will definitely return to this particular one!

My kids and I stayed here overnight during our visit to Lancaster and Amish Country. This was our second visit at this hotel, after having stayed the first time in July 2015. Our spacious (and spotless) room was at the end of the hall on the second floor of the main building, and it was really quiet that night. The next morning, we got up and had a really good breakfast downstairs in the lobby area. There were plenty of hot and cold items available, and everything was well-stocked and tended to by the hotel staff. We didn't have time to enjoy either the indoor or outdoor pool (they have two pools), but we'll try to do that the next time we visit here. We will most definitely stay here again on our next visit to this beautiful area of Pennsylvania.

This property has 2 buildings. The main building is the one we prefer with inside corridors and all the amenities. The second building has outside corridors/balconies. There are 2 pools - inside in main building, outside 2nd building. Plenty of parking. Very nice rooms, good service, excellent breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. Pools and hot tub were excellent. Breakfast was good. There was alot of people at breakfast and the staff was quick to refill everything. Room was big! I was impressed with the value! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to future stays!

Excellent hotel for our stay in Lancaster Pa. Family oriented and friendly staff. Also very clean. The complimentary breakfast had everything a person would want for the 1st meal of the day - from cereal to fresh waffles! Eggs, yogurt fresh fruit, toast juice, coffee and donuts plus a homemade coffee cake. We will stay there again when we visit Lancaster.

Best Western Revere is in a good location for most of Lancaster. One of the best things about the hotel portion (There is also a motel portion separate from the main building) is that it's quiet. It is well off the main road, and there is little activity around the hotel, so quiet. There is a Comedy Playhouse that was literally about 200 feet from our room, and there were shows there two nights, and we didn't hear much, if any noise. Call out to the two ladies at breakfast, because the food was excellent. I especially liked the little extra touches, like cinnamon, powdered sugar, nuts, strawberries, and chocolate chips. They made for a tasty waffle, and you don't get that at most places. Hats off to both of you hard-working ladies, and I'm sorry I can't call you out by name. Now that breakfast area… people tend to linger in front of toasters while they wait for their bagel, or nibble on that donut while their waffle is cooking. Please, just move out of the way! The place isn't that big. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite which was great for the price. It has a small kitchenette, table and four chairs, and a sitting area, plus two separate bedrooms. The queen room was just a bed, dresser and TV. The king room had that, plus the only full bathroom. There is a half bath off the common area. The price was the driver here, but if peeling wallpaper, old tile, and somewhat dated and super uncomfortable furnishings turn you off, well… remember the price. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole room was clean, however. We used the indoor pool and it was great. The hot tub was also nice, and there are plenty of towels available. The adjacent fitness center had modern equipment (Bike, elliptical, treadmill, and a combination weight machine). All worked fine. Parking is easy too. I'll also point out that we opted out of housekeeping (A new Best Western thing), but every single one of those ladies greeted us with a smile, wished us a great day, and were just happy. One lady at the front desk, (Nidhee perhaps?) was particularly helpful, smiled, and had an awesome focus on the customer. The convenience and price of the room was great. I could stay here again!

If you are planning a trip to Paradise or Strasberg PA then you want to stay at the Best Western Plus Revere Inn & Suites.The place is clean, the pool was nice and the breakfast was very good. I found that the people are more than helpful with any of your needs.

I drove from Canada for a business and a bit for family trip, with my colleague, his wife, my 2 kids and myself (5 of us) We arrived at 3 am, we just entered to the lobby and Ken, ask "What are you doing here? " in extremely rude tone. I reply "I have a reservation", Ken ask "do you!?". Ken added "you know you have to pay?", I reply "Yes I know, that is why I make a reservation" Ken asked "for all this people?", I told him "yes, we have book two rooms" I provide my last name, he found the reservation, and cometed the process to get the room. when I got the key, I asked for his name (he didn't have a name tag), he said "Ken but I don't have to give my name to latinos" , I told him "yes, you do to any guest". He started to see me in defiantly, to avoid escalate more I just looked at other side. I feel threatened and afraid for my kids safe and mine. I wrote the review as soon as I got into my room without many details, however after I went to work and back trying to understand his attitude, I decided to complete my review with all the details. I have checked online and seems like I am not the only case, there are other reviews of staff being rude and racist, perhaps same employee because the review was just a few days ago.

This was our first stay at the Best Western, our second dining experience at the Revere Tavern which was more meaningful due to our 50 Th wedding anniversary. Our first dining experience was entitled DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH ! Our server Bonnie who i requested due to our first experience was just as gracious and accommodating if not more so for our Anniversary. The meal was fantastic, we both ordered the same seafood tower and were rewarded with a scrumptious desert and a Anniversary greeting card from the entire staff at the Tavern. This Best Western Plus Revere Inn & Suites is a must for anyone near the Lancaster area or on RT 30.

Love staying at the Revere Inn Best Western Plus. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Inside and outside pools, The Revere Tavern is a wonderful restaurant and bar. My favorite place to stay when visiting the Lancaster area.

Our stay was for a few days of leisure. It was a great choice and we will stay there again. very clean room and pleasant staff. The indoor pool is a big plus. The Revere Restaurant is just a walk away. The Hotel is close enough to everything, but far enough to be really quiet if you want to just relax.

Stayed here just for the night with 2 teenagers. We stayed in the main building Pros: -location to outlets -breakfast was ok Cons: -shower- we are 5 foot 8 inch folks. We had to bend over to wash our hair. -noise. The doors are super thin. In the hallway I could hear the conversation of others in their rooms-hairspray and what was available on the breakfast bar...just on the way to breakfast.

The Best Western in Paradise, Pa. is a very nice hotel.We have stayed there for the past 6 years when we visit Lancaster, Pa. It is located just off Route 30, the main road in Lancaster.Easy access to all points of interest. Very good Breakfast.

We recently stayed here for two nights during a quick family getaway. I had stayed here previously a few times but going back at least 5 years ago. We were happy then but guess what? absolutely nothing has been updated in 5-8 years and that is too long. We stayed in a family suite which was spacious and had two queen beds, the size was the only thing the room had going for it. The furniture was shabby, banged up and stained. One of chairs looked like it should have been at the curb. My daughters slept on the pull out sofa bed which was very uncomfortable, normally you don't expect much from a sofa bed but this one was awful. There was a spot in the ceiling from some type of damage, the a/c was loud, the closet door came off its tracks. Now onto the bathroom. The bathroom was fairly dated, the shower head was perfect if you are under 5'3 ( I'm 5'9) and I had to duck under it. The towels were dingy and there was a crack in the sink. There was also a musty odor in the bathroom as well. On a positive note, the location is very convenient, the breakfast is good with nice choices and the highlight of this hotel is the pretty outdoor pool. The pool area is nice, clean and relaxing. It's small but enjoyable. There is also a large indoor pool but we did not use that, it looks nice as well. Unfortunately after all is said and done, I believe I would look elsewhere for accommodations in this area. I'm sure there are more up to date choices for the price we paid.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were in the annex building and you can't beat the price. It was one of the cheapest rooms around, and we were pleased. It was clean, and a very easy couple minute walk to the lobby for the breakfast and indoor pool. Parking right in front of the room was nice. It was very quiet also. Both pools and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good. It offered waffles, eggs, sausage, donuts, fruit, yogurt, and some other things. It was pretty full both mornings (we got a table both days but some people had to wait around for one), but everything was well stocked The staff was friendly, but the maintenance guys were really nice. Waved and said hello when they'd go past. We had an issue with the toilet one morning and we told a maintenance man who was cleaning the pool. Told him we were heading out so no rush, but he stopped what he was doing and was going in the room as we were leaving. The location was great. We went to sight n sound, Amish farm and house, and kitchen kettle village and they were all very easy to get to. Plenty of good restaurants around too. I'm sure the rooms in the main building are a little nicer, but I would have no problem staying in the annex again (it was almost half the price) or recommending it.

We just love coming to this hotel when visiting Amish Country. Our family has stayed multiple times and we are always pleased. The rates are reasonable. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. There are regular hotel rooms and suites available. The place is quiet, clean and spacious. The breakfast each morning includes eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, pastries, fresh fruit, oatmeal, coffee, and various juices. The breakfast items are well stocked and the area is kept clean. Housekeeping did a great job. Our room was cleaned each day and plenty of towels were always supplied. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. They were always happy to supply us with tissues, toilet paper or whatever else we were running low. One day we had a clogged toilet and someone was sent up to clear it promptly. Thank you, Best Western Revere Inn for being our go-to hotel in Lancaster County. We can always count on a clean, quiet, comfortable stay.

Wonderful hotel. I can't say enough good things. Clean, accommodating, quiet and great value! I want to recommend it but I worry because I want to keep it a secret so it's always available when I want to make a trip to the area.

Room so comfortable! Bed was heavenly! Because far enough back from busy Route 30 traffic, quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel annually for a few years and never had a problem. However, this trip left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping was poor - beds were made but the bathroom wasn't cleaned and sheets were not changed. Four people stayed in the room but she consistently left only 3 towels. One morning there was no hot water and was advised the boiler went out. Comforters were icky and there was a strange odor to the room. Mattresses are springy and akin to a trampoline. I hope this place improves because we used to enjoy staying here.

Great hotel and excellent location.Upon arrival in the evening we were welcomed by Ed who worked at the front desk . Extremely helpful and friendly.We came from Buffalo N.Y. to see the live play Jesus at the Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster Pa.Ed is just as nice on the phone making our reversations as he is in person. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. They offer an indoor and outdoor pool and free breakfast. The Revere Inn offers a wonderful dining option at reasonable prices. Rooms are quiet and comfortable and reasonably priced.

My wife and I usually stay at the Best Western in Intercourse, but they were sold out the night we came to town, so we decided to stay here based on the reviews and because we're Diamond Select members. I was actually pretty disappointed in this hotel. The room wasn't bad, but it wasn't the greatest. The bathtub is very small and the air conditioning was not working properly. It did work, but it was super cold and I couldn't change the temperature back to a normal temperature. I didn't say anything to the staff since it was super late and I didn't expect the temperature to stay as low as it did. Sonny was a great guy, though. He was very pleasant and had a great attitude. Mike was really good as well. He was very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions. I would stay at this hotel again, though. Things do happen and I know that's not the norm. The value was fair and the room was clean and cozy. I just wish the air had slowed down and that we had a bigger tub. But I'm a fair traveler. I usually give a second chance to everyone. We will try this hotel again when we come back to the Lancaster area

We arrived to a friendly greeting at the front desk. Our reservation was upgraded at no additional cost. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of variety and all cooked foods were kept hot. Hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions.

We always stay with Best Western for their amenities and service. Their rooms are always clean and inviting, but this was above and beyond. We hardly ever see this type of establishment when we find a place to stay on our trips. The hotel was immaculate the grounds were inviting and the on-site restaurant was great.

My family have been coming to this Best Western since it opened & will keep coming back. The location is quiet but it is easy to travel to the sites of Lancaster County. The staff is great and will go out of their way to help you with anything that is needed. The breakfast in the morning is plentiful and the staff is always refilling the counter. Our grandchildren love both pools and the breakfast as well. In regards to the Revere Tavern whether you want a full dinner or light fare in the bar the food is well prepared and delicious. We will keep coming back!

Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious, and had a "lazy boy" type of chair. The room and bathroom were very clean upon arrival. The free breakfast had a good variety of foods. Outdoor parking was plentiful. The location is good, but there are no shops or other restaurants (other than the hotel owned) in walking distance -- you must drive for these. I would recommend staying here.

My daughter and I were attending a baby shower in the area and stayed for two nights. We were incredibly impressed with the hotel. The staff, without exception, were friendly and attentive. The whole hotel was immaculate including our very comfortable room. We loved so many little details such as USB ports in the power outlets and wonderful reading lights attached to the headboards. They also had a very well maintained pool where I spent a very relaxing afternoon. But the real star here was the included breakfast. Sandy, who keeps the food coming and the area clean was friendly and very hardworking. The offerings were varied and well prepared (cheese omelets were especially good) and well-supplied. The breakfast area was well lit and comfortable and there was a lovely al fresco patio. I really can not recommend the hotel highly enough.

This was our first time visiting this hotel, and we were impressed by the professional attention to detail displayed by the staff at the reception desk. The room we stayed in on the third floor was the largest we have ever been in. The breakfast, and the attendant, Sandy, was a GREAT way to start the day!

We stayed midweek at this location for just the one night, but wished we had planned another night there! The front desk staff were very cordial, efficient and helpful, and the housekeeping and breakfast staff do an outstanding job. I have to say that the room was way nicer than we expected, smelled fresh and was very clean. We used the pool and hot tub as well as the computer room during our stay, and everything was just great. The Revere Inn dining experience was also top notch. We ate dinner at the Inn which is very cozy and the food was wonderful. The host that evening did everything he could possibly do to make sure we had our drinks always freshened and that the meal was great. All in all, one of the best experiences we have had traveling, at a very reasonable price - we got much more than we expected and will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Hotel was excellent, breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Very good stay. We will be coming back again and again in the future. Good area to visit too. Went to Sight & Sound and also enjoyed a dinner play at the rainbow room.

We love staying at this hotel. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The restaurant on the property is very convenient and very nice. The breakfast that is included offers a wide variety of food and we enjoyed that also. We will definitely stay here again.

Although off a main road, it is set back with trees so keeps road noise down. Facility is clean and up to date. Staff are a little put offish. Add a night to our stay, got a room but had to vacate room and return after 3pm. Had they agreed to upgrade 1st 2 nights wouldn't have had to do this. Breakfast is really nice - eggs, waffles, sausage, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, juice... Employee who puts it together starts early and keeps everything full. Friendly and seems to like what she does. Has a pool and exercise room.

My husband and I have stayed here several times over the years. It is our first pick. The large, super clean rooms have always looked like no one every stayed in them. The comfy king bed with 5 pillows, a couch, recliner, desk, and sit-down vanity outside the bathroom make the stay very comfortable. The breakfast is way beyond expectations for a "continental", which is included. Our toilet handle broke and it was repaired almost immediately. The pool and hot tub are clean and wonderful.

I've reviewed this Best Western in the past a few times and I really can't come up with anything creative to say about this hotel. It's always a wonderful place to stay in paradise and the Revere Tavern is a plus if you want a delicious meal. We highly recommend it and that is probably why we can never get a room on a weekend here from April until December. It's a bargain!

We spent three nights at the hotel and enjoyed it immensely. The staff was excellent. The room was clean and large enough to be comfortable. It was quiet and we were able to sleep well. The complementary breakfast was very good offering eggs, sausage, various breads, yogurt, cereals and sweet buns. The hotel was conveniently located. We enjoyed a meal of seared salmon at the Revere Tavern. It was excellent.

This was the first vacation my husband and I had since our honeymoon, We went with my parents and sister. I love visiting Pennsylvania and enjoy it greatly. The Revere Best Western Hotel is an amazing hotel. We had a room on the first floor with a king bed. The room was really beautiful and we were highly satisfied with it. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pennsylvania. It's far enough away from the attractions so you can have peace and quiet but close enough where you can still not have to drive too far.

My husband and I went to the Sight &Sound theater for an evening show on April 4 and decided to stay close by. We chose the Best Western Plus Revere Inn since it was a few miles from our destination. The hotel is about 0.2 mile from the main highway so it was a quiet location. Check in was easy and the room was clean. There is an inside and outside pool plus a jacuzzi, which we did not use. The breakfast was typical Best Western. If we were to go back, I would stay there again.

Excellent service and great amenities and great location! The restaurant has a large variety of menu options and great service. Continental breakfast had a lot of options as well. Staff was very friendly!

We both commented on how quiet the hotel was. Very good HOT breakfast food and the staff went the extra mile in friendliness. Restful rooms and a good location close to attractions but not to close to the congestion of the tourist area.

First visit there. Had a very large, clean comfortable room at an affordable rate. Didn't use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting! The morning breakfast was great. Lots to choose from and fresh. Will definitely stay here again.

Even though it was cold outside, the pool water was warm and inviting! Game room was fun for the kids, great free breakfast ( waffles were great!) nice clean rooms and helpful staff. What more can you ask for?

This was our first time staying at this hotel, we have passed by it several times on our many trips to Lancaster. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool and spa and the continental breakfast. Another great surprise was the wonderful Revere Tavern, we loved the cozy atmosphere. Our bartender, Hunter was absolutely wonderful!!!! He made us some great cocktails!!! They had a nice variety of specialty drinks and bar fare (reasonably priced), we tried the wings and black and blue burger they both were delicious!

My wife and I were traveling to this area because we had tickets to a show at the Fulton theater in Lancaster. Although there are hotels closer, we like the Best Western and don't mind traveling to Lancaster from Paradise, PA. We have stayed at the Best Western many time before and the service is always very good, the rooms clean and they serve a great complimentary breakfast.

Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was. It was clean, attractive, and best of all, an updated and clean bathroom. Very convenient that it shares the same parking lot as the Rainbow Comedy Play House. You can enjoy relaxing and having some drinks at the play and not worry about driving any where afterwards.

We have stayed here for almost 15 years. Owner could be nicer, but property is awesome. Well kept, no riff Raff, no buses! Rooms are what you expect. Nice pool area (miss the showers!). Like the convenience of the bar/tavern at front of the property.

We have stayed at many Best Westerns. This is one of the better ones. The hotel is very clean.and in a great location, close to many amenities and food. The room has plenty of outlets for charging your things, and everything works. Lights, outlets, etc. We stayed in a standard room, but it had a nice size sitting area with a separate TV, couch and recliner. Lot's of space. It even had a little makeup area. The shower had almost instant hot water. Breakfast was more than just "continental". They had omelets, sausage/ham, fruit, and all the usual Best Western breakfast items (waffles, etc). There was no need to eat breakfast outside. I really don't have any cons, but if I had to give one, I would say the carpets and couch could use updating. Anyway, highly recommended. This was our 2nd time staying there.

The Historic Tavern Inn Restaurant on property is a lovely place to have a drink or a meal. It is a short drive to area attractions and show. This will remain our first choice of places to stay when visiting this area!

Everything was excellent. From the time we checked it, till we checked out, room was very comfortable. The bed were so comfortable and cozy, breakfast was great lots of offering. Cant wait to go back again.

The hotel was booked, so we were lucky to get rooms in the annex! Even though it wasn't in the main building, and the rooms and beds were smaller, it was very comfortable! The mattresses and pillows are the best I've ever had. The rooms were clean and quiet. Just a few steps away from the main building. Staff were courteous. We didn't use the pool, although it looked really nice. The breakfasts were terrific! Lots of variety (bagels, outmeal, waffles, eggs, omelets, sausages, etc.) and replenished when they ran out. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again if we're in the Lancaster area. It is perfectly located close to plenty of great Amish sights, which is what we were interested in.

Clean, well maintained, excellent and helpful staff, comfortable furnishings, good breakfast and perfect location for shopping and entertainment. I have been coming to the Revere Inn for over 25 years and have always been quite satisfied. The Revere Tavern has wonderful history and good food and pleasant staff. Their private rooms upstairs is our go to place to start our family Christmas vacation dinner.

Great experience for a getaway or a weeklong vacation. The place is clean, friendly, and close to shops and activities. Has a great indoor pool and a great fitness center. Price is reasonable. This is our 4th time staying here.

Front desk is freindly and helpful. Hotel is clean, nearby attractions and breakfast offered is good. We have been staying here for probably around 12 years. The Rainbow Comedy Club is where we go for our annual or somtime for our Anniverary which is located across the parking lot.Recommend to anyone.

I had a wheelchair accessible room, which was very clean, bed low enough to get in easily and a very beautiful spacious bathroom! The room was plenty spacious, even had a couch and chairs in addition to the desk area. Coffee maker in the room but the lobby has coffee 24/7 at no charge (even hot chocolate!). My only negative is the breakfast area isn't terribly accessible for a wheelchair. We were there 3 nights and the first morning took breakfast back to our room since the place was packed and there was no seating. Okay selection for breakfast, but its complimentary so not complaining. Very courteous staff. Super clean place. Wish I'd stayed here before.

Stayed here multiple days over the years on business the last stay the day before thanksgiving I found money missing from my suit case called management to inform. She said she would handle it when she returned from her thanksgiving dinner. I have not heard from any managers to this date.

The hotel lobby is clean and very nicely decorated. It has a high A-frame roof and when you walk in you feel like you are at a cozy ski lodge. It has a fireplace and 24/7 coffee, tea and hot cocoa. The room is clean and nicely decorated. It has all of the amenities you would need including a small dining table, a refrigerator and a coffee pot. The bathrooms are spotless. The beds were probably among the most comfortable of any hotel I've ever slept. The hotel has many amenities. A nice indoor pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor pool, a small gift shop, computer lounge, arcade, coin laundry, and a restaurant. They are also on the same property as a comedy club. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of food. Everything from make your own waffles to bacon and eggs or cereal. I have no complaints about this hotel. I will be back! I do want to point out a few things that may be helpful. 1. They have an outside "motel" building that is not attached to the main building. It is near the outdoor pool but the other amenities I mentioned are all inside the main building. This would probably not be an issue in the summer but in the winter it could be very cumbersome, especially if you are walking back and forth with small children or using the indoor pool. 2. There is only 1 sink in the room and it is inside where the shower/toilet is. There is a vanity area outside the bathroom. 3.There is no microwave in the rooms but there is a communal microwave in the lobby.

I really do not want to give this hotel a bad review. All was well and we enjoyed our stay until check out, even though I didn't receive the type of room I requested. What happened at check out has been weighing on my mind. I had booked the room through my union who offer discounts on travel for members. The room was charged to my credit card weeks before, but when we went to check out I was told the bill was not paid and that they needed my credit card to charge it to. I told the girl that my credit card had been charged a month ago. She said she would have to talk to the manager. After at least 15 minutes he comes out and places a paper on the counter, after some words between him, my daughter and my self, he said that he doesn't know why "YOU PEOPLE" book through places like this, we thought you were traveling from Spain, that is the address we were given, I've been trying to charge the credit card and finally got them to pay except for some of the taxes. I said that I had booked through my Union(A larger respectable, well known union in our state) and I had no way of knowing that it was a third party doing the booking for the union. I offered to pay the extra charge for the "taxes" and he said not to worry about it. I realize that the whole incident wasn't the totally the manager's fault, however, I feel it could have been handled differently than making us stand in the lobby for all to hear what was going on. In the beginning it felt like we were being treated like criminals. I very rarely travel, due to being a caregiver. Lancaster is one of my favorite places to visit, much to see and do, however, I will not stay at the Revere Inn and Suites again in the future. This was my second or third time we stayed here but not again.

This hotel is worth the trip. While I came for business, I would select this hotel for personal holidays. The accommodations are fresh, clean and welcoming. We stayed in the main building where we entered into a spotless lobby and friendly associates. There is a small market where one can buy refreshments and small gifts. They also have an indoor pool, spa, workout room and computer lounge.

We stayed here in the summer and decided to come back for a long weekend. As usual everything was wonderful. The staff always friendly and remembered us from the summer. Kirsten & Ed are always helpful and friendly. We stayed in your Handicapped accessible room and it was great with a walk in shower. Perfect for my husband who uses a walker. The only downside are the pillows/mattresses, they could use some upgrading. We will definitely stay here again.

We have been staying here since the hotel opened and have always come back. We are treated like friends and love the location because it is easy to get around to the many attractions but it is also a bit more quiet in the area. Our family loves it here especially the grandchildren, they think the pool is great!

Perfect getaway. Very relaxing. Not far from several businesses and attractions. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean. Pool and hot tub was great. The bed was comfortable and great sleep. Would definitely not only return but refer to anyone.

We have been going here once or twice a year for at least ten years. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, particularly the family rooms, and the service is great. The breakfast is probably above average for this type of hotel restaurant. The location is absolutely the best, beyond the hustle and bustle of Route 30 closer in to Lancaster, but not really far away. We love the way it's set back from the road and the property is nice. We didn't have the grandkids with us this time, but they love it here, too.

My Wife and I have stayed multiple times over the last five years in this Best Western. We have always been satisfied with all aspects of the establishment.. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is always enjoyable.

Rooms are very nice. Not worth the exorbitant price, but nice. The breakfast area is extremely crowded with not nearly enough seating. Nice breakfast selections if you can get through the crowded area where food is located and then are lucky enough to find a vacant table.

Greatest place to stay with a great staff also!!great breakfast and also the adjoing restaurant is the best.a great indoor pool and fast internet, staff is willing to help or lend a hand whenever possible. We stay here every time we come in the Lancaster area.

We slept better here than any place else in a 3 week trip. The hotel is set well back from the noisy highway and everything works. The bed, bedding, pillows, shower, towels, all work great. Would give them a 6 for sleep quality if I could. The "free" breakfast was a touch above average with better variety and selection, and the eating area is cheerful on a sunny day. Staff members are all pleasant and helpful. We extended a 1 night stay into 2 nights and we had to change rooms, but they had a nicer location ready for us to drop luggage in by the time we finished breakfast.

I reviewed this in 2011 and have come back several times since and wanted to write another review to explain the things I like best. First the staff is very welcoming. Second each room in the main building has a recliner chair which is the most important thing my husband needs when we travel ( usually you can't even find a comfortable padded chair in most hotels) Third they have not gone to puffy comforters on the bed which are always too hot and too heavy. So many hotels think they need a duvet to be "upscale" but it means I have to carry a thin blanket with me when I travel and I know I don't need one at the Revere. Fourth: 3 newspapers, lots of info on local attractions and good breakfasts. Fifth Handy to Sight and Sound Theater and American Music Theater.

rooms clean, breakfast good, staff very friendly and helpful. we found the staff to be smiling and pleasant. The desk clerks cheerful and helpful in getting us the type room we desired. The beds were very comfortable.

The motel exceeded our expectations. It has indoor pool and a restaurant on the premises which is serves great food and is steeped in history. There is also a tavern connected to the restaurant. And you're a few miles from shopping,attractions and restaurants. Oh and the rooms are spacious and comfortable!

We stay at the Revere Hotel in Paradise, PA every year (past 12 years) when we visit Paradise. Our stay at the Revere has always been a pleasurable experience. Clean rooms, great lobby and we always enjoy the breakfast. We'll be back next year. We also enjoy the atmosphere at the Revere Tavern!

I highly recommend this Best Western. We have stayed him several times and will return again. Very good breakfast. A little crowded when we ate. It was very quiet and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and when Imade the reservations.

Was very pleased with our recent stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good with a decent selection. The indoor pool and hot tub area was clean and we enjoyed both during our stay. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The hotel was in an excellent location for the attractions we were going to see. Sight and Sound Theater and Kitchen Kettle Village. It offered the Revere Tavern and Lounge. The food at The Revere is excellent. The breakfast buffet in the hotel is very good.

Booked on line and no problems with a late check in. Stayed in building by outside pool. Clean and quiet. Beds were a little soft but comfortable. Breakfast was a full hot and cold breakfast. Food was good. Good price for the money. I would stay hear again when in town.

This was a great hotel to stay while attending the Site & Sound theater. We visited various Amish sites in and around Lancaster. The room was very clean and roomy. The bathroom was great & appeared recently updated .

Staff very helpful and the room was great. Loved the dining. Next trip would like to go to the comedy club. Went to the Bird in Hand Farmers market and a few other shops had a great getaway. Enjoyed the buggys and the country feel. Great place to visit

Great Hotel, convenient to everything in the area, good choice for the money. The Paul Revere Tavern in front is a great dining spot. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. We have certain "needs" they accomodate very well without question!

Over the years I have stayed at this hotel many many times. It has everything you can need and the price is great. It located down the street from many great shops. The restuarant out front has the best food. There is even a comedy show right in the same lot as the hotel so you don't have to go to far

Stayed in the Old Revere Building Suite 105. The room has a lounge area with a sofa, chairs, TV and a toilet with sink in a seperate area. The Bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with a two person jacuzzi in it. There is a separate sink and then a bathroom with a stand up shower in it. There is also a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. Overall our stay was GREAT and the STAFF and RESTAURANT were incredible. Order the PRIME RIB you will not go wrong with that choice.

This is where we always stay every time we come to this neck of the woods! It is a great hotel...clean and friendly staff! Love the hot tub and pool...it is always clean and there are towels a plenty! Great free continental breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate! Close to attractions but not to close so it's noisy! Highly recommend!

We selected this hotel as it was away from the Interstate in an Amish area and we are Best Western Rewards customer. We were in the annex building which is quite old but well kept and clean. Short walk to the main building for breakfast. We ate at the highly rated Historic Revere Tavern which is part of the hotel. Excellent dinner and visited the bar another night and it was delightful. Hotel was so convent to all the venues we visited.

We thoroughly enjoy our trips to Lancaster and always want to stay at the Best Western Revere Inn. Thankfully this trip we were able to stay 2 nights there and the staff, decor, breakfast and location all met the highest expectations!! As always excellent Job!

A great little gem easily accessible to Lancaster and the all the favorite tourist spots in the area. We even traveled to Columbia, Mt. Joy and Peachbottom. Pool, spa and fitness center a plus. Hotel staff extremely helpful.

The beds at this hotel are deplorable! If you are over 40 years old, you should reconsider staying here. My friend and I stayed for two nights while visiting the local attractions. I could have chosen a cheaper hotel, but I figured that I should spend a little more in order to insure a good nights sleep. The beds are low to the floor like they were in the 80's, the mattress is so thin and bouncy. At $173.76 per night with taxes, they could at least provide a quality mattress. I was up half of the night trying to find comfort and the next day could barely move! The rest of the hotel accommodations are very nice, it's a shame that they have not invested in the right bedding. For this reason I will not be able to stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel away from traffic. It is well maintained and attractive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area. This was our first visit to this best western and we will return here again

Hotel was clean, lobby could use wall paper rehung as it is peeling, breakfast was pretty good although it in my opinion not up to par with other best westerns, room was fairly comfortable bed a little hard in my opinion and toilet way to close to the floor. staff was excellent especially sonny, pool seemed a little cool for my taste however i only really wanted to use hot tub and for me parents need to control their young children and keep them from hot tub as it is not recommended for them and can be damaging to them. Overall it is a place that I would recommend and revisit, however not before I explore other places first

Very nice gentleman at check in, room clean. We were in a building towards the back...Very quiet. Having stayed at many Best Westerns, they all look the same after a while. I found the breakfast area big but everything was all over the place.

Rooms are always clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable , close to all the attractions but far enough away that you are out of the high traffic tourist area. Has a very nice restaurant in front of the hotel, snack/beverage/gift area in lobby. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel is very quiet at night and the parking lot is well lit. I have been staying here for about 18 years and the rooms are updated regularly.

We stayed for 2 nights. Easy check in and out. Nice room. My kids loved the pool and afternoon cookies and lemonade. Breakfast was ok (stale croissants both mornings but other offerings were available). Would stay again.

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel employees at the desk and the ones who cleans and who fixed the breakfast was great. We will certainly always stay here when we visit Sight and Sound.

I, once again, had the pleasure to stay at this hotel while visiting Lancaster. The outside pool was so enjoyable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is immaculate. There is also a new seating area outside where I was able to have breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is just off US Route 30. Not too visible from the highway. Watch for signs. Continental Breakfast. We ate dinner at the Revere Inn - you can walk there. New England atmosphere. Service and dinner was excellent.

My family stayed here two nights during our visit to the Pennsylvania Dutch country. This was exactly the type of hotel - in a good location - we expected. Our room was very clean and in good order, and cleaned well while we were there. Breakfast was a little hectic, but the staff was hustling as fast as they could to keep everything stocked. Parking was easy. From this location, it was easy to get to Bird in Hand, Intercourse, and anywhere else we wanted to explore.

This was such a great find . We were stopping in Lancaster for an overnight before heading to Hershey. I saw this hotel driving thru on my way to Lancaster . It was outstanding value for a hotel . The price was great , good accommodation traveling with my kids & disables mom . They upgraded her to a handicapped room free of charge . The staff is excellent (especially everyone running the over abundant breakfast. )They had everything imaginable st this breakfast for free !! If they didn't they would have probably got it for you . It's got two pools inside & out . It's 5 minute drive to everything without staying or paying for the convenience of being in the middle of the chaos ( outlets / Dutch Wonderland etc ) Great restaurant on premise too ! Highly recommended, definitely going back !!

Arrive in the late afternoon and was tired, on the counter was a full lemonade cold & wet with cookies. The check in was a breeze & the rest was, well it was great!! The location of the hotel was great, not far from anything or anywhere.

This was a great location. Close to all the touristy stuff but just outside of the traffic and craziness. The hotel pools were great, both inside and outside. Nice breakfast, decent rooms. Excellent restaurant and bar. I would go back.

Wonderful rooms, and hosts at the Revere. Comfortable clean rooms. We have not been disappointed and we have stayed here year after year. They have entertainment close by with the Rainbow Dinner Theatre in the same parking lot. We always see a show when in town. The Restaurant and bar is always a plus- great food and spirts with a wonderful atmosphere. Again, it would not be a stay without a nightcap at the historic bar! A perfect place to stay in Lancaster. We always select the Best Western Plus Revere Inn & Suites. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience. My church hosted a family retreat there. The location was great and near to the sight and sound theater. The room were very spacious and comfortable. The two pools, indoor and outdoor, helped kids have fun all the time! We will be going back.

We have been coming to this hotel for 3 years and this time was not good. We booked this online as we usually do but this time was different. We always stayed in the main building but this time we were put in the annex. The annex is old, musty and moldy building which triggered my wife's mold allergy. We told the manager and he told us that we could move up to the main building for $30.00 more a night! So much for being a Best Western rewards member. And we couldn't move until the following day. We were told that since we paid the lowest rate, they sent us to the annex. We have always paid the low rate and never stayed in the annex! That was just the beginning. I am diabetic so my choices are limited when it comes to food. One of the reasons why we stay at BW is for the free breakfast. Well, there was no bread (white or whole wheat)! No english muffins, as a matter of fact, no muffins at all! No fresh fruit! No silverware! I had Cheerios and sausage for breakfast. In the past, there was always bread, always fruit, always muffins and silverware. In 3 short years, this place has gone down hill fast! If you are staying here, I suggest you call to make reservations and tell them you want to be in the main building and not the annex. Hopefully if they read this, they will get breakfast back the way it used to be.

so we booked a 4 night stay in the annex and when arrived we were very shocked at its appearance. STAY AWAY FROM THE ANNEX! upgraded to a suite and it was fantastic . great breakfast. wings at the tavern were AMAZING .. get them well done .Staff was really nice and accommodating to all the changes. pools nice too. for the money it was worth it .

we stayed Aug 12 -16 2018 my daughter,my 2 grandaughters and myself ! The front desk staff makes you feel right at home Renee in the morning and Sonny at nite he also makes the most beautiful magnets u can buy in the gift shop! The breakfast staff is amazing especially ed and ben ! My 4 year old has sensory issues and doesnt like stangers talking to her or touching her but ben was so wonderful with her got her to talk to him he was so good with her she couldn't wait to go to breakfast and see him and on last day she told him she would come back next year and see him gave him a hug and had her picture taken with him ! I cant thank him enough for being so kind ! If you get lucky enough to stay on first floor hopefully you get Val in housekeeping she is so sweet ! Overall was a wonderful stay ,food delicous especially belgium waffles ,pool was wonderful too,comfortable beds and pillows only complaint is the recliner in room was old and uncomfortable hopefully Bw can update them before we visit again ! Thank You Best Western Revere for a Wonderful time !

We stayed here once before back in 2016. This time we stayed in one of the Family Suites. Definitely worth it! The room was huge and well maintained! The staff is super friendly especially Kirsten & Ed. As far as anything negative, the mattresses and pillows could use some updating as they were a bit soft. Overall, We had a wonderful time and I would definitely stay there again.

Great - except for only staffed by one person during the night. If you have a problem, call 911! I tried calling the front desk @3 am and was put on hold. Tried calling for 15 minutes, so I eventually just called 911!

Hotel was big and very clean. The room has a vanity with lights. My daughter loved that she had a place to sit and put her makeup on. This is the first hotel we have stayed at that had a vanity. The continental breakfast was good, although the seating area to eat was very cramped.

It has been a few years since we were there last...Once we arrived it was Great all over again...The same staff that is still going strong along with some new faces that are carrying the torch of excellence, caring, class and enthusiasm...Breakfast was all good, the rooms all good and clean, the pools, outdoor and indoor all well taken care of and clean, the house staff was very accommodating and polite...It still is and will be our main stay...However because it's so good it is getting tougher to make reservations...I remember when at the spur of the moment you could get your room for your days...Will be going back in the fall and can't wait, we are all excited to be getting back there...

The room was nicely priced for the area. They have two pools which are maintained well. The breakfast was good. They have a small exercise room with some machines. This hotel is situated on the main highway but is close enough to get all the sights and shopping in lancaster.

This place was better than expected. Clean, comfortable room, indoor and outdoor pool, extravagant restaurant next door with a cozy rustic bar. I recommend this place for couples and families. I plan on returning!

all staff were very friendly, easily approachable, and willing to accomodate any issues. Check in and check out was easy. The pool and hot tub always make a long day enjoyable to end the night. I have been staying here for 5 plus years and will continue to make this my hotel of choice!

We regularly stay at Best Western Revere when we go to PA. They have both indoor/outdoor pool, separate annex building and it is in close to a rural setting. You don't hear the traffic on Route 30 and you see beautiful landscaping.

There really are some good things about this hotel. The 2 best things being the friendliness of staff, and the breakfast offered. In my opinion, the issues drown out all that is good though. In my opinion, the place really needs a renovation. The carpet in the room was stained, and both my daughter and myself had difficulty breathing unless the air was on (bringing in fresh air from outside). I am not sure if it was the dust in the room or mildew/something else in the carpet. Either way I had to cut my trip short because we couldnt breath in the room. In addition, I felt the beds were lumpy and the outside pool was very small and was not maintained to my satisfaction. Throw it all together and you get a 2 out of 5 star rating.

We were on our way to Rochester (after a visit to Gettysburg) and wanted to stop in Amish Country for a little sightseeing. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast for a decent price. Thanks!

We found our room to be perfect as my husband only can only sleep in a recliner or couch...and he had both. We've gone away before and he has sleepless nights, not so at the Best Western. I hope to come back here or will look for Best Western wherever we go.

Best Western Inn is in the middle of Lancaster so it is an ideal location if you are sightseeing. The people who welcomed us at the front desk where very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed their hot breakfast which included fresh waffels, omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and more. We used their exercise room. indoor pool and hot tub. We will return next time in the area.

This was our third multi night stay here and we continue to be impressed. Clean, large rooms, extremely friendly helpful staff and easy access to everything in the area makes this the place to stay. This time we were able to use the outdoor pool, which was a nice surprise.

I don't know about all of these ‘rave reviews', but I did not find this hotel or our room to be as great as people have claimed. I woke up the next morning with what looked like bug bites on my right arm. I should have known something was up when I was itching and scratching during the night. I can only hope they were not bed bugs, I had to go home and launder all my clothes and I had to leave my suitcase and belongings in my garage. Never again.

Great hotel not so hidden gem anymore as word has got out of the awesome pool, jacuzzi and clean rooms with tasty free breakfast all at a great price. Fast friendly service and great location near everything and sprawling grounds well maintained and beautiful. Our go to place when visiting Lamcaster our piece of Paradise in paradise Pennsylvania.

I could not have been happier with this hotel. Very charming, clean, and comfortable. Loved everything about it! The location was perfect for seeing the best that the Lancaster area can offer. Less than 5 minutes from the Strasburg train station, Amish farm markets, Amish buggy rides, and the hotel is surrounded by beautiful farm landscapes. We tried take-out at the Revere Tavern...it was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel! Can't wait to get back up there!

We enjoy staying at this particular hotel because we love the Amish countryside and the made from scratch food that we have enjoyed for years, because in the last few years they have been very hospitable toward us and have gone out of their way for us when we did some shopping.

Nice hotel. Super easy check in. Bed was comfortable. Room was a great size. Breakfast was good for being included (eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, juice, coffee, ect.) Close to the outlets, American Music Theater, and other points of interest. Biggest complaint is that there is only one elevator, so allow for a little extra time if arriving right at check in time.

The nicest Best Western we have stayed in. Nice location, quiet grounds for walking. The Restaurant is excellent. This hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. Will definitely recommend this hotel as it is suitable for all ages. Breakfast is good at this hotel.

Hotel had a great location, right off of US 30/Lincoln Highway/"main drag." Staff at check in were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Lobby is comfortable and cozy. Indoor pool and hot tub were great. We did not try outdoor pool. We stayed in the "annex" building of this hotel, and it was very quiet. Room was a good size and comfortable. I don't eat breakfast, but my husband and son raved about the donuts at the hotel's complimentary breakfast. I am guessing maybe they get them from a local bakery. We would definitely stay here on another trip to the Lancaster area.

My family and I stayed here this past weekend and had a pleasant stay. Property is right on Lincoln Highway, well-kept grounds, with 2 pools. Hotel is well managed. Every single employee we came in contact with had a smile and willing to help in any way they can. After checking in, we realized the milk we bought for my 2 years old had spoiled, I went to the front desk trying to find out the nearest place where I can buy milk, Daniele gave me a cup of milk otherwise I would have had to go drive around looking for milk. Daniele really stood out with her customer service skills. This is the best experience we've had at a Best Western in a long while. Rooms are spacious and clean, plenty of parking, delicious breakfast offering. Will stay again.

The place was clean and well maintained, but they need to replace the mattresses. I thought I was going to roll off the bed all night long. We had a connecting room with relatives and that was really nice. Nice balcony and they provide free breakfast.

Stayed in the "motel" section of the facility. Room was clean, well kept. Everything worked. Felt safe which is imp't as single woman traveling alone. Breakfast service was excellent quality. Staff at registration was most cooperative, etc. Price was more than reasonable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Delightful! Sonny and Mike at the front desk were wonderful! I had a queen size bed and it was comfortable and the pillows were also. The room was spacious with a sofa, reclining chair and another chair. A blanket in the closet was quite cozy! the breakfast was very nice and the attendant was quite attentive. The location was real good and the parking lot was well lite. I was in the area for a concert at the American Music Theater and this location was convenient. I take some of the back roads to avoid the traffic on Rt.#30. The housekeeping staff were really nice! Perfect! I will be staying here again!

We stayed in a King room and were so surprised at the layout of the room when we opened the door. Happily surprised. We had a living room with a couch, recliner and 2nd television. It was almost as if we got a suite upgrade but nothing was said to us that we were upgraded so I am assuming the King rooms have this living room area. It worked great for us, as we were traveling with another couple and we had this area to meet and have drinks or snacks before venturing out places. The room was clean and quiet. We were on the third floor. The free breakfast was delicious and offered many choices. The free coffee in the lobby 24/7 was also superb. We would definitely stay here again on future trips. All personnel were friendly and warm and attentive.

We picked as it was close to Sight and Sound Theater. You can take back roads to the theater and avoid most traffic. Do it right and you will come out at the light right at the theater.. We had a king room in the main building and it was comfortable. We did have to keep the A/C turned way down as it did not seem to work properly. (Room 238). All the people were very friendly. Breakfast was fine for a continental and plenty sufficient to avoid stopping for breakfast someplace else. Would definitely stay again.

We love celebrating your anniversary at the 1790 house each year! The street noise can be bothersome but is worth taking ear plugs to sleep. We love the European air tub and the cozy atmosphere these rooms offer! Brenda at the front desk is always welcoming, professional and accommodating!

We found the Best Western Revere Inn & Suites to be well run, comfortable with good amenities and a good value. Our room included a full breakfast. The hotel's restaurant is good, too. I would stay here again.

We've stayed at this hotel before, and the rooms and service have always been great. The rooms in the main hotel building are spacious, and they have plenty of lighting. We were a bit disappointed this visit with the breakfast. We stayed during a weekend, and it was definitely a busy one. Unfortunately, there was very limited seating in the lobby to eat breakfast, and the food is put out in a very cramped spot, so it was impossible to get any food without stepping on toes and bumping people. The staff was always trying to keep the foods hot and fresh, but they had a difficult time with the amount of people. The food itself was pretty good, but a few more options would have been nice. Overall it's a great hotel, we've always been happy with the accommodations and the staff, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

Very clean, modern hotel with all the expected amenities. A little further away from many of our favorite Lancaster activities, but quiet and with less traffic, The breakfast buffet is adequate, but gets crowded quickly. Plan to eat towards the earlier hours, or you will be jostled while getting your food, and taking your tray back to your room in order to find a seat. Staff seems genuine and warm.

I stay at this hotel every visit to PA - have always enjoy and find it to be a very clean, close to everything and just a very pleasant place to be - will continue to stay here - the group I brought also found it very nice and they will visit here again

I brought a group in to the hotel and also the dinner theater. Had dinner Saturday night at the tavern. All could not have been nicer and all were very professional. Comedy dinner theater was great, and overall wonderful experience all the way around.

We stayed at the Best Western Revere for a girls weekend and a visit to Sight & Sound. I was very convenient to get to Sight & Sound and the route has no traffic! The property was very nice. Many choices at breakfast and the Revere Tavern Restaurant is very nice!

My wife and I are in Lancaster six times through the year on business and we stay here as many times as we can, sometimes they are booked up for the dates that we need. It is always pleasant staying here and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend staying here when you can.

It's a nice place to stay. easy commute to shows and restaurants. has an indoor pool. No bar so bring your own, ample parking. breakfast is OK. rooms are clean. nice lobby with fireplace and coffee. I will be back in November

We stayed with our children and grandchildren 2 nights at this hotel. We had 2 adjoining rooms which made it very easy on us. Great location...we were only 2 miles from the Amish Experience and the Sight and Sound. Hotel was easy to find and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff kept up with the demand. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

This hotel, to Ben and Mrs Too, exemplifies perfectly the maintenance of colonial charm while incorporating state of the art services and facilities. From the original stagecoach inn to the modern motel lobby and breakfast room is a seamless transition and the property is kept in pristine condition. Rooms are expansive, bedding is top drawer, and the staff are exceptional. We have been trying to recall just how many times we have overnighted here, and can count at least six, but feel we have lost track of one or two more. In any case, we are treated like family here. The property is located right along US route 30, which traverses not only Lancaster City, but the whole county, and carries a surprising amount of interstate travel and transport. After some reworking of traffic in recent years noise is not an issue and a very good night's sleep awaits guests. A room will run one some $140.00 per night. Virtually all venues sought by tourists are easily reached from US30, so that Revere Inn is a fine base for visiting all restaurants, theaters, and the many attractions in Amish country.

For me what makes a trip is a Pool. But when You add a Hot Tub into it well that makes it truly great. Followed with a great wholesome and good breakfast, You cant beat. And the Revere Resturant is very good food but a little bit pricy. But over all Good job.

Our stay was very good. The breakfast was good for our group before our adventures each day. We only slept and had breakfast here but it was nice. Some of the staff went the extra step to help our senior adults and it was certainly appreciated.

We stay here at least twice a year. The rooms are comfortable and inexpensive. A nice breakfast is included and the restaurant, The Historic Revere Tavern is right next door. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Best Western Revere Inn was an excellent choice. I recommend the tavern for dinners. It was not only historically significant, the dinner was amazing. The Hotel and property were very clean, tidy and met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. They don't call it paradise for no reason other than it truly is!

We stayed for one night after celebrating our wedding anniversary dinner at the Historic Revere Tavern, which is next to the Best Western Plus. We were greeted with friendly staff, check in and check out was easy and quick, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good and tasty. Overall a pleasant experience.

We recently stayed here from 3/30/18-4/1/18. We were originally booked til 4/2/18, Due to the impending snow we decided to depart on 4/1/18. We paid cash upon arrival for the entire stay, as we normally do. We were absolutely shocked and disappointed when the clerk said the owner would not refund our money for the unused night's stay. The clerk advised us that the owner refused to give us a refund of any sort due to and I quote"it's sunny here now." We are BW Platinum rewards members, too. Even after contacting rewards they said it was up to the discretion of the owner regarding whether she would refund or compensate us for our early departure due to upcoming weather conditions. Well I say to the owner as well as the rewards rep.- where is the old saying "the customer is always right?" While we were there my son's college already posted a warning regarding delayed opening due to weather conditions- the college is in a nearby area. I would much like to speak to the owner myself- I don't feel that the front desk clerk, Mike conveyed my situation correctly to her. I'm more than disappointed and angry to say the least that Mike wouldn't allow me to speak with the owner directly. We've been patrons of this property for many,many years and feel that we weren't treated properly. If I don't at least get a phone call from said owner, my family and I will find other accommodations while in the area, which is several times over year.

My family and I occupied 2-rooms the night of March 3rd - refugees from the 3rd worst storm in PECO history - home left without power for 4-days. Primarily interested in a warm place to sleep and take a shower. Place was warm, but there was no hot water at 7:00 AM the next morning. Got the usual drivel about something unexpectedly being broken, but the simple fact was that the hot water system was inadequate for the people-load, as the water was starting to warm up by checkout time, 90-minutes later

Nice place to stay while staying in Lancaster. Close to shopping, but far enough away from all the crazy traffic. Good breakfast in the morning. Room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. We will stay there again.

Well, there is nothing I can say but another great stay. We stay here 3 times a year. We are always happy here. Rooms are always very clean. They are modern. Full breakfast at their continental breakfast. We always stay in the main building. Sometimes the regular queen rooms, sometimes the 2 bedroom suite. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This is one of the best budget friendly hotels in Lancaster. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Nice two bedroom suite for the same price as regular rooms at other hotels near the outlets and was less than a 10 minute drive straight down the road. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Lancaster.

Fantastic hotel experience. Very clean, modern, spacious, perfect location and friendly staff. My father and I stayed for 4 nights in a two bedroom unit. This unit provided us with the privacy we both needed with 1.5 bathrooms, a separate living room kitchen area and a great gas fireplace. I loved the comfort it provided. The breakfast included didn't vary from one day to the next and some variety would have been nice but by no means would this deter me from the property. The one issue I had with the hotel is related to their check out billing process. I am incredibly frustrated and it still irks me that a hotel that has so much to offer truly lost my respect upon checking out. Upon arriving, I indicated that my father and I each wanted to use our own personal credit cards to split the cost of the stay. At check in, I was told they could only take one credit card number but that at check out we could pay with two different cards; however, at check out we were informed that they could not use two cards. Now this presented a couple of issues. 1. What if I didn't have enough credit to cover all four nights on my card? Since we anticipated splitting the cost, it is reasonable to be in a position that we could have not had enough credit on either card to foot the full cost, what would they do at that point? 2. We each wanted to earn points on our credit card for the purchase, now one of us had to forfeit the benefit of adding points to our credit card rewards program. No solution or work around was offered. We were simply told, our computer can't do this. I find it impossible to accept that the hotel can't process one credit card for $300.00 and the next credit card for$300. 00 to pay the room cost off in full. This seems to be an outright fallacy. I tried to resolve this billing issue at the hotel but to no avail. I truly believe that the hotel just did not want to make two charges, they assumed I would just accept their false starement. Sadly I walked away from what would have been a top notch stay with a bitter after taste. Very sad, very very sad.

Because of a squabble with Best Western corporate, we have not stayed at a Best Western for years. That said, as time approached for another trip to Lancaster to see a dinner show, we missed the wonderful food and service at the Historic Revere Tavern and Inn so much that we, if not fully buried the hatchet, at least put it away for a night. We were greeted warmly and quickly checked into Room 139, which was a fine room by any measure. Although Ben will probably never get entirely comfortable with this fad for little cube-shaped pillows, he was amazed at what a wonderful night's sleep he enjoyed. Mrs Too was impressed with the printed instructions for operating the in-room coffee maker, all of which seem to work differently these days. What really took our breath away was the fabulous breakfast buffet, which the hotel modestly calls a continental breakfast. Cereal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, caterer grade pastries, fresh fruit, it was all there, in plentiful supply and absolutely fresh tasting. We left with a warm feeling on a frigid morning.

We had points for a free night and this is the most horrible Best Western we stayed at. First, we checked in and the gentleman never said hi and never recognized that we were Best Western members. Second, housekeeping was not the best. On the second day we left our room from 1030-130p and arrived back and housekeeper said “we have a policy to do the discharges first and I haven't gotten to your room yet”. We waited over an hour to get into our room and she finished doing the discharge rooms prior to getting to our room (which was the last room for her to do). Thirdly, breakfast is horrible. They put out the food and by the end of the time period if you aren't there you don't get plates, silverware, yogurt and hot meal item. Trash is overflowing and the employee stands around talking with the maintenance man. The room is clean but very warn. I would definitely recommend Country Inn and Suites, Amish View or Steamboat: all better accommodations, nice indoor pool and nicer breakfast and staff. Don't waste your time or money at this Best Western.

The service is always friendly and the room is always clean. It's great to have complimentary bottles of water and though we've never used it, there is a discount for the restaurant/tavern next door. The indoor pool and surrounding area is always clean and hot tub is, too. A nice complimentary breakfast greets you in the morning, though we save room for a trip to a local bakery... what can I say? This is Lancaster Co. PA!

We have stayed at this hotel for years and it only improves with time. We have never had a problem. Its perfect for our family of 6, because they offer a family suite and a large, delicious continental breakfast. Great value!

We always travel to Paradise, PA for the New Year's Eve party every year. This year was better than ever! The hotel is always super clean. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with more choices (scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, waffles, and much, much more! The staff was constantly refilling items that got low. It was the best!

Very nice place to stay while in Lancaster. My family and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The hotel is centrally located and close to many popular shops and eateries. The hotel is very well run. Nice rooms and amenities.

When our travels take us to this region, The BW Revere is one of our top picks. We've stayed several times in the past and have always been favorably impressed by the staff, facilities and convenience of the hotel. This time was no exception. We always find clean rooms, a comfortable bed and pleasant atmosphere. One of the great points of this hotel is its pool. It's big, it's well maintained and it's never terribly crowded. It also has deep hot tub, which is my favorite thing after a day of travel. One other item to note is that over the years there have been a few variations in what they serve for the breakfast (included) The last trip, they had pre-made, high-quality breakfast sandwiches. This year, there were freshly cooked scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage among the offerings. I suppose there are economic reasons for the change; but the variety is nice. This will continue to be a favorite for us.

We came to Lancaster with 2 children and 3 grandchildren for a show at Sight and Sound, an easy 12 minutes away. Stayed 1 night. Kids enjoyed indoor pool. All were impressed with rooms, beds and breakfast choices and quality. This will be our Lancaster lodging choice for future S&S shows. Great facilities, service and value!

The front desk was excellent. As our kids always say we are hard to buy for so knowing we were going to Sight & Sound they wanted to pay for our hotel stay. They spoke to the front desk and made the arrangements. As we were checking out they explained our stay was paid for and wished us a Merry Christmas. Thank you for making our stay extra special,

very nice stay, usually a nice mea lat the restaurant but it was a Tuesday night and I don't think the main chef was working. Meal was ok but nothing great. We have had much better here in the past. The hotel is very good, clean , neat, and breakfast is better than most.

Revere Inn is a clean comfortable place to stay while visiting Lancaster. Love the hot tub and pool after a long day of walking and shopping. The included breakfast was wonderful and starts so nice and early 7:00am just the right time for coffee. Overall a good value and a pleasant clean family atmosphere. We will return when visiting Lancaster

From the moment we entered until we pulled out of the parking lot was a enjoyable top notch experience. The check-in, the room and its amenities, the breakfast bar, the external appearance of the hotel, the perfect location, etc, etc, etc. could not have been better. You will not be disappointed.

Rooms are dreary and furniture is old especially in the sitting area of the room. Hallway carpeting needs to be cleaned or changed. I stayed one night instead of 2 and left for a much better hotel for only $20.00 more a night.

Stayed for two nights and we found the place to be so comfortable and inviting. Our room was spacious with a king size bed and a sitting area, and the entire place was spotless. The bathroom looks almost new and again so clean. The staff was friendly, especially in the evening when we returned, like someone welcoming you home. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of items to choose from, always being replenished, with friendly staff there too. It was just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go.. Would stay here again when in the area.
