I loved the room and facilities, clean and well thought through. We were here for a business conference. The pool area is very nice, with a great water spray park and ship playground for little kids. The chocolates they give you at check-in are very tasty. And the Sheets convenience store in the parking lot is excellent also. Outstanding.

the entire staff - front desk, restaurant and bartender made us feel like family. best time ever!!! we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and received chocolate pretzels and treats as a gift. it was the best weekend i can remember in a long time. we are going back in the spring and summer vacation with the rest of family.

I love staying at the Eden Resort when I go to the outlets in Lancaster. Its away from the traffic and the food at Garfield's is so good? They really give you a lot of food for the price! They also have very nice suites and things to do for your kids also. The staff is always friendly.I have been staying here for years and never had a problem! I can't wait to get some more chilli from Garfields!

We stay here ever year & its always a great stay. The service is great, the indoor pool is heated salt water, the outdoor pool was also still,open, & it was 85 degrees out so we were able to use it. Staff is friendly. Never any problems when we say here.

I attended a retreat! The loft was beyond my expectations. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms were great. Room service was professional and quick. The restaurants had good food. I will definitely return and recommend.

My wife and I spent a wonderful anniversary weekend at the Eden Resort. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was also great as it was right off of the highway which made it easier to explore the rest of the surrounding areas (Leola, Bird In Hand, etc.) We hope to stay here again in the future.

My wife and I stayed with family visiting from Germany. The German family found hair in the corners of their bathroom and the toilet functioning poorly. Both of us found the beds so close to the window curtains/wall as to be very difficult to get into and out of the bed (see pictures added). At 4:45 AM a diesel truck started up just outside our windows and after 10 minutes I called to see if something couldn't be done. The desk was very unfriendly, stating, "they are warming it up". Well, it was 60 degrees out and they "warmed it up for 20 minutes"! Didn't think I was staying at a truck stop. At breakfast we found the buffet stone cold. This is no exaggeration.

We got the villas, great location by the pool and outdoor activities. Right of the highway and very clean and modern facility. The staff is very helpful and the kids love it. Pool outside and inside. Recommended for family with young kids, not an ideal location for a romantic getaway.

Michael Ritter of the sales team is excellent at his job. The property sells itself but Michael encourages you to visit the property by telling customers about their fabulous amenities like the wonderful Sunday brunch, lovely atrium and spacious meeting rooms. His team is great! The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful! Don't hesitate to visit!

The whole place was great. Check in was speedy. Claire was awesome?? we had a 3 bed suite type deal. It was definitely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The grounds were full of things I didn't have time to do but if I'm in town again I'll definitely stay here 10 outta 5 stars lol.

Eden Resort is a very large hotel complex with many different wings. The rooms are comfortable but the bathrooms are on the small side. We had a few problems after we checked in (the tv remote did not work, the in room safe was locked, and the coffee maker was clogged), but the Eden staff quickly responded. Be aware that there are outside rooms and interior rooms (3 stories). The interior rooms face/overlook The Courtyard which is a huge ballroom/conference room. On one of the two nights we were there, there was a party with a very loud DJ in the Courtyard. The DJ played until just after 10 pm and was so loud we could not even hear our tv. Had we had small children with us, they could never have gone to sleep. When we called to complain, the staff member asked had we been told there was a function that night. No, we had not been told. We asked for and did receive a credit for that night. The location of this hotel is ok, but there are a lot of hotels closer to Lancaster attractions.

the accommodations exceeded all our expectations. we were very happy with the value recieved for the cost. we would definitely stay there again. the rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. the heated pools, both indoors and outside were nice.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at this property and it didn't disappoint. The property overall is clean. We love the pool indoor. This property is also conveniently located from all our activities; cherry farm and dutch wonderland. I would recommend this place to anyone who are visiting the area. A great place to stay in Lancaster with family!

This is absolutely one of our favorite family vacations places. The employees are the best and you will never leave unsatisfied! Must go and check it out. Cant wait to go back and relax and kick back! Thanks to all that make this place a great experience

I stayed a couple of nights at the Eden Resort with two other families to take our kids to Dutch Wonderland. I came to DW two years ago and stayed somewhere else and really wish I had stayed at the Eden instead now that I know how nice it is. This is a very nice, well maintained property with lots of amenities - indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie splash zone, game room, restaurants, mini golf... you name it. I even saw a family grilling during the day. We had originally booked what I thought was a poolside room but it wasn't and there weren't any additional poolside rooms available. Instead of just telling me I booked the wrong room type, the front desk manager, Taron, went out of his way to find me a room that accommodated my needs. We ended up staying in one of the villa rooms which was very roomy and close to the pools and outdoor amenities. My only word of warning is that since it's close to the outdoor activities, it can get noisy at night for anyone who has young kids who need to sleep early. Fortunately, my kids sleep through everything so it was fine for us. Overall, the rooms were clean and well maintained. My only minor complaint is that the beds weren't that comfortable (for me anyway) and the pillows were hard. I saw too late that I had the option of ordering different pillows so perhaps that could have helped me to be more comfortable at night. We made good use of all the pools and ate breakfast at Arthur's Terrace one morning. The food was fine and all the staff I encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also right next to a Sheetz gas station for any emergency purchases and across the street from a Carrabas and Outback Steakhouse which was convenient as well for meals. I don't know that we'll back to Dutch Wonderland again but once my kids are old enough for Hershey Park, I know that we won't stay anywhere else except the Eden.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here and the resort is super !! The room this time was amazing. Had a inside suite room that was perfect , immaculate and roomy. Maid service even made my granddaughters little blow up bed each day The outside pool is beautiful and has a fantastic kids water ?? park type area. Great pool food is available from Garfield's and reasonably priced. Actually the hotel food was far better than any we had outside including a Amish buffet that was horrible in Lancaster. Eden Resort is constantly updating and is immaculate Love the resort

What a perfect little spot! My toddler had a blast; lots of fun activities close to the hotel, and the outdoor pool and splash area is amazing. We love coming here! Will definitely be back again soon!

Facilities included indoor and out door pool areas. On site restaurant had good food but long waits at dinner time. Close to Many attractions, including Hershey's and Amish country, enjoyed by young people.

If you thought it was impossible to find a place that hits the perfect balance think again. We heard about this place from friends and were very glad we actually make it happen. The rooms are great (we had the premiere suite), the pool and facilities are open till late, service was top notch and the GM (Gregg) was extremely attentive and helpful on several account, both for us and other guests, which makes all the difference for ant vacation. Loads of attention goes to making sure a family with kids would have a perfect vacation.

After having a horrible experience with booking on Priceline the lady at the front desk named Julissa turned around my husband and I night by fixing our reservation and making sure we were beyond satisfied. We will definitely return

We would go back to this hotel anytime. You don't even have to leave the resort if you don't want to. So many things to do with the whole family. Such a fun and beautiful place!!! And the pools are both heated indoor and out!!! Food is excellent in both restaurants. We want to go back again!!!

The hotel itself is beautiful. Only issue, which I expected going in due to room availability, was the crowdedness of the pool. After 2, no chairs and you were literally stepping on children while walking in.

Rooms are spacious. Pool/spray park is great for young kids. close to Dutch wonderland. It's in the more crowded area of Lancaster, but convenient. It's very popular, so book early as soon as you know about your vacation plans. Great in Fall too.

Eden Resort is a great place to vacation with your family. The rooms are nice and very clean. The pool area is great to spend the day relaxing while the kids play in the pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are also tables with umbrellas. They have pool side waitress service where you can order food and drinks. They also have free ice cream every afternoon from 3-4:30. There is a splash area, playground area, basket ball, shuffle board and other activities you can play. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel and also a bar area. There are a lot of places in the area that you can go for dinner, a target near by and a dunkin donuts close as well. The resort is about 30 mins from Hershey Park.

My husband & I have stayed here many times!!! If you like it quiet, ask for a room away from the pool! The staff always try to be accommodating!!! It is sort of centrally located to all things Lancaster County PA too!!!

We first stayed at this hotel in May 2018 and were so impressed with quality of the rooms, service and food, we wanted to visit again. This time, there were more people because it's now the end of summer vacation. We weren't disappointed. There were games and activities for the kids all day and night. I also love that the hotel is also respectful of sleeping hours of all guests. I will definitely be making this resort one of my frequently travelled spots in the future.

Our room was quiet, clean & well appointed. There were a couple small kids in our hall & we didn't hear a thing. The Garfields restaurant there was great. Good food at a decent price. We didn't use the pool or recreation areas because we were just there for a night, but they looked great & would be perfect if you were staying longer & had kids. I would definitely recommend & would stay there again.

We stayed in a suite in May for my daughter's 17th birthday. The girls went to Sight and Sound during the day and I was able to check in early at Eden to unload luggage and do some light decorating. The rooms were large, very clean, nicely decorated, and appeared freshly done. Loved the quality of hotel toiletries that are available for you as well. The Resort overall had so much to do.. from an amazing indoor pool, outdoor pool, outside games, table games, restaurants, etc... In the rooms you had easy access to movie rentals, room service, ordering choice of pillow, etc... Initially the room was hot and stuffy and we were unable to adjust the temperature lower. I placed a quick call to the front desk and within 10 minutes a maintenance man came and made the appropriate adjustments. The room cooled down within 15 minutes. Having four teenage gals... They were a bound to forget something. The front desk was fabulous. They offer toothbrushes, mouthwash, a comb, etc.. It was an amazing birthday for my daughter thanks to Eden Resort. We will definitely be returning!!!

The Eden Resort is about a 20 minute ride from Dutch Wonderland and the main strip that hosts the outlets, mini golf courses, restaurants and other touristy attractions. This well sought after hotel is clean, quiet and very big. After making reservations as soon as it became available nearly a year ago, we sat in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for our rooms to be ready. Our phones pinged at exactly 4:00 - check-in time. The rooms are a bit tight but nicely appointed with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and safe. While the beds were very comfortable, no one cared for the pillows. Be careful rounding the beds, the heavy wood frames exceed the mattress size and we all continually bumped our shins. Their outdoor pool, sprinkler area and playground are the main attraction here. While I don't feel the size of the area quite meets the needs of the number of guests, it is what truly makes your stay here memorable. Chairs are a premium but they are plentiful along with good umbrellas and small tables. Being able to order food and drinks poolside from Garfields was a huge, very welcome convenience. On the down side, there are no lifeguards nor any lifejackets to borrow. They really really change this with the amount of alcohol served and consumed poolside.

The Eden Resort is quite lovely in so many ways. They will not disappoint you. High scale hotel. Very lovely staff. Very Clean, FUN, SAFE, Comfy, Wonderful and DeLiCiOuS choices of restaurants and lovely staff, great for families, groups, conveniently located, higher price point than it used to be a year or so ago.

This was our third year staying at Eden Resort. We love the studio king villas. The outdoor pool is beautiful and warm! The kids love the outdoor games and playground. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for our 4th year next Summer!

This visit was just my husband and I, but we e also come before with our family. It has something for everyone - good restaurants, a beautiful indoor pool & jacuzzi, workout room with sauna, and a fun heated outside pool complete with to go food ordering and an exciting water play area for kids! Also, the rooms are very nice and well decorated! The Sunday brunch is also CRAZY amazing! Next time we'll be back with everyone!

Excellent place with great rooms and multiple pools and activities for the entire family. About 10 mins away from the city center area. Garfields restaurant is excellent as well with a great menu and reasonable prices.

Beautiful hotel, reasonably priced with great pool amenities for all. The exercise room was great and well maintained. We had a lovely time. Our room over looked the inside of the hotel, a great room of sorts that was gorgeous and the kids loved watching the wedding taking place down below in it.

Nicely kept groups provide a variety of options to keep kids entertained: Pool, Basket ball half court, playground, other games area. There is a Sheets fueling station and convenience store next door within a short walk. Very nice indoor pool also. Rooms very very nice with real cribs available (better than the pack-and-plays some hotels provide) I counted two weddings and one high school prom in the short time we stayed. Looks like the place to be in this area of PA.

The first time we stayed here, we were pleasantly surprised by all the great family activities offered by this hotel. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, yes, but also bocce, shuttleboard, putting green, ping pong, basketball court, etc. -- all free activities offered right outside on the hotel grounds. Its a great place to stay, particularly with kids, as you don't have to spend the evening just sitting in your hotel room. Its a pretty good value as well. We have stayed here several times and will be returning again this fall.

Hotel was clean and perfect for families traveling in the area. Wonderful amenities and would highly recommend. We stayed two nights and visited Dutch Wonderland the hotel was very conveniently located.

The Eden Resort was the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pool with delicious food and drink options to enjoy poolside. Our room was so clean and very spacious. All around a great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I usually avoid Best Westerns because the quality is typically low, but that is not the case with this hotel. We stayed in a double queen suite, which was large and spacious. It was nice to have a separated room for our kids. There were two free bottles of water included. We were very happy with the quality of the accommodations, cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Would we stay again? No, not in peak season. The hotel pools were so crowded that I was actually worried for my teenagers' safety. We eventually went swimming at the indoor pool about 9pm once the crowds died down. The hotel was noisy with so many guests. We had housekeeping come to our door very early (8:30am) to clean. We asked them to come back later, but the neighbors and all their children stood/ran in the hallway while guest services cleaned their room at that time. Very loud and annoying for the entire floor. This hotel also does not offer breakfast. I knew that going in and decided the pools would be worth it over included breakfast. When traveling with families, breakfast onsite is much easier. With so many hotel chains offering breakfast, I would choose one of those over this Best Western resort. The location of the hotel is easily accessible from the freeway. We preferred staying in more rural towns to get a better feel for Lancaster County. But if you are looking for something right off the freeway, this hotel meets that need.

We were in town to attend a scoliosis bootcamp for my 9 year old son. The resort was lovely overall and the outdoor pool was beautiful, though crowded. The room could have been cleaner. Hair in tub and toenail on floor upon arrival.

Everyone wants to stay somewhere that is clean, beautifully appointed with all the latest amenities but we never give a thought to the employees behind the scenes who make it the #1 rated hotel in the area. We have stayed at BW Eden Resort many times mainly because its a beautiful hotel with all the amenities we love (especially the adults only floor) but our last visit several weeks ago could have been a diaster had it not been for the honest housekeeping staff at Eden and Ms. Jolie Torres who helped us recover our mobile phone that we left behind in our room by mistake. Since we were already two hours down the road before we realized our phone was left behind my heart sunk! When Jolie cofirmed that lost and found had our phone and they would mail it back to our home by UPS, I then realized how special the employees at Eden Resort are! A hotel is only as good as the employees that work there and everyone on our last visit from the front desk, to the pool, to the housekeeping staff went out of there way to speak, smile and be helpful. I really noticed this on our last visit more than ever. Thank you again to Jolie for ensuring that we got our phone back promptly and for the honest housekeeping employee who turned it in and was a life saver! I hope Eden continues to retain employees of this caliber for their success.

What a beautiful Hotel. i was very impressed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room service was fast and the pool was beautiful They have and outdoor pool and an indoor pool. they also had an area for small children with sprinklers and wading pools. Loved my stay and can't wait to go back This Hotel is only 10 minutes away from Dutch Wonderland and 35 min away from Hersheypark.

Staying at the Eden Resort was overall a wonderful experience. Our group was consisted of 25 people, ranging from ages 1-70. We were all pleased with the resort and will definitely be coming back. We have many friends rave about Eden and we were so happy to experience what they were referring to.

This place is in the middle of everything. I am sitting in my room looking at the highway. Its loud , no view and people all over the place. It's raining and the outdoor pool sadly is not in use so therefore there are probably a minimum of 50 people with loud rock music blaring KIDS EVERYWHERE at the indoor pool with no ventilation. King standard Room is mediocre. I honestly have no idea why anyone would come here. Not a relaxing environment at all.

This was our first and definitely our last stay at the Eden Resort. We were in town visiting my sister who had recent major surgery. The Good- well configured suites which were clean, nicely furnished. Staff were generally friendly. The Bad- Incredibly noisy hotel overrun by screaming children and inconsiderate AWOL parents. Even though we had a suite, it was situated between the outdoor pool, indoor pool and stairwell which made this a Grand Central Terminal like experience. After getting no sleep our first night we requested a room change to a quieter area of the hotel which the resort was kind enough to facilitate. However, you know the old saying you can't choose your family, well the same goes for you hotel neighbors. We were treated to children's races up and down the corridor in the evening time and constant screaming games even after 10pm. Not sure what happened to children's “inside quiet voices”, guess an old fashioned courtesy/concept? However, the worst experience involved our room move. They offered to move our stuff but because my wife had some fairly expensive items with her I specifically requested that I would move our luggage. I even texted back and forth with the front desk staff. So imagine our surprise when we returned back from the hospital and all of our luggage had been move and no messages from the hotel. This was a gross breach of trust, privacy and hotel policy. While the general manager did compensate us for the error, given this experience we will not be staying at this property ever again.

We stayed at Eden Resort and Suites while vacationing with family and friends in Dutch Pennsylvania. The hotel was beautiful and staff was welcoming and pleasant. Pool was very nice and we all enjoyed our stay! We would definitely return!

The room wasn't even clean when we checked in. Then it wasn't cleaned while we were out for the day. We have been to Lancaster a couple of times and were recommended this hotel by friends. I wish we stayed anywhere else. The only good thing were the pools, that's it! For a basic room, which is $200 a night, go somewhere else. Very very disappointed to say the least.

My family and I come here yearly, I have not one bad thing to say. For one the pools are great, because if the weather is not cooperating you have the indoor pool as well. It's nice to have the pool side food and drink service so you don't have to leave the poolside for the day if you don't want to.

This is our second year in a row spending the weekend at Eden with our two young kids. The rooms are a bit dark and dated, but overall clean and spacious - great value. The outdoor pool and sprinkler area is madness, bu that and the grounds are perfect for kids (game room, mini golf, etc.) We felt right at home with a bunch of other kids! The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is convenient to tons of activities in and around Lancaster. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the villa suite at Eden last weekend - plenty of space for two families with two small children each. Everything was very clean, both in the rooms (and bathrooms) and the shared facilities. The outdoor pool area was in good condition and the kids (2 and 4) absolutely love the kid zone. We were disappointed when room service failed to deliver our fancy pillows from the pillow bar the first night (we waited about 90 minutes before locking up and going to sleep) but they came promptly when we called the next day. In addition, there were very effective room darkening curtains and plugs/places to charge devices everywhere, both nice extras.

Loved the property and all that it offered for families with small children. However, my daughter injured her eye on the side of the hotel bed and had to be rushed to the ER. The frame was bigger than the mattress, so it was protruding and she tripped, fell and received a deep and nasty cut over her eye. Despite reporting it, no one called to check up on her or offer any help. We didn't get to enjoy the property as much since we spent a day in the hospital and she was unable to go in the water due to her eye injury. Would have given a much higher rating if the stay was without incident and the staff even cared a bit.

Stayed here when visiting Dutch Wonderland. A very nice place and had great outdoor pools and water park type features. So much better than driving the hour and a half each way home. A nice retreat when staying in beautiful Lancaster county.

This hotel embarrassed our family. We drove 4 hrs (with our 5 very tired little ones) to find out at 1AM that we were scammed out of the room we paid for. Then told that we LIED. The manager took the employees word over ours, ya that's impeccable customer service! ??Could it have been a misunderstanding? Totally! But you would hope that at least they would have the decency to treat us with respect. When we made a request that the matter be sorted out, they said, that the particular room we agreed for does not exist, the one we originally requested (and told was no longer available) is now going to be an extra $100/night. Not only is that a full $70 MORE than the original price quoted for the 3 queen-size-bed room we wanted (at $289.99/ night), they claimed that we opted for a room that fits 5 (not our family of 7) because IT WAS CHEAPER!!(at $259.99/night!!) What a disgusting we to treat and accuse your customers!

First night there was a nightmare due to an overly loud and rude group of partiers across the hall. We had to call management twice (11 p and at 1p) and neighbor next door called too. The partiers slammed doors, spoke obnoxiously, talked loudly on cell phones in hallway, and continued to party until management got the courage up to put an end to their behavior. Next morning we asked staff to move us to a quiet room in hotel, which is toward back of facility. That is a restricted area and we were so grateful! That's where we'll ask to be placed when we visit again.

A great experience every time. Big comfortable rooms, ample parking, good restaurant/bar choices in the building and friendly staff. Always appreciate the small bag of local chocolates as a check-in gift and the breakfast buffet it top-notch ($10 - but worth it).

Our family of 4 stayed here during the last week in June. We were going to be heading to Dutch Wonderland, but wanted to enjoy the beautiful weather at the outdoor pool as well. In fact, one of the biggest reasons that we booked this hotel was that the outdoor pool looked fantastic. Now, having visited the hotel, I have to say that the pictures do not do it justice!!! The outdoor pool area is absolutely gorgeous in person. There is beautiful stonework, lovely gardens, and great furniture! Our children really enjoyed the splash area as well! Ordering food in the pool area was a breeze as well. This hotel is wonderful for families. There is a lovely lawn outside the pool area that features games such as a life-sized Connect 4, corn hole, etc. There is also a wooden pirate ship/playground area outside the pool too that our daughter loved. You can spend an entire day or days just enjoying the outdoors at this hotel (which we did). The customer service is also worth mentioning. We were walking outside searching for the part of the hotel that served the breakfast buffet. I asked a man who was walking around with a clipboard. He literally stopped what he was doing, hopped in the elevator with us, and walked us all the way to the breakfast! He really went the extra mile, as did every person that we encountered during our stay. My family visited Lancaster almost every year when I was growing up to go to places such as Dutch Wonderland and Hershey Park. Now that I have a family of my own, I am looking to carry on the tradition of visiting Lancaster often. Eden Resort is definitely the place where will be making many family memories for years to come!

We checked in June 26th, booked thru a third party, our room was nice but small. I went to the front desk and spoke with Taron, he was wonderful! Changed our room, so happy! Beautiful hotel, great pool!

I visited in May as part of a 3-day conference. Check In was friendly, quick and simple. LOVE the little bag of chocolates you get on check-in! I stayed in one of the Penthouse/Villa's for four days. It's a beautiful room with a kitchen, living room area, dining room and full bathroom downstairs. On the 2nd floor there was two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and bunk beds separated by a bathroom/sink area, then another bedroom with a queen size bed (both bedrooms have a TV). Noted should be the fact that there is just one door at the top of the stairs that can be closed. There are no doors between the bedrooms, so if you are staying with little ones and want some privacy, this would not be the room for you. But It suited me fine. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the staff overheard myself and a few others trying to decide where to eat dinner and he recommended a restaurant in Lancaster called 551 West. One word: FANTASTIC. We have tried the restaurants in the hotel and they were pretty good as well, we were just looking for something different and local. We had the Sunday Brunch in their restaurant and it was excellent. A lot of food choices, mimosa's and great service. We were impressed. It cost around $35 per person but we thought it was worth it. An Uber ride into downtown Lancaster ran us around $10. There's lots to do downtown, I suggest a visit! Our conference experience was great. I am part of the association and I have to say, our sales manager, Becky, was very personable and easy to work with. Everything was perfect, the rooms were spacious and they gave us great rates and were very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely consider the Eden for future conferences! Overall this hotel is one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. The indoor and outdoor pool areas are very clean. They have an indoor hot tub as well (not sure about outside?). They even offer some hotel rooms that have doors that open directly into the pool area (they lock those around 10 pm from the outside so no sneaking in!). The Villas are outside of the hotel itself and are a little bit of a walk, but nothing too bad. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend!!

The general hotel amenities are many. My room was only okay. Pros: my room had a nice sized refrigerator and was nicely appointed with multiple full length mirrors and a-alone closet and dresser. Cons: the edges of the bed skirt of one of my beds were filthy and stained. The bathroom was very outdated with an old acoustic drop down ceiling. There were (what looked to be) multiple, persistent gnats flying around my room. The carpet could have used a good cleaning and was outdated.

I was in town for business but booked at this resort due to the cost. It was incredible value for the money. The resort is huge with many amenities. It is beautiful and very clean. Staff go above and beyond to help guests. It was a great hotel for business, but would be even better for families, especially those with young kids. I will be back next time I am in town for business!

This Resort came highly recommended and lived up to the hype. We went in July, the pool facilities were excellent both inside and out. We got some pub grub at the bar which was very good. There is a Sheetz in adjacent parking lot for easy eats if needed. Centrally located to attractions. I highly recommend this resort and will be definitely stay there again.

I reviewed this hotel 4 years ago when I went for the first time and felt the need to review it again in my second stay mostly because I think its rare when you return to a place after many years and it meets or exceeds your expectations. This place is an excellent choice for a family in the area to visit local parks and attractions. It's in a great location right off he highway and offers an awful lot. The rooms are great, beds comfortable and overall it is extremely clean and well maintained. With the 1000s of square footage of stonework, its amazing how there are no weeds anywhere! My kids had a blast at both the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the various games around the property. Seeing as management does read this on occasion, I would say that the hotel is missing out on a service opportunity. When the pool gets crowed, there are just not enough waitresses and/or bartenders to keep up with the demand. I can say that myself, as well as the people around us would have ordered more drinks/food had the service been faster. And I wouldn't blame the staff. They were hustling but there was no way to keep up with the crowd. Overall another excellent stay and I'm sure we'll be back again!

we live in Gettysburg but wanted a quick weekend away. I had my prom at the Eden 20 years ago and wanted to check it out again. The hotel was very clean and my kids had fun in the outdoor/indoor pools. We had a room overlooking the indoor pool and my 2 year old enjoyed watching people when we went our room. Food is great and hotel staff is very friendly. We plan on visiting again soon for a long weekend.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our two small children. I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. It really did feel like a resort. After a long day of Dutch Wonderland and the Farm we were able to come back and relax outside for a while. The kids had a ball playing in the pool and playground areas. My wife and I also enjoyed ourselves with the poolside waitress service. The service outside was a little slow. There was a full house and only two waitresses serving the entire pool area. Here's a tip, bypass the waitress by calling in your order order directly using the house phone outside. The only downside to the Hotel is that it's located right off a highway. This didn't bother us at all during the day. In fact I didn't even notice the noise until the pool shutdown at 10:00 PM. We couldn't hear the noise from our room either, but we could from the balcony. It wasn't a show stopper for us and we will be back.

The Eden resort was a perfect 2 day getaway spot. The hotel was super clean and the staff very friendly. Enjoyed the indoor pool but there was much more to offer at this hotel. Adult friendly with their Adult only wing. The wing was super quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner at Garfield's. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Me and my wife went for a Memorial weekend gateway. This Hotel is only 8 min from Lancaster downtown and 15-20 min to many attractions. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I totally recommend this hotel for couples and families.

We stayed here in the summer and the pool really came in handy. We spent quite a bit of time at the resort utilizing the pool (and the great kids area) and the restaurants. Good proximity to Dutch Wonderland and other area attractions. Only downside is some suite rooms face the highway, which can be unpleasant at night if you are a light sleeper.

The area is nice and building up with many upscale shopping stores. It has a cute downtown with quaint stores as well. The resort is situation between the old and new, making it a perfect place to come stay. Indoor and outdoor pool, half basketball court, tennis courts and beautiful rooms with many options of the style of room to fill your needs. Spacious and extremely clean. The hotel staff is really kind and helpful. We love coming here and finding everything clean and a pleasure to stay.

My family started coming here when I was a little girl and it was called The Treadway. We go twice a year now, Memorial Day and Labor Day with my parents, my brother and his family, my sister and her family and me with my family. It's our home away from home. The rooms and villas are kept so clean and up to date. All of the kids love Garfield's, especially at the outdoor pool. We eat at Arthur's in the morning for the buffet breakfast which has quite a selection. My oldest nephew who is 23 still comes, maybe not for the entire weekend but a night or two. This is my kids favorite place. We had to cut our trip to Barbados short so we wouldn't miss Memorial Day weekend. The past few years we started barbecuing on Friday night at the outdoor grills. We always have a wonderful time there. The staff is so pleasant and helpful and many of them have been around a long time.

The bed was like sleeping on cement. Horrible. However, the adults only floor and the housekeeping balanced this out. Excellent room and service. Room service was quick and affordable. Updated decor and clean accessories.

We love coming here at least twice a year. We come with friends. Our children are 8 and feel very comfortable walking around by them selves. The indoor pool is so nice and clean. The property is beautifully maintained. The employees and so nice and helpful. Each time we leave we plan our next trip back. The beds are very comfortable too.

The people who designed this hotel had their guest in mind from the “Adults Only Floor” to the electric car parking spaces. Rooms come with a bathrobes to printers. They seem to have thought it through. My wife and I will make this our destination hotel for this area.

Excellent place to stay when you are in Lancaster! It's very clean, rooms are spacious and beautiful. Indoor pool is great! We didn't get to use the outdoor one due to weather. They have a cute playground for children we saw when walking the grounds. Reasonable prices for your stay and they offer special packages that make it even more affordable. We will definitely plan to stay again!

Stayed here a number of times over the last 7 years - always a joy to come back - all the family from 1 to 64 enjoy it. Lots to do with the resort - attractions are close by as well. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the rooms and facilities

Hotel is very nice and good location for Amish country and Lancaster but many rooms overlook ballroom which held proms to 10:00pm both Friday and Saturday. The noise level was unacceptable. We were given 15% discount after complaining to management. The hotel was full so we could not change rooms.

We were visiting Lancaster for a wedding. This was one of the hotels with rooms blocked off for the wedding. What a disappointment. The place is nestled between a main street in Lancaster and the interstate. The noise from the roads was bad enough, but we could hear every utterance from our neighbors, and we had 4 neighbors. We were staying in the brand new “villas” which were right on the highway, and the grounds were not even finished. In the rain, everything turned to mud. In addition, when we heard the term resort, we thought it would have all of the amenities of a resort, such as a spa. All it really had was a pool. It was just a glorified motel. We checked in, upon entering our room and hearing all of the noise from the adjacent rooms and roads, we promptly checked out!

I was in the Lancaster area to run in a race. During my time there, I stayed at the Eden Resort. The property is stunning. We were upgraded to the Villas. The Villas are stunning, clean, and have everything you need. The resort is close to all kids of shopping, Dutch Wonderland, and dining. If you are in the Lancaster area, you should definitely stay at the Eden Resort.

The Villas are outstanding - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen area, living room area and so much more. The hotel is stunning. The staff was very nice and helpful. As usual this property does not disappoint! When traveling to the Lancaster area, The Eden is always our choice for lodging! Stayed in the Gettysburg Suite and it was fabulous. Looking forward to returning to this resort again.

We have stayed here previously and really enjoyed it. However, we arrive today to discover the Villas are a construction zone. We are quite upset as there was no notice that any construction would be going on, much less that they would be tearing down the entire building next to us. I took my children here to enjoy some fresh air outside and instead they are breathing in construction dust. We expected a luxury resort not to be tripping over orange cones. The water activities are not yet open and a bunch of teenagers have taken over the playground, so my little ones can't play anyway. Also, our room is considerably smaller than out last stay despite being the exact same room type.

We go for swim meets in the area and everyone really loves it here. It's clean and rooms are very big. It has separate apartment type rooms. A very nice pool and good breakfast. I would recommend for sure.

The best place I have ever stayed! We went with friends for a college visit to Lancaster Bible College. We could not have picked a nicer place to spend the night! Beautiful, wonderful staff, great food, lovely rooms, cozy beds,relaxing hot tub and chocolate!

Stayed here using THe Girlfriend Getaway Deal Awesome room..plus breakfast..plus huge dinner But...Can't afford to stay here without the deal. Too pricey for me. But the deal made it so affordable so it was treat for me and my friends

Don't get me wrong... The property at Eden Resorts is beautiful. Unfortunately, that's about where the good ends. The check in process took way too long. Also, the front desk had no personality. We got to our room and I think they get good reviews because of how everything is decorated and newer, but I was not impressed with whoever was doing the cleaning. We had dirt on our floors and a plastic tag from a new shirt that was not ours. The shower pressure was terrible. On the first night we decided to eat at Garfield's (The restaurant with the hotel) and first they brought out the wrong meal, then they brought out my correct meal and nothing for my husband. We ended up sharing my meal and eating extremely late (8pm)... The server was very apologetic, and she gave us free dessert and didn't make us pay for anything which was super nice, but it just seemed like nothing could go right. We could hear a dog barking in our room one night too. I know walls are thin in hotels, but was just not impressed with anything.

We stayed a total of 4 nights in the amazing Gettysburg Suite. This room was huge 2 bedrooms (1K, 2Q), 2 FULL baths,including walk-in shower in the master bedroom. You enter the suite through double doors to a beautiful living room with a fireplace, large sectional couch and work desk. The kitchen looks new and includes a glass top table that seats 6, full sized refrigerator, stove top, oven and microwave. You could not ask for more. My wife is a neat freak and the room was over the top clean. We are a party of 4, 2 adults and 2 teen boys. There was plenty of room for all of us, it felt just like home and maybe a little nicer. There was even a full sized washer and dryer in the suite and we were happy to use it. The Eden was one of the finer hotels we've stayed in traveling all over the USA and beyond. Staff was pleasant and responsive to our requests leaving extra towels when we asked. I am guessing there are 4 suites of this size and configuration that are available to guests here. These suites are the biggest and best on premises and it is worth booking them well in advance, if possible

If you intend to eat in your room this hotel is probably not for you. We rented a suite with a kitchenette and checked out with no issues. However, when I got my credit card bill I noticed an additional $250 charge. I called the hotel to inquire and was told the charge was for "eating in the room". I explained that my room was a suite with a kitchenette so it was understood that we may eat in the room. There was no clause in the contract that we should not eat in the room. There was also nothing unusual about the food we ate. I have learned that other visitors that week were also charged the same $250 penalty. Apparently, the manager that week was in a strange mood. When we called to straighten this out with the manager he refused to take the time to explain himself and was obnoxious, to say the least. We called our credit card company and they immediately reversed the charges but that is not something I appreciated doing.

Nice place in a good location. Stayed overnight for a wedding close by. Nice room and property. Refrigerator in the room wasn't working and neither was the light behind the chair in the corner of the room. Small things that add up and shouldn't happen in a resort with the reputation this one has.

Returned to Eden. Put in a suite with queen beds and the coveted walk in shower. Staff went out of its way to accommodate mobility issues and provide, as usual, outstanding customer service. Anita was awesome! The Sunday Champagne Buffet was superb, as usual. Server Sid and his assistants Chris and Steve provided excellent service from start to finish. Love it here. Can not wait to return! Already looking to book a package deal.

We booked on Hotels.com and they never send our reservation to the hotel, so Opal took charge of figuring it out and go us into our room fast as she could and was so kind and great to work with. Will stay here again cause of the customer service we got, also want to return again when summer hits to play pool outside!

Spent 3 nights recently at this very nice family resort. We found the premises and rooms clean. The beds in our double queen room were very comfortable. The room was very clean upon arrival. Overall the resort was very nice. Very family oriented. There are indoor and outdoor (not open for the season yet) pools. There's also a sprinkler area and wading pool, also not open yet. 2 Restaurants and a lounge on premises. There are several banquet/meeting rooms. There's also a large "event" space in yhe middle of the resort. A lot of the inside rooms look out on this space which was used for a wedding ceremony and subsequent party while we were there. It was also used for the Easter Brunch buffet, which was excellent. The staff at the resort were all very pleasant. One of our rooms had a small issue and they came very quickly to resolve it. There are regular rooms, suites and villas which are located in several separate buildings. The villas also have working fireplaces. It is also pet friendly This resort seems to be a place for destination events like weddings and family reunions making it busy at times. All in all a very nice place, especially for families. We would return when in the area.

The hotel is really well maintained, even though its a little old. I wanted to point out an employee, Anita Midgley. I spoke with her one morning (stayed for a week) and I watched how personable and helpful she was to every guest. She gave awesome recommendations on local places to try out and super friendly!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite... the smallest suite they have, but BIG (500sqft) enough for the 4 of us stayed VERY comfortably. Service was very good. Everything was in working condition. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Indoor Pool, Sauna, gym area is not small. 3 on site restaurants. you can even order the food and have them deliver to the pool....wow! We travel quite a bit and for the location, size, quality and amenities, the price is GOOD!!! One small problem, the room was not ready at check in time. they were 1 hr late. But the front desk compensate a free buffet breakfast for the whole family, without us even ask.

The Eden Resort is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price. It is the best Hotel in Lancaster. I frequently stay at this hotel for business and pleasure with my family. There are many activities at this hotel to keep you busy and have a wonderful experience with you family and friends. If you have a large group I have been booking a conference room and they set it up how ever you like and offer great services. I already have 3 upcoming stays booked The staff is elite !!!!!!!

Though most hotel chains now seem to think check-in wants to be handled by an app, hospitality in my mind starts as with the welcoming Human, at the registration desk. Eden did that well, and continued very good service and amenities throughout my stay. Check in staff explained the layout of the resort, with a map!, suggested best parking location, reviewed hotel amenities. (all especially important for a first time stay). The hotel is well maintained, and appears a recent eclectic contemporary renovation updated the property from its previous more traditional look. Regular rooms were very well appointed especially for the business traveler such as many USB power ports, a nice office desk, with scanner/printer in room. Towels, bedding etc. all very nice. The indoor pool is very nice, with some hotel rooms accessible to pool. Conference food was good. The only think the hotel needs is to be relocated to a beach or mountain properly, currently it appears land locked among parking and roads. But once inside, that is easliy forgotten. Hope to return when not on business. Accolades are well earned.

We travel to Lancaster at least once a year with our two children and always stay at Eden. This year we visited for a long weekend over Spring/Easter Break. We centered our trip around Hershey Park being open. The hotel was perfect, we stayed at a villa, the bunk beds are perfect for the little ones. Although the pathways are under construction, it did not take away from our stay. Construction was minimal while there and it was still easy to get to/from the room. The indoor pool was a huge hit with both the adults and kids. Ryan, the pool attendant helped keep things in order, made sure kids stayed out of hot tub, chairs were available, etc.. We also made sure to stay for the Champagne Brunch on this visit and that did not disappoint either! Erik, our server was fantastic, chatted up the kids, and made us feel very welcome. You can tell the Eden is reinvesting their money with all of the improvements going on. From the first time we stayed there until now, it's like a brand new resort. Can't wait to be back!

We stayed here only one night to attend a family wedding. The staff were nice & helpful, our villa outside the main building was super comfortable and clean, although they have construction going on outside. The wifi didn't work but no biggie and the next day Easter buffet was amazing, loved the variety of foods & desserts. Definitely recommended...

My husband and I have been coming to this resort for years. We usually visit 1-2 times per year. The staff is always professional and the resort has so much to offer. The indoor pool is lovely and the breakfast buffet is divine, with lots of choices for picky eaters. The location is great and there is never any problem getting parking in the large parking lot. We especially enjoy staying in the adults only section of the hotel, since it is so quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very spacious and clean and has everything you need. We will be back again!!

I came to Lancaster to go shopping with friends, and I was thrilled to discover the special package deals offered by Eden Resort. The resort was conveniently located to the highway and also the shopping areas. I was impressed with the quality and variety of both the dinner and breakfast buffets. The room accommodations were very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable!

There's honestly nothing I could find that I disliked about the Eden Resort. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. The only things that was weird was that the cleaning staff wouldn't fold out top sheet on the bunk bed (in the villas). Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

We stayed here a couple years ago for a couples trip. We decided to take our kids back. There is a beautiful pool and a restaurant onsite, so you really don't have to leave! We stayed in the three queen suite which was beautiful. The only issue was that we were on the first floor in the main hall from the lobby and it was exceptionally loud there. There was a wedding, so all of the guests walked by our room after 11, we probably got woke up 3 or 4 times. Also in the morning when other guests were leaving. I'd request a room further away next time.

My family and I stayed at Eden resort for the second time, this weekend. It was my birthday weekend and we were attending a Sight & Sound theatrical production. The hotel is very convenient to this venue. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (2nd room had bunk beds). Where as last time we were in a 2 queen bed poolside room. We had a fabulous time. From check in up until the time we left the staff was very accommodating and professional. We didn't run into any issues whatsoever. In fact prior to arrival I called about an early check in and I was able to check in a whole 2 hours early. Also on the day of check out we were able to still use the facilities (pool etc) the entire day! The villa itself was quite spacious & clean and just what we needed for our family of 5. There was a king bed as well as a sofa bed and a bunk bed. We are surely going to return in the near future!

Super facility for business travel - the 3rd floor is adults only, each room has its own printer. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There are on-site restaurants and bar. Convenient location to downtown Lancaster.

are couples retreat is held here mostly every year and it never gets old the service is awesome and we are already gearing up for next year. The staff is courteous and attentive the rooms are clean and spacious and they have the best breakfast buffet ever.

A great gem in Lancaster. Only 10 mins away from the city and within a half hour of Lititz. The rooms are beautiful, clean and the service out of this world. The restaurants on site are a class act! I've been going to Eden well over 10-years and never had a bad stay. Its like a good wine gets better with time.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at Spooky Nook. Only a 10 minute drive and so much around. We stayed in one of the King Jacuzzi suites outside of hotel...SO NICE! A lot of room, so clean, lots of towels and a nice fireplace. The only draw back was we had to walk outside to get to main hotel and parking was limited. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent food with the staff being especially attentive to those in our group with dietary restrictions. Fantastic event coordination. The room was clean and spacious. I wanted to give special thanks to one of the staff, Christopher, who made my night by singing and dancing with me to some old movie theme songs.

We came here for a wedding. Asked for early check-in, and despite the notification that we'd receive an email as soon as our room was ready, we got no email. Went to front desk during the event, our room was ready. Front desk staff nice. Would have been great to have gotten the email since I had pre-checked in already. Parking dicey. The event venue was quite nice. Food was good, drinks were well poured, staff was nice (special props to Christopher who took care of our table). Convenient layout and overall quite well done. When we retired to the room though, it was just OK. Nice layout, interesting touch with a printer being on the desk (but who prints in a hotel room?). The bathrooms were undersized, barely any counter space. Water pressure was weak. Night light in the hallway way too bright, had to try to cover it in the wee hours of the morning. A/C did not cool the room adequately. We had it as low as it would go- 66 degrees - and we were still hot overnight. Wife complained about the pillows, poor quality. Wish the rooms were as nice as the main facilities.

My husband and I booked a night at the Eden Resort as a belated Valentine's Day getaway. We chose a King Studio Villa and ordered chilled champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries when we made our reservation. We checked in with a friendly guest services person and were directed to our room. The villas are separate from the main building, have some construction going on as they're renovating, and some of the decor is currently a little outdated. BUT our room was mostly clean, the fireplace was in working order, the room was set up nicely, and the cold champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries were waiting our arrival. There was no log in our wood-burning fireplace (they say they provide one) so my husband utilized their text-messaging concierge service and they responded quickly and brought a Duraflame log and matches right over. Three other minor complaints: traffic noise (we were right next to the 30 bypass) and noise from our upstairs neighbors (floor creaking when they walked in their room, and you could hear their toilet flush and water run loudly). The WiFi was spotty and it was near impossible to connect. However -- the TV had lots of great channels and you could pay to watch movies that are still in theaters, the fireplace was an excellent luxury, and the bed was SUPER comfortable. The shower, vanity, and bathroom amenities were very nice, too. We also ordered a room service breakfast, and it was delivered promptly and the food was great. We were granted a 1-hour-late checkout for free when we requested it at check-in, so we had a nice relaxing morning. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a relaxing getaway! We didn't get to take advantage of the indoor pool and being February we didn't get to see what the outdoor pool and splash pad are like, but we have a 4 year old who would probably enjoy that in the summertime. It is probably a great place for families as well as couples!

This is my second visit to this property. Everything is great. Clean, Nice Staff, They even had a fan for me since i need some noise to fall asleep. I also forgot my shaving cream and the front desk had some. Thank you Eden a job well done.

Exceptional customer service, many things to do, great restaurants, amazing pool, spacious rooms, a lot of closet space, rooms are well lit. Disney resort nope! Eden resort... the experience was so great i had to apply for the platinum club membership. I will definitely be back already preparing for Memorial day weekend. My husband, son and I allll had a fun memorable experience. Thank you management for your hospitality, customer service and kindness. Every employee greeted us even the ones in passing!

We had previously stayed at Edens Sister Resort Property Best Western Premier Central (previously highly reviewed) And we couldn't have been happier here! This resort year after year is spotlessly clean! And I mean nothing out of place! The staff is excellent! Check in process a breeze. The bellman by The Name of Greg. Is awesome at his job. He welcomes you. And gives you a outstanding first impression. So polite. Friendly and helpful. Our suite 323 was beautiful and spotless. Housekeeping definitely does there job. The only negative, Was Fri night a collegiate learning conference was going on. And the way to noisy through out the night. I spoke with Mgmt Assistant GM Rob. What a gentleman he was! He apologized and comp us our first night. Our complaint was handled with understanding and empathy. Having traveled the globe extensively. I can tell you this is a rare thing to find a property that prides itself on putting the guests needs first! I highly recommend you stay here. And please try the breakfast buffet delicious! Very bad experience, Got into room the fuse box was taped up and just go t painted and TV was not working, Left for Dinner got a call from manager said we had to switch to another room. Got back to hotel from dinner packed up and switched rooms. Got to new room and TV did not work there either. Had to wait for maintenance to show up and get the TV to turn on. Only had minimal channels due to TV not being hooked up correctly according to maintenance Hotel staff at check out DID NOT CARE even when I mentioned my issues. Even was the front desk person I worked with and Opel was the manager that would not even talk to me about my issues. She as aware of my concern just did not acknowledge I was there. POOR MANAGEMENT Parking by our room was very bad as well. I would not recommend staying there.

My wife and I hadn't visited Lancaster in quite a few years. The last time we visited, all the area hotels seemed worn out. We were pleasantly surprised by Eden Resort and Suites. The lobby was very new looking, with a modern feel. Our room was clean and comfortable. We booked a package price that included breakfast, which worked out cheaper than the room alone would have been and much cheaper than the other local hotels. The online check-in was simple. The waitress in the restaurant was very friendly. A great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Better than it looks, and it looks really good. Rooms are outstanding, employees are great and very helpful. Restaurant and bar on site are top notch, really did not find anything that I could not give 5 stars to !

I have been going there for 15 years and never have I been disappointed the staff is amazing and my room was cozy and had everything I needed to relax fireplace beautiful lighting and oh so many amenities to say the least the breakfast buffet is great and the lounge and restaurant are amazing all in all a gem in the middle of no where please go there it will not let you down oh yes and the great Wilber chocolate bag as a gift well perfect will be coming back for years to come!

This property was so much more than i thought it was going to be. The property is gorgeous. This place is 100% a must return to. Family's would love this property for all the amenities and different rooms types to make your vacation the best it can be.

I brought my family here two summers ago. We had a decent time. Rooms were relatively clean, staff was relatively friendly, check-in process was a bit awful for many of the guests, including myself, but all in all, nothing drastically over the top nor drastically bad. We liked it enough that we decided to come back this past summer. Check in was a lot faster than the previous year, HOWEVER, that was because I was proactive. We got there a bit before check in time and was told that our room was not ready so we had to wait until the rooms were ready. The front desk told me that they would either text or call me when the room was ready so we waited by the pool. Check in time passed. Almost an hour passed and no text or call. I decided to walk up to the front desk and ask when the room would be ready. They told me it was ready already. Obviously I didn't get any text or calls so was a bit disappointed. Check in improved but I think overall, the whole system is probably a mess, considering my past experiences. Whoever is in charge of check-in needs to tighten that process up. Rooms were decent, staff was friendly, and pool was nice, although a bit crowded. Only two things they could have improved from this past summer's experience. One, our room was located near the back of the hotel. They told us to park in the back and unload there. That was fine. However, we could not find any bellman in the back. I had to hunt a push cart by the front desk and unload everything myself. Wish they would put at least one bellman in the back so he can help the guests out. I wasn't the only one doing that. Two, the service by the pool was terrible. The ladies that walked around to get orders were barely visible. Many times I saw them just standing around and not proactively asking guests if they wanted anything to drink or eat. On more than one occasion, I had to go after them and ask if I could order a drink or food. You would think if they were proactive, not only would the resort make more money, but they would get tips more often?? On one occasion, I tracked down a server and asked if I can order food. She straight up said she's going on break and told me to use the phone by the bathroom to order then walked away. Sigh. It's little things that make or break a fine resort. And this is a fine resort, but things like this makes us wonder if we want to come back, especially considering the price point at the peak of summer. We liked the place, but we'll have to seriously re-evaluate to see if we can get a better bang for the buck elsewhere, especially when it comes to service.

This Hotel is a joke! On the outside, this place looks beautiful. It used to be nice and one of the best in Lancaster. Something has changed, and this Hotel is struggling! The staff is disgruntled and not friendly. They are not helpful and they just don't care. I was told that their General Manager quit recently, which shows there is a clear problem with upper management. They spend their money in all the wrong places, the property looks nice at first glance, but the rooms are a disgrace. Rusty shower heads, pealing and bubbling paint in the bathrooms, dirty shower doors and stained carpet. Not worth it at all. Do yourself a favor and try a different Hotel!

We were here with a group and have a fabulous time. Highly recommend the food and the ambiance of the ballroom. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The pool was spotlessly. Lean and comfortable for swimming

Went there on a retreat and so many nice little touches. The place was immaculate, the room was large and comfortable. The thing that impressed me the most was that the snack shop and the restaurants were all reasonably priced and in line with what you might expect to pay for the food given. Service was beyond compare and really appreciated the chocolate on the first night of our stay. Pool, spa, sauna...what is not to like?

We were not told that our room was a per friendly room and dogs / cats are frequent guests in this room. I have two boys with asthma who are highly reactive to dander. When I called the desk to inquire if this room has had pets in it, i was told yes and I was told guests are not made aware of this as they do not want to deter guests. This is absurd! There is a big difference from someone being afraid a room will smell of a pet odor and a person having a medical condition. Not only did I have a child who suffered an asthma attack but my other child wound up with a major skin reaction. I had to double both children's medication (both oral and inhaled and provide both with emergency inhaler). Additionally, we rented a villa weeks ago to accommodate a large party for our family weekend getaway so we could have the living room and kitchen as our space to have our family time after our day snow tubing activities. We were a party of 10 and had 6 in the villa and 4 in a 3 bedroom suite. After we discovered the pet infested villa that sickened my kids to the point of almost ruining our weekend and sending us the the ER, the management at the Eden offered to move us 6 of us to a smaller room inside the hotel. They said we would be able to move once we returned from our days activities but when I returned, they had already moved my room, accessed my belongings in my safe and moved all of the perishables from the full sided refrigerator from the villa to a refrigerator 1/4 of the size into the hotel. Needless to say, the food that we brought for that evening did not fit into the refrigerator so they placed it into a cooler bag with one small ice pack and all of our food was spoiled by the time we returned. This was our food for that evening as we knew we would be too tired to go out after a long day of snow tubing. So now we had to spend more money and waste time trying to find a restaurant to deliver food to our room. On a side note, our kids with asthma also have food allergies so this is also not an easy task. They also slid a bill under our door early in the morning and, despite my conversation with three staff members (including a manager) they did not adjust my bill to reflect the new room category which should have been $75 less for the one night. They made no attempt for service recovery and didn't offer to adjust the first night (which we did use the villa but “did not get what we paid for”). We are frequent guests of the Eden and have referred family friends to this “resort” but I am pretty appalled but the lack of customer service this time especially since this is a health issue leading to two children being affected. This is boardering on neglegance.

This hotel is beautiful! The staff is so friendly and helpful. If your looking for a place to have a wedding this is a great spot!! I love coming to this hotel!! It's convenient to get to. Always clean. Rooms are very nice and spacious.

Love this hotel, have stayed here in the past. Our family and friends like booking poolside rooms and enjoying a respite from winters grip, close to home . This year was made unenjoyable due to the vast number of screaming children who were present from opening til closing. Perhaps a weekday visit would allow slightly less chaos . I love kids having 11 grandchildren, but some tranquility would be welcome .

I was just here for a scrap booking weekend and found everything top notch. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed. Oh, and the reading lights above the beds are great! The room we were in for the scrapbooking was perfect....clean and bright. The food was wonderful. We had a buffet in Garfields and the Terrace. Everything was delicious and the hot food was hot and cold was cold - which always makes me happy. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I came home and told my husband, we need to go back for a get-away - I know he will love it as much as I did.

Our room was a one bedroom premier suite. Excellent amenities, accommodations, and service. Anita Midgley was our front desk manager and went out of her way to please us, as always. Ashley, the bartender/server in Garfield's, remembered us from months ago. She was so pleasant and made us feel as though we were visiting friends. Christine S. in Arthur's restaurant, was also an extremely friendly waitress and took very good care of us.

Stayed here 3 nights recently and found we had hit a treasure without even looking for one. We used the indoor pool, exercise room and 2 restaurants as they are first rate and why leave the premises in cold, icy weather. Our suite was huge and we used the extra space to have a belated Christmas exchange. Spotless too .Extremely friendly people on staff in all departments. What a find!

This resort was nothing short of amazing! My husband and I were given this stay as a gift and we were amazed at the quality, cleanliness & features of the resort. We had an amazing room! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. I can not say enough about this Best Western. It's beautiful!! The staff are the friendliest, professional and most accommodating in the industry. The amenities are wonderful. Rooms are beautiful, large and clean. I am just amazed every time we stay here how "perfect" this hotel is!!

The hotel is situated between a freeway and a gas station. We had a room to the patio. What we did not expect was that the patio was a big event location. So when we arrived there where lots of people having dinner right in front of our room window, later we could see and hear! the staff cleaning up. The hotel is badly soundproof. Our room was ok. The bath is very small. The bedspread on one our our beds was dirty, The TV was not o,k. but had a bigger screen error. The air con /heating is very loud we booked a room for 2 adults and w kids but only got 3 sets of towels. Parking was difficult as they blocked a lot of spaces for their renovation activities. I think we will try another place next time.

Was with a group of ten people very nice time at the resort we decided to stay overnight and the rooms very very comfortable we were very supprised at the amount of children that were running around the place for this time of very. The pool was loaded with kids jumping around like they had never been out before. Other than that they should consider a new band for next years party. They were okay but most of the music was not conducive to dance too. I did not mind but our wife's were disappointed.

have been going here for 12 years, always a great visit, always a very clean resort. staff is great, willing to help and very friendly. there is much to see and do in the area, the outside recreation area is fantastic when the weather is warmer

Overnight during a snow event. Had dinner at Garfield s and Angie was great company as always. Had an early start but the breakfast buffet was open a little early and they were very accommodating. That first cup of coffee was awesome.

The front desk manager Anita is a rockstar! I am the president of a real estate firm. Show professionalism and cleanliness are a must for me. It's top-notch without question. You are treated with respect.

This is a nice hotel - we have stayed here before. This time, though, there were small problems with the first few rooms we were given. I learned later that they had done some remodeling - which is a good thing at a hotel - and they had sprayed a strong perfume to cover the smells of the construction. The front desk worked with us to find us a very nice room that did not have a strong odor, and in the end that room was lovely.

We have been gong to Eden for 10 years now and it only gets better. The service is great the rooms are clean and comfortable and the good is great especially at Christmas Dinner. We can take our dog and she meets other dogs that she can run and play with.

Let me start out with only positive intentions here. We came to be with my son for Christmas and we wanted to be able to bring our pooch and Eden resorts was perfect for letting us achieve our goal. We definitely needed a full size kitchen, two bathrooms and the two bedrooms because we had five people for two days. That was wonderful having those accommodations. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was also very clean. Now I come to PA very often to visit my son and stay in Lancaster hotels if not every month, every other. I am in no way a nitpicker. We are very earthy people and know things are never perfect. With that said, we needed to move the couch so we could pull the bed out. As we did, underneath were petrified French fries that had been there for a LONG time. I was on my hands and knees with paper towels cleaning up old food left by someone else (Not my job) As I was turning down the bed, I noticed one of the pillow cases had a yellow stain on it.....now, normally things like this I would shrug off, but at $500 a night, THIS should NEVER be. I have a pic BTW The bathtub didn't drain....yuck! The toilet downstairs broke....husband fixed, just a loose screw. We froze the first few hours.....they have the heat to where you can't turn it up. Called front desk, they did change that. Sent a maintenance guy, he said “you just have to press the up arrow” we're not stupid! We know it was set at a certain temperature at the front desk! Downstairs rooms were way to small. Only 4 people could sit in the living room. We watched a movie and my poor husband had to watch from the dining room. The fire place is in the dining room!! That was a HUGE bummer!! What a terrible setup. Couldn't even enjoy the fireplace. Not sure who designed these villas. Disappointed with the way things were downstairs. Was really hoping to sit in the living room with the fireplace and be all cozy on Christmas. I will say though from the front desk to the text messages I received everyone was super nice. They even gave us a dog bowl some doggie treats and some yummy chocolates when we checked in. So in a nut shell.....we were all together and enjoyed each other for Christmas. Would I pay this price to stay here again? Regrettably, no. P.S. did give the cleaning crew a wonderful Christmas tip! We did clean everything up as we always do. Happy New Year!!

booked it for xmas and experienced goodness beyond expectation! clean room, Wi-Fi, good restaurants -food we ordered was delicious, the brunch they offer is ---OMG! Loved swimming pool and whirlpool. will return next year!

This is my husband and my fourth visit to Eden Resort and we will continue to stay here. The room, service, restaurants and location is perfect! You don't hear the people in the next room and can get a good nights sleep. Room size is perfect.

It was a wonderful place to unwind and reconnect. I would consider coming back to stay for other getaways. I thought the staff was very courteous and professional. The rooms were very clean and the service staff where very accommodating as well.

Eden Resort, Lancaster, PA Had a late start on our booking, but online we made our reservation for a 12/16/17 one night stay. Our suite was 546, first floor, with no outside traffic noise. A very clean villa, with a full sized kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a gas fireplace near the sofa, and a firm king sized bed. The outside of this hotel is quite impressive, as is the entry way going to the lobby. The lobby is quite inviting, with several sitting areas, and a front and back sided fireplace. The people behind the check-in counter were professional, friendly, and helpful in our need for a first floor villa. The villa courtyard is lovely, with its small winding pathways. Bathed in holiday lights, with the on-ground speakers that enhances this special season???? BAH HUMBUG.....Only 3 small trees with white lights, when you enter this huge resort. The villa encampment also had nothing. From the villa side of the outdoor pool, i counted nearly 18 shrubs, 8 trees, and benches to sit on. With the German or French village look of these villa buildings, it would have given us something to tell our friends and families. For the life of me.....how many "couples", in this type of "resort villa", would be cooking up a meal? Especially when they already have two restaurants in house. Take a close look at the "hotel floor plan" map for these detached villa's. The two villa's on the right side, are somewhat close to the highway. Use Bing map or google map, make your own opinion, if you would stay or find another room. If you like holiday lights and decorations? My family and I (with our dog as well) stayed here a few weekends ago for our small trip to Lancaster. The room was very clean and well kept, I thought it was very impressive that the hotel manager was able to text us after we checked in to make sure everything was okay in the room. Also it was very cute that they have a dog bowl waiting for you in the room since we did bring our dog along. There was some construction going on that made it slightly difficult to get back to the villa we were staying in but there is not much that can be done about that. We also had brunch there on Sunday before leaving to come home, the staff and food were fantastic and just as good as we remembered it.

It is a beautiful property. Well decorated for the holidays. Excellent staff and service. Plenty of amenities. Convenient location. Excellent restaurant for breakfast. Great indoor pool and exercise room.

Last week my mom and I took advantage of the girlfriends getaway package that Eden Resort offers. We definitely made the right decision booking that package. To start out I found out we had been upgraded from a 2 queen bed room to a 2 room suite, so that started the trip off on the right note before we even rolled onto the property. Being greeted at the front desk with Wilbur Chocolates truly made it sweeter, especially since we had made a special trip to Wilbur to buy chocolates on the way to the hotel. The room was HUGE and well appointed. This package was fabulous. The value of the food was probably around $80 making the room only $50 if you took advantage of the package. You also received a coupon book for Tanger. I would definitely book this trip again. The hotel was super friendly sending us texts to check on our stay. Breakfast at Arthur's Terrace was great. We went to Hershey Farm restaurant with our dinner voucher and that is delicious too.

We enjoy every time we spend at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is very nice and professional and the restaurants and the food is very good. We look forward to our next visit.

Have stayed at Eden multiple times, always fine. This visit was subpar. Stayed in villa, first problem was the flue in fireplace was open causing too much cold for first floor. Thermostat was on but made upstairs sleeping situation too hot! Maintenance did come and fix the flue, but still not comfortable between the two floors. They should have there own thermostats. Other issue, villa was dirty. Vent in living room was filthy. Last, we were never informed of construction on pavers between the villas and the resort itself. No communication. Not what has been expected from Eden.

Once again Eden Resort wait staff went above and beyond their job duties to meet our needs during the banquet dinner. They brought food that met the dietary restrictions our special needs son. The staff made us feel welcome. Thank you Eden Resort!!

When visiting the Lancaster, PA area, we always stay at the Eden Resort. The buffet is unparalleled. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The Resort grounds are beautiful. The kinds of rooms available always meet our needs whether we are a couple or have additional family. The location is central to everyplace we want to visit.

From the time I made the reservation over the phone, to checking in, enjoying the restaurant, asking for directions to places, I found all the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Will certainly stay there again

We attended a wedding and reception at this resort and stayed overnight also. Our total experience was wonderful. The reception buffet had the best quality food and the reception room was beautifully decorated! Our room was perfect and the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and the food selection was abundant. Everything was first class.

It's ok....murky disappointing in door pool. Rooms are small and noisy (thin walls, heard people talking in hallway at 11pm)...the food service from the restaurant was disappointing (pizza was not good)

Incredibly well maintained hotel resort, friendly happy staff, and a happy staff in a well-maintained property is a great place to stay. I have managed hotels for 20 years so I know what to look for but rarely do I come across a hotel that excels across the board. I am recommending your property to all my coworkers and friends. Will come back again and again.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a 2 Room king suite which was immaculate. Beautifully appointed super clean. The indoor pool was amazing, as was the The prime rib dinner buffet. Everything about our stay was top notch. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful courteous professional. The concierge drove us to our spa appointment was so helpful.We have already but 2 more stays in the next 6 months!

Visited the Eden Resort with my elderly mother as part of a bus tour group. Very lovely property. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were on the second floor of the main building which was a long walk for Mom to/from the elevator. If I have the pleasure of staying at this location again with Mom, I would be sure to request a room closer to the main lobby and dining area. Enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet but did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant or pub.

I went with my 2 teen boys for Thanksgiving. We all had an amazing time, and we didn't have to leave the hotel! First class experience. Would definitely recommend to families with any age children. There is something for everyone!

You cannot go wrong with this hotel experience. From check in to check out everything was terrific. We had dinner at Arthurs Terrace and it was spectacular. The entire place is beautifully kept. We only stayed one night so we did not get to enjoy everything else they offer. You will truly enjoy stay here.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Terrace part of the building. Rooms, hallways are clean and quiet. The pool is a definite high light, the kids will love it. Highly recommend this resort.

Everything about my stay was enjoyable. I was greeted with a hand written letter welcoming me. They upgraded me to a suite, and welcomed me with chocolate. Literally no complaints! It was perfect for business because the room had its own printer and desk. Also great for kids there is an indoor pool and a nice fitness center.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff is helpful and classy. The atrium/pool area is very relaxing for fall and winter getaways, From check-in to check out this place is a gem. All of the amenities from the gym to the restaurants are great!

Bus tour to this hotel in November. Many of our coach were put into suites but although we weren't,my wife and I loved this hotel. Nice beds, great breakfast and venue. Beautiful rooms but very small washroom and counter unfortunately was the only downer. I understand the suites were huge with a very large washroom and TV's.

Very nice resort! Rooms were lovely and clean and not as expensive as we thought they might be. Nice restaurants in the Resort. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We would definitely come back here again.

We LOVE to stay at this hotel for our anniversary weekend. and every adult weekend getaway we can! we especially stay for the Sunday Brunch. the food is incredible! we had only wished that when we got married we had heard of Eden Resort prior. we would have enjoyed this venue for our own wedding! I recommend this hotel to anyone that I can! clean and friendly!

2 queen bed room, indoor pool view (was loud on a Satruday night until 10pm when closed so if have young kids, then make sure different location.) Clean well kept room. Nicer than standard hotel room to me. Liked that they had indoor and outdoor pool, with hot tub.

Great amenities and restaurants. They are too big for their reservation and registration process. Very confused, lost paperwork and mixed up our reservations multiple times during our 3 day conference.

We stayed at the Best Western Hotel & Resorts and loved our stay the minute we walked in the door of our room. Everything was neat/clean and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was just as good. We will book another stay here anytime.

I had never heard of this hotel and found it through Hotwire. It had me as soon as I walked through the door and saw the Fresh Remote envelope on the bed. I was so pleased with this attention to detail. I have not experienced it in any other hotel & I hope it spreads. I had come to do some cycling and found the location ideal for access to backroads. Friends and I could hop on to Eden Road and find sparsely travelled country roads to enjoy an invigorating 25 mile ride through farm country. Kudos to the detailed, free map in the “Discover Lancaster” guide. Great for plotting our route. The staff in the hotel were pleasant, and accommodating. A big thank you to the male greeter who did not hesitate to approach me several times ready to help with shopping suggestions and directions. We had dinner at Arthur's and loved the food. Just a few suggestions: one person in my group is a VERY early riser and was looking for coffee in the lobby. Understood that there is a small coffee maker in the room but many resorts have coffee available before 7:00 am. Also, there was no one at the check-in desk at 5:00 am the Sat/Sun we were there. For security and safety shouldn't there be? For people wanting to work outside the room it was hard to find a table to place a laptop. Question: My room faced the pool. When I shut the door neither of our keys worked to get us back in. We had to walk thru the hall and enter that way. Is there a reason? We loved this resort and definitely will continue to return. There was so much going on and all of the guests, whether they were attending one of the weddings or the religious conferences were having a wonderful time. I understand why this resort is so popular and rated so highly. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

My wife and I travel to Lancaster regularly and have stayed at various hotels in the area. Eden Resort and Suites rates among our favorites. It is clean, quiet, the rooms are nicely appointed with comfortable beds. And the hotel has all the amenities we need. It is not far from downtown, but parking is free, a nice savings.

They are professional caring individuals who are looking to make your stay at their hotel a special memory. My wife and I found that everyone, from the one who opens your car door and greets you, to the staff that registers you, along with the room service employees, will all go that extra mile for you.

We came for a quick much needed get away. The price for off season and a promotion we received was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone for anything. It was a third cheaper than during prime time. This is a quality place.

Here to celebrate husband's birthday. His birthday was yesterday, on a Sunday in late October. Hotel did not disappoint. Got the suite we wanted. Attended the Sunday Champagne Buffet. Buffet is in a spectacular setting. Husband and I felt we were at some swanky wedding. Food was great, Waiter Sid was really friendly and helpful.Husband used the smashing indoor pool. We love staying here. we stay every spring and fall! The service starts with the call for reservations and then at the doorway and the check in desk. it continues with every staff member greeting you with a hello and the services provided are top notch. The restaurants are great.

We had a nice stay room was nice love the chocolates that was a plus. One complaint the breakfast at the restaurant was not good and over priced as well. Hotel is a nice place to stay and close to site seeing.

Where do I start? Comfort? Yes .Value yes. Spacious Yes. Quiet Yes. We have stayed here for about 6 years in a row. Don't want to stay any where else!! And the Sunday Champagne Brunch is unbelievable. I could mention everything they have but you need to try it for yourself!! The beds are so comfortable, that I fell asleep within 5 minutes of laying down. Do yourself a favor stay just once. So you will stay many times!

Love staying here. It's an awesome hotel to relax and sleep. It is near the outlets and good restaurants. The staff is amazing and the cookies are delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable and relaxing.

A central located hotel in the Lancaster area that provides comfort and value. The room was very appealing to the eye, decorated with care and very clean. The bed was very comfy and clean. The room service was prompt and courteous.

My friend and I stayed in villa number 513. We loved the fireplace and the bed was very comfortable. The second room had a bunk bed with a little table which also had a comfortable bed and TV in it - extremely cozy. We were unable to check-out past 11am as the front desk said they were sold out for that day and couldn't allow any late check outs which was a bit disappointing. The location is great and the hotel is clean and has an indoor / outdoor pool plus a restaurant on premises. I recommend this hotel for families as well as for a romantic getaway.

My husband and I got engaged here, and come up often. This is the ONLY hotel we stay at when we are here. I love the "bungalow rooms" but sometimes they are too pricey. But the regular rooms in the hotel itself are great as well. This trip we were right by the pool. I thought we would hear the kids...but nothing! Excellent...as ALWAYS!

We stayed as family on room with 2 queen beds with our two young kids and my 80 year old father. The first night was not very comfortable. The second day I asked, whether I can upgrade room and was willing to pay more. The Hotel was super nice and worked to give us a suite with two rooms right before our room. Thank You So much. First time stay, but definitely not the last. Already thinking of when to go back. The resort is beautiful. The room, the service, restaurants, the pools indoor & outdoor are perfect. So clean, so well kept. The people who work there are so nice & helpful. All the waitresses in the restaurants were great. I didn't get all their names, but all who served us were very good. The waitress in Arthur's for breakfast was fabulous. Her name is Christine. She served us the 2 mornings we were there. She has a great personality & made our breakfast so enjoyable. She took the time to give us directions & even made us a map. She was great. We recommend this resort highly. Can't wait to go back. Thank You for our great getaway. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times when traveling to Lancaster. Actually we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The facility has it all - quality front desk service, nice rooms, restaurants, bars, indoor and outdoor pools, exercise room, areas for large functions if needed, an adult only floor if needed, ample parking. Our last visit recently in early October, 2017 was the icing on the cake for us. I brought my sister and brother-in-law along to celebrate her 75th birthday. I planned it to a tee. A Villa unit to stay, show tickets at Sight and Sound plus The American Music Theatre, dinners at Arthur's and Garfield's in the hotel and shopping around the area. When we arrived, we checked in and entered our Villa unit. It was very nice. Only problem was two sets of stairs that I was previously unaware of in the unit. My sister who is 75 with a history of surgeries especially the knees instantly knew she would not be able to navigate the stairs on a daily basis. My wife and I raced back to the lobby and by chance we encountered an angelic employee named Anita Midgley. I explained the situation and she said the a move in our unit for 4 would be extremely difficult because there were two weddings and a dental convention staying and that the hotel was basically sold out. I was distraught and she could sense that. However she went to work diligently and with a sense of finding a way to resolve my situation. After numerous dead ends she would not give up and was relentless in finding a solution for my family group. Every time I said it's ok and we will try to make do, she continued on. After 20-30 minutes, she miraculously did achieve success and put us in the motel without steps. I was astounded that she went the extra mile and beyond for me. A terrific person and employee and the Eden Resort should be proud. If you ever stay at the resort in the future, say hello to Anita for me. Vince Costanza

I surprised my wife with an anniversary visit and dinner at the Eden Resort to give her a mid week surprise. We revisited the venue where we started our lives together. It was still as beautiful as it was on that day ,as a matter of fact the renovations that have been done made it even more beautiful. We had lunch at Garfields , and had a wonderful waitress named Pam. Pam was cheerful a great waitress that was there just enough to make sure everything was perfect. She made the lunch visit prefect, then she surprised is again and when we asked for the check she said there was none and congratulated us in our anniversary. This was totally unexpected! Once again they exceeded our expectations just like they did when we got married. Love this place,I love this place and highly recommend them for any event you may have.

Eden.Resort is AMAZING we were married Oct 11 2015, so my husband SURPRISE me with a wonderful gift. We went to Eden Resort in.which I truly recommend everyone to have their WEDDING held. We enjoyed having lunch at Garfield our waitress was Pam. We love her she was so BEAUTIFUL and Wonderful in recommending the buffle wings to be crispy it was delicious then.our burgers. All I can SAY IS OMG DELICIOUS. The suites are BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN. THE STAFF LOVE THEM. ESPECIALLY TINA AND PAM. THANK YOU

You will find everything you need within this hotel that you'd never have to leave the grounds of the hotel. They have two restaurants. A nice lounge area. Two pools. One inside. One outside. Convenient entrances to where your room is located. Luggage racks at each separate private entrance for your convenience. Security on the elevator to your room.

This location is extremely large and supposedly premier but too many guest do not know how to behave or keep their children under control. Second time staying in a year but the last time we were in adults only area which was much more comfortable. They did have wedding events going but people should respect others staying in the hotel property that were not guest of the weddings.

What a great place for a convention for under 200 people! Hotel rooms are very comfortable and in excellent décor and serviced with efficient hotel personnel. Restaurants in resort have excellent food with reasonable prices. There are several meeting rooms with everything wheel chair accessible. I felt very safe with hotel room cards used in elevator to go to second and third floors.

Eden Resort is a very nice hotel. Have been here before when kids were young, they loved the pools... This trip had my inlaws with us, a two room King. The king bed was great, but the 2 queen beds room was so loud all nigt long with all the trucks it was impossible to sleep. Remember to ask for a room not on highway side.

I stayed here for business. The hotel is very clean, rooms are cozy. It is conveniently located near the expressway. They offer a great breakfast buffet at Arthur's Terrace. Dinner at their other restaurant, Garfield's was ok...service slow and food average. The exercise room offered quality machines. There were a couple weddings during my stay ....banquet room is beautiful!

Everything from the lobby, staff, rooms and amenities was first rate!!! All of the needs of the convention attendees were seen to. Check in and out were quick and efficient. Problems handled quickly and pleasantly.

The villa was fantastic, very clean and offered just about everything you could ask for including a washer & dryer. Loved the outdoor pool and indoor pool. The restaurant was very nice and the prices were reasonable.

We LOVE staying here any time we are in the area. The suites are amazing. It is seriously like it's own little town. We had dinner at Garfields. The food was awesome at a decent price. It is always very clean. This time we had a sofa bed in the living room that when pulled out was a tiny bit worn, but I'm sure the villas get a ton of families going through them. No free breakfast, but there are restaurants on the property as well as a convenience store that has really awesome food (I know I doubted it too, but it's really good). The only down side I found was noise. I have terrible sleeping issues, but I know I'm not the only one to say this. The first time we went was in the main building. That was loud for a while, but over all not bad. The Villa we stayed in was LOUD. Sounded like someone pounding on the ceiling for hours. The traffic noise did not bother me, but some people that were in our conference group complained about the traffic noise. This was our second stay and they let us in our room early both times, they are beyond accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here. We love it. The rooms are truly amazing.

Incredible. So many awesome amenities. Such a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and so helpful. Everything you could possibly want/need was right there. We could have spent our entire trip just at the hotel alone. So gorgeous and so clean! We will absolutely be returning!

Staff could be friendlier and more helpful. Food is so so, but I guess that's to be expected in south PA. Pools are great but crowded at times. The room we had was great for our family but a little dingy. We plan on going back because we love the pools but hope they do some upgrades.

Taking advantage of a long weekend and nice weather we returned to the resort. A small error with getting my reservation adjusted due to travel but didn't affect our stay. The hotel was busier than they planned but still a wonderful stay.

This Hotel/Resort is Great! Went for a Wedding the first time, and enjoyed the stay. Second time was just our family, and had a great time and very nice visit. Easy location to get to,and to stores/food. Third time went with the family again, and it was so nice. We keep coming back, because of the consistancy of the service,room, and overall!

I love this hotel for a short getaway. Its only takes about 1.20hours to get there from home. Its close to all the shopping outlets and the Park City Mall is great. The food is good at the restaurants in the hotel. Staff is always friendly!

My husband and I booked at the Eden resort for our first weekend getaway since our baby boy was born. Eden resort was even better then expected. Check in was a breeze. We arrived before the posted check in time and to our surprise our room was ready. The employees were very helpful at checkin with maps and even some yummy chocolates as a welcome gift. We reserved a two room suite with a king bed and our room was on the second floor towards the back of the building. There are multiple entrances to this resort so you can find parking closer to your room location. This room worked great as we were able to set up our sons pack n play in he living area and still have plenty of room. The room was immaculate and very clean. It was very spacious, opening into a living room area with pull out sofa, lounge chair and desk area with fax machine. The kitchenette and bathroom were in the middle separating the living area from the sleeping area. Both rooms had flat screen tvs. Kitchenette had your basic mini fridge, microwave and disposable dishes. Sleeping area had comfy king size bed, another lounger chair and a second desk area. Eden resort has both an outdoor pool with splash pad and also an indoor pool. During our stay we only used the indoor pool. We went down Friday evening after dinner and it was very crowded. Not sure if that is normal but we only stayed about 30 mins before leaving. We loved that there are multiple restaurants right on property. We did order dinner from Garfield's and had it delivered to the room. It was very tasty and reasonably priced. We loved The Eden resort so much we called the front desk and decided to stay one extra night. It is on the outskirts of Lancaster. It was close enough to all of the attractions but far enough away that it didn't feel congested. My family will definitely be returning to the Eden resort whenever we visit Lancaster in the future.

We travel to Lancaster, Pa. a couple times a year and we always stay at Eden Resort. It is our favorite place to go when we have the time. The place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. If in the Lancaster area, you must stay at Eden Resort....

Very friendly staff. Really nice rooms (clean, modern and spacious). Good food in restaurants (and really good prices). Close to a highway so if you get allocated a room near to that you might want to bring ear plugs. Great value. Would recommend.

The Eden Resort is the best resort in Lancaster Pennsylvania! The quality and value for your money is astounding, the Staff there is very professional and extremely courteous.. Dinner and beverages at Garfield's is also exceptional.

If Trip Advisor allowed such a rating, i'd give it to this hotel. It's that good. Read some of the other (gushing) reviews -- you know it's good. Beyond what others have said, it's the relentless attention to detail in this hotel that leaves me gobsmacked. Here's just a small sampling of how they nail the details... -- A retractable clothesline in the shower for wet swimsuits -- A closet with little lights that come on automatically when you open the door -- Room key/door hardware which is super quiet, so the sound doesn't disturb other guests -- Plentiful power and USB ports for charging -- Stairwells which are fully finished, in contrast to most other hotels where it's just sad looking, bare concrete -- Gorgeous common area bathrooms (stalls are super nice looking wood, not metal or composite) -- Plentiful and clear signage all over the place -- you'll never get lost! Heck, even the housekeeping carts have carpeted strips around them to eliminate them scuffing the walls. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. The folks who manage this hotel are detail obsessed, and that's meant in the best possible way. And that's before you consider their fabulous restaurant, fantastic pools, and convenient location (Sheetz gas station right next door!). This was our second time staying at this property, and we've already booked another stay. You know you want to stay here. Do it!

The resort is beautiful and the pool is very nice. The kids play area is adorable and perfect but we coukd not get a good nights sleep during our stay which puts a damper on our vaction. One of the bedrooms is located at the entrance of the hotel room which means you hear everyone walking and talking at 2AM, you hear the people upstairs which sounds like they are moving furniture around at the most inopportune time(3am). Then, of coarse they are repairing the road so you hear all the construction going on all night. Even with a white noise machine you can hear all of this. The veds were sunken in and uncomfortable ad well. I really love everything else tho.

We found this online and are so glad we stayed. The room was wonderful. The grounds are so well-maintained and very clean. The pool, splash park, and playground were wonderful for our 3 year old daughter. We even tried the mini-golf / putting green. We stayed here one extra night on the way to MD b/c my husband threw out his back. The hotel was so accommodating to us. We had to move to another room b/c a bride had reserved our suite for the 2nd night, and the hotel staff moved us b/c I took our daughter to Dutch Wonderland while my husband tried to recover from his back injury. We are so glad we found this property! It really was a gem. We stayed on our ride back to NY (from MD) and had the same experience. Great place. Friendly staff. Clean, very well maintained property.

Really beautiful place. Nice indoor and outdoor heated pools. Areas Decorated beautifully too. Family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately weather was not cooperating to much on Saturday, rainy all day and Sunday was quite brisk, so didn't get to enjoy outdoor pool and activities. Love that there's a sheetz gad/convenience shop right on the premises. Great diet quick bites, drinks, etc. Very family oriented place.

This is the hotel to stay, when in Lancaster. Beautiful property with a cheerful staff. The pool is always clean and the fitness room is a good size and clean and neat. Its so relaxing to stay there! Newly renovated rooms are beautiful and the exterior is spectacular. One stay there and you will be hooked, we go back time and time again. Enjoy!

This resort is a great destination for families with indoor and outdoor pools and an outdoor activity area (which we thoroughly enjoyed). The exterior and grounds of the hotel are beautiful and in top condition. Our queen suite, while nicely appointed and clean, was not well soundproofed and had a couple of memorable flaws: dirty couch and poorly maintained bathroom ceiling. We had dinner at Garfield's and the breakfast buffet in Arthur's Terrace and enjoyed both. Next time we're in the Lancaster area, we'd definitely consider staying here again.

We got upgraded to a premium suite for our wedding night and it was incredible! Fireplace, 3 TVs, so clean and modern. The only small negative was no natural light, since we had an indoor pool view, so make sure you know what type of room you're booking. The staff was friendly but not many "congrats" or special treatment when we showed up in our wedding dress/suit...I suppose since they see bride & grooms all the time. But that's just a small side note! Everything was wonderful, if you are getting married in Lancaster it is a MUST to stay here on your wedding night!!

I stayed here the week of August 21 for the first time with my 8 year old twin boys and their cousins 9 and 13 years old boys. I stayed in a room over looking the indoor pool and my cousin stayed in a villa. Both accommodations were excellent and very comfortable! My boys slept until 9 am every morning and they are usually up by 7 am! Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful resort and so convenient and easy to get to Dutch wonderland and the Amish. The front desk was wonderful in helping us find the best experiences for the age of children. The only negative was not being able to get chairs at the outside pool after being out in the morning. But we turned it into a positive and used the indoor pool, which was quiet, until late afternoon when the outside pool cleared out a bit. The free ice cream every day was a HUGE hit with the kids! Very kid friendly and we will definitely be back!

First visit to Pennsylvania. The Hotel Facility and Grounds are meticulous maintained, staff- warm, friendly and helpful. Conveniently located. Very impressed with this area and the people who live here.

We visited Eden resort for a conference. It was very nice and the rooms were a little dated but well kept. The outside pool was AMAZING!!!! it was a very enjoyable stay and all staff were very nice. The young bartender was very nice and she always made sure we were good. The area shopping was great! Definitely would come back!

Very nice hotel but I find the customer service lacking. I couldn't even get a phone call back or an email for my reservation. Finally on my third phone call I spoke to a very nice young man D who finally emailed me back instantly about my confirmation. I couldn't get any information about Amish country other than from the custodian who gave me a very good place to eat for breakfast but the front desk people couldn't help me because they didn't know about Amish country. We tried to use the pool at night but couldn't because apparently there was a thunderstorm and the pool is not grounded. Can you believe this!?!? That means we could have been electrocuted! With all this being said, the room was very nice facing the pool, quite beautiful!

Nice modern decor, clean rooms, friendly staff make for a very nice stay. We use it annually for a family reunion and I wouldn't change hotels. Pool area is expansive and there is also shuffleboard and other activities. Not cheap but we enjoy it every year!!

I stayed here a year ago with my son and girlfriend. We have passed this place for about 10 years and one day finally decided to stay. We were there for 3 days and stayed in a studio king villa. It was an unique experience. There was a fireplace, king sized bed, and my son had a seperate room with 2 bunkbeds and his own flat screen. This hotel is built like a resort and their is sooo much to do you dont even want to leave. The staff were excellent and the grounds are as clean as you would expect. My family and I cant wait to come back and stay for another 2 to 3 days!

My family and I just stayed at Eden's Resort while we visited Hershey Park. It was a very lovey, relaxing resort. There was soo much for the kids to do from shuffle board, ping pong, indoor and outdoor pool, pool table, play ground and basket ball. There was complementary ice cream between 3-4:30 everyday and pool service. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definately stay at Edwin's Resort again!

my family and I needed a mini vacation and we also wanted to take our children to dutch wonderland this was a two for one deal between the hotel amenities and taking the kids to dutch wonderland it was like two trips in one. Every one was very nice, the villa was excellent and the kids had a great time at the kids waterpark onsite at the hotel.

Our room was not ready for us upon arrival at 7:30PM. When finally given keys, they were for an already occupied room. When they provided rails for our toddlers, they arrived over an hour later and were disgustingly dirty. Not a good place to bring your family.

This hotel is very nice, clean and modern. It's close to many things however you are right off the main highways, so there is no view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it rained during our stay, so we were not able to enjoy the pool area.

The hotel is nice, my 4th time visiting. Online reservation for girlfriends package is misleading. States prices starting at $99, May to Oct," but when we checked in, they did not honor it: reason, peak season. Nowhere did it state it was peak season; false advertisement.

Wow! What a fantastic vacation we had at Eden resort! This was our second time staying there and we really loved it and can't wait to come back. I don't know where to begin...the rooms were fantastic (2Q, 1K - rm 371). Everything was so clean, we compared it to Disney Resorts! As a mom, I loved the fact that I didn't have to constantly ask for extra towels and toiletries. The housekeeping was great and consistent. Angela was our housekeeper and I personally thanked her. We had a blast playing the outdoor billiards and ping pong. The Sunday Champagne Brunch was out of control -- just like being at a wedding. Everything we ate was amazing. Same goes for Garfield's and Arthur's. The kids went nuts over the free ice cream by the pool. They loved the indoor pool, although the only downside for me was not enough seating and the lighting was too low. But I realize there are rooms facing that area and it's small so you can only do so much. We were not able to actually see the Luxury Suites, but we did peak in when housekeeping was in there. The Hershey, The Lancaster and a couple others looked amazing. We definitely want to book one of those the next time we come back. We can't wait to go back!

Everything in this hotel is great!!! Service, rooms, pool, atmosphere. My friends are very happy to come here and vacation with me . Looking forward to returning here again soon!!! It is a great place to celebrate special occasions.

On the outside, this place looks great. Restaurants to accommodate everyone, heated indoor and outdoor pools and close proximity to many great Lancaster attractions. Unfortunately the hotel lacks strong overall general management and it showed on the food quality, service, issues with some of our groups rooms. Additionally the pool that's heavily advertised as "heated" was far from Luke warm.

I stay at the Eden 5-6 times a year and am accustomed to it's excellence. Always updating the rooms and amenities, the Eden has the most professional, courteous and professional staff. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.

I had seen the Eden Resort and Suites website and was very excited about staying here on our recent trip to Lancaster. I was traveling with my husband and our two young kids (who just turned 2 and 4) mainly to visit Dutch Wonderland, but we decided to stay two nights and enjoy all the amenities at the Eden Resort. We were happy to have a place to return to in the afternoon for a nap. The good: The staff were (almost) all incredibly friendly! The housekeeping staff, in particular, were fantastic. We had requested a crib, and they brought it to us within 10 minutes of check-in. They even handed out free ice cream cones near the pool in the afternoon. The grounds were well kept and the rooms were clean. The not so good (in no particular order): 1. We did have one negative experience with the staff when we had been waiting in line for ice cream and my daughter let me know way too late that she needed to use the restroom (right now!). We ran inside and I asked the first person I saw where the closest bathroom was, and instead of telling me, he quizzed me about my guest status and whether or not I had a room key... and the delay led to us not making it to the bathroom in time. (Note to staff -- never slow down a desperate mom looking urgently for a bathroom!) 2. This is probably totally my fault, but from looking at the website, I thought all the rooms were suites. They are not. Our room was a standard room with two queens and no separate sitting area. When traveling with two smalls kids, this is a nightmare since everyone has to be quite if someone is sleeping and really no one sleeps! I wouldn't have booked it if I had realized it was not a suite. 3. The worst part of our stay was the first night the thermostat in our room broke. The fan was stuck on high and 65 degrees. BRRRR!!!! Of course, I didn't realize this until both kids were asleep (we had stayed late at Dutch Wonderland), so I didn't want to wake them up by having maintenance come fix it. As a result, I didn't get any sleep. I was freezing and was waking up constantly to cover up my kids so they didn't wake up (and then wake the other one up..) When I called in the morning, they were able to quickly come fix it, so we didn't have the problem the second night. 4. The most disappointing part of the trip was the pool are and all of the amenities were much smaller than they appeared online and super crowded! We were there a Saturday-Monday in mid-July. The pool area was PACKED. Like "visit your local public pool on opening day" packed. Not a single seat available to set down our stuff. No room in the pool, really. We didn't even stick around. The mini golf, table tennis, etc., would all be really fun, but there is only one of each and SO MANY PEOPLE! We didn't swim or play in the splash pad at all on Saturday or Sunday because it was way too crowded. Even Monday morning it was uncomfortably crowded. 5. The layout of the hotel is weird with almost all of the rooms either looking out on the parking lot/freeway, the indoor pool, or the indoor atrium (which is actually a banquet hall). This was a little odd since we got a birds eye view of a wedding going on. And then later that night when we were carrying tired toddlers home, we ran into very drunk groomsmen carrying a passed out a groomsman down the hall... not very family friendly! 6. We received a note under saying we didn't need to check out, just to leave the room keys in the room when we left and they would email the bill. We did that. Later that afternoon, after we had left, gone to lunch, and driven to Hershey, we got a call from the Front Desk asking why we had not checked out. I told her that we had received that note, so we didn't do anything but leave the keys. She told me that housekeeping had said we had left our belongings in the room. That caused me to have a major panic! What had we left behind? I asked her to find out what was left and call me back asap. Eventually she called back and said she was mistaken and there was nothing left in the room. Ahhh!! This definitely caused me unnecessary stress! All in all, I wouldn't spend the extra money to stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this resort with 3 kids. The amenities are great b/c they offer both an indoor and an outdoor pool and a splash park for the kids. There are different sized rooms that are accommodating to all sizes of families. I did wish that the Queen sized beds were actually that size but they are full sized beds. Overall, it is centrally located, so whether you want to go towards Hershey Park or Dutch Wonderland, or The Turkey Hill Experience, this is only a few minutes from all of them.

So happy with our choice to stay at your hotel. The location was ideal to be able to visit Hershey, do some Outlet shopping, Lancaster/Amish farms and go to Dutch Wonderland too. The Children pool area was terrific, could have stayed another night just to relax poolside.

My kids are still raving about this hotel. They have so many fun activities - pool (indoor and outdoor), splash pad, shuffleboard, putting green, ping pong. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. Loved the fresh water with fruit in the lobby. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet - they even had soy milk for my son who is allergic to dairy! We hope to visit again!

We decided last minute to get away and found a great rate for this resort. As soon as we got there we headed straight to the pool area and stayed for the rest of the night. We had dinner and beverages by the pool, played basketball, kids played on the playground and swam some more indoor and outdoors. The room was really clean and quiet for how many people were staying st the hotel. We would definitely go again!

This is a tough review...The outdoor pool, the shuffle board/outdoor activities were excellent...good people/employees ..good crowd....family orientated..All of the waitresses & service people were excellent..Lynette our server from Garfield's was excellent...She went above & beyond for us...Garfield's is fortunate to have such an excellent employee...That said, we had issues with the facility...Our room was nice, but there were obvious wear issues...Do not attempt to ring the front desk from your room...they never answer..ever....Which is no big deal..that's until your safe malfunctions with all your valuables in it, like your cell phone This led to multiple treks to the front desk & a considerable amount of waisted time...( the batteries in my safe door failed ) The manger assures me that he will make right on this issue, after examining exactly what went on...He also acknowledged the phone to front desk issue....he assured me that they just installed a texting system aimed at solving the phone-front desk no answering system....I never saw it...all that said if the resort does the right thing, I'll upgrade our rating..thanx for reading

I've never been treated worse by a hotel. I canceled my reservation 25 days in advance. They refunded me. When my reservation date came up, they charged me a no show charge. When I notified them, instead of refunding me again, they recharged the room charge so I had two charges. When I notified them of this, they refunded me the two rooms charges and then recharged me two more room charges the next day. It has been hell dealing with them. I still haven't received my money back. They will absolutely punish you if you cancel. Bookers beware.

This resort is very friendly and accommodating to all guests, I notice no difference in how they responded to any guest, always very respectful and pleasant. The facility was very clean in all areas that I had access to. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities for business people were good, internet access desk and work space in the room as well as a place to relax. Room did not feel crowded or cramped. Would highly recommend to anyone!

There is nothing negative that I can say about this hotel. They facilities are very nice and the staff is wonderful. Everyone we passed had a smile and a hello. Our room was in very good condition and clean. The food in the restaurants was good and the service was outstanding. We were on vacation with our children and grandchildren and everyone had a good time. There were no complaints from anyone

The staff is very nice. Our room, however...not so much. Everything is sorely in need of updating. And this is one of those places where "dog-friendly" means they douse the room with intense-smelling stuff to try to mask the doggy smell. Just awful. We were "upgraded" to a "villa" which I thought was very nice ...until I saw it. It was a typical room -- nothing special at all, but the furniture was dirty and threadbare, the sheets and bedspread were so wrinkled it looked as if it had been slept in, and the carpet felt filthy. We were so close to the highway I felt as if we were in danger of having a truck come through the wall. It's in a highly-populated area and seems to attract a lot of people for whom this feels like a vacation because they can sit by the pool all day and their kids can use the kiddie pool. Not what I was expecting based on the reviews. There is nothing "premier" about this place.Would not choose it again in spite of the very nice staff.

We've been here at least a dozen times, and the property and service have been outstanding each and every time. Very good property layout, well maintained pools, and very good restaurants. Best Western's can be hit and miss, but this one is unquestionably a hit, and the family agrees.

I had the best experience this past weekend with BW Eden in Lancaster. From the staff to the rooms and restaurants I was very pleased. I loved the fact that they have dedicated adult only rooms for a quiet experience. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I can't wait to go back and stay for a few nights.

As a family of 5 traveling to Hershey Park and Dutch Wonderland, my family and I were looking to stay somewhere in the middle of both properties. When I came across this property, I was pleasantly surprised. Eden Resorts part of the Best Western properties is a great hotel offering plenty for families to do - indoor and outdoor pools including a spray park area for my 2 year old. The room was the biggest hit, plenty of place to spread out with 3 queen size beds and a sleeper sofa. Very comfortable, we will definitely come back again!

Filet mignon, baby back ribs, individual pizza & chicken tenders, as well as, much more. Kid friendly and family friendly restaurant. Ex ellant food, oversized portions, friendly staff, etc., etc., etc! I can't do this all day, go, enjoy the food.

I would like to recommend that top honors or possibly promotion be given to Mrs Opal ! Her customer service skills is to be emulated by other managers! She is simply amazing! As a professional firefighter in the city of philadelphia it's very important to my family to getaway when possible due to the stress that comes with the job ! Well Mrs Opal went out of her way to not only accommodate us but also give us the best price on our stay after bringing up to her attention our experience on trying to make reservations via the reservation line. Well her quality of care and exceptional managerial skills resulted in us extending our stay and we look forward returning to celebrate our upcoming anniversary in august! My wife and I come out to Lancaster specifically to stay at Eden. The room and staff are great, the pools are wonderful and the food is amazing. Even the "normal" breakfast buffet knocks the socks off any other hotel I've stayed at.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Great pools for kids and convenient to activities in Lancaster, PA area. Would definitely stay there again. On premises Garfield Restaurant was average chain type restaurant.

We enjoy our stay and everything about the hotel is nice but the pool needs to be cleaned better and more often!!!!!!!!! The pool was very dirty with lots of hair and debris floating in it. Never seen it get cleaned!!!!!!

The pool was fabulous, but a bit crowded. I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed some of the other amenities. I will DEFINITELY be returning very soon for a much longer stay. I loved being able to text with issues.

Loved every minute of our stay ! Rooms are beautiful, staff is excellent. Pool is amazing! 24 hour coffee was a great additive too! Love that the pools are open late .the ice cream served by pool every day was a wonderful treat that my daughter looked forward to! Can't wait to come back

The hotel has amazing amenities such as a nice indoor pool, fitness center and outdoor swimming pool with a great kid's area and playground for kids. we has an amazing housekeeper called Norma. She is very detailed-oriented, warm and super clean,; she left our rooms smelling great!!! Although we had a confliction with the scheduling in terms of getting our room cleaned earlier in the day 9 due to kid's naps), I believe front-desk did not communicated to our housekeeper about getting room cleaned. so I believe, there was a communication problem between them. I had to call and ask AGAIN for housekeeping management to tell the housekeeper to get to our room in the morning. I am a bit disappointed with Eden, in terms of recognition to its employees, because I stayed there last year in December, also for almost a whole month, and got Norma and Alta Gracia as housekeepers again. They were again, stellar at their jobs, but never got the comment cards which I left for both of them. I asked Norma if she did get any recognition for their hard work, and she said that she never got anything. Norma and Alta Gracia deserve to be recognized for their attention- to-detail, warmth at they take pride to work at your establishment. I worked at a similar Hotel chain (Travelodge Canada), and I know how employed behave towards their job in the hotel industry, and if there is one thing the Eden Resort should be proud of, is to have women like them working for their establishment. Thank you again to both Norma and Alta Gracia, and I really do hope that this gets to management and that they are FINALLY recognized. Amazing stay, definitely staying again and recommending to our company's coworkers, who often travel to Lancaster for business. Also, Cherry from the Sales office was very nice, giving us a nice treat basket with locally handmade products to show their appreciation for our business. Thank you very much!

I highly recommend staying here. We just spent our sixth summer trip at this resort. It has a convenient location between downtown Lancaster and the outlets on Route 30. The hotel's rooms are spacious and modern (I noticed this year there are new drapes and lamps with more plugs for chargers). Both pools are welcoming and well attended. There are lots of nice amenities such as billiards and shuffleboard. The restaurants on premises are satisfactory for dining in - they tend to get overcrowded with large families and buffet service is lacking (the food tends to toughen and get cold). Instead, I would recommend getting room service if you have a suite. The staff is extremely helpful. During our stay, Jade from the front desk went the extra mile to ensure we had a room we liked. The staff pays extra attention to service and goes out of its way to see if guests are satisfied with their stay. Several times during our vacation I was texted by the front desk with inquiries about whether we were enjoying our visit. You can't go wrong by choosing this resort.

We have stayed at Eden Resorts several times in the past year. We have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate.

The pool, spray park and outdoor activities keep the little ones entertained for hours! We return to this hotel every year and we are already talking about our trip next year! So close the Dutch Wonderland and only 30 minutes from Hershey makes this the perfect spot for our family! We were more than pleased as always!!!

I took my daughter for a overnight. Wr got upgraded for free to a King Suite upon arrival and my daughter thought it was the best vacation ever! We spent 2 days there and loved it all! Wish we would have stay another night. The outdoor and indoor pools are amazing! Fun amenities for everyone! Staff was great and cleanliness was everything was perfect! We will definitely be going back and bringing friends! I have seen Groupon deals before and will be watching for them now! Oh and Buffet breakfast was delicious too!

Hotel went out of their way to accommodate us after a horrible experience at the Days Inn - we got a really good rate and they put us in a 2 bedroom villa - WOW -- property very clean and beautiful

We went to Eden with our two kids (5 & 8) for three nights. Their grandparents also had a room for one of those nights. We had a fun relaxing time. Swam, played shuffleboard & bocce ball. Ate and drank by the pool with the help of the awesome wait staff. Had so much fun we decided to extend our stay another night. We however had to go to a new room. The hotel handled the room switch for us. It was seamless. We went to Dutch Wonderland and when we returned in the afternoon our luggage was already in our new room. This is our sixth year enjoying Eden and they never disappoint! We will return again and again!

the place is just beautiful a wonderful place for a special occasion it was our anniversary disappointed for the time we came to the hotel that the supper was closed we are not rich and do not have a lot of money to come all the time

The hotel itself was nice. The staff were rude - having attitudes. My room was never cleaned properly. The room safe was broke, the tub where we showered always filled up with water and never drained. Called for maintenance and showed up long time after. If I am ever in the Lancaster, PA area, I may choose another hotel to stay at considering the money I paid at Eden Resort for the horrible service

We just got home from our third stay at the Eden Resort and we were not disappointed. We specifically choose this hotel when in Lancaster due to it's outdoor pool/spray park and their indoor pool. If we were at the hotel, my kids were either sleeping or playing in one of the pools. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful. We also enjoyed eating at Garfields, which is located inside the hotel. I can't say enough about how much we love this hotel!

Wonderful clean up to date facility. BeUtiful grounds and very professional staff. Pool is awesome with a clean workout center as well. Good parking. No issues here which as a traveler is very refreshing.

Their indoor and outdoor pool are the best I've ever seen at a hotel. They also have a mini golf course! Breakfast is a very pleasant experience that I always look forward to. The location is perfect for families visiting Hershey, Dorney and Lancaster's Amish attractions. Always clean and quite place to rest your head.

Great location. Close to all the sites of Lancaster! Pool was great. My toddlers were so in love with the sprinkler area! Indoor pool was great for cold mornings! Only issue was the noise. Being close to the highway, the trucks kept me up at times at night. Also in the middle of the night around 3am, there were what sounded like two males drunk and screaming and singing and one sounded scarily angry. I called the front desk to report it and was told the cops were already on their way. It stopped shortly after this. I feel like this could have been prevented by not letting someone that intoxicated into the hotel or when someone calls, have security come in to stop it!

This place was amazing! My kids loved every second of being there (and t he chocolates and lemonade didn't hurt either) and I loved having 2 separate spaces to relax in! The staff were very pleasant as well!

What a very beautiful huge hotel. Its so well situated with the sprawling dinning room with fountains. Pool inside and out is beyond better than 99% hotels. Though the bed was very firm and was surprised. And the water pressure in shower was much to less for the shower heads. I had same issue in a bathroom years ago so I just bought a new shower head and problem solved. But they came to fix it and just put same shower head. I offered my wife to go to store and buy new one but she didn't want to trouble me as our days were busy relaxing and letting the cool wind blow in our hair.

Great management staff and overall great resort. I would definetely go back! My family had a great time and it's in a great location close to everything! The pools were very nice, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. they even let you pick your own pillows!

My family and I travel quite a bit, but we came up to Lancaster for a wedding and decided to stay at Eden rather than the wedding hotel because they had an indoor and outdoor pool and splash area for the kids. I've never been to a hotel that was so focused on the little things that make the trip worth it when traveling with kids. We were initially checked into a room which overlooked a reception hall and we noticed that a wedding reception was about to start, but they moved us to 258 and even upgraded our room to a bigger suite that overlooked the indoor pool. In our room there were small green night lights leading to the bathroom, but not bright enough for kids to walk comfortably so luckily I always bring my own, and a sound machine next to the king bed. Smaller kids will not be able to touch the fireplace buttons since they are higher up and the fireplace is completely enclosed in glass so my kids never even noticed it was there. At the breakfast buffet area they played at least on 1 TV the Disney channel, but no sound. Someone was walking around the outdoor and indoor pools with free popsicles and fudge bars! You can order food outside by the pool area which makes it easy to eat lunch/dinner with the kids if are swimming. The added bonus was that I wasn't even aware there was a cool pirate ship playground for the kids and a big connect four game to play. There is also a billiards table, ping pong table, basketball, and a tiny mini-golf course. We didn't get to play with everything, but we will definitely be coming back because we enjoyed our stay so much!

My family has been vacationing in the Lancaster Area for 20+ years. We have always loved and stayed at the Bird in Hand Family Inn. They had a nice clean hotel with an indoor pool for the kids. The last time we stayed we were happy with it however a family member kept raving about Eden Resort and we decided to try it. Wow this hotel blows Bird in Hand away. They are not even in the same class. This hotel was very clean, the staff was very nice and the recreation area was well laid out. While in the pool area you can order food poolside which was a nice feature. After staying here we can never go back to anything less.

The wife and I have stayed at the Best Western Eden resort many times, and we keep going back because they do the little things well. Friendly, professional staff, clean rooms, wonderful restaurants, and usually very quiet. The Sunday Buffet is famous for miles around, and the pools are so refreshing. It's almost like going home, but without the telephone, kids and barking dogs!

Very clean, neat. rooms large enough for family of 7 and still plenty of room..... went there for dutch wonderland halloween. easy and convenient. Much to do around there. parking was good. Place was very well kept and up to date. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Ease of access to interstate was great. Beds were comfortable and soft. very upscale and clean. near many attractions. will definitely stay here again. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and for $249.00 thats not to bad compared to having to rent two or more rooms and being seperated from your family. We were able to stay together. Very spacious.

We just returned from our trip to Lancaster PA and Eden Resort was everything that we would hope for. It was MASSIVE with 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), 2 restaurants, gym, guest laundry room and more. One thing everyone should know is that some rooms face the indoor pool and you get no natural light. Our suite was facing the indoor pool so the only light that we got was coming in from the pool and the bedroom didn't have a window at all. Every time we walked in we could smell the chlorine from the pool and since the pool closed at 10pm every day, it was pretty loud. BUT we had access to the bathroom from the living room and the bedroom which we wanted. Having no natural light was a downside but our whole family had a great night sleep since we didn't get any lights into the room. If you're type of a person who needs natural light, can't stand the noise and chlorine smell, then please be sure to ask for rooms that faces out, not facing the pool. We did breakfast buffet from Arthur's every morning and it was decent with good selection. We also ordered from Garfield's at night and it was ok, but the price was great so I can't complain. Overall, this resort is very family friendly with great staff and location for Lancaster. If we're ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here. Next time, I'll probably ask for a suite that's facing out so we get some natural light.

What first caught my attention when we entered our hotel room were the high ceilings.They were an unexpected plus, as we were on the top floor. That meant cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans, which really opened up the rooms. The hotel had all of the amenities a family needs--fridge, storage space, spacious rooms. And we felt a sense of luxury, even though we were there with the kids. My only small criticism was that our bedroom was the first you entered, and there was no door to lock. The children had the far room with double beds, which was much more private. I would recommend flipping the floor plan.

I was extremely happy with my sray. From checking to checking out. The staff are extremely friendly. The room was very clrwn. Room service excellent! The internet service was good. Pool area very clean.

Have eaten at their Sunday Brunch many times before. This year I stayed overnight and had 'The Brunch" the next day on Mother's Day. What a wonderful and enjoyable time we had. There were 3 proms going on that Saturday night and we thought we were going to be lost in the crowd, but the bellman help us navigate trough the crowds and get us to the restaurant with no worries at all. Everyone was pleasant (students included) and not even discourteous to us old people just going to the restaurant for a Pre-Mother's Day meal. We had a great time and stay and recommend this place to anyone that's wants a romantic evening and getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

My wife and i have stayed at "the Eden" many times over the past 10 years, and each time we book a stay at the "Eden" we have high expectations. I can honestly say that they exceed that expectation every time. And the food is off the charts, forget about any "dieting", it is not going to happen, The Sunday brunch is "Off The Charts Great".

What a great weekend it was because we were celebrating a newlyweds wedding so the magic was already there. The stay at Eden made it all more magical! Very friendly staff, very clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! There was a lot going on and the hotel was very busy and there were many smiling faces :)

Totally loved what Best western did with the place. First class all the way! Really the best hotel I would rank right up there with a five star first class resort. You'll be amazed at just how far Best Western has come to re brand their hotels. I am a believer!!

I stayed there over night for my birthday me and boyfriend we just wanted to take a quick brake from our businesses and it was a great time great place to escape very peaceful everything is right there we didn't have to leave our room at all.

Loved everything about this place. The food, the staff, the room. It was all great. The area was so calm and peaceful. its pleasant to the eye as well. Our suite was unlike any suite we have ever stayed in and the price also made it absolutely a must try. Me and my wife will be back again. Cant wait to be back.

The Eden Resort is a beautiful resort located in Lancaster, PA. It's very close to Outlets for shopping, downtown Lancaster City, Dutch Wonderland, & Amish Country Tourist sites. The hotel is very clean, decorated with gorgeous flowers/plants, a lovely fireplace in the lobby, & everything looks new & recently remodeled. The rooms are spacious, & offer everything you might need, including a printer for business travelers. There are some rooms for only families, & some specifically for business travelers that want more quiet. Their customer service is impeccable, & food is really top notch. Excellent breakfast buffet!!

The thoughtful/caring staff, placed us in the adult only wing on Prom Night. We love teenagers, but needed a break and the facility and its staff provided it perfectly. The adult only wing rocks and the indoor pool is great for couples and families.

I stayed in the two bedroom premier suite and it was so beautiful and over 1000 sqft. I'll definitely be back, it was also very convenient from the highway . They had a indoor heated pool and also the outdoor pool with a little kids water park , it's great for families.

My wife and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary at the Eden Resort. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The resort is absolutely beautiful and kept in pristine condition. Arthur's Terrace buffet was excellent and a very good value. We stayed in a 2-room suite with a King bed. It was spacious and overlooked the outdoor pool area. Highly recommended!

We chose to stay at BW because of the great reviews it had on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. The hotel was new, clean had great amenities. We were so impressed that we are planning to stay again in a few month with our kids.

When my wife and I went to check in about an hour and a half after the check in time we were told that our reserved room was not ready. We were, apparently, upgraded without being told and the upgraded room was not ready. I was not pleased and asked to speak with a manager who told me that they would then downgrade my room to its original reservation. This was fine by me, however, the manager made it feel like it was our fault that our "upgraded" room was not ready. The customer service at this hotel is severely lacking. Later in our stay, we were at a bar and the bartender left the bar area for more than 30 minutes. Other patrons asked if the bar was open and we had to tell them that is was open, but the bartender left for some reason. I told the other patrons jokingly that they had to help themselves. Obviously, the management at this hotel is very inept. I will stay elsewhere when I am in the Lancaster area from now on. Please be advised that the looks of this hotel are just a front for the poor management that exists here.

The room was amazing! We felt so relaxed and slept the bettter than we had in weeks. The front desk people were extremely helpful. Parking was easy to find and we didn't have to walk far at all. The chocolate given at check in was a nice addition.

Excellent stay!!! When I visit Lancaster the Eden Resort is the place to stay. I especially love the suites which have a private entrance and a small kitchenette to use. This trip was a family trip four generations taking a day trip to Lancaster to enjoy the good food and Farmers market. I also stopped in at the Pottery Barn outlet and got beautiful lamps. Lancaster has a little of everything for everyone. I love being able to have a home away from home to be able to relax and enjoy the trip. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well.

Loved our two bedroom suite at this hotel. The quality of beds and pillows were excellent. Little kitchen area was convenient as well as having huge two bowl sink area separate from the shower area. Two large TV's. Our suite was on the first floor. Very quiet. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots of choices. I definitely recommend this hotel and just wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

I had a very good experience at the hotel during a conference. I was placed very close to the conference rooms which made it easy in between each meeting. My only complaint was the bathroom had an unpleasant odor which I did call about and they came immediately to clean. Unfortunately it didn't help so i think it may have just been the cleaning products that they used and the way I smelled them.

I had the best hotel suite I have ever stayed in. I will be back just to stay in this suite!!! I was not expecting this when I checked in, I though I was just getting a king room and I got a terrific suite, with a TV in the bathroom, fireplace, it was just fantastic!!

My husband and I stayed here for a church retreat in April 2017. The hotel was beautiful, room was large, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was good, not great. The only thing that I would have liked were more places to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful day. The pool wasn't open and there were families in the recreation area, which was very nice, so there was no where for me to sit outside and have coffee or read a book while my husband golfed.

Every week my husband and I come to the car auction. We stay here every week and Jenn has always taken great care of us. She is a great employee and an asset to your company! She deserves the best of the best! She is truly the most genuine person I have ever met. Great job Jenn!! You are awesome!

Great accommodations - comfortable and quiet, better service - very friendly and helpful staff! Perfect location for Lancaster and nearby attractions. Good food at resort, many choices nearby. A great place to visit.

This room was very spacious. The entry was into the living room or shared family area with a walk through kitchenette and bathroom area to the bedroom. There was a beautiful patio over looking the pool. Would be great room for the summer when the pool is open.

I highly recommend this hotel. Food and service was exceptional! This place has something for everyone. This will be the place we stay from now on to just get away from time to time. I would recommend the Prime Rib Buffet to anyone.

One of my cousins held her wedding here and we stayed overnight the night before. What a great hotel! We loved our room and the activities at the hotel were wonderful! Their pool is great, but was maybe a little crowded. It was a weekend, so that's what I would expect. The wedding was held in a BEAUTFUL ballroom that was just perfect (except maybe for all of the people watching from their balconies above the courtyard area). I'd be happy to stay here again anytime! Highly recommended!

Our most recent stay at Eden Resort was met with great disappointment. We booked our trip more than a month ago and requested the same type of villa we stayed in a few months before. We specifically asked for the villa with the large spa tub. The room we were given in the villa section only had a shower. We requested a change but we're informed the type of room we wanted wasn't available so we shortened our reservation. The first evening we found the shower didn't work properly, we contacted the front desk, after waiting an hour no one showed up to fix the problem. We went to the front desk and they assured us the problem would be corrected while we were out to dinner....nothing. The shower barely had pressure and the rain head was dripping cold water while the main shower head barely produced enough warm water to take a quick shower. We travel through this area for business and pleasure six times a year, I doubt we will return.

Excellent! Everything was great. The service, room and staff. The location was close to all the restaurants and highways. We enjoyed the Amish buggy ride. The countryside is breathtaking. The indoor pool was nice. The hotel was clean.

The best place to stay in Lancaster for business or pleasure. I've encountered some of the best customer service at this hotel. The people at the front desk are amazing and very accommodating on every visit. Opal, Ethan, Nick, and Bennie will make you feel more than welcome on arrival. I know I left a few names out, but you won't be disappointed with anyone. The staff in the restaurants and the bar are equally attentive and friendly.

We stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom penthouse villa!. It was amazing! Spacious with a nice kitchen (if you choose to cook) The prime rib buffet was good, the wait staff were great and very funny!. The staff wonderful! You must stay or come for the Sunday brunch. It was scrumptious lol!

If your in Lancaster this is the place to stay. The kids had more fun at the hotel then the actual resorts. We stayed in one of the townhouses and it was well worth the cost. Definitely the best hotel in the area.

Glad we stayed here for our Hershey/Lancaster trip. Hotel is centrally located. Offered: 3 queen bed suites to accommodate my family of 5; reasonably priced hot breakfast buffet; indoor pool for the kids; whirlpool for myself -- all a good value.

Checking in process took forever. The "express" check in didn't work for any of us standing in line. The answer was "yea we know the cards stick together". The pool is VERY dirty and VERY ill run. I asked to speak to a manager and it took forever. That was totally not helpful and only made me mad. The room and the hotel appeared to be in good shape, but it's clear the middle management down just plain stinks.

First of all there were too many steps when you come in for my mother who is handicap, then in the middle of the night a Bird got into the living room through an open flute on the roof. Management refused to discount my room.

This is the first time a relied on a TripAdvisor review to select a hotel and was TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. No way this hotel should have such a high rating given the fact that the entire location rests alongside an 8 lane section of superhighway that is so loud it drowns your every thought. The staff and the actual room and hotel grounds are lovely, and the staff is beyond nice and professional. Traveled with small dog and we had no issues.

My husband and I, along with my brother-in law and his wife, stayed at Eden Resort for a short getaway. We stayed in a two room suite with three queen beds. Our primary purpose was seeing a show at Sight & Sound Theater, which is about 15 minutes away. We very much enjoyed our stay at Eden. The staff was all super nice. All of the amenities on site were well kept and clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool area and fitness center. We also used the business center while we were there as well, which was very nice to have access to. Our room was very nice and we loved that traveling as couples, both couples could have the privacy of separate rooms. The layout was well done, with the bathroom in between each bedroom and the sink and mirror outside of the actual bathroom. The tv had a good selection of channels and the beds were decent. We have a very soft bed at home so the bed was a little hard for us but we were able to sleep fine. We had breakfast vouchers for Arthur's on one morning of our stay and were very impressed with the selection and quality of the food. They had two styles of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, 4 kinds of cereal, a large selection of fruit, bagels, toast, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and strawberries, and a large selection of pastries. We wished that we had bought vouchers for every morning of our stay. The price was very good for what you get. This was one of the best hotel stays that I have ever had and I would highly recommend this resort.

Close to Hershey and many other fun family activities. Indoor swimming pool is great for the kids during the cold weather months. Staff very friendly. Suites are excellent for families especially with 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and separate tv for kids. The suites also have microwave, mini fridge, and sink which allows for not having to eat out at every meal. We spent Thanksgiving weekend at Eden Resort and had a great time.

This is my second year staying at Best Western Eden Resort and Suites. This hotel exceeds my expectations every time! Great customer service, the hotel is gorgeous, and the rates are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and friendly staff. We were greeted and taken care of by Nick. What a great guy! Not only was he the nicest person who has ever checked me into a Hotel, but he went the extra mile to ensure that our Anniversary trip was a memorable and comfortable one. We stayed in the One Bedroom Penthouse Villa. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It had a full kitchen and was stocked with anything you needed. We ordered room service and it was not only reasonable but fantastic! The food at the restaurants on site were also delicious and not over priced as some resorts are. There is really no need to leave this resort unless you want too! We will not stay anywhere else when visiting this area!

Great place to stay is visiting Amish Country in Lancaster, Pa. wonder place for family they have condos to stay in and lots of pool fun for kids(summer). Resort is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Little pricey but well worth it.

Our amazing experience started upon arrival as soon as we checked in. We were greeted by Abbey who truly provided us with excellent customer service by answering all of our questions politely and going above and beyond by making sure our experience in the hotel would be an unforgettable one. She didn't just hand us a key and sent us on our way she welcomed us with a smile and made us feel like family. The home away from home experience didn't stop there, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and fit comfortably our family of six. We also visited Arthur's Terrace the on-site restaurant, the food is good but it's the kind, funny, and welcoming staff that will motivate you to return. The hotel and location are fantastic. I will be returning next month to celebrate our wedding anniversary in one of their suites. Best Western great job!!!!

A wonderful well located area hotel with lots of extra's, that make traveling a pleasure. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast at a reasonable cost plus a evening pub to un wind after a long day. We have stayed at other locations in the area and are pleased to say that this one should be looked at!

I would definitely recommend this resort, there was so much to do even inside the hotel. The experience overall was wonderful, everything was accessible and for the most part close to the resort. I definitely plan to come back and stay longer, there is something fun for all ages.

It was a great place. Our accommodations were reasonably priced, two restaurants are on site, and the indoor pool and spa (picture) were very relaxing. It could serve as a stress-free, romance-renewing getaway for couples. The resort even has hallway posters that indicate quiet time begins at 10pm!

We stayed at the Eden last weekend, 2 nights, Friday and Saturday. Check-in was smooth, and very pleasant. Loved the chocolates!! It had been a long Friday, and we were looking forward to a good night's sleep. Our room was fine...looked the same as it was a couple of years ago when we were there. We kept hearing speaking and clapping. I went over to open the curtain to find we were overlooking a ballroom with a hundred or more people there. They were right in front of our window at a raffle table for the event they were attending. We were on the first floor, so we were eye level with the guests at the event. It was crazy (and loud). So, we had no view and couldn't even open our curtains, and we had so much noise. For the second night, we returned to our room after dinner to hear rocking bass and singing, music, etc. Turns out, there is a wedding outside of our room tonight. We opened the curtain to find the bride and groom sharing their first dance, and then the party began. When I opened the curtain, a wedding guest actually waved at me. I just feel that this set-up of rooms, especially on the first floor, is ridiculous. First, for the event, why would they want strangers peeking into their meeting, wedding, or other party? Second, why should I have to keep my curtains closed and be subject to the noise late into the evening? We felt claustrophobic in the room. Third, I feel that this should have been disclosed to me when I checked in. I paid the same amount for this room as friends of ours who did not have this issue, and the rates were higher than any other hotel we have ever stayed in for a Lancaster getaway. A separate issue was the bathroom. When we went to take our first shower, we realized the tub was not clean. It looked like there was a drainage problem from the last guest, so there were black and brown one inch flakes all over the inside of the tub. It looked like the crud inside the drain that came up into the tub. It was near the end of our stay, so we just shut the shower curtain, and we listened to the wedding DJ for a few hours before falling to sleep and waiting to check out. I know this place has top ratings, so I am really surprised and disappointed about our experience. We will not be returning.

I won a gift of brunch for two and traveled to the Eden Resort with my wife today. We were starving, and were greeted with the question if we had reservations. I didn't know I needed them, but we were told there may be something available about 12:30. It was only about 10:30 and there was no way we could wait that long. I must have had terror in my eyes when my wife spoke up about how we traveled 40 minutes to get here. Shelby saw our disappointment immediately and sprung into action. Although the hall was very full she found us a place and took care to seat us. It was the best meal we have ever had! So many choices and wonderful foods. I could not even come close to trying all the different choices there were. Such a shame, now we will have to return and try all those other dishes we didn't have room for! Shelby, thank you for making our day!!! We can't wait to visit the Eden Resort again, with reservations, of course :)

Recently had the pleasure of spending a holiday weekend here with my wife and in-laws. There were 2 wedding parties checking-in when we arrived yet despite the noise and chaos, the staff treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. The 2-bedroom suite we had for the first night was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Fantastic deal for the price! The second night we were fortunate enough to get upgraded to the Gettysburg Suite and despite having traveled to 75 countries, I can honestly say that this suite ranks among the top 10 most memorable places I have ever stayed in. As a family, we were able to cook our own dinner after visiting the supermarket just a few blocks down the way and relax by our very own fireplace, talking and enjoying each other's company. That alone made the rushed trip out to Lancaster worth it. The icing on the cake was the brilliant breakfast buffet served at one of the in-house restaurants. Wonderful, delicious hot and cold spread with pretty much anything you could ask for and for those with even fancier needs: an a la carte menu to order from. A very special mention and thanks goes out to Kayla, Anita, Opal, and Ethan who helped us along the way and answered every question we had, including arranging for the room upgrade, a bed and breakfast issue we had (fault of the booking company, not theirs) and a billing mistake (a computer error as a result of the room upgrade). All of us couldn't be happier by our experiences out here at the Best Western Premier Eden Resort and most definitely will be back here once again, even if it is just for a weekend get-away. Much thanks to you all!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we have had at the Eden resort and spa. The room is beautiful and clean. Everyone of the staff have been very friendly and accommodating. You simply ask and they make it their mission to make you feel welcome and taken care of. We ate at Arthur's two nights and the food was fantastic. The wait staff was great. If you have the opportunity to eat there ask for Eric or Beth you won't be sorry. Next I can not say enough about the Visage spa. They pick you up in a limo at no extra charge and take you to a restored Victorian mansion. From the time you walk in the spa the staff is friendly and you feel like royalty. If you can you should ask for Danielle as your massage therapist she is wonderful. We have had massages from the Belagio inLas Vegas to Charles Penzone in Ohio and it was by far the best massage I have ever had. If you do nothing else at your stay at the Eden, you must treat yourself to a massage or one of the other spa treatments they offer. You will be glad you did. I will not bother looking for any other hotel when we come back to Lancaster, I will simply dial the Eden and book our room along with a spa appointment at Visage.

We spent a weekend with our two children, spouses and five grandchildren in he Amish area of Pennsylvania We stayed at a Best Western 'Premier' hotel and it was a wonderful experience. This hotel seems to be a major location for wedding and large parties and meetings and on the hotel side the facilities, staff, service and food were five star. We travel extensive both within the US and very many countries around the world. We never expected this level of service in a Best Western and in a family location. All of us were still talking about the service days later. The reviews for this place are excellent and they deserve every one of them. If you are with kids a must stop is the Turkey Hill Experience where you actually make a pint of your own new flavor, and eat it as well as sample their other ice creams and beverages. Another great stop is the Landis Valley farm, a wonderful live experience of farm living. Nearby you can also go to a pretzel factory and take a ride in an Amish buggy. Overall a wonderful family experience for kids of all ages.

If you are not a light sleeper this is the place to stay in the Lancaster Area. This is one beautiful hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated, very comfortable, and clean. The amenities are great...large heated pools, nice restaurants and lounge what else could one ask for? SLEEP! After a day of activities and much time in the pool we were ready to sleep but little did we know that you could hear every single step in the hallway. And of course there were wedding parties staying there as well so...THUMP, THUMP ,THUMP until about 3am. If you can sleep through what sounds like someone in your room then you should definitely stay here...but I will not.

We accessed the PA Dutch experience (bed and breakfast) for couples and were blown away by the facilities. The room was outstanding, restaurant food was great, service was second to none and the facilities and cleanliness of the hotel are better than hoped. Only negative is the location which is best found with GPS.

The Champagne Sunday Brunch is an amazing. You are greeted by two efficient , friendly greeter. The room is a sea of people enjoying the various wonderful prepared food. This brunch makes people excited to taste and experience this great eating experience. Our group was 15 people with various backgrounds and training of culinary desires. Each one of them (also looking around included all the other people ) successfully found and was greatly enjoying their food selections. The waiters are always there to clear the plates, refill or help out. I really, did try (with my eyes) to find all the foods and even just looking I got full. This is an amazing treat, I tip my hat to Eden Resort for a great Brunch

I have stayed at the hotel a few times over the past few years. On more than one occasion I have had a room that opens up to the pool area. I enjoy that amenity. I have never had issues with noise when staying here.

We stayed in a villa for a weekend wedding. This is a beautiful resort, very comfortable & clean. So far the checkin and Garfield's restaurant staff have been very friendly. The food was very tasty. Top notch linens, facilities and in room amenities.

This Hotel is always top notch. We visit the area each year in early November for our anniversary. We stay for several days so we always get a room with a full kitchen so we can eat in most nights. If I were to be picky I would have to say the chairs & sofa could be more comfortable but otherwise the accommodations are excellent. The pool & hot tub are always clean & a welcome amenity. It's location make it a great choice for those who wish to visit the surrounding area with it's Amish farms, shops & outlet stores. We will be coming back next year.

The service was polite, the room was clean, and check in was easy. Unfortunately the walks are paper thin and the loud drunk guests kept us up all night. When we booked we asked if there were any weddings during our stay and explained that we needed a relatively normal quiet room. We were transferred to the weekday working staff person on site who books weddings who reassured us that not only was there not wedding during our stay but that they also have a respectful quiet policy after 10 pm. Perfect, since we tuck in around then with our two respectful kids. Long story short, we arrive to a great room and a terrible night, and when reported, the staff graciously had security keep coming back up throughout that night whenever the party restarted, to the point where security stayed on rounds throughout the wee hours. To be fair, they tried to end it and they did offer a small refund of $25, but with a sensory sensitive kid and full disclosure and asking whether there were ANY events several weeks before and again a few weeks out I was deeply disappointed to find myself with the service desk to see what could be done before night 2 today to see not only a bride taking pix but not one, not two, but three weddings scheduled during our stay. We would have gladly booked somewhere else and said that before we decided to book when we called to confirm thighs in would not be the case. I am SURE no one planned three weddings a few weeks out with a full house of related hotel guests. Night 2 and we have unfortunately had to call already twice as we have had happy drunk and also somewhat peeved with each other drunk guests loudly disruptive. Again, we are not unreasonable people. Our biggest beef is the fact that we had another reservation elsewhere, and we purposely called and told the hotel even reservation lead that we only wanted to book if we would be loud-party-wedding-free during our stay. After the first night and then finding a bride in the Lobby taking pix and a reception starting on our second - a completely avoidable problem, especially when had originally disclosed our special needs situation and that we would understand and be happy to keep our current reservation. Why put us through that instead of just telling us that you had not one, not two but THREE wedding parties in house, not even Sunday, as a misunderstanding, but during out stay?Senseless and we are tired. Hopefully we will get some sleep tonight. To be fair, I must say the. Poor beleaguered staff, including Mike and his front desk reps did their best to be customer service friendly, but what could they really do? They had N comparable rooms available in a known quieter area to move us to. Also, if anyone in you our family is at all a lighter sleeper, you can even hear the alarm clocks go off I the rooms around you , and I a not super sensitive or of noise, if you are seriously hard of hearing, you may be just fine here. And the rooms are pretty, as are the facilities.

Wanted a few days to relax and enjoy ourselves. We decided to go to the Amish country of Lancaster. After reading the reviews decided to go to BW premier Eden Resort.. It was a good choice. Two things that are top priority is safety and cleanliness this hotel met my standards, even the remote was designed for cleanliness..the hotel felt very safe, the staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful... The only thing I would recommend is if you are noise sensitive ask for room away from banquet, conference rooms our room 272, overlooked one of the rooms and the entertainment music was very loud.. did not create a big problem for us but it might for others also if you open the curtains the people who are in there can see you... I would recommend this hotel..

If you're going to Lancaster, this is the place to stay! Excellent customer service, room service, and the hotel is clean clean clean!!! I am very picky when it comes to hotels and this one made me feel right at home. Love it, will be returning again. A+ :)

Everything you want in a luxury Hotel! From fine dining to a sports bar / restaurant, to Exercise room and indoor and out door pools and Jacuzzi, and even a putting green! The staff is very helpful and polite. The grounds are impeccably maintained!

Enjoyed my visit, staff very helpful and very friendly. Nice amenities as well. Stayed here on business but would absolutely bring my family to stay here. It is centrally located to many of the local attractions so a definite plus. The GM and staff do a great job making you feel welcome.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds with optional selection of pillows. Cleanliness exceptional. The breakfast buffet was awesome, very good selection of food items. My grandson loved the outside activities which included Noah's Ark play area and golf. Water Park was not available ,seasonal.

We have stayed at the Eden may times over the past few years and have always had EXCELLENT Accommodations. All of the Eden's personnel have always been courteous, pleasant, helpful and professional. The quality in the restaurants is very good and reasonably priced. We especially enjoy the Sunday Champagne Brunch, under the direction of Executive Chef Don Tripple and celebrate all of our special occasions going to the Sunday Brunch.

We love Lancaster County PA, and visit at least once a month,each time we stay at a different place. Well I have to say this place is awesome, and this is where I will book often when we visit the area again. We stayed at the Villa,a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. The first floor had a living area, full kitchen with dishwasher,dining table to sit and enjoy a cooked meal. Also a washer and dryer which came in handy after using the inside pool! The second floor had two separate bedrooms with showers and also a bathroom on the first floor!! It was nice to have the feeling of being at home and to just relax after a day at the Farmers market. We stayed in the villa by the highway and there wasn't any noise. I could write more, but I'll do it after my next stay here at the Best Western Eden Premier!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We visit Lancaster twice a year for shopping and usually stay along Lincoln Highway. We decided to try somewhere else close by and found this hotel. What a beautiful place. Nice rooms and they have everything you need right there. Price was comparable to other hotels in the area. I did have two complaints though. Water pressure in shower was low and we were initially given a first floor room next to the ballroom and there was a wedding reception going on. When we looked out of our window, there were people sitting right in front of it eating dinner and the music was so loud in the room. We complained and were given another room near the pool and then everything was great. We will definitely stay here again and request a room away from the ballroom.

This place was like a oasis, we had a long drive that included wrong turns and ended up in Manhattan, By the time we arrived in Lancaster area it was almost 11pm tired then some, the desk clerk was awesome, polite, very helpful, The room was beautiful, beds were very comfy, was able to look around resort the next morning, Great pool area, large function rooms, Again awesome large rooms, great restaurants, unfortunately they were booked the next night, but was given a couple for a future stay, . Will b going back!!

We stayed last October 22 for one night. We came late around 5:30 pm. The receptionist are very helpful and give us the first floor room 107. I never expected that the living area had an extra bed which I thought only a sofa bed. In one room there were 2 beds which is better for 4 people. The only thing that I don't like is the sheet which looks like so old or been used for a long period of time although they are wash but the color is yellowish and not white anymore. Breakfast time I though when I did the reservation I see there was a free breakfast but when I asked the receptionist it's not included in my reservation in some way it looks like misleading. So be very careful when you do online reservation. Anyway we just order a breakfast I order sunny side up which not cook very well. When I paid the bills not cheap either.

I have stayed at this hotel with my family for many years and have always given it raving reviews. In our most recent stay a few months back, my wife was bit by a dog staying at the hotel while the guest was walking it. It created a large wound on her hip, This was on day one of our trip. Needless to say my wife needed medical attention, and we ended up speaking with the police and hotel management a good part of the first evening and the morning the next day. My wife is a trooper, and because we had friends and family coming to meet us the next day she didn't want to ruin their vacation so we stuck it out mostly hanging around the pool. Obviously this spoiled what would normally be a fun and relaxing time with the family. The reason for my poor review, is because apparently this dog had a bad history already at this hotel. It should not have been there. Also, if it would have bit my 9 year old, things would be much worse. lastly, after this ordeal (and after my many faithful visits to this hotel) they thought taking on night off my bill (we stayed 3 nights) was enough. This was insulting but my wife asked me not to make a big deal about it at the time, she was stressed out enough worrying about rabies (the owners could not readily show rabies paperwork for the dog!). If hotel management only knew how many other families I have introduced to this hotel because I liked it so much. We are just flat out disappointed.

When l go away for a weekend with the kids I Always look for the best deals that include breakfast and a indoor pool. When I booked this hotel I was lead to believe that breakfast was included in this place. When I go to check in I'm told oh NO you didn't get the package deal! Breakfast buffet will be an additional 11.50 PP ! And 8.50 under 12. That would add onto the expensive total of my stay . The hotel is pretty, rooms are nice , the pool is good if you have time to use it during there open hours. But seriously? Not worth it! Don't bother ! Plus if you come on a Friday night there is generally no parking because there is a reception going on! Drunk rude loud people everywhere. Quiet time is 10! Guess that doesn't apply to people from the reception . There are plenty of hotels in the area with indoor pools and include free breakfast for less money! They are clean and well staffed . I have stayed in many of them. So if your budget conscious DON'T stay at the best western premier Eden resort . It's not worth it.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was beyond expectations. Hotel staff was very helpful, parking was convenient, room was very clean. Would stay here again on our next trip to this area. Restaurants were convenient

Wonderful Hotel , spotless , great service . love the villas Pros: Villas , 2 Pools , villas are delightful , they give you ropes as a villa guest , the kitchen and living room are very spacious, very good when you travel with small kids as you can make breakfast at the room and just save time to enjoy the pools . T Breakfast buffet is ok , what I like the most you can order your eggs any style at not extra cost . We as family travel to Eden once or twice at year Very relaxing time..

Villa was comfortable and well decorated. The Amenities were superior. The best stay I have had in years. Planning a trip back in a few months. Room service was fast and food was as hot as if it had just came out of the kitchen. Steak, chili, Rubens, burgers were flavorful and well worth the good price. Plenty of activities at the resort. Never left it til check out. Staff was awesome and friendly. Definitely a 5 stars from me.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days to visit Lancaster and go to the Amish restaurants and to Hershey. The room was excellent, didn't have to rush to get out of the room for the maids to clean. They give you until 4:30 to get your room cleaned. We got a suite it was a very nice room. We live 4 hours away I realized when we stopped for lunch on our way home that I left my wallet in the room. We were only an hour from home. I called the hotel and told them where my wallet was and Christina took it to the lost and found and Jolie put it in the safe. I ask them if they could mail it to me and they said they would. I got it today Nov 1st and all my money credit cards and bank cards were all still in there. This hotel is amazing. They are very honest. I really appreciated Jolie and Christina for getting my wallet and Jolie mailing it to me. They are very honest people that work there. We will be staying at this hotel again next year. Thank you so much Jolie and Christina for all your help and honesty for getting my wallet back to me with everything still in it. I really appreciated it. I am very thankful there are still honest people in this world. This hotel and the people that work there are the best. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel special! We were warmly greeted as we entered. We were in Lancaster to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary (we had stayed here before on our 10th). We received a personalize greeting from one of the managers as well as chocolate covered pretzels with a note attached wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The staff was extremely accommodating to any wishes or needs that we needed. You could overhear the same tone with other guests. We stayed in one of the Villas (as we did the last time) and was not disappointed. King bed, fireplace, full kitchen. Very quiet. We were also offered robes as guest in the villas. These were great to wear to and from the indoor heated pool. Since our last visit, they have greatly upgraded the fitness room. We had breakfast in the restaurant and was not disappointed. Getting the breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from. We were very lucky to be staying thru Sunday as we took full advantage of their Sunday Brunch. I have never seen such a beautiful set up for a brunch. There were multiple stations to choose from. Again, the staff was pleasant and very helpful in guiding us thru our choices as the different stations. They had a lovely gentleman who was playing the piano that made the experience even more enjoyable. If we come back again for another anniversary, we will be staying here for sure. One quick tip, book early. I booked our rooms back in February for our October trip. They were totally booked when we arrived.

Second time we stayed at this motel, and exceeded our original stay. I can not find anything to complain about the staff, was friendly and accommodating, the hotel is beautiful and clean, the food is terrific !!! If you want the best in LANCASTER , take your next trip here!!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the basic, double queen sized room, but it made you feel like you were staying somewhere extravagant. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very accommodating. My mother and I went for a long weekend of shopping. The hotel is only about four miles from the outlets and Park City mall. We are already planning another trip for next year! A must when you're in Lancaster.

This was a fabulous hotel! My husband and I love visiting Lancaster in the fall and this was hands down the best place we have ever stayed and will definitely return with the kids to enjoy all the outside activities offered.

This was my first visit to Lancaster in about 15 years. There have been many changes since my last visit, the area has been built up substantially. New hotels and chain restaurants have taken away from the old charm of the area but some of the. Re additions including the Best Western Eden resort have only added to the area. It is one of the nicest hotels I have visited in the Northeast. The design was beautifully thought out with an incredible event space, multiple restaurants, indoor and outdoor pool, basketball court, and a putting green. The rooms are impeccable, the service is excellent, and the facility is immaculate. I had a fantastic time there and look forward to visiting again. The lobby bar was fantastic and provided us with great way to end the night.

My son and I have stayed here two years in a row and love coming back. We always use the outdoor and indoor pool. My son loves the outdoor pool- The indoor pool is never busy so if you want a little more space- that is the place. Tiny putting green for the kids which we both love. I love the location of this hotel to all the attraction. Super clean and great staff. Will be back next year.

What a beautiful hotel someone said they just underwent 50 million dollars and Renovations amazing grounds grateful amazing staff really nothing more I could ask for our room is clean new fresh perfect for a family of 4 in the king suite and next time I will bring my dog as it is dog friendly

Ideal location and definitely the best in service and updated, clean rooms. This hotel is impeccable inside and out. Beautiful grounds and great amenities. Definitely my favorite when in the Lancaster area.

Booked the two bedroom premier suite. The suite was as beautiful as the photos posted on the Eden website. We especially enjoyed the walk in spacious shower in the master bedroom with two shower heads. There is a large rain shower above. Everything worked perfectly. The Tv's are LG and large. We loved our one night stay.

Everything about this place is top notch. The rooms are modern, have everything you may want and are very clean. Every one we dealt with, the front desk, the waitress at Garfields, the bartenders, and the houskeeping staff were all very accomidating and friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel at least three times and it is consistent. Our stay was very good - the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We usually get a two-bedroom suite with the dividing bath/kitchenette. The hotel is extremely well-maintained. The indoor pool looks towards the lovely lights in the adjoining banquet room and it is quite a pleasant place to relax. The staff is always helpful and our breakfasts were great. This is our place to go whenever we are in Lancaster County as it it very-well situated for all attractions.

For the area, this is the Best hotel around. A little pricey, but for all you get for the small increase in cost, WORTH every Penny! You won't regret staying here, and when you come back to the area, this is the best bang for the buck.

While visiting Eden Inn & Suites for the AG's Minister School, I left behind a storage clipboard with a thumb drive that had important files on it. I first called the hotel and left a message to the lost and found but no one returned my call. About three days later I was able to speak to Jolie from lost and found who said nothing had been turned in from that room but that she would keep looking. Well, two days later, she called me and told me she had found it and mailed it back to my New Jersey address. Thank you Jolie for your outstanding customer service!

Had a king suite, beautiful room, full kitchen (did not cook) but nice to have a full size refrigerator, full size stove and oven, full size microwave over the range and dishwasher. 2 sinks at the vanity. 42" tv, printer with paper and cables to connect to your laptop, and wired and wireless internet connections. Bedding was very comfortable. Did have a smoke issue with the fireplace, not gas they give you a duraflame log.

Stayed at the studio Villa. Nice size,great kitchen,bed was so comfortable with small outside seating. The Villas are close to the pool,children's water park,play ground,ping pong,outside Billards,picnic area etc. plenty to keep you busy. Room service was fantastic. HOT fresh cooked food at a decent price. Ate by the fireplace in our room. Garfields was friendly and has the best Chili I have ever tasted. Not really in the middle of Amish land but still close to major attractions.We plan on going back after the new year for another weekend get away.

Wow! Got a room which was two bedrooms separated by the bathroom - a lot of space for our family. The pool and hot tub was great, and our infant loved the playground in back - they packed in a lot in that space! Will definitely be back, will definitely stay longer, and highly recommend this. Easy on and off Route 30, and Sheetz is next door for gas and for breakfast if you don't feel like paying hotel prices and want a coffee and pastry.

Spotless, comfortable & roomy. We got the king villa that has two rooms. The main room has a kitchenette, living room (with sleeper sofa), king bed & fireplace. The other sleep area is a bunk. That room also has a table & chairs. Just can't go wrong. Sleeps 6.

We went for a girls weekend. I will admit I thought twice about staying here I figured how nice could it be for a Best Western. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I must say it was the cleanest room we have stayed in . For once we were not afraid to sleep In the beds everything was spotless. The room had everything you could think of from something as simple as q tips on down to an iron and ironing board. The food at the restaurant was great. The outdoor and indoor pools were great nice and clean. There was no trash anywhere. The whole hotel inside and out was nicely decorated. The employees work so hard there around the clock to keep it so nice. Every time I went out there was always an employee working somewhere. Every employee we saw was nothing but nice and friendly to us. You can tell there is some excellent management here we received emails when we were there asking us if we wanted to pre check in and delay checkout. We were so comfortable and like other people say we felt so at home. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend the Best Western Eden Resorts to everyone we know!

The Eden Resort is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. This was our 3rd visit and will continue to stay here when in the area. The front desk employees are always welcoming and attentive! Our room was a King standard and it was just beautiful!

Not only are the accommodations top-notch, the food yummy, and the surrounding grounds lovely; but this is also a fantastic place to bring your pets! I have two small dogs and I think they enjoyed the stay as much as I did. They had plenty of room to walk around in the room and on the grounds, and even had their own play area in the back. The staff was always friendly and always had a smile for both me and my dogs.
