What a great hotel to stay while in Fort Myers Beach Fl. Check in was a breeze, Mike was so helpful. Our room was perfect, all new, with kitchenette. Comfortable beds & plenty of room. Also, great balcony overlooking the beach, pool and beautiful views. Breakfast was delish and was included as well as parking. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

This was a really great hotel. Super clean, folks were very nice and helpful. Room was well stocked, but when we needed a corkscrew, we were immediately provided one. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Coco (hotel's parrot) was very well cared for as well. I will stay here every time I stay in this area! Price was good, I didn't feel gouged, and it was a lovely stay. Balcony view was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Beach Resort in Fort Myers Beach and would absolutely stay here again. I was traveling with my 12-year-old son, and this hotel ended up being a huge part of what made his last trip before school starts so special. The location is fantastic. The hotel has a walkout directly onto the beach—literally just steps from the hotel door. The beach had plenty of usable space and never felt overly crowded during our stay. The hotel also has beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent, although we were perfectly happy sitting on towels in the sand. The main tourist area with restaurants, ice cream, shops, bike rentals, and trolley services was only about a 3–5 minute walk away, so we rarely needed the car for anything nearby. Our fifth-floor room had an amazing beach-facing balcony overlooking the beach, pool, and outdoor seating area with shuffleboard. The room had two comfortable queen beds, plenty of pillows, great lighting options, room-darkening blinds, and excellent charging options between the beds, including outlets, USB ports, and a wireless phone charger. The TV allowed us to easily access Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, and other streaming services using a QR code, and the accounts automatically logged out for security. The bathroom was spacious, with a very large shower and full-size mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with hand soap and lotion. The room also had a microwave, two-burner stovetop, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, which would be especially convenient for families or longer stays. The complimentary breakfast was another nice perk. There were waffles, eggs, breakfast potatoes, bagels, cream cheese, and drinks, and the lobby had two self-service coffee machines with regular and decaf coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and plenty of creamers and sweeteners. And my son absolutely loved Coco, the hotel's live talking parrot! 🦜 Coco says “Hello, Coco” and laughs, and having a real parrot in the lobby was such a fun and memorable touch for a kid. They even sell Coco plushies as souvenirs. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was easy, and there was plenty of parking. The elevators were a little slow at times, but there were stairs available and we never had any real problems getting around. Overall, what stood out to us was how family-friendly and thoughtfully designed the hotel was. It wasn't just a place to sleep—it was comfortable, convenient, directly on the beach, walkable to everything we needed, and had so many little touches that made the stay enjoyable. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. It was the perfect place for us to spend the last few days of summer break and we're already looking forward to coming back. 🏖️❤️

-1Our experience at Best Western Plus Beach Resort was deeply disappointing and left us feeling completely misled. The room we were shown online was not the room we received upon arrival. Instead, we were told that if we wanted the room that had originally been advertised, we would have to pay an additional amount. After repeatedly expressing our concerns, the staff assured us that the issue had been resolved and that our rate had been adjusted accordingly. However, after we had already checked out and returned home, we discovered that additional charges had been processed on our account without our knowledge or presence, effectively reversing what we had been told. This experience left us feeling deceived and taken advantage of. The hotel staff members we interacted with were courteous and professional, but the way management handled this situation was unacceptable. Promises were made but not honored, and the lack of transparency regarding the charges seriously undermined our trust. My advice to future guests is simple: review every charge carefully, keep copies of all receipts, and verify your final bill before leaving. Based on our experience, I would urge others to be extremely cautious when staying at this property. We left feeling that the hotel failed to honor its commitments and did not treat its guests with the honesty and fairness they deserve.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Fort Myers Beach this weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making check-in and the entire stay pleasant and stress-free. The location was excellent, with convenient access to the beach and local restaurants. My room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. I was especially impressed by the overall cleanliness of the property and the attentive customer service. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Fort Myers Beach. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Arrived unexpectedly at the Best Western Plus Beach Resort in Ft Myers Beach, Florida to find an exceptional location, hotel, staff and time. No seaweed as found along the Atlantic side the last few years - plus you get the sunsets over the ocean water ! Warm, gentle, clear water with sand bottom where you can find sand dollars, shells and see dolphins and fish. Boats going by. The architecture is also exceptional as the porch of each room is deep so avoiding too much sun or wind or rain is possible for everyone :-) !! Don't worry about drying out swim suits flying away ! Enjoy the view and warmth of Florida ! Rooms are big enough to navigate for the group and the location itself is superb. A two block walk takes you to restaurants and entertainment both along the beach and away. The pool sits beachside so viewing the ocean and sunsets while close to rooms or amenities or a short jump to sea shell hunting is yours to enjoy. Put your feet into both pool and ocean while meeting other guests. A double win. Do it near sunset with someone special and, later after stars come out and returning from that short walk to - life on vacation. You get the idea! Enjoy the friendly staff as well. We did it all ! Going back !

The hotel is right on the beach with convenient umbrella/chair rentals for a reasonable price. The pool is facing the beach as well so there was a choice of one or the other or both. The room was clean and the kitchenette with full sized refrigerator was a plus and the citrusy bathroom toiletries smell amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was a variety of hot/cold foods, and everything was fresh. Restaurants are within walking distance (our favorite is the Fish and Chips at Nervous Nellie's). Definitely will be going back.

The BWP continues to be the best property on the island! It has a great location on the quiet end. The whole staff offers excellent customer service (shout out to Joy, Scott, and Mike). The rooms are sparkling clean, upper floors offer a great beach view,pool and landscaping are tip top, and the breakfast is very good.Can't imagine finding a better property for the price.

The beach was great! Chair rentals right in front of hotel. The 2bed suite was fantastic!!! Walking location to shopping and dining.

Exceptionally clean hotel with nicely updated rooms/kitchenettes. Breakfast was wonderful with great hot and cold selections. Loved the biscuits and bacon! Front desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance staff were also wonderful. Loved the laundry facilities and beach towel availability. Yards were beautifully kept. Beach Service available right in front of hotel. Conveniently located on the quieter end of the beach. Very relaxing atmosphere. Free shuffleboard on the lawn. Ample free parking definitely a PLUS in Florida! Convenient to several very good restaurants. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Girls trip, What an amazing place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, they go above and beyond to help with any of your needs. Right on the beach. Walking distance to downtown. Restaurants and bars and shopping are minutes away. Breakfast is included.

Location & staff were excellent!

We have stayed at this hotel several times before the hurricane and always had a wonderful experience, which is why we decided to return for a two-week stay. Before arriving this time, we weren't quite sure what to expect, both from the hotel renovations and from Fort Myers Beach itself. But honestly, don't hesitate: it is absolutely still worth it. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The renovated rooms, lobby, and breakfast area are beautifully done and create a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The garden already looks lovely as well, adding to the overall feeling of tranquility. The location remains perfect: on the quieter part of the beach, yet within easy walking distance of several restaurants. It was great to see that many places have reopened, bringing back that enjoyable holiday vibe to the area. What really made our stay special was the friendliness of the entire team. A big thank you to the whole front desk for the warm welcome, with a special mention to Joy and Mike for their kindness and helpfulness—Mike always being up for a joke added a nice personal touch. Also a thank you to Bianca at breakfast, who took such good care of us every morning. And of course, we cannot forget the star of the hotel: Coco, the talking parrot, who never failed to brighten our day! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Great hotel on the beach! Quiet, clean, and friendly staff!

We normally go to Siesta Key but the beach and most beach front rentals are not dog friendly. Not going to lie I was hesitant to book for our spring break but as soon as we arrived all the doubt went away. We loved everything about our stay. Every area of the hotel was kept clean, decent hotel breakfast with different options each day, all day coffee, clean beach towels, friendly staff and we loved being able to have our dogs with us. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. We stayed in suite 511 with the separate bedroom with 2 full beds. Sure wish they were queen beds instead but that was the only thing I would change. Really enjoyed sitting on the large balcony in the mornings and evenings with the awesome view. Kitchen seemed to be decently stocked. I did not cook but I did appreciate the plastic bowls with lids for fruit that we cut up. Staff went above and beyond one morning and helped jump our rental car when it would not start. Overall we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back.

Renovations are incredible! The beach view from the room, sitting area on grass between beach & rooms is perfect for sunsets & shuffleboard. Everything about the service, value, amenities, cleanliness, and location make it a perfect spot to park & enjoy being walking distance to everywhere you'd want to go!

I've stayed here several times. Location is great (North end of beach), its quiet & away from the noise/ crowds . Love the free tram that picks up in front of the hotel & the hot breakfast daily. The staff & the Owner are very nice & patient. The rooms are newly renovated & its very clean inside & outside of the hotel. The courtyard & pool is perfect. I used Instacart to deliver groceries from Publix. Im adding a picture of the beach chairs their vendor uses. Its my only complaint. I used a chair & umbrella someone left & I tipped the chair crew daily to drill a hole for my umbrella. March 2026 they were charging $40 for 2 chairs & umbrella. Umbrella alone was $30.

Just completed a week stay and it was great. The hotel room was clean and had a great view of the sunset. Free breakfast was serviced hot with. Varied menu every other day as far as the meat & egg selection. The area was well stocked, clean and comfortable. I always saw people cleaning the property including making sure the pool area was reorganized and ready for the next day. All the employees were very kind and supportive from the front desk, housekeeping to maintenance. Coco, the parrot always said “hello” and is a great mascot! I'm not sure who maintains the beach but I watched folks cleaning the beach and racking with tractors, which was nice to see. The location with a short 10 minute walk to various restaurants, shops, and the entertainment square. I highly recommend this location for a visit to Fort Myers Beach!

This hotel has become my happy place. My husband and I have stayed here in May, September and most recently February. Before that we stayed numerous times over the past 40 years. It's the perfect place for relaxing and recharging. The staff is exceptional!!! We started each day with breakfast in the lobby. Breakfast attendants Meylynn and Bianca were always smiling, always cleaning and always refilling. Thanks ladies!! We then moved on to the lovely beach area. Jason at the chair and umbrella rental in front of the hotel was friendly and accommodating. Any interaction with the front desk during our stay from Feb 10-19 was positive and caring. Mike, Jeff, Scott, and Joy were all standout staff members. Thanks everyone!!.

This is an extremely nice Best Western Plus property, very pleasantly situated right at the edge of the beach, with each room (except those behind the pool) having a balcony or patio with full ocean view. But this of course means outdoor corridors to reach the rooms. It is very well managed, kept clean and sparkly. Staff from front desk to housekeeping- for the most part- are approachable and helpful. The room features full-size fridge, two-burner electric stove top (no oven), and full size microwave, which are all convenient. As mentioned, as BW+ go, this is as good as it gets, and right on the beach. Full stars for the stay. Why I am torn is that this property advertises itself as a “beach resort.” It is not that. There are no resort activities, even for kids. There is no spa. There is no whirlpool. There is not enough shade outdoors- not enough umbrellas around the pool or on the lawn area. There is no fitness room. There is no restaurant, and no bar. There is only one elevator right at the front desk, and the wait can be long, as it is also used by housekeeping and maintenance. This was rebuilt after the hurricane, and looks new. But it seems to have been rebuilt to a BW price point, not that of a beach resort. There is no retractable line in the shower to hang wet bathing suits. No room safe. WiFi in the rooms can be poor. Breakfast is nice, on a par with say a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express, but nothing resort special. Self serve, paper plates, small plastic cutlery, yogurt from a machine. The room toilet is low to the floor. There is no grab bar in the shower. Toilet paper is very thin, single ply. Despite prominent signs, people do reserve lounges or corner tables around the pool early on, leaving towels or old flip flops to claim the space long before they themselves show up. Additionally, you are charged in advance for a day when you make your reservation- even when guaranteeing with a card and choosing pay later. Would I stay there again? On one hand, yes, as it is a very nice property, well managed with great view and beach access. On the other hand, no, because it advertises itself as a beach resort, and it just doesn't reach that level. ESPECIALLY at $600 a night. In the last year I've stayed at true beach resorts in Fiji and Greece- half board, sea front, private pool- full resort amenities, stocked room bar- for the same price. And sadly the fact that this does not have the ambiance and features of a resort as it names itself, I have to deduct stars. Having said all that, as a beachfront Best Western, we did enjoy the stay, and would consider staying again.

The location is fantastic on the water, the rooms all face the beach. Very clean rooms , staff are fantastic. We are looking forward to going back. We've been there twice.

This is truly an exceptional hotel! We had stayed 2 times before the hurricane & once during Covid. Both were wonderful vacations. This one was even better. Everything is NEW, spotless, immaculate, updated. The vibe is cozy & causal, with beauty EVERYwhere you look. The hot breakfast is better than ever, diverse, hearty with a yogurt machine & several toppings, yum. And the staff - the best. They're friendly, efficient & helpful. Jessica, Joy, Scott, Mike - thank you for everything. We had to juggle our dates & leave early due to my MIL's illness & the staff were gracious & kind. 💜 We missed saying Hi & congrats to Tim as we are so happy for the new chapter of this wonderful hotel. We also like chatting with Tim about a certain few MLB teams! ;)) Our adult daughter & hubs just made reservations for their 2nd visit & we too hope to return again soon. Blessings to all!

We came with our 5 week old and 4 year old and it was the perfect place for a family getaway. Everyone was so welcoming - it felt like home away from home. We had a very good pool day and a beach day. The beach is so clean and right at your footsteps. Perfect for families. No parking fees which is rare in this location. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Ask reception about some of the local deals they have for great food. Breakfast waffles were delicious! The room was very cute and clean. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with full size fridge and stove top with pots and pans. Beds were super comfortable. And we watched the most BEAUTIFUL sunsets from our balcony every night. We couldn't recommend this place enough. Can't wait to come back!

I'll start with check in we got there early we asked front seat Alyssa if possible to check in and about getting a higher floor room, she said no check in is at 4 she stressed and you basically get what you get! So upon entering room at 4 it smelled nice, great view we only got floor 2 by construction but it was weekend so we got lucky, no noise. This hotel is in great quiet location on beach u can walk to many restaurants, the free breakfast is decent. Eggs bacon yogurt and breads. Jason on beach was good about setting up chairs for a decent charge.. upon check out we asked Joy at front desk about a late check out. She laughed and said no. Also front desk crew never once greeted us a hello or good morning, seemed like they were bothered by customers. So I would stay again here again based on location

Having stayed at the best western plus many times over the last 25 years. We were eager to return following a previous visit cancelled through the covid pandemic, and then followed by the damage caused by hurricane Ian. Our long awaited return resulted in a wonderful 10 night stay. The whole building and its grounds have been restored and remodelled, and, to a very high standard. It is impeccable. Spotlessly clean (as it always was). Nice comfy beds and that fabulous view of the gulf from the balconies cannot be beaten. The rooms are beautiful, light and airy. We were spoilt as we had room 318. Gorgeous, spacious two bedroom two bathroom suite. Now with lovely walk-in showers instead of bathtubs. Breakfast is complimentary and has a lovely variety of options which are delicious. There is something for everyone.The 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby is a bonus. All the public areas, pool and gardens are beautifully laid out with ample sun loungers, and seating. Glad to see the pool is still heated, It was nice to see some old faces, in particular Joy and Scott on reception, and of course, long serving staff member Coco the resident parrot was in fine fettle with his cheery "hello's. All the staff are very helpful, courteous and friendly as is Tim, the owner/manager. It was good to see quite a number of bars and restaurants operating again in the area, and I am sure that over the next few months many more will be back. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot for relaxation during the day, and close enough to bars and restaurants. in the evenings. We will be back as soon as possible, hopefully in the spring, if not, then definitely, the following year.

Good getaway with a great location on Ft. Myers Beach. PROS: rooms nicely renovated with tile, clean and spacious, bed comfortable, no rug, all rooms have a nice balcony facing the ocean and full kitchen (A BIG PLUS), nice pool area, lots of palm trees, shuffleboard, no resort fee, free parking, complimentary breakfast with indoor/outdoor tables and chairs to sit and eat. Dog-friendly. Beautiful view and spectacular sunsets. Ten minute walk to town. Half hour drive to Sanibel Island. Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille (our absolute favorite) is a five minute drive. CONS: Everything at the hotel shuts down at sundown which was 6pm at this time of the year. Pool closes, no lights on balcony "because sea turtles" even though that's only 6 months out of the year, no restaurant or bar to hang out. Two foldable beach chairs with umbrella is $40/day. Water was brackish and not clear blue like in 2021 when I visited. Cannot leave your dog in the room even for a second or anywhere in the lobby even if he doesn't bark. Lots of closed shops and construction around town since Hurricane Ian destroyed the area, but they're slowly rebuilding. Overall, if you're looking to visit Ft. Myers Beach and don't mind going into town for the nightlife and cocktails, the beach is at your front door and this is an affordable option.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were all very welcoming. Our room was amazing, with a spectacular view of the beach. The balcony was very spacious. Breakfast was good and plentiful every morning. It was a 4 minute walk to the square with the restaurants and gift shops. The entire hotel inside and out was very clean. It was quiet and the air conditioner worked great and was also very quiet. 10/10 recommend.

First of all we have stayed at the Best Western Plus Fort Myers Beach for many years. We were anxious to come back after the renovations from the damage caused by Hurricane Ian. We were not disappointed. All the rooms have been remodeled and are fresh and clean. All room face the beach and have a balcony except for the ground floor rooms. My wife and I decided to go in October where the temperatures are cooler. No temps in the 90's but every day the high ended up around 85. Guests here start there morning with a free breakfast buffet server from 7-10 every day. Free coffee is available 24 hours a day. We took advantage of the beach rentals and spent half the day renting an umbrella and two chairs for $40. Jason was amazing and took care of us every day of our stay. Be advised that right next door on the left side of the hotel there is construction going on so if you like to sleep in you may hear some work going on. Try and book a room on the right side rooms # 7-17 if you like to sleep in as work starts first thing in the morning. All the restaurants we like to visit were open. I recommend Doc Ford's and Parrot Key which are 5 minutes away. There is cable television in the rooms but no instructions. I stumbled upon the ability to mirror my phone to the TV using the TV remote which called it casting so we could watch Thursday Night Football which was not carried on the TV. There is only one chair in the room and it got a bit uncomfortable watching on the bed. Besides all this we will be back as we love Fort Myers Beach and this is the best place to stay!

Our first time back to Ft. Myers Beach since hurricane Ian and we were not disappointed. Our stay at BW Beach Resort was perfect! Our room was clean, comfortable with beautifully fresh updates. Price was fair for a room right on the beach. The location is perfect as we were walking distance to great eateries but far enough away from the crowd. Spectacular sunsets with all rooms facing the water. Breakfast was delish. Jason took care of our beachside umbrella and chairs with charm and great conversation. We are looking forward to staying here the next time we visit. 100% recommend BW Plus Beach Resort.

Really great place to stay. Lovely very clean rooms. Good breakfast and coffee/tea machines available day and evening with delicious cappuccino. Large BBQ available in the lovely grounds. The staff are so friendly and helpful which spilled over to the guests making the whole experience very friendly. It was a big plus being able to walk into Fort Myers Beach town so avoiding car parking fees. Only one slight niggle, the coffee table on the balcony was very small and could only be used for a couple of drinks. Apart from that we loved our week here. Thank you all.

We stayed at the Best Western Beachfront in Fort Myers this September, and honestly, you cannot ask for a better spot for the price. The property has been fully renovated since the hurricane and looks fantastic. Out of all the beachfront hotels we checked, this one has the widest stretch of sand, and the palm trees out front make it feel like a postcard. The rooms were spotless, and the beds and pillows were as comfortable as any five star hotel I have stayed in. Every single room has a view of the beach, which is such a bonus. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. There are not many extras like a bar or gym, but there is a heated outdoor pool. It is not huge, so I can imagine it gets crowded at peak times, but the water was perfect for our stay. They also offer chair and umbrella rentals right on the beach, three days for $100. Jason, who runs it, set everything up for us each morning and was great to work with. The location could not be better. You can walk right along the beach to get into town, where all the shops and restaurants are just across the street. Breakfast is included, but it is fairly basic and repetitive. The best spread was on the weekend. With so many food trucks and cafes nearby, it is easy to grab something different if you want. We usually stay at the Marriott, Hyatt, or Hilton, but this Best Western really impressed us. Between the beach access, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and value for money, I would highly recommend it. We are already planning our return next year.

Spent a 3 day weekend here in September 2025. The hotel was recently renovated due to hurrican Ian, everything looks to be new. We found the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the entire hotel including our room, breakfast area and pool were very clean. Our room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent, a short walk to shops and restaurants and you are directly on the beach. I think all of the rooms are beachfront. The hotel has fantastic sunset views as well. Free breakfast is included with a wide variety of food, everything we had was good. All in all a great hotel!

We had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago before a hurricane had practically destroyed it. We were so happy they had rebuilt and were anxious to stay there again. It is as nice if not better than before the hurricane. If I wanted to, I don't think I could find anything negative to say. All of the staff, front desk,house keeping,groundskeeping to breakfast staff are wonderful. The hotel is spotless,breakfast is tasty and a perfect location. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Fort Myers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus. Enjoyed the room and the delicious breakfast served in the morning. The beach and pool makes it convenient that you don't have to go anywhere. I had a wonderful time and will be back again.

Well this place is just all the things that all the 5 star reviews say it is. It is by far the best BW beach hotel I've ever stayed at. You can go to the beach just steps from your room any time of the day or night, and not have to worry about tides. That's no longer the case on the Atlantic side. Our 5th floor room---which we requested and GOT---was perfect. Roomy yet cozy, spotless, fresh, cool and with amazing views. Every room in this hotel looks out to the beach. There is a nice sized pool, extensive landscaped grounds, shuffleboard, and jet skis for rent. The breakfast area was immaculate, and the food the best we've had. Ample parking, quick elevators, very quiet and tranquil grounds. Mike and Joy at the front desk were as wonderful as they could be. We really liked the full kitchen, it saved us alot of money on food. No surprises at checkout, the bill was exactly what they said it would be. Anybody who doesn't give this place a 5 star rave must be either not in the right mind or ridiculously high maintenance. We WILL RETURN. Grade : A+!

3 night stay with my wife at this beachfront hotel just a few minutes walk from Fort Myers beach resort. Great welcome - thanks Mike. Terrific room with balcony, kitchen area and modern bathroom. Hotel sadly suffered in recent hurricanes but has been rebuilt superbly. Ideal breakfast and great pool with attractive garden area. Free parking. We hope to return!

After being down for 3 years and under going a complete renovation, I can honestly say this property is impeccable. The view from the top floor is magnificent! The bedding was comfortable, and the new shower was very convenient. The breakfast bar was very tasty and well stocked.

This resort is right on the beach. All rooms face the gulf and the beach. The hotel pool and grounds are wonderful. Nice breakfast included. Free parking. Staff very helpful. Everything is clean and new (complete renovation completed in April 2025). Near many restaurants. Had a wonderful time at the Beach!

We first stayed at the Best Western Beach Resort over 40 years ago. My children grew up coming to this resort and always loved it. This time it was just my husband and myself. We just needed a relaxing vacation. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Newly remodeled, everything was clean and fresh. We started the day with the complimentary breakfast. I loved the fruit and my husband loved the bacon. The breakfast ladies worked very hard keeping things full and neat. The palm tree grove was a wonderful place to sit in the shade and look at the beach. The pool and gulf were warm and wonderful. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. One night we had a very small problem and Scott at the front desk quickly took care of it with the help of the maintenance man with the pony tail. Both were exceptionally helpful!! Most of the front desk staff were very nice. The maintenance staff and house keeping were friendly and full of hospitality. We were both happy to see that Coco was still around. Thanks for the great trip last month. We will be back!!!!

This place has a great location,the amenities were perfect. The cleanliness was unbelievable! The staff is top notch! We are already planning to-panning on going back.The beach in front of the building was nice. White sand beach.you can rent chairs and an umbrella right out front.

Just reopened after 2+ years of renovation mandated after surviving 3 major hurricanes. Net result is a completely new hotel built on the storm proven "bones" of the original structure. So beautiful with everything you could ask for of a new property but with all the experience of a long time location. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Each room provides a beautiful view of the gulf. Friendly service, pet friendly and plenty of parking. We plan on returning as often as we can.

I gave this hotel a perfect score on Booking.com. First time I've ever done that. Here's why: Location: This property sits on what a local told me is the prettiest stretch of beach on Estero Island. It is within easy walking distance of Times Square and its bars, restaurants and shops. Room: Brand new, completely refurbished after Hurricane Ian. The rooms have private balconies with excellent views of the Gulf. Staff: Everyone at this property gave 110% effort to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was attentive and impeccable. The ladies who ran the breakfast buffet did a fantastic job. Front desk was helpful in every way. Price: A tremendous value! No resort fees. No parking fees. Just everything I needed and nothing that I didn't - but would have been charged for if I had stayed somewhere else. Summary: If you're headed to FMB, do yourself a favor and stay here!

The ocean front view is amazing. I know it just opened but the grounds are pristine. The king size room was clean, well decorated, and to my surprise filled with cooking items and a full size refrigerator with freezer. We were going out each day but it would be the perfect place to fix lunches and eat on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and Gulf. It is within easy walking of restaurants, ice cream, and surf shops. Tips, I would say is to take a fan as the unit is a wall one and on the opposite side from the beds. Also, due to wind double check your door when leaving as you need to pull it hard to lock in place.

We have always stayed here before hurricane Ian and were thrilled when they opened back up. With the kitchenettes it makes it so nice to not have to eat every meal out and to be able to enjoy sunset cocktails on our patio. So make sure you stop at the store and liquor store before you get to the beach. They also serve a continental breakfast in the mornings and have coffee ready for you all day in the lobby or your room!!! The restaurants were so easy to walk to when we did want to go out and eat whether it was for lunch or dinner. The people at this hotel are family and try to make your stay feel like you are family also. Everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. The staff, well let's just say very friendly. We will be back every year that we can make it!

I usually take my time when researching a family vacation but when I saw this hotel I booked it without hesitation. it was PERFECT. Private beach; every rom has a provate ocean view balacony; walking distance to Timese Square either via beach or street; beach sports/rentals on property; incredible hot breakfast; very comfortable rooms with kitchenette. It was everything I was looking for and the price was reasonable and it came with the trustworthy Best Western name so there was no risk. We hope that you came back strong from hurricane Ian. The Best Western is our favorite place to stay when visiting Fort Myers beach. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is clean and managed well. We love this place and the close proximity to the beach. Unfortunately we were evacuated during hurricane Ian and with the devastation to the island, I'm not sure when we will be able to return.

Our stay was very pleasant. We came to check out the hotel for our future reservation. We have reservations for 2 weeks in Feb 2023. We hope the hotel and area can rebuild. We love the location, the pool was nice. Our best regards to the staff during this time.

Mostly came to send thoughts and prayers to the staff. Looking forward to returning soon!The beach was amazing and the staff was very kind. The kitchen setup was fabulous. The hotel was quite, but there was a lot of smoking on the balconies. The room was clean. The breakfast was creative and the staff serving/setting up were wonderful. We walked to the Pink Shell Hotel for drinks in the evenings.

A wonderful hotel direct waterfront great pool and breakfast but most of all overall nice staff Joy at the desk a real gem The rooms are all waterfront with great beds. I would highly recommend this hotel
