"Enjoyed our stay"
Karen P, 04 Octobre 2023

Great value. The rooms were small but comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was wonderful after touring all day. They serve a good breakfast and Patty kept the dishes refilled and made our coffee when machine was not making it to our taste. The staff was great and it was easy to get to transportation. By staying there you get away from the tourist crowds. The nearby restaurants were very good and inexpensive.

"Good value for money, spacious room with good amenities. No regrets. "
rmamidanna, 03 Septembre 2023

We enjoyed the stay. Good location. Very spacious room with jacuzzi. Very comfortable bed and mattress. Large bathroom with wet room and shower. Very kind and polite staff who were very helpful. Would be happy to come back and stay here. Couple of issues was that TV wasn't connecting to internet and some bathroom fittings were slightly loose. But overall very happy with the stay.

"A good hotel for its price, close to a train station"
vladchern2022, 16 Juillet 2023

A non-expensive alternative to travel to the city and nearby places. 1-7 minute to a train stations. Do not expect anything more from it. Breakfast is not free, but non-expensive; no laundry service (wash everything critical yourself), often noisy (staff, train station, luna park), mosquitos in the room.

"A LAST MINUTE BOOKING BUT A WARM WELCOME "
andrewtN1926JU, 05 Juin 2023

a very short night spent at this hotel which we booked at the last minute when BA cancelled our flight. the man in reception was excellent and welcoming as well as reserved an earay morning taxi for us. room was smallish but a big shower and could not be faulted

"Not a 4 star"
NormJ695, 26 Mars 2023

The hotel is just average. it is not in a good area, warned by university student. It does have good access to train/subway system. That is why we stayed there. Would not go back. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything!!

"good hotel, not very central"
Jony1972, 08 Août 2022

the hotel is actually very good, but... pros: spacious room, comfy bed, good bathroom, nice breakfast with good variety of dishes including fruits cons: location - far away from everything. 15min walking distance to train station along the road (not very convinient in dark), metro is far away and bus schedule is terrible, located next to the train path

"A Jewel in Wexfords Crown"
Ralph J, 23 Juillet 2022

We visited on 19th July 2022. What a wonderful place! The OPW staff were so friendly, the range of trees, shrubs and plants was amazing and there is a lovely little lake with ducks, moorhens and very active fish. There is also a kiosk serving lovely coffee and cakes and a playground for younger visitors. Check out the very interesting exhibitions, one on JFK, which includes a full size replica of a Mercury capsule, and another on the many types of trees. All in all, we had a lovely time and would definitely visit again and would highly recommend it to others.

"Nice stay"
1308dianam, 02 Janvier 2022

We enjoyed the hotel for a couple of days. The hotel itself is tidy, lobby area is small and cozy. The room was nice but too much noise, it was facing on the rood so first night l could not sleep. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was tasty. Parking available.

"Comfortable short stay"
madhunair2020, 25 Août 2020

My wife and I had a comfortable short stay at this business class hotel not far from Naples International Airport with easy access to Naples, Pompeii / Vesuvius, Sorrento / Amalfi / Positano both by car and public transportation. The staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Naples. The hotel is suitable for both business and leisure stays. It's good value for money for a modern hotel with both public and private parking facilities in Naples.

"perfect"
SUSAND7354, 10 Janvier 2020

My stay at Best Western JFK couldn't have been better. The staff are friendly and the hotel is comfortable and clean. One of the best breakfast I had in Italy and perfect service It was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel

"Great hotel and location"
Sonia R, 11 Octobre 2019

Just returned from staying 4 nights at the JFK best western in Viale Kennedy Naples. My husband and I were a bit sceptical having book it after reading some negative reviews. We found the hotel in general to be excellent. our room was very comfortable and very well appointed. The staff throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and the staff were always attentive. The train was literally a 2 minute walk away and so easy to use, getting into the centre of Naples was about 4 stops, about 15 minutes and in the opposite direction a variety of towns to explore and visit. 6 stops in the opposite direction takes you to Pozzuoli a beautiful town, where we also took the ferry to Ischia. We found a few restaurants along from the hotel and discovered a great place about a 15 minute walk away which we ate at on a few occasions. This area is a lot quieter than the centre of Naples and there is quite a bit of graffiti on parts of it and at the station, but that didn't bother us In the slightest, we never felt at any time frightening or intimidated walking at night time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely return.

"Fantastic, will be back"
ruthlazkoz, 29 Août 2019

Close to the public transport, quiet room, friendly efficient service, excellent breakfast with local specialities, modern cozy room, fantastic air conditioning system. Will definitely be back on our next visit to Naples.

"Average hotel with lots of issues."
VKonsulov, 18 Juillet 2019

First let me say this hotel is not a BW. They are using the brand as a franchise, but nothing inside reminds me of a decent BW. The receptionist was polite, but could barely speak English. There is only one elevator for some reason. Rooms are weird and not friendly looking. Breakfast is way below average. Parking is cheap, but you have to reserve in advance. We had a problem with the A/C which was unfixable so they had to move us to a different room. They generously gave us an apartment, which is quite a lot better than our original room. Pictures are from both.

"Comfortable and basic"
Sugarplumcici, 09 Juin 2019

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our trip. We found the staff to be nice and helpful, rooms are clean and breakfast sufficient. However, the decor (pretty barren lobby...) and quality of bedding (too soft) rather basic. Location is within easy reach of two train stations, but it is situated between a train track and noisy road, making it very noisy and I couldn't sleep well. Doesn't help that the walls are thin. Comfortable enough for a short stay and does its job.

"Perfect for what we needed!"
LauraBowyer, 06 Juin 2019

The hotel and staff were amazing, couldn't have asked for more. Location wise, it was perfect for us visiting for a football match at the stadium up the road which finished late. There are local shops, pubs and restaurants close by. There is a lovely little zoo across the road along with a funfair and bowling. The town centre is a little further out but there are many transport links close by to get you there directly within about 30 minutes.

"Take it or leave it"
Hilary J, 13 Avril 2019

In general, the hotel is clean, rooms are appointed well, and internet is pretty good. They also serve a great breakfast. However, I would not recommend staying here. The location is not good - a 30 minute train ride to the city center. Nothing around the hotel and staff is not very helpful. I get the sense that they don't like their jobs. They state that they have English TV stations and shuttle rides to the airport. Neither is true. Also, had an issue with the heat in the room. It got to 27 degrees and found out it is controlled by the front desk. Had to ask several times to lower the temp. It actually got quite uncomfortable. Again pluses and minuses but nothing within walking distance of the hotel so why stay here

"Stay at JFK in Napoli"
Departure35094082401, 01 Février 2019

Excellent hotel in a nice area. The breakfast buffet was the most varied we have experienced and everything was really delicious. The service was courteous and professional. The room was OK: clean and comfortable.

"Edenlandia"
jonrY3451YU, 29 Janvier 2019

Exactly perfect for a city break. Quite a long way out, but it's only 100m from nearest station (edenlandia) for 1.30 each to the city on the cumana line. The only problem is wrestling with Italian public transport. Pretty decent Chinese restaurant just along the road. Breakfast is great. Room clean. Would have been 5star but the shower was only half working.

"Liked the room and the price/quality balance"
Alexander K, 09 Janvier 2019

We've stayed at JFK BW Hotel during New year vacation for a few days. Hotel offers really great price/ quality balance and the only minus was that it is not close to the city center (however, it takes only 13-15 euro and 10 minutes to get from hotel to the Naples city center by taxi). The rest was fine: large room with its own sauna and jacuzzi, Luna park in just 2 minutes, breakfast, WiFi, stuff, etc. We have really enjoyed the time we've spent there!

"Poor start to my holiday."
Julian S, 04 Janvier 2019

I have just returned from an 8 day holiday in Naples, Italy, where I stayed in the Best Western JFK hotel on the outskirts of the city. This is my honest, fair and balanced review of the hotel. Whereas there were a number of redeeming features at the hotel, the rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed and there was a good breakfast, there were other aspects of the hotel that sadly marred the beginning of my holiday. The name and cover pictures of this hotel suggest a rather glamorous place to stay. In reality the hotel is a long way out of Naples and in a rough part of the city, sandwiched between a gas station and railway tracks. Please see my picture! There is a lot of litter and graffiti in Naples and this area is no exception. There is however a wonderful zoo right opposite the hotel, but strangely the hotel never recommended this jewel right on their doorstep. I therefore assumed it was closed, but thankfully I visited the zoo on my last day and it was the highlight of my holiday in Naples! When I arrived at the hotel I unpacked my case but later discovered that the TV in my room did not work. As I was staying over Christmas and am a solo traveller, I wanted to watch some TV as the hotel advertises that it has English speaking channels in the rooms. I contacted reception and they tried to fix my TV but were unable to do so. They said that I would have to pack up and change my room which I was reluctant to do because I had already unpacked my suitcase. I felt that it was THEIR responsibility to check the facilities in the rooms before the guests arrive! So for the first 2 nights I was unable to watch TV. The next more serious problem I encountered was that the thermostat in the room did not control my room temperature. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating as the temperature had climbed to 25C even though I had set the thermostat to about 15C (Please see my picture). I called reception but they had some difficulty speaking English and I did not speak Italian. This happened for the first 3 nights in a row. I had to get dressed in the middle of the night, go down to reception and plead with them to reduce the temperature in my room. The hotel receptionist told me to open my windows to reduce the temperature despite there being no screens on the windows and a busy road outside. They told me that the room temperature was controlled by the reception not by the guests in their room! Weird! I also discovered a live cockroach on my bed in my room on my 2nd day which I killed and flushed down the the toilet. Whereas I understand that this was a Mediterranean country, I did not expect to see a cockroach in my room. I asked my booking company to complain on my behalf in view of the poor service that I received at the beginning of my holiday which they did. For compensation the hotel offered me the snacks and fizzy drinks in the minibar (cool cabinet) in my room that I had been using. I had assumed that these were complimentary as there was no notification anywhere to the contrary. I am therefore not able to recommend this hotel. Please note that I was a guest at the hotel and not an employee or a friend of an employee and this is an independent truthful review.

"Good value for the money"
Canadian1977-12, 19 Décembre 2018

The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was large. The only problem was the Christmas lights on the outside of the building shone through the bathroom window all night The breakfast had a very good selection.

"A happy customer"
Vicky K, 15 Décembre 2018

I am very happy with my stay at Best Western JFK. The staff are friendly and the hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is of high quality. The pastries and cakes for breakfast are freshly baked every day. I particularly like the Sfogliatelle. It was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

"I like the place"
yaire2014, 28 Octobre 2018

Location good! Especially if you're planning on going to a soccer game. Price good Food good (breakfast) Clean room The staff are friendly and helps in any matter. I recommend Thank you Antonela and Antonio

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! UNSAFE AREA"
cmcbournie, 23 Octobre 2018

Do not stay in this Hotel. Completely unsafe area. We were told to take our Jewelry off before leaving the Hotel and when we walked the street looking for a place to eat we were told we were not safe. Upon returning to the hotel and going to our room, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and we could hear a girl screaming while having sex.. It was an absolute nightmare. The room was a mess.. Not sure who it is writing the reviews for this hotel, but the location, area and hotel were an absolute nightmare.

"Stay in naples"
kalua594, 19 Octobre 2018

This was a really good place to stay after a long airplain rideThe room was clean, quiet and the curtains were so heavy that it kept the daylight outThe breakfast was an awesome surprise It was an Italian buffet and part of the room costI highly recommend this hotel

"Great hotel"
NinaS2214, 17 Octobre 2018

This hotel is very nice clean and the staff is very nice and helpful we enjoyed our 2 night stay here They have limited garage parking so u have to pre book a garage parking spot before arriving and u have to pay for it but in front of hotel there like 6 parking spots if you get lucky to park there

"3 nights stay in a super clean and quite hotel near the town centre"
Dimos G, 04 Octobre 2018

It near a green par, next to the train/metro and its very very new and clean. we loved the rooms, the parking space available underground and outside. The breakfast was also nice, with a huge selection of pastries and yogurts and fruits. Very Good coffee

"This hotel was nice with great breakfast options."
June H, 03 Octobre 2018

Staff was very nice and helpful - great with answering questions and making suggestions. Location is about 7-10 minute walk from the closest metro stop. No good restaurants or entertainment options close.

"Holiday travels"
gavinjwheaton, 23 Septembre 2018

We arrived late on both occasions and the night staff that dealt with us were extremely helpful. From providing an appropriate electricity adaptor , beers at the bar and advice as to where to visit in Naples.

"FANTASTIC!"
cin1986, 22 Septembre 2018

Hotel is great! The staff is very helpfull and so nice. They arranged our taxi service and shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are super clean and big enough. You can get everything you need in the hotel. If we go to Napoli again we will book this hotel again for sure!

"Miss Camotim"
milan n, 12 Septembre 2018

Me and my husband have just stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.I have to say, very clean rooms that are cleaned everyday to perfection.Breakfast is not great but good enought to get you going. My best compliment goes to the receptionists.I did not get thename of the woman receptionist that was kind enough to serve us some snacks when we got there and had to wait for our room to be ready as well as the check out day.I would realy like to say a special thank you to Francesco, the front desk man.I cannot explain how helpful and kind he was.Me and my husband want to say thank you to all of you that work there. We also want to send a massive hello to an older man who is sat everyday at the petrol station next door and comes to the hotel sometimes.Lovely man.

"Great hotel"
mikeplewi, 02 Septembre 2018

The hotel is great. The staff are always on hand to help. The room was comfortable. We were on the first floor and our room looked out on to the street which was always quite busy (traffic) but entertaining to watch. We arrived at the M2 station Campi Flegrei which is a 10 min walk from the hotel. We were happy to discover a different line just next door (Cumana line) which goes straight to the centre. We later discovered the station Cavalleggrei Aosta which made getting to the airport easier. The distance from the centre of Naples wasn't really a problem as we were out all day.

"Great hotel"
Susan P, 27 Août 2018

The metro is on the same street as this hotel, about 300 hundred feet. Be sure to go to Pazzouli; lovely, clean town with many restaurants and the ferry to Ischia. Hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating, out of the three hotels I stayed in during my 5 week stay, this one offered the best breakfast. There is an amusement park across the street that opened while I was there. It is a nice little family friendly park with fast food as well as a full service restaurant.

"Great experience"
157xandra98, 26 Août 2018

Really nice hotel. A lot of people here worry about the area, but me and my brother didn't mind it at all. Great breakfast, nice front desk staff and great cleaning. I would reccomend this hotel. Its not in the center, however with the metro it is only 1.30 pp to get to the centre or to get to margelina. Tip: parking your car in the garage of the hotel costs 10 euros a day, there are only like 10 spots so call beforehand to reservate a spot. Special thanks to Francesco.

"Avoid this hotel - very bad area"
lindasum1234, 02 Août 2018

Hi, so we stayed here last week and regret our decision. To get to the hotel you have to go via stairs over a metro line that, in the night time, are very dangerous. We had to walk past gangs of teenagers that were taking drugs every night we went back to the hotel. The street the hotel is on leads to a bowling alley and there were many bad people here walking on the street outside the hotel and taking drugs. During the day this is ok but at night the place is very dangerous. There are many prostitutes outside the hotel at night asking for business. The hotel and staff are fine but unfortunately the area is a disgrace. Avoid.

"We Enjoy it very mutch"
MartinSkivild, 30 Juillet 2018

The hotel is nice and pratical. There i a Train station close by. Beautiful view. The hotel is far from central but, og dosent matter Because Train transport is easy. All in all Very enjoyable and relaxing. The air con' is Really great for hot days.

"I wish I looked at the other reviews, this was a nigtmare"
Cren26, 24 Juillet 2018

I only read the reviews mentioning muggings when I got home, I wish I had read them when booking the hotel. I can't stress how dangerous the area is that the hotel is in, it is not safe at all. We went for a drink near the hotel and people on the street tried to start a fight with me for no reason. Next door to the hotel we have seen what we believe, but cannot say for certain, was a drug deal taking place. We were absolutely terrified coming to and from this hotel, our entire vacation was a disaster. Best Western need to do something or just pull out of this area completely. I will never use a Best Western hotel again! (and reading the below reviews were shocking, you should have given those people a refund)

"Convenient "
messa p, 22 Juillet 2018

Friends and I arrived in Naples at night. We stayed at Best Western JFK for a night and leaving on the next day for Ischia. The hotel is located close to the port. The room is clean, breakfast has a good variety and hotel staff is helpful and friendly. I had problem opening my room door and the staff came over to help right away. Apparently it was me that I didn't true the handle hard enough.

"Mugged outside and now being mugged by the hotel itself"
Keith F, 20 Juillet 2018

My party were staying at this hotel and were mugged at gunpoint on the overpass as mentioned in other reviews. We left the area the next day and were assured by Paula, the hotel manager, that we would be given a refund for the days we did not use. I think its perfectly reasonable to expect a party that had a gun in their faces, next door to the hotel, and all our money stolen, to leave the area for fear of our lives. Paula took my bank details to issue the refund. When we got home, we aked about the refund and were told we are now not getting it. Now she says what happened outside the hotel is nothing to do with the hotel. Really? it happened right outside the door on the overpass that you have to use. She says that these things happen in big cities, like this is perfectly normal, get over it. Well I tell you right now, it is not normal to have a gun pointed at your head because you chose a lame hotel in a really bad area. Can you believe they would be that cold?????? They assured us the least the hotel could do for us was refund the time not spent there, then when we left .... changed their mind. So - we were mugged on the street and now the hotel itself is mugging us. This is the most dispicable treatment of guests I have ever witnessed. To penalise us for leaving the country after we were traumatised beyond belief, spent a night in a police station, and a night in fear for our lives back at the hotel. The hotel is in the worst place you can imagine. the rubbish she says about "all big cities have these problems" is such a cop out, it's rubbish. The area in question, where this hotel is located, is worse than any part imaginable in the greater city of Naples. You would have to come to this hotel to believe it but for your own safety, do not do it. We witnessed, with our own eyes, drug deals taking place. Deals being made with prostitutes in the petrol station next door to the hotel. Then we oursleves were victims of a mugging at gunpoint. This hotel needs to close its doors and stop trying to get decent good people to stay in the vicinity. Your life is in danger if you book this hotel.

"A little gem"
User, 07 Juillet 2018

Clean rooms , great breakfast , helpful staff on reception , train station less than 10 mins walk making it easy to travel to Naples central and from there to Pompeii , sorrento , Rome etc , a couple of restaurants and bars local which are worth a visit

"Mugged at gunpoint meters from the entrance"
Rachel L, 03 Juillet 2018

My partner and I arrived at the hotel on a Sunday night and the following Monday tried to take the nearby train to the city, we crossed the overpass mentioned in the directions and noted how dangerous it looked but after reading the reviews of this property, felt it would be safe. The following day we endured two late trains and one metro that didn't run to finally make it into the city for a look around and took a taxi back to the hotel. We decided to go to a nearby street for a drink before going to bed, we were stopped on the overpass meters from the hotel where two young men pointed a gun at us and took everything we had on us. We were understandably terrified and the muggers dropped a phone so we were afraid they would come back to look for it, the hotel thankfully called the police for us and offered me some water. We spent the rest of the night in the police station and terrified to sleep. The next morning none of the staff or the manager had been informed about what had happened the night before-never mind the guests, some who were women traveling alone and young families even though all of their safety was in danger. We asked Laura the manager to transfer us to another Best Western in a city nearby but she could not-only refund our money for the following nights that we chose not to stay there. I felt there could have been more of an effort made to accommodate us where we would feel safe and that the person working the night we were mugged should have warned guests and staff about the serious incident that had happened. We took a taxi the next day straight from the door to the train station to leave Naples. I dread to think what would have happened if I was alone without my partner, or if we hadn't left some of our money in our room-we would have been left to try to find somewhere else to stay, or cower in fear in the hotel until our flight home. The hotel itself is fine, but do not be fooled as we were into thinking the area is safe. It is not and the hotel will not tell you otherwise even if guests were held at gunpoint mere feet away from the entrance. I would also not stay at a Best Western Hotel again due to how our incident and request for a transfer was handled when we were absolutely distressed.

"We were mugged at gunpoint right outside"
dshaw153, 02 Juillet 2018

For your own safety avoid this hotel. We were mugged by two guys with a gun on the overpass that they tell you to use to get to the hotel in the hotel website directions. The area is very very dodgy but we still never thought this would happen. We left Naples the very next morning after spending hours in the police station then a sleepless night at the hotel worried they may return. We asked the hotel manager to pay for a new hotel for us to try salvage our vacation as there was no way we were staying here. She would not, only would offer a refund - fair enough, she didn't have to but if I was the manager here I would have done everything to help us. It was the hotels fault for being in this location that made us ... come to this location, obviously, and furthremore - the overpass where the mugging happened is specifically mentioned in the hotels directions. They even go as far to say 'if you don't like the overpass ... please use this direction' .... as in, they knew bloody damn well that the overpass is dangerous. So - if you don't like having a gun pointed in your face and losing your phones, bags, money etc then avoid this hotel like the plague. (hotel is actually nice, ...but so was the Titanic)

"Naples visit"
jacques29649, 27 Juin 2018

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is very professional. Parking is free if places are available in front of the hotel. The breakfast is outstanding. Bowling is just a walk away from the hotel.

"Very nice hotel and friendly atmosphere"
Antonio D, 25 Juin 2018

This is the third time that I came in this hotel and I am always very pleased. The hotel is well managed by Sig.ra Antonella. the staff is very kind to give all the informations, The rooms are big enough and very clean. The location is strategic next to the Cumana train and the Metro. The breakfast options are really excellent for a 3 star hotel.

"Good Value - be prepared to use the train!"
Lynn H, 23 Juin 2018

Stayed for three nights with a friend as a base to see the sights. It's close to two stations which is the best way to get into the centre of town and to connect to further afield places like Pompeii and Sorrento. The hotel staff were helpful, breakfast is great, the rooms are in good condition, clean and made up each day. Bathroom had a big walk in shower. Air conditioning and the usual towels and bathroom supplies. I would recommend as an affordable base for friends and couples - not to those traveling alone as the commuting is better with company.

"Nice Hotel"
xxerby09xx, 22 Juin 2018

We stayed here for one night to catch a plane the next day. The hotel was nice. The room was a little small but updated and modern. the AC in the room worked wonderfully. The breakfast in the morning was a great spread and the front desk staff was very helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport the next morning. It is located right behind a main street that had a ton of food options. Overall, good hotel for its value.

"Clean Rooms, Great Staff, Great Breakfast."
RussDawson, 18 Juin 2018

The room was perfectly clean with huge windows and easy to use temperature controls. The staff were amazingly helpful. They even helped us find free parking near by. The breakfast was amazing. It had everything anyone could ever want. Even a giant honeycomb!

"Pretty and comfortable"
sallyyan, 08 Juin 2018

The hotel was lovely overall, the beds were comfy and rooms were nice and clean. The only small thing I would mention is the lift is pretty small and there was only 1 which meant we had to wait awhile. But seriously, I would book again.

"Nice hotel"
BenasArd, 16 Mai 2018

Really nice hotel with great AC and comfy bed. We had standard double room which was quite small, but we had not spent lots of time in the room. Nice shower, but bathroom was not so clean. We found towels quite used. Staff were great and very helpful with lots of info about the hotel. Breakfast was very average, lots of sweet pastry and only few "interesting" quality meets :) and hot dishes. Only really problem - dodgy area next to metro..

"Above average hotel with exceptional value for breakfast"
MY_IZZY, 10 Mai 2018

Rooms are small and typical for budget European hotels. Hotel seems well maintained and very clean. Neighborhood seems to be a bit rough but didn't feel unsafe. TV has no English channel but we were there for overnight transit so that wasn't an issue. Best part is the really good breakfast for just $3 euro. I would stay here again if I return.

"Excellent"
andreimihalache, 01 Mai 2018

I have made a family trip in Naples and part of the enjoyment was us staying at Best Western JFK Hotel. Very nice people, fabulous breakfast and nice surroundings. Thank you for your hospitality. Hope to see you soon.

Ok - staid in JFK for about 16 hours and booked into the BW - having read the reviews wasn't sure what to expect - its basic - breakfast is edible, rooms clean, decent wifi and even a basic gymn - very small though its a ten minute drive from the air train "forum" station - shuttles go hourly when you want to get back to the airport - be warned so you dont leave it too late honestly - for location its reasonable value - dont expect a sight seeing central location !! the ice machine was outside my room so i got little sleep - if its outside yours ask form a room chnage enjoy !!

"Best Western hotel, Naples"
arkeogeek, 26 Avril 2018

I enjoyed staying at this hotel for 5 nights. A little way outside the city, but with a station right next door, it was easy to access and quick to get into the city centre. Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was amazing, an expansive continental buffet. My en-suite room was large and comfortable, with a great shower and large bed....I recommend the hotel.

"Clean, comfortable and soundproof windows"
Charlotte M, 10 Avril 2018

The hotel is spotless like any Best Western with a mega comfortable bed. When we opened the curtains we saw it was right next to the train tracks, but we heard nothing because the windows were great. It makes a BIG difference since in Italy there are trains everywhere... We even got mini Easter eggs since we stayed at Easter.

"Okay hotel - not the best neighborhood"
blizmo, 05 Avril 2018

The room was okay. But... The refrigerator stopped working. The bathroom was a little whitewashed. The coffee machine had no power right next to it so we had to move it by the bed. No English TV channels.

"Comfortable and friendly stay"
milly_watson, 20 Mars 2018

My husband & I stayed her for 3 nights. This was a sight seeing trip for his birthday. The hotel isn't in the nicest looking of areas, however, it was very convenient for travelling into Naples centre. We hired a car & used the hotel's garage, this was €10 a night. The hotel once inside is very nice & modern. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything you need. Our first room smelled quite heavily of smoke & the lady on the desk changed our room straight away with an apology. Our room was quite large, with a big bathroom. It had a mini bar (extra cost) storage & a safe. They provide basic toiletries & there is a hairdryer, which is actually quite good. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable. There aren't any english speaking channels on the TV. They offer buffet style breakfast which has meats, cheese, pastries, bread and fruit. I'd say there was enough to please most tastes. In terms of getting to Naples, we did hire car, the centre was about 10 minutes away, but be warned if you are thinking of hiring a car, get a small one and be prepared for the carnage that is the Italian drivers. It is crazy, if there is any space whatsoever there will be a car in it, whether it is a bonafide lane or not! They pull out of side streets without looking, the scooters are everywhere and the pedestrians just go! That said, don't let it put you off hiring a car, just be ready for anything! I'd suggest finding 'main' parking areas, you can use the streets, but you may not have a bumper when you return to your car, or be able to get out of the space, and there is always someone hanging around to take some money from you for 'looking after' your car. The main carparks were roughly €2-€3 a hour. We drove to Pompeii, which took around 40 minutes from Naples, the motorways are slightly less crazy, but there are a number of tolls, they cost anything from €1 to €2.10. We also drove to Sorrento which took around 1.5 hours, it was worth the journey to have a wander around. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel, for it's location, for being comfortable and clean, and the staff were really friendly, it was very good value for money. While in Naples I'd highly recommend finding Starita Pizzeria (via Materdei 27,28) this is one of the best pizza's I have ever had, & the price is incredibly reasonable. It opens at 7pm and there is a queue. Also, if you do hire a car you have to visit Pepe in Grani pizzeria. This is a good hr drive from Naples centre, but so worth, give it a google search. I reserved a table via email in Feb as this is also a very busy restaurant. (reviewed these restaurants separately)

"Short break to visit family in Naples"
kcampoccio, 04 Mars 2018

Arrived to a warm welcome from Antonio, meeting Antonella & Raffaele from the reception later on during our stay, all very polite & helpful.....in fact all the staff from Valentina & Loredana serving in the breakfast room to Giovanna our chambermaid were fantastic. Our room was lovely & modern, large comfortable bed, a good sized smart bathroom with tea & coffee facilities. Breakfast was ample with great quality products. Location perfect as close to public transport for getting around Naples & more importantly close to San Paolo stadium especially for my husband & two boys when visiting to watch SSC Napoli........ to cap it all a great price .....In fact my husband has boooked again for april & is looking forward to coming back. "Okay Stay"
aashley26, 02 Mars 2018

Hotel is located quite a distance from the city centre but is well situated as there's a train that travels to the central train station 2 minutes walk away, the metro is approx 10-15minutes walk. You can be in the centre within 20 minutes. For those commenting the hotel is in a ‘rough' area...well Naples is pretty much that kind of place. The walls in the city centre are covered in graffiti and buildings everywhere have fallen into disrepair sadly. It's a shame as it's clear Naples doesn't have the investment and bustling tourism industry that other Italian cities profit from. We walked back to the hotel at 11pm and felt comfortable. The hotel is a good base to explore other nearby areas such as Pompei and the Amalfi coast...but if you can afford to stay along the coast, then stay there as there's not much to see in Naples itself. The hotel is a decent 3 star hotel which has all the basics needed. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The bathroom shower was a nightmare as the bath-screen didn't work and so I practically cowered in the corner to prevent flooding the bathroom. I would also definitely suggest the hotel remove the very large, grubby and torn floor rug in the reception area - it's not welcoming at all! Overall, whilst I don't regret staying here, I certainly wouldn't stay in this hotel again or visit this neglected city which is in need of some tlc.

"Ok-ish"
mijndert215, 10 Février 2018

For a business traveller the hotel is so so. Sure, it is clean (enough) and the staff is friendly, and breakfast is good. But the rooms are a little small (so it is hard to actually sit at the desk in your room because your chair is stuck to the bed), the finishing isn't very well done, and the beds were a little hard for my taste. Also, it is VERY noisy, you can hear everything that goes on in the room next to you, or in the hall. This is the same in every room (I stayed in two).

"Poor value for money as basic facilities were not working."
Rebecca K, 20 Janvier 2018

We visited Naples in the New Year for 3 days. We explored Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvius and Sorrento and used this hotel as our base. We paid for a double room with breakfast which was advertised as having the following included in the rate: safe, wi-fi, hairdryer, television, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. We were initially given a room on the first floor. The room looked as lovely as the photographs but our stay was marred by the lack of working facilities. The safe was broken and the TV was not working. The next morning the receptionist offered to give us a different room. However, this room had fewer working facilities. The fridge, kettle, hairdryer, lamp, bedside light and several plug sockets were not working. These are very basic things that should be checked regularly, especially if you have already had to move a guest once due to things not working. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. It is served from 7am. As we were traveling we ate our breakfast quite early at 7:30am. This was enjoyable, although I think we missed out on a few things (e.g., pancakes, toast, omelettes) as the breakfast room was only ever partly set up when we went to eat. In terms of public transport and getting around, the hotel was approximately 10 minutes from the nearest metro station. From here, using local transport you could travel to Naples City Centre in approximately 20 minutes, and from there it was a further 40-60 minutes to Pompeii, Vesuvius or Sorrento. We didn't feel that the area surrounding the hotel was dangerous but avoided walking in certain places at night time. It felt industrial and neglected. There were plenty of cafes to have a drink and a few chain food places... but restaurants were surprisingly few and far between. On one evening we found ourselves walking for 30 minutes before we came upon a single place that was open (at 8:00pm). Overall, the hotel and our room was a disappointing experience and I felt I could have spent my money better elsewhere. I'd advise others wanting to stay in Naples to choose a hotel that is located near Central Station. Although the City Centre was only a 20 minute train ride away from the JFK hotel, the time adds up, particularly if trains are cancelled or delayed (this happened a few times to us). If you're not bothered about staying in Naples then I'd advise staying in Sorrento or around the Amalfi Coast and travelling into Naples or Pompeii from there.

"Best Western JFK"
runner460322000, 11 Janvier 2018

This hotel was a distance from the city center but given the noise, traffic and hustle and bustle...a wise decision. The ability to get anywhere in the city makes this a smart choice. The staff was friendly and outgoing to help with site seeing tours, restaurant recommendations, etc. I would recommend this location for anyone on vacation, the neighborhood is laid back and quiet. The room was clean, updated and served our purpose very well.

"Good services"
Menotty T, 04 Janvier 2018

The hotel was exactly as presented on the web page. The staff are very helpfull, the breakfast excellent! The room is cleaned everyday. The prices at the bar are very low. I give this hotel five stars

"Modern and clean"
madylb1996, 15 Décembre 2017

Hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast only €3 and can get pancakes and bacon etc!! Hotel is a bit out of town but train station a 50m walk away! Trains do take a while to come but we are on holiday so we can wait!

"Stay at your hotel"
Miriam L, 05 Décembre 2017

This stay was my third at your hotel and I definitely will come back when in Naples. Perfect location - near the metro station and the football stadium, which is important for me since we usually go to Naples for a football. The street is not very over crowded and there are a few eating and shopping opportunities if needed. Your rooms are nice, staff is so patient, nice and friendly and I really appreciate that you set the breakfast up for 7 am. Food is so delicous and various - if you want to eat something sweet there are some cakes, yoghurts, fruit, or you can choose some meat, cheese, bread or vegetable. I will definitely recommend this hotel. It´s not just the pleasant place to stay but also affordable. Thank you .

"Brilliant Stay"
jmac367, 04 Décembre 2017

My daughter and I stayed one night in this hotel on a quick visit to Naples. Walking to the hotel we did not know what to expect as the immediate area is not the smartest, but the hotel proved to be a real diamond in the rough. Staff were welcoming and helpful, whilst the room was very modern, very clean and extremely comfortable. Very impressed and would recommend

"Modern"
Sunseekers517, 06 Novembre 2017

On our arrival we were told the lift was out of order and that we were on the 4th floor. But to compensate for this we could have a free breakfast. This was fine with us. The Bar had limited supplies of Beer and at 2 Euros a bottle was good value. Hotel is clean and modern and ideally situated if going to a Napoli home game.

"Excellent room and excellent service"
Vinicius C, 02 Novembre 2017

Quite new facilities, very clean and well maintained rooms. Fantastic service - I have been there this week with my wife and our baby to visit the city of Naples and Pompeii. Very well received, a good level of care and attention.

"Very good hotel slightly out of the centre"
Denzal23, 11 Octobre 2017

This hotel is very nice and is good quality/value for money. The room was very comfortable, well maintained and we had a good sleep. There's an effective air conditioning unit in the room which was great - kept us cool but it was not too noisy. The breakfast was good and had a decent range of foods, especially plenty of cakes/pastries. The staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient and are a credit to the hotel. The hotel also has a very reasonably priced bar and it was relaxing to get a beer and prosecco for a few euros when we got back to the hotel. The location is ok - the surrounding area doesn't look particularly great but overall Naples is a bit grim to be fair. Although the area doesn't look great we felt perfectly safe and there's a few decent and inexpensive restaurants in the local area. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk from the metro station Cavalleggeri Aosta which is on line 2 and will take you to the centre in about 20 minutes. Taxi to the airport was 27 euros. Overall, a good stay and good value for money.

"Decent hotel but...."
Tony_at_110, 04 Septembre 2017

Nothing wrong with the hotel: it's clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are adequate. There's a restaurant 10 minutes walk away and a metro station 100 yards from the door. However, it's a way out of the centre and the immediate area is grim. As a general point, Naples traffic is dreadful and the drivers are either the world's best (they kept missing me....) or the world's worst (...by inches). Not for the fainthearted.

"A welcome oasis in an otherwise grim city"
laurenvee2015, 24 Août 2017

The area in which this hotel is situated is really not very nice, but the hotel itself is great! The room was modern and spacious and the bathroom was clean with new fixtures. I enjoyed taking a bath after a week of only showers in another hotel. The location is good in terms of getting to the airport - about a 20 minute drive - and it was easy to book a shuttle at the front desk. There is also the train station (Edenlandia) just a few minutes walk from the hotel. You can take a train to the historic centre of the city, which is only four stops away. Just be warned - the train stations and trains themselves are not very nice and every available surface in Naples seems to be covered in graffiti or rubbish. To end on a positive note, I must compliment the JFK hotel for the lovely breakfast and a pleasant stay in general.

"Good experience "
Matthew W, 12 Août 2017

We had a pretty good experience. Came here on our honeymoon. I would say the best part about staying here is the friendly staff. We had issues with the AC turning off after 30 mins and having to restart it but it didn't bother us too much. The other thing was the room wasn't sound proof. The bottom of the door had a 4 cm gap so you could hear everything which can be tough when you're right next to the elevator. They are also doing renovations right now so some construction noise. But overall I would say it was a pleasant stay. Bed was really comfortable, everything was clean. And the staff were really nice and helpful. They helped with figuring out the train system and when a tour shuttle picked us up the concierge came and talked to our drive (who didn't speak English) to make sure it was our shuttle. They even made sure we got breakfast before we needed to hop on a train at 7 am. I would give the staff 5 stars but everything else 4.

"Very good hotel"
ninac968, 28 Juillet 2017

Clean room. Close to city center - few stops with metro. Very good breakfast - lots of food variations. Staff is really nice and helpful. Our room looked at main road but it was really quite. The room is soundproof. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I would definatlly go back to this hotel.

"Great staff, very clean"
shirley579, 20 Juillet 2017

When I arrived, the staff were very accomodating and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room is spacious and clean with good natural lighting. About a 2 minute walk to the train station. Easy to get to and from the airport, with a fixed rate of 25 euros each way. Breakfast is continental with a wide selection of pastries.

"JFK Hotel in Naples"
Experiences4Life, 15 Juillet 2017

JFK was doing a remodel during our stay. The dust was limited. The beds were hard and not comfortable and the pillows are worse. The best thing about the JFK is the free breakfast in the morning and the bar that is open 24 hrs, which has snacks and drinks. The city of Naples is very dirty and the JFK is located next to the rail road tracks. You do hear the train through out the night, but it isn't horrible. If you are a light sleeper than this might not be the place for you. I will stay again only because the breakfast was awesome.

"Napoli <3"
NicolePasquale, 06 Juillet 2017

The JFK Hotel is awesome. Good breakfast.Close to everything. The stuff is very friendly. Raffaele at the reception is fantastic. He was helpful and very welcoming. Grazie Raffaele per tutto.Sei fantastico. Pasquale & Nicole

"Ok hotel, not fab"
Malvina A, 06 Juillet 2017

I stayed at JFK in a room for 2 with a friend of mine. The room and bathroom was clean and had everything we needed, which was good. The breakfast on the other hand was not working for us. There wasn't anything without suger, exept for coffee. I am a diabetic so that didn't really work for me and my friend is vegan and she could chose a sugery bun with jam and coffee. The rest of the table contained of sweet yoghurt, sweet flakes, sweet cookies, sweet pies and white bread with nutella or jam. Some of the food, like milk, eggs and philadelphia cheese layed on plates that didn't kept it cold and I didn't dare to taste the eggs and the ham when it felt room temperatured. The hotell looked nice and 50% of the staff was very nice and helpfull. The other half wasn't. The elevator/lift was broken so we had to carry our bags up the stairs (without any help from the staff) so I would suggest you book a room on the first floor. We stayed for two days and it was fine but it was a few things that would make me look for annother hotell if I decide to go back.

"COMFORTABLE AND NICE"
Eunice S, 27 Juin 2017

The room was spacious and the bed was also big and quite comfortable. The private toilet was also very spacious and everything was clean. Breakfast was good with lots of cakes and fruit. I would suggest to increase the variety of bread though. Everyone was nice and helpful, especially Rafael who helped me open the door of my bedroom - which for some reason I had some difficulties at.

"Wonderful staff, location less so"
jasonaQ4536JD, 25 Juin 2017

Pros - Excellent team at all times of the day - Good overall facilities - Good selection for breakfast - 10 minutes away from station and supermarket Cons - Noise outside of rooms, whether it be other guests staying to closing doors penetrates into the room - Area can be a culture shock due to graffitied walls and run down area/rubbish/litter.

"Great budget hotel"
Denise W, 23 Juin 2017

I needed a cheap one stay at a hotel near the airport. I got a great rate at BW JFK. The neighborhood wasn't too appealing but Naples isnt either. It was across the street from a huge park. Check in was seamless. We had a rental car & they have a small indoor garage. Parking was 10 Euros. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the car in the street since I read about the high rate of car theft. The room had a king size bed & sofa bed. There was a whirlpool jacuzzi in the sitting area which my son jumped right in. The wifi was free but wasn't strong in the evenings. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Great variety from pancakes, eggs to pastries,& fruits. Definitely worth the price.

"Old & Outdated"
309aalexander, 23 Juin 2017

Images on the website do not match the room that we were shown to at all. Carpet was worn and stained. Bathroom was extremely outdated and had water stains in the shower. I was very disappointed considering I was expecting the modern and updated rooms shown on the website and on trip advisor, unfortunately this did not represent the dated room we had to stay in on the 2nd floor.

"A pleasant retreat from the bustle but good for public transport"
Lambsie_the_Wanderer, 22 Juin 2017

This hotel is located some distance from the city centre but a 10 minute walk from a well connected railway station with frequent services to Naples. There are plenty of eating places nearby if you're too tired to explore further, and it's well located if you want to go to the football as the stadium is just up the road. Trains are clean and comfortable, and we used the local railway station to catch direct trains to lovely Mergellina (a few minutes), Naples (25mins) and Pompeii. It's a great way to get to Pompeii without having to use the busy Circumvesuviana. The train station you arrive at is further away from the ruins, but it's only a 15 min walk through the town which most people miss. You can also go to Sorrento or even further on direct trains. Therefore this is a well located hotel if you're looking to do some full day trips. Check in was smooth and friendly and the staff broke much better English than I speak Italian. They also gave us local recommendations. They also sorted out a problem caused by our booking company for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and all we needed and well insulated bearing in mind the railway line nearby. Don't expect views at this hotel but you can't see them when you're asleep anyway. Bathroom again was clean and the shower good. The breakfast buffet was average at best and a little haphazard but adequate to start the day. Only used the bar once but it was comfortable and very reasonable for a hotel. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. This hotel met all our requirements and I think is a good option for mobile people on a budget. If you want to walk directly into town and come back frequently to your hotel during the day, this may not be for you. But if you want somewhere comfortable as a base but will be out all day this is a great value choice.

"Great Economic Hotel in Naples"
JoannaCuevas7, 21 Juin 2017

Great economic Hotel in Naples; very close to the metro; just a quick walk across the bridge. Great service; the staff allowed us to check in early after a long journey from the Amalfi Coast and had great recommendations for local transportation and taxi to the airport. The room on the third floor had modern appliances and design, clean sheets, a comfortable queen bed, relatively affordable drinks in the fridge; they even provided an ironing board on request. Just learn how to use your key card to turn on the lights.

"Great selection of breakfast and helpful staff"
OMJamie, 19 Juin 2017

polite and informative staff.Hotel is not located at city centre , be aware of taking taxi from Napoli airport , taxi driver will cheat tourist as always ! Just note that the price is FIXED . Room is with basic eqquipment.Bed is clean, for this price is unbeatable ! You can't ask for more . Hotel is nearby metro station, its like 5-8 mins walk , you just need to pass the brigde , also you can find a lovely supermarket.

"Clean And modern hotel in Napoli"
carmendelia1010, 17 Juin 2017

The purpose of my trip was to assist to a concert in the Etes Flegrea Arena in Naples which it was very close to the hotel. The hotel is clean, AC works very good. The employees very helpful and always with a smile in their faces. There is little variety for breakfast but it was fresh and clean. My only complain is that nobody went to clean my room for the last night even though I called and requested the service.

"Ideal hotel for a stopping point while exploring around Naples."
Paul F, 15 Juin 2017

Hotel ideal for a few days in Naples, just outside the centre but close to the metro. Our room was facing the main road but the noise was Ok, the curtains were very good at keeping the light out. We didn't have a safe as mentioned and you couldn't hang the shower head. We had to slam the door as it was difficult to close, other guests were doing it too which was not nice when you try to sleep. Breakfast was ok.

"Lovely hotel and staff"
Julieanna F, 09 Juin 2017

Hotel was lovely and staff great. It is a little out of the way but close to Napoli football stadium and a 10 min walk to the city centre metro stop. Metro's stop at 11 from Naples centre and we had to get taxi's back which was pricey.

"Nice hotel, clean, great brekfast, friendly stuff."
Panagiotis S, 04 Juin 2017

Good hotels, nice and clean rooms, reasonable price, Locations is close to the city center, with a train stations close to the hotel. We had rented a car therefore we drove to the city center and it took us less that 10 minutes. great variety of food, sweets, fruits for breakfast. Very friendly stuff and always happy to help and serve us.

"Worst expierience ever"
Abouren, 01 Juin 2017

Worst customer service, gross hotel room, rude concierge, and shady part of town. For a hotel named after a president this place is in NO WAY presidential and I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE. Unless you're buying on the the prostitutes on the corner right by this establishment.

"Very Enjoyable Stay - Thank You JFK Hotel"
hannah_peacock, 12 Mai 2017

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western JFK Hotel on a whole. The staff where very helpful and friendly, the room was very nice, clean, tidy, modern and decorated tastefully. There was a party of four staying next door to our room who made a lot of noise late at night, when my husband went down to the front desk, the staff came up straight away and asked them to quieten down, which we really appreciated after travelling for over 15 hours. The breakfast was amazing! displayed well and so much to choose from, there were mini pastries, freshly made omelette, pancakes, cereals, cold meats and cheese, rolls, fresh fruit, great coffee and teas... Couldn't have asked for more. The only down side to this hotel is that is it a fair distance from the centre of town, and Pompeii which was our main focus. There is a metro station 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel which was handy. The little town area was very sweet so you can forgive the distance, I wouldn't want to be to near Naples centre anyway. But maybe in future we may stay in Sorrento or Amalfi coast area.

"Comfortable & relaxing, great stop in naples"
earthmamacookies, 12 Mai 2017

We only stayed one night before venturing out to the gulf of Naples, But would stay more next time. Rooms were very clean, comfortable & super relaxing. Breakfast awesome. Our 7 month old son never slept so good. Easy transport links. Would stay longer next time.

"Good"
akhiljosephv, 10 Mai 2017

The welcome And the room are in good mannee. Well satisfied with the internet and help provided by the staff . Will prefer the same hotel for next time too. Also cost effective one in a big city like Naples

"Wonderful Staff"
Ian_LDN, 30 Avril 2017

Exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff at the Best Western JFK. The hotel's own parking is limited and I didn't book, but the reception kindly moved my car into a space on the street when one became available. But if you have a vehicle, I recommend booking parking in advance. Unfortunately the hotel allocated us a Standard Room, despite booking the Comfort Room. This was an error by my holiday company's room supplier, not the fault of the hotel which could not provide the room I paid for because it was fully booked. The Standard Rooms are cramped and poky. Ours was next to the stairs and lifts which was regrettable: it was extremely noisy until late at night, and we were woken by screaming and shouting early in the morning. Again, not the fault of the hotel: it is not responsible for the behaviour of other guests. Nevertheless, as the Standard Room is adjacent to the stairs it meant we were regularly disturbed by the rowdy conduct immediately outside our door.

"Warming & welcoming"
EMA G, 08 Mars 2017

One of the best experience ! The hotel is simply wonderful, exceeding all the expectations ! Excellent price/quality ratio. I was there 2 days on business and it was simply great. It's super comfortable, perfectly cleaned, and Raffaele at the reception is an added value to this hotel; kind, helpful and so funny !!

"Great hotel, a bit far away "
Roxana_MRoxana, 05 Novembre 2016

The hotel is great, but situated far from the city center or main harbour. After about 12 at night the taxy is expensive and there is no metro/train to the hotel at that hour. However, when departing to the airport the hotel receptionist called a large taxy van for us with preferential fare for hotel clients. Rooms are clean, bathroom big and Ac works great in summer. Daily cleaning and new towls. Breakfast was very good with traditional elements and plenty of variety, I recommend it. Overall, the area is more quiet than the rest of the city so I reccomend the hotel if you don't mind the larger distance.

"Good stay!"
Maria D, 31 Octobre 2016

Large and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Although place not so central, 2-minute walk to closest metro stop, therefore not really a problem. Area felt relatively safe. Would stay again!

"Clean hotel outside the city center"
WanderEyes, 24 Octobre 2016

We arrived at Naples airport on Friday at 7 pm and took taxi on fixed fare 25€ (23 fare + 2 luggage). The ride was about 17 minutes long. The taxi meter showed only 16€. So my suggestion is that if your arrival isn't during rush hour, then opt for the metered option is more favorable. Antonio was the receptionist where we had a hard time communicating. We asked if they had toothbrush and his replied was something about the city tax. Then we asked if drinking tap water is acceptable and he said something completely irrelevant. We stopped asking anymore questions. We were given room 206 where it faced the front street. You'll hear people talking loudly on the streets as well as lots of road noises. The back rooms face a railroad track. So I'm unsure which side is better for a quiet night of sleep. The room had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed, to functioning toilet. The only complain is the bathroom shower as the seal was not tight at all. The bathroom floor was flooded after showering. TV worked but everything was in Italian, so no luck in finding any English speaking channel. There was a black box by the entrance and that was the fridge. Someone left an opened bottle water there. We didn't want to be charged so we informed Antonio about the water. Of course, there was communication breakdown as well. Breakfast was nice as there were juices/milk/coffee/tea. Lots of pastries and yogurts. Staffs were nice and friendly. After breakfast, we met with Laura, another front desk receptionist where we explained to her about the opened water in the fridge. That's when she explained those were complimentary. We then asked for an unopened one but never received it. On the day of checking out, it was Antonio again and we knew we were in trouble as we needed help in directions to the port. Eventually, we figured it out on our own. Overall, it was a good short stay but I strongly encourage the hotel management to hire someone with much better English.

"Very clean and excellent breakfast"
Sunflowerjp, 02 Octobre 2016

We stayed at JFK Hotel for three nights. Although it's a bit out of the centre of Naples once we found the metro and realised how cheap public transport was this was not an issue. In fact Naples can be noisy and polluted so it was nice to get away from it all. The staff were pleasant and could speak English. The decor was all brand new and the room and bathroom were spotless. The only downside was that you could hear other guests talking in the corridor outside the room and doors closing. The buffet breakfast was excellent and there was a wide selection pastries, ham, cheese, cereal and fruit. We would recommend Hotel JFK and thank them for their hospitality.
