Wonderful breakfast, helpful and friendly staff ! Really good location! We stay here often ! Kathy and Ken are extremely helpful!
Very impressed with the quality for the price. Great breakfast and spacious room with everything we needed. Very clean and close to beaches and sports facilities.
My room smelled of mildew. The room was poorly cleaned. When asked for additional towels because it was a family of 4, with only two wash clothes in the room, I was met with attitude. There was no extra blanket on the room either.
This is a great hotel for a reasonable price. I stayed there due to their no pet policy due to allergies, and it's one of the few that still have this policy after Covid. My rooms ( stayed on two different nights) were quiet, immaculately clean and the beds were super comfy… in fact, I may order one for home. I use my own pillows so I can't speak to that. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had. This hotel does everything right… except for the scratchy Kleenex. Highly recommend!
Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Our room was very big, clean, beds were comfortable. It had a small balcony facing the pool and a little lake which made it nice to sit on in the evening. Pool area is big and complimentary beach towels are plentiful. There are enough parking spaces, some in the shade. Breakfast is ok - mainly sweet selection. What I didn't like were plastic plates, cups, ... Change them for the more environmentally friendly! Coffee machine in the lobby works all the time, cold drinks in vending machines are good price.
Amazing front desk customer service. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Great variety of breakfast choices. Ample parking and close to beaches and restaurants. We will stay here again on our next trip to Naples.
Really can't fault this change for value for money. We stayed one night and there really is nothing to complain about. The room was immaculately clean. The pool area and pool was great. We had a good breakfast the next morning and free coffee was on tap all the time in the lobby. The room was huge with two beds. If you've stayed in a similar type of hotel in the UK, these are really really good in comparison to many there size and comfort but mostly cleanliness wise. Location was fine for us, there are chain restaurants on the same road and very walkable. We didn't use them but they were very convenient. Staff were pleasant.
As hotels go, I'd say this was one of the better ones I've experienced in Florida. The room was very clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. Perhaps the lighting was a bit dim, but that wasn't a huge problem. Breakfast was about as good as could be expected for free hotel food - not bad.
Spacious and well-equipped room with balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows and plenty of good quality towels. A lovely heated pool with a room key security access. Reception was welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and generous. Hotel has a good location for access to I75 and a Burger King and Circle K a 5 minute walk from hotel.
This hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and we slept well. Earlier in the day we dropped by to make a reservation and saw workers busy with thorough cleaning. It was good to see then and we saw evidence of their efforts throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and sausage, what we like to see when it's included with our stay. Dining area was large and quite busy, but food was replenished and dining area kept clean.
Extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful staff every time i stay here. Great breakfast, pool and fitness center. Quiet hotel have never been woken up by noise, location is great for me. Highly recommend it.
Enjoyable stay would not hesitate to return. Clean and friendly staff. Good location off 75. Would highly recommend visiting the Delver-Wiggins state park. Get there early on the weekends. Great beach access and boat launch.
Room was very clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower. Breakfast was amazing with many choices, waffle makers, pancake machine on one side and eggs, sausage , biscuits & gravy plus all other traditionals on the other side. Only drawback was one elevator was out of order, so only had one working elevator.
Day attendants were nice. Breakfast was nice. For the first time, a hotel had hot milk ready for your coffee or tea. Night attendants are not very helpful. They couldn't bother to help fine plastic utensils for us to have some evening food.
my family and I absolutely love this place. The only one thing I do not like/ it's not knowing what my the next days rate is. . It fluctuates it is ok with me. Would like to know a couple days at a time.
The staff were very friendly. I loved that they were able to provide me with an extra blanket and pillow. The breakfast area was kept very clean and there were plenty of tables for guests. Each morning of our stay there were different hot breakfast items, we enjoyed the variety. Our room was very clean.
Nice setting, heated pool, hottub, and balcony all very nice. Room with two queens very big, cool A/C. Shampoo/lotion/towels, soap all provided. Darkening curtains, quiet, breakfast a lot of variety. Elevator a little slow and clanky. Safe, near everything.
Maybe they should NOT allow parties to happen in hotel rooms. Had music thumping so loud could not hear TV without top volume. They were in the hallway, and through the room spilling out to the patio so we could hear every yell and laughing through walls, window and door. Saturday nite also brought more parties but they were apart from us so unfortunately that just meant MORE of their paying guests being inconvenienced. So no I would not recommend this hotel. Saturday the pool was full of people, BW chose that day to paint the cement patio. I saw where the wet paint was but how many walked thru it? Who knows. Dumb move
Our 2 Queen Bed w/kitchen room was large. High ceiling, Full size fridge and oven. With dishes and a deep sink for washing. Hallways are long. Bfast was different all 3 days, with a waffle and pancake maker. The location is right off I-75, good for us. Walk to bk, waf house and gas. Nice pool on the east side of the building for those afternoon swims !
I love Best Western Hotels but this one did it for me. Very nice hotel atmosphere. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times. The choices for breakfast were great. I want to point out how spacious and well-distributed the room was including a balcony. The apartment feels like a room. The bathroom disable shower was excellent and the bathroom was spacious enough for us to enter with the wheelchair. I also really liked the setup they had in the pool for a disabled person to get in, The breakfast area had a ramp for wheelchairs and they had a wheelchair too. Thank you!!! Keep it up the good work.
A moldy-smelling cavernous budget hotel that gives one a distinctly depressing feeling. Sketchy clientele. A long hallway walk from the elevator will lead to your reward - a cramped musty room with an aging bathroom and a view overlooking a parking lot. This place just left us feeling that it would be better to not eat the breakfast downstairs the next morning and eat elsewhere.
very clean and organized hotel, I was very calm, with expensive jewelry out of the safe and never touched anything. Breakfast very well attended, pool always very clean and with very good temperature. RECEPTION ALL VERY KIND! Congratulations for Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel
Omg. Having nightmares from the moldy smell. Why do I have the only room in this area? This place is disgusting. Lady who works in kitchen was coughing all over everything. Housekeeping only pretends to clean. They should shampoo these disgusting rugs or take them out. Wish I read the reviews first about roaches and mold prior. Seems there's a lot of fake reviews giving 4 and 5 stars. Otherwise people must have lived in slums. They didn't put my first review on their website. Lol. I wonder why. I'll put it on every other one.
stayed 7/3/23 the bed was like sleeping on the ground on gravel. machine beeping all nite outside the room. the staff locked the breakfast cooler at 10am and refused to open for us to have a creamer for our coffee. i called the hotel twice to complain, no response back. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL.
The staff at the Best Western Naples were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Facilities and pool area was clean. Staff greeted us with a smile and said good morning and good afternoon. Will stay at this location in the future.
Easy to find, plenty of parking. Lobby was some what small and checkin took a while. A large structure with 4 floors and the elevators were kinda slow and one (only 2) kept being out of service. Room was clean, and enough plugins for the tech. WiFi worked well. The A/C did not keep up with the selection as it was a bit warmish in the room. Breakfast was hit or miss. Fair quality for that type of property. The room i was in had some really hard beds, i do like a firmer bed, however this was a bit much. Pretty quiet as the older construction was concrete. Gas station and Burger King within walking distance (like 5 min) and a host of other eateries very close by driving wise. Staff were friendly enough. Checkout was okay. Overall a good enough stay.
The facilities clean, orderly, beautifully landscaped. The Desk Staff very accommodating helpful, friendly and courteous. The breakfast provided is both hot and continental. The room was clean, nice furnishings, extra pillows, blankets provided, iron etc. The amenities provided such as dining room, pool, gym, business center (becoming a thing of the past) were well maintained and easy to find. Beautiful surrounding landscape and an inviting atmosphere from the property ascetics and the employees. A very pleasant and relaxing experience. Naples is a beautiful place in Florida and this Best Western exemplifies the Gulf Coast.
Great location! 15 minutes from the Naples beaches with easy access to I-75 and a short drive to Marco Island. Just minutes to local restaurants as well. Pool was nice as was our room. Wish there would have been a hotel bar area but still a great place to stay.
We were driving from NC to South Florida and wanted to stop at a beach. This hotel was perfect. One block from a very mellow beach. Breakfast in Al and even a jacuzzi! We will pass through again for sure.
Average 3 star hotel, decent clean rooms with standard amenities. Breakfast is no different than other hotels in this class, but it is included in the cost of the room. Treadmill was not functioning in exercise room, but the biggest complaint was the trash left in hallways by other guests. Pizza boxes and bags of trash sitting in the hallway are not only unsightly but also a safety hazard. Y'all need to tell your guests to keep their trash in their rooms or take it to a dumpster. Meh.....
My wife uses a rolling walker, and was having trouble getting our bags downstairs to check out. She met our housekeeper who went downstairs to get a luggage cart for her, then helped my wife load it, then escorted her downstairs to checkout. Outstanding service! Above and beyond!!
There were cockroaches in te room and the ac did not work properly, strong cigarrate smell, and strong chemical odor in the hallways. We reserved 2 queen beds but got 2 full beds, they could not change our room as they were fully booked due to a soccer tournament happening that week
I was very worried for a number of reasons coming into this hotel but after the first night I changed my mind. I had the week prior stayed at another Best Western in West Palm Beach which was so old, dark and dingy I cut my 5 night stay and left the first night. It was depressing and not worth the cost. I did let the Manager know. I was going through a tough time after Hurricane Ian and it was having a terrible effect on me. This stay came after a delightful 2 weeks at a Hilton with top quality service and wonderful restaurants. When I was booked for this hotel I knew its location was of great convenience for me due to my job but I had anxiety due to my number of unanswered phone calls to their Front Desk. I checked in anyway and was pleasantly surprised by a well lit lobby and friendly staff. That was a huge contrast from my previous stay. I kept it simple a check in as I just wanted to rest my head after 3 hrs on the road and my spinning thoughts. I was greeted to a loud event on my floor where their events and conferences are held. I called the Front Desk for an immediate change of room but they assured me that it would end at a reasonable time. Luckily for me the sound was not much of a bother with room door closed and my room was at the very end of the hallway. I felt sorry for other guests close by. That Conference room is not a good location in my opinion.
Personnel very intelligent helpful Clean service Internet phenomenal Parking available clean pool clean towels Fresh breakfast coffee hospitality incredible rooms very clean fresh sheets pillows were comfortable mattress was very soft clean hallways
One night stop over. Bad: had 2 rooms and they smelt stale/musty(someone else complained same) suggest you bring air freshner. No hot water in morning. As usual dont believe the online photo, breakfast not same here. Hot food was lacking. Good: clean and spacious King bed room. Mini fridge freezer section works at max setting. Large breakfast area. Noteable: Each room has interior entry with a rear door to patio or balcony.
Don't bother staying at a Best Western hotel if you value being able to cancel/reschedule your stay. I booked within the 24 hour window and unfortunately became very ill within this window of time. The moment I knew I wouldn't make it I called and asked to cancel or reschedule my reservation. Was repeatedly informed their 'policy' is to not permit any changes within 24 hours of the reservation because they could have rebooked the room in that time. I understand the reasoning behind this for highly popular areas but this location had dozens of rooms available yet they were unwilling to work with me to make me a happy customer. Instead, they told me a manager would call me back the same day but never did. I called back the following morning and was told yet again, the manager would call me later in the day. Instead, the front desk called me back with the same canned response of it being against their policy it's nothing they can do. I mentioned I'll never stay at a Best Western hotel again and simply received an "ok, have a good day." Abhorrent behavior and a ridiculous money grab. Spend your money elsewhere as this hotel chain is not what it used to be at all.
Totally satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the kindness and efficient employees, and amenities. The breakfast that was included at no extra cost was very well stocked with a large number of options to choose from. One of the more reasonably priced hotels in the Naples area.
All was excellent at this Best Western of all the BW that I have ever stayed in. The room was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Best area to stay in to visit two terrific beaches...especially Barefoot Beach.
This hotel is in great condition considering it's an older complex. Parking was adequate, Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in a while. Only drawback, it's a little awkward to get to. Be sure to follow directions to get in. I75 is very convenient. Ask for a "pond" view if possible.
The room was spacious and clean. Our kids enjoyed the big pool and the jacuzzi. This hotel is about 15 minutes from Mercato and the 5th Avenue. It is also a short drive from the mail Naples beaches. Breakfast was quite basic and limited so we did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but the overall experience was nice and pleasant.
The hotel staff was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was terrific. The only thing I didn't like were the muggy hallways, they were dark (depressing lighting) and an awful carpet. But ohh th her wise the rooms and our overall stay were terrific.
Our room was fantastic, view so-so (parking lot). The staff was awesome & couldn't have been nicer! Being on the ground floor gave us a second door out to a communal patio & access to our car should we need to get something. The breakfast dining room is by far the biggest I've seen at any BW so far! The multiple buffet tables must have been 20+ feet long. Each day there were different hot choices in the chaffing dishes. We didn't use the pool / sauna on deck, but it looked very inviting. My GF used the exercise room and enjoyed it. Location was about 15 / 20 minutes to the beach via a left turn at the light... Also, a block off of I-75.
Everything was great the rooms were clean, the service was great the only thing was I wish they had an option on different types of pillows they use. I would of liked a firmer pillow. We will be back :)
We just completed a 10 day stay in one of the suites. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility even though it is an older property. The entire staff from the front desk to housekeeping were a delight. We highly recommend this property.
Definitely a solid choice for a hotel in the Naples area. The only downside was that one of the two elevators was not working which became an inconvenience at times. Also, did not find the small bed pillows all that comfortable.
I was in Naples for four nights for a wedding. As soon as you walk in a STRONG, pungent smell of chemical deodorizer assails your nostrils. I asked about the smell but wasn't given a straight answer. The lobby was clean enough and the front desk attendant was pleasant enough except for the fact that she couldn't be bothered to stand up to greet the guest. I walked into my King Room and it was dank inside. The A/C was turned completely off....in South Florida. I turned it on and it took several seconds for it to rattle to life. Meanwhile, I'm thinking that at least the chemical smell wasn't in the room. It was fairly late so I showered and went to bed. I woke up sweating an hour later. I called the front desk and asked to switch rooms because the A/C wasn't working properly. No rooms available. They'd send the Maintenance Man in the AM. I left fairly early and returned to a hot room. I called the desk again and was told there was no mention of it from the night shift. The man came and worked on it for a few minutes and left. These last three days it's been mild outside so the A/C has half-heartedly worked. I can't imagine summertime. Back to the chemicals....Once the A/C actually started blowing a bit better the smell came through there!! So now all I can smell are those chemicals!!! I had to go buy a box of Refresh Eye Wash because my eyes burned so badly! In addition, the King Bed is HARD AS A ROCK!! No pillow-top or cushion whatsoever on that mattress. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Very UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I am checking out in an hour so I will add that when I turned the light on this morning, a ROACH scurried under the nightstand!!! Gag!!!!!! Needless to say, the Best Western Plaza Naples will NEVER get another dollar out of me!!!!
We stayed 2 nights and had an awesome stay. The hotel was very busy. The pool area was relaxing and the breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for. The beds were very comfortable also. We loved how it was close to everything.
I was totally amazed at the cleanliness of the facility and how well kept it is. The staff is warm, friendly and very responsive to requests and questions. The rooms are large, the beds were very comfortable and had both microwave and refrigerator. The hot breakfast in the morning is surprisingly good and convenient. We loved our stay at the hotel and highly recommend it to all.
The cleanliness of the room was the best of any of the other BW's that we have stayed at. Room was very quite and had a nice small balcony to enjoy the evening temps. Convenient to shops and the freeway.
I was in Naples for a family members wedding chose this best western , close to interstate but not so close to hear road noise could not ask for better breakfast and staff was very polite ! The room had a clean smell and ice / vending easily to get to and all worked great … elevator not at 100% 2 cars only one worked
Clean accommodations with breakfast included! Not the best location but a possible choice for a good night sleep. Day shift weekend staff at check in were not welcoming or considerate but the Evening shift staff member was excellent! She was professional, courteous and welcoming.
Chose thus hotel because of its location and positive reviews. It was very clean and nice. Not far off the highway. It was nice to be able to walk to reataurants. Front desk people were friendly and room was a really nice size.
Friendly staff at front desk for check in and out. King room was a little small but has a balcony which helps give it a bigger feel. Clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Very large breakfast with various choices to accommodate everyone. Overall great stay.
This hotel is older, but the management and staff keep the building fresh and very well maintained. We were vacationing in January, so the regional temp was a little cooler, but the hotel keeps their pool well heated, so no matter the time of year, you can enjoy all the amenities.
Stayed a week at this hotel. The front desk isn't the friendliest, with the exception of one guy I only saw once. At times I greeted them with no response or gesture in return. They did, however honor my request to be on the quieter side of the hotel. I had a kitchen and balcony which was nice and peaceful. Some of the cons were that my comforter was ripped and had a hole in it, the air conditioner felt like someone was behind the vent breathing through it... that's how faint it was and didn't get that cool even on its lowest degree. The toilet got stopped up and I had to ask for a plunger. At times you could smell smoke coming through my vent. Pros: Housekeeping was attentive and kind, and the front desk had maintenance replace my TV right away. I would stay here again. Shopping is very close by for all your needs and hotel is right off of I-75.
Stayed here for a quick overnight traveling thru Naples. We have stayed at many Best Westerns and I probably would have given this a 4 or 5 star EXCEPT for the bathroom in our room. They put us in a handicap room (neither of us is handicapped). We didn't mind because the rooms tend to be larger. The shower and bathroom is tile and the grout around the shower edges, on the floor of the shower and into the bathroom itself we're covered in that pinkish maroon mold. It was nasty. I refused to take my socks off and placed towels on the floor when we used the bathroom. Needless to say I left the next morning without a shower. There was a note on the table that asked us to be patient they were short staffed and I assumed that meant no daily service etc. The bathroom floor was unacceptable…a little bleach goes a long way!
We booked 1 Br suite. It was a huge room with a full kitchen. Very convenient for a longer stay for a family. Breakfast had hot/cold options, much better breakfast than all other Best Western hotels I've been to. Breakfast employees worked hard to refill food all the time as there were many guests during holiday week. Front desk was very nice and helpful too. Pool has a nice view to a lake. We were very happy with this hotel.
Everyone one was friendly and made sure that i was comfortable with the stay. I was treated as i was a VIP, and the room was clean also front desk was so helpful and friendly. Cleaning service was on point with my accommodation.
I stayed at this hotel for one night only. I believe I paid under $150 for the night. Compared to the surrounding areas this was probably the best choice. The hotel lobby is very welcoming and appealing it looks like it was updated it has large double-height ceilings and nice wood panels on the walls. The room was quite large, nice bathroom the room looked clean. They also give you continental breakfast, it was really good, you can get cereal, bagels, eggs, waffles, pancake it was plenty for me and my family.
front desk friendly and helpful. fitness center very basic and could use an upgrade. Rooms nice with full kitchens. Hot breakfast every morning. price is expensive but this is Naples, Florida. internet connection slow. has nice laundry room on second floor.
The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great but a little slow getting the eggs and sausages out. I would recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a great hotel in the Naples area.
Booked room with TWO QUEEN BEDS and instead was put in a room with TWO FULL BEDS. Since we had a busy day of sightseeing activities, did not have the time to report this to the front desk to do a room change. Breakfast and internet service were fine. Would think twice before staying here again due to the reservation issue!!
I needed to book a quick trip to Naples and I was very surprised to find a room at a great price that was still available. Hotel was bigger than I expected but the room was very clean and recently updated. The bed was comfy and the room had a small balcony with a view of the pool and a small pond. Very relaxing.
Our stay was very good, without anything to complain about. The rooms seemed extra big, and we liked having an outside door as well as the access to the hallway. The rooms were super clean to start, the housekeeping service also tidied up each afternoon, just like BC (before COVID). I thought the bed comfortable and the breakfast way above average. Another highlight was the scenic pond, complete with turtles. The pool was great, also bigger that typically seen. We would gladly stay here again.
Excellent Experience. There Is, Cleanliness, Great Staff Attitude, Variety For Breakfast and Security. I Often Visit Naples. Next Visit, I Will Make My Reservations To Stay There. Hope To see You Soon.
We arrived at the Best Western Naples Plaza with three small children after a long drive in the car, at 7 pm. We were greeted by a warm, helpful gentleman at the desk. It went down hill from there. By 8 pm the manager was at our door chastising us for the noise and telling us how inconsiderate we were for bothering our neighbors. A simple polite request to tone it down would have been appreciated. We were not treated in a warm or welcoming manner, and this was the manager!! If this is how they are going to treat families with children, then it is definitely NOT family friendly. A hotel having “quiet hours” is understandable, but this was definitely not during what would be considered quiet time. I would not recommend this hotel for any but business travel. Families steer clear!
Nice property, good location, big swimming pool, good hot breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty good restaurants in walking distance. I left, unfortunately, my car head lights on and desk employee noticed that and call me. Definitely will stay there next time.
Lobby was nice and clean, room was also was nice and clean, staff is very helpful, spent only one night so did not get to enjoy all the amenities. Wifi was nice and fast and easy to connect. Pool was very clean.
This is a nice place located right off the freeway. Spacious rooms. A little odd that the bathroom fan comes on with the light and is not on a separate switch. Breakfast required gloves. Did not see where they kept them, so we got breakfast elsewhere. The room was excellent, the cleanliness was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, the view was even nice. And the price was surprisingly lower than expected for its location.
Everything from check-in, breakfast and room were very good. Pool could have used a better cleaning with high traffic (Labor Day weekend). The hotel was nice and in a nice location. Close to several attractions and restaurants.
Was a Great Stay, With no problems, Clean hotel and well maintained, staff was great and very attentive, will definitely stay again, felt safe in the area, and was close to everything, and price was excellent
I had some unexpected car issues during a short road trip that occured after business hours. I needed to stay overnight until I was able to have someone look at my car. I generally chose a specific chain for planned stays, but just needed some place to stay for a night. I was extremely pleased with the quality of this property, and the room was definitely comparable to my normal chain but at a more affordable price. I was definitely surprised and extremely pleased with the staff and with the quality of the room. I'll definitely consider adding Best Western to my list of preferred properties.
The check in was a bad one... no saying hello, no thanks, no free drinks for being an upper tear customer... the lady was rude and visibly tired and unhappy with her job. But the room was large and clean and the location is good, not too far from the beach. They have a hot tub and a decent pool and the breakfast had lots of choices of food and drinks. The breakfast ladies were really nice and fast and housekeeping as well.
The hospital stay was great ! Clean well decorated and cozy mattress/pillows. The only negative thing to say is that if you stay in a connecting room or on the first floor facing the street pack some ear plugs because you will hear everything!
I spent most of my day prior to check in trying to find a place to stay in Naples with my boys for a short vacation. Of course I had to compare prices with websites like Priceline.com etc. and found that those places really do charge a lot more than calling the hotel directly. I was not planning on booking the Best Western. I wanted to get something a little more upscale by the beach perhaps but just couldn't decide. I finally came across the Best Western website and had to look at the reviews. I couldn't believe what I was reading. Most of the reviews were so good that I had to give it a try. I called the 800 number for Best Western and made my arrangements through the operator for 1 night only. I was pleased to see that they offer Military/ Government Discount because my local Hotel which I will not name does not offer any military discount and I think that is just awful. Upon arrival I was pleased to see a bright clean lobby. It did take a little while to check in but not too long considering that the girl was in training. Long story short I was so pleased with my visit the first night that the next morning I had to book for just one more night. Looking forward this is the Hotel I will be staying at whenever I visit Naples. Also let me include that even though it is not an "Upscale Hotel" It exceeded my expectations. The trip to the beach was not that far away either.
If you don't mind a musty, nasty smell in your room and no trash can, only a plastic bag on the desk this place is for you. Not for me. I dreaded my stay for the night. The walls of the room were an ugly color of yellow and the doors and trim were brown. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. It too was an ugly brown color with grey. The toilet had unflushed toilet paper in it in upon my arrival, so I knew it had not been cleaned. There was some nasty looking dirt running down the wall in the bathroom. The bed was hard and lumpy. The wall next to the bed had some kind of stain on it. But the worst was the offensive smell in the room. I didn't eat their free breakfast, so can't comment on that. This place is a dump. I would never consider staying here again.
The room had a musty odor. We also had cockroaches in our room!!!!The beds were really hard! Also was very aggravating to have to go to the front desk every time you need towels or wash rags and had to get trash bags! Will not be staying here again!
This is the second time in the same Best Western and I had a good time, clean room, very good breakfast, easy to park (free), very curtesy people. clean rooms, had family and friends close together rooms.
This hotel is very loud and police show up constantly. No feeling of safety. Rooms have ants. And appears to be illegal activities by guest all through the night. I would recommend paying a little more and staying at a different location when in Naples Florida
The hotel was good in general, the breakfast was very good with enough food, what many people, the cleaning in the room very well, I asked at the reception for room service and at the moment they did it and very excellent, the only thing that the air Room conditioning apparently does not work well, it was turned off at night and it felt hot in the room, but otherwise very well.
The room was very nice, clean, neat and spacious, including a usable balcony. It is easy to find and on one of the main roads to the public beach. Check-in staff was accommodating and friendly. We were there for 5 nights and our room was never cleaned. To be fair, we never complained to the front desk about the lack of cleaning, assuming each day that it would be done the next day. Upon check-out, we informed the desk clerk about the lack of cleaning, he said that if I hadn't reported the issue, it clearly wasn't something that we cared about.
Great experience ! Will be back!! Only complaint was that one of the rooms (I had 2) smelled a bit musty. However, I did not report it because it was bearable. Location is great! Will definitely stay again next year!
Large clean room with kitchen. Asked for a quiet part of the hotel - got it. Stayed 4 nights. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Great value for the money. Close to everything. My only complaint was that the coffee wasn't great and that it said two queen beds and they were definitely hotel doubles, but worked out ok for us.
I was on a business trip, alone, and I reserved a room for a week in April 2021. It was the nearest place I could find to my daily commute to the meeting destination. Pro: Clean room, helpful staff, warm breakfast Con: internet was not stable
Very clean up to date hotel. We were traveling and it was a Friday night, many hotels do not honor travel coupons but this one did. It was a little out of our way but worth it by the money we saved. I would stay here again, the pool was nice also.
it was a nice place but the breakfast was not taking in consideration other faiths who doesn't eat pork. About the room you have to ask the help desk to send someone to clean the room and get you toils and things needed for shower.
Broken chair on patio made me fall and hit my head. Gravel in parking lot made me slip and fracture my ankle. Asked for late checkout to go to urgent care and they said no they were booked solid. Front desk told me to send my physician report to.manager and she would call me. Nobody contacted me. Will not be using this establishment ever again and I travel ALOT.
Good hotel to stay in family. The hotel is big and have a lot of rooms. You have a pool and a spa. This hotel is located at 20mins from Naples downtown, and the 5th street. Very close to the I75- convenient. Room is large with 2 queen beds. Bathroom is okay, very clean. Breakfast is good with large choice, waffle ! pancake ! standard food.
Hidden treasure off I75. This was a great little getaway. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good and all Covid 19 protocols were followed. I will definitely stay here again.
Close to I-75 and focused on cleanliness and comfort. This is one of the few affordable hotels in Naples that is still a 4-star hotel. The heated pool, hot tub and fitness center are all pluses. The friendly staff made us feel very welcome.
The hotel is very clean. convienantly located not far from the beach. The price was reasonable. Front desk attendent was very personable, informative, and accomodating to our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast are was very clean and well organized. They required masks and offered disposible gloves, so no one would directly touch the food items. The food choices were varied and it offered hot as well as cold items. Looking forward to doing it again. Great stay!
During the high season in Naples finding good accommodation at an acceptable price point isn't easy. They manage it and, from my own experience, few others do. Kudos to them overall, though you will find some minor issues here and there
Professional & friendly staff. COVID-19 protective measures taken seriously by staff and guests. Clean rooms and laundry. Breakfast options many. Mask and gloves are expected to be worn when serving breakfast/they are also provided. Observed Pools being cleaned & inspected every morning. A laundry room is available but machines need updating. A great stay over all!
My room was spacious, clean, and newly renovated. I was situated at the end of a hall with a door that opened to a balcony. Absolutely lovely! I just could not believe the size of the room. Everything exceeded expectations.
Its an american styled BEST. Clean comfy and homey feeling. Smiling faces at the front desk with kind assistance. Some of the other hotels just don't quite make it up to the best western experience!!!
Decided to take a last minute trip to Naples and found a great deal at this hotel. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. We got a suite and it was bigger than I expected and very clean. The hot water worked great and the ac was nice and cold. We had a issue the first night where after we put the kids to sleep the bedroom door handle broke locking the kids into the room and the staff here was VERY quick to have people in our room to open the door and replace the broken door handle. Breakfast was great and they are using very good precautions in the dining room for handing food during Covid. We are extremely impressed with our overall stay at the Best Western Naples Plaza and will definitely be returning.
Large clean room, pretty views, good staff, good but not great hot breakfasts. While the breakfast room was clean and well stocked, the food was mass production quality. Overall we found the hotel and staff to be very good and the prices reasonable.
The carpet in the hallway was wet with a huge fan running for the 3 days I stayed. There were kids running in the halls late at night. The breakfast was good- lots of options (especially during COVID). The location is not great- it was very difficult to get a Lyft/ Uber to pick me up and it is not close to anything interesting. The front desk staff was helpful and easy to work with. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is otherwise clean but slightly dated.
I have been traveling to the west coast of Florida since November 2020 and some hotels are finally opening up the hotel so to speak. What I mean is social distancing is still enforced and masks are required and mandatory everywhere but the pools and hot tubs are open. This hotel is a Best Western in Naples, Florida on exit 107 on I-75. The hotel is beautiful. It was recently remolded about 2 years ago. Every room has a balcony. My room is a king size bed that is facing a small lake and beautiful trees. When you sit on balcony you feel like you are remote but you are off the interstate. The pool was clean and heated and the hot tub was hot. Outdoor shower in place and tables and loungers are available. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Continental Breakfast is provided; Eggs, sausage, cheese, waffle maker, all types of cereals, several fresh fruits, jello and hard boiled eggs. Many breads are available. You must wear mask and gloves to get your food. They have a great reward program and their prices are better than the other hotels in the area. I now am trying the different Best Western hotels in the area. I found my new hotel to stay in. I give this hotel 5 stars. The internet was easy to get on and that it s important.
We did have to wear mask due to covid, however the hotel itself was really nice. The king bed room we had was spacious and we even had a little balcony to sit at for breakfast. My daughter was so excited when we went down for breakfast and they had actual hot foods, not just bagged breakfast. We made waffles and fresh pancakes. Would stay here again.
I was very impressed by the cleanliness, newness, and high quality of this hotel. The bedding was high-quality cotton. The room was quiet, the bathroom new with a great bathtub. I really like the "no pet" policy at Best Western, so you don't have to worry about pet dander and dirt anywhere.
This was a comfortable place for two nights - spacious room, good breakfast choices and convenient laundry room which we took advantage of. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The little balconies were an interesting feature and we appreciated being on the back side with a view of the pond.
This hotel was great! A special thank you to Isabella who was so nice! When checking in, she answered all my questions and even offered more information about their services. I was there for a week and I would like to commend the staff on the cleanliness and service that they all provided. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and I loved having the little sink, fridge and microwave. I will definitely stay there again!
I became very satisfied with the pleasant cleanliness, atmosphere and comfortable environment. It was last minute planning and I appreciate the confirmations for the upcoming reservations prompts and detailed invoice .
The best thing about this hotel for me was it's location, as it was centrally located and easy on & off of the freeway for all the places I needed to be. Other than that, if I need to return to the area, I will likely seek an alternative place to stay. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Checking in (and out) was easy and throughout the stay they were responsive to my requests. The room was spacious, and I thought it was unique to have a balcony. The view overlooked a pond and the pool area. I enjoyed counting the turtles in the pond. The room had a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and wet bar area. The bathroom offered a shower/tub combo, but left some to be desired - it needed better, brighter lighting. There was nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. I stayed for four nights and did request clean linens. Due to COVID, the process is that I stripped the bed, place the linens in a provided plastic bag and set it outside the door. Staff then provide clean linens and I remade the bed. I don't take this process into consideration when providing my overall rating of the hotel, as I understand this is just how things are right now, but I did want to include it in the review to let others know about it. I had a king sized bed. The comfort level of the bed was alright, not overly supportive, and felt a little warn out overall. Free breakfast was offered each morning, and I didn't notice any limited changes due to COVID as compared to pre-COVID breakfasts offered at Best Westerns. They had their variety of cold cereals, oatmeal, fruit, pastries, breads, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, along with hot food offerings of make-you-own waffles and pancakes, bacon, and eggs. Additionally, they offered juice, milk, coffee, and tea. Their breakfast area was very large, which was nice and helped maintain social distancing from others. My biggest complaint and main reason why I likely wouldn't consider staying here again is the room was constantly hot. The AC could not effectively cool the room at all, despite maintenance checking the unit twice. The hallway was cooler than my room. It was hot in Florida and made it difficult for me to cool down when returning to my room and while sleeping at night. Also, I feel it should be noted, you could smell marijuana every day in the hallway and sometimes smell it directly in the room. While Florida is a state that medical marijuana is legal, I believe the motel is a smoke-free environment, so I would think that goes for marijuana too. For those concerned about the motels' COVID response, the majority of the staff and patrons followed their "required" mask mandate, but I did not see it being enforced upon patrons that were not wearing a mask in the lobby or breakfast areas.
While checking in guests were in the lobby getting coffee and coughing WITHOUT masks I told the gentleman checking us in and he did nothing...... the general manager Jessica Herrera Was not there . We checked out because not only Did the guests not care , neither did the staff Done with Best Westy
The lobby was clean, young lady at the front desk very helpful and pleasant. Floor marked for social distancing. Room appeared very clean and well appointed. Nice surprise compared to other hotels at twice the price.
Wonderful staff, clean rooms, well kept property all the way around. They catered to all of our needs, even in the middle of a pandemic. I would recommend this location to anyone that is in the area, even for just one night.
Very nice hotel and very nice and clean ., also great staff. i would love to stay there every time . my kids love it also my husband. we recommend this best western Naples plaza hotel to everyone it is a great place .
Traveled to Naples for business so had to be cost conscious with my employer being the one paying. This was just about the least expensive hotel I could find with a pool and complimentary breakfast. Turned out to be a great choice. Room was clean, front desk staff very friendly, complimentary breakfast was tasty with many options. Our room was on the 3rd floor with balcony open to the road but we didn't have any issues with noise. Pool (heated) area was well equipped - not a lot of chairs and loungers, but always some available when we were at the pool.
We stayed here one night on our way through the area. We were not here long enough to use many of the amenaties, but the pool and sauna looked really nice. The breakfast was just ok, with the coffee being subpar. The staff were all very nice. There was a problem with their credit card reader when we checked in causing some frustration for all. They compensated us properly and all worked out. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
If you're only staying one night- this hotel is ok. We stayed a week and the noise was terrible! This hotel is TOO close to the highway! The room was clean- staff were friendly, breakfast was good, but for the price- we over paid!!
Great value for the area, close to shopping resturants, rooms clean and fresh, excellent spot when passing thru, breakfast was exactly what you can expect. Staff very freindly and helpful. Overall experience was very good would stay hear again.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. Everyone there was very nice and helpful too. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed here a few days ago, well appointed rooms, updated and clean hotel. There is a nice full breakfast, pancakes, waffles, eggs, fruit, cereal, little danish, etc. It is in a good location, not far from shopping, restaurants, and the piers for boat rides. Tin City, at the pier, interesting place to shop
Went to visit family in Naples. Had a great stay at the best Western. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was well-maintained and a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Pool was good. Location was really good. Almost everything we wanted to go to was about 20 minutes away. Highly recommend it.
Reception was very accommodating and helpful. Parking was convenient. They offered skim milk at breakfast along with fresh fruit, several bread choices and cereal. All the cereal was sweetened; one unsweetened would have been appreciated. Dining room was spacious and there were napkins on the tables. They also had salt and pepper.
Modern Best Western. Great pool. Excellent customer service. Clean and modern. Love the location close to restaurants shopping highway. Excellent breakfast. great showers. Love the jacuzzi next to pool.
This hotel is everything you would want. Friendly staff, clean, safe. II will absolutely stay at this hotel in the future. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. During the night no noise. It was like we staying in our own home. Room was absolutely the cleanest.
Seemed to be a full house on Saturday. Lots of soccer parents and kids around. Parking was tough. Elevators didn't operate properly. Outside temp was low 80s. A/C set to 70, but was still humid in room. Room was clean - no complaints here. Breakfast service ends at 10; should be 1030 on weekends.
We had a 3 day prepaid reservation. We checked in which went very fast. Our room was very clean and very large. Alas, we had forgotten our medications. Since we were there to meet our son'e Fiancee we decided to try going without. Early on the second day we realized that was not going to work. When I explained our predicament to the Hostess at the Front Desk she immediately offered to credit us for the third day so we could leave right then. Since our stay was prepaid she didn't have to do that and I want her Employer to know that her offer will not be forgotten.
Large, clean hotel with comfortable rooms and quality amenities. Staff was friendly at every turn. Although we didn't use the pool it was a very inviting atmosphere. This property had been remodeled about two years prior to our stay. Absolutely the nicest BW I've ever been to.
We stayed here three nights over Thanksgiving week and we were very pleased with everything about the hotel. Our poolside king room was generously large and well equipped, with a desk, easy chair and ottoman with side table, and two large nightstands with lamps that included outlets and charging stations. Of course, it had a TV and a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, and wet bar. The free breakfast had among the largest selections we've encountered and included just about every option we could think of. It had both pancakes and waffles, plus eggs, fruit, cereals, juices, and on and on, as well as abundant coffee. The breakfast room offered a tree-filled view and you could wander outside to see a pond with wildlife. We spotted a duck and at least eight turtles. Everyplace we looked was spotless, and with three computers, the business center was easy to use. We will come back here on future visits to Naples.
Our stay in room 422 was very nice. The room was clean and quiet The only issues were the internet connection which kept disconnecting and the TV reception which kept going out of focus. . The manager did move us to this room to try to solved the problem, but it was the same in this room. TV channels are very limited. The pool was always clean and seldom used. The breakfast was excellent and always had a lot of choices.
Best night sleep I've had in ages! The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows! The room was clean and looks like the building was recently renovated. It was convenient for everything we needed to do in town. We didn't indulge in breakfast but it smelled delicious.
location was great, easy access to everything, rooms were comfortable and very clean, quick breakfast was great large variety to choose from, coffee accessible all day, pool was wonderful parking was easy
Not up to the standard of Naples Inn, which is older and smaller. Naples is has the BEST breakfast bar in the Best Western group. Room was comfortable but you could hear noise from other guest in the hall.
Absolutely one of the cleanest and welcoming places!!! Highly recommend this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was very accommodating with a group rates for our football team. Will definitely stay here again.
The hotel was very professional and curious. I would refer and stay again at Best Western. Their Staff Members was very clean, friendly, and nice. The Breakfast was hot, fresh, and the taste was Delicious.
Staff is friendly and helpful, property and rooms are very clean. Room are big, also great kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator. Great location near the highway and stores. Breakfast is well assorted. This was a great stay. Not issues.
The first morning that we stayed there my wife Ruth fell on the steps in the breakfast room. The breakfast staff the front desk and Yessica General Manager were wonderful. The paramedics were called to check out Ruth's ankle and were there in minutes. It didn't seem like it was broken they put ice on on it and wrapped it up. We did go to the ER later thank goodness it was only a sprain. We spent three lovely nights at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and our room was very spacious. We highly recommend this hotel and we plan staying here again. Thank you once again for taking such good care of my wife.
Room clean & New refridge micro & ! cup coffemaker Breakfest buffet 6am has Pancake maker and Waffel maker eggs and meat a The Best Nice front desk help Short Walk to Waffel House Real American State of the Art Experience
Will say was sent there for work. Not best looking from outside. But, room was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Temperature was easy to set. Refrigerator was cold. Decent shampoos, conditioners, soaps and lotions. Breakfast was okay too.
From the get go, my dad and I loved how sweet the front lady, Yaya was! She gave us the option of choosing if we wanted to be on the first floor somewhere more higher up. The room itself was spotless, control was in a little baggie to demonstrate that it was a clean control. Balcony was generous & I loved the fitness center being on my floor!!!! With great equipment too! Pool was nice and the lake right outside was gorgeous especially at night! Honestly 10/10 all around!! Would recommend and come back again!
This was the worst hotel experience of my life and I have been in hundreds of hotels around the world, both in first world and third world countries. I would give negative stars or no stars, if I could. When we arrived, this Best Western hotel was full of drug addicts, clearly on drugs, a drug dealer was escorted off the property and taken to his car in the parking lot that was getting searched for drugs by three cops. We witnessed this and heard their conversation first hand, because we were getting our luggage from our car parked only a few spots away. There were more policemen and multiple cop cars parked all over the property. There were men in their twenties, covered in tattoos, standing with their arms crossed in the lobby at the entry of the only functional elevator staring at people as they entered, almost taking inventory of what we were bringing into the hotel. It made me feel very unsafe -- like I was going to be robbed, or worse, later in the evening. I told my fiancé I wanted to leave immediately, but all the hotels in the area were already booked that evening as many people were fleeing the east coast of Florida to escape from Hurricane Dorian; just as we were. I immediately went to our room and booked another hotel for the next few days. Upon completing my booking, I went downstairs to speak with the manager, but she refused to come out from a room behind the desk to come speak with me. When I informed the receptionist I would wait there until the manager agreed to speak with me, she finally came around the corner. I explained that I do not feel safe in her hotel and I would like to cancel my booking for the next day free of charge (they charge you for an additional night if you cancel after 11:00 AM the day before). She denied there were any problems in the hotel. She denied the drug addicts, the drug dealer, and even the presence of the cops. I understand she was trying to save face for her company, but blatantly lying is a little excessive. She informed me that she was still going to charge me for the next night if I cancelled my booking. Clearly, this hotel's policy is not to ensure the safety of its customers. Instead, they just want your money. I then went back to my room, contacted Booking.com, explained the entire situation to them and they happily handled it for me immediately. They even called from France to inform me that I would not be responsible for paying for the additional night. I will never stay in a Best Western again.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Excellent location, right off I-75, great rates, accesible WiFi, and more than adequate breakfast. Front desk staff very knowledgable re local attractions, places to eat, and directions.
Overall we were very pleaed with Best Western and would definitely stay there again. We do not travel much since we have a place at the coast. Most enjoyable breakfast and staff was very cordial and welcoming.
This hotel is really nice, lots of shopping near by. The only thing is that the light of the pool was broken and they fixed it with people inside the pool. But other that that would recommend front desk very helpful
Amazing Staff, I was greeted by the FD Supervisor who took great care of my check in process. Rooms were comfortable, Breakfast was good and location was ideal. It is important to know that the entrance to the hotel is through a back road and not from the main street.
The Best Western Naples Plaza was the perfect location right off the freeway and convenient to a family function and my family home. I arrived into Florida late and called the hotel to let them know. They were absolutely pleasant and accommodating, the check in was easy. The lobby and common areas are very clean - did not understand all the Toy Story stickers on the glass throughout the lobby area. They have complimentary coffee available 24hours. I did not use the amenities and can not speak to that. The interior of the elevator is horrible - guests pick off the paint and really gives the feeling of a low end hotel- which is a shame because had the elevator had more attention to detail and cleanliness my score would have been higher. The room is spacious and updated. There is a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator and overall the room was very clean- There is a balcony (I did not use) with a nice view of the pool. I had a king bed which was comfortable, but the pillows were too small and using one was too low, and if I used two my head was too propped up. For that reason I did not have the best sleep. Overall the room was clean and quiet and served its purpose. There is a complimentary breakfast which was actually really good, great selection of eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles and pancakes as well and muffins , yogurt, fruit and a choice of juices. My stay was good, I would recommend the Best Western Naples Plaza. It served the purpose for my trip and had all the amenities I was looking for.
I will never stay at this hotel again when traveling to or through Naples, Florida again. This hotel is old, run down, dirty, musty, has old beds, and is in desperate need of updating and is over priced.
Called the BW 800 number hoping for a rate in the same area as Trip Advisor shows. Quickly told AAA won't count on the date I asked for. While I was typing this my $20 "gift card" landed in the email. Now I just need a printer and a reason to go back to BW. The room was fine, TV was great except channel- changing took a loooong time. Breakfast area was nice, food was adequate.
We just spent the 4th of July long holiday weekend at this hotel and I was quite impressed by it. It's ideally located off I-75 and close to many businesses and restaurants. It's a short 10 minute drive to the beach. Although the hotel is close to the highway and a main thoroughfare, the rooms are well insulated and no car noises can be heard. The room was spacious and had all amenities, flat-screen TV, alarm radio, mini kitchen and a spacious walk-in closet. It was clean and no signs of mildew or anything old. The TV remote came in little bag saying it had been cleaned! There is complimentary coffee in the rooms with a coffee maker. Amenities on-site are numerous: free WiFi, a big pool, a jacuzzi, a gym and a business center with 3 PCs and a printer. Free newspaper and free breakfast is offered. There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby to satisfy that late java craving. Parking is also free and spacious, with many handicapped spots and even for vans needing the extra space. The staff is very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I had my serious reservations when I booked this hotel since it was a spur of a moment thing but I ended up not regretting my choice. And for my next trip to Naples, I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again!
Stay at Bestwestern in Naples was amazing during 4th of July. That was my first visit in Naples, a very nice place to live specially for retired people and seniors citizens.I wish to return in Naples and stay at either Bestwestern Hotels in Town.
Very clean hotel~ beds were Very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! Would stay again! Love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner! Fresh coffee all day~ close to shopping~ much nicer than expected
They gave a really nice breakfast. Hotel was spotless and ideal for a one night stop over. Good size rooms. Cheap uncomfortable beds but as I said. Good for a one night stay. Easy enough location and free parking.
The hotel is great, clean and comfortable, the location is ok and this property could easily get a five solid star. The breakfast is major issue and is in need of a major quality control by the management and the local authorities (sanitation included) and is one of the worst I ever had with flying colors. The eggs, the ashbrowns were served cold. One of the two ladies handling the breakfast area brought a tray full of egg omlets and ashbrowns from the kitchen and transfered them from one recipient to another with her bare hands (no gloves). The breads and bagles served were old. I really hope the management of this hotel do something about the quality control of the breakfast. It is a property with a great potential but after what I saw on Sunday June 23 2019 at 9:05 am. I can assure that this property will not be on my list while visiting Naples.
there were 4 of us visiting family. we did not use the facility except to eat breakfast and sleep. it was clean, the staff was great. they are helpful with directions and seemed eager to please. would stay there again. if you are there to hit the beaches etc, then it is a drive and you ought to look closer to the beach..but that will cost more too.. decent breakfast and big open room to eat in.
Parking lot is dark and you have to walk a ways to get to the front entrance only way to access the hotel. Hallways are dirty Guests allowed to party until all hours of the night. Under age kids in pool unattended. Over capacity pool bathers
My over all experience with Best Western was very good. Kinda loud with a soccer team being there, but we understood and dealt with it. Our kids are our future, although the coaches didnt have very good control over their loud and rough housing in the pool. We had little one there ages 6 to 10 and had to keep a close eye. One young man didnt pay attention to my grand daughter and pushed her under the water. Should have been more supervision on the coaches and parents part with that large of a group
Everything about the property itself was excellent. Room, staff, cleanliness, balconies, all great. One problem though, and I don't understand why this issue exists. Access to the hotel proper is confusing. Hotel looks as though it would have regular access from the main road. It doesn't, and there is no signage to let you know that. It is on a side road that is hard to notice as it parallels the main road. The hotel looks as though it is on the main road. If you drive to where an entrance would normally be located, it's not there, it is the entrance ramp to the expressway. Yes we had to drive a few miles to the next exit and come back in very heavy traffic. What a pain. We weren't the only ones this happened to. We met another guest that went through this very inconvenient issue. I'm sure this happens often. BW - you need an entrance sign to your property.
We enjoyed the BW Naples Plaza. Most rooms have balconies and it was terrific to open the door to enjoy fresh air. Nashy and especially Nay at the front desk went out of their way to make sure we had a room that worked well for us. I really liked having a kitchenette area - microwave, fridge, sink and coffee maker. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the pool area. We did get to eat breakfast. There was a good selection and both a waffle and a pancake maker! Nice property overall.
We had issues with our bill, I requested the Hotel Manager to call me, the receptionist said she comes in at 3pm and would call me as soon as she gets in, she never did. This is unacceptable , I want the Hotel Manger to call me immediately! Regards, Damian Rainey
Overall I'd say we got a great value for our money. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Beds what you expect; rock hard mattresses with super soft pillows. Toiletries were bar soap, bar face soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Room had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, very worn chair with ottoman, mini fridge, sink, microwave, desk, desk chair and charging station. The pool was freezing but we just hopped over to the hot tub. Hot tub was not super hot and jets were not super strong but it was relaxing. They have free wi-fi, free parking and we were able to get quarters for the laundry area from the from desk. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. They had the standard fare; eggs, meat, make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, sometimes fruit, hardboiled eggs, danishes, etc. It just didn't taste that good. The scrambled eggs were more like chopped eggs, the bacon was that pre-cooked garbage, the omelets and sausage patties were just gross and one morning the meat offering was sliced lunch meant ham. That being said, there was enough variety that we could keep trying different items and get filled up. The hotel is close to the highway but I only heard it very early in the mornings when I opened the curtains to let the sunrise come in and wake the kids and it was not bothersome. Never heard any other guests. We visited during the week so it wasn't as busy as a weekend would be. We had no complaints, everything worked, housekeeping brought us towels when we needed extra and kept our room tidy. The location worked for us, very close to a Publix, Walgreens Liquor, Target; and we were within minutes of every place we had planned on visiting.
I have always tried to stay away from BW, due to other reviews i have read. But BW has stepped up their game! Room was huge, and perfectly location off of 75. All conveniences are a quick trip up the road, the beach is about a 30 min drive. But over all very nice hotel. Bed and sheets were perfect. Our room was at the very end of the last building, so we had hardly any foot traffic. Breakfast was very nice as well. The only con i could think of was they lock the exterior doors at night, not even your room key can let you in, So being at the other end of the building, we had to walk all the way back to the lobby to get in.
We have stayed at this hotel previously and will continue to stay there when in Naples, FL. No complaints. Staff members helpful, rooms are above average in spaciousness and cleanliness, breakfast is good.
Stayed 2 nights, Near I-75 but no traffic noise heard! The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed breakfast variety and found it easy access to the Hospital where I was having surgery on the second day. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't use the pool.
This was a nice stay. Near to I-75, I expected more exterior noise, but the room was surprisingly quiet. The only exception was some interior noise from (seemingly) poor arrangement of water drains/pipes. Decent but not extraordinary breakfast. A little difficult to access off of busy split highway. Clean room, helpful staff.
We selected this hotel, as it was close to our family we were visiting last week. Was an excellent Choice! Everyone was friendly & helpful. Rooms were spotless. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.
Stayed for three nights in March. Room was very big, clean, and everything in good working order. Small balcony looked out onto the green space behind. Noisy halls on night - combative guests, but that died down quickly. Long walk from front door to room even though there are lots of other doors. Told that they are installing cameras and access will be better in future. Breakfast had lots of variety and lots of seating even on a busy week which helps start the day. Did not use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Front desk staff friendly. I think they were supposed to acknowledge our BW reward level, but they did not mention it
We stayed at the Hotel twice over 3 months, 5 nights over Christmas and 3 nights mid March. The room it self on the first visit was good, clean and good location. Full Hotel, however only one elevator was working. Not much fun at times. Friendly Check Inn and Check Out Employees. Breakfasts not very exciting. Second visit was not pleasant for the first 2 nights. Every 30-40 minutes noise from a flushing toilet. Nearly could sleep, interrupted our sleet. Reported it to the Frontdesk Employee and was promised Engineering will check it. Did not happen. We finally noticed that the noise came from our own toilet and shut it off 2am in the morning. Reported it to the same Employee 8am, Engineering came shortly after, checked it, came back and repaired our Toilet and told it would need more repair. Friday Breakfast was cold. Checked out and NO apology or compensation was offered. The later reply from the General Manager was not at ALL what one would have expected. We love Naples and have visited for years 25 years 3-5 times every year. Our room rate for the second visit was $200 ++. Location is good. PS if we had any neighbors I know they had been inconvenienced.
When I checked, the associate had been on the phone, but she did not say anything about sorry that I had to wait. She gave me a room on the first floor and as a woman traveling alone it did not want a door to the outside. The first room opened to the parking lot. I told her no room that opened to the outside. The second room she gave me also was on the first floor but opened to the back. She did not get that I did not want a first floor room even though I told her that. Finally I got a room on the first floor. When I was all set she said nothing about have a nice stay. The room is super clean and the housekeeping staff is very nice. Breakfast is good. It is served in a large room with plenty of seating space and two people work hard to keep the food fresh and tables clean. Beds are okay. Not happy with foam pillows but I made it work and I did have a good rest. My biggest complaint is with the front desk. Usually when you walk in and out all day the staff smiles and ask if things are going okay, or say have a nice day or at least smile. I have been here three days now and that has yet to happen. A good solid, very clean three star hotel. Close to I 75 and 20 minutes from downtown. You just need to sprinkle a little friendly dust on some staff members.
Our room was very good; we even had a balcony. When we checked in, they gave us 2 bottles of water, a package of cookies, & a granola bar. Our stay also included a free hot breakfast. If we traveled back to Naples, we'd stay here again.
The room itself was very clean and beautiful. The balcony was amazing. The access was a huge problem. You have to go through the lobby to get to your room. Having to walk from the parking lot to the lobby, to your room is too much, especially for the price. I paid. I ended up leaving because I couldn't handle the stress of having to go all the way through the lobby and to the parking lot to get an item I forgot.i booked for a stress free night, but didn't get this. Staff was unfriendly.
We recently stayed at this hotel while visiting friends in the area. The hotel was easy to find and close to a major highway. We arrived early and checked in at 1pm. We had previously requested a room close to elevator (mobility issues). Our room was very close but we did not hear any mechanical sounds. The room itself was spacious and had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker as well as a bar sink. This is preferable to having the coffee maker in the bathroom. There was a full closet and the bathroom was well equipped. There was a balcony overlooking the pool. Again, soundproofing is very good and unless we opened the doors, we couldn't hear any pool noise. Breakfast was probably one of the best we have experienced. We were there for 3 mornings. There were different hot entrees each day. There were 2 waffle makers and a pancake maker. There was plenty of tables. I was impressed.
Recently I visited a friend in Ft Myers. Hotels in Ft Myers were ridiculously expensive. I found this gem of hotel on my last visit in Sept 2018. It is a large hotel, very recently remodeled, very clean, very quiet area, and right off the interstate. Very convenient to attractions in Naples, and just a short drive to Ft Myers. I get a wheelchair accessible room for my friend, which has a beautiful open walk in shower, and a very comfortable upholstered chair with a foot stool. I have found very few accessible rooms with a chair. It is so nice for her to be able to get her feet up at the end of the day. Breakfast is great too, with many delicious options. Really nice pool area as well.
We usually like to stay in smaller boutique style hotels not chain hotels but decided on the way to Tampa to stay at this property. It did not disappoint. Very clean. Friendly staff. Convientent location.
This BW in Naples was easy to get to from the highway, a very nice suite hotel and large pool and good breakfast. Front desk very helpful in locating beach and things to see in Naples. Excellent nearby beaches.
All in all a nice place to stay. Housekeeping staff we encountered was not good but when we checked in the room was very clean. Breakfast is excellent and WiFi is great and nice pool area. Location although 2 minutes from I 75 is very quiet.
Thank you Best Western, you had a very nice clean hotel with lots of room. We had very disruptive guests in another room and the staff was very quick to remedy the situation. Thank you for listening to the other guests. All staff was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would stay again.
Coming to Naples in season is a mistake due to the very high room costs. But we got over it. Had a king bed with firm matress. Five pillows on bed. Lots of parking space but did not feel well lit to me. Coffee machine, microwave, minifridge, ironing board and iron in room. Bathroom has fan that goes on when the lights do. Adequate electric outlets on both sides of the bed. Good desk staff. Note that all rooms appear to have a private outdoor patio. This may be an issue if you stay on the first floor since the patio is not much higher than the parking lot and you have a door that opens from your room out to the patio. Some may find that a security issue.
Easy to park even with a large trailer. Had a super late check in and the staff was so sweet and helpful. Rooms were a great size. Loved the bath tub. Sheets were soft and the beds were great !!! Service animal was no problem. Breakfast was great as well. Tons of selections. My room also overlooked the really pretty pool.
Roomsize very good, bath & shower ok, everything clean, motel surroundings not very nice, breakfast avg., too much plastics, food not very healthy, staff friendly, parking ok, price ok. -> Motel for business ok, but for vacation not recommended.
This hotel is older but has been remodeled and is a beautiful building with lovely landscaping. Everything was clean, and the staff was professional and helpful. If I'm lucky enough to return to Naples, I would definitely choose this hotel again!
I was staying there with my family when a creepy hotel guest seemed to be taking pictures of me and my daughter on his phone. Saw him wandering the halls several times. There were also kids wandering the hallways unsupervised at all times. The hotel is on a service road behind a Burger King which had food so bad it made me sick. There were also several interesting characters walking along that service road numerous times. So while the room was large and clean and the breakfast staff was very friendly I felt unsafe the entire time in the hotel or the vicinity. The breakfast also served a premade omelette which was not very good. There were no other options for eggs other than this but there were other options instead.
We stayed there with my family of 5 for one night in December 2018. The room was spacious but the smell of humidity was very bad and the quality of the amenities was bad too. No towel at the pool, spa was not working and not enough space to seat at the breakfast.
I stayed at the Best Western Naples Plaza for two nights in January with my wife and very young daughter. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had a room better suited for a potentially noisy infant. They promptly brought a portable crib up to our room and provided us with extra sheets and bedding, which was nice. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast that was well stocked with ample choices during our stay. It was a little cool out, so we didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked inviting during our stay. If we come back this way in a couple more years, we'll be sure to make another stop at this hotel!
Good Hotel situated near State Highway 75 (Naples - Fort Lauderdale) with nice and large Swimming pool (water is very warm). Staff is correct and is fixing issues instantly. Except at reception nobody speaks English (only Spanish).
We stayed two nights in the Best Western. It was absolutely ok and the staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It is also a Kitchenette (like mostly in the USA) included. The pool Area was great and in a good state. Breakfast is included, too. Because our Room was located near the escalator, it was sometimes very loud in the night. I was really annoyed of the People who used the Ice Machine in the early morning, which was very loud. The lowlights are that there are not enough seats in the Breakfast room. When you arrive after 9am you have to stay in a very Long line and will not find a seat in the room. We had our Breakfast in the Lobby which wasn't very comfortable. For me as a environmental Person I was shocked about the one-way Plastic Plates and cuttlery. I haven't seen this before, even in the USA! Also the very remote Location is not optimal, but you'll find a few Restaurants in a walkable distance. On the other Hand this Hotel is very cheap (in comparison with another Hotels in the Area of Naples). I would book it again.
This is a beautiful hotel . Rooms, pool, and location are nice. They offer a restaurant for their breakfast bar with a large variety of food. Several issues occurred but management took care of the situations quickly .
Beautiful hotel clean rooms wonderful breakfast excellent exercise room clean pool clean hot tub easy access to all of Naples wonderful staff was upgraded to a kitchen that was just great love this hotel
Loved it had a full kitchen back door. Had everything you would need to cook LOVED IT everything was great the staff was very nice and respectful this will be my spot when am travling to Naples. Front desk helped when i need them
Best hotel breakfast that I can recall having! Lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. I didn't get a chance to use the fitness center, but it was located in a large room with plenty of equipment. Very nice staff.
I just stopped in for a quick business trip. I've never stayed at this hotel before, but would stay again! Wonderful room, all redone, clean and stylish! Breakfast buffet was pretty decent.Front desk staff very professional, and accommodating!
Was in Naples to see family for Thanksgiving. This hotel is wonderful. My check-in experience with the Front Desk Manager, Ms. Nay Nieves was perhaps my best check-in experience ever. I am fond of this hotel and location and will return.
The stuff was very nice. The room was great with a little kitchen. Good beds, quietly A/C. I missed only a safe in the room. Free parking, near to the 75.When we are in the area again we will stay here again
I love this hotel!! This is my second stay at The BW Naples Plaza. The location is great! The rooms are spacious and the breakfast outstanding. It has a nice pool area and ample parking. Will definitely return there on my next trip!!
Very nice staff, good prices, good breakfast, very clean place. Close to malls, restaurants, etc... good place to stay. They need to fix the elevators because one was out of service and in both the the floor indicators were off. They should have a facility department available.
Good hotel, easy interstate on/off access, excellent breakfast, nice room. Check in and out was quick and easy. Room was good size with nice shower. Bed was comfortable. Good location, just north of Alligator Alley (I-75).
The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from Piazza Garibaldi. This is where there are good very restaurants, cafés and the main train station. So ideally situated. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Gian Franco who is fluent in English (possibly in others too). Breakfast is served on the top floor with wonderful views across the city. Surrounded by mountains, it is a perfect start to your day. However, if you want an upmarket area, this is not the place for you. But we thoroughly enjoyed it, hope you do too.
I have stayed at this hotel in April 2017 and April 2018. Nice and clean hotel (large room with kitchenette + comfortable beds), close to everywhere, friendly staff, nice pool, good breakfast and tea or coffee available 24/7.
Stopped in enroute to the Keys. This is an older hotel but in excellent condition. Nice to have a balcony. Very clean, nice decor. Staff was very nice too. Lots of parking too. We had a trailer and had no problem finding a spot.
I was very satisfied, I was trying to find a place to stay for a few days as my husband was in the hospital, while we were on vacation. They let me check in early to accomodate my trips to the hospital .gave me two great rooms. It made it easier for me not to worry about anything else. Very convenient place, close to hospital and restaurants. Very pleased with the Staff on hand at the time. 9/1/18 to 9/2/18
We originally stayed in March of this year for the first time at Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel and were very impressed with the cleanliness, customer service and convenience of having a back door to our hotel room that opened directly to the breakfast area. After having to return due to a family emergency this month, I called the same hotel to request the same amenities and received almost the same room as the first time. On our second night stay and upon entering the hotel breezeway, we were greeted by Nay Nieves (one of the managers) and her first response was, "Hello, I remember you all from earlier this year....welcome back!" I told her we wanted to stay in the same hotel because we enjoyed the first experience so much and wished we could have been able to stay in the same room. When Nay heard this, she immediately had housekeeping clean the room as it had recently become available and moved us to that room immediately especially after seeing our daughter was on crutches after having emergency surgery in Naples that morning. We could not asked for better service and know that Nay is a great asset to Best Western! Thank you again for all that you did for our family and we'll be back soon!!!
I had a reservation with this hotel that I have made at least three years in a row. My wife has an annual appointment with a specialty doctor in Naples each year. Our reservation is for two days. Last year we decided to check out after just one day with the intent of going home after her appointment. After her appointment, my wife had an incident that made me take her to a hospital. They ended up keeping her overnight. I called this hotel to see if they might still have a room and explained what had happened with my wife. They said sure come on back. I did go back and stay the one night. As far as I knew everything went just fine with this hotel. I made a reservation for this year for two nights again. I had to change the date by about one month so I called the hotel direct to change it. No problem they changed it. The day I arrive at the hotel they now tell me that I am on their undesirable list and they will not rent me a room. The front desk tells me it concerned something I did last year. I have no idea what I did and the clerk could not tell me either. Only the Manager could and that person was not there. Nobody said anything when I called the hotel direct to change my reservation about me being on their undesirable list. This is not a place you want to stay because for unknown reasons you may end up on their undesirable list. I would give this hotel a zero star rating if I could. Top it off I am a platinum rewards member which means I have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns for at least the past ten years.
This is a decent place to stay in an expensive area, if you are willing to drive a few miles to the attractions. Although it is very close to the interstate and another main road, I didn't hear much traffic noise. The room was by no means stylish, and I did hear my next-door neighbor, and the bed was a bit soft, but it was a reasonable price, on special offer. The breakfast was good but the limited staff was overwhelmed by the flood of guests, which sometimes made it difficult to find a seat.
Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, great breakfast, large, spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom is large and clean. Our room had a balcony, which was great. Large and clean pool. Enough parking lot.
We booked this last minute whilst on the road and I have to say I would go back. It was very reasonably priced, the room was massive with a microwave, tea & coffee facility and fridge. Excellent nights sleep. Large car park. Breakfast was included.
This hotel is nice and worth the price out of season...We enjoy our stays here in the summer months, the value is tremendous...it can get a bit pricey in the winter months, yet the location makes it a very convenient place for us.
Awesome staff, very clean and comfortable hotel. Would recommend to friends and family. Will definitely stay again!!! Breakfast was terrific!! Was just impressed with everything. The room was also very large and accommodated my family of 4 very well with room to spare.
Best pizza outside Naples! So lucky to have this gem on our doorstep! Lovely restaurant, Always Friendly staff, after more than several visits - never been disappointed, will continue to return! It's a must!
I stayed at the BW Plaza as a solo traveller and while I was a bit scared by the reviews of people prior I can say Naples is safe once you get used to it and the hotel is in a very convenient location. Rooms are budget but have all you'd expect. No hesitation recommending for a stay.
Clean, tidy rooms. The facilities were clean also. Breakfast was a hit with the group. Everyone enjoyed making their own waffles. Gym was neat and well-kept. Overall a great value for the price. Also requested late checkout which was permitted without issue!
Nicely located hotel off 75 with lots of services nearby. A bit worn, distinct smell of mildew in our room. Huge breakfast room with lot of options though not the healthiest choices. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Decent TV. Wifi worked fine. Good for a short stay.
We stayed here for just one night as a stopover after arriving in the US. Absolutely fine for the three of us, comfortable and clean room, air con effective and not too noisy, nice view over the lake at the back where my son loved watching the turtles swimming, decent pool, friendly staff and breakfast a good standard.
The hotel looked clean but smelled old and moldy. Staff was very friendly but I would not stay there again. Overall breakfast was reasonable, not fancy but nice. I was only there one night while on the road. If I had been staying longer I would have ask for another room.
No housekeeping every other day. Wanted a Fl experience and BW would not allow our EARNED points to be used at their nicer facility. What good is building up points if, when you use them you are treated as a freeloader
We travel to the west coast of Florida to visit friends and always stay here when we are in Naples. We have stayed here several times and find everything to our satisfaction every time. Great location, right off I75, a short distance from the beach and within easy travel to many attractions.
Firstly, I found what makes this hotel pleasant is of course the helpful people who work there. The majority of the reception staff are very pleasant people. The interior is clean and I had a very nice room. Breakfast was a delight and the breakfast room has great views over the rooftops of Naples. However, please be warned that the outside area is not at all pleasant and not very safe. There are large numbers of recently arrived clandestine people from Africa. There is an element of menace in the air and during my three night stay the police were present on street corners in armoured vehicles. On my second day in the hotel there was a serious event outside of the hotel. A police womah I spike to said there are major issues with crime and lawlessness in the area alas. It was very sad also to see two homeless people sleeping directly adjacent to the hotel. I just realised too I did not receive a proper invoice when I left the hotel but am hopeful this was an oversight. The hotel is not too far from the main train station. I made a day trip to Pompei and on my return noted 21 military vehicles outside the station along with police. I'd certainly consider staying at the hotel again when I next visit Napoli but wanted to write a candid review. My room had a nice minibar but no bottle opener and a kettle but no cups. I overlooked this as I ate out. The staff really seemed helpful and obliging and even helped arrange a taxi to the airport for me. I took some photos and a video of the disturbances outside of the hotel but cannot upload them I am afraid. I loved the views from the breakfast room. Thank you to the staff!
The facility was clean. The free continental breakfast was very nice with a lot of options. There is a pond behind the hotel filled with turtles and there were two Muscovy ducks. It was neat to see the turtles swimming around the pond from our balcony. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing.
Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds with soft matresses. Very clean all over the place including swimming pool. Close to highway... All good critics I read previously during booking time got confirmed.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Originally booked for only 2 nights, but, the location of the hotel was great for a home base. The prices changed daily, but, the front desk staff would always give us the lowest rate. (AARP) The amenities at the hotel were great,; pool & hot tub area very nice, severing breakfast until 10:00 am. I would suggest the hotel make changes in their coffee vendor, as the coffee was terrible. The mattresses & pillows need to be replaced. Both the housekeeping & front desk staff were very professional. I would stay at this hotel again.
We stayed at BW vor 4 nights, the hotel has hot breakfast, pool, gym, rooms are well appointed, very clean, there are several fast food options nearby, including an IHOP, also it is next to I75, very convenient... ... we liked it a lot, good for families!!
We found this hotel very well located, 5 miles from the centre, the bed comfortable, the included breakfast perfect for us and the staff at the desk very pleasant, especially Nay and Nana that assist me with kindness when I had an issue with my reward account. Thanks to both of you :)
I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Promotional rates are offered which enhance the value. Great location for us, convenient to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, easy trip to JetBlue Park for us to watch some Red Sox baseball. We stayed 9 nights and found the manager and her staff to be courteous and professional. We had no issues during our stay and especially enjoyed the fitness center and the pool. We had a promotional rate and the value was certainly unbeatable.
This is a busy hotel on a main road and it has workmen staying there who leave early in the morning, but it also has the general public staying there and even famous golfers. The room was huge with a mini kitchen including microwave and refridgerator. Really good. The bedroom and en suite were kept very clean - we stayed 4 nights. The car park is large. The pool area definitely needs some attention. The loungers are old and a bit beaten up - there is a need for new furniture around the pool. There is a Jacuzzi also. The breakfast was disgusting on the first day with boiled sliced ham being served in a container of warm water - it was foul. The scrambled eggs had black bits in it and the bagels were rock solid so we stuck to toast and yoghurt. The next day it was a little better with different hot options. Well positioned - this is a popular hotel close to fast food restaurants and a grocery store.
The rooms where big and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good (waffles, eggs, omelets, potatoes, cereal, fruit, bagels, pastry and more) i cant understanding why soms people say that breakfast is not enough. Enough parkingspace. Good location. Friendly Staff. And we loved the balkony! Good WiFi. Atm in the lobby. We wood definitely come back here!! Little negative point was that it took a long time to get warm water.
I returned to my room to find it left unlocked. My bathroom light was on and both parts of the toilet seat were left up. The male staff who entered my room peed in my toilet and left the door unlocked. DO NOT BOOK
Easy access to I 75 makes this a great place to stay. Easy access to beaches, a nice pool area and good maid service. Good to have kitchen to prepare easy meals for an evening in. Complimentary breakfast good too.
We stayed here recently and had plenty of cockroaches to keep us company. They treated the room twice, but did not fix the problem. Every employee was sympathetic but useless. They had a wedding reception on our floor (3rd) that noisily went into quiet hours. Non Smoking room had burn holes in furniture. Room was very plain and had a big crack under the door to the balcony. Breakfast was predictably poor in quality and cleanliness. I would highly recommend this Hotel to people I did not like. I would rate this place Zero if that was an available rating.
Stayed for a week here. Room on the 4th floor was quiet, very clean and spacious. Included free breakfast daily had both hot and cold offerings, fresh fruit and juices and yogurts also. Pool and hot tub area was well maintained, clean, and had tons of towels. Great value for a nice property with easy access to just about all major roads.
Very comfy beds - good staff . Decent breakfast . And parking is included . I could not find anything and I just stopped by .. they accommodated me . Clean bathrooms . I would recommend this place instead of any Hilton. Etc around - just no restaurant on site: bar .. all around closes at 10
We arrived in Naples at around 8pm after a long drive across Alligator Alley to find everywhere booked. The only place we could find was this supposedly " Good" hotel. We discovered that whilst we had to pay $320, another guest who had booked on line three hours before our arrival had paid $99 on line for the adjoining room. Thank you Best western, at least we know who never to book with again!!
I find it hard to review chain hotels, except when they are terrible. This Best Western is exactly what I expect from the chain. It's clean. It has a pool and hot tub. I'm staying in a suite, which offers a kitchen complete with stove, oven, various cooking pots and pans, and even a muffin dish. And a FULL size refrigerator, which I find absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly, polite, and the house keeping staff is out of this world. They even washed our personal dishes when we didn't get to them. Overall, this hotel is an average Best Western. Nothing special, and nothing bad. It's the busy season, so prices are pretty high and the parking lot is rather small. Other than that, I'm very happy with my stay. Hopefully, you will too
This is my first stay at a best western in awhile and this location is just what I was hoping for. Relatively quiet, clean/remodeled, with a nice lobby and helpful staff. Location near highway, but away from traffic noise, some nearby gas stations, convenience stores and a breakfast chain down the road. Convenient stop for a business traveller, but most other visitors seem like families on vacation.
Driveway a bit tricky to find the first time. Parking lot a bit small, if you have a larger vehicle the lanes and spots are kinda narrow. Guest laundry was awful, one broken machine and others barely working. Great breakfast in a room that actually holds a lot of people. Nice people work here. Overall, seems to be a well run place.
Short trip for a friends beach wedding, great proximity to everything we needed and the check in and out was quick and simple! She was very pleasant! Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in the area!
99% sure the hotel is made completely of mildew. Seriously. The smell is overwhelming and I am pretty sure it will get me sick. People in other rooms are very loud, too, and I don't feel like hearing their marital problems.
We stopped here for one night after landing at Fort Lauderdale on our way to Anna Maria Island. Conveniently located just of the I75 the hotel was easy to find after along day of travelling. The rooms felt like they had just been renovated and the beds were very comfy. Our room had a balcony but it looked over the I75 so was quite noisy to sit out on first thing in the morning. There are a number of restaurants nearby so you don't need to travel far for food. We would definitely stay here again if we were doing the same trip.
The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was kind and friendly. Due to the time that we had to get up and leave, we were not able to partake in the breakfast that was offered but the area that it was served in appeared to be very roomy and nice.
After staying 3 nights at a hotel that had an air mattress, we were so happy with the bed at this Best Western. It was so comfortable ! The room was clean as was the bathroom. There was a nice balcony looking over the pool. The only issue was the breakfast. Although free, it was just so-so.
tv did not work-kept cutting out--probably an easy fix by hotel and cable company but nobody did anything about it--very frustrating--problem on north side rooms mainly--breakfast room a real mob scene --big breakfast room but a lot of people--breakfast items need to be spread out a bit.
Everything was great, the only thing was there wasn't really soap for dishes, only a dishwasher soap. Also, the can opener didn't work and that's one thing I really needed. Everything else was great. The room was clean, it was easy to get any additional supplies we needed.
Just spend 4 nights in this hotel (3 too much). We book this hotel in good time advance (3 month before). I was promised to have full kitchen and balcony. We got a room without a kitchen, when I asked the balcony I was offered a lot smaller room without the kitchen. First explanation was the hotel is over booked (NOT my fault). Then next there is no room with kitchen and balcony . The suites might have both but this would cost me extra (and the one I was offered was ground floor to the parking place) .So we stayed a room with kitchen. + sides room was quite large so good space for two any way, good showers too, clean room, location is convenient for beaches, shopping and airport. _- - - BUT it was smelly do not know the reason but It smell like Indian street kitchen. And because there is no possibilty to open window , We did not have any way to get fresh air the only way was to keep room door open. The queues in the breakfast are terrible avoid if you have possibilty, Breakfast room is noisy and too small, no possibilty to eat outside. So our opinion this is good hotel for one night to tranfer places or before flights. Not a holiday hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights with a full house. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The free breakfast always had 3 hot items and waffles, along with various breads, danish and cereals. There were plenty of tables and they were kept clean. The only down side was the limited cable channels.
The rooms had a mold odor, the lobby beverages were never replenished, and the hot tub had no heat. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was terrific. We did enjoy the location and the price couldn't be beat so these issues were not a huge problem. We would come again.
Good location near to I-75, but quiet anyway. Enough parking space around. Friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. The pool is nice too. Breakfast is ok, nothing special though. Good stay for one night.
Standard contemporary motel room accomations. I recommend getting a room on the back side of the hotel. The view is better. The hotel and house keeping staff werefriendly and efficient. The breakfast was typical b level hotel do it yourself. Location is relatively good gfor venturing into old naples and finefor wandering along tamiani trail.
close to family we were visting we had easy time getting in and out to visit breakfast was ready at a good time perferr to not be on pool side towels removed on Christmas and not new ones returned we had to ask for them at desk front desk person very nice
Our room was very large with door to outside parking the hotel is very close to the zoo and only 15 minutes away from the pier and 5th ave ,very comfortable bed and very clean the hotel serve breakfast from 6 to 10 am very decent
The hotel in general is very good, but the breakfast is bad organized for the amount of people to serve! The pool is good, well localized, the lake with turtles was interesting for the kids. But the breakfast... confused... disordered!
Came to see a friend, first hotel I went to was not very nice. Came here and they were very nice and let me have an early check in and took care of me. Nay Nieves and Yessica Herrera were amazing. Thank you
This place is unbeatable for value. The location in right next to the interstate in the center of town. It's fairly recently remodeled; staff are very friendly and supportive; entire site is clean; rooms spacious and comfortable. And very reasonable on cost
Room had a lot of space we really needed.Helpful and friendly staff, would recommend this Best Western to anyone visiting Naples Florida. They located in a convenient place, close to everything.Great stay
Bring your jackets and fleece jammies. Even when turning a/c off it still blew cold air all night long. Get to breakfast early for basic breakfast because fruit disappears early. Lumpy pillows. My room did not smell musty however cigarette smell came up from vents from somewhere. It's a non smoking hotel.
I actually booked this hotel after my regular hotel was filled for the night. My regular hotel cost more money and was right down the street. I had not stayed in a BW for so long I can't remember. But I will be staying in them now. The rooms were surprisingly large and very clean. The hotel staff was great. The food was adequate. The room and value stumps the other hotel.
Not on the shopping streets but easy access and very clean and super comfortable beds. I prefer to save my money to enjoy the area. Nothing is far in Naples. We loved it! Our local friends lived nearby and plenty of great restaurants in the area too.
Very near it is too, traffic noise! However, with the balcony door shut and the a/c on, you won't hear it. Good hotel, well equipped room. Good breakfast. Only drawback is the limited number of eateries nearby: a Burger King, Ihop and a convenience store at a gas station. Further away, less than a mile across Pine Ridge, are Hooters and Sophia's, which I do not recommend if you are on a budget.
Cleaning staff will barge in unannounced and without warning. Cockroaches living in the A/C vent. With those two exceptions, the property is beautiful, staff is friendly, and the breakfast is amazing. Fresh, updated rooms and high ceilings. My room had a cute balcony area too.
Had a fantastic stay here. Lovely large well equipped room everything you need is supplied. Great bed and crisp linen. Spotlessly clean. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast where hot option is changed daily. The pool area is clean and has good sunbeds and chairs. A pond with turtles out the back was lovely too. Coffee and tea on offer in reception 24hrs. Great stay. Not s single complaint. (very unlike me!)
Nice property - easy access off the I75. fridge was not working upon our arrival, but a phone call to the front desk and maintenance was at our room and replaced the fridge in less than 30 minutes. Comfortable bed, large room, fridge, microwave. Room was clean. Breakfast was good - lots of choice.
enjoyed our stay spacious clean modern comfortable rooms. good value excellent breakfast. nice surprise at breakfast pond out back enjoyed nature watching pond turtles and nesting duck.. would stay there again near interstate 75
We had a pleasant 2 week stay at the Naples Plaza Best Western with absolutely no problems. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Our guest room, the lobby, breakfast room was always clean and well maintained. The breakfast staff was great! Would highly recommend this hotel!
Due to a death in the family, our entire group had to make sudden arrangements to go. Best Western was very accommodating to our needs and to the delicate reason we had to stay. I greatly appreciated their staff and expect to make Best Western a hotel I will frequent in the future. Hopefully under better circumstances next time.
I am a rewards member. I asked about them having my rewards number and they did so they knew I was but yet none of the benefits were given to me. I asked about it being a current double points time and the young man told me there were no double points. Then assign is sitting right there on the desk stating that it's double points. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken during my visit. My first night I saw a couple of ants in the bathroom, but my last night there the kitchen and bathroom were infested with ants. Well the hotel was nice and my room was nice these issues could've been avoidable.
Just a quick stay to see friends in Naples. Room was clean, and it also had a balcony, which is nice. I was in the single King bed room. Staff was nice. The location is convenient to I75 and there's a Burger King and 2 gas stations nearby.
After driving for a couple of hours I wanted to take a nice shower. I get in the tub and the shower head was broken as well as the drain plug. They came and fixed it within 15 minutes which was nice. Then the next morning the hotel lost power. The breakfast was okay it was something that we could eat and go. Can't complain but won't be staying here again. Management was also not that personable. We came an hour early when we knew check in is 3 we just wanted to know if it was possible to check in a little early. She was very snippy about telling us check in was at 3. You're the first person I see when checking in you make or break how I feel about my stay...
We stayed one night at this wonderful hotel during a move from Ft. Myers to Naples. It is very close to Golden Gate Estates, the area of Naples in which we now reside. It is also very convenient to the I-75.We were quite surprised on arrival to find that we had been upgraded to a suite. It was wonderfully arranged and had all the kitchen amenities needed for longer stays. We were in room 254 which had a small balcony with chairs facing the back parking lot. It was very quiet. The breakfast was amazing and had a large space for dining. No waiting for a table here!
Our rooms had a terrible stench. The only way to aleviate it a bit was to open the balcony door all the time we were in the room. Manager is Espanic and therefore many of the staff are Espanic with most not speaking hardly any English. Very poor security on the exit doors etc, Didnt need a card to enter the doors around the hotel or pool area. There was a man who wasnt a hotel resident coming into the breakfast almost daily to fill his plates high with the breakfast food provided for guests and then leave by the back door with the stashes of food. This only stopped when we reported this stealing to the management. They did deal with this man but who knows how long it had been going on before we said anything!! The coffee is nice and the cleaners do a good job in the daily cleans. The customer service was OK but not that friendly or approachable. Overall, I would not go back there ever again if I can have the choice.
One of the only Best Westerns the recognized my Diamond Status. Just stayed one night but I will return. From the staff to the accommodations to the breakfast, they did not disappoint. I'm just sorry I did not get to use all the amenities.
We had a family reunion in Naples and decided to stay at the last minute. We called Best Western and got a room. Room was very clean. Bed was crisp and the shower was great. I never have a bad experience at Best Western.
WE had made reservation online for this hotel but after driving 5 hours to arrive. The desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional. The parking lot was full of downed storm debris and several large tree company trucks with trailers leaving very little room to negotiate! Their website did not disclose that this hotel was in such bad shape and after the rude clerks attitude we decided not to stay!. We would rather spend our money elsewhere they seemed more interested in collecting their charges from the "tree trimmers" and forget the guests/vacationers that help the community recover from the recent storm! The front desk clerk needs to find another job!
Loved it, everything was perfect. Did have to wait a lil longer with only one working elevator but I'm sure that is temporary, great staff! Definitely staying here again. Priced a bit high but we'll worth the great nights sleep.
What can you say when check in and the young guy behind the desk cannot even bother to stand up to greet you or check you in? So unprofessional in attitude, guess he was doing me a favor by doing his job. At about 7 pm had someone unlock my door and attempt entry! No knock, no asking if anyone was in the room, just key the lock and attempt entry. Called downto the front desk and spoke with Logan, same guy from check in..." What did the person look like? " I advised I had no idea, however it sounded like a female. His reply was, "it was probably housekeeping". No apology, no explaination, why was someone from housekeeping coming into a clean room? Just upset, the whole deal seems wrong. The hotel however is returning to norm after Irma a month ago. Still much damage in the form of debris everywhere but it's all good accommodation wise. Close to highway, no street noise, great food close by..downtown not that bad of a drive. All in all, change some personnel and you got a decent hotel. Great bargain!!
I cannot say how grateful we are to this hotel which offered a safe haven during the horrific hurricane Irma. Disasters do not bring out the best in many people, they are scared and anxious. The staff at this hotel truly showed their professionalism, time and time again. Everyone from the maintenance man, to the housekeepers, front desk, breakfast girls, worked their tushes off with smiles. Keep in mind many of them were also displaced, had families and homes in peril. I believe the hotel opened up some rooms for their staff so they were safe and were then able to keep the operation running. There were many, many challenges but the hotel ran as smooth as it could under the dire circumstances. And it was full, over full, at one point folks were camped out in the lobby. This was an emergency situation and people had to evacuate. Our room on the third floor had 2 queens a microwave and small fridge which came in handy. We had a balcony which overlooked the parking lot which was interesting seeing all the goings on, not noisy and offered the most beautiful sunsets. There were 2 ice machines close by and a laundry (slow dryers) on the 2nd floor. I would recommend this hotel anytime under any circumstances, And in reply to the lady with the cat, many people are seriously allergic to cats, and the hotel would have to incur a heavy cleaning of the room. When I signed in there was a clause that said if I brought a pet or smoked I would get a $250.00 fee. It is not unreasonable to charge that for the extra cleaning to insure the next guest has a allergy free room. Also the emergency vet which is right next door is a hurricane shelter and took in animals. They were staffed all throughout the hurricane.
We usually enjoy BW Hotels and look past any problems… but cockroaches in our room? and a lizard too? No manager on night duty. No toilet paper in Lobby restroom. Unsupervised children running the halls, staff's ‘not my job' attitude. No shirt while checking in at the front desk?, no problema! Excuses like ‘we're very busy' don't justify such hideously low standards. BW HQ needs to reevaluate if they want their name on this one.
I'll get to the cats later on and why I only rated this hotel a 3. As everyone knows, Naples, FL took a direct hit from hurricane Irma and people were flocking to hotels that had power. I was one of them and felt very lucky to get the last room in this Best Western, which was a suite, therefore, I had the convenience of a kitchen. Upon check in, the staff who had been working long tedious hours trying to accommodate the flood of guest were very professional, very helpful, had smiles on their tired faces despite their computers going up/down and check in taking way longer than usual. I applaud the front desk staff. The room was comfortable and clean with a king bed, separate living room with a sofa bed, big dining table, full kitchen. The appliances are ancient, however, I was happy to have them. When restaurants weren't opened, grocery stores had no food, they served guest a free breakfast and yeah, hot coffee. The restaurant staff was also always smiling and accommodating. OK, back to discrimination against cats. I asked at check in if they were pet friendly and was told no. I explained I have a 16 yr. old kitty that needed medication and hydration. I was still told no. I thought Governor Scott had asked all hotels/shelters to take the hurricane and lack of power (which I lacked for 8 days) into consideration and be as tolerant as possible with pets. I had to leave my kitty home in hellish heat driving to my house at least twice a day through highly flooded streets to care for my kitty. At one point, I thought I'd have to bring her to the emergency vet which is next to the hotel. A kind neighbor gave me a portable battery operated fan to cool my kitty off. You may be asking what's my beef, well, I have never in my life seen so may FAKE SERVICE DOGS in one location. Don't tell me dashounds or chihuahuas are service dogs...come on Best Western. I spoke to a lady coming out of the elevation with a 17 year old cocker spaniel that could hardly walk...yet another FAKE SERVICE DOG. I only saw ONE dog wearing a service dog vest during the time I spent there. SHAME ON YOU BEST WESTERN FOR DISCRIMINATING AGAINST CATS, ESPECIALLY SICK ONES. AND SHAME ON ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO GO ON-LINE TO BUY A SERVICE DOG VEST. Service dogs are meant for those with disabilities either physical or emotional, so why are you making a mockery of their real purpose. BTW, I called the main # for Best Western and it stated they're a pet friendly hotel. I can only assume each individual hotel has the right to their own policies. In any event, Best Western kept me comfortable, however, my mental state was shattered not only from the horror of Irma but because of worry over my kitty.
Arrived in Naples via Miami from London without pre-booking accommodation. Found this hotel via a freebie booklet from local restaurant. When the check-in staff found out we were staying for a month we got an unbelievable deal on a two roomed suite. Continental breakfast was included. The laundry room was a great convenience. The hotel and breakfast waiting staff were very friendly and because of the length of our stay, became "part of the furniture". The suite was kept spotless by the room cleaners. We have used this hotel on a couple of trips and would highly recommend it. It was also perfectly situated for a quick trip to the beach and access to the Interstate was a minute away so travelling to most golf courses took no more than 30 minutes.
The hotel has an excellent ratio between cost -benefit. Their personnel is very professional and shows a lot of courtesy with the guests. Very clean and quiet, Room Service personnel are willing to serve you with additional needs with courtesy. Very good option!
I loved sleeping in this hotel everything was more then good, thank you very much and will be back soon, and tell friends about it so they can come here too, and enjoy this beautiful hotel, thank you and see u soon
Nice and quiet! Close to everything. Kind of hard to get to, but otherwise very nice. His was our second time to stay here in Naples. Centrally located, close to the beach, shopping nearby. Love the exercise room and the balcony.
My Stay was very pleasant and I would stay there again when I make it back to Florida. When I take my family on Vacation that will be the place. I sent my wife pictures of my room and she like what see saw.
Great location, right on the center of Naples, u can find everything in a few miles around. The rooms are great and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great time and we will continue to come to this particular hotel.
the place was nice and clean my family and I loved staying at the hotel. the service provided was excellent, I would recommend the exterior be a little more attractive but overall everything was absolutely fine. it was a great experience. Great staffs!!!
Rooms were very clean with balconies and we were able to checkin early and checkout late. Vending/Ice Machines on the floor, along with a coin washer/dryer. Coffee/ microwave and mini fridge in the room. All the staff was very very friendly.
We had no television for two days they blamed it on the provider comcast who kept saying within the hour that it would be working again and it never happened. The refrigerator kept us awake making loud noises all night. People were talking outside our door past midnight and there was a shower running that could be heard which made it sound like they were in the same room as we were in. When down at the pool there were people with their own radio playing loud latin music and we couldn't even hear ourselves speak. They put an extra charge on your credit card without even telling you and then when asked about it they claim it was for in case there were any incident that might have occurred while we were there and it gets return upon check out. And at breakfast if you are looking for apple juice its not happening they only had orange and cranberry juices. There were a supposed to be this place call tint city is a waste of time don't even bother going there those shops were either closed or the people who had shops there abandoned them.
Great place to relax and is near the interstate and close to gas and food. Quiet and clean. Problem with cable however everything else was fine. I sleep with the television on and called for help and was told that it would be fixed in a few minutes. During check out, I asked them to treat me as the valued customer and got the blow off. We use BW all the time, however, received no thought of credit because I did not get the total expected experience
Don't stay here. The Hotel is okay and some of the staff are pleasant but others are rude and the manager is awful !!! After expressing our issues to the assistant manager who in turn spoke to the General Manager, I was basically ignored. Stay away from this hotel!!!!
Very pleased with the suite we stayed in. Everything was very clean and no problems except for the fact that, due to the weather, the tv and the internet had gone out. This, in no way, would prevent me from returning to this motel.
Almost brand new hotel, perfect location. We really enjoy our time there! Close to I-75 and close to everything . We checked in for just one night, but we purchase another night, because we have impressed in a very good way. Congrats to the owners and the staff working at so beautiful hotel
Relocated to Naples stayed at the hotel for a month ... Expensive for what it offers , they overcharged me , then came back weeks after we left an said we owed more money ... I don't recommend there's other nicer places for cheaper . Highly dissatisfied customer ( even talked to corporate ) won't go back to any Best Western if that's how they do business .
Value for money. The hotel was clean. Internet was fast. They have very good breakfast options for the price I paid. The amenities were clean and the bath tub is super clean. I would definitely recommend this place!
Our stay were very nice. Hopefully we can do it again soon. Thanks to the staff for the hospitality. I will definitely stay at the Best Western again and will recommend it to family and friends..thanks again
We booked this hotel last minute for a swim meet we were attending. Wow- were we surprised at how nice this hotel was. It has recently undergone a major renovation it appears and they did an awesome job. Super clean and very attractive. Definitely recommend.
great vacation and family time. We went down from a wedding and had a wonderful time . I would definitely stay there again. The staff was excellent and were most helpful. The breakfast was always great with a wide variety .
The hotel is nicely located, very close to I-75. The staff is very friendly and efficiently helpful at any time. Did not felt rushed and made our stay so much better. The room was clean and with more than enough space.
I would recommend this Best Western to someone looking for a hotel in the area. It was reasonably priced, clean and accommodating. If it is a busy time of year and you need to utilize their complimentary breakfast service; make sure that you get in line early! The lines get long...
this place is ok . we stayed in the 4th floor and all morning people were slamming doors and talking loudly , from 7am til 11 noise is all we heard. we got kicked out at 10 pm from the pool area , we explained to the worker we weren't getting in the pool we had our friend over and it was embarrassing get kicked out for just sitting there. we weren't being loud nor had any intentions to get in the pool so we got up at sat in the breakfast area to continue trying to catch up and once again the guy came and told us we had to leave. this is very disappointing that your not allowed to be sitting anywhere after 10pm. i would understand if people were making noise or being disruptive but in our case we were sitting there quietly . we ended up having to go up to the room with our company which was very awkward. if you visit this hotel make sure ur inside your room by 10pm they wont allow u to be sitting anywhere . you get what you pay for .
There were several problems with my visit to the Best Western this weekend. First off, I'd like to say that this place came highly recommended by brother who stayed there numerous times before the site was renovated and before new management took over. He was a frequent customer and had nothing but good things to say. So based on the recommendation I decided to give them a try. The first of several problems started almost immediately. We called ahead of time and was quoted a certain amount for a deluxe suite. When we got there, we were quoted a higher price. It was just $10 more so we let it go. We got to the room and immediately found ROACHES. Now you're probably wondering why not just go ask for a different room. It was 1am when we checked in. We were tired. The thought of having to pick all our bags up and trudge back downstairs and getting moved to another room didn't sound appealing to anyone. We were exhausted. So we killed the roaches and tried to make ourselves comfortable. That's when we noticed the air conditioning unit kept turning off before the room would comfortably cool. Several times we bumped the temperature down but the air would not stay on. Needless to say none of us were impressed with our stay. A day later I was invited via email to rate and participate in a survey based on my stay there. I detailed everything including the roaches. A couple of hours later I got a response back from the hotel manager apologizing and this little gem: "I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience." That's it. No offer of compensation of any kind. No voucher for another night's stay. Just, "I hope you come back to our roach infested hotel." What???? Her generic response was not only disappointing but down right insulting. Clearly there is a problem when the new management there.
This hotel is in a good location and has restaurants, gas, groceries and Church nearby. My family stayed here at the recommendation of local family member. Since we were part of a large family event, we often gathered in the entrance way where there is nice seating. However, the large rug within the area was extremely dirty. There is a nice outdoor pool, but the hot tub was green. There were teenagers in it, but we would not go near it! There is a full breakfast included in the price, but the food was not to our liking. While the room was okay, it was not that clean. The wi-fi was iffy, going on and off at random.
My girlfriend and I went to Naples for a week of peace and quiet to ourselves. We were just looking for a good hotel that would be quiet with a nice bed and a decent staff. What we received was so much more! We booked the basic 'King Room', but it felt so much like a suite. The room featured a small kitchen with a sink, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The Bathroom was very nice with huge shower! And we even got our own private Balcony. There was free breakfast in the morning, much more than the usual continental breakfast you've come to expect from these places. The Staff was excellent too! On two separate occasions we went down to the front desk way past normal business hours and they were very helpful. The first time was because we brought food back with us from eating out earlier, but we didn't have any utensils. I went down to the desk and not only did they open up the kitchen to give us some, but the next day we found a couple more sets in our room when we came back. On the second time we ran out of towels to use in the morning and we called the desk to ask for another one. I swear not even 1 minute later they were knocking on the door with 2 warm fresh and folded towels in their hands! I would very much recommend this hotel to everyone. Way to go Best Western Naples!
Well worth it. Nice people i stay here for business alot. Not fifth ave but nice place for the$$. Front desk has good places to go and most uber drivers know the local places that most business travelerz like
had a meeting in Naples and brought people in from Tampa and Miami. Great middle place to meet. Friendly check in. Received the 1st floor as requested. Great off season rate for a business traveler. nothing within walking distance
Price was okay and the breakfast was sufficient. Located in a good area close to everything. We were with a large group for a soccer tournament. Beds are very hard and the pillows leave you with a crick in your neck. At least 3 rooms of friends all has the same experience. We were also told we would get a group rate discount because we reserved a bunch of rooms, but when i called them to verify this she told me that was not the case because we booked online at BW.com instead of calling the hotel directly. So that sucked too.
Highly recommended. Huge spacious room with balcony, fridge, nice closet, comfortable bed, ample parking. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Room rates extremely reasonable. Lots of dining and shopping in the area.
We were absolutely satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The room rate was fantastic and the WiFi was that fastest I've ever experienced in any hotel and I stay at 4 to 5 different hotels each year. 5 Stars.
This is one of the Best, Best Westerns that I have stayed in ever. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillow. Nice large fitness area with modern equipment and plenty of T.V's. Full breakfast. Front desk was very helpful with anything that I asked of them while there promptly addressed any issues that I brought up which was only one that I smelled cigarette smoke coming thru the vents in the bathroom in the morning only to let them know that although the hotel is completely smoke free an someone was disobeying the rules "nearby" us. Desk clerk gave good advice on local restaurants within a few blocks of there. One tiny issue was with the balcony, it is very narrow so not much leg room to stretch out your legs.
The lobby was clean and inviting when we walked in. The price was good for Naples area. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and polite.
Checked in on Thursday, out on Monday. The room was great- everything was clean, everything was working. I used the iron, fridge, microwave, TV, in-room internet (which was fast and included), and of course the bathroom facilities. We also used the spa. I did not use the in-room coffee maker since there was always a pot on in the lobby. Very easy access from US 75. No issues with parking or access. Breakfast was swell. Waffles, an egg dish, as well as the other usual fare. Front desk staff helped out with local restaurant and shopping suggestions. The hotel was busy, but not noisy or crowded. Grounds and rooms were clean.
Our stay at Best Western was just adequate for the money. The included breakfast was poorly maintained and stocked. The pillows on the beds were horrible. Although the service was good I would not stay at the location again. You get what you pay for.
My stay was very good, the staff was very nice and friendly. My room was very nice and clean, I enjoy the hot tub. The breakfast was ok. I would stay there again! One draw back it was not near to the beach and they don't have a bar.
One of the better motels that I have stayed in in my 64 years. Clean, comfortable and with the small balcony to relax on in the evening it was pleasant. Paid more for less quality on the way to and on the way back from this Naples Best Western.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Overall i give it a 9 out of 10. staff was friendly and helpful. hotel was clean and nice. The only thing i can say something negative about is the water behind the pool area. it smells at times and there were 2 poor little otters swimming in it. The breakfast was good, but i wish there were healthier options.
The hotel was a good value in this area. The breakfast room was overcrowded and not set up for efficiency. Long lines, ran out of food, people waiting to make toast and waffles blocking everyone else who were not waiting for toast and waffles. Aside from the breakfast experience each day, it was a good stay.
Clean and well organized hotel. Frank this very professional and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool is lovely breakfast is just adequate. Perfect location which is right near they highway where we had to return to our airport.
We stayed for 1 night as a family of 4. Check in was efficient and the staff were friendly. The rooms look much better on the inside than the balconied 'motel feel' exterior suggests. Elevators are situated strategically throughout the complex to allow parking and ease of access, but when you have to walk your children through clouds of second hand cigarette smoke (and other substances) it is not a good start. For that reason mainly, the balcony door remained firmly shut. The pool was a good size and clean. Breakfast was disorganised to say the least. Just 1 staff member was trying rather unsuccessfully to replenish food, so be prepared to clean the tables personally before sitting down and get there early. Plastic cutlery and polystyrene plates always detracts from a breakfast experience, which is after all, a lasting memory of the hotel. There is a Waffle House nearby and with hindsight, perhaps we should have gone there. Overall, for the price and a 1 night stop over, it was fine but I would not stay any longer.
This has to be the very best Best Western that I have stayed in for a long while, it should be rated as a Best Western Plus as it is much better than the Plus that we stayed in. The room was very large and clean, and the breakfast choices were very good.
We visited this hotel during a soccer tournament. It was a pleasant surprise, much better than expected!!! We got a one bedroom suite, the room was clean, beautiful, well equipped and the breakfast was another pleasant surprise although it was advertised as a continental breakfast there was eggs, bacon and make your own waffles!!! The kids enjoyed it and we had a great time!
We needed a place to stay our first night after arriving at Fort Meyers airport. It is right off I 75 so it was easy to find and only about 20 minutes from the airport. The motel provided the usual quality Best Western experience with nice clean and quiet rooms and a good breakfast. The thing that was nice about our experience here was that A day after we left, I realized that I had forgotten my pill caddy in our room. I called the motel and they told me they had found them. Two days later when we were back in the area, I stopped and they had them waiting for me at the front desk.
This is our fourth year staying at this hotel. Staff is friendly, very helpful and courteous. This year we were lucky enough to get to stay in a suite. The hotel has been renovated and is really nice. We're staying for 12 nights and the suite feels like an apartment with a spacious living room, full kitchen and nice bedroom. Also convenient to beaches, shopping and dining. Will definitely come back.
Room was clean and relatively quiet. Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. Seems a little expensive for what you get - very basic. Tiny soap, 3 tiny pillows on a king sized bed (weird), thin towels, badly designed outlets make it hard to use phone charger by the bed.
Remodel hotel has appearance of an upscale facility. Amenities all in working order and convenient. Enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful weather that came with it. The breakfast was well present with lots of choice and tasty.
Staff here very helpful, also nice rooms with great beds. Nice breakfast and great location. when we have any problems or needed the room cleaned extra, the staff always tries to make it happen. also staff was great during recent hurricane while they were booked full and still took great care of us
We were racing approx. half hour away. This was well worth the stay. The breakfast was a little off a couple days but still not bad. If in the area this will be my stay again. Nice pool outside the room and close to many places for dinner.
Check in was fast & easy, room was stocked & clean, bed very comfortable. We completely enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back. Affordable & friendly. Staff at breakfast was very courteous & helpful. Our room was right across from lake & in view of pool. Very nice. Highly recommend!
It was fortunate that we had printed out our hotel conformation and brought it with us because the hotel's front desk was unaware of our reservation! The front desk individual commented that they had problems with a new system (glitch). The room was very nice and the morning breakfast was great. The breakfast staff were outstanding! PS: I have noticed at several hotels that the bed is nice but they have these puny pillows.
The hotel was very well kept. The room was large, well-appointed and extremely clean. The facilities were more than adequate. Although we did not use the fitness center, we did check it out and found it to have nice equipment. The pool area was large and well kept. We enjoyed two nice breakfasts in a very large breakfast area. Also, coffee and tea were available 24/7.
My wife and I were in Naples on business a couple of weeks ago and stayed at the Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel. We hadn't stayed there before and we were wonderfully surprised. The hotel had been recently upgraded. Our room had new furniture and looked great. We had a balcony (Room 426) that overlooked a pond with ducks in it. The A/C and TV worked very well. The hotel also provided a very nice complimentary breakfast with a variety of choices. We were also able to get a discounted room price. Next time we are in Naples, we will definitely stay here again.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Location is great, minutes from I75 and shopping areas. My room was very nice and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was recently remodeled and they have done a nice job on it.
The staff, comfort, breakfast quality,cleanliness...super. The remodel...wow what a difference.. We will be back! This location is great for anyone travelling on I75. Convenient to the NaplesMarco/Sanibel area.
Overall, very comfortable stay. I was worried after seeing some photos, but those are from before the hotel was renovated. With the new renovations the place is great! Room was clean but the dishwater provided could have been cleaner. Also no soap or sponge was provided, so I had to go buy my own to clean the dishes in the room. You would think for a room with a full kitchen they would provide things to clean the dishes, which is why I bought my own, because they didn't provide any made me reluctant to use the dishes until I cleaned them myself. It was a minor setback, but overall a great stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, friendly staff, ok breakfast. One morning was eggs and sausage and it was great! The next morning the options were much more limited. Great location being close to all the tourist things, and much cheaper than other local hotels, but still brings a good quality. If I was looking for a clean, good quality, budget minded hotel I would stay here again.
Definitely a great value with fantastic service. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Very hospitable staff. A very satisfied client. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a place in or near Naples.
Before Hurricane Matthew hit the SE coast of Fl, we high-tailed it over to the west coast and stayed at the Best Western Naples Plaza. To my surprise, we walked into a suite that was more than ample for 3 adults! The room was clean, modern and had all the essentials we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The only negative thing was that our suite smelled a tad moldy until we sprayed the AC air intake vents with an anti mildew spray. Most importantly was how courteous and calm the two men (Chris) at the front desk were, considering the influx of so many stressed out and tired people constantly arriving at all hours day and night. Every room at this hotel was full. They served a complimentary breakfast daily (hard boiled eggs, cereals, pastry, yogurt, waffles, breads, juice, coffee and tea). The hotel has an outdoor pool, a small gym, a computer center and a complimentary coffee bar. All the rooms have a small balcony. It is conveniently located off I 75 and is in walking distance to a pet hospital, I Hop, Waffle House and two gas stations. I couldn't be happier to have found the Naples Plaza for our needs! The pricing was fair for all that we got.
Hard to turn in from cross street but it is worth the problem turn. For the rooms are great and the breakfast great. Excellent service and away from any noise. Running from hurricane and a perfect place to rest and hide. BW Thank you-Page & Dottie
Nice and quiet, right next to the highway. Always a nice stay. The manager Christian never fails to make my stay pleasant. The rooms are modern yet have a at-home atmosphere. And the waffles during continental breakfast are great :)
Nice sizable standard rooms with balcony along with the mini kitchenette. Use to be the Best Western and it is old and has gone down over the years but in the long run its just an average hotel. The pool is nice and relaxing. I think the price is to high for this place but then again it is Naples.
we stayed one night at this hotel and the rooms are brand new (completely renovated), the beds and pillows are plush, really comfortable, big rooms, beautiful, clean bathroom, nice swimming pool, was plenty and the service was excellent. The price was really affordable for Naples too. I would come back to this hotel at any time!!
Very good for price and quality: pool, beds, bath, shower clean. Even the carpet, although i never like carpet in hotels. Fair price of usd 88 per night incl 4 breakfast. Rooms on ground flior look on pool and pond. Pond with turtle and fish in lush sw fla scenery. Separate balcony door in room.
Great place to stay for adults and families. Affordable, spacious, well kept suites. Very nice outdoor pool and spa. Courteous, friendly, and respectful desk and housekeeping staff. The only negative is breakfast. If you want breakfast, you must go early. Staff broke down the items, refused to replenish items, etc. 1 hour before breakfast was to end. Odor in room was related to room next door cooking fish and coming through our bathroom vent. Dishwasher was not working, had standing water, and front desk staff were unable to reach housekeeping to repair. Otherwise, our short stay was pleasant.
This hotel was great and the ease of checking and out was great! We checked in around midnight and they extended check out for us. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Definitely would stay here again. The building it self is very pretty and new. The staff was very friendly and more than helpful with our stay.
We have family in Naples and know where we are staying from now on. Balcony and lake view was great. The price is amazing for the room you get. Room was VERY clean and comfortable. Everyone in my group really enjoyed the stay.
HUGE ROOMS...brand new...balconies, has a separate counter area with a sink, micro, mini frige, coffee maker. Everything brank new, updated. Bathroom clean, room very clean. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Included breakfast. Make your own waffles, toast, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, apples oranges, coffee, and they have coffee mate vanilla creamer which was nice. Biscuits and gravy. Oranges, and apples. Decent breakfast. Not close to the beach..but considering we there for holiday weekend, and at the last minute tried hotwire for a room...and found this for $108.. Not bad at all! Waffle house walking distance, and two gas stations, with a circle K. Publix around the corner, Ross. Centrally located. They were kind enough to give me tooth brush and toothpaste...since we were there as a last minute beach day! Staff very friendly. There is a pool and hot tub..but we didn't try.
After we checked in we were told that they didn't have enough room keys and that every time we need to open the room we need to go to front desk for them to call someone to open the door for us. First time we needed for them to open the door for us had to wait 25 minutes outside the room. I went to complaint and the answer i got was that they had the best rate in town (Not True) and that if I didn't like it I can check out at that time which was 11:30 pm.Also, when we first got to the room around 3:30 pm I asked for extra towels and the y never arrived. They were very rude, they didn't have a manager on site. They were not ready for a long weekend. Never coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wonderful experience! Most likely will return. Service is exceptional and our stay here was enjoyable. Everything was clean and the ambiance is beautiful. This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first time!
I stayed at the Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel while on a sightseeing visit for a couple of nights. I was on a motorcycle and it was close to the Everglades, and other places so it worked great for me. The staff were very helpful and nice and let me park my bike right at the front door which is always nice feeling that it was more secure there overnight. The rooms have just been renovated and were really nice.
Do not pay attention to the false reviews posted here. Do not go anywhere near this hotel. It's been under construction for years and is still uninhabitable. You are warned not to answer your phone by the front desk due to the high level of scammers. If you do answer the phone it is for the drug dealer who just left the room in a hurry.. There is a reason why this hotel is so inexpensive. Please be smarter with your life and your money.
Large room, plenty of furniture, an excellent A/C system (not the through the wall type) with a real thermostat and full controls to make room temperature comfortable and VERY quiet. The 2 queen beds were superbly comfortable as were the multiple pillows on each bed. The bathroom was first rate with way better than average counter space. The front desk was great (Daniel did our reservations and check-in). We needed a place in a hurry, as we had to flee another hotel, so we asked for an early (10AM) check in. He was able to accommodate us without problem. Greg Nichols, the GM, was very attentive to any concerns we had. The breakfast area was huge; the variety was fabulous as was the quality of the food. We used the pool which was delightful, and the fitness room also met our needs. We really can't praise this place enough and would recommend it to anyone. One note: because of the construction, it was not allowed to display the Best Western logos anywhere (we found it listed as such in the phone directory). It's I-75, Exit 107, west on Pine Ridge Rd (896), first left on Whippoorwill Ln, the first left on Dudley Dr. The only banner visible was a giant "OPEN" one on the center pyramid atop the hotel.
Location for proximity to I-75 is very good. The breakfast offerings were among the poorest I have ever encountered. Prepare to eat out (IHOP) is next door! There are no provision for shade around the pool area. Whirlpool not working.
We stayed here because we arrived a night earlier than expected. The front desk attendant, Daniel was so awesome and accommodating! We are on our honeymoon and he upgraded us to a suite without hesitation and extended our check out time! For the money these rooms were great and very clean. They did have a musty smell to them, but they are renovating so I'm sure it will go away. Awesome experience!
we loved our stay! Hope to stay another time The room was clean, bathrooms clean and tv worked just fine. The Pool was clean and fun to be in. Customer Service was great:) We had everything we needed in the room. The information desk was useful to get around.
