Extremely high professionalism from the entire staff. But there's a lady at the front desk, Yvonne, what a professional! We arrived way early in the morning with my colleague from a long flight, although check-in was only later in that afternoon, she quickly arranged two rooms for us (upgraded) and arranged that we have breakfast. Also on check-out day, she gladly accepted our request for a late check-out! What a lady! First time in Nairobi and the experience was equally matched by an amazing lady!! And Mr Alfred from the restaurant, very calm, sweet and professional. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I visited for an event which was on the rooftop conference's and was an amazing experience.the location of the hotel and the services from the waiters was top notch.cant fail also to recognise Dennis at the reception who helped us with carrying our materials to the rooftop and for a warm reception i would give him a 100%.will always bring people back there.

Hotel is located in a good neighborhood. Close to shopping. Staff was nice and answered all my questions and requests promptly. Rooms were kept clean and breakfast was good.

I cannot thank you enough for your hospitality. The location is strategic, the atmosphere is warm, the rooms are super clean, the gym is adequately equipped. I enjoyed my stay. The staff are really nice, and the breakfast was amazing—plenty of pastries. We got a balcony room, and I enjoyed the fresh air and the view. The room is spacious; the only downside is that there is no pool.

My go to stay in Nairobi. Clean, great location, express check in and check out, early breakfast if needed and now updated with a wellness centre.. breakfast options could be a little better though 👌
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. A very functional hotel where everything works. The breakfast could be better i.e. more options. Only downside is the lack of a swimming pool. Otherwise it would been a 5 out of 5. Also its very close to 2 great Malls- Sarit Mall and Westgate Mall. Both within walking distance and yes its save to walk to these places as far as its not too late (though I never did beyond 9pm)
Great custumer service and always attentive to detail. Restaurant ground Floor Moses very helpful on all occasions and always ensuring the guest have everything they need and especially what asked for as a request.
The hotel is quite small and does not live up to its 4-star rating. The restaurant is tiny, and the breakfast selection is very limited, with hardly any options. The room faced the street, making it noisy at night, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The Nairobi Best Western Premier Westlands Hotel is an absolute gem – a true oasis in the heart of the city. I was impressed from the moment I checked in until the time of check out (😩). Check-in at the front desk was very smooth.. Very hospitable people in restaurants..very delicious food ,An amazing room with a sitting room and kitchen in it and very strong Wi-Fi. The best experience. I had come sit for an exam at the Pearson Centre. The place offers the calmness one would wish, no noise, calm environment, spacious and well planned room. The reception was one of its kind, made me feel at home even before heading to my room. I met Alexa t the reception desk, he did the orientation and escorted me to the room, and made sure I was comfortable. By then a dark cloud had engulfed me, since I had lost a friend and I felt his kind gesture go along way, I felt comforted, with no words from him, but just actions. Everyone I met was professional, always smiling 😊, the faces everyone would want to see. The meal were wow Room service was great. The cleanliness, the ambience. I should now plan and visit, just for a night Checking out, I meet Alex again. He asked how the exam was, and that meant something to me. I give this hotel a 5 star! ✨

Well, the hotel location being in the heart of Nairobi city makes it ideal if you are there to conduct like it was for my case. On checking in I was welcomed by a very courteous staff who made the process seamless. The most memorable moment is I was served with mango juice on checking in. After sipping the sweet juice I was escorted by one of the staff to my room who took his time to explain everything in the room like what can I use what can't I use. Of course these people are smart they only provide you with things that are covered by the cost you paid for the room. On checkout I was provided with breakfast which was covered by room fee. It was a buffet I liked that very much. In conclusion I liked the hotel and I would very much liked to patronise it once more.
It was a very nice experience, received well with Dennis, he's so cautious,soft spoken, and oriented me so well, looking forward to visiting again,the breakfast was so delicious,bravo to chefs, security personnel so professional

My fiancé and I had recently gotten engaged and were staying at the hotel before our trip back home. I had let the staff know in advance, and they went out of their way to celebrate with us, decorating our room and surprising us with cake. My stay at the Best Western hotel in Nairobi, Kenya was top notch! The hotel exceeded my expectations with excellent service and amenities. I appreciated the opportunity to earn points through Best Western Rewards, which never expire. Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location. I'd definitely return.
There are two restaurants onsite, and the hotel is very secure. As for the room, the lock on the sliding door to the balcony was broken and you couldn't adjust the thermostat. There were no outlets in the bathroom, but a hair dryer was provided. There was also a mini fridge. I ordered room service, and the fettuccine alfredo was very good. There's a mall within a very short walk, and it has banks, a grocery store and four levels of shopping and dining. As a solo female traveler I felt safe walking to the mall and back.
From the entrance,front office, everyone soo courteous.🥳🥳🥳🥳 The room was soo neat,with beautiful view.was preparing for my exams but I had to sleep on that bed to feel the goodness🤩🤩🤩🤩,the environment is calm for studies too The meals were soo delicious guys,I enjoyed every bit . The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were Soo fluffy.Just add some slippers used to walk in the room and around the hotel.

Exelent stay, all the staff warmly welcomed, the roos were clean and confortable, overall it felt like home from home, definately worth the stay as the hotel is centrally located and accessible to all amenties. The only drawback if there was one is that the entrance via car is challenging but the drivers cope well..
Friendly staff. Neat rooms, spotlessly white linen and the quality of food was good. Check in was swift and request for a slightly late check out was accepted. Not satisfied, no smart tv, no dstv, for a 124usd per night room?, it is not nice. Please upgrade your gym facilities also. Environment is good, rooms are neat, good breakfast as well. If you are a traveller that needs dstv to watch football then ypu need to reconsider, unless there is an upgrade.

Just entering the room, it was so condusive, everything was at top notch, was well received and I just felt at home, reception was so heart warming and I'm looking forward to visit again. The pillows are fluffiest have ever slept on and the bed is very comfortable.The room setting is amazing .The breakfast was nice had too many options to select from.The staffs are very friendly and very accomodating I loved that about them.

Amazing room service. Great food, fluffiest pillows, every staff was kind and respectful. Was treated well from day one to the last day. I loved the ambience The room smelt really nice. I enjoyed my stay. Would defintely come again & again?
What a calm environment! ? I had an amazing stay. This made me feel so comfortable and relaxed though I had a great task ahead. From the reception ( Nicholas and colleagues) to a beautiful clean room, staffs were very cautious. I loved everything about this place. Will be back and will definitely recommend.

The room service is fantastic. The environment will make you feel at home away from home. The hotel offers an escape from the busy and chaotic traffic in Nairobi city as you prepare yourself to test for NCLEX or to catch an Early flight to your preferred destination. It was a last minute decision to stay at this hotel to easily access the workshop venue and also do some bit of shopping at the neighboring Sarit center. My expectations were met beyond, a great boutique hotel friendly team right from reception, Rachel at ghe reception young but well trained, Cyrus in house keeping you kept my room spotless clean. The breakfast team is so quick and efficient, alot to select from breakfast menu. This place I would rate it 4.5/5.0. How did I forget the friendly security team, the ladies at checkpoint you are doing your work excellent

Clean, comfortable, terrific food, and outstanding customer service. Great location. Rooms are modern, AC worked great even though hardly needed. Wifi was fast, had multiple videos calls without incident. I extended my stay a bit and they were super flexible. Registration was easy, I forget the mans name, and Philomena at checkout was terrific and gave me some helpful advice. I had lunch and Dominic the manager stopped by and asked how things were, detailed things like how is the food, the coffee service in the room (nice set up!) and other stuff. Yeah this place will get my business again.

The stay was good, your services were really nice.I got a very quick response from one of your front desk staff by the name precious when i locked in my electronic room access card and she really responded very fast, thank you precious for your timely response, all the other staff that we met along during my stay were very approachable and kind, thanks for your services .
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice area with good restaurants in walking distance and a large shopping mall just round the corner. Rooms are clean and spadiceous Helpful with breakfast to go, if you are leaving early a day to go to the local national park or other things.

Had a great stay at Best Western Plus Westland. Very friendly and helpful staff and a big room where everything worked as it should. Went there for a conference and staff was really helpful with everything we needed assistance with. great food both on 11th floor and on ground floor. If I go back to Nairobi I will for sure stay here again.
Rooms were cozy, clean, well lit with comfortable lighting. The restaurant staffs were so courteous and available to assit with a variety of meals, and we're ready to prepare the preference in quick time. Receptionist were great too, warm when receiving guest and always smiling

The staff are really amazing... Mitchell,Alex,Korir(security),The lady security Yvonne, the housekeeper who brought me sandals,Yvonne, I can go on and on. It's the little things...and just a smile from them meant alot to me! The Chef special buffet menu ? again Mitchell helped me pack.
This more than home away from home, I'd recommend international nurses coming for their nclex exam in Kenya to consider their stay in Western plus. It gave me easy time to focus, reflect and overcome exam anxiety. I finally passed. Thank you
The room is so luxurious and comfortable , I had an encounter with one of the waitress she was so caring and communicates well with visitors including ushering and providing menu, the food were served on time and so delicious I've enjoyed the stay.
The Best Western in Westlands was recommended as a night stop en route to Kisumu. It was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful including Tillen and Philomena who added to the experience. The restaurant provided an excellent fare and we thoroughly enjoyed our three nights there.

We stayed here for 2 nights before starting our safari and we were extremely impressed! We arrived later, after 10pm and were extremely happy that we could enjoy the bar on the top floor for a night cap after a long day of travelling. The hotel room was lovely and spacious- much bigger than what you would get in the U.K. Breakfast was good and served early for those leaving for a tour. We would definitely stay here again. The restaurant on the top floor was also incredible - views across the city and the most amazing Asian food and cocktails at a very good price

Super staff, Fabulous Location, Excellent Bath Towel Quality and toiletries. The half a star subtraction could be because of the shower pressure and hot water temperature. I will always repeat this hotel when in Nairobi! The location is right next to the best mall in Nairobi - the Sarit mall.

We've had a great stay at the hotel, it was our fifth and best hotel since arriving to Kenya The rooms are specious and very clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower is both clean and is very well maintained. We even had a laundry machine in the room which was perfect after a few days of doing different safaris. The service at the hotel was very good Breakfast has many options The hotels is 2min away from the Sarit mall and about 10min away from the Westgate mall What I found to be very interesting is that the hotel carries 3 stars and is ten times better than hotels I've seen with 4 stars during our stay - that's something I don't understand I certainly recommend the hotel
Great Hotel -- Room was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I was able to ask them for advice on planning a few trips in before having to get to the airport later in the day, and they helped me do so. The rooftop restaurant and main restaurant also had very good food. It is a 5 minute walk to the Sarit mall, which was also nice.

The hotel has a beautiful ambience. Their meeting room is spacious and well equipped. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had an incredible dining experience. All the meals were scrumptious. Their location is so strategic and this made it easy for us to enjoy our shopping experience for souvenirs at the Sarit Center. We felt safe and our luggage was well secured.

I experienced only the conferencing facilities (not accommodation) and they were great! The staff were polite, friendly yet very professional. The hotel a cosy/homely ambience that reflects even in the cuisine. The hygiene standards are top notch.

My boyfriend and I are in our early 30s and from Seattle in the US. The Best Western staff was very very helpful and friendly and allowed us to use the adjoining hotel amenities like the pool & 4 great restaurants all with different menus. They also kept our luggage while we went on our safari and helped us get a great local driver for exploring the main attractions. Would highly recommend staying here for 1-2 nights if you need a place that is clean, safe and has modern amenities before or after your safari. However, I will say this place doesn't have a ton of local or specific Kenyan charm and is more like a hotel in the US for business travelers with western food.

We stayed at this hotel just for a day before our safaris. We had to book and pay for our room for two days since our flight arrived at 6 AM in the morning while the normal check in time was 3 PM. The room was adequately sized and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and efficient. All the amenities required during our travel were available. The location is good and the area seemed very safe. There was a mall next to the hotel which was good for eating, money changing and shopping. The food at the hotel was very good. The breakfast which was included in the room tariff was sumptuous and had a huge variety to suit every palate and requirements...and at the same time delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel in Nairobi.

Very rigid hotel. I am Travelling with a kid and made a request for a Tv channel to be configured however the hotel staff kept emphasizing on hotel policy of the having that channel in the room. They wanted us to go to their lounge where drinks are served along with a kid. Poor customer service. Nairobi has some better hotels coming up which will be good for clients.
I enjoyed my stay, the food was good though there was small issue with variety, hospitable/polite staff. The room amenities were also really good. The hotel is also easily accessible from the main road. I recommend this destination.

Centrally located hotel that is very modern and clean. A few steps away from Sarit center and Ubers never more than 2 minutes away. Friendly reception, and grateful for a later checkout (had to wait until day of checkout to confirm, only an hour requested). They were kind and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and met all expectations. Dinner in the Asiatic restaurant was pretty good, benefited from a Burger and beer promo which was an incentive to stay in. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Will definitely consider staying again, work or leisure (this was leisure, after a safari in the Mara).

Great location and wonderful staff. Very modern facilities. Stayed twice here and will stay again next time I am in Nairobi. Highly recommended for all travelers, I could not recommend more. Location is near the Sarit mall which has everything you really need during your stay.
A very comfortable bed, friendly staff, the food was delicious and was served within a resonable duration. My only concern was the wheelchair ramp at the entrance. It was obstructed by the metal detector making it impossible to roll out without assistance.
Great hotel located very centrally. Very comfortable decent sized room The best part was the buffet breakfast. Plenty to choose from a wide selection. It was a delight for a vegetarian. Easy to travel anywhere using an Uber right in front of the hotel. Few meters away is the Sarit mall.
Always the place to stay when in Nairobi! Lovely staff, perfect rooms, nice bed, good Wifi, easily located (not too far from the airport, and from town), and use of the garden & pool of the Fairview next door :) Thanks again for the hospitality!
We stayed here for a night before our safari and it was a great place to start! The rooms were large and well furnished, the shower had good water pressure and hot water, and the best was breakfast! A full buffet with a large variety of offerings and it started early enough for us to enjoy before we had to leave at 7am, breakfast started at 5am during our time there.
Convenient for the airport, Nairobi National Park and the Giraffe Centre. My room was huge, spotless, perfectly maintained and very quiet. Breakfast was good with a wide selection and quick service. I enjoyed the top floor restaurant and the service there was excellent. Faultless throughout. I will stay there again.
Average cause there still a couple of issues to improve in-terms of internet, and service in the rooms. located near the rood and so if staying in lower levels (1-3) it's hard to get that sound quiet sleep.

My family stayed in a suite connected to a deluxe. Breakfast was excellent! Maureen was excellent with the transport. Dorcus and Yvonne were amazing with our booking. Highly recommended! Will go back!

It is a convenient location place to stay as all things are nearby. Breakfast lacked enough choices for vegan but it was otherwise fine. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful with everything. I stored my luggage couple of times as I was in and out of Nairobi.

We stayed 2 nights in July. The staff were very helpful. We ate at both restaurants and the food was good (service is friendly but slow). The rooms themselves are very comfortable and clean. The shopping centre is just next door. Great option if you need a hotel in Nairobi.

We stayed here both before and after our safari in Kenya and I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough! Firstly, the rooms are extremely comfortable with all the facilities needed, e.g. kettle, tv, lovely shower. The room service is also very handy for late night arrivals and the food delicious. The breakfast was extremely varied and had a lovely mixture of sweet, savoury and hot options. I particularly liked the fact you got actual barista coffee with your breakfast- amazing cappuccinos! Furthermore, the staff here are extremely friendly. Every member of staff from the front desk to the restaurant went above and beyond to be polite, caring and welcoming. We had a problem with the TV in one of our rooms and the staff quickly arranged for a new room with no fuss and were really helpful with this. Finally, if you stay here, you have to try the Asiatic bar on the top floor. It serves the tastiest food I had in Kenya - great portions and flavours. Also, the views over Nairobi are lovely!

stayed for 6 nights in a junior suite. enjoyed the stay despite suite is facing the office block next door ( too close ) with zero view and no privacy. the food is tasty and portion huge ( ate 3 times ) and far better than the restaurants in the mall next door...

Extremely terrible customer service! Not recommended at all! They don't care or consider customer preferences booked a standard and forced to check in twin bed room despite backpain complaints. Completely unprofessional as well.

Overall a beautiful experience for me - The Asiatic lounge at the 11th floor fits just perfect. One can relax and chill at this lounge with good quality food and drinks while enjoying the view of the city. The lounge has almost any drink you want. The staff at this bar were all professional, especially the Hostess - Donnah. She was exquisite and professional in appearance, she attended to myself and my guest promptly and guided us with our options at ever time we visited the lounge. I would visit this lounge again. - Bed and pillows were perfect - Rooms were very clean - Internal environment was quiet and peaceful - Staff were all very professional and polite - Security was adequate - Location is near the malls which was just great
The hotel is well located in the middle of the city, easy Uber calling and access. We walked around in the daytime (there are some restaurants and a mall nearby), but unsure of safety at night so opted for Uber. Security seemed more than adequate. The breakfast was delicious with assorted foods and juices for consumption. There was an omelette and waffle station for hot foods. We dined at the rooftop restaurant our first night, and the meal was delicious! I used the gym once and it's fine, basic, but good for a hotel workout. You'll get a great sunset from the gym if you're staying in a room without a west facing view. WiFi was reliable and fast during our stay. Front desk staff and security are friendly and helpful.

Accommodation good, room service food is terrible. called room service at night twice,I was told some of the items in the menu not available. Food looks / taste dry, they put more chips on the plate which is unnecessary, I complained about the salmon on my first day, second day meet was dry attached a pic.

Very convenient place and well situated in Westlands. It is close to the most important shopping centers and restaurants of Nairobi. Rooms are not too spacious but they are very confortable, Very good cleaning service.

Just the right mix of amenities and price. Definitely recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable with utilities well placed. The hotel staff is beyond kind and hospitable. You truly see the East African hospitality on display. They were always helpful. It's a modern hotel with most of the amenities you expect from your higher-end establishments. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was immaculate. The wifi and AC worked great. The gym was sufficient for what I needed, but may disappoint for those looking to work more with weights. My only complaint is with the food. At reception, I wish it had been explained to be that a ''to go'' breakfast was available upon request for those heading out early on a safari or something. I left out early everyday so I never took advantage of the free breakfast included in my rate. In the evenings I ordered room service. The room service was atrocious. The first night I ordered a caesar salad and couldn't eat it. It was disgusting. The lettuce was limp and wilted, the croutons stale, the dressing was a water soup. It was a vile salad. The second night I ordered a beef burger. It came an hour and 20 minutes later because the room service ''forgot''. The burger was nicely presented but the taste was just not worth it. You're better off ordering food from an app which is what I did after those two bad experiences. I'd stay here again for sure, I just wouldn't eat anything.

As per brand and company policy we have early breakfast service and we added "to go" option to let our guest enjoy our good quality "breakfast foods" while travelling . Our Gym is typical and enough for our guest and we will consider your suggestion about adding more weights. Also your negative feedback about our "foods" are well received and we started to work on how we can improve fast our food quality and present better quality to our guests, meantime please accept our apology about delay on delivery ,I already took necessary actions on making sure about this type of long delays will never happen again But honestly speaking since the opening of our hotel , from December 2019 , we never heard or got any complain about our food with description " DISGUSTING" from any of our guests. I'm now investigations this Caesar Salad preparation journey with my kitchen team to make sure this will never happen again .I'm sure something went wrong for your particular order , because as I mentioned we are really proud about our food quality and taste One last notice , we normally dont allow our guests to order food from outside as per our company policy and also to protect them from any possible food poisoning problems because we dont know how and where they are producing food Here at our property , we are following all food safety protocols and procedures and we are proud about hygiene and safety of our food production! I decided to spend my stay-cation at Best Western plus Westlands. I was first allocated a room facing the road and it was noisy at night . I raised this with the reception and they were so kind to upgrade me to a larger much quieter room which I appreciated a lot. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I have stayed in many hotels in NBO but this one is like home, apart from great ambience and cleanliness ,the staff are amazing and nothing is too much to ask, Doris cleaned my room spotlessly every day making sure I had everything replenished without fail, everyone at the breakfast area was super friendly and knew my order from the second day onwards,I didn't have to ask for anything again. John and Nicholas at the reception were always ready to help out with whatever I needed tirelessly to make my stay comfortable.I will recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, If I could, I wouldn't check out.

The Best Western is a modern, beautiful, spacious hotel with world class accommodation. The service is great but I had an issue when the driver didn't show up to collect me from the airport in the middle of the night. They graciously offered a return trip courtesy of the hotel. It is very close to several shopping centres, restaurants and amenities and upon departure, there is a doctor who comes to the hotel to carry out the Covid-PCR test. The results are emailed to you, which is very convenient and the hotel prints them out for you. I would definitely stay there again.
As a business travel items that I appreciate most are: hot shower, comfortable bed, nice clean room, work station, strong wifi, quietness. And location. This hotel hit all the marks for me. The rooms are spacious enough, the shower had steamy hot water with good pressure, the bed was big and comfortable, the rooms are clean, the workstation was handy, wifi strong enough to take Telcos in room. Quiet in the night. The location in westlands is great, especially since Sarit mall is literally 100m down the same road. There you can get yourself connected, go our for lunch, dinner, coffee or drinks and buying what you need in the big Carrefour inside. Westgate mall is within 400m of walking distance. I was happy to arrange meetings in the nearby coffeeshops and avoid to some extent sitting in the crazy traffic. Last but very important: the hotel staff from reception to housekeeping is extremely friendly and accommodating. They created a nice home away from home and ensured I stayed happy and comfortable during my entire stay. I found the hotel exceptional and am waiting to stay there during my next visit.

Very comfortable easy accessible hotel. Good for meet-up meetings, nice bright Entrance and meeting area with plenty of table and chairs. My stay was cool .. The reception is ok the manager Mr John is very helpful. The front desk services are equal Good .I prefer the 7 series room the look spacious bit this time I got the 5 series room 405 which is a bit squeezed but OK. Meals need improvement there is no valiaty on the menu.

We booked a Christmas Lunch at this hotel . Yes it was a buffet but the quality of food was very disapointing. Three soupy meat dishes were provided accompanied by only two types of starrches. Honestly it was really bad , we were the only ones who were dining!!! Some families actually came to the hotel and after looking at the menu, they turned back and left! We would have left too had we not paid in advance. The chef needs to do better in terms of variety!!! The only redeeming quality was the excellent and warm reception we got from the restaurant staff led by Amos. Thank you for redeeming the day.

This was my first hotel in Nairobi. The BWP Westlands allowed me the comfort of adjusting to Nairobi very gently. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was better than I expected and the hotel is just up the road from the Sarit Center, which allows for some low stress shopping and easy eating options. When I came back through town I was disappointed to see they were completely full, so book early and enjoy your stay.

We stayed here for 1 night before starting an 8-day/7-night safari trip through Kenya with Meektrails Safaris. Location The hotel is located in a quiet area in Nairobi Westlands... easily reachable when you arrive after 8pm at Nairobi Intl. Airport (no traffic jams). Covid protocols When we arrived at the hotel our temperature was taken and we were asked to disinfect our hands. Staff outside and inside the hotel were properly wearing a facemask. They seemed to strictly adhere to covid rules. Check In Check In went smooth and was well organised. No unnecessary waiting times. AccomodationThe room was new, modern, clean and big. All modern comfort and amenities were available. While our room was situated just next to the elevator... we weren't disturbed by elevator noise meaning the rooms are very well sound insulated. Restaurant We only had breakfast at this hotel. The breakfast consisted of a breakfast buffet. While the buffet wasn't extensive... it included several tasty cold and hot options (though the hot food could have been hotter). Overall the quality of the buffet was outstanding with enough options to start the day. We found this hotel a very good option to spend a short night before starting a safari trip through Kenya.

I was very impressed by the reception i got on arrival and even more surprised that i had gotten a room upgrade for free. I got a suite. The staff were very polite and room service was amazing. I would recommend this hotel over and over again.

Everything was perfect. Especially at the reception. Teddy is one of the Best in customer care. Breakfast was also very good. Jenny the sales manager was so nice to us. She insisted of keep coming and staying with Best Western plus wetlands.

I had a great stay the hotel was very nice. The rooms were very modern and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Also, the hotel is very close to a very nice mall, restaurants and entertainment. To get to Nairobi city center you will need to take a taxi or Uber.
The rooms were really clean and waiters were friendly. This was a great experience for me. When I need service it always came promptly. The laundry service was also very good and timely. I would recommend this hotel to any of my connections.

This is relatively new hotel, excellent location with just next to sarit centre (shopping centre), centrally located to move to any part of Nairobi, rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, breakfast has variety, good and fresh food very impressive in terms of fulfilling all covid protocols starting from entrance gate, at restaurant, reception etc. Sanitizers are placed one issue i faced was at the time of checkout. seems that reception and billing need to improve coordination .

Very good spacious suite with fully stocked Kitchen, location is very good, walking distance to malls so getting supplies while traveling with kids was super easy! very clean with all COVID protocols being managed perfectly!

Hi. Stayed here for 5 days during the first half of July 2021. Very nice and clean rooms. The Breakfast area is spacious and they have varieties of cuisines. Hotel is at the prime location in westland next to the shopping mall Sarit Centre. The price is reasonable and value for money. The service by the staff from the security guards, front desk, house keeping to the restaurant exceeded expectations. Especially should call out Faith from the Tour/Concierge desk who always go out of the way to help with not only with bookings made through them but also when I had issues with a tour booked through TripAdvisor. For the tours booked through the hotel, she constantly kept in touch even during after hours to make sure highest level of service and intervenes without any hesitation to solve problems and can totally rely on to get an issue resolved. Lucy, Teddy and all other front desk staff are always very responsive to requests. This property is well managed compared to many hotels/lodging I have experienced all over the world and would place in the top 5%. I would recommend this as a great transit hotel visiting Kenya because of the secure and convenient location (shopping centers are within walking distance), quality/service and security offered by this property.

We stayed three nights in BW plus Westland. We stayed in the executive room, the room was clean and spacious. The rooms service is attentive and the breakfast food was delicious with an excellent waiters. The hotel reception was excellent and checkin and check out service was fast. Faith from reception helped us in providing a COVID testing service to the hotel. The hotel location is excellent, it is 2 mins walking distance from Sarit Center, which has carrefour and other good shops.
The hotel is in a very accessible area. The check in process is efficient and adheres to health protocols. The rooms are tastefully furnished, we especially loved the very large, comfortable bed and the blackout curtains. We had a room with a small but decent balcony. The rooftop bar has a great view of the city and the staff were pleasant. The music is just at the right volume and the ambience is great. The downstairs restaurant was the most disappointing part of our stay. We had booked on half board as that option was available on the booking website which indicated that dinner and breakfast was part of the cost and confirmed that on check-in. To our unpleasant suprise, at the restaurant we were told that it only covered a certain portion of the dinner menu and spent some time being lectured what dinner items we could/could not order from the menu, an experience that was unnecessary and unpleasant. If you say dinner is included then don't turn around and suprise guests with hidden terms and conditions. The two waitstaff at night seemed unmotivated, the service was slow despite the restaurant being nearly empty and the food was bland. As dessert we were offered a sad collection of small cakes that were in the display cabinet for who knows how long. We chose to have the fruit salad, which had 3 fruit items, unacceptable for a hotel in a tropical country with a variety of seasonal fruits available all year round. To cap it off the salad had unripe papaya that made it bitter. We did not enjoy dinner. We had room service breakfast ordered from the breakfast buffet and it was delivered promptly. We also liked the late checkout which meant we could have a leisurely morning. All in all the dinner experience was the lowest point of an otherwise pleasant stay.
Great Hotel, small yet with a massive customer experience heart. The hotel goes all out to take excellent care of her customers. Privacy, confidentiality and security are all assured to a large extent.
It was a last minute decision to just get out of the house and visit. I called them and the lady was gracious enough to give me a room upgrade. The hotel is still quite new. The check inn was very fast. I loved that they have a safety pack with a mask, hand sanitizer which they give during check in. This is very welcome during these era of Covid. The room was spacious enough with nice blackout curtains. The bed and bedsheets were so soft and fluffy. I had a nice relaxing sleep although the room got overly warm at night. The food was very tasty. Try their aged beef steak with fries. Breakfast was super delicious with lots of varieties. There was an iron box in the room, tea making facilities and water. The bathroom was the best feature for. The hot shower had good pressure you could stay there for eternity. Definitely a wonderful stay and looking forward to visiting again soon. There is no swimming pool and am not sure if there is a spa/ sauna. But there is also a gym.

Clean n cozy. Food n staff are lovely, next to a big lovely shopping mall. Gym too small, no outdoor activities including swimming and spa - hence not value for money considering nearby options ......

I stayed here for over a week. A modern hotel and very comfy rooms. The best thing about this place is it's staff. Mangi, Lucy and Faith - to name but only a few - were incredible. So helpful, kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Nairobi and I will definitely be back one day.

I landed on this BW at a late hour - literally an hour before curfew - after a huge disappointment where we had booked, a soaked and drenched experience from the airport and no time to look elsewhere...Plus, I had an early morning drive to Karen the next day. - The front desk manager was right at the door - walked us to the front and his sense of urgency and empathy was exactly what we needed. Ayub Gachere checked us in and in minutes we were in the room - First thing I noticed : Clean crisp white beddings ( if you know me, this is critical) , clean, clean clean bathrooms with proper lighting and all the little details intact. - I work in hospitality and I rarely write reviews, however this one time , I am compelled to give credit where its due especially during these most difficult times for all tourism & hospitality. Our stay required unusual requests, and each one was met with an attitude of “can do” and “ let me work on that” - all this with a team of 16 or 20 staff members. It is my hope that the leadership at Best Western Plus Westlands, will recognize and acknowledge the efforts of their frontline and back of the house teams. I personally will be back on every visit. Kudos to front office team : Ayub Gacheru, Faith, Milly - and F&B. - John, Emmanuel and Emmanuel #2 :) , Cynthia in housekeeping, Austin in Laundry... And of course the chef who went above and beyond to accommodate our odd eating hours.... You were all outstanding!! Asante!

Our stay at the Best Western Plus Westlands, in Nairobi, was very pleasant, and we have enjoyed it thoroughly. We came accompanying our father for medical visit, and the comfortable amenities, beds, top-rate service, and excellent Gourmet breakfast buffet and very affordable restaurant a la carte meals, have contributed greatly to his very swift recovery, and unexpectedly turned into a small impromptu holiday trip for me and my younger brother. We thoroughly appreciated the beautiful hotel decor, and the modern gym facilities, with Technogym equipment compatible with fitness apps on Android and Apple smart watches, the 49" smart TVs in the hotel room with screen cast, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi link-ups, the 3 Satellite TV Packages (full DSTv package, Star TV and ArabSat), with all of the Supersport Premium Sport channels. The staff were very kind and hospitable at all times, and Mr. Semih Anali, the hotel owner, was always available to welcome his guests with open arms and a warm, inviting smile on his face, always making sure that their stay was pleasant and absolutely nothing was lacking. We were very impressed at how all the staff are treated like extended family members, by the owner, and the Best Western Plus, felt more like a home-like atmosphere luxury guest house, than simply just a hotel.

Almost new hotel with clean and comfortable facilities. Great staff. Security is excellent. In walking distance of options for shopping and eating. All in all great value for money. Would stay here every time in Nairobi.

I dropped by for coffee. Winnie, the waitress present warmly welcomed and engaged me with a smile. The place is super clean and quiet - best for relaxation. The muffin was amazing - warm and fresh. BestWestern Plus Westlands is quite a place to be!

I have been using Best Western since it opened, the service is exceptional and the staff are super friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help with what ever you need. Janet on reception was brilliant in sorting out a very complicated payment that could have been total chaos! The rooms are perfect and have every amenity you need with good wifi and AC. This is definitely my first choice of property in Westlands and the fact that its is a central location with easy access to anywhere in Westlands makes it even more perfect.

The hotel is very close to the city center and in a very safe area. Sarit shopping center is very close to the hotel. The rooms are quite large and spacious.All areas cleanliness and hygienic. The concergie service was on point. The room that i was given had good working amenities though the signal for the tv was hazy during night time. Excellent working wifi thorought the hotel. The mini gym was just enough for the work out. A swimming pool would have been a good addition to the facility. I was impressed by change of menu during breakfast and lunch. The ala carte dessert option is top notch. The receptionists were real at hand to help out and oh enticed me to enroll for the bestwestern rewards programmee but i hv not seen my card till now.. Opps Highly recommended though.

it was my 1st time in Best western plus westlands , I did enjoy the room, internet and the food was ok. the hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. the room service is very good, all requests are always done in timely manner. the hotel location is in a very busy area full of traffic, but it is surrounded with a lot of nice shops. Chosen as it was close to the work place and excited to try the new hotel and it was the perfect choice- room - massive Bed very comfortable exceptionally clean Breakfast perfect.
