Best Western Hotel Goldenmile Milan

Nice hotel well placed for companies around not located in the city center. Good courteous service, Room and bed comfortable. Complete breakfast and tasty, Restaurants available within the hotel or just outside didn't try that yet.

The bathroom door is just clear glass, i was there with my husband and my 24 yrs old son... we ask them to add a single bed in the room just to save a little money for staying there a full week... if I could get another hotel that same night I would've left. That is NOT an Italian life style... I know that because I was born and raised in Naples Italy. They don't show the picture of that on their website and they should.... it's a reducible idea... whoever came up with that must been drunk that day. The personal is awesome and it's really clean, however because of the bathroom door I can't give them a higher score.

A typical 3 star hotel under the Best Western brand. It is a little far from downtown. The room is okay, with basic bathroom amenities. Breakfast was good enough. Nothing interesting around the hotel area by the way.

I'll be in Milan with my family (child of 11) for a couple of days. The journey was pleasant, the hotel is not located in the city center but we have used metro (car is needed to reach the stop). Our room was on the back of the hotel and quite, as there is a high speed road in front. Hotel is new, despite there were some painters during those two days for a refreshment. Breakfast very good, both American and Italian kind. Staff helpful and kind.

Stayed here for two nights. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very nice. Overall this hotel exceeded expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to return

The Hotel facilities are very good - spa is quite small, but good available with the elevator. Location very good - near to speedway, but still nothing can be heared. Best Western has actually good and respectful image - in this house they have receptionist, who does not know, how to behave professionally. 25th of december at 2:00 am after coming back from Christmas party we were phoned by receptionist and asked to come to him, because one person was not registered. I was asking him, why do he has to do this now and why nobody says anything since 2 days - he got aggresive, screamed that he should call police. 3 days later again the same guy at night shift on reception following me and asking if I have a problem with him and getting aggresive again. I was travelling a lot in the whole Europe, but never treated like this. Dear Management consider to give Mr.Karim another job, where he will be not in contact with your customer. Actually this is a good house, but not for this kind of treatment

I have stayed here 3-4 times as it is fairly close to our offices in Cusago. The staff at the front desk are always very courteous and helpful and speak good English even when I arrived once at 2am thanks to Easyjet ! The rooms are clean and the shower is one of the big head fixed into the ceiling type that I really like! Breakfast is fairly typical , there is some healthy stuff if you want it but I had the scrambled egg which which very good and bacon of course which is always unfeasibly streaky in most hotels I stay in around Europe. Bed was comfortable and there was a choice of pillows which was nice. I did not eat dinner in the hotel - there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance that I went to instead. The hotel is adjacent to a busy road just off the motorway but the traffice does calm down at night, but is very busy in the mornings. This is not a tourist area and is quite a distance from downtown Milano so bear that in mind. Otherwise, a very reasonable hotel for a reasonable price

+ Not a bad hotel at all. Especially for the low-season price. Surroundigs boring and dull, but the room was nice and clean and the bed big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Didnt try their kitchen but breakfast was good and ample. - Not sure how people get there without a car, and at evenings the nearby (50m closest) standing or car-waiting prostitutes dont help the athmosphere although they were very polite. Thats something for the kids to see but only by nighttime...the prostitutes are a common sight in Italy still as I have encountered them twice on this trip - not even looking for them! We could stay here again too.

Had a lovely stay. Hotel nice enough but our bedroom on the 6th floor needed serious upgrading. Shower cubicle in bath was dangerous - an accident waiting to happen stepping out as it was so high. Great breakfast but noisy, busy, help yourself. A great spot for metro and getting around!

Room was a decent size. Small but not very busy gym. Reasonably priced beer at the bar. Food is OK. Breakfast is a decent spread. Staff very helpful. The owners also own the restaurant over the road which brews its own beer so they may send you over there if the hotel one is shut. Only negative is that it is nowhere near the Milan Metro to get into the city (you have to take a cab to Bisceglie which is just under €30).

Nice hotel, out of the city centre but good for my business meetings. Did not eat in the restaurant as the food is all microwaved!, so went o the restaurant opposite for excellent food. My profile preference is for a no smoking room but I was given a smoking room. This was not an issue and there was no unpleasant smell.

Easy to reach from Malpensa airport, provided you have a car it's a 40 min drive on highway. Well serviced area, with an organic market and restaurants within walking distance. Nice cozy rooms and friendly stuff. Strongly recommend staying here and purchase the breakfast, it's well worth the 3€ they charge. Being Milan in August the place was quiet which was a plus at breakfast since we didn't have to fight for pancakes, bread or scrambled eggs. Coffee and juices are really good too. Only downside would be the the AC in our rooms (we had booked 2) wasn't working but those from us who complained about it were moved to another room. Also would have been nice if the access to the main door had a slide for trolleys. You need to carry your bags up a few steps to get in. Overall a good place to stay

Clean comfy rooms, good moderately abundant and varied breakfast, friendly helpful staff though little English is spoken... Only drawback - quite far away from city centre but if you hire a car or plan your commute in advance, it's very accessible especially since Milan is equipped with good public transport.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The beds were comfortable and the toilet was uniquely designed. It has a translucent door and an overhead shower. The bar at the lobby has affordable prices and offers a wide selection of drinks. They were able to give me hot water for me to take up to my room and the wifi was 2 euros for multiple devices, so I think that's pretty good. Breakfast was good as they have bacon.

Ideal Hotel for business trips in the north area of Milano. Confortable, clean and big rooms and excellent service (restaurant and breakfast) Free parking area and good relation Price & quality. The best rooms are in the internal area not infront the steet.

I stayed several weeks during the course of 10 months at Goldenmile. My experience is very good, I tried a couple hotels around but sure I can recommend Goldenmile/LOPS for a stay in this vicinity. The rooms are clean room service is precise. Special thanks to the breakfast staff, especially Andy for the kind and personal service. Our coffee and tea we're always on the table in seconds without even asking! Also special thanks to the staff of LOPS restaurant. Great food and fantastic service.

The hotel has a good design and is very comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Just a few hints: -request a room ot facing the highway (it's noisy) -avoid the restaurant and use the restaurant on the other side of the street (LOPS restaurant)

Hotel was clean, breakfast was decent, location-wise, it is close to one of the airports, which means that it is quite a distance from the city-centre. Was not a problem for me since I was leaving for Lugano the next morning, but maybe a point to consider for people who are intending to stay in Milano for a few nights. Many reviewers mentioned the free wifi, I have no idea why because the front desk told us that we would have to pay (I think) 2 euros for an hour's use. Overall, a decent hotel.

I stayed here with my family. It was really a nice and clean hotel. Staff were also helpfull and the breakfast was just great. Free parking and pool not that big but good enough. Highly recommended hotel

Modern hotel just outside Milano. Rooms are nice and spacious, comes with free wifi. Breakfast area was crowded and breakfast offer average in quantity and quality. Was missing proper Italian coffee. Will stay there again as it was at a good location.

Great hotel, great breakfast,beautiful room, staff was warm and sincerely friendly, on the way to the airport I left my mobile in one of the taxis they use, it was returned to the hotel and they were very helpful in getting it back to me, if you need to stay in outer Milan, I HIGHLY Recommend this hotel..

Stayed at this hotel as it was near to our customer, its on a main road but you do not hear the traffic in your room. The staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are very clean and modern, the hotel has free wifi which is ok for doing emails. The breakfast you have a good selection of food. The one point which I would recommend is if you come to the via a taxi make sure you tell him its in Trezzano and not in Milan as the Txi driver took us to 2 different hotels first before we were taken to the right one and the cost of the taxi was €150.00 which is very expensive. Would stay again

This is certainly the highest quality business hotel in the Trezzano sul Naviglio area. It's ideal for a business traveller; rooms are spacious enough, clean, breakfast buffet is ok (not great), wifi is free but keeps dropping. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. A proper hair dryer in the bathroom. Iron, ironing board and kettle available in room on request. Decor is best described as corporate. The location is terrible - that's not the hotel's fault though. There's nothing to do in the area and it takes at least an hour to get into Milan. The hotel does offer dinner, and there are a couple of steak grill options near-by, but don't expect gourmet dining. Beware the pavements around the hotel i.e. the are copious potholes where one would expect paving for pedestrians. So, no pretty heels. Overall, a pretty decent place to stay in the Trezzano area.

Apart from the position far away from the city, without considering the fact that there's only a poor bus service to get to the city center, the low rate is given because the wc has a completely transparent door: really disappointing if you are there with anyone except (maybe) your wife/husband. This is incredibly stupid, this place must be run by an idiot! One star and I'll never come back, this is embarrassing and a waste of money. :(

The hotel is modern with comfortable rooms and great showers. The air system in the room however made it tricky for me to sleep. Good the majoirty of the hotel is non-smoking. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice

Dear reader, i stayed one night in this hotel for business purposes. The location is not the nicest, there is basically nothing to do in this area. From the outside the hotel is not really eye candy. Consequently the view from the room is not good. The girls at the reception are friendly but take some time for checking out. The credit card reader is very slow. The room looks nice at first sight but there are some downturns: - the tv is very bad and you basically have to watch italian tv if you want to watch tv. The german channels are very blurry and they only have one speaking channel(BBC news or CNN, not sure anymore) - the bathroom: the washing basin had stains everywhere. - no possibility to open the window so you are stuck with the airco which i couldnt turn off. The good thing about the room is the bed. If you like hard matresses like myself you are sight for a comfy night. I didnt use the wellness area but i had a look at it and it looked ok. The swimming pool is not too big but good enough to cool off a bit. There are some machines in the gym but you dont have any privacy because people going to the sauna walk past you when you are on the treadmill. I only ate the fruit at breakfast so i cannot judge the general quality. They had fresh ananas, kiwis and apple. My colleagues and myself wanted to have a drink at the bar after work but the lady working there is so unfriendly that you quickly realize that you made a mistake. When we arrived back in the hotel after a restaurant visit around 11 pm, the bar was already closed. If u just want to sleep here, it is ok. At 115 euros incl breakfast per night, you cannot complain. I cannot compare with other Italian hotels because this was my first stay in Milano.

Located 30 minutes from both Linate Airport as well as from Milan city center, this middle class hotel offers what it needs. But don't expect anything more than that. Staff is friendly, reception staff work fast. Entering the room was pleasant. They have a nice design but rooms are small. The bathrooms are clean and well designed. I loved the shower! TV channels are below average. I found 1 German and 1 BCC channel. The rest is Italian. What mire or less killed my stay was the poor breakfast area. Not only does it look cheap, the breakfast buffet they are offering is not worth the money. AND this should be a 4 star hotel! So also from that point of view they score below average. I was disappointed that coffee came out of a machine. (Italy land of great coffees???) I was hoping for a great coffee in this 4 star hotel but had to downgrade my expectations:-(. So in a nutshell: - small rooms - poor breakfast - lack of good TV Unless you need to be in this area, I would suggest you pick another hotel. Taxi price to airport Linate: 60 euros

In spite of the name, this hotel is located miles from the center. If you're a tourist, I'm pretty sure you will be disappointed by the location in which this place is based. I was there for business and have the following quibbles with the place: 1. Public areas were not properly cooled - it was 37C outside and not much cooler indoors! 2. No beverages available to purchase when I checked in. Was told to get something in minibar, as the bar was closed. 3. Even the fitness center (tiny) provided no water for those exercising. 4. It too was not properly air conditioned. 5. The pool is little bigger than a paddling pool. 6. Rooms are tiny, with small twin beds pushed together. 7. There isn't even enough room between the end of the bed and the desk, to fit a chair! 8. AC in my room was pathetic. Temperature in my room never got close to 30C, let alone getting cooler. It was sweltering all night! 9. It was also noisy - poor noise insulation between rooms and to the corridor outside. 10. Needless to say, I did not have a good night's sleep. 11. Finally, when it came to checking out, I was not asked about my stay. I guess nobody cared! I will definitely not be back.

If you a looking for a hotel just to sleep is an don't want to bother the staff then this hotel may be an option. Sleep is good and rooms are clean. Internet is OK. but the staff at this hotel needs to work on their attitude towards guest. Not nice. I made this comment after my visit a year ago and left with the same feeling.
