Best Western Plus Time Hotel

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Spacious room ( I think we get a free upgrade to a premium room), good shower and a really excellent breakfast. Its a bit out of the centre, but there are 2 bus routes nearby (2 and 57) that get you into town in 10 minutes. Its also convenient from the airport - the airport bus stops 10 minutes away, Its more convenient, and cheaper, to get this than the Arlanda express. Stockholm is a great city and there's plenty to do and see for several days.

We always stay here when in Stockholm visiting family who live nearby, We've tried the other options, hotels and airbnb, and have settled on BW Time as best suiting our needs and providing the good value.

Absolutely zero sound and vibration isolation. From very early on in the morning, I heard people walking and opening and slamming doors. Like if I had no wall or door in my room. So no sleep at all. The room itself was very basic and boring. And it was not clean. The worst thing was the bed though, just not comfortable at all.

Just perfect. The room was delightful, it's in a good position close to Odenplan Tunnelbana station and with a supermarket next door, this was very handy. Staff were polite and helpful. I cannot think of an 'even better if'

Breakfast is gorgeous, large personnel to clean up promptly. Rooms are well equipped, maybe the shower wall could be wider. Check-in and check-out were efficient. One tea boiler was not working and was promptly replaced. Location is a bit away from city center, but well connected.

Don't think twice about booking this gem of a hotel. The location is great. There is a bus stop two minutes away from where you can get to the main sightseeing areas of the city with a short bus ride. The airport bus also drops you very close to the hotel. The room size is averege (however compareable to the size of rooms in Oslo and Bergen). The cleanliness of the room the bathroom and the shower pressure is also very good. The rooms were cleaned well daily during our 4 night stay. The bed and bed linen is super comfortable. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. We looked forward to the generous and hot and tasty spread that even had gluten free options. The staff were constantly on their toes to ensure the breakfast items were refilled and tables clean and ready for the next set of guests. Keep up the great service standard.

Very nice hotel with extremely helpful staff. When I was there, I saw them go out of their way to help a number of guests with issues they had. Afraim is a great guy. The breakfast buffet is also very good and not crowded. It is located a short walk from the Metro line.

Chose this hotel based on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't have been more pleased or surprised! The quality of the service and the breakfast buffet amenity was excellent. Location was also convenient.

Located with easy access to Vasastan, Haga Park and the city centre. Got a superior room facing the street. Nothing special but nice view over the rooftops to Vanadis Park. A/C out of order so we had to keep the window open during night bothered by nightly noise from the street. Apart from the lobby, the style and decor is average. Very good breakfast served in a dull restaurant. Very helpful reception staff.

The hotel is new, the room is big enough and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was also good enough. We chose the time hotel for a one week stay, because it was near the venue of my conference, but it ended being a good location for exploring Stockholm. You are a little bit far from the center but it is reachable by a 30 min walk or faster by metro.

The hotel was very good. Everyone was nice and helpful. The bed was so good and also the breakfast was better than expected. Supermarket is locaded next to the hotel. I will stay again if im going to visit stockholm again.

Lovely hotel, second stay here and both times were wonderful, thanks to excellent room and helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast, vegan and gluten free options as well. Easy access to city center by metro, or walk about 3km. Supermarket downstairs and another 200m away. Only thing missing was minibar/mini-fridge, would have been plenty of room for one in the room.

Silent, big rooms. Bathroom with all necessaries and more. Comfortable beds. Service-minded staff, especially at the breakfast. The breakfast has everything you can wish and more f.ex. fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, pastery, pancakes, different sorts of cereals and seeds. The first morning of our stay we asked for Nutella. They didn't have it. The next morning there was a big Nutella standing on the counter.

We stayed during our weekend trip and really liked the hotel - nice spacious room with all necessary, we also enjoyed taking a drink in the lounge area and breakfast which had a lot of choices. Also, staff was very friendly.

Reception staff are less likely to have more knowledge of customer needs οr several asking about the city (transports-eating-leisure etc) otherwise a perfect hotel. I am very satisfied with this hotel but no satiesfied with reception desk

Very pleasent hotel, nice welcome, clean comfortable room, absolutely fantastic breackfest, pretty good location (very close are buses, 8-10 min to subway, but you can also walk to the city center/old town)

The university is close by. Metro is too. All is fine with this hotel. Our issue was the size of the room for the price paid, it is small-ish. The cleaning could improve. You can walk easily to Gamma Stan.

Fairly new and nice/fresh hotel at a good price point. All worked really well and nothing to complaint about. Good breakfast buffé and a nice relax area which you can book for yourself. The rooms were nice and clean and the lobby nice for a drink and hang out.

I've been in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, traveling from Goteborg to Stockholm for an essential appointment with an Embassy on 31-dec-2020; I decided to stay few days so that to have a chance to visit Stockholm after having booked this hotel to booking.com which proposed a good rate and ice reviews up front (compared to other hotels closer to the Center). . Overall I must tell you that I have a mitigated experience of my extended stay. I'm a very frequent traveler, usually traveling for business in many countries and so far I have had the chance to travel to all continents. I would like to write a detailed review, not to provide critics but to propose changes which I would have liked to apply if I could during my stay. Please do not take any offense, as this review is aimed to be constructive with positives and negatives which are completely subjective to me but which can also be related to other guests' experiences... > First the POSITIVES (+) 1/ ROOM - Good Room Surface: Enough space but only for one person - Room Window/Door can be opened for having fresh air (which is definitely a plus compared to few hotels locking all windows for opening) - Various amenity products in the bathroom (soap, body and hair, lotion, …, vanity set) - Nice Bathroom with a good shower (good pressure and hot water), heated floor, and way to control the temperature in the bathroom from a LED switch at the ground level on the wall (+) 2/ STAFF - Very polite and responsive staff + got a price rebate of 30% on my arrival after booking.com confirmation was not found in their computer (even if was still confirmed and active on booking.com) (+) 3/ SAUNA - Very Good Sauna, made private for 1-hour sessions (need booking at the reception to get a slot and a special key to enter the relax room) (+) 4/ PRIVATE PARKING GARAGE - Nice Parking Garage (Entrance, Access to the hotel, …) (+) 5/ FOOD AMENITIES - An ICA Supermarket next door in the same building (ground floor close to the lobby, accessible from outside the hotel) (+) 6/ BREAKFAST - Nice breakfast room (nice space, lounge atmosphere) >> Then the NEGATIVES (or things which need to be enhanced) (--) 1/ ROOM AMENITIES - Bed, pillows are way too soft; I have spent 2 months in a scandic without any issue with the bedding but in this case, after the first night, it was like all my bones were hurting and I injured myself in the back when taking the shower; for solving this I had not found any other solution than shifting the two beds against the wall, and arrange bedding right into the floor (not on the carpet) by taking care to not be too close to the shelf to avoid hitting it at night - Sofa not practical, was dirty (some white stains) and was very heavy to move even (two pieces); the room is too small to place it in front of the TV and if kept along with the Window/Door, you cannot really open the Door/Window completely and it takes a lot of room; moreover, if you are too in the room, it's a single sofa for one person and the other person seats in the chair or on the bed? not practical I confirm! - Room has a classic and aged layout (aged wooden floor, wall materials, furniture, the room is too much red-colored, it can become aggressive if you need a calm and quiet atmosphere…) - The Carpet in the room is very aged, very dirty, very much used (like everyone in Central station walked on it), very thin (not up to Swedish standards for a 4* hotel), and losing original colors (red going pink and some areas white), Carpet being next to the desk, seating and sleeping area: not ideal during COVID-19 restrictions and the carpet does not look Swedish at all, more Indian style, which looks surprising for Stockholm - Some pictures on the walls represent Indian culture, not Swedish culture or Stockholm (most of the people coming to this hotel are tourists visiting Stockholm, not India) - Poor layout for illustrations in the room (only 1 classic/standard painting in the room which does not represent anything in particular) - It would be preferred to have illustrations of monuments of Stockholm or things specific to the area (black and white pictures, map of Stockholm, Map of Sweden)… Scandic does that so why Best Western is doing differently? - Occulting curtains are not occulting enough, even during Wintertime, you can see light during the day so you can imagine during daylight periods and long summertime - Desk light is very dark and does not give a good illumination, had to redirect the spots in the ceiling to the desk (climbing on the chair, "tuning" the light in the room…) - Space for a suitcase is not practical, had to consider multiple combinations before fitting my 2 suitcases, backpack, and cold bag - Desk chair was not comfortable (old and used, aged simile leather, very soft like the cushioning has vanished, seating area not practical at all) - Some lights were not working as expected (2 on 3 spots were working in the ceiling) - Window/Door has access but no balcony, not even you can place a can to get cold in the wintertime to simulate a fridge unless you wish to leave the window/door half-opened - TV blocks on Hotel menu, no way to see programs, you have to unplug the TV from the outlet to make it work again and it seems all related to the Hotel custom menu - There is no Minibar in the room (but an ICA Supermarket, which makes no sense in case you need to have cold products maintained during your stay, how do you maintain them cold? in the car trunk in the garage? not so practical, especially since the hotel does not provide restaurant service for lunch and dinners - There is no classic Swedish standard for the windows (in Sweden you have large shelves to play objects, lights, here you have very thin and not so insulated windows, which is strange for Sweden as per regular standards for hotel rooms) - no room insulation (you can hear other guests, and the city sounds, each car passing, …) - Heating in the room is not reactive to control switch: you have to wait and see and most of the time you don't see any change… (--) 2/ HOTEL / PARKING / SAUNA - Hotel is a bit far from the city (you gotta be ready to consider long walks: count 5 to 20km depending on which area you wish to cover in Stockholm) - my booking.com confirmation was on the site but not received by the hotel, not a good surprise, and need to create a local reservation after 470km drive, quite strange - No Restaurant (only Breakfast served pretty late starting at 7:30 and changing times for New Year's day: why complexifying life of guests by just shifting breakfast time by +30min on each end; Guests like simple rules and stability in the rules; if you need to go in the elevator (like advised by the staff) to understand Breakfast Hours, it's surely not a 4* service) - no room corridor insulation ( you can feel vibrations when people are walking) - Complicated parking rules (you may need to exit and re-enter your car to match those rules during your stay so if you wish to park your car for the entire stay, then you need to completely revise your thoughts to adapt to this complex system - Sauna was perfect but during my last (3rd) stay-in, I have noticed that it was quite dirty with gravel inside. I'm pretty sure this is not the staff responsibility as guests have to understand that they need to clean their own mess after they had their relaxation time in the Sauna; it seems that some guests have not integrated the Swedish culture; in principle, when you enter the Sauna, you do not enter with your shoes on if you see what I mean; it's completely the opposite of real pleasure to have to walk feet naked on some gravels you can find outside next to winter tires and pavement roads. I will stop my review here and will give an overall 4/5 as I'm pretty sure the negatives can be transformed into positives with few arrangements to be considered by the hotel direction and staff.

We have stayed in this hotel previously, and it remains very good in our opinion. The hotel is located in hip Vasastan area with plenty of restaurants and good communication options. If you prefer a brisk walk into the more central areas of the city, you can do it in 15-20 minutes. Otherwise the closeby metro will take you there in 3 minutes. The breakfast has improved much and is in my opinion one of the best in Stockholm.

The rooms are comfortable, and very cosy. Staff are very friendly, and kind. Breakfast is delicious and tasty. I would say this hotel is family-friendly, and is in good walking distance to attractions and restaurants. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, so that is useful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Probably the friendliest, most helpful and welcoming staff. Nice relaxed ambience. Comfortable spacious warm rooms, good variety of breakfast selection. Great value for money. Good accessibility to nearby transport, only 30mins walk from central station. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel staff were exceptional in making our stay great. The hotel is beautiful, quite and clean. The Relaxation Room was amazing and the breakfast with a wide variety of items to choose from and quality of the food was great.

My only tiny quibble would be with the selection of fruit juices - ginger, something purple and something pink; I'm 'old school' and look for, say, orange, tomato or apple juice. But otherwise recommended for a short stay.

I didn't expect to like the BW Time as much as I did. In fact, I was sad to depart after our two night visit. The pictures online make it look somewhat hipster, but also sterile. We primarily chose it based on price and the good reviews. We weren't prepared to warm up to it. Sure, there are some oddball modern touches and sculptures in the lobby, and it lacks the charm of a boutique hotel. But the staff and the efforts they go to make this a great place. They literally had the red carpet rolled out at the front door. The reception staff were all approachable, helpful, and friendly. They even went to the trouble, in celebration of Halloween, to include guests in the fun and have hidden bats throughout the hotel. Finding one was rewarded with a prize! Glad to say, after some scouring, I found two. It was a cute, whimsical touch. The room itself was clean, average sized, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The wooden doors and room numbering looked sheek. Breakfast was impressive. So much selection and choice. There was a combination of fruits, pastries, cheeses, breads, hot items and meats, and even the most delicious crepes. There was no excuse to leave hungry. I was so disappointed that we had to check-out before it was served on our last morning, as they don't start serving until 7:30am on the weekends. It's my only quibble. But the staff does organise a packed sandwich and snacks for early check-outs. The location is away from the attractions, and the lower price reflected that. It's in a quiet neighbourhood that was safe and an easy 30 minute walk from the city centre. The Odenplan station was about a ten minute walk as well, and two shorts from Central. Overall, we were impressed and loved the Time's staff, details, and breakfast.

We stayed for one night at this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, but the shower was very small. At first glance it looks normal, but you have to swing the doors in so much to keep water from spraying the room, there isn't much room left to stand and shower. We had booked a room for three people, but arrived to find no bedding or towels for a third person. The front desk was great about bringing up what we needed right away. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of food, including some local favourites. Park I was a bit of a challenge, but we did find a spot on the street not far from the hotel.

Always enjoy staying at the Time Hotel, local variations in cost sometimes take it out of my company price bracket, fortunately booking ahead I had an exceptional rate this week. The Hotel is beautifully maintained, very comfortable rooms, relaxing bar area, and fabulous Swedish breakfast. There is also a gym within walking distance & entry is free with a stamp on your key card. The only small negative, the lifts can be busy at times so getting up or down from the high levels sometimes takes a little while, but there is always the stairs.

I am long time member of Best Western hotels chain, staying very often at these hotels. BUT this hotel is overpriced for the quality of the stay for sure.. Staff as everywhere in Sweden is very nice and helpful - no complains there. BUT the rooms!!! You can't seriously charge this much for the actual rooms quality (even in Scandinavia).. I wish I would have taken a photo of the carpet in the room - you don't wan to see it let alone touch it... Unfortunately did not have energy to complain about this at the spot. No proper full sized mirror , no iron at the room either, TV control barely works. not even "pretty ok hotel" for business trip...

We were very fortunate, we got to check in at noon. That was very much appreciated. Room was spacious and clean. We had booked basic room. Had a waterheater and tee and coffee. Grocery store was downstairs. Basic breakfast was included. Gluten-free options also available. Very friendly staff. Saimme onnekkaasti huoneen jo puolen päivän aikaan. Huone oli suuri ja puhdas. Perushuone oli kyseessä. Huoneessa oli vedenkeitin, teetä ja kahvia. Ruokakauppa alakerrassa. Perusaamupala kuului hintaan. Gluteenittomia tuotteita oli saatavilla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip. Booking and check-in processes were easy enough, just like check-out. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Only niggle was that one morning, at peak breakfast time, there was no coffee *gasp*. Supposedly it was 'brewing', but that brewing process lasted a long time and still wasn't working when I left. Room was big enough and comfortable. Better than some higher-grade hotels I've stayed at. Internet access/speed was fine. Only one niggle, the bathroom sink was blocked when I arrived. The staff were very helpful to get it fixed and arranged that the next day. But when I got back to my room I found that the plumber had left dirty boot prints all over my bathroom floor. Not very nice. So, on the whole I can recommend the hotel based on the key points: good room and friendly service.

I traveled alone to Stockholm and decided to stay at this hotel. The hotel has a nice lobby, but the lobby looks nicer than the room did. A huge air conditioner was really dominating, but at least it was silent. On the plus side I liked that the room was quite spacious, bed was really comfy and bathroom was nice. Staff could have been nicer. I think this was the thing I reacted the most about. No eye contact and only the cleaning staff would smile and say hello. Breakfast was pretty good and I liked the shots with fresh juices. Other than that the hotel is located pretty far away from the city and attractions, but public transportation are located nearby. This might have been imagined, but traveling by myself I felt a bit unsafe walking to and from the hotel in the evening. The streets around the hotel are in a residential area and are almost empty at night.

It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, very well soundproofed, the breakfast is quite varied and very tasty (very good coffee!), the staff is friendly and eager to help you when you need it. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, clean and very pleasant. Right next to it is an ICA store. The distance from the central train station is half an hour's walk or less if you use the subway. I recommend with warmth, especially for 3-4 days business trips . If I'll have the opportunity to return to Stockholm, I will choose this hotel.

Location is perfect, you can walk to public transportation stops especially metro. The breakfast is the best, over European standards. Employees are so friendly and polite. Rooms are nice. So delighted

Business, tourists, retired: saw all here. Quiet and convenient location. Public transport nearby. Best breakfasts. We were extremely pleased with Superior standard room with divider wall between bedroom and large sitting area/tv/ kitchenette. Roomy closets and shelves. Walk-in shower. Hard working and helpful staff. Bar and snacks. Grocery & Cafe next door. Via Vai Italian one block up hill, excellent neighborhood restaurant. STK is a very walkable city and subways/busses are excellent.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat, we loved it! The hotel was in a residential area with schools nearby and a 5-10 min walk to the bus stop. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was spotless and had everything we needed. The history of the hotel and the rationale for the decor is on view, and we loved the decor. Breakfast was a feast with so many options from traditional Swedish fare to cooked breakfasts and everything in between. It is a buffet do help yourself to as much as you want. I really can't fault this hotel at all.

The hotel has a contemporary design. It is located is a quite area, but very close to public transportation and 30-40 minutes walking to the city center. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.

My spouse and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Time Hotel for four nights while in Stockholm on pleasure. The staff was friendly and efficient, the property very well maintained, rooms spacious, breakfast delicious (full continental buffet option, including eggs, bacon/sausage, cold cuts, cheese, several pastry options, and better than Starbucks quality drip coffee). The only area that it'd have been nice to address was the fact that there wasn't space for us to easily unpack two suitcases. Minor inconvenience. The hotel was a great value - it was half as much per night as comparable hotels close to Gamla Stan. Getting an uber to head towards any of the tourist sites took 10-15 min and cost ~140 SEK.

Upon entering the hotel, we appreciated the cleanliness, and how pleasant the staff were. Our room was clean and nice as well. From a North American perspective the rooms were very small, but after a week, we realized it was all the space we needed. The wifi was strong in our room and in the seating area outside. This hotel's breakfast was unbelievable! Fresh, diverse, catered to all diets, and all so delicious!! The coffee was so good too. The only not great part was how close the outdoor smoking area was to the front door and outside seating area. Overall, we thought this hotel was a great deal, good location, clean, friendly staff, and we would recommend it. But seriously, the breakfast was so good!!!

We booked two standard rooms sleeping 3 people staying in July. This our third stay at this hotel and once again we had an excellent experience. All the staff we met were very friendly and efficient assisting us with maps, advice, etc. The rooms were the usual high standard, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety both hot and cold. Although located in a very quiet residential area Odenplan metro station is only a short walk away which makes access to the city centre very easy. This is an excellent hotel and I highly recommend it.

We really loved this hotel! We only stayed for one night, but we will definately go back. Hotel looked nice, room was big enough for the whole family (2 kids) and breakfast was great! Having ICA downstairs was a good bonus.

The hotel was a great stay for 6 nights - clean, spacious, quiet, good breakfasts and very friendly/helpful staff. It is an easy walk to Odenplan rail/metro station and has a bus stop very close by which we used extensively to almost all attractions. The convenience of a supermarket downstairs was handy and with a good selection restaurants around make this a great location to stay. Wish it had a bar fridge in the room but would definitely stay again.

We stay here every time we come to Stockholm. It's in a quiet neighborhood in the north end of the city, a neighborhood of mostly jugend-era buildings. The hotel is 20 meters from the #2 bus stop, which runs every 6-10 minutes, takes you through the heart of the city, and connects directly to every other city line. The hotel shares its ground floor with a supermarket. We love the rooms on the top floor with a balcony that is more of a private patio with a view over the city where, on a quiet summer evening, we can watch balloons drift over the city. The personnel, whether it's the front desk or the staff running the breakfast, are all very helpful.

Everything worked out easily and good for my weekend in Stockholm. Hotel is in a strategic postion not far from the center by walk. Even when we were checked-out the hotel took care of our baggages until our departure while visiting the city! Always gonna choose this Hotel for my next trips in Stockholm

Spent 3 nights at this hotel which was of an expected good standard for a hotel chain. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean.Coffee sachets were topped up daily and the room was cleaned daily. There were no distracting noises from either in or out of the hotel. The breakfasts were amazing with so much range on offer. The staff in the breakfast room were very attentive and worked the room so efficiently.The receptionist staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal with being slightly out of the centre - 10 mins walk from the nearest underground which in itself was only 3 stops from the centre. A supermarket next door meant supplies could be stocked up and it had a deli restaurant which was ideal for supper

We had to take a break from all the work we do. I saw a cheep flights to Sweden and since Best Western Hotel is in the middle of Stockholm and just a 15min walk from the Station we whet there. I highly recommend this Hotel its very clean and the breakfast was the best.

Quite enjoyed our stay here. We were able to get an early check-in which was very helpful. Room was good, typical of Scandinavian type furnishings. We found the beds to be very confortable! Breakfast was good, however can get quite crowded at times & not much room between tables. Hotel is convenient to central Stockholm & Gamla Stan. Bus just on the corner from hotel, about 3 min walk will get you to Gamla Stan within 15 mins. Next door is a deli & supermarket which was convenient for snacks. Staff at reception were very helpful with maps, directions etc.

Stayed a week for business based on location but was blown away by amenities, service, convenience, comfort and staff. Quiet location somewhat off the beaten path but great access to public transport made it a perfect location. Had a balcony room that was comfortable with great work station. Breakfast included was the best I have ever experienced. Deli next door makes anytime meals easily accessible.

The hotel is lovely and is only a couple minutes walk to a number of bus stops. The room was nice and I had no complaints about it - no noise from the road, and the curtains were blackout. The breakfast was very broad and had something for everyone (granola, eggs, pancakes on some days, fish, pastries), including gluten free, and was open 6:30-10:30. I would stay here again, it was great value for money.

If you are looking for a great place to stay with wonderful staff and fantastic rooms this is the place. It say I had a great stay would be an understatement. I could not ask for a better hotel with wonderful staff.

Spacious and clean room with excellent service from the staff. Breakfast is superb. The hotel is located near t-bana station and bus stop. Quiet neighbourhood. Many restaurants nearby which open till late night.

Easy to find, and the location seems very fine. Easy parking in the Basement, an elevator to the reception. I don't really like boutik decorating, and a red “theme” seems to be the thread here. Check in went well and was offered a bottle of water to take with me to the room. No fridge or minibar in the room The room offers flat screen tv, coffee facilities, comfortable bed, large bathroom and all extremely clean. Plenty towels and noticed an AC device. Very quiet room on the 7th floor. Bonusinfo: Supermarket right next door. Did not try breakfast.

We were welcomed very warmly by English-speaking staff at the front desk. The hotel is modern and very clean. We had a nice room with everything needed. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walking from the nearest metro station, which was okay for the weekend. There is a supermarket located next to the hotel, but not many more things. For dinner, you have to take public transportation to another part of the city. The room was booked including breakfast, which was very extensive. There is plenty of choice for everyone.

It is really nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, bed comfy and interior design is nothing out of extreme. Breakfast is delicious with variety option to choose from. Overall feeling staying here is lifting and really calm place to be. Nice lake near hotel for running or walking by coast.

Stayed here for two nights whilst in Stockholm and really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is lovely and very clean. Rooms are spacious and bright. Staff were all very friendly and even allowed us to check into our room early which was appreciated as we had just come off of a long flight. Breakfast had a great variety of options also. This hotel is located in a residential area, but is next door to a large supermarket and deli and also close to all the bus stops and metro stations. As well as that, it is very close to the airport bus stop. I'd definitely stay here again when in Stockholm!

What an outstanding hotel. From the rooms, to the staff, to the food, to the location, to the cleanliness! Staff - they can all speak very good English and all helpful and pleasant. Rooms - decent sized rooms, with everything you need like tea coffee kettle hair dryer shower stuff. Modern. Beds soooo comfy - especially the pillows I had such a good sleep every night ! The rooms and hotel in general were also cleaned to the highest of standards and room got cleaned everyday by housekeeping staff and it wasn't just a make bed and empty bin job either! One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in! The under floor heating in the bathroom was also a plus! Lovely touch! The food - we only had breakfast but that was delicious - lots of choices, especially healthy choices avalaible like avocado, smoothies, fruit, nuts, cereals, eggs, bread, cooked something for everyone ! The location of the hotel also good, not far from train station or shops etc. and in a safe quiet area. Would defiantly recommend this hotel if staying in Stockholm. You won't regret it :)

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days and had a lovely time! Super clean hotel, great location (about an 8 minute walk to Odenplan station which takes you just about everywhere). The breakfasts in the morning are truly outstanding, so many great options to choose from, all very fresh and well made! Only mishap is that they charged me twice for my stay, which is annoying because it limits my spending while I am away since I have to wait for the refund. However, the hotel was quick to apologise and fixed it as soon as they can! Would love to stay here again on my next trip to Stockholm!

This is a really nice 4-star hotel in Stockholm, Sweden that I stayed in. It had a good breakfast buffet, as breakfast buffets are, and you didn't leave hungry unless on your own accord. Rooms were clean and spacious and the room had a large window. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a good viable alternative when staying in Stockholm.

We stayed here for four nights and it was a super comfortable stay in every way. Ideally located in a safe residential area, ten minute walk from the Flygbuss (airport) bus stop and the same from Odenplan metro. It is about a twenty minute walk from the old town but that was a plus for us! Reception superb, good size rooms with safe, also a walk in shower, underfloor heating in bathroom,great quality linens and towels, fantastic buffet breakfast and superbly efficient and helpful staff. They also have a sauna which you book for exclusive use. We just loved coming back here each night after a days sightseeing in the snow! There is a supermarket next door and several restaurants within five minute walk. All in all a fabulous hotel which we could not fault in any way. Highly highly recommend to all.

We went for a short visit to Stockholm and we choosed the hotel because of the price mostly. The location was quiet good close to one of the main stop(Odenplan) was about 5-10min walk. The hotel was very nice and for breakfast was a big good selection of food and drink. Last day we needed to leave early before breakfast time but there is an option you can preorder take away breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff!

The breakfast was excellent. The check in & check out processes were efficient. The baggage storage was strategically placed. The kitchenette in the room was moderately stocked. The room size was excellent. The wifi was excellent. There's a supermarket right next door ! Would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Check in was ok, but check out was really bad i addition we asked for correcting invoice as the name of a person who was reserving was connected with the name of the company so we didn't want to have the name on the bill or it should be written that this is the person who reserved the room. And this was impossible to do for the staff so the invoice is useless in Poland.

Really approach me with class. We send thousands of dollars your way. Approach me With respect. Never sending a dollar this way after CHANGING RATES. We stepped outside to smoke like all should. Do do it here it's not allowed.

Excellent hotel, sometimes too expensive for us poor Brits depending on the exchange rate, but a very competitive price early January. Exceptionally comfortable hotel with large rooms, and an arrangement with a local gym, small but adequately stocked bar, while the area has some great restaurants. Great location on the outskirts of Stockholm, easy to get out to the industrial areas on business in the morning, and downtown at night.

The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. Fresh linen, smooth and plain duvet cover. Upon request we got a second rack for our baggage. Seems that all rooms are equipped with the same type of rugs. The frames of the rugs seemed a bit torn, so may be this belongs to the appearance of the hotel rooms interior. Breakfast buffet is opulent, good coffee taste and flavour, quick service for refreshing the buffet! Reception service is very friendly and helpful in any way. The location is not so far from the city center. Bus stop is close by; it takes only 15 Minutes bus ride to "Centralen". There is a supermarket connected to the hotel building (closes at 10 pm).

The hotel is in the Vasastan area of Stockholm, there are lots of restaurants within a few metres walk of the hotel. The rooms was comfortable and clean, a nice large bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. I liked how the balcony door was allowed to open so that I could cool the room down. Staff were helpful and there was a really nice breakfast buffet in the morning. My only criticism would be there was no fridge in the room which would have been helpful.

I stayed here for a long time for work. I the location was great (15 min walk to city center / less than 10 to the Tunnelbana) and close to everything. There is a grocery store connected to the building which is very convenient. The bed and the couch in the room were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple nights. My room was very tiny but it had a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom , they serve breakfast every morning which I really enjoyed it as they offer good different options and the location was perfect you are by foot close to shopping area with lots of restaurants around

I was in Stockholm for a week (to attend a conference) and stayed here. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are fairly simple but well appointed. Everything you need. What really stood out was the quality of the breakfast. Amazing.

Large room, spacious bathroom, colorful decoration, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Walking distance to Albanova University center. I was very content to stay there during my work trip. Hotel has many floors but only two lifts. Be prepared for long waiting during breakfast and check out time.

I stayed here for 10 days while working in the city. It's a little outside of the city centre but only a 20-25 minute walk to the old town centre, or easily connected by the metro which is very simple to navigate. I couldn't fault this hotel at all, it was quiet, the room and bathroom were very clean, very very comfortable bed! Nice hot powerful shower, nice bathroom toiletries, good tea/coffee making facilities. The included breakfast is probably the best I've had at a hotel, a huge selection, even for a vegan like me! There is a good supermarket and deli underneath the hotel - very useful. The hotel is also close to a very picturesque park 'Hagaparken' great for running or just a walk. The only thing it didn't have for me was a gym, but I noticed there is free use of a nearby gym if you collect a pass from reception. All staff were very friendly and helpful, I'll definitely be staying here again when I next work in Stockholm.

Good location, nice breakfast bar, friendly and knowledgable staff, and very clean rooms and bathrooms. It's in excellent walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. It's a quiet area and the rooms stay quiet. We would stay again!

Hotel quiet and elegant. Breakfast reach and tasty but problems with cutlery. Unfortunately I parked too close pedestrian crossing and received a mandate, which was not so cheap :-) Recommend this hotel having everything what you need during your trip.

Stockholm was nice but unfortunately this hotel makes it very bad for me. The only good thing of the hotel is normal breakfast and location to some extent. My room is so small and grey color in decoration makes it very awful. It was not so clean and i do not choose and suggest it any more. The only best thing is the manner of ladies in front desk

We have stayed here many times over the years and still enjoy the Time. We stay in one of the rooms on the top floor with a private terrace overlooking the city and Englebrekt's church on the far hill. The breakfast was not quite as special as it has been in the past, but still very good and stays well stocked even when the tour groups descend. We love the fact that there is a grocery store next door (ICA) and that it is so close to the #2 express bus running every 6 to 9 minutes. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Quite location within a few stops from the center by bus or tube. Rooms, staff and breakfast were satisfactory and a little bit more. Very welcoming reception room and a warm welcome from the staff. Good choice of local restaurants and the hotel has a supermarket located outside which is open to 23.00. The supermarket also had a restaurant/bistro attached which seemed to server food and beer . Enjoyed my stay here and have absolutely no problem with booking here again for my next stay in Stockholm. PS. the breakfast pancakes are to die for. Some of the best I have ever tasted

Great hotel for staying a night or two. The location is a bit boring if you're on holiday. But for my businesstrip, it's perfect, with only a three minute walk from the office. The people working there are friendly and the breakfast is great!

I stayed here for one night in August 2018. When i checked-in I was upgraded to a larger room without even asking for it. Very good service. The room was clean and there was no noise noice from the road outside even though there was a lot of trafic. No noise from other rooms as well. I slept well here. The breakfast was good, there is plenty to choose from.

Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. The best thing about this hotel was breakfast. It had everything one could ask for and it was delicious. The only drawback for me was the location. It's not in the city center. It's close enough, you can walk the distance but you'll get tired for no reason. Nothing to see In the way there...

Located several metro stops from central Stockholm, we found this hotel in Odenplan to be one of the better ones in our Scandinavia travels. Rooms were quite, neat - kept very tidy by housekeeping. Breakfast offers good & tasty variety. Front desk staff - your first encounter to a hotel's character- is the best to date experienced after weeks of travel & many hotels - in particular their Rebecca, a cheerful, welcoming individual, was outstanding - extremely helpful & patient. As an FYI, down the street from the hotel is a wonderful Italian restaurant In case you have that craving - it's called Via Vai.

We booked this hotel with my parents due to our weekly visit in Stockholm. Beautiful area, close to the metro. Very kind staff, awesome knowledge of English. The only drawback is that the room wasn't cleaned up correctly...

Room was big & plenty of light from large window . Roomy bathroom too . Two fans left in the room were a nice touch as it's been so hot . Behing the building is huge building site , would be difficult to have a lie in when they get going every day I'd imagine. Breakfast is ok . Local area is lovely so if you don't mind being a bit less central this hotel is good value for money.

Good value for the money if you dont have to stay right in the center but at a fair distance. Good breakfast. Friendly staff and very good aercondison, which was great since it was hot in Stockholm during our visit. Some noise from tearing/building work next to the hotel, but only on weekdays from 7. I hace been for two nights un this hotel due to a business trip, all in the hotel was fantastic, the room, acomodation, towels. And the breakfast was amazing including typical products of sweden, also was composed voy a big variety of breads, cheeses, marmelades...

We booked a standard room for 4 nights in July 2018 but when we arrived we were upgraded to a superior room. This may have been because there were some building works going on around the hotel but hey any upgrade when it is free is appreciated! This was our second stay at this hotel and it was as good as we remembered. Staff were very friendly and efficient, the room was clean and tidy and the included breakfast was superb. Location is not an issue if you use the very efficient metro system, we bought a 7 day pass and was in central Stockholm in no time. We had a great stay, and would recommend this hotel.

We're a couple and stayed at the hotel between 15th and 18th of June. The hotel is very very nice, clean and comfort. The breakfast room is very big and there was always a table available no matter what. The breakfast was huge and had so many things to eat. The room was spacey enough and the bathroom was very clean with underfloor heating. The hotel stuff was very polite, they helped us with everything we asked. Overall staying at this hotel was a great experience and the stuff helped to make our trip even better.

The hotel is located a bit outside the old town, but enough restaurants around. It is in the University area. We used a 24 Hrs transit pass, was very convenient. The rooms were clean and large. It was relatively warm when we were there and it looked like a large ventilation or cooling unit covering a good part of the ceiling. However, it did not do anything, I have no Idea what it was for. After consulting the front desk, there was only air circulation, meaning the window. Having a room facing the front, there was a bit of noise early morning, I mean it is light at 4:00 The included breakfast was plentiful, except for eggs. But there was enough of other good food there.

While this hotel is a little out of the centre it is convenient re transit. Only a five minute walk to the bus and 15 minutes to central station via bus and subway. Being in a safe neighbourhood it is quite even with windows open. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The buffet is very good, great variety and fresh! There are a number of restaurants within walking distance but reservation maybe required and closing times are generally prior to 8:00 pm.

We love Stockholm and were having a wonderful time until we returned to our room and found valuable items were stolen. The safes are not big enough to hold electronic items like iPads or headphones, etc. and these were all taken from our room. Very disappointing because the hotel is really quite nice. I would have given this 4 stars if not for the theft.

We stayed some days in this hotel during our Trip to Stockholm. It was absolutely perfect. The hotel is well located near the bus line 2 which goes directly into the city or to the underground station "Odenplan". With a travel card for the public transport you can get to all places in the city easily. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing. Overall a perfect stay for us. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for three nights. Upon arrival the man at the desk was more focused on chewing gum than welcoming us. He could not find our booking. When I showed him the paper and pressed for searching he found our booking. He did not inform us about the hotel. BEWARE of the free wifi: when you agree to the terms of condition you agree to give access to your contacts, photos, vidoes etc. So we didn't use the wifi and used the mobiel network for data. The standard room was small, but had an outside door that could be opened. Upon arrival the room and bathroom were clean. But while staying there the room was only superficially cleaned and the wastebins not emptied. The beds were comforable. The first morning the shower gave little water, the other mornings were ok. Breakfast is very good, with lots of choices and fresh fruits, yoghurt, bread, etc.We had a room at the back of the hotel and on Friday and Saturday evening there was a lot of noice from young people hanging around. Bring your earplugs. Service at the front desk and breakfast was friendly and efficient.

The staff at the Time were very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, not overly lavish but satisfying. The sauna is clean and private. I will stay here again when I visit Stockholm.

I spent 3 nights at the Best Western Plus Time hotel and really can't fault it. I chose this hotel because unlike many others in Stockholm, it offered a double room for single occupancy at a fair price (many other hotels I looked at only offered very small and often windowless rooms for single travellers and/or charged a ridiculous amount of money) and I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is less than ten minutes walk from the airport bus stop and around 30 mins walk into Gamla Stan (the old town). There is also a bus stop to get to and from the old town around 100m from the hotel door. My room was very clean, very comfortable and had everything I needed (including tea and coffee making facilities which I appreciated). It was also nice and warm during a very cold time in the city. The real highlight of my stay here was definitely the breakfast which had everything I could think of and more! A great selection and great quality food too. The only negative comment I would give is that tables were not set for breakfast and guests had to get their own cutlery, serviettes etc and this is something which I would not really expect in a 4 star hotel. Some people may find the hotel a little far from the main tourist attractions but if you don't mind a walk or a short bus journey then I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is nice enough but a few things let it down: Pros - the breakfast is far better than you would expect for a hotel at this price (meatballs, pancakes, smoothies, and little sweet pastries all included). The staff are friendly. Location is pretty decent for price, only a 6 min walk to metro station. Under floor heating in the bathrooms. Supermarket next door for snacks etc. Cons - rooms look a bit dated and tired. Got given a twin bed put together rather than a double bed. No iron in room - so asked for iron - got told I had to go to the iron storage room four floors down and use it there, or bring it up myself and put it back! No dinner options in hotel or food service. Half the channels on the TV in the room didn't work.

Stayed here on business in Jan 2018 for three nights. Very clean and modern Scandinavian style rooms, furnished to a high standard. Bathroom has lovely heated floors too! My room was a twin and was big, lots of space to work as well as sleep. No evening dinner options at this place -only reason I couldn't give 5 stars - but the breakfast is very good, with a choice of healthy smoothies, cereals, loads of Scandi bread and hot food. Perfect for my business trip and close to the Flygbussarna airport bus stop. Will be staying here again.

Was 4 hours late due to late ferry from Ventspils in Latvia due to bad snowy weather and late train due to, again, bad snowy weather... Arrived in the beautiful light snowfall and at 12.45am with my hand luggage and an 8 minute walk from Odenplan Train Station. Check-in was fine, but I was a bit subdued due to being told I can't pay by cash for my stay and only card..Bit strange... Appearance of hotel seemed smaller than the pictures on website, but was very clean and presentable. I slept brilliantly and room was of a 4 Star Standard - very Scandinavian. I had asked to use the Sauna at 8am the next day and when I went to use it, it was not switched on. I had a semi-sauna in the end as it was warm only sadly. Breakfast was the highlight of my stay and so healthy, lots of it , so much choice...Smoked Salmon eat your heart out! The location was in a quiet area and the price was brilliant as I had booked 2 months before or so...Prices had doubled after this. I would recommend this hotel, yes Sweden is expensive as its economy is different to other countries, I definitely would look forward to Breakfast again due to the amazing choice and as long as the price is 700 Swedish Kronor or under. Sauna is free which is a bonus! Try it!!

We ordered an executive and a superior room for one night. The hotel has nice details and clean rooms. The hotel is about 3 km from city center. Use bus no 2 or tunnellbane to get to the hotel. The reason it got 4 stars is the less attractive sign on the tables at the breakfast room. This sign warns about pickpocketing in the restaurant.

Very good sleep despite being next to elevator. Quite & comfortable despite being a compact room. More than sufficient for the overnight stay. small buy sufficient bar for last orders. Good breakfast. Happy to recommend and would stay again.

I had a very satisfying stay at BW Time Plus. The staff was very kind whenever I asked for anything. The breakfast was vast and greatly presented. The room was clean but a little too small. The location is great and writhing short distance of a train station and bus stop.

We stayed as a couple in a standard double room for 3 nights in December 2017. The hotel is located in a pleasant residential area some 10 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station. It is probably 20-30 minutes walk from the Central bus/rail station and another 10 minutes to the Old Town. The hotel is not central, but the city has a very good transport system which is easy to negotiate. Reception staff were efficient and friendly, offering advice with maps, etc. The room was a little on the small side but perfectly clean and comfortable. tea/coffee was provided in the room. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety especially the cold buffet. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again in the future.

This was my first visit to Stockholm and this hotel was close to where my client was based. The check-in was quick and efficient with the room clean and comfortable. The décor in the hotel is great and location wise is easy to get to from the airport via the bus. The breakfast is self service and has a wide selection. The only negative I can say is that there is no restaurant for the evening so you are forced to head out of the hotel for you evening meal. This is okay as there are a lot of restaurants and bars in close proximity to the hotel but not so nice when it is -5 outside and snowing.

This hotel has a great breakfast that offered a good amount of variety, including smoothies and other healthy options. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was small but tolerable. Location was good - close to bus and metro, which were pretty easy to navigate. A supermarket is located right downstairs in case you need any snacks or other amenities. A few restaurants nearby as well in case you didn't want to go far for dinner. Otherwise, 10 minute walk will get you to the area around the metro where there will be more food and shopping options. Not a deal breaker by any means, but I do wish the hotel was just a tad closer to the airport bus. It's about a 10 minute walk, if you don't get lost looking for the bus stop. Make sure you ask the front desk to map you to where you can pick it up to go back to the airport since it will be different from where it left you off when you arrived.

Very clean hotel and smart fresh decor. All the staff are happy and pleasant with a spirit of good nature in helping you for the smallest thing. The location is convenient but not central although bus and taxi to and from the city and airport are handy and within easy access. The breakfast is very good and comprehensive and I would use this hotel again if I were in town.

The hotel is situated close to Norrtull and it is easy to go without entering the traffic jams in mid Town. It also perfect that the hotel is neigbor is upermarket where you can buy grosseries and fast food to bring to your room. The room was perfect size and lot of space in the bathroom. I was missing a restaurant and a gym but it is possible to find in the surroundings. I can recommend a visit.

Centrally located, easy access to most in the city. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast somewhat limited in choice but ok, comfortable environment. Rooms ok too, nice well lit and equipped bathroom. Noise from the street loud in the morning which just took the edge off it being rated any higher.

It is always interesting to come back to a place to find out whether is was a coincidence that you liked it. But they kept up the good work in this hotel-the rom was a standard single this time-they had nothing else to offer. But it had all l needed and although small, the bed was excellent to sleep in. This hotel has a breakfast starting at 0400-a true airport place. Its the kjnd of place that feels like home away from home. Their food is excellent, the reception cosy. Lots of business trevellers-used to be on the move. I love this place and will not hestiate to go back for the next Arlanda trip.

Stayed for 4 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The checking was without any hustle and our room was clean. However what I was looking most forward was the breakfast which was amazing. The variety was huge and I could not be happier. From the location perspective it is a bit out of the center but still walking distance. Grocery shop is right downstairs.

We arrived at 10am and had asked for an early room which they had. So everything went very smoothly, wifi worked well free of charge and the breakfast was excellent. All this at about 132€ for a twin room. They even had black (Assam?) loose leaf tea ! We have been here before and will definitely come back.

Saying in Tommy 620 facing the road . I wish it was just the road noise but it's not . It's 5 in the morning , been up since 4 with rain noise , falling on to a tin roof line . I wish I could upload the sound clip I've recorded because I'm a heavy sleeper and This has woke me ....... I don't recommend .

After an exhausting journey travelling from British Columbia to Sweden, I arrived at the hotel being welcomed by staff who were fluent in English (and many other languages). I woke the next morning for breakfast expecting scrambled eggs, toast, or cereal. To my absolute joy, I found a DECADENT assortment of food choices that was out of the ball park. I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. Very nice surprise after such a long journey. The location of the hotel was ideal. I was able to walk to old town under 30 minutes (shorter if I was distracted by the sights). I saw much of the sights just by walking. I was also able to walk to the bus/boat tour sight. The hotel itself, is modern, well kept, and has wonderful decor. I felt very comfortable just sitting in the lobby amongst the couches and chairs sipping wine and talking to the other tourists. On a warm night, I was outside drinking wine on their lounge chairs simply watching people come and go. There's a small grocery store and deli/coffee shop combo right next door which is very convenient. I want to thank all the staff who made my solo trip to Stockholm so hospitable and comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable. I have fond memories of Stockholm because of my stay at the Time Hotel.

It's a great great property budget hotel although. Nice room , clean bed linen . Love the rain shower . Good breakfast . Close to the Stockholm central . If you find the direction as marked on the street to access this priority you might loose the way . Bit confused . Lovely front desk staff ..

We stayed there for three nights. The breakfast is very nice with local fish and desserts as well as regular food. The room was nice and clean. You can buy from the reception card for the City Bikes and there are stands for the bikes everywhere around the city.

Location is good, easy walk from Odenplan metro station. We have been in Stockholm many times and it is great to find another area of the town. For those that come from Helsinki, the area is like old Eira. Breakfast is great (go earlier than normally to beat the rush), staff is helpful and nice, rooms are comfortable. I am pretty sure we will choose this hotel again in the future.

Slow check in process. Staff helpful and fluent. Room large, clean, well appointed. Bedside table way too small. Noise from basketball courts in back. Close to bus, T, and several restaurants. This hotel is very easy access to Arlanda airport , around 45 minutes by bus or Subway.This hotel also near to Odenplan subway stop (i.e., 600 m). The best thing in the hotel was very large room, really nice breakfast and very close to supermarket.

I was in Stockholm with my Mum for 4 days to visit a relative. We chose this hotel as my Mum had stayed there previously and was close to our relatives flat. The room was great and had heated flooring in the bathroom. It was fully equipped and the beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was the best I've ever had. Huge choice and always full with fresh food. Such a variety! The staff were also really helpful and always on hand. I would highly recommend staying here when in Stockholm!

The hotel is a good structure, it's near to subway stop, only 600 meters distance, the breakfast is good and the room is clean, but i have booked a quite room with a balcony, the balcony there wasn't and i my room is 10 meters away from basketball playground , and it wasn't possibile to have a quiet day.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel (Sunday 6th- wed 9th), first impression at check-in was this will be an enjoyable stay and I wasn't disappointed, Robert checked us in very professionally and fast with a constant smile...we got room 820, room was perfect for us, possibly a little small but we had no intention of staying in our room for 3 days, clean and functional is more important and a big thanks to the accommodation staff for the high standards...hotel is approx a 6-7 min walk from odenplan ( metro station) that links you to all islands and Airports...unbelievably quiet hotel inside and out...supermarket & great little deli literally next door to the hotel...on site sauna that is a must visit when your staying, you pre-book sauna but we had no difficulties with the times we wanted...but the best part of our stay was breakfast,unbelievable spread that will have you full for hours, huge range to cater for all tastes and the breakfast staff are great at cleaning, clearing, restocking without even noticing them...already planning our next trip back to stockholm and the best western will definitely be receiving our business again...highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to all amenities yet far enough away for peace and quiet when your in relax mode

We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Stockholm. Conveniently located, it is within walking distance of the city center attractions and shopping. The amenities are good and the service is excellent. The Hotel packed a 'To Go' breakfast for us as we had an early morning flight to Iceland.

Good location - nice and tasty breakfast - very convenient to reach by airport bus and go to downtown with public transportation. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator in the room is very helpful and the supermarket downstairs makes you feel at home.

Reasonably priced (at least for Stockholm) hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of Stockholm. 4 blocks from the Norra Station airport bus stop (when you get off the bus, cross the street and go down the street, making a right at the first intersection. Google maps gets a bit 'confused' in that area but once you are heading in the right direction, it's reliable again. The airport bus stop is about 4 blocks from the hotel). Great breakfast, fairly big rooms and quiet street even if you are facing the front of the building. The supermarket next door has a salad bar, apart from a deli, and opens 7-23 everyday. There is a very good sushi restaurant a couple of blocks behind the hotel, as well as a Thai takeaway and a Texan restaurant nearby. Both supermarkets in the area have a gluten free section (the hotel restaurant, although excellent, may pose a bit of a challenge for people with nut allergies and doesn't offer any gluten-free bread). Don't get discouraged by the distance from the centre on a map. It's actually a very nice 20-25 minute walk to the centre, especially if you take Drottningatan, with lots of little coffee shops and interesting stores. The nearest subway station is Odenplan, about 3 blocks away. (Easy to do even with luggage). The down-sides of this hotel for me were the front-desk staff (Robert was great, but the girls at the front desk couldn't care less for the guests. Some of them seem upset if they have to speak English, so they try to brush off foreign guests as quickly as they can) and also housekeeping. I stayed there 5 nights (not hotel-quality beds, but comfortable enough) and for the first three nights I kept going down to the front desk to request shower gel (I had 3 bottles of body lotion and 6 of shampoo, but no shower gel). My room did not get vacuumed for the first three days. On day 4th, everything was restocked and my room got properly cleaned. (That was really the only time that it was properly cleaned). Overall, considering that this is a city where some hotels rent out rooms without windows, it's a very good choice, especially during peak season. I got a deal online that made it half the price of most hotels in the touristy area and it was quite refreshing to come back in the evening to a quieter area of town.

This is a very good hotel. Perfect for a city weekend. Many small family owned restaurants and shops in the area. Commuter train withon 10 minutes walk that takes you to the airport and underground. Very nice breakfast. Calm and clean.

Located in the northern part of Stockholm. Bus stop with frequent service 200 yards away. Then approx 15 minutes bus ride to city centre. Get a public transport SL card for ease of travel on bus, metro tram and ferries, (which go to many of the same places as the sightseeing boats). Room fine. Tea and coffee making facilities with 2 tea bags issued per day. Some traffic noise on road at front but glazing reduced this to acceptable levels. We could hear a water related sound similar to a cistern filling but didn't investigate as it wasn't that intrusive. Breakfast good. Staff helpful.

The atmosphere of the hotel is really nice, the rooms were tidy and big enough. One of the best breakfasting place I've been. The iPad controlled juicy selection is really funny though. I was really satisfied with the customer service and with the place overall. I would definitely pick them again for a further stay.

We stayed there for 7 nights. The hotel is approximately 2 km away from the city center. The next metro station is reached by a 5 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all occurring problems, e.g. missing key cards ;) The breakfast buffet was plentiful and contained fish as well as hot sausages, fruits, vegetables cheese and ham. There was even more but it's to much to mention all. The room was clean and the bathroom had underfloor heating. In our opinion the hotel is definitely to be recommended.

Excellent quality property. Front desk service was helpful and available. Breakfast was exepctionally good. There is a full service grocery right next door. Prices are in line with other local hotels. School yard sports face the back of the building - courts have night lighting and play runs late. Minimal noise if you close the blackout curtains. Small lobby bar was expensive especially considering the grocery next door. Several very nice eateries with easy walking distance. Would stay there again.

Stayed for three nights for business. Room was very spacious, and en-suite was lovely (although water from shower can spread quite a bit across the room!). Pillows on bed were extra comfortable, and a large selection was available at the breakfast buffet - the avacado, spinach and ginger smoothie drink is a must have! Very quiet location, but local to public transport - underground is about 10 minute walk, with a bus stop <5 minutes away that has regular buses to central Stockholm.

The hotel is centrally located giving advantage for shopaholics. Rooms are very comfortable. Decor is very pleasant. Staff is courteous. We used to take only breakfast hotel. Dining area was good, neat & clean.

Very pleasant experience: very clean, lovely decor, very nice staff... all you need on a business trip! Maybe not too close to the usual turist attractions, but, as s aid, I was there on business and it was perfect for me!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel, which certainly has many pluses. For example, I found it to be clean and well maintained with pleasant, cheery, public spaces. Each morning, I looked forward to the outstanding breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) with its vast array of offerings, from delicious smoothies to a table devoted to ingredients for a build-your-own Swedish open sandwich. Staff, from Housekeeping to Reception, were friendly and helpful. Though not Downtown, its location in the lovely Vasastan neighborhood is just a 10-minute walk to Odenplan, which has a metro station and stops for many bus routes. It took me about 8 minutes to get from Odenplan to the Old Town by metro. Many restaurants, including the very popular (and excellent) Tranan, stand nearby. We took the reasonably priced Flygbussarna bus service from the airport and got off at the Norra Stationsgatan stop. From there, it took us about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel and we returned to the airport the same way. There were, however, many drawbacks to our room that became somewhat annoying during our 8-night stay. For example, the beds did not give the support that we are accustomed to. After a few nights, my husband began to experience back pain. The safe was tiny and could not accommodate some of the items that we wanted to store, such as my I-pad. There were no drawers whatsoever, which we would have appreciated during our long stay, but the closet offered a few small shelves. The closet had no door, just a black cloth to pull over the open space. A single bar extended only for a short way from the back of the closet as a place to hang clothes. This flawed design resulted in hangers holding clothes to fall to the floor when one hanger with a clothing item was removed. The bathroom's shower area was mostly open to and level with the batroom floor, resulting in water getting on the floor. But the quiet room was imnaculate, looked after well by Housekeeping, and the free wi-fi was fast and reliable. This hotel was extremely popular with tour groups during our stay. On two occasions, so many guests came into the large breakfast room that another dining area had to be opened to accommodate them. We do not enjoy beginning our day with such a crowd. I had to wait a long time to get to our 7th-floor room whenever a tour group arrived and participants needed the elevator. Though there are two elevators here, they are narrow, small and can only comfortably handle about six passengers. Despite what we considered to be minuses, we mostly enjoyed our stay and think that a shorter period in the hotel would have been more comfortable for us.

Stayed there for 3 nights, for a weekend getaway at the beautiful city of Stockholm. Spacious room (at least the one we stayed in) facing the backyard(an open basketball court of the neighborhood school) with a very nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of bakery and dairy products (even gluten free, for the ones who care). The hotel is located approx.10 walking distance of the closest subway station and 25min. from the central station. It worked perfectly for us, as it is a hotel fairly priced and well located to a rather expensive city... I definetely will recomend it to anyone who wants to visit Stockholm.

I was recommended this hotel by a client as it was close to where I needed to be for my two days in the city. My room was clean,quiet and comfortable. There is a wide choice of food and drink for breakfast. There is no restaurant at the hotel but the receptionist gave me a list of places to eat. Most of these are about 10-minutes walk away.

You will find everywhere the "ready to go " breakfast. My experience is that it does not exist. I ordered it the day before as requested. Nothing prepared!!! And the lady at the reception was so rude!!! Comments: do not promise what you don't do and if you mistake, apologize nicely!

The Best Western Plus Time hotel is in a great location to explore all Stockholm has to offer. A short walk from the Metor/Bus stop you can get all over the city very easily. The hotel was very clean and comfortable rooms and has a great breakfast included in your stay. Breakfast choices have something for everyone.

For a one night stay, that was the right spot. Nicely furnished room, good wifi and comfortable bed made a pleasant evening & night. Breakfast in the morning was great, with plenty of choice and expecially tasty fresh juices.

I stayed at the Time Hotel for 2 nights in March. The hotel is clean and well run. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a km from a nice park so it's a good place to stay if you want a run in the morning.

Spent a couple nights at the Best Western Plus Time Hotel, and it was a pleasant stay. The room size is average, the bed comfortable, and it was quiet while I was there. The hotel is relatively close to a number of restaurants, and is about a half hour walk to the central train station. It's also attached to a grocery store, so one can stock up on drinks or snacks rather easily as well. One of the notable amenities is the daily included breakfast, where smoked salmon, sliced ham and turkey, cheeses, crepes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bread and rolls, muffins, juices, coffee, tea, etc., were among the offerings. While it did change slightly from one day to the next, the variety and quality of the items rivaled that of the best Las Vegas buffets. Overall, a good value, and I'd consider staying there again.

Very good hotel not too far from the Flybus bus stop. Nice rooms and clean and modern hotel.Very big supermarket just outside. Big breakfast buffet in the morning. Friendly staff in the reception. Only problem was that in-check took around 15 minutes because my Hotwire-booking (done only 30 min. before) had not gone through to the hotel which meant that the reception needed 15 min to check me in. Wi-fi worked fine as well.

Booked last minute direct with reception & they were super helpful. Very good sized room for the price , everything clean & immaculate . There's no restaurant but plenty of good local options. A shame the bar is also very limited . Was in a rush next morning but they kindly let me 'grab & go' from the buffet , again very helpful.

The room was large and even came with a sitting room area and kitchenette. The bed was large and comfortable – and the room was quiet. When travelling on business rooms can be impersonal, but at this hotel it managed to feel like a home away from home. A very bountiful, traditional Swedish breakfast was offered – yoghurt, smorgas (open topped sandwiches), smoked salmon, meat cold cuts, different mueslis). This hotel is close to public transport to zip into the centre but as it is in a residential area it has quiet and peaceful surroundings. The staff made our stay perfect in that they were friendly and accommodating. Would certainly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely hotel. Room had plenty of space. Nice and clean. Quite warm in the room so had to sleep with the balcony door open to get some fresh air. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Only one bad thing was the staff in the breakfast room, quite rude, when we were trying to help ourselves they kept coming over and refilling everything right by where we were trying to help ourselves, which could have waited until we finished! Only a few minutes walk from odenplan tube station, and the airport bus stop was close by aswell. Would stay there again!

Stayed in a studio with a kitchenette. It was big enough for two adults and two kids. There was a half brick wall btw two beds, providing some privacy. Kitchenette had a refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle etc. The hotel was kept clean, staff very helpful and customer oriented. Breakfast was good. There is an ICA market right next door. With the number 2 bus, gamla stan and boat tours are 10 stops away.

We stayed at a studio room. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but very practial. The kitchenette was particularly useful. The bathroom was quite spacious and there was enough closet space. The breakfast buffet offered many tasty alternatives including fresh orange juice. The free wifi was very fast. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel. There is a bus stop that is only 2 minute walk away. You can take bus number 2 to reach Östermalm or Gamla Stan.

This hotel was, despite initial underwhelming first impressions, actually good value for money and somewhere which I would happily recommend. It is a little outside the centre but yet is not especially far from the city.

We booked the Best Western Time hotel for 5 nights as part of a flights + hotel package on Lastminute.com. Travelling from the UK this was by far the most cost effective option. We arrived after 11pm but this wasn't a problem as reception is staffed 24hrs.The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from Odenplan Tunnelbana station. On a couple of occasions we walked the c2km to Gamla Stan, a very pleasant walk. Our room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable - the tea/coffee making facilities were welcome! The stand out aspect of our stay was the amazing breakfast. The range of hot and cold, sweet and savoury options was fantastic. Try the individual carrot cakes and mini fruit muffins - divine! The only minor downside of an otherwise excellent stay was sloppy housekeeping on a couple of occasions. This was swiftly rectified via reception. Tips for those planning a visit: If planning to take the Arlanda Express to/from the airport book well in advance to benefit from discounts. The bus only takes c40 mins and is MUCH cheaper, especially if you buy tickets online. A visit to City Hall is well worth it - some days are cheaper than others. Fans of Stieg Larsson will enjoy the organised 'Millennium' walking tour - highly recommended.

Walking distance to bus stop that go to central downtown. Grocery store next to the hotel. Has a great breakfast buffet every morning. But I felt the room needed some renovation. The mattress was not that comfortable and it was two singles bed combined together and should have a queen or king size bed instead. The small carpet next to the bed seemed so old. And there was no air conditioning in my room. I ended up opening the balcony type door every night for some fresh air. The bathroom was good though and had heated floors.

The hotel is a bit away from the centre but there is a bus stop just around the corner. The hotel staff sell 24 hour transport tickets which you can use on buses, trams and water bus. And the bus takes you through all of the parts of the city you would want to visit so it becomes a sort of hop on hop off service Hotel itself was comfortable. Breakfast, as mentioned by others is great. And the staff were really helpful. All were willing to go out of their way to help and their English was better than mine! Although we looked at some hotels on other islands, if we went back in the summer, I would recommend this hotel if you want to be near but not in the centre. There are restaurants and other facilities (supermarket) close by.

We booked this hotel because of the price. The hotel was 4 blocks from the bus stop of the airport shuttle. Bus stop to go around the city is a 5 minute walk. Staff were very nice. Room was nice and clean. But the room they gave us had 2 single beds. We are a couple. We should have gotten one big bed. Breakfast buffet was great. The reason for the 3 starts was just becaus of the location.

Overall: Really pleased with our family room, very spacious and clean with ideal little kitchenette, enough to prepare the odd snack and make a cuppa. Spacious: Slept four easily. Two very comfortable single beds in a separate room and a fold out sofa bed in the main sitting area which was comfortable enough for three nights (but it was just a sofa bed so not ideal). Loads of storage space (hanging and shelving) for clothes and more. Breakfast: 5 STARS! So much choice, absolutely divine. Something for everyone and more! Location: Easy walking distance to and from bus stops and metro station. Just far enough out of the centre to be relatively quiet, yet close enough to be able to travel all in and out with ease. Hotel is next to a good sized supermarket, very handy. Also near a school. Our room looked out onto the kids school basketball court and at times during the day they were playing out, but the sound of kids playing is not a problem for us, and it was only during certain parts of the day anyway. It was completely quiet on an evening. Check in and out was quick and easy. Lobby and breakfast areas are very comfortable and modern looking. Our only wish was that they served an evening meal, as we would have eaten here for certain, given that the breakfast was so delicious. If we return to Stockholm this hotel will be our first choice without question.

This is a good basic hotel 5min walk from airport coach and Odenplan subway station. The rooms were very clean and practical. There was a strange smell though, like old sweat mixed with cheap parfume.. French balcony was nice. No minibar. Comfortable bed. Variety of pillows Ok breakfast Pretty cold in the room but I would say that's pretty usual in Sweden. The sauna can be booked by guests for free for one hour. It was really clean and nice. Perfect after a chilly, rainy day. Bus nr 2 to city center stops close by. The staff didn't seem to have any clue of connections so use the SL app instead.. Otherwise also the staff is very cheerful and polite but doesn't really care or take their time to give essential information or service. Next to the hotel there's an ICA supermarket with small restaurant and take away. Open 7-23 weekdays! :-) Ask for special corporate prices and offers.

Great Staff, amazing breakfast buffet with a great blend of what a smörgåsbord is. However, I stayed on 2 different occasions within a few weeks and both rooms could have been a little more updated with how the TV worked. For some reason using the TV remote was not as common sense as one would imagine, especially with trying to turn it on. WIFI was easy to loggin in the 1st stay, but the 2nd assumed I was not registered. Shower pressure during the 1st stay was great, but the 2nd time (in another room) was not all that great. Still overall, the location for me was perfect, staff was very professional and kind! And of course, how can anyone say no to there breakfast layout, food to staff!

Sublim breakfast and very quite area. Nice and clean hotel with very good beds. Close to downtown but still very quite area. The staff was very serviceminded and I would recommend to rent citybikes a wonderful way to explore Stockholm.

I have stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. It is conveniently accessed from the Arlanda airport. There is a airport shuttle service which drops you near by the hotel. It is very near to the Odenplan station, where you can catch bus or underground. I had a comfortable stay. It has cozy rooms, specially the bed mattresses. The room was with balcony on top facing the university. It has a very fast internet internet connection, which is often not available in expensive five star hotels. The best part of my stay was the breakfast. They have a good variety of food items (also lactose and gluten free), last but not least fresh juice makes your day perfect :). Also, down the hotel you can find a supermarket. In case you want to buy salads or juices during your stay. There are so much +ves. -ves 1) Their elevator needs your room card to operate. For most of the guests it worked even for me, but for some not ;). 2) The room TV has not so many choice of channels. I will recommend this hotel if you are visiting Stockholm.

This hotel looks very shiny and nice when you first walk in. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was nice and helpful. Check-in was quick and pain free apart from having to go back to get my card re-activated after it wouldn't work in the lifts... and that's where it starts getting annoying. The lifts were slow (there are only two) and they won't work without the electronic keycard that is used to unlock your room. Nothing strange there and certainly nice for safety but the system barely worked and on more than once occasion there were multiple guests in the same lift and no card would work. Once someones card did work the button they pressed would cancel out all previous ones so everyone in the lift first had to go up to their floor before being able to put their own floor number in. It was the most stupid thing. The room was clean and modern. The hardwood floor was really pretty and much nicer than an old, stuffy carpet. There was an oriental rug on the floor making it cozy despite the simple furniture and modern overall feel. Both the room itself and the bathroom was a decent size. The TV was supposed to have more than three channels but they only worked for a couple of minutes at the time before the screen went black and I soon gave up on it altogether. The wifi worked all throughout the hotel which is great and it was free. The connection though was quite sluggish so I'm glad I didn't stay for work and I wouldn't recommend attempting to watch Netflix or do other heavy streaming. The bathroom only has a shaver socket and it's not allowed for other use. With this in mind I was surprised and frustrated to find that there is no alternative plug anywhere near the mirror outside the bathroom or close enough to the bathroom that could be used for straightening or styling your hair. There was guest information in the room, both in English and in Swedish which was great in theory but confused more than it helped in any way as the information is contradictory. The Swedish version said one thing and the English something completely different. Breakfast for example starts at one hour in the Swedish version but starts at a completely different hour in the English version! Breakfast itself was as would be expected. Good selection of breads and drinks but nothing extraordinary and definitely nothing special for the price you pay. The location was great for my purpose this weekend in Stockholm and there is a supermarket just next door which is super handy. You're walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops without being stuck in the middle of it all. The only downside is that the walk to the nearest metro station is a bit long. All in all it's an OK hotel but it's not excellent in any way (apart from the decor in the lobby) and I doubt I will ever stay again for that price.

The hotel is well located but the Rooms are awful. Small and the red color touch in the room its not very nice. The beds are comfy though. Breakfast is fine, the best thing is the Orange juice machine. There is not gym at the hotel but you have one for free 5 minutes walking distance. The gym is big and nice. The pool is like a big bath.

I was really impressed with this hotel. We stayed here for a long weekend to explore Stockholm. The location is great. Although located in a quieter part of town it was close to lots of different restaurants and bars and also conveniently located next door to a supermarket. We found that the hotel was a 20 minute walk from Stockholm Central or just a few stops on the metro from the local station (Odenplan). From the start, the stay at Best Western Plus Time was easy and stress free. The staff were friendly, checked us in to the hotel quickly and gave us a lovely, bright, clean room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had all the amenities we could have wanted. The breakfast on offer was particularly impressive, with plenty of choice of hot and cold items which were constantly being restocked and of high quality. All in all a faultless and great value for money option for a stay in Stockholm.

Stayed there with my four year daughter and wife. Good size rooms and clean to a good standard. The rooms are big enough for the additional bed. There is a good variety of restaurants and two supermarkets. The bus stop is a stones throw away and a 10 minute walk to metro station. The bus ride to city centre takes about 10 minutes and probably a 30 minute walk The breakfast is very good with big variety of options

By luck I booked into this hotel on our first trip to Stockholm in 2012. We enjoyed the experience so much that we kept coming back every fall, always to Best Western Plus Time Hotel. This was another good visit. The room as always was attractive and comfortable. The breakfast as always was the best we've had in the Nordics (whether in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, or Norway)--I especially like the Swedish crepes—though I found the coffee very, very strong indeed. The lobby is more welcoming than ever thanks to the addition of some comfortable couches. The lobby is an unrecognized asset: you can sit there over an early-morning coffee or an afternoon beer and watch Stockholm get about its business outside. Parents take their kids to the school up Vanadisvagen. People drop into the deli and supermarket next door to pick up dinner. (I especially liked the bald, white-bearded guy who skateboarded to the market one morning.) Pick up a three-day transit pass at the front desk, and Stockholm is just a block away. Catch the #2 bus at Nortullsgatan and you're off. Odenplan, after years of rebuilding, is open for business—but we avoid the subway when the city is such a feast for the eyes on street level. Would we go back for a sixth visit? Absolutely.

I stayed at this hotel for business trip. Position: very good! 5 minutes from the Odenplan metro station! Rooms: very big, cleaned and with big bathroom! Breakfast: good! Food for everyone, each kind Reception: very available and helpful. WiFi Connection: free and good quality!!

Perfect for a weekend trip, this hotel boasts friendly staff, great location and good rooms. Located just about 10 minutes from the centre, the Best Western Time Plus has a supermarket and a cafe beside it which is always convenient for travellers. The staff are friendly ( My suitcase broke as I was about to check out and the receptionist gave me masking tape to wrap it with). Since it was my first time in Sweden, I didn't know that in general, hotels do not have air conditions! My room's windows was just where the sun was almost all day (the weather was amazing in September) which made it a bit hot and inconvenient at first. However, the room has an electric fan which was good. Heated bathroom floor is also a big plus point. Breakfast is sumptuous and has a wide variety of food to choose from. All in all, it was a good experience and I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Stockholm for a few days. :)

Hotel is good! Large room and bathroom and excellent breakfast! Close to metro station and bus stop, which allows easy transportation to city main attractions! The only negative aspect is that there is a very small wardrobe! Staff is very gentle!

the checkin was easy , the room was big enough with plenty of storage space. the shower was excellent plenty of hot water. the breakfast was a good choice and very good.all the staff were very efficient and friendly. city centre was twenty minutes walk and a lovely park (haga) ten minutes. recommended:

Good hotel but their is no A/C at night its hard to sleep because you hear every thing outside so you will wake up early in the other hand the price is good and room is good from inside their is near supermarket very nice

We stayed at The Best Western Plus Time Hotel for two nights at the end of a cruise and enjoyed it very much. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant, our room was relatively spacious and well laid out and the bed was extremely comfortable. Although I am not a fan of bathtub combination showers this one was spacious and easy to access once you were used to it. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there was something for everyone. The hotel was close to the university in a quiet and lovely part of town. No air conditioning but one of the windows opened and in September we didn't need or want air conditioning. We easily walked to the old town and back on several occasions but the hotel is a quick taxi or metro ride away if you are not an avid walker. It is also right next door to a wonderful supermarket with a post office and a great deli for a good meal or cappuccino. Many local restaurants are nearby or you can take a taxi into the old town for an evening meal.

We stayed in two different rooms, a regular room and a suite. Both had super soft low beds which I didn't like at all. The furniture was very stylish but not terribly useful. The chairs had very thin seats which dug into your thighs in a painful way. The suite had a non-operative counter light and the selection of dishes was very poor as it seems like they never replace missing or damaged items. The climate control system was a mystery... there was nothing to move air in the room. You could open a window but the street could be very noisy. The suite opened to the back of the building and was much quieter. The best part of the stay were the breakfasts. They had everything imaginable and a few extras... you won't find better! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly which added a lot to the stay.

Pros: The room was spacious and fairly clean, breakfast was abundant, hotel was close to rental bike station. Cons: Far from city centre and subway, low pressure in shower, slow elevator, bad wifi coverage, not enough outlets, and as some other reviewer said, the breakfast was abundant, but not really that tasty. Why is it that most hotels has scrambled eggs that doesn't even taste like eggs? The staff was clearly trying, but not really all the way. More of a nordic feel to it, without much smiling. Not the "Good Morning!" that you'd expect in a hotel of this kind. An anonymous, ok hotel that I probably won't return to. Most important steps to take to make it better would be to boost wifi and make sure it works perfectly in all rooms and the breakfast restaurant, and to encourage the staff to be even more service minded.

Nice hotel; polite and friendly staff; quiet setting close to the Odenplan subway station; great continental breakfast with a wide choice; a big hall with a relaxing atmosphere; the rooms are clean and nice, even if not so big. Nice place to stay at, we will probably come back!

Was there for business. The hotel is very well located and close to locam transport means. There is a big supermarket attached to the hotel which is great and so convenient! The girls at the reception need to be more attentive and smile more! It costs nothing!They need to be more proffesional, but they are good. Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice, nice buffet and plenty of space. Room was modern , clean and in general was very good.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff. Room was a good size. Good wifi and TV. Small safe in room. No air conditioning but large window opens. The breakfast buffet was extensive and good quality. The room was well furnished with a chaise long and desk area. My only disappointment was slight drains smell in bathroom.

stayed two nights for a business trip. Chose this hotel due to its location close to my arrangements. Its situated 1 kilometer from city centre an aprox 2 km from "the old town". Calm and quiet area. A couple of restaurants nearby and a groceries store in the same building. The staff was polite and attentative. The room itself was quite average, but nice and clean. My room was situated with a backyard view, which contains of a basket pitch. There is no ironer/iron board in the room. This is situated on the 4th floor. Bathroom had shower and some basic bathroom amenties. A small, rather old flatscreen TV of 32 inches was wall mounted in front of the bed. The breakfast was very good, with high standard and a wide selection of spreads, fruit, bread and hot dishes. A great selection of juice and freshly made smoothies as well. The reception area is a bar as well and they sell wine and drinks and some basic food an snacks. This was a nice hotel, but quite average in my terms. I could easily stay at this hotel again! I stay at som 25-30 hotels each year so thats my basis of comparison.

This is a very pleasant hotel, excellently equiped with everything one needs. The staff especially should be recommended. The breakfast buffet is in a league of its own, with very accommodating operating hours.

This hotel is a bit distant from the city center. Yet, only 17 dollars away by taxi. or 3 stops on subway. The room we got was spacious, very quiet. We stayed there for 4 nights. The breakfast was the best deal, variety and quality of food. The last morning, we had to leave before the breakfast time, so they even packed take away breakfast for us. ( arrangement needed the night before ) There was a supermarket next door. We could shop there and kind of felt we lived there. Very polite and pleasant staff !

We stayed in room 523 (backside) for 6 nights in mid-July. The room was comfortably large with twin beds, a small night table between, and room to walk on both sides of the beds. There was a long desk area with a water kettle, tea, instant coffee, sugar packets and milk packets. There was an open closet and shelves and a safe. The rooms in the back are quiet, except for the basketball court (ball dribbling), but the players were quiet. There was no street noises. The bathroom is a nice size for the toilet, sink, and shower stall. It is great that they provide a bathmat, actually, it is essential! The small glass partition does very little to keep the bathroom floor from getting soaked. We tried positioning the showerhead in different directions and had no luck. The shelf above the sink is very convenient. The bathroom was clean and we had adequate shampoo and bath wash as well as soap. There was inconsistency in replacing used products, so don't hesitate to go to the front desk for a bathmat the second day, sugar for your instant coffee, coffee packets, tea bags, … We advised the front desk that housekeeping did not replace these supplies on our second morning. The problem was not resolved completely. On our sixth night, there was only one sugar packet for our morning beverages. We advised the desk clerk the next morning and he did not seem to make any note about the comment. Breakfast had extensive selections of tea, marmalade, butter, 2 hard cheeses and several soft, 3 or 4 meats, mustard herring and lox, hard boiled eggs, hot selections of scrambled eggs, sausage links, and pancakes/crepes, granola with various toppings, yogurts and juices. There were also various bread and roll selections, including specialty dark rye on some mornings. For us the location worked well. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from downtown using the metro and bus and some walking. Blue Bus 2 has a stop only a block away from the hotel. The staff was communicative, but not super congenial. The price was good for the location and breakfast. We would stay again.

This is an excellent hotel. The Reception staff in particular were superb - warm and welcoming but efficient; they responded quickly to any problem. The room we had was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. It was surprisingly spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was great. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, some way from Gamla Stan, the old town, but with good bus routes (we spent a lot of time on the number 2!). We recommend buying a bus pass for your stay as Stockholm has excellent public transport. It is a very expensive city though.

Hotel was excellent. Bed comfy, room spacious, staff friendly. All the comforts of home really. We found the main shopping centre walkable but some may feel they need to take tube like system. We found it quite refreshing to be in a quieter area but still with pubs and restaurants. Win win Breakfast lovely, loads of choice Only negative was that the wifi was on and off for the two days which probably cost us a house sale. Staff couldn't sort out the problem. Overall would strongly recommend

The room is comfy but without air conditioners. Have to open the window to allow fresh air to come in to cool the room in summer but disturbed by the noises on the road till late night caused by car horns and loud car speaker music. Have to request for more shampoo daily as only 1 was provided in the room for 2 guests. Hotel location is near city center with bus stop walking distance. Mini market is next door. Restaurants are nearby. Reception staff are friendly but could not tell where the hop-on and hop-off city sight-seeing coach stop nearby. Breakfast was good

We stayed in the hotel with our 4 yr old daughter for 5 nights. The hotel is conveniently located - 45 mins taxi journey to airport (we asked the front desk to book it which costed 390 local currency);2 mins walk to the no. 2 bus (which takes you to heart of old town) ; 5 mins walk to no. 515 bus stop (which takes you to a big shopping mall and the friends arena); 15 mins walk to tram stop odenplan. We enjoyed the breakfast with great varieties. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. If you need to find somewhere to entertain little ones, there's an outdoor play area around the corner of the coop shop (only couple of mins down the road). We also found the the supermarket next door was very useful for preparing picnic etc..overall very enjoyable stay!

Very nice Scandinavian style hotel, nicely appointed rooms, looks like good breakfast. Bath has supplies, lobby has fresh fruit (peaches today). Got a room with window/door faux balcony and tv. Also close to Fly-bus from airport with 8 min walk.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Time Hotel for two nights before starting a Baltic cruise departing from Stockholm. The rooms (even those at the executive level) are a bit small and there is not much storage space, but absolutely fine for a short stay. Both common areas and rooms are very clean and well maintained, they are furnished tastefully and have comfortable beds. The bathroom is, again, a bit on the small side, but has a good walk-in shower. Breakfast was included in the room rate and what breakfast! Both selection of food (and coffee/tea/smoothies/juices) and quality were excellent! The hotel is located in a quiet area and is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the metro. Unless one wants to be in the very centre of Stockholm this is a very good choice of hotel!

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds and a good shower. You could even open the window for a bit of air. Breakfast was good and included hot food. The staff were very helpful particularly concerning transport around Stockholm, tickets are available at reception.

Pros: quick check in, good value for money relatively, very good breakfast, clean, bed comfy, supermarket just next to it, friendly staff. Good speed wifi for free. Cons: slightly far from centre ( 1/2 hour walk 10 mins by bike). No air conditioning ( in summer room can be hot. However fan provided) No dinner service. No minibar in the room.

I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Stockholm! I walked into the lobby early in the morning after leaving a horrible hotel and the friendly woman behind the desk booked me a room for that night and the next, with no trouble at all. I had a room on the 6th floor, it was bright, clean, and well furnished. The room had a large bed, desk, TV, phone,safe deposit box, tea/coffee making facilities, a cupboard for hanging clothes, and a suitcase stand. The bathroom was also modern and clean. The room cost also included breakfast which was fresh and varied. The hotel has a small bar in the lobby which is open til late, serving hot and cold drinks and some bar snacks. The hotel is located walking distance to the city (if you like walking) and buses and the metro are also very close. There are several restaurants close by, but also a supermarket and deli next door if you don't want to eat out. By far the best thing about this hotel was the friendly and extremely helpful staff!! They kindly told me the best ways to get into town, where the bus stop was, what one to catch into town and which one to catch on the way back, they sold convenient travel buses for the bus/train/metro, they gave me info on the best options for getting to the airport, they were happy to recommend restaurants close by, and they even sold postage stamps and offered to post my postcard for me (yes some people still send postcards!). Overall very great experience and would definitely go back!

Very friendly front desk personnel who is willing to help you with the smile. Room was clean and breakfast tasty, good quality wifi. i used to choose hotel where its possible to open window and let fresh air to the room and this is great about Time hotel as well - you could open window if you like. Location is not far from city center - if you do not afraid to walk, then its just perfect location - just walk 30 min and enjoy Stockholm main shopping streets & old town. The best price/quality i have experienced in Stockholm so far.

My friend and I chose this hotel as a base for a long weekend to explore Stockholm. I have read previous reviews that it is too far from the city. However once the transport links to the city and airport are sorted out (in advance), the hotel is actually conveniently located. It is easily 1/3 cheaper than hotels in the same class in Gamla Stan. No 2 bus stops within 500 metres from the hotel (up the slight incline past the traffic lights.) No 2 bus to Sofia goes to the heart of the old city (Gamla Stan) It stops outside the Italian Restaurant (our favourite) Via Vai. On the way back No 2 bus goes to Norrhull (It stops outside a big Co-Op). It is the 3rd stop from Odenplan metro (Tunnelbana) station which is 3 stops from T-Centralen. A travel card for unlimited use of the metro and buses is the best way to get around. Our room was nice and quiet. The inclusive breakfast had plenty of choices. The Reception staff was welcoming and helpful (especially Molly) The free wi-fi was easy to access. Overall I think the hotel is good value for money

Pros: (1) larger sized room; (2) located right next door to a supermarket; (3) city bike passes are sold here. Cons: No airconditioning and it was quite hot! There was a door that could be opened like a window, but you can't leave that door open all night due to noise and the sun light (the sun comes up super early in the summer in Sweden). No refrigerator in the room. Overall, i don't think this place is a true 4 star hotel. It's pretty far from the center of the city. I hate when hotels spend a ton of money to renovate the lobby but then have crappy rooms. The room was very basic. Bathroom wasn't very nice. The shower has no door so no matter what you do, the floor gets soaked. The floors felt dirty. The wifi was OK but not the greatest and you have to resign in every single time. The complimentary breakfast was Awful (one of the worst I've had). They made an attempt to make it look abundant, but it was just bad. Eggs that tasted like water, watermelon concoction that was bitter, everything was bland. The people at the front desk were nice, but some were a bit clueless. If you want something basic and having a larger room is the most important thing, then this might be ok. If you're looking for a modern, well kept hotel close to the city center, this is not the place.

Friendly staff and perfect rooms. It is also a perfect location with good transports to the city. You can have a cup of coffee or tea in the room. Lovely breakfast with everything you like in a nice room.

Excellent stay for two days while we arrived from our cruise and before we flew home. The staff was wonderful helping us (my wife is mobility impaired) during our stay, particularly Jenny, who was brilliant! We had a room on the 9th floor and our own balcony, with a terrific view. The hotel is new, energy efficient and comfortable

This was our first trip to Stockholm and got the hotel as a package deal. The hotel is close to bus routes and the metro, highly recommend purchasing an access card so you can use all the public transportation you want while in town. There is also a grocery store and a few restaurants within walking distance, everything you need after a day of sightseeing. The room was clean and spacious, the morning breakfast was great with plenty of options. We will be back.

The Hotel is a great value. We were traveling with another couple, They put us close on the some floor. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. While it would have been nice to have air conditioning in the room, we were satisfied with and open window. The area was quiet. There is a grocery store next door. We stayed 2 nights and did walked to the hart of the city each day, yes downhill to the water and took a taxi back each time. The breakfast was a bargain with a bigger than expected selection.

We stayed one night in a nearby Airbnb and decided to extend our stay in Stockholm by one night. This hotel was a block away from our rental. Wish we would have stayed her all nights! Clean. Reasonable price. Breakfast was amazing!!!

Quiet area, nice room, decent break fast. The only drawback was the ball bouncing noise from the basketball court next door. It is right next to a super market, so quite a convenient location to get supplies.

Best Western Plus Time is a nice hotel slightly outside the city centre. As I was running the Stcokholm marathon we wanted something not too far from the start at the Olympic stadium. This hotel was ideal, comfortable, well priced with good service. the receptionists were always friendly, the room nice and breakfast good. I managed to leave my iPod in the room and staff made every effort to locate it and posted it back to me. Excellent service and thoroughly recommended.

My wife and I spent a lovely 3 day break in the Best western hotel. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast food was delicious and varied. All in all I would highly recommend.The area is convenient for exploring Stockholm and the ICA supermarket and deli were very handy to have nearby!

We stayed here for 3 nights, its quite good and pretty hotel, staff are helpful and smiley, breakfast included, also 15 minutes by walking yo city center, recepcionists are so beautiful:) i recommend it

I choose this hotel due to its close proximity to Karolinska, which turned out to be a nice 10-15 min walk. Clean and quiet hotel with good wifi and decent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Bonus: grocery store and small restaurant at the ground floor. Recommended!

Had a wonderful couple of days in this hotel and Stockholm. It is located in a housing area and is connected with good transport links, buses and metro (Odenplan nearest station). The room was big, Scandinavian design and had everything needed. The front of house staff is very efficient, attentive to all the questions and willing to suggest such as sighting seeings, transportation, restaurants, etc. One thing good about this hotel is their breakfast option which had varieties of hot and cold food and drinks. The waiting staff were very helpful, friendly and ensured the food and drinks were constantly topped up. There is a supermarket next door which was very helpful. Everything is pretty much nearby and if you like walking you could take a stroll all the way to the Gamla Stan (old town) via Drottninggatan and further afield ( such as Djurgarden, Skansen, Sodermalm,etc.). Not all rooms come with a bath, just in case if you need one.As commented on few reviews, there's no big difference in terms of noise between the rooms facing the road or the sports complex / building. This hotel is recommended and Will return again.

We went to visit Stockholm, the Venice of the North as it is so fittingly called and picked this hotel based on a lot of research online to find a good balance between comfort and price. We stayed 4 nights and 4 days and boywere we pleasantly surprised! This unassuming property is full of comfort, great service and friendly helpful staff. Rooms are the right size, equipped with all the amenities one might need. The biggest surprise was its unbelievable Breakfast: it is designed by Tina Nordström, the first swedish female chef winner of the first ever swedish cooking talent competition. In addition to all the typical swedish breakfast fare, there were a great selection of cereals, yogurt, seeds, nuts, five different flavored suggars, fruit smoothies, every day a new green juice with all sorts of fruits and greens, an incredible array of breads and typical swedish unleavened breads and crackers. Even the hungriest person would struggle to taste everything in one meal, good we had 4 days to enjoy all the different dishes! The hotel is in a quieter neighborhood but still within easy reach of town by metro, bus or simply walking. We first tried the metro, which is convenient and very easy to use, but once we had our bearings sorted out, all we did was walking, as the beautiful crisp april weather invited to stroll all over the place. There is a supermarket next door where you can find everything you might crave for if the Hotel offerings should not satisfy your wishes. The neighborhood is filled with all sorts of restaurants and little eateries, so you won't go hungry. And the staff are all very knowlegeable and extremely helpful. We will return to this hotel next time we visit Stockholm again.

I stayed for only 2 nights, and I did enjoy it. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room I had was large (enormous by Scandinavian standards), and comfortable. And for a central city location, it was quiet. Everything worked and there are no complaints. I thought the breakfast was a bit minimalist in terms of choice, but I'm on a diet anyway, so less is better. Wi-Fi worked fine for my needs. The location is good for my business, and it's not too far to walk if you want to get to some good shops or restaurants. Getting to other places, like the old town, need a taxi unless you want a 40-50 minute hike. If you need a taxi, just ask reception and they will order one. Just a little note - if you need to change your reservation after you arrive - like if you need to leave a day early - make sure you tell them before 18:00 the day before, otherwise you might get a nasty surprise when you check out. This 18:00 deadline isn't said anywhere, so bear it in mind. So, I highly recommend the hotel. There's no restaurant here except for breakfast, so plan ahead for dinner/lunch as a lot of the better places get booked up well in advance.

All I can say about this place is that you cannot put a foot wrong here. It was a lovely stay here when we came from over from Copenhagen. A store sits adjacent to this hotel which provides you with cheap supplies for the duration of your stay. However, if you feel the need to stack up during breakfast time the meal is no slouch. An assortment of Swedish meatballs, meats, yoghurts, cheeses, hams, and all sorts made this a great stay in my eyes. The only drawback was the view of a basketball roof court. Guess not everything could be perfect, but it was good enough.

Located in a nice habitual area of Stockholm. Restaurants to choose from closeby. Nice rooms with good bathrooms. No minibar in the room. The breakfast area is not so nice - no windows. Breakfast includes something for everyone.

Time Hotel has a nice atmosphere and is located in the chic and central area of Vasastan which has the highest prices per squaremeter in Stockholm. The area is calmer and more residential than the busier inner city locations, yet it is possible to walk to the central parts or just take a 5 min metro ride. Rooms are modern with all conveniences and free wife. The hotel is cooperating with a gym 5 min walk from the hotel which has everything a hotel gym can normally not provide. Highly recommended!

A neat and tidy hotel just 20 minutes walk from the central station (T-centralen). Friendly staff, modern room with French balcony. Hotel lounge and bar by the front desk. Nice scandinavian breakfast.

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel as we had been recommended it by friends and as we arrived it looked like it was going to fulfill those expectations. However it was downhill from there firstly we were giving two single beds rather than a double bed, so we went down and asked to be moved to a double. They complied but insinuated that it was our fault we got two singles because we booked with booking.com and their systems don't work well together. We then went to our new room which was a bit small and they have this silly thing were rather than giving you a full sized cover they give each of you your own mini cover, which is smaller than a normal single so of course you spend half the night trying to stay under it. In the morning we had the included breakfast which was great they provide a full buffet of tradition Swedish and European food which was delicious. However when we returned to the hotel for our second and final night despite leaving the room cleaning sign out the staff had barely done anything. they had barely made the bed they left all of the old glasses and mugs and didn't even give us any more tea or coffee. Overall I think we felt like we were not appreciated as guests and a lot of the staff put the bare minimum in to get by.

My husband and I were in Stockholm visiting my daughter who is studying at the Stockholm Business School. We found the hotel clean and quiet. The staff was so helpful in providing directions and suggestions for activities and meals. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Lots of variety meant that we never got tired of eating in the hotel. Food was fresh and plentiful. The morning we left, our flight was so early we had to leave before breakfast. The staff made us a to go breakfast and hot coffee to send us on our way. That is the first time a hotel has ever done that for us. Having Ika next door is very convenient for a quick meal or a light snack. I can't recommend this hotel enough. We had a fantastic experience with every aspect of the hotel.

You are so helpful. Rooms are smaller compared to Us standards but did not bother us. We took two rooms for our teen agers. The location is not so central but the staff are excellent and the food wonderful. Some may frown upon the schoolyard next door with children playing but for us we enjoyed watching and hearing the kids speaking a different language. We open yhe windows just to hear them. But thank you staff for going out of your way to make our stay pleasant

The hotel is OK as a minus there are no power outlets near the bed. But the staff is a total different story. Asked for an invoice before booking and they said will provide me with one. Asked the same question before checking in and the same answer. When I checkedout I was told they can't provide me with one. When I asked again they gave me one with "0" costs. So the hotel was free? Then why they charged me and why they didn't want to provide an invoice? It is gray or black market?

First time to stay here and booked by my travel agent who organize for business trip. So impression with reception and lobby area look like modern and warm. When come to room as not big but comfortable so can see with photos. Overall not bad and not far away from downtown.

The hotel is very nice with clean and tidy areas , the rooms are made up every day and I couldn't fault the house keeping in any way whatsoever. The wifi is good and reliable,the only downside is having to reconnect every time you come back from work.. The bar/ reception area is nice with cosy sofas.. The reception staff are very helpful and more than willing to help with anything..overall I really liked this hotel and it's a great location for visitors to Stockholm as its only a couple of stops to central station .

We travelled to Stockholm with my husband and our one year old child. Hotel was beautiful and out superior room cozy and comfortable. Only thing that was lacking from our room was mini bar or some kind of fridge. Our child is still so small that she drinks milk often and we would have needed a fridge to store the milk. Otherwise the hotel was perfect.

I normally stay at this hotell when I am working at our head quarter in Stockholm. This time I also had two conferences within two days at my stay. The conference facilities are quite good with a nice lounge area outside the room.

Stayed here several times and will come back! Rooms are modern light and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are great and have what you need with a great big mirror. About a 25 minutes nice stroll from city to hotel and subway about a 15 minutes walk. Breakfast is excellent with everything you you can imagine.

Just spent one night there, but I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are large, and bedroom comfortable: a good night sleep! And now it looks like I have to reach 200 characters... but frankly, there's not much more to say if you stay in a hotel room from 22:00 to 8:00 am the following morning! But by adding this nonsense... I got over 200 and I'm done!

The staff made the stay for me here - really helpful and take an interest in your issues and your comfort. Also a fantastic breakfast with a "squeeze it yourself" orange juice bar. Comfortable beds in nice rooms, hotel is clean and modern. Location is a little quiet and out of the city centre but for my stay this was no problem. It's not walking distance to Gamla Stan - the staff will help you with a taxi though! Good hotel!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 midweek nights in late January. Room on 8th floor was large, fairly quiet, and speckless - this was the cleanest hotel room I've seen in a long time. Hats off to the staff for the good work in preparing the room. Comfortable bed; comfortable and well-heated bathroom. Front desk was helpful at all times. Very good breakfast selection (for a vegetarian like me, anyway). Adjacent supermarket open late hours proved very useful. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Only 7 minutes by foot to Odenplan Station, with subway and bus service to most important locations; also close to night bus services to Arlanda Airport. And just a 30-minute walk from midtown. And of course, the price was nice. So, in summary: Pro: Good and very clean room, good service, good breakfast, good location, good price Con: Nothing major. Some might find the room/hotel rather basic - no frills (no gym, basic room etc.) and location isn't very central. Sure didn't bother me. Bottom line: Recommended.

A modern hotel, centrally located and with friendly and accommodating staff. Large rooms with nice bathrooms. The breakfast is really nice and worth to spend some time.The hotel has a good working wifi no matter which room you are in.

My second stay, and again no problems. Great room, great service, great breakfast. Clean, comfortable, well located away from busy downtown but close to Odenplan metro stop. Close to supermarket, park, etc.

We stayed 4 nights here. The rooms were nice, smart and clean. The staff friendly and always tried to help us. You can book the hotel sauna for free (1 hour) which is well worth doing. Bus stop right outside. Good supermarket next door if you don't fancy an expensive restaurant.

My wife and I combined a short sightseeing trip to Stockholm with helping our granddaughter to get settled here for her exchange student studies at Stockholm Business School. This hotel provided all we needed to get oriented. It is well located, close to transit, shopping, restaurants, and the breakfast was outstanding. We stayed 5 nights, and will return, recommend to others.

I have stayed at this hotel, twice and I must say that this hotel is great, well priced, nice breakfast and nice rooms. Located in Vasastan it takes only 15-20 minutes to walk down to Downtown Stockholm, Vasastan area it self also has a lot to offer both when it comes to small shops as well as eateries.

We were booked into this hotel as part of the package. My previous experience with Best Western (in UK) was not pleasant so I was slightly apprehensive. My fears were unfounded, the hotel is good. The location is a 10 minute walk from Odenplan Metro station. There's no evening meal but the breakfast was good in both quality and quantity. Yes, the hotel is small (ish) but reasonably well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no safe deposit in the room but they are available free at reception - you are given the key so don't lose it! Yes, I would stay here again if I go back to stickholm

I was a bit puzzled by the name of the hotel at the time it was booked for me, wondering what difference the "plus time" brings to Best Western. To be honest I still haven't found out! This said I was very happy with my stay there as the room was large and very comfortable, with ample room to work, very well furnished with all appropriate amenities for a business trip. It was very quiet, except on my second night there when I heard the rain pelting on the large window pains all night! Comforting for some though. The service was good, efficient but not overly friendly. The breakfast selection was very good and no complaints there. I will most certainly stay there again on my next trip.

The hotel is located in a fair position, not so far from the centre, which you can reach by feet. Elegant, clean, very hot, the hotel offers you a nice experience, but it lacks a minibar in the room. Once I wanted to use the sauna, but it was switched off. Being a longtime user of BW hotels, I have to say that this one is on the average. The breakfast is also nothing new from usual habits. A bit more expensive than other BW with more amenities. There is no reason to chose again this hotel next time in Stockholm.

In September my wife and I stayed here for the fourth time in three years. It had been so pleasant and convenient that we didn't even consider anywhere else--we've begun to know the neighbourhood, a very pleasant one where Stockholm gets on with its life and the rest of the city is very close. It's one thing to be consistently good; this hotel is actually better than it was a year ago. The breakfast buffet is even better than it was before, offering really excellent food and coffee. The hotel's wifi is ar more reliable than it was a year ago, and the front desk--which always provides very good service and advice--is even more useful now that you can buy a transit pass (instead of walking down to the convenience store at Odenplan, two blocks away). We continue to enjoy Vanadisvägen and the nearby side streets. Surprising little bistros and restaurants are everywhere. We love Morkullan, a block or two around the corner on Norrtullsgatan--Greek souvlaki with a decidedly Swedish accent! And the waitress remembered us from previous years. Getting out into the rest of Stockholm is easy: walk up one block past the school to the bus stop, catch the #2, and off you go. (The front desk can provide free maps.)The #2 will take you way downtown, or you can transfer at Odenplan to other buses or the metro (the big metro-station renovation seems to have finally been completed). But we really prefer the buses, which offer great views of Stockholm's streetscapes and often the company of a fellow-passenger's dog. So the Time Hotel offers an excellent base for exploring a fascinating and very civilized city, and I hope to be back there again some day.

Lovely clean hotel. Situation perfectly well within area of shops, train stations and school. Superb continental and cooked breakfast buffet included in the price you can't go wrong. Great service from all the staff who were friendly and helpful

we booked in other best western but because it was overbooked we were sent here. we didn't choose this hotel because it iwas toooo far from city center and metro station and airport transport. breakfast was indecentely rich. rooms was big and comfortable. i will not come back again here for a short stay.

Everything was excellent. The standard, the staff, the room, the breakfast and the treatment when I ordered the room.The price of the room could have been cheaper. It was difficult to find a parking place.

Boring breakfast.No restaurant in Hotel is irritating. Linen, covers , pillows and towels good be of better quality. No minibar or room service. Mostly twin beds in Hotel makes it difficult to Get a proper dobbel bed. All in all not a bad Hotel , just very average and boring.

This hotel is sober with nicely designed rooms, high bathroom standard and comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet is varied with delicious fresh food and drinks. The staff is nice and polite and offers a super service.

We enjoyed our stay in a friendly hotel, quiet surronundings but yet close to restaurants and pubs. The breakfast was great. We had a good night sleep in comfortable beds, very soundproof rooms so we were ready for our day in Stockholm.

This was an extremely comfortable and warm place to stay. The room was nice and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a welcome luxury on a cold day. It is on the outskirts but the taxi service is very good and not too expensive. Breakfast was excellent. Excellent buffet with a great variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

There is nothing wrong about this hotel, but I find it a little boring. It's located in a residential area, about 10 minutes walk from the downtown action. Calm and quiet neighbourhood, which isn't bad in it self. The front desk personnel was very helpful with everything i needed, and fixed those things that were theirs to fix. The room was renovated and clean, but very unpersonal and "cold". It's like everything is designed very shallow, like a nice surface with litt substance beneath. But still, clean, open and big is very positive, too. Breakfast was the same way. A cold, unpersonal restaurant with little attention to details. No service, you even have to find, then fetch, the salt yourself. The eggs tasted like nothing at all and the coffee was a bit stale. Otherwise good enough quality food. The relax-area (essentially a sauna) can be reserved by guests. Good for privacy, but means only a few guests can enjoy each day. The complimentary gym two blocks away was good. The free wifi had really bad reception and when it connected it wouldn't accept my password. I had to use my phone for internet access in the end. The information folder says all rooms have wired internet, but that's obviously outdated information. I slept well and the staff made me feel welcome, but all in all I felt the hotel to be a little too "unpersonal" for my taste. And the breakfast wasn't a great start to my day.

A great hotel that feels a bit like a very clean and well kept business hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a very wide selection. We walked to the center for about 30 minutes but you can decide to take public transport. The supermarket just next door to the hotel is open till 11pm and is great to stock up on some snacks. The addition of a fridge to the room would have been welcomed.

Reasonable hotel regarding price and location for Stockholm standards. Nothin special about the hotel though. Rooms are large and tidy but cleaning is not very thorough. Hotel is situated above s supermarket and next to a park which can be quite convenient. About a 25 minute walk to the center

We took Flygbussarna at Arlanda International Airport Terminal 5 toward Cityterminalen for only 99 SEK per person (booked online) and got off the bus at Norra Stationsgata. From Norra Stationsgatan bus station walked about 8 minutes to Best Western Time Hotel that's much cheaper and faster than trains. Front desk Loviisa checked us in professionally with a big smile and upgraded us to an executive room 829. The room was spacious with all the amenities we need and rather quiet during our stay that we had good night sleep always. Free in room Wi-Fi signal was reliable and rather fast at all time. The complimentary breakfast was really good quality with lots of yummy choices and many comfortable seats and they tried so hard to add/change some different choices every single day during our stay that was an A++++++++. The location of the hotel is about 8 minutes' walk (650 meter) from Odenplan T-bana station and so many supermarkets, stores and banks are around the area that was very convenient. We also got Access card passes for the unlimited public transportation rides and used it efficiently to visit many attractions including Drottningholm and ferry rides to Djurgården and Skeppsholmen. First time in Stockholm with only 2 days to explore and our hotel was in an excellent location to get around on the superb public bus system. The room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable, with a huge bathroom. The buffet breakfast was delicious and even gave us fresh oranges and a machine to squeeze our own juice. For me the outstanding thing was having GLUTEN FREE cereal and bread available without having to ask. This 4* breakkfast gets 5*s from me. Reception staff asked us to email our hotel voucher to them, but their security settings wouldn't allow the email through, so we spent a very frustrating hour trying to comply. We finally succeeded by using the receptionist's personal email address. Best Western need to review their email security.

Just a short 10-12 minute slow walk from the Flygbussarna stop (Norra Stationsgatan). Check-in was fuss-free and the room reasonably sized. One of the room full-height windows does open, allowing the cold autumn night air in (air-con not needed!) Toiletries provided are good and plentiful; wi-fi is a bit of a pain since you need to reconnect everyday and must pre-register for a (free) account. Breakfast was good and surprisingly busy from 9am to 10am (but then again, most attractions open from 10am onwards) The supermarket just next door is convenient for those nights when you just want to pack something back for dinner. Short walk to Odenplan T-Bana, where you can get your SL access card for the rest of your stay. Stockholm is a walkable city, I did walk all the way to the visitor centre in Sergels Torg so that's how convenient it is. Overall a good stay, I would return.

Rooms are rather small but enough for a single needs. Rooms are in good shape, bed is comfortable and selection of pillows. Breakfast is rich enough and good start for the day. There is a Supermarket just below the hotel that is open till 23:00. Still, missing some basics. No mini bar, no real closet in the room, just some shelves. No AC which can be an issue. Wifi is ok. Location is nice. Staff not too helpfull.

This is my 3rd stay here. Great location handy for Odenplan T Upon checking in, they gave me a twin room with 2 small beds and the wifi was too weak, so moved me to a double room. However the wifi was stronger but still not great The room has no air conditioning and i like to sleep in a cool room which now means having the window open at night = noisy As mentioned before this isnt a large business type hotel, no bar, apart from a small corner of the reception area. Dining room is for breakfast only which is a great breakfast choice but no dinner or lunch. The biggest complaint is the wifi. You have to log in using the cloud, and for some reason it keeps logging you out. Sometimes up to 10 times a day I have to reconnect...a real pain when you are here for work and not a holiday. This really needs sorting out as this is the difference between choosing this hotel or another. Otherwise a great place, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, lovely breakfasts and good location

Stayed again at this hotel, the room has enough space, beds very comfortable, practical bedside lamps, bathroom clean with lots of towels. Breakfast always a delight, wifi free of charge but didn't work properly. Especially when the first girl at the reception gave me the wrong password ! BUT what is the purpose of the extremely tiny shelf between the beds ? As a bedside table it is useless! We each had a book, specs , a watch and a glass of water. So in the end we had to put almost everything on the floor.

Stayed 3 nights and were allowed to check in early (we arrived around 09:00 in the morning). We had a superior room, but I expected a little more for the money. There wasn't a safe and no in room refreshments or coffee/tea making facilities. However, there was an ice machine on our floor. One negative is that you can only use the lift by putting your key card in a slot which doesn't work very well. I wonder if this is for safety? Potential burglars can also use the stairs... Also the lift doors open and close extremely slowly. Our room was adequate but the shower has no real door so the floor gets quite wet. Our room looked out over a basketball field and a school so becomes very noisy at times because the area is enclosed by buildings. The location was alright, albeit a little far from everything but the bus (nr. 2) was a 2 minute walk from the hotel and came every 10 minutes. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice but sadly the coffee was terrible.

Sort of modern style hotel with good standard for facilities. Good breakfast buffet. Located in a nice and quiet residential area with many local restaurants that serve good food. Fairly close to city.
