I just needed somewhere to stay the night after we went to Great America Best Western Inn was a great choice and great for the price i paid staff is nice and rooms are very clean breakfast was delicious and had different options for u to pick from would Definitely book here again and bonus is they have a heat pool

I can say the gentlemen that checked me in was attentive, friendly and so polite and helpful. That reason alone they get A+++ I've had so many clerks that don't even acknowledge you. Just say sign this give me your credit card etc This man took time to talk with me and you can tell he liked his job. He is why I would stay again.

Great local stay, better than expected. Easy to navigate to. Lots of nearby amenities. Excellent customer service and quiet. Would definitely stay again as I am reguarly passing through the area. Standard best fare for this type of accommodation.

The service was immaculate and the employees are amazing! I have never experienced elite service 20/10 would recommend!!! Shout out to Jay and Dimel their attention has exquisite they're extremely kind! :)

We stayed for a night after a graduation nearby. We had a guest with a broken leg in our group and they were helpful ensuring that we'd have a space that was accessible for someone on crutches with limited mobility.

I have been staying at this best western on business trips last five years. Very friendly staff . The hotel is not far from the airport and restaurants are within walking distance. I like the older hotels that you can park your car in front of your room very convenient. I recommend the same for others.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast had a ton of choices and nice dining area. Was disappointed that they closed it at 9:30 am on the weekday though. Location great - not far from grocery store and a Denny's. It was quiet even though we were on the first floor and near the busy street. The refrigerator was at the other end of the room from the beds. Smart location! My only disappointment was the mattress. It sloped to one side.

Looked like it had been recently updated. Very clean. Quiet. Great pool. Interesting area. Actually in "Koreatown" - though we didn't have a chance to explore the stores and markets. Very accommodating manager.

Traveling by myself, I was happy that I felt very safe and the hotel was quiet. Really close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Breakfast was very good too. Staff was very helpful also.

This is our forever home away from home! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Family friendly for children. But also quiet. Rooms are actually pretty big and spacious. They even have a washer and dryer if needed. And a delicious hot breakfast made of waffles, breakfast sandwiches and pastries.

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and have updated fixtures and furniture. Never had issues with theft or vandalism. Also, it is walking distance to several restaurants and drinking establishments.

I really need to know what mattress was in my room…!!! Did believe I stayed in room 23 and the bed was amazing!! Only stayed one night was a quick stay, room was clean, front desk was helpful, and bed was Amazing!!!!

Very clean room and breakfast area. Parking lot clean and well lit. New and updated rooms. Great rate for amenities and service. Especially liked the kuerig coffee machine in the room and better quality soap/shampoo. Was nice to have fresh muffins not pre-packaged and more variety .

First night found roaches in my room, they sprayed raid while we were in it. Moved us after that to a room that smelled horrible. Clothes iron didn't work. I will never stay again it was disgusting. I guess a bottle of wine was supposed to compensate the issues

Stayed for 2 days during a quick trip to see friends in Santa Clara. Basic hotel with a comfortable bed and regular American breakfast (yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, pastries) There is a pool and a laundry. The staff was friendly. Parking was a bit difficult.

I urgently needed somewhere to stay for the night, it was already quite late, I very quickly booked a room for the night. At the reception I was greeted very politely. The room came across to me comfortable, clean. I had a good rest.

Chris and Cesar are really helpful and knowledgeable guys. I enjoy my stay. Room is neat and clean. Due to Covid-19 they offer grab and go break fast in the morning. The breakfast is good. Lot of restaurants are near the property.

This place is just a few minutes away from my work location which is a plus. Room is comfortable. Front desk staff were both very helpful and nice. Overall my stay was great. I would come back and stay to this hotel again.

The rooms were clean and sanitized, the manager went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The construction in the area was of no concern. This experience for us made Best Western our choice in all future travels

Great staff and Room bed new but too soft for us we like very firm beds but most will love this one. Great location etc but the staff Chris etc at the front desk are fantastic I highly recommended this hotel!

An amazing value in Silicon Valley, Clean, quiet, they provide a generous bag breakfast, parking and good internet. With Covid, when I go in a hotel room, I sanitize all the surfaces and all of the surfaces in this room were absolutely squeaky clean!!!!! The bed was comfy and the linens were very nice. We plan on returning whenever we are in the area.

Dreary room, outdated colors and furniture. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable, and service desk staff were friendly and helpful. Price of the room did not match what one got..

I drove from San Diego to San Jose to help move my daughter into her University dorm. I felt the accommodations were above expectation. The staff was extremely pleasant, the rooms were clean and well taken care of, the television selection was nice, and the Internet speeds were better than most hotels I've stayed at in the past. I am also a single mother, and even though this is an open face hotel, I felt very safe. Plenty of Doordash selections even in the middle of Covid!!! If you want to spend a lot of money you might find better, but I am very happy with my selection and will return to this hotel on all my visits.

I am pleased with Best Westyern Santa Clara Ca. This hotel during my travels 4 Yrs has been very good. Nice friendly stay and clean facility. Also the rate of stay is reasonable being in the Silicon Valley Area.

I guess it's my fault for choosing a hotel with a motel set up where people can access rooms from the street I thought it would be easier with my luggage but I wasn't expecting it to be quite so busy with Pros and Pimps. I'm a bit of a night owl so maybe early to bed, early to rise types won't notice the traffic as much but I was even propositioned in the parking lot!! Had planned to stay a week but had to find alternative accommodation after the second night as it just had a sleazy vibe to it. There are much nicer hotels in the area for less. The rooms were ok, I could tell some of the surfaces hadn't been wiped down even with Covid going on though. If your just stopping for the night this place is fine but make sure you lock your car and don't leave any valuables in view.

What a wonderful surprise finding this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, informative and helpful. And I was pleasantly surprised by the upgraded room decor. Bed was very comfortable. No real breakfast but there was grab and go because of Covid

This is a great hotel that I have stayed at several times over the years and will again in the future. The Fish Market restaurant is next door and is an outstanding dining experience, unfortunately it was closed due to the Chinese bat fever (Covid-19) on this visit.

Manager and assistant manager were very kind and helpful. They always smiled and made us feel extremely welcomed. Janitorial staff was nice and accommodating especially under the circumstances of Covid 19.

When it was decided my husband needed to be seen at this Kaiser, we traveled to Santa Clara for him to have a necessary procedure. Needless to say, we were a bit on edge and we are very grateful for how kind the whole staff of this hotel was to us to make sure we had everything we needed to be able to rest over our three day stay. This Best Western would be our first choice to contact should we need to be in this area again.

We stayed 2 nights here, breakfast and internet are very good. They have 24 hour drink in lobby. Staffs here are nice and polite. Only reason I didn't give 5 star is the room is not as clean as BW hotels in other place, but it's still very good among all 2 star hotels.

This is close to where our sons live & the staff have made it our go to place when we visit our sons. The location is nice. Really it is that staff & their willingness to make it enjoyable that keep us coming back.

We needed a location that was close to visiting S.F. and Santa Cruz, and Santa Clara was the best stop. I tend to book with BW because of the great breakfast selection and location to the places we visit. There were many dining option around and the front staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I like this smaller hotel and its location. I live and worked in the bay area for over 25 years. The biggest problems there is traffic. The hotel is centraly located so you can travel going the opposite of the commuter trafittr. The hotel is up to date and verv comfortable. The breakfast is simple but has many choices. You can get out very quickly to start your day.

Our stay was really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is making upgrades to the breakfast area and pool which is wonderful. After staying at another property previously, I think this location will now be our go to hotel when we visit our grand kids in Santa Clara.

Love this hotel. Never disappointed. Clean quiet rooms, friendly staff, and what soon looks to be a nice new breakfast area. Also their agreement wit the local fitness center is a primary reason I use this hotel.

Came into San Jose for a visit with family. The location was in close proximity to family. The hotel is in a good location and was clean, The staff was friendly, and they offered a good breakfast option. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We will stay here again for future visits.

Nice Hotel at excellent Location, surrounded by all amenities. Breafkast had good variety. Cooking staff was so warm and welcoming. Being an Indian, had lot of Indian eatery joints (others too) at walking distance.

The place is well located but very simple installations. The breakfast is served in the reception and just with few tables. The room is ok but the acoustic isolation is not good, allowing hearing noises from other apartments.

Yes they have some construction underway at the place, but the rooms were very nice. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again. Pretty convenient for any trip to the Bay Area and there are a lot of restaurants in the area with very good food.

Parking is OK. Breakfast is general level but close at 9:30 am so have to get up early. Breakfast is next to front desk , relatively small. Some room has air con unit very close to bed so fan is blowing on the body directly. Room is clean, staff is fine. They are under renovation so hopefully everything will be improved.

Warm welcome by the hotel staff. Can find many options for breakfast I was surprised to find Indian Parantha and Chai in the menu. We stayed here for a convention. Traffic to the convention center was congested at times but the hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and the beds were super comfortable. Sit and eat or grab and go breakfast was also great!

I came here with my family to spend time during my 60th birthday. Everyone was pleased with the hotel. the showers were very nice, with is a huge plus. The rooms are also nicely done. The breakfast is quite good, and the coffee is excellent loved the place.

I was in Santa Clara on an official trip and chose Best Western Inn based on the recommendation of one of my colleagues in India. It proved to be the right decision. Right on day one, When I reached hotel bit early than the scheduled check in time, I got the early check in and was given warm welcome by the hotel staff. Next morning, when I went for breakfast, I was surprised to find Indian Parantha and Chai in the menu. I wasn't expecting the home like food in US. Also the tasty and delicious muffins along with tasty tea made my day. This hotel has a central location to all the big corporate offices including mine. There are lot of Indian Restaurants nearby where you can have variety of Indian dishes. Some of the big famous eating joints are nearby at a walking distance. You can buy groceries & other eatables from big lots, lucky & other Indian supermarkets located within the vicinity of the hotel. Staff at hotel is very helpful. Mr. Dimel Mistry, the hotel manager has good knowledge of nearby tourist places and how to reach SFO over the weekend trip. He tries his level best to give the best hospitality in all respects. Maria, the breakfast host, has a good sense of humor and always provides her best services to the guests by serving the delicious meals. Overall, it has been an enjoyable stay and i would like to come here again!!

I have to admit I was pretty nervous when I pulled up and realized the property was quite an old Motel. This is a business trip and I choose it based on price and location, and didn't really look at the photos. As soon as I walked in the lobby, my fears started to ease, as the gentleman at the desk was so friendly and welcoming, and the lobby was sparkling clean. As he handed me a nice cold bottle of water , he explained there in process building a new pool and breakfast area, which told me that they're investing money in the place I went up to my room and was pleasantly surprised to see a spacious and very clean room. You can really tell that the cleaning staff here goes all out. There is not one Speck of dust or a single dirty corner. The microwave, coffee maker and fridge are a great addition. The breakfast is the standard Best Western offering. It's a nice touch that they put containers of maple syrup on every table for the waffles. The lady working in the breakfast area was super friendly and kept everything stocked and cleaned. Overall, I have to say that I have really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. It is an older place, but owners, management and employees take visible Pride in the property and providing an excellent customer experience.

I visited Santa Clara to attend the CFP National Championship. I found this property convenient to the venue and to other local attractions interesting to me. The facility was clean and quiet, and the staff was very pleasant. It was not a resort, but really a nice place for a short stay.

Nice hotel and the location is just off the freeway for easy access. Hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast area is small and located in the small hotel lobby. It could get pretty crowded if there are more than a few people there. Several restaurants nearby and in walking distance.

While the staff was very polite and responsive, this was one of the worst Best Western Hotels we have stayed in. The heating unit did not work properly even after the management worked on it. The room was shabby, I had to request an extra blanket and get it myself, and the flooring was something you'd see in someone's basement. There is no elevator, so you need to request a room on the first floor if you have any luggage. The

Value is outstanding. When you consider the Hilton and Marriott brands are in the $300 to $400 range. Amenities are on par with Hilton brands, rewards recognition also top notch. Not a hotel in the sense that there is an interior lobby and elevators, you still access your room from outside and walk up stairs. However once inside the room it is hard to tell from Hilton or Marriott. Complimentary breakfast is almost identical to Hampton Inn, little egg omelets, sausages and potatoes in warmers. Waffle maker and pastries, fresh fruit and a copy of USA Today. This BW is building a new pool and breakfast room that I hope will be done by my next visit. Staff has always been very polite and respectful.

I like this hotel since it's close to the highway, free breakfast, the price is not that high and it's even not that far from Costco. Usually, I prefer that first floor, but it's really up to. You can get a free cook or a banana when you are coming back to the hotel (around 5 ish)

I have been staying in Best Western Inn since 2015. The location is excellent having quite a few eating places around and that too catering to all types of taste. You will South Indian, Pizza, Thai, KFC, Burger King and what not all within 2 minutes walking. Hotel staff is very friendly, I must mention names of Dimel who manages front office and Maria who takes care of cleanliness of my room. Overall it is always 5 out 5 for me.

Fabulous location. One is spoiled for choice at the variety within walking distance of this. Helpful staff who tried their best at any requests. The room was clean. There is a coin operated laundry machine or you could just drop them off at the Front Desk. Decent spread of breakfast with sausages and egg also available.

I had a good overall experience when I stayed at this hotel. There was nothing exceptional or derogatory which stood out during our stay. The staff was all very helpful and the room was clean and in good working order. I would recommend this hotel to those who are in need of a place to stay in the area for a good price. We arrived early for check in and the front desk clerk wasn't concerned at all. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The double room was tight but it was furnished with modern touches. Our only dissappointment was when checking out the pool--no water! To their credit the pool was advertised.

The hotel is well located with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The check in process was easy and the front desk representative was very attentive to our requests. The room was clean and comfortable with two double beds. The refrigerator and microwave are very convenient to have in the room. The coffee machine in room didn't work but there is always coffee in the lobby so no problem. The breakfast is extensive and is very clean with an employee constantly checking the inventory and wiping down the counters. Parking is not an issue as there are plenty of spaces. We couldn't have asked for a better stay at the price point. Will return in the future.

This hotel seems quite well run. The people we dealt with were all very courteous and helpful. It is located on a busy street with a number of interesting restaurants nearby and a large Lucky supermarket just down the street. We were able to park in front of the room and access the room from the parking lot. The room had microwave and refrigerator and was quite serviceable. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast room was small although it was never crowded during our stay. The hotel has an arrangement with a fitness center across the street so guests can use that facility.

The rooms were small and cramped, but clean. The lobby and breakfast area are combined so they are small also. Overall an ok place, but nothing special. Wat overpriced for the value. The pools is closed and the gym is across the street.

I arrived at 11:00am and tried to do early check in but in vain. Still the hotel gave me a pass to the executive lounge where I was able to finish unfinished work. The room was very quiet despite the large number of people. Fitness room was small size but did good job. Reasonably new machines. Location was excellent - easy access to most of the town. One of best Hilton I have stayed!

I stayed in Best Western Inn Hotel for 20 nights starting Jan end to Feb Mid. Here is my feedback. Good Side:- • Hotel employees are truly helpful. Behavior is the point to notice. They are really humble • Hotel located at a excellent place with lot of restaurant options • Room is very clean with latest amenities • Breakfast is really good with good options • Have Fitness 19 Gym option for free Improvement areas or you may not like :- • Wash room / bathroom is really small • There is no proper wardrobe in the room. If you stay for long then you will face the issue to keep your cloths • I faced internet issue for 2-3 days . Internet was really slow for those days. Yes I got immediate solution too from hotel Summary:- I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for that kind of budget in this area.

Seems you sleep in middle of the road with the other guests (lot of traffic on road near hotel) you can hear the neighbor yawning, if you open your bedroom door you have the impression that it is without yours. for this the hotel is not recommendable

I stayed here the night before an early morning exam. With the exception of the price, which was inflated along with all of the other motels in the airport/San Jose region, I found this place to be very nice. I chose it after obsessive research for a motel that got uniformly good reviews, which is surprisingly rare for some reason in a sub-$300 per night motel (!!) around here. The location was not sketchy. The desk staff were all super pleasant, the room was nicely updated with lovely upscale designer furnishings, was quite clean and fairly quiet. Great beds, good TV, free wi-fi, coffeemaker, microwave, mini fridge. Complimentary breakfast a step above the usual, with hot food, waffle maker, fruit. Downsides: outdoor corridors, small bathroom. I would stay here again if the need arose.

Breakfast was great. It included eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit....The rooms looked as if they had been recently remodeled. They were beautiful and spotless. The room was a nice size and included a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Way better than what I expected from a Best Western. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a little outdated, heating system very outdated in some rooms.. Fridge hums at night.. but the customer service is great, sound proofing do the rooms could be better. Can't complain too much for the price paid.

Best Western Inn, on the Elcamino rela is a good location to stay. I'm very frequent traveller from India and it's very convinenent to walk around Indian Restrunant and shops for Lunch & Dinner. The Staff in Best Western INN has been very humble and care taker. Dimel is the Manager and good caretaker and provides all the required help with their front office staff Sam & Chris are good and very help full. The House keeping team Maria and others has been very helpful and they clean up room everyday and it's a good stay. I always prefer to stay at Best Western Inn and not looking for other optios.

This was so inexpensive for the area- and it was great! You are on a busy street but that is the only drawback. Ok, the pillows were a bit stiff. But the room was updated and had everything we needed. Clean and an efficient staff.

Nicely remodeled room, comfy bed, good water pressure in shower, good location and very quite, lots of restaurants and shopping around didn't use the pool, grounds very well kept, free breakfast was a plus. we'll stay again.

Although the bay area is expensiv I would not expect just a motel for that amount of money paid. Breakfast is usual low level artificial stuff served on one way plates and cups, Why can´t there be more natural food on normal plates?

The property is at a good location and has plenty of food options nearby. There is plenty of parking space too. Rooms are clean and comfortable but could have been more spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Sam. I stayed with my family and faced no problems. The rates are high but I think other properties in Silicon Valley are costly too.

It's very good hotel. This is the 3rd time I am staying in the same hotel. Staff is also good and always available to help in case you are new here and require some directions. Ambience is nice. Rooms are cosy, neat and clean. The most loved part here for me is offering pranthas with masala tea by one of staff member Sam. He takes care if you are looking for some good food within his reach ?? and always helpful. My company booked different hotel as all rooms were booked in this hotel but due to some reason, my booking in different hotel got cancelled and i got to know when i reached in Santa clara. I called here and as I am a regular client so they helped and i was given room without any delays. Too good services provided. I would recommend it to all.

The hotel was fine, except for the fact that they don't have an elevator. I am partially handicapped and not informed of this at check in. I was given a 2nd floor room and I had to carry my bags up the stairs. Pretty hard to do with bad knees. If you have trouble with stairs, make sure you get a 1st floor room. Otherwise, get a different hotel

The hotel is very nice, along with the staff. The only complaint I have is guests who smoke were allowed to smoke just outside their rooms. I recommend they provide smokers an area to smoke. I am a loyal guest of the Best Westerns. They always have the most comfortable beds and pillows.

I'm a frequent travellerto Santa Clara from India, since my main office is in Santa clara i keep visiting this place for 3 Weeks or a Month, i always prefer to stay in Best Western INN, couple reasons the Hotel is good, Breakfat is served, Chris & Sam are good and front office staf and very helpful. Also Maria helps and ensure all Customers are happy with the way Breakfast served and specially for for Indians they provide Paratas in the Mornig and good for all Indians and also it has many India Hotels around which is walkable. Overall Good Hotel to stay and good Staff to help :)

Not a hotel to talk about in terms of facilities or ambiance, it is efficient and meets the minimum requirement. The people however be it the one at the desk or in the breakfast room are excellent. The staff went out of the way to make sure I could get food that met my dietary needs though it was not part of their standard offering. I have seen that the staff always serves with a smile on their face and has a never say no attitude

I was in Santa Clara for a medical procedure, and wanted to be somewhere convenient to the Kaiser Hospital. This was very easy to reach from the hotel. The grounds and room were even cleaner and in better condition than the average Best Western, and the staff was, as usually, very friendly and helpful. Silicon Valley is ridiculously expensive, and this place isn't cheap, but it is a good basic hotel.

This is a very nice hotel in the Santa Clara area that we frequently use when in the area. It is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient as well. Stayed at this Best Western during a trip to California. I had not stayed in this hotel chain for decades. What a surprise! Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on! Breakfast was so so but free. I would consider staying at a Best Western again.

BW Inn is a typical inn. It is not really great but well placed but a bit overpriced. The bed and shower are good but the air conditioner is very noisy. There are plenty of fine restaurants in the neighborhood.

Great location in Santa Clara. I had a surgical procedure in Santa Clara, and chose to rest at the Best Western. It was a great experience -- clean room, nice people, AC was quiet and good, safety "grab" bars in the handicapped room bathroom, good HD television, pretty quiet for a motel. Nice, full breakfast in the common room in the morning. I recommend this Best Western.

almost $300 for a simple 40 year old strip motel style hotel that still looks and feels like its 40 years old (except for the new furniture and fresh paint) is hard to believe. somehow I think Silicon Valley and the Bay area have something to do with those OUTRAGEOUS hotel prices...

Horrible guest checkin service. Stood outside for over an hour. Was greeted with poor attitude. ZERO parking on the entire block. Construction debris unorganized everywhere. Loud racket from nearby supply/storage room which was continuous throughout the night. A/C squeaked intermittently.

Our room was recently renovated and very clean. The continental breakfast was all we needed. They offered a nice assortment of cereal, danishes, waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes plus yogurt, bananas and/or apples. The Fish Market restaurant is immediately next door and very good. The hotel is convenient to Walgreens if you forgot simething and several Starbucks. Good location if you don't mind driving into San Francisco for sight seeing. Just time it to miss rush hour because 101 is a nightmare. Take I-280 when possible. The scenery is much more pleasant.

Staff, especially Sam,was excellent. He was right there when we had an issue and cheerfully took care of it immediately. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Access to freeways is great. All staff was interested in making the stay wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although it was literally right next to the I5 freeway (they had earplugs available on the nightstand lol) we had a very pleasant stay. The front desk team was very pleasant and informative. The housekeeping service was excellent. The free breakfast hosts were beyond sweet and kept the buffet fully stocked and tidy. The abosolte most amazing part of our visit was the Magic Mountain trolly drivers. They were not even a min early or late for all of our pick ups and drop offs.... amazing!

I thought the experience would be like the Best Western Osasco (in Brazil) experience. I was wrong. The room was smaller. I didn't feel as comfortable as in the other BW. I missed the TV remote control - I simply couldn't use the HDMI nor the USB port available. The control available wasn't enough. Using the side panel wasn't an option either. I left the TV turned off, as it was useless for me. I used Netflix in my computer - at least the Wi-Fi was ok. The AC was a journey back in time, from a digital world to the analogical world. I can say: "old, but cold". But also, too noisy... The breakfast wasn't that bad, but not that good too. I'll try a different place in my next visit.

We stay at this property when we visit our daughter who is attending Santa Clara University. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the WiFi works great, the pool is a welcome oasis on hot days, and the staff is great.

We really liked this room and will be back. Parking and breakfast were included. Hotels in this area often charge extra for parking. The wifi speed was stable and fast enough to play video games! Past hotels in this area where we stayed have wifi internet that pauses often and is too slow for video games. 'This room had a little refrigerator and microwave. This was so handy so we could relax and watch TV and have something cold to drink without going out to get it.

Great inexpensive hotel within driving range of the Convention Center and Conference hotels. Many of the same amenities except no $400/night cost. Also, several restaurants within one mile of this hotel making it easy to get a bite at any time of day.

I have stayed at this location many times for my business trips and I enjoy it immensely. The location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. During my last visit with family, I stayed there for 3 months in stretch and as it is located on El Camino Real, my family could go around, visit places on their own during working days. Highly recommended !

Spent few days on a business trip at the inn it's an affordable place with a nice breakfast inclusive had a quiet stay no issues to report good day staff night staff need to smike and do not look interrupted when asked for a question I felt like they are just trying to end the convo otherwise very clean place cleaning crew did a fantastic job reservation and rewards available if u join through their site for discounts. Close to Santa Clara , Levi stadium about 10 minutes drive even in morning rush

We stayed for one night after an NFL game at Levi's stadium. Our stay was booked online and prepaid so our check in and check out was super fast and easy. The room itself was neat, very clean, and put me at ease at the end of our five day trip. While settling before sleep it seemed like it would be a bit noisy but I slept through the night, no problem. The breakfast was more than expected and was a nice start to our day of airline travel. Thanks Best Western, Santa Clara.

We stayed at this hotel because we had tickets to a 49ers game and it's very close to Levi Stadium. It's a great hotel for the price. Yeah, it's a motor lodge type of hotel but It conveniently located, the rooms are very clean and it has a friendly staff. I would stay here again.

This BW was the best price we could find in the area at the time. The location was good (central to our travel plans), the room was recently remodeled so it had a little bit of the new carpet smell but was fine otherwise. The breakfast was standard, nothing exciting.

First I will start with the things I did like. In the dining room for your morning breakfast, they have a coffee machine that lets you choose many different coffees including lattes! That was great.It was quiet and clean. However, it was lacking the coziness of most BW"s. The computer in the office would not let us on to our airlines to check in on line the day before our flight. There were NO cookies waiting for us on Sat. upon checking in! ( Sounds trivial but remember in all my reviews that is one of the things I like about BW. The staff was not friendly and most of all, the pillows are OVER stuffed!! Lucky enough, on the second day, a staff member did find a pillow I could use without having to have neck surgery the next day. ( The first day I slept without a pillow. To summerize, it was a good location, near the air port, but we probably won't go back.

As an experienced business traveler for large corporations, I was used to the "higher-end" hotels given my expense account. Now I (happily) work for a start-up, and budgets matter. On a recent trip I stayed at this BW. Prior to arrival, I was apprehensive at what I was going to experience. Instead, I found a friendly gentleman at the front desk at check-in (along with fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies), a very clean and comfortable room, and amenities obviously designed with the business traveler in mind. Excellent wi-fi and complimentary breakfast bar (fruit, breads, yogurt, eggs...the usual) rounded it out. Was this the Fairmont? No, of course not. But for the business traveler looking for good value for their money, this can't be beat.

I have been coming to Santa Clara for Business visit from India and this is my 5th stay continuously in Best Western. I like the Staff, who are very caring with good hospitality and Manger is great listening to customers and provides all possible customization in terms of Breakfast and tries to keep our stay in Best western as great. Located in the midst of lots of restaurants and other businesses, this hotel is easy to get to and provides all the amenities needed for a good night's stay. Hotel that tries hard to be OK but misses on several key points. Rooms seem OK and Clean... Beds are OK. Deoderizer used by housekeeping is overbearing to the point of being disgusting.... A/C Unit couldn't keep room cool on 99 Degree day in Santa Clara.... Price is TOO high... These are sub $100 Rooms

Wonderful front desk and food service staff. Great room location, however, room decor on the very old side. Appeared clean but carpet made feet pretty dirty. Yuck. When I mentioned to staff about several harmless spiders/bugs they seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic. The morning I checked out a huge storage pod had appeared and they were getting ready for big renovation of all the rooms. Should be great once done. Little far from Santa Clara U which was purpose for trip...5 miles down road but pretty easy to get back and forth.

Prime location.close to Expressway , Bus and railway station.Lot of super markets and Indian restaurant close by.Clean and decent breakfast with Indian Chai. Front desk manager Nick is very nice person and take your all your requests with smile. so like Chris,Raj and others.

The room was very clean, I believe the carpets were cleaned recently. The pillows felt new ( which I loved ), and the toilet had good enough flushing power ( some hotels have terribly loud and inefficient toilets ). Also, the breakfast was nice.

The rooms are clean as well as excellent customer service. Plus there are a lot of great restaurants nearby! I only stayed there for 1 night with a friend and they happily provided a roll-out bed for me since there was only 1 bed.

A Basic place to stay, if everything closer to the HP Pavillion is full. Wi- Fi didn't work the first night, but I didn't complain. Not sure what was up, but it worked the next day. Good variety of breakfast foods, though bacon was only provided the first morning. There's a pool at this location.

Driving up route 1 from LA to San Fran with a couple of stops this was a welcome break with laundry facilities, friendly staff and the biggest, most comfortable bed! The shower facilities were just fine and the room was spotless. The breakfast was good to get you going for a new day!

The hotel room was nice and the staff was very friendly. The pool area needs to be cleaned up. The breakfast area is too small and needs more space. They need to have more tables because we had to sit at the table by the coffee table by the front desk.

It was nice to stay in the Bay Area. Work paid for the motel, so it was a great value. I wasn't impressed with the room - it was clean and well taken care of, but it didn't feel like I was living there - it felt like it was built more for getting people in and out and keeping it clean than for keeping people in it.

Clean room, and great service by staff. Location is great with many restaurants and fast food. When ever I'm in town, this is my first choice. Being in Silicon Valley, rates are high but staff is very helpful with my reservation and flexible. Also, very convenient to catch highway 101 or 280 and is close to convention center and Levi's stadium.

I give this hotel the highest rating possible, I've stayed here 3 times in the past 8 months. The breakfast gives you a great variety, I especially enjoyed the waffle with the BW in the center. The hotel was really good and I liked the location especially. It is close to bunch of resturants and grocery stores. The room condition was good and the wi-fi was fast enough. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast but they provide free breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

If what you want of a place is to come back to a decent room, a reasonably comfortable bed, and a clean toilet, sleep the night, shower and leave, this place will work for you. Breakfast is the usual sorry bagel-croissant-cereal-orangejuice-coffee. Very well located, with plenty of options for food up and down the same street.

We stayed at this location since we were in town for a Sharks' game. The rate was less than hotels closer to the SAP Center and it is only 15-20 minutes away. The man at the front desk was friendly and check-in was quick. We had a room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean, however, the carpet could use some cleaning. My gray socks got fairly dirty from walking on the carpet. The TV remote did not work, so hubby went down to the office and got a replacement which worked fine. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked well and the towels were okay, not thin and scratchy. The shower could have been cleaner though as there was a glob of a prior guest's hair stuck to the shower wall. Our room was quiet and we slept well. Hubby partook in the complimentary breakfast. He said it was okay but not much to choose from and the pastries were really small. In any event, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Most seemed to be either Indian or Korean food. There is a Denny's just down the street. It is on a very busy street.

Nick and his team at the Best Wester Inn Santa Clara are top notch. We were in need of a last minute room after a kerfuffle with a woman with terribly poor manners at the Maple Tree Inn and after driving, last minute, back to the North Bay and back to Santa Clara to be settled before a 4am surgery, this group treated us with kindness, understanding and a level of accommodation we had yet to see. They got us in a room without any hassle, loaded us up with snacks so we could have some breakfast the next morning since we would be out before they opened and did so with a smile. This was a far cry from our experience at the Maple Tree Inn. The room was nicely equipped, the beds were comfortable and it fit the bill for what we needed at that time. Thank you Nick and team for being so wonderful!

I've spent around 4 or so month living in this hotel in two separate trips. Usually booked for a shorter trip and then extended, sometimes multiple times at short notice. They're really accommodating and have always managed to keep me in the same room, even when it's less than a day's notice. The rooms are very nice and room service does a fantastic job. Even when I forget to tidy up and have clothes strewn around the room, they do a fantastic job. The breakfast is free and has a great range of options. I live in Australia now and it's hard to get good bagles, so I'm particularly thrilled to have them (and good ones) available. The pool looks lovely, but I've never had the chance of taking a dip in the pool. All the staff are lovely, they even held on to a box of stuff that was left behind until our next visit. Which is really going above and beyond the call of duty. Overall I can absolutely recommend staying here. I've only had fantastic experiences and have recommended this Best Western to other people who have had to come here to visit clients. The location is great.

Best western inn is one of the best hotel near by. I stayed here once due to some maintenance at my home. The property is centrally located. The employees are friendly. They have good breakfast. Lots of parking spots.Guy name Nick he is a great manager.Very helpful.They also have fitness pass to the gym.Overall a great place to stay in.I will stay at best western again.

I looked for a hotel in Santa Clara near the University to be near my son's residence and restaurants for diner. The Best Western Inn Santa Clara was both moderately priced and close to ideally located and a great fish restaurant was almost next door ( The Fish Market). The hotel staff, desk clerk and breakfast room attendant, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Anytime in the South bay area this will be my home away from home.

Only few miles from Santa Clara University and much cheaper than other hotels near University. Rates are reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful. Many restaurants nearby and they offer breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fresh pastry... Rooms are clean too.

The staff was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location with access to many good restaurants, shopping and the airport. The hotel is also in a good area of Santa Clara and not far from Sunnyvale and Cupertino.

Was there for four nights. Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The sink was outside the bathroom and it was a minor inconvenience, but I got used to it later. Bathroom supplies were adequate. The microwave worked fine but the fridge did not have the frozen section. I am not sure why the hotels think it is okay to do to so, as I have observed this at other hotels too. I liked their channel options on the TV. Much better compared to even more upscale hotels. Housekeeping was good on each day. Their breakfast is medium. Their tea options looked awesome with a lot of different types of teas available. The front desk guys are quite friendly but mostly just go by the rules. I needed to stay in my room on Sunday when I was supposed to check out. I asked them if I could hang on till about 3 or 4 pm. But they allowed only till 12:30. I know they have to clean the rooms etc. between guests, but I am not sure they had lots of people waiting to check in on Sunday afternoon. However, it was additional courtesy I was asking and may be they had rooms really booked. What I surely did not like was the internet. It was patchy and hard to play any clips or streaming. It worked sometimes but mostly not, for videos. It was okay for general access but slow anyway. If you need to be around Sunnyvale/Santa Clara, this hotel is perfectly placed on El Camino Real with lots of restaurants nearby and even various ethnic grocery stores in addition to Safeway etc. You can take a nice walk on El Camino when you have some free time, and VTA also operates one of its busiest bus routers (22) on that road, taking you all the way to Palo Alto, which is useful if you don't have a car. Their parking seems ample if you do. Overall it was good except the internet and the fridge. I would hesitate a bit to go there again for these two things. If they can fix it, I won't mind staying again. The rates were reasonable for the area.

It is the good place to stay... in the strategic location on El Camino Real... It is a hassle free, clean place to stay.... It has lots restaurants in the close vicinity. It was overall a pleasant stay in this place...

It's at good location near to all foodie restaurants and on the roadside of El Camino real, a little bit noisy but good. Rooms were clean provides micro oven, small fridge, iron box and has complimentary breakfast, Moreover friendly nature of Staff. Apart from these It doesn't provide cab service, pool was not good, At times speed fluctuations in WiFi. Preferred for Business Travelers for short duration.

An excellent fair value Hotel, just as you would expect from Best Western. An excellent place to stay, on the first night after arriving at San Francisco Airport and travelling South. Free breakfast was acceptable,the rooms were large and clean, the staff were very helpful.

Very nice place to at affordable prices. Rooms are maintained well and the manager (NIck) is very helpful and courteous. Good breakfast - cereals, waffles, eggs, etc....along with orange/apple juice and Yoplait. I dont think any other hotel in this price provides all of that. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at Best Western many times. This hotel had no elevator so we had to tote our luggage upstairs. Linens were clean as was the bathroom. Walls are thin and you can hear people snoring and alarms through the walls. People slam doors early in the AM(Not hotels fault of course). There are always inconsiderate people in all grades of hotels. Breakfast was ok, there was a nice variety but I am gluten intolerant so pretty much cannot eat the food. There was a cold egg and cheese omelet that was awful, potatoes were dried out and tasteless. Maybe we should get a discount if we don't eat the breakfast??

After almost 14 hours waiting in the hospital, it was so nice to come back to a nice, clean comfortable bed. Plus having a delicious breakfast the next day was a great perk.

This was a nice place to stay at a reasonable prince. It's not the Hilton or Hyatt but you're not paying $200 a night either. Our room was clean and well appointed. The desk people, everyone of them, were friendly and helpful. The gave the impression they were glad we were there. The free breakfast wasn't IHop but it was nice with a good selection and good food. The only thing I would suggest would be more ice machines. We were there in November so maybe during the summer months there are more machines. I would recommend staying here.

I needed a place to stay while working in the area and didn't want to pay too much for a place just to sleep. Room was on the main level, easy access with free parking. The free wi-fi was great and I didn't have any issues with it. The free breakfast was nice (omelette style eggs with cheese, hash browns, sausages, make yourself waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal and muffins) but it was always the same and after 6 days I was looking for something different. The ac/heater worked well but no way to set the temperature you just had to select from 1-6 and hope you got what you wanted. The room had a small fridge and a microwave so you could grab some items and keep in your room for snacks or quick meals.

The Hotel Amenities are poor , in room facilities also not good especially Lighting brightness. House keeping is not to the mark. They never replaces my coffee sachets in proper number! I could not use the coffee maker as there was no guidance placed, the breakfast menu is same 36 days which really sucks!

We did not expect to have a room that just stepped out to the parking lot. That made me feel a little unsafe. Surrounding area was okay. The room was very small and the bed was almost against the wall. I had a hard time getting out of the bed. Overall the place was clean and the lady in the lobby stocking breakfast was very nice and helpful. She made sure everything was stocked.

All the aspects of this hotel are excellent. I stayed for 21 nights and I can't complint about anything. There are lot of eating options within 1-3 minutes walking distance - veg, non veg, south indian, thai, chinese, indian, burger king, kfc, etc etc.

My ground-floor room was spotless with a comfortable king bed. The bathroom was equally spotless with a decent shower and good towels. Wi-Fi and AC both worked perfectly. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store and coffee shop within a short walk. The Indian restaurant directly across the street was great – India Chaat Cuisine. I would absolutely stay here again.

Looks a bit rough from the outside but totally updated on the inside and exceeded my expectations. A bit pricy, but I am not from the area, and it looks like everything is more expensive than I am used to.

My daughter & I stayed here the night of the Taylor Swift concert, so we could avoid crowds of Levi Stadium, parking and Great America crowds. It was about 5 miles away to Levi Stadium which was perfect! We took and dip in the pool, enjoyed fresh cookies and relaxed before concert time. Should have had dinner, lots of restaurants close by. Called up Uber to drop us off & pick us up at the stadium! Great idea, total chaos after the show with Great America next door! Quiet, clean and comfy room is all we needed for a great nights sleep after our memorable concert. Love the latte machine & waffles! Great staff so courteous and if we come see another concert or go to Great America we will be back!
